Sometimes, the most powerful beings, come from the smallest hearts
Alex Kazuma, a young boy who lives in an orphanedge, wishes to have a family to be loved by. Whoever his wishes are soon answered when he ends up in a new world along with a unknown destiny that awaiting him.
It all started in a orphanedge in the middle of nowhere. It was currently dark in the sky as all that can be heard were hoots of an owl.
Inside the Orphanedge was a young boy about twelve years of age. He had white skin with white hair and red and blue eyes. He wore a pair of googles on his head along wearing a white shirt and black trousers. This boy was named Alex Kazuma.
He was currently getting ready for bed as it was getting late. He sighed, he had lived in this orphanedge as along as he could remember. Two days a week, a couple would come to this Orphanedge to adopt a child. However, it seemed that no one wanted Alex. No matter what he did and how good he tried to be, it seemed that no one wanted to adopt him at all.
Before going to bed he looked up out of the window as he saw something. It was a shooting star as it flew across the sky in a dash. Alex starred in awe while sighing as he held his hands close while closing his eyes.
"I wish, that I could be adopted and have a family." He whispered. He then opened his eyes to see the shooting star disappear in the distance before getting into bed and closing his eyes, hoping that his wish would come true.
However, he should know that people should be careful of what you wish for. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Right now, we are seen in a void of space and time. A place which seems to be devoid of anylife. The only thing that was there was a blue police box which was moving through a series of wormholes.
Inside the blue police box was actually bigger than it was on the outside. Inside was a giant room which had a series of control pannels. Inside sitting on a chair was a man who a mix of brown and black hair. He was currently wearing a dark blue suit with black strips with a red tie. This man was only known as, The Doctor.
He was currently checking the controls on the Tardis as it seems that something was pulling him to somewhere but he couldn't quite figure out on where it was.
"Just where the hell are you taking me?" The Doctor said muttering to himself as he was trying to work out the direction.
Soon after about two minutes there was a thud as it felt that the Tardis has hit the ground which shook the inside a bit before calming down.
Sighing in relief, The Doctor decided to check outside as he went to get his trenchcoat before walking out to see where he had ended up, but once he did, his eyes widen in shock.
He looked to see that he had found himself in some sort of Kingdom. Well it wouldn't be a surprise to the Doctor given that he had been to kingdoms before but this one was way out of his league.
He saw that in this kingdom was...Ponies?! But those ponies were different than the ones he had seen before. Some had wings and were flying and some had horns as they were lifting things by using magic. He saw some ponies that looked to be the normal ones he would see on Earth, however each pony was in a different colour and appeared to have some sort of tattoo on their flanks.
"Well this is most unusual, even for me." The Doctor commented as he looked around, though he started to think on why he was in a place like this. There had to be a reason on why he was here.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!"
The Doctor's thought's were cut off as a loud scream caught his attention. It sounded like a child's scream. He wasted no time to run out of the kingdom to find the source of the scream. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Alex was sleeping blishfully until he felt somthing on his nose. He slowly openned his eyes to see that a butterfly was on his nose as it flew away.
Alex then sat up as he yawned before streching his arms. However as he slowly openned his eyes, they widen in pure shock of what he was seeing. He was in a forest!
"What?!" Alex said shocked. How did he end up here?! He then remembered that before going to sleep he wished upon a star. "Great, I should've been careful on what I wish for."
Alex then felt something beside him as he turned to see that it was his red and black backpack.
"Huh? How did this get here?" He asked himself as he picked it up and examined it before shrugging. "I guess it came with me here. Though, where is here?"
Alex stood up as he put on his backpack before looking around. He began to have an uneasy feeling as he felt that he was being watched.
His surspisions were correct as he then heard a growling sound coming from behind. He slowly turned to see what it was as his eyes widen in both fear and shock.
Behind him, was a large lion, but it however had a few differeances from the lion he knew. It had bat like wings on its back, and had a large scorpion tail.
Alex felt that its green gazing eyes were directly piercing his soul. Not wanting to be this beast's next meal Alex made a dash and ran for his life as the lion ran after him on all fours.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Alex screamed as he ran and ran and ran. Hoping to escape this beast, or atleast find someone to help him. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Doctor was currently running into a forest as he was currently looking for the source of the screams that he heard. He found out he was getting closer as the screams started to get louder as he then stopped to see who was making those screams.
He saw a boy who looked to be twelve years old running away. The boy had the same skin colour he had along with having white hair and red and blue eyes. The boy was wearing a googles with a white shirt and black trousers as he had a backpack on his back.
The Doctor was confused on why the boy was running but his eyes widen to see what was chasing him. It was a large lion with bat wings. The Doctor knew straight away that creature was a Manticore.
The Doctor looked around for something that he could use to save the boy from the manticore. He looked down and found a not so large yet long and sharp stick.
The Doctor picked it up and ran as he saw the Manticore was now cornering the poor boy. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Alex accidently tripped over a rock as he fell to the ground before getting up as he looked up to see that he was cornered as he backed away to see the lion getting closer but before it could jump at him a foot kicked the Manticore in the face.
Alex looked to see a man with a mix of brown and black hair wearing a suit and a trenchcoat while holding a large stick as a weapon kick the lion away as the man turned to face him.
"Go! Run!" The man yelled as Alex hesitated a bit but ran to find behind a rock as he looked to see what was happening.
The lion tried to swipe a claw at the man but the man was surprisingly able to dodge the swipe as he hit the lion with the stick at his face which made it roared in anger an pain.
The lion then tried to bite down on the man but he was able to jump back and dodge the bite as he kicked the lion in the face again which made it stumble back in pain.
"Is that all you got?" The man taunted the lion which made it gain a pissed look.
The lion jumped at the man again but he was able to dodge its attacks as he saw an opening before stabbing the stick in the beast's wing which made it roar in pain as it punched the man in the chest which sent him down to the ground while also making him let go of the stick.
The lion the bit the stick out of his wing before crushing it as it slowly walked towards the man.
Alex was afraid of what will happen, but he will not let this beast harm that man.
Alex then ran out of his hiding spot and got in front of the man as he held his arms out.
"Leave him alone!" Alex yelled defencely as the lion growled with a confused look.
"What are you doing?!" The man asked. "Run while you still have the chance! Don't worry about me!"
"No!" Alex yelled looking back at the man. "I won't let you get hurt because of me." Alex then faced the lion again as it got ready to attack. "Just leave us alone!"
The lion didn't listen as it ran at Alex and jumped as it got ready to bite down on him.
"SSSSSTTTTTTOOOOOOPPPP!!!!!" Alex yelled in the loudest voice he had ever done as he huge light flashed around him. The light then fired a shined that headed in the lion's direction as sounds of roaring could be heard.
Once the light died down, the beast was nowhere to be seen. Soon Alex slowly lost conscious as everything went black. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The Doctor saw that the child was about to fall so in the nick of time he caught him in his arms before checking that he was ok.
The Doctor sighed in relief to see that the boy was still alive, but was just unconscious. He then looked in front of him in shock as he saw half of the forest was burnt to nothing.
The Doctor looked at the burnt forest before looking back at the boy in his arms who was still unconscious. Something told the Doctor that this boy was not normal. But he didn't care he stood up and carried the boy back to the Tardis, knowing that he'll have to answer the boy some questions to find out on where he is from.
It was a lovely day in Equestria. Everypony was getting on with their daily lives with no problems.
Princess Celestia was in her throne room inside her castle as she was drinking tea while reading a newspaper until out of nowhere she felt a massive burst of energy which made her spit out her tea before covering her mouth.
"What in Equestria was that?!" She thought. She had never felt such power before in her life. Sure she had seen villains with world ending power, but this was different. So much different.
"Sister!"
Celestia looked at the door to see her sister, Princess Luna came in while bursting the door open.
"I take it that you already sensed that energy?" Luna asked.
"I'm afraid so." Celestia replied. "It was unlike anything I've ever felt. I take it that you came here to tell about it?"
"Honestly, not at first." Luna replied. "I originally came here to tell you about an uninvitated guest."
"Excuse me?" Celestia asked confused.
"I got word from some guards that an unknown blue object appeared out of nowhere in canterlot." Luna replied. "And...a human came out of it. I was about to confront this human but a scream was heard and the human ran off. After he did the energy we felt was emitted. Later that human came back with a younger human before going back inside the blue object."
Celestia was surprised that there was not one, but two humans in Equestria. She needed to know if they were a threat or not.
"Where are they?" Celestia asked.
"They're inside the blue object which is in Canterlot which is where we are at." Luna replied.
"We better send some guards to ask them to meet us." Celestia said to which Luna nodded in agreement. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Alex was grogily waking up as he yawned before streching his body.
"Man, what happened?" He thought while adjusting his sight but then his eyes widen in pure shock to see that he was in some sort of room they looked like something from a Sci-Fi movie he watched back at the orphanedge.
"Ok, forget about what happened, where am I?" He said out loud while looking around the place.
"You're in my home."
Alex turns to see that it was the man who saved him from that lion creature.
"It's you!" Alex said.
"Glad to see that you're awake." The man said walking to the couch Alex was sitting on before sitting next to him. "Are you feeling ok?"
"I-I think so." Alex replied. "Thanks for saving me."
"No problem." The man said. "Also, how about we get to know each other. What's your name?"
"I-I'm Alex Kazuma." Alex replied. "You?"
"I'm the Doctor." The man named "The Doctor" replied which confused Alex.
"Doctor Who?" Alex asked.
"Just the Doctor." The Doctor replied. "Anyway enough about me. I want to ask you a few questions. If you answer mine I'll answer yours."
"Seems fair." Alex said.
"Great." The Doctor said. "First question: Where are you from?"
"I came from an orphanedge." Alex replied shocking the Doctor.
"You're an orphan?" The Doctor asked.
"Y-Yeah." Alex replied. "I spent my whole life living there. I waited everyday to be adopted by someone, but no one ever did."
"Oh, sorry to bring it up." The Doctor aplogised.
"No no, its ok." Alex assured. "You didn't know. Also, you can continue your questions."
"Ok then." The Doctor said. "Do you know how you got here? I mean as where I found you?"
"Not really." Alex replied while shrugging. "The last thing I remember was that I was getting ready for bed and wishing upon a star for a family to adopt and poof! I woke up where you found me at."
"I see." The Doctor said. "Final Question: Have you experienced any odd events before coming here and do you recall what happened before waking up in my home?"
"Not really." Alex replied. "I hadn't experienced any odd events before I got here. I'm also confused on what happened before waking up in your home. The last thing I remembered was a bright light and then I passed out."
"I see." The Doctor said. "So what are your questions?"
"Well first: What was that lion thing that attacked us?" Alex replied before asking.
"That was a manticore." The Doctor replied which shocked Alex.
"What?!" Alex said in shock. "Manticores don't exist! They're mythical creatures!"
"Yet one tried to kill us." The Doctor said smugly which made Alex roll his eyes at that.
"Ok fair point." Alex said. "Also, where are we?"
"Well...," The Doctor began. "That's what I want to know myself in all honesty."
"Oh great." Alex said facepalming himself. "I'm lost."
"Hey, at least you have me to protect you and stuff, right?" The Doctor said which made Alex feel a little better.
"I-I guess..." Alex said, but he knew it would be a while before he actually felt a bit more safer. "Also, what is this home that we're in?"
"Its called the Tardis." The Doctor replied which made Alex raise an eyebrow.
"Tardis?" Alex asked confused and unimpressed.
"It's short for Time And Relative Dimension In Space." The Doctor explained which made Alex nod in understanding.
"Wait, are you an alien?" Alex asked getting an uneasy feeling.
"...Yeah." The Doctor hestitated before replying which shocked Alex.
"Well, if Manticores exist, I guess Aliens wouldn't be far behind." Alex muttered.
"I'm surprised your taking this well for an eleven year old." The Doctor said.
"Hey! I'm Twelve years old!" Alex said while pouting.
"Heh, my bad." The Doctor said with a chuckle. "Anyway, you want something to eat?"
Alex nodded. The running away from the Manicore sure made him hungry as a horse. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The Doctor was giving some breakfast to Alex who began to wolf down on the food which made the Doctor watch with a chuckle.
However, the Doctor couldn't help but not shake the thought about what was that light Alex produced. He was also unsure if Alex wasn't even human. Hell, he could even be a hybrid offsping of a human and a alien.
But regardless, the Doctor knew very well that he had to keep Alex out of trouble, because judging by the fact Alex was able to erase the Manticore and the area behind in intense fear showed that Alex's power kinda depened on his emotions. The Doctor needed to make sure to teach Alex to control his powers or otherwise he could accidently become a danger to those around him.
It seems though that Alex is not aware of his own abilities meaning the Doctor had to find out a way to tell Alex about his powers without freaking the twelve year old out.
However, there was an knock at the door which halted the Doctor's thoughts and made Alex stop eating.
"Were you expecting someone?" Alex asked.
"No, not at all." The Doctor said before standing up and heading to the door with Alex following him.
As soon as the two reached the door the Doctor openned it only to be greeted by a total of twenty ponies which had golden armor on them as they also had spears.
Alex was shocked and a bit afraid as he hid behind the Doctor who starred at the Ponies with a serious yet calm look.
"Hello there." The Doctor started. "How can I help you?"
"We have been given orders by Princess Celestia and Princess Luna to take you two to meet with them." One of the ponies replied with a serious look.
"Princesses?" The Doctor thought. It appeared that this world that he and Alex was currently in had royal monarchs ruling it. He looked down at Alex who was shaking behind him before looking back at the pony guards.
"What is it that your Princesses want with us?" He asked.
"Princess Luna had spotted you appear out of nowhere inside the object you are currently in." One of the pony guards replied. "She also said that she and Princess Celestia had sensed a burst of powerful energy."
"Damn it." The Doctor thought. It seems that Alex's energy didn't go unnoticed. The Doctor didn't want to endanger Alex's life to meet with Royal Monarchs, but it wasn't like he had a choice. He and Alex were currently outnumbered and who knows how these pony guards fight. And the risk that Alex could accidently erase people if he got too afraid. He then decided to check with something.
"Are we in trouble though?" He asked.
"The Princesses just want to have a talk with you two. That is all." Another pony guard replied.
"So no harm will come to us if we agree to come and meet your Princesses?" The Doctor asked with caution.
"That is garanteed." One of the pony guards replied.
"Then we agree to come and meet with them." The Doctor said before looking back at Alex. "Will it be ok with you?"
"U-Um sure." Alex replied. "Since its ok with you."
"Thank you for your coroperation." One of the pony guards said. "We shall lead you to the castle."
The Doctor and Alex then begin to follow the pony guards to the castle so that they can meet with the Princesses. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Princess Celestia and Princess Luna were now patienetly waiting for the guards to bring in the humans that were spotted. In truth the two were anxious, but they tried to cover it so that they wouldn't worry their new guests.
"I just hope that things will be smooth sister." Celestia whispered.
"Me two, but right now we need to act professional." Luna whipsered back.
