> Prologue: An Adventure Guild

"Five years ago, there was a demon that was sealed to keep the world safe. One day, the seal had broken down and the demon woke up. He created an army and sent them to this world to destroy them. People in there were struggling to fight against him while he sat in the background and laughed evilly," All the kids are scared while the woman flips into another page, "But four heroes, a swordsman, a gunner, and two mages rose to fight against the demon. Through all the danger, they have finally come to the demon and challenged him to end the chaos. The battle was going hard and finally, they have slain him and the world is at peace." All the kids admire the heroes and want to be one of them.

One of the kids raises his hand, "Teacher, do you know their name?"

The teacher pats the kid's head, she takes out the heroes’ figures, "This is Matt, the swordsman," then she points to the red dress girl, "This is Natalie, the mage," then she points at the soldier figure, "Lance, the gunner." Then she points at the black coat figure, "And this is the Black Mage."

The kid asks, "Why did you call him the Black Mage? Doesn't he have a name?"

The teacher smiles at the kid, "The Black Mage is the girl. A very mysterious and powerful mage," she flips the page, "When our king, Leo asks her to see her appearance, she denies and says "Heroes don't need fame"." The kid jumps up and the teacher pats his head, "Not only you, everyone in this country is curious about her appearance though."

"Teacher, when will I become a hero? I can't wait to be one of them,"

The teacher laughs at the kid, "You will, in the future." then she stands up, "Okay class, breaks time, remember to come back here at 2 pm, ok?"

"OK," then all the kids run out of the class.



-----At the castle----

Leo is currently sitting on a chair and doing paperwork on the table. There are mountains of paper waiting for him to finish. When Leo sees it, he just puts his face on the paper and is crying inside. He hears someone knock on the door, "Come in,"

A guard is coming inside and bows to him, "Your majesty, the ex-captain Eldaro is here,"

Leo raises his hand, "Good, now send him in. You go outside and close the door. Don't let anyone here near this door. Got it?"

"Yes, sir." The guard goes outside and guards the door.

After a moment, an old white-haired man opens the door and goes inside the room. Leo sees him and stands up immediately.

"Eldaro, please help me do this paperwork?" Leo lies on the sofa. "I can't handle it alone,"

"Leo, on the topic, now." Eldaro is stomping his feet, " I am quite angry when you summon me here. I told you that you do not summon me except that is an emergency,"

Leo stands up and raises his hands, "Okay okay, I will be on the topic." He goes near the map and points to a zone called Maple Jungle, "This is the zone that has a village that isn't on the map. According to our guard, they want their village to appear on the map but don't have enough conditions." Then Leo turns to Eldaro, "I want you to go there and create an adventure guild in there."

Eldaro tilts his head, "Okay, why did you send me there? I don't think they need an adventure guild there."

Leo raises his hands to stop him, "You should go there because I am worried about the lonely living of yours in years since you are retired," Leo turns his body to the window and looks at the sky.

"I see," Eldaro is walking out of the door, "Then I will go. You have a tool?" Leo smiles at his response.





------Maple Jungle, three days later------

The Maple Jungle is spotted in the West of Lavita city. It is quite far from the capital city. The jungle has that name because most of the jungle is covered with maple trees. Inside the jungle, there is the town I just found one year ago. The chief of the village wants this village to have a name on the country map. Inside the town, there are many houses inside, which have a tavern. There is also a market, a luxury villa, a school, etc... enough to be a town.

Not far from the village, there is a small house lying on a hill. People from there usually come there. A lavender-haired woman goes to that house with her kid. When she comes close to the house, she knocks on the door.

"Hey Sunny, it's me. Karen," Karen keeps knocking on the door, "I'm here to announce you one thing,"

The door is unlocked and there appeared an orange dragon with two horns on her head. Her horns point to the back. She also has a symbol like a western dragon is shaping "S", it also has a staff in front of the dragon on her forehead. She also has a light orange belly and red claws. The dragon stretches her body. Karen sees her friend yawn and shakes her head.

"You wake up late again?" Karen pats Sunset's back and continues, "You know it's not good for you to wake up late like that."

"I'm fine," Sunset waves her claw, "Anyway what's new?"

"Well, there is an adventure guild just opened out there," Karen points at the blue building, "Well, I think you should join them because they are recruiting members,"

"I'll pass," Sunset is going to close the door but Karen puts her feet to stop her from closing the door.

Karen looks at Sunset with a glare, "You made me climb the tree last time, now you will come with me." Then Karen grabs Sunset's tail and drags her.

Sunset sighs, "Fine," Sunset gets up and walks with Karen to the adventure guild. "So how many members are in there?"

"Well, there's only an old man in there. Because the villager is hesitant to join them," Karen is walking with Sunset, "Well, people ask that old man to do some work so it's fine, Sunny."

"Okay, let's see that old man,"





After a moment, Karen and Sunset are standing before the guild. It's a small blue building, and has a flag with a coat and staff symbol. Sunset steps back when she sees the guild symbol.

"What's wrong?" Karen knocks on the door while turning her head back to Sunset and smirks, "You don't scare this symbol, do you?"

The door opens and Eldaro is standing there. Sunset's eyes widened to see Eldaro again. The white-haired man sees the girls and sighs.

"So, what are you two doing here?" Eldaro rubs his forehead, "if you want to come inside, go ahead because no one is in there."

"Oh... I see, I will come inside," Sunset steps inside the building, as Karen just standing there. Sunset turns her head back to Karen, "Eh, you come, Karen?"

"No, thanks. I forgot that I have to bring my child to go to school," Karen runs out the door. "See you again, Sunny,"

Eldaro and Sunset go inside the building. There is a bar inside to serve the wine, many round tables and chairs are just put there. There is also a board to take the mission from the people who ask them for help. Sunset looks around and sees it also has two floors. The second floor has three rooms on it. But there is nobody except Eldaro and Sunset inside.

" EH... You haven't recruited anyone yet?" Sunset rubs her head, "Well, I should join this guild anyway."

Eldaro gives Sunset a paper and a pen, "Here, fill this form and we will discuss,"

Sunset starts filling the paper with her basic information. After five minutes, she gives Eldaro back the paper with full information about her, mostly not true information.

Eldaro sees this paper for a while then puts the paper down and stares at her. "So you are Sunny, a dragon robot right?" Sunset nods. Eldaro takes the pen and writes something on paper, then he gives Sunset back that paper. "Here, read it."

Sunset takes the paper and reads out loud, "Name: Sunset Shimmer, Species: Organic dragon, Title: The Black Mage," Sunset puts the paper down and stares at Eldaro, "Hey, I am not a legend you know?"

Eldaro glares at her, making Sunset feel uncomfortable. The ex-captain accuses the dragon, "You think you can trick me, Sunset?" Eldaro points at Sunset's eyes, "Maybe your body changes, but your eyes did not change at all. Should I poke your eyes to check, my little dragon?"

Sunset gives up, "Fine, you got me." then she taps her finger to the table, "Then which rank am I in, Eldaro?"

"Well... honestly this is a hard question because.... your skills are not an "F" rank, but giving you an "S" rank is not right. So... I don't really know."

Sunset points at the "F" rank on the paper, "Well, just give me the "F" rank already. I want to be free as I can."

Eldaro smirks, "Then you will be lazy at hell in this guild? Sorry, but I won't let you at "F" rank." Eldaro puts Sunset's picture at "C" rank, "There, you will start at "C" rank."

"Fine," Sunset drinks some of the wine, "I hate you so much, Eldaro." Then she puts the cup down, "Anyway, I don't know what the guild name is?"

"Is this obvious?" Eldaro points at the guild symbol, making Sunset gulp, "This guild name is Fantasy," Sunset faceclaws at the name, Eldaro rubs his head, "Sorry, I am not good at the name. But anyway... Welcome to the guild."

"Thanks," Sunset points at the empty board, "And you don't have any mission, huh?" then she pours the cup of wine, "I guess I have to play some music, continue the study and training magic here to wait for the mission."

Eldaro nods as he takes out a newspaper to wait while Sunset draws a magic circle upstairs. Then she goes back to her home and draws another one. She steps on the circles and it teleports her inside the guild. Eldaro thumbs up and continues to read the newspaper. Sunset rolls her eyes and knows that her life will not be the same anymore.

Three days since Sunset joined the Fantasy guild. The guild still empties like usual, which makes Eldaro sighs. He doesn't know what to do because he doesn't have any business skills. While finding a way to attract people around here to join the guild, he hears an explosion from the hill. He looks at that and shakes his head because people from here get used to it. The explosion on the hill always comes from Sunset. 

 Eldaro is making a wooden board. He plans to set it in front of the guild to recruit members and to receive the quest that the village asks the guild. When he looks up on the roof, he sees Sunset wearing a black robe. That black robe has a white neck and has a big red line in the middle. 

 He asks, "Where did you get that robe?" Then he takes out a bottle of wine. "It is a very good robe," 

 "Thanks," Sunset sits down and puts a black hat on the table, "I should wear something since this is a guild, I shouldn't be naked in this building, right?" 

 "You got me," Eldaro sits opposite and puts the wine bottle on the table. When he sees Sunset's hat, he asks, "Can I borrow this hat?" Sunset nods as she pours the wine on the table while Eldaro takes a look at it, "Weird, this hat is like a sallet but it's not made of iron." The black hat has a white flange and a red stone attracted to it, making Eldaro admire it, "Well don't tell me this stone is ruby. If it is, this hat is very valuable," 

 "Well, it is really ruby," Sunset drinks some wine while Eldaro facepalms, "When I claimed this hat, I went to the jewelry shop and asked them to analyze it," Sunset puts the cup down, "They said it is a real ruby and asked me if I sold them or not." 

 " Fine," Eldaro takes out a hammer, "Hey, can you help me make a board? I want to put it outside the guild." 

 "Sure," Sunset stands up, "At least I'm free anyway," 

 "You are always free." 

 "Whatever." 

 
After two hours of making a wooden board, they complete four wooden boards and start setting one of them in the guild, one of them outside the guild. Sunset and Eldaro feel so good about this, and they sit on the chair after setting the boards. Sunset is sleeping on the table while Eldaro is just reading the newspaper. After one hour, they hear a knock on the doors. 

Sunset wakes up and stretches her body. 

 "I get it," Sunset comes to the door and opens it. A green-haired teenager is wearing a green T-shirt and green pants. He has a broadsword attracted to his back. Sunset tilts her head, "Hello?" 

 "Is this a new guild?" Sunset nods, he continues, "My name is Jezz, I came here to join the guild." 

 "Wait here," Sunset turns her head inside, "Hey Eldaro, we have a person who wants to join us," 

 Eldaro flips another page of the newspaper, "Just send him in. We must test him anyway." 

"Okay, you can come in." Sunset leads the boy to come inside and asks him to sit opposite Eldaro.

 Eldaro puts the newspaper down and faces the boy, "All right, you want to join this guild huh?" then he puts his hand on the table, "You know this job can kill you, right?" 

 " I know," Jezz points at Sunset, "and who is this?" 

 "C rank, Sunny. I'm a mage." Sunset points at herself, "Well, I've just joined here in 3 days so..." 

"Three days?" Jezz slams the table, "It is impossible to do that in three days. How did you do it? Are you using the power of your family?" 

 "No...." Sunset tilts her head, "I don't have any family though." 

 Eldaro raises his hand to stop them, "All right, stop arguing like a child." Then he pulls out the paper, "You fill your information in this paper, then we will have a test to see which rank you are." Eldaro takes the pen, "Normally, a newbie will set' 'F” to ''D” depending on their power and experience. Sunny here is the special case because she shows that she fits the "C" rank." 

 "But... I doubt that she can fit the "C" rank," Jezz starts filling the paper. "I want to challenge her after this," 

Eldaro grins at this, "All right, she will be your test if you wish." Eldaro points at the ranking board, "If she fails, she will be in the"F" rank, sound good?" Jezz nods at this. Eldaro put his face near Sunset's ear and whispered, "Hey, take it easy. He will learn some from you, and don't think about pretending to lose." 

 "Meh, I will “handle with care", don't worry?

After filling in the information for the paper, Eldaro asks Jezz to go out and battle with Sunset and Jezz agrees. The trio goes outside and Eldaro picks a stick and draws a large circle on the ground. 

 "Okay, this is your battleground," Eldaro sits on the chairs that he just took out from the guild, "Who can't fight anymore will lose, got it? I don't want to pay the hospital bill." 

 Sunset and Jezz start walking to the circle. As they walk, Sunset sees Karen walking to the market but she ignores it. Sunset and Jezz stand opposite each other. 

Jezz takes out his broadsword and points his finger at Sunset, "You choose the weapon now, I don't want to fight unfairly with you," Sunset rubs her head and looks around, she sees a wooden pole lying on the ground and takes it. Jezz feels weird about it but he takes a stance, "Prepare yourself," 

 Jezz charges at Sunset with his broadsword. Sunset simply stands here and shakes her head. When Jezz comes close, he swings the sword to Sunset to slash her, but she blocks the big sword by her pole. Jezz's eyes widen and step back, then he spins himself around and swings the sword at Sunset. A medium tornado is coming to her. Sunset smirks at this and covers her pole with a fire aura. She lifts the pole and slashes at it. The tornado has cut into two and then disappeared.

"Ho...How is that possible?" Jezz steps back as his legs are shaking. 

Sunset shouts at him, "Want some more? Where is your spirit at the beginning?" She is spinning her wooden pole, "I hope you don't go to your room and cry after this,"

Jezz hears that word and grits his teeth. He rushes at Sunset and slashes furiously. Sunset simply dodges his attacks when it swings so slow for her. She kicks Jezz's leg to make him fall, then she plugs the pole next to him, which makes Jezz stun. 

 Eldaro raises his hand to announce the result, "We got a winner," 

Sunset helps Jezz get up and pats his shoulder. "You are doing good." Then she looks around and sees Karen in here. Sunset rubs her head and turns away to flee but Karen steps on her tail to make her stop.

 "I didn't know you were really good at fighting." Karen squeezes Sunset hard, "Can you teach me how to perform those spells and tricks?" 

 "Eh... I just learn how to fight in a couple of days so..." Sunset points at Eldaro, "You can ask this man to teach you. I learn from him." 

 "You lie really bad, Sunny." Eldaro waves his hand in front of him, "You beat me that time, remember?" 

Sunset is going to retort but Karen grabs her muzzles to shut her down, "No more lying. Please teach me how to fight, please." 

Karen steps closer to Sunset and Sunset sighs, "Fine," Sunset glances at Eldaro and he nods, "Ok... how about you join the guild then I teach you, sound fair?"

 "Fair enough," Karen sighs, "I just want to know how to fight to protect my family." 

 "Okay, how about we go inside to discuss later?" The others nod at this suggestion and they start to go inside the building. 

 The group goes inside the guild building and they sit on the chair. Eldaro ranks Jezz at "E" rank because he knows how to fight while he ranks Karen at "F" rank. Karen huffs at that and she goes to the wine zone to make the cocktail for fun. 

 "At least we got a bartender," Sunset laughs, "Well, sorry about this guild doesn't have a salary for you? You sure you still join it?" 

 "I'm sure, Sunny," Karen starts mixing the wine, "At least I can stay here whenever I want without a problem." 

Sunset turns to Eldaro, "She agrees with this decision," Sunset takes out the paper and draws some magic circle, "Well, at least we need to prepare when this guild suddenly gets popular," 

 "Then what are you going to do, drawing a lie detector spell?" Eldaro smirks at her, "I can be sure that you can do it." 

 Sunset confirms, "Well, yeah." Jezz and Karen are frozen in place while Sunset keeps drawing the magic circle, "Well, do you have a zone to do the interview? So I can narrow this spell though." 

"Well... "Eldaro puts two fingers to his chin, then points at the table near the stairs, "You should put the spell in there."

Sunset and Eldaro keep chatting with each other, while Jezz and Karen just sit there and hope that they have something to do. After a while, some papers appeared on the wooden board, making anyone in the room take attention. Eldaro looks at the paper and finds that there is one quest that works outside the village.

 "... Hey Sunny, take a look at this," Eldaro gives Sunset the quest paper, "I think that you should come with Jezz and Karen to this mission." 

 Sunset takes a look at the quest, "Well, the quest is to slay the "Leaf Eater" in the Ochna village,.." Sunset thinks for a while, "This village is not far from here, but there is no "Leaf Eater" near that area."

"Really?" Eldaro grabs the quest, "According to the quest, this mission only requires the "E" and "F" rank with 1000 Mara, an unusable price." Eldaro looks at Sunset, "Maybe you don't know but the "Leaf Eater" requires a "C" rank above, so..." he suddenly remembers something and runs to his room.

 "Hey, where are you going?" 

 "I have to search for something. Just wait there." 


Sunset sits on the chair near the bar table to wait for Eldaro while Jezz and Karen ask her what happened. Sunset lies that there was nothing as she tastes Karen's mocktail. It tastes very good for her. After waiting a while, Eldaro calls Sunset to his room. 

 "I found it." Eldaro takes out some of the paper, "This is the report for the case of the disappearances several days before." He flips the paper, "This is the police report for the cases. I ask Leo to see this one." 

 "Disappearance?" Sunset sees the paper. "So, you found some common points?" 

 "Yes, you just take a look at the victims," Eldaro sits down on the chair while Sunset takes a look at all the victims.

 "I see," Sunset nods, "The common point in these cases is the victim is the "E" and "F" rank adventurer from other guilds." Sunset puts all the paper down, "So you mean these culprits still are aiming at Karen and Jezz?" 

 "I just guess this," 

 "I understand," Sunset sits on the table while thinking a little while, "Well, I will go with Karen and Jezz." then she points at Eldaro, "And you should prepare some fake paper about me because I doubt that they will not do it when seeing a "C" rank around.” 

Eldaro nods, "Understand. Then you will do this quest?" 

 Sunset nods, "If they are correlated to a criminal organization, I will raid them down." 

"All right, I will lie to Jezz and Karen about this quest." Eldaro pulls out the phone, "Then I will call Leo about this." Then he looks at Sunset, "but hey, you won't kill them, right?" 

"Depending on their attitude,"

Sunset goes outside and tells Karen and Jazz to go on this quest. They agree and quickly come to their home to prepare things to go on the quest.

After one hour of preparation, Karen, Jezz, and Sunset are ready to go but Eldaro said that the requester will arrive in this town in one hour more, making them have to wait. After thirty minutes of waiting, they hear a knock on the door, the mailman says "Delivery". Eldaro opens the door and gets the parcel from the mailman. Then he put the parcel on the table. 

Sunset tilts her head in confusion, "Okay, what is it in that parcel? You buy something?" 

Eldaro takes the knife and opens the parcel, "Well, this is from Leo," Jezz and Karen drop their cups while Sunset smirks at it. When the parcel is opened, it has a black coat and a wooden staff inside. Sunset turns her head away from that item while Eldaro giggles at her reaction.

 Jezz grabs the black coat, "Why did the king send us these things? Is this something special?"

Sunset waves her claw not wanting Eldaro to talk about it. When Karen turns her head to look at Sunset, Sunset puts her claws down and tries to act like normal. Eldaro takes out the wooden staff and replies, "Well, this is the item that the Black Mage gives to the king." Eldaro puts his fist to his chin, "I got to say after that, the king tries to find her but does not work. He gave up just a week ago to focus on this kingdom." Then Eldaro picks up the cup, "The King tried to invite the heroes to join his army but denied him already." 

 Karen rubs his chin and says, "Well, I met her once. When I went to the jungle to get some mushrooms, I got attacked by a hoard of giant bees." Karen takes bottles of wine and pours them into a cobbler shaker. "Well, the Black Mage appeared after that and saved me from the bees." Karen starts shaking the cobbler shaker for a while then pours it into the cup. "I just asked her name but she didn't talk. If I meet her again, I swear that I will take off that coat." 

Sunset takes the cup and drinks the wine. " Well... uh.. I hope you will meet her soon." 

Jezz puts the coat on him but Eldaro takes the coat and hangs it on the roof. Jezz sits down and grumbles, "Anyway, Karen. Did you see any of her? Many people have tried to disguise themselves as her but they got caught after that though." Jezz rubs his head, "Well, she is the best." 

 "Hey, me too." Karen grabs Jezz's hand as they smile together, "To answer your question. Well, I have seen her use only one spell but can clear the bees. That spell seems like "Fire slash" but has dragon form and the damage seems stronger." 

 "Speaking about dragons." Jezz turns his head to Sunset, who is facing down on the table to hide her blush because of embarrassment. Jezz then turns his head to Karen, "Well, I don't think she is." 

 Karen waves her hand away, "Oh sorry, but this dragon always makes explosions at her house. Do you think Sunny is the Black Mage? I would lose 500 Mara to this," Karen and Jezz laugh out loud.

The duo keeps chatting with each other while Sunset takes out a flute and going to play it to calm herself but she hears the knock on the door. Eldaro opens the door and sees a gray-haired man wearing a formal vest is standing there. Eldaro feels curious about this but welcomes him to go inside. The man sits on the chair and starts drinking some wine. 

 The man coughs and puts the cups down, "Sorry for disturbing all of you. But I need your help to find my kids." The man puts his hand on Eldaro's shoulder and begs. "Please, help me."

Eldaro pushes the man a little bit, "Woah Woah Woah, come down. Take a seat first," The man sits down, Eldaro sighs and continues, "Okay, first please tell me who you are and why are you asking us to help?

 "My apologies," The man put his hands under his chin, "My name is Ken, I am a merchant of the Ochna Village." 

 "Ken, you are a noble right?" Ken nods as Eldaro continues, "Okay, now you should start your story, I am listening."

Ken starts telling his story. According to Ken, his kids were lost three days ago and no sign of coming back. When Eldaro asks about where the last time Ken saw them, Ken says they were lost near the Maple Jungle. Eldaro nods at this information and promises that his guild will rescue them. Ken shakes Eldaro's hand furiously and comes out.

Eldaro turns to the others, "You all should prepare for the quest, the requester is here." The trio stands up, grabs their things, and goes out of the guild. 


The trio is walking for a while and they meet a crimson-haired man, who is sitting in the car. When the man meets them, he immediately asks them if they are his guardian or not. Sunset simply answers that they are. Then he asking their rank, and Sunset lies that she is "F" rank and stops Jezz and Karen say anything about her. The man introduces himself that he is a merchant, wants some adventurer to slay some "Leaf Eater"s to make sure that his road of trading is safe. The trio nods as they go inside the car. 

 On the way to the place of the quest, Sunset just lies down and pretends to sleep, while Jezz and Karen ask something about the requester. 

"Sorry sir, but I don't know your name," Jezz says while eating some chips, "If you don't mind me eating in your car."

 "Nah, I don't mind," the man waves his hand, "My name is Jack by the way." 
 
 "I see. So how is your business?" Karen asks, "I see many merchants have failed in their business though."

"My business is fine," Jack turns his head to the trio and smiles, "Don't worry about them."

 The car keeps going inside the Maple Jungle until it suddenly stops. Jezz and Karen are confused, they try to get out but they can't go out. They turn to Jack and see that Jack is pulling a level, smoke comes out and they fall asleep. After a moment, they are sleeping. Jack smiles at this and whistles. A bunch of bandits come out and laugh at Jack. 

 "Hey, good job bro," A bandit pats Jack's shoulder, "Let's see what we got." the bandit goes inside, he is amazed about Sunset, "Oh hey, we got a robot that can sell a lot of money for her inside.  Luckily our smoke can affect the robot too." 

 "I know right?" Jack waves his hand, "We will play with this baby dragon until we are bored, right?" 

The bandit agrees, "But anyway, we should carry her to our boss. He will be excited for this girl." 

The bandits and Jack carry the trio to their base. After a while, they put Jezz and Karen in the prison with two kids while carrying Sunset to another way. Jack knocks on the door and the door opens, there is a navy-haired girl wearing a dress with her bodyguards. She is sitting on the chair and writing something. 

 "Hey boss, we got a rare robot here." Jack waves his hand to call her, "We will show you." 

 The boss stops writing and looks at Jack, "All right, what is it, Jack? I hope you don't disappoint me." 

 "Don't worry, Jenny," Jack drags Sunset, who is pretending to sleep. "there you go." 

Jenny sees Sunset and immediately stands up. "Whoa, I love her right now." then she goes around the dragon, "So detailed, so real ~." Then Jenny looks at Jack, "I will reward you later, now prepare the room." 

"Yes, madam." 


Jack and Jenny go to a room. Inside that room, there are many mechanic tools and torture tools for operating the robot. Jenny asks Jack to come out while she puts Sunset on the table. 

 "Well, well, well," Jenny take out a screwdriver, "Let see what can I do to change her mind ~" 

"You can change anything, Jenny," A voice comes from Sunset, making Jenny turn her head back. Sunset opens her eyes and gets up, then she sits on the table, "So this is your base, huh? I wonder where are the adventurers who you kidnapped before."

Jenny forms a lighting ball, "They are "serving" this bandit band," Then Jenny licks her lip, "Don't worry, I will sell your friends down here too."  

 "I see," Sunset folds her claw together, "and you think you can make a robot with that lighting ball? I don't think you can." 

 "Well," Jenny snaps her finger, and many men from outside come inside the room, some of them are aiming the gun at Sunset while some of them are using shield spells to protect them and the team, "There we go. Now you can't attack or defend this time. Surrender and you will be my servant or you die."

Sunset raises her claw to the bandits and waves it to taunt them, "Then you can try to shoot me." 

"As you wish," Jenny claps her hand, and her bandit shoots at Sunset's spot, creating a cloud of smoke at Sunset's spot. Jenny raises her hand to stop. When the smoke fades, Sunset is not there. The bandits look around to search for her, "Where is she?" 

"Miss me," Sunset is standing on the shield with a black staff that has a ruby on it, making Jenny step back, "How about we start?" Sunset punches at the shield and it has broken down. Jenny's mouth shakes when sees that. The gunners start shooting at her but Sunset teleports above them and forms a large waterball. The waterball is broken and leaves raining on the bandit. After a while, they are standing on the large puddle as Sunset just floats around there by her wings. 

Jenny smirks at her. "What a pathetic dragon." Then she forms an electric ball and tries to throw it at Sunset but Sunset teleports in front of her and uses two fingers at Jenny's wrist, making Jenny can't hold the electric ball. It then falls into the puddle and all of the bandits are electrocuted. After a moment, they fainted including Jenny. 

 "What a dumb girl!" Sunset lands in the puddle and feels the electric flow through her body, "Luckily I got electrocuted a lot when I studied and experienced new magic." Then she rubs her head, "Now where is the prison? I forgot to ask them."


------In the prison------

The wardens are laughing at each other since they got a big capture while Karen and Jezz try to comfort the kids. One of the wardens goes to the prison. 

He points at Karen and says, "I think you are a good bartender since you made good wine in that guild,"  Karen glares at him as the warden continues, "Oh, you will "serve" me this time." 

The warden takes the key and goes to open the door to take Karen but the prison door is suddenly opened. Following that a bandit that heavily breathes, the warden turns his head to the bandit, "Hey, what's wrong? Don't you see I am going to have fun with someone?"

 "We got a problem," The bandit says between breaths, "A dragon robot is raiding this base. We fought with her but her power is too strong," 
  
 "What? We have many members there. How can we fall like that?" 

 "Well,... " The bandit is going to say something but suddenly a strong light appears in the prison. Make all of the people have to cover their eyes. Sunset rushes to the room, jumps up, and slams the ground. The piles of earth rising around the bandit and wardens, hold them down. 

Sunset looks around and sees the warden is struggling out of the earth, she sighs, "Wow, this base is bigger than I thought." then she turns to the prison, "You guys ok?" 

 Karen yells at Sunset, "You have to explain all of this, Sunny."

 Sunset rolls her eyes, "Sure, I will explain all when we go back to the guild," She raises her claw and slash all the bar of the prison, "Take the children and get out of here. The police will be here soon." Jezz and Karen nod as they carry the children and go with Sunset to get out of there. Sunset takes one of the bandits and glares death at him, "You have to lead us the exit or..." a fireball appears at her claw, "Your body will turn into the dust," 

 "Okay okay, please don't hurt me." The bandit waves his hand and looks away at Sunset, "I will lead all of you out of here." 

The bandit leads the team to the exit of the base. The team has encountered many bandits but Sunset knocks them out mostly. Karen and Jezz knock some when they charge at the children. By the time they get out of the base, they meet a group with four people who have full equipment on their body. Sunset forms a fireball to threaten them while her leg is holding the bandit's leg. 

The man in heavy armor raises his hand, "Chill out girl, we just ask if this is the bandit base or not." 

Sunset deforms the fireball, "It used to be because all of the bandits in there have fainted and the police are coming here to arrest them." 

 The others are surprised when hearing that, the masked girl in the group says, "Impossible. How can this base be destroyed like that? We come here to raid this too." The girl rubs her head, "I thought that you all are "B" to "S" rank adventurers."

 "Actually... " Karen rubs her head, "Me and Jezz here is the "F" rank while the dragon you are talking about is "C" rank." 

The man with a bow attracts on his back points at Sunset, "Are you kidding me? How can a "C" rank do this? It's..." But he is cut off when the man in heavy armor raises his hand.

 "Don't be like that, Mike." The armored man comes to Sunset and bows to her, "Apologies for their rudeness, look like we are late for this. So can I know what guild you are in?"

 "Well, we are in a Fantasy guild group," Sunset faceclaws by this name, "A silly name that I regret joining." 

The armored man tilts his head, "Fantasy guild, a new guild in Maple Village right?" Sunset nods, the armored man continues, "Well you're right, that is the silly names. Anyway, how rude am I to forget my introduction for you? My name is Javen, the tank." Then Javen points at his teammate, "They are Mike, the archer. Sakira, the assassin, and Vero, the mage. We are in the Eagle Guild in Lavita city."

 "Nice to meet you," Sunset walks past them, "Now I have to go to treat the children, see ya." 

Sunset and her team walk past the Eagle Guild to come to the car. Then the car is engaging and starts the way to go back to Fantasy guild. The Eagle guild team just looks back at them as the policies are coming to the base, and starts arresting the bandit. 

Javen looks at Sakira, "How is that dragon's magic power?" 

"Sorry, Javen." Sakira sighs, "I can't read her magic power and mana." 

Javen just silents as he turns his head to the way that car disappears. He smiles as he waves his hand, "Oh right, we have nothing to do here. We will come to the tavern nearby and rest. My treat." The team members hope to join and they go to the Ochna village to rest.

After three hours, the Team finally came back to the Guild. Jezz and Karen open the door and see that Ken is here with Eldaro. Ken turns her head and sees the kids. He immediately rushes at them and hugs them.

 "My kids," Ken hugs them tightly, his tears falling down, "I'm looking for you everywhere. Please don't scare me like that again."

 "I'm scared too, Dad." Then the kids cry out loud. 

Ken comforts them, "Don't cry. I will buy you some ice cream, okay?" The kids nod. Ken stands up and turns to the team, "Thank you all of you. I will pay you for this later." 

 Sunset sighs, "You should take your kid to go somewhere now. You can pay us later." 

Ken nods, "See you again." and Ken goes out 

The dragon sits down on the chair beside the table while Jezz and Karen go out of the guild because they have something to do with their home. Sunset takes a bottle of orange juice and pours it into the cup while Eldaro just looks at her. 

 "So, we don't have any income from this quest?" Eldaro takes the book, "Bet that our guessing is correct right?"

 "Yep, you're right. Some bandits want to operate the robot and sell the "F" and "E" adventurers." Sunset flies to the second floor, "Now I want to go home and rest. See you tomorrow." 

Eldaro nods as he opens the book, "See you tomorrow." 




 ----------The next day---------

Eldaro wakes up and does his usual work. After he is done, he goes to the empty main room and sighs. He comes down and sits at the table. Hearing the knock on the door, he opens the door and sees many people who are standing in front of the door. 

Eldaro confuses about this. 'okay... what happens here?' he looks at them and counts the people, It's above twenty people there. 'okay what happens here?' 

A violet-haired girl wearing a white robe pokes Eldaro, making him turn his head to her. The girl asks, "Is this Fantasy Guild?" 

Eldaro rubs his head, "Yeah... but what happened here? I thought my guild was not popular like this." 

 "Oh, that's just before your members help the police destroy the information base of the "Sea" clan." the violet girl takes out the paper. "There, your guild has a headline on the paper." 

 Eldaro grabs the newspaper and sees the headline title is "Fantasy guild help police destroy the "Sea" clan." and have the picture of the team that went to that place last night. Eldaro's mouth hangs there and looks at the girls. "How is that possible? Our mage just accidentally slams them down but... there is no reporter there. How can this be possible?" Eldaro goes inside the guild, "Can you ask them to wait for me for a moment? I have something to do though" 

 "Sure. Take your time because not anyone wants to wait for long," The violet girl points at the crowd, "My name is Violet by the way, just hurry in thirty minutes."

Eldaro closes the doors and runs to the second floor, he goes to his room and takes a magic crystal to start talking to the king.





Sunset teleports inside the guild like usual and looks around. She feels weird that Eldaro is not downstairs like normal. She opens the doors and goes to step out but she sees the crowd after that. One of the people in the crowd yells, "Hey, that is the dragon that help the police," then the crowd rushes at her. Sunset quickly takes out the staff and slams it to the ground, an ice wall appears, making the crowd have to stop and stand there. 

Sunset asks, "Okay, what in Tartarus is this?" Sunset glares at them, "Are you all affected by some kind of control spell?" All the people in the crowd shake their heads, Sunset faceclaws, "Okay, tell me what happens here and why all of you want to meet me." 

"I think you are a famous dragon," Violet says behind Sunset, making her turns her head back, Violet pulls out the newspaper, "Here, take a look." 

 Sunset takes the newspaper and looks at it, then she puts the paper down and stares at Violet, "How ... How does this happen?" Then she looks at the crowd, "Okay.... let me calm myself first," Sunset takes a deep breath then breathes out, "Right... So people come here just to meet me and others?" 

Violet looks at the crowd, "Well... it is." Then she looks at Sunset, "They maybe want to join the guild just to meet you and your team." 

"Well, let me ask," Sunset yells at the crowd, "Who wants to join our guild, raise your hand?" and only some of the crowd want to join the guild, Sunset looks back at Violet as she is raising her hand. Sunset rubs her chin, " You want to join this one right? That is if you pass the interview and the checking." 

Eldaro goes out the door and sees the crowd still there. He sighs and announces to everyone, "All right? Who wants to join the guild, please step in a line and I will call one by one. Who just came here just for the interview, please go out." The crowd starts separating and half of them are going out while half of them step in line. Eldaro sighs and goes inside, he sits at the chair and starts, "Okay, first."





After two hours of interviewing, Eldaro finally interviews, but no one can join the guild, except Violet, because some of them just join the Guild to meet their idols, while some of them are just spying to get information. Eldaro leans his back to the chair and sighs in relief because it is finally over.

 "Thanks to you, Sunny," Eldaro wipes his hand over his forehead," Your spell is working perfectly, although I'm so tired here. But it will electrocute someone who lies, I found that... quite a violence" 

 "Your welcome," Sunset rubs her head, "honestly I get electrocuted a lot when I create this spell. It's like when I was learning to fly though." 

 "Oh, you used to struggle with flying too?" Violet sits down on the chair. "So tell me how hard it is?"

"Well...."

----------------Flashback-------------------

Sunset jumped out of the hills and tried to flap her wings furiously but it was not making her fly and she slammed into the ground. Sunset faced down to the ground and grumbled, she didn't know that learning flying is so hard for her. Then she had an idea and went to the town's library. 

When she went into the library, she asked the librarian about the books on learning flying for the birds. The librarian led her to the flying book zone, Sunset started to collect them and put them on the library's table, then she started to do exploratory to find the best ways for her flying. After two days, she finally completed the exploratory and put the books back in the zone that she just took and she left the library.

 Teleported back to the hill, Sunset took a deep breath and jumped out of the hill, tried to flap her wings like she was exploratory but it was not working and her body was once again slammed into the ground. She grumbled and threw away the paper. She got up to the hill and tried again and again until she succeeded.

 "Well, that cost me one week to make me fly and two more weeks to master it." Sunset rubs her head, "Well at least I don't give up." 

 "I see," Violet turns to the wooden board and takes an "E" rank quest, "Well I should do the mission right?" 

 "Sure," Eldaro points at the "D" rank quest. " But I highly recommend you do the higher rank though. And this is just slaying "Giant Snails" in a garden in Ochna village." 

 "Eh sorry, I don't think I can't do that." Violet takes out her blue knife, "My weapon can't pierce their shell though," 

 "Well, just stab their head before they go into the shell," Sunset looks at Violet, "You should spot your weakness and focus on attacking it though, that is your weapon work."

 "I see," Violet nods, "So I should stab it right?" Violet takes the "D" rank quest paper, "Okay if it doesn't work, I will shave your scales out," Sunset smirks as Violet goes out. 

 Sunset stands up and stretches her body, "I should clean the board right?" Then she turns to the wooden board and sees many quests, mostly just cleaning the garden, slaying the "Bush" monsters, guarding the merchant, etc... Sunset looks up and asks, "Okay since when do we have many quests to do? Don't they know that we are just four people?

 Eldaro takes the newspaper, "Well, since you take down that base and help the police grab much important information to destroy the "Sea" clan that police have spent many years with but they are still growing up. Honestly, You should be in "B" or "A" rank just for this help." Then Eldaro pours the apple juice into the cup, "Normally, "B" or "A" rank has a test to prove that they deserve or not but... I just let you pass it because I know you too well." 

Sunset points at herself, "Then now I am a "B" rank?" Eldaro nods as he is drinking the apple juice. Sunset rubs her forehead and throws her claws over her head, "Great, that's great. I wish I was in the lower rank but now I am in the higher rank." Then she sighs, "But even in higher rank, I don't see any "B" rank quest though. So I will... " She takes three "F" ranks quest, "start cleaning the board. See ya." Then she steps out the door and starts doing some quests. 

 Eldaro sighs and just sits in the building. But he is feeling fun because the guild is just larger. Eldaro grabs the screwdriver and starts setting the TV that he just bought with the rewarded money. 





-------2 hours later ---------

Eldaro wipes his arms over his forehead and steps back, he looks at the TV with the wine bar and he sees it fit. He smiles and throws his arms over his head. Then he starts looking at the wine bar and arranges them but he hears the door knock. Eldaro has to run to the door and open it, he sees a brown-haired man who is wearing heavy armor and a pink-haired girl wear a mask and dress like a rogue. 

 The brown-haired man asks, "Is this Fantasy Guild?" Eldaro nods and the man introduces himself, "Sorry for disturbing you, my name is Javen, "S" rank of the Eagle Guild," Then he points at the girl, "This is Sakira, another "S" rank." 

 "Nice to meet you." Eldaro shakes Javen's hand, "Anyway, why are you here? You should be somewhere special and this guild is not enough for you because it's just established."

 "That's ok. I don't like to bully the weak guilds though but I will destroy the guild that does many things that harm the people ."  Javen takes out his shield, "Anyway, I want to talk to your dragon." 

 "Sorry, she isn't here now. " Eldaro shakes his head, "How about we go inside and start talking?" 

 "Sounds fine to me." Javen and Sakira follow Eldaro to go inside and start talking with him. 





-------- Three hours later-----

It's afternoon when Sunset finishes all of the quests, she flies back to the Guild to rest there.  When she opens the door, she sees Jezz and Karen are currently at the wine bar while Eldaro is eating with Javen and Sakira. They are talking happily with each other. Sunset smiles at this scene and goes to the wine bar, asks Karen to make her a mocktail. Karen nods and goes grab some juices to mix.

Jazz, Karen, and Eldaro see Sunset, they turn back to each other to talk. Sunset feels weird about this but she decides to ignore it. After a while, Eldaro asks Sunset to come there. 

 Sunset sits near the trio with a cup of Karen's mocktail, "Okay why are you calling me?" Then she turns her head and sees the familiar faces, "Oh, you are the adventurer that we met in the bandit's base right?"

 "You don't forget me? I'm just afraid you don't know me though?" Javen rubs his head, "Ahem.... ok, sorry that I don't introduce you yet. I'm the "S" rank of the Eagle Guild," Sunset nods as Javen points at Sakira, "Well, me and her though." 

 " I see," Sunset picks up the cup, "Sorry for standing your way to destroy that base though." 

 "No need to apologize because that clan makes many people suffer."  Javen waves his hand to deny, "I got to say they are lucky because if I am there instead of you, I will kill them all, not just make them faint." 

"I see. Anyway let's stop discussing the past, the clan is erased now." Sunset drinks the mocktail and puts it down, "So, why are you here? This guild is just established in about.... one week, nothing to check though." 

 "Oh sorry, we have something to check anyway," Sakira points at Sunset, "Tell me which rank you are in now?" 

 " I'm in "B" rank," Sunset put her fist to her cheek, "Is that okay?"

 Javen shakes his head, "No, it is not okay." Javen eats some meat as he continues, "Because one week to raise into "B" rank is impossible. So I came here to check your ability."

Eldaro interrupts them, "But I follow the king's rule to rank up her though." 

 "I know, Eldaro," Javen turns her head, "But I want to check her ability if she deserves to be a "B" rank or not," 

 Sunset glances at Sakira then looks back to Javen, "You are suspecting me to check right?" Javen nods, Sunset smirks at them, "All right, I will vanish your doubt. So shall we do it right now? I am ready to go." 

 "Tomorrow because it's night already." Sunset turns her head to the window and sees that it's night, Javen laughs at her," Disappointed right?  Don't worry, I will stop if you are down." 

 "All right, see you tomorrow." Sunset flies to the second floor, "I will wait." Then she steps on the magic circle and teleports back to her house. Javen and Sakira admire her when she can do that.

Eldaro leads the guests into two rooms to let them rest but Javen says no need, they only need one room. Then they close the room and start resting, preparing the tomorrow's fight.

---------Next day-------

Sunset teleports to the Guild building. She looks around and only sees Violet and Karen inside. Sunset feels weird about this but she just goes to the wine bar and asks her where they are. Karen says they are going out to do something outside. Sunset hears that and flies back to the magic circle to return home because she feels lazy today. When she returns, she goes to her working room immediately. 

 Eldaro and Javen come inside the Guild. Eldaro feels weird because Sunset is not here this time. He asks Karen where she is and Karen replies that Sunset is at her house because she feels lazy today. Eldaro asks her where her house is and Karen leads the duo to Sunset's house. Karen nods and leads them to her house. Sunset's house is just a wooden house with some rooms. Javen feels weird about this while Eldaro just steps up and knocks on the door. The door opens and Sunset stands there. 

 "Okay... why did you come to my house?" Sunset rubs her head, "I thought that your guild is free." 

 "It is," Eldaro points his thumb outside, "But I heard you are going too lazy so I come here to drag you out." Then the door closes. Eldaro quickly opens the door and comes in, drags Sunset out of the house by her tail, as Sunset struggles to get out.

 "No, I want to be lazy today," Sunset holds her claws to stick to the door, "I want a daybreak," 

 Eldaro uses a spell on the door, making it extremely slippery, and Sunset's claws are off the door. Sunset sighs and lets Eldaro drag her like he drags a monster. She glances back at Eldaro, "Well, this is for the fight right? Really, I don't think any spot to do though." 

 "Well... no. Because we have to clean up the board," Karen boops at Sunset's snout, "It's cute to boop your nose though but like I said, we should "clean up" the board because many quests are coming too much and we just got four members." 

 "Fine, but I deny moving," Sunset rubs her snout, "But anyway, do we have a large quest today?" Karen shakes her head, Sunset sighs, "Well, I will help you to "clean" the board." 

 "And a battle," Eldaro glances at Sunset, "Don't tell me you forget to do that." Sunset rolls her eyes as Eldaro keeps dragging the dragon to the guild.





After dragging Sunset to the guild, Eldaro puts her down without care. Sunset gets up and glares at him, but she just sits on the chair like usual, and Javen is still outside. After a while, Javen comes back and asks Sunset to go with him. Sunset and the rest follow him. After walking a moment, they come to the spot that has nothing around there. 

 "Hey, that's the good spot. You manage to find it." Karen looks around the spot, "I will track here for training." 

 Karen looks around then asks, "Can I train with you then? I don't want to be useless like the times we are in that base." Karen nods in agreement. 

Javen claps his hands together, "All right. I came here to test your dragon." Javen points at Sunset, "Come here and we will test you." 

 Sunset steps up, "All right. Just don't hold back." Javen nods and he takes out his shield, while Sunset takes out her sallet and her staff to wear it. Javen sees that and feels weird when her equipment is not the usual one.


Javen takes out a sword inside the shield and charges at Sunset. Sunset throws "Fireball" at him but he slashes it into two. When Javen comes close, he swings the sword as Sunset dodges the slashes. Javen keeps swinging the sword to the dragon but Sunset keeps dodging all the slashes. Javen jumps backward and throws an ice spiked ball at Sunset. Sunset deflects it back to Javen. He sees that and slashes it away, then he just stands there.

Sunset covers her staff with a fire aura and charges at Javen. Javen raises his shield and prepares for any incoming attack from her. Sunset slides and uses "Fire Slash" at his leg. Javen doesn't have time to react as he takes the hit. His leg armors is a bit hotter. Sunset gets up, forms many lances made of fire, and throws them at him. Javen has to raise the shield and block them. As he blocks, he hears a weird sound from his shield. Javen looks up and sees Sunset's staff above his head and Sunset suddenly appears; she grabs the staff on air and uses "Fire Slash" at him. Javen has to drop the shield to dodge and jumps away from Sunset

Javen looks back at Sunset as she is standing opposite him. She raises her staff at him. Javen laughs at Sunset as he takes out another sword. Sunset tilts her head in confusion. 

 "Why are you laughing?" Sunset lowers her staff, "We are in a battle right?" 

 Javen raises his hand, "Sorry, I was so excited because this feeling is not coming back for a long time," then he grabs the sword, "Are you really a "B" rank? This is far more than a "B" rank can do." 

Sunset points her thumb at Eldaro, "Well, this man has arranged me as "C" rank though, So... I am still confused though." Eldaro is eating noodle while watching the battle while others' mouths hang in there for the surprise. 

 Javen nods, "I see. At this stage, you already are an "A" rank. Anyway, can you do me a favor?"

 "What is it?" 

 "Can you battle me this time? I am excited," Javen points the sword at Sunset, "I like fighting an opponent like that." 

 Sunset shrugs, "All right. Shall we go?" 

Javen is in a battle stance, "Thanks for this selfish favor. I won't disappoint you." Javen covers his body with a blue aura and he roars at Sunset. A wind bursts out from there, making Karen fly into the tree. Javen looks at Sunset and charges at Sunset at a high speed. Sunset manages to block the attack but her left claw is tingling. Javen lifts his swords and slams into Sunset but Sunset jumps aside. The ground has a long trail from the slams. Javen smirks and quickly lifts his swords and slashes Sunset, but Sunset disappears from his sight. Javen puts the sword behind his back and manages to block Sunset's "Fire Slash" 

 Sunset jumps away from Javen but he keeps charging at her, making her have to dodge it. As she is dodging, she is thinking about the way to fight him while Javen keeps slashing at her. Sunset throws her staff away and puts her palms to Javen's armor, then she teleports to the staff. Javen glances at Sunset.

"I like that staff though." Jave raises his swords to Sunset, "allowing the user to teleport. I like that."

 Sunset lies, "Yeah, you're right about my staff," 

"Well sorry. But I don't want that stuff though." Javen covers his sword with a blue aura, then he slashes at Sunset. A blue wolf appears and charges at Sunset. Sunset is going to jump aside but a pile of the ground holding her legs makes her can't move. Sunset creates a shield and takes the wolf. The wolf keeps rubbing her shield as Sunset hears the crack of her shield. Sunset opens her mouth and breathes fire at the wolf, making it fade away. Sunset takes a deep breath and looks at Javen.

 Sunset sighs, 'Look like I have to do stronger with him,' she thinks and chants a spell. Javen quickly throws a sword at Sunset, wanting to cut her chanting but Sunset steps aside to dodge it and keeps chanting the spell. Javen charges at Sunset but she is finished chanting as she slams the staff to the ground. A wall of ice appears in front of Sunset, blocking Javen's attack. Then three more ice walls appear around Javen, it moves close to him and traps him inside. Javen tries to use a flame spell to melt all the walls but a magic circle appears under him and another one appears in his armor, causing him to stop and look at Sunset.

"We're done right?" A magic circle is spinning on Sunset's claw, "I hope we can stop here." 

 Javen raises his hand to give up, "You got me. I lose." 

 The magic circle disappears and so does the ice wall. Javen lies down and laughs while Sunset confuses, "So, go back to our guild?" 

 "Sure," Javen gets up, "This is a long time I've lost with someone." Javen rubs his head, "Want to join my guild? You will have more treatment than your guild," 

 "No, thanks," Sunset is walking back to her guild, "This guild is enough for me." 

 "Fine, if you insist," Javen asks Sakira to get up and start walking. Sakira is currently "stoned", which makes Javen sigh, and drags her back to Eldaro's guild. Eldaro and Karen get up and walk with Sunset. 





After going back to the guild, the group sees Jezz and Violet in there with a lot of dust on them. They say that they just help to slay some "Giant Snails" and bush monsters in Ochna Village. Eldaro nods then he and others take a seat at the table while Javen and Sakira are going upstairs to prepare their staff to come back to Lavita city. 

 "How did you lose her Javen?" Sakira asks, "You can do more than that, right? I see you still hesitate to use many spells on her." 

 "So is she." Javen is arranging his stuff, " I used half of my ability but still have not pushed her to the limit, and I feel that she can do more than that." 

"..... is she that strong?" Sakira rubs her chin, "Can I stay here for one more day?" 

"Sure, I will let you stay here one more day," Javen put his hand to Sakira's shoulder, "Be careful," 

Sakira and Javen organize their stuff then they say goodbye to the guild. Sunset and Eldaro sigh in relief, then Eldaro looks at Sunset, "I hope that you don't get popular from this," Sunset waves her claw and stands up to go to the wooden board. When she looks at the board, she sees an "A" rank quest. She feels weird and picks the paper up. The quest asks for a magic teacher to teach someone's son for one week with a 25000 Mara price.

 Sunset rubs her head and turns to Eldaro. "Hey Eldaro, who pinged this quest in our guild? We don't have an "A" rank adventurer." 

"Let me see," Eldaro takes the paper quest, "....this is the son of the Aran family in Confetti Town." He rubs his chin, "I visited this family a lot. The host family is a kind guy and many people love him because he always does everything well for them, but his son is like a stubborn boy when he always causes trouble to the village," Eldaro shakes his head, "I got to say many teachers tried to teach him but they gave up." Eldaro gives the paper quest back to Sunset, "I am surprised that he asked this guild to help."

 "I see..." Sunset silents for a moment then she nods, "Okay, I take this quest." 

 "You sure? He is hard to teach." Eldaro facepalms, "Oh right, if this is a normal person, not a dragon that I know." Sunset glares at Eldaro while he turns his head away, "I will tell him that you will come tomorrow, you should prepare the lesson for this stubborn thing," then Eldaro goes near Sunset's ear and whispers, "If you mind, I just ask you to give him a mental break.

 Sunset thumbs up, "I will if his attitude is hard to teach." Eldaro nods as he takes the paper quest to see information, then he goes to his room to contract the one who gives this commission while Sunset comes to her home to prepare the lesson for this boy.

-----------At night-------------

After doing three quests today, Sunset flies back to her home. When she lands near her house, she stretches her body because she is quite tired today. 'Some sleeping will be helped' she thinks as she steps inside but she feels someone behind her. The dragon turns her head back and yells, "Come out here already, I know you here,"  but nothing happens. She forms a fireball and throws it at the bush, a dark figure wears dark clothes that cover the head and face. Sunset takes out her staff, "Who are you?"

 The dark figure takes out a chakram. Sunset sees the chakram and sighs. She covers her staff with blue fire. The dark figure steps back and prepares to fight. Sunset teleports to the dark figure's back and uses "Wyvern Slash". The dark figure rolls forward to dodge, then she covers her chakram with an ice aura and throws it at Sunset while taking another one. Sunset deflects back to the dark figure. The dark figure dodges and jumps away from the dragon, turns its body to flee away. Sunset teleports in front of the dark figure and uses her claws to catch the dark figure's arm but the dark figure blocks it. 

 Sunset slams her palm to the dark figure's right arm, making the dark figure grunt in pain, then the dark figure takes out a flashbang and throws it. The flashbang exploded, making Sunset cover her eyes. When the light is gone, Sunset doesn't see the dark figure anymore. She rubs her head, "Okay, Sabrina is weird today though." then she turns back to her house and activates the magic circle to protect her house. Then Sunset goes to the bedroom and sleeps.





-----------At Maple Village's tavern---------

Javen is looking at the menu to choose the food. When he finished, he calls the owner to order his food and taps his feet to wait for someone. The tavern's door opens and the dark figure just fights against Sunset steps inside, she sits opposite Javen and reveals the pink-haired girl. She rubs her head with her left arm

 "ugh, she is stronger than I thought." Sakira rubs her right arm, " I think she knows my sister."

 "Now that's a surprise," Javen puts his arms on the table and places his chin on it, "So what happens to your arm?" The tavern owner put the food on the duo's table, "Thank you," The owner bows and leaves. 

 "I don't know, she slams her palm into my arm now," Sakira tries to move her arm but can't, "And I can't move my arm," 

 "Let me check," Javen comes and checks Sakria's left arm. He sees a blue magic circle in there. "Look like you got a gift from her. Sorry but I am not a mage so I don't know how to defuse it." 

 "That's fine," Sakira feels hurt when Javen pokes her right arm, "Hey, that's hurt." 

 "Well, if she manages to make your arm isolated, I would regret not trying to invite her though." Javen goes back to his seat, "Oh right, anyway how strong is she?" 

 "Well, I thought that she can't teleport without throwing the staff," Sakira rubs her chin, "We get fooled by her. She can teleport by herself." 

"That's.... now I am a fool for her." Javen eats some food, "Anyway, we will talk later. Now take a rest and I will ask a mage nearby to cure your arm." Sakira nods and starts eating.





-------The next morning------

Sunset wakes up and stretches her body. After having breakfast, she comes to the magic circle and she sees Eldaro is there as usual. Eldaro raises his arm and asks, "Ready to go?" 

 "Can you give me a map? I don't know where is it?" Eldaro throws Sunset a map and Sunset takes it, "Thanks Eldaro, I should go." She opens the door and flies to the location of the quest. On the way to the guest's house, she realizes that she forgot to ask the name of the requester but she continues to fly to the location.

------- Confetti town----- 

The Confetti town is located to the East of Maple Town. Inside the town, there are many trees planted but most are confetti trees. People in Confetti town respect this flower and see it as a lucky symbol. They use it to decorate their house and store a lot and there is a festival about this flower. Sunset is flying across the town but she gets slammed into a tamarind tree and falls down because she is busy looking around the town. "Ouch," she whines and looks up. A yellow-haired old man that wears a formal vest helps her get up. "Thank you,"

The man nods, "It's rare to see a dragon robot in this country," Sunset rubs her head as the man continues, "What do you do in this town?" 

 "Well, I came here for a quest from the Aran family," Sunset takes out the quest paper and shows it to the man, "Here, I have the quest." 

 The man takes a look at the quest paper and bows to her. He introduces himself, "Apologizes my lady, my name is Mitch, the butler of the Aran family." Then the man takes a step, "Follow me, I will lead you to the family." Sunset nods as she follows him. The butler continues, "Please introduce your name later when we get there." Sunset sighs and nods in agreement.


------Inside the Aran family------

"Come on dad, I don't need a teacher to teach me how to win this school competition" A blue-haired boy is trying to deny his parent's decision, "I can beat them on my own." 

 "Do you remember last year, Avin?" A charcoal-haired man slams the table, "You nearly died because of your arrogance. Don't you take that as an example?" 

 "Meh, he's lucky though," Alvin smirks, "Don't worry, I will get revenge...." He gets cut off when he hears the knock on the door. "Oh great, what now?" 

 "Sir Athew, the teacher is here." Mitch says from the door, "She is waiting for us." 

 Athew commands, "Then send her in. I want to see her." The door opens, Sunset and Mitch are stepping into the room. Avin sees Sunset and feels amazed at her. The butler bows at his master. 

 "This is our teacher," Mitch turns to Sunset, "Please introduce yourself." 

 "My name is Sunset.... sorry Sunny." Sunset rubs her head, "Sunny of the Fantasy Guild. Well, I'm just a "B" rank adventurer." 

 Athew looks at her, "How long did you join the guild?"

 Sunset counts by her nail, " Three weeks sir," 

Athew nods as he turns to Mitch. "Mitch, please lead this teacher to her room. You will start teaching my son tomorrow." The butler bows as Athew continues, "We will have the discussion, Son." 





The butler leads Sunset to the guest room. The room has one bed set at the corner, near the window, a table, a bookshelf, a sofa, and many books on the bookshelf. Sunset looks around as it is shining. There is also an olive-haired girl inside, she is cleaning the room. The butler bows to Sunset and goes out the door, leaving Sunset and the maid alone. Sunset takes a book and sits on the sofa. 	

After three hours, Sunset sees the maid is still cleaning the room. Sunset sees that and sits up. 

 "Okay... Why are you cleaning this room for so long?" Sunset puts the book down, "Can I help?" 

 "No..no..." The maid looks away at Sunset, "I... I'm fine." 

 "Can I know your name?" Sunset rubs her head, "I'm confused." 

 "I...It's Camila, ma... dam." The maid stands up, "So..Sorry for disturbing, Madam. I will go out." Then the maid goes out without any hesitation. Sunset feels weird but she decides to ignore it because the maid is shy. She goes to the table in the room and takes out the paper to continue to study magic. 

After four hours of studying magic, Sunset stretches her body and stands up. She goes near the window and sees that the sun is nearly set. She stares at the sunset and wonders how others are doing. Her thought track is broken when she hears a knock on the door. Sunset opens the door and sees a familiar blue-haired boy. He stares at her and walks around her. Sunset tilts her head. Avin points his finger at Sunset,

 "You should be my personal maid." Avin smirks, "I like to be a dragon rider and you should be my personal maid to let me ride on you." Sunset shuts the door immediately. Avin keeps punching the door and shouts, "Hey, you shouldn't be disrespected like that." 

 Sunset opens the door and walks to the sofa to lie on it. Avin glares at her while Sunset picks up a book of magic and reads to ignore the glares of the boy. After a while, Avin still glares at her, making Sunset put her book down, "That's annoying you know. You should prepare for the lesson." 

 "Bah." Avin jumps on Sunset's belly, "Who needs your stupid lesson? I am already strong."

 Sunset looks at his confident face and sighs, "...Sounds like someone I know. But anyway, did you like the heroes' story? Because I glance at your room and see you have many collections of them."

 "What is that question? Of course, I like heroes. Not only me but most of my school like them." Avin turns on the TV and it shows a movie. "See, right in time. Their victory is in the movies and films in five years." Avin rubs his chin, "I would say I watch all of the movies. Anyway, this is my favorite movie about heroes."

 Sunset takes the books and still lets Avin sit down on her belly. " I see. Anyway, which heroes do you like most?" 

"Well, my favorite hero is Matt." Avin takes out a sword and raises it, "I want to be like him because he is strong." Then Avin turns his head to Sunset, "Well if you ask me what is my least favorite, I would say the Black Mage." 

 "I see. Can you tell me why?" 

 "Honestly, I don't like her because what kind of mage is fighting in melee? I got to say her ability is cool because it is related to the wolf. but why didn't she just show her appearance already, I hate that." Avin turns his head back to the TV, "not only me, most of the students of my school don't like her though. I know that because my school has celebrated a festival about the hero and they do the vote about their favorite heroes." 

Sunset puts Avin down and gets up, "I see, I will ask your father about the competition that you are going to do." Sunset starts leaving the room, "You can stay here as long as you can. I will start checking your ability first tomorrow." Sunset closes the door as Alvin huffs. 

 "Stupid dragon," Alvin turns his head to the TV. 

Sunset asks the butler the ways to Athew's room. Mitch leads Sunset to the room as she sits down to start talking. From what she knows, this is like an arena competition where students fight against each other to complete the goal that the judges give to them. This year is different from another year because it requires a team. Sunset asks about the possible goal that the judges can give to the student. Athew gives Sunset the paper of the threads, Sunset takes it and says goodbye to Athew. She goes to her room and researches the threads.


------- The next day-------

Sunset is going out to the garden with Avin and her parents. They led her to the empty spot. Sunset sees around and sees this spot is fit and asks Avin to grab a weapon. Avin takes his lance and steps opposite Sunset.

 Sunset rubs her head, "eh.... you can start now. Just attack me as long as you can."

 Avin smirks at it and starts charging at Sunset. Sunset sighs at this. Avin covers his lance with a fire aura and shouts "Fire Slash", Sunset dodges and jumps away from him. Then he swings the lance and shouts "Air slash", the attack is flying toward her, and she just ducks. 

 "You know," Sunset rubs her ear, "Can you not shout your skill when you are going to perform it?" 

 "Why? It sounds cool right?" Avin points the lance at Sunset

 "No... It makes you sound dumb in the battle," Sunset notices that Avin is gritting his teeth, "Don't you believe. Go ahead,"

 Avin points the lance at the sky and yells, "Wind balls." Many wind balls appear in the sky and are flying toward Sunset. Sunset is walking toward Avin as she dodges the wind balls without looking. Alvin covers his lance with a fire aura and shouts, "Fire Slash". Sunset catches the lance and the fire is burning her but she doesn't feel anything to this fire. Then she trips Avin and successfully makes him fall. 

"It's over," Sunset glares at Avin, "Get up and rest, I will explain why you shouldn't shout your skill in battle." 

Sunset turns her body and walks to the table where Avin's parents are. Sunset sighs as she takes a blank paper to write about Avin's situation. This teaching for her will be a long time for her.
> Training?

Athew is sitting with the white long hair woman who is currently wearing a green dress. They see their son training with a dragon, which makes the woman feel so nervous while Athew is not worried about him. When they see Sunset is coming to their spot, they feel a little bit uncomfortable about their son because they thought she had given up. Sunset takes a seat opposite the couple.

 The woman starts to ask, "So how is our son? I hope you don't give up because of him."

Sunset shakes her head and sighs, "No, he is just annoying when he yells the name of his skill," then she sees Avin is sitting next to his father and glares at her. Sunset notices, "Oh sorry, I don't think we have met before."

 "That's okay, my name is July." The woman shakes Sunset's claw, "Nice to meet you, but... Have you ever done a manicure? Your claws look so dreadful."

 "Thanks for your caring," Sunset puts her claws down, "I don't know why so many people ask me about make-up."

July grasps, "What, don't tell me you never beautify yourself," Sunset shakes her head, July's face is near Sunset's face, making Sunset feel uncomfortable, "What do you do when you have free time?"

 Sunset answers, "EH... Create and experience news magic, study and do magic stuff," Sunset rubs her head. "I always sleep late, sometimes I overslept though. But anyway, don't you come here to ask about your son's problem?" July sits back at her spot and blushes. Sunset shrugs, "Oh right, your son's problem is shouting his skill name, a thing that will lead him to death if he keeps doing that in battle."

Avin slams the table, "Hey, I chose it because it's cool alright? Why is it the problem in battle? I have seen many films. They shout the name of skills in there and can crush the enemy."

Sunset tilts her head, "Really, that will be effective if you can scare them. Or else..." She points at Avin's forehead, "You announce your opponent that you are going to attack, and they will have the time to prepare." Avin stomps his feet and runs away, Athew and July are going to call him but Sunset stops them and shakes her head. She raises her wings and flaps them to fly in the sky.


-------Somewhere in the mountain of the Confetti City------------

"Stupid dragon," Avin punches the tree, "Stupid lesson," Avin punches harder and breathes heavily, "Why is she humiliating me like that?" Avin punches one last time then stops. He kneels and breathes heavily then screams at the sky. After a moment, he stops and stands up to go back to his house.





On the way back to his house. A group of four men is standing on his way to block him, then a man punches at Avin's stomach, making him cough up some of his blood and fall. When he tries to get up, he sees a familiar yellow pigtail hair girl wearing a green dress. She is facing him with a cold face as Avin stands up to face to face with her.

 "What do you want now, Beath?" Avin summons his lance, "You bully me like every day in school isn't enough?"

 "I want you not to sign up for the competition." Beath smirks at Avin, "You nearly died in last year's competition. If your parents weren't there, I don't think you can stay here to talk to me." 

 "You can't stop me," Avin points the spear at Beath, "I will join the competition."

Beath snaps her fingers and the group charges at Avin to beat him. Avin tries to fight back but they are too many for him. A man kicks Avin's chest, causing him to cough some blood. Beath kneels at him and asks, "So give up?" Avin shakes his head and Beath just sighs. She stands up and snaps her fingers. "Make sure he won't join the competition." One man of the group nods as they surround Avin and crack their fingers to break his legs. Suddenly, an explosion appears near Avin's spot, causing the groups to jump backward. Beath stands in front of the group, "Who there?" she yells as she sees a dragon landing near Avin. 

"No one," Sunset folds her claw, "Just a teacher who teaches this baby boy," Avin glares at Sunset but she ignores him. 

Beath asks, "... Since when does his family hire a teacher?"

"Just yesterday," Sunset sighs and looks at Avin, "I don't think this boy is so stubborn," then she looks at Beath, "May I know who you are and why do you like to bully him?" 

"Why should I tell you my name?" Beath snaps her fingers and the groups start taking out their swords. "What I have done to him, it's none of your business. Now, get out of my way or I will turn you into scrap." 

Sunset raises her claw to Beath and waves her claw at the yellow-haired girl. Beath charges with her group as Sunset takes a deep breath. Then she blows out the fire, making the group jump into two sides. Sunset quickly charges at the left side and uses "Sleep" on two men. The men fall on the ground quickly as others try to slash her. The first man swings the sword at Sunset but Sunset kicks into his wrist, making the sword fly up; then Sunset steps aside to dodge the thrust by the second man. Sunset swings her tail, cause the man falls, then she stomps at his shoulder hard, making him roll around. 

Beath jumps up and slams the polearm at Sunset but Sunset catches it. Beath's eyes widen as Sunset throws her away with her polearm. Not wanting Beath to get up, Sunset rushes at Beath and puts her claw into Beath's neck. Sunset closes her eyes and says, "Can you get out here? You will meet him at the competition." 

Beath breathes fast as she looks at Sunset. When Sunset opens her eyes, they are glowing red and blue. Beath just stares at her and can't move. After a while, Sunset puts back her claw and goes to Avin, who is still stoned after watching Sunset fight. 

Sunset picks him up and flies back to Avin's house. Avin is scared and closes his eyes. After a while, he opens his eyes and sees the town is covered with light, creating a beautiful scene. When he looks up at the sky, he sees many stars there and he feels the cloud is going through his body. Avin lies on Sunset's back as he is happy.

 "Beautiful?" Sunset turns her head back to Avin, "I hope you enjoy it." 

He smiles, "You know, I dream a lot about riding a dragon because I want to know what it feels like. Now I'm satisfied."

 "Just enjoy it. Because that will be the last time you will ride on me." 

 "I get it." Avin looks at the sky, "You always fly like that?" 

 "No. Just a few times." Sunset sees Avin's house, "Let go to your home, shall we?" 

"Maybe," He rubs his head, "Well, what will we do tomorrow?"

 "Training on the mountain." Sunset grins and gives him a small notebook, "Take that as your training diary," then she lands at Avin's house and says goodnight to him. Then Sunset sleeps in the guest room.





---- The next day---

Sunset wakes up and asks the maid where  Athew's room is. The maid leads her to Athew's room and Sunset asks about fifteen minutes for discussing her plan. She wants to take Avin to the mountain until the day of the competition is established. Athew protests this plan but after Sunset tells about what happened yesterday. He agrees but just one condition is that Avin must be stronger than this. Sunset just grins at this and nods. 

After discussing with Athew, the maid led Sunset to Avin's room. Sunset knocks on the door but Alvin doesn't answer. She knocks again, and no answer. Sunset puts her ears close to the door and hears someone snoring. She kicks the door to force it open and sees Avin is still sleeping with a dump face. Sunset kicks him out of the bed, makes him awake and whines in pain. 

 "Ouch," Avin rubs his head and glares at Sunset, "Don't you have any peaceful way to wake me up?" 

 "I'm not going to say sorry for this," Sunset points at him, "Pack your thing," then points at the mountain, "we will train on the mountain in six days." 

 "But..." Avin is trying to protest but seeing Sunset's mouth is on fire, he gulps and nods. 

 "You got one hour. Now go." 

Avin hurries to prepare his things. After one hour, he is complete with preparing and follows Sunset to the mountain. When they land on the mountain, Avin sets his thing up and pulls out his spear but Sunset tells him that no need. Sunset forms a "fireball" and makes it chase Avin. The training begins.

------------After 6 days-----------

Atthew is currently working in his room, but he can't concentrate because he worries about his son. Athew hopes that his son comes back. His trace of thinking is broken when he hears a knock on the door. "Come in" he says and Avin comes back to hug his father. 

"Father, I miss you so much." Avin hugs him tighter, making Athew grasp in pain.

 "Hey hey, easy there." Athew pushes Avin a little, then he goes around Avin and sees his body is more muscular than before but not much. He squeezes Avin's muscle and feels it is very tough. "..... I wonder how she trains you?"

 Avin takes out his diary of training and gives it to his father, "I'm fine, and I'm so appreciative to have her training for him," Avin looks at the clocks, "Oh, it's time for me to train. See you soon." 

"Wait..." Athew tries to call him but his son is going out. He sighs and takes a look at his diary, as his wife is coming into his room

 "OH honey, what are you reading?" July sits next to her husband. "Is that your income report?"

Athew rubs his head, "Well, this is our son's training diary," he looks at July, "How about we read it together." His wife nod as Athew opens Avin's diary 

Day 1

Today, I learned about how to feel the mana in the body and check which kind of spell I can do best. I found that I could do the "healing" spell. Then Sunny gave me rest for the next training session. If the training is just like that, I can do it

Day 2

Turns out, the training is very different from what I imagined. This dragon is crazy, what is "Need me to break your leg to get up faster" or "you can only die if you haven't lived anymore". Above all, she forces me to run like no tomorrow all day and night. Is she thinking that I am a car or something?

Day 3

I trained to run with her and she forces me a lot. Then she adds an extra "300 push up" for my "menu". I feel that her devil side is finally revealed. I swear that I will get rid of her.

"eh... What kind of training is that?" July gulps, "I will die if she gives me this training,"

 "Ye... yeah," Athew slowly turns the page, "I don't know how he accepts this training." 

Day 4

I'm sorry, from now I will shut up and do what you ask me to do Sunny. I won't say anything bad again, Mrs. dragon

Day 5

Running, training, I must do it. Use magic, training, I have to perform it 


"Why has the tone suddenly changed?" July looks at her husband and starts shaking him. "Is he alright? Does he need anything"

"P...Pl...please ..Do....don't..sh...sha...shake...me..Ju...July," Athew tries to answer as July stops shaking, "Thank you. Anyway, you should ask Sunny and our son," He folds his arm, "Well, I kinda regret giving her only one condition."

"If I see anything wrong with him," July hugs her husband and whispers, "You don't live anymore tonight." Athew gulps as he flips the last page. 

Day 6

I don't feel tired anymore, I am kinda surprised about this. I don't have to write though because all I can say is my body feels lighter. When Sunny says we must go back to prepare for the competition tomorrow, I feel regret when I can't train like this but Sunny says that I can train at home. Why do I feel so exciting? Sound like I am being brainwashed 

Sunny comes into Athew's room and asks the butler to leave. The butler bows and goes away. Sunset sees the couple in there as she sees Avin running outside with a bag of rocks on his back. She smiles and turns her head back to the couple. Athew and July stare at her with disbelieving looks.

"What?" Sunset sits opposite them, "I just do as you say Athew, make him stronger." 

July glares at Athew as he turns his face away. Athew tries to say, "But I don't mean this kind of training. How can you be sure that he won't give up?" 

Sunset points at the window, "Honestly, he is not a type to give up easily. Even in hard training, he refuses to stop." She sighs, "Anyway, do you have any information about the competition? I forgot to ask you that." Athew pulls out the notebooks about the school competition. Sunset takes it and stands up, "See you tomorrow, you will be surprised to see your son." And she walks out of the room with a smiling face. Now she prepares for the competition to surprise others. 





-----Meanwhile in Eagle Guild----

Sakira sits at the table with others. She just gets rid of a bunch of orges that threaten a village. But in her mind, that dragon still makes her frustrated a lot when she has to lie down on the bed in one day to recover her left arm. Javen and Sabrina see Sakira and they sit near the table. 

 "What wrong, little sis?" Sabrina pulls out a bottle of wine. "Just drink with me and you will feel better," 

 "Thanks for visiting me, big sis." Sakira pours the wine into her cup, "Anyway, you have fought against the Black Mage right?" Sabrina nods and Sakira continues, "Okay, so what is that hero can do though?" 

 "I'm surprised that you ask such a question," Sabrina turns to Javen, "Is she angry about something?" 

 Javen answers, "Well, she is still salty about the dragon that gave her an arm disabled."

"I see," Sabrina drinks some wine, "but you know the Black Mage is a weird mage right?" Sakira slams her fist against the table, making Sabrina sigh, "all right. Give me a moment to remember it because it is five years ago." The trio silents a moment then Sabrina answers, "Well, she is a mage but her melee skill is like an expert, her spell related to dragon much because she can perform a slash shaped dragon," Sabrina rubs her chin, "I believe that she calls it "Wyvern Slash," and what makes me very angry that how dare she uses "Absolute Zero" in that battle," 

Javen spills out his wine, "Wh...What did you say?" He coughs a little bit, "She can use "Absolute Zero" in a solo battle" Sabrina nods as Jave pokes his finger to the table, "You know that is very ridiculous, right? That is the spell that costs a lot of time to use, I don't believe that she has the time to do that."

"Well..." Sabrina takes out a wooden staff with a lot of magic words flying around, "This is a gift from her last year when the city celebrated Heroes day. That year she joined the festival and met me. Well, it was a good time to talk to her but once again, I couldn't pull out that coat." Sabrina folds her arms and huffs. 

"Okay," Sakira takes the wooden staff, "What is this staff for?" 

Sabrina answers, "Well, "Absolutely Zero" is in that staff." Sakira drops the staff while Javen gasps. Sabrina smirks, "You don't believe? That's fine because I don't believe in the first place... But seeing many things that are impossible from her, I feel normal now." 

"But... but how? This is not a simple spell that can contain this object," Sakira looks at the staff carefully, "This is really new. I must summon all of the mages to research this." 

 "It's hard though. Because all of the royal mages are still working to contain the spell in a wooden staff, but still don't have any progress," Sabrina lies on the table, "ugh, I wish I could recruit her but... I know she will deny."

"I must meet her. Anyway....." Sakira pulls out a poster that has information about the Confetti school's competition. "How about we will be judges of this competition? It will be fun." 

 "Fine..." Javen smiles, "We will take a daybreak to see the competition." Sabrina smiles as she agrees with Javen. They will be here tomorrow to be judges. This competition will be fun.

-----The next day, at Confetti School -----

Many fireworks shoot into the sky to celebrate a competition at the school. Different years are another competition. This year, the competitors have to fight against each other until they can't fight anymore. They will have a medical team to support them and make sure that no one is dying or heavily injured. 

"Lady and Gentleman, Welcome to the Confetti School's competition." A man stands on the stage and announces to everyone, "This year of the competition. The Confetti School has chosen the title "Arena", which means the competitors must fight against each other." The man waves his hand to the medical team, "To ensure the competitors' safety, we have a medical team to treat the competitors and some referees to prevent any more injuries." 

The audience claps at the MC to celebrate the competition. The MC raises his hand to stop and he continues, "This year, we have a special guest." Then he waves a hand at the chair, "Lady and gentle, I introduce... Our Majesty, Queen Sabrina." Sabrina comes out with Sakira and Javen; she waves her hand to her subject. Everyone cheers her while Sunset can only faceclaw to this as she forgot that this queen is really like to fight. The MC goes near Sabrina and asks, "So my queen, do you have any words for our competitors?" 

Sabrina takes the micro, "All I can say is good luck to all of you. You have to try your best even if you fail. You can try next year. Don't worry, there are still many chances to prove yourself. Once again, good luck to all of you." She glances at Sunset who currently sits beside Athew and July. Sabrina grins, "Oh right, let's have some fun." 

Sabrina gives back the micro as the MC nods, "Thank you, your Majesty. All right, LET GET STARTED," the MC waves his hand to the electric board, "Because there are too many competitors this year so the organizing committee decides that... " Then the electric board reveals a map of a maze, "Have an elimination round and choose 32 competitors to go next. In this round, each competitor has to go through the maze. You can fight against each other in the maze and take them out." The competitors are murmuring each other, the MC continues, "Are you ready? Get set, go." all of the competitors rush into the maze.

------In the audience's seat zone------ 

 Sunset stands up and goes to the food store. July asks, "Where do you go, Sunny? The competition has started and you don't watch Avin go through this?" 

Sunset waves her claw, "Nah, he will pass this round." Then she heads to the food store to buy some food. 

After fifteen minutes, someone comes out of the maze and that is Avin. He breathes for a little while then looks at the sky and jumps high. Everyone is watching him and starts murmuring about him, but Avin doesn't care. The MC announced, "The first place is Avin of the Aran family." Then everyone claps at Avin, which makes him feel so embarrassed and he just sits on the bench. After five minutes, many competitors are running outside and see Avin is sitting and drinking some water.

 Beath glares at him and tries to talk to him but the MC announced, "Everyone, our elimination round is completed." Then the MC waves a hand to the electric board, "This is our result." The board shows the place of the competitor

Sunset goes back to the seat with many foods, making July and Athew unsure about this. Sunset starts eating some hamburgers and looks at them, "What?"

"Nothing," July looks back to Avin, "I never thought you ate so much, plus you don't do makeup but still have that cute face," 

"I don't know if it sounds good or not. Anyway, we should follow Avin until the end of the competition, shall we?" July and Athew nod.





-----At the first round----

Avin meets his opponent as the opponents look down on him. When the rings start, Avin charges at him with high speed, making his opponent have no time to react and receive a punch from Avin, sending him flying backward and out of the arena zone. The referee grabs Avin's hand and announces the winner. Sabrina feels excited at him and wants to ask his mentor but seeing the dragon in the seat, she already knows the answer. Sunset feels Sabrina's glance is not good at all. 

Throughout the competition, Avin defeats other competitors easily. The semi-final is there and Avin steps into the arena zone. He meets a long yellow-haired boy wearing a formal vest. Avin feels weird about this, 

 "Sorry, but this is not a party," Avin points at his suit, "I'm afraid that will make your suit get dirty,"

 The boy bows to him, "My apologies, it's just because I don't have time to wear my battle suit. Anyway, I'm Edward and I want to know your name before we start," 

 "Avin, my name is Avin." 

 Edward takes out his rapier, "Nice to meet you Avin, now we can start now." Avin nods and he takes out his sword. 

Edward charges at him with high speed and swings his sword at Edward but Edward blocks his sword. Avin tries to push the sword, Edward sees that and steps aside to let Avin's sword slam into the ground, then he slashes Avin three times at his stomach, making Avin grunt and glares at Edward. 

Avin shapes ice spikes and strikes toward Edward but Edward deflects them all. Edward rubs the rapier and an aura covers his rapier, then he thrusts it to Avin and a small drill is flying toward Avin. Avin sees that and dodges aside, watching the drill piercing the wall. He quickly throws the sword at Edward, Edward simply deflects away but after that, he sees Avin is right in front of him and punches him. Edward blocks it but he flies backwards and has to put his fingers to the ground. He feels his right arm is stunning after the punch. 

Edward grins as he is chanting a spell. Avin takes out his lance and starts rushing at him but Edward already finishes his spell. A magic circle appears in the sky, and Edward blocks Avin's attack, then kicks him. Avin blocks the kicks and steps backward. A meteor appears from the magic circle. Avin wants to dodge but he can't, so he decides to take the meteor... The meteor keeps rubbing him as he grunts and takes a deep breath. He lifts his left legs and stomps at the round, while his arms throw back then punches at the meteor. The meteor flying back to Edward made his eyes widen, then he got hit by the meteor and left smoke there. 

Avin breathes heavily and he rubs his arm. When the smoke is fading, Edward is walking out of the smoke with several wounds and still smiles at him. Avin steps back as he is surprised that to see Edward seems fine to the attack. Edward laughs at Avin as he turns to the referee

 "Referee, I give up." Edward smiles, "I'm satisfied now," 

The referee confuses but nods at the decisions he waves the flags to Avin's side, "Avin wins this round and he will be in the final battle." Everyone cheers at him while Avin is confused and wonders why Edward gives up like that. Edward waves his hand to Avin, says good luck to him and walks away. Sabrina smiles at Edward as she knows why he is giving up.

--------At audience zone-------
 
July hugs Sunset tightly, "Our son is in the final round." Then she is going to kiss Sunset but Sunset puts her claw on July's mouth and pushes her back to the seat. 

 "Calm down now, and save that kiss for your son," Sunset sighs and she sees Athew is rubbing his chin. Sunset asks, "What are you thinking?" 

 "Why did Edward give up? He seems fine after the last attack," Athew takes out the scope, "If he wants to let Avin go to the final round, he should do it at the start, " He turns and sees Sunset is drinking coke. Athew shakes his head, "you know, drinking that thing will be very harmful to your body," 

"No need to worry about me," Sunset puts down the can, "Anyway, to answer your question. He can't continue. Maybe he can hide those shaking legs from anyone but he can't hide it from the soldiers." Sunset turns to Athew, "Any question?" Avin shakes his head as Sunset stands up, "Well sitting too long makes my ribs want to warm up. See you soon." Sunset flaps her wings and flies above the arena 





"Lady and .....Gentleman. We are finally here. The final battle is here, now we..." The MC gets cut off when an explosion nears the arena. Sabrina stands up and takes out her boomerang while everyone quickly goes out of the arena with the guide of the referees and medical team. Sabrina orders all of them to go out of this zone. Sunset just floats in the sky and sees what happens next. Three dark figures appear from the explosion. They see the crowd is going out of the arena. A wave of sound comes from them and makes everyone, except Sabrina and Sunset, feel angry. 

One of the dark figures looks at the crowd and laughs, "Well, well, that magic is so much. I will take all of this magic." The dark figure opens their mouth but a boomerang slashes at her cheeks and pins it to the ground, making her grunt. "What the?" 

"You okay, Sonata?" The other dark figures look at her as Sonata reveals herself as a blue-haired girl with ponytail style "Don't worry, I got this." 

The last dark figure says, "Take care of her, Aria. I will do it." She opens her mouth but a staff slaps at her, making her annoyed and yells, "Who's there?" Sabrina takes her boomerang quickly and stands while Sunset lands on the staff position. The dark figure reveals herself as a girl with curly yellow hair. She stares at Sunset as she feels something familiar, "Who are you?"

 "No need to know," Sunset spins her staff, "And that is the question I want to ask you first." Then Sunset points the staff to them, "From what you performed before, it is exactly the legend that I have read before." 

 "You... you know our ability," Sonata stands up, "That's a surprise for us."

 "Well... " Sunset takes out the book with the title 'The legend of the sea - horse monster', making the trio stun, "yeah, your power is recorded in this book," 

 "And what are you three doing here? Absorb mana and let people die?" Sabrina lifts the boomerang, "I don't allow you to do that," 

The trio grit their teeth as Agadio tries to absorb the audience's mana but Sunset teleports near Agadio and grabs her mouth by her claw. Agadio tries to struggle out of the grab as Aria is going to shout at Sunset but Sabrina slams the boomerang in front of her, then she kicks Aria. Aria coughs some blood and flies backwards. Sonata sees Sunset's claw glowing, she screams at Sunset, a blast of air is coming to Sunset. Sunset's claw stops glowing and she throws Agadio away. She gets hit by the shockwave and rubs his claw to the ground to keep her from flying away.

Adagio laughs at Sunset, "You won't stop me." She opens her mouth and starts to sing. After a while, she can't do magic absorbing despite the crowd being angry. Adagio glares at Sunset and grits her teeth. Sonata and Aria run to Adagio to check what happened to her. They found a magic circle on Adagio's neck. 

Sabrina throws the boomerang, makes it rub the round and goes around the trio. After a while, the earth rises and surrounds them like an icehouse. It leaves a door on the earth. Sunset waves his staff and a dragon wing flying inside the door, then she raises her hand to create a magic circle. A dragon flies toward with a tornado behind charge toward the door. Then Sunset spins the staff and plugs it into the round to close the door. 

After a while, The trio reveals their true form and they glare at Sunset and Sabrina, "I will be back, soon or late." Then they fly away. Sunset flies after them but a siren shouts at her to prevent Sunset from going further. Sunset watches them fly far away, she turns back and lands on the nearby ground. She sees everyone is becoming normal as she sighs in relief. When she turns back, Sabrina is standing in front of her and stomps her foot, making Sunset turn around and go to flee but Sabrina stomps at her tail.  

 "You know what?" Sabrina slams the boomerang near Sunset's tail, making her gulp, "You have to explain all of this in your guild." 

"Okay okay, let me stay here for a while, and then we can talk,"

Sunset looks at the sky where the Siren flew off and sighs. This will be a lot of things to do for her.
> A "normal" day

After the unexpected event, Sunset comes back to the Aran Family to say goodbye. Avin rushes to hug Sunset, making her smile as Athew gives her a bag of money as he requests her. Sunset nods and takes a flight to Maple Village to enjoy the night sky.

Sunset flies up above the clouds to see the night sky. She closes her eyes to enjoy the flight. It has to be a long time before she leaves Equestria, but that is not in her mind because the pony is forgetting her. Then Sunset flies down the cloud to see the town in the electric light and continues flying.

After flying a while, she finally sees her guild and flies down there. She opens the door and sees new members are in the guild. All of the new members stare at her then start chatting like normal. Violet walks to Sunset and announces, "Sunset, Queen Sabrina is summoning you in the private room." Sunset nods and goes upstairs to the room. 

When Sunset comes to the meeting rooms, she knocks on the door, and the door is opened by Javen. Inside the room, Eldaro and Sabrina are sitting on the chair while Sakira sits opposite his sister. Sunset nods and comes inside the meeting and closes the door. Sabrina glares at her, making her uncomfortable. Sunset asks, "Eh, how long does she like that?" 

 Sakira rolls her eyes, "Since she went to this guild. It looks like she wants something from you." 

 Sabrina slams the table, "All right, Black Mage. No more hiding," 

Sakira and Javen grasp at Sabrina's sentence, Javen asks, "Is Black Mage here? Then where is she?" Sabrina points her finger at Sunset, Javen looks at her with disbelief, "You really the Black Mage?" 

 Sunset takes a seat and protests, "Eh... no, I..." She gets cut off when a chakram flies near her face and pins into the door. Sunset looks at Sabrina, who is tapping her finger on the table. Sunset finally accepts, "All right, I am the Black Mage, Happy?" 

Sabrina folds her arm, "Finally you admitted. Where have you been, huh? I just want to meet you so much but you never appear, except last year's celebration." 

"You know I really hate popularity, right?" Sunset waves her claws, "Besides if my team can't save the world, someone will do that to replace us." Sunset folds her claws, "Anyway topic aside, we are here to discuss the monsters, right?

Sabrina nods as others are confused. Javen asks, "What monster?" 

Eldaro takes out the photos of the siren, and passes them to Javen and Sakira, "Here." Then he puts his hands under his chin, "You know what monsters are, Sabrina?" 

"No, this is the first time I see this kind of monster." Sabrina rubs her head and is silent for a while. "When I fight with Sunset here, she seems to know about this monster." 

Everyone looks at Sunset, which makes her sigh. Sunset pours the wine in the cup, "What now? They are Sirens, ok?"

Sabrina tilts her head, "Siren? What the hell is that? 

 Sunset answers, "Just imagine they are mermaids but replace the human part with a pony part or horse part in this case." Sakira is going to ask her more but Sunset raises her claws to stop, "To answer the following question, they can make anyone angry then they will absorb mana from them." 

"I see," Eldaro rubs his chin and turns to Sabrina, "Do you have any record about this monster, Sabrina?" 

Sabrina shakes her head, "I don't know. But I will search for a report about the cases." 

Eldaro nods, "I see." Eldaro turns his head to Sunset, "You are not get away from this thing, Sunset." then he pulls out a present, "Welcome to the "A" rank, Sunset.`` 

Sunset takes the present and sighs, "Looks like my free time is gone, I guess." Eldaro smirks as Sunset opens the present. It has two small golden plates that attract a short chain. Sunset lifts one plate, " Did you separate these parts from the balance scale or something?"

Eldaro rubs his head, "Yeah, because you are a dragon so I can't find anything accessory that fits you, and this thing doesn't have any enchantment. " 

Sunset grins, "I see. See you later,"

 Sunset goes out of the room and stretches her body. She takes a deep breath and goes downstairs to see the wooden board. There are plenty of "C" rank quests sticking on the board. Sunset is going to take one quest but someone caught her claw to stop. Turning her head, Sunset sees a muscular man holding a staff and a little young woman is holding a big axe. Sunset nods and picks another quest. When she is done, she goes outside and does the quest. 





----------At night------------

Sunset locks the door and goes to her working group. She takes out the plates that Eldaro gives to her. She sighs and draws a magic circle to put the plates on that. Then she starts working on the enchantment of the plates. 

------ Meanwhile, at White Leaf Lake------

The Dazzling is currently in the middle of the lake. Adagio can't defuse the magic circle on her neck, this stops her from absorbing mana from others. This makes her frustrated and she wants to get rid of that dragon. Aria and Sonata try to comfort her and find a way to defuse the magic circle but they can't. Aria taps her hoof on the stone while Sonata tries to find a way to bait the dragon out. Adagio looks at Sonata and is confused. She uses her hoof to tap Sonata.

Adagio asks, "What are you thinking? I saw you like this for like three hours." 

Sonata looks at Adagio, "I don't know how that dragon can use magic? Before we sleep, I don't see any dragon that can use magic. In Equestria, we don't have that type of dragon. "

Aria swims next to Sonata, "I see you want her to take off that magic circle, we can't do this if Adagio is still sealed with that circle," 

"How about we all attack the dragon to force her to unlock Adagio's ability?" Sonata looks at Aria, "Just make her angry and we can take all of her magic, right?"

 "I see you have a plan." Aldagio asks as Sonata nods, "Let's hear it." 





-----The next day-----

Sunset opens her eyes and finds that she is sleeping on the floor, again. She stands up and picks up the plates that she enchanted and sees how it works. She put the plates on the ground and transferred some mana to them. It appears as a green orb on the right plate and a white orb appears on the left plate. She sees that and takes out the orb, then she puts one of them on her left horn and tests to see if it works or not. The plate is shining and creates a yellow orb. Sunset smiles at this and wears another one to her right horn. The job is done, she takes the orbs and heads to the guild.

Inside the guild, there is an adventurer who is heavily injured and lying on the ground. Everyone in the guild tries to treat him, to make sure that he is not dying. Eldaro is standing upstairs and sees the injured adventurer with a worried look. Sunset will go upstairs to ask him what happened, but she trips and drops all of the orbs on the floor.

 The green orbs are rolling to the injured adventurer. When it touches him, he is covered in a green aura and all of the wounds on his body slowly disappear. Everyone in the guild just stoned when they see that while Sunset is trying to get up. Karen tries to pick the blue orb, the orb explodes and Karen is covered in ice after that. Jezz picks the yellow orb and he gets electrocuted after that. 

"Ouch," Sunset rubs her head and looks around to see her orbs, "Hey, where are my orbs?" 

One of the female adventurers rushes to hug Sunset, "Thank you... for saving his life" Then she shakes Sunset, "I don't know what happens when he dies. Thank you so much." 

"Ca..Can.. yo..you... sto...stop...shak...shaking... me?" Sunset is trying to say and the girls stop. She looks around and sees Karen is covered in the ice, "Can someone break that ice for her?" Some of the guild members take out hammers and break the ice for Karen. Sunset sighs, "thank you."

"Oh... eh..... Can I know your name? At least I can remember who saved my teammate," The girl rubs her fingers together. 

Sunset rubs her head, "Call me Sunny, I am an "A" rank adventurer." Everyone in the room turns their heads to Sunset and murmurs about her. Sunset feels weird about this, but she goes upstairs and sees Eldaro shake his head. Sunset confuses and asks, "What happens?"

 "You should stop crafting something not so natural like that," Eldaro pokes the plate that hangs on Sunset's horns, making it swing around, "Well, this accessory fit you though," 

"Thanks. Anyway, why do we have an adventurer who is heavily injured?" Sunset stares at the adventurer. "I believe that he is safe." Eldaro points at the room, "I will meet you soon, wait there and the others will come. I have to ask that adventurer to see what happens?" 

 Sunset goes inside the room and sits down. She starts testing the plates that she just enchanted before because she wants to make sure that this accessory works perfectly. 





After one hour, Sabrina and the gang are coming there. Eldaro leads to the meeting room; when Eldaro opens the door, many orbs of different colors roll outside the room and drop to the downstairs. Eldaro facepalm while another tilts their head in confusion. Sabrina takes a blue ball and squeezes it. She gets frozen after that. Javen and Sakira panic and they quickly break the ice for Sabrina.

 Eldaro carefully steps inside the room and sees that Sunset is holding a green orb. The orb is glowing and all of the other green orbs are rolling to Sunset's claw and fusing to the orb. The green orb is bigger and bigger until all of the green orbs are completely fused. Sunset starts doing that with another orb. After a while, the room now has red, blue, yellow, and green orbs on the table. Everyone goes into the room and takes a seat. 

Sabrina starts to complain, "You should not create anything weird, Sunset," she points at the yellow orbs and continues, "What is this thing? Is that some kind of your spell?" 

Sunset shakes her head, "No, that's just my enchantment to my accessory," Sunset pokes at the plate

Javen is going to say but Eldaro stops him, "Anyway, you all stop asking her from now." Then he takes out a paper, "We will start with the main problem. According to our injured adventurer, he has been attacked by three monsters. The upper part is like a horse while the lower part is a fish, which has scales and kinds of stuff. He gets attacked in White Leaf Lake when he has slain some " Giant snails"

Sabrina looks at Sunset, "Sound like them," Sunset nods as Sabrina continues, "Bet that this is their trap." 

Eldaro closes his eyes, "We already know that. This kind of trap is wanting someone to go there," Then he looks at Sunset, "I think you shouldn't go with us." 

Sunset shakes her head, "Sorry, but I can't let you if they aim at me, I will go alone." 

Eldaro raises his hand, "Then you will go with us, I will pick some snipers to support you from outside." Then he folds his arms, "This can break their plan, and surprise them." 

Sunset stays silent awhile, then turns to Eldaro and smiles, "I know why Sabrina prevents you from retiring." Then she steps out of the room, "See you tomorrow."

Eldaro turns his head to others, "Who wants to support her? Raise your hand," Sabrina and Javen raise their hands while Sakira doesn't. Eldaro asks, "What's wrong, Sakira?" 

Sakira answers, "I will stay to make sure our guild does not become chaos," 

Eldaro nods and everyone in the room helps to take out the orbs that Sunset has created and puts them in the middle of the room. Everyone in the guild sees that and starts talking about the orbs. Some people are scared but Eldaro has comforted them that these orbs are safe and explains that the one who gives these things is the Black Mage. Everyone inside is happy and tests them, and it was fun that day.

------At night-----

After working at the guild, Sunset goes home to return home to prepare to fight with the Dazzling. She also buys some books about sound magic to counter the Siren and do exploratory work in one night. After a while, Sunset found that sound spells can make someone have an illusion, can make them sleep and can also control the dream, but none of them can control the emotion as the Siren do. Sunset also found that sound magic can kill someone under high pressure. She thinks for a moment then takes out earplugs and starts enchanting them.

-----The next day------

Sabrina walks to the Guild and opens the door to meet Eldaro, who is currently interviewing the people that want to join the guild. Sabrina smiles and takes a seat, causing many people to try to avoid her. Sabrina sighs and asks Karen for a drink, and waits for Eldaro. 

After two hours, Eldaro finishes interviewing and walks to Sabrina. He sees Sabrina sleeping on the table. He shakes his head and slams the table, making Sabrina yelp and get up immediately. Sabrina sees Eldaro and shakes her head to make her fully awake. Sabrina takes a deep breath and looks around, "Eh... Did you see Sunset around here?" 

Eldaro shakes his head, "No..." then he rubs his chin, "Well... how about let get her anyway?" 

Sabrina grins, "Okay, I'm in."





The duo goes up to the hill. They have encountered some monsters but they simply ignore them. After thirty minutes of walking, they found a wooden house. Sabrina admires this house then she rushes to the door and knocks, but no answer. She knocks on the door again, no answer. Sabrina grabs the doorknob and spins it, finding that it doesn't lock. She turns to Eldaro and they nod. They step inside the house and see that this house has many chandeliers on the roofs and many candles are on fire at the two sides of the halls and stairs.

"I admire her decoration," Sabrina pokes the fire of the candle, making it blue, "If she joins the Halloween decoration house contest, she will be at the top three." 

 Eldaro rolls his eyes, "Yeah. Anyway, we should find that dragon." 

Sabrina and Eldaro search all of the floors but they don't find her. They go upstairs and see many magic circles on the ground. Sabrina and Eldaro stop and carefully go without touching these circles, then they go inside the room and sigh in relief. Turning around, they see Sunset sleeping on the table while many swords are floating around the room. Looking around the room, they see many magic circles on the floor and roof, two bookshelves at two sides of the room. Sabrina looks at the book title and sees that they are all magic books.  

".... look like we have to be careful with these," Eldaro grabs a floating sword and it's shining blue. "Okay, I bet she does a lot of enchantment here," 

"How about we take all of these swords? I bet that they will be useful for us." 

Eldaro nods in agreement and he carefully carries Sunset, while Sabrina takes all of the swords to see their power. The duo goes outside the house and Eldaro puts the sleeping dragon without making her wake up. Sabrina takes a glowing red sword and slashes at the tree, and finds nothing. A moment later, many magic appears on the tree and explodes. The sword is now on fire. Sabrina transfers water mana to see if it will shut the fire or not. Surprising them, the fire is not shut down, it becomes a line of fire and a water line appears. They are dancing with each other around the sword. 

"....The more I meet her, the more I hate her," Sabrina cracks her neck, "Wake her up, now."

"Why?" Eldaro taps the dragon's back, "I think she is sleeping peacefully, so I don't want to wake her up." Eldaro throws another sword for Sabrina, "Here, try another one. If this sword has a weird enchantment again, we will wake her up."

Sabrina catches the sword and looks at it. She found nothing except it has a yellow aura. Sabrina steps a distance from the tree and then slashes at it. A small yellow orb is flying toward the tree very slowly. Sabrina feels weird but she decides to wait for the orb to interact with the three. When the orb touches the tree, it explodes in a large radius, enough to blow Sabrina away. Sabrina gets up and walks near the sleeping dragon. She stares at Sunset and uses a water spell to wake the dragon up. Sunset grasps and looks around. She sees Sabrina and Eldaro near her.

Sunset rubs her head, "Where am I? And why am I here?" 

"Welcome back to real life, Mrs. dragon." Sabrina points at the fire and water sword, "Mind to explain here?" 

"Oh, that sword I use to practice enchantment," Sunset shakes her head to fully awake, "If you like, you can take it."

"Thanks." Sabrina puts the sword to her dimension pocket, "I appreciate that. Anyway, you should prepare for the trip to White Leaf Lake." 

 The dragon yawns, "Already does, just one condition." 

Eldaro shakes his head, "No condition. You must go now." 

"Fine," Sunset stands up, "Let's go." The duo nods and they walk with Sunset to the White Leaf Lake. 





On the way to White Leaf Lake, Sunset meets Eldaro's sniper team. They lead to the lake. Sabrina goes first to scout the lake. Sabrina sees that the Siren is at the lake. She takes out the crystal and announces the group. Sunset goes to the White Leaf alone while Edaro gives her a crystal and sets his team. 

The lake is very huge and bright. It also has a small lane with a white leaf tree in the middle of the lake. Sunset looks around the lake and sees all of the trees around it have white leaves and are falling down. Sunset admires this beautiful lake but she has a job to do. Sunset is walking on the water and realizes that this lake is quite deep; she steps by step until the sirens rise from the water and glare at Sunset. 

The yellow yells at Sunset, "You... you are the one who seals me." The other sirens swim around Sunset, making her look around, "You must unseal me, or you will die." 

"How about no?" Sunset slams her palm to the water, making the water around freeze. The sirens fly back to Adagio and glare at Sunset as she smirks at them, "Well, before we start, can we know each other?"

The yellow siren silences then she decides to introduce, "The name Adagio." And she points at his sisters, "These are Sonata and Aria," 

Sunset grins, "The name is Sunset Shimmer." Then she takes out her staff and wears her sallet," Nice to meet you."

Sunset teleports to Adagio's head and uses "Wyvern Slash" at Aria, making her have no time to react and get hit by the spell. Adagio tries to slam Sunset but she teleports away and starts chanting the spell. Aria opens her mouth and uses "Shockwave" at her, Sunset flies up to dodge but Sonata's tail hits her, makes send fly backward and slams into the tree but her chanting isn't cut. 

Sunset is done chanting and casting a spell. A little orb flies above the lake and disappears. Sunset stands up and stares at the sirens. Adagio rushes at Sunset but Sunset teleports to Sonata, which makes her surprised. Sunset casts a spell, a water dragon is rushing at Aria. Aria manages to dodge the water dragon but she sees Sunset appear in front of her, then she gets hit by "Wyvern Slash" from her and slams into the water. 'I admire them but...' Sunset thinks as she swings the staff to block Adagio's tail that swings at her. 

The three sirens come together as Sunset takes out the crystal and talks to them. The Dazzling sings together. Sunset takes out the earplug and wears it. She doesn't hear anything and grins at them, then she throws the staff at Adagio's to shut the voice down. Adagio realizes that something stabs her neck and finds that a staff is plugged right into the magic circle, then she tries to pull out the staff but a lighting dragon rushes at her and slams at her. Adagio gets electrocuted and drops the staff. Sunset teleports to take the staff while Sonata and Aria catch Adagio on the air. 

"You three should give up right now." Sunset takes out the earplug, "I don't want to kill any of you." 

Sonata uses "Shockwave" at Sunset, Sunset simply steps aside. Aria glares at her, "You... You made Adagio can't absorb magic and now you told me to surrender," Aria takes a deep breath and shouts at Sunset, enough to make a lake wavy. Sunset stands there and shakes her head. After a moment, a huge shark with horns rising from the water, makes Sunset jump back to dodge its bite. Sunset covers her staff with blue fire and charges at them.


--------Meanwhile--------

Javen is watching the battle through a scope. He feels amazed but also feels annoyed when he has to stand outside.

"... I don't know she can fight all three monsters like that," Javen put down the scope, "But I see a "Horn Shark" is supporting them." 

"I see..." Sabrina turns her head to the sniper, "Take down that shark for me." 

"Yes madam," The sniper takes out his sniper rifle and his piercing bullet. He kneels and aims at the shark.

------Back to the lake-------

Sunset has to dodge all of the lights from the "Horn Shark". The Shark is rushing and pointing the horn at her. Sunset dodges it and covers her legs with an aura, then she kicks the shark and makes it fly. In the air, The shark grunts and glares at Sunset, it is going to spin at the dragon but a bullet flies through its head, makes it fall down the ground and blood is dripping from its head. The blood is dropping down to the water but it disappears when it touches the water. Sunset smiles while the sirens glare at her.

"Give up yet?" Sunset sighs, "I don't want to kill you." 

Sonata shouts, "Then we will just keep absorbing the magic. We will do that again and again," Sonata is going to talk more but she finds that all of her body is covered by magic circles. She looks at Adagio and Aria and sees that they are covered in magic circles too. Sonata looks back to Sunset, and asks loudly, "what have you done to us?"

"Surrender or you will blow up," Sunset is holding a magic circle, "And tell me why you have to absorb someone magic like that?" 

The Dazzling silent for a moment then they roar in the sky, a large magic circle appears. After a while, many rocks come from the circle and shoot at Sunset. Sunset uses the spell to raise the water and freeze it. The rock is hitting the ice. Sunset uses a fire aura under her and creates white smoke at her spot. The Dazzling is laughing at Sunset and thinks that she will die. The spell stops and the Siren is staring at the smoke but a dragon claw appears at Aria's neck, making her look back and see the orange dragon. Adagio stares at Aria, "How... how can you escape that?"

"Don't care. Now," Sunset plugs the claw into Aria's neck, making her bleed, "Should I kill her?"

Sonata begs, "Please, no. I will do everything you say."

"No way, we never surrender," Adagio looks at the bleeding Aria and silents for a moment. Sunset's claw plugs deeper into Aria as she is asking for the duo's help. Adagio grits her teeth, "Fine, we surrender." 

"Good," Sunset takes her claw out of Aria, "Now change into human form and follow me." She drags Aria along with her. The trio changes themselves into humans and follows Sunset. Sunset glances back to them, "Don't do anything funny."





Eldaro comes back to the guild after Sunset introduces the Sirens to him. He remembers that Sunset has sealed their magic absorbing ability to make sure that they are not dangerous. Now, he sees Sonata singing and people in there enjoy that while Adagio and Aria are chatting with Jezz, they are still confused about what they will do here. Eldaro looks at the guild from upstairs and smiles, 

A voice from behind Eldaro says, "Something funny?" Eldaro turns his head and sees Sunset. She continues, "What do you think about the Siren?" 

"It's fine, time will tell whether they are fit to stay or not." Eldaro spins a medal and throws it at Sunset.

 Sunset catches the medal, "What is it? Don't tell me I am raising the rank again," 

"You guess right?" Eldaro turns on the TV and sees Sunset on the news. "You make me have no choice." 

 Sunset sighs, "Well... I wish I was an "F" rank right now," she is lying on the floor, "Bet that I can't have time to study magic anymore," 

"Well, I don't know but the Magic Council wants you to be there to explain how the sword works. Because having fire and water on a sword is not possible."

"I deny. I want to be free to study magic and not follow any rules." 

Eldaro smirks, " Look like you see, studying magic is like your entertainment." Eldaro grabs Sunset's tail and drags her, "Come one, we got a meeting to discuss." 

"Fine," Sunset let Eldaro drag her to the meeting room and talk to them. The guild is now popular and Sunset feels like nothing to do here. Now, destiny is waiting for her.





------Two years later-------

Sunset comes to the guild and sees the guild is crowded. She goes upstairs and sits on the barrier.

"Have fun there?" Sunset turns her head and sees Eldaro, "It has been 2 years since you joined the guild." Eldaro gives Sunset a cup of wine.

Sunset takes it, "I know right, it is very fun since you just established this guild." 

Eldaro pats her back, "Mostly because of you, you make us be popular like this," Eldaro sees Sabrina is coming this way, Eldaro sighs, "Well, we got a problem," 

Sunset rolls eyes as Sabrina waves her hand, "You two are talking about something." Sabrina looks at the Dazzling singing and people in the guild are enjoying it. "Well, at least we keep their secret." 

Sunset closes her eyes. It has been two years since she joined the guild. Those moments when she joins the guild are very neutral: sad, fun, angry or even want to keep those moments forever. Sunset sighs as she sees the Dazzling. They are Equestrians but they want to stay here to enjoy life. Has no way to stop them, she has to accept it

Jezz comes to her and yells, "Hey Sunny... " That yells make Sunset fall to the first floor, Jezz rubs his head, "Oops," 

"Well, I have a reason to punish you right there." Eldaro pats Jezz's shoulder, making him gulp. "But we will discuss later. Don't worry, it is very "nice"."

Other adventurers help her stand up as she drops the heroes’ team medal. Sunset stares at it and it rings like an alarm clock. Sunset has to turn it off and talk to the medal, "Hello?

Sunset hearing Matt begs, "Help, I am being dragged by a green hair girl here. She said that I have to retrieve some crazy crystals and it will be a long journey. Can all of you help me out?" 

At this point, Sunset sighs as she answers, "I'm on my way," then she shuts down the medal.

Eldaro sees that and pats Sunset's shoulder and asks, "Have to go?" Sunset nods and Eldaro continues, "All right, see you again. I hope." Sunset smiles and she immediately goes to her house to prepare. After the preparation, she presses a button on the medal, a hologram map appears and the red dot. Sunset smiles and takes a fly to unite the team
