Wall-E returns to planet Earth with Eve and the Human race but the robot duo are powered off and stored away, only to wake up to the Humans missing and a whole other world left in its place.

With Wall-E and Eve's objectives completed and their usefulness run dry, they are deactivated and stored in a bunker safe from the environment with the Humans taking over the clean-up and rebuilding of society. Over 1000 years later, they are awoken by a mysterious force but to Grassy hills and Unique creatures instead of the Skyscrapers and Humans that they are used to.

Now it's the Robot duo's job to discover what happened to the Humans and where they went while trying to enjoy their own artificial lives together

A fluorescent bulb flickered as it hung from the ceiling, a yellow and brown box sitting beneath the light. The room itself was dingy and decayed, wires hung from the ceiling as various forms of fungus and mold grew on the walls and floor. Suddenly the room began to shake as objects fell to the ground, causing a loud crashing before a bright wave of light coursed through the walls and ceiling. The tremors calmed down afterward before an LCD screen on the front of the yellow box lit up with a logo of the sun and a flashing warning label underneath.

A robotic groan echo's through the room as the cube began to open from the top, two binocular eyes peaking out weakly as the lenses spin to focus their view. Two slim arms decoupled from the sides while the Robot lifted off the ground to expose the forklift-like tracks for legs.

The cube-shaped bot named Wall-e let out a weak "Eeeevvvaa?" as his head spun around, looking for his white companion but all he could see was a dark and rotting room. Groggily, he moved forward, the wheels spinning with no problem as he exits out of the only door he could see. Wall-E bumped into the door frame in his exhausted state before maneuvering out into a hallway, looking just as bad as the room he just left.

Moving down the hall, Wall-E comes across another doorway with the door cracked open before reaching out with a 3-pronged hand and pushing open the door before looking inside. 'Why are humans gone? Where is Eva?' Wall-E thought but first heeded to the words given to him by his CPU 'Objective: Charge'. He slowly drove into the room and finally laid his lenses on the charging cable attached to the wall beside an office cubicle. He remembered the Human who worked there, "Jooooon..." he called out sadly before turning to the cable and poking it into his back.

A yellow progress bar slowly climbed up the LCD screen as his sleepiness was slowly replaced with energy, it only took 32.5 seconds to fill his battery which was faster than the usual 52.7 seconds it took when solar charging. He pulled the plug out of his back once he heard the familiar tone of fully charging before turning 90 degrees on the spot and speeding off back into the hall with newfound vigor. Wall-E was growing concerned about the lack of life. He then began thinking about what to do before his computing gave him an idea on his HUD, 'New Objective. Find Eva.'

Wall-E nodded and started to check every room he came across, grunting in frustration every time he either came across a locked door or when a room had nothing of use in them. Most of the rooms were ruined offices while there were few rooms made for human living, such as a gym, cafeteria, and Living quarters but none had any sign of life, not even a skeleton. It wasn't long till he started running out of doors to open and started to get worried, he was missing all of his human friends that worked in this facility. These bunkers were built and the humans brought him and Eve here two months after arriving back on Earth because it took those two months to realize that the air was still toxic.

Everything seemed fine after that, all his robot friends were doing their services in other bunkers but at least he had Eve... Which he couldn't find... And that realization made him more concerned as he doubled his efforts to find her, zooming through the halls as fast as his tracks can take him while calling out nervous "Eeeevaaaaa? EEEVAAAAA!?". He stopped at an intersection in the halls,

Wall-E slowed as he eventually came across a staircase going down with a ramped side for him, he rode down the ramp before coming across a blast door. A small red dot above the door dimly flickered as Wall-E stopped in front of it, the dim red light brightened as a red laser wave washed over him, causing him to jump in fear before a distorted female voice on the blast door intercom said "W-Welc-come Wall-E" and began to slowly open.

Wall-E paced on the spot as he waited for the hydraulics to pull the metal doors apart and into the wall but it suddenly jammed leaving just enough space to fit through. He would shimmy through sideways, bonking his head on the door as he squeezed through and popped out the other side. He looked around the room and saw all kinds of machinery and electronic devices.

A large pod in the middle is what catches Wall-E's eye though as he slowly approaches the metal dome, finding a console in front of it. He notices a red button with the word 'Release' on it so decides to push it, the button lights up and the pod begins to split down the middle while a broken alarm rang through the room. Wall-E slowly backs up as steam pours out from the cracks before getting a glimpse of a white and glossy shell. He pauses near the door for a quick escape just in case of danger and waits for the steam to dissipate, he never got to wait though as a white form flys at him and tackles him to the floor.

Wall-E looks down the barrel of a plasma gun as the blue core heats up, he looks past the weapon and looks into the visor of Eve. Her LCD eyes glare back at him as he pleads with her "Eva!", Her eyes soften as she realizes who she is aiming her gun at before quickly switching her arm back to normal and pulling him into a hug, lifting him off the ground while exclaiming "Wall-E!".

They hold their embrace for a few seconds before they share their first moment since they went into hibernation, their heads come together as a spark arches between Wall-E's and Eve's faces. They release the hug before Eve asks "What happened?"

Wall-E replied with "Humans gone, everything broken" his head would slouch down as Eve also felt a little sadness, she could recall the reason from the humans to taking their long sleep as being 'You're not needed anymore'. They wouldn't tell Wall-E of their plans because of how sensitive he can be. Eve then looked at the blast door before saying "Let us find Humans, Wall-E". Wall-E nodded and followed her up to the door where she switched back to the plasma gun arm and shot at the door several times, melting a bigger hole for better traversal.

Eve hovered through the hole while Wall-E followed behind, going back up the stairs before going down a random hall. Wall-E looked to Eva and asked "Where are humans?"

Eve shrugged "No idea" Wall-E shrunk a little into his body like a turtle as they continued forward, finding an exit sign and following it before coming to a ladder that went up to a hatch. Eve held Wall-E close before firing at the hatch, blowing it off and flying out of the hole with him and into... a forest? Both robots were certainly confused at the lush vegetation around them, not a single skyscraper or piece of trash in sight. Wall-E was set down before he tested his tracks on the grass, satisfied with the result.

"Where we go now?" Wall-E wondered out loud, looking around the clearing they were in before Eve pointed out a path in the treeline, Wall-E taking point as he hummed a tune while going down the path. Eve nodded along to the impromptu music until she notices 3 heat signatures speeding towards them, quickly aiming her plasma gun in the direction they're coming from before a ball bounces out of a bush.

Both Wall-E and Eve tilt their head before a yellow quadrupedal creature with red hair and a bow comes out to retrieve the lost item, the small creature grabs the ball and celebrates before noticing the two robot bystanders and freezing on the spot in terror, two similar creatures joining her side and also freezing when laying sight on the robots. Wall-E gives a sheepish wave as he says "Waaaalllll-eeee" though this didn't seem like the best course of action as right after he tried to talk, they screamed and ran away.

Wall-E slouches in defeat as he lets out a sad sigh, Eve giving him a few pats on the back before asking "Where is home?" Wall-E shrugged which made him even sadder, his collection is gone as far as he knows. It was hurting Eve to see him in this kind of distress so she told him to stay before flying up into the sky and getting a look at the land. They were right on the edge of a forest, a settlement not too far from here with a large mountain further back with a castle built on the side. Eve then looked behind and saw a smaller mountain, deciding that it would be best to head there so they could get a proper shelter.

She hovered back down to Wall-E and said "Mountain that way, Directive: Shelter" He showed his hesitance by tapping his fingers together nervously as he thought of other options. His CPU couldn't come up with a better idea so he nods, prompting Eve to float down the path with Wall-E soon driving after her, holding her hand softly as they travel.

"APPLEJACK! APPLEJACK!" Applebloom called out to her sister while her 2 friends followed behind, terrified by the alien encounter. The orange earth pony they are looking for drops a bucket of apples as the Cutie Mark Crusaders stop in front of her, panting as Applebloom tried to speak between deep breaths "T-Two aliens... in E-Everfree forest"

Applejack simply tilted her head in confusion as she squinted her eyes at her little sister and asked "What were ya doing near that gosh-darn forest? Ah told you several times to stay away." All 3 fillies lowered their head in shame at the brief scolding before Applejack sighs and inquires about their supposed alien encounter "What were you saying about aliens? You saw two in the forest?"

Applebloom perked up and nodded frantically while Scootaloo explained further "Yeah! There was a floating white egg with blue eyes and one that looked like a box, it even spoke to us!"

Applejack couldn't believe what she was hearing but she couldn't find any lie or deception in their voice, she sighed as her hoof rubbed her snout "I'll tell Twilight about it, see if she has seen somethin' like you described... Did you catch what it said?"

The 3 fillies looked at each other for a few seconds before Scootaloo finally spoke up "I-i think it said Worry or something, it sounded like a robot..."

Sweetie Belle then butted in "No, it said Wally!"

The girls were going to start arguing but Applejack quickly cut them off "Alright, just go play somewhere that isn't near the forest..." The Cutie Mark Crusaders nodded and ran off towards town, leaving Applejack to shake her head in amusement. But her smirk turned into a gasp as a loud BOOM echoed around the orchard and a blue-flamed explosion rose over the top of the trees in the Everfree forest.

Wall-E let out a digital whimper as he sped along the path, following Eve as she also was quick in her pace but not quick enough to leave Wall-E in her dust. He kept his binocular eyes forward as he heard the vicious barking of wooden creatures making a mad dash after them, his tracks gliding over roots and branches as they were meant to do but a raised root suddenly caught Wall-E one of tracks as it wedges between the root and dirt.

"Eva!" Wall-E shouted as he tried to pull his wheels free before he began to cut through with the laser diode between his eyes, albeit very slowly. The wooden wolves catching up quickly while Eve notices her trapped companion. She quickly flys back and helps to tug on the root, but it proves futile as their hunters soon pounce out of a bush and in front of them. Eve activates her plasma gun as a last resort, aiming it at one of the beasts and waiting for them to make a move while Wall-E continues to cut through the durable root with his small laser.

Suddenly one of them begins to charge forward, leaving Eve with her only option. She fires her weapon at the closest creature, forgetting just how much power was in her firearm as the wooden beast explodes and covers the whole area in a blue flame. The blast was close enough to knock Eve back a bit as the root Wall-E was stuck in snaps, also sending him flying away from the explosion.

They land on the ground beside each other, Eve quickly looking up to check if the danger was still around but the explosion seemed to scare off the remaining opponents. She shows off with a spin of her arm as the Plasma gun is holstered back in her arm. She stood up from the ground and swiped dirt off of her glossy shell before turning to Wall-E, finding him closed up like a turtle before slowly poking his eyes out of the top of his shell.

Once he confirms the area is clear with a quick 360 degrees spin of his head, he pops his limbs out and extends his wheels before looking up at Eve with a soft "Huh...". Eve then turns around to see the base of the mountain right in front of them, she points at the path ahead while exclaiming "Directive!" before hovering forward down the path with Wall-E soon following after her but with a wobble in one of his tracks.

Twilight Sparkle was peacefully studying in her Library with her #1 dragon assistant sleeping in a basket across the room, she thought nothing could ruin her quiet evening until her front door swung open with a panicked orange mare running through. Twilight yelped in surprise while the sleeping drake didn't even stir. "Applejack!?! What's wrong?" Twilight asked worryingly.

"You gotta come see this, Twi! The Everfree jus' exploded!" Applejack exclaimed, panting from her long gallop to the Library.

Twilight stood frantically with a furrowed brow before questioning "What do you mean EXPLODED!?!"

"Applebloom told me she found aliens in the Everfree and right after she left, a blue explosion rocked the forest!" Applejack explained, her breath coming back to her before she was forced to step out of the way of Twilight as she walked out her already open door and spotted a large smokestack coming out of the forest.

Twilight was trying to find out what to think of this in her head before she froze in place after she remembered what Applejack first told her. She looks back at the orange mare before asking "Applebloom saw aliens? And you didn't detect a lie or anything?"

Applejack blushed in embarrassment before shaking her head "No, I guess I should've questioned them further..."

Twilight sighs and trots back inside, using her magic to grab a piece of parchment before grabbing an inkwell with a feather dipped inside and beginning to write a letter out loud "Dear Princess Celestia, Today Applejack encountered a strange event today..."

The path was getting steeper and began to wind around the mountain, Wall-E keeping to the inside of the path as the height was frightening to him while Eve floated next to him. The robot pair had no luck on finding any caves so far and didn't want to go all the way up the mountain but Eve decided it was best to go to 1500 out of the estimated 3000 m mountain then they would look somewhere else if no satisfactory results were found.

Wall-E was having more trouble getting up the slope because of his damaged track, one of the pieces popped loose and was swinging around as it rotated around his wheels. Eve finally spotted an opening in the wall, zooming ahead and finding a cave opening to which she looked inside and found it empty. A few rocks and stalactites were poking out of the floor while the walls and roof seemed smooth with no cracks or compromises to the structure. Eve looked back at Wall-E and gave him a thumbs-up before hovering into the cave.

Wall-E hesitantly followed her inside, looking around the natural cave while voicing awe "Woooooahh". He found Eve scanning one of the Stalactites with enthusiasm, letting out a sigh as he admired Eve. She took notice of his behavior and called out his name to snap him out of it, he shook his head before rubbing the back of his head nervously. Eve looked around the walls, noticing one of the walls was quite flatter than all other sides before her eyes landed on some boulders.

Eve giggled afterward before scanning one of the boulders lying around while Wall-E drove over to another rock and sat down on it. After the scanning finished, Eve discovered it had a similar composition to stone on earth but also calculating that the cave had to be around 5000-years-old though this would run her CPU through a loop. There were certainly no mountains in the city they had called home and the fact that the city and garbage were nowhere to be seen was even weirder, now they have a mountain from nowhere being nearly 5000-years-old or more. Eve turned to Wall-E with a worried expression before telling him "Wall-E, We slept too long..."

Wall-E shared his worry by raising his brow flaps as the HUD on both of the robots read 'Operation Recolonize: Failed'. Eve let out a sad sigh before both sat in silence for a moment, Eve looked over to Wall-E to see him looking at the stone floor so she floated over and rested beside him. She wrapped an arm around his cube frame and patted him on the shoulder.

It took Wall-E a second to look up at Eve but eventually, he did. They both looked into the eyes of each other for what seemed like forever till Eve got an idea. They could find more ruins of the humans and discover what truly happened, if their bunker survived surely others would have too. Eve then told him "We find humans ruins, discover cause!" She thanked the humans in her CPU for upgrading their speech modules so they could convey more intelligible words.

Wall-E raised his eye flaps before inquiring "Directive?" Eve giggled and nodded to which both of their HUDs then read 'Directive: Operation Rediscover'. Eve then pulled Wall-E close and gave him a static kiss between the eyes causing Wall-E's battery meter to glitch out as his warning alarm goes off. Eve laughs before floating around the cave and scanning more of the interior surface, finding ores like coal and a considerable amount of gold. She continued researching till she reached the flat surface and detected that it was all Titanium. Eve tilted her head in curiosity before banging on the wall with a fist, causing a metal CLUNK.

Wall-E perked up and looked at her before driving up close and calling out "Eva?". She looked back down at him before hitting the wall again without even looking causing another loud CLANG. Wall-E raised his eyebrows and also tilted his head, letting out a "Woah...", Eve then wiped the grim off the wall to expose the true surface. She sees Yellow and red causing her eyes to widen as she speeds up her cleaning exposing more of the wall to fully uncover the unforgettable Buy n Large logo with yellow and white surrounding it.

Wall-E takes immediate action by beginning to cut through the rock while letting out an excited chatter, the rock melting easily as he drew a square around a large area and stuck his prongs between the cracks before pulling with all of his might. Eve came up behind him and helped by pulling on him causing a chunk of stone to fall out, exposing a lever. She then looked down at the ground and realized that the door won't open with making a cut out in the ground, she brought out her Plasma gun but made it a high powered torch as she calculated the size of the door to the needed size of the cut out in her CPU.

Eve began cutting through the rock which was taking longer than she thought it would but soon, Wall-E also joined in and help cut out the shape before they both dug their hands the cracks and began to lift the large slab of stone. Luckily, they were able to lift it and toss it off the mountainside for disposal, watching as it crashed on the rocks below. The robot duo decided to take a break from lifting any other stones before Wall-E drove up to the lever for the door, eagerly pulling it and waiting to hear for the hydraulic hum, and he did as the door began to drop.

Eve and Wall-E stood at the foot of the entrance as they excitedly waited for the door to fully open. When the door slid into the cutout perfectly and Wall-E let go of the lever, the door fitted just right into the indent. Eve was the first to enter as she zoomed ahead inside, grabbing a familiar extension cord on the wall and flicking a switch as colorful lights brighten up the room. Wall-E zooms past Eve and begins to look through his old home, finding all of his knick-knacks where he left them all those millenniums ago.

Eve went in after her robot companion, looking around the untouched interior before looking up at the ceiling to a familiar hole that was now filled in with rock turned to Eve and handed her a rememberable item, one of the many Zippo lighters he gave her as a gift because of her amazement with it. She grabs its gently from his grip before flicking open the lip and spinning the flint, making the lighter ignite which draws her into a trance. Wall-E chuckled before turning around and looking at the stacked-up car batteries in the corner, looking over everyone to make sure none were damaged or expired but somehow all the batteries were in working condition and the power meter on the wall said that it was at full power.

Eve noticed the batteries too and investigated, Wall-E giving a tap on the structure's power-meter with a finger to make sure the level wasn't broken before giving a shrug. She certainly wasn't complaining but the running batteries were also another oddity, tilting her head for the second before shrugging and looking over to a small device with an even smaller screen. She was about to touch it when Wall-E reached under her arm with a VHS tape and pushed it into the slot of a bigger device before pushing the lid down and pressing play.

Eve looks back up at the screen and sees tiny humans dancing on the screen before Wall-E pulls a square Fresnel lens in front, magnifying the image and making it easier to watch. Wall-E zoomed over to the door and began to close it, slowly waiting as the door slowly lifts. He then looked over at Eve who was distracted by the movie before slowly driving back over and reaching his hand up to hers, lightly holding it as she looks back down at him. Wall-E let out a lovestruck sigh as he gazed at Eve, leading her to giggle before interlocking her hand with his.

They sat quietly, watching the film with interest before Eve realized how much time they spent watching, she directed her attention back to the Wall-E and said "We need rest, lots to do tomorrow..."

Wall-E broke out of his trance from the movie with a "Huh?" before registering what she told him and nodding, letting out a digital whine for a yawn before looking to his rotating shelves. Wall-E drove over and grabbed the remote for the shelves before making it rotate to his sleeping shelf, he paused though as he looked at the shelves beside the sleeping spot before gaining an idea. Eve watched with interest as Wall-E quickly cleared items off of the two shelves beside his before grabbing a nearby screwdriver and taking off one of the top shelves, making a space big enough for Eve to slot into the shelf next to him.

Wall-E quickly stashes the shelf in a corner before zooming back to the shelves and turning to her, showing off her new resting spot with a "Taadaa~" Eve would've smiled if she could, giggling as she hovered to Wall-E and wrapped him in a hug. Wall-E pressing his head up against Eve's while whispers "Thank you..."

Eve is then spun around by Wall-E while they still hug before she is slotted into her new shelf space and set down on the shelf. He chuckles before Eve suddenly pulls him close and gives him a static kiss, flustering him as he flops back from his systems overloading before he resets and gets back up. Eve giggles before shutting down, her arms and head slotting into the body as she shuts down on the shelf.

Wall-E then pulls off his tracks before hanging them on a metal pole, leaving him in only his wheels as he goes back to his shelf and closes up his body into his cube form, riding back onto the shelf and rocking himself to sleep like he has done every night.

"What were those things?" Scootaloo wondered aloud as the Cutiemark Crusaders sat in their clubhouse, they were gathered around a small table while Sweetie Belle was drawing with crayons. It had been a day and a half since their encounter with the Aliens and the recent mishap in the forest shook up the town badly with rumors spreading of a new evil.

"It looked like they were made out of metal or something..." Applebloom added in before she looked over to Sweetie Belle and asked "What is ya drawing?"

Sweetie Belle looked up and excitedly said "I'm drawing the Aliens, Maybe that could help Twilight to find out what they are" She held up the piece of paper with her magic and turned it around to show her friends, showing a crudely but somewhat accurate drawing of what they saw except for the big eyeballs and stumpy legs on the box alien.

Scootaloo lifts an eyebrow before asking "Are you sure that's what the box one looked like? The egg looking one is alright but I'm sure the eyes were square on the other one"

Applebloom then interjected "They almost looked like camera lenses... What if they're robots? That thing on the egg alien's arm looked pretty mechanical."

"And I'm also sure that the box alien had weird wheels..." Scootaloo muttered as she furrowed her brow in deep thought before looking up with excitement "We could get our Cutiemarks this way! Robot Alien Hunters!"

Applebloom and Sweetie Belle looked at each other with uncertainty before looking back at Scootaloo with Applebloom speaking up "But we would need to go into the forest for that..."

"Every time we go hunting something in the Everfree, it always goes bad" Sweetie Belle added

"Awww C'mon guys? I can feel it this time!" She begged as flopped her upper half on the table

Sweetie Belle sighed and said "Fine! But this is the last time I go in there..."

Applebloom nodded before Scootaloo sat up and put her hoof forward, along with Applebloom and reluctantly, Sweetie Belle. They counted to 3 before throwing their hooves up while shouting "Cutiemark Crusader' Robot Alien Hunters!"

Scootaloo immediately grabbed her saddlebags before heading down the ladder with her friends following behind. The Cutiemark Crusaders begin their walk to the Everfree forest but none of them talked, it was also eerily silent with no sounds of birds or other critters as they approached the treeline. They all made an audible gulp before Applebloom took the lead and trotted into the forest...

Wall-E grunted as he pushed the final boulder off of the out-cropping, dusting off his hands before he began looking around for any landmarks he and Eve could investigate. His vision was zoomed in as he scanned the horizon and the outskirts of the forest that surrounded the mountain. Wall-E never knew that plants could get so big, the sheer amount of them was a stunning sight too as he pressed the play button on his body. His favorite song came on as he hummed to the tune but he eventually saw something poking out from behind the trees. His eyes zoomed in the most that they could, laying his eyes on a building with a spire surrounded by other structures.

Wall-E jumped back in surprise at the fact there was civilization right by the Bunker they woke up in, how have they not been found? He paused the music before he rotated 360 degrees with his head locked on the interesting sight as he drove back into the cave, but he was not looking where he was going and ended up bumping into his companion by accident, eliciting a sharp "Wall-E!" from Eve and causing him to exclaim "Sorry!"

Eve gave him a frustrated look causing Wall-E to look down in shame before her eyes softened as he hugged her, patting him on the shoulder and saying "Just be careful"

Wall-E let go before remembering why he came in here, "Eva! Look!" he exclaimed as he grabbed her hand and pulled her to the cliff, pointing out to where he saw the town. Eve's vision also zoomed in and could see the weirdly shaped tower, causing her eyes to widen as her hopes for finding humans were ignited again.

Eve zoomed out back to her normal vision before looking down at Wall-E with glee "Humans may be alive!"

Wall-E's eye flaps raise as he looks over at the sight in question before asking "What if not?"

Eve's sudden realization that something else could have evolved to the same intelligence as humans was an interesting thought but also a little frightening if they turn out to be hostile, but there was one way to find out and that's to meet them. She looked down and saw a marker on her HUD showing where the old bunker was before looking back at the town and marking it as well for better navigation before looking down where her feet would be if she had any before also marking it to find home easier if they stray too far.

Wall-E watched Eve with interest, wondering what she was doing as she looked around the forest but the trees were too thick to find easy paths through. Eve decided that she could just carry Wall-E and fly him over but she would have to be careful in case somebody spots them so she turns to him and holds her arms out, saying "I carry you closer"

Wall-E nodded and was picked up by Eve before she took off the cliff and flew down below, holding Wall-E under her while she stuck close to the treetops, the main building of the town coming into view. Wall-E suddenly shouted "Look!" and pointed above her so she looked up and saw a four-legged creature that was blue with two wings and very colorful hair and tail. Not wanting to be seen just yet, Eve ducked down into the forest and landed on a path before putting Wall-E down.

"We continue through trees" Eve stated before moving down the path with Wall-E following after her, keeping an eye out for any more hostile beasts that may dwell here. They went down the path for 4 minutes silently, both cautiously listening for whatever might be hiding in the shadows/ Suddenly, something popped out of a bush and blocked their path, It had a feathery head and a scaly body with wings and a long spiny tail. It shrieked at them causing Eve to pop her plasma gun out and aim it at the creature as it stares at them with malice and causes Wall-E to back up a little, but surprise soon comes to the face of the scaly avian before it tries his staring again.

Wall-E and Eve glance at each other while the weird creature seems to struggle with whatever it was trying to do before Eve demanded it go away by pointing with her free hand into the bush and priming her weapon to fire, a blue glow emitting from the barrel. The small beast lets out a growl and charges at Eve but before she could fire upon the hostile, Wall-E intercepted the creature and tackled it against a tree causing the beast to squawk loudly before falling unconscious. He let go of the creature before letting out a whistle in interest as he inspects the creature he just knocked out before looking back at his companion for appraisal, to which Eve giggles and held a thumbs up to him.

After placing the avian creature off to the side of the path and continuing down the path, they could see the trees beginning to thin and could tell they were getting close. The Robot duo continued forward, determined to find out who inhabits the township before loud audio peaking screams echos through the forest behind them. Wall-E and Eve froze on the spot shared a look of surprise as they look back into the forest before Eve suddenly began to rush back down the path, following where the scream came from while Wall-E struggled to keep up with his still damaged track.

Eve went as fast as she could through the cramped trail, another scream could be heard as she got closer bursting through some bushes into a clearing to find another one of those wooden creatures digging and gnawing at a hole in a tree trunk. It didn't notice her so Eve sneaks up behind the beast before grabbing it by the body and ramming it into the tree, smashing through the tree and getting stuck in the hole. The tree beast thrashed around and growled viciously before eventually giving up and going limp with an irritated huff. Eve nodded, confirming the hostile was subdued before lowering to peer inside the hole that was drawing much interest where she saw the three equine-like creatures that they encountered a day ago.

"Eva!" Wall-E called out with worry as he poked at Eve nervously before pointing behind them where 4 more wooden canines stood. Eve spun around and aimed her Plasma gun at the hostiles, firing at the second from the left and causing the wooden creature to explode. Wood splinters fly from the explosion and pepper the surrounding area with splinters, some even pinging off of Eves shell and leaving little scratches. Wall-E watches Eve go into battle before the remaining tree beast hopped in front of him and stared him down with a growl. Eve was faced with the other two wooden beasts as try to snap at her before retreating, she was able to dodge most of them before one managed to latch onto her plasma gun arm. She punched at the head of the beast before swatting away the other wolf as it lunged at her.

Wall-E grew a determined expression as the wooden canine began to charge at him before his body extended out and started to spin, his arms acting like blades as the wolf collided with him before being bashed to pieces by the spinning bot. Wall-E looked to Eve and saw one of the canines latched onto her arm, quickly driving up and grabbing the beast by legs before pulling it off her arm. He started to spin it around by the back legs, gaining speed while his head was locked into position and calculating trajectory before letting it go and sending it soaring over the trees and out of view. Eve then aimed her blaster at the last wooden beast who was just getting up for another assault before firing a shot, causing it to explode in a shower of wooden splinters.

The Cutiemark Crusaders had watched the whole thing in awe, Scootaloo was psyched up from the action as she exclaimed to her friends "That was so COOL!". Sweetie Belle on the other hand was trembling, scared to meet the machines that had just taken out 5 timberwolves at once while Applebloom was confident that they meant no harm to them.

Applebloom was the first to poke out of their hiding spot, watching the weird creatures before she froze on the spot as both of the creatures turns towards her. The white one spins her arm which makes it close up before resting it at their side with what looks like claws that Spike would have, though more rounded. They have a 10-second staring contest, eyeing each other up before the egg-looking machine surprisingly speaks first while putting their claws to their chest "Eeeve"

Scootaloo pops out before looking at Applebloom with a confused expression before Applebloom decides to respond "My name's Applebloom. Your name is Eve?"

The blue eyes widen on the bot as she listens before nodding and answering "Yes, are you injured?"

Applebloom decided that 'Eve' was female from the sound of her voice before shaking her head "No, we're fine. We don't know what we would've done without you and..."

Scootaloo then interrupts as she waves a hoof under Eve's floating form "How are you doing that? Is it magic or cool alien stu- OW!"

She was cut off by Sweetie Belle smacking her upside the head with a hoof as she was the last to crawl out of the hole before whispering "Be nice!". Scootaloo apologized before Sweetie continued "I'm Sweetie Belle and this is Scootaloo, Nice to meet you!"

Eve suddenly started to back up with Wall-E as the Cutiemark Crusaders could hear incoming hoofsteps before an orange form burst through the bushes on the other side of the clearing.

Applejack comes through, leading Eve to expose and quickly aim her weapon at the orange mare. The Cutiemark Crusaders suddenly stand between the two as Appleblooms sister calls out to her "What are you doing? Get away from those things, they could be dangerous!"

"But they saved us from timberwolves and made sure we're okay!" Applebloom rebutted as she stomped her hoof with both of her friends backing her up with a "Yeah!!"

Eve was done stalling and decided to sternly confront the orange mare "Who are you?"

Applejack shuddered from the cold and almost distorted voice as their blue and glowing eyes stare into her own. "My name is Applejack, Who are you, and why are you here?"

Wall-E poked at Eve and shook his head, she understood his hesitance to expose their mission so she decided a simple answer "Name is Eve, We're in an unknown location"

"You're lost? Could you please stop pointing that thing at me too?" Applejack exclaims as the laser sight was steadily resting on her torso, Eve complied and holstered the weapon

Eve nodded her head to confirm Applejack's conclusion as Wall-E comes forward and drawls out "W-Waaaall-Eee" while holding out with a three-pronged hand for a shake, Applejack happily obliging as she puts her hoof to his hand before giving a firm shake and letting go.

"See! I told you it was Wally!" Sweetie Belle exclaimed, Scootaloo rolling her eyes as Applebloom giggled. Sweetie Belle then noticed Wall-E's name tag on the lower part of his body before she asked "What does Wall-E stand for?"

All of a sudden, Wall-E snaps to a static pose while monotonously speaking out his acronym "Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth-Class" before breaking out of his trance and rubbing the back of his head, embarrassed by some of his remaining robotic autonomy causing Eve to giggle before adding on "And I am Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator"

Applejack then noticed it was getting dark so she decided to wrap this up "Well it was nice to meet y'all, we gotta get going but maybe you can come by tomorrow to meet with a friend who you can explain your situation to more clearly."

Eve liked the idea as it might prove to be helpful in their mission so she nodded and replied "Request accepted, what time is it right now? I need to adjust timezone."

Applejack nods and answers "I'd say it's around 9:25 pm, I don't have a watch on me so you can get a more accurate time reading or whatever you robots do tomorrow."

Eve giggled and nodded before asking "Is 11:00 am a satisfactory scheduling?"

"It sure is. let's meet at this spot, a neutral ground" Applejack also requested to which Eve nodded, The equines said their goodbyes and went into the bushes as Eve picked up Wall-E and began to fly back to their mountainside home.

A few hours had passed, Wall-E was sleeping on his shelf while the spot next to him was empty. Eve was sitting on the outcropping, looking down at the town that was lit up from the numerous houses and streetlamps. She gave a sigh as the excitement of seeing a completely new world that wasn't just dirt or garbage was also a little stressful, bringing plenty of danger for her and her soul-companion. Eve looked at Wall-E's from rocking on his shelf before she then looked up at her HUD. A small list of directives appeared at the top right where she then focused on the first directive on the list, a directive she got ever since she made the choice in the garbage airlock on the Axiom. It read 'Protect Wall-E'.
