> The Rise Of The Cobra Kai > by Dragon-In-Black > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > 1 - Bullied > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Another terrible day. It was always like this, terrible days. Spike Draco was bullied once again like every other day. Flash Sentry and his gang had given him a wedgie, and then thrown his bag in the trash that was filled with white paint. Spike hated this. It was always something like this that happened. Spike is a sixteen year old who is five foot eight. Has green flat hair, and purple skin. He wears a t-shirt that has a dragon breathing fire, and has a green hoodie. He wears soft black pants, and wears purple shoes that has a dragon claws on the left and right of both shoes. His bag is red coloured, and has the dragon claw symbols. He was currently in Canterlot High School, writing his essay in the classroom. His best friends were Snips and Snails. He had befriended them since the first day of high school, and they worked great as a team. They were on either side of him, copying of from him. He didn't mind, as he knew that they had it tough. Spike then heard the final bell ring. They had stayed after school to study, and were waiting for the final bell to ring. The school bell worked differently at CHS. There is a final bell for the school day, but then there are after school clubs that are hosted where the bell is needed again. Spike took his science book and paper sheet, and put it into his bag. His friends did the same and braced themselves. Snips had brilliant orange hair and black eyes. His skin was light opalish gray. Snails had black eyes, moderate turquoise hair. His skin is light amber. "Well this day sucked." Spike said, as he walked away from his desk and walked towards the wooden door with a small window on it. The classroom they were in was light grayish blue coloured. The desks were made out of light wood that was strengthened with metal. There was a large front desk for their teacher. Snips and Snails sighed and nodded. "The days were better when Sunset Shimmer ruled. Now, its impossible to get some recognition." Snails said, making Snips and Spike nod. They all agreed on that. Sunset Shimmer was the girl who ruled CHS with an iron fist. But then one day, a girl by the name of Twilight Sparkle came and redeemed her and she gained real friends. She stopped hanging around Spike, Snips, and snails after that. She mostly used them for blackmail material, but it was better then, because these days they get bullied by Flash Sentry's gang. The hallway they were walking down was long. There were green coloured lockers that were lined up against the walls, and the floors were shiny like crystals. Spike and his friends didn't pay attention to anything in particular. They simply wanted to get the hell out of the school. They reached the front entrance, and opened the doors and walked fast away from the school. The street they were walking on, was leading them to Sugarcube Corner. They were hoping to get into the backally that is behind Sugarcube Corner. They usually hang on that spot, and have fun. They didn't want to be bothered by anyone unless they had intentions. They passed by many familiar faces from school and were laughed at. They had their heads down, and continued walking. They were all lost in their thoughts. Spike wanted to fight against his enemies, but everytime he tried, he got beaten up even worse. He wasn't happy with the circumstances, but what could he do? "Hello losers!" A voice shouted out from behind them. Spike, Snips, and Snails looked behind them, and felt their blood run cold. It was Flash Sentry that was together with friends of his. "Where do you think your going?" They ran for it. They couldn't take it, they had to run. They ran into an ally that was contained with filt on the ground, and graffiti art on the walls. Spike felt how his adrenaline kicked in as he ran away from his worst enemy. He felt how his lungs were starting to burn. He was looking at all of the walls around him, and jumped here and there whenever he saw a container. Spike was fast, but his enemies were faster. Spike felt how he was punched in the back of his head. Spike fell down on the ground, trying to catch his breath. The stone ground was hard, and Spike felt pain on his left cheek. Spike felt then how he was pulled up by two people. "You thought that you could run away from us? Well how wrong you were." Flash said, looking into Spike's green eyes that were showing nothing but fear but also a very strong hint of hatred. Flash noticed this, but didn't comment on it. "When will you learn that? Or wait, are you that stupid that you don't realize it?" "Fuck off Flash." Spike said, and after saying that. He felt pain in his stomach. Flash had punched him in the stomach. Spike wanted to cry out in pain, but he couldn't. His mouth had been tapped over by duct tape. Spike was now openly crying. What had he done wrong? He hadn't even done anything to Flash in the past. He seriously hadn't. Yes, he had used vulgar language just a few seconds ago, but other then that, he and his friends had done nothing! "You should watch your mouth freak." Flash said, punching Spike once again, but this time, in the face. Spike felt his nose start to bleed, and he cried. Spike was then dropped on the ground. All of a sudden, Spike heard; "Who are you?" Spike turned his head, and saw that his friends Snips and Snails had been caught to. But that wasn't what caught his eyes. No, what caught his eyes were the glowing brilliant scarlet eyes, with deep scarlet pupils with grayish sap green. The man had black hair and dark gray skin. The man was wearing some armor. Spike couldn't tell, but it looked like the man had armor on him. The man looked at Flash with anger. "Do you think its funny to bully those who aren't as strong as you?" The man asked, making Flash look at his friends. They shrugged their shoulders and he looked back at the man. "Yes." Flash said, making the man grab him by his black leather jacket. Flash yelped, and his friends fell on their rumps as their friends was lifted up by the man. Flash tried to break free, but the man was stronger. Flash was pushed back towards a brick wall, and felt his pride wash away. The man had such a strong hold on him, and he was only using one hand. All of a sudden, Flash felt a flow of anger, and tried punching the man. The man evaded the punch and threw him onto the ground. Flashs' friends ran up to the man and tried to kick and hit him, but the man was like a fighting machine. He evaded their attacks left and right, and was hitting them instead. Flash tried to swing his arm over the mans face, but the man went down and kicked Flash in the legs. Flash fell over, and cried out in pain. He had hit his knee, but the man didn't look like he cared. Flashs' other friends came to the rescue, and looked at the man in fear and anger. Flash looked at the man and felt nothing but fear at that moment. "If I see that again, I will do a lot worse." The man said, making the teens run away while still carrying Flash. He turned to face Spike and his friends. Spike got up by himself, and looked into the mans eyes. He didn't know what to say or do. "Wow! That was absolutely awesome! How did you do that?" Snips asked, looking up at the man as he got up from the ground and dusting himself of. The man smiled at him, a smile that would have normally sent shivers down their spines. Although, because that he had saved them, they felt different. "That was karate. Ever heard of it?" The man asked, curiously. Spike nodded his head. He had thought about joining one of the karate groups around town, but he had refrained from doing so as he had things going on in his life. Spike removed the duct tape from his mouth and said: "Yes I've heard of it. I've always wanted to learn, although, I never joined any of the clubs." Spike said, making the man smile at them widely. Snips and Snails were smiling at each other, while Spike was looking at the man with admiration. The air around them wasn't tense like before. It was simply perfect. "Well, if you want to, I could train you. Although, be aware, I won't be doing it for free." The man said, making the happy teens look at each other. In all honesty, they didn't care. They needed to learn to protect themselves. Spike was thinking about it long and hard. He didn't even feel the pain on his cheek. It looked pretty bad, as the red cheek had a few small cuts, but there was a pretty big one in the middle. It didn't look infected, but Spike wasn't gonna leave it either. Spike looked at the man and asked; "How much do you charge us?" It was important for Spike to know as he didn't want to start and get a crazy bill. That was the last thing he needed after all the shit he had been through. The man smiled and took a few steps forward. "I charge fifty dollars a month." The man said, making the others look at him in shock. That was the cheapest they had heard. The other dojo's had over a hundred to two hundred, but that was for the gears and everything else. Fifty dollars was probably the cheapest they had heard. The man looked at them with a look that suggested that he was studying them. "My name is Sombra by the way." "I'm Spike Draco and this is Snips and Snails." Spike said, making Sombra nod at them. He was studying them, and was calculating how to train them the best way possible. He didn't want all his efforts to be for nothing. Sombra smiled to himself, as he saw the potential in all three of them. Spike didn't know what to say or do under the calculating gaze, as he wasn't sure what was going on. "Come by this adress tomorrow." Sombra said, as he handed the three of them a card that showed a business they had never heard of. Spike smiled and looked up and saw Sombra just in time when he turned a corner. Snips and Snails looked at each other and got evil smiles on their faces. They couldn't wait to join the club. "We will be feared by everyone in school!" Snips said, making Snails chuckle a little. Spike rolled his eyes. "Guys, we haven't even been there yet, and you are already acting as if we are able to do karate." Spike said, making his friends turn to him and sheepishly smile. He had a point in that. Spike looked at the logo and the text with the logo. STRIKE FIRST STRIKE HARD NO MERCY. In the middle was a cobra that had the text by either of its side COBRA KAI. Spike looked at the logo with curiosity. It was a pretty badass name, but it looked to be one of the toughest places to be in just by looking at the logo. "This will be awesome." His friends nodded their heads furiously. They were so looking forward for their first class. Spike wanted to learn how to beat up Flash so bad that he didn't even care how hard Sombra is. He was gonna destroy Flash and his lackeys and they would regret ever messing with them in the first place. "Sweet Revenge will come out of this." Spike said, making his friends look at each other and nod their heads in agreement. It would be interesting indeed. > 2 - The Dojo > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The very next day after school, Spike, Snips, and Snails walked down a street that would lead them to the place where Sombra would train them. They still didn't know if they were gonna learn how to attack someone. That is what Spike wanted to learn anyways... The street they were on was actually across the street from Sugarcube Corner. Spike liked that. He could go straight afterwards to train himself. Snips and Snails were looking forward to learn karate. They were quite interested in being the helpers of Spike. Then again, they are friends, so perhaps he wouldn't see them as helpers. The building they were outside of was made out of metal and did seem like it had a brick wall inside of it. The front doors had curtains over to block sunlight. It also had the Cobra Kai logo on the front. COBRA KAI KARATE it said. "Well, shall we go in?" Spike asked, nervously. Snips and Snails simply nodded towards him and had something in their eyes he had only ever seen once in his life. It was determination; something they only had when they really wanted something. Spike was unsure of what they wanted, but whatever it was, it had to be something good. Right...? Spike opened the door, and there were bells that rang. Spike felt how he nearly choke on his own breath. The dojo was marvelous! The floors had the Cobra Kai logo with their words; STRIKE FIRST STRIKE HARD NO MERCY. It really took Spike's breath away. Snips and Snails simply looked around, and grinned. They then got cold faces, and showed no emotion. Spike decided to do the same, and waited for Sombra to come out. The room was white, red, black, and yellow. There were training equipment on the side of the room that was used for demonstration purposes, and normal training. The walls were coloured in white, but on one side, it had the words; STRIKE FIRST STRIKE HARD NO MERCY. Spike felt something inside of him; something he hadn't felt in a very long time. All of a sudden, a man walked out of a small room that had the words; office on it. There in all his glory; stood Sombra. He smiled at his new potential students. "Hello young ones." Sombra said, making his new students bow a little. Sombra raised a brow. Did they know about that? Spike bowed the lowest as he had huge respect for Sombra after what had happened yesterday. He couldn't forgive himself for being weak. No more of his old life... He was gonna give himself a new name, one that would be feared by everyone at CHS. He didn't know what he was gonna call himself, but he knew it would be one that would be feared by the CHS students. "We read on the Internet on how to show respect to the trainer slash sensei." Snips said, making Sombra look at him and slowly smile. They were quick learners. Then again, all he needed to do now was to teach them the right way to fight. Hopefully that would be easy... "Impressive... I thought that it would be another thing I would have to teach you." Sensei Sombra said, making the three boys feel proud of their research. Although, they didn't realize that this would be the kick start of their new career. For the next few weeks, Sensei Sombra trained them. They were getting stronger rapidly as the days went on. Spike was the one who was really getting somewhere, and was training every morning and evening. Snips and Snails made good progress themselves, but not as good as Spike's. The others at school continued to bully them, but Spike had started standing up for himself. This had gotten the attention from Flash who had been quick to put him down. Spike had felt humiliated, and anger. He was gonna show them. His training increased to a harder level, and before he knew it, he was breaking boards. He could do it with his hands, feet, and knees. He could do pushups with his knuckles, which was something everyone apparently learnt at Cobra Kai. During the day is the time when children are practicing, and during the evening was the teenagers who were training. Spike felt happier and happier when he was at the Dojo. He was learning what he felt like he needed to learn. He was quite happy with it. Currently, he was at the dojo, breaking planks and boards. He was in the middle of the dojo, and there was two large stones that kept the boards and planks on his level. He was looking at the thick plank that had made him really look at the past. All the humiliation, mockery, sadness, bullying. He felt how his blood started to literally boil from anger. He then made his right hand into a fist, and hit the plank so hard it broke. Spike was in his Cobra Kai uniform. He was a white belt when he was in training, but for important occasions, he had his black belt. It had taken quite a few months, but it had been worth it. It was the tenth of January, and Spike was quite looking forward into going back to school. Especially so he could kick some ass. He had learnt how to break boards and planks during his winter break. Snips and Snails had also become black belts, but weren't as advanced as Spike. They knew how to break boards and planks, but they couldn't do it with their fists like Spike and Sensei Sombra could. Spike had made his hair spiky as it stood straight up in a mohawk. He had even dyed it red at the top. Spike was looking forward into coming back to school and teaching the good for nothing bullies who's school they are in. "They won't know what hit them." Spike said, out loud to himself. He was gonna take revenge after all these years of bullying and torment he and his friends suffered. He wasn't gonna take it anymore. He closed his eyes, as he started breathing in and out. All of a sudden the bell rang from the dojo's entrance. Spike got up and looked behind and saw that it was Snips and Snails. They smiled at Spike, and he smiled back. "Hello Spike, shall we go to the arcade?" Snips asked, making Spike smile. They had been planning this for quite a while. Spike nodded his head in agreement. Spike looked to his right and saw the office where Sensei Sombra was. "I'll let him know that I'm leaving," Spike said, making the other two nod. Spike walked up to the office door, feeling the mat on his feet. When he reached the door, he knocked on the door waiting for Sensei Sombra to respond. Spike waited patiently for his Sensei. A few seconds later he heard a 'come in' and Spike walked inside. His Sensei looked up with a soft smile on his lips. "Hello Sensei, I finished of with the plank. I was wondering if that was all? I'll clean up after me of course, I was just wondering if I could take my leave afterwards?" Sensei Sombra chuckled a little bit. "Spike, of course you can. You've trained more then even i have in over a week! You deserve it." Sensei Sombra said, making Spike sigh a little. He had trained quite a lot over the winter break, specifically to beat his bullies. Sensei Sombra was okay with Spike training for beating other people up, but that could simply be because Sensei Sombra didn't have the same care as others. The office was gray coloured. There was a desk that had pens, papers, a phone, and some other things. Spike bowed to his Sensei, then walked back out. He saw his friends who were looking over to see if he was allowed to go. Spike grinned at them and nodded. They got excited and ran up to him. "So, want help cleaning the place up?" Snails asked, as he looked at the destroyed plank. "Yeah, that would be nice." Spike said, as he started picking up bits and pieces of what he had destroyed. Snips and Snails carried the two large gray stones towards the equipment side of of the room. Spike took the plank pieces that could be used again, into another room. The cleaning didn't take all that long. It simply took a few minutes. Spike then got to the changing rooms that they had, and changed into a purple t-shirt and green hoodie. He put on black soft pants, and put on his shoes when he got back to the entrance. Snips and Snails were waiting for him, and they smiled when he came to them. He put on his shoes and together they walked away from the dojo. Cobra Kai had changed Spike, but the question is: is it good or bad? Only time will tell. > 3 - School Fight > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Spike woke up to the sound of his alarm clock going of. Spike stretched his arm, and turned it off. Spike got out from the bed covers, and started doing push ups on the floor with his knuckles. It was a routine for him. Wake up, do early morning exercise, take a shower, eat breakfast, and walk to school with Snips and Snails. His floor was made out of dark wood, and his wall were coloured in green. His ceiling was coloured in black. His bed was comfy, with his bed covers having the Cobra Kai symbol. Cobra Kai wasn't a very well known dojo by anyone, but Spike had commissioned for that bed cover. It hadn't cost him all that much, simply twenty five dollars. Spike could feel how his muscles were burning, but he liked it. It made him feel good. He then did his last push up, and grabbed a white towel that had been on a chair that was beside his bed. He lived alone in the house he lived in, as his parents had died when he was very young. He had been on his own for a very long time. He did have cousins, but he had no contact with them, mostly because he doesn't like them. Although, he never really liked his relatives even though, they probably don't feel the same way he feels. Spike walked through his house that was coloured in grayish light blue. the floors were all covered by some sort of mat. the ceilings had lights on them, but Spike rarely used the lights. he wanted to get used to the darkness, so his enemies wont know what hit them. he walked into his bathroom that had a large mirror, toilet, sink, and a large shower. he got into the shower and turned on the water after he had undressed. He was taking a cold shower. It made him wake up better in the morrning, and it felt good. He showered for about ten minutes, and got out of the shower. He then proceded to walk back into his room and search for the clothing he was looking for. He put on a black t-shirt and gray soft pants. he put on a purple hoodie and headed towards his kitchen. The kitchen was decorated with a large kitchen table, and knifes. He made himself some toast, and was thinking about what name he should give himself. He didn't really know what he was gonna name himself. He wanted it to be something that would make himself be feared except by those who are his friends or are in Cobra Kai. Spike shrugged to himself, and decided to ask his friends what they thought. They maybe had good ideas for a new name. Spike walked into the living room that was a disaster. There were fast food everywhere. The coffee table had some different sodas on the table and the sofas and chairs had pizza boxes. He wasn't fat strangely enough, but then again, he has been training since he joined Cobra Kai. His bag was on one of the couches that had black leather on it. He then took the bag to the kitchen. He was gonna make a sandwich for lunch. He pulled out two slices of bread and began to make his sandwich. He was lost in his thoughts, and wondered what was gonna happen in school that very day. Spike placed his ingredients on his sandwich, and occasionally cut something with a large kitchen knife. He then added the last ingredient which was mayonnaise. Spike then pulled out a plastic film, and covered his sandwich. He then placed his lunch in his bag. He then walked over to his fridge and pulled out a Red Bull. That would be his drink for the day. Spike also placed it into his bag, and closed the fridge and made sure that everything was relatively okay. Spike then smiled to himself, and headed for the front door. His shoes were on his feet quite quick, as he then walked to school. Today would hopefully be a good day. Spike had just reached the school with Snips and Snails, and they were chatting happily. They were preparing for the test that they had that very day. They had a test in gym class, which was basically a obstacle course. For them, it would be easy. They could simply use their Cobra Kai training in it, without actually hitting or kicking anyone. "Hey guys, what name should i give myself?" Spike asked, as they walked through the front doors of the school. Some people looked their way and snickered, but the three Cobra Kai students didn't pay them any heed. Snips and Snails looked at each other, then at Spike. "What do you mean?" Snips asked, as they continued walking towards Spike's locker. The people around them were looking at Spike in surprise because of his hair. This was new, that was something the early birds hadn't noticed when Spike walked inside. Spike sighed as they reached his locker. He placed the key inside the lock and turned it, and heard a Click. "I mean: what name should i give myself? I am known as Spike, but they simply see me as weak. I want to have a name that will make them think twice before trying to start something." Spike explained. Snips and Snails looked at each other. They sensed that Spike was getting angry. They also knew who he referred to. It was Flash and his gang. Spike, Snips, and Snails had been bullied since day one. That is until Sunset Shimmer came along, and stopped that. Then for a few years, the school was ruled with an iron fist by Sunset Shimmer. Then a transfer student from Crystal Prep Academy befriended Sunset and she left them; leaving an open window for Flash and his gang to bully them. At first, Twilight Sparkle scolded them for doing so and even went to the principle, which made their situation worse. Then, Flash and his gang became more sneeky with their bullying until they did it in the open again. No one helped them. Even the ones who wanted to help them, didn't because they were afraid. Spike saw them as nothing more but pussies. How the hell could they be scared of a blue haired freak? Spike slammed his locker shut after grabbing some pencils and books that were to the right of the small locker. Snips and Snails didn't react to the loud slamming as they were used to his outbursts. "How about Hawk?" Snips suggested. "It's fitting considering you have a mohawk." Spike thought about it, and shrugged a little. It did sound fitting. He smiled and nodded his approval. "Hawk it is." Spike said, making them smile. They then heard the bell ring and ran for their first class. They didn't have their gym test until after lunch so they had plenty of time. Their first class would be English. They ran down the corridors and even knocked down a student who they didn't see who it was. Though, they didn't fully care either. They then reached the one classroom where their English class would be. They didn't barge in, they simply walked in with manner and respect. They opened the door and walked in, and saw that the teacher wasn't there. The students although, were. They closed the door behind them. The classroom was decorated with a world map in the back of the room, and at the front desk was a whiteboard that the teacher used. They walked to the furthest in the back of the classroom, and took their seats. Spike was sitting beside Snips who was to his right, and Snails was to his left. The floor were made out of polished stone that shined like crystals. The ceiling pretty much only had lamps that were brightening up the room. The students around them pretty much ignored the three students in the back. "Dude, where the hell is the teacher?" Snails asked, making Spike look at him. He then looked at the clock that was above the door that showed it was eight fifteen. Spike was surprised. Their teacher hadn't arrived yet. He was very military like, as he was almost always on time for work. Spike shrugged his shoulders. He didn't know, but for some reason: he felt like he didn't care either. He shook his head, he was probably still grumpy about something. "I have no idea, but wherever he is, he is probably on his way." Spike said, making his friends nod. There was one girl in class that always stood out to Spike. Her name was Rarity, and she is the most beautiful girl there is in school. Spike, like every single guy in the school: had a crush on her. He had never said anything, as he was to shy, but also because he knew that he'd be rejected by her. She is a marshmallow skined girl, with moderate indigo, and on the shadow side, a gradient of dark purple to moderate purple hair. Her eyes were moderate azure. She was in the front row seats, and had her back turned to him. Spike would usually daydream about her, but he had never been caught daydreaming. All of a sudden, the door was slammed open and a man with a brown skin, a ridiculous mustache, and hair walked in. He looked pretty angry about something, but he didn't shout or do anything. Spike wondered what it was. 'He probably deserved it,' Spike thought, to himself. He then shook it out of his head. Where did that even come from? Every single student looked at their teacher with hard-core attention, quite afraid of even look at anything but him. He then looked up and presented a fake smile "Hello everyone. I sincerely apologise for my delay. There was a man running some snake karate dojo or whatever who got angry at me. Anyways, I hope everything has been well on your winter break. I hope I can help you out the term with anything that you have missed or anything." He said, making every student inwardly groan. He had a speech like this almost about everyday. Spike was getting tired of it if he was being honest with everyone. "Oh, and also, there will be a ball at the end of this month." Spike and his friends looked at each other and shrugged. They usually did this every year at school. Spike was kind of looking forward to it. He planned on kicking Flashs' ass by the end of the month. It would be fun seeing his pride slip away, because of a guy who learnt karate the Cobra Kai way. All he needed to do was to find the right time to strike. The other students around them started to chat with their friends happily and smiling at each other. All except Spike, Snips, and Snails. They may be looking forward to the event, but they had no desire to go there to get kicked out by Sentry. Although, because of their training, perhaps this would be different then the other times. They could kick Flashs' ass all day long, and not get bored somehow. Then again, you find new ways to entertainment all the time. "Now, could everyone get their books and open up the page three hundred and ninety four?" The teacher said, with a professional voice. He sat down on his desk, and pulled out his version of the book that his students had. Spike pulled out the book from his bag, and checked the cover. The book was blue, and had a large smiley face with the words: A Guide To Advanced English. This book was for those who wanted to learn more advanced English. Spike had decided to take it, so he then can use more fancy words delicately. Spike opened up the book, and started to search for the page. When Spike finally found the page, he and his friends had been shocked to see what they would be reading about. They were going to be learning about karate. Well, from the readers point of view that is. Spike snickered a little. This would be easy. To easy. Some student heard the snickers and looked back at Spike who hadn't realized he had a look in his eyes that made him seem angry. Some students decided to leave him be and not bother him, as they didn't want to "anger" him further. "Okay class. So, today we will be learning about karate. Read the page, and write down the questions afterwards." The teacher said, with a raspy, but still professional voice. Spike simply ignored his teacher and started reading the page. Karate isn't just a violent sport that can one day save your life. Karate is about balance in life, and to be calm in even the toughest of situations. It's not about starting a fight. There are a lot of kids who has been bullied, who has the joined a karate group so they could simply hurt their bullies. That is something that should absolutely never be done. It can be seen as cowardice, but it also does depend on what your heart truly says. Find your balance in life, and hope the decisions you make are the right ones, even if they might be seen as bad. Always feel balance, if you search for something with anger, you won't feel the same satisfaction as when you do it when you are happy. Spike closed the book after he finished reading it. He could take notes at home. Was he a coward? He wanted to hurt Flash and his gang. He would do it, he didn't care. He was gonna have his revenge on Flash and his gang after all those years of torment. Flash would see Spike's inner Cobra. All of a sudden, the bell rang and every student got up and left the classroom chatting with their friends and whatnot. Spike got up and took the book with him. He placed it in his bag on the way out of the classroom. Snips and Snails weren't far behind. The hallway were filled students hanging with their friends. Spike couldn't help but sneer at them. He was quite honestly disgusted with them. They have the guts to act as if he and his friends was inferior, while they were superior. Spike was getting sick of it. "Look at all these disgusting idiots. Acting as if they are superior. Don't they know that they are below us where they belong?" Spike said, with anger and to some extent: betrayal, making Snips sigh. Snails, didn't know what to say, as he didn't expect to get that question. Spike himself just looked at the other students with disgust, as he and his friends made it towards science where their teacher Discord would be at. I don't know Hawk, perhaps they didn't think straight?" Snips said, with thoughtfulness. Spike turned to him and gave him a deadpan expression, one that quite scared Snips. "You mean: they don't think straight?" Spike said, in a matter-of-fact tone. Snips sheepishly smiled, as they made their way through the school. Snails noticed the classroom they were heading to, and sighed. He had been beaten mercilessly by Flash and his gang in that very classroom. He had been affected by PTSD, and every time he sees that classroom, he is only reminded on what happened that day. Luckily, Spike had found him afterwards. It had not been easy explaining to the school nurse what happened. They reached the classroom where Discord was and noticed that they are the first to arrive. Spike was angry about Flash. He had found Snails here once, and he was gonna make sure that it was Flash they find next time. Although, it might be hard because of all the blood on Flashs' face... They walked to the back of the classroom and took their seats. They pulled out their books and started reading the chapters that were on the whiteboard. Discord was a easy going teacher, and didn't have super high expectations, so he wasn't much of a bother. Spike was reading the last few sentences of the chapter he was on, and heard the bell ring. The class was gonna start, and all he needed to do was to do the theory of the assignment Discord had given them. The other students took their seats, and Spike walked up to the front desk and waited for Discord to acknowledge him. "What can i do for you Spike?" Discord asked, in a bored voice. He wanted in all honesty just go on vacation and never return, but where else was he gonna get the money? Although, he never truly liked any student; Spike, Snips, and Snails was the one exception he always made. They were quick to get to class and when the other students got there, they asked for the assignment. "The assignment Mr. Discord," Spike said, making Discord nod and put down the magazine he had been reading. Well, not reading, it was rather watching. It was covered by a magazine. Discord had a exotic magazine. Spike had no idea why Discord was looking at it in school, but he didn't care either. Spike got the three assignments and walked back towards his desk. He gave the other two their assignment. They thanked him, and started working on it. The other students felt a little jealous that the three losers were allowed to work earlier then them. It was funny, if they actually showed up before the class started, then they'd be able to do so aswell. Spike grinned at the stupid students as he did his assignment. It was astronomy they were studying, and Spike was pretty good at it. Although, he was more into animals. Specifically snakes, Cobras. Discord was talking about astronomy to the other students, but Spike was tuning out of the lesson as he did the assignment. He was thinking about what he was gonna do. He wanted to plan the attack against Flash the best possible way. Spike and his friends finished their work, and walked up to Discord and gave him their work. The other students looked at them with jealousy. Discord smiled at them and nodded at them. The three Cobra Kai students bowed, and left the classroom. They decided to head for their lockers and change books for the next class. Spike walked alone in the empty hallways. That was one thing he liked about Discord; if you are finished with an assignment, then you get to leave early. That was something he really liked, as it helped him get away from prying eyes of the students. He walked towards his locker, and didn't notice how a girl was watching him from a distance. He reached his locker, and saw that there was a piece of paper with the words LOSER on it. Spike ripped it up and threw it on the ground. "Assholes." Spike said, with anger, but in a quiet way. In reality, he wanted to scream out the word. But, he had other things to take care of. He opened up his locker, and placed the books he had been using that very morning, in the locker. His locker had been decorated with anything related to Cobra Kai. Spike, Snips, and Snails were the only ones who actually trained karate. The other students didn't have any idea that they were black belts. The walls had the Cobra Kai logo, and the furthest in the locker had a photo of him and his friends getting their black belts. Spike smiled a little, and pulled out the one book he needed and that was the math book. After lunch he had gym class which would be exciting. Spike closed his locker just in time, when he heard the RING. Spike walked towards lunch, and didn't get shoved or anything. he knew he'd receive a few glares here and there for no apparent reason, but it would be worth it. He walked into the lunch room, and went to stand in line. He did have his sandwich, but he still wanted something truly fulfilling in his stomach. He took a tray, and just when he was about to turn around, the tray in his hands flew out of his hands. Spike looked and saw that it was Flash who stood there with an angry expression. "Do you know what you did earlier you loser?!" Flash asked, with anger evident in his voice. Spike felt afraid, but it slowly slipped away as he felt his anger start to boil. "Earlier this morning you ran into me, making me fall on the floor. Do you think thats acceptable!?" "Yes, because the floor is where you belong." Spike answered, coldly towards the bully. Spike had no time to react, as he felt a punch to his stomach. It continued for a few minutes, but then something snapped withing Spike. everyone was looking at what was going on. No one did anything. The line that Spike had waited previously was gone. Spike had no idea where they went, but he didn't care either. Just when Flash was about to punch Spike again something happened. Time slowed down for Spike as he grabbed the fist and punched Flash with his left fist. Flash felt serious pain on his nose and believed he even heard a crack. Spike let go of the other fist and dropped his bag quickly as he grabbed an empty tray and bashed Flashs' head with it. Flash stumbled backwards, as Spike prepared another hit. Flashs' lackeys didn't know what to do as Spike the little loser was beating their leader. Flash had regained himself and looked at Spike with shock and anger. He rushed towards Spike, who evaded his attack and jumped in the air with a spin and kicked Flash right in the head. Everyone 'ooed' on what just happened. Flashs' lackeys had enough and rushed towards Spike. Spike threw the first punch just like he was taught in the dojo. STRIKE FIRST. Spike punched the first guy, and the second guy, he kicked in the place no guy should ever feel. All the guys who weren't involved in the fight let out a 'ouch' and 'poor dude.' Spike then kicked the the first guy who rushed up to him in the ass, and front kicked him in the head. He feel down to the floor cold. The people around them had started to form a circle around them. The second guy was crying out in pain, but he still got up to get revenge. Spike prepared his first strike, as he allowed the idiot to rush him. When he was close enough, he front kicked him aswell, and went down to the floor to make him fall himself. Spike then punched him until he started bleeding. the guy had pleaded with him to stop but he didn't. Finally it was only Flash left, who was close to shitting himself. Spike ran up to him and jumped, and started spinning in the air and kicked him right in the head. The people around them were shocked by what they were seeing. The Spike they knew was that little loser who was good for absolutely nothing, but here he is, literally beating Flash Sentry and his lackeys as if its normal. Flash was on the ground, and just before he became subconscious, he heard a loud cracking after something heavy hit his face. Spike was currently kicking and hitting Flash Sentry. His hands were bloody, and his face had nothing but pure hatred. He then finished and got up from his crouched state. He then spit on Flashs' face. "Fucking coward." Spike said, with malice as he walked away from the scene as if it was normal. The students made an opening for him as he walked towards the exit. He was in no mood for chatting unless if it was Snips and Snails. He walked away from the cafeteria and headed towards the roof of the school. On the roof, he could be alone and reflect on what happened. He saw the staircase that lead upwards, and took it. Just when he was about to head further up, he heard running. He turned around; preparing for a fight, but saw the grinning faces of Snips and Snails. "Dude! That was awesome. You really showed them who rules this school!" Snips said, with clear admiration in his voice. Spike simply rolled his eyes playfully. Snails was looking at Spike with worry in his eyes. He had started to change a lot since Cobra Kai... "Wanna hang with me on the school roof?" Spike asked, his two friends wanting to have company. They nodded, and together, they walked up to the school roof. Spike didn't realize that when he walked back to school the very next day he'd be feared. He wasn't Spike anymore... he was Hawk. > 4 - Detention > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The air outside on the roof of the school was quite refreshing. Hawk had managed to calm himself down, and think rationally. He realized that he probably shouldn't have beaten them up, but he didn't really care for that matter. In all honesty, he was happy that he did it. At least now, they would leave him and his friends alone. Hawk looked around the roof of the building, and smiled a little. His arms were on the reeling, and the hard stone under him was painted over in white. The school had an amazing view of the city that looked to be far away. Hawk shook his head. It wasn't really that far away, you could walk all the way to the city, and you'd get a nice workout. He needed to learn to calm himself down, he just simply couldn't lash out at everybody that he didn't like. Hawk, Snips, and Snails were eating lunch. Hawk was taking sips of his Red Bull. He was tired of it all. Listening to those disgusting bullies, and have other students thinking he is a pushover together with his friends. They will pay... All of a sudden, they heard the metal door open up behind them. Snips and Snails turned around quickly, and paled. Hawk was still looking at the city from his stance, and not showing a sign that he even cared. “Spike Draco,” a familiar voice said, making Hawk pale and turn around to see principal and vice-principle standing there in all their glory. The principle had moderate heliotrope eyes, with gradients of pale, light grayish cyan to light arctic blue pale, light grayish harlequin to light aquamarine pale, light grayish cornflower blue to light sapphire blue and pale, light grayish mulberry to darker mulberry hair. Her skin was light magentaish gray. The woman next to her had moderate opal eyes, with moderate sapphire blue and pale, light grayish persian blue. Her skin was light phthalo bluish gray. Their names were: Celestia and Luna Solaris. They did not look happy. Hawk then suddenly grinned. “Yes, what can I help you with?” Hawk asked, in a cocky way. He knew that they knew what had happened so he saw no reason to lie to them. Celestia softened her gaze a little, while Luna hardened her expression. “Could you be so kind to follow me to my office?” Celestia asked, in a kind voice. Hawk couldn't say no. She was even trying to be kind, so it wouldn't be fair if he was rude to her. The two women noticed in Hawk's face that he was trying his best to not say or do something stupid. He then nodded and finished his drink, and put it in his bag. Hawk looked at the principle and nodded. She and her sister then turned around and walked back with the three Cobra Kai students behind them. Luna had hawk-like eyes, and could even read minds apparently. Snips had thought about walking away but Luna had told him he was gonna do no such thing. Snips had been confused which had earned a smirk from Luna, although, no one noticed it. The two women led them down the staircase that led to the roof. The staircase didn't make a sound, other than the thumping noises coming from the steps they took. Hawk and his friends were preparing themselves for the whole discussion that would undoubtedly happen. Hawk wondered if he'd get expelled, as he did literally beat a student half to death. Hawk smiled softly to himself. Flash deserved it. Flashs' noise will most likely never look the same. Luna was worried about the three young students. She knew that if Spike knew karate, then his friends knew it too. They weren't directly involved in the fight, but she knew that they most likely helped him somehow. She was thinking about when she was younger herself. How she was treated like dirt, while her sister got praises. She learnt karate herself, and it was with Cobra Kai she learnt that from. Her new name then became known as Nightmare Moon, as she was unbeatable in any fight. She then proceeded to run the school with an iron fist. Then her sister was taught karate at another dojo which were their best friends' dojo: Starswirl-do's karate. He had been their tutor when they were younger. Needless to say: Luna lost that battle with her sister but was accepted again by her sister. From what she had heard from the other students. It sounded like Spike had learnt something similar like her. He had shown no mercy... Inside a dojo strikingly similar to the Cobra Kai dojo; was a young teenage girl with blackish blue hair. She was looking at three thick planks, and she was currently very angry as anyone could see on her facial expression. Her sister: Celestia was the most popular girl in school, and always received praises by the other students. While little Luna was simply the "annoying" younger sister of Celestia. Luna made her right hand into a fist, and punched the three thick planks. They all broke with such force, anyone would be frightened to fight against the angry girl. Her teacher was sensei Grogar, and had been training her very well. She had managed to break a girls face simply because she felt like it. The girl had also been bullying Luna for quite some time. Although she hadn't bullied Luna in years and had even apologised for what she had done, Luna never accepted the apology. She wanted to hurt her so bad, she would feel fear. “Strike first, Strike hard, No mercy…” Luna said, in an angered voice. She wasn't angry at her dojo. She was angry at her sister. She had confronted Luna about what she had done, but she had not listened to her pathetic sister. "My name is Nightmare Moon, and everyone shall fear me!" Luna sighed sadly, as she opened the door to the principal's office. Celestia walked inside first, and was quickly followed by the Cobra Kai students. Luna walked inside and closed the door. Celestia's office was decorated with her time when she was younger. The walls were covered in purple and white lining. The ceiling was covered with white paint. There was a large wooden desk that had a computer, pencils, papers, and compartments to her desk. There was an office chair behind the large desk that Celestia sat on. There were two chairs that were designated for students. Hawk sat on the left chair while Snips sat on the right one. Snails simply stood as his friends were sitting. Luna was also standing, and keeping an eye on their behavior. Celestia was breathing in and out, trying to not sound angry. She was angry at them, but she did know why it happened. Spike and his friends are victims of bullying. It's no surprise that Spike attacked them, although she did hear from Sunset Shimmer that it actually was Flash who was provoking for the fight to happen. “Spike Draco, could you possibly tell me why you beat Flash Sentry up. Or rather: nearly killing him? We had to call an ambulance.” Celestia said, in a tone that didn't reveal any emotion. Hawk and his friends looked at each other and chuckled. “The fucker had it coming. You should be happy that i didn't actually kill him.” Hawk said, in a voice that sounded both taunting, but also angry. Celestia didn't know how to respond to that, and simply sighed. Luna hid her shock. He sounded so much like herself when she was younger. That was the type of thing she would say after she had gotten into a fight. Perhaps she should try to help him? “Mr. Draco, I understand why you did it. But you can't simply attack anyone like that. Think if this was on the street? You would look like a gangster looking for trouble.” Celestia said, in a voice that sounded like she was pleading with him. Hawk was shocked that Celestia even suggested that Hawk had started the fight. It was Flash who started it in the first place! “Principal Celestia... I don't know who corrupted you into thinking that it was I who started the fight, but I will tell you this: Flash Sentry threw the first punch. I did self defence. I'd rather not be on the ground and have internal bleeding and die from it. Is that what you want to happen? Because it sounds like it currently at this very moment.” Hawk said, making Celestia look at Hawk in shock. Was he seriously suggesting that she didn't care about her students? “Mr. Draco, i do care about my students including you.” Celestia said, in a shocked voice. Luna wasn't shocked. She had expected that to be said. Some people make mistakes, and some do more than others. Hawk started chuckling a little. It wasn't a pleasant chuckle, it was a dark chuckle. One that sounded mocking. “Well then principle don't get in the way of Cobra Kai.” Hawk said, with an angry expression. Celestia froze. Luna felt her hair rise up as she heard that name. She was hit with different memories from her time there. "What is the punishment?" “Detention…” Celestia simply responded with nothing in her voice. Hawk simply nodded and looked at Luna who was trying to read his expression. There was something in the way he talked that suggested that he wasn’t finished with Flash. She would have to keep an eye out so Spike doesn’t start bullying Flash. He reminded her so much of herself when she was in school. “Where is it going to be?” Hawk asked, in an angry tone. He wanted to get the fuck out of the principals office. He wanted to see if he could hurt Flashs’ lackeys. See if he could break them a little bit more than they already were. “Ms Cheerilee’s class.” Celestia simply answered, without looking at him. She still didn’t show anything on her face or voice. Spike got out of the chair, quickly followed by Snips. Hawk wanted to say one last thing to them. “By the way principal Celestia and vice-principal Luna, my name isn’t Spike anymore. It is Hawk.” Hawk said, in a voice that dared them to say otherwise. He then left the room with his friends. Leaving the two sisters to their thoughts. ‘Hopefully i’ll be able to help young Spike.’ Luna thought, completely disregarding what young Hawk had said about his name a few seconds ago. > 5 - Twilight Sparkle > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Several weeks have passed since the huge fight in the cafeteria. Flash Sentry is now a literal laughing stock. Hawk and his friends had quickly become popular, but that didn’t mean that Hawk looked away from their crimes. Not one bit… Hawk hadn’t gotten into trouble with the principals anymore, although he did have a sneaking suspicion that Vice-principal Luna had been keeping an eye on him. Hawk didn’t know how to shake her off without it being obvious. He decided to simply let it go, as it would only continue to happen anyways. He had beaten up Gilda and her gang without any problem. It was actually Hawk that time who had provoked a fight. He won… Gilda and her gang are practically slaves to Hawk and his friends now. He treated them like dirt like the rest of them. Flash and his gang weren’t the only ones. Oh no, there were more than one he treated like dirt. The Rainbooms were one of them that he actually quite by accident treated like dirt. It was that Twilight Sparkle had tried to stop a fight between Rover and Hawk. Hawk had been on top of him, and had been beating the living shit out of him. Hawk had even had blood in his hands as he had continued. Hawk had told her to read a book while he continued to mercilessly beat Rover. Hawk’s Cobra Kai training had been coming along great also, which could be debatable if it was good or bad. Twilight had felt a little hurt, but Hawk had shown no sign that he had cared. Snips and Snails had snickered which had started a fight between them and the Rainbooms. Snips and Snails had shocked everyone except Hawk as they had beaten Rainbow Dash and Applejack. Sunset Shimmer didn’t join the fight, as she was unsure if she should intervene or not. Snips and Snails had been her friends after all and Spi- Hawk… had also been one, but she had only used them to gather information. She never saw them as her friends until later. Rainbow and Applejack had broken both of their arms… The three Cobra Kai students had laughed and even mocked them. Hawk did so, because Rainbow Dash had one time helped Gilda with beating him up. Hawk wasn’t sure if she remembered that or not, but she most likely didn’t. Hawk didn’t care though. Currently, Hawk was in the dojo, training on a punching bag. He was trying to get in some good blows. It seemed to work, as the punching bag was going way backwards. Snips and Snails were doing fifty push ups on their knuckles. That was one of their things that was expected in the Cobra Kai dojo. They were simply training when they heard the bell ring. Hawk stopped his punching, and turned around to see Twilight Sparkle the class nerd. The loser in Hawk’s opinion. She stood there with her moderate violet eyes, moderate sapphire blue with moderate violet and brilliant rose streaked hair. Her pale, light grayish mulberry skin, looking comforting in a hug. “Twilight Sparkle, i didn’t think you had it in you to show up here. Are you interested in joining Cobra Kai? There is room for more.” Hawk said, in a taunting voice. One that irritated Twilight. She wasn’t here to join their dojo, she was here to confront them. They had started making every student feel unsafe and she was here to see if she could reason with them. “No, i’m here to talk to you.” Twilight said, in an authoritative voice. Not an uncomfortable one, but a voice that said ‘no bullshit’ and that was something that nearly made Hawk laugh. “Oh really?” Hawk said, in fake surprise. “About what?” Hawk already knew what she was here for, but it was better to play the prey while the predator thought it was close to a winning streak. Twilight even seemed to take the bait. “Spike-” Twilight started but she was cut off by Hawk. “My name is not Spike, it is Hawk!” Hawk said, angrily as he stared down at Twilight as if she was filth under his feet. She sighed and gulped a little. He may be short, but he sure as hell can be intimidating when he wants to be. “Hawk, i understand that many of those students have bullied you, but you can’t simply bully them without showing them mercy. They are frightened by you! Is that how you want to be remembered after high school? As the kid everyone was terrified of?” Twilight asked, in a serious voice. Hawk simply raised a brow. He didn’t actually care whether he was feared or not. He simply hated Flash and his gang and whoever stood with him. “Sparkle, i will tell you this: you don’t know what i have been through, and you have the guts to come here, and tell me what to do!? Well, a word of advice: if you want to stay out of the crossfire, then i suggest that you stay out of Cobra Kai business.” Hawk said, in an icy tone. Twilight didn’t know what to say. She hadn’t meant it like that! She simply wanted to talk some sense into her. Hawk then turned around and walked back towards his punching bag and snickered. Twilight’s anger flared up again, and she asked one thing that made all three of them stop. “Do you think Sunset sees you like friends when you act like this? You act like real jerks, and show no remorse for it.” Twilight stated, making Hawk turn around and his eyes made Twilight wish she didn’t say anything. Snips and Snails rounded around her but didn’t do anything. “Sunset Shimmer is nothing more but a coward!” Hawk said, angrily as he walked slowly towards the frightened girl. “Everything was fine before YOU showed up! She helped us and we helped her. And now, she has gone soft because of you. You have stolen enough from us already, and you are not stealing this from us. Now get the fuck out of here.” Twilight nodded quickly and dashed out of the dojo. Hawk turned around and angrily hit the punching bag. He felt how everything was simply leaving his system. She has the guts to come here and say that he is the problem?! Oh, he sure is the problem alright… when he breaks her face! Snips and Snails shook their heads angrily. They couldn’t believe that she had the guts to say that Hawk was the problem. If she would have had eyes, she would have known that the student lobby was the bloody problem! They didn’t do anything for years, and now when Hawk is doing their payback; he is the criminal. “She got some fucking nerve, i’ll show her.” Hawk muttered to himself as he punched the bag harder and harder landing each blow in a fetal position. Snips and Snails simply continued their push ups, and didn’t stop for anything. Hawk and his two friends had just walked out of the dojo, when they saw Sunset Shimmer in all her glory. She had moderate cyan eyes, brilliant amaranth with light apple green striped hair. She had light amber skin. She was wearing a light turquoise dress, with heeled shoes and leather jacket. She looked at them with a hint of anger. “Well well well, look who it is. It’s the fucking coward.” Hawk said, angrily as he looked up and down at her, studying her. “What do you want, we are kind of busy.” Sunset sighed. She had heard the stories from the school and had even witnessed a few fights herself. She was getting concerned over the path her old lackeys were going. Or friends… She was still getting used to saying that word. “I simply wanted to talk to you. Twilight came running to me and told me what happened.” Sunset explained, earning snickers from the three of them. “So little stupid Sparkle came running towards the coward of CHS? No surprise there.” Hawk said, chuckling. Sunset felt her anger flare up, but she didn’t lash out. She understood why he was acting like this. She didn’t want to hit him, but damn, it was really tempting! “She is not stupid! She literally wanted to help you out! Why won’t you let someone help you?!” Sunset shouted, in anger and frustration. Hawk recoiled a little and looked at the amber skinned girl. He then chuckled. Much to her surprise. He was chuckling! It was as if it was some sort of joke to him! “Well, she does have potential to become a fighter. She would do well in Cobra Kai. All she would need to do is toughen herself up a little bit.” Hawk said, in a taunting voice. Right now, he just wanted to fight the coward of CHS. Well, that is Fluttershy, but still! In his eyes: Sunset was the one who abandoned him and his friends. “Now, when you say ‘she literally wanted to help you!’ Did you ever consider that I felt betrayed? Because she has not done anything towards the bullying for the past three years.” Sunset went quiet after that. She did know that Twilight had tried to help them from Flash and his gang, but it never seemed to work. He simply found other ways to bully him. Although, now, when she looks at Hawk, she can see all the pain and devastation he has gone through. It was not a pretty sight either. “You know what Sunset? Just do us all a favour, and don’t show your face around here when we are here. We workout here every single day after school. Specifically around fifteen thirty to seventeen thirty. Also, how is Rainbow Crashes' arms? Or Apple girls’? Hawk asked, tauntingly. Sunset felt how her face heated up. Not from a blush or anything like that, but from pure anger. “Don’t you dare talk about my friends!” Sunset told them, angrily. She couldn’t believe she was wasting her time with three guys who showed nothing but anger towards her. She turned around and started walking away from them, but before she turned the corner she heard one question she hadn’t asked herself in ages. “Are they truly your friends? Or are they simply saying what you want to hear?” Hawk asked, in a voice that didn’t sound mocking. It sounded more like he was asking out of curiosity. Sunset didn’t answer. She simply walked away from the three Cobra Kai students. Inside Sugarcube Corner, sat seven friends around a table, and were discussing Hawk and his friends. Rainbows and Applejacks arms were in cascs. They were understandably angry at them, but they knew that they couldn’t fight them. They would have to train themselves somehow. They had no idea where they would train, but they knew it had to be somewhere away from the prying eyes of the Cobra Kai students. Or well, anyone who is with Cobra Kai. Twilight was sitting by the window, looking into the table, thinking that she was invisible. Suddenly the bell rang, and it revealed the bacon haired girl, Sunset Shimmer. She walked towards her friends booth, and sat down. She didn’t do or say anything as she was seething. “It didn’t go well, I take it?” Fluttershy asked, shyly as she looked at the angry girl. It was one thing everyone knew at CHS. Never under any circumstances, anger Sunset more than she already is. Everyone except Hawk and Vice-Principal Luna didn’t show fear towards her anger. Principal Celestia had never seen her angry so they couldn’t say what she thought of it. “No, they simply looked down on me as if I'm the sole reason they are the way they are. But then again, I did leave them afterwards when I had changed.” Sunset said, with sadness evident in her voice. Twilight comforted her in a hug, and they were like that for a few moments. Then suddenly, Twilight looked outside the window, and saw the three Cobra Kai students walking away from the dojo and laughing over something funny. No one noticed, but Rarity had hearts when she saw Hawk walk away from the dojo. Brilliant spiky hair, and those lips that are simply inviting her. He was her Hawk. Rarity sighed wistfully, and the others were simply staring at the three rulers of CHS. Rainbow and Applejack were understandably angry at them, and felt nothing but anger towards them. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy felt like the others were judging them too quickly. Yes, they may have done a lot of bad things, but they remember the times they were bullied. Twilight simply felt defeated when she saw them. Sunset… Sunset wanted to talk to them again, but she had a feeling that they weren’t interested. Or rather, she knew that they wanted nothing to do with her. In the end, they were all defeated on what to do. > 6 - New Member > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- The days were continuing onwards, as the three Cobra Kai students continued to be feared in CHS. Vice,Principal Luna had been keeping an eye out for Hawk as he continued to bully those who kept doing it for several years. Flash and his gang now knew what it was like to be in their shoes. Flash and his gang had tried to apologise but, Hawk and his friends had a look of disgust when they had tried. The Rainbooms also looked out for the Cobra Kai students, but Rainbow and Applejack only scowled when they saw them. Big Mac had tried to kindly talk to Hawk, but he had not listened. Big Mac may be strong, but Hawk could take Big Mac out if he felt like it, and that was something everyone in school was aware of. The Diamond dog trio had been happy to have Rover back, and he had glanced at Hawk and ran so fast, Rainbow Dash could have sworn he could run across water. Usually he wasn’t afraid of anything, but Hawk seemed to be the exception. Sunset, Luna, and Celestia weren’t afraid of the Cobra Kai students. Sunset didn’t fear them as she knew that they were good people, they just had a very rough life with all the bullying. Luna felt the same way, but she hoped she could somehow pull them towards the light. Celestia knew that they had good in them, it was just hard for them to show it after all the heartache they had gone through. It becomes easier over time to fall into the path of darkness, anger, and hatred… Just the other day when Flash and his friends were in the cafeteria. Hawk had kicked Flashs’ leg a bit too hard. Everyone had heard the crack and Flash had wailed in agony. Flashs’ gang had tried to attack Hawk, but he had just gotten angry and managed to beat them all up… again. Hawk had gotten a warning from Celestia that if he kept that up, he’d get expelled from the school. Spike had rolled his eyes and responded: “I hardly care what you will do to me. But I am amused that you threaten me that I will get expelled while it was Flash Sentry who has been bullying me for years.” There was one student who was interested in Cobra Kai, and that was Pipsqueak. He had also been bullied for years, and hadn’t been shown mercy by anyone. Hawk and his friends saw one day when Gilda was venting her frustration on Pipsqueak. It had not ended well. She had first gotten a spin kick right in the back of the head, and then she had lost her teeth after she had gotten another kick. The problem about this case was that there were no cameras in the area, and Gilda for all everyone knew, could have been lying. Everyone though, knew that Hawk had done it. It didn’t take a genius to figure out why Hawk did it. He hated Gilda, and she was beating up another student, which Hawk happens to like. He defends him, and they earn a new student. Although, no one knew if that actually was the case. Hawk doesn’t even try to recruit anyone, he simply hangs with his friends and beats anyone up. That is what CHS has gone to. It was a hellhole and no one liked it. Hawk had been confronted about this with Octavia Melody, but he had rolled his eyes and said: “Then you shouldn’t have bullied me for all those years.” To which the other students just hung their heads in shame. They couldn’t blame his anger or hatred even on them. It was true, what he was saying but they felt forced to laugh when Flash and his gang showed what he was doing. Outside the dojo, stood a boy with very deep reddish brown eyes, dark tangelo with streaked hair. White with grayish brown spotted skin. He was wearing a t-shirt where it had the PONY logo on it. He was wearing soft green pants with shoes that had the Rainbow logo on it. His name was Pipsqueak. He walked inside of the dojo, and heard how a bell above ringed. The students inside looked over in the direction of the front door and smiled when they saw Pipsqueak. He may look weak, but Hawk saw the potential in him. If he sees potential, then he’s telling the truth. “Hello Pipsqueak! Welcome to Cobra Kai.” Spike said, in a happy tone. “Hello Hawk, I wanted to ask where I can sign up to join Cobra Kai?” Pipsqueak asked, in a delighted voice. He has been bullied for so long, he has forgotten that there are a few people that are kind to him. Hawk being one of them. “Well that is no problem. Come with me.” Hawk said, as he walked towards sensei Sombra’s office, being quickly followed by Pipsqueak while Snips and Snails went back to their training. Hawk knocked on the office door to sensei Sombra. “Come in.” Sombra said, and Hawk and Pipsqueak walked inside. Sombra was looking at a news magazine with a bored expression on his face. He then looked up and saw the new potential student and gave a smile that didn’t quite reach his ears. “Welcome to Cobra Kai young one. Are you here to sign up for joining?” Sombra asked, making Pipsqueak nod. “Okay, well here are the papers.” Sombra said, as he pushed forward a piece of paper that showed the names of all the students he had. Pipsqueak quickly put in his name and nodded. Sombra looked and gave a nod of approval. “Welcome to Cobra kai.” Pipsqueak smiled as he and Hawk walked out of the room. Hawk was excited to train with Pipsqueak, and Snips and Snails did not care whatsoever. They simply wanted to show everyone at CHS that they were superior. They would just do that. > 7 - Preperations > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Months had passed since Pipsqueak joined, and he was now in his second year of high school together with the other Cobra Kai students. They were now known as “the angry students” and had school spies on them at all times so they don’t accidentally murder some student. Hawk had become even more aggressive as the students had tried to speak to them to calm down, but that had led them to get stitches at a doctors office. Vice Principal Luna had been watching Hawk for some time now, and wasn’t able to say that he did certain attacks even though she knew that he was the one doing them. She wanted to speak to him, but she wasn’t sure how she would be able to do that as he always seems to disappear as soon as she wants to talk to him. She knew that the tournament in karate was coming up, and she just knew that Hawk was gonna be the best fighter. He is simply too violent to not be in the tournament. She had found out that it was sensei Sombra who was now the owner of Cobra Kai who had trained Hawk and the other three. She was surprised, she knew Sombra because they went to the same school which was CHS, then he was transferred to Crystal Prep Academy after an incident that probably everyone from her time will remember. She and Sombra had been Grogars most top students, and Sombra had been the more violent one. She had been violent herself, but nothing compared to Sombra. She was gonna go and watch the tournament, and it seemed like everyone else in CHS were gonna watch it themselves. She had asked her sister if she wanted to go, and had said yes as she wanted a better understanding of who she was dealing with. Luna was internally hoping that she would be able to help the young angry student. She knew that if they listened to Hawk, they would follow him. He was the leader to them after all, and Hawk needed help, even though he probably thinks that he doesn't. Rarity Belle had become more of a yandere towards the young Hawk. She was always talking about him to herself, and saw him as a real man. She literally ignored the fact that he man-handled Flash and his gang. She had told her closest friend, Fluttershy about her crush at the spa. To say the shy friend wasn’t surprised would have been an understatement. She had told Rarity how she had seen her looking at Hawk longingly. It had made Rarity look at her friend sheepishly. Although, Rarity Belle wasn’t the only one who was interested in getting Hawk for herself. Almost every girl in school wanted to be with him. The guys were too scared to threaten Hawk, as the last person who tried that got a broken leg. Rarity was so into getting married and having kids with Hawk, and didn’t even pay attention to the other guys in school. She was gonna have him, no matter the cost. She had been very yandere ish since she saw him beat Flash and his useless gang of idiots. Sunset Shimmer was worried about the four Cobra Kai students as she was once their leader and comrade. Hawk had given her death glares every time he saw her, and she didn’t know what to do. She had to a degree abandoned them, but she thought that it was for their own good as she hadn’t exactly been the worlds best person. But apparently they saw her as a friend, and she had abandoned them. She didn’t know what to do, and Twilight had tried to help Sunset any way she could, and it was kind of working. Hawk himself was preparing well for the tournament, and was looking forward to kicking some ass! He was gonna make Cobra Kai come out as victorious! He had noticed how Rarity Belle was looking at him longingly and it was slowly making him angry. Yes, he had a crush on her, but she didn’t exactly help him when he needed it. He wasn’t gonna hurt her, but he wasn’t gonna be overly friendly either towards her. He has been training a little bit too much, as his friends literally drag him away from the dojo. Much to the amusement of sensei Sombra. Hawk showed no mercy to his enemies and even goes as far as to hurt them physically and mentally. Everyone knew this, but with a past like his, it is very understandable. He absolutely hated anyone who came back into his life, and tried to bring him down. All the bullying he suffered, all the pent up anger, the hatred. He now used it as a weapon, and a dangerous one at that. Snips, Snails, and Pipsqueak wasn’t afraid of that though, as they had seen when Hawk was at his lowest. He loved the fact that he had friends like them. Flash was having a tough time grasping what had happened last term. Spike, or Hawk as he calls himself now, was the most popular guy in school and he had done nothing but beat him and his friends mercilessly. Flash didn’t know where everything went wrong, but he wasn’t interested. His mother had found out that Hawk had been bullying Flash and had demanded an explanation. They had gone to the school, and Hawk had his lackeys as usual. They had been in the principal's office and principal Celestia and Vice Principal Luna had been present. Hawk and his friends had glared at their old bully and it had made Flashs’ mother angry. “Why are you looking at him like that?! You have nor right to, you bully him!” Flashs’ mother had practically screamed at the Cobra Kai students who now glared at Flash so hard, he could have melted into the chair. Hawk had walked up to Flashs’ mother and said very very calmly. “Your son has bullied us since forever, and you have no right to scream to your superiors. Your son made our lives a living fucking Hell. I can confirm this together with other bullied students. Now, are you done screaming at us like a banshee, or do you want to be lectured?” Spike had asked, making Flashs’ mother even angrier than she already was. She had screamed at the principal, demanding that Hawk and his friends are expelled. Celestia had sighed, and had shown Flashs’ mother a file that showed everyone Fash ever bullied. To say that Flashs’ mother was angry and shocked would have been an understatement. She had looked at the three Cobra Kai students, and back at the file. She had left the file on the desk and walked out, being quickly followed by her son who looked down at the floor in shame. Hawk was currently in his bedroom, preparing for the tournament the very next day. He was so looking forward to it. He was currently looking at a magazine that was meant for adults, but why would that matter? He was at that age where the boys’ start noticing things that they didn’t the same way when they were younger. He was only looking, he wasn’t really doing anything. He looked out of the window, and saw CHS in the distance. He gave away an evil smile. One that would give anyone chills. “You will all see what you did to me and my friends you cowards. You cannot hide forever behind a pathetic principal!” Hawk said, as he closed the magazine and put it on his bedside table. He looked over at his watch and rolled his eyes. It was midnight, and he was not feeling very tired. He got out of his bed and started doing fifty push ups on his knuckles, hoping to tire himself out. Snips was inside of his apartment and was kicking a workout bag. He felt his adrenaline rush in his entire body, as he gave devastating blows, left and right of the bag. He then stopped and felt how tired he was. He looked out the closest window to him and saw CHS. He felt anger, as he gave one final kick to the bag. He then walked towards the window and opened it. Beside the window was a small table, and on top of it, was a pack of cigarettes. He took one out, and pulled out a lighter from his pocket that had a Red Bull logo on it. He lit the cigarette and let the smoke inside of his lungs. He may be young, but a guy needs to vent his frustration on something. “I can’t believe this. Last term was pathetic, at least before we joined Cobra Kai. Then we beat Flash and his loser for friends, and we are all of a sudden the bad guys. Life may not be fair, but for karate’s sake, that is just plain cruel. Then again, me and the boys’ practically run the school with an iron fist just like the coward did, but with violence instead.” Snips said, talking out loud to himself. He sometimes talked to himself because he needed to hear his very own words. “You know what? Fuck it! I don’t care what the others think, I will show them how it's done tomorrow! They will see the wrath of the Cobra!” Snips said, making his left hand into a tight fist. He finished his cigarette and closed the window, giving CHS one last look before he closed up the window. Snails lived beside Snips, and was currently playing a video game called: The Revenge Of The Shadow Pony. He was playing on the hardest difficulty because he needed a challenge. He had played the game before on easy difficulty because he wanted to know the storyline, but now he wanted to best the game. It was more fun playing on a hard difficulty, because it could take days’ depending on how long the game is. He was playing the final battle as a character named: Starlight Glimmer as a pony. The final battle was intense. “You are almost out of energy, pony. What will you do? Your friends are not here to save you, you are exhausted from our battle, and you have no fire left at your side. What will you do now?” The villain of the game said, as Snails landed a slash to the boss. “Damn, this battle is more tense then it is on the easy difficulty.” Snails said, as he landed a spell, and evaded a claw. The game made you decide which side you can be on. He had played as the good guys twice now. He would play as the villain next, and see what it is like on the villains side. The game was that good. Snails then landed the finishing blow, and it showed the whole cutscene. Then it showed the epilogue. There is another game of the same franchise coming out, but it was being worked on by GhoulDash Productions. He then went out of the game, after seeing he had gotten the trophy: Veteran Friend. He then turned off the Ponystation five system. He walked out of his living room and headed towards his bedroom so he could get some rest. He had already brushed his teeth which he had done at nine which he did every evening religiously. He looked out the window and saw CHS. He felt a hint of anger and betrayal. He then shook it off, he couldn’t become another version of Hawk. he got into his bed and allowed sleep to catch him. Pipsqueak was inside of his home, and was reading a book that showed legendary karate champions from the children's side. He was reading a chapter about a girl named Nightmare Moon that looked awfully familiar to Vice Principal Luna. he had shrugged it off as a coincidence. He then finished the chapter, and looked at the book and saw the name of the book: Karate Champions 1980 To 2000. “It’s better if i get some sleep now. I don’t want to be tired when the tournament happens.” Pipsqueak said, as he put the book on his night stand and went to sleep. He didn’t realize at that very moment, that Vice Principal Luna was looking at the very same book and felt tears run down her face as she felt pain. > 8 - The Tournament > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hawk woke up at five in the morning and immediately started doing push-ups with his knuckles on the floor. This was his routine now: get up early in the morning, take a shower, eat breakfast, and go to the dojo. Today was the day he and the Cobra Kai students were gonna go to the tournament. Hawk knew he’d make it. They were one of the toughest students there were, and they wouldn’t even dare lose any battle in the tournament. Hawk finished his push-ups, and then started to do crunches with his hands and arms formed like an X and went up and down, and felt how his belly muscles burnt in a good way. When he did his last crunch, he got up and headed for the shower. Everything was gonna be amazing, he was gonna get the glory for his dojo! He was gonna show every idiot at CHS that only Cobra Kai students like him will get anywhere in life. A useless degree that is on paper doesn’t show work in progress. He finished his shower and decided to head to the dojo early, and was hoping to get some extra training and tips. He walked out of his house and started walking towards the dojo. He knew that his dojo was gonna win. He would make sure of it… When he reached the dojo, he noticed how his friends were already there and were having a lecture by Sensei Sombra. He was a little surprised that they were there early, but he shrugged it off. Spike walked inside and got the attention of the others. Sensei Sombra smiled at him. “Well hello, my champion. How are you feeling? Today is a big day after all.” Sensei Sombra said, in a curious voice. Spike bowed down and took off his shoes. He was looking forward to the tournament. His muscles were a good way to show how much he was training. His stomach area only had muscles. Then again, he does a lot of crunches every day. “Yes sensei, I am ready,” Spike said, as he walked towards his friends. Sensei Sombra was telling them how he believed that they would win and that every other dojo was no match for them at all. Spike fully believed his sensei’s words, not realizing that it was expected of them to win first-hand. Sensei Sombra was making them train when they reached the tournament instead as they had a training arena there. Cobra Kai was one of the biggest dojos’ there is in Canterlot and they were also the most violent one. It was one of the biggest reasons they won: they were a lot more violent and knew how to win without actually trying anything. The rules are mostly to not intentionally hurt some fighter and to not in any form cheat. Sensei Sombra was smart in that field. He made his students fight so that their enemies fell and clutched whatever part they were hurt in. The rules do not say anything about the mass effect of the hits or blows. So Sensei Sombra can nonchalantly explain how his students simply got their game face and that was something he knew his ex-lover knew. The judges would simply believe the story as most of them were ex-fighters in whatever sport required fighting. Sensei Sombra had requested for a bus to drive them there and the request had been accepted. Sensei Sombra hoped that if he made the right investment he would have enough to spend on an official bus to drive them with the Cobra Kai logo and colours painted all over the bus. Spike and his friends got on the bus that would take them to the tournament and Sensei Sombra decided to sit beside his best student. Spike. He knew that the young fighter would not disappoint him. He had seen and heard of his achievements. Spike felt his Sensei’s presence but wasn’t alarmed as his Sensei had thought him everything about so-called “discomfort” and was not frightened or tense in any sort of way. Spike looked at his Sensei and smiled fondly. His Sensei did the same and Spike felt his heart warm up a little bit. “I don’t want to pressure you, Spike. But I happen to have pretty big expectations of you.” Sensei Sombra said, making Spike look at him and smile. Spike knew that his Sensei had high expectations, who doesn’t when you train your student for several weeks? Spike saw how his Sensei had a look on his face that showed that he was lost in his memories. Spike didn’t want to bother him so he simply nodded and looked out the window and saw the many stores and buildings made by concrete stone and made buildings stable. The ride continued for another thirty minutes until they actually made it to the arena where they would fight for the championship. The ride was fairly uneventful and Spike and his friends got off the bus and looked around. The arena looked big and was made out of solid metal and had a few metal pipes that held the building in place. The front entrance had two doors that had a clear view inside because it was made out of glass and the handle was on metal. There was a large pathway that was made of solid stone. There were a few trees and if you looked closely, you could see that some of the thick bushes were made chopped to look like two students that had stereotypical karate poses. Spike looked at his friends and they got devilish grins on their faces and smiled. Sensei Sombra saw this and smiled evilly. He had trained his students well. You aren’t supposed to give a shit when other people look at you. You are supposed to make them jealous and angry, making them want to do something that they would do without thinking it through. Sensei Sombra noticed that the other students from other dojos were there and Sensei Sombra grinned. It would be an easy win. He knew that his students would win as they have probably had the toughest training there is in the karate world. He knew that it might be a little bit illegal regarding the fact that it could be seen as child abuse as some of the training could be plain torturous. But he knew that in the end, it would be worth it. His students would thank him one day after they realize all they had to go through was worth it to be ahead in life. Spike and his friends walked inside with Sensei Sombra being the one leading them in a military Hell march manner. They had to look good and impress everyone if they wanted to get a chance of winning something else other than fighting. The one at the reception seemed to recognize Sensei Sombra as he nearly fell from his chair in excitement. He took a billion photos with Sensei Sombra and everyone could tell that the Cobra Kai Sensei was enjoying it as well. He didn’t look or seem irritated the slightest. The opposite. He was gaining fans as if there was no tomorrow if this kept up. The receptionist seemed to know what dojo he even belonged to and before they knew it, they were in the training arena for only the fighters of the tournament. The room was filled with mats and the walls were covered in full-body mirrors. The roof had a light over their heads and the room was well lit. The other students were from different schools and Spike didn’t recognize any of them. They all competitively looked at each other. They all looked like they wanted to test their strength there and now but they knew that they would have their chance. They only needed to hold out a few more hours before it was time for the ultimate battle. Sensei Sombra received looks of surprise from the other Sensei’s who had not seen him in years. Sensei Sombra seemed to recognize the other Sensei’s and gave them a curt nod in acknowledgement. Much to their surprise and shock. The Sombra they knew would never do such a thing. It didn’t look mocking or mean in any sort of way. It was the opposite. it looked like he showed them respect as a true Sensei. Spike and his friends had started to train and we're not stopping until their Sensei said so and that was something they had to learn the hard way. Spike and Snips had been fighting each other for a few minutes to just get their blood pumping and saw the looks of surprise and nervousness from the other fighters. They had all heard the stories about how violent Cobra Kai is and how they never stop training. This was all the evidence they needed to stay convinced. They saw four students who looked powerful and angry to some extent. They were fighting each other, but only lightly as they didn’t want to injure each other before the big tournament. “So, who do you think we will be fighting against in the end?” Pipsqueak asked as he finished his push-ups. They all looked at each other and shrugged. They had a feeling that they would meet the one they least expected. That is how it usually was; the one who looked the weakest could be the strongest there is. Spike looked thoughtful as he looked around the room and spotted no one that he would deem worthy of fighting against. He would still be lying if he said that he wasn’t excited to fight. “I don’t know. None of them looks worthy of fighting against us.” Snails said, with a sneer. He had become angrier since the tournament had been constantly in his head. He had trained and become more aggressive and even more defensive in both those fields. Spike looked to be ready to take anyone on as the same as Snails. The other two just shrugged and laughed a little. Spike was about to make a comment when the speakers got turned on and a female voice told them that the fight was ready to begin. “Let’s go, boys!” Sensei Sombra said, in a very military-like manner. Spike and his friends gave a ‘Yes Sensei!’ and they were off. They had planned on making a dramatic entrance and surprise everyone and that was something Spike was looking forward to. They could hear that there were thousands of people there and they were cheering. Spike smirked. He couldn’t wait to make his dramatic entrance. Everyone would love them and he knew it. He wasn’t arrogant, he just knew that they would. That is how things should be at least. “Ladies and Gentlemen! Welcome to the All Valley Karate Tournament Canterlot under eighteen championship!!!” The flame voice boomed through the loudspeakers. The people cheered in happiness and excitement as they were getting ready. Principle Celestia was amongst the crowd with her sister. Celestia was wearing a white dress that had some buttons in the middle while Vice-Principal Luna was wearing a more business-like suit. It was dark blue with a grey button shirt. she was cheering but she looked at the platform intently and saw that the Cobra Kai fighters weren’t there. She knew exactly what they were doing and she wasn’t surprised that they were doing it either. All students from Canterlot High School, and Crystal Preparatory Academy and other students were there. They all wanted to see who would succeed. Luna knew already who would win. . . ” This year in the tournament we have a few newer dojos that some of you might have not heard of yet as it does take longer for the process to allow you in this particular tournament. Anyways, to start the list, we have The Black Dragons!!!” Everyone cheered for them as the Black Dragons made different posses to look imposing. Luna felt bad for them as she knew that Cobra Kai would destroy them from the outside and inside. That was how the Cobra’s worked. ”Foxe’s Claws!!!” Luna remembered this dojo. They were the one dojo that was rumoured to be the most violent and aggressive one until Cobra Kai came along. Since then, their dojo had always been seen as soft and weak. Luna felt a little bad that the others didn’t know the dojos history as some of the people laughed at them. The fighters from Foxe’s Claws felt a little angry that the people were laughing at them. Celestia frowned at the name that she heard They said it wrong and she had a feeling that it was spelt wrong as well. “Don’t they realize that they have spelt it wrong?” Celestia asked her sister who looked at her a little bit confused. she thought her sister knew this as she worked with teenage children all the time. Luna decided to still be kind and tell her sister a little bit about the name. “No, they have the name Foxe’s Claws because there was already a dojo by the name of Fox’ Tail. They could have gotten a serious fine for many thousands of dollars that would make my wallet cry.” Luna said, making her sister widen her eyes and nod in understanding. She should have known that. Many dojos were small and weren’t well known by others as they can’t afford to advertise for their dojo. Other dojos like Cobra Kai, however, were big and had a lot of money and Cobra Kai was by far the richest dojo with a lot of teachings that even made her shiver. she remembered when her sister turned against her. They had fought here in this very arena to see who were stronger. ”Street Punks!!!” Celestia had a hard time trying to stop herself from laughing while Luna took in a deep breath. Street Punks may be a funny name, but they sure know how to fight. To her knowledge, they have never lost a single battle against anyone. They are usually seen in large groups from five to eight. They are also known for being the only dojo that is not afraid of Cobra Kai and the two clans have fought for years even before he became a student! She wasn’t sure what the fight was about, but she didn’t care either as it was a long time ago. ”Dojima Karate!!!” Luna thought that she had heard wrong. Dojima Karate? They had not existed for over two decades! Then again, she had heard that the owner needed money and perhaps opened up his dojo again. It seemed like they had regained their footing in The All-Valley Tournament Canterlot. Luna was happy to see it as she liked them personally without telling anyone. She always went easy on them and that was something that had been caught on by their Sensei that had later grown a soft spot for her. Luna smiled fondly as she felt a tear run down her face. ” And the last dojo that will be fighting tonight is!!!-” The woman was caught off guard when she heard the chanting for the very dojo she was about no announce. ”Cobra Kai! Cobra Kai! Cobra Kai!” Everyone in the arena looked at the well-known dojo with a small hint of unease. Spike and his friends had run out from the covers that the other dojos had walked out from. The arena started clapping and cheering as if there was no tomorrow. In one of the many seats of the arena sat a marshmallow skinned girl with literal heart eyes as she looked at Hawk. He would be hers and hers alone, she would make sure of it. No one got in the way of her plans. No one! Luna smiled a little bit as she saw Hawk looking at all of the people in the arena and enjoyed the attention. She was just like him once. Everyone looked at her sister while she was simply the annoying little sister of hers, that was until Cobra Kai came into her life. That was when everything changed forever. Hawk looked all around him and only saw people looking at him with curiousness and interest. he had never gotten those type of stares before. Usually, it was looks of disgust, anger, disappointment, and hatred. He felt like he had power that he had not had before. His friends seemed to have the same mindset as him as they all smiled evilly without anyone noticing. Hawk prepared himself for whatever fight he was about to be given from the judge, but it was Pipsqueak who got to shed blood first. Pipsqueak was fighting against a girl named Wallflower Blush. She had green skin and green hair and had an angry look on her face. She belonged to the Dojima Karate dojo and she looked aggressive. Pipsqueak rushed towards her, sending blows to her stomach and face, but Wallflower Blush did not falter, it was quite the opposite. It seemed like it had fueled the teenager. Pipsqueak smirked at her in an unfriendly way and that sent Wallflower Blush off the edge as she spun her left leg, making Pipsqueak fall to the ground and received a whistle from the judge. There needed to be three whistles before one could claim victory. Wallflower Blush and Pipsqueak went to their places and prepared to fight. This time, Pipsqueak held nothing back as he attacked her mercilessly and made her even fall to the floor. Receiving a whistle in the end. It was now a tie and Pipsqueak held no smirk, only an emotionless mask. Wallflower Blush was a little frightened by that as she had never seen Pipsqueak angry before and he looked so merciless. It was like he was a whole different person. Although she had already noticed those changes at Canterlot High School, to begin with when he had joined Cobra Kai. The judge blew his whistle and they were off to fight again. Pipsqueak managed to overpower her with his sheer strength and started hitting her mercilessly. Only one thing was pumping through his mind and that was: ” Strike first. Strike Hard. No Mercy.” That is the one and the only motto he will ever follow in life. Pipsqueak had been knocked to the ground but he managed to get back up just in time. He jumped in the air and started spinning, his left foot hitting Wallflower Blush in the face. She fell to the ground and Pipsqueak felt all-powerful and proud of himself. The Fighting continued for the next few hours with Snips being on equal terms with fighting like Spike. Snips had become more aggressive for this specific tournament. He had fought most of the students from the different dojos and was a literal beast. Spike had gotten a few easy wins with a few simply punches that had ended the fights easily. Snails were the one who was more friendly in the fighting sense as he did not put as much force as the other three when he fought. He only punched hard enough to knock his enemy out and that seemed to work. The people that were watching cheered for them and were amazed by how good the fighters were. Some of the people watching were ex-fighters of different dojos. Luna watched in sadness as she saw her little Spike fight and how Sombra had that wicked smile on his lips. She felt a sense of longing but refrained from doing anything and continued to watch. Celestia knew exactly what tactics the Cobra Kai students were using but she had a feeling that they also had some other tricks up their sleeves. It was finally time. The ultimate battle had finally come. Spike was going to be fighting against a student he only just recognized as Garble. If he had checked his blood correctly, then he and Garble were seventh cousins and that made Spike irritated as Garble had lightly bullied him before. Garble looked at Spike and seemed to recognize him and smiled a little. It wasn’t mocking or looking to get a rise out of him but it was one that one fighter gave to another. Spike simply had a blank expression on his face as he prepared himself for battle. The air was tense. The sweat and breathing filled the air. The people-watching noticed and maybe even felt the tenseness. Luna wasn’t bothered as she was used to this type of tenseness. Celestia on the other hand couldn’t stop her shiver that was sent down her spine. Luna grinned a little. Celestia may have defeated her, but it was still Luna who was more powerful in this sense. She chuckled a little as her sister sent her a questioning glance. Luna simply calmed herself down a little bit and continued to look at the fight that was about to start. ”And now for the finale battle between The Black Dragons and Cobra Kai!! Who will win? Let’s find out!” The female voice said getting hundreds of applauds from everyone who watched the fighting. Spike liked this attention. He could get used to this. . . The judge who was in the middle had a smirk on his face. he had seen Spike fight with No Mercy and knew without a doubt that Spike and Cobra Kai would win the battle. Luna was at the edge of her seat as she saw Spike slash Hawk get ready. She knew the face that he had on was one determined to win. That is what she knew. She used to be exactly like that when she was young and had been a fighter for Cobra Kai herself. She always wondered what happened to Sombra as he and she had been students of Sensei Grogar before he disappeared out of thin air. Literally, they searched for over a decade but he was gone. Luna always wondered where Sensei Grogar disappeared to. She knew he wasn’t dead because her Sensei is way too powerful and skilled to have simply died like that. He would be seen as a laughing stock if he simply died like that. “A Cobra Never Dies.” Those were the words her Sensei always told them. She did not know her Sensei’s backstory but she had a feeling that he was in the army as he had them form military-like lines and made them train till their muscles burned too much. He also tended to use military language with certain commands that they had learnt which were fun but very tense. It was like he ordered them for a battle where they would die in. Then again, failure in Cobra Kai was practically unheard of. Especially, when she was in Cobra Kai. The judge had the flag up and pulled it down fast, signalling that it was time to fight. Garble rushed up towards Spike and there three punches that were easily blocked by Spike. Garble grinned a little bit as he prepared for a powerful hit on Spike, but Spike beat him to the punch and gave Garble a kick on the stomach, sending him flying backwards. Garble quickly got up and his face was morphed into one of determination. He wasn’t gonna fail his dojo and that was something that made Spike like Garble at that very moment. He didn’t want to go to his Sensei as a failure. Garble rushed towards Spike and prepared his right fist to connect with Spike, but that never happened. Spike jumped into the air and used his left foot to kick Garble in the chest. Normally, this would have been really dangerous, but Spike knew that Garble could take it. The judge didn’t blow his whistle so it must have been okay in his books. Spike saw how Garble tried to get up but couldn’t which earned Cobra Kai a point. Spike smirked in victory and felt how his whole body danced in victory. The second round started, and Garble was more agitated and violent this time which made Spike grin as he knew that his dear old friend would become agitated and angry in the first place. Spike blocked two feet of kicks and four hits to his head and abdomen. Garble was getting irritated. Getting sloppy. That was not okay inside the Cobra Kai dojo and they had learned that very quickly. Spike would have taunted him if it wasn’t so serious that he won the whole thing, but he still gave his old friend a smirk. Spike was then caught by surprise when he received a sharp kick in his stomach. Spike fell to the ground and tried to get up, but he couldn’t and that made The Black Dragons win that round. Spike got up and made sure he was ready for the battle. Spike didn’t realize that he was getting sloppy himself. He couldn’t afford to fall one more time, because then he’d get panicky and then his dojo would lose. He could not let that happen. Spike prepared himself for battle and was surprised by how distorted Garble was. He didn’t seem to realize that the fight had started. Garble’s red skin and orange hair were what one would say “perfect” but in reality: Garble has been lonely for quite some time. His parents are always out doing God knows what, and his friends abandoned him when he needed them the most. Luckily, he had real friends withing The Black Dragons so he had no problem there. Spike decided to wait for Garble to notice that the fight had started, but he was getting irritated as Garble only waved towards the crowd and bowed many times. “Hey, red boy! The fight has started!” Spike said, in a mocking voice which made Garble turn to look at him in a panicked state. He then prepared his fist for the round that would take place. Spike prepared himself without making it look obvious and that was something that Garble noticed and was a little frightened by. Spike showed no fear towards losing and that was making Garble uneasy. He couldn’t fail, he was too stubborn to allow that. Spike was aware of this and without any warning or hesitation jumped and started doing a three-sixty and kicked Garble right in the face. Garble fell back and hit his back head and there was a whistle. The judge ran forward and asked Garble if he was okay and he gave some snarky reply. Spike received a point and the fight was once again in place. Spike had a feeling that he would lose this one, but he wasn’t sure. He decided to still keep his eyes open for any sudden attacks. Garble rushed forward and threw a few fake punches and before Spike knew it, he felt a sharp pain in his left side. Spike fell to the ground and grabbed his left side. Luckily, it wasn’t too painful as he had worse in the dojo. The Black Dragons received their second point and Spike was getting a little panicky, but he concealed it with his blank expression. Spike looked at Garble and studied him a little. Garble is more for speed and agility while he himself is more for powerful blows. Spike knew how to defeat him, but became worried when he saw that Garble had maybe figured it out as well. Spike could only pray and hope that it wasn’t the case. Spike and Garble rushed to each other and they fought. Spike and Garble delivered the same kick but one of them fell, and the winner was. . . > 9 - The Hawk Of Cobra Kai > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- “SPIKE DRACO IS THE WINNER!!!” The female voice boomed throughout the arena as the people watching applauded Hawk as Garble flew to his back and did not get back up. Hawk felt all eyes on him as he looked around and threw his hands up in the air and his friends rushed up to him and he felt the proud eyes of Sensei Sombra. His friends were chanting his name and he looked up to see the strangely proud eyes of Vice-Principal Luna who looked like he had done something great. It was strange, he had bullied Flash for the past few weeks and yet here she was, looking at him like a proud mother. “You fucking did it, you crazy bastard!” Pipsqueak shouted, earning snickers from the crowd. Sensei Sombra chuckled a little bit as he saw his students threw him up in the air chanting his name: “Hawk! Hawk! Hawk!” The Principal and Vice-Principal watched in amusement as Hawk got back on his feet and then casually did a backflip. The others ‘oohed him as Hawk and his friends were approached by the one holding the tournament. They received the number one trophy and that made him smile as he felt like a true champion. Sensei Sombra walked up to Hawk who instantly gave it to his Sensei who studied it and smiled. He then gave It back to Hawk as he wanted his student a reminder that he had won before. He needed a sort of motivation to keep training and to never give up on his goals. That was the way of the Cobra. The Cobra Kai champions headed for the showers and they were talking about the intense battle Hawk had and they felt proud of him. Hawk could not help but laugh at the comment that Snips made towards Hawk when they were putting on their clothes. “Man, you could get any hot girl at school now. Hell, maybe even the fashionista.” The others laughed as Hawk shook his head at his friends' comment. He knew that he was telling the truth, but that did not mean that he would suddenly start dating. The boys’ and Cobra Kai came first, then the ladies. That is how he worked anyway. They took their bags and walked out of the arena and felt like they had become true men. They had won a tournament and they could walk the halls of Canterlot High as if they are the Kings. “Young Spike?” Came a kind and gentle voice from his left. Hawk looked and saw that it was the Principals from the school he had just thought about. He looked at his friends and they shrugged. Hawk bowed towards them in a show of respect. Strangely enough, the two older women knew the gesture and returned it happily. Hawk smiled at them as he waited expectantly for their comments as he knew that they had not come for a friendly chat. Hawk looked at Celestia but it was Luna who was doing the talking. “We wanted to congratulate you on your victory. If you ever need guidance, you can always come to either of us.” Luna said, in a friendly voice that made Hawk calm, but he did not allow it to show. he simply gave them a curt nod as they heard their Sensei’s whistle and they walked toward their Sensei and then stood in a military-like formation. Sensei Sombra smiled and motioned for them to get on the bus and they did. Hawk sat beside another window as Pipsqueak sat beside Him. They started talking a little bit about the tournament and how it could have possibly ended and that gave Spike childish nightmares in his head. The ride back to the Cobra Kai dojo was uneventful and they were looking forward to the last few days of school. When they reached the dojo, they walked in unison out of the bus and they waited for their Sensei who walked out with power and elegance. He smiled at his students and dismissed them and they walked home. Hawk was on top of the world. He had won the tournament of the under eighteen tournament in karat. He was looking forward to getting home and just sleep. He was tired as all Hell and simply wanted to sleep until he had to get up, and that is what he was going to do. Hawk reached his house after he waved goodbye to his friends and he opened the door to find that everything was in order. Spike walked up the stairs to his room and placed the trophy on a drawer and it fitted just right. It looked like it belonged there. Hawk took off his clothes and decided to skip brushing his teeth and when he hit the pillow, he fell asleep like a baby. He had not noticed that there was a curvous marshmallow skinned girl that had followed him home to make sure that he got home safely. . . The next day, Hawk woke up and he was ready to finish the last few school days before it was time for Christmas Break. It was exactly three weeks before the holiday break so he was looking forward to celebrating it with the boys. He was staying at Snips’ place while the holiday was going on. Hawk got dressed and decided to check his phone. he saw that there were many different posts of his victory and he smirked. He then came across a page named Anon-A-Miss. What the person had posted was the most hilarious thing he had ever read. “Did you guys know when Applejack was a kid she loved playing with her pigs? OMG! She sat in the mud for hours! Her whole family calls her ‘Piggly Wiggly’ cause she loves them so much! What a PIG!” “Pffthahahaha! Serves her right!” Hawk said, as he walked downstairs and made his lunch and prepared for the school day. He was looking forward to getting a rise out of Applejack. That was his goal anyways. He would then lie and get her in trouble. She caused him some pain and he would show her what it meant to be laughed at. She would never understand until today at least. Hawk grabbed his Cobra Kai jacked and headed towards the door and saw that his friends were waiting for him. He waved at them and they waved back. “Ayo, boys. Did you see the post that Anon-A-Miss made on MyStable? Fucking hilarious if you ask me.” The other boys laughed along with him. “Yeah, I saw it. She deserves it. She causes us too much trouble and thinks she can get away with it because she is the element of Honesty. She is rather the element of idiocy.” Snails said, making the others laugh at his joke as they turned and walked towards the school. They saw that there were a few early birds there and Hawk Smiled as he saw the Rainbooms. Hawk and his friends walked up to them without them noticing them and Hawk startled them as he walked up behind them and looked at Applejack straight in the face and walked backwards with a cocky smile. “See you around Piggly Wiggly!” Hawk said, as he saw the pale and furious eyes of the farm girl. Hawk cackled as he and his friends walked inside of the building and saw the others laughing a little bit as they had heard what Hawk had said. Hawk headed for his locker and prepared for the day and saw that Applebloom the idiot redhead was showing the Anon-A-Miss page. Snips decided that if the other Cobra Kai would not voice their opinion then he would do it. Spike gave one last glance at Applebloom before he fully looked at Snips, showing that he had his full attention. “You don’t think that the others think it’s Sunset Shimmer right?” Snips asked, nervously as he looked at the other students as if they were Wolves ready to attack them at any given moment. Spike thought about it for a second but shook his head. Whoever believed that it was Sunset Shimmer was obviously the biggest idiot on the planet. Sunset was too smart for that. He decided to check the MyStable account and look at all of the details. He saw a yellow figure that was an obvious hint to Sunset’s features and the red background. It was the most idiotic frame job he had ever seen. Snips and Snails would be able to do it without any help even better. “Possibly, but the others can’t seriously believe that she did it. She has worked too hard for this. Do you remember when the Dazzlings tried to divide everyone? That did not work and now they are simply normal students at Canterlot High. Or as normal as a former bully can be at least.” Hawk said as he received thoughtful glances then nods from the others. It made sense what their violent friend was saying. They certainly did not believe that Shimmer did it. It was too obvious and it just did not make any sense at all. The Bell rang, and they headed for their respective classes. Snips and Hawk went together as they had the same class which was History with Cheerilee. Hawk groaned a little. It wasn’t that he disliked her, it was that her method of teaching was boring. He was not motivated enough to do the assignments, but he still did his best as he did not exactly want to end up on her bad side. Cheerilee was quite scary when she wanted to be and that was something she used to her advantage. Hawk scoffed a little as he remembered how she scared Pipsqueak once and that had made everyone bully him for a few weeks and Cheerilee had felt bad and looked out for him until it finally subsided and it went away. Hawk and Snips reached the classroom and waited for their teacher to come. Hawk was sitting on the way back as he did not have to fully face their teacher but he had a feeling that Cheerilee was gonna call him out for it. “Yo, do you think that Shimmer is in trouble?” Snips asked, as he suddenly looked at Hawk who looked at him with complete and utter confusion. This was the second time today he was worrying over the traitor. Hawk decided to think for a few moments before he turned towards Snips and shrugged his shoulders as he did not know what to do or say. He did not have the answer to it. “It’s just that, you remember when she told us that her family died in a car crash? Well, she has no family left and I suspect that she told the Rainbooms about it. What if they take advantage of it and break her heart?” Hawk now though real long and hard about this. He did remember that she had said it before and they had celebrated together on a few special occasions, but then it was all about starting her ruling on the school and it sort of disappeared. They stopped celebrating with her as she never came over to their place to hang out or celebrate anything. They never stopped sending invitations until she made friends with the Rainbooms and that is when they stopped trying. They did not know if she knew or not or if they had been sending it to the wrong address. Hawk did believe that Shimmer most likely told them that she lived alone and had no one to watch over her like a guardian or something. Hawk decided to ignore his thoughts. it was a long time ago, and he had changed. She abandoned them and here he was, a warrior who could take on anyone without trouble. He was Hawk, the Hawk of Cobra Kai. He smiled at that. It sounded fitting. “I don’t know, nor do I care to be honest,” Hawk said, making Snips shrug and look at the front of the class and saw that Cheerilee had yet to come to the class and it was only five minutes till class started. Hawk pulled out his history book and started to read as he was pretty bored. Snips did the same and they weren’t bothered for the next five minutes. When Cheerilee actually came, she was a literal mess to be blunt. She looked like she had been crying for hours and Hawk had concern on his face. Her classes may be boring, but she is the best teacher at the school if he was gonna be honest. She had helped many younger students and he remembered when she helped him in a history and math assignment that he had no clue about. He clenched his fist but made sure that only Snips saw it. Everyone looked at their teacher in concern and she simply gave them a fake smile. She told them that they would be learning about World War II for the next few months as it was important that they knew about the events that happened and took place. Hawk had been reading about the beginning of World War II when there was hysterical sobbing out of nowhere and everyone looked at Cheerilee. Hawk looked up and had the look like someone had broken in and was ready to fight the intruder. There was a girl that walked towards Cheerilee and asked what was wrong. She looked at all of the students who looked at her with concern. Hawk was just waiting for her to mention her husband hurting her but was surprised when she told them that Anon-A-Miss had posted a picture of her husband going at it with another woman. Hawk was not entirely wrong. Some of the people in the class who were looking at the picture were angry at the husband. He had been known for having hit Cheerilee when he thought no one was looking, but he had been wrong. Students like Hawk had been there but that was way before Cobra Kai. Everyone loved dear Cheerilee. Hawk felt anger towards her husband and gave Snips a look and he just nodded towards him. They would jump him and show him that you don’t mess with a faithful wife that has shown nothing but love and support. He would learn his lesson without a doubt. The rest of the day continued without any trouble and everyone had learned about Cheerilee’s predicament and she had been allowed to take the rest of the day off as well as to take a few days to be with herself. Hawk could not agree more. She is at school every day, she really does deserve a break, after all, she had done for her students. Hawk had been discussing with his other friends his plan. They would jump Cheerilee’s husband and they would make sure that he would not do so again. The others agreed with his plan and even praised him for the marvellous idea. Hawk had heard the other students make fun of Applejack with mentioning Piggly Wiggly and he got a few laughs because it was fun. When the school had ended, he walked back to his house with the boys’ and had seen Shimmer enter a red truck that belonged to Big Macintosh. Hawk assumed that she was staying at Applejack’s place but didn’t think too much of it. He and the boys knew when the idiot of a husband ended his day. He knew for a fact that he went to Canterlot High School just like them and knew his name well. He would make sure that it frightens him a bit. When it was time, Hawk and the boys headed for the downtown area and made sure that the other people knew that they were on official business. They had called their Sensei and told them their excuse for being late. He had cackled and told them that it was completely fine and to make sure that they got there straight after they were finished. Hawk had smiled and told him that they would. They could not fail their Sensei. If they were to make it on the news and get arrested then they better tell a good story about how they used Cobra Kai tactics only thought inside of the Cobra Kai dojo. They would gain many students who would without a doubt be interested in learning karate the Cobra Kai way. The city was big and colourful and had a lot of different videos of the tournament on a big screen in the centre of the city and it made Hawk smile. It showed him how he defeated Garble. They headed towards a car dealership that a man by the name of Daniel LaRusso. It was not him they were after. It was one of the employees that he had that they were after. They knew he had a cousin who worked there who was a total idiot for the lack of a better word. They waited just outside of the car dealership until they would find the man they were after. They only had to wait a few minutes until a man walked out with blonde hair that looked to belong to royalty the way it had been handled. White skin that anyone would kill for. Blue eyes that were not as strong but fitted the man. He was wearing an expensive business suit that did not surprise the Cobra Kai students. He was known for being arrogant. Hawk and his friends saw that he was talking to some woman that they believed was the wife of LaRusso and she walked away with a smile on her face. Hawk clenched his fist as he got closer to the arrogant idiot. When the blonde-haired man was about to enter his car, he felt a kick in the back of the head and when he was about to turn and fully face them, he was punched in the face. “Fuck you, You piece of shit,” Hawk said, angrily. He spotted the man that had a coughing fit. Hawk was about to kick him in the face but Pipsqueak beat him to it, but Hawk was not mad. In fact, he was quite pleased. “You abuse and cheat on poor Cheerilee that have shown nothing but kindness and devotion for the marriage that you have. Normally I would have tried my best to kill you, but that is not in my place. If I ever hear that you hurt her in any sort of way, then do expect me to return with my boys here, Blueblood.” Hawk and his friends walked away from the scene and did not see the pale looking Blueblood as he got into his car and looked like he had seen a ghost. “I have never seen someone that angry before, except for aunt Luna. Strange, he talked and acted like her when she was angry. . . probably just a coincidence.” Blueblood said, to himself as he pulled the key into the ignition and drove away from the car dealership, not aware that the owner and boss had heard everything. He looked at Blueblood disappearing over to the next corner and felt absolutely disgusted. Sure, he may not like Cobra Kai’s, but if what they said were true, then he could not see himself working with Blueblood anymore. He had come to him after he had graduated with top marks of the college he attended and was without a doubt fitted for the job he had given him. He was an excellent businessman that knew how to draw attention and sell them several cars in a day. He was the reason they were earning thousands of dollars, but if he really was someone who cheated on his wife, then he could simply not work with him anymore and would have to fire him. Hawk was chilling with Snips as they were watching a show called: I Was Just Trying to Help. It was an intense show, but it was good. There was a whole lot of drama going on but it was interesting, to say the least. “Man, this is fucking tense. I did not think that it would be this tense. It is good though.” Snips said, earning a nod from Hawk who did not say anything as he was too enthralled with the storyline and the characters that had been beautifully written. Hawk and Snips then felt buzzes coming from their phones they decided to leave it be and continue to watch the show until it was officially finished. The cold air was not bothering Hawk much as he looked at the show and it was almost finished, it was the season finale and they were not going to be bothered by their phones one bit. When the show ended Hawk and Snips high five each other and decided to check their phones just then. It was a message from Pipsqueak asking if they were interested in having a guys night on Sunday’s. Hawk and Snips looked at each other and grinned widely. Of course, they would have. Why would they say no? They typed ‘Yes!’ and from that day on they would have guys night on Sunday’s but now they were going to bed and get some rest. Hawk and Snips said their goodnight and went to their respective room. Hawk’s room was decorated in red and black with black covers on the bed that was on the left side and was facing a window. There was a wardrobe to the right when you walked in with a full-body mirror as well as a desk with a lamp. Hawk headed for the bed after he brushed his teeth and allowed his slumber to catch him. He did not know what the very next day would bring but he had a feeling that it would be big. The moon shined through the window and slowly went down over the horizon and the sun started to shine over the lands and it hit Hawk right in the face, making him grunt. Hawk got out of his bed and he started to do push-ups and crunches immediately. He was a morning person as well as a night person. But that was only because he was eating healthy and training to the point where he was surprised that he did not have serious muscles like the Vikings. When he was finished with his morning workout, he headed for the bathroom that was not occupied by anyone. He took a quick cold shower to make his muscles burn a little bit extra. When he was done he gt out of the shower and put on some proper clothing. Hawk headed for the kitchen and saw that Snips was there munching on an apple. They greeted each other and they pulled out their phones to check if Anon-A-Miss had struck again and it looked like she had. There was a picture of a mint skinned girl with mint hair and a white streak. It was Lyra Heartstring in the picture that looked to be five years old and kissing a girl that they did not recognize. Hawk did not find this one funny, that was simply rude. Even Snips thought it was rude. Lyra had been very kind to him in the past and he had now promised her quietly that anyone who dares laugh at her or look at her funny will receive a punch to the gut. “That was just fucking rude.” Snips said, angrily as he started eating his apple aggressively. Hawk nodded as he took a banana and peeled off the skin. Hawk wondered who Anon-A-Miss could be. I could not be Shimmer because she is not this sloppy and if she really was doing it, what would she gain out of it? The only thing she earns is misery from everyone instead. It might have been one of the Rainbooms, but Hawk was not so sure. It could be anyone, and that is what was giving him a headache. Hawk and Snips headed for school a little while later and were discussing Anon-A-Miss. Who could it possibly be, and why would they try so hard to hurt everyone? Hawk had the theory that the rest of them believed; someone was after revenge after what Shimmer had done for years. It was simply too fitting of a time and moment to be a coincidence. Shimmer being a bully and was later befriended by Sparkle who showed her friendship and becoming a Rainboom later. The Dazzlings comes and kind of do the same shit and nearly fully succeeds. Now, this Anon-A-Miss comes out of nowhere and ruins friendships as well as the trust everyone had for each other. After the first lesson that Hawk had alone, he was meeting up with his friends when he saw the sight that actually made his stomach turn. On the floor was Shimmer, crying her eyes out, leaving the floor wet. Hawk did not know why he did it but he did. He walked towards her with fast steps and placed his hand on her right shoulder and she looked up. Sunset was surprised to see Hawk there in the first place but she then realized that he would most likely try to give away a snarky comment but it never came. Instead, he asked a question she thought that she would never get from him of all people. “Want to go to the Mall after school?” Hawk asked, in a kind and gentle voice. It did not betray any anger or hatred, it was a simple question that Hawk had asked and here she was. Crying her eyes out but it was the enemy that was willing to take her in. She smiled at him and nodded. > 10 - Mall Fight > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hawk, Snips, Snails, Pipsqueak and Sunset Shimmer were walking together to the mall and they felt strangely enough happy about this. Hawk liked the company he had with Sunset as it felt like old times. He felt butterflies in his stomach in a good way. The mall was large with many shops and was quite colourful. Spike and the gang headed for a store that sold Cobra Kai clothing. Sensei Sombra had enough money to promote a store that sold clothing. Spike wanted to give Sunset Cobra Kai clothing to make sure that she belongs to them rightfully so. He was angry that the others were easy to dump Sunset but he did hear Sunset say that Twilight Sparkle was the only one who looked like she did not believe it. sunset did not know what to believe because of how easy her friends turned on her. She did not see them as friends anymore, but she did feel something in her stomach. It felt like pain from the betrayal. Spike and the gang found the store and headed inside. Spike liked the jackets that they had with the Cobra Kai logos. It meant that they knew who was superior. Sunset looked a little lost as she looked at all of the different clothing. She did not have a lot of money, but she sure as Celestia would not allow them to pay for it. Hawk waved her over and she saw a leather jacket that was red and had the Cobra Kai logo at the back. She actually liked it, but her eyes went wide as saucers at the price tag. It cost over two hundred dollars! That was all she had! Hawk seemed to notice and looked at her with confusion. Did she think that she was gonna pay for it? Nonsense. She was abandoned, so Hawk was gonna pay for it together with t-shirts and pants that had the logo on them. “Hawk, what are you doing?” Sunset asked, alarmed over the fact that Hawk was grabbing the female clothing and was handing it to her. She could not afford it and she knew that she would have to return them even though it was her only opportunity to be safe from the other students. She had heard that Gilda was planning on beating her up and she knew that she had no other option, but she could not afford the clothing. Hawk on the other hand was grinning widely. He was not gonna make her pay for it. “I’m handing you clothing that I will pay for, why?” Hawk asked, making Sunset look at him in shock. She could not allow him to do that! He had already done much for her, protecting her from the angry people of Canterlot High and she simply could not allow him to do anything else, because she knew she did not deserve it. Hawk on the other hand had different views. He saw a broken girl in that corridor that cried her eyes out, that needed help and he was providing it for her. He hoped that she would be interested in joining Cobra Kai. . . “Hawk, I cannot allow you to do that as you have already done enough for me. But I have a feeling that you won’t listen to me anyway.” Sunset sighed, as she saw Hawk take the clothes from her and walk over to the clerk behind the desk and pulled out thick layers of cash. Her eyes widened when she saw it. How much money did he have?! That was even more than she could say she has ever had in her life! Hawk paid the clerk and walked over to Sunset with a devious grin. She gulped a little bit. “Here are your clothes. I was hoping that you would join Cobra Kai. There will be moments where the others and I will not be able to protect you. Don’t worry about the payments. I will pay for those classes if you are interested that is.” Hawk said, making her look at him surprised. He sounded so kind and gentle and she did not detect any sort of lie in his voice. She then remembered what he had asked her a few days ago. ”Are they truly your friends, or are they simply saying what you want to hear?” She had her answer now. . . “Hawk, you remember what you said a few days ago about my ex-friends telling me what I want to hear?” Sunset asked as she looked at her friend who nodded his head. The store held a lot of different items of clothing, and the hot topic was the Cobra Kai clothing because they won the tournament. It wasn’t really a surprise. They had gotten a few new students which they recognized as Crystal Prep students. “Well, I believe what you said; they simply told me what I wanted to hear and I fell to the ground hard.” Hawk looked at Sunset in amazement. Her light aqua eyes held resentment as she was thinking about her friends. Hawk did not blame her. If that were to happen to him, then he would most likely punch someone without giving a shit. Sure, Sunset may have abandoned them, but she did not hurt them with words that held power, she simply hung around the “element bearers” as they were calling themselves. Hawk looked into her eyes and he suddenly had a sensation in his stomach. It felt like butterflies. “Shall we get something to drink? I told the other Cobra Kai’s that we were here.” Hawk said, making Sunset nod. Hawk whistled for the others and they headed out of the store and walked around for a little bit. They noticed that there were a few students from CHS but they did not dare to look at Sunset as she was with Cobra Kai’s and they were known for beating people up and ever since Hawk took revenge everyone was living in fear. Gilda was the exception, but even she held a sense of respect for him especially when he was angry. They walked together to a place to get their drinks and noticed the other students were there that belonged to Cobra Kai. Hawk walked up to them and high five them to show they were cool. Sunset learned that their names were Indigo Zap, Sunny Flare, and Lemon Zest. Indigo Zap reminded Sunset quite a bit of Rainbow Dash as she was athletic but even more than Rainbow Dash. But since the girl went to Crystal Prep, and judging by the stories that Twilight had told her, it was a must if you wanted to go there. You needed to be on top of everything. Indigo Zap had different shades of blue streaks in her hair that was short and rolled back and her eyes were eagled yellow. Her skin was amberish grey. She was wearing a long leather jacket that was red and had the Cobra Kai logo on the back of the jacket. Her pants had to either side of her legs along a yellow line that was a part of the Cobra Kai clothing attire. Sunny Flare had purple hair that was short with a few pinkish streaks. She also wore some sort of flower in her hair. She had light turquoise grey skin and her eyes were cerise. She was wearing a t-shirt with the Cobra Kai logo on the front and back and that was it while she was wearing soft grey pants. Lemon Zest had green hairs that were lighter and darker in certain parts of her hair. Her eyes were brilliant amber. Her skin was greyish amaranth. She was wearing a long-sleeved t-shirt with the Cobra Kai logo on it and had her headphones blasting music. “Yo! How’s it going, Hawk?” Indigo asked, in a friendly manner and Hawk chuckled a little. he remembered the first time he had stumbled across Indigo Zap and that was when he had run away from Flashs’ gang. She had beaten up some other guy that was apparently trying to do some unspeakable acts with her. She had retaliated by knocking him out with a few teeth that would not be able to be replaced. Hawk was impressed and envied her skill, now, he was higher than her in fighting skill. He was more skilled and more merciless than anyone. “Everything is going good, this is Sunset Shimmer. She might join our dojo, but right now, we are simply protecting her from the whole Anon-A-Miss fiasco. She has gotten a few glares and I know that Gilda will want to beat the living shit out of her, but we cannot allow that.” Hawk said as he got angrier the more he thought about it. The others nodded in understanding and took Sunset in with open arms. Sunset already felt right at home even though the other three were from Crystal Prep. They even made promises to beat the ‘pussy’ that did it. Sunset laughed a little bit at Indigo’s bluntness. They were all enjoying their protein drinks as they could not afford to get anything in their bodies that might make them weak. Snips was scrolling through the website of Cobra Kai that they had set up to see if anyone was interested in joining their amazing dojo. Snips then grew angry and shouted angrily: “How dare they?!” The people walking by looked at him strangely, but he did not care. Hawk looked at him questionably. It was rare to see Snips angry, but it was not scary unless if you really pissed him off. “What is it?” Hawk asked as the others looked at him in surprise. Snips did not say anything as he handed over the phone to Hawk who looked at the long comment that was made by Twilight Sparkle. Hawk grew angry when he read the comment. “This is not a dojo that you want to join, the only thing they do is bully other people because they can. They are more violent than the other dojo’s and lack care when they fight. I would not be surprised if they ended up in prison for their behaviour.” Hawk was really pissed. The other Cobra Kai’s read the message were pissed. How dare she say such things about Cobra Kai?! “How dare she?! Writing bad things about Cobra Kai. She will get what’s coming to her. . .” Sunny Flare said, as her face grew dark and the others simply nodded in her direction. They could not believe that she had the guts to do so. Sunset looked down towards the floor and felt a little bit ashamed that Twilight would write such things about her new friends’ dojo. She felt obligated to defend it somehow and promised Hawk that she would join Cobra Kai, but she did not voice it. She wanted to keep it to herself. “Wait a minute, there she is!” Snails shouted as he pointed towards where she was. The lavender skinned girl was sitting together with Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy eating lunch. Hawk grew dark as he saw them. He got up from the chair he was sitting on and headed over to their table. They were at another restaurant, eating and looked quite grim. Hawk had not noticed that his friends followed him as their shadows overcame the trio. Fluttershy gulped and hid behind her hair, while Twilight turned and grew pale as she saw the Cobra Kai students. Pinkie Pie did not know what to do as she knew she would not be able to beat Hawk yet. “Uh, Hawk, can we wait about the fighting bit before the author takes in Starswirl-Do karate?” Pinkie Pie asked, in a negotiating voice. Hawk looked at her as if she had smoked too much. Hawk simply stared at Twilight Sparkle as she gulped when she saw the piercing emerald green eyes that looked like they could kill by simply looking at someone. Fluttershy was hiding behind her hair, but she could feel the glares from the Cobra Kai’s and she wished that Twilight had not made that comment on the page. “Twilight Sparkle, what the shit do you think you are doing?” Hawk asked, in a seething voice. He was losing his temper and twilight knew that the others were as well. She gulped as she tried to come up with an excuse. She could always lie, but then it meant that she would be in even more pain and trouble than she already was. Cobra Kai could easily overpower her without even trying. She saw her old classmates, Indigo Zap, Sunny Flare, and Lemon Zest glaring at her and she knew that if they were angry, then she was in big trouble. “I just wrote the truth, you Cobra Kai’s only bully others because you know no one will stand up against you. You will eventually just end up in prison because of how violent you are. Especially you Hawk, you are nothing more but a-” Twilight was cut off as she received a sharp pain against her nose and felt it break. Sunny Flare was the one who punched her. Twilight had fallen out of her chair and it was heard throughout the whole mall. Everyone stopped what they were doing and looked at the scene. “That was for what you wrote about Cobra Kai, and for what you said about my future husband.” Sunny Flare said. The others nodded but then their eyes went wide as saucers. Hawk looked at Sunny Flare as if she had gone mad. She turned to Hawk and gave him a wink. he even noticed how she shook her hips a little bit. Hawk grinned a little bit but could not help but blush. Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy were at Twilight’s side and they looked up at the Cobra Kai students who looked at them with pure hatred. Fluttershy whimpered while Pinkie Pie looked away. “Come on, let’s go,” Hawk said, as she turned around and walked away with his friends. The bystanders shrugged and continued with their day while the Cobra Kai students decided to head on over to the dojo. On their way there. Hawk was teased and praised that he had so easily gotten a wife to take care of. Sunny Flare looked proud of herself, while Hawk looked at them as if they had finally lost it. Nonetheless, he still found it funny and laughed along with them. When they reached the dojo, the bell above the door signalled that they were there. Inside of their clothing, they were their karate uniforms while Sunset did not have one. When Sensei Sombra walked out, he could not help but notice Sunset shimmer and how broken she looked. He felt a little bit worried for the girl. he may be cold and cruel, but he did not like to see anyone that broken. She did have a glimmer of hope in her eyes as she looked at his students. He had a feeling that something must have happened if she feels hope towards Cobra’s that are considered violent and backstabbing. “Hello students, I see we have a new potential student. What is your name?” Sensei Sombra asked as he looked at the girl who at first looked afraid of him because of his cold gaze, but she calmed down and introduced herself as Sunset shimmer. Sensei Sombra was quite impressed with the girl. She looked ready for anything and did not comment on the way his students behaved. It was like she was used to it. Then again, he did not know of her origins so it would be wrong to make assumptions that might be totally wrong. Sunset was given a Cobra Kai karate uniform and was told to change in the next room over. She did so and she felt strange but she shrugged off the feeling. When she rejoined the others, she saw how they all stood in a military-like pose and they were then throwing punches in the air bot their left and right fists. Sunset quickly got the hang of it and felt quite powerful. She got to learn how to break a plank with her hands, feet, and head. She was a little bit dizzy when she hit her head against the wood, but it was worth it. Soon, the day was about to end in the dojo, but Sensei Sombra wanted to see how well they had learned. Hawk was thrown into the ring and he was grinning at everyone as he expected to fight someone weaker than him. He was a little surprised when he got Indigo Zap but he grinned. he did want a challenge, and he now had one. Indigo was the one who started the fight by kicking towards Hawk’s head but he managed to block the attack. hawk tried to hit Indigo in the head, but It was useless as she blocked the attacks and grabbed his left arm and tried to pull him, but was caught by surprise when Hawk hit her on her feet with his right leg. She fell and Hawk hit her in the back and the fight was over. Indigo rolled over and saw the grinning Hawk and chuckled as she tried to swing her leg but Hawk only jumped. Hawk was undefeated and was then put in the ring with Pipsqueak. Hawk and Pipsqueak smiled at each other. They were like brothers and Pipsqueak was the kind and gentler version of Hawk. Hawk rushed towards pipsqueak with a series of punches and kicks but were all blocked by Pipsqueak and left an open area near his stomach and Hawk backed away a little when he realized this. Pipsqueak ran towards him and jumped. The whole world slowed down, and Pipsqueak managed to hit Hawk in the head with his leg. Hawk fell to the ground and Pipsqueak ended the fight with a punch. Sensei Sombra was amazed by the whole fights. They had improved so much over the few months, and the newer students were even better but could never top Hawk and Pipsqueak. They were without a doubt the best students there were. They had the ability to fight without getting tired and they had the power to knock someone out for several hours. That was true fighters right there. Hawk got up from the floor and bowed towards Pipsqueak. The only one that was ever able to defeat Hawk was Pipsqueak, but there had been times when Hawk had defeated Pipsqueak which was why it was always intense fights between those who watched. Pipsqueak looked at the Sensei who smiled at him warmly and looked at Sunset who noticed him looking at her and he motioned for her to enter the ring. She did so although she looked a little bit lost as to what she was gonna do. “Pipsqueak, I want you to go easy on her.” Sensei Sombra said, making Pipsqueak bow towards his Sensei and then at Sunset who was a little surprised that Sensei Sombra said so. Then again, she is new and could not possibly know immediately how to fight the karate way, or as she heard Hawk say it: The Cobra kai Way. Sunset rushed up to Pipsqueak and threw a few punches aggressively as Pipsqueak blocked them. Everyone was surprised by the fact that Sunset seemed so aggressive, but Sensei Sombra knew that she had heard the rumours about being kicked out of his dojo for failing. He shook his head at the thought. It was simply not true. Cobra Kai material or not, he would not throw them out. Pipsqueak jumped up into the air and started spinning, prepared for the landing strike with his foot against Sunset’s face, but it never happened as she managed to block the hit. Pipsqueak had a look of confusion on his face before he blocked another attack from Sunset. Although, he had not anticipated that she would strike from behind as she jumped up into the air and did the same thing he had attempted to do on her. Pipsqueak fell to the ground as she clutched his right side as he was in immense pain. Everyone looked between Pipsqueak and Sunset and eventually clapped and rushed up to her and threw her up into the air and she felt happy. She did not expect to win and pleased Sensei Sombra at the same time. Hawk was being overdramatic and was saying how she could have killed him. Sunset rolled her eyes and lightly punched Hawk that pretended that he was hurt. Sunny Flare walked up to him and hugged him, playing along with his little act. They went to shower and walked together to each of their own homes. Hawk decided that he would take Sunset with him to his home. “Sunset, your staying with me. If anyone tries to attack you, then we have a bigger chance of protecting you when you at my place.” Hawk said, making her look at him with confusion and blushed slightly as she was getting some thoughts that were not supposed to be there. She only nodded at him but Hawk noticed that it was reluctant. He did not blame her. If one of his other friends did that to him he would most likely also be like that. Eventually, it was only hawk and Sunset that was walking and they enjoyed the silence until Sunset had to ask the one question that was bugging her. She had to get an answer. “Why did you do it?” Sunset asked, as they turned a corner and reached Hawk’s house. hawk looked at her a little bit weirdly and did not know what she was referring to. It could mean anything and she was not saying anything else. Hawk thought about what had happened over the last few days and could not think of anything that could make her ask that question. He then remembered earlier today when he asked her if she was interested in joining him at the mall with the others. He knew that he could not lie to her. No matter how much he wanted to, he could not. Sunset looked at Hawk expectantly as they reached his house and Hawk took out his keys and unlocked the door. She saw that he was lost in his thought but she knew that he heard her. Maybe he was not aware of what she was referring to? She was about to voice what it was she meant when she received the reply she did not expect. “because I saw how broken you were.” He did not say it in a mean or mocking way. It sounded genuine and sincere. She did not know how to respond to that, but she knew that she had to eventually. “Broken?” Sunset commented confused. “Yes, broken. You looked so lost. You carry a lot of heartache and betrayal for what happened to you. It might not be visible, but I can tell that you want revenge. You will get it. I promise you that.” Hawk said as he allowed her entry to his house. “Ladies first.” She giggled at that comment and walked inside. She was quite amazed by his house as it looked beautiful. Hawk closed the door and locked it behind them and he walked up the staircase that creaked a little bit. He showed her to a room that she would be sleeping in. The bed looked comfy and had black covers and the walls were painted in grey with objects that looked like to depict UFOs. She always believed that aliens existed and had read any books she could find about flying saucers. “Lovely room,” Sunset said, making Hawk smile a little bit. He remembered how she had told him she liked and supported the idea that aliens existed. He had made this room specifically for her. Then the Rainbooms and Twilight Sparkle got in the way and now here they were. Hawk bowed to her and left her for her thoughts. She could not even describe her happiness. She was happy that she did not have to sleep in the abandoned motel she lives in. The water still runs, but no one runs it or owns it. She took off her clothes and lay down on the comfy bed that made her skin shiver in pleasure. The silk that was around her body felt good and eventually, sleep caught up to her. > 11 - Expelled > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hawk woke up and immediately started doing his morning workout. He was still angry about what Sparkle had done the other day, but he did not care as much as he thought he would. he did grin at the prospect of what Sunny Flare had said the other day. Future Husband. He cackled at that. He had no idea if she was serious or not. It did not matter to him. She was attractive and did have the right attitude that he was looking for. She was quite violent when she wanted to be and she could break anyone with her vocabulary. Hawk was smitten by her and he was not afraid to admit it. He remembered the first time he had seen her. It happened when he was taking a jog in the city when he passed by Crystal Prep. He decided to sneak around the school and found the gym. He had seen Sunny Flare hitting several students without trying. She was a natural fighter and when he had introduced himself when he found her alone, he noticed that she knew who he was. When he allowed her to join Cobra Kai, she looked like a little girl who had gotten Christmas early and immediately joined along with Indigo Zap and Lemon Zest. “It was a good day indeed.” Hawk voiced to himself, as he got up from the floor and headed for his bathroom to shower. He was wondering what would happen at school but he had this feeling that it would be big. He was looking forward to it and prepared himself for anything. He finished his shower and he headed for his room where his clothing was. He would wear a t-shirt and jacket that was Cobra Kai themed while he would wear soft black pants. He put on his shoes that had the Cobra Kai logo. He packed his school bag and he walked down the staircase and saw that Sunset was already prepared and was sitting down on his couch and looked tired. “Did you not get any sleep?” Hawk asked, as he walked in and saw Sunset look up at him. She nodded happily. Hawk simply shrugged. “Shall we prepare for school?” She nodded yet again and they walked out and away from Hawk’s house. Sunset was wearing a red hoodie with the dojo’s logo and wore white soft pants. She wore the boots she used to when she was the bully of CHS. It suited her quite well and her hair was the same it had always been, firery. Her eyes seemed cold but sharp. Sharper then when she was a bully and she had a feeling that it would indeed attract attention. They walked towards CHS and bumped into Snips and Snails. They exchanged their pleasantries and they continued towards the school. They then met up with Pipsqueak who looked tired but he still looked sharp. Together, the gang headed for the school and did not notice that the Rainbooms were looking at them with hate, specifically a cowboy and athlete. The students glared at Sunset but when they saw the company she was with, they immediately became scared. No one dared mess with the Cobra Kai students. Flash and his gang were looking at anything but the guy that beat him in the cafeteria and has bullied him for a while. He was simply too ashamed to feel all that pain again. The way he managed to beat him was simply terrifying. He was afraid that Sunset would become someone like Hawk. A monster. He saw how Hawk walked towards his locker and got the books that he needed for his class and walked with Sunset towards her locker and went towards their separate classes. Hawk was sitting in his math class and was going over the same question for what felt like the millionth time. He just did not understand what the actual fuck he was gonna do to solve the question. The other students in his class struggles as well except for the nerd of the class, Sparkle. She was doing her work and did everything in he power to not look at Hawk. She did not blame him for what went down yesterday, but she could not help but feel a little betrayed. He allowed one of her old bullies to attack her and he did nothing. The class continued for another forty minutes until their break came and Hawk searched for his friends who were all hanging outside of the school with their books ready for their respective next classes. Sunset looked exhausted and tired but she still contained her smile. Hawk was getting concerned for her. She looked like she was trying to hide something, but he did not want to press her. he decided to let it go as “stress because of school” as it might have been the case. He had seen it happen to her on more than one occasion. When the bell rang, Hawk was walking with Pipsqueak to their science class and they bumped into Rainbow Dash who looked angry. Hawk smirked at her as he knew that she knew what happened at the mall. he would never deny it as it would prove that Cobra Kai was without a doubt, the superior in every sense of the word. “Well, hello Rainbow Crash. fancy seeing you here.” Hawk said, making Rainbow’s blood boil. He spoke to her as if she was an outcast. It was the opposite way around! “This is a school, and don’t you dare call me crash! I know what you did to my friend. You better apologise to her for it asshole!” Rainbow Dash said, making Hawk look at Pipsqueak with a raised brow. He simply shrugged as he was very conflicted when it came to Twilight Sparkle. He did believe that Twilight was trying to find the real culprits but she did not seem to be doing a very good job if Rainbow Dash was confronting them like this. Hawk then laughed his butt off, making Rainbow Dash angry. She punched him hard in the stomach, but she had not considered the fact that Hawk had serious abs there. She felt how her right hand was in throbbing pain. “It is cute that you want to hit me, but you do realize that I am well trained?” Hawk asked, in an innocent voice. Rainbow Dash glared at him with hate but suddenly received immense pain in her left leg. She fell to the ground and looked up to see the “good” version of Hawk looking proud at what he had done. Hawk cackled as he looked at Rainbow Dash who had a look of surprise, shock, and betrayal. She felt angry. She was right about Sunset Shimmer, she had never changed and here she was, proving her exact point as well, if her friends were doing this and saying these things, then it proved that the whole bunch had not changed. Hawk then walked past her, but not without spitting at her as if she was filth that belonged to the ground. Pipsqueak did the same, but this one was more heartbreaking. She did not know why it hurt so much that Pipsqueak did it, but it was like she knows deep down that Sunset Shimmer was not the culprit, but that she was lying to herself to believe it. . . but there was this look in pipsqueak eyes that suggested that he knew something she didn’t. She wondered what that was, but she could not exactly be spying on them to see what it was that he knew, then again, perhaps she is stopping herself again as if she knew deep down that she did not want to know the answer. Why that was would have to wait until later in a few weeks. Hawk and Pipsqueak headed for their class and when they reached the door they saw that the class had yet to start which was great for them. They had become a little bit late because of their run-in with Rainbow Dash. They sat down at their respective desks and pulled out their books. What surprised them minutes later was when their teacher had yet to reach the class. Pipsqueak and Hawk looked at each other. It was one of ‘those’ days again when he would not show up to his class. Hawk and Pipsqueak then nodded to each other as they took up their bags and left the classroom. There were days when Discord would not even show up in class. It had happened many times in the past, but no one ever did anything. Who were they to say no to some extra free time? Hawk and Pipsqueak walked through the hallways as if they owned the whole place. It was pretty funny unless if you knew what they were capable of. They were the one’s who ruled the school and everyone knew it but never said anything. There had been three new people that started the school and head learned very quickly to not anger the Cobra Kai’s, but one of them had to learn it the hard way. The bell rang and they looked at each other before they headed towards the cafeteria. They would meet up with their friends and ask how their day was going. They reached the cafeteria and they saw how the students flinched when they saw them enter. They did not want to get into trouble. Saying the wrong thing or doing the wrong thing could lead them to get punched in the face. They were not to be messed with. They did not want to get on their bad side or even irritate them the slightest. Hawk and Pipsqueak sat down at an empty table and they saw that their friends were coming over to them. Pipsqueak waved them over, while Hawk grinned at them until he saw sunset seriously bruised on her arm. There was a large gash on her arm and he felt his blood boil. Pipsqueak noticed this as well and got a dark look on his face. He was usually the diplomatic one in the group, but even he had his limits on what he allowed and did not allow. Sunset reached the table and simply sat down as she cried into her arms. Snips and Snails looked downright pissed as they sat down. “Gilda?” Hawk asked, making Snips and Snails nod and they immediately knew what had happened. They knew that the attack would happen, but they did not think that they would have the guts when she wore Cobra Kai clothing. it meant that she was a part of the groups of students that “bullies” them. But now, Hawk realized that Gilda really did not give a shit. “Shall we jump her?” Snips asked, making Sunset look at him in shock and confusion. Why would they do that for? He sounded like he had done it before as well. She did not know how to reply, but she did not have to. It was Hawk that replied in her place. “Yes, we wait until after school and beat the fuck out of her. We will make sure that she knows to never cross a Cobra Kai.” Hawk said, making the others nod in understanding. When Hawk said that they were gonna do something, then they were gonna do something. That is how they worked. They saw Hawk as their leader while they were his friends that listened to what he told them to do and did it. They all sat down and saw Gilda talking to her goons as they laughed. She looked over to where Sunset sat and froze when she saw Hawk staring at her with such intenseness that she thought that she was gonna die from him staring at her. Her goons saw this and looked over and froze themselves from what they were seeing. The other Cobra Kai’s looked at them with hatred. The room felt the tense raise up in the room as they saw the two groups look at each other. Hawk then in his fury rushed up to the student and punched the teen. She fell face forward towards the table she was seated at with her goons. hawk saw her goons prepare for the battle but he easily punched them all and sent a few kicks here and there. Pipsqueak then rushed up to Hawk to make him calm down. “Hawk! Hawk! Calm down bro, relax.” Pipsqueak said, as gentle as he could but also firmly to not make him talk back. He wanted to help him, not make him angrier than he already was. Hawk looked at him and shrugged. He spits at Gilda who watched the exchange with a hint of fear. Hawk goes back to their table where Sunset watched the whole fight with a sense of happiness. No one had stood up for her that way before. Hawk only grumbled as he ate his lunch that he picked up from his bag. Pipsqueak sighed and sat beside him. He knew that Hawk was only defending Sunset, he did not fault him for it, if Hawk had not done it, then he would have done it himself. But here they were, the appetite that anyone had before was clearly gone. “Sorry for ruining the lunch,” Hawk said, as he pulled out his water bottle and drank a few gulps of the cold water. The others simply gave him sad smiles and nodded at him. They did not fault him for what he did and quite frankly did not hold it against him. Snips had been ready to throw a few punches if Hawk had not gone so he was happy that someone did it. The air in the cafeteria had dropped down as they felt scared for what Hawk had just done. Gilda was in shock that the little cry baby had punched her and her goons as if it was something he did every day. Sunset Shimmer then rubbed Hawk’s shoulder and she felt the anger and irritation in his body slip away from him and he looked at Sunset who gave him a weak smile in appreciation. Hawk did his best to smile but they knew that he was still angry at what the bitch Gilda had done. “Sorry if I ruined your lunch,” Hawk said, trying his best to apologise to the amber skinned teen. She simply smiled at him and hugged him a little bit, getting strange looks in response from the others around them except for the Cobra Kai students. “You did not ruin it, Hawk. Thank you, for standing up for me.” Sunset said, with happiness in her voice. It was clear as day that she meant it, and without realizing it, the other students heard the exchange. Gilda felt angry because Shimmer acted as if she was in the wrong while Anon-A-Miss was in the right. She felt like walking up to them and give them a run for their money with her fighting skills, but she knew that she would only fail in the end. The bell rang, and Hawk walked together with Snips towards their English class. Hawk did not lose the feeling that something big was gonna happen. Fighting an idiot was not big enough for him, he had the feeling that he would have to face something that he never thought he would ever face in his life. He did not know what, but he knew it was coming. He did not like the fact that he had no idea. It was throwing him off guard. The English class was boring and held no value in Hawk’s opinion and he still had the feeling that something big was gonna happen. The teacher went on and on about how poetry was the most important thing in the whole class. Of course, Hawk did agree that poetry was important, but their teacher was talking about it as if they are gonna get a whole fucking scholarship out of it even though they are in high school. Hawk was simply reading the book he had for the class and did not listen to their teacher at all. The teacher noticed this but did not call him out, he knew about the fight and did not want to anger him any further than he might already be. He had seen him angry, and he did not like it. He could probably fight the whole school alone if he wanted to and he sincerely hoped that it did not come to that. He fought his enemies as if they were his mortal enemies and showed no mercy. Absolutely. No. Mercy. He shuddered at the thought and did his best to teach the class. When the bell rang, Hawk and Snips went their separate ways and they waved goodbye as they headed for their respective last classes. Hawk had gym class and he was looking forward to it. They were playing European soccer and he was going to beat the living shit out of anyone who tries to win against him. “Strike First Strike Hard No Mercy.” Hawk thought as he went to the boys changing room. The changing room was blue coloured specifically on the lockers and white on the floor while the ceiling was grey that had large long lamps that lit up the whole room that revealed the lockers to the walls and the benches. Hawk went to his locker and changed into his gym clothes and headed out to the outside pitch where their teacher was. Spitfire was a woman with brilliant gold skin and firery orange hair that were two shades of light and dark orange. Her eyes were strong orange and she had a sharp look that did not work on Hawk. She had accidentally made him angry a couple of times and it had been brutal. They had not fought, but they were really close one’s when she had thought he cheated when he in reality did not cheat at all, it was just Flash trying to get back at him. He had the pay severe consequences after that. . . “Okay class, we are playing European soccer and you will be split into two groups. The green and the red. I will be the one that dictates who goes where. Hawk, Rarity, Derpy, Featherweight, and Diamond Tiara, you are on the red team. Flash, Rainbow Dash, Rumble, Scootaloo, and Applebloom you are on the green team. Red to the right and green to the left.” Spitfire ordered as she saw Hawk and Rainbow Dash staring at each other and noticed that Hawk was maybe about the pounce. She got a soccer ball that had white and black spots on it. She placed it in the middle and had Hawk and Flas meat each other. Flash was trying not to flinch but he saw the way Hawk was looking at him, it was as if he was reading his deepest darkest secrets. Usually, it was Rainbow Dash that was the captain, but because that this was a simple training exercise, it was not needed. Spitfire whistled for the game to begin and Hawk used his left leg to snatch the ball and ran towards the green teams' side of the field and immediately had Rainbow Dash trying to steal the ball but Hawk was simply playing with her. Scootaloo was the goalkeeper for this game, but she could never have predicted the shot he shot at her. The ball came flying through the air and almost hit her in the face. She caught the ball but dropped it inside of the goal giving the red team a point. Hawk smiled at his team while he sneered at Flash and Rainbow Dash. The game continued for a good few hours before the game finally ended. It was the red team that won because Hawk had used some dirty tricks that made it harder for the green team to win the game. Hawk had shot the ball to Flashs’ part and was practically crying for a good sixteen minutes before they could continue. Hawk had made it look like it had been an accident but the others saw exactly what he had done, sadly, Spitfire had not noticed it this time and actually thought that he had accidentally done it. Hawk was waiting for his friends outside and he was looking forward to hitting the dojo. He was on his phone, checking MyStable to see what Anon-A-Bitch had posted. What he saw made his blood boil. There was an old video of him getting beaten up by Flash and his gang and he had tears in his eyes from the pain he felt that day. The message read: “Hawk was one’s a baby that knew nothing but how to accept pain and now because he knows how to fight, he thinks he is above everyone. He is nothing more but a filthy bully.” Hawk thought that he was gonna punch someone in anger. Or, he was, but was stopped when he felt someone grab his shoulder in comfort. He turned to see that it was Sunset who was smiling sadly at him as she was trying to support him. Hawk regained his senses and tried to think about something else. “Where are the others?” Hawk asked, her as he tried to pry his mind off from what he read on MyStable. Sunset knew what he was trying to do and thought that it was best if he did not think about it at all which was why she answered his question. “On their way, some of them had extra activities today and our karate doesn’t start until fifteen-thirty,” Sunset stated trying to make Hawk calm down a little bit. Hawk relaxed and nodded as she was right. Their class did indeed not start until fifteen-thirty and he was already getting antsy. He had to do something other than just waiting so he decided that he should talk to Sunset and see how she was doing, but before he could do that, the loudspeakers revealed the voice of Principal Celestia. “Can Spike Draco come to my office please?” Hawk looked at Sunset who looked just as surprised. He shrugged and picked up his bag and told Sunset he’d be back. He walked through the hallways of Canterlot High School and wondered why he had been called to the office of the Principal. When he reached the room that had the letters Principal on the door, he knocked and waited a few seconds before he entered the room when he had heard a faint ‘come in’ and he did. He noticed that Vice-Principal Luna was not there and that surprised him but he did not question it. The room had a large wooden desk where Celestia sat behind off and she was looking at Hawk with a certain look in her eye that he was not able to make out. He sat down on a chair after he had been motioned by her to do so. The air was tense, but Hawk was more interested in why he was there. He had not been called to her office for several months. Celestia sighed as she looked at her student that once had been a victim but now had turned into the exact monster his bully was. “Spike Draco, I won’t beat around the bush when I tell you this so I will be straightforward. You are expelled from Canterlot High School. Gather your things and don’t come back. Waiting for your friends on the other side of the street is fine.” Celestia said, making Hawk look at her as if she had finally lost it. Expelled?! That was something he did not expect. Celestia was the firmest believer in second chances and here she was, not even giving him a second chance. He did not know what to say. he was in shock. “What?” was all Hawk could say, as he was not able to fully comprehend the situation at hand. “You heard me, Mr Draco, gather your things and don’t come back unless if it is necessary,” Celestia stated leaving no room for arguments but she should have stayed in bed that day. Hawk was not backing down on this one. He got up from the chair he was sitting in and looked at her with a calculating look on his face as if to determine whether she was joking or not but she wasn’t which made him furious. “Flash bullies me and others for years and nothing happens and when I do it back as revenge I get expelled? That was the most idiotic thing you could do!” Hawk stated as he looked at her dead in the eye of his ex-principal. Celestia herself was not intimidated by her ex-student. He was looking at her as if she was filth under his shoes and she felt a little angry at that but did not voice this. The air was tense and neither one was backing down from this fight until Celestia had the final saying. “Get out of my office and gather your things.” Hawk felt insulted at that but took his bag angrily and left the room. He slammed the door shut as he seethed when he walked through the hallways. he went to his locker and threw everything into his bag and then he headed for the boys' locker room to gather the same thing but for gym class. He then took his locks and keys and stormed away from the building and saw his friends by the horse statue, talking and having fun with one another as if nothing was wrong. They saw him walking towards them and they all waved him over. “You guys won’t believe what just happened. I just got expelled!” Hawk blurted out in anger. The others looked and gasped in shock. This was the first time it had ever happened at Canterlot High School under Celestia’s rule. “You serious dude?!” Pipsqueak said, angrily and Hawk nodded and he walked towards the school presumably trying to get Hawk reinstated to the school but it was no use in Hawk’s opinion what was done was done. What was he gonna do? Over at the Cobra Kai dojo, Sensei Sombra was reminiscing on the past and cursed himself for his stupidity as a child and teenager for the shit he had done in the past. Suddenly, he heard the bell ring and he walked out thinking that it was his students but was surprised when he saw a blue-skinned figure with yellow eyes and red pupils. “I always knew you had it in you Sombra. You were always my best students. They thought that Cobra Kai had fully disappeared when in reality it had not disappeared! You brought it back where it belongs: at the top.” Sensei Sombra was shocked. It was his old Sensei. It was Sensei Grogar.
