Prologue: As the Journey Begins!
Hello again! I bet you're wonder, "Why are the other animal characters not seen as Pokémon yet?" Well, wonder no longer!
"Hold on!"
Discord, thought you'd drop by.
"How did you know what I was planning to ask you to do this story?!"
Oh, I didn't know you were gonna ask me. Besides, since I'm a Pokémon myself, I figured, "Why not give them the chance to be like the three brothers in their next adventure?"
"Well, their Pokémon forms better be interesting."
Don't worry, they will.
"Toodle-loo, then!" *Poof*
Now where was I? Oh, yeah.
In the town of Ponyville, at an open field, Twilight and her friends were watching Chameleo, Raptor and Soulfire train against each other.
"Snipe Shot!" Chameleo called out as he fired a blast of water from his finger.
"Dragon Pulse!" Raptor roared as he fired a purple draconic beam from his mouth.
"Aura Sphere!" Soulfire shouted as he fired a ball made spiritual fighting energy from his hands.
The three attacks collided with each other as they brought out a dust cloud. The three brothers then decided to charge in.
"Liquidation!" Chameleo called out as water covered his arms and legs.
"Dragon Rush!" Raptor roared as he flew, covered in a dragon aura.
"Force Palm!" Soulfire shouted as he focused aura energy on the palm in his right hand.
The three brothers attacked each all at once, causing the dust cloud to explode.
Everypony was on edge in excitement, while Fluttershy was covering her eyes along with Cheese covering Cream's. When the smoke settled, they saw Chameleo, Raptor and Soulfire pretty tired.
"Okay, that's it for training." Chameleo decided, ending their spar.
"Man, I still think it's awesome that Pokémon do this, fighting on a daily basis at times!" Raptor said with excitement.
"Fighting isn't all that us Pokémon do, Raptor. Every one of them is different and have their own ways of living their lives and hobbies." Soulfire reminded his older brother. Everypony, except Vaida, were thinking of what would it be like to be Pokémon like those three brothers. All of a sudden, a portal appeared, getting their attention.
"Looks like another adventure!" Rainbow Dash said with excitement, stretching her limbs.
"Let's get going, little guys!" Datozo said as he went into the portal, followed by Amy and Vector.
"Whee-hee!" Pinkie cheered as she cannonballed into the portal.
"I hope it won't be scary." Fluttershy said timidly as she went into the portal with Big, Cream and Cheese.
"Ooh, I do believe there will be spectacular fashion in the world we're going to." Rarity said with excitement as she went into the portal, followed by Blade and Mamota.
"Well, let's at least do our best, y'all." Applejack noted as she went into the portal, followed by Morrigan and Skylyzi.
"Here we go!" Sonic called out as he dashed into the portal with Rainbow Dash and Raptor, followed by Tails, Knuckles, Soulfire and Makoto.
"Okay. Let's do this." Twilight declared as she walked into the portal with the rest of her friends. Only Vaida was left, who looked back as she went in the portal, wonder what forms everyone would take in the world on the other side of it.

The portal didn't have a window to the past this time, as most creatures in there were transformed immediately.
Everyone exited the portal at a bit of a forest, with Chameleo, Raptor, Soulfire and Vaida in front.
"Huh, looks like we didn't change." Chameleo told his brothers and friend.
"It would seem so, but what about the others?" Vaida asked the three brothers.
"Eh, I'm sure they're fine." Raptor assured.
"Hmm, but still, we should-" Soulfire tried to say, but was interrupted by a shriek from Rarity, causing he and the other three to look them and saw everyone else's forms.
AJ was a strange biped with a skull adorning her head, and claws on her digits
. Rainbow Dash was an eaglet, with a rainbow-colored feather on her forehead
. Fluttershy was a bird with cottony wings and no discernible neck
. Pinkie Pie was now a ball of floating fluff with a tail and feet
. Spike was a bipedal, dragonish creature with a small fire burning on the end of his tail
. Rarity's transformation was probably the most amusing of them all, because she was now caterpillar with a leaf headdress and six stubby limbs
. Twilight was an off-white colored equine, with fluffy magenta-streaked hair and a dark horn, but no wings whatsoever
. Makoto was still half human, but the beast part of her changed. Her hair and tail were mostly white along with the black on her clothes, as she had yellow circles on her cheeks. The stripes on her tail, white tuffs on her hair and the orange color on her clothes were now sky-blue, as her tail had a few spikes on it
. Sonic was a blue hedgehog with two claws on his hands and red feet
. Tails was a orange marsupial with a yellow tube around his neck, fins on his arms and two tails
. Knuckles was a red mole with spiky claws and a spiky cone on his head. Amy was a pink, bipedal mammal with some plantlike features, which looked a bit spiny as well. Cream was a small brown bunny with creamy-yellow fluff on her waist, feet and tip of the ears. Chao was a small cyan-blue fairy-like insect with a creamy-yellow sphere above him and his red bowtie. Big was a big purple creature that looked like it was a thousand pounds or more. Vector was a green medium-sized crocodile with black stripes on his body and eyes. Viper was a yellow and black serpent with a blade at the end of her tail. Crane as a white crane with red spikes on his head, but still had his hat. Morrigan was a brown and white owl like creature with a green bang on her face as she had orange feathers in her wings. Skylyzi was a small tan-colored owl that had a green bowtie. Bladefin was a light-blue amphibian that had two tails. Mamota was a blue sea lion that had a light-blue frill around her neck. Datozo was an orange biped pig that looked like could do some real damage with his fists.
"Whoa. What happened to us?" Sonic asked everyone.
"No clue, little guys." Datozo answered, as everyone else felt the same way, except for Chameleo.
"You guys turned into Pokémon. So we must be in a Pokémon world." Chameleo told all of his friends.
"Oh my... So most of us are like you and your brothers in this world?" Fluttershy asked the Inteleon as she felt her wing with her newfound beak, deciding to nuzzle into her cotton-y wings.
"Looks like it, but due to Makoto being a half beastkin, she's been turned into a Human/Pokémon hybrid." Chameleo responded.
"BUT WHAT IN EQUESTRIA ARE WE?!" Rarity cried out as she curled up, completely embarrassed of her new form.
"Okay, I'll explain this slowly: Twilight, you're a Galarian Ponyta, the Unique Horn Pokémon, a Psychic-type; your small horn hides a healing power. With a few rubs from your horn, you can heal any wound. You can also look into other creatures' eyes and read the contents of their hearts." Chameleo began explaining as Twilight blinked in amazement of her new powers.
"Wow. That, is amazing!" Twilight said in amazement.
"Rainbow, you're a Rufflet, the Eaglet Pokémon, a Normal and Flying-type; you can crush berries with your talons. You can bravely stand up to any opponent, no matter how strong it is, meaning you'll challenge anything, even strong opponents, not out of courage, but out of recklessness. Your frequent fights will help you become stronger."
Rainbow Dash flapped her wings in excitement as she heard that. "That sounds awesome, just like me and Raptor!" She said, as Raptor agreed with her, giving the bird pokémon a hug. "Got that right, sis!"
"Applejack, you're a Cubone, the Lonely Pokémon, a Ground-type. A Cubone always wears the skull of its deceased mother, and it cries echo inside the skull and come out as a sad melody. But, from what you told me about you stetson hat being from your father, I'm guessing your hat turned into the skull on your head."
Applejack understood the part about her hat turning into a skull, but was confused by what he said about Cubones never taking off their skull helmets. "Wha'd y'all mean by 'always wears the skull?' Somethin' wrong with havin' it off?" She asked as she removed her skull helmet, causing everyone to see what was under that skull
"Guess not, but the skull's your hat, and the skull is a part of Cubone. Anyway, Rarity, you're a Sewaddle, the Sewing Pokémon, a Bug and Grass-type. You can make clothes for yourself and others by chewing up leaves and sewing them with sticky thread extruded from your mouth. And like a sleeping mask, you can hide your head in your hood while sleeping at night, the hood being that leaf on your head. Fortunately for you, since Sewaddles makes their own clothes out of leaves, they're a popular mascot for fashion designers."
"Truly?! That's actually rather fitting for me, now that you told about what I am." Rarity said with a sigh of relief.
"Glad to hear it. Fluttershy, you're a Swablu, the Cotton Bird Pokémon, a Normal and Flying-type. You have light and fluffy wings that are like cottony clouds, and I'm sure you won't be frightened of people. You can land on the heads of people and sit there like a cotton-fluff hat. If you find something dirty, you can wipe and polish it with your cottony wings, but if your wings become dirty, I suggest you find a stream and shower yourself."
"I suppose my wings really do look cloud-like. They look so comfy and fluffy." Fluttershy said as took another look at herself.
"Comfluffy! Comfy and fluffy at the same time! (Squee!)" Pinkie added with a smile.
"Classic Pinkie Pie. Now then, you're a Swirlix, the Cotton Candy Pokémon, a Fairy-type. To entangle your opponents in battle, you can extrude white threads that are as sweet and sticky as cotton candy. And because Swirlix eats nothing but sweets like you do most of the time, your fur is as sticky and sweet as cotton candy."
"Well, I do eat mostly sweets, that makes sense. Wait... White threads sweet and sticky as cotton candy?!" Pinkie gasped as she spat out a string of sticky substance, gaining a mischievous grin spread across her face thinking about the possibilities this gave her, mostly pranks.
"Hey, don't get carried away, Pinkie. But Spike, what I'm gonna explain about what Pokémon you are is gonna be really important at the end. You're a Charmander, the Lizard Pokémon, a Fire-type. When it rains, steam can spout from the tip of your tail. From the time a Charmander is born, a flame burns at the tip of its tail, meaning your life would end if the flame were to go out. So the tip of your tail is extremely important!"
Upon hearing that, everyone looked at Spike and blinked in disbelief. "Did I hear that correctly?" Rarity asked in worry.
"I'm sure everyone heard what I said crystal clear. So Spike, bottom line; in this world and that form, that fire on your tail is your life force. We'll help you keep it from going out." Chameleo assured Spike, who was self-consciously looking back at his tail, as he uttered, "Wow... That's just... Wow..."
"Sorry 'bout that if it scared everyone. Anyway, Makoto the beast half of you is now Pachirisu, the EleSquirrel Pokémon, an Electric-type. They can store their own fur balls that crackle with static electricity together with their favorite berries in tree hollows. They also makes electricity with pouches in its cheeks and shoots charges from its tail. So you can do anything a Pachirisu can do." Chameleo continued explained, with the info surprising Makoto.
"Whoa! You saying I can fight with electricity now!? Awesome!" Makoto cheered as she pumped her fists into the air.
"Yeah, but in any case, we need to hide those ears and that tail of yours while in public, because I'm sure people never saw a Human/Pokémon before." Soulfire advised, which Makoto agreed with as she put on the black cap and cloak the Lucario held on and gave her.
"Viper, your a Seviper the Fang Snake Pokémon, a Poison-type. You can attack your opponents using your sword-edged tail in two ways, slashing them or dousing them with secreted poison. But since you told me that you were born with no fangs, you can‘t use any biting attacks."
"It's okay, because like I said before, I don't need to bite to fight." Viper assured as she swooshed her tail like a whip.
"Good. Crane, you're a Fearow, the Beak Pokémon, a Normal and Flying-type. Thanks to your big and strong wings in that form, you can fly all day without ever having to land for rest."
"That sounds great! But even Fearows need to be on the ground, so I'll walk form time to time." Crane said, tapping his talons on the ground.
"Smart thinking. Sonic, you're a Sandslash, the Mouse Pokémon, a Ground-type. You can still curl up into a spiny ball, and in that form, you're skilled at slashing enemies with your claws. If broken, don't worry, because they start to grow back in a day."
"Eh, wasn't much for scratching enemies anyway." Sonic replied as he ran around, still having his superspeed.
"Good point. Tails, you're a Buizel, the Sea Weasel Pokémon, a Water-type. When air fills the flotation sac on your neck, the sac balloons like an inner tube, allowing you to float with your head out of the water. And you can swim by rotating your two tails like a screw, but when you dive, your flotation sac will collapse."
"That sounds like I can do more things, now that I'm a Pokémon!" Tails said with excitement as he flew into the air with his tails spinning.
"Most of us can now. Knuckles, you're an Excadrill, the Subterrene Pokémon, a Ground and Steel-type. By forming a drill with your steel claws and head, you can bore through a steel plate, no matter how thick it is."
"Well, that's not too shabby." Knuckles commented as he had a feeling he still had his gliding ability.
"Amy, you're a Lilligant, Hisui Form, the Spinning Pokémon, a Grass and Fighting-type. I have a feeling that your kicks in that will be a strong as your hammer swings."
"Wow, that sounds amazing! But where's my hammer?" Amy asked, not seeing her Piko Hammer anywhere.
"Hmm, not sure. Let's see, Cream; you're a Buneary, the Rabbit Pokémon, a Normal-type. You can slam your opponents by sharply uncoiling your rolled ears, which can be painful enough to make a grown-up cry in pain. On cold nights, you can sleep with your head tucked into your fur. Unfortunately, your ears are always rolled up, but you can forcefully extend to shatter even a large boulder. And Cheese is a Cutiefly, the Bee Fly Pokémon, a Bug and Fairy-type. Because a Cutiefly is able to sense auras, Cheese can identify which flowers are about to bloom. Cheese can pick up the auras of living things, and he can skillfully read those auras to predict his oppoent's movements and make fools of them."
"Oh my, thank you Mr. Chameleo for telling me and Cheese what we are at the moment." Cream thanked Chameleo as she bowed and Cheese agreed with a "Cutiefly!" catching the others and himself by surprise.
"No problem, Cream. Oh, and since I heard Cheese say what he was before a Chao, it makes sense that he would say Cutiefly. Anyway; Big, you're a Snorlax, the Sleeping Pokémon, a Normal-type. You can eat anything, even if the food happens to be a little moldy, and you'll never gets an upset stomach."
"Wow. That sounds fun." Big replied.
"Vector, you're a Krokorok, the Desert Croc Pokémon, a Ground and Dark-type. The special membrane covering your eyes can help shield them from sandstorms and sense the heat of objects, so you can see its surroundings, even in darkness."
"Whoa! It's like having shades a part of your body!" Vector commented as he looked around, testing his eyesight.
"Heh, true dat. Skylyzi, you're a Rowlet, the Grass Quill Pokémon, a Grass and Flying-type. You can fight with your feathers, which are as sharp as blades, flying in attack. Your legs are strong, so your kicks are also formidable, and you can fly towards your opponents without making a single sound. Morrigan, you're a Datrix, the Blade Quill Pokémon, a Grass and Flying-type, and the evolved form of Rowlet. Being supremely sensitive to the presence of others, you can detect your opponents standing behind you, and you can fling your sharp feathers to take them out, which rarely misses."
"Hmph, sounds like you're our forms will grow along with our skills." Skylyzi stated with a "matter of fact" tone.
"Wait, evolved form?" Morrigan asked.
"Yep, most Pokémon are able to evolve into stronger, tougher, bigger and faster forms that give them new abilities and attacks. Blade, you're a Marshtomp, the Mud Fish Pokémon, a Water and Ground-type. The surface of your body is enveloped by a thin, sticky film that enables Marshtomp to live on land. You'll be much faster at traveling through mud than you are at swimming. And Mamota, you're a Popplio, the Sea Lion Pokémon, a Water-type. You can snort body fluids from your nose, blowing balloons to smash into your opponents. You can also control water bubbles, and those water balloons can grow larger and larger the more you practice making them. You can get on top of your bouncy water balloons to jump higher, making you quite the acrobatic fighter!"
"Oh, my goodness." Mamota gasped, surprised by the complexed info about what Pokémon she was.
"At least we'll be able to have the advantage in the water." Blade said.
"Correct. And finally; Datozo, you're a Pignite, the Fire Pig Pokémon, a Fire and Fighting-type. When your internal fire flares up, your movements becomes sharper and faster. But when in trouble, you'll emit smoke. Whatever you eat becomes fuel for the flame in your stomach, and when you get angry, the intensity of the flame strengthens." Chameleo finished explaining.
"Ha! Great job, little guy!" Datozo congratulated the Inteleon.
"Thanks, Datozo. So guys, let's find out where we're supposed to go." Chameleo declared, as everyone else cheered in agreement.
And so, the journey begins...
