Prologue: The Spark to Light the Flame (Part 1: Suffering; 1/2)
In Chameleo's world, it was the Mane 6, Spike, Raptor, Soulfire, and Makoto's turn to visit. They were having fun times, and recalling past adventures, but one of them, was aggravating.
"I still can't believe Nigel broke Jewel's wing like that!" RD said angrily as teams Loyalty, Generosity, and Laughter agreed.
"Still, we can't let our anger get the best of us." Chameleo reminded himself, Rainbow Dash and the other team members.
"Yes, I don't want to be in that symbiote suit again." Fluttershy said scared, as she remembered the times of what happened when she, teams Laughter and Kindness got angry with the symbiote suits on.
"Still, some of those bad guys are real meanies!" Pinkie complained. Then a portal appeared.
"Looks like we're needed somewhere again." Soulfire said.
"Sure looks like it, sugarcube." AJ agreed.
"Alright!" Raptor said with excitement.
"Let's just be careful this time." Twilight said with concern.
"Well, let's get going!" Viper exclaimed.
"And kick some heartless butt!" Makoto added as everyone else in the team agreed. They went into the portal, but somehow, Crane, Tails, Amy, Cream and Cheese, Big, Vector, Mamota and Skylyzi couldn't enter.
"Huh?" Crane asked, confused.
"Seems like only those who got in and didn't come out can go to that world." Tails said, hitting the nail on the head. (Figuratively Speaking)
"That's a bummer." Big plainly said.
"I just hope Sonic is okay!" Amy said, still fawning over Sonic, with worry.
"I hope everyone makes it back alright." Cream said with care for those who fully entered the portal as Cheese agreed. "Chao!"
"Me too." Mamota agreed with Cream.
"Seriously, I don't get payed enough for this." Vector complained.
"Enough with the payment already, Vector! Sheesh! Not that they will need my help." Skylyzi deadpanned as the portal closed.
Meanwhile, in the portal, they realized that some of the others were missing, but figured out, even though they didn't like it, that they weren't needed for the world they were going to. Then a window to the past opened up.
"What past are we gonna see this time?" Raptor asked.
"I just hope that we get what's going on in there." Spike said.
The team was in awe after seeing all of that, they were going to a world that had mechanical demigods.
"That. Looks. AWESOME!!!" Rainbow Dash and Raptor yelled in unison.
"No kidding!" Soulfire and Makoto said in unison as well.
"So cool!" Spike exclaimed as the others agreed.
"Wait, it looks like there's more." Rarity pointed out.
"Then let's see what happens." Datozo said.
"Guess we need to know more of the past." Blade agreed.
After seeing those shocking events, the Elements of Harmony were speechless, and not in a good way. Some of them were even devastated or heartbroken, as nopony liked what they saw.
"What... In the name of Arceus?!" Chameleo asked baffled, in anger and sadness.
"No way..." Viper said.
"It can't be..." Twilight said in disbelief.
"That's... Really bad." Spike said, completely frightened.
"I can't believe it." Applejack said in sadness.
"Neither can I." Morrigan agreed with AJ.
"To think... That they were his allies." Vaida said in pity of Asura's allies, including his brother-in-law.
"I feel so sorry for Asura." Fluttershy said as she sobbed, heartbroken.
"Tch... They clearly don't know the meaning of justice or peace." Knuckles snarled.
"I'm feeling really angry at them for that." Sonic said enraged.
"Me too!" Everyone else said in unison in anger as well as the window to the past closed, starting the transformation.
"Looks like it started." Blade said as they began to change shape, enveloped in a white light, before they enter the new world, shaking and tearing the ground beneath them.
Meanwhile, in a strange world...
Meanwhile in Asura's world, Gaea, when the Elements of Harmony and their allies arrived, the light faded, showing their new forms. "Whoa! Check us out!" Spike pointed out. They looked at each other and themselves; They had become mechanized humans, like the eight guardian generals.
Chameleo had light-blue skin, his normal yellow hair and irises, a yellow cape, blue and white vest, black hakama trousers with blue scaly water patterns, body markings and tail of an Inteleon and had black gauntlets on his arms from his elbows to his hands. Viper had yellow skin, white lily jewels on her black-brown hair, blue eyes, lime-green chinese clothing with a viper imprint, chinese viper tail and markings on her body, and had black-yellow gauntlets in the same position as Chameleo.
Raptor had dark-blue skin, red hair, black eyes with yellow irises, body markings, back-fin and tail of a Garchomp on his body with a yellow star mark on his face, red vest, yellow hakama trousers with brown earth patterns, and had white gauntlets in the same position as Chameleo and Viper. Rainbow Dash had cyan skin, her normal hair, eyes, pegasus ears, wings and tail, blue and white clothing with white cloud marks and rainbow-colored lightning, lightning-shaped body markings, and ruby-red gauntlets in the same position as Chameleo, Viper and her foster-brother.
Soulfire had blue skin, his normal black hair and red irises, tan vest, black hakama trousers with sky-blue fire patterns, body markings and tail of a Lucario, and black gauntlets like his brother's except with a white spike on each. Makoto had her normal appearance, squirrel ears and tail, but her clothes were longer, she had body markings and orange gauntlets like her adopted-brother.
Twilight had purple skin, her normal hair, eyes, alicorn horn, wings, ears and tail, dark-purple clothes with magenta and white stars on it, star-shaped body markings, and spinel-magenta gauntlets like her friends'. Spike had purple skin, green spiky hair, emerald irises, dragon spine and tail, light-green vest, dark-purple hakama with green fire patterns, dragon-scale body markings and emerald gauntlets like Twilight's.
Sonic had bright-peach skin, emerald irises, cobalt-blue spiky quill-like hair, hedgehog ears, spines and tail, cobalt-blue colored vest, cobalt-blue hakama trousers with gold and white outlines and red fire patterns, spike-shaped body markings and cobalt-blue gauntlets like the others'. Knuckles had parmesan-tan skin, violet-purple irises, currant-red hair that went down to his shoulder, echidna ears and tail, brick-red vest with a white crescent on it, garnet-red hakama trousers with orange outlines and emerald-green chaos emerald patterns, crescent-shaped body markings, and garnet-red gauntlets like Sonic's except with two white spikes on each.
Morrigan had yellow skin, navy-blue braided hair with white tips, emerald-colored irises, rito wings, tail and clothing with a blue sash with the symbol of Vah Medoh, feather-shaped body markings and emerald gauntlets like Knuckles'. Blade had white skin, pink-red long zora-styled hair, cyan-colored zora armor with a blue sash with the symbol of Vah Ruta on it, blue hakama trousers with cyan water-wave patterns, fish-scale body markings and aquamarine gauntlets like Morrigan's.
Applejack had marigold-orange skin with white freckles, her normal normal eyes, hair, earth pony ears and tail, still having her Stetson Hat, white and brown clothes with red and marigold-orange apples with green stems and leaves on them, apple-shaped body markings, and citrine-orange gauntlets like the others'. Rarity had white skin, her unicorn horn, ears and tail, normal hair and eyes, purple clothing with blue jewels and diamonds on them, jewel-shaped body markings, and amethyst-purple gauntlets like Applejack's.
Datozo had light-brown skin, brown-white spiky hair, beard and mustache, goron armor with a blue sash with the symbol of Vah Rudania on it, black-brown hakama trousers with red lava and yellow magma patterns on it, rock-shape body markings, and lava-red gauntlets in the same position as Bladefin's. Pinkie had light-pink skin, her normal hair, eyes, earth pony ears and tail, and had festive blue, yellow and white clothes with blue and yellow balloons on them, balloon-shaped body markings, and aquamarine-blue gauntlets like Rarity's.
Vaida had brown skin, red hair with a ponytail, gerudo clothes and armor with a blue sash with the symbol of Vah Naboris on it, electricity-shaped markings, and topaz-yellow gauntlets as the same as Pinkie's. And Fluttershy had cream-yellow skin, her normal hair, eyes, pegasus ears, wings and tail, white and lime-green clothing with teal-blue with pink wings on them, butterfly-shaped body markings and rose-quartz gauntlets like everyone else.
"Oh my!" Fluttershy said surprised.
"Cool!" Pinkie happily exclaimed.
"These dresses are simply divine!" Rarity said with excitement, admiring her attire as they heard thunder and looked up.
"Red lightning isn't natural or a good sign." Vaida clearly stated.
"But, where are we-No. WHAT YEAR are we in?" Viper asked.
"Think you can figure it out, Twi?" Chameleo asked Twilight.
"Sure, let me see here. HUH!? How could-Why has it-Wait-What?!" Twilight yelled baffled.
"Somethin' wrong, sugarcube?" AJ asked, concerned for Twilight.
"Is it something about how long it's been since those events we saw in the past?" Morrigan asked.
"It's been... 12,000 years since those events we saw in the past happened." Twilight said flat out.
"WHAT?!" Everyone yelled, just as baffled as Twilight, even Pinkie.
"That's... Way past crazytown." Sonic said.
"Yeah, that's just insane." Blade agreed.
"Good thing we time-warped then, huh, little guys?" Datozo asked trying to reassure the team.
"Uh, guys... You might wanna take a look at this." Knuckles pointed out as he and the other team members saw a completely destroyed village, this action being done by Asura's former allies.
"What happened?" Makoto asked.
"From the looks of it, Deus happened." Soulfire answered.
"This isn't good at all." Viper deadpanned.
"This is how you save the planet?" Raptor rhetorically asked.
"The village looks like Tartarus." Rainbow Dash answered, feeling sorry for the people who died here.

Meanwhile, in Chameleo's world...
"Think we can find a way to see what's going on?" Crane asked.
"I'm sure we can." Vector answered.
"Not that I'm concerned, and it's because she's my elder sister, I would like to see her progress." Skylyzi said.
"I just hope Mr. Sonic and the others are alright." Cream said with worry as Cheese agreed with a "Chao!".
"I'm worried about the others as much as I am worried about my big brother." Mamota agreed with concern.
"I think they'll be okay." Big plainly said.
"I did it! Now we can see what's happening now." Tails exclaimed to everyone's relief and excitement as they came over and saw what was going on.
"Sonic, what happened to you?" Amy thought as everyone saw their friends' new forms baffled, confused and amazed.

Preview of the Next Half:
The Elements of Harmony, having gone on another mission, going to Gaea, in the world of Asura's Wrath. They have taken new forms, that are like the robotic demigods of the planet. When they reach a village, they meet the fallen general, with a thirst for vengeance. They encounter the Gohma, Heartless, strange beings that were opposite, but as bad as the Heartless, and soldiers of familiar faces.
