The Mane 6 come to Earth to visit the Williams siblings
After the number of times Megan, Danny, and Molly Williams came to what was Ponyland and later on Equestria to see the ponies, the Mane 6 felt it was time to see what Earth was like. However, Megan doesn't feel that the world is ready for talking ponies. Will the ponies visit to Earth put them in danger? This is a crossover between G1 and G4.
Megan, Danny, and Molly Williams were doing their usual activities over at the ranch until they noticed some familiar creatures coming out of the portal, and it happened to be the Mane 6. Their claim was that they decided to see what Earth was like after hearing about it from the Williams siblings at certain times. Although Danny and Molly were impressed to see them, it didn't seem to resonate with Megan, who couldn't understand why they came in the first place.
After seeing them, Megan asked, "Can I ask why you are here?"
Twilight Sparkle answered, "After all the times you three have come to our world, we have decided to come to yours for once."
Danny then mentioned, "I don't see why they can't be here."
"What exactly do have against them being here?" asked Molly.
"Let's just say that Earth isn't exactly ready for talking ponies, and that could lead to certain problems." replied Megan.
"Didn't you mention that there are animals that talk such as parrots?" asked Fluttershy.
Megan answered, "They don't really talk, they just repeat whatever they hear as part of their nature."
Rainbow Dash then said, "I'm sure that they once they get used to us, they won't have any problems."
Pinkie Pie added, "Maybe having some parties will get them to have a better understanding of us."
Rarity stated, "Perhaps showing our interests in their fashion will get them to like us."
Applejack mentioned, "Maybe a nice apple picking will help."
After hearing all of that, Megan said, "I feel that it might be better that you all just went back to Equestria rather than come here."
Twilight then asked, "Do you have something against us being here?"
Megan asked back, "Twilight, do you remember what I said to you when you first met me?"
"Yes. What about that?" replied Twilight.
"I just don't want any of you to get caught and placed under a dissection table by scientists just because you and your friends happen to be talking ponies." replied Megan.
Twilight then asked Megan another question, "Megan, does the rest of your family or anyone else here even know that you, Danny, and Molly, even go to our world?"
Megan answered, "We have kept it a secret all this time. It's probably better that nobody else would know about it. Also, who would believe us even if we told them? Another thing is that we would fear that other including our own parents might think that we would be crazy if we mentioned that we go to a world with talking ponies. In other words, it's best that they didn't know about you."
Twilight started to feel disappointed about Megan and said, "For all the times we ponies have welcomed you to our world, the least you could do for us is allow us to come to our world."
Megan responded, "First of all, when I first came to your world, it wasn't originally by choice, and you know that by now. However, don't take this the wrong way. It's just that humans have a different view when it comes to strange creatures being in this world compared to you ponies."
Molly weighed in by saying, "I think it would be nice to have them here Megan."
Danny added, "What's the worst they can do by being here?"
Megan after understanding her siblings started to mention, "Alright, I will agree to allowing them to be here. However, they must adhere to certain rules and customs that exist here on Earth. Some of the most important ones will be to make sure that they aren't caught or doing anything that will get them to being exposed. Overall, this is for their safety."
Twilight then asked Megan, "Now that we are at a better understanding, where do we get to stay?"
Megan answered back, "You will get to be in the stable with TJ, plus it will give the idea of how the life of a normal pony is like."
Rarity asked, "Are you sure we just can't be in your house?"
Applejack added, "I don't see why we have to be in the stable only."
Megan answered, "I just don't want my parents to raise any suspicions, plus it's either this or just go back through the portal to Equestria, because I never asked any of you to come here, you just did that on your own."
Twilight started to mention, "I'm not sure if we can get use to these Earth customs of having to be regular ponies."
Megan then asked Twilight, "Didn't you once go to a special universe or dimension of having to learn different customs just to fit in so that others wouldn't get suspicious when they saw you?"
Twilight then answered, "The only difference is that I wasn't a pony when I went there, but rather something similar to you humans."
Megan stated, "Just think of this as a project for you and your friends, and I know that you like to explore and undertand different customs, so this isn't something new to you."
Twilight remarked, "Maybe you're right and this could work for us."
The Mane 6 agreed to what Megan told them and went over to the stable to be with TJ.
There were certain times when having the Mane 6 at the ranch didn't go so well for the Williams siblings. Their constant visits to the stables did draw suspicions from their parents in feeling that what they might have been hiding something. Other times, Megan just got annoyed at some of the things that they did when they are at the stable with TJ.
"Why does the stable look like it just went through a makeover on a reality show?" asked Megan.
"We just felt that it could feel more like home for both us and even for TJ, though I'm not sure what is this reality show you speak of." replied Rarity.
Rainbow Dash weighed in and asked, "Don't you think it looks awesome?"
Megan explained, "A reality show is pretty much a show that deals with things in everyday life. However, I don't think TJ would care no matter what the stable looks like especially since he is just a normal pony."
Molly then said, "I think it looks pretty nice."
Danny added, "Just because TJ is a regular pony, doesn't mean that he can't enjoy it."
Megan then noticed some other animals and asked, "Why are there a bunch of squirrels, rabbits, and birds here?"
Fluttershy answered, "I just thought it would be nice to have them over to play with."
"At least clean up everything when you're done, because I don't want my parents seeing the stable with such a mess and thinking that we are doing a bad job at keeping up the place. Also, try to keep the noise level a little down. I had to do whatever I could to make sure my father didn't go over to the stable as long as we were there." replied Megan.
"Do you have something against having parties?" asked Pinkie Pie.
"I just don't want you to get caught and exposed." answered Megan.
Applejack then noted, "I did get some apples for all of the ponies earlier today."
Megan then mentioned after feeling a little edgy, "I just hope that nobody saw you doing this."
Twilight stated in good faith, "I made sure that the coast was clear before she could get them, though I also had to make sure that she wouldn't kick the tree so hard that it could actually fall down and really raise suspicions."
Megan then stated, "It feels that some of you are cutting it pretty close, and you have to be more careful."
The next day Megan's father wanted to have a talk to the kids after what he saw in the stable.
He asked them, "What exactly is going on over at the stable?"
"What do you mean by that?" asked Megan.
Megan's dad mentioned, "I have noticed some stuff over at the stable, plus you three have been going over there even more frequently than usual."
Megan interrupted her farther and said, "Sometimes we have to be there for a while, so I don't see what's wrong with bringing some of our books and other things there to help us pass the time."
He then brought up by saying, "I have never seen those colored pony dolls before, and I would like to know why they are there let alone where they came because I never remembered seeing them before."
Molly claimed, "Megan won them at the carnival for me not that long ago and forgot to tell you about them."
Their father then said, "That still doesn't explain why they are in the stable with TJ and not in your room."
Danny then stated, "That's because we felt it would be better if they were with TJ so that he wouldn't feel so lonely."
After hearing what was mentioned, their father said, "If that's the case, then I don't see any problem with that, though I don't see why a pony would want to have dolls near it especially it happens to be a stallion and not a mare."
Later that day, Megan agreed to take some of the livestock and other produce over to the market in the family pickup truck only to find the Mane 6 in there.
What exactly are you doing in here?" asked Megan.
"We heard you were going into town, so we wanted to see what it would be like." replied Twilight.
"I told you to keep a low profile and not be seen, because you almost gave yourselves away to my dad, plus right now try to act like dolls and don't move or say anything when I'm not with you." replied Megan.
"Can we be dolls that talk if anyone touches us?" asked Pinkie Pie.
"How about you be a doll that doesn't move or talk at all!" replied Megan.
A girl Megan knew from school came around and noticed the ponies, which lead to her asking some questions to Megan about what she saw.
"Megan, where did you get those strange pony dolls, because I have never seen these before?" asked Madison.
"I won them at a carnival for Molly." answered Megan.
Madison then asked, "If they do belong to Molly, then why are they with you and not her?"
Megan answered, "She though that it would be nice if they went with me while making my runs for the market."
Madison then stated, "I have been to the carnival and seen the prizes every time, and I have never seen those dolls once."
Trying to avoid suspicions, Megan said, "Alright, I really just got them online as part of the comeback of the toy line known as My Pretty Pony."
Madison then mentioned, "Didn't they stop about 40 years ago?"
Megan replied, "The new group is part of their comeback, and they are trying to appeal to the latest generation by following the latest trends."
Madison then asked out of suspicion, "If that was the case, then how come my mom doesn't know about this especially since she used to collect them when she was younger and is even on their mailing list?"
Megan mentioned, "Maybe it's because only special members like me get first dibs on this before the general public."
Madison then started looking at each of the ponies and asked about them.
Madison first asked, "Why do all of these ponies have some certain tattoos on their butts?"
Megan stated, "These are their cutie marks, and they determine what the destiny is for the ponies."
Next Madison asked Megan, "Why do some of these ponies need to have wings or a horn because even the originals didn't have those?"
Megan asked back in response, "Do you have something against some of the being unicorns or pegasi, or do they all have to be earth ponies?"
Madison then mentioned after seeing Twilight, "That's fair enough, but I don't see why this purple pony has both wings and a horn as if it's some freak of nature."
Megan explained, "That's because it happens to be an alicorn, and that one is the rarest of the set, plus it's special because it's supposed to have the traits of all three groups in which I don't think that makes it a freak of nature if you asked me."
Madison then looked at Applejack and asked, "What's with this orange pony having freckles on its face, a cowboy hat on its head, and having ribbons for both its tail and mane?"
Megan asked back, "Do you have something against ponies that might want to look like us?"
After looking at Rainbow Dash, Madison stated, "I really hope that the rainbow tail and mane that the blue pony has wasn't made to have it express what I think it might be expressing."
Megan then mentioned, "Even if its tail and mane are those colors, that doesn't mean that it was made to appeal to a special group."
Madison then asked about Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy, "What about the white one having a curly tail, the pink one looking as if its mane and tail are puffed up, or the yellow one having its main as if it's a combover?"
Megan then mentioned, "It's so that they can look distinctive from each other."
Madison stated, "Isn't just having different colored fur, manes, and tails along with those cutie marks enough to tell them apart? It seems as if it costs more to make them all look so different in so many other ways. More importantly, does this group even have a name?"
Megan said, "They do have a name, but it will come to me."
Madison started to get irritated and asked Megan, "What is the name of this special group of pony dolls?"
Megan then looked at what they had in common and came up with their name and said, "They are known as the Mane 6 because they are supposed to be the core group of these new pony dolls hence the pun."
After explaining all of that Madison left Megan alone as she was able to breathe a sigh of relief and take the ponies back to the ranch.
As Megan and the Mane 6 got back to the ranch, they started to have certain reactions to how they were viewed when Madison saw them.
Twilight queried, "Why exactly did that girl think I was a freak of a nature just for having both wings and a horn?"
Rainbow Dash asked, "How exactly does having a rainbow tail and mane make me express a certain type of pride?"
Applejack mentioned, "Did she really think I was playing dress-up because of my hat?"
Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy stated in unison, "Why did she act as if our mane and tails looked strange?"
Megan answered to each of them, "Just let that go already. It was enough that you decided to sneak into the truck when I was going into town. I couldn't just say to someone that I had small, talking ponies from another world."
"Why not?" asked Twilight.
"It's because I fear that they will freak out and panic if they knew." replied Megan.
Twilight then asked, "Why exactly did you call us the Mane 6?"
Megan answered, "I sort of thought of that on the spot. The reason for that name was to claim that you six were the main part of the doll collection, so I used that as sort of pun. Then again, you probably didn't like that name and probably wished I used some other name to describe you all."
Twilight then thought, "The name does sort of have a nice ring to it."
Later that day, Danny went to the stable with his phone and turned on his favorite show for the Mane 6.
Megan said to Danny, "It's bad enough that you watch that show with Professor N Shroud, but now you have to show it to the ponies."
Danny asked Megan, "What's the worst that can happen with them watching this?"
Megan noted, "When you had them watch Jackass, Rainbow Dash almost got the idea of doing some of those stunts despite the disclaimers and warnings because she thought they looked cool. Lucky for me and Twilight were able to talk her out of it in telling her that some of those stunts could have actually killed her or at least got her critically injured. As for this show, he will put anything on it just to boost ratings even if his discoveries happen to be fake."
To make matters worse, Megan got a notification on her phone about a viral video from Twitter, and when she noticed the familiar account, it started to make her worry about what could happen to the Mane 6 if anyone saw it.
Megan asked Danny, "What is the meaning of this video that you posted on Twitter?"
Danny answered, "Rainbow Dash got very bored from being in the stable, so I thought I would take her out and let her do a sonic rainboom when nobody was looking."
Megan then asked, "Are you sure that nobody knows that it's her doing that?"
Danny replied out of confidence, "I did it at such a distance so most couldn't see who was actually doing it."
Megan was about breathe a sigh of relief, but then got another notification of someone posting a similar video only with a better resolution and actually noticing the blue pegasus causing her to become paranoid and panic.
"You're no longer safe here especially you Rainbow Dash for ending up in a viral video that Danny did with you!" shouted Megan.
"It must be so awesome that it went that way, because now that makes me a star." replied Rainbow Dash.
"Actually, this is bad because there was another video that actually did show, and I was afraid that this would happen." replied Megan.
Fluttershy then mentioned, "Megan, even I'm starting to feel worried about you being so tense."
"I just didn't want you to be caught and taken away by some scientists who will dissect and probably have you all killed in the process!" shouted Megan.
Rarity calmly claimed, "Maybe this will just boil over, and nobody will care about it after Darling."
Megan then stated, "For some reason, I don't think that a video like this will just boil over especially if someone saw a creature like Rainbow Dash do this and pretty much the whole world knows about it."
Twilight then asked, "How exactly can this whole world know about it when it was just done here unless something like a scroll was sent to them?"
Megan responded, "On Earth we have a different way of communicating. There is a reason why the internet is sometimes known as the World Wide Web. By that, people from all over can be looking at these things and know about them no matter where they live and how far away. In other words, they don't need a scroll in order to talk to each other, and you out of the whole group should know this because you went to such a place that has similar technology to what exists here."
Professor N Shroud saw and heard about the video and said, "Maybe if I can get that creature, nobody will start telling me that my discoveries are fake and for once, I won't feel like a nutjob, so I must find that creature and have it on my show."
Megan did whatever she could to get the ponies to safety by having them go back to Equestria, but it wasn't an easy task. Some of them felt that she was overreacting and was making a mountain out of a molehill while trying to calm her down. The rest thought that she was just feeling edgy. Later that night, the Mane 6 decided to go out when they thought the coast was clear only to find themselves being ambushed with a note being left by stable from the scientist about what happened. When Megan found the note, she really started to panic on how to get them back and make sure that the Mane 6 aren't revealed to the whole world.
Megan, Danny, and Molly went to the stable the next day to check up on the Mane 6 only to find out that they were gone and saw the note that they were taken.
Danny feeling excited at first said, "I can't believe that Professor N Shroud was here!"
Megan replied, "This isn't good Danny, because he came here and took the ponies for his show."
Molly asked, "How are we supposed to get them back let alone know where they went?"
Megan started to panic and said, "We really need to know where he took, but I haven't gotten clue where he could have gone with them."
Danny stated, "I would believe that he is still in town somewhere to set up his remote lab, so he is probably at some abandoned warehouse."
"We better get there before he televises it and exposes the ponies to the rest of the world." replied Megan.
Meanwhile at Shroud's hideout, he had the Mane 6 tied up as he was ready to dissect them. At one point Twilight thought that she could free them by using her telekinesis to bring over a knife to cut the ropes only to have Shroud stop it and be able overpower her. Seeing what was going to be used had to make them feel as if the only way out was to have the Williams siblings coming over to rescue them.
"Did you really think I would let you special creatures escape?" asked Shroud.
"It was worth a try." replied Twilight.
Shroud then stated, "Once this airs on TV, everyone will finally know that what I have is real and you six are my ticket for that."
Applejack asked, "Why don't you just go after Rainbow Dash since it was her in that viral video while sparing the rest of us?"
Rainbow Dash then replied sarcastically, "Thank you for saying that Applejack!"
Twilight mentioned, "Let's just hope that Megan, Danny, and Molly will be here to rescue us before he exposes us."
The three arrived at the warehouse that was being used for the taping.
Megan said, "I will go in to get the ponies while you two will stay out here and be the lookout."
Danny asked, "How come you get to go in and we don't?"
Megan answered, "We can't all go in, and it's usually me who ends up saving the ponies if you remember all the other times this was done."
Danny responded, "I can actually help you here."
Molly added, "Danny, I think you did enough damage when you made that viral video, because if you didn't, they wouldn't have been exposed and captured in the first place."
Megan did what she could to try to save the ponies. However, she wasn't able to stop Shroud and even got tied up herself. To her surprise, she couldn't even believe who Shroud really was.
"Are you some kind of cyborg?" asked Megan.
"So, you have figured out my little secret in that I'm not really a human or at least I was one." replied Shroud.
"I don't care what you are, just let me and the ponies go, and we won't share your secret!" shouted Megan, who was hoping to blackmail Shroud.
Shroud explained, "I couldn't care less if you exposed me for being a cyborg. My show has been nothing but a cover up for helping me find special creatures and object that I can use at my disposal. You and those ponies are exactly what I need to help boost my ratings, and the only difference here is that all of you are real, so the viewers will know that this time I will be telling the truth. As a matter of fact, I seem to be detecting some special energy in that locket that you have."
"There is nothing special about my locket, it's just a normal locket and nothing more." replied Megan.
"Don't lie to me girly, because I can feel the energy that is coming from it." said Shroud.
Megan then stated, "I'm sorry I was unable to rescue you."
Twilight said, "Let's just up that there is some sort of backup plan."
Back outside the other two got worried about what was going on.
Molly noted, "Megan has been in there for quite some time."
Danny claimed, "Perhaps, we should go in try to rescue them."
Molly then stated, "I feel it would be dangerous and normally, we're not even the ones who do the rescuing."
Danny replied, "There's always a first time for everything."
Danny and Molly decided to enter the building only to find Megan caught as well, which made Danny think of a plan.
"If only there was a way to get them all freed without getting caught ourselves." stated Molly.
"Maybe we can expose Shroud for who really is so that he can feel embarrassed." thought Danny.
Molly asked, "Haven't your videos been the reason they are in the first place?"
Danny answered, "However, another video can get them out of this mess."
Danny and Molly started messing around with Shroud's stuff while claiming with his phone recording the whole thing in claiming that it was all fake only then to be caught themselves.
"Do you kids really think that exposing my show for being fake will actually stop me especially when just about everything that airs on TV is fake to start with?" asked Shroud.
"Actually, it wasn't going to be your show that we were going to expose." replied Danny.
"Say what!?" asked Shroud feeling confused at the moment.
"We can show the whole world your true form as a cyborg especially since I was recording it with my phone." Danny continued.
Molly added, "We will make you a deal. You can either let our sister and the ponies go free and we'll keep your secret in return or my brother can expose your true form easily with just one tap by sending the video. The choice will be up to you."
Shroud then said, "Alright, I will let them go, but you better keep your end of the bargain."
The mad scientist agreed to untie Megan and the Mane 6 just to keep his secret identity, though Megan did take a jab at him for the fact that she didn't like being tied up.
"That was some good thinking over there from the both of you." said Megan.
"Thanks Megan!" said the both of them.
They all got home thinking that they can sneak the Mane 6, but their dad caught them and wanted answers.
He noticed his children with the Mane 6, and he wanted to know what was really going on.
Megan's dad asked, "I take it that these strange looking ponies aren't really dolls, because I have noticed them actually moving and I heard them talking as well."
Megan sighed and then answered, "Alright, I will come clean on this. These ponies aren't dolls, they are real, live talking ponies from another world known as Equestria. Me, Danny, and Molly have been meeting with them and even going to their world to spend some time with them."
Twilight added, "We aren't the first group of ponies to welcome them as they have even been in our world when it was over a thousand years ago in our time."
Although their dad felt a little bit shocked by seeing them talk, he then asked, "What do you mean by over a thousand years ago in your time and by not being the first group of ponies?"
Megan continued her explanation, "It wasn't originally called Equestria when I first came there, it was known as Ponyland back then and there were different ponies even then. Maybe I should have told you this from the start, but I sort sworn to secrecy that I wouldn't tell others about this unless they could also keep it a secret. I'm sorry for keeping such a secret from you."
Molly added, "We have met some new special friends when we went there both past and present."
Danny mentioned, "There were even times when you got to have adventures with them when it felt like an escape from reality back here at the ranch."
Megan then noted, "Do you remember that night when I was sort of shouting, and nobody came out to see what was going on?"
Her father claimed, "We just thought that you had trouble grooming TJ that night."
Megan stated, "I had no trouble with TJ. What happened is that a pink pegasus known as Firefly took me back to her world to help them stop a threat known as Tirac over at Midnight Castle who was trying to spread eternal darkness all over what was then known as Ponyland. Since then, I have returned to that world on numerous occasions as well as more recently. They have even referred to me as the Savior of Ponyland and the Keeper of the Rainbow of Light."
Megan's dad said, "I don't seem to see this Firefly right now."
Rainbow Dash came up to him and said, "That's because she was dead long ago, and I happen to be her descendant."
Her dad then asked, "Are the rest of you descendants of ponies that my children once knew as well?"
The rest of them nodded in unison and mentioned their said descendants.
"How exactly did any of you know about Megan, Danny, and Molly being that you're all thousands of years apart from the ponies they originally?" asked their father.
"It was when I accidentally found a book that chronicled their time when they last came to my world, and I was told as if I was destined to find it and meet them as if our paths were to cross again." answered Twilight.
Megan then stated, "Now that you know, we would like you to keep it a secret as we did."
Out of curiosity, their father asked, "What could happen if other humans knew about Equestria?"
Twilight answered, "There is a fear that humans could lead an invasion into Equestria if they knew about and even enslave the ponies and other creatures to do their bidding, which is why those that do know about such as your kids are sworn to secrecy to make sure that nobody else will know."
Their dad noted, "I can see why that is the case."
After hearing all of that, their dad agreed not to tell others about Equestria and the ponies lived there. He then hugged and petted each of the Mane 6 for the times they were with his kids and looked out for them. He later waved good-bye to them as they went through the portal to go back to Equestria.
