Some random attempts from Moon Quil’s OC to get the attention of my OC
Silver Lightning, (Moon Quil’s OC) has known Lightning Chaser (My OC) since the two were in 10th grade or something.
He soon developed feelings for her, and wanted to get her to go out with him someday. But she’s just oblivious, or caught up in something else.
Comment below some more attempts from Silver, that will probably fail! But as soon as I reach 4K words, Lightning will finally not be so oblivious. But keep it E-rated :)
Another sequel will arrive soon, with a griffonbluejay OC, and AnnEldest’s OC, probably not similar to this one.
Lightning Chaser was at the buckball court, having a glass of water and chatting with her team.
Lightning was the pegasus. She had a light turquoise coat and a black mane similar to her favourite former buckball player Rainbow Dash. She had light blue streaks in her hair, and had her hair up in a ponytail. Her cutie mark was a yellow lightning bolt.
The Earth Pony was called Soft Petals. She was a baby pink coated mare with a darker pink mane. Her cutie mark was 4 red rose petals, away. Somewhat like this 🥀 emoji’s rose petal, but the rose wasn’t there and the petal looked fresh.
The Unicorn was called Blue Horn. He had an orange coat with blue hair and his cutie mark was a blue star.✨ ⬅️ like this but blue.
Lightning was in 10th grade, and was an amazing athlete and kind of a techie and a gamer too.
“Okay guys, so Prism High is new to the Inter-School Buckball Tournament held here, so we don’t know our opponents. What do you think will happen?” asked Lightning “I don’t know Lightning, but I know that we’ll win. Phoenix High is the best!” said Soft Petals in reply. “Yep, I agree with Petal. We’re Phoenix High. Even if we lose, and we won’t, we’ll rise from our ashes again!
They all high-hoofed and sat down. Waiting for the game to begin.
The referee whistled. Both teams began playing. In around five to ten minutes, Phoenix scored one point while Prism High had absolutely no points.
Then Prism High turned the tides in another 10 minutes, and scores their first point.
In another 30 minutes, the game was over and Phoenix High won with 6 points while Prism High had 5 points.
While the Phoenix High buckball team were cheering, all excited and happy, the Prism High team came up to them, congratulating them. The unicorn of the team was Silver Lightning.
After they all got to school, Misty Weathers, (my oldest oc and the pegasus of the team) said to Silver Lightning “SILVER! What were you doing? What were you staring at on the field?”
Silver was just surprised. “Staring? I wasn’t staring at anything!”
The Earth Pony of their team, River Flow said “I know what it is. But.. it is not a what. It is a who! Lightning Chaser..”
Misty was confused. “Who’s that?” she asked.
“She is the pegasus of team Phoenix. And.. I think... that.. maybe .. just.. just maybe.. Silver.. likes her!”
“You mean, as in, big red heart?” asked Misty. “Exactly that, dear Misty! This is a hundred thousand percent true!”
Misty and River planned to set them up with Soft and Blue’s help. But.. they wouldn’t get to even see each other until the next match! Find out in the next chapter!
A year had passed since the Basketball tournament. All of them were in 11th grade.
Lightning’s Parents were the “study, study, STUDY! type, unlike her. She’d always gotten straight A’s and had some more achievements up her sleeve. She had learnt some HTML, which she’d been learning since she was in 8th grade, was pretty great at piano, which she started in, 4th grade, I guess?
You Guys: Yeah, yeah, we all know you’re proud of your Oc, let’s move on!
Okay, okay fine. Onto Silver. He himself was great, he had learnt C++, using Unity and more, while Lightning only knew Unreal Engine. (I don’t know Unreal Engine well irl! I’m gonna start soon though OwO And idk about Moon Quill!) He had become much better at buckball as well. He also was a great singer too.
One fine day, at Prism High School.. Mrs. Breeze, Lightning and Soft Petals’ class teacher announced something.. “A new student will be joining our class. Why don’t you introduce yourself?”
The new student stepped up to the front of the class. He was a unicorn had a white coat, a silver lightning nolt cutie mark and steel blue eyes that one would probably consider dreamy. Those eyes saw something.. someone, to be exact..
He just thought that it was a figment of his imagination, and began speaking. “Hello everyone, I’m Silver Lightning. I was in Phoenix High previously, and am now thrilled to be here. I hope that I become good friends with all of you!”
“Thank you Silver. You can go take a seat next to Dream Glow.” said the teacher. A pretty lavender unicorn with pink hair similar in style to Izzy Moonbow from his old school waved her hand, motioning for him to come. He sat down next to her. He said “Hello” to her, and she replied “Hi!”
“Now, we will continue our Maths lesson....” started Mrs. Breeze.
After the lesson was over, they had some free time until the next teacher came. Everyone took the books they needed from their lockers, and went back to class.
After the Physics class, it was recess, and everyone was thrilled. Especially Silver Lightning. He went to the canteen, and bought a bag of chips. He opened it and began eating. He was probably on the 6th chip when he was interrupted by a female voice. “Hey there!” said the voice. Silver turned to see who it was. He turned to see that same teal-coated girl he saw at Maths class while he was introducing himself.“Huh? Oh, uh.. hey!” said Silver, with a small blush on his face. She seemed so.. so familiar, yet he didn’t know her at all.
“So, what’s your name?” asked the girl. “I’m Silver Lightning.” “Lightning Chaser, nice to meet ya!” “Want some?” asked Silver, extending the bag. “Sure, why not?” said Lightning and took out a chip.
Both of them were talking a lot.
“RRDR-RRRING!” “RRDR-RRRING!” “RRDR-RRRING!”
They both went to their classrooms and sat in their places. Lightning was behind Silver. Literally, not just in Silver’s name.
It was the fourth period of the day. Everypony was in class, waiting for Ms. Floral to arrive. Ms. Floral was never late. What happened today?
Silver asked his bench partner Dream where the teacher was. Dream just shrugged her shoulders. Lightning, who was sitting at the bench behind his was talking to her bench partner, Blue Star.
“Hey, uh, Lightning.. I need to tell you something..” said Blue Star. “Okay, shoot.” “I.. need.. to leave the buckball team.. sorry..” ‘Please don’t be mad..’ “Oh.. well, that’s okay, but why?” Phew.. “Well, there’s an exam coming up.. it’s not from school, it’s something extracurricular, and I’ll need to study..” “Aw, that’s okay Blue!” ‘Now I’ll need to worry only about choosing a replacement..’
In a minute, Mr. Count came in. “Good morning class. Your teacher will be absent today, and she has not given you any work. You can all talk to each other, but very quietly. If any of you want to show off your talents, you can do so.” said the teacher and sat down at the teachers’ desk.
The first ones to show off some of their skills was obviously Stage Lights and Illusion, who always claimed to be the children of a famous magician who defeated an Ursa Major. While they were the twins of a famous magician, said magician never defeated an Ursa. Everyone knows that only Princess Twilight Sparkle and the other alicorns can defeat an Ursa Minor, and only Princess Celestia and Starlight Glimmer have defeated an Ursa Major. They showed off a couple of hat tricks.
Then after around 3 more people, Lightning stepped up. They were allowed to show off apps, games and animations they made as well. She took the help of the teacher to present a game, which was like a mini virtual world (in development!) with 9 players other than yourself in an online multiplayer. There were only a few phrases that could be said like Hello, how are you, nice to meet you and you look cool. Everyone was amazed. They all knew she was a good coder, but, a virtual world? That was really cool.
While everyone was impressed, Silver was amazed the most. He knew she looked pretty, but, when do you meet a girl who looks really pretty, and yet does lots of other cool stuff, and is very nice. I guess it’s just unexplainable what Silver saw in her. I can’t really explain it!
