At the south pool three men were headed to a certain home when the got there the a guy who lived there said "the white lotus has honored my family for coming thank you".
Then they went in and one of them said "Argyle and Luster Dawn you claim your daughter is the one can you prove it".
Luster then said "Sunny can you come in here".
Then a large rock went flying past them they looked and saw a five year old girl who had orange skin and violet hair who said "I'm the avatar you gotta deal with it" as she started water bending.
Ten years later Sunny was perfecting her earth bending in combat training and was doing grate an elderly woman than said "she is strong".
Then a member of the white lotus said "she lacks restraint".
Sunny then won the match and she ran to them and said "hey why all the gloom three elements down one to go".
Then one of them said "your getting ahead of yourself Sunny where not sure if you past your earth bending test yet".
Another one then then said "ever since you were young you have excelled at the physical side of bending but ignored the spiritual side the avatar must master both".
Sunny then said "I haven't ignored it, it just hasn't come as easy to me but that's why I should start training with swift right away he's Mr spiritual".
Then one of them asked the elderly woman "do you believe she is ready master Twilight".
Twilight then said "yes if anyone can teach her its Swift".
Then one said "very well Sunny its time for you to begin fire bending training".
Sunny then said "alright" then ran to a nearby barn where she met up with a polar bear dog and said "Ice you should have seen it I kicked some earth bender butt and I passed Swift will be here in a few days" then laughed as ice licked her face then she mounted on ice's saddle and went out for a stroll.
Three days Later swift arrived with his family on a dragon and he said to Twilight "hello mother I can't tell you how happy I am to see you please help me" as his three kids were on him.
Twilight laughed as he got her grand son off of her son's head who then said "unhand me strange woman".
Swift then said "that's your grand mother spark".
Twilight then said "Its so good to see all of you again".
One of her grand daughters then said "grand mother I was wondering if you could tell me during the hundred year war what happened to Timber's mom?"
Twilight then said "well Ember you see".
Then the other grand daughter zoomed past them and Ember said "really Blaze" then went chasing after her.
Swift then helped his wife down from his dragon and Twilight said to her "Its good to see you again Melody hows the little one"?
Melody put her hands on her pregnant belly and said "the little one is doing alright although I am hoping for it to be a non bender like me one that doesn't throw fire all over the place really were swift and his brother this crazy when they were young".
Twilight then said "well Magnus was and so was there cousin Flurry but swift has always been rather focused"
Swift then said "mother please" then saw who was behind Twilight and said "Sunny look at you so big and strong you've  grown into quite the young avatar".
Sunny then said "master Swift I'm so glad your here I cant wait to get started".
Then swift said "well...
Melody then said "your going to have to tell at some point". 
Sunny then said "tell me what"?
Then Twilight said "your not staying are you".
Swift then said "I'm afraid not were only staying for the night then I have to return to Maretime bay".
Sunny then said "what but your suppose to teach me".
Then Swift said "I'm sorry Sunny but your fire bending will have to wait".
Later at dinner Sunny asked "so how long until you can teach me fire bending a week, a month?"
Swift then said "It could be much longer".
Sunny then said "I don't understand why are you making me wait"?
Swift then said "I have a responsibility to Maretime bay I'm one of the leaders there and the situation there is very unstable right now".
Sunny then said "but you also have a responsibility to teach me believe me I would be happy to find anther fire bending master but your the only one in the world were stuck with each other".
Then Swift said "I wish there was anther way".
Sunny then said "wait there is if you cant stay here then I'll just go back to Maretime bay with you Its perfect".
Then a nearby white lotus member said "absolutely not the city is far to dangerous avatar Flash tasked us with keeping you safe while you master the 4 elements".
Sunny then said "I get that but I don't think keeping me locked up in this compound like a prisoner is what he had in mind".
Swift then said "I know this is difficult to except but its not the right time for you to come to the city".
Then Sunny said "whatever" and left.
The next morning Swift and his family left on his dragon and he said "flame Yip Yip" and took off.
Meanwhile Sunny was on a ledge with her polar bear dog Ice thinking then got a determined look in her eyes , later that night she was putting the saddle on ice when Twilight came in and said "nice night for an escape isn't it".
Sunny then said "I have to leave I have to find my own path as the avatar".
Twilight then said "I know Flash's time has past my brother and many of my friends are gone it time for you and the and your generation to take on the responsibility of keeping peace and balance in the world and I think your going to be a great avatar".
Sunny then said "thank you" and hugged her.
Then Twilight said "goodbye Sunny".
Later Sunny use water bending to burrow threw the ice so she and Ice could get out then went to her parents and told them her plan then said "mom dad I'll miss you".
Then Luster said "we love you so much".
Sunny then climbed onto Ice's back and they rode off and later stowed away on a ship to Maretime bay, the next morning the ship docked and Sunny said "Ice wake up were here" then got off of the ship Sunny looked around and said "wow look at this place I've never seen so many blossom mobiles, now where is fire Island". 
Then a cop saw her and said "hey you there" Sunny then got scared and rode off on Ice. 
Later they came to a park where a guy with a bullhorn said "are you tired of living under the eye of benders then join the equalists for to long the bending elite of this city have forced none benders to live as lower class citizens join e-co and together we will tear down the bending world".
Sunny and Ice listened for a minute then walked away and Sunny said quietly "weirdo" then later was in town and asked a lady "excuse me I think I'm lost can you tell me how to get to fire island from here?"
The lady then said "just keep going down this street" then a Blossom mobile appeared and the lady said "you had better get going young lady its not safe".
Then the car stopped and some guys got out of it, one of them then said "Mr fly please tell me that you have my money or I can't guarantee that I can't protect your fine establishment" as anther one of them bent up lava rocks.
Mr Fly then said "I'm sorry but business has been slow please take one of my radios".
Then one of them lava melted it and the guy said "my friend here is not a music lover give me the money or else..."
Then Sunny who was standing behind them said "or else what foot bump" as they turned around and saw her.
The three of them then laughed and then the guy said "since your obviously fresh off the boat let me explain a couple things your in triple threat territory and were about to put you in the hospital".
Sunny then said "your the ones who are gonna need a hospital and for your sake I hope there's one nearby".
The guy then said "who do you think you are?"
Then Sunny said "why don't you come and find out" one of them then bent water at her but she quickly threw it back and froze the guys face then she took out the other two.
Then the authorities arrived and one of the cops said "arrest them all" then said to Sunny "Ma'am I'm going to have to ask you to come with us".
Sunny then said "um okay then".
Later she was in a room talking with the chief of police and she said "why are you here avatar"?
Sunny then said "to learn fire bending".
Then Swift walked into the room and said "i'll take it from here Fairy fly" the chief then left and he said "Sunny what part of not ready for the city wasn't clear"?
Sunny then said "but Twilight said I need to find my own path".
Swift then said "Please leave my mother out of this".
Later they were at Fire Island and Swift's kids came up to her and ember said "wow Sunny your here".
Blaze then said "are you here to stay?"
Sunny then said "no I unfortunately have to go back to the south pole".
Swift thought for a moment and said "you know what maybe your right Sunny".
Then Sunny said "wait what?"
Swift then said "you will remain here to learn fire bending".
Sunny then said "oh thank you!" and hugged everyone.

It was the next morning and Sunny was reading the news paper aloud "and in the final round the buzzard wasps won in a divisive knockout" then said to Swift "what do you say we go to the arena tonight see a few rounds"?
But Swift then said "no that sport is a mockery of the great art of bending you will not see it".
Sunny then said "seriously".
Swift then said "until you master your fire bending I want you to stay on the island".
Then Sunny said "Is that why you have the white lotus watching me 24/7".
Swift then said "yes let go get started" as they walked Sunny looked out to the city "so my mother informed me that you've never been able to fire bend before".
Sunny then said "the other elements came so naturally".
Swift then said "its simple avatars always have trouble with the element that is opposite to there personality for Flash it was air bending you see" as he got a fire in his hand "the way the fire moves like its dancing"?
Sunny then said "yep I'm as opposite to fire as it gets".
Then they arrived at the training field and Swift said "this is it" as he showed her a metal great with many open pipes under it "this is your first step" then pulled a nearby lever and flames started to come out of the pipes "you need to quickly study the movement of the flames and find your way threw fun fact in the older days these things were powered by bending alone" Sunny then tried ,and tried but couldn't seem to get it later at night she was trying to burn a news paper but still nothing then she heard a radio and sneak over where she saw three white lotus guards listening to a pro bending match she then got on the roof the gazebo they were in and listened where she heard team names like lemurs and player names like Hitch then the radio shut off and they saw swift holding a plug and he said "Sunny I told you no".
Sunny then said "for the record you said I can't see pro bending matches you didn't say I couldn't listen to them".
Swift then said "you know what I meant". The next day Swift had Sunny try to balance on a post but she still couldn't get it then tried meditating "you need to remember embrace freedom" Sunny then giggled a little "is something funny"?
Then Sunny said "your telling me to embrace freedom but you wont even let me listen to the radio and forget leaving the island".
Swift then said "Sunny please look at spark he's able to meditate peacefully".
Sunny then looked at him and said "actually I think hes asleep".
Swift then said "what? well at least he has the relaxing part down just keep trying".
Sunny did but then said "no good I'm gonna go get drink".
Later at night Sunny had enough and sneaked out to the pro bending arena but then a janitor spotted her and said "hey this is an employees only area what where's your ticket"?
Sunny then said "um well".
As a red guy walked over spotted her then went up and said "oh there you are" the said to the janitor "its okay she's with me".
Sunny then said "ya I'm with him".
The janitor then said "okay but try to keep track of her".
Then the janitor walked away and Sunny said "thank you".
The red guy then took her to the area where they get ready and said "bet you didn't think you would get a seat like this I'm Sprout by the way".
Sunny then said "Sunny, nice to meet you".
Then a yellow guy came in and said "sprout you need to stop bringing your crazy fan girls back here".
Sprout then said to Sunny "this is my brother Hitch".
Sunny then said "wow Hitch heard about you on the radio".
Hitch then said "come on sprout were up".
Then they went up with a guy who was a water bender and after they won Sunny said "wow that was incredible say Sprout that air bending move do you think you could teach it to me"?
Sprout then said "of course I'm just not sure how my air bending would translate to your water bending but will figure it out".
Sunny then said "no problem I'm actually an air bender".
Sprout then said "oh sorry I didn't mean to assume I just figured from your water tribe getup that your a water tribe girl".
Then Sunny said "no you were right I'm a water bender and an earth bender".
Sprout then said "I am really confused right now".
Then Hitch said "your the avatar and I'm an idiot".
Sunny then said "both are true".
Then Sprout said "no way the avatar" Later Sprout was showing her his move "wow your getting the hang of it".
Then Sunny said "thanks".
Hitch then said "well Sprout when your done I'll be upstairs".
Sunny then said "upstairs?"
Sprout then said "ya we live in the attic but its no problem".
The next morning Sunny was back at flame Island trying the field of flames again but she got mad and wrecked it with earth bending Swift then said "do you know how hard that will be to replace!?"
Sunny then said "what I'm just angry" then stormed off".
Later that night swift and his family were having dinner and Melody said "where's Sunny?"
Then Swift said "honestly Melody I am at my roots end with that girl I don't know how to get threw to her".
Melody then said "just give it time".
Swift then looked at his kids and said "you must promise me your teenage years will not be like this".
Ember then looked up from her book said "I will make no such promise".
Meanwhile Sunny went back to the arena and saw Hitch and Sprout then asked them "is something wrong?"
Hitch then said "ya our water bender is a no good no show".
Sprout then said "and we can't compete without a water bender".
Sunny then said "well how about I join in".
Sprout then said "doesn't that seem unfair"?
Then Sunny said "not if I only bend water".
Sprout then said "well lets get you suited up".
Later they were on the field but Sunny was not very good but at one point she mistakenly earth bent and the announcer said "what that water bender did she just earth bend"?
Meanwhile on flame Island Swift went up to the Wight lotus guys and said "have you guys seen Sunny she's not in her room"?
Then on there radio the announcer said "you've got to be kidding me she's the avatar folks Playing in a pro bending match".
Swift was angry and said "I'll get her myself".
Back at the arena the coach said "the avatar will be aloud to continue grated that she only bends water".
Sunny got knocked out of the ring and then saw Swift standing there and she said "oh what are you doing here I thought you didn't like these matches"?
Swift then said "Sunny I tried to be gentle but you've pushed me so far".
Then Sunny said "we can talk later right now I have a match to Finnish".
She then went back in the ring but then she was easily avoiding the other teams attacks and the announcer said "wait a minute folks this the avatar is moving like a different player altogether".
Swift saw this and said "well I'll be".
The announcer then said "and I't looks like the skunk bears are out of juice but the lemurs are still juicy".
Then they won the nest day on Flame Island Swift had some natives helping rebuild the training area and Sunny went up to him and said "hey I think I need to apologize for my behavior".
Swift then said "no I should apologize I kept telling you to be patience but I lost my patience in the process you were right I shouldn't have made you stay on the island".
Sunny then said "that's a good thing because I kind of joined the Lemurs pro bending team for good, well I need to join them for training bye".
Swift then face palmed.
