It was another sunny day for Fluttershy as she got out of her cottage. She admired the view of birds flying around while other animals were walking around the grassy fields. Fluttershy made her way to her mailbox to see what was delivered to her. Fluttershy's mail was made up of the usual things: an animal care magazine, flyers for new businesses in Ponyville, and letters from her friends. Fluttershy then noticed one particular light green envelope that was among her mail. She looked at the return address and she became happy. Fluttershy used her wing to open the envelope and pull out the letter. Fluttershy started reading the letter's writing:

Dear Fluttershy,

I just want to write and find out how you are doing. I have been doing fine as well. I was able to help all sorts of animals while staying in Vanhoover. Even though I enjoy my job as an animal rescuer, I can't help but miss spending time with my family. That is why I'm leaving Vanhoover for a while so I can catch up with my family. I'll start by heading back to Cloudsdale and spend some time with Mom and Dad. After that, I can travel to Ponyville and spend some time with you. I mean, if you're not too busy. Please send me a response so I can plan ahead for my vacation. I hope to see you again!

Sincerely,

Gentleshy

Fluttershy squealed as she was happy to read that her little brother will be coming to visit. She flew back to her cottage to write a response letter.

A few days passed with Fluttershy and her friends setting up a small picnic on a large, grassy field.

"Thank you all for helping me with this picnic." Fluttershy said to her friends.

"It's no problem, Fluttershy." Twilight responded. "It's always nice to have a picnic during a nice day. Especially since we will be meeting your little brother." Pinkie suddenly popped next to Twilight, causing Twilight to jump from fright.

"Eee! This is so exciting!" Pinkie cheered. "This is just like when I first introduce you all to Maud!"

"Let's just hope that this meeting won't end up with one of us about to face certain doom." Rainbow commented as she remembered when Maud visited.

"I'm surprised that you haven't met Fluttershy's brother, Rainbow." Applejack said to Rainbow.

"Fluttershy and I only hung out at school or in other parts of Cloudsdale." Rainbow responded. "Fluttershy does keep mentioning that she has a little brother, but I never seen him at Fluttershy's house when I come to visit."

"That's because Gentleshy works as an animal rescuer in Vanhoover." Fluttershy said. "He only comes home on some occasions if he wants to visit me and our family." Rarity was adding some finishing touches to the picnic's arrangement.

"Well, any relative of Fluttershy is good in my book." Rarity added. When everypony was done with setting up the picnic, they gathered around Fluttershy while waiting for her brother to arrive.

"Gentleshy should be coming any minute." Fluttershy said as she looked around. "Maybe it's best for you to know some things about him before you introduce yourselves." Fluttershy said. "Gentleshy has a birth defect where he has a wing shorter than his other one. So please don't make fun of my brother's small wing. Gentleshy is also very shy, especially around mares. The only exceptions would be me and my mother. So try not to overwhelm him with lots of questions."

"A weak flier and super shy? Where did he get that from?" Rainbow asked with sarcasm.

"Rainbow!" Twilight yelled as she elbowed Rainbow's stomach.

"It's fine, Fluttershy." Twilight said while smiling. "Your brother sounds like a good stallion." Fluttershy turned to see something from the distance.

"Oh, here he comes now!" Fluttershy said. As Fluttershy's friends waited for Gentleshy, they couldn't help but imagine him as a small, dorky version of Fluttershy with black-rimmed glasses on his eyes to make him look more nerdy. They tried their best not to laugh and they ended up chuckling. Fluttershy's friends were interrupted when a yellow blur appeared before them.

"Sorry I'm late, Fluttershy." A stallion's voice said. Fluttershy's friends had shocked looks from what they were seeing. It was a yellow pegasus stallion with short and spiky dark pink manes that were brushed upwards. One of the stallion's wings was small and wrapped in white bandages. A small, blue whistle was around the stallion's neck and a red armband with a white cross was on his arm. "I had to rescue a drowning puppy from a wild shark!" The stallion said with confidence. The stallion held up a little pug puppy that was soaked and shaking in fright.

"Oh my! That was so brave of you, Gentle!" Fluttershy said as she took the puppy and cuddled it.

"I know I'm off-duty, but I just couldn't help rescuing any animals in danger." The yellow stallion said before he turned to the mares behind him. Fluttershy's friends were still staring at him. The stallion's manes went down and he became nervous. "Um, who are these mares, Fluttershy?" The yellow stallion asked.

"Those are my friends, the ones I've mentioned in our letters." Fluttershy replied. The yellow stallion slowly turned to the mares who were still staring at him.

"Uh....hi there, I'm Fluttershy's brother, Gentleshy. It's um...a pleasure to meet you." Gentleshy said quietly and nodded. He noticed that the mares' eyes grew wide and their cheeks started to blush.

Fluttershy's friends were lost for words when they saw Gentleshy. To them, he was one good-looking stallion despite having a small wing. Not only that, the mares' hearts skipped some beats when they saw that he had a shy side when he interacted with them. To them, it was really adorable.

Gentleshy panicked when he saw Twilight. "Oh! I'm so sorry, your majesty!" Gentleshy said to Twilight as he quickly bowed to her. "I forgot that my sister is friends with you, Princess Twilight. I-I regret not bowing to you before!" Twilight couldn't help but form a goofy grin on her face as Gentleshy was bowing to her like any other royalty. The rest of Fluttershy's friends glared at Twilight for getting more attention from Gentleshy.

"You don't have to bow to Twilight, Gentle." Fluttershy said. "She doesn't like to be treated like a princess. She prefers to be treated like any other mare. Right, Twilight?" Fluttershy said as she turned to Twilight.

"Well, you can still bow to me if you want to." Twilight said. "It actually makes me happy." Fluttershy's friends glared daggers at Twilight while Fluttershy stared with confusion.

"We should probably start the picnic so the ants won't be tempted to take our food." Fluttershy suggested as she sat down on the picnic blanket.

"Alright," Gentleshy agreed as he sat down besides his sister. The rest of the mares responded by trying to sit down on the other side of Gentleshy. Rainbow was fast enough to get to the spot first before the other mares.

"Oh look, I was the first to make it to this spot." Rainbow said in a fake tone. "Looks like the rest of you will have to sit somewhere else." Rainbow then stuck her tongue out. The mares grumbled quietly as they sat down on other spots. Everypony started to eat the food when Rainbow was the first to speak to Gentleshy.

"So Gentleshy, has Fluttershy ever talk about how awesome I am?" Rainbow asked with confidence.

"Um, a few times." Gentleshy replied quietly. "My sister has told me how you just became a Wonderbolt and was able to perform the Sonic Rainboom a few times. I heard that it's almost impossible for any pegasus to do."

"Well, that goes to show that I outdo the impossible." Rainbow gloated which made the rest of the mares jealous.

"Fluttershy has also told me that you always stay loyal to her and your friends. There was also times Fluttershy mentioned that you spoil your pet tortoise as if he was your baby." Rainbow's face formed a small blush as Gentle knew about Tank. The other mares couldn't help but giggle as Rainbow was getting embarrassed.

"I-I only do that because tortoises require that kind of treatment!" Rainbow said in defense. Gentleshy only smiled.

"It's quite alright. I say that is really sweet of you to give a lot of attention to your pet." Gentleshy said. This caused Rainbow to blush more as she was receiving such nice compliments from Gentleshy. Rarity interrupted by moving closer to Gentleshy to get his attention.

"So Gentle, I believe that you have heard of me, the Generous and Fabulous Rarity?" Rarity asked while flaunting her manes.

"Oh yeah, I read from the newspapers that you just opened a new boutique in Manehattan." Gentleshy responded.

"Indeed," Rarity answered. "I also have opened the Canterlot Carousel boutique in Canterlot."

"I read that you were successful for the Princess Dress, that dress looks so lovely that I want to try it on." Gentleshy suddenly blushed from what he had just said. "I-I mean if I were a mare that is."

"It's quite alright, darling." Rarity waved a hoof. "In fact, how about I make you a special outfit that will show how handsome you are." Rarity started to giggle as she started to imagine Gentleshy in all sorts of outfits.

"Um, sure, Rarity. I would appreciate that." Gentleshy said as he picked up a sandwich and took a bite out of it. His face lit up from how tasty it was. "Wow, these sandwiches taste great!" Gentleshy said as he took another bite.

"You can thank me for that." Applejack as she moved closer to Gentleshy. "I made the sandwiches with some of my family's juiciest apples."

"You must be Applejack then." Gentleshy said after he swallowed. "My sister wrote to me that you work really hard when it comes to your family's apple orchard. Fluttershy has also mentioned that you cook a lot of good food and she was right on the mark!" Gentleshy praised as he took another bite from his sandwich. Applejack couldn't help but blush and she ended up hiding her face with her hat.

"Aw shucks, Gentleshy. You're making me feel like a housewife!" Applejack said as she hid her face with her hat. Just as Gentleshy was done with his sandwich, Pinkie appeared in front of him.

"You should try one of my cupcakes!" Pinkie said as she offered a bright pink, frosted cupcake to Gentleshy.

"Oh, thank you, I guess that makes you Pinkie Pie." Gentleshy said as he took a bite of Pinkie's cupcake.

Pinkie suddenly gasped. "You know who I am?!"

"Fluttershy had told me that if I see a pink, frizzy maned mare who can pop out of nowhere, that would be Pinkie Pie." Gentleshy said as he took a bite of his cupcake.

"Don't forget that I'm also Ponyville's resident party planner! Speaking of which," Pinkie ran off and reappeared with her party cannon. She fired it and confetti rained down on Gentleshy. "Congratulations!" Pinkie cried out with cheer.

"For what?" Gentleshy asked.

"For me and you meeting for the very first time! This should be a day we must always remember. I know I will." Pinkie said as she gave Gentleshy a suggestive wink. Gentleshy couldn't help but look away as he felt really embarrassed for being stared at by a mare for so long. Pinkie was suddenly covered by pink aura thanks to Twilight's magic. Twilight used her magic to move Pinkie away and sealed the party mare inside of a magic bubble.

"I apologize for Pinkie's lack of knowledge for personal space." Twilight said. "She gets carried away with her partying." Gentleshy looked to see Pinkie hitting the bubble in attempt to escape. Twilight continued to speak, "Fluttershy has told us you live in Vanhoover while working as an animal rescuer. That sounds really interesting."

"Y-yeah, Vanhoover is a nice place and I do love my work as it allows me to help all sorts of creatures there." Gentleshy responded.

"So after all of the animal rescuing, do you have any hobbies? Specifically reading?" Twilight asked.

"Uh...yeah, I like to read." Gentleshy responded nervously. Twilight's eyes shined bright when Gentleshy agreed.

"That's amazing! I just so happen to also enjoy the fine art of reading a good book! What kind do you read? I can recommend you to some really good books that would suit your preferences!" Gentleshy was getting more nervous from seeing Twilight getting excited.

"Girls!" Fluttershy hollered which caught everypony's attention. Fluttershy looked not to happy as she got up and walked over to her friends. "Gentle, would you please excuse me while I have a small chat with my friends?" Fluttershy's words suddenly made the mares shiver a bit.

"Uh, okay, Fluttershy." Gentleshy said as he watched the mares follow Fluttershy behind some bushes. When the mares were out of Gentleshy's sight, Fluttershy started to speak.

"What in Equestria are all of you doing?" Fluttershy asked sternly. "I specifically told all of you that my brother doesn't like to be bombarded with so many questions."

"I'm sorry, Fluttershy." Twilight said as she approached Fluttershy. "I almost forgot that your brother is really shy around mares."

"I agree," Applejack said as she removed her hat. "To tell you the truth, he looks like an interesting stallion. With that nicely combed mane, those glassy light green eyes that makes him look like an adorable puppy, and his soothing voice that makes him sound like a fairy tale prince." Applejack sighed as she started to remember what Gentleshy looked like.

"And his flank! That small but firm flank!" Pinkie added which made the other mares blush a bit.

Fluttershy started to remember her brother's recent interactions with her friends. It wasn't long before Fluttershy started to piece things together.

"Did all of you fall in love with my brother?!" Fluttershy asked in shock. The mares attempted to answer, but they only showed embarrassed looks.

"Well, you have to admit that he is quite handsome." Rarity responded.

"I'm sorry to say this, but I don't think that would be a good idea right now." Fluttershy said.

"What?!" Fluttershy's friends shouted at once.

"As I mentioned before, my brother is too shy around mares right now. You'll only scare him more if you keep acting so love sick. If he wants to pursue a relationship, I won't stop him. But for now, it's my job as his older sister to make sure he feels safe while staying with me at my place. All of you make sure you stay well behaved while he's around, got it?" Fluttershy asked. The mares looked down and nodded in defeat. "Good, now I will take Gentleshy back home while the rest of you clean up the picnic." Fluttershy said as she flew off to her brother. When Fluttershy was gone, all of the mares glared at each other as if they were ready for battle. This was a sign that the mares weren't so willing to give up on making Gentleshy theirs.

"Wow, this place is amazing!" Gentleshy said as he and Fluttershy walked into her backyard which was filled with different animals.

"I figured you would enjoy it." Fluttershy said. Angel Bunny hopped towards Gentleshy while giving the stallion a curious look.

Gentleshy gasped. "Is this your pet bunny, Fluttershy?"

"Yes, this is Angel Bunny." Fluttershy then turned to her bunny. "Angel, this is my little brother, Gentleshy. I want you to get along with him." Gentleshy picks up Angel and pet the bunny on the head.

"Aw, aren't you a sweet little bunny." Gentleshy cooed as he continued to pet Angel. Gentleshy placed Angel down and searched through his saddlebag for something.

"Here you go, Angel. I brought this gift for you." Gentleshy said as he held out a large carrot with his hoof. Angel smiled and took the carrot from Gentleshy. Angel licked his lips before he took a huge bite on the carrot and began munching on it.

Fluttershy giggled. "It seems that Angel likes you now." Fluttershy said. She and Gentleshy continued to explore the area and meet all of Fluttershy's animal friends. Gentleshy was even able to meet Harry the Bear who gave Gentleshy a big bear hug.

"I'm sorry how my friends acted when they met you." Fluttershy said as she and Gentleshy sat on the grass.

"It's alright, I guess it's because they're so different and they act differently when they meet new ponies." Gentleshy replied.

"You can say that." Fluttershy said while showing a pretend grin.

"Still though, they are very interesting to me. They seem like good friends who have treated you well." Gentleshy continued.

"Yeah, they do their best to help me and each other out." Fluttershy said.

"Although, the way they acted recently really reminded me of my coworkers back in Vanhoover." Gentleshy said.

"Really?" Fluttershy asked.

"Yeah, the mares who also work as animal rescuers often giggle or wink at me when I work with them. There were even times when the mares would ask me out on dates."

"Oh no, I hope you weren't too scared." Fluttershy said with worry.

"I was so terrified." Gentleshy said while frowning. "I try to decline their offers. When I was able to deny the mares' offers, they shrugged it off and asked me out another time. It was getting really tiresome for me."

"I'm so sorry you had to deal with that." Fluttershy said as she placed a hoof on her brother's shoulder.

"It's alright, Sis." Gentleshy said. "That's why I came here. So I can see you and relax for a bit."

"Well don't you worry." Fluttershy assured. "We're going to have a good time together!"

"That's great!" Gentleshy smiled. "Maybe we get check out Ponyville since I'm curious to see what the town is like."

Fluttershy thought about Gentleshy's suggestion as she wasn't sure if her friends will be nearby and they might try to do something to her brother. She thought as long as she was with Gentleshy, things won't turn out too bad.

"Alright, I can show you around Ponyville." Fluttershy said as she and Gentleshy got up and trotted to Ponyville.

Fluttershy and Gentleshy arrive to the main streets of Ponyville to see the many buildings and stores it has. While trotting, Gentleshy sees local ponies saying hello to Fluttershy and they ask her how she was doing. Fluttershy talked to the locals for a bit before they left while waving their hooves to her.

"Wow Sis, I never thought that so many ponies would know you." Gentleshy said with surprise.

"I sometimes help take care of the residents' pets." Fluttershy replied.

"Not to mention that you have helped save Equestria multiple times." Gentleshy added. Fluttershy blushed from hearing that.

"Oh, I just help whenever I can." Fluttershy said with modesty. Out of nowhere, Fluttershy saw a pink light flashed before her. Fluttershy blinked a few times before she realized that she and her brother were now inside of a large library of books.

"Fluttershy, how did we get here?" Gentleshy said as he looked around. "Also, where are we?"

"We're in Twilight's library." Fluttershy said as she could easily recognize the library's decor.

"Oops, my bad." Twilight said as she approached Fluttershy and Gentleshy. "I was working on a new spell and I may have accidentally summoned the two of you here." Fluttershy glared at Twilight.

"Twilight, did you teleport us on purpose?"

"What? Of course not!" Twilight said with a nervous smile. "Since Gentleshy is here, why don't I give him a tour of my castle? It's really impressive if I say so myself." Gentleshy took a good look at the long rows of books.

"Wow, you have quite the book collection, Princess Twilight." Gentleshy commented. Twilight couldn't help but squeal from hearing such a praise.

"Thank you! I've been able to read all of these books multiple times!" Twilight said as she levitated some books towards her and the siblings. "What kind of books do you like to read?" Twilight was so close to Gentleshy that he started to blush.

"Um, romance novels," Gentleshy admitted.

"Ooh! I read romance novels too! Any specific types? Historical? Paranormal? Kinky?" Twilight was interrupted when Fluttershy's hoof plugged Twilight's mouth.

"Thank you, Twilight, but I believe it's time that my brother and I go." Fluttershy said as she pulled Gentleshy's hoof to the exit.

"But wait! We can even form a two-pony book club and discuss which parts of certain stories were very steamy!" Twilight cried out as she chased after the pegasai siblings.

Luckily for Fluttershy and her brother, they were able to outrun Twilight and hide behind some buildings. Fluttershy looked out to see if the coast was clear.

"Wow, Twilight sure love her books." Gentleshy commented while trying to catch his breath.

"You have no idea." Fluttershy said as she continued to look around. "Alright, we should be good walking around town again." Fluttershy said as she led her brother to another part of Ponyville.

"Fluttershy, are you alright? You seem a bit stressed." Gentleshy said with concern.

"I'm fine, Gentle." Fluttershy lied. "I'm just a bit exhausted from all of that running."

"How about we stop by somewhere for a drink?" Gentleshy suggested.

"That would be delightful." Fluttershy smiled as she led her brother to one of the teashops in Ponyville. They took their seats at an outside table and waited for the server to get their drinks.

"I have to say, Ponyville is a very nice town." Gentleshy said as he looked around. "It's small, secluded, and the citizens are kind to each other."

"It is a wonderful town." Fluttershy said as she sipped from her teacup. She stopped when she saw Pinkie approaching them.

'Oh no,' Fluttershy thought as Pinkie arrived. Pinkie was pushing a baby stroller with Pound and Pumpkin inside.

"Hey Fluttershy! Hey Gentleshy! I didn't know you two were in town!" Pinkie said with her usual happy attitude. Fluttershy composed herself before she spoke.

"I was just giving my brother a tour around town. I see that you're busy as well." Fluttershy said as she saw the Cake twins in the stroller.

"Yeah, Mr. and Mrs. Cake were busy. So I volunteered to take care of the twins." Pinkie said as she pushed the stroller closer to Gentleshy.

"Aw, they're adorable!" Gentleshy said as he started making faces to the twins. They giggled in response. Gentleshy suddenly stopped when Pinkie and Fluttershy were looking at him. "Sorry, I just like to play with babies."

"It's alright, I like to play with the twins as well. In fact, watch this." Pinkie picked up Pumpkin and rocked her for a bit. "Who's a good filly? You are!" Pinkie cooed as she blew raspberries on Pumpkin's stomach, causing the filly to giggle.

"Wow, that's really impressive." Gentleshy admitted.

"Thanks, don't I make a good mother?" Pinkie said as she grinned directly at Gentleshy. This made Gentleshy more uncomfortable than usual.

"Uhh, I guess?" Gentleshy said nervously.

"I'm so glad you said that!" Pinkie then reached inside her manes to pull out a scroll and unrolled it. "While you're here, is it alright that I tell you what names I would give to my future foals? I just need your opinion on what names you prefer." Before Pinkie started reading her scroll, she realized that Fluttershy and Gentleshy vanished from where they sat.

Fluttershy hurried as she pulled Gentleshy as far away from Pinkie as possible.

"Fluttershy, was it alright to leave Pinkie there?" Gentleshy asked.

"It's fine, Gentle." Fluttershy replied. "I think it was best for her anyway." Fluttershy looked back to see that Pinkie wasn't following. "We should be safe for now." Fluttershy said as she and Gentleshy stopped to take a break.

"There you are!" Pinkie hollered from the distance. Fluttershy quickly pulled Gentleshy again and they were getting chased by Pinkie while she pushed the Cake twins' stroller very fast. "Come back, Gentleshy! I need to know which baby names you like!" Fluttershy looked around until she spotted an opened door from one of the buildings.

"Quick, this way!" Fluttershy yelled as she pulled her brother into the doorway and slammed it shut. The siblings had their backs behind the door as they waited until the sound of Pinkie's steps faded from their hearing.

"That was close," Gentleshy said as he took some deep breaths from all of the running.

"It would be best to stay here." Fluttershy said before a door opened in front them.

"Fluttershy? What are you doing here?" Rarity said as she was the one who opened the door. Fluttershy looked around to see that she and her brother were hiding inside Carousel Boutique's supply closet as it was filled with fabrics and pony mannequins.

"We were just hiding from Pinkie." Gentleshy answered.

"Gentleshy! I was hoping to see you again!" Rarity said as she used her magic to pull Gentleshy out of the supply closet. Fluttershy quickly followed in pursuit.

"Allow me to welcome you to Carousel Boutique!" Rarity said as she showed Gentleshy the main room of her shop.

"Wow, this place looks really nice! Especially all of the outfits you have made." Gentleshy said as he saw the pony mannequins dressed in Rarity's latest outfits.

"Well, it is my life's work after all." Rarity said as she used her magic to retrieve a sketchbook. "I was able to come up with some works that would suit you very well. Is it alright that you model some of my designs?" Rarity said with puppy dog eyes.

"Uhh...sure, Rarity." Gentleshy said from giving in to the pressure.

"Excellent!" Rarity said as she levitated some measuring tape. "I just need some of your measurements." Rarity was slowly walking towards Gentleshy with anticipation until Fluttershy snatched the measuring tape from Rarity.

"I'll take the measurements, Rarity." Fluttershy said while glaring at Rarity.

"Alright," Rarity gulped as she didn't want to face Fluttershy's wrath. "I'll just get the materials ready." Fluttershy wrapped the measuring tape around Gentleshy.

"Gentle, are you sure you want to do this?" Fluttershy asked as she jotted down Gentleshy's measurements on a notepad. "You don't have to if you're uncomfortable."

"It's alright, Sis." Gentleshy responded. "I was curious to see how a great designer like Rarity makes her clothing."

"Oh Gentleshy, you're such a charmer!" Rarity said while using her sewing machine. She was able to sew up the right amount of fabrics and threads thanks to Fluttershy's notes. When Rarity was done, Gentleshy was asked to go into the changing room to put on his first outfit. When Gentleshy exited the room, he was wearing a decent, black tuxedo.

"Oh my!" Rarity cheered with pink hearts in her eyes. "You look absolutely handsome, Gentleshy!"

"Thank you, Rarity." Gentleshy said while blushing.

"We still have more for you to try on!" Rarity levitated some more outfits for Gentleshy. Time went on with Gentleshy trying on different outfits. One outfit made Gentleshy look like a hipster. Another outfit made Gentleshy look like a prince from a fairy tale with even a crown to match. Gentleshy even looked like he came from a preppy academy from one outfit. Rarity couldn't help but use a small fan to cool herself off from seeing how attractive Gentleshy looked from all of her outfits. Even Fluttershy was happy to see Gentleshy was having fun from all of this.

"These are really great, Rarity!" Gentleshy said as he came out of the changing room.

"It's no big deal." Rarity said while waving a hoof. "There is one last outfit you should try on."

"Oh, sure." Gentleshy said. Rarity used her magic to levitate what looked like a pair of red swim briefs.

"I should warn you, this one is very tight." Rarity spoke sensually. Gentleshy blushed a very bright red from how embarrassed he felt.

"Rarity!" Fluttershy yelled. Out of nowhere, a rainbow streak burst from the front door and everything spun around. When Fluttershy's dizziness was gone, she saw that her brother was missing. She was confused about what happened until she remembered that rainbow streak. "Rainbow," Fluttershy growled under her breath.

Gentleshy was screaming and flailing around as he was suddenly flying through the air.

"The more you struggle, the more likely that I might drop you." Rainbow warned. Gentleshy looked up to see Rainbow was carrying him.

"Rainbow? Why are we flying?!" Gentleshy asked as he looked down.

"I just wanted to show you my secret spot." Rainbow said as she smiled. She slowed down and lowered Gentleshy to a secluded pond area that was surrounded by trees.

"Wow, this place is beautiful." Gentleshy said as he looked around the area.

"Yeah, I usually practice my flying here since it's so secluded and open. By the way, I'm sorry for grabbing you so suddenly." Rainbow said while rubbing her arm.

"Um, it's alright." Gentleshy said as he waved his hoof.

"Great! Now I want to show you something that is so awesome!" Rainbow said as she prepared her wings and flew up into the air. She started to perform all sorts of aerial routines that she learned from Wonderbolt training. Rainbow did zig-zags while flying, loop-de-loops, and spun some clouds to make them look like her face. She looked down to see Gentleshy being really impressed from her performance. Rainbow's confidence grew as Gentleshy was liking what he was seeing. She flew a bit closer to Gentleshy so he could hear her. "And now for the grand finale!" Rainbow hollered. "This is the flying move that marked my name in Equestrian history!" Rainbow started flying upwards and kept flying high.

"Whoa!" Gentleshy said as he saw Rainbow flying passed some more clouds. Rainbow looked back to see that she was extremely high from where Gentleshy was watching. She slowed down and turned around.

'Alright, let's do this!' Rainbow said in her mind before she flew straight down. As Rainbow flew downwards, she was picking up more speed. Rainbow was almost reaching the ground and she was falling very fast. Just before Rainbow hit the ground, she shot straight up again. This caused Rainbow to leave a sonic boom along with a long rainbow trail behind her. Rainbow formed an arch as she flew and her trail formed a convincing rainbow.

"Did you like that, Gentleshy?" Rainbow asked. But as Rainbow turned to Gentleshy, she noticed that he was nowhere to be seen. Rainbow looked around to find Gentleshy. She started growling as she thought of the possibility that one of her friends must've taken Gentleshy.

Little did Rainbow knew, Gentleshy was actually running through the forest because he spotted a small rabbit that was hopping nearby. He wasn't able to catch the bunny and ended up getting lost in the woods.

'I feel sort of bad for leaving Rainbow while she was flying. I just couldn't help chasing but chase that cute bunny.' Gentleshy thought as he continued walking. He was able to pass a few more trees until he arrived to a large field full of apple trees. Gentleshy was impressed to see so many apple trees all around him. He then noticed Applejack was kicking some of those trees, causing the apples to fall down. Gentleshy quickly trotted towards Applejack.

"Hey, Applejack!" Gentleshy called out to the farm mare.

"Gentleshy?!" Applejack said in surprise. She really didn't want Gentleshy to see her all covered in sweat and dirt from her farm work. "W-What brings you here?" Applejack asked while trying to calm down.

"I ended up getting lost in the woods and found this place. Is this your family's apple orchard? It looks really great." Gentleshy said.

"Why thank you, hun." Applejack replied.

"What?" Gentleshy asked. Applejack blushed from realizing what she had called Gentleshy.

"I-I mean thank you for the comment." Applejack corrected. Gentleshy's stomach growled, causing the stallion to blush.

"Sorry, I guess I'm a bit hungry. Is it alright if I have one of your apples?" Gentleshy asked. Applejack came up with an idea that could work in her favor. "Tell you what, how about I offer you some of my family's homemade apple treats? They're way better than just a plain apple." Applejack took Gentleshy's hoof and led him to her house.

"You don't have to do that." Gentleshy replied.

"Nonsense, my family made plenty of apple treats." Applejack said as she and Gentleshy entered the house. Gentleshy was sitting at the kitchen table while Applejack was bringing out some apple treats.

"Alright, help yourself." Applejack said.

"Wow, all of these look delicious." Gentleshy said while looking at the apple spread. "I can't decide which dish to eat first." Gentleshy was suddenly spoon fed some applesauce by Applejack.

"You can taste the sweetness of my family's homemade applesauce. I've been eating this ever since I was a filly." Applejack said as she fed Gentleshy another spoon. "Now how about some apple salad?" Applejack said as she lifted a bowl of lettuce and apple slices. Gentleshy was eating each apple dish Applejack provided him. He was delighted to taste the various apple dishes such as apple pie, apple dumplings, apple brown betties, and much more. But as Gentleshy was eating, he started to become full. He didn't say anything as there was still some more apple dishes and he didn't want to disappoint Applejack.

"I hope you have room for my Apple family's famous apple sandwich!" Applejack said. The kitchen's door burst open and Rainbow came flying in. As Rainbow landed, the impact caused all of the apple dishes to jump up and hit the ground. This left a mess of smushed food and shattered plates.

"I finally found you!" Rainbow yelled while pointing a hoof at the Applejack. "I should've known that you would take Gentleshy away from me, Applejack!" Applejack's face grew red with anger.

"Are you kidding me?!" Applejack shouted. "First you burst through the door, ruined my apple dishes, and now you're accusing me of taking Gentleshy?! You got a lot of nerve!" Applejack and Rainbow started glaring at each other. Gentleshy felt scared from seeing the two mares ready to fight each other.

"There you are, Rainbow!" Rarity said as she entered the kitchen. "How dare you take Gentleshy while he was modeling clothing for me!"

"You were about to make Gentleshy wear a skimpy swimsuit! I was practically doing him a favor." Rainbow said.

"Ah ha! I finally found you, Gentleshy!" Pinkie cried out as she popped her head in the doorway. "Now we can go over our foal name list!"

"What is going on here?!" Twilight cried out as she flew into the kitchen. "I was looking for Gentleshy to find that you girls are ruining our time together." Almost all of the mares started to argue amongst themselves while Pinkie was just reading out loud her list. Fluttershy entered the kitchen last to see that all of her friends were arguing while her brother was sitting in a corner while looking completely terrified from what he was watching. The sight before Fluttershy made her face completely red and she held her breath.

"ENOUGH!!!" Fluttershy yelled out, causing all of the mares to pause and go silent. The mares looked at Fluttershy who didn't look happy at all. Fluttershy stomped towards her friends and this made them shake in their hooves. Fluttershy began speaking. "I thought my brother could have a relaxing time in Ponyville. I also thought all of you could hold some restraints. What did I get? My brother ended up feeling really scared and all of you were acting like a bunch of love-sick vultures!" Fluttershy marched her way to Gentleshy to help him get up. "Now, I'm going to take my brother home and I don't want any of you disturbing us. Do I make myself clear?" Fluttershy saw her friends quickly nodding in agreement to show that they understood. "Good," Fluttershy and Gentleshy exited the kitchen, leaving the rest of the mares feeling extremely guilty for what they have done.

It was the next day and the siblings were having tea in Fluttershy's living room. Gentleshy didn't say anything to his sister as he wanted to give his big sister some space. Fluttershy also couldn't speak as she felt really embarrassed for showing her angry side in front of her little brother.

"Gentle," Fluttershy said to get her brother's attention. "I...want to apologize for my outburst yesterday."

"It's alright, Sis." Gentleshy replied. "I should be thanking you for saving me back there. I would've been in a bad situation if you didn't speak up for me. It shows that you're a great big sister." Fluttershy smiled as she was glad her brother wasn't too scared of her. She heard the door knocking and went to open it. Fluttershy saw her friends standing in front of her and they all showed regret on their faces.

"Can I help you?" Fluttershy asked sternly. Twilight was the first to approach Fluttershy.

"Fluttershy, we are so sorry for giving you and your brother a hard time yesterday." Twilight said. "You had the right to yell at us for what we did. We almost ruined our friendship just because of a stallion. I was the worst considering that I'm the Princess of Friendship."

"Indeed, I must admit that I was having way too much fun from your brother's little fashion show." Rarity admitted.

"Making Gentleshy really scared was the last thing I wanted to do, and yet I unintentionally did it." Pinkie said as she lowered her head.

"I might've acted a bit brash for taking Gentleshy from you so I could show him my flying skills." Rainbow was then receiving some looks from her friends. "Okay, extremely brash."

"I was acting too excited for Gentleshy trying my apple treats that I fed him so much of it." Applejack said.

"Can you forgive us?" All of Fluttershy's friends said at once. Fluttershy took a deep breath before she replied.

"Of course I forgive you. What kind of friend would I be if I denied you all forgiveness?" Fluttershy was then pulled into a large group hug with her friends.

"So, everything is okie dokie lokie?" Pinkie asked.

"You all still need to apologize to another pony." Fluttershy nudged towards Gentleshy who was standing in the doorway. He looked nervous as the other mares were here as well. The mares ended their hugs and slowly approached Gentleshy.

"We're really sorry about yesterday." Twilight said. "We're willing to start over if you want." Gentleshy formed a small smile on his face.

"I would like that very much." Gentleshy said. The rest of the week went on with Gentleshy having a wonderful time in Ponyville. He was then given a complete tour of Twilight's castle and he did receive some really good reading recommendations thanks to Twilight. Gentleshy and the mares stopped by Sugarcube Corner to enjoy some of Pinkie's homemade pastries. Gentleshy was even allowed to play with the Cake twins. At Carousel Boutique, Rarity offered some stylish and appropriate clothing that Gentleshy liked. Everypony sat on the grassy fields while watching Rainbow perform some flying stunts. She was giving it her all this time as Gentleshy wasn't leaving this show. As Rainbow performed her Sonic Rainboom, it left Gentleshy completely amazed to see how colorful the rainbow was. Applejack hosted a small party at her farm so Gentleshy and her friends could enjoy some delicious apple treats.

The week was finally over and it was time for Gentleshy to go home. The mares were at the train station to say their goodbyes to Gentleshy. He struggled a bit with his luggage as it was stuffed with presents and souvenirs from Fluttershy and her friends.

"Aw Gentleshy, do you have to go?" Pinkie whined.

"I'm sorry, Pinkie. I still have my animal rescuing job back at Vanhoover and I need to head back." Gentleshy then noticed that Pinkie was looking sad.

"But that doesn't mean I won't come back. Ponyville is now my main vacation spot." Gentleshy said. Pinkie smiled from hearing such great news.

"Come back when you can, Gentleshy." Applejack said. "I'll whip up some freshly baked apple treats for you."

"I already can't wait." Gentleshy replied. He then turned to Twilight. "Are you sure it's alright giving me some of your books, Twilight?"

"It's fine, I have plenty." Twilight said. "Just be sure to read all of them and keep them organized."

"Will do," Gentleshy nodded.

"I do hope you wear that scarf I made for you, Gentleshy." Rarity said. "I hear that it will be chilly back at Vanhoover."

"I'll wear it every time it's cold, Rarity." Gentleshy said.

"Make sure you keep those Wonderbolt posters safe." Rainbow said. "I signed them and it's only a matter of time before I become so well-known as a Wonderbolt that those posters will be extremely valuable."

"I'll hang them up on my walls when I get back." Gentleshy said before he turned to his sister.

"Thanks again for letting me stay here, Fluttershy. I wish it lasted longer." Gentleshy said.

"It's alright, just be sure to write to me and my friends when you have the time." Fluttershy said before she and her brother gave each other a hug.

"I will definitely do that, Sis." Gentleshy said. Soon, the rest of the mares joined in on the hug. When the hug was done, the train's whistle blew to signal that it was ready to leave. Gentleshy entered the train and watched as the mares waved him goodbye. He waved as well while the train moved and left Ponyville's train station.
