My name is Perseus Jackson. Well, everyone calls me Percy, apart from Mr D. Dionysus. The God of Wine and Parties, you know. I am the son of Posiedon, the God of the sea. I was not supposed to be born. A prophecy, a prophecy of the child of one of the big 3 and on their 16th birthday, they will decide the fate of Olympus and the world. That’s me, since Thalia became a huntress.
Since I got Annabeth back, I would look after her. She’s my best friend.
Today I was going for the orientation at Mr Blofis’s school, Goode High School. The girl I met, Rachel Elizabeth Dare was there too. And these 2 cheerleader girls who seemed like-
“MONSTERS!”
I uncapped Riptide, the sword that Chiron gave me. I raised it above Kelli, who shattered into dust. Rachel grabbed my arm, but I swung the sword over Tammi too.
Rachel and I ran, to meet Annabeth and a girl with red-gold hair.
She smelt like those monsters I’d just defeated.
“Percy.” said the girl. “I know I’m a threat. I know. My name’s Sunset Shimmer. I’m Equestrian and my mom told me I had the power to turn into an empousai with angel powers. I know it’s a greek monster, but I’m good. I’m also the daughter of Hades, with my half-sister Mal. That’s dangerous, right? The Big 3 weren’t supposed to have kids but he had Mal and I. That makes you... you my cousin!”
“How do you know?” asked Annabeth.
“Your sister. Twilight Sparkle. She’s the daughter of Athene and a genius scientist. They’re in Auradon, waiting for me to return to them. I can fly you there.”
“I should kill you,” I said. “But we will give you a chance, if you say who you are.”
Sunset looked at the blank wall and whistled. A purple dragon flew above us, landing next to her. A girl with waist length purple hair stood next to her.
“Mal, this is Annabeth Chase, Percy Jackson and Rachel Dare. Everyone, meet my half-sister, Mal, daughter of Hades and Maleficent.”
“Hi,” said Mal shyly. “I’m Maleficent ‘Mal’ Bertha. My mom, being my totally evil mom, called me Maleficent, after her. But I’m good. My boyfriend is a prince.”
“Prince Ben.” said Sunset. “I’m 14.”
“And I’m 15.” said Mal.
I looked at the 2 of them intently. “Wait one minute...” said Rachel. “Sunset, I remember you! You’re the element of empathy! Percy, you can trust them. Sunset’s an element of harmony.”
A group of girls waved at us. Sunset put Annabeth and I down, before turning back into a human girl. She then ran towards the purple and pink haired girl, Twilight Sparkle.
“Twilight, this is Annabeth Chase. Annabeth, this is Twilight Sparkle. Another of Athene’s daughter.” she said, introducing them.
“Finally!” cried Annabeth. “Another daughter of Athene!”
Twilight smiled, taking a notebook, a purple notebook decorated with stars, filled with Physics. “Wha-?!” I cried. “What’s that?”
“Physics questions from our old school,” explained Sunset. “Twi and I are still trying to work them out.”
“Sorry. I meant Cruella.” said Chiron. “Cruella de Vil. You all must return to the Isle of the Lost to stop Cruella and the other 3 big villains escaping the Isle. Your mission is to... to send them to the forbidden fortress.”
“NO!” shouted Mal. “I went there as a child... it’s horrid!”
“You must punish them.” said Chiron. “They are dangerous, and if you are not careful, Sunset could become a dangerous weapon.”
“We have to!” cried Sunset. “We have no choice, Mal. We have to send them to the forbidden fortress.”
I sighed. “And where is that, exactly?”
Mal looked at Sunset fearfully. “The Isle of the Doomed.” they said in unison
Sunset looked out to sea, before red smoke rose from her, transforming into a she-demon and flying over with Carlos to get past the Gargoyles. Red smoke rose again, before she landed, in human form. She nodded, a boat with the 3 villains and the rest of the VKs and me were on. Behind was Annabeth, and the others. The boat went right up to the beach.
Carlos nodded, letting them pass, before he went through. Jay raised his axe, and chopped down the vines, one by one.
Then we entered the fortress, a dark, dank castle where there was very little humidity.
Applejack took the vines in one hand, and Rainbow set down the villains. Then Annabeth and Twilight took the vines from her, and tied the 3 villains together, against a post. Rainbow moved the blindfolds of each down to their mouths so they became gags. Then we ran out, before we could get caught.
We got back into the car, and drove back to Auradon.
“Did you do it?” asked Ben, hugging Mal.
“Yes.” said Mal, returning the hug. “I need to return back to Camp Half-blood.”
“I see what Sunset meant.” I said. “She used her powers to help.”
“That makes sense,” said Grover. “She and her friends are the elements of harmony. They bring peace to this world.”
I smirked. “I wonder what will happen to those villains...”
