> Rainbow Dash and a Stickmin > by Rainbow sparkle1 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > A Sudden Blackout > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rainbow Dash had just gotten an invite to one of Pinkie Pie’s parties with her friends, and she had happily accepted. She’d been getting these invites for quite a while now. They would show up at her door at random times whenever Pinkie was in the mood and had enough time to plan one. Dash opened up the envelope and read the invitation letter. Pinkie planned for the party to start in an hour from now. She set the invite down, told her pet tortoise, Tank, that she was leaving, and headed out the door. As she arrived at the door of Sugarcube Corner, she saw the other four were already arriving. They each greeted each other and waited for Pinkie to open the door. As the hour passed, the door swung open, greeted by a very cheerful Pinkie Pie. "Hello everypony! Oh boy, this gonna be exciting! Come in, come in!" "Let's just hope this party is going to be as awesome as ever," Dash said as she entered. "Oh, darn tootin' ya bet it’ll be," Applejack said from behind, earning a little chuckle from the pegasus. The party went on as usual. There were games, treats, you name it. As everyone was in the middle of dancing, Dash suddenly started to feel a little light-headed. She stopped for a moment and sat down by a wall, a hoof rubbing her head. Everyone else had noticed, and Pinkie ran over to the radio to turn off the music as everyone else rushed over to Dash. "Rainbow! Are you alright?" Twilight asked as she reached the pegasus. "I don't feel so good..." she replied, her voice slightly faltering. The voices around her became a jumbled mix of gibberish, her still barely conscious. She saw Twilight reaching out to her as she finally blacked out, falling to the floor. Dash had started to regain consciousness when she realized the floor she was on wasn’t Sugarcube Corner’s. It was rough, rocky ground. She tried to open her eyes, but there was a light shining at her, blinding her. She closed them shut and let out a small groan. She slowly lifted a hoof to her head as she thought to herself. “What happened?” She opened her eyes again with her hoof shielding the light away when she realized where she was. She was perplexed but knew she wasn't in Equestria anymore. It was an entirely different dimension! She slowly got up, still a bit wobbly, and wondered how she had got here. When she was fully upright and was able to maintain her balance, she shook off the dust and pebbles on her before looking at her surroundings. There was nothing for miles except for a single building in the distance. Hoping she could find some help there, she shook out her mane again before spreading her wings and taking off, unaware of the adventure she was about to have. > Breaking The Bank > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- When Dash arrived at the building entrance, she noticed a gold plack on the door with the word Bank carved onto it. As she wondered why they put something so valuable on the door, she saw something moving out of the corner of her eye. She walked over to see what it was. There was a stick figure that seemed like it was trying to do something. She watched as he pulled a bag from his back pocket. She began to lose her patience, so she approached the figure. "Hello?" The stick figure looked over his shoulder and saw a sky blue pegasus with rainbow hair and some sort of tattoo on its flank. Confused, he turned around and inspected her further. “What’re you doing here?” "I was just..." Dash trailed off as the figure gave her a signal to quiet down a little bit. This confused Dash, but she nodded and quieted her voice. "I was just having a party with my friends when I suddenly blacked out. Then I woke up not too far from here. I have no idea what happened, but I’m sure my friends are getting worried. And I’m sure this isn’t a place in Equestria." The figure looked at her with more confusion as she said Equestria as if he didn't know what she was talking about, which he didn’t. “Did you hit your head too hard on something?” Dash shook her head as she promptly told him about herself. "I'm Rainbow Dash, the fastest pegasus in Equestria, and the only one able to pull off a Sonic Rainboom! My friends call me Dash or Dashie for short. I'm the bearer of the Element of Loyalty, so I'll be there when any of my friends are in trouble, and I'll sacrifice my life when necessary." She rambled on for a few more seconds before realizing she had gotten a bit carried away. "Sorry, I get a little carried away whenever talking about myself, but anyways. If I get to know you, maybe we can find a way to get me back home, and maybe I could help you along the way." The figure considered the idea. He assumed she was from another dimension since he didn't recognize the name ‘Equestria’. He went over his options… Abandon Help He considered the options he had, and even though he was still a little creeped out by a colorful talking pegasus talking what sounded like nonsense to him, he felt a little sympathy for her, so he chose to help. Abandon Help He let the options fade away for a half-second and nodded to the pegasus, which made her jump up and do a small flip. He told her to calm down a bit before telling her his name and why he was there. "Well, Rainbow Dash, my name is Henry Stickmin, but you can call me Henry. I'm here because I’m trying to rob this bank since I'm currently short on cash. This bank was in the middle of nowhere, so I thought it was the best option." he said.   Dash heard him say "cash" and was a little confused as to what he was referring to, but she shrugged it off assuming that what the creatures here call cash is the same with bits. "Enough talk, let's get this over with so I can get back home," Dash said, getting a nod from Henry. She followed him to where he had wanted to use his disguise, which was the bag he pulled out when dash had first seen him. He hadn’t expected company, but thankfully it was big enough to just barely fit them both in. Once they got to where he wanted, Henry saw a truck in the distance. It was the money truck returning to the bank after a trip to the city. Perfect. He motioned for Rainbow to get inside the bag and wait for further notice, then he climbed in himself and tied the bag shut. Dash questioned how he had done that without magic, but decided not to ask. They heard the truck stop a few meters after it had passed them and heard two doors open. Outside of the bag, the stickmins who had been driving the money truck Henry had saw earlier noticed the bag laying on the side of the road. The two got out of the truck to get the bag. "Huh, how did we lose one?" One of them asked. "I think we should throw it into the back, just to be safe." The other one said. They grabbed the bag and threw it into the back before getting back on and continued driving to the bank. The truck arrived at the bank and unloaded its contents into one of the vaults. As they finished, they turned off the lights and closed the main door. Henry untied the top of the disguise and looked around to see if anyone was around. Once he confirmed that there was no one, he carefully slid out and signaled for Dash to get out as well. As she got out, Henry stood up and triggered one of the security lasers, activating the alarm. Dash gave a small yelp of surprise and instantly knew this had been a bad idea. She stood there as some guards ran in and commanded them to stay where they were. A few minutes later, they were both taken away to a building a few miles away. > Escaping The Prison: Intro > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Well great, just great! How are we going to find a way to get me home when we’re stuck in here?!?” Dash cried. It had been a few days since they arrived at what the people of Henry's world call a prison. Dash was locked up in the same cell as Henry. She was looking out the window while Henry was sitting on the bed, looking at the floor. Two officers showed up at the door and one of them called out to them. “Oi, you two!” he said. The two looked at the door. “You're both free to go.” Henry smiled and Dash exclaimed, “Really?!” One grinned while the other laughed very briefly. “Not really.” Henry frowned again and Dash groaned and plopped her flank onto the floor as she remembered how she got a taste of her own medicine with the joke cookie incident. “But you got a package,” the same guard added, opening a small door and let a package just big enough to fit through. “Don't get your hopes up, we've already checked it for anything useful, haven't we Dave?” he asked his partner. "What?" he said, then realized his partner had asked him a question. "Yeah yeah, of course I checked it. I mean if I didn't check it I would lose my job and I don't want to lose my job." he laughed nervously. His partner looked at him with a raised eyebrow, Henry just continued listening, and Dash looked at him quizzically. She wasn't Applejack, but she could tell that he hadn't checked the package. She decided not to make a big deal out of it to avoid creating a fuss. “See you around!” one of them said, walking away from the cell, the other not far behind. Henry walked over to the package and picked it up, but whatever was in it fell out the bottom, making Dash giggle, remembering Pinkie did that all the time with her packages. Henry threw the box behind him fully revealing a cake. They were both confused at first, but then the top opened, surprising them both. They looked at each other and nodded, and Henry reached into the cake, pulling out six items that they could use to escape. They carefully went through their options and chose the one they think would work best. File NrG Drink Teleporter Rocket Launcher Cellphone Drill > Escaping The Prison: File Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- File NrG Drink Teleporter Rocket Launcher Cellphone Drill They picked up the file and asked each other what to use it on. Cell Door Window They discussed it for a few seconds and concluded that the door would be their best bet. If they used it on the window, Rainbow was the only one who would come out of it alive, but Henry couldn’t. Their cell was elevated quite a high altitude, and Henry wouldn't survive the fall to the ground. On the other hand, with the door, both of them would come out alive. Cell Door Window Henry walked over to the door and started to file one of the rungs. Once he was finished, he grabbed the rung and slid through, Dash not far behind. As Dash got out, it alerted one of the guards and he charged at the pair. Dash got into a defensive stance while Henry hit the guard aside with the rung. He didn’t realize that there was another guard behind him, but Dash saw him and bucked the second guard down, his taser shocking him. Once they both confirmed no more guards were coming, Henry dropped the rung and they made a run to the nearby closet just before two more guards came through the elevator. Unfortunately, one of them had seen Henry run in. "Hey, he's escaping!" Both guards ran over to the door and stood outside, trapping the two in the closet. They looked around to find something that could help them. They found a chair and a belt of grenades. Belt Of Grenades Chair Remembering in one of Twilight's lectures, Dash had heard that there’s a chance for things to ricochet off of something right back to you. She thought about the grenades in that logic and knew there would be a chance that the grenade would bounce off the wall and back into the closet, so that was a big no. She told Henry, and he agreed, so they went with the chair Belt Of Grenades Chair Dash flew up to the vent while Henry moved the chair and climbed up to the vent. Henry was on the left and Dash was on the right. They decided to go right. They continued to crawl through the vent until they hit a dead end. Dash bucked the side of the vent until she tore off a chunk and flew out, with Henry not far behind. “Uh... I think we have a problem,” Dash told Henry, flying over the edge and looking at the ground below. It turns out that they were on the roof of the prison, and there was no way Henry would survive the fall. They looked behind them to see a crate. Something in there could probably help them, and they were right, but there were many things to choose from, so they went over their options. Rope Parachute Plungers Jetpack Henry didn't know how to operate a jetpack, so that's an obvious no. Dash doubted that the parachute was a parachute, so she eliminated that option. Henry knew he didn't have the proper gear for ziplining with the rope, so that was also a no. The only option remaining was the plungers. Maybe Henry could climb down the wall of the prison using them, and if he let go too early or slipped, Dash could try her best to catch him, so they went with that. Rope Parachute Plungers Jetpack Henry grabbed the plungers and began his descent down the wall of the prison, with Dash keeping a close eye on him. He eventually made it down the building and let go of the plungers, landing on the ground safely. They smiled at each other and they both ran/flew away from the prison with huge grins on their faces. Rank: Sneaky Escapists > Escaping The Prison: Drill Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- File NrG Drink Teleporter Rocket Launcher Cellphone Drill Henry lifted the drill and noticed that it started no differently than a lawnmower, so he pulled the handle a few times. It took him three tries to get it going and the drill started up with a loud whir. It took a second for the drill to go through the floor, and Henry fell through the hole. He hit the floor of the room beneath their cell with a loud thud, making Dash wince a bit before flying down the hole and meeting up with him. The drill had been busted by that, so they had to use something else. They looked around and Henry found a crowbar while Dash found something called an Opacitator. They thought about which object they should use. Opacitator Crowbar Dash noticed there was a note on the bottom of the device and read it. The Opacitator would make the user opaque. She immediately knew that using this would be a bad idea since she knew opaque didn’t mean see-through in this sense. It was the exact opposite. She tossed the Opacitator aside, telling Henry it was a terrible idea to use it and had him use the crowbar instead. Opacitator Crowbar Henry pried open the vent cover with the crowbar. Just the thought of them going through the vent made Dash think of Rarity, who wouldn’t like this one bit. She shook her head and hopped in with Henry and they began to crawl through the drain. They kept going until Henry suddenly fell through a loose panel, making him yelp and Dash stopped in her tracks. She flew down to see if he was ok, then realized Henry had landed right in front of two guards. The two escapees exchanged glances for a few seconds before Henry quickly got up and started running, which was Dash's signal to keep up. She knew flying was the best option since she was much faster airborne. She spread her wings and took off as the guards started chasing after them, firing their weapons. They had to act fast or they'd get shot. Dash didn't know what that felt like, and she certainly didn’t want to know. She imagined that she was soaring up in the sky and focused all her strength in her wings, maneuvering around the pillars like it was no problem. Henry noticed this and his eyes widened a little. “That pony is more skilled than I thought!” He quickly repeated the action and joined up with Dash, but the guards were still gaining on them, and there was a curve in the wall up ahead. Rainbow turned herself to the side and her hooves firmly planted on the wall before she launched herself down the hallway. One of the guards was on Henry’s tail, but he ran towards the wall before he ran up it and backflipped over the guard. This both confused and shocked the guard, letting Henry get away and catch up with Dash. They ran over to the final part of their escape, the main entrance. But a chief guard was standing in their way. In seconds they were surrounded by guards, but Henry had an idea as to how this would play out. He whispered it to Dash and prepared for an old west shootout. It took a few seconds but the chief was the one to go. Henry was miraculously dodging every bullet, he even caught one and threw it at the guard. Everyone was stunned, even Dash. She started to question this guy, who reminded her of Pinkie, but without the hyperactive personality. Henry ignored Dash’s questions and motioned for her to stop asking and follow him as he started to walk out, pointing a finger gun at a nervous guard who put his hands up in fear. They both exited the building and Henry gave Dash a smug look, and she laughed before returning the look as Henry got into a police car and drove off with Dash flying at his side. Rank: Badass Bust Out > Escaping The Prison: Cellphone Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- File NrG Drink Teleporter Rocket Launcher Cellphone Drill Henry picked up the cellphone and powered it up. Dash flew up over his shoulders so she could see what he was doing. Henry pressed a few buttons until he found the number he needed and called the best defense attorney he knew, Felix White. (I’m too lazy to write out the whole scene plus I came up with the idea of doing this right after I was done writing the drill pathway, so have the video above to watch instead, and just pretend that dash is there with Henry) Rank: Lawyered Up > Stealing The Diamond: Intro > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It had been a few days since Rainbow Dash and Henry had been locked up in prison, and they’d been living at Henry's house ever since. His house was torn, ripped, and mangled beyond recognition. No wonder why he’d tried to rob that bank. Henry turned on the television, showing the mayor standing to the side of the screen, a diamond next to him. As soon as Dash saw the diamond, her jaw dropped. It was huge! Something even Rarity would want to keep to herself. The two listened as the Mayor continued talking. "As the mayor, I hereby declare the Tunisian Archeological Exhibit… Open!" The mayor announced. On the news ticker, it said that the diamond was about 112 million dollars! Dash assumed that in bits it was extremely expensive. She saw that Henry was looking at the diamond and the price, smiling wide and deviously. He grabbed his keys and went over to Dash. "Want to come with me?" he asked. "What? No way! Remember the last time we tried to rob something?" Dash responded, knowing what he was planning. “Of course I do! It was only a few days ago. But I’m sure we’ll come out successful this time.” “How do you know that?” “I don’t. But I have a strong feeling we will.” "...” “So? Are you coming along or not?” “...Well…” Dash let out a sigh. This guy was hopeless with things like this. “Alright, but if you don't do this right and end up arrested, our partnership is over. I'll be watching from a distance, but once you’re inside, you're on your own. I don't want anyone to know I have something related to this robbery." "Got it. Follow me to the museum. I'll go in at midnight." "Right." Later that night, Henry and Dash were watching the museum from afar, coming up with a way to get Henry inside. Sneak In Bust In > Stealing The Diamond: Sneak In Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bust in Sneak in They both agreed that if Henry snuck into the museum, he would have a smaller chance of getting caught by the guards. So they both headed to the side of the building and thought of a way to get Henry inside. Up to Roof: Jumble Hoppers, Anti-Gravity Cap, Teleporter Through the Wall: Liquidificator, Pick, Shrink Ray > Stealing The Diamond: Teleporter Choice > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- up to roof: Jumble Hoppers, Anti-Gravity Cap, Teleporter through the wall: Liquidificator, Pick, Shrink Ray They thought Henry's best bet to enter was from the roof. Henry pulled out three different objects, the teleporter from the prison, an Anti-Gravity cap, and a pair of jumble hoppers, one of which would help him get to the top. "Dash?" Henry whispered. “Yeah?” "I wasn't able to use the teleporter when I was going to rob that bank before we met, so it’s probably not the best option." "We didn't get to use it when we escaped the prison either. Plus, we have no idea if it’s safe to use." "I doubt any of these will work. But since we haven’t gotten a chance to use the teleporter yet, I don’t think we should throw away this opportunity." "But you said it’s not our best option. Are you sure about this? Do you even know how this thing works?" “Uh, kind of? Oh, come on. The worst thing that could probably happen is getting stuck in a wall.” Rainbow sighed and picked up the teleporter, tossing it to Henry. “If you say so.” Dash stepped back as Henry looked at the device, a small hint of fear in his eyes. Dash noticed this and was about to assure him everything would be alright when he sucked in a deep breath and inputted a code into the gadget. He pushed the red button in the middle and disappeared. Dash looked up to the roof to see if it had worked. She saw Henry pop out of nowhere and start falling. “Shoot! It didn't work! I gotta save him!” Rainbow thought as she prepared herself. She was about to take off when Henry landed face-first near the edge of the roof, the rest of his body safely on the solid surface. She stood there, waiting for any signal telling her he was fine. A few seconds later, Henry gave her a thumbs up over the roof. Dash breathed a sigh of relief and retracted her wings, giving Henry a nod and a nervous smile in response. Now was the part where they would split up. Henry would head inside the building to steal the gem while Dash waited on the hill where they would meet up again. Once Henry was no longer in Dash’s sight, she trotted back to the hill, waiting for Henry to exit the museum with the diamond, unharmed. She suddenly remembered their deal. If Henry was to get caught, it would blow any chance of her getting back home. “He better not fail this, I’m starting to miss the girls.” Dash thought as she continued walking. Just the thought of never seeing her friends ever again made a shiver go down her spine, and maybe a few tears leak out. As she arrived at the hill, she decided to take a nap to clear her thoughts while she waited for Henry. A few minutes later, Dash felt someone tap her on the shoulder. She opened her eyes to see that it was Henry! He had successfully snuck in and out of the museum without being seen. She jumped up and hugged him tightly around his waist. There was still a chance that she could go back home! Henry hugged her back for a few seconds before lightly pushing her away. "I'm going to need some help with bringing the diamond home. Could you help cover it up so nobody suspects anything in case we don't make it back to my place before dawn?" "Of course! Anything for my one ticket home!" Dash exclaimed. “Shush! Try to keep it down! I don’t want to attract any attention here!” Henry hushed. “Sorry, sorry! I just got a bit excited.” Dash said, lowering her voice. "Alright. Anyways. Let's do this Dash!" Rank: Unseen Burglar > Stealing The Diamond: Pick Choice > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Up to roof: Jumble Hoppers, Anti-Gravity Cap, Teleporter Through the wall: Liquidificator, Pick, Shrink Ray They quietly discussed the matter until they agreed that going through the wall would be their best bet, as there was a small crack in the wall. Henry pulled out three items that could help: a gadget called a Liquidificador, a pickaxe, and another gadget called a Shrink Ray. “The Shrink Ray would be the best option,” Dash whispered. “It could make you small enough to fit through the crack.” “Yes, that is possible, but we don't know what's on the other side. I don't want to risk it, and what if it wears off while I’m still going through? I might get crushed to death!” Henry explained. Dash groaned. “I guess you have a point.” “I think the pickaxe is our best choice.” “Why's that?” “Just by looking at the crack, you can tell the wall is easily breakable. If I hit the wall enough times, it might make a hole just big enough for me to climb through.” “Well, as you said, we don’t know what’s on the other side of the wall.” “At least it’s not as risky. We could easily make a run for it if anything were to happen.” “You're right. Let’s try it.” Henry put the gadgets away and picked up the pickaxe. He walked over to the wall and started to pick at it. “Uh, Henry?” Dash said nervously. Henry stopped. “Hmm?” “What is THAT?” Dash pointed her hoof at a strange green creature heading straight for them. Once it got close enough, it made a strange noise, indicating that it was about to do something. Dash jumped off to the side just in time for it to explode. “What the hay was that?!?! I better go see if Henry is alright.” Dash thought to herself. She trotted over to the gaping hole now in the wall and found Henry in the gap. He looked up to find Dash staring at him, concerned. “Are you ok?” Dash asked. “Yeah, I’m fine,” Henry replied. “Uhh…” “Huh?” “We have company.” Henry looked out of the pit to find two guards talking to each other. Surprisingly, they didn't hear the explosion and continued their conversation. “Apparently there was something in that cake and uh... They used it to escape. And then I got fired. Pretty lame huh? Yeah, I don't really like-” One guard said before they were interrupted by the other. “Ugh, please, shut up.” “Oh, I just wanted to have a conversation, that's all…” As the two guards were talking, Dash and Henry realized that one of them had a gun. They looked at each other, nodded, and surveyed the room to figure out what they could use to get past the guards. Warning, 22 seconds to choose!!!!! Gun Plane Bomb The only things available were fake props, but Henry saw an opportunity to use the plane. He managed to snatch it without being seen. Gun Plane Bomb “Henry!” Dash whispered “Yeah?” Henry replied. “This is where we split up, I wish you luck in there.” “Thanks, Dash.” She nodded and hid behind the wall outside. She watched as Henry threw the plane at the guard with the gun, making a direct hit, and the other guard ran off. Dash could hear him say something, but she couldn't quite make out what he said. Unfortunately, he wasn't watching where he was going, and he smashed his head into a pillar, making Dash giggle. As Henry reached where the guard had been, she headed off towards the hill. “I hope he doesn’t mess this up.” She thought. She missed the girls. They were probably worried sick about her. She began to tear up, but held them back and focused on getting back to the hill without being caught. A few minutes later, she arrived at the top of the hill. She laid down and was about to take a nap when she heard a crash in the museum, immediately looking up. "WHAT IN THE HAY WAS THAT?!?!" She yelled. She looked up to find a giant robot standing out of the roof, obviously too tall to fit inside the museum. She prayed Henry was okay in there, wherever he was. As Dash was watching all the destruction, she noticed a figure running up the hill towards her. She didn't know if it was a guard or not, so she stayed in her spot. As they got closer though, she realized who it was. It was Henry! She ran over to him and hugged him, relieved. “Henry! You're okay!” Dash exclaimed. She looked around him and realized he didn't have the diamond. “Wait, where's the diamond?” “I left it in there out of fear that I would get killed. I’m sorry. But we need to get out of here. Our safety is more important than a diamond.” Henry explained. “I understand, and I forgive you. Now let's get out of here!” Henry nodded. Dash spread her wings and took off as Henry continued running. Five minutes later, they had managed to get a safe distance away from the museum, and Henry needed to take a break. He stopped running to catch his breath, and Dash stopped to look at him. “Why'd you stop?” she asked. “I *huff* need to *huff* catch *huff* my *huff* breath,” Henry replied, breathing heavily. “Well, we are pretty far from the museum, so this seems like a good resting place.” A few seconds later, they both heard a loud explosion and saw something flying towards them. They both ducked their heads as if the object would hit them, but all they heard was a thud behind them. They turned around to find the diamond lodged into the ground. Dash and Henry looked at each other and Henry smiled. “Well, looks like we get to keep the diamond after all,” Henry said, putting his foot on the diamond like an action hero. "No kidding. What we just went through made my adventure with you 20% cooler!” Rank: Just Plain Epic > Stealing The Diamond: Bust In Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bust in Sneak in They agreed that if Henry busted through the main entrance to the museum, he might get out faster, though he'd alert everyone immediately. From what seemed to be nowhere, Henry pulled out a gas-powered scooter and powered it up. Dash was confused as to what he was doing but decided not to question him since it reminded her too much about Pinkie. "Henry?" Dash said. "Yes?" "As I said, I'm not going in there with you, but I'll stay out here just in case something happens. I wish you luck and please, once you’ve got the diamond, get out of there as fast as you can." "Right. Thanks, Dash." Dash smiled in response. Henry took off towards the museum's main entrance and rammed one of the guards into the door. Once he got in, she laid down on her stomach with a small frown on her face. She knew Henry wouldn't take long, but she was worried about him. The thing she was most worried about though were her friends back in Equestria. Rainbow teared up a bit as she realized she was beginning to miss them. As she wiped the tears away, she heard the alarm sound from the museum. She knew Henry had triggered it, and seconds later something zoomed out. It was Henry with the diamond behind him! She spread her wings and took off after him, keeping a safe distance from Henry so the cops wouldn't notice her. Everything was going smooth until they reached a broken bridge, signaling a dead end. There was no way Henry could make it over the gap. He skidded to a stop, as well as the cops. Some got out of their cars and pointed guns at Henry as one started to speak. "Sir, place your hands where I can see them! If you do not comply I will be forced to fire upon you!" Dash's eyes went wide. Henry had to do something, and fast! She didn't have time to react before Henry kicked the diamond off the road, his scooter still attached, and it went down with him still holding on. The cop fired his gun but missed, and they heard a splash from below. Dash waited for the cops to leave before flying down to make sure Henry was alright. After a few minutes of searching, she found him standing on the diamond by the side of the river. "HENRY!!!!" Henry turned around to see Dash flying to him. He was worried about her, so it was a relief to see she was okay. "Where were you when I was being chased!? I was looking for you as I tried to get away!" Henry asked. "I was flying a good distance away so that they wouldn't catch me but stayed close enough so I could still see you," Dash replied. "That makes sense. You know Dash, you truly are a wonderful friend. And a loyal one too." Dash blushed a little, taking the compliment. "Thanks." Rank: Intruder On A Scooter > Infiltrating The Airship: Intro > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Henry and Dash were enjoying their life in their new house Henry had bought with the money he had gained from the diamond. It had been a few weeks since the break-in, and Dash still hadn't returned to Equestria. But at least she had Henry to keep her company and comfort her whenever she cried about her friends and how worried they probably were. One clear morning, Dash headed outside to get some fresh air. She opened the door to the backyard and walked out, only to be greeted by some bars falling on top of her. She screamed, jumping back in surprise and slight fear and Henry jolted up in bed. Henry would usually get up a few minutes before Dash would, but today was different. Dash had woken up a few minutes early to think of something to do for Henry to thank him for helping her for the time she’d been there. Henry was still sleeping when he heard Dash cry for help, and he jumped out of bed and bolted downstairs to find her. He eventually found her locked in a cage in the backyard. He was confused as to why she was there in the first place, but her safety was more important as she might never return home if she stayed there. He opened the door to the backyard and ran to Dash as fast as he could. "DASH!!! WHAT HAPPENED?!?!” Henry asked. "I don't know! I only came out here to get fresh air and then this dropped on me! I've been calling you to help me for almost 2 minutes!!" "Say no more! Let's get you out of ther- AUGH!” "HENRY!” Henry was hit on the back of the head, causing him to black out as Dash felt something sharp pierce her body. She was given a shot and didn't have enough time to remove the syringe. The substance was already traveling through her bloodstream, and seconds later, she blacked out as well. Dash woke up, still inside the cage, but it seemed like she was somewhere else. She began to panic. Had she been captured and being escorted to some kind of lab? She then saw Henry, still out cold next to a few crates. That was a relief, but what were these people doing? Questions and thoughts ran through Dash's mind. She couldn't comprehend what was going on. She looked out the window of whatever she was in and realized that this… Thing was flying. Now she had so many more questions. Before she could say anything, she felt some violent vibrations. She knew this was air turbulence from all the times that she'd flown back in Equestria, and she then heard a voice. "Well, well. Look who finally decided to wake up." She looked up to see that Henry had woken up due to the turbulence. He looked around, checking his surroundings, and he eventually found Dash in the corner, still in the cage. One of the men with a green cap continued talking to Henry. "You and your little friend there have been quite elusive, but your skills make you worth the catch. You'll be perfect for the job." What does that mean? Henry and Dash thought. "We've been having some issues with a group of thieves known as the 'Toppat Clan'. We know they're guilty, we just can't pin them to any crimes, you two will be going into their airship to bring them down." Airship? Dash thought. "I don't need to remind you that we've got you on several charges..." Great. We have to go through all those moments again. "Attempted robbery, breaking yourself out of prison, heh. Though only for you Henry, is stealing the Tunisian Diamond." Phew. It’s a good thing none of the guards knew that I was helping him. The plan went off without a hitch. "We've got quite a lot of counts on you, but if you two do this job right, then we'll drop all charges against you." Dash and Henry exchanged determined glances and nodded. "Charlie here will be bringing you close to the airship, the rest is up to you two. Find a way to bring them down, and you both will be free." The door to the outside opened up to reveal a bright blue sky with clouds strewn about. The other man who was holding a gun walked over to Dash and let her out, allowing her to walk over to Henry, who was standing off the edge of whatever they were on. "Hey uuuhhh, how do you want me to bring you guys in?" The guy, Charlie, asked. They considered the question and started to think of a few possible ways to get from this vehicle to the airship. Earpiece Canon Ball Grapple Gun Sticky Hand > Infiltrating The Airship: Earpiece Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Earpiece Canon ball Grapple gun Sticky hand They were both given earpieces so "Charlie" could communicate with them. Once they were ready, the pair got out of the helicopter and landed next to a hatch. Dash looked at it as ‘Charlie’ started speaking. “Check, check, this is Charles. Thought I’d uh give you a heads up. Uhhh, there’s a guy. Down there. A bad guy. So, uh, yeah. Good luck!” They turned to each other and thought about how they’d get past him. C4 Knock Acid Vacuum Neither of them knew how any of their options would work, but they decided to try one anyway. They chose to try the vacuum, as knocking would alert the guy, and they didn’t know if he had a weapon. They didn’t want to accidentally pour some acid on themselves, and they knew a C4 could knock them off the airship when it exploded. Even though Dash could fly, she wouldn't be able to fly herself and Henry back up if she was knocked out or injured. C4 Knock Acid Vacuum Henry took out a big vacuum from nowhere, placed the opening over the hatch, and started the vacuum, sucking up both the hatch door and the man guarding the entrance. Henry switched the vacuum off and heard muffled noises from the vacuum bag, knowing it was the man. Henry removed the vacuum and slipped through the hatch. Once they were inside, Charles started speaking again. "Hey, good job there! Oh, uh, so you should probably look for something incriminating. Something that we can use to prove that they're criminals, you know? I mean, that's the whole point of this operation." They peeked at the next room over and saw a bunch of men sitting at a table, discussing new weapons they could make for the Toppats. The pair quietly debated on what they could use to get past them. Disguise Glue Transdimentionalzer Henry knew the transdimentionalizer wasn't a good choice, as it was still fairly new technology and he didn't want to risk something going wrong. They could either use the glue or the disguise. Henry had an idea as to how he could use the glue. Dash hesitantly agreed with him, thinking about the many possibilities of what could happen if Henry were to get caught in the disguise. Henry put the other items away and opened the glue bottle. Disguise Glue Transdimentionalizer Henry squirted some of the glue onto his hands and tested to see if they were sticky enough to work. Once he confirmed that they were, he started to climb up to the ceiling with Dash silently flying next to him. Once they were at the ceiling, Dash made sure to keep a close eye on Henry just in case he fell, planning out an escape route so they could get out as fast as possible. She lightened her wingbeats to lessen the wind and sound. As they made their way past the table, they eavesdropped on the members’ conversation. Naw, we can't do that. Why not, man? You do realize how much a solid gold cannon would weigh, don't ya? Dude, we totally got enough power! What do you think man? Well, I'm still kinda new here, so I'm not really sure what to say. Henry and Dash eventually made it across, and they dropped down quietly as not to alert anyone. They heard the lock on the door across the room open. Fortunately, the door was jammed, but the pair had already lept into the first thing they saw as an escape route. "Door's jammed again!" the guy on the other side called out. Meanwhile, Henry had busted through the tubing and ended up in an odd room. Once Dash confirmed that he was alright, Charles started speaking again. "Oh hey! Uh, you see that records sign? Where it says 'Records'? That'd probably be a good place to look, right? Let me just, uh, help you get across that gap." While the pair waited, Charles was looking over his options. Platform Gravity Bubble Robo helper Charles He had always wanted to do something special ever since he joined the government, but he knew it wouldn't help here. He let out a small sigh and eliminated that option. He didn't know how to work the gravity bubble, so that was out of the question. He knew how to aim and teleport platforms to certain places, but he didn’t want to get Henry or Dash stuck in the platform when it fully materialized. All that was left was the Robo helper. It could fly easily and could carry Henry over to the other side while Dash flew beside it. Charles pushed a button that released a box with the helper inside. Platform Gravity Bubble Robo Helper Charles "Alright, here it comes," he said. A yellow box phased through the wall and transformed into a flying robot that looked like a two tailed fox about a second later. While it spun it’s two tails around, Henry grabbed onto the arms and rode it across the gap, Dash flying across and waiting on the other side. When they made it, they ran over to the next room where a guy was attempting to open a door, clearly not understanding that he needed to insert the card into the slot at the top of the keypad, not swipe it. Dash giggled. Charles saw this as another opportunity to help. "Heh. I don't think that guy knows how to open the door. Yeah, why don't you let me take care of this?" He looked through his options again and found four things he thought would work best. Bone Melt Mind Control Gatling Gun Remote Access At first, he thought mind-controlling would be the best option but decided against it for the possibility of accidentally mind-controlling Dash or Henry. Who knew what could happen then? The Gatling gun? Definitely not. He didn't exactly know how the remote access would work on this airship, so that was out of the question. Charles shook his head as he concluded that he had to use his least favorite option out of the four. Charles double-checked he had the right person before pressing a button that took a few seconds to reach the individual that was targeted. Meanwhile, Dash and Henry were waiting, becoming anxious. If they were to get caught- Bone Melt Mind Control Gatling Gun Remote Access The guy by the door suddenly fell to the floor and became a puddle. Dash gagged a bit at the sight, but it didn't faze Henry, seeing something similar sometime in his life. He walked up to the human puddle on the floor, picked up the card, and used it to correctly open the door. Dash, not too far behind, was making sure to keep a good distance away from the living puddle on the floor. They walked into a room with many files stashed away on shelves. Sweet Celestia. Twilight would love this. Dash thought. They walked up to see a man holding a folder, looking through the files that could prove they were guilty of all the crimes they had committed over the past few years. Dash smiled at Henry, and he returned it. "Oh, man. I remember this. Good thing nobody knows about this or we'd be in a lot of trouble," the guy said, still looking through the folder. Dash and Henry had to figure out what to do before he notice them. Warning, 3 seconds to choose!!!!! Ninja Star Spook Falcon Kick They both figured that scaring him with a spider would be the best option, as arachnophobia was a very common fear. Ninja Star Spook Falcon Kick Henry pulled out a stick with a string at the end of it, and it seemed like it already had a spider replica on it. Henry hovered the stick over the guy's head and lowered the ‘spider’ into his face. He didn’t react how the pair expected him to. "Oh! Hello, Mr. Spider," was all he said. Henry frowned, disappointed, and firmly hit the stick on his head. It flattened the guy's hat and knocked him out, causing him to fall out of the chair and onto the floor. That moment of disappointment turned into a moment of laughter for Dash as she started laughing hysterically in her mind, but only let out a chuckle. Henry picked up the folder and put in a few extra things before walking to the other side of the room, Dash following suit as Charles’s voice sounded from their earpieces. "Alright, you got some evidence! Woah, wait, wait," They stopped in their tracks before they could open the door to the next room. "There's no way you're getting through there. Lots of guys and there's lots of guns, that's all I'm gonna say. It looks like you could get around if you go through that air duct." They both looked over to find a vent right next to the door and climbed inside. Once they were inside, they saw bolts of electricity shooting through little bumps from the floor to the ceiling. It looked dangerous and seemed to appear randomly. It was too risky to go through them without any protection. Charles knew he had to do something. Eventually, he spoke. "Alright, I've hacked into their power grid? What do you want me to do?" Dash thought he could shut off the power, though thinking more deeply, they were flying through the air. Shutting off the power would send the airship crashing to the ground. Her thoughts were interrupted by Henry whispering Charles could reroute that power to another room. She took Henry's info and whispered through the earpiece. "How about you reroute the power?" she said. "Ok, I'll reroute the power to a random room. That's fine." Charles replied, shutting off the power in the vent. Dash and Henry smiled at each other, walking to the other side of the vent. They started to climb out when Charles started speaking. "Alright guys, you're almost there. I'm right outside so just open the bay doors and I'll… Uh... Get you on the chopper." Henry took a peek at the vent exit and saw two guys standing nearby. He assumed they were guarding the doors or hanging out. He climbed the rest of the way out the vent, allowing Dash to poke her head out. Henry found a switch to open the doors. He waited for Dash to get out of the vent before pushing the button. Once she was out, she nodded to Henry, signaling she was ready to gallop or fly into the vehicle Charles called a "chopper". She thought it was an odd name for a vehicle like that. Henry pushed the button and it activated the doors, opening them, alerting the two men standing in the middle of the room. One spoke out to them while the other took out a walkie-talkie. Hey! What’re you doin?! Yeah, uh, we got a situation. Down in the cargo bay. Charles noticed that two men were standing in the path of Henry and Dash, so he had to help them out somehow. Flashbang Sleeping Gas Banana Bomb Force gun He knew the banana bomb wouldn't work because it was a literal bomb. The sleeping gas probably would go right behind them since they were moving through the air, and the flashbang would make it too bright for anyone to see, Henry and Dash included. Luckily, Charles remembered their earpieces could turn into a force gun with a push of a small button. Henry would be the best use as Dash clearly couldn’t grab something properly. Flashbang Sleeping Gas Banana Bomb Force Gun "Pssst, hey! There's a button on your earpiece. You should press it." Charles whispered through the earpiece. Henry did so and was surprised as Dash looked in awe. Henry tried out the new gadget to find that it sent out a huge amount of force, knocking off the two men. Dash spread her wings and took off, stopping inside the helicopter, turning around to watch Henry. As he was running through, Dash spotted another figure at the doorway near the vent. Henry could hear what he was saying. It seemed he was sent from a different part of the airship to the cargo bay after hearing the message. "What's goin-" he was cut short as Henry jumped off the edge with something in his arms, using the force gun to get onto the helicopter. The man instantly recognized the helicopter and knew it belonged to the government. He was silent for a few seconds, watching it fly away, before he spoke again, realizing what Henry had been carrying. "Hmm... This could be a problem." A few hours later, Henry and Dash had returned home and were watching the news, seeing that what they collected was enough for the entire airship division of the toppat clan to be arrested. Dash celebrated, knowing that she was possibly one step closer to returning home, making Henry smile. Henry also knew he’d be getting a pardon for this, as well as Dash. "Hey, Henry?" Dash said. "Yeah?" "I do hope we can work together with Charles more often. Turns out he’s pretty nice, helpful, and a little silly at times. At least, that’s the impression I got on the way back. Oh! And AWESOME!" "I know Dash. I feel the same way. He does seem like a good partner to have, especially since he’s in the government, I hope we get along well." "Same here Henry." Rank: Government Supported Private Investigators > Infiltrating the Airship: Canon Ball Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Earpiece Canon Ball Grapple Gun Sticky hand The strangers had made Henry get inside a plastic ball while they also instructed Dash to stay outside of it, and she did just that. They put the big plastic ball into a big hole in the floor of the vehicle. They made sure to tell Dash what they were doing as to not make her worried. Dash had been given instructions to wait by the door and take off when she sees Henry fly towards the airship from the vehicle. She did just that and waited with her wings spread. When she saw it, she knew it was her queue to take off towards the airship, so she did just that. She kicked off the vehicle and flew towards the airship as fast as she could. She saw him crash through the glass of the cockpit, and he seemed to be alright when she landed next to him. He gave a death glare to his target, which was the guy with the brown mustache, and two top hats? "Go go, I'll hold them off!" the other man standing next to him said. He appeared to be his guardian of some sort. Once their target left through the door, he looked back at Dash and Henry and pointed at them. "COME ON THEN!!" he shouted. Henry pulled out a remote for the ball he was currently inside. He had to choose fast for which mechanic to use. Laser Chair Thruster He was thinking about Newton's third law and how the laser could backfire because of the 'every action has an equal opposite reaction' statement, so he knew that could put a factor into how the laser could operate. He considered using the thrusters but changed his mind right before pushing the button to activate them, he knew the guy standing in the way had a gun, and if he were to shoot one, it could make it malfunction and that could lead to bad news. The only thing he had left was the chair, though he didn't understand how it could work, he decided to try it. Laser Chair Thruster He pushed the button for the chair and one somehow was mechanized into the ball. Dash noticed and was very confused. Henry was also but then smiled as he noticed a lever on the side. He pushed it away from him and the ball started moving. Dash was even more confused but the ball took off without her, so she took off to catch up. The guy lept out of the way so he wasn't a problem for now. The pair followed where their target ran off and eventually found him on the other side of the engine room. Henry picked up his pace and Dash soon followed. Their target noticed them and gasped, quickly running through the door he was standing at. Then Dash heard a whiring noise and looked up, finding that a crane was carrying a huge clump of coal and was aiming to crush the both of them. Dash signaled Henry that they were gonna be killed if he didn't make a decision fast. Warning, 3 seconds to choose!!!!! Eject Spikes Boost Henry was worried that if he used the boost, the clump of coal would hit them both hard enough to knock them back and kill them, and he knew the spikes wouldn't work because, with a defensive move like that, it would still crush them. As risky as it is, he had to go with eject. Eject Spikes Boost Henry pushed a button and the ball opened up, propelling him forward with a yelp. Dash noticed and picked up her speed, dodging the clump of coal in time just before it crashed down on the ball. Dash caught up with Henry as he busted his way through the door and they both spotted their target. He was running across the long hall and pulled out a device. He said something that neither Dash nor Henry could make out but they heard closing behind them. They both looked behind them to find doors closing faster than Henry could run. They had to make a decision fast or they'd lose their target! Warning, 1 second to choose!!!!! Metal Fist Fly Warp (I decided to switch Beans with Fly because didn't want Dash to be left out. Plus I didn't want the grossness of that scene in this) From their adventures together, Henry knew Dash was really fast. So he asked her if she could help, and she agreed, knowing what she had to do. Metal Fist Fly Warp Henry hoped on Dash and it took a second to get ready for the burst of speed. Once Dash got a nod, she got a burst of energy and rocketed into the next room, where one guy inside a cell saw the whole ordeal and commented with amazement. Once Dash put Henry back on the floor, she told him that she mildly sprained her wing from crashing through the platform above. Henry looked up and saw they were on the lower floor and their target was on a small sliver of the platform, failing multiple times to open the door. Henry had to come up with a way to get him and Dash up there before their target got away. Metal Bend Rocket Jump Robo Pants He wasn't really a pro at metal bending, so there was a chance that he could mess up royally and make the entire airship come crashing down! With the Robo pants, he just thought it would be a little silly, plus there was only room for one person inside that thing so he wouldn't be able to fit himself and Dash inside. His only option was to go with the rocket jump. He had seen other soldiers in a certain famous video game do this stunt, but he didn't know if it was real, so he wanted to test it to see if it would work. He pulled out a rocket launcher that looked similar to the one seen in the game. Metal Bend Rocket Jump Robo Pants Henry told Dash to hold on as best she could. She grabbed onto his leg and Henry looked a bit hesitant at first, but then he remembered that he had a job to do. He aimed the launcher at the floor and shot a rocket, sending him and Dash flying upwards. They both landed safely on top of the sliver of the former platform and jumped through the open door just as it was closing. They started to catch up to their target, but the man from the cockpit had caught up with the two. He landed right in front of them, making the duo stop dead in their tracks. "Now I've got ya," he said in a menacing tone. Henry and Dash got into battle stances and prepared to take this guy down. (I'm going to make this if the player chose Dirk, which gives you the final fantasy reference) Fight Blitz Tools Magic He had to choose one of these items, if he were to choose one, he and Dash would surely get wiped out since he knows this guy is very powerful somehow. He needs to find a way to one-shot him before he makes a move. Then an idea sparked in his head: he could use a chainsaw! Chainsaws can be very deadly when used in combat, so he decided to send Dash to kick their opponent in the face to get him to the ground then pull out the chainsaw and hopefully knock him out! Fight Blitz Tools Magic He told Dash to kick him and she obliged, spreading her wings to take a few flaps towards their enemy since her wing was still sprained, and kicked him square in the face. She backed up to let Henry use the chainsaw. When it was about to make contact, she looked away. (TW: blood and gore!!!!!! if you don't want to see that, I suggest moving on to the paragraph that has this at the beginning: ) When she heard nothing else, she looked back at Henry and the remains of their enemy. Half of his head was sliced off, as well as his right arm and legs. Blood was spewing everywhere! Dash gagged at the sight, and quickly convinced Henry to continue the chase before anyone sees them. "I can't go out there like this," Henry stated, dropping the chainsaw. "I can fix that, my wing is a little better now, I guess I might've moved a joint when we crashed into the wall, but popped back into place when I kicked that guy, so you don't need to worry about me. I got a little trick to clean you up fast," Dash replied smugly. She spread her wings and started to fly around Henry at high speeds. When she finished, there was no more blood on him. "I call it the 'Rainblow Dry,' pretty neat huh?" "I guess so, I'm impressed," Henry said amazed, "but we got no more time to waste, let's go." They started for the other door at the other side of the room and it was still open. They walked through and were met with a very high ledge. On the other side of the room, there was another ledge that was lower than the one they were currently standing on. The door on said ledge closed, indicating that their target made it through to the other side somehow and made it through the door in time before Dash and Henry finished what they were doing in the previous room. Henry had to think of something fast so they wouldn't lose their target. Glider Jet Boots Beef Up He knew the glider was the best option instantly because now that Dash's wing was feeling better, she could easily glide across the gap to the other platform, and he could as well if he had the glider. Plus, he didn't really understand the purpose of 'Beef Up,' and he knew the jet boots were most likely unsafe to operate. Glider Jet Boots Beef Up Henry pulled out the glider, and Dash spread her wings once more. They both jumped off the platform, safely made it to the other side, and sprinted into the next room where they heard their target shouting for help. They jumped off the small porch where the door they entered the room from was and tackled their target, successfully making it to where Henry held him to where he couldn't escape his grasp. Dash noticed a button at the other side of the room and pressed it, making one of the doors to the outside open up and startling the other members. They all took out their weapons and pointed them at the duo, and the target started speaking. "Listen, listen," he spoke, which got Henry and Dash's attention, "you've defeated my Right Hand Man, and defeated me. I surrender the airship to you." That made Henry's eyes widen. Was he telling the truth? He looked at Dash, who had not really understood what was said. He explained it to her and she lightly gasped. After a few seconds of silence, they heard an announcement from the helicopter from behind them. "Great work you two, now just get him to us and you'll get your life back." They both had a choice to make, but they weren't really sure what to do. Governemnt: Parachute, Tank Toppats: Dummies, Missile > Infiltrating The Airship: Tank Choice > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Government: Parachute, Tank Toppats: Dummies, Missile Henry realized that he'd no longer get pursued by the authorities if he got a pardon, and Dash would be getting one as well. He told her about this and she agreed, thinking how the girls would think if they heard about what she did in this world if she ever got back to Equestria. Henry told Dash to break open a nearby box that said 'tank in a box' and she did, finding what seemed to be a white tank inside. She had no clue what it was since there was nothing of the sort in Equestria, but she assumed it was called a tank as what was said on the box. Henry gave her a thumbs up and moved their target to the tank, and put him in. Henry got inside the tank and started it up. He had never operated a tank before, but he managed to make it go backward and off the airship. Dash worriedly jumped off the airship and flew faster toward the ground, the helicopter following behind them. The tank landed with a hard thump on the ground, and Henry poked his head out perfectly fine and pulled the toppat leader out of the tank. Dash landed right next to them, as well as the helicopter. She ran over to Henry as he pushed the toppat leader to the general. "Are you ok?" she said. "I'm fine, and so is the leader, I found straps for both of us inside and managed to strap us both in before we landed," Henry said, getting a hug from Dash. The pilot of the helicopter walked over to the duo, handed Henry two pieces of paper, and walked with the general back to the helicopter. The general gave a salute to the duo and entered the helicopter with the Toppat leader, and soon the helicopter flew off towards the government base. Henry opened both papers and showed Dash one, revealing that they were their pardons. Dash did a flip and gave Henry a big smile. Henry hopped back into the tank and started it up. He looked at Dash with a smug look, and she returned it. Henry started to drive the tank forward with a determined look, and Dash was flying beside him as they tried to find their way home. Rank: Relentless Bounty Hunters > Infiltrating the Airship: Dummies Choice > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Government: Parachute, Tank Toppats: Dummies, Missile Henry realized that the leader had 'surrendered the airship' to him and Dash. He let go of the leader and told him his plan. Dash looked on, confused as to what Henry was doing, but the realization hit when another member brought out two dummies, one with a top hat on. Henry and the leader grabbed the two dummies and threw them off the platform. Luckily, the helicopter was fooled and flew down to follow the dummies to the ground. The bay doors were closed and Henry began to walk with Dash and their former target. During their walk back to the cockpit, Dash realized that Henry let his greed take over and now joined the Toppats, the people they were both tasked to take down. If Henry joined the toppats, then I will as well, Dash thought, he might be the only way for me to get back to Equestria, whether I have to be a criminal or not. I just need to make sure to not tell the girls about this if I ever do return. After they arrive at the cockpit, their former target said that due to him surrendering the airship to them, he was giving Henry the role of leader of the Toppats. The duo gasped. Leader of a criminal organization, Henry? They couldn't think about what to say. Henry eventually found the right words and said, "I will happily become the Toppat's next leader, and my friend Rainbow Dash here can be my right-hand mare." Dash looked at Henry with sparkles in her eyes. It seems that he knew Dash was excellent in combat, so he decided to make her his bodyguard in a sense. "I've already got a hat in mind for you, Mr. Henry," the former leader, Reginald Copperbottom, stated. He took off the black top hat on top of his gray one and the gold chain around his neck. He placed the gold chain around the top hat and told Henry to go sit in the pilot seat of the airship. Henry did just that and the top hat was placed on his head, proclaiming him as the new leader. It'll take a little time to get Dash a top hat, but now that she's a member, she'll get one soon. Rank: Rapidly Promoted Executives > Infiltrating The Airship: Grapple Gun Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Earpiece Canon Ball Grapple Gun Sticky hand Henry was handed a grapple gun and aimed it toward the bottom of the airship. He shot it and felt it hit something a few seconds after. He was then forcefully pulled from the vehicle with Rainbow still there. She took off to meet up with Henry wherever he ended up. She eventually caught up with him and looked towards the door to the inside. They happened to end up on a balcony. They had to think of something to help them get inside. Joy Buzzer Expanding Foam Wait Bomb Henry knew that the bomb wasn't going to work, because it could possibly kill him and Dash if the explosion was big enough. Dash didn't understand how the expanding foam would work, so she put that option aside. Henry was considering the joy buzzer, but he realized that the zaps from these things can be so powerful that an electric car would break down, and possibly even kill somebody with physical disabilities. He was worried about if one small joy buzzer could shut down this entire airship. Though the chances of that happening are slim, he didn't want to risk it. He told Dash that they were going to wait for someone they come through the door and then come inside. Joy Buzzer Expanding Foam Wait Bomb Dash groaned at first but then accepted it as she laid down on the wooden balcony as Henry leaned up against the wall next to the door. a few minutes later... Henry and Dash have been waiting for several minutes now and are starting to regret their decision. They were about to choose something else when a member walked out the door with a mug in his hand. The duo took this opportunity to sneak behind him and get inside. Once they were both inside, Henry shut the door on the member and locked it to prevent him from finding out that there were intruders on the ship. They looked around the room for something that could help them get important information about the Toppats to the strangers that captured them. Vent Elevator Computer Henry thought that the computer was a bad idea as he could get caught up in looking through the files and might take too long that the member might come back in and report them. The elevator was almost the same situation, but that would mean going to the wrong floor and a lot of other members on that floor where they end up at. The vent was a much safer option as almost nobody would be able to see them until after they exited the vent. Vent Elevator Computer They both walked over to the vent opening and Henry crawled inside, only to be propelled by a gust of wind. Dash followed suit, having a little more control over the wind as she's had plenty of experience with strong winds before. When she caught up with Henry, a window in the vent presented a large vault with a giant ruby at the center. Henry took one glance at it and smiled wide with a slight glimmer in his eyes. Dash noticed this and realized what Henry was thinking. "Are you kidding me Henry?! We're supposed to be looking for evidence to prove these guys are guilty, not stealing from them!!! *sigh* Unfortunately, I have no choice but to follow in his footsteps, otherwise, I may never return home." she thought. The window passed and Henry was thrown out of the vent to a strange room with a large gap. Henry had enough momentum to be flung all the way to the other side from the vent. Dash was also flung but stopped herself with a flap of her wings. She hung around in the air for a little bit before landing on the opposite side from where Henry was. "You're going to have to figure this one out on your own because of the sudden change of plans!" Dash shouted, making sure nobody heard her. "Wow, a little rude much?" Henry thought, glaring at her. Henry looked at how big the gap looked and came up with the most useful options he could think of. Leap Teleporter Stretch Chewies Magic Pencil He wanted to try the teleporter since its recent tech but turned the idea down as he was worried about putting in the wrong code and ending up possibly being killed. The chewies seemed useful, but there was a chance that he could mess up badly and be killed as well. The magic pencil was a little safer but he didn't know how it worked. His best option was to take a leap of faith and hope Dash would help. Leap Teleporter Stretch Chewies Magic Pencil Henry stepped to the ledge and prepared to jump. "What is he doing? Is he going to try to jump across? What an idiot." Dash thought, facehoofing herself. But as Henry jumped, a big jolt in the airship caused massive movements, and surprisingly, Henry made it across. He smacked against the wall behind Dash and got up holding his head. A big ringing sounded all around the airship, meaning the leader was going to make an announcement. "My apologies everyone. Had to deploy some evasive maneuvers. A flock of ducks flew by." "That's it, just for a flock of ducks?!" Dash thought, "At least it saved Henry from doing something stupid." Henry got through the door and walked inside, seeing another door on the other side of the room. He tried opening it, finding that it was locked, so he started to come up with ways to possibly get through. Wizard Magic Hack Paperizer Retroglove His experience level in wizarding was very low, so there was a high chance that he could mess up. He didn't know how to use a retro glove, so there was no way he was going to use it. He thought about hacking the panel next to the door but realized he had very little knowledge of hacking things. His only option was to use something called a paperizer, though he didn't know how it worked, it seemed like the safest option. Wizard Magic Hack Paperizer Retroglove Henry pulled out a paperizer from nowhere and set it up. "Jeez, where does he get these things from, I'm going to have to ask him about that," Dash thought. Once Henry got it set up, he told Dash to wait here. She sat on her haunches and watched Henry use the paperizer. Henry then activated it and it started to turn Henry into a piece of paper. Once it was done, the now paperized Henry fell over on the floor. Dash looked on with confusion, but by now she should expect this from him as she's been stuck here for a long time. She watched him slide through the bottom of the door. After a few seconds, Henry opened the door for Dash to enter with him. He was no longer paperized, so it was easier for him to move around and perform simple tasks. Dash walked into the vault and saw how big the gem really was. She realized it was about the same size as the diamond Henry stole a few weeks ago. Henry had to think of a way to get this ruby safely out of the airship and back home. Clawpack Shrink n' Grow Gravity Manipulator Henry realized the best way for him to get the ruby the safest would be to hide it somewhere, but it was clearly too big for that, though with the shrink n' grow, he could manage to do just that. He decided to use this small contraption. Clawpack Shrink n' Grow Gravity Manipulator Henry pulled out a small contraption and put it on the ruby, and it did what he wanted. The contraption shrunk the ruby to the size of a normal gem. Henry started to walk over to the other door, hoping for a possible exit, but instead was met with a strange scanner from overhead. It finished scanning Henry and the light turned red, which started to sound an alarm. Dash and Henry looked at each other with worry and looked over to the other side of the hallway to see a member. "Hey you two, stop right there!" he demanded. They've been caught! meanwhile... Back inside the helicopter, the pilot and the general were tracking how the duo were doing, and an alert was sounding that something was happening. "What's going on?" the general asked. "It looks like Henry set off some sort of alarm, in the vault?" the pilot answered questioningly. "What? He's gone rouge?!" the general said then changed his deminer to a more stern one, "alright, move to plan B. Call in reinforcements and move in." The pilot did as he was told and more helicopters started to appear. meanwhile... Henry and Dash were cornered by the Toppat member. He pulled out a walkie-talkie and started speaking to the leader. "Yeah, this is Geoffrey. Yeah, I got 'em right here so you guys don't need to-" He was cut off by an explosion that sent Dash and Henry flying. Dash managed to gain control over her momentum and flew below the airship wing so as to not be seen by the members who were walking out onto the wing. Henry on the other hand wasn't so lucky, as he ended up on the center of the propeller somehow. He didn't know where Dash was and he couldn't call out her name. He had to think of something without her help. Shell Armor Propane Tank Umbrella He knew the propeller blades were moving at very high speeds, and he remembered hearing that the armor he had was incredibly strong. He wanted to see if it was true, so he pulled out the armor and started to put it on. Shell Armor Propane Tank Umbrella After a few seconds, he put on the helmet and checked that he still had the ruby, and he did. He held on tight to it and ran towards the propeller blades to jump right through them. He came out fine. Dash noticed the explosion coming from the propellers and started to worry for Henry. She flew down and found him falling towards the ground with some weird armor on. She flew towards him and they both landed next to a rock on the ground, and the ruby returned to its normal size. Henry took off the helmet and saw the airship crash into the ground. The duo looked away to not get dirt and dust in their eyes. When they looked back. They seemed to see a warzone. They hid behind the rock to protect themselves. A few seconds later, people in flying suits came crashing down on the battlefield and eliminated many soldiers and toppats alike. Some were even vaporized to nothing. They continued hiding until someone with a flying suit came down to take a bathroom break. Henry managed to activate the suit and grabbed the ruby and started to fly away with Dash by his side. While they were flying away, the helicopter they were captured in blocked their path. "Orders captain?" the pilot asked. Henry and the general had a brief staredown until the general made his decision. "Let 'em go." "What!?" the pilot said surprised. "We got what we came for. They're not worth the trouble." The helicopter flew away and the duo gave each other determined looks, then they started to fly their way home with the ruby safe in Henry's mechanical hand. Rank: Pure Blooded Thieves > Infiltrating The Airship: Sticky Hand Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Earpiece Canon Ball Grapple Gun Sticky Hand Henry was put into a large sticky hand and was flung towards the back of the airship. Dash flew off after him and managed to make it right next to him. Henry climbed through the small opening in the door and the first thing he notices is a yellow safe. He smiles and fully climbs in to let Dash inside. Once she's in, he thinks of a way to get this outside safely and to the helicopter. Ball n' Chain Zero Point Energy It was a 50/50 chance, if he were to choose the bad idea, he'd be screwed. The ball and chain seemed like the best option as he was worried he'd not have much control over the safe with the zero point energy. He managed to find a ball and chain nearby and clipped it to the safe. Ball n' Chain Zero Point Energy Henry told Dash to move out of the way, and she did. He then kicked the ball out the door and it was enough to slide the safe right outside, hitting Henry in the process. Dash grimaced, then heard voices behind her. Hey-hey, d'you hear somethin' over there? Naw man, I didn't hear nothin' Dash jumped off the platform to catch up with Henry, but it turned out the helicopter caught the safe, and it made it to the inside of the helicopter, so did Henry and Dash. They opened up the safe and all they found was a teddy bear. Henry nervously looked at the general and Dash facehoofed. You've got to be kidding me! Dash thought as the soldier behind the general slowly lifted his rifle. Fail Rank: Lightning Quick Larcenists > Fleeing The Complex: Intro > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- It's been a few weeks since Henry and Dash were captured by the government to take care of the toppat airship, and they both were living wonderful lives. Now, Henry was taking a walk in a field nearby (the government base, his house, or toppat secret base) for some fresh air, leaving Dash behind to take care of what she had to do. Little did he know that it was a big mistake. A few minutes after deciding to head back, he suddenly heard footsteps behind him, and before he could look, he was knocked unconscious. Hours later, Dash had gotten worried for him and flew to the field to make sure he was okay, only to find that he wasn't there at all. She started to panic and shouted his name nonstop for several minutes. After giving up, she sadly flew back and (alerted Galeforce or a toppat about Henry's disappearance, or headed back to Henry's house to find where he was), hoping Henry was alright. she eventually found out where he was and proceeded to (fly in that direction or alert Reginald about her discovery) Henry woke up to find that he was handcuffed to a chair in a dark room with only one lightbulb illuminating it. He noticed a silhouette in the darkness with its hand behind its back. Then he heard a voice coming from said silhouette. "Ah, hello Henry." Wait, how do they know my name? Henry thought. The silhouette stepped out from the darkness to reveal a man about the same age as the general he met at the airship event, but he kind of had a Russian accent. "Welcome, to the wall," the man said. Henry looked on in confusion and worry, as he didn't know where Dash was, or if she was even in the same room. As Henry was worrying about her, the strange man continued speaking. "Some of the most cunning and notorious criminals are kept here. And now we have the infamous Henry Stickmin." Henry looked at him with fear and a hint of sadness. Where's Dash? he kept thinking. "You're going to be here for a long time. Grigori, take him." Another man appeared behind him and the light went out. They both left the room to head for a holding cell to keep Henry until he had his own permanent cell. When they got there, the man pushed Henry to the back wall of the cell. "You wait here until cell found," he told Henry, then walked to the entrance of the cell. Henry was worried sick for Dash. But if he never met her, he still knew he had to escape. He noticed a red-haired woman sitting next to him with a pained expression. He thought that she could help him escape. But there were other ways to get out of here. He had to make a choice soon. Boost Up Charge Tackle Wait for Transfer Play Dead > Fleeing The Complex: Boost Up Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boost Up Charge Tackle Wait for transfer Play Dead Henry looked up to see a vent above him. He realized that it could be a great way to escape, but it was too high for him to reach. He had to get help from someone, and the only person that would be willing to help without Dash being around was the girl. He whispered something to her to get her attention. She looked up at him and he moved his head towards the vent door. She nodded her head in agreement and hoisted Henry up. Henry managed to hang himself with his still cuffed hands on a broken pipe. He swung his foot to hook onto the handle of the door and forced it open. He then swung himself inside the vent and found a strange rock. He walked up to it and managed to damage the cuffs enough to the point where his hands were free. He now was able to escape, but what was stopping him from carrying on was him thinking if he could bring the girl with him or not, and he couldn't make up his mind, but he had to make a decision at some point. Abandon Help > Fleeing the Complex: Abandon Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abandon Help He didn't want to, but the thought of bringing the girl would slow him down and cause a ruckus. He silently told himself, "I'm sorry," and carried on. He also told himself not to tell Dash about this when he exited the complex. When he reached the end of the vent, he spotted two guards having a conversation at the doorway to the room. He had to find a way to get past them. Comand Melody Pickpocket Whoopee Cushion Sprint He knew sprinting wouldn't help as one guy had a spear and he could easily be stabbed and killed. He figured pickpocketing wouldn't work because he thought they didn't have anything useful. He didn't understand the command melody option and didn't think too much of it. His only option now was the whoopee cushion, he thought about what to do with it until he found a string and rock to the side. Comand Melody Pickpocket Whoopee Cushin Sprint He tied the rock to the whoopee cushion and threw it in the direction of the two guards. Once it hit the floor, the guards heard the noise and one smiled while the other frowned. "Oh come on!" one said. "Are you serious?" the other stated, "That was totally you!" "You what? Don't you accuse me!" "Come on just admit it." "It wasn't ME!" Then one tackled the other and got into an arm wrestle on who did it. It was the perfect opportunity for Henry to slip on by undetected. He ran through the doorway and through the hall and came across a locked door. he looked up to see a hatch at the ceiling of the next room and thought about getting in through there, but he had to find a way up somehow without alerting the guard on the second floor of cells. Longshot Spring Power Jump He thought about using the spring but remembered they can be pretty loud when used, so it would definitely alert the guard. He considered the longshot but thought about if he missed where he was aiming and somehow got hurt. The power jump, however, made very little noise and didn't come with an injury risk. Longshot Spring Power Jump Henry crouched down and charged up the power he'd need to make it up. When he released, he successfully made it up, opened the hatch, and dropped down. he thought about opening the door to escape a different way but spotted an elevator shaft. He thought about going down that way, but it was too deep to go down on his own, so he needed some help. Balloon Button Bungee The elevator made the most sense, but then he thought about other guards using the elevator and him getting caught. Bungee jumping definitely wouldn't work as he didn't see any bungee ropes anywhere. The balloon seemed like a stupid option, but then he had an idea. Balloon Button Bungee He grabbed a red balloon nearby and jumped down the shaft while blowing it up. after a few minutes, he'd successfully blown up the balloon enough to help slow his fall. He eventually stopped falling right where an open door was and looked around the room to find an open vent on the other side of a metal pipe. He flung himself across the gap, let the balloon shrink back down to its normal size, and walked over to the pipe, thinking of a way to get across. Helium Balance Plunger Boots His balancing really wasn't that great so he might fall off easily. None of the other options made sense to him, but helium seemed the most logical. If only he kept the balloon though... Helium Balance Plunger Boots He picked up the can of helium and put the nozzle to his mouth. He filled his head up with the helium stored within and started to float across the pipe. Once he was on the other side, he climbed into the vent and made it outside. He then noticed two more guards there on the dock blocking his way. He didn't have any more distractions on him, so he needed a way to get past them undetected. Meanwhile with Dash, she had flown to The Wall in search of Henry, but with no luck. She flew down to the docks and found him exit through a vent and flew down to meet him. "Henry," she whispered to him just loud enough to get his attention, "What are you doing here? i was worried sick about you!" Henry just told her to be quiet as he tried to come up with a way past the guards, and she went with it. Box Leaf Shadowzer He didn't understand this, 'shadowzer,' so he eliminated it. If the guards spotted a moving box, he might be in trouble. The leaf would make too much noise and then he'd be caught for sure. He frowned as none of the options seemed right to him, but then he realized, Dash was with him now, so she could fly him across the dock and out of harm's way. He told her the plan and she nodded. Box Leaf Shadowzer Fly Henry hopped onto Dash's back and she took off. They both managed to make it past the guards undetected as the falling snow obscured their vision. They landed safely on the other side of the dock and found three different ways for Henry to finally make it out. S.S. Annie Rocket Dinghy Henry didn't know how to operate a rocket, so that was out of the question. He doubted there were no crewmembers on the big ship and wouldn't notice an unscheduled departure. Their only option was the small boat, but they were okay with it. As long as Henry made it out okay. S.S. Annie Rocket Dinghy Henry hopped into the boat while Dash hovered right next to him as he started the engine. When it was on, he faced forward, gave Dash a nod, and drove away. Meanwhile with the two guards on the dock, they noticed someone leave on the Dinghy. "Someone just leave?" one commented. "I think it was Smith," the other replied. "Ah, yeah. Probably off to see his family." Rank: Ghost Inmate > Fleeing the Complex: Help Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Abandon Help He really didn't want to leave her behind, and the thought of it made him sick to his stomach. He helped Dash out when they first met, so why not help this woman out? He walked over to the ladder, released it, and climbed down to help her get up. He flung her inside the vent and she used the stone to break her cuffs. After Henry got back in without the guard noticing that they were both gone, the woman thanked him for bringing her along, to which he nodded in response. "I'm Ellie. What's your name?" she asked. "I'm Henry. I also have a friend named Rainbow Dash. I'll introduce you to her when we get outta here." "Okay. I'm cool with that." When they got to the end of the vent, they found two guards at the entrance to the room they were in, which appeared to be a storage room. They hid behind some boxes and came up with a plan to take them out. Distract Synchronized Takedown Bounce Bros Tall Guy They didn't understand how being tall in this scenario would work, as well as the bounce bros. Distracting them would work if they had something to distract them with, but they had nothing. Their only option was to take them down at the same time. Distract Synchronized Takedown Bounce Bros Tall Guy They both snuck up behind them and Henry counted down for them to strike. Once he got to zero, they both lunged behind them and put them into a chokehold. After about two seconds, the guards passed out and the duo laid them down on the floor, then made their way to the other side of the hall. They then came across a locked door to a room on said side of the hall. Ellie looked up through the window to see a hatch on the ceiling, but a guard on the second floor. They had to find a way up without alerting him. Ellie looked at Henry and said, "If we can get you up there, you could get in and open this door." Then they went over their options on how to do so. Judo Throw The Force GraviToR v2.0 Judo throwing wasn't either of their strong suits, so that was out of the question. The gravitor didn't seem all that trustworthy, so that was a no. Henry didn't understand how the force would work, but Ellie told him she had a little trick up her sleeve to help with that, so he gave it a shot. Judo Throw The Force GraviToR v2.0 Ellie stood back while she prepared while Henry looked on with confusion, but then she lifted her hand and Henry felt a slight pressure on his neck and was lifted off the ground. That was when he understood what she meant, and he put his hands to his neck as a sign for Ellie to hurry up and bring him up. He continued to fly upwards until Ellie released her grip and Henry landed on the top. He took a few deep breaths before giving Ellie a thumbs up and dropping down into the room. He ran over to the control panel and hit a few buttons and opened the door. As he walked through it, however, the doors to the cells opened and all the prisoners inside began charging out. Seems like Henry accidentally caused a prison breakout and their cover was blown. Ellie noticed another door behind her was open and ushered Henry inside. They noticed a few boxes and ran behind them on opposite sides of the room. One inmate called out to them in a language they couldn't understand, but three guards came after it with guns in their hands. "Hold it right there, inmates!" How were they going to get out of this? They had to come up with something fast. One Each Henry: Grenade, Sniper Rifle Ellie: Crossbow, Taser They both found some items behind the boxes that might be useful. Henry found a rifle and grenade while Ellie found a crossbow and taser. They both discussed how to combo them. Ellie thought about using the taser with the rifle, she would tase the guards and Henry would shoot them while they were being tased. One Each Henry: Grenade, Sniper Rifle Ellie: Crossbow, Taser Henry checked and confirmed there was ammo in the rifle while Ellie confirmed her taser was ready to fire. However, when Ellie fired, she accidentally fired too early and hit Henry instead. The shock made him fire rapidly at the guards without aiming, but somehow they were all down when Henry recovered. Ellie shot an apologetic look, but they were both surprised it still worked and Henry went through the door to see two other guards chatting in an elevator. Ellie soon caught up with two hats in her hands. "Hey, I just grabbed these," She said, "Maybe they'll come in handy?" If they were going to use the hats to their advantage, they had to come up with a way to use them to get rid of the guards. Toss Pass By Blend In Blending in seemed like the most logical, but the guards might recognize them as prisoners if they were to slip up. They noticed another elevator with other prisoners inside, but they both assumed they were oblivious to disguises and decided not to join them. If they were going to create a distraction, these hats were the best thing to use. Toss Pass By Blend In Henry grabbed one of the hats and tossed it in front of the two guards. One noticed and walked towards the other elevator and signaled to his buddy about the other prisoners. While they were distracted, Henry and Ellie slipped into the elevator and activated it before the guards could re-enter. When they got to the surface, they came to witness an absolute warzone, they had to act fast if they were going to make it out. Henry sprinted out of the elevator with Ellie close behind but was soon caught by a guard and couldn't catch up. She called to him for help and he turned around, to see her hands behind her back. "Back to your cell, inmate," he said to her while trying to pull her away. Adrenaline Make a Face The KNEE Henry looked at the label for the adrenaline but figured out it wasn't adrenaline at all, so he eliminated that option. He was worried about hurting Ellie if he attacked the guard, so that was a big no. His only option seemed stupid, but he had to give it a shot. Adrenaline Make a Face The KNEE He looked towards the guard and made a face at him. The guard and Ellie looked back with straight faces, confused and a bit annoyed. The guard eventually spoke up, "What, you think that will upset me? Oh, very mature-" He was cut off by a car running into him, and narrowly missing Ellie. She stood there stunned for a few seconds before running over to Henry. "Thanks... I guess?" she said, "Now let's get outta here." She pointed towards the exit and to three possible options to help them escape. Dash had arrived at the complex to hear an alarm going off. She looked closer and saw that there was some sort of breakout going on, and she knew Henry was most likely behind it. She hid behind the bushes close by and waited for him to either bust through the door or something. She eventually saw one person on a motorcycle grab some sort of stop sign and take it with her. Dash questioned what was going on in there, but then saw that same person jump over the wall with someone else with them. She heard them talk for a little bit while she got a closer look on who they were, and realized the person on the back of the motorcycle was Henry. She came running out of the bushes to meet him. "Henry! Thank Celestia you're okay!" she called to him. Henry and Ellie turned towards the voice and Henry smiled. He got off the motorcycle and hugged Dash as he was also grateful she was alright. Ellie looked at them confused. "Uh, Henry. Who is this, 'colorful horse?'" she asked. They broke the hug and Dash glared at her for the nickname. Henry rolled his eyes and said that she was Rainbow Dash, and Ellie remembered he would introduce her to Dash once they escaped. "I'm sorry for that, I'm Ellie. We'll do introductions later, right now we need to go." "Right," Henry said, getting back on the motorcycle. Ellie revved up the motorcycle and took off with Dash following suit. Ellie looked at Dash surprised that she could fly this fast, but smiled as the three of them were the first few to have fled the complex. Henry noticed this as he was running down the hall. He had to do something fast. WARNING! 2 SECONDS TO CHOOSE!!! Speed Shoes Acrobatics Hide He was afraid of losing control of the shoes, and the only places to hide were cells, so his only hope was to pull off acrobatic moves and pray that the bullets miss. Speed shoes Acrobatics Hide He jumped in the air just as the bullets began to fire, dodging them with a front flip and a handstand. The bullets then ceased and he was now sliding down the hall on his cuffed hands. He then noticed two more guards at the end of the hall and one of them shouted something that he couldn’t understand, but he assumed he was telling him to stop in his tracks. If he was going to avoid these guys, he needed to come up with a solution fast. WARNING! 2 SECONDS TO CHOOSE!!! Web Throw Tool Gun Item He wasn’t sure about the tool gun, and he definitely couldn’t shoot web, his only option was to hope a good item came out of this randomized item box. Web Throw Tool Gun Item Henry saw the item box appear over his head and waited around 2 seconds before something that looked like a ghost was selected. Right after, he became more and more transparent until he was invisible to everyone around him. The cuffs on his hands also fell off, and he could use them freely. He ran right past them and into the elevator on the other side of the hall and safely made it to the surface. He saw several other guards out there so he hid behind a box to prevent anyone from noticing. However, as he was figuring out where to go, he heard the warden make an announcement. "Attention! We have an escaped convict. He was last seen heading towards the surface. Don't make me do this myself." Now the entire complex knew where he was. He needed to be stealthy if he wanted to get out of there. Rainbow Dash had successfully made it outside The Wall and tried to devise a plan to break Henry out, but her thoughts were interrupted when she heard the warden say that someone had escaped. She assumed it was Henry, set those thoughts aside, and waited for him to come around the fence and run up to him. A few minutes later, she saw a truck ram through the entrance and speed away with several cars with guns following tow. She took off to follow it but stayed hidden through the darkness and falling snow. She got a good look at the person driving the truck and sighed as she confirmed it was Henry, but that relief instantly turned to fear as she saw him ram one of the cars off the cliff and the truck start flipping multiple times. It stopped right at the cliff's edge and slowly began to slip off. Dash was beginning to panic, but she knew she had to stay hidden and watch everything unfold. She watched as a black car roll up to the scene and the driver come out. She listened to what he was saying as the options for Henry to choose appeared in front of her. "I have to say Henry, I'm impressed. Really I am." WARNING! 14 SECONDS TO CHOOSE!!! Warp Star "you're the first person to escape the wall. But this is the end for you. You've got two options here, Henry." Airbag "you stay in there..." the warden said as he placed his foot on one of the wheels of the truck. Surrender "Or you return with us back to the complex. What's it going to be Henry?" Dash waited for him to do something, anything! But he never did. TIME'S UP!!! "Hmm... well that's just too bad." He then pushed the truck off the cliff and it landed in the water. Dash was heartbroken, how could Henry be so stupid?! She waited until everyone left to come out of the shadows and inspect if he was gone. She looked down the cliffside and saw nothing but dark waters below. She couldn't believe it. Her one way to possibly get back home is gone. She would never see her friends again. She began to cry softly to herself, but she never expected to hear Henry's voice from just a few feet below her. "Dash? I wasn't expecting you to be here. Can you help me up please?" She froze for a few seconds before flying down and seeing Henry barely hanging on the cliff. He managed to fool the warden into thinking that he had killed him. Dash got her bearings together and helped him up over the edge of the cliff and hugged him tight. "You scared me. I thought you died." "Guess the warden and the wall workers weren't the only ones I fooled huh?" "Guess so," Dash chuckled. "Let's get out of here before they find me, it's freezing." "Yeah, I agree." Rank: Presumed Dead > Fleeing the Complex: Wait for Transfer Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boost up Charge Tackle Wait for Transfer Play Dead Henry didn't see anything useful for the other options, so he decided to wait for the guard in front of him to transfer to another cell. Several minutes had passed and the woman next to him had already left at that time. He sat down a few minutes ago as standing up was getting a little difficult for him. As he was about to regret his decision, the guard turned around and spoke to him. "Alright. Let's go." Henry looked up and stood up as the guard undid his cuffs and put Henry's hands behind his back as they walked through the halls to Henry's cell. When they got there, the guard opened the door and pushed Henry inside. Henry wasn't expecting this harsh of a push so he fell over and landed on his face. As he was getting up, he felt a little flustered as he was slightly embarrassed about falling flat on his face. The guard then closed the cell door after saying, "Have a good time," leaving Henry alone in his cold cell. Henry wished Dash was here to help him because he was still worried about her, but he didn't see her anywhere outside his cell window. If he wanted to get out of here, he had to find a way on his own, and if he found a way to call for help, he'd do just that. Teleporter Sonic Pulse Laser Plane Fake Illness Cookie Not that stupid teleporter again, he really didn't want to use it and instantly set it aside. He didn't have any earplugs, so the sonic pulse wouldn't work out for him as he might go deaf. The cookie he had made him grow if he took a bite out of it, and the cell was way too small for him to use it. Faking illnesses wasn't easy, as he'd have to come up with some symptoms for his fake sickness. He didn't understand how the Laser Plane would work, but he thought about giving it a shot. Teleporter Sonic Pulse Laser Plane Fake Illness Cookie He brought out the device and it started hovering in front of him before shooting a laser to the floor. It made a rectangular shape all around him as it cut through the stone floor. After it finished, Henry fell straight through the floor and landed in another room below him. He looked around and found he was in an office, and looked down to see someone was crushed underneath him. He looked to the side and found a cell phone sitting next to the body and picked it up. He dialed his friends' number and they answered the call. Government Toppat Clan > Fleeing the Complex: Government Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Government Toppat Clan Charles was on a mission when he suddenly got a call. He assumed it was from the general telling him something about the mission he was on, so he answered. "Yeah?" he said, but to his surprise, Henry was on the other side. "Oh, Henry! How's it going?" Henry explained the situation and said he didn't know where Dash was. Charles told him he had nothing to worry about and that she was safe at base. Henry asked if he was currently on the job. "Oh, I see. Yeah, I'm uh... I'm flying right now, actually. Where-uh... Where are you?" Henry remembered the name of the complex and told him where he was. "Hmm, The Wall... Yeah, I... think I've heard of that place." Charles knew he was on a mission, but he didn't mind helping a friend whenever they needed it. "Yeah, I'm-uhh-I'm on a mission, but-uhh-I should have some time to swing by." Charles told him to hang tight while he made his way towards the complex, but in the meantime, he made another call. Dash was on her way towards Henry's location when she got a call on the device she was given by the government. She answered it with a tap of her hoof. "What's up?" she answered. "This is Charles. I just got a call from Henry saying he needs our help from The Wall." "That's funny, I was just on my way there! I'll meet you there." She then picked up her pace as she made her way to the complex. 1 Hour Later... It had been one hour since Charles got Henry's call and Dash had caught up with him in the meantime. She was now sitting in the helicopter while Charles continued to fly to the complex. when he was close enough, he called Henry back. "Hey! So-uhh, I'm getting pretty close," Charles said, "Yeah, just-uhh-try to get outside and I'll-I'll-uhh... y'know." Meanwhile, Henry stepped outside the office he was in to find he was in the cafeteria. He spotted a door to the emergency fire exit and tried to sneak his way there. Unfortunately, a guard spotted him and let everyone else there know he was there by pointing at him. He had to think of something to get out of there. Bubble Shield Earthbend Flash Earthbending was one of his special tricks that Dash would consider magic in this world, but it probably wouldn't work too great here. The bubble shield at least provided protection, but it was stationary and could only activate when in one spot, so that wasn't going to work either. He didn't fully understand how Flash worked, but it was his only option. Bubble Shield Earthbend Flash "Where you going'?" one guard asked as he drew his gun. Henry looked at him then the door, focused on where he wanted to go, and in a big flash, he was where he needed to be. Once he recovered, the phone buzzed and he picked it up. Meanwhile, Charles and Rainbow Dash have gotten close enough to the wall for them to see it through the snow. Charles decided to call Henry back and tell him they were there. "Hey, so-uhh-I see The Wall," he said, then got a response from Henry about him making it outside, "Oh, you're outside? Nice!" Then Dash ran over to the cockpit of the helicopter to see what Charles was talking about, then Charles managed to spot Henry on the fire escape. "Yeah, I think I see you. Yeah... There's a guard in the way..." He looked towards Dash, and they nodded in agreement, "I got this. Yeah! It'll... It'll be just like the old times." Dash and Charles looked over their options on how to get the guard out of the way so Henry could get out of there. Snipe Mini Helicopter Charles Charles did think about doing something he had always wanted to do, but this was a prison for crying out loud, plus Dash wouldn't be too happy about it. He frowned as he thought about doing something else instead. He considered using the sniper rifle he had but realized they were too far away for him to identify who was who. With the mini helicopter though, it had a built-in camera so he could easily tell who the guard was so he could eliminate him. Snipe Mini Helicopter Charles Charles activated a small helicopter and flew it towards the wall, easily using the camera to identify the guard, shoot a tether into his head, and pull him off the platform. Unfortunately, the mini helicopter can't be recovered now, but it served its purpose, so they didn't pay any mind to it. "Annnd there you go," he said as he spotted a helipad and motioned for Dash to be ready, "I'm seeing a helipad up here. Could be a really good place to get picked up. Uhh-once I get close, though, they'll-uhh-they'll probably raise the alarm." He continued to make his way towards The Wall with Dash ready to engage if necessary. As Henry was making his way up the fire exit, he heard Charles mention something about a helipad, so once he got to the top, heavily breathing, he looked to see two guards on the helipad, one with a gun, and the other with a bazooka. Not long after, he heard the alarm sound, meaning Charles was close. Charles also noticed and told Henry to be ready for when he landed. He had to think of something to make it out unscathed. Straight Into Helicopter Guard With Gun Guard With Bazooka Jump off Ledge If he were to jump off and go right into the helicopter, that would mean bad news for all three of them, Dash included, so he realized he would have to attack one of the guards. the one with the bazooka made more sense, as one of the explosives from one of those can be lethal and destroy the helicopter. Though he risked being shot by the other guard, he was willing to take that risk. Striaght Into Helicopter Guard With Gun Guard With Bazooka Jump Off Ledge He ran toward the guard without him noticing, and pushed him over, disrupting his aim. "Get 'em!" he called out to his buddy. The other guard turned around to face them and pointed his gun at Henry. However, before he could fire, he was met with a blow to the head. Dash had flown out of the helicopter to help Henry get rid of the guards. Charles landed the helicopter and walked to the door waving at Henry to get inside. Henry made the, "I'm watching you," gesture to the guard as he walked over to the helicopter. Once he and Dash were inside, Henry closed the door and Charles took off. "Rescue mission a success!" Charles cheered. Henry and Dash hugged for a little bit as they reunited. Henry was questioning why Dash didn't come with him to The Wall but didn't think much of it after Charles spoke. "Guys, would you mind if-uhh-if I finish my mission?" he asked, "I was in the middle of it when Henry called." They nodded their heads in confirmation. "Great! I'll let the general know that I'll be coming back with some friends." Rank: International Rescue Operative > Fleeing The Complex: Toppat Clan Pathway > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Government Toppat Clan Meanwhile, in the Toppat airship, Dash was standing next to Reginald as they were attempting to find Henry. Reginald had once again taken over the Toppats in Henry's place, as Dash didn't feel comfortable being the leader of a criminal organization. She did have her custom top hat on though, the light blue and the rainbow streaks fit her perfectly, and her cutie mark was a small pin on the side. As they were flying around, Reginald's phone rang and he picked it up. Dash was slightly surprised but didn't think anything of it as she was used to this kind of technology now. "Yes, hello?" Reginald said when he answered the call. He wasn't expecting to hear Henry's voice come from the other side. "Henry?" he said, catching Dash and the other Toppat behind her off guard. Dash smiled, as she regained her hope in finding him. She continued to listen to Reginald's side of the conversation. "Where are you? Oh, in a complex? Called the Wall? Ah, y-yes of course-uh, we'll-eh-we'll be right there. Oh, sit tight-ehh, I'll let you know when we're close." He then put Henry on hold as he put in the coordinates to the wall. Dash started to dance in place as she started to get excited about finally seeing Henry again. Reginald noticed and smiled, but little did she know, he had something planned. 1 hour later... Dash had begun to get impatient and tapped her hoof, but Reginald told her that they had arrived at The Wall and smiled. They needed to figure out where Henry was to break him out, so Reginald took Henry off hold and began to talk to him. "Wh-where exactly are you?" he asked and got a response as they began to descend slightly, "Cafeteria. Hmm... Okay... Got the map here... Yes, there you are." Reginald pulled up a map of the complex and found where the cafeteria was located. "Alright, how do you want to do this?" Reginald asked, preparing to do anything that Henry told him to. He heard Henry say to send a drill pod, and he ordered some Toppats to gather in one of the airship's drill pods, and they eventually shot off towards the complex at high speeds. Then Reginald and Dash made their way over to one of the balconies to wait for Henry. Henry was waiting anxiously as he didn't want to get caught by the guards that were in the cafeteria, but one noticed, though Henry recognized him as the undercover agent that was stationed here to break out the other Toppats that were locked up, they gave each other a thumbs up, and he looked up to see the drill pod he ordered to come down. He crouched down to avoid the impact, and when it hit, he looked up to see three of his fellow Toppats come out and begin to shoot the guards. One of the called out to Henry saying, "Dah, come on, Henry. We have to go!" Henry then ran over to his comrades and waited for their command. One then said, "Get to the airship! Dah-you can use this to get there." He was then offered three items to use to get on the airship, he had to choose the best option. Slingshot Sick Ride Magnet He didn't trust the slingshot at all, and the magnet didn't make any sense to him. He hesitated about the scooter, but he remembered it from when he stole the Tunisian Diamond. He trusted it whole-heartedly and knew he could make a huge jump from the complex to the airship, so he decided to give it a shot. Slingshot Sick Ride Magnet He asked his fellow Toppats to give him the scooter, and they obliged. He started the engine and leaped outside the complex towards one of the airship's balconies. Reginald and Dash were waiting on one of the balconies of the airship when they saw Henry come zooming toward them on a motorized scooter. When he was close enough, he jumped off it and reached out for them and Reginald caught him just in time. Dash then sighed in relief. “That was a close one Henry.” Reginald said, then formed an evil smile on his face, “But I’m not going to pull you up.” Dash’s heart skipped a beat. Did he say that he wasn’t going to pull Henry up? “You see without you, I’d become the leader of the toppat clan again.” Reginald continued, “I just wanted to look you in the eyes as I took it all back. Goodbye.” Then he let go of Henry. Dash was enraged by this, so she lashed out at him. “WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT!!!!!!!!” “Remember how we first met him? He hadn’t proved himself loyal yet, so I didn’t trust him. Now that I think about it, I feel the same way about you, Rainbow Dash, since you were by his side that whole time.” Dash looked down to the water just in time to see Henry splash into the waves. She tried to fly down and save him, but Reginald stepped on her tail, making her yelp in pain and demand for him to get off. He took out a walkie-talkie and said to bring anyone available to take Dash to the brig, then took away her top hat. Someone came to the balcony and tied her up and threw her in one of the cells, leaving her sobbing, cold body to lie down and pray that Henry was still alive. He said once they get to the secret base, he'd have the hat designers make a hat for her. Once they did arrive, the guard at the entrance recognized Henry and Dash and asked who Ellie was. Henry said she was a friend of his and the guard let him enter. Other Toppats noticed Henry's return and rejoiced, and one ran up to them to hand them their top hats. Henry was given his hat that showed his status while Dash was given her light blue top hat with a rainbow on it, as well as a pin with her cutie mark on it. Ellie couldn't wait to get her hat. As they made their way across the base, Henry looked up to find a huge rocket in the center. He had to ask Reginald about that later. He asked a toppat where he was and figured out he was at the top of the control tower, so they went there as soon as they could to make their presence known. Once they got to the top, Ellie made a comment about how cool the place was while Henry spotted Reginald along with what seemed to be his Right Hand Man. Henry thought he defeated him in the airship, but Dash explained they sent him off to get cybernetics to bring him back, more powerful than ever. "So this is the Toppat Clan's secret base," Ellie commented, "Sign me up!" Then she got a glimpse of Right Hand Man and made yet another comment, "Whoa, what happened to that guy?" Dash rolled her eyes as she had just explained that to Henry. Right Hand Man nudged Reginald and told him they had visitors, then glared at Henry as he hadn't forgotten what he did to him. Reginald turned around and stood there stunned for a few seconds as he saw Henry. "Henry! You're back," he said after recovering but then made a nervous face, "I took charge in your stead. I hope you don't mind." Henry looked at him with a slightly annoyed face and crossed his arms. Yes, he did take Reginald's status as leader, but he felt a little calm knowing that the Toppats were safe with Reginald as their leader while he was at The Wall. Everyone was silent for a few seconds before Ellie spoke, "I'm Ellie. I'm new here. What're you guys up to?" Reginald shook the nervousness away and answered her question, "Well... uh... Henry... Remember that orbital station... idea... we were talking about? We went ahead with that plan. We've got all of our assets in there already. Once the final preparations are complete, we'll be ready to launch into orbit. That should keep us far away from any governments trying to bring us down." Henry put his hand up to his chin in thought while Reginald spoke, but he was interrupted by a transmission from the entrance guard. "Hey uh... Chief?" Reginald looked towards Henry nervously as he grabbed the mic. "Hey, what did I tell you about calling me that? Henry is the chief, remember?" "Oh, okay, yeah," the guard said before saying what he meant to say, "We're under attack." The five of them looked out the window to see government helicopters flying in and heard an alarm begin to sound. Reginald's leadership skills kicked in and turned to the group. He pointed at Ellie and Right Hand Man and ordered them to get to the rocket, then threw a key at Henry to activate the countdown. However, a helicopter flew up to them and shot through the window. Everyone ducked out of sight to avoid the bullets, and Reginald told Henry to do something about this. He looked at Dash and nodded in confirmation as he went over his choices. Super Punch Wrist Strapped Grapple Hook Very Accurate Targeting System He didn't think the punch would work, plus it didn't really make sense to him. He thought about the targeting system, but realized there weren't any guns lying around. He had to go with the grapple hook, and Dash agreed that she could fly her way up there. Super Punch Wrist Strapped Grapple Hook Very Accurate Targeting System He pulled out the grapple hook and strapped it on, shot it at the helicopter and managed to get inside. Dash followed suit and they both took out the pilot. Henry did have some knowledge on how to pilot helicopters, so he sat down in the pilot's seat and flew it up. However, Dash noticed Reginald was being jumped by several soldiers and pointed it out to Henry. They had to rescue him. Helicopter Abandon Mounted gun They didn't want to abandon him. Henry nearly did the same for Ellie, and he certainly didn't want to do the same here. They didn't understand how the helicopter would work, probably crashing it into the control tower and killing everyone involved. Their best bet was the mounted gun. Helicopter Abandon Mounted Gun Henry flew the helicopter back down to where they could see Reginald and took aim with the gun. He fired at the soldiers and narrowly missed Reginald. However, Dash couldn't pilot the helicopter, so it began to crash down to the ground. Dash flew outside while Henry managed to jump out and land safely under the rocket. Dash helped him up and noticed three soldiers were planting a bomb under the rocket. They overheard them say it was armed, so they had to think of something to disable it. Flute Revolver Boomerang Henry wasn't that great with boomerangs, so that was out of the question. The revolver was a bit weird, and they didn't quite understand what it was, nor did they understand the flute other than Henry could make music, but now was not the time for that. It was then Henry realized Dash could speed in and he'd disarm the bomb. The power of teamwork really does come in handy. Flute Revolver Boomerang Rainbow Henry told Dash to aim for the tan box in between the three soldiers, and she nodded. She told him to hop on and hold on tight. Once he was ready, she took off at high speeds and narrowly avoided the guards. Henry successfully managed to grab the box and disable the bomb, and they flew away without a hitch. Until Dash's wing was nearly shot. The bullet managed to graze the feathers slightly, but enough for Dash to lose control and drop Henry. She was caught in between many shots and shouted to Henry that she'd be in the rocket to avoid the crossfire. Henry nodded as he landed. However, he landed in the center of a circle of soldiers, and one noticed him. "It's the leader!" he called to his team. Luckily, Right Hand Man was there as well, fighting off the soldiers. He and Henry put their backs against one another and prepared to fight the soldiers off. "Was wondering when you'd show up. Time's up. Let's do this." Dual Tech Summon Style on 'em Charge Charging at the soldiers wouldn't really work, some of them did have guns after all. Summoning someone was a bit difficult, plus Henry didn't know who he'd summon. Even though putting style in their attacks would be nice, they had to find a way to get rid of them faster than that. Luckily with Right Hand Man's new cybernetics, they could work together and take them out all at once. Dual Tech Summon Style on 'em Charge Right Hand Man gave Henry the pistols he was holding and jumped in the air while Henry spread his arms out. Right Hand Man charged up a laser from his robotic eye and shot it down on Henry, making him spin around faster than normal while he fired the guns. When they stopped and Right Hand Man landed, they all looked to see every single guard that surrounded them was lying dead on the ground. Meanwhile with Dash, she had landed at the rocket's front entrance next to Reginald. Reginald was using binoculars and saw everything that Henry and Right Hand Man just did. He pulled the binoculars away from his face and mouthed a single, "Wow..." "What?" Dash asked. "Henry just pulled something I wasn't expecting at all, and with Right Hand Man." Dash stood there stunned, but then they both heard the one-minute warning sound. "The rocket is launching in one minute." "We gotta hurry," Right Hand Man said. Suddenly, a car rolled up next to the both of them and skid to a stop. The two of them readied for an attack until they realized who was driving. "You guys need a ride?" Ellie called to the both of them. Henry smiled while Right Hand Man nodded in confirmation. They both hopped into the back of the car and Ellie began driving them up to the main entrance. Then they spotted several soldiers blocking their way, one in a giant suit that looked powerful enough to knock them out. "We've got company!" Ellie shouted. If they were going to get past them, they had to come up with a plan fast! WARNING! 2 SECONDS TO CHOOSE!!! Ellie Henry Right Hand Man They had to think of a plan fast, but luckily, Henry came up with one quickly and began to climb his way to the front of the car. Ellie Henry Right Hand Man When he reached the front, he put his fist out just in time to take out the big soldier. However, he jumped off the vehicle and was left behind. The other soldiers there pointed their rifles at him as the countdown started, and once it hit zero, the rocket activated and began moving upwards, further steepening the incline of the platform, making him slip and slide down to the bottom. Meanwhile, Ellie and Right Hand Man successfully made it to the entrance as the countdown was sounding. Once it hit zero, they began to ascend into the air, but Ellie pointed out Henry wasn't with them, making Dash worry. "Wait! Henry's still down there!" she said. Not wanting to leave their leader behind, Reginald replied, "I'll keep the door open as long as I can." "C'mon," Right Hand Man said to Ellie and Dash, "we gotta go!" "No! I'm staying here with Reginald to make sure Henry's okay. I'll fly down and grab him when we see him," Dash commented, getting a nod from Right Hand Man as he and Ellie made their way out of the storage room. Henry had made it to the ground, but the amount of dust everywhere was blurring his vision. He was able to get a glimpse of the rocket however and began to panic as he realized the rocket was leaving without him. He needed to find a way up there fast before the soldiers found him. G-Inverter Cloud Abandoned Tank The G-Inverter made no sense to him, as gravity only goes down and not up. He knew Dash could stand on clouds, but that magic was only for her, and not him, so that won't work. He tried to figure out how and tank would help, but then spotted a tree nearby, and got an idea. G-Inverter Cloud Abandoned Tank He got in the tank and powered it up. He managed to find a way to put the tank on it's side and used the barrel of it to shoot himself upwards, high enough where he could almost reach the entrance. As they waited, Reginald and Dash suddenly saw a tank fly up from the cloud of dust below and wondered how that was possible, but then they saw Henry and decided not to question it. Dash was ready to take of when Reginald suddenly laid down and caught Henry. "I gotcha Henry!" he shouted right as he caught him. Dash waited for him to pull him up, but he never did. She started to worry for a little bit as Reginald spoke. "You know, I could drop you right now and nobody would know..." he stopped for a moment while Henry and Dash got a little worried, but then his face lightened and said, "But why would I do that?" Dash sighed in relief as Reginald pulled Henry up and shut the door. "I saw you out there!" Reginald said after the door closed, "You put yourself on the line to save the Toppat Clan. You've truly earned my respect. I can't think of a better person to lead us." Dash and Henry smiled at the remark, and Henry tipped his hat as a way to say thank you. "And Rainbow Dash," he said as he turned to her, "You seem to be very loyal to Henry no matter what happens. I can't think of a better person, or pony in your case, to lead by his side." "Thank you, Reginald," Dash said, "I'll make sure to protect Henry in any way I can." A few weeks had passed after the station's launch, and everything has gone without a hitch. Ellie was officially recruited into the Toppats and was given the rank as Henry's right hand lady along with Dash, while Reginald and Right Hand Man went to become the top operators in the clan. Life was pretty good being the Toppat leaders, and Dash and Henry couldn't have it any other way. MISSION COMPLETE! YOUR ENDING: Toppat King > Completing the Mission: GSPI and CA > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Henry had told Ellie about him working with a helicopter pilot for his government, and Ellie was pretty excited about it. He told Dash to use the communicator device given to her by Charles to let him know to come pick them up. As they waited, Ellie was getting a little impatient and spoke. "You sure this is where he's gonna pick us up?" then she realized she spoke too soon as she heard the sound of a helicopter landing, "Ah, there he is. You said you did some work with him in the past? Or something? If you trust him, then so do I." Once the helicopter landed, the group made their way to it with Henry opening it up and Dash hopping inside first. "Good idea to call me Dash, I was just returning home from a mission," Charles told her, getting a chuckle in response. Then he noticed Henry and Ellie walk in and decided to introduce himself. "Hey, Henry! Nice to see you again. Who's your friend?" "I'm Ellie," she said with a wave. "Whelp. Nice to meet you! Any friend of Henry or Dash is a friend of mine!" Charles then put his hand behind his neck, getting confused looks from everyone. "So, uhh... I was able to swing by and pick you guys up... but... Well you remember the captain... Yeah, he... had to sanction this pickup. In return we're gonna need your assistance again. With the Toppats... again. I hope that's alright." Ellie smiled and said, "Well... it is the least we could do. He is helping us out." Charles sighed in relief before replying, "Good. Let me fill you in on the details when we get in the air." He then walked back to the cockpit and started the helicopter. Ellie was pretty excited since this was her first time riding in a helicopter. She sat down on a few boxes and the three of them waited for more instructions. A few minutes later, they had reached a decent altitude that Charles thought this would be good opportunity to tell everyone else what the mission was. "Alright, so what's left of the Toppat Clan has settup-uhh-some sort of secret base out in the jungle. Seems like they're planning on launching-uhh some kind of space station into orbit. They'll be sitting pretty if they pull this off, so we gotta make sure they don't do that. I talked to the general and he said he's pulling out all our main forces. He said that Henry, Dash, and I made a good team last time, so he trusts that we can pull it off." Ellie then made a comment, "Henry and I make a pretty good team too! Don't count me out!" Charles felt a little more confident at this and continued, "Then we're gonna make a great squad! With the four of us, we'll have no problems completing the mission." Dash then looked at Charles with an unamused look and commented, "Why did you say it like that?" Two hours before launch... They had arrived at the base, but farther than they wanted. Ellie opened the helicopter door when Charles spoke. "Alright, we're there. I don't think I can get any closer without... getting shot down." "No worries!" Ellie responded, "We can get there from here. Where we dropping, boys?" Dash rolled her eyes and smiled at Ellie. They looked over their options on how to get there undetected. Parachute Parasail Wings Jetpacks They thought about it for a little bit, and they chose the jetpacks to fly to the storage building. Every other option seemed like they would get caught easily if they were to use them. Of course, Dash would fly with either choice, but whatever choice it was would affect where she would go. Parachute Parasail Wings Jetpacks Henry and Ellie put on the jetpacks after receiving earpieces and flew off to their destination with Dash close behind. Once they reached it, they crashed into what seemed to be a SAM terret and broke it, rendering it useless. "That was... weirdly... smooth," Ellie commented after getting back up, "So, what's the plan?" They then heard the announcement sound play and heard the new leader make an announcement. "The rocket will be launching very soon. Please get on board immediately. I will not hesitate to leave you behind." Charles heard the announcement from his position and noticed the one line of defense they had was down, so he called to them saying, "Uh oh. Sounds like they're about to take off. You guys should get over there right away. I'll be down to help as soon as I can." Build Barrel Throw Climb Down and Run Ellie had her suggestions, but Henry and Dash didn't think they'd work that well. Throwing Henry off the building could have serious consequences, and running up the ramp might take too long. They decided to go with Henry's suggestions, and the barrel made the most sense since building up to the rocket might take too long as well. Build Barrel Throw Climb Down and Run As Henry placed a barrel with a white arrow down, the trio noticed others pop up out of thin air. Dash just assumed they teleported in through some kind of magical way while the other two just shruged it off. Once the barrel was in place, Henry and Ellie jumped in and was shot out instantly. Dash followed them as they were shot from barrel to barrel until Charles came speeding in. He made sure to prepare for when he came into contact with the trio. "Alright I'm here. Combo time!" WARNING! 2 SECONDS TO CHOOSE!!! Net Cannon Hand His best option would be to use the canon as it was specifically modified to fire people for reasons he doesn't know. Net Cannon Hand When he reached them, Henry and Ellie were sucked up into the canon with Dash still outside. Dash looked confused until Charles explained it. "Funny story, heh. This cannon was actually built to fire people. It's kinda weird," Charles explained before pushing the fire button, "Hold on to your butts!" As he fired, Henry and Eille were shot toward the cafeteria window with Dash not far behind. Once they crashed through, they got back on their feet pretty fast while Charles spoke. "Direct Hit! Now quick, guys. You gotta stop that rocket from taking off." Then the trio noticed a lot of Toppats staring at them and realized this may not have been the best place to enter the rocket. Dash was the one to speak up and tell Charles, "We got a little situation..." If they were going to get past all these Toppats, they needed to find a way to do so. Downgrader Diversion Fusion The downgrade didn't make any sense to the trio, so there goes that option. Fusion was a bit tricky, as it would only be Henry and Ellie doing it while Dash helped from the sidelines. It was best to create some sort of diversion so the Toppats would forget about there being intruders on the rocket, and Henry knew exactly how to do just that. Downgrader Diversion Fusion Henry pumped his fist into the air while Ellie and Dash got into their own poses. While the Toppats looked on in confusion, there was suddenly a sound that sounded like a car horn, and music began to play. The trio began to dance in different ways, while slightly having fun in the process. They noticed a few Toppats were beginning to nod their heads to the beat while others joined in until every single Toppat member was dancing. The trio took this opportunity to take their leave while everyone was distracted, and successfully made it out. "Situation sorted..." Ellie spoke into her earpiece. Suddenly, the trio felt a huge rumble underneath them and nearly fell over. They ran over to a nearby leader and grabbed hold of it to prevent themselves from falling over. As they did so, they heard Charles speak. "Uh guys? The rocket's launching. We gotta do something before they get into orbit!" "Oh boy," Dash commented, "This isn't good." "We need to come up with a plan, quick!" Ellie demanded, and everyone began coming up with plans on how to disable the rocket and escape in time. Henry's Plan Ellie's Plan Charles' Plan While everyone was coming up with a plan, Dash noticed the options appear in front of her and her only. She thought it was a bit strange how Henry couldn't see them this time, but she didn't care at the moment. Right now her focus was choosing which plan would work best. Though she wanted to see what everyone's plans were, she only had to choose one. Unsurprisingly though, she chose to listen to Henry's plan. Henry's Plan Ellie's Plan Charles' Plan When the options faded away, she noticed Henry put on that devious smirk he always had whenever he had an idea. Ellie noticed and told Charles. "Seems like Henry's got a plan." As Henry was telling everyone his plan, they all listened intently, and once he finished, Charles spoke. "Ah! Yeah! That's a great idea!" he commented, "Alright, you guys do your thing. I'll be ready." They all nodded in confirmation as they made their way to the cockpit of the rocket and spotted the new leader sitting in the chair. He heard the elevator door open and looked in their direction. "What? Who's that?" he shouted as he looked at the trio. Dash flew towards him and tackled him to the ground and Ellie tied him up, while Henry used the cockpit's steering system to set a new course for the rocket and it began to move away from space. They then noticed an escape exit and opened the window to it. Before they jumped, Ellie spoke up. "Did you set the autopilot?" she asked and got a thumbs up, "Alright, then. Let's bail." Then they all jumped out of the rocket and began to skydive to the ground. They managed to spot the helicopter falling as well since Charles had slowed down the blades. Once they made it, Dash flew in while Henry and Ellie grabbed onto it and hopped inside. Charles then sped the blades back up to the point where they were flying again and sighed in satisfaction. "Whatta move! Can't believe we did it!" he then turned towards the group, "Where'd you end up sending the rocket anyway?" Henry chuckled for a second before saying he sent it to The Wall just to mess with the warden, which made Dash laugh pretty hard while getting chuckles from everyone else. Once they all calmed down, Ellie spoke. "That was a lotta fun. You know... Feel free to call us if you've got any more jobs to do together," she said before turning to Henry and Dash, "Right, guys?" Henry smiled while Dash winked, confirming that they'd love that! A few weeks had passed after stopping the Toppats, and everything was going smoothly for the group. Henry even suggested they move in together since they were such good friends, and both Ellie and Charles agreed. They all got a house big enough for the four of them, and were all pretty happy about it, going on missions with each other was the most fun that they'd ever had, even if Charles would mess up sometimes, but they always laughed it off. Dash couldn't be happier with the path she chose, and she was perfectly fine with that. MISSION COMPLETE! YOUR ENDING: Quadruple Threat > Completing The Mission: GSPI And PD > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dash was sitting next to Henry in a bar not too far from the wall and thought about everything that had happened in the past few weeks, from her blacking out during Pinkie’s party to seeing Henry alive after watching him nearly escape death. She looked up at the television and nudged Henry to have him look as well. They saw the news talking about the Toppat’s orbital station when they suddenly heard a crash from outside. Henry went outside to see three Toppats with a safe that they had just gotten and they were beamed back onto the orbital station, Charles had been tasked with catching them, but he failed to do so as he let out a disappointed grunt. He looked over towards Henry and gave a surprised look. "Henry?" was all that came out of his mouth. He walked closer and realized that it was Henry, so he started running up to him. "Henry!! I heard you died," he said when he was right in front of him, and Henry just held his hand up to say hi. They walked into the bar to see Dash still sitting there. Henry gave her a tap on the shoulder and she looked over to see Charles there, so she gave him a wave with her hoof. "I was wondering where you were," Charles commented, making Dash giggle. Then he and Henry both sat down next to her and he started talking to both of them. "Man, the Toppats have been causing a bunch of problems for me lately. Yeah ever since they got that orbital station set up they've been super strong. Now that I think about it, you, Rainbow Dash, and I made a pretty good team in the past," he brought his hand up and put it on Henry's shoulder. "I bet we could take 'em out, it's starting to get personal. Well, whaddya say, you wanna help me take 'em out for good?" Henry glanced at Dash and she gave him a nod in return. He thought about it for a second then gave Charles a thumbs up. "Awesome!" Charles said, walking to the door, "Alright follow me, I have a way of getting into space." "Secret government prototype. Whaddaya think?" Charles said, piloting a UFO-like vehicle. Dash and Henry looked around the vehicle and they thought it was nice. They came to a stop as they saw the station in the distance and Charles started speaking again. "There it is. Alright, how do you both want me to bring you in? Ahhww this is so exciting! It's just like last time!" The three of them looked on at the orbital station, and Dash looked on in awe. She never expected all this to be up here, especially this "orbital station" if that's what they're calling it. Henry snapped her out of her trance and began to come up with a way to get on the station. Drop Off Trash Ball Air Cannon Beam Aboard They both thought about the beam aboard but thought against it as they didn't quite understand it, and neither did they understand the air bubble. Dropping off definitely wouldn't work, because they thought about the possibility of the station having weapons. They didn't want to do it, but the trash ball was their only option. Drop Off Trash Ball Air Cannon Beam Aboard They both nodded at Charles and he gathered enough trash to be compacted into a big enough ball for them to hide in. However, they didn't have any spacesuits that would fit Rainbow, so Henry would be the only one to go. Once the ball was created, Charles turned to Henry and told him what to do. "Put on this spacesuit and hide in this ball of trash," he said, and Henry gave him a disgusted look, "What?! It's a good idea. Trust me." Henry then put on the spacesuit and hopped out of the spacecraft after telling Dash he'd be fine. He climbed into the trash ball and was shot toward the station. Once he reached the station, he managed to make it undetected. He grabbed onto something that looked like a light and let the trash disperse. Then he heard Charles from his earpiece. "See?! I told you it's a good idea. The Toppats have no clue you're there now." Henry considered it and thought, "Guess Dash and I did pick the right choice, as gross as it was." "I'm gonna stick back here though so they don't detect me," Charles continued, "Should still be able to help you get inside from here though." Meanwhile, inside the spacecraft, Charles and Dash were back far enough away so the Toppats sensors wouldn't pick them up. Charles looked at his options. Super Accurate Laser Shot Hot Knife Charles Charles considered the laser shot but thought about whether the Toppats installed shields on the station. He was about to tell Henry about the knife in his helmet, but remembered it was spring-loaded so there was a chance Henry could lose it quickly. His only option was one thing he had always wanted to do, his last resort. Super Accurate Laser Shot Hot Knife Charles He turned to Dash and told her to brace for impact. She was slightly confused until he said to Henry, "Y'know what? Naw. This calls for some bold action. He then started making his way toward the station at high speeds. Dash held on as best she could and braced for impact while Charles sang, "I'm the bold action MAAAN!!!" Henry also heard Charles through his earpiece and braced for impact as he saw the spacecraft come speeding towards him. When it hit, the three of them were sent barreling towards the platform at the bottom of the station's core. Henry's helmet broke off and tumbled a few feet before him. Dash landed on all four hooves, but grunted in pain and stumbled as her wing had been sprained upon impact. Charles landed face-first on the platform, his headphones damaged but luckily they were still functional. He coughed slightly before lifting his head up and saying, "I've always wanted to do that." Dash rolled her eyes. As they all got up, Henry asked if they were alright. Charles said he was fine, and Dash said she thought her wing was sprained, so she wouldn't be able to fly for the rest of the mission. Henry was getting out of the spacesuit as Charles said, "Anyways, we should probably find a way off this station before it explodes." They all nodded as they made their way down the corridor and into the main hallways of the station. They eventually stopped at a door that seemed to be jammed. Charles tried to open it up with no success. "Looks like the door's jammed. This is the only way through," Charles said. Then the three of them went through their options. Hack Lift Vent Everyone doubted they could lift the door, it would require a lot of strength to do so. Charles considered hacking the panel to the door but then thought against it as it was just a keypad, so there would be no way he could get the door to open. Dash happened to spot a vent just big enough to fit everyone inside. She told the boys about it and Charles smiled while Henry put his hand to his chin in thought. Hack Lift Vent Charles lifted the vent cover and had a look inside. He inspected it for a little bit before turning to Henry and Dash. "I bet this vent leads somewhere... on the other side. Good eye Dash," Charles said. She smiled. Charles crawled in first, then Henry, then Dash. To keep himself entertained, Charles decided to sing a little tune to himself, but they all heard a small explosion come from the core and he spoke up. "Oh boy, we're running out of time." "Ya think?" Dash replied. After crawling for a little bit, Charles felt something in front of him and ordered the two behind him to stop. He pushed it and saw it was the exit to the vent. he opened it up further to see some Toppats run past the vent, one even tripped and landed on his face but instantly got back up. Once they were gone, Charles looked outside and turned his head in both directions. He saw one Toppat on the floor, crushed by the panel that fell from the ceiling to his right. And to his left, he saw what seemed to be a corridor to escape pods. He crawled out and told his comrades behind him that he found an escape. They both crawled out of the vent and made their way towards the pods. When they got there, they saw one Toppat enter the farthest pod, there was debris blocking most of the pods and the closest one had already left. There were three pods the group could choose from, and they had to make their choice fast. Luxury Pod Damaged Pod Farthest Pod They considered entering the farthest pod with the Toppat, but then they thought he wouldn't be friendly and shut them out. They wanted to do the luxury pod, but then they thought about the higher-ranking Toppats possibly being in there. Their only option was the damaged pod and hope that the window wouldn't shatter on them. Luxury Pod Damaged Pod Farthest Pod Henry put his hand on the open trigger but the door didn’t budge, so he tried again twice, but still nothing, then he gave it a good smack and the door opened, and the trio went inside and took their seats. “Ah, well that was intense.” Charles said, “Can’t wait to go ho- huh?” A Toppat opened the pod door and threw Henry outside the pod. Dash’s heart skipped a beat as she saw Henry be thrown to the ground, she was about to attack the Toppat when she saw Charles run out of the pod, push the Toppat aside, and throw Henry back in. But before he could re-enter the pod, he was tackled by the Toppat and the door closed. There were some thuds outside the pod and Charles smashed the face of the Toppat on the window, with his face visible. “Don’t worry about it! Ow- I’ll find another way!” Charles shouted through the glass. Then the pod launched into space with only Dash and Henry inside. It was only then that Dash realized something, Charles committed an act of loyalty. He sacrificed his life for Henry. She smiled as she was about to do the same thing he just did. “Guys! You there?” Charles’ voice came forth from the earpiece in Henry’s pocket, so Henry pulled it out so they could listen to him. “Ugh, man that roughed me up, gottem’ though.” He said, low on energy after fighting the toppat that attacked them. “Gotta be another escape pod here somewhere” he looked around, but he saw none. He realized that he wasn’t going to make it out, so he sat on the floor, grunting in pain, with his back against the wall, and continued talking, “We did it though we gottem, a pretty good plan. Could say it was the greatest-“ It was at that moment the connection was cut and the station exploded. Henry and Dash burst into tears at that exact moment. Henry banged on the glass while Dash shouted Charles's name, but it was useless, so they accepted that their friend was gone. Dash knew deep down that he had done something heroic, something she would’ve done, something that a true friend would do. They landed in the jungle near the base and they both got out to report to the general about the sad news. They were joined by a soldier on the way who didn’t know about the news, only that the station had been destroyed. He told them he was on his way to tell the general about the explosion, but Henry said there was more to it than that. He told the soldier about Charles and his mood went from happy to depressed in an instant. Then they arrived at the general's tent and the soldier started speaking, getting General Galeforce's attention. “General!” Galeforce lifted his head from looking down at his paperwork to see the soldier, Henry, and Dash standing at the entrance to his tent. “The Toppat station has been destroyed,” he said with his hand behind his neck. Galeforce was overjoyed by this, “excellent news!” He exclaimed, then he noticed Henry and Dash were there with sad expressions on Their faces, so his smile faded. “What’s wrong?” He asked and got an answer he wasn’t expecting at all. A week had passed since the explosion. Henry and Dash were heading over to a cliff at a beach near the base. When they got there, the familiar gravestone came into view with a red pilot’s headset on it, and with the inscriptions: R.I.P. CHARLES Henry walked up with Dash at his side, she had a bandage around her waist to treat her sprained wing. Henry walked up to the gravestone and placed some flowers in front of it, then stepped back and saluted to a fallen soldier, and friend. MISSION COMPLETE! YOUR ENDING: Valiant Hero > Completing the Mission: RPE and GI > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Three days after fleeing the complex... Dash handed Henry his top hat as she had brought it with her while looking for him. She thought it was time to head back to base. She led him to an escape pod from the airship and told him to take it. She said Reginald and the other Toppats were currently heading to base to talk about the orbital station they were going to launch soon, and Henry nodded. He remembered talking to Reginald about that several times. A few minutes go by as they were making their way to the airship when they arrived and the escape pod started to lower down into one of the doors. Little did they know, however, that there was someone with them the entire time. Once they made it to the cockpit of the airship, everyone looked toward the entrance to find Henry and Dash walking through, to which Reginald decided to speak up. "Henry! Where have you been?" he asked. "Oh, you wanna know?!" a voice behind Henry said. Everyone looked to see a red-haired woman with a very stern expression on her face. everyone except Henry looked at her confused, while Henry looked a bit nervous. It was the same woman that helped him escape! "This isn't good..." Henry thought. "He was locked up at The Wall with me!" She yelled as she pointed accusingly at Henry. "Henry never told me about her, unless..." Dash thought. "Um. Who are you? How did you get here?" Reginald asked. "Oh, I'm Eille," The woman answered, "I heard the guy I helped escape was the leader of the Toppat Clan, so I busted myself out and followed him." Then she turned to Henry. "I helped you escape, and you just... left me." Dash was taken aback. She thought Henry was better than this. That's not a true act of loyalty to just abandon someone after they help you! Dash was furious at this, and so was Reginald. "What?!" he exclaimed, "Have you no honor?! No dignity?! Actions like this tarnish the Toppat name. Men, is this really what we want out of a leader? He barged in here, took control of the Toppat Clan for himself! He's not worthy of being our leader! I say we throw him overboard! Who's with me?!" Most of the Toppats there cheered as Henry looked around with sweat dropping off his head. He was afraid of this, and now he was afraid of Dash joining their side. Ellie and some Toppats swarmed him to take him to a balcony. Once there, the entire airship division of the Toppats was watching this unfold, while Henry was looking down at the ground from the plank he was standing on. He turned around to find Dash staring at him with sad eyes. "Rainbow, you're still with me, right?" he asked her. Dash looked away as two other Toppats began to speak. "Why are we doing this? I thought Henry was a pretty good leader," one said "Yeah, you know. This doesn't really feel-" the other said before being interrupted by Right Hand Man. "Take any loyalists to the brig." Two toppats volunteered to take them to the brig and left the scene. Henry's eyes were still on Dash as the events unfolded, and he called out to her again. "Dashie? Are you even listening to me?" That was the last straw for her. Henry didn't deserve to call her that anymore. She looked back at him with tears in her eyes. "If you think I'm going to take your side, then you're wrong," she said through her tears, "Remember when we first met? you had the option to either abandon or help me. You chose to help me, but you had the same choice here and you went the opposite direction. Now I know you were using me for your own advantage to get where you are now. I know what loyalty is, Henry, and what you've done, is nowhere near it. Even if you may be my one ticket home, I'd rather never go home again than stick with you!" Henry was heartbroken as he watched Dash leave the scene to go to the brig and help put the loyalists away. He wanted to apologize for everything, but he never got that chance as he saw Reginald smile wickedly. "Seems like your long-time friend doesn't trust you anymore. She's proven her loyalty. I was also going to get rid of her, but now I've changed my mind. As for you, Henry, you are hereby dethroned from your position as leader of the Toppat Clan! I'm going to want that hat back." He walked closer to Henry with the incentive of taking his hat. But fueled by rage and betrayal, Henry grabbed Reginald by the wrist and threw him off the platform. Right Hand Man used his new cybernetics to transform his legs into a booster, allowing him to fly, and shot off to save Reginald. Henry took a defensive stance as he saw one member throw a rifle to Ellie and take one for himself. They both aimed their weapons at him. "Jump. Or I'll make you jump," Ellie ordered. If Henry was going to get out of this situation and apologize to Dash, he needed to think of something. Chainsaw Save State Helicopter Hat Plead He knew pleading wouldn't work, and he didn't understand where the "save state" comes in. The chainsaw might work if he used it was a weapon, but they had gun, so that wouldn't really work. Thing is, with the hat modifications he has, he can trick everyone into thinking he actually jumped, so it could work. Chainsaw Save State Helicopter Hat Plead He saluted to the Toppats before jumping off the platform, and when he confirmed nobody was watching, he activated the helicopter mechanism in his hat and flew back at the airship. After a few seconds, he crashed into it and took out a member, while almost taking out a security guard that was being held in their brig. Henry tipped his hat to the security guard and crawled out of the hole he made to find himself in the brig. "Henry?" a voice said behind him. He looked to see the members who took his side at the denouncement ceremony. "We're with ya, Henry! Get us out of here!" the one named Geoffrey said through the cell door. He was about to find a way to open the doors when the member he took out started to get back up. Henry realized he had the key to the cell doors and needed to find a way to get rid of him. Toppy Mind Crystal Dave Even though he knew his hat had all sorts of different abilities, he didn't think it would work here. He didn't understand the mind crystal and how it worked despite his knowledge of it. He assumed Dave was the security guard in the damaged cell and thought he had some potential, so he let Dave do his thing while he waited for the perfect opportunity to attack. Toppy Mind Crystal Dave "Come on Dave, you got this," Dave told himself before lunging at the Toppat. The Toppat member noticed him and tackled him to the floor. However, as he was distracted, Henry snuck up on him and karate-chopped his head, knocking him out. Once he fell to the floor, Henry began to search for the key in his pockets. After recovering, Dave got back up and stuttered slightly, "Good... Good teamwork." Once Henry found the key, he used it to unlock the cell and free the members that were on his side. Once they were free, Geoffrey spoke. "Thanks, Henry! It's not right what they did to ya." Before they could continue, they heard an announcement from the cockpit. "The denouncement ceremony has been completed. Henry is no longer the leader of the Toppat Clan." As Dash was making her way to the brig, she couldn't help but think what her friends would think if she never returned home. She cried the whole way there as she thought about each of their reactions to this situation, and how they'd react to becoming a criminal and them possibly not wanting anything to do with her anymore. As she reached the brig, she heard an announcement being made about Henry no longer being the leader, and grits her teeth as she remembers Henry's betrayal. Why did he leave Ellie behind and not her? Was he really just using her for his own gain? When she opened the door to the brig, she saw Henry standing there with the freed loyalists as well as the captured security guard. She glared at Henry and spread her wings to attack him. "Dash, wait! I have something to say!" Henry said, putting his hands up to tell her to stop. "Yeah right, about how you betrayed me! I thought you were my friend!" Dash angrily shouted back through her tears. "I can explain! I only abandoned her because I thought it would cause a ruckus! Plus I couldn't come up with a way we'd be able to help her after we escaped! I never wanted to abandon her like that, and I would've helped her if I knew what to do! I'm sorry for making you think I was just using you, however, that was never the case! I view you as a true friend and would never use you for my own gain! Can you forgive me?" Dash continued to glare at him as she processed his words. She thought about it for a few minutes as she walked into the brig. "Is he really telling the truth? If he is, he better prove himself and show he was never using me," she thought. "Only on one condition Henry, you prove to me you're telling the truth. I'll come with you for now, but if you continue to use me, then I'll come back here and tell everyone here you tricked everyone into thinking you actually jumped," she told him, getting a nod in response. Henry was relieved to hear Dash was okay with this, but still a little sad she no longer fully trusted him. Dash walked over to him with a still quizzical expression as he turned to Geoffrey. When Geoffrey saw it was his turn to speak, a smile grew on his face and he said, "How do you want to proceed, boss? I got a few ideas!" The Good Gents Midnight Surprise Deuces! Plan A was for them to ambush the cockpit and take out the second in command to Henry, AKA. Reginald. They thought about this plan but remembered Right Hand Man had overpowered cybernetics now, meaning they could get rid of them easily. Plan B was for them to ambush the entire airship right when the clock struck midnight. In the time before then, they'd set up bombs around the airship and blow them up at midnight, but the thing was, with the number of bombs around the airship, they probably would die in the explosion, so it would instantly backfire from there. Plan C was to jump into an escape pod and come up with a different plan from there. That was their best approach for now, so they went with it. The Good Gents Midnight Surprise Deuces! Geoffrey ran over to a nearby escape pod and spoke after opening it. "Quick everyone! Get into this escape pod!" When everyone got inside, the pod activated and they left the airship without anyone knowing for now. Though with the five of them in there at once, it felt a little crowded. "Kinda... tight in here..." Dave commented. A few seconds go by and they suddenly hear a thud come from the bottom of the pod. All of them jumped at the sudden noise and the guy named Thomas Chestershire made a comment. "What was that?" Geoffrey made a noise as an answer, saying he didn't know what caused the noise. He just assumed they hit a bird on they way. Once they landed, they all got out to inspect the damage to the pod and noticed that they hadn't hit a bird at all. Dash took a closer look and realized they hit Reginald and Right Hand Man. She questioned how they got there, but she assumed something happened after she left the denouncement ceremony. "What now, boss? Looks like we're on our own," Geoffrey asked Henry. Henry put his hand behind his neck as he tried to come up with a plan to take back control of the Toppats. At least he has Dash with him now, but she doesn't trust him anymore, so he has to prove to her he was never using her while they're trying to take back the Toppat clan, but how was he going to do that? A few weeks have passed, and still no luck with taking back the Toppats. However, in that time, the clan realized Reginald and Right Hand Man were missing, so they cast a vote and decided Ellie would be their new leader. With Henry though, he managed to prove to Dash that he wasn't using her by going on a solo mission similar to when they stole the Tunisian Diamond, so she apologized for jumping to conclusions and he forgave her for doing so. Now the group were fighting for one former leader who was in the wrong, while the rest of the clan was fighting to show he was wrong for what he did, with their leader being the victim of his actions. MISSION COMPLETE! YOUR ENDING: Toppat Civil Warfare > Completing the Mission: RPE and TB > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Henry woke up to find he was in some sort of hospital bed, but he felt the movement of a boat underneath him. As he opened his eyes, he saw a woman above him, monitoring his condition. he sat up and put a hand to his head, but noticed his hand wasn't the same. It was robotic, and so was his torso. He began to panic as he wondered where he was. "Hey, easy, easy!" the woman said to calm him down, "You were gone for a bit. I was able to bring you back to life. I specialize in military grade augmentations. I was force to replace spine and left arm. As some of damage you sustained was beyond repairing." Henry looked up and down at his new body as he slowly remembered what happened before he blacked out. Him being locked up at The Wall, him calling Reginald and the Toppats for rescue, him making it to the airship and Reginald catching him, Reginald dropping him in the ocean without Dash coming to rescue him. Why hadn't Dash rescued him? Did Reginald do something to prevent her from doing so? As he wondered, rage was building in his mind. Why had Reginald done what he did? Henry felt betrayed, he never should've trusted Reginald to rescue him. The woman managed to catch on to what Henry was thinking and continued to speak. "You had run-in with Toppat Clan, Дa?" she asked, "I have encountered them before." Henry then got up from the bed and ran to the door, finding water all around him, confirming his suspicions that he was on a boat. The woman took notice of this and told him not to overwork himself. "Easy, you're still healing." she said. Henry walked up to the railing and wondered where the Toppats went. The woman could sense this and answered for him. "They went South, if you are wondering. About ten hours ago." Henry then realized his new upgrades were cybernetics, meaning he had new abilities that allowed him to do thing he wasn't able to do before. Given the info the woman gave him about the Toppats, he decided to try it out for himself. he successfully managed to summon a pair of wings and boosters on his back, allowing him to fly. "Wow! You are learning so quickly!" the woman commented about Henry's fast learning about his upgrades. Then, with his rage taking over him, his sights on taking down his former allies, and rescuing Dash, Henry shot into the air and made his way to the airship. The woman wished him luck on his mission and went back to work. A few minutes later in the airship, Reginald was talking to someone about their plans for launching an orbital station into space to get away from the government, however, he was interrupted when he saw something coming at the window at high speeds. He didn't have time to duck when it came crashing through the window and landing right on top of him. He looked up to see it was Henry and wondered how he was alive. His partner noticed and sent a robotic hand toward Henry to get him off of Reginald, and it returned to him seconds later. "Take him out, Right Hand Man!" Reginald demanded as he hastily made his escape. Henry realized Right Hand Man had changed from when he killed him right before Henry took over the Toppats. Now he knew what that woman meant by she had encountered that Toppats before, she also gave Right HandMan his own cybernetics, but they seemed to be a little more powerful than his own, and he certainly wasn't gonna go down without a fight. "Time for a li'l payback," Right Hand Man said as they both had a staredown before the biggest fight Henry might have in his life. Blade Forme Gun Forme Spirit Forme Henry considered the gun but thought about the fact he was still learning the ins and outs of his new abilities, while Right Hand Man might've had plenty of time to learn his. He didn't understand where the spirit came from, so that was a no. He thought about the blade and thought about if Right Hand Man had his own weapons, including a blade of his own, so he went with that. Blade Forme Gun Forme Spirit Forme As Henry readied for battle, he transformed his cybernetic hand into a sword. Right Hand Man noticed and transformed his cybernetic hand into a sword of his own, however, it was bigger than Henry's. Henry didn't care though as he let out a battle cry and the fight began. He continued to land significant blows to Right Hand Man, and he always managed to dodge or block most of them. A few seconds into the fight, Henry's sword gets stuck around Right Hand Man's neck. Right Hand Man chuckled as he grabbed it and threw Henry to the ground and hit him with his sword. Henry bounced back for a few meters before leaning back right below the window he crashed into. As Right Hand Man saw his opponent weakened, he charged up his cybernetic legs, charged at Henry, and crashed into him, sending him flying out of the airship. He then transformed his legs into a booster, allowing him to fly, and disappeared. Henry regained his composure and looked for Right Hand Man before suddenly being swept upwards by him. "Time to finish you off," Right Hand Man stated before using his sword to launch Henry farther into the air. Then they both charged at each other, Right Hand Man using his booster while Henry fell towards him. Once they made contact, Henry shoved his sword into Right Hand Man's robotic eye, breaking it off from his hand. Right Hand Man stayed there stunned for a few seconds before falling back down to the airship. Henry landed safely on top of the airship and looked at his robotic hand. His sword was broken off, but it didn't matter to him as he could still regenerate his normal hand. As he looked up, he saw Right Hand Man crash in front of him and use his sword to slow his momentum. He transformed his sword back into his normal hand and glared at Henry. He pulled the broken sword out of his now broken robotic eye and threw it it the floor. "You..." Right Hand Man said angrily, "You... I'm gonna delete you!" He used his robotic hand to begin charging up a blast with a red hue around it, and he was going to make it huge. Henry wouldn't be able to dodge it, so he needed to come up with a way to get rid of it and counter it. Absorb Baseball Bat Y-Type Move He thought about absorbing the blast, but realized it might be little too much for him to handle. The baseball bat didn't make sense to him, the blast would just go right through it and hit Henry anyway. However, with the last option, he did have a blast of his own and wanted to try it out. Absorb Baseball Bat Y-Type Move Henry turned his robotic arm back to a normal hand and jumped high up, then began to create his own blast with a green aura surrounding it. Once it was ready, he shot it to where he was standing before while Right Hand Man also shot his blast. However, Right Hand Man's didn't stand a chance against Henry's as it went through and made it disappear. Once Henry's blast came into contact with the airship, it began to grow in size as it began to envelop the entire front of the airship. Right Hand Man was enveloped as well, turning his body completely into ash. Once the blast subsided, Henry found Right Hand Man's remains, and roundhouse kicked to end the fight. Now with him out of the way, Henry was about to find Reginald when he suddenly remembered about Dash. He noticed the airship begin to come crashing down, so he had to find her fast. His first place to check was the brig, as Reginald would've most likely brought her there. Rainbow Dash was a mess of emotions. She felt betrayed, sad, rage, and worried for Henry. She had tried to buck open the door to her cell several times before realizing it was no use. She had tried to be strong for as long as she could, but waiting there alone was making her lonely. She was trapped once before when she first met Starlight, but she and her friends were sent there and she wasn't all alone. This felt different, being trapped in a small room with nobody to talk to. While she was lying on her stomach thinking about Henry and her friends, the airship suddenly started to quake. She at first assumed it was turbulence, but then felt it begin to descend. Her mind instantly realized that the airship was going to crash and began to panic. She banged on the cell door repeatedly and called for help until she saw someone out the door. They told her to stand back while they blasted the cell door open. Dash looked to see who her savior was and gasped. It was Henry, but with brand new abilities she never thought possible with these people from this dimension. His left arm and torso were robotic as well. "HENRY! THANK CELESTIA YOU'RE ALRIGHT! I WAS SO WORRIED ABOUT YOU!" she exclaimed as she hugged him tightly. "I'm glad you're ok too," Henry said as he returned the hug, "a woman on a boat said I had died and gave me these new cybernetics to bring me back. I instantly flew here with my new upgrades to find you and make Reginald pay for what he's done." Dash smiled at that, then asked, "What about us crashing?" "I had a fight with the guy we took out before taking over the Toppats. Turns out the same woman I mentioned earlier also gave him some upgrades. But I managed to take him down, and unintentionally making the airship begin to crash." Dash rolled her eyes at that. "But enough talk, want to make Reginald pay with me?" "Say no more!" Then they both made their way to the cockpit where Reginald had run off. He looked at the control panel and saw the airship crashing down fast. The front window had also been shattered from Henry's blast. "No! We're losing altitude!" he said to himself, "I've gotta get out of here!" Then he heard two figures land behind them. He turned around to see Henry and Dash glaring at him. He pulled out a pistol and tried to shoot Henry, but Henry was quicker as he grabbed the gun and pushed it away from him just as Reginald fired. Henry then pushed the gun away from him as Reginald struggled to aim again, and eventually spoke. "No! What are you going to do?" Henry and Dash had to come up with a smart way to get rid of him without it possibly backfiring on them. Airship Drop Staple As much as Henry wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine by dropping him, he knew Reginald's hat had certain abilities that would save him. Dash wanted to fly him over to the upcoming orbital station but realized they would also be in the crash zone. However, Henry could use his robotic hand and shoot Reginald at the wall, pinning him in place. Airship Drop Staple Henry grabbed Reginald's torso, turned around, and shot him at the wall. His robotic hand then materialized as Reginald struggled to break free. As realization struck him, he turned to look at Henry and spoke. "So that's it then. You're just going to leave me here to go down with the ship?" Henry confirmed it as he gave a cocky salute to him and Dash stuck her tongue out. However, as the two of them were about to fly off, Reginald pulled out another pistol from this hat and shot Henry in the back, rendering his cybernetics useless, then quickly shot Dash's wing. Dash let out a grunt of pain as she fell over, her wing now heavily bleeding and lying limp by her side. Reginald smiled deviously as he spoke to the pair. "Looks like we'll be sharing this last ride together!" Reginald cackled maniacally as the pair watched as the airship came closer and closer to the base. They looked at each other and braced for impact. After the crash, the pair woke up from being knocked unconscious. They saw debris and fire all around them, and spotted Reginald in front of them. He coughed as he recovered from the crash and spoke his final words. "Well... You got us... *cough* Was it... worth it?" Then his body went limp, finally putting an end to this madness. "Yeah... it was..." Dash replied while struggling to stand. Henry tried to get up as well, but his damaged cybernetics made it difficult for him. He managed to find a nearby stick and used it to help hold himself up. As they walked away from the wreckage, Henry's condition continued to get worse. Turns out Reginald shot a vital part of the circuitry in the cybernetics, and it was so heavily damaged by the bullet that it slowly began to shut down. When they got to a point where Henry couldn't take it anymore, Dash laid down next to a rock and Henry leaned up against it. Dash took a moment to catch her breath and look at her injured wing. It looked like it was clipped, and blood was all over the feathers. She knew she wouldn't be able to fly while she waited for the wound to heal. After catching her breath and examining her wounds, she called to Henry. "Henry, what are we gonna do? We're on our own." However, she got no response. "Henry?" she asked again with worry in her voice. No response. She got a closer look at him and saw he was giving a dead stare at the sky with his mouth hanging open. She nudged Henry to the side to get him to respond, but he never did. She continued to shout his name as she tried to get him to react and eventually broke down in tears as she gave up, declaring in her mind he was dead. A few minutes went by, and she heard the sounds of helicopters flying in the direction of the wreckage. They had figured out about it and went to see if there were any casualties. Dash called out to them and one noticed and made its way down. When they landed, a few soldiers ran out as well as a girl with light pink hair and cyan headphones, who appeared to be the pilot. She ran over and told her comrades that they found out they were the ones who betrayed them and joined the Toppats. "We should leave them there and make them think about what they've done," one soldier said. "No!" the girl said, "let's hear them out." Dash was touched by this and explained everything that happened. The girl was surprised by this as well as some of the soldiers. They decided to take both Dash and Henry's body to the government base and get them treated. "This is Amy Stickson reporting to base," the pilot said through her headphones, "I've got two former Toppats that seem to be the ones responsible for the wreckage. They were betrayed by the former leader. My team and I are taking them to base to get treated for their injuries." Dash felt grateful for the girl's kindness as she smiled and was brought inside the Helicopter along with Henry's body. She and Henry were given a second chance, and she was very happy about that. MISSION COMPLETE! YOUR ENDING: Revenged > Back Home > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dash was watching TV while sitting with Henry on the couch, Charles was on a late solo mission, and Ellie had gone to bed early as she was feeling really tired that night. Dash was lying down on her stomach as she suddenly felt a sharp headache. She let out a groan and put her hoof to her head. "Are you ok Dash?" Henry asked. "I don't know, I just suddenly got this sharp headache," she replied. "Do you need some water?" "That could help, Thanks Henry." Henry got up to the kitchen to prepare a glass of water for Dash. Meanwhile, the headache was getting worse fast. She started tearing up, and Henry came back to give her the glass only to find her crying in pain. It was clear she never had this type of headache before. He put the glass down and ran to dash. "HENRY....HELP ME!" Dash shouted. "What's going on?!" Ellie asked at the bottom of the stairs. She was woken up by Dash's cries. "Dash is in extreme pain from the looks of it, and I don't know how to help her," Henry shouted over Dash's sobbing. Suddenly, memories started to flash into her mind, of her and Henry being leaders of the toppats, Charles dying in the Toppat's orbital station, Henry stealing the orbital station to turn it into a space resort, Henry and Ellie fighting for power in the Toppats, Henry having a robotic torso and arm and eliminating the Toppats for good, etc. (Dash in all the other endings is experiencing the same thing) Dash started crying harder as the memories were flooding her mind, which made Henry and Ellie worry more. Henry tried comforting her while Ellie went to call Charles to tell him about what was going on. "What's going on Dash!?" Henry shouted, trying to get Dash to hear his question, which caught her attention. "I don't know!" Dash sobbed, "I'm suddenly getting these *hic* false memories, like *sob* they're from alternate timelines at *sob* around the same time we prevented the *hic* Toppats from launching the orbital station!" "Charles is on his way!" Ellie shouted from the kitchen. "Try to give us an example dash!" Henry said. "Well *hic* me and Henry were leading the toppats in multiple timelines." Henry and Ellie's eyes widened. "A few others took place after the launch, and in one, *sob* me, Henry, and Charles *sob* managed to make the station explode, but Charles was killed in the process." I guess the outcomes she's describing aren't always happy endings... Henry thought. A few minutes went by while Dash was describing the timelines, and she still hadn’t calmed down. Barely audible through her screams, Henry and Ellie could hear the sounds of a helicopter landing, meaning Charles had returned home. "Guys, I'm here, What's wrong with Dash!?" He said while walking through the garage door. "Apparently, she's having memories that seem to be from different timelines. Some of them are she and Henry were leading the Toppats. Another timeline was after the toppats launched their rocket, and she, you, and Henry managed to make it explode, but you never made it out alive!" Ellie explained. Charles froze at the second example but regained his composure and ran over to the couch where Henry was trying to comfort Dash. Dash had begun to blackout from all the pain and started to quiet down. The stick figure trio started to worry more if she would be okay. "She's blacking out!" Henry said, "Ellie, get me the glass of water I got for her a few minutes ago. Charles, help try to keep her awake." Ellie ran to the kitchen again and grabbed the glass of water. She ran back to the couch and handed the glass to Henry. Henry then told Dash to try to take a sip of the water, but Dash didn't understand as her vision was blurry and her hearing was being muffled. Her sobs had turned to whimpers as she was getting closer to going limp. "Come on Dash, don't do this," Henry thought. Then, something clicked in his mind. There's a reason why she is going through this. He let go of Dash and got a confused look from Charles and Ellie. "Why did you stop?" Ellie asked. "You remember how she's from a different dimension right?" he asked. "Yeah, what does that have to do with anything?" Charles replied. “It might be her time to return back. This might be goodbye.” Charles and Ellie both looked at Rainbow with pained looks. It truly was a sad moment for them, seeing a great friend of theirs go back to her own world. Dash could sense that something was going on, but her vision was too blurry for her to figure out what was happening. She was able to mentally figure things out on why she was going through all that pain. She was returning home, and there was nothing she or they could do to stop it. Henry brought Dash close and embraced her in a hug. She was the one Henry knew the longest, and he didn't know how he would've done the adventures they had without her. Dash could see this through her blurry vision and returned the hug to Henry's surprise. Henry then began to cry softly, and Ellie and Charles knelt down next to him and stroked his back softly. Then they all heard Dash say something softly before finally going limp. "Don't worry Henry...... I'll find a way back with the help...... of my friends back home....." After that, Dash blacked out for one final time, and Henry let go of her body after saying: "I'll wait for that moment. All of us will." "UGH!!! It's been one month and two weeks! We're lucky no villains popped up in the time Dash has been in this coma! When is she going to wake up?!" Twilight shouted throughout the halls of her castle. Rainbow Dash was brought to the hospital when she first passed out, and the doctors couldn't understand what exactly happened to her, so they declared her to be in a coma for the time being. Everyone was pretty surprised about this sudden news, but they all took it very differently. Twilight devoted herself to doing research about how to wake her up. Fluttershy was devastated and visited Dash every day to bring her flowers. Rarity and Applejack continued their business as usual and thought of Dash every single day. Pinkie however had it the worst of the five, as she thought she might have something to do with Dash's condition. After all, this did start during her party, so she thought something in the food she provided caused this. Now one and a half months later, Twilight was sitting in her library with books scattered everywhere, and absolutely no conclusion as to how to wake Dash up. "I have to figure this out, otherwise she may never-" she was interrupted with a knock on the door. "Twilight! Spike and I have some news!" Starlight said through the door. "Not now Starlight! I'm trying to find a way to wake Dash up!" "Actually, it's about Rainbow," Spike said. Twilight stopped in her tracks. She set her books down and walked to the door. She opened it to find Starlight and Spike looking at her worriedly. "Gee Twilight, I've never seen you this worked up in years!" Spike said. "Sorry, you know how I can get with this sort of thing," she apologized. "It's alright," Starlight said before handing Twilight a parchment, "It's from the hospital. The others got this note and are already there." Twilight took the note in her magic and opened it. She read the note carefully: Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle, We're happy to inform you that Rainbow Dash is in stable condition and is said to wake up later today. We would love to see you and your friends there to greet her when she does awake, she would love that very dearly. Sincerely, Ponyville Hospital Staff Twilight's mouth went agape. All this time she should've waited for her to wake up?! Why did she waste her time on this?! She looked toward Starlight and Spike and they looked back with the same expression as before. "So? What's the verdict?" Spike asked. "We have to go to the hospital. They say she might wake up later today," she responded. Their eyes widened, and then they all smiled with joy. Twilight placed the parchment down and teleported the three of them to the hospital. A nurse recognized them and told them where Dash's room was and made their way there. When they entered the room, they were all greeted with the smiles of all their friends. Rarity however looked at Twilight and gasped. "Twilight are you alright? You look horrible!" she said. "Spent too much time finding a way to wake Dash up huh?" Applejack guessed and got a frown in response. "Classic Twilight," Pinkie said and giggled, still slightly depressed. Twilight rolled her eyes and looked at Pinkie. Her ears drooped at the sight of her. Her hair was flat instead of that trademark poofy hair. She asked her if she was okay, but Fluttershy answered for her. "She's been very guilty about this. She thinks something was in one of the pastries from the party that caused Rainbow to blackout in the first place." "It's nothing Fluttershy, really," Pinkie said with a sad smile. Then, they all heard the monitors from the bed start up. they all looked towards Dash to see her stir slightly before opening her eyes slowly. Dash didn't want to leave Henry behind, but she didn't have a choice this time. She slowly woke up feeling the comfort of the hospital bed, her splitting headache gone. She could remember all sorts of different timelines with her and Henry, but she couldn't remember which one she came from. She opened her eyes slightly and saw her friends standing next to her bed. Everyone looked different. Fluttershy and Rarity had tear streaks down their cheeks, Applejack and Twilight's manes were a mess but Twilight's was worse, and Pinkie's mane was flat. "Seems like they really did miss me huh?" she asked herself. "DASHIE!!!" Pinkie shouted, embracing Dash, and began crying softly on her shoulder. That woke her up instantly as it took the wind out of her. She looked around confused for a second while she took in the situation. "Dashie, you were asleep for six weeks and I kept blaming myself for this. I think one of the pastries you ate had something inside of it that caused you to blackout that I never knew about. I hope you can forgive me!" Pinkie ranted about. Dash's eyes widened. She never thought Pinkie would blame herself for this. She returned the hug and whispered to Pinkie. "Don't worry Pinkie, it's not your fault. Don't beat yourself up over this. I don't think it was one of the pastries that caused this." Pinkie looked at Dash's face with a sad smile, happy that she forgave her. She let go of her and everyone else told her what happened while she was asleep, and what made her chuckle was Twilight's story. "Of course you would, egghead." Twilight glared at Dash but giggled herself a few seconds later. "Thanks for the flowers Flutters, they really fit my style," she said while holding one in her hooves. Fluttershy smiled as a 'you're welcome' and went back to petting a small hedgehog she brought with her. "So Dash," Starlight started, "from what I've read, ponies in comas tend to have a long dream about something. I'm curious to see if that's true and what you dreamed about." She was taken aback. How would she tell everyone about Henry being a criminal to everyone?! And it wasn't just a dream, she was actually there! She thought about it for a few seconds before answering. "Well, it wasn't really a dream at all. It was more like I was in a different dimension altogether. I woke up in a desert and found a weird building in the distance with a gold sign that said, 'BANK' over the entrance. And to the side, there was this weird person that looked like its entire body was a stick. He was trying to rob the bank, or vault in this case, but my gut was telling me that if I helped this guy, I would be able to get back here." Everyone was stunned at the explanation. They were surprised she was comfortable about being a criminal. Twilight decided to interrupt and ask Dash a question. "So you ended up in a different dimension and helped this criminal rob a bank?" she asked and Dash nodded, "that sounds really familiar. Keep going, I want to confirm my suspicions." Dash was surprised. She thought Twilight would be furious about her being a criminal. She decided to question it later and continue her story. "He decided to team up and I followed him to a spot farther from the bank. He pulled out a money bag and told me to hide inside. We both climbed inside and the truck drivers stopped to pick us up and we fooled them to take us inside the bank. When we hopped out, however, he tripped one of the alarms, and the guards from outside came running in to take us to this prison." Twilight stopped her again. "What was his name?" she asked. "Henry Stickmin." Then something clicked inside Twilight, and she said, "I know who you're talking about!" Everyone looked at her with confusion while Dash looked in shock. How did she know about Henry? If that's the case, then she also knows about Charles, Ellie, and the Toppats. "In my research to bring you back, I found this weird story about a pony going through different timelines and coming out of different lifestyles, but it all started with robbing a bank full of bits! Though it was a fictional story, I never expected it to actually happen in a different dimension!" "I guess we have some catching up to do huh Twi?" "Yep! When you leave, we are going straight to my library to find that book so I can compare your memories with the story!" Dash rolled her eyes and chuckled. A few minutes after waking up, Dash was let out of the hospital with everyone else in tow. Pinkie's mane was poofy again, thankfully, and she waved goodbye to go straight to Sugarcube Corner to make something for Dash's return. Everyone went their separate ways while Twilight, Rainbow, Starlight, and Spike made their way to Twilight's castle. Later in the library, Twilight managed to find the story and read it to Dash. She confirmed that each detail in the story was accurate to her memories, and Twilight reeled with excitement, but Dash on the other hand wasn't feeling the same way. She began to miss Henry dearly, and Twilight noticed. "What's wrong Rainbow?" she asked. "Well, going through these memories makes me really miss them. I grew a close bond with Henry and, I promised him that you guys would help me find a way back." Twilight frowned. She knew that feeling about having friends from another dimension, but they were technically the same friends she had in Equestria besides one other. But with this, it would be a lot more difficult because of the amount of timelines there are, and how Dash couldn't remember what timeline she went through. "Listen, Dash," she stated, "this is way more complicated than you think. The number of timelines in that dimension makes it much more difficult to find a way back compared to Sunset's world. This might take about a week to find a way back. Do you have a specific timeline you want to revisit?" Dash put a hoof up to her chin. She had given names to each timeline she remembers, some good, some bad. She thought about it for a bit and chose one with a sad look on her face. The name she gave for the timeline she chose was Valiant Hero. "Well, there is this one timeline where Charles sacrificed his life to save Henry's after the Toppat orbital station was already in full swing," she teared up slightly, "me and Henry were grieving for about a week before it was my time to come back, and I think he's getting a little lonely without me or him. I think that timeline might be best." Twilight was shocked. No wonder Dash skipped this timeline during the session. There were two others that were skipped, but she didn't think they had as much of an impact as this one did. Twilight walked up to her and hugged her tightly. "I'm so sorry Dash. Now I understand why you skipped some timelines," she let go of Dash, "I also understand how hard it is for Henry. Losing two of his dearest friends in only a week's worth of time." Dash looked down to the ground. She felt bad for him and wanted nothing more than to see his sweet, mischievous smile again, no matter the timeline. She chose this one specifically because she felt Henry might become insecure about things around him and be too lonely to even take care of himself. "Just focusing on one timeline should be a piece of cake, but focusing on the others is a bit tougher. That's why I asked, but your choice seems the most appropriate for this situation. Glad to see your loyalty goes as far as beyond Equestria." Dash looked up at Twilight and smiled. A week had passed since Dash woke up, and she was flying around in the sky, bathing it with her rainbow trail once again after so long. Applejack still didn't appreciate the fact that she would always do it over her farm for the risk of her crashing, but she didn't mind seeing her practice a few tricks here and there. She was looking for her today to tell her some exciting news, and once she found her, she shouted her name. "RAINBOW DASH!" Dash heard and flew down to meet her. "What's up AJ?" "Twilight told me she had finished the portal that you guys were talking about last week and to come find you." Dash smiled widely and did a backflip mid-air. She couldn't wait to see Henry again. "Well, what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Then she flew off to Twilight's castle. A few minutes later, she arrives at the library and finds a really fancy portal right in front of her, and to the side of it is Twilight waiting for her. "Dash! So glad you could make it! Are you ready?" she asked. "You bet I am!" Dash responded with a determined look. "Remember what timeline we're going to, this isn't something to be taken lightly." "Oh yeah..." Dash had forgotten she chose Valiant Hero. She frowned as she made her way towards the portal. "I saw the station explode with Charles inside right in front of me along with Henry, so it's still a little hard for me." "I know, and I'll be coming with you because of it." "Are you sure? The Government might see you as a threat." "I'm sure. I'll just say I'm a friend of yours." "Touche Twi..." Then they both looked at the portal with determined looks. "Ready Dash?" "Ready." They then both jumped into the portal. The portal opened up to someplace in the sky close to a cliff. Both ponies landed at the edge and Dash looked around the area. She confirmed they were in Henry's world, but the correct timeline, they weren't sure of yet. That is until Twilight pointed at something in the distance. "What's that over there?" she asked. Dash looked in that direction and saw something far too familiar. She galloped towards it and stopped right in front of it. "Dash! What was that for?" Twilight called out as she caught up with her. Twilight looked in front of Dash and only gave a single, "Oh..." The familiar gravestone was sitting right in front of them. They were in the correct timeline. Twilight then noticed a photo sitting at the base and picked it up with her magic. She inspected the photo for a little bit before handing it to Dash. The photo had three figures in the frame. Dash was in the middle, one figure with headphones was holding the camera, and the other was holding Dash close. "I'm guessing the one with the headphones is Charles huh?" Twilight said, getting a nod in response. Then out of nowhere, they hear what appears to be a car driving up behind them. They looked towards the sound and Twilight got ready to defend, but Dash told her to calm down and she deactivated her horn. The car stops as it's clearly here to visit the grave. A figure walks out of the car with its head down, and Dash instantly knows who this is. "Hey general!" she calls to him. Galeforce looks up and looks on shocked to see Dash standing right in front of him. "Rainbow Dash? What are you doing here? I thought Henry said you went back to your world." "I did, but with the help of my friend Twilight here, she was able to make a portal connecting our worlds so I can visit anytime," she explained and Twilight walked up to him. "Nice to meet you. I'm Twilight Sparkle. I take it you're the leader of your military?" "Indeed. I'm General Galeforce." "My brother is captain of the royal guard where I'm from, I'm also one of the four princesses." "Well, nice to know someone who's a great leader like me," Galeforce commented. "Sorry to interrupt," Dash said, "but we're looking for Henry. Have you seen him anywhere?" "He's currently at home resting after a mission. After you left, he decided to enlist in the government to honor you and Charlie." "Glad to know. Thanks, general!" "Anytime." "Follow me Twi. I know where Henry lives," she then flew off with Twilight following tow. Once they got there, They landed at Henry's door and Dash knocked. "Are you sure about this?" Twilight asked. "He'll instantly recognize me, I know that for sure," Dash responded. After a few seconds, the door opens with Henry standing on the other side. He looks around for a little bit, not seeing anything. He was about to close the door when he heard something from below. "Hey Henry, I missed ya." He knew that voice too well. There was no way she was back. He looked down to see her smiling warmly at him. "Dash?" he said, "is it really you?" "Yep, in the flesh. I told you I'd find a way back." Henry knelt down to stroke her mane to confirm he wasn't hallucinating, then embraced Dash in a tight hug and teared up slightly. She returned the hug while Twilight smiled. "Nothing's more heartwarming than two friends reuniting after so long," she thought. "I missed you so much," Henry said through his tears. "Me too. I ran into the general at Charles' grave and he told me where you were," Dash confirmed. They broke the hug. "What about those other timelines you told me about right before you left?" "My friend was only able to connect this timeline. She'll figure out the others soon. We decided to do this one because we thought about you and how you would be handling both Charles' death and my return home." Henry smiled and then looked over to Twilight to thank her. He offered both ponies to step inside and they agreed. "Dash has told me a lot about you," Twilight said to Henry, "There's even a fictional book about you in our world, but I never thought it was real in a different dimension!" Henry chuckled, "I guess each dimension has its own connections to others huh?" "I know! I'm gonna have to research this when we get home!" "We get it Twilight, you're an egghead," Dash joked, making Henry chuckle again. Then they all got to know each other and caught up for a few hours. Henry was so happy that Dash could now visit him whenever she wanted, but he also understood that the other timelines needed them as well, even if Henry was the leader of the toppats, still a criminal, or had teamed up with both Charles and Ellie. When it got late at night, Twilight suggested it was time to return home, and the only way to do so was to go back to the place they arrived at. Henry asked where that was and Dash said it was at Charles' grave, so he drove them to the site and added it would also be a good opportunity to visit it for a few minutes. After walking up to it, Twilight stood back to let him and Dash talk to the grave for a little bit. What they weren't expecting though, was for Twilight to use a spell she learned years ago to call upon the dead. They didn't notice at first until Henry felt a hand on his shoulder. "Hey Henry, I can tell you and Dash miss me." They looked up with shocked expressions, and Dash turned towards Twilight and got a wink in response. "Yeah, Charles, we really do miss you. How are you here?" "I think Rainbow's friend has something to do with it," Charles said, looking over at Twilight. "We miss you so much Charles," Dash said, "and now you're here, I just want to say, what you did in the orbital station was something I would've done. A true act of loyalty." "You know quite a bit about loyalty huh? I'm proud. It was one of the greatest plans I ever had, even if it cost my life." "It sure was," Henry added. Then a rift appeared behind Twilight and that was their cue to leave. They all said their goodbyes and shed a few tears in the meantime before Charles disappeared. Henry also said goodbye to Dash and Twilight and said that he hoped they'd come to visit soon. They both agreed then hopped into the portal, leaving Henry alone with the gravestone. Over the next few weeks, Twilight managed to connect the portal to all the other timelines so they could visit each of them. Dash and Twilight each got their top hats for when they visited a timeline involving the Toppats, and Twilight liked hers enough to want to keep it. Each timeline they visited was exactly how Dash remembered them ending off of when she left, though they had a little trouble with Toppat Civil Warfare because of what was happening there, but they made it work. Dash was overjoyed to see Henry in each timeline again, and now she has a true friend who's not from Equestria all because of one simple blackout, and she was perfectly fine with that. The End
