Silence. That's all that Chrysalis was accustomed to as she cackled maniacally to herself. 



She had been shunned by her hive. She became an outcast. She was no longer queen, but don't tell her that. All she could do to pass the time was talk to herself....or in this case, logs with Changeling faces carved into them. 

"One day, you'll see! I will defeat Twilight Sparkle and her friends! Nya ha! And they will pay for stealing my kingdom!" 

She got no response from the inanimate object. She sighed as she turned to carve another face on another log, when suddenly, she was teleported out of the forest to parts unknown. 



 

Tartarus. A place where the absolute worst of the worst end up. The place where the irredeemable spend the rest of their lives. This was the case for Lord Tirek and Cozy Glow. 





The two villains were sat next to one another. Not literally, mind you, but their cages were next to each other, so they were practically neighbors. 

As Tirek carved another line, signifying the amount of days he has spent in Tartarus, Cozy Glow decided to get his attention, "Psst. Tirek." 

Tirek sighed in annoyance as he turned around to face the manipulative filly. 

"It is Lord Tirek. And what is it now?" 

Cozy smiled, "I just wanna make sure you can see my best friends rock sculpture from over there!" 

She gestured down to a sculpture of her and Tirek. The Centaur rolled his eyes as he turned around....only to be whooshed away by magic. Before Cozy could say anything, she too was sent away. 



 

Inside a damp, old cave, a small branch was stabbed into the ground. The unknown figure then drew a symbol in the damp dirt. Once the symbol was drawn, a small, dark crystal shot out of the ground as a dark fog swirled around it, engulfing the cave in darkness. 

The only source of light inside the cave were a pair of glowing, green eyes. 



 

The Canterlot Vault. Filled with many ancient relics and weapons. But what was wanted here was not a weapon, but a living being. In the center of the Vault, was a statue. But it was no ordinary statue. 

It was a statue of an Utrom. 

Ch'rell's imprisonment. 

Normally the statue would be placed in the gardens, but both princesses agreed that Ch'rell was far too dangerous to be left out in the open. Even if he was a statue. 

Suddenly, the statue was whooshed away by magic, leaving a very noticeable absence in the Vault. 



 

Tirek and Cozy Glow appeared inside a mysterious cavern. 



They looked at one another before they heard a whooshing noise. They turned to see Queen Chrysalis appear on the other side of the cavern. 

She turned to face the other two villains, "Lord Tirek!" She exclaimed in surprise. 

Tirek's eyes widened, "A Changeling?" He then turned to Cozy Glow, "See? She gets it." 

Chrysalis then walked down the stairs as she spoke, "Chrysalis, queen of the changelings! Or at least I will be, when I'm restored to my rightful place! Why did you summon me? What do you want?!" 

Cozy squeaked as she ran behind Tirek's leg, "Oh, golly! We didn't bring you! I thought you freed us from Tartarus!" 

Chrysalis quirked a brow in confusion, "Tartarus? Whoever pulled you from there must have been somepony very powerful indeed." 

"Mwahahahahaha!" 

Everyone turned to the highest point in the cavern as King Sombra stepped forward, reforming his body out of the black smoke that swirled around him. 

 

He smiled at the villains down below. 

"King Sombra! You have returned? Why did you bring us here?" Chrysalis asked. 

But suddenly, a large thump was heard behind the group. It sounded like something solid smashed against the ground. They all turned to see the statue of Ch'rell. They all looked at it with curiosity. 

Tirek turned to Chrysalis, "What's with the slug?" 

Suddenly, a crack formed in the statue, causing Tirek and the others to freeze in anticipation. The crack grew bigger as more cracks made themselves known on the statue. Ch'rell's eyes glowed red as the stone prison exploded. Everyone shielded their eyes. Once the debris from the statue fell to the floor, everyone present uncovered their eyes as they gazed upon the now free Ch'rell. 

 

 

(Play from 1:30 to 1:55) 

Ch'rell's eyes snapped open as he stood up straight, "Grah! I live!" He looked around at the other villains and scoffed as he smiled to himself, "And now that I am free. All in this world shall know TRUE despair! Mwahahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHA!" 



 



WHAT IF THE SHREDDER WAS IN MY LITTLE PONY: SEASON 9?

 



 

It was a beautiful day in Canterlot. The sun was shining, the birds were singing. Everything was perfect for Twilight and her friends. The Mane 6 were currently on their way to the castle. They had been requested by the princesses on a matter of great importance. 

"Ah wonder what the princesses called us here for." Applejack stated. 

Rainbow shrugged, "Dunno. Maybe there's another big bad for us to take down?" 

Pinkie bounced up and down, "Ooh! Maybe there's a massive party being planned and they need our help?" 

"Oh....I hope it isn't anything serious." Fluttershy added. 

"Maybe its to help set up this year's Grand Galloping Gala?" Rarity suggested. 

Twilight smiled at her friends, "Well whatever it is. We'll get through it together." 

But all of a sudden, the sky turned into a sickly green, much to the confusion of the Mane 6. They looked up to see the transformation. 

"What's goin' on?" Applejack asked. 

"HAHAHAHAHA!" 

Twilight's eyes shrunk to pinpricks. She'd recognize that laughter anywhere. Suddenly, a massive spiked hand shot out of the ground. The girls turned around to run, but another clawed and shot out of the ground, blocking their path. The claws turned into a puff of green smoke as a giant shadow loomed over Canterlot. Twilight turned and screamed as she saw a twisted, nightmare version of The Shredder. 

 

 

(Play from 1:30 to 1:55) 

Twilight stepped back in pure terror as Shredder laughed. 

"Y...You? But that's not possible! You were sealed in stone!" 

Nightmare Shredder laughed, "You truly believed that sealing me away would stop me? FOOL! Now you shall suffer the consequences of defying me! You're friends shall suffer first!" 

As Nightmare Shredder raised his right hand, Twilight covered her ears and fell on her belly, shaking in terror. As Shredder laughed, Twilight screamed as he brought down his claw. 



 

"NOOOOOOO!!!!" Twilight screamed as she shot upright in her bed, sweating badly as she panted. 

She sighed as she started to calm down. This wasn't the first nightmare she had of Ch'rell, and she was certain it wouldn't be the last. Ever since the Tempest Shadow incident, Twilight had grown distant towards her friends and family. She always felt a heavy guilt in her heart for failing to save Tempest. 

Just as she was starting to learn the Magic of Friendship, she was taken away by a monster. As the days went by, she started to return to normal, but was noticeably different. If anyone brought up Ch'rell, she would either shrink in fright or cause an outburst. 

Sure she had started the School of Friendship, but her heart wasn't in it, and her friends noticed. Ch'rell had changed her. She hated the Utrom, but she was also petrified of him. Petrified of what he could do. What he could do to her friends. She knew that if he ever got out, everything she had ever known would be at risk. 

But that's not all. Just a few days ago, she was informed that the princesses would be retiring. And SHE would be the next princess. Now her anxiety was at an all time high. But she wouldn't let that deter her. Ch'rell is gone. Sealed in stone in the Canterlot Vault. 

She wouldn't have to worry about that monster again. 



 

Ch'rell stared at the other villains in the cavern, eyeing every single one of them. Chrysalis looked baffled, "And what are you supposed to be?" 

Ch'rell growled, "Fool! I am Ch'rell. Oruku Saki. Duke Acureds! The Shredder! ANd you shall watch your tone, insect!" 

Chrysalis snarled at the Utrom, "You dare speak that way to me?! I am Chrysalis! Queen of the Changeling Hive!" 

Ch'rell raised a brow, "Is that supposed to mean something?" 

Chrysalis snarled as she lit up her horn, "WATCH YOUR TONE, SLUG!" 

Ch'rell growled as he leapt into the air and headbutt Chrysalis, sending her across the room. As Chrysalis tried to get back up, Ch'rell approached her at fast speeds. He would have attacked again, had he not been thrust into a wall by a yellow glow. 

Ch'rell struggled against his bindings as Cozy turned to Chrysalis, "Nice timing." 

Chrysalis looked confused, "You think I did that?" 

"She didn't." 

Everyone turned to the entrance of the cavern as a figure slowly approached them. Once he stepped into the light, the ram frowned. 

 

"You may call me.....Grogar."

Once Grogar stepped out of the shadows, both Tirek and Chrysalis gasped in shock. They had heard the stories, but to actually meet him, was a shock to the both of them. 

"The Grogar?" Chrysalis asked. 

Sombra transformed into his Shadow Form and joined the others on the ground. Tirek and the other villains walked forward towards Grogar, except for Ch'rell, who was still struggling against his bindings. 

"I thought that you were a legend!" Tirek stated. 

"I've heard of you." Sombra added. 

As Grogar walked around the table in the center of the cavern he said, "I assure you, I am very real. And you have all been brought here as part of my plan to rid Equestria of Twilight Sparkle and her friends once and for all." 

Ch'rell scoffed at the Ram, "I do not know who you are and I do not care! You shall release me and I shall grant you a quick and painless demise." 

Grogar turned to the Utrom and frowned, "You don't seem to be in a position to demand anything, Ch'rell." 

Ch'rell growled in anger, "You dare talk down to me! I am The Shredder!" 

Grogar rolled his eyes, "Yes, yes. I am aware." 

Cozy Glow then decided to speak up, "I am so sorry, but the name 'Grofar'? It just doesn't ring any bells." 

Grogar slammed his hooves on the table in frustration, "Grogar! I have been away too long if my name no longer strikes fear into the heart of one so tiny. Perhaps a demonstration of power is in order?" 

Suddenly, the orbs on Grogar's neck-piece began to glow. The Ram then placed a hoof on the center of the piece. As he pulled his hoof away, a yellow orb formed in his hoof. He held it as he leaned forward and blew the orb towards Tirek, who took it in his hands and gobbled it up. 

Tirek then began to transform as the magic gave him more power, making him stronger. 

 

He looked at his biceps before kissing them. He then explained, "Grogar is ancient and extremely powerful. The land that would become Equestria was a mere collection of farms and pastures until he declared himself emperor of all he saw. I remember hearing tales of his tyranny when I was young." 

"I have also heard of the first Emperor of Equestria. The "Father of Monsters". Sombra added. 

"I gave life to the foulest of creatures and allowed them to run wild, taking what they wanted and destroying the rest." He said as the crystal orb on the table began to show images of his reign, "My reign was a glorious, fear-soaked epoch of darkness in Equestria." 

"Ha! Until Gusty the Great rose up and banished you." Chrysalis interrupted. 

"That fool believed taking my bell would defeat me! But she only weakened me temporarily." Grogar replied. 

"Hahahaha." 

They all turned to Ch'rell, who was laughing in amusement. 

The Utrom smiled, "I find it quite amusing that you believe your reign was something to be praised for." 

Grogar frowned as he took a step toward Ch'rell, "What are you implying?" 

"I imply nothing! I state fact! You are not an emperor! You are a fool!" 

"Careful, Ch'rell. I have the power to reseal you back in stone." 

Ch'rell frowned, "You talk as if I'll give you the chance." 

"Enough! You shall show respect to your superior!" Grogar demanded. 

"Hahahaha! Superior? I am a destroyer of worlds! You are nothing but a foolish mammal!" 

"Silence!" The Ram turned and walked up the walkway leading to the highest point in the cavern, "I've spent millennia gathering power, biding my time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to seize control of Equestria! And watching all of you. I've seen each of your humiliating defeats at the hooves of six puny ponies. And do you know why they've always bested you?" 

"Because they cheat!" Chrysalis exclaimed. 

Tirek folded his arms as he grumbled, "Because they are annoyingly lucky." 

"I'm just a kid, so..." Cozy added. 

"It is because they work together. Where one is weak, another is strong, and thus unified, they are a formidable force! But we shall use their own strategy to defeat them." 

"What are you suggesting?" Chrysalis asked. 

Grogar jumped onto the table below and got in Chrysalis' face, "I suggest nothing. I demand that you join me, and together, Equestria will be ours!" 

Ch'rell growled, "You dare make demands of me?! The Shredder doesn't work with anyone!" 

"The slug has the right idea! I don't do "ours". I only do mine." Sombra then turned into mist and appeared on the table with Grogar, "I will take back the Crystal Empire on my own, and I will destroy any pony who gets in my way!" 

Grogar smirked, "Such confidence. Go! Try to take back your kingdom. I shall send you there myself. If you prevail, you may keep it. But when you fail, you will submit to me!" 

"And if I refuse this deal?" Sombra asked. 

"Then I shall return you to the darkness from which you were summoned." Grogar replied. 

"Fine! But this is a waste of time, as I will crush those who defy me. I will defeat all who get in my way! I'm—" 

As Sombra went on, Grogar got annoyed and used a teleportation spell to not only get the Dark King out of there, but to shut him up as well. Grogar sighed as he began to walk out, casting a spell that freed Ch'rell from his bindings. As the Utrom fell to the floor, he growled at the Ram. 

"I advise the rest of you to prepare to work together!" Grogar commanded as he left. 

Ch'rell got back to his tentacles as he snarled at the Ram. As Tirek and Chrysalis looked at one another, Cozy flew up in between them, "Well, working together sounds an awful lot like making friends, so... you three are in luck, because I know all about that!" 

"BE SILENT!" Ch'rell commanded. 

The filly immediately shut up as she hid behind Tirek. 

Ch'rell walked forward, "I refuse to play any role in this mockery!" 

"Well it appears that you don't have a choice. Grogar is far more powerful than any of us." Tirek said to the Utrom. 

"Foolish worm! He is NOTHING compared to me!" 

Chrysalis scoffed, "And what exactly have you done to be recruited here, slug!" 

Ch'rell closed his eyes and chuckled evilly, "I did the one thing you fools have never done!" He opened his eyes as he smiled, "I broke Twilight Sparkle." 

Tirek cocked an eyebrow, "How so?" 

"I made her question everything she had ever known. I made her question her morals, her beliefs! As she was close to saving that fool, Tempest Shadow, I killed her that traitor right in front of her!" 

Cozy's eyes widened, "K-Killed?" 

Ch'rell smiled, "Yes. And I shall do the same to that worthless mare! Twilight Sparkle denied me of my revenge! Now, I shall make her suffer! None shall stand against The Shredder and live! All I need is my armor and then she shall pay!" 

Cozy looked a little awkward before saying, "Well..... It looks like we'll be here a while. How about a team building exercise?" 

While Tirek and Chrysalis groaned, Ch'rell raised a brow, "You cannot be serious?" 

"She is." Tirek deadpanned. 

"I REFUSE!!!" 



 

A FEW HOURS LATER 

Ch'rell was humiliated. He was currently standing on the table, to reach the other villain's height, joined in a circle as Cozy held his tentacle with her hoof. The other villains rolling their eyes as they too were holding hands/hooves. 

"Now I'll say something nice about.......Utroms? I think that's it. Ch'rell, you say something nice about centaurs. Tirek, you say something nice about changelings. And Chrysalis, you say something nice about ponies!" 

"NEVER!!!" Both Ch'rell and Chrysalis yelled in unison. 

Suddenly, they all turned as they heard the hoof steps of Grogar, who had returned to the cavern with an unhappy look on his face. 

"Let us hope the four of you will be enough for my plans." Grogar stated to the villains. 

The villains let go of each others hooves/hands/tentacles and turned to Grogar. 

"And what of King Sombra?" Chrysalis asked. 

"Did he succeed?" Tirek added. 

Grogar laughed at the question as he walked to the crystal orb and showed the villains Sombra's defeat at the hooves of Twilight and her friends, "I'd say he gambled and lost! But at least he can serve as a warning to those who doubt continuing with my plans. Unless any of you have doubts." 

"Uh, not I." Tirek said nervously. 

"Nope!" Chrysalis added quickly. 

"I'm good!" Cozy finished. 

Grogar turned to Ch'rell, who growled at the Ram. Grogar rolled his eyes, clearly underestimating the Utrom. 

"Then we shall join forces and work together to bring Equestria to its knees!" Grogar then laughed evilly as Tirek, Cozy, and Chrysalis joined in, although they laughed nervously, hoping not to peeve off the Ram. 

As they all laughed, Ch'rell sneaked away and smiled.

"That foolish Ram underestimates me. Excellent. It will be the last mistake he shall EVER make! And those other fools could be of some use to me. But once everything falls into place, I will destroy them all! HAHAHAHAHAHA!"

It had been 20 minutes since Grogar had left to concentrate on his work. He couldn't get work done here due to the annoyance of Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow. But strangely enough, Ch'rell had been quiet. No one had seen or heard from the Utrom in quite some time. 

That's because Ch'rell was thinking. He was planning, plotting. He went through every possible scenario that would result in his victory. But the only feasible option would be to work with these lesser creatures until they were no longer useful, much to the annoyance of Ch'rell. 

The Utrom was currently walking through the cavern. He stopped abruptly as he saw a banner with poorly drawn images of him and the other villains. Ch'rell rolled his eyes. These were the notorious villains of Equestria? What a joke! 

"Oh, there you are!" 

Ch'rell turned around to see Cozy Glow flying towards him. He growled in annoyance, "What do you want, child?" 

Cozy stopped and smiled, "Well, since Grogar left me in charge--" 

"He did no such thing!" 

Cozy rolled her eyes as she continued, "--I thought it would be a great idea for a team meeting! How else are we going to work together?" 

By this point, Ch'rell was already walking away, much to the annoyance of Cozy Glow. She flew around and hovered in front of him. 

"Sooo? Will you come to the meeting?" 

Ch'rell cocked an eyebrow, "In what reality would I EVER have a meeting with you fools?" 

Cozy smiled, "Grogar said that we have to work together~" 

Ch'rell frowned, "The Shredder doesn't work with anyone! The Shredder commands!" 

Cozy went to talk again, but Ch'rell beat her to it. 

"Try as you might, child! You are not capable of manipulating me. I don't have time for such nonsense!" 

Ch'rell then walked past the filly, who frowned because she didn't get her way. Cozy then went to go get Chrysalis, not giving up on her team meeting. 



 

It's been 20 minutes since Ch'rell encountered Cozy Glow. He was currently walking around the cavern, no that there was anything better to do. As he approached a corner, he heard the sounds of voices. He peaked around the corner and saw the other villains attending this Team Meeting. Curious, Ch'rell observed as the meeting continued. 

 

As the other three villains stopped singing, Ch'rell could only look on in embarrassment and disgust. 

"These are the most feared villains in this dimension? They are nothing but a laughing stock!" 

As he made his way toward them, he saw Grogar enter the cavern through the corner of his eye. He frowned as he approached Tirek, Cozy, and Chrysalis, who were currently arguing over what went wrong during their musical number. 

"If you fools are done with this WORTHLESS musical number! The Ram has returned." 

It was then that Grogar entered the cavern and sighed at the villains, "I had hoped by now you would've resolved your differences, but apparently not." 

Chrysalis rolled her eyes, "Perhaps if we knew what the plan was, we would be better able to prepare!" 

"Assuming you even have a plan" Tirek added. 

"Of course I have a plan! I have located an object of power, and it occurs to me this is the perfect test. The four of you will work together to retrieve it. Against this item, those ponies won't stand a chance." Grogar revealed. 

As Ch'rell rolled his eyes, Chrysalis stepped forward, "I have come close to ruling Equestria several times. Perhaps I should be the one to lead us." 

It was then that Cozy shoved the Changeling out of the way, "I nearly drained all the magic from Equestria! That was good!" 

Cozy was then shoved by Tirek, "I absorbed all the magic of Equestria! I could feel it flowing through my body as I grew!" 

Ch'rell barked a laugh at the Centaur, "Your achievements are miniscule!" 

As the four villains argued with one another, Grogar growled in anger as he charged a spell and held all four of the villains against the wall with his magic. 

"Each of you failed to defeat Twilight Sparkle and her friends! My power is greater than all of yours combined. This is but a fraction of it! Understood?!" 

While the other three reluctantly nodded, Ch'rell continued to struggle against his bindings. 

Grogar rolled his eyes at the Utrom and continued, "Now you shall retrieve the rest of it. Thousands of moons ago, the self-righteous Gusty the Great, unable to best me face-to-face, stole my Bewitching Bell. A talisman containing much of my own magic. The Bell cannot be destroyed, so Gusty hid it in a place it has taken me millennia to discover – an enchanted cave high atop Mt. Everhoof, protected by magical winds that prevent anypony from reaching its peak. There, the Bell has remained until now. Scale Mt. Everhoof. Bring me back my Bell." 

He then dropped the villains and walked away, but not before Ch'rell rushed in front of him, "What is it, Ch'rell?" 

The Utrom stepped forward, "You are a fool to think that I would do such a task without my armor! I will only go on this mission if I have my means of securing my victory! And we both know that those three fools won't be able to complete this task without me. THAT is why I am here, is it not?" 

The Utrom smirked as Grogar grumbled something under his breath. The Ram sighed, "Fine. You may have your armor. But if I see even the slightest hint of a betrayal, I will return you to your stone prison!" 

Grogar then stomped his hoof on the ground, a yellow glow slithered across the ground and made it's way to Ch'rell. The glow then encased the Utrom and lifted him into the air. Suddenly, a gust of magic swirled around him as something began to form. His armor then began to form around him, starting from the feet, then the torso, and finally Ch'rell was encased by his helmet. The glow ceased as The Shredder stood upright and raised his fist into the air. 

 

 

"At last! The Shredder lives! Like the Phoenix, I have risen from the ashes! And into my fire, my enemies shall fall!" 

Grogar rolled his eyes as he turned to the other villains, "Now, retrieve my bell! Do not fail me!" 

"The ease of this task is laughable." Chrysalis boasted. 



 

"Well, it sounded easy." 

They all observed Mt. Everhoof, which was surrounded by gusts of powerful winds. 

"Scale the mountain..." Tirek started. 

"...retrieve Grogar's Bell..." Chrysalis added. 

"...gain unlimited power..." Shredder continued. 

"...together! I drew up a detailed plan with several visual aids to show how we can..." Cozy words fell short as Tirek and Chrysalis walked away, "Ditch each other and do it alone. Maybe when I'm waiting for them at the top, then they'll appreciate me." 

As the filly flew away, Shredder scoffed and turned around, heading inside the forest. He knew it wouldn't be possible to scale that mountain alone, it was obvious. Now he just had to wait for those other fools to figure it out.

Ch'rell threw the logs onto the fire. He had been smart enough to deduce that it would not be possible to climb Mt. Everhoof alone. So he decided to do something more productive with his time. He set up a campsite and waited for those other fools to return. How he loathed working with those imbeciles. It reminded him when he had to put up with the annoyance of his counterpart. But it would all be worth it. He would destroy Twilight Sparkle and her friends, and then he would return home to finish the Turtles. 

Suddenly, the sound of someone approaching caught Ch'rell's attention. He turned to see Tirek with a lawn chair made out of vines and branches. The Centaur placed the chair down and looked at Shredder. 

"So I assume that you came to the same conclusion that I did?" Tirek asked. 

"That it wouldn't be possible for any one individual to climb that mountain alone? Yes, I did. It took around ten seconds to come to that conclusion." Shredder replied. 

Tirek's eyes widened, "T....ten seconds?" 

Shredder folded his arms, "Yes, why? How long did it take you?" 

Tirek folded his arms and grumbled, "Five minutes." 

Shredder sighed as he walked over to a nearby tree and lent against it, arms crossed as Tirek sat down on his makeshift chair. 

There was an awkward silence between the two villains, but that silence was broken when Tirek asked, "How long do you think it will take for the others to realize that they can't climb the mountain?" 

"Too long." Shredder replied. 

Tirek raised an eyebrow, "You don't seem surprised." 

"That's because I expected that. To think that foolish Ram categorized me in the same league as those fools! He underestimates me. A mistake that will cost him dearly." 

"I'm assuming that you have a plan?" Tirek asked, curious as to what Shredder was thinking. 

"It is a work in progress. But soon, I will bring this world to it's knees! And then--" 

Tirek cut him off as he waved his hand dismissively, "We've all tried that and failed." 

Shredder frowned, "But the difference is that I am not incompetent!"  

Tirek gritted his teeth, "And what is THAT supposed to mean?!" 

"You're supposed to be smart. Figure it out." Shredder replied. 

Tirek growled as he stood up from his chair, "I'm going to get more fire wood." 



 

Twilight sat in her room, hard at work as she studied endlessly. A massive pile of books sat beside her. This is basically what she does on a day to day basis. Unless the map calls her or there is a threat to Equestria, she just sits at her desk and studies. Her friends have tried to get her to go out, but to no avail. 

She sighed, but turned her head as she heard her door creak open. She saw her friends and Starlight at the door with concerned looks on their faces, save for Applejack, who looked determined. 

Twilight turned away, "What are you all doing here?" 

Pinkie took a meek step forward, "We came to see you! To get you to come to our "TWILIGHT'S GOING TO BE A PRINCESS!!!!" Party!" 

Twilight rolled her eyes, not that anyone could see, "You might have to cancel that party." 

"Why?" Pinkie asked. 

"Because I'm going to turn down the role of princess." 

Her friends all gasped in shock. Starlight stepped forward, "Y-you can't mean that." 

"Why not? It's a waste of time." 

"But you've already accepted!" Rainbow added. 

Twilight was starting to get frustrated, "So I'll tell her that I changed my mind. Is that all? If so, then leave." 

Applejack had had enough and stomped her hoof down onto the ground, "THAT'S IT! AH'VE HAD IT! Twi, what is goin' on?" 

Twilight gritted her teeth, "Nothing." 

"Horsefeathers! Ever since that adventure to find the Hippogrifs, you've been distant. Ya been pushin' us away! Ya never hang out with us anymore. Ya only come out of your room when the map calls ya, or if the princesses need ya! And even when ya do, you're short tempered, you're quiet, and you're actin' like that ya don't wanna be there! We even had to convince ya to open the School of Friendship! And when Neighsay shut it down, you didn't even care! We had to push you to get it reopened!" 

"Drop it." 

"NO! Now, ya gonna tell us what's wrong so we can work it out!" 

"I. Said. Drop it!" 

Applejack took a defiant step forward, "No." 

Twilight was shaking with rage, "Get. Out." 

"No." 

Twilight had had enough and flared her wings and lit up her horn. She turned around to Applejack, eyes glowing with magic, "GET. OUT!!!" She screamed using the Royal Canterlot Voice. 

But suddenly, her eyes stopped glowing as they turned from rageful to sadness. She saw Fluttershy and Pinkie, cowering in fear. Spike was holding onto Rarity and Starlight looked disappointed. Twilight folder her wings and stopped charging her horn as she finally broke down. 

"I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry." 

Applejack was the first one to pull Twilight into a hug. 

"It's okay. Ah ain't gonna let go." 

Soon enough, all of her friends joined the hug, comforting the broken Princess of Friendship, her sobs echoing throughout the hallways of the castle. 



 

Tirek returned to the campsite, briefly glancing at Shredder, who was still leaning against the tree. Tirek rolled his eyes as he threw the logs onto the fire. Suddenly, the sound of a rustling bush caught the two's attention. They turned to the bush as Cozy Glow walked out, panting heavily, covered in snow. 

Shredder rolled his eyes at the sight. Tirek on the other hand, laughed at the filly's expense. 

Cozy stomped her hoof on the ground, "It's not funny, Tirek!" 

Tirek wiped a tear away with his index finger and smirked at Cozy, "Didn't make it to the top? Surprise, surprise." 

Cozy smirked, "You two didn't make it to the top either!" 

It was then Tirek's turn to smirk, "WE didn't try to." 

Cozy looked furious, "WHAT?!" 

"It took about five minutes--" The sound of Shredder growling in annoyance made Tirek reword his sentence, "Well.... it took me five minutes, it only took Ch'rell ten seconds to deduce that Grogar was right. None of us could make it up alone. So, rather than subject ourselves to the elements, we decided to let you two face the danger, take what you learned, and use it to our advantage." Tirek then laughed in victory while Ch'rell simply shook his head and walked away. 

He just couldn't stand those fools. They act like children and expect to be victorious? Preposterous! Shredder then stopped when a thought came to him. They were on a mission to retrieve the bell. He had already deduced that he would need their help to retrieve it. But once he got it, he could learn how to use it and drain that Ram's magic and take it for himself. Shredder laughed to himself, everything was coming together. 

A sudden roar broke his chain of thought as he turned to the source of the noise. The campsite. 

"THIS IS YOUR FAULT!!!" He heard both Tirek and Cozy Glow shout in unison. 

Shredder frowned, he couldn't even leave them for a moment without them getting into trouble. Shredder decided to sneak back to camp, trying not to alert whatever roared earlier. He then jumped onto a tree branch overlooking the campsite and saw a creature that he had never seen before. 

 

Shredder frowned as he tightened his fist. Cozy and Tirek backed up, but not before seeing a silhouette on the tree branch. Shredder's eyes glowed a menacing red before he leapt off the tree branch and slashed the creatures back with his claw. The creature roared and fell to the ground, still alive, but barely. 

Shredder rose above the creature and glared down at it. There was an evident silence amongst the three villains. Tirek looked impressed while Cozy looked a little terrified. Shredder just took that creature down with little to no effort. The silence was broken when Chrysalis walked through into the campsite. 

"What is going on here?" 

Shredder looked down at the creature and grabbed it's tail. He then threw it at Chrysalis' hooves. 

"Enjoy you're meal, Changeling." Shredder snarked as he folded his arms. 

Chrysalis smiled as she licked her lips in anticipation. 



 

Chrysalis finished cocooning the creature on a tree branch and scurried down to the ground. She then took her seat around the campfire with the other villains. 

"Why are you doing that? Didn't you already drain it of love?" Cozy asked. 

Chrysalis smiled, "I always save a little for the next day." 

"You cocoon all of your... meals?" 

"Of course." 

"So when you pony-napped Twilight and the others, you cocooned them." Cozy prodded. 

"Yes. Until that sow Starlight Glimmer freed them, corrupted my subjects, and stole my hive!" Chrysalis snarled. 

"Those ponies have weaknesses. I used that turncoat Discord. Tricked him into helping me capture his so-called "friends". Tirek said. 

Chrysalis sighed as she rolled her eyes, "Discord was really something until friendship ruined him." 

Tirek laughed, "You should've seen Twilight's face when her friends appeared in bubbles around me. She was all..." Tirek then made a bunch of whining sounds, causing Cozy Glow and Chrysalis to burst out laughing. 

"She's so stressed out all the time." Cozy said. 

"When I posed as her former foal-sitter, I thought she was going to implode!" Chrysalis added. 

As the three villains laughed, Shredder tightened his fist in annoyance. 

"I wish I could've seen her face when I nearly erased all the magic from Equestria." Cozy stated. 

Tirek arched an eyebrow, "All magic was a little excessive, don't you think?" 

Cozy waved him off, "Eh, I think big. Besides, it would've been worth it just to see Twilight and her friends bow down to me!" 

"BE SILENT!!!" Shredder yelled, finally having heard enough of their annoyance. The other three villains turned to Shredder, who's eyes glowed menacingly, "Your feeble achievements mean nothing! Your accomplishments are nothing compared to mine!" 

Cozy then got in his face, "Oh yeah? And what exactly have YOU done, smart guy?!" 

Shredder then chuckled evilly, which caused Cozy to back up as he stood up. 

"Did you launch an attack on the planet Enethone where over 1,000,000 innocent inhabitants perished? Did you incite and fund a civil war on Eno II in an effort to mine their raw minerals without restriction, where 3,200,000 lives were lost in the civil war? Did you try to take over the Utrom government with an illegal and violent coup?" 

The other three villains were petrified. Terrified. For the first time in their lives, they each felt genuine fear of what Shredder could do. All those lives. Gone. Cozy was shaking in fear as she quickly flew behind Tirek. The Centaur was actually scared. Although he didn't show it, his eyes were all Shredder needed to see. Chrysalis' eyes were wide open and her jaw practically hit the floor. 

Shredder chuckled, "I didn't think so. Now, you two," he pointed at Cozy and Chrysalis, "have trekked the mountain. You know its terrain. Tell me everything that you encountered and leave nothing out!" 



 

The next day, the four villains trekked up the mountain and arrived at a little cottage. Shredder frowned when he saw an old pony named Rusty Bucket step toward them. Before Rusty could say anything, Shredder backhanded the pony with so much force that he fell of the edge of the mountain. 

As the other three villains looked on, Shredder just continued forward. 



 

It was a long journey, but they eventually made it up the mountain. What waited for them was a cave protected by a barrier. That must be where the bell is. Chrysalis flew to the barrier and collided with it, sending her falling to the ground. Tirek and Cozy looked at one another as they walked to the barrier. Tirek touched it, burning his hand in the process. 

Shredder shook his head, "Fools! That barrier will not be so easily broken." 

Cozy turned to Tirek, "Can you absorb it and make it go away?" 

Tirek shook his head, "I can only absorb magic from living beings." 

Shredder then got an idea, "Like the bug?" 

They all turned to Chrysalis, who got back to her hooves. She snarled as she lit up her horn, "BETRAYAL!" 

Cozy shook her head, "Not betrayal. Teamwork. If Tirek absorbs your energy, he might be strong enough to break through." 

"And then?" 

"And then he gives it back!" Shredder said. 

"I do?" Tirek asked. 

Shredder turned to the Centaur, "Need I remind you what will happen if we fail?" 

Cozy shrugged, "We face Grogar?" 

"No! You will have to face my wrath! And believe me when I say that I know ways to make your life miserable that even Grogar won't know about!" Shredder threatened, raising his claw to Tirek's face. 

Tirek gulped and sighed, "Fine." 

They all turned to Chrysalis, who sighed in defeat, "Do it." 

Tirek smiled as he began to drain the magic from Chrysalis. As he absorbed her magic, Tirek began to grow in size and in power. Once completely drained, the Changeling fell to the floor. 

 

"So... much... power!" Tirek then kissed his biceps and smiled, "Welcome back, baby!" 

Tirek then turned and fired a blast from in-between his horns at the barrier, causing it to open slightly. 

"It's not big enough for me!" 

"Maybe not for you." Shredder said as he turned to Cozy. 

The filly knew what had to be done and flew into the slightly open barrier. Tirek was beginning to struggle as sweat fell down his brow. 

"Can't... hold... much... longer! Hurry!" 

Shredder's eyes then began to glow. If that filly failed, he was not going to be happy. But luckily, Cozy flew out of the cave just as the barrier closed and landed in a pile of snow. Tirek then fell to the floor as Shredder approached the pile of snow. Cozy then shot out of the snow with the bell in hoof. 

"Ta-da!" 

"Mwahahahaha. Excellent." Shredder then took the bell as Chrysalis struggled to get back up. 

"My.....magic." She said as she fell back to the ground. 

Tirek got back up and looked conflicted. On one hand, he didn't want to lose his power, but on the other, he'd rather stay alive. So he opened his mouth as the magic drained out of him and returned to Chrysalis, the Centaur shrinking as the power left him. 

Once the magic returned to her, Chrysalis stood back up as Shredder and Cozy approached the pair. 

"I-I wasn't sure you were going to give it back." Chrysalis said. 

Tirek shrugged, "Neither was I. But I wanted to stay alive. I'm evil, not crazy." 

"When we helped each other, it felt better somehow." Cozy added. 

"I haven't felt like this since before I lost my hive. Having others who will be there for you is... pleasing." Said Chrysalis. 

"FOOLS!!!" They all gasped and turned to Shredder, "You are all starting to sound like those foolish mares! This Magic of Friendship is nothing but a disease! A fallacy that those fools cling to! Without it, they are nothing! Are you all the same?" 

The other villains began to think. Shredder then continued. 

"I believe that a lesson was learned this day. If we wish to have any chance of succeeding, then we must work together to achieve victory! That Ram is too powerful! He must be dealt with! Let him think that he is in control, and then we shall end him, and those foolish ponies!" 

The other three villains looked convinced. Shredder had a point. Grogar couldn't be allowed to interfere. 

Tirek then stepped forward, "Is this where that plan of yours comes in?" 

Shredder then looked down at the bell, "My plans are only beginning." 



 

"You failed to retrieve the Bell?!" Grogar yelled in fury. 

Cozy, Tirek, and Chrysalis all kneeled before him while Shredder stood. He refused to kneel before anyone. 

"W-W-We're sorry, almighty Grogar." Cozy said. 

"We worked together as you asked." Tirek added. 

"We just aren't as powerful as you." Chrysalis finished. 

Grogar yelled as he fired a magic blast at a wall. Shredder rolled his eyes. 

"Obviously! At least you finally did as you were told and worked together." Grogar said as he began to walk away. 

"Of course!" Cozy shouted. 

"Whatever you command!" Tirek added. 

"Forget about that old bell. You were right. We're so much more powerful... when we work as a team." Chrysalis finished as Grogar left.

Shredder then walked over and retrieved the bell from its hiding place. He then walked over to one of the candles and activated a secret hatch and placed the bell inside. He turned to the other villains as he closed the hatch. 

"Now, once we learn the secrets of the bell! That foolish Ram will be no more! And this world shall know TRUE despair! Hahahahahaha! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"

Cozy cleared her throat in an attempt to get the leaving Ram's attention. It worked as the Father of Monsters turned to the young filly, who had an innocent smile on her face. 

"Where are ya goin'?" Cozy asked. 

Grogar frowned, "Since you four were unable to retrieve my Bewitching Bell, we need another source of great magical power to defeat Twilight and her friends." 

Cozy smiled as Grogar walked out of the cavern. Once the coast was clear, she turned her head slightly and shouted in a sing song voice , "He's gone!" 

She then flew over towards Tirek and Chrysalis, who had just entered the room. 

"I don't trust him." Tirek stated as he folded his arms. 

"None of us do." Cozy added. 

Chrysalis smiled, "Which is why double-crossing him with his own bell will be so satisfying." 

Tirek then said, "If we can figure out how to use it." 

Suddenly, an evil laugh was heard by all the villains. They all looked up to the peak of the cavern and saw Shredder standing there with the Bewitching Bell in his hand. 

"I know of a way to find out how to use the bell." Shredder revealed. 

The others looked confused, "How?" They all asked in unison. 

"During my brief reign over Canterlot, I had decided to learn the history of this RETCHED kingdom! Before I was defeated, I had learned of a restricted area in the Archives." 

Tirek grumbled, "Celestia and Luna love to hoard information for themselves. If there's an answer, it's there." 

Chrysalis laughed, "My triumphant return to Canterlot? I like the sound of that." 

"Oh, my gosh! Road trip!" Cozy shouted. 

 

"Mwahahahaha. Soon the power within this bell shall be unleashed. And Twilight Sparkle and her friends will suffer a fate worse than their own demise! Hahahahahaha!!!" 



 

It was late at night in the city of Canterlot. Ponies were walking around, laughing and conversing with one another. What a strange occurrence. Behind a stack of wooden crates, Shredder and the others watched in confusion. 

"Why are so many ponies up in the middle of the night?" Tirek asked. 

Cozy rolled her eyes, "It's that silly sun holiday." 

Shredder frowned, "How many holidays do you ponies have?" 

"No matter. Getting into the castle won't be a problem." Chrysalis said with no hint of worry in her voice. 

"Are you sure about that?" Tirek said as he pointed to the top of the castle. 

There were some new fan like contraptions placed on top of the roof, to make sure no one can fly into the castle. 

Chrysalis frowned, "Oh. Those are new. But even so..." She then transformed into a pony guard and approached the castle doors. 

As she did, Shredder watched in annoyance. He had a feeling that she wouldn't be able to get inside, this was just a waste of time. 

Cozy then leaned in towards Tirek's ear, "Is he always like that?" 

Tirek nodded as Chrysalis returned, transforming back into her original form, "They've increased security into the castle. This is going to be more challenging than I thought." 

Suddenly, the mane 6, sans Twilight, along with Discord and Spike popped into existence. The villains watched closely as they talked. 

"Could you not go popping us all over the place, please?!" Rainbow said to the Draconequus in annoyance. 

Discord waved her off, "Time is of the essence. Let's go, team!" 

"We need to know what we're doing before we go and do it." Fluttershy said. 

"Pinkie, you and I are givin' Braeburn and the Appleloosan ponies some adjustments to the menu." Applejack said to the group. 

"Fluttershy and I are meeting the Pegasi from Cloudsdale to give them changes to the weather." Rainbow added. 

Rarity turned to Spike, "Spike, we're going to update the Flaming Sky Firework Unicorn Troupe with Twilight's new vision." 

"And I'm supposed to..." Discord then put on some reading glasses and read the note Twilight gave him, "Make sure Discord doesn't do anything 'Discord-y'"? Well, that's annoyingly specific!" 

"This has to be perfect! It's taken THIS long to get Twilight some-what back to normal. The last thing we need is for her to seclude herself again." Spike said to the group. 

As they continued talking, the villains stopped listening and turned to one another, "Increased security on a crowded holiday with Twilight and her friends bumbling around? This is impossible." Tirek said. 

Shredder then chuckled, "Fools. This is perfect. A distraction was needed, and those foolish mares have just given it to us! Now, you three listen carefully and follow my instructions to the letter. If all goes according to plan, then not only will we retrieve what we seek, but Twilight Sparkle shall suffer as well." 



 

A few minutes later inside the castle, Twilight was organizing the last minute preparations for the final Summer Sun Celebration. She had just finished talking to the Royal Guards about the increase in security. Once the guard turned and walked away, Twilight sighed and turned around. 

Only to freeze in fear as she saw none other than The Shredder standing in front of one of the stained glass windows. How was this possible? He was imprisoned in stone! She rubbed her eyes and looked again. He was gone. It must of been a side effect of her trauma. She still wasn't over how she failed as a princess. She still had some fear of Ch'rell. 

She exhaled and walked away, not noticing Shredder, who walked out of the shadows, laughing evilly. 



 

As Twilight walked down the hallways of the castle, she couldn't help but shudder at the illusion of Shredder. She still had nightmares about him, but they were easing up as time went on. She closed her eyes and exhaled again. When she reopened them, she gasped as Shredder stood at the end of the hallway. 

She backed up in fear as he walked slowly towards her. She turned and galloped away. She had to get out of there. When she looked back to see if he was still there, he was gone again. She needed to think, clear her head. She had to get to her room. 



 

The doors to Twilight's room shot open as she galloped in at high speeds. Once she entered, she used her magic to slam the doors shut. She backed away from the doors, panting heavily. She was safe. Shredder was in stone. He was gone. He couldn't get her here. She then collided with something behind her. 

Right? 

She turned around and gasped.

Shredder was there, looming over her. She screamed and fell to the floor, backing away in terror as he walked towards her. 

"Hello, Twilight." Shredder sneered. 

Twilight panted as she covered her ears with her hooves, "You're not real. You're not real. You're trapped in stone. THIS IS NOT REAL!" 

Shredder laughed, "I may be trapped now. But I WILL be freed! And when I am, I will put an end to your miserable life! Mwahahahahaha!" 

Twilight was frozen in terror, she couldn't move. 

Shredder laughed as he circled her, like a predator circling its prey, "But that's not all I'll do. First, I shall destroy all of your friends and make you watch! Then you shall witness as your world crumbles to the ground. As the ones you love burn to ashes! And you won't be able to stop me! I am The Shredder! I am invincible! You are NOTHING!!!" 

Twilight screamed as she closed her eyes tight. Shredder's laughter echoing through her mind. But suddenly, the laughter stopped. She opened her left eye slightly and saw that Shredder was gone. She opened both of her eyes and looked around the room frantically. He wasn't there. 

Was he ever there? 

She got up slowly, panting heavily. Maybe she wasn't as okay as she thought? Was she going crazy? 

Was Shredder really gone? 



 

It's been a few hours since the infiltration of Canterlot. The villains had succeeded and returned to the cavern. They had waited for Grogar to return. When he did, Cozy flew up to him. 

"Sooooo did you find what you're looking for?" 

Grogar frowned, "Once again, I've found success where you all find failure. I have located what I sought, and tomorrow I will set out to retrieve it. When I return, Equestria will finally be ours for the taking." 

The Ram then left as Tirek pouted, he had to give up all of his power so Grogar wouldn't suspect anything. Shredder glared at the Centaur, "Enough with your childish antics, Centaur!" 

Tirek then mumbled something under his breath as Shredder opened the book that they had retrieved from the Archives.

"Time is of the essence! Now that we have what we seek, we can now learn to use the bell for our own needs!" 

"And what of Grogar?" Chrysalis asked. 

Shredder turned to the Changeling, "You leave that Ram to me! Once we have mastered the bell, he, along with those foolish mares, shall cease to exist! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Chrysalis entered the cavern where her fellow villains were waiting for her to return. As she entered, she transformed from her pony form back into her Changeling form. She smiled as Tirek smirked at her as she took her seat at the roundtable. 

"Ah, Chrysalis. Another successful field trip, I presume?" Tirek asked, already knowing the answer. 

The Changeling smiled, "preading distrust among the unicorns and Earth ponies is almost too easy. We could take down Twilight and her friends a hundred times, but as long as they have the "love" of Equestria behind them, they'd crawl back to defeat us. Not anymore." 

"No friendship, no magic! It's so obvious when you think about it. I did my part freaking out the Pegasi." Cozy added. 

"And with the Ram's constant absence, it has given me ample time to prepare the next part of the plan." Shredder said as he slammed the book they stole from the archives on the roundtable. 

The other villains eyed the book while Shredder retrieved the bell from the secret hatch and placed it on the table, "Grogar's Bell. This artifact can steal any creature's magic. It holds that magic until it is released by this spell. Which means all the power inside is ours for the taking!" Tirek said with an evil chuckle. 

Shredder chuckled, "Now, shall we begin?" 

Chrysalis nodded, "Let's try the spell before Grogar gets back. I'm sick of waiting for that old goat's master plan." 

Tirek smiled as he held out his hands, "Take my hands." 

The other villains looked at him as if he were crazy. 

"You must be joking." Shredder deadpanned. 

"So we can all be part of the spell. Unless you'd prefer I take all the magic myself?" Tirek said with a smirk. 

Shredder growled in annoyance and reluctantly grabbed hold of Tirek's hand, the other villains doing the same. 

"Our pact stands. What we do, we do together. Once we defeat the protectors of Equestria, we can claim this land and rule our kingdoms alone once more." Chrysalis said. 

"Believe that all you want, bug. It still won't make it true." Shredder thought to himself. 

Tirek smiled as he fired a beam of magic from in-between his horns. When the beam hit the bell, said bell started to levitate into the air. The bell then started to glow as the beam of magic ceased. The villains let go of each other's hands/hooves as the bell floated before them. The bell then rotated, it's face facing downward as it rung, summoning a portal in front of it. 

The portal then fired a beam of magic at the four villains. As the magic flowed through them, they started to change, their laughter echoing through the cavern as they grew more powerful than ever before. 



 

Grogar entered the cavern with a smile on his face. He held a strange amulet with his magic, levitating it in front of him as he spoke, "I have returned. Twilight Sparkle's coronation is today, and we are going to ruin it with this artifact. But to succeed, you must work together." 

As he approached the table in the center of the cavern, he looked up to see a pair of green eyes hanging from the ceiling. Chrysalis smiled, "Oh, way ahead of you, Grogar." 

She then spat a green substance from her mouth. The acid like spit hit Grogar's hooves, preventing him from moving. As he struggled, Chrysalis dropped to the floor, showing off her knew look. 

 

Grogar then felt a tremor shake the cavern. He turned to see Tirek, fully powered up, burst into the room with a smile on his face. As Tirek flexed his biceps, Cozy Glow flew into the cavern, revealing her new Alicorn form. 

 

Grogar growled in anger as he continued to struggle. 

"Hahahaha!" 

Grogar stopped as he looked forward. A dark portal opened in front of him, confusing the Ram. 

 

Then from within the portal, out stepped The Shredder, sporting a new armor fit for a conqueror. 

 

"Hello, Grogar." Shredder said as the portal closed behind him. 

Grogar, for some reason, looked nervous, but Shredder didn't care as he grabbed the artifact in the Ram's possession with his hand and crushed it with ease. Shredder then opened the palm of his hand. A swirl of Dark Magic appeared in his palm as the Bewitching Bell appeared, shocking Grogar. 

"The Bell! You had it all this time?! Why didn't you tell me?!" 

Cozy shrugged, "We're villains. Duh." 

Shredder laughed at the Ram, "You underestimated me, Ram! Exterminating you shall be an added bonus to today's great victory!" 

As Grogar continued to struggle, Shredder activated the bell, aiming it at Grogar. The bell rang and began to drain the Ram of his magic. As Grogar roared, Shredder and the others began to notice that Grogar was changing. Shredder frowned as the Ram dropped to the floor, the bell draining him of all his magic. 

Only Grogar was no longer a Ram. He was a Draconequus! 

Discord shook his head as he turned to the villains, who looked confused, save for Shredder. 

"That was unexpected." Tirek stated to his comrades. 

Discord smirked as he snapped his fingers.....only for nothing to happen. He snapped again. Nothing. Before he could snap again, Shredder backhanded Discord across the cavern. The Draconequus landed in front of the entrance and scurried out of there the first chance he could. 

Cozy turned to the other villains, "Wait. Discord was Grogar? Like, the whole time? Should we follow him?" 

"Mwahahahaha. Without magic, that fool is no threat! Let him warn Twilight Sparkle and her friends! I want them to have a flicker of hope that they can stop us! So I rip it away from them! Hahahahahaha!" Shredder laughed in victory. 

The other villains joined in, nothing could stop them now. 



 

"Let me get this straight. You wanted to boost Twilight's confidence, so you brought back Chrysalis, Cozy Glow, and Tirek to attack her?!" Luna asked the Chaos God in anger. 

Discord shrugged, "Don't forget Sombra." 

Celestia let out an angry sigh, "And while you united these three villains, you pretended to be Grogar?!" 

Fluttershy stepped forward, clearly heartbroken, "Discord, how could you do this to Twilight?! And us?!" 

Discord turned to his friend, if he could even call her that, "Look what a great job you did defeating Sombra. All the confidence you gained. Remember the cheering? The hoof-bumps?" 

"Except it was all a lie." Twilight said from her throne. 

Discord turned to the would be Princess of Equestria, "A well-intentioned lie." 

He turned once again as Applejack stepped forward, "For all the time you've spent with us, you really haven't picked up too much in the way of friendship lessons, huh?" 

"You've been setting up challenges for us the whole time, haven't you? None of our successes were actually real." Twilight said disheartened. 

"Of course they were! You just had an extremely good-looking safety net." Discord defended his case. 

Spike stepped forward, "And how was that supposed to help again?" 

"I intended to prepare Twilight for anything by orchestrating an epic attack at her coronation." Discord explained. 

Rarity pointed a hoof at Discord, "You beastly beast! Don't you know how much this day means to Twilight?! And me?! I made her dress! Why wait until now for such a horrible plan?!" 

"You don't take a final exam on your first day of class. Just think – after defeating three baddies, Twilight would have to believe that she's the leader we all know she is!" Discord replied. 

Celestia flew to Discord, scowling the entire time, "You have made a grave misjudgment, Discord. Do you have anything else you'd like to tell us?!" 

Discord chuckled nervously, "Would you like the good news or the bad news?" 

Luna sighed, "That wasn't the bad news?!" 

Discord rubbed the back of his neck, "Uh.....has anypony checked on Ch'rell recently?" 

At that moment, the room went quiet. Everypony's eyes widened in horror at the words uttered. Twilight started to shake as Celestia quickly teleported to the Vault. When she reappeared, she looked furious. 

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" 

Discord shrunk back as he chuckled nervously, "I......freed.....Ch'rell?" 

It was then that the realization had hit them all. Ch'rell was free. The Shredder lived. 

It was at that moment that a beam of magic struck Discord in the chest, sending him across the room. Everypony gasped as Twilight stepped down from her throne and approached Discord, her horn lit up. 

"YOU IDIOT! DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHO YOU'VE SET FREE?! WHAT HE'S CAPABLE OF?!" Twilight shouted in anger as she loomed over Discord, "YOU'VE PUT THE ENTIRETY OF THE MULTIVERSE IN DANGER! YOU'VE PUT OUR WORLD IN DANGER! HOW COULD YOU BE SO CARELESS?! SO UNFATHOMABLY STUPID?!" 

As Twilight panted, her horn died down. The terror finally kicking in. She wasn't hallucinating at the Summer Sun Celebration. Shredder was actually there. Messing with her. But she couldn't dwell on that now. She had a kingdom to save. She glared at Discord. 

"We're not done." 

She then walked back to her throne as Discord got back up, "Did I also mention that all my chaos magic is... gone? It's trapped in Grogar's Bell." 

Spike sighed as he pinched the bridge of his nose, "So what's the good news?" 

"Ch'rell, Chrysalis, Tirek, and Cozy Glow now have all of the real Grogar's magic." Discord said. 

"IN WHAT WORLD IS THAT GOOD NEWS?!" Rainbow shouted in anger and annoyance. 



 

"We should take the magic inside it. You know how powerful Discord was. That much chaos magic in our veins..." Chrysalis said while licking her lips. 

Tirek massaged his forehead, "But taking it all would be madness! It's impossible for any other creature to control!" 

"I guess if you need a guinea pig to find out if anypony can use chaos magic, I'll volunteer." Cozy volunteered. 

Shredder then swatted her away with his hand, "No you won't. Because I already know what to do with Discord's magic." 

Shredder then walked out of the cavern. Confused, the other villains followed him outside. Once they were outside, they saw Shredder waiting for them, his cape flowing with the wind. He looked at the bell with determination. 

"The only creature able to control Chaos Magic is Discord. Therefore we cannot possibly hope to control it. It is madness incarnate." He then turned around to his temporary teammates, "That is why I am not going to control it. I am going to aim it!" 

He then turned his back to them and activated the bell, releasing Discord's Chaos Magic. As it flowed out of the bell, Shredder's hands glowed a dark purple as he aimed them at the swarm of magic. He then grabbed hold of it with his newly found magic and began to focus. 

"Now to give it form! To give it purpose! This world never knew what TRUE chaos was! Allow me to show you!" 

The Chaos Magic then levitated into the air and began to swirl around, increasing in size. The other villains' eyes widened at the sight. The magic was transforming into what Shredder wanted. Once the transformation was complete, Shredder laughed as he turned to the other villains. 

Cozy smiled evilly as she asked, "So, where should we strike first?" 

Shredder laughed as his eyes glowed, "Everywhere." 



 

"We've faced enemies of Equestria before. And we've always succeeded, no matter the odds. That wouldn't be possible without all of you." Twilight said to her friends. 

"You're welcome!" Discord said, causing everyone to glare at him. 

"Dude, read the room." Spike said. 

Twilight continued, "So I ask for your help again today in what is our biggest battle yet. All of Equestria is at stake, and I can't do this alone. But I'm not afraid. Because with friendship as our armor and teamwork as our power, nopony can ever bring us down!" 

Suddenly, the doors to the Throne Room slammed open, revealing a pile of defeated Royal Guards with Cozy Glow flying above them. 

"Oh, come on! Where'd you get that? A daily affirmations calendar? Yeesh." 

Twilight and the others looked shocked, "Cozy Glow?! You're—!" 

"About to wipe the floor with you!" Cozy said as she fired a blast from her horn, hitting Twilight in the chest. 

Twilight flew back and landed in front of her throne. Everyone gasped as Cozy walked in. 

"Wow! It's true! Alicorns really do have more fun!" 

Celestia and Luna quickly turned to the others, "Everypony, check on Twilight and then get behind the throne! Wait for our signal!" The Sun Monarch ordered. 

Everyone nodded as Celestia and Luna approached the filly. 

Once Twilight got back up, she smiled to her friends, "Go, and wait for the signal!" 

They all nodded and got behind the throne, causing Cozy to laugh. 

"Well I'll be. Looks like there might actually be some brains in those heads after all." 

Celestia stomped her hoof on the ground, "Stand down, Cozy Glow!" 

"You're not in a position to demand ANYTHING Alicorn!" 

All three princesses' eyes widened when they heard that voice. 

A shadow was seen at the doorway. Red eyes glowing menacingly. 

 

(Play from 1:30 to 1:55) 

Shredder then walked into the Throne Room. The Royal Sisters gritted their teeth while Twilight shrunk back in fear. 

Shredder then stopped walking and stood in the center of the room, "No-one opposes The Shredder! And now I will have my revenge for our last encounter! Say farewell to each other, while you still can." 

As Shredder laughed, Twilight shook in fear. This was really happening. He was here. 

The Shredder was here. 

Celestia and Luna got to work and turned to one another, "Ready, sister?" Celestia asked. 

Luna nodded in response. 

"Wait! What are you...?" Twilight tried to ask but failed. 

The two sisters took to the air and fired two magical beams at Shredder. Shredder then surprised them both as he fired two beams of Dark Magic from his hands, easily overpowering the sister's beams. The Dark Magic hit the two Alicorns and electrocuted them, holding them in the air as they screamed in agony. 

Cozy then took out the bell with her magic and rung it, draining Celestia and Luna of their magic. Twilight looked on in horror as Shredder used his magic to slam them both to the ground, defeated. 

"NO!!!" Twilight shouted as she galloped towards them. 

But suddenly, she was struck in the chest by Shredder, who fired a magic blast from his hand, sending her to the floor. As she tried to get up, Shredder teleported to her and grasped her by the neck and held her in the air. 

"I told you that I would break free. And I assured you that your friends would suffer!" Shredder said as he aimed his left hand at the throne. 

He then closed his fist, exploding the throne and grasping all of Twilight's friends in his magic. He then started to electrocute them, laughing at their suffering. 

"STOP!!!" 

Shredder then threw them all to the center of the room. They all fell down hard, defeated. 

Before Twilight could say anything, Shredder threw her into a wall with extreme force. Before she could recover, Shredder appeared before her and started punching her repeatedly. Cozy cringed with each punch dealt. This was hard core, even for her. Shredder then grabbed Twilight by the throat and electrocuted her, causing her to cry out in pain. 

Shredder then slammed the Alicorn to the ground, creating a crater where she laid. Shredder then stomped on her chest with his foot. 

"And now......it ends." 

Shredder bent down and grabbed her throat once more before throwing her at her friends. As she skidded to a stop, the wall behind where the throne would normally be exploded. It was then that Chrysalis and Tirek climbed in and joined their fellow villains. 

Twilight mustered enough strength to stand up and cast a shield spell as Chrysalis jumped on top of the shield. 

"You think your pathetic shield can stop us? HAH! The Pillars have been defeated. Your school is abandoned. Face it, Twilight. You've lost!" 

Twilight, although terrified, wouldn't give them the satisfaction. 

"You can attack us and we may fall. But Equestria will still stand, united in friendship. And we won't stop until we defeat you, no matter how many ponies you take down!" 

It was then that all four villains laughed in their faces, confusing the ponies. 

Tirek then stepped forward, "Didn't you all notice something was wrong in Equestria? We've been busy." 

"A whisper here, a rumor there..." Chrysalis added. 

"Destroy some crops, cause some damage..." Tirek continued. 

"Turn pony against pony..." Cozy added. 

Shredder then walked around the shield, never losing sight of Twilight, "Making you believe that you were losing your mind..." 

"Until your whole kingdom is on edge, waiting for just one tiny thing to push them over the brink!" Chrysalis shouted. 

"There's no backup friends or rainbow magic to save you now!" Tirek added. 

Cozy then rubbed her chin with her hoof, "Golly, I think it's time for some redecorating!" 

Shredder's eyes then glowed, "Excellent idea." 

It was then that the roof of the castle was destroyed by a giant red laser, causing rubble to fall down around the ponies. Suddenly, a giant shadow loomed over the ponies, causing their eyes to widen. 

"Don't worry, Draconequus. I put your Chaos Magic to good use." Shredder said as the object making the shadow came into full view. 

 

The Technodrome. 

Shredder then turned around and roundhouse kicked Twilight's shield, shattering it instantly. Before Twilight could react, Shredder turned into a dark mist and grabbed her while moving across the room. He returned to his normal form and held Twilight by the throat. 

He then raised his claw, ready to finish this. 

"First, you perish. And then, your world! Then I shall finally return home to finish my mortal enemies once and for all! And you cannot stop me!" 

As Twilight prepared herself for the end, Shredder was suddenly struck by a piece of debris, causing him to drop Twilight. As Twilight got up, she looked to see Rarity, who looked exhausted from magical strain. She quickly ran back over to her friends as the other villains went over to Ch'rell. 

Shredder roared as he fired a magical blast from his hands. The blast was blocked however by a giant piece of debris held up by Twilight's magic. She struggled to hold it as the other villains joined in. She was starting to lose focus. They were going to break through. 

It wasn't until Rarity ran up to the debris and held it with her hooves. 

"Go, Twilight! Get help!" 

Then the others ran up and held the debris as Twilight let go. 

"We'll hold 'em 'til you get back!" AJ yelled. 

"No! I can't leave you here!" Twilight protested. 

"It's our only chance!" Fluttershy yelled. 

"You'll come up with something to save the day!" RD added. 

"You always do!" Pinkie shouted. 

"We believe in you!" Spike finished. 

Discord then grabbed Twilight and shouted, "Fly, you foal!" 

Discord then pushed Twilight as she galloped, tears falling from her eyes. Shredder saw this and frowned. 

"NO! I will not be denied my revenge!" 

Shredder then ran at high speeds and leapt over the rubble, reeling back his claw as he closed in on Twilight. He roared as he brought down his claw. But Twilight was gone. She had teleported to safety. Ch'rell snarled as he turned to the ponies and blasted them all with Dark Magic, weakening them so the other villains could break through the debris. 

The ponies fell to the floor, unconscious. 

Shredder turned around and gazed at the Technodrome as the other villains loomed over Twilight's friends. 

"Shall we finish this?" Tirek suggested. 

"No." The other villains looked confused as Shredder spoke, "Bring them aboard the Technodrome." 

Cozy looked confused, "Why? We should--" 

She was cut off as a blast of Dark Magic hit her in the chest, sending her across the room and landing on the floor. Tirek and Chrysalis were stunned and turned back to Shredder, who's eyes were glowing menacingly. 

 

"The Technodrome. NOW!" Shredder ordered. 

The other villains shrunk back as they grabbed the ponies and started to head towards the Technodrome, which lowered it's ramp. Cozy got back up and flew past Shredder, not wanting to tick him off any further. Shredder looked back at the Throne Room before walking up the ramp and entering the Technodrome.

"And now for your complete destruction! Won't that be fun?" Cozy asked as she flew up to the prisoners. 

The Royal Sisters, the Mane 5, Spike, and Discord were all hanging in the air, their hooves/hands were held by holographic handcuffs. Every time they tried to move, the handcuffs would shock them. They had no way out. 

They were trapped. 

"Patience, Cozy." Chrysalis said as she approached the Alicorn filly, 'Destruction is so... permanent. We need to show the rest of Equestria that we've broken their heroes first. Besides, we should have fun with our guests." 

It was then that Tirek walked into the room, "No! We should hunt down Twilight Sparkle. As long as she's out there, she's dangerous." 

Chrysalis then flew up to the Centaur with a smirk on her face, "Is that big, strong minotaur that scared of one little pony? Relax. It's not like her friends are going anywhere." 

She then gestured around the room as Starlight and the Pillars of Equestria all floated in, hung up by their own holographic handcuffs. 

"Besides, we're the most powerful beings in Equestria! And it's all thanks to Grogar's bell!" She then turned to Discord, "Isn't that right, "Grogar"?" 

Discord hung his head in shame as Cozy went for the bell with an evil smile on her face. 

"What are you doing?!" Tirek said as he stomped over towards the Alicorn filly. 

Cozy pouted, "There's Alicorn princess magic in there! I could be so much more powerful if I just could have—" 

"What do you mean you could be?" Chrysalis demanded as she flew up to the filly, getting in her face. 

Cozy rolled her eyes, "Um, hello? I'm the best one out of all of us! Nobody sees..." 

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" Tirek roared at the filly. 





Unbeknownst to them, they were being watched by a Shredder, who used one of the many security camera's inside the Technodrome to keep an eye on his foolish allies. As they continued to argue, Shredder rolled his eyes. He was currently inside the Portal Room where he first learned of the Multiverse. He was about to turn off the camera, not wanting to be embarrassed any further. 

But something caught his eye. 

He saw Discord and the ponies talking to one another, obviously coming up with a plan. Shredder's eyes glowed as he disappeared into a dark portal. 





"STAY AWAY FROM THE BELL, YOU PEST!"  Tirek shouted as the three villains glared at one another, their magic flaring up as they readied to brawl. 

Suddenly, a dark portal opened up behind them, catching everyone's attention. As the villains turned, they were instantly struck by a blast of Dark Magic, sending them all to the floor. As they groaned in pain, Shredder walked through the portal and glared at the trio of villains. 

As the portal behind him closed, his eyes glowed red once more, "Fools! While you three are bickering amongst yourselves, the prisoners were coming up with a plan of escape!" He turned to his prisoners as his eyes glowed even brighter, "Not anymore." 

The prisoners then all screamed in pain as they were electrocuted by their handcuffs. Shredder then turned and began walking out of the room. The electrocution ceased as the prisoners were forced to follow the villain out of the room. The trio looked at each other before following. 

Starlight and the Pillars looked at one another with worry written all over their faces. While they were forced to stay behind, the Mane 5, Discord, Spike, and the Royal Sisters had to follow. 



 

Shredder walked into the main bridge of the Technodrome, his prisoners forcefully following him. As Tirek, Cozy, and Chrysalis entered the bridge, the door closed. As Shredder approached the giant window, the prisoners gasped at what they saw. 

Ponyville. 

Shredder turned around to the prisoners, "I had recently heard of your home, Ponyville. So I thought that I'd pay it a little visit." 

As those words were uttered, the Technodrome fired its giant red laser at the town, destroying several homes and stores. The Technodrome then fired multiple tiny laser blasts as it moved through the village, destroying everything in its wake. As the ponies of Ponyville ran in fear, the Technodrome approached the Town Hall. The Technodrome then aimed its giant laser beam at the building and destroyed it, causing more panic within the town. 

As the destruction continued, the Mane 5 and Spike could only look on in horror as their town was being destroyed. And just to rub it in, Shredder laughed. 

"Gaze upon your home, ponies! Watch as everything you know burns! As your home crumbles to the ground! As your loved ones PERISH!" 

The Technodrome then approached Twilight's Castle and the School of Friendship. Shredder glared at the two buildings with hate and malice. 

"Princess Twilight's Castle. And the School of Friendship. Ridiculous! These two buildings are such eyesores. Let us remedy that!" 

The Technodrome then fired its laser at Twilight's Castle. The castle shattered instantly. 

"NOOOO!!!" The Mane 5 all shouted in unison. 

The Technodrome then turned and fired a laser at the School of Friendship, destroying it. 

"Hahahahahahaha!!!" Shredder laughed in victory. 

Tirek and the other villains looked at one another in shock and awe. Shredder just destroyed most of Ponyville with ease, possibly killing a few ponies in the process. 

"Jeez, Ch'rell is crazier than I thought." Tirek muttered to Chrysalis. 

"Well, he is more of a threat than you could ever be, you muscle bound cretin!" 

Tirek turned to the source of the voice. 

Discord. 

Tirek growled and slammed his fists together, "This "cretin" could destroy you before you blink, so choose your words carefully." 

Discord scoffed, "You're right. "Cretin" is too polite. How about "pathetic centaur who uses magic to compensate for the fact that deep down he's afraid he'll never be enough to please dear old dad, King Vorak"? 

Tirek then snarled as he fired a blast of magic from in between his horns. Discord shuffled at just the right angle so the blast would hit his handcuffs, disabling them. Discord dropped to the floor and rubbed his head. He quickly looked to see the Terrible Trio all readying up their own magical blasts. 

Discord got up quickly and jumped into the air as they fired. He moved so the blasts would hit everypony's cuffs, freeing them. When they were all free, the Terrible Trio gulped. 

They were in trouble now. 

It was then that Shredder turned around. 

"WHAT?!" Shredder yelled. 

Tirek fired another blast at Discord, but the Draconequus dodged it and the blast hit Shredder in the chest, sending him to the floor. 

Tirek's eyes widened, "Uh oh." 

Celestia got up and turned to the Mane 5 and Spike, "Find Twilight! We may not have our magic, but we aren't completely helpless! We'll hold them off as long as we can!" 

They nodded and made a break for the door. Cozy turned and prepared to fire a magic blast but she was shoulder charged by Discord. 

"Save Equestria. And keep Fluttershy safe!" He shouted to the retreating heroes. 

The villains glared at the Royal Sisters and Discord, the heroes doing the same. They all then charged at one another... 

Only to be held in place by Dark Magic. 

The villains gulped as they turned their heads and saw Shredder approaching them. 

 

"What have you done?! Twilight's friends have escaped! WHAT IS HAPPENING?!" Shredder demanded to know. 

When none of them answered Shredder sighed in annoyance. 

"I'll punish you three later. But first," he turned to Celestia, Luna, and Discord, "to deal with them." 



 

The Mane 5 and Spike had no left Ponyville, escaping Shredder's clutches. They had arrived at the Crystal Empire in hopes of finding Twilight. When they entered, Cadance told them that she was upstairs. When they entered, they saw Twilight looking through multiple scrolls in a panic. 

She turned to the door in surprise, "You're here?!" Twilight was then tackled into a group hug, "I was so worried! Where are the princesses?" 

The hug ended and Pinkie got in Twilight's face, "They put up a crazy fight so we could escape and find you! Mission accomplished! Now let's save Equestria! Whoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! Yeah!" As she cheered, a banner unrolled from the roof, for some reason. 

Twilight sighed and backed away, "There's no point. Tirek, Cozy, and Chrysalis were already bad enough. But they've got Ch'rell leading them!" 

"What makes you think that Ch'rell's leading them?" Rainbow asked. 

"They may not think it, but he's leading them. And we can't stop him." Twilight said in a defeated tone. 

Applejack then walked up to her friend, "Sugarcube, we've beaten him before." 

Twilight scoffed, "By luck. If it wasn't for Tempest saving us, we wouldn't be here right now." 

Spike then approached his mother figure, "You're.....still not over what happened. Are you?" 

Twilight sighed and turned to her friends, "No. I'm not. Ch'rell isn't like the other villains we've faced. He made me question myself. He made me question everything I believe in. He kills without hesitation. Because of him, I failed as the Princess of Friendship. And now, he's got Dark Magic in his arsenal and a giant warship. How can we even hope to beat him?" 

Everyone was silent. They really didn't have an answer for her. 

Rainbow sighed, "At least things can't get any worse." 

It was then that a horrible screech was heard outside. Everypony turned and opened the window. They gasped as they saw the Windigos, circling through the air. 

Spike gave Rainbow a deadpanned look, "Haven't we learned never to say that by now?" 

"We have to do something!" Rainbow replied. 

Twilight sighed and walked away from the window, "I've already done enough." 

Applejack had heard enough and walked up to Twilight, "You want the truth, Twilight? Bad things happen. No matter what you do, there's never gonna be a time when everything's perfect. But that don't mean you quit tryin'!" 

"What if I make things worse?! Ever since Celestia told me I was taking over, I've been gaining confidence. Then I find out it's all a lie. Equestria's been falling apart around us, and I didn't even notice! What kind of princess does that make me? I'm scared." Twilight replied. 

"I probably know more about being scared than anypony. But thanks to all of you, I've learned I'm always less scared when I'm with my friends." Fluttershy said. 

"If we're facing impossible odds, we're facing them together!" Rainbow added. 

"It's what we always do, darling." Rarity finished. 

"But we're on our own, and we have no--" Twilight stopped mid sentence. A thought occurred to her, an idea. A plan. Maybe they didn't have to be on their own. Her face turned from panic to determined as she turned to her friends, "Girls, I have an idea. But I'll need some time. I'll need to get to the Crystal Mirror." 

"But Twilight. Your castle...." Fluttershy started. 

Twilight looked confused, "What about it?" 

Spike looked heartbroken, "Twi, it's gone. Ch'rell destroyed it." 

Twilight gasped as tears came to her eyes. Her home was gone. Again. First Golden Oaks and now her castle. She choked back a sob and looked at Spike, "There's a chance that the mirror is still functional. I'll just have to go through the rubble and find it. But I'll need you guys to distract Ch'rell while I get to work." 

Applejack looked confused, "But what exactly are ya doin'?" 

Twilight smirked, "Getting some help." 



 

"Every prisoner is safely incapacitated. Now we can hunt down the rest of the— Windigos?" Tirek asked as he looked out the giant window in the bridge. 

"I'm not hunting anypony d-d-d-down in this weather! Can't we magically get rid of them and w-w-w-warm things up?" Cozy asked. 

Tirek arched an eyebrow, "We're inside a warship. How are you cold?" 

Cozy stopped shivering, "Uhhhhh..." 

"Enough!" Shredder ordered as he turned to the other villains, "Twilight Sparkle's friends have escaped because of YOU! Now you're going to correct this!" 

Tirek and the other villains growled at the villain. But before they could do anything, something caught their attention. 

"HEY, SHREDDER!!!" 

Shredder turned to the window and frowned. He saw the Mane 5 and Spike down on the ground outside the Technodrome. 

Shredder chuckled, "It appears that they have come to us." 

"HEY, SHREDDY-BEAR! YOU SCARED OF US, YOU BIG MEANIE?!" Pinkie shouted. 

Shredder's eyes glowed menacingly. He was going to enjoy this. 



 

Rainbow looked at Pinkie, "You think that worked?" 

Pinkie shrugged, "Dunno. Hopefully." 

"YOU SPEAK MY NAME! BUT YOU DO NOT KNOW ME!" 

The ponies and Spike all looked up to see Shredder and the Terrible Trio walk to the ledge of the lower half of the Technodorme, looking down upon them. 

"I AM CH'RELL, OROKU SAKI, DUKE ACUREDS, THE ONE TRUE SHREDDER!!!" Shredder and the other villains all jumped down from the ledge and landed in front of the ponies, "I am a destroyer of worlds. AND I FEAR NO-ONE!!!" 

Shredder then fired a dark blast from his hand, separating the ponies. The heroes were all spread out, ready to fight. 

Tirek charged at AJ and RD, firing magic blasts as he ran. The two ponies dodged the magic blasts, Rainbow flew around the Centaur and went to punch him in the face, but Tirek quickly turned and grabbed RD's hoof and threw her into Applejack, causing them both to fall to the ground. 

Pinkie bounced around Chrysalis, dodging blast after blast. The Changeling fired again but Pinkie disappeared. Before she knew it, Pinkie was right behind her. Before Pinkie could act, however, Chrysalis turned and blasted her in the face, taking her out of the fight. 

Fluttershy and Spike flew around, dodging Cozy Glow's various attacks. Cozy was getting annoyed. She picked up the pace and flew side by side with Spike and Fluttershy. 

"Guys, do you know how fast you were going?" Cozy quipped before she blasted the two of them with her magic. 

Rarity fell to the floor, blasted by Shredder's Dark Magic. As the unicorn tried to get up, Shredder grabbed her by the throat and punched her in the chest, causing her to wheeze. He then threw her across the field, taken out of the fight. The others crawled over and regrouped as Shredder and the villains surrounded them. 

Shredder chuckled as he aimed his hand at the group, ready to end this. 

"And now. Your story comes to an end!" 

The ponies and dragon braced themselves for the end. 

But it never came. 

That's because a ninja star hit Shredder in the chest and exploded, causing him to stagger. 

As he recovered, his eyes glowed red, "WHO DARES?!" 

"HEY, SHRED-HEAD!!!" 

Shredder turned and was kicked in the face, sending him to one knee. The assailant did a barrel roll and joined up with his brothers. Shredder growled in anger and glared at his attacker. Only for his eyes to widen in surprise. 

"YOU?!" 

  

"Can The Shredder come out to play?" Donnie asked rhetorically. 

Shredder stood up on his feet and glared at his mortal enemies, "The Turtles? How can this be?" 

"You can thank me for that." 

Shredder turned around to face Twilight Sparkle, who had a confident smirk on her face. 

Shredder growled as Twilight spoke, "When we first met, I looked into your memories and saw who you truly were. But that's not all. I saw your enemies. I saw the Turtles. So I then had the idea to bring them here to finish this. All it took was a simple spell on the Crystal Mirror and I found your dimension. Which is where I found them. But that isn't all." 

Up on a nearby hill, multiple silhouettes were seen. The villains' eyes widened as they saw hundreds upon thousands of ponies and other creatures gathered on the hill. But that isn't all, as the villains turned to see Celestia, Luna, Discord, Starlight, and the Pillars all on the ledge of the Technodrome. 

"You've lost, Ch'rell." Twilight said as the Turtles readied their weapons. 

Shredder was actually surprised. He was impressed. But that wouldn't save them. As the Terrible Trio charged at the Equestrian army, Shredder was completely focused on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. 

Leo pointed his Katana at his enemy, "Let's end this, Shredder!" 

"I have long waited for this! It's overdue, but I'll finally put an end to your pathetic lives!" 

Shredder then charged at the Turtles, the Turtles doing the same. Twilight and her friends teleported to the hill while Shredder battles his enemies. 

Mikey jumped into the air, swinging his Nunchuks, but Shredder turned and blasted him with his Dark Magic. Raphael charged forward, his Sai ready. Shredder turned into a mist and reappeared behind the turtle, kicking him in his shell. Donnie leaped into the air, his Bo staff ready to strike. Shredder turned and palmed him in the chest, sending him to the floor. 

Leo leapt into the air and swung down his swords, but Shredder blocked them with his claws. 

"This is it? This is all you have? Truly pathetic!" 

Shredder then released a burst of Dark Magic, sending Leo backwards. As Shredder approached the turtle, he was kicked in the back by Mikey. As Shredder staggered, Raph took the chance to run forward and spin kick Shredder's legs, sending him to the floor. 

As Shredder recovered, Donnie jumped into the air and brought down his staff, but Shredder turned into mist and avoided the attack. He then reappeared behind them and blasted them all with a Dark Magic blast. As the Turtles got back up, Shredder laughed. 

"This is only the beginning, Turtles. Your end is at hand, worms!" 

Shredder then opened a portal behind him and stepped through, leaving the TMNT to wonder what he meant. 



 

"ENOUGH! Because of you, I almost lost my way! But everycreature here has reminded me of the true power of friendship! There will always be darkness in the world, but there will also always be those who find the light! The Pillars knew this! That's why they created the Elements of Harmony! The Elements showed me and my friends how strong our friendship could be! Together we worked to bring harmony to Equestria! But there will always be more to do! Which is why we teach others about the Magic of Friendship! Others who will continue our mission after we are gone! Now I truly understand! The Elements were just symbols! The real magic has always been right here! And the more who understand how powerful friendship is, the stronger we will all be! Together!" 

Twilight's eyes then glowed bright with magic as she floated above the Pillars, the Young 6, and the Mane 5. Beams of rainbows shot from each of them and was absorbed by Twilight. She then fired a beam from her horn into the sky, banishing the Windigos once more. 

"This is bad, isn't it?" Cozy asked her fellow villains. 

The rainbow beam then arched downward and hit the Terrible Trio, draining them of their magic and returning them to normal. As Cozy fell to the floor with a thud, Tirek shivered as Chrysalis got back up. Twilight and the others then landed back on the ground and glared at the villains. 

Chrysalis snarled, "You think friendship will save you?! We will always return! Nothing will ever stop—!" 

She was stopped when a dark portal suddenly opened up behind them. They turned around and gasped, they were being sucked in. Cozy was the first to go, screaming as she fell into the darkness. Tirek was next, clawing at the dirt, trying not to get sucked in, but to no avail. Lastly was Chrysalis, she screeched as she was sucked into the portal, never to be seen again. 

The portal closed, leaving a very confused Twilight. They all turned to Discord, "Don't look at me!" 

The Turtles then ran over to Twilight and her friends, only to see a dark mist appear behind Discord. 

The mist then took shape, Shredder stood behind Discord, his claw raised into the air. They all gasped. 

"DISCORD!!!" Fluttershy screamed, trying to warn him. 

Discord turned around, only to be slashed across the chest by Shredder. 

"NOOOOOOO!!!!" Fluttershy screamed. 

Discord gripped his chest, without his magic, he was powerless. He was no longer immortal.

Discord fell to the floor, his body limp. Fluttershy rushed to her friend's side, tears streaming down her cheeks. Twilight and her friends looked on in shock. Twilight then snarled as she looked up at Shredder with pure hatred and malice. 

Shredder then started laughing, the lightning striking behind him as he did. 

Everything was going according to his plan, and he was relishing in it.

"Hahahahahaha!!!" Shredder laughed in victory as Twilight lit up her horn. 

But before she could blast him, Shredder turned into mist and flew off into the Technodrome. Suddenly, the Technodrome shot a giant blue beam into the sky, causing it to crack open. Violent tremors shook Equestria to its core. Donatello took out a device and started scanning. 

His eyes widened, "This is bad." 

"What is it, Don?" Mikey asked. 

"The energy readings I'm getting from the Technodrome. They're becoming unstable. If they get oversaturated, this entire dimension will be destroyed." Donnie said grimly. 

The Mane 6 gasped in shock. This was Ch'rell's plan all along. This was his vengeance against Twilight Sparkle. He was going to take everything from her. Literally. 

Rainbow flew up to the turtle, "So? How long do we have, uh.....Don?" She asked as she guessed the turtle's name. 

Donnie turned to the rainbow mare and replied, "I....I don't know." 

Leo stepped forward, "Doesn't matter. We have to do something." 

"Yeah. But what if we don't make it in time?" Mikey asked worriedly. 

"Don't worry. You won't be alone." Twilight said as she stepped forward towards the Turtles. "This is our fight too. We're seeing it to the end." 

While looking skeptical, Leo sighed, they needed all the help they could get. 

He nodded as Twilight turned to Fluttershy, "How is he, Fluttershy?" She asked. 

"He's still breathing. But I'm going to stay here and help him.....if that's okay with you, that is?" 

Twilight nodded and turned to her friends, who all nodded in anticipation, ready to end this. 

"Okay, if we're gonna do this, we need to get to the Technodrome fast!" Donnie said. 

"Heh. I'm gonna enjoy bruisin' that buckey-head!" Raph said as he took out his Sai. 

"Who ever heard of backing out before the final boss anyway?" Mikey said. 

"Let's end this!" Leo said as the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and the Mane 5 all rushed towards the Technodrome to stop Shredder once and for all. 



 

Surprisingly enough, there were no security measures inside the Technodrome. They got in with ease. As they approached the bridge, they all looked at one another with determination. They all nodded to one another and rushed into the bridge. They entered the room and saw Shredder, waiting for them. 

"Ch'rell!" Twilight exclaimed. 

Leo stepped forward, "It's over, Shredder! We're here to shut you down!" 

Shredder laughed, "That will be far easier said than done, Leonardo. Observe." 

Another violent tremor shook the ground, causing the ponies and ninjas to stagger. Shredder laughed as he approached the heroes, his hands glowing with magic. 

"Those other fools may have failed. But I assure you, I will not. In mere moments, the energy the Technodrome is conducting will be unleashed! I will lay waste to this dimension and send a signal to the Multiverse that I am not to be trifled with! Very soon, this world will end! But first....." 

Shredder then shot forward and slammed his fist into the ground, creating a shockwave that sent everyone back. Rainbow recovered first and flew towards Shredder at high speeds, intending to slam into him. But Shredder blasted her with magic, sending her to the floor. 

"You all made a mistake following me here!" 

Mikey and Pinkie launched into the air but Shredder sent them across the room with a shockwave of Dark Magic. Raph managed to kick Shredder in the back, causing him to stagger. Before Raph could hit him again, Shredder turned into a dark mist and avoided the attack. 

As he reappeared, AJ charged at him, but Shredder punched the ground, creating a shockwave that sent her back. Rarity and Donatello ran towards Shredder, Donnie flipping over the villain while Rarity fired a blast of magic at the Utrom. Shredder staggered, giving Donnie the chance to sweep Shredder's legs with his Bo staff, sending him to the floor. 

Shredder growled as a burst of magic was released from his body, sending the unicorn and turtle across the room. Shredder got back to his feet and turned around, only to be blasted by Twilight's magic. The Utrom staggered as Leo kicked him in the back. 

Shredder recovered and blasted Leo in the chest, sending him sliding across the floor. As the turtle tried to get back up, Shredder loomed over him, his eyes glowing a menacing red. 

"Tonight, I dine on Turtle Soup!" 

Twilight then blasted him in the back, giving Leo the chance to get back up and spin kick him in the face, causing Shredder to fall to one knee. The heroes got back up and surrounded him. 

"You're finished, Ch'rell!" Twilight shouted. 

"Hahahahaha! This is my warship! My stronghold! Did you really think you could defeat me here?!" Shredder said as he stood back up. 

Shredder then raised his right hand and closed it, causing the walls of the Technodrome to shoot out electric bolts that shocked the heroes. As they screamed, Shredder laughed as he grabbed Twilight by the throat and raised her into the air. 

"Fool! You're too late! I have the Technodrome at my disposal! I have Dark Magic at my command! I have the Bewitching Bell! I. HAVE. WON!!!" Shredder shouted as he tightened his grip around Twilight's throat. 

"YOU SURE ABOUT THAT?!" 

Shredder then turned his head, only for his eyes to widen. Spike stood before him with the bell in his hands. 

"WHAT?!" 

Twilight smirked, "What? You didn't think just charging in here was the plan, did you?" 

Shredder then threw Twilight aside and charged towards Spike, his hands glowing with Dark Magic. 

Spike then smirked at Shredder as he aimed the bell. 

"NO!!!" Shredder shouted but it was too late. 

Spike rung the bell. 

A blast shot out of the bell and hit Shredder in the chest, halting his movement and sending him down to one knee. As he screamed in pure anger, he could feel the magic leaving him. But that wasn't all. The walls of the Technodrome began to fade away and turned back into Chaos Magic. 

Soon enough the entirety of the Technodrome had faded away, turning back into Chaos Magic and entering the bell. The beam in the sky disappeared as the sky healed itself. The Turtles and the ponies were gently placed on the floor as Shredder was returning back into his normal form. 

The last of the magic drained out of Ch'rell's eyes and entered the bell. 

Shredder panted heavily as he glared at the dragon. 

"You....." Shredder's eyes glowed, "HOW DARE YOU!!!" 

Shredder got up and charged at the baby dragon, his claw ready. But he was kicked by Raphael, who leapt into the air and stopped the Utrom from harming Spike. Shredder staggered, too unfocused to notice Mikey appear behind him and kick him in the back. 

As Shredder staggered, Donnie wacked him in his torso with his Bo staff, sending him sliding into Leo, who slashed at him with his Katanas. Shredder panted, he was losing. Impossible! 

"YOU....PATHETIC CREATURES.....CANNOT.....HURT ME!!!" Shredder said in a strained voice. 

"DON'T BE SO SURE!!!" 

He turned to see Twilight and her friends, who were levitating in the air, a magical glow surrounding them. 

"THIS IS IMPOSSIBLE! YOU ARE MERE PONIES!!! YOU ARE NOT THIS POWERFUL!!!" 

"Wrong, Ch'rell! With my friends by my side, I have the most important power of all!" Twilight said. 

"FRIENDSHIP!!!" The Mane 6 shouted in unison as they fired a rainbow beam at Shredder. 

"NO!" The beam hit Shredder, "ARGGGGGHHHHH!!!" 

As the Turtles watched, they noticed Shredder's hand started to turn to dust. That soon spread to his legs and torso. 

As he was being destroyed, he said, "NO! WHAT IS HAPPENING?! THIS CANNOT BE!!! I AM THE SHREDDER!!! I AM--ARGHH!!!" 

All that was left was his head, which to began to turn to dust. 

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" 

Ch'rell completely turned to dust as the rainbow beam ceased. As Twilight and her friends floated to the ground, they looked at the remains. There was nothing. 

The Shredder was gone. 

Everyone started to cheer at their victory. Spike walked over to the princesses and rung the bell, returning their magic. He also returned the magic to Discord, which healed his injuries. He opened his eyes and embraced Fluttershy in a bone crushing hug. 

Twilight smiled. They did it. Ch'rell was gone. 

Forever. 



 

It's been a few hours since Shredder was defeated, and it was time to say goodbye. 

The TMNT stood in front of the mirror, facing the Mane 6. They all smiled at one another as they approached and shook hands/hooves. 

"Take care." Leo said with a smile. 

"Thanks for coming when we needed you." Twilight replied. 

"Shredder was our problem, I'm just sorry that you had to deal with him." 

Twilight shrugged, "Ch'rell's gone. Seems like neither of us have to deal with him ever again." 

Leo chuckled, "I guess so." 

As they said their goodbyes, the TMNT approached the mirror. Leo turned to Twilight and smiled. 

"Come and visit sometime!" Twilight said to the leader. 

Leo nodded, "Will do!" 

And with that, the TMNT stepped into the mirror, returning to their own dimension. 

The Mane 6 then embraced one another in a group hug. Twilight sighed contently. Her enemies were gone. Ch'rell was gone. Equestria was at peace. She was set to be the new sole Princess of Equestria. She was gonna make everypony proud. 

And nothing was going to stop her. Because with her friends, anything is possible. 

Because Friendship is Magic.
