It's currently a nice day out in the city. Everyone is having a normal day. Some teens are getting some coffee. Cops getting morning donuts. Moms are gossiping about random stuff that doesn't really matter right now. 

A young 20 something-year-old couple was stretching on a sidewalk after a morning jog. The man looked at his girlfriend and said "Um, Stella? We have been together for about 2 and a half years so I think it's time I ask this." This grabbed the girl's attention. 

The man grabbed a tiny box out of his pocket and bent down on one knee.  

"Stella, will you ma- waaaa!!" 

The man suddenly fell because someone was running like he was in a hurry. Stella jumped back a bit because of this. The man rubbed his head and was agitated by this. He saw that the person who was running turned around and came to them. 

He had light greyish skin, white hair, magenta eyes, blue jeans, a white t-shirt with 12 black lines in a circular position, and a black jacket. 

"Oh my gosh, gomen-nasai! Are you two ok?" The teen asked in distress. 

Stella then said, "Yeah, we are fi-" 

"No! We are not ok!" The man interrupted. "You made me drop my ring! I was saving a lot of money for that! You owe me $1500!" 

The white-haired teen looked at the older guy in confusion and said "Ring?" He then realized and brought up his hand. "Oh, you mean this ring?" He gave the ring to the man, who was surprised.  

"What the, how? It's perfectly intact?" 

"Well as I was running, I felt as if I bumped into something, so I turned around and I saw the ring falling. So out of reflex, I grabbed the ring. No biggie" The boy said laughing rubbing the back of his head. 

'Reflex??!! What kind of exercise is this kid doing??' The couple both thought in awe. 

"Well, I gotta get going, I hope you two have a good married life!" The kid was about to run off, but Stella then asked him. 

"Wait, what's your name?" 

The kid turned with a smile with a thumbs up. 

"Mirai Clock!!" 




Episode 1: Henshin! 2019! 




"Well, This it, huh?" 

Mirai was in front of a huge building with a bunch of teenagers walking into it. According to the sign, this was known as Canterlot High School. 

Mirai took a deep breath. "Ok, dude. Breathe. Just because you're in a public school for the first time, doesn't mean you should freak out. Just remember, have high hopes and make some friends." 

He went to open the door but someone slammed the door on him. As the person walked off, Mirai was a little dizzy but he shrugged it off. He then went inside. 

Seeing a lot of people while walking in the foyer kinda overwhelmed but despite this, he walked on until he got into the main office. 

"Um, hello? Is the vice principal here? I'm new here." Mirai said. A woman in her 40's with Dark blue skin and Dark blue hair which strangely had some stars on it walked in. 

"Why yes, hello, I'm vice-principal Luna, how can I help you?" Luna said with a mature smile. 

"Um, my name is Mirai Clock, I'm here to get my schedule." 

Luna went into her documents and grabbed a piece of paper and handed it to Mirai. "Here you go, young man, I hope you have a nice 2 years here." 

Mirai said his thanks and got out of the office. 



Mirai looked at his schedule in front of a room and confirmed it was the right room for his 1st period. "Math, huh?" He went in and he saw a bunch of teens talking to each other. 

He sat in a seat in the far back since it was the only seat that was not taken. 

'Should I try talking to one of them? No, I probably shouldn't be in their business. I shouldn't rush.' 

A middle-aged man with a toupee walks into the class, gaining Mirai's attention. He then called out "Ok, simmer down class" Which made the class be quiet. 

"Alright, according to the news I got, we supposedly have a new student today, can Mirai Clock stand up and introduce himself?" 

Mirai stood up making everyone look up at him. With a bit of nervousness, Mirai said "Hello, I'm Mirai Clock, this is my first time in a Public School because I've been homeschooled my whole life, but please don't treat me any different than anyone else, and I hope we can all be friends!" That last part, he said it with a wide smile. 

He heard a "Tch" coming from someone, but he didn't pay any mind. He sat back down to his seat, ready to listen. 

"Ok class, before we start who can tell me the answer to this problem?" The teacher said pointing to the board. A hand was raised and out of impulse, everyone looked at the raised hand. 

An orange-skinned girl with hair that had streaks of red and orange, blue eyes, a purple shirt that had a sun on it, a leather jacket, and a skirt was raising her hand. "The answer is x to the second power minus 17x plus 72." 

The teacher said in a bored expression "As usual, Sunset Shimmer, you're correct." 

"Well, would you expect any less from the best?" Sunset said with a smirk on her face. 

Mirai got this odd vibe when she smirked, like a feeling she's about to do something. 'Maybe I should talk to her after class' 

The class hour went by. It was just a basic lesson, so Mirai was able to get through it fine. The bell rang and all the students were leaving. 

Mirai saw sunset going so he caught up to her at the door. 

"Um, hello, you probably remember me from earlier, my name is Mirai, I was wondering-" 

"You're in my way......" 

Mirai froze a bit at this comment as he saw a sharp glare from her for a second before she walked off. 

Mirai looked at her as she walked off. "Who is she?" 



Time passed by fast for Mirai. He went through his next 2 periods like it was nothing. This was because the whole all he could think about is that Sunset girl. He couldn't stop thinking of that odd vibe she emitted. 

"EE HEEMMM!!!!" 

Mirai got out of his thoughts when the coach fake coughed. Mirai's 3rd period was gym. 

"For the tenth time, can you please introduce yourself, new kid!" 

"Oh, right! Sorry!" Mirai stood up and introduced himself and then sat back down. 

"Alright, You maggots! Just because there's a new kid here doesn't mean I gotta go easy on ya. You will sweat! You will cry! You will bleed! So we are gonna try one of the most hardcore games ever.......... Dodgeball!!!!" The coach said in a dramatic way. 

Mirai was confused about this statement. 'Really? I don't think dodgeball is that bad.' 

"And the ones who will be team captains are rainbow dash and Lightning dust!!" The coach yelled pointing to a girl with blue skin with rainbow hair and a girl of the same age with teal skin and yellowish hair. 

After the coach revealed that, everyone except Mirai started sweating. 

Rainbow Dash and Lightning dust picked their teams. Mirai was on Lightning Dust's team. 

Before the game started, Lightning dust called out for her teammates. All of them including Mirai walked up to her. 

"There's one thing I need to say to you all.......... You better not mess this up for me!! There is no way I am losing to Rainbow Crash!! Not today!!!" She yelled while her teammates nodded in fear. 

Mirai spoke up "Um, aren't you over-exaggerating a little bit, I mean, It's just dodge-Mmm!!!!" A hand was clasped on his mouth as a random guy said "Dude, just don't" 

The coach said "Noooooowww...... Start!!!!" 

Dodgeballs were being thrown everywhere. A bunch of people were getting hit. Mirai was able to successfully evade them. Lightning Dust and Rainbow dash were staring down at each other intensely while throwing dodgeballs at each other. They must have some kind of rivalry. 

While Mirai was evading dodgeballs, he saw one aiming fast at a girl with dark purple skin and hair who wasn't looking. Mirai was about to run at her to get her out of the way until he saw another guy throw himself at her to evade the ball. 

The girl relieved the ball didn't hit her, looked up, and said "Oh, thank yo-" her eyes widened when she saw who it was and pushed the guy off her. "I did not ask for your help, you creep!!!" 

Mirai ran up to them "Wait a minute, why'd you push him? Didn't he just help you?" 

As the girl was about to answer, 3 dodgeballs hit the 3 of them at the same time. They looked at the source and saw that Rainbow dash was in a position of a person who threw something. 

'Wait, but...... 3 dodgeballs....... 2 arms........how??!!' Mirai thought in confusion. 

Spitfire ticked said "Hey! You 3! What the hell are you doing! You're supposed to be dodging!!" Then a dodgeball hit her arm. 

"Rainbow dash's team wins!!!!" The coach yelled while Rainbow jumped up and down in excitement. 

"Now since the other team lost because of their lack of teamwork, they have to run 10 laps around the gym and have to do 10 pushups at the end of each lap!!" 

Mirai said with eyes wide open "Wait, What?" 



"Ow, my arm" 

Mirai was rubbing his arm since the intense workout had kind of a toll on him. He was walking through the hallway. 

"What is up with everybody? It's like people are at each other's throats or something. Like those rainbow and lightning girls," Mirai was thinking about them, imagining them with sharp teeth with the words win, win, win around them. Mirai shuddered a bit at that thought. 

Mirai then thought about that guy from gym class. "What was the deal between that guy and the girl? Did something happen between them? Is it perhaps......? a lovers quarrel?" 

He went closer to the cafeteria as he talked to himself. "Hmm.... probably not. Well, I can't think about anything on an empty stomach, time to eat." With a smile on his face, Mirai ran to the cafeteria. 

When he looked at the cafeteria, he saw a bunch of students dancing? And singing? And wearing pony ears and tails? 

"I had a big breakfast anyway" Mirai turned and walked back into the hallway. 



After that............. event.........., Mirai went through his other classes. For some reason, people were wearing fake pony ears. Mirai heard it was because of this fall formal thing that's happening tonight. People were more cheery than usual. Mirai was thinking of talking to someone but he kinda felt like he shouldn't. 

Soon enough the final bell rang, so all the students went their separate ways. A bunch of them were talking about what they should wear or about the fall formal or where they gonna go with their dates after. Mirai was just walking off with a sad expression. 

"What should I do? Should I take a walk or just go straight home? It's not like I have a lot to do" Mirai wondered. 

Mirai decided to take a long walk around the town then go to that one place he liked to eat at. 

The walk he went on was particularly a long one like 2 or 3 hours. It's not that it was a big town, it's that he kept going in circles thinking to himself. He finally went to his favorite café. He sat at a seat for a while thinking there until one of the clerks asked him to order food. 

"Oh, sorry about that! I would like a double cheeseburger and some root beer" 

When Mirai was about to eat his food, his phone vibrated. He got it out of his pocket and saw a call on his phone. He answered it. 

"Hey!!!..... Yeah, my school day was fine....... Yes, I introduced myself........ I don't think I made any friends yet, but I think I'm getting there!!" 

Mirai thought to himself for a bit and said "Hey...... um, I've been thinking........ should I really be doing this.......... you know, going to school..........yes, I know, that grandpa wanted this......... but shouldn't I be focusing for when they come........ I kinda feel like that is the priority.......... whatever, my food is getting cold, I'll see ya at the house k? Bye." Mirai hung up and ate his food. When he finished, he walked out of the café. 

As he walked out, his shoulder bumped into someone else's. Out of impulse, he looked at the person. The person had a hoodie on so he couldn't really see the face of that person. He did notice a bit of orange hair popping out of the hoodie. Also, the person had 2 other hooded figures following them. Mirai paid no mind not wanting to judge and left. 

On his way walking home, he saw his school from a mile. He then paid no mind to it and tried to walk by it. When he was looking at the ground of the sidewalk, he saw something at the corner of his eye. He looked at the origin of the thing, and when he saw it, his eyes were wide open. 

In front of the school, he saw 6 girls. One with light purple skin and hair with streaks of dark and light purple, One with white skin and dark purple hair, that rainbow dash girl from gym class, one with yellow skin and pink hair, one with orange skin and blonde hair, and one with pink skin and equally pink hair. What Mirai took notice of was that they all for some reason had actual pony ears at the top of the heads and their hair was long to make it look like tails. The purple girl, rainbow girl, and yellow girl had wings matching their skin color. 

Floating in the air was this red-skinned demon girl with black and red wings, claws for fingers, fire hair, and some crown on her head. 

Mirai ran behind a bush to see closer. He also saw that other students were in some kind of hypnosis state. Mirai looked at the demon girl. He then realized who it was. 

'Wait a minute, is that sunset? How? Is this what she was planning on doing? Is she one of them? Should I.........' Mirai thought while getting in a stance like he was gonna do something. He then noticed the six girls were floating in the air. 

The six girls held hands and a bright light engulfed them. A double helix rainbow shot to the ground and a rainbow shot at sunset engulfing her in a rainbow tornado. 'What the frick is with all these rainbows???!!!' Mirai thought with a whole lot of confusion. 

He closed his eyes out of impulse and heard sunset screaming. When the rainbows died down, Mirai opened his eyes, he saw that the 6 girls were back on the ground, the students were back to normal, and there was a crater where Sunset was. 

Wait......... 

'Holy crap!!!! Did they just kill her!!!! I mean I think she was kind of unpleasant, but that's no reason to kill someone!!!' Mirai thought in surprise. 

The purple girl walked up to the crater and looked at the center of it. 

"You will never rule Equestria. Any power you have had in this world is-" 

"Shut up." A voice interrupted from the crater. A hand went up and pulled itself out of the crater. It turned out to be sunset who was hurt and in her normal state. 

She had an angry expression and said "I was her first student, I should be princess, not you! You all defied me, so this will be your punishment!" She revealed a red rectangular object in her hands with a button on it. 

Mirai recognized what it was 'Is that........? It is!' 

Sunset pressed the button and it announced 

Heat!! 

She put the object on her wrist and a bright light engulfed her. When the light dies down, It reveals a red and orange monster-like person in sunset's place who appeared to have no eyes and a human-like mouthpiece. 

Sunset looked at herself and said in glee "That person was right! This does feel good!" She looked at some students and fired at them with flames. The students evaded them successfully, but this attempt made them run. The 2 principals were helping them evacuate while the 6 girls stayed. 

Rainbow dash yelled "Don't get cocky just because you look different" She flew up and fired some kind of rainbow blast at Sunset, but it didn't seem to affect her at all. 

The purple girl said in surprise "Magic doesn't affect her." Sunset jumped really high and punched Rainbow to the ground. Rainbow's friends went to her to see if she was ok. The orange-skinned girl got angry and ran to sunset to punch her, but Sunset was able to catch the fist. 

"Now, now, Applejack, haven't you dirtied your hands enough?" Sunset said mockingly then headbutted applejack in the face making her fly to the ground. 

"This power is amazing! I don't even have to make people bow down to me, I just gotta kill some before they do bow! And I'll start with you six!" 

"No, you won't." 

Sunset and the others looked at where the voice came from. They saw that Mirai walking until he was between Sunset and the six girls. "You won't be killing anyone today." Mirai said in a serious expression. 

"Heh, so you're gonna defy me too?" 

"Probably, I don't even know you, so" 

Ticked, Sunset threw a ball of fire at Mirai. Right before it could hit him, Mirai jumped sideways to evade it. 

"Look, I don't know about this stuff about Equestria or pony ears you're all about, but there's one thing I do know, I'm not gonna let you kill anyone! Not again!" 



Mirai is seen in a room, crying, shaking an elderly person who appeared to be... 

"Grandpa? Grandpa?! GRAAAAANNDDDPAAAA!!!!!!" 



Suddenly 2 things appear in his hands. On his left hand was this belt thing that was silver, had 2 slots on opposite vertical ends of the belt and a rectangle screen. On his right hand, was this pocket watch like thing that had a symbol on the top and 2018 on the bottom. 

"And I will be the one to make that come true." 

Mirai latched the belt on his waist making it, latch around him 

Ziku-Driver!! 

Mirai turned the faceplate of the watch, 90 degrees clockwise revealing some kind of face. He then pressed the top button. 

Zi-O!! 

He enters the watch into the right slot of the driver. Mirai then pressed the button on top of the driver. Behind him, a transparent clock with giant hands appeared behind him. Mirai inhaled and exhaled and yelled "Henshin!" And turned the drivers face 360 degrees counterclockwise. 

Rider Time!! Kamen Rider Zi-O!! 

Giant magenta Japanese katakana appeared on the clock and went in the air as the clock disappeared. Then a bunch of silver bands went around Mirai forming a suit. As the bands disappeared, It revealed an armored warrior in a black armor suit with silver and pink on his chest and shoulders, a silver band running across the top part of the body, a white faceplate with arrows that resembled a clock saying 10:10, and an incomplete black visor. The Japanese katakana turned small and went on his black visor forming a complete face. 

The six girls were in awe of what they were seeing. Rainbow dash walked up to the purple girl and asked "Twilight? Is that guy from where you come from too?" 

"No, well I don't think so, his armor doesn't necessarily look like equestrian magic" Twilight answered rubbing her finger underneath her chin. 

"That's because it isn't." 

The main six jumped when a strange man with a coat and scarf suddenly appeared beside them. He also had an open book with no title in his hands. The man walked up to Mirai and looked at him in awe. 

"IWAE! For he is the one who will inherit the power of all riders, the one who will be your hero, the prince of time, his name is Kamen Rider Zi-O! Prepare, yourselves, for this is the start of an amazing new Era." 

Mirai then ran to Sunset, with Sunset going to a battle stance. Their fight is starting. They are trying to punch one another, but the other is evading. While they are fighting, one of the girls raises their hand, the yellow-skinned one in fact. The strange man asked "Yes, young Fluttershy?" 

"Ok, um, first, how do you know my name, and, um, if it's not much of a bother, um, who are you." 

"Well, for the first question, I have my ways, and secondly, my name is rider prophet Woz. What I do is praise the great events that are going to happen in all of history." Woz then pointed to the fight. 

"And that right there is the first of many." 

The six of them thought "So, he's basically a preacher?" 

K, getting back to the fight..... 

Sunset made a bunch of fire to throw at Mirai. Mirai is able to successfully run to evade. He ran to her. He threw a bunch of punches at her and she kept evading him. 

She jumped back and asked "Tell me something, won't you? How come you're trying to help these people? You don't seem to know them. So, what is your reason?" 

Mirai clenched his fists and yelled "You really think I'm trying to gain some motive? You idiot! I'm helping them because that's what a hero does! They make sure that people don't have to get hurt!" 

While Mirai was talking, he didn't notice that Sunset was running with a really fiery fist. "You know, if you want to be a hero so much, you shouldn't really get distracted." She then punches him in the chest, but it doesn't seem to faze him. This surprises her. 

"Wha- How!!!" 

Woz then spoke up "You see, Zi-O's chest armor is made of a metal coating known as Graphenium Coat which raises durability." 

Mirai then raises his right arm and punches Sunset in the face. This caused her to fly 10 feet into the air. 

Woz then exclaimed "His forearm armor is also filled with shock-absorbent material known as Amsein which absorbs and releases physical attacks and his hands are filled with Graphenium Bite units, raising his punching power." 

Mirai, hearing Woz, was looking at his hands saying "Rider power is amazing! I didn't know they were this powerful." 

He looked at Sunset. He saw that she was putting her hands together, with energy coming out of them. He figured out that she was making a big fire blast. Mirai then thought 'I better summon it.' 

Sunset made a huge fireball and threw it at Mirai and it was coming fast. When It was gonna come in contact with him, the fireball was split in half. It was then revealed that Mirai had a black and silver sword with Magenta Japanese katakana.

Zikan Girade!! Ken!! 

Mirai ran up to Sunset, since she was low on energy, he decided to take advantage of the situation, and use his sword to slash at her. On his final slash, she went up into the air. When this happened, Mirai saw his chance. He pressed his watch and belt's buttons. 

Finish Time!! 

Many Japanese katakana appeared and circled sunset. Mirai jumped and while in the air, he turned his belt counter-clockwise. 

Time Break!! 

The katakana merged into one, and they went onto Mirai's right foot. He yelled out a terrific battle cry. 

"Rider Kick!!" 

The kick made contact with sunset who was still in the air, causing an explosion, defeating her. Landing, Mirai was on the other side of the crater. Mirai turned around and looked down at the crater. Sunset was there, groaning. 

Mirai looked at her in relief and sighed. 

'I was afraid I killed her for a sec' 
> Episode 2: Who I am!

Mirai looked at the crater that Sunset was groaning in. He felt something inside him. It was relief that was flooding him. 

'I am at the first step, of my goal,' Mirai thought, smiling.

Woz walked up to Mirai in amazement. "My prince, that was incredible, you have transformed for the first time and beat a kaijin, a dopant no less!"

Mirai chuckled a bit "Yeah, thanks. Um, is she gonna be ok, i know she's breathing, but i kind of kicked her face. Like, real hard."

"She'll be just fine. Your rider kick made sure not to really injure since she was almost the same level as you and that she had some kind of pure heart. But never mind that for now because tell me, how do you feel right now?" Woz asked in anticipation.

"Well, now thinking back to it, when I transformed, it sort of felt overwhelming. Like this huge burst of power was surging in my veins. But I didn't really care about that, because all what was in my head was to save these people........." Mirai answered looking at the six girls and looking blankly for a second.

Worried, Woz said "My prince? What's the ma-"

"SSSSSSSSHHHHHHHIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Mirai screamed in the air.

"My prince? What's wrong? Are you hurt?"

Mirai, with wide eyes under his helmet, looked at Woz and yelled "I just transformed! In front of those 6!" pointing at the main six.

Woz gasped "Oh my goodness! Forgive my lord, but how could you let this happen?! We are supposed to keep this a secret."

Mirai yelled "I know!"One of the girls, Twilight, walked up to the two and asked "Um, what are you two talking about? Keep what secret?"

Mirai and Woz looked at Twilight. Mirai then straight up looked at Woz and said "Let's get out of here, now!"

Woz nodded. He somehow made his scarf longer and wrapped it around himself and Mirai. The scarf tornado turned into nothing and then the two were gone.

The main six looked confused. Rainbow dash irritated said "Man, first the new kid steals our thunder and he has a magic hipster sidekick?!"

The white skinned girl with purple hair said "Although, the scarf looked rather gorgeous."

Rainbow then said "Shaddup Rarity."

Twilight then said "Girls, let's not worry about that right now. Let's just talk to Sunset and see if she is okay." They all walked towards Sunset who was getting up.



On the ceiling of a building across the school, out of nowhere the scarf tornado reappeared.

The scarf tornado went smaller and turned into a normal scarf, revealing Woz and Mirai who was breathing hard.

Mirai then fell and sat down to calm down. He tapped on the right side of his neck with 2 fingers. His helmet then disappeared showing his face. This helped him calm down.

Woz looked at Mirai with worry and said "Are you alright, my prince"

" Y- Yeah, I'm fine" Mirai nodded in reassurance.

They both looked on at the main six who were talking to Sunset. 

Woz then sighed "This is an inconvenient predicament we have here" 

Mirai looked at Woz and said "have any ideas?"

Woz came up with one and said "Ok, here's the plan, first I follow each of them around...."

Mirai nodded "Uh-huh"

"And then I walk up to them....." Woz continued.

Mirai nodded "uh-huh"

"And then I use my scarf to choke the living daylights out of them, and destroy the evidence." Woz said with a sadistic grin.

"What?! No!" Mirai said surprised that Woz would think that.

"Ok my prince, but I have nothing else in mind" Woz said.

Mirai looked at the girls and said "Ok, we just tell them the truth."

Woz looked at Mirai with wide eyes "But, my lord, your secret!"

Mirai said "They already saw me transform, so it probably could be easier to just tell em to make sure they don't randomly tell other people about me. Plus telling them probably could help us find out who gave sunset one of W's memories. Too bad, I destroyed it." 

Woz looked at him confused "What are you implying, my prince? I have it right here" showing the heat memory in his hand.

Mirai stood up surprised "Wait a minute, when did you get that?"

"While we were escaping I noticed it on the ground, so I picked it up on our way." Woz explained.

Mirai then said "Alright then, now how should I tell them the truth"

"Don't worry my lord, I have a plan." Woz said with a smile.




Episode 2: Who I am!

"9 5 DO? What kind of shop name is that."

There shows a store that had some japanese words with the english translation under it. There was some clocks in display.

In front of the store were six girls, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Applejack, a happy pink skinned girl, and Sunset.

Rainbow said with a piece of paper on her hands "wonder what this jerk wants"

The pink-skinned girl then said "Come on Dashie. Don't call people jerks. Maybe he invited us here so we could welcome him to our town. Or maybe he doesn't have any friends and he didn't want to be lonely! Or maybe....." Then applejacks hand clamped on pinkie's mouth to quiet her down.

"Ok, Pinkie, simmer down. I know you are friendly to everyone, but we should keep our guards up, because we barely know this boy." Applejack said.

"He probably doesn't want us to know he has powers, so he's probably gonna kill us or something." Rainbow said

"Eep!!"

That small noise came from fluttershy who was hiding behind rarity.

Rarity smiled and said "It's ok, darling, rainbow doesn't mean it. But just in case something happens rainbow and applejack will protect us okay?" Fluttershy nodded.

They all went inside. Then they saw a bunch of different clocks. Grandfather clocks, watches, even digital clocks. Behind the counter they see Mirai in a black t shirt and pants fixing part of a clock. He looked up and saw the six girls and walked from the counter smiling.

"Hello! Welcome to my home and the place I work at. Would you like anything to eat at all?"

Rainbow then said "Cut the act, buster. We just wanna know why you invited us here."

Applejack then said "and why is your choice of lettering, so strange" holding an arrow.

"Sorry, but I had to both be out of sight and let you know where to go."

Woz appeared in view saying this. He said this because his plan was to use an arrow with a letter that said "If you want to know the truth and who I am, go to this address from Mirai clock." To each of them.

Woz added "Also speak kindly to him, for he is the prince of time."

Applejack said "Prince of what now??"

"Ok let me explain, but first weren't there supposed to be seven of you?" Mirai asked counting only six girls.

"Um, well you see young man, she was visiting from out of town so she is currently not here" Rarity said clearly lying, but Mirai shrugged it off.

Mirai then walked behind the counter and faced the wall and said "KR." A piece of the wall slid up which showed a red orb, a screen, and number pad. 

A voice came from the red orb.

"Mirai Clock: Authorized"

"Woz: Authorized"

"6 unknown individuals: not under authorization"

"Enter code in t-minus 60 seconds"

Mirai then entered a code on the screen.

Then next to that number pad, an elevator appeared. Mirai then motioned everyone to get in an elevator.

They all went in, and the elevator closed. They all felt it going down and as they stopped, the elevator opened and they all walked out and the main six were surprised at what they saw.

They saw a huge room with a bunch of computer screens and a main one. The room was mostly blue. There were some door ways that had a training room, a living room.

Also went they went into the main room, they were passing a railway with on the left 15 holograms of strange masked warriors, sunset noticed one of which was monster like in appearance. On the right, there was a hologram of zi o lined up with 19 other warriors much more diverse in appearance than the ones on the left side.

Rainbow had only one thing in her mind 'What the hell is this'

Woz said "Iwae! Welcome to the Chamber of Riders!"

"Chamber of Riders?" Sunset said feeling something familiar about this place.

Mirai nodded and noticed some bruises on Sunset's arms. He then walked up to her and said "Hey, you're still a little hurt. Let me help you." He then grabbed her arm softly.

"No thank you, It's fine." Sunset said. But then as Mirai was putting his other hand in front of her arm, his hand had a magenta aura and her minor scrapes and bruises suddenly heal in 2 seconds. Sunset suddenly raised her arm up in confusion.

Rainbow in surprise said "Woah! You have magic too!!??" 

Woz said "It is not magic! It is my prince's power. He is able to heal injuries or in other word "reverse time on your wounds". Also speak in respect to the prince of time!"

Applejack said straight to Mirai "He keeps on saying that, but what does it mean. Aren't you gonna explain what's going on."

Mirai looked down at her and nodded. He turned around and said "My grandfather was a great man. My mother died when I was born. And my father and grandmother died before they could even see me. So growing up it was just me and my grandfather." 

The main six felt bad for him but applejack asked "Ok, but what does that have to do with this."

Mirai turned to face her with a slight anger in his eyes and said "everything." He then straightened himself up and calmed himself and said "Growing up my Grandpa told me about these stories. There were so much of them, I always thought he should publish them, but he kinda thought he shouldn't. These stories were about heroes whose abilities were connected to evil, but they used these abilities to fight for justice."

He continued on. "He told me stories about 2 cyborgs, A man whose family was murdered, a loyal scientist, a robotics expert, a boy raised in the wild, a man who wanted revenge, a robotics scientist, a man who wanted to be an astronaut, A loyal brother, a child of the sun, a man who turned into a monster, a lab assistant, a man who was resurrected, a man who has many talents, an amnesiac, a man who had to fight in a battle, a man with no dreams, a man who had to fight fate, an oni, a man who had to walk the path of heaven, an unlucky boy possessed by demons, a ghost boy, a traveler of worlds, 2 detectives, a man with no desire, a high school student, a wizard, a normal boy who became a god, a cop, a ghost, a gamer doctor, a genius and a demon king"

The main six stood amazed that there was such a variety and that he was able to remember all that.

"Whenever I had a hard time in my life, my grandpa always told me the stories and it cheered me right up. Heck, even when we were in a normal conversation, he still told me those stories, and even then I listened. The stories inspire me to be my best and they gave me hope." Mirai said with some slight tears.

The main six still were amazed. Rainbow dash was gonna ask what does this have to do with his abilities, but she had a feeling this was leading to something.

Mirai then said "and one day......."




Saturday June 15, 2019


Mirai walked into the shop with 3 bags. The shop was closed since it was a saturday.

"Gramps, I'm home. I brought the ingredients for ramen tonight. It was kinda a hassle, I had to go to 3 different stores. Just try not to burn it" Mirai said putting the bags on the counter. He was confused that he didn't hear his grandpa's reply.

"Gramps? You here?" He said while walking into the living room. When he entered, his eyes widened at what they saw.

On the floor, his grandpa was laying down on his side and his breathing seemed slow. Mirai ran to his grandpa with tears in his eyes. He laid him down and called for him. 

"Grandpa? Grandpa, what happened?" Mirai said worried.

"Mirai" His grandpa said in a weak voice.

"D-Don't w-worry. I'll heal you and we can see w-what's wrong." Mirai said barely keeping back his tears while using his hands to heal him.

His grandpa was moving his arm. Mirai then said "Grandpa, p-please don't move." He then noticed his grandpa was reaching something in Mirai's inner jacket pockets. His grandpa took out this strange black stopwatch.

His grandpa then put it in Mirai's hands. Grandpa then whispered to Mirai "find them....." He then closed his eyes. 

"W-w-wait, who, find who? Grandpa? Grandpa?! GRAAAAANNDDDPAAAA!!!!!!" Mirai says with streams of tears running across his face.

He faces the ceiling and screams in anguish. What he didn't notice that a clock symbol appeared in front of the stopwatch. It is then engulfed in a light.

Zi-O!!



The main six looked at mirai in sadness. To hear that someone Mirai was close to and inspired by just died, It saddened them.

Mirai was rubbing his eyes when he felt a huge weight on hisbody. He opened his eyes, he saw Rarity hugging him.

"Oh my goodness! We are so sorry for judging you and about your grandfather." Rarity said.

"Thank you. But, um, can you let go me please?" Mirai said blushing, feeling 2 specific somethings on his body in the hug. Rarity let go.

Mirai coughed in his hand and continued explaining "The hospital claimed his death was from a heart attack, and me grieving, I decided not to question it. A few days later, I noticed one of the clocks were loose, so I took it off the wall to get fixed, and behind the clock I saw a note that said "KR" and "18651859159". I read the first part and suddenly the keypad appeared. I typed in the number and well you probably know the rest."

"When I went into the chamber of Riders, I was confused then Woz appeared and showed me a video of my grandfather. Where my grandfather explained everything."

Sunset asked "explained what exactly?"

Mirai faced her and said "That the stories were not stories. They were heroes from a completely different universe known as the kamen riders." He pointed at the railing with the holograms of the identical bug-like riders.

"Those ones right there are Kamen riders Ichigo, Nigo, V3, Riderman, X, Amazon, Stronger, Skyrider, Super-1, ZX, Black, Black RX, Shin, ZO, and J. They were known as the Showa Riders. They fought hard to make sure the world had peace. They achieved this goal. But there was only a little bit of peace. " 

"Little bit of peace? What do you mean?" Fluttershy asked a bit scared.

"Usually Showa Riders fought organizations run by humans, but in the beginning of the 21st century, groups run by monsters and supernatural forces appeared to threaten humanity. But thankfully, new riders came to fight them off." Mirai pointed at the other railing.

"Those ones are called Kamen Riders Kuuga, Agito, Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Hibiki, Kabuto, Den-O, Kiva, Decade, W, OOO, Fourze, Wizard, Gaim, Drive, Ghost, Ex-Aid, Build, and Zi-O. They were known as the Heisei Riders. They were different from the Showa riders since their abilities were more supernatural."

Mirai then faced the main six with a serious expression and said "My grandfathers name was Sougo Tokiwa and he was known as Kamen Rider Zi-O, the kind demon king!"

The main six were surprised. Rainbow asked "Wait? Demon King? Is that why your hipster friend kept calling you Prince?"

Woz nodded. "Yes, because he is the descendant of king Zi-O, and I'm not a hipster, this is normal attire where I'm from."

Sunset asked "Wait a minute, if he's a Kamen Rider, how did he get here?"

Mirai then said "Well, there was an organization by the name of Dai-Shocker, they are the culmination of revived enemies of Kamen Riders, they made a device that would open a portal to a universe without Kamen Riders, The kamen riders came to stop them, while they were fighting the lesser Kaijin, the main leader and his Kaijin escaped, and they destroyed the controls. Thankfully Ichigo was able to save the coordinates and able to make it so, that they can pass the portal for a few seconds. The 19 heisei riders decided to transfer their full powers to my grandfather so he can go to this alternate world and pick some individuals that can aid him in the fight. He passed through, but something happened."

Pinkie asked "What? Oh no! Did he mutate??!!"

Mirai looked at her weirdly for a sec. "Uh, No. The machine malfunctioned, so instead of coming here in 2019, he came here in 1972."

Applejack said "that's why you were able to be born here."

Mirai nodded "He had no way to contact the other riders, so he settled and fell in love with my grandmother. Then they had a kid. And you know the rest. After I learned this, I decided to train the past few months to become stronger. And that it is my job to find the riders."

Rainbow dash asked "wait, how are you gonna find them, though? There's like 7 billion people in the world."

Woz then said "Waga Mao picked the people of this town to become riders. We can narrow them down to that. Plus when they face a Kaijin, their rider power will most likely awaken." He looked at Sunset with a slight glare and said "I must ask young Sunset, How did you get a Heat memory and turned into a Kaijin?"

Sunset scratched the back of her head nervously and said "Well, um, a couple days before I, you know, turned into a demon, heh, I was walking on the sidewalk when a strange hooded figure called out to me. I was about to walk away, but I stopped when they said that they could give me ultimate power. They handed me the USB thing and walked away."

Woz stroked his chin. "Dai-shocker must have been mass-producing W's memories."

Applejack asked "W's memories?"

Woz said "You see, the 11th heisei rider, Kamen Rider W, were a 2 in 1 Kamen Rider. He used memories based on which side to change forms. The heat memory were one of the 4 memories his right side used."

A phone notification was rung from rainbow's phone and she checked it. "Oh, I have to go, tonight's steak and I can't miss it. See ya." She headed for the elevator followed by the other girls who also had things to do.

Mirai was staring at Sunset while she left. After the elevator went up, Woz asked "My prince? What's wrong?"

Mirai answered "It's Sunset. She looked........ broken."

Mirai was walking into the hallway at school. He was thinking to himself. 'Should I go find Sunset and talk to her? Would she want to talk to me?'

Mirai heard a noise and looked up. He saw a bunch of students in a small crowd. He walked up to the crowd and his eyes widened.

He saw Lightning Dust from gym class punching and kicking someone, and that someone was sunset. She was on the ground with scrapes and bruises.

Lightning Dust said "What, are you gonna at least try to stop me, your highness? It doesn't feel good to be hurt, huh?" She kicked Sunset on the stomach.

"Hey!"

Lightning dust and everyone else looked at Mirai who walked between Lightning dust and Sunset.

He faced Lightning dust and said "Why do you keep insisting on hitting her?"

Lighting with an annoyed expression said "For the past few years she has had everyone under her thumb. She is a monster. She deserves to get hurt!"

Mirai sighed and looked down "I see."

Lightning dust was about to punch Sunset again, when Mirai's hand caught the fist. She was confused about this.

Mirai put his head up showing a completely angry face. "But I won't let you!!"

"I won't let you hurt her!!!!!!!" In a swift second, Mirai punched her straight at the face, causing her to fall down. Everyone looked at Mirai at shock.

'I won't allow her to get hurt! As long as I'm alive!'

Mirai stood between a hurt Sunset and a surprised crowd. He looked down with an angry expression at Lightning Dust. 

Lightning Dust got up holding on to her cheek. She then said "What the hell?! Whose side are you on! Didn't you hear what I ju-"

"I heard you! You damn idiot!!"

Lightning Dust went silent at the interruption. Mirai says "Look, I barely have been at this school to know how you feel, but whatever she did is no excuse to hurt her, especially when she has no way to defend herself!"

Mirai then looked at the rest of the crowd watching. "That goes for you too! A defenseless girl is getting hurt, and you do nothing to help her! You disgust me!" A few people looked down in shame.

Lightning Dust was ticked off someone would talk to her like that. She raised her arm for a punch. "Why, you-!" She froze.

Mirai was glaring at her. In fact, he was the only one glaring. But to Lightning Dust, it felt different. She felt as if there were many other people around Mirai glaring intensely at her. 

The feeling was getting intense. She fell onto the floor, sitting down. Tears were streaming down her face. She looked down on the floor.

Mirai turned around and crouched to Sunset. "Sunset, are you okay? Sunset?" He looked at her to see that she was falling into unconsciousness. "Sunset!" 

She picked her up by her back and legs and yelled "Where is the Nurse!"

"I know where it is......" A quiet voice said.

Mirai looked to see it was Fluttershy who said it. "Show me the way, please" Mirai said worryingly. 

Fluttershy ran to the direction which Mirai followed her.

While running, Mirai looked at Sunset in his arms.

'Don't worry Sunset, I will make sure that you're okay.'




Episode 3: I will help her




When they finally got to their way in, they told the nurse what happened. She took Sunset in to her office to tend to her.

While the Nurse was helping Sunset, Mirai and Fluttershy were outside in the waiting room. Mirai was looking down at the floor.

Fluttershy put her hand on Mirai's shoulder. This caused Mirai to put his head up and look at her.

"Um, are you okay?" Fluttershy asking in her usual quiet voice. 

"Ye- Yeah, I'm good." Mirai said, even though he was still slightly nervous about Sunset.

"Um, I noticed something earlier, Sunset looked less hurt then she did earlier when I met up with you." Fluttershy said.

Mirai looked at her for a second and then said "Oh.. Oh! Yeah, I used up my powers to its extent to heal some of her wounds."

"It's extent?"

"Yeah. There's a limit to how much I can use my healing abilities. I don't know exactly how much so I have to be careful. If I use too much I will collapse."

"How long have you had these powers of yours?"

"Since I was 4 or 5, Grandpa bumped his arm really hard once, My arms were hovering over his arm because I was looking at it. Then, his arm got better."

Fluttershy looked up at the clock and saw the time. She looked at Mirai. "Um, there's a few minutes till classes start. Do you want me to call the others so we could stay here with you and Sunset."

Mirai shook his head slightly smiling. "No, I don't wanna inconvenience you all. I'll just stay here and wait for her."

Fluttershy smiled and nodded. She leaves the waiting room.

'You really care about her, even if you barely know her.'




Around 12:00 P.M.


Mirai was sleeping while sitting down. He felt a tap on his shoulder. He opened his eyes and the first thing he saw was a pink smiling face close to him.

"Gah!" Mirai was so surprised he literally fell off his chair. Mirai got up a bit while rubbing his head. He looked up and saw Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. He stood up and said "What are you guys doing here?"

"Fluttershy told all of us what happened to dear Sunset. We all wanted to come to be with her but we wanted to respect your wishes." Rarity said.

"Man! If I was there, I would've beat Lightning Dust so hard she would forget how to count!" Rainbow said with determination.

"No offense, but I'm quite suprised you managed to be able to land a hit on her. Only Rainbow and a very few others were able to do that." Applejack said.

Mirai laughed and said "None taken. I did have one of the strongest riders as a grandpa."

Unexpectedly, Rainbow faced Mirai with an angry face. "If you're are that strong, how come you only punched her on the face once?! You should've punched or kicked her entire body. Or at least punched her more times in the face for what she did to Sunset!"

Applejack looked at Rainbow and said "Rainbow, you shou-"

"It's fine, Applejack." Mirai interrupted, having the Main 5 look at him. 

"There was a part of me that did. A part of me really wanted to injure her in a way that would cripple her for several lifetimes. But I couldn't focus on that at the moment. All I wanted to focus on was making sure Sunset was okay." Mirai said with determination.

This statement made Rainbow look away. The room fell silent for a little while. Until....

"Awwww, don't have such a serious face Miri! It doesn't work on you!" Pinkie said who just somehow just appeared right in front of Mirai, because one second ago she was in the far right of the group. 

'Miri? And how did she spontaneously appear? Is she a Worm or something?' Mirai thought clearly in confusion.

"You need to have a smiling face for Sunset. For all the people you will help. Plus if you keep being all serious, the readers might think this crossover fanfic is really dramatic and not want to read it." Pinkie said with a cheerfully huge smile. The others look at her weirdly.

"Pinkie, what the hell are you talking about?!" Rainbow asked. Pinkie was about to answer when suddenly the Nurse appeared from her doorway.

"Um, are you 6 Sunset's friends?" the Nurse asked. The Main 5 nodded while Mirai was somewhat questioning himself if he was truly considered a friend.

The nurse then said "Ok. Well, Sunset is awake now. She had some minor wounds so I was able to tend to them. I was confused about how she was unconscious, but judging by that young boy's expression, I assumed that she must have passed out for psychological reasons." The nurse said, while Mirai was somewhat sweating because he didn't want the nurse to know that he basically healed Sunset's major wounds with rider time magic whatever powers.

"You can all come in to see her." The nurse said before walking away to give them space.

Mirai and the others walked in and saw that Sunset was getting up from her bed barely. She had a few bandages and some minor bruises that were healing. She looked at the other "What are you guys doing here?" Sunset asked in confusion. 

"Well, since it was lunch time and classes won't be open for another 20 or so minutes, we decided to visit you. It was a gosh darn good thing Mirai took you here and healed you up." Applejack said.

"Um, thank you." Sunset said while looking away. Before Mirai would say something back to her, Sunset got up and was approaching the door. Rarity then says "Are you going to eat lunch sweetie? Do you want us to come with you?"

"No, it's fine, don't worry." Sunset then left. Rainbow then walked out and said "Well, since she's not waiting for us, I won't either. I've been hungry since 3rd period." Mirai was thinking to himself to about what Sunset just said. He was wondering if she was really fine.



Mirai was leaving his 7th period writing class, which he really liked. He's been thinking of putting in a rider story in one of his assignments. He was questioning whether or not to do it because he was thinking it might be plagiarism, even though the stories were not publicly known (or at least in this universe). 

While walking, he was thinking of Sunset. She was in the same 5th and 6th period as him. Whenever he tried to talk to her at the end of each class, she quickly walked away from him. This somewhat frustrated him.

While he was walking, he heard a sound coming from his left. He looked to his left. He saw a male student a few inches taller than him who just punched Sunset in the face.

"Hah! Man, Lightning was such a wimp, like you for not actually fighting back! Are you scared or something? Well, I'll just continue what she started!" The guy was about to kick Sunset hard on the stomach. But suddenly, his face was met with a fist. He held onto his cheek wound and looked to the source and saw that Mirai was in front of him.

"You little bastard!" The guy was aiming a punch back at Mirai. Mirai evades it at the last minute and knees the guy in the stomach. The guy was clenching his stomach in pain.

"You better go and stay away from Sunset if you still wanna have kids one day!" Mirai yelled. Being scared, the guy went running in a way he can with a hurt stomach. Mirai turned around to check on Sunset. He saw that she was walking away. He went to catch up to her.

"Hey, are you okay?"

"I'm fine, I just need to walk home."

"I'll walk with you." 

"I'm fine"

"At least let me heal those wounds"

"I'll live..." Sunset started to sound irritated. 

"But you're hurt." Mirai started to sound worried.

"I said I'm fine!!" She faced Mirai with a sharp glare with tears in her eyes. This made Mirai step back. She then ran off while rubbing her eyes. Mirai wanted to follow her but for some reason he was just standing. His phone then rang. He picked up and brought the phone to talk to the caller.

"What's up Woz?"

"Hello, my prince."

"Why did you call just now?"

"Well, I had to tell you something. First, you seem to have quite the predicament with Sunset Shimmer."

"Wait, how did yo- Did you follow me to school?!"

"Affirmative, my prince. As of now, I'm camouflaging in a tree right now."

"I would say that makes you look like a crazy person, but as someone who has known you for years, that seems like the norm for you. Now what was it that you wanted to tell me?"

"Well, when I had to follow her to send her the message through a flaming arrow, I found out something about Sunset and....."

What Woz said next made Mirai run.



Sunset was in the middle of town walking. She was rubbing her eyes thinking about Mirai.

'Stupid idiot. Why would he even want to heal me? He barely even knows me. I deserve all what they do to me' Sunset thought looking at her bruises. She sighs. 'Maybe I should apologize for yelling at him. No, It would be a waste of time. He probably wants nothing to do with me.' She looks down sadly.

Suddenly, a loud scream was heard. Sunset looked up and saw a bunch of civilians running in panic. She was confused about this so she ran to the opposite direction the people were running. Her eyes widened at what she saw.

She saw a brown humanoid monster, who had orange flame looking thing on his shoulders, and blue outlines on his body. It's head had horns that made it represent a deer of some sort. The deer then saw Sunset standing in front of him. He chuckled creepily.

"Finally! A human that doesn't run from me, Shika Inves! And a nice looking one. You will interesting to kill." Shika Inves said. He was walking slowly towards her. Sunset was just standing.

'I need to run! Why am I just standing here?! Why won't my legs move! Am I gonna die here?!' Tears were running down her face. She close her eyes accepting her fate.

"UUUUURRRRRRRAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!"

Sunset opened her eyes and saw Mirai in his rider form holding his Zikan Girade in its Ken mode. The Shika Inves was holding on to a part of his chest. He puts his hand down ad shows a cut on his chest.

"Mirai? What are you doing here?" Sunset asked.

Mirai turns around to look at her. "I was trying to look for you. Then I saw people were running from something. So I transformed, in case there was a Kaijin. Looks like I was right." 

"Zi-O........." The Shika Inves said, gaining Sunset and Mirai's attention. "How in the living hell, did you come here!?" He then removes his antlers from his head to use for weapons. He charged towards Mirai.

"None of your damn business." Mirai charged back.

Mirai and the Shika Inves into a sword fight. They slashed at each other with their swords. Mirai tried to look for a weak point, but to no avail. They kept slashing at each other. When their swords went together at one point, the Shika Inves used his advantage. He used one of his swords to slash at Mirai's arm. This made him drop his Zikan Girade.

The Shika Inves slashed at Mirai, which made him fall to the floor. 

"Now that's out of the way, Time to kill you." The Inves faces Sunset and gets into a slashing position. He then felt a hand grab his shoulder. He turned around and saw Mirai stopping him.

"You will not touch her........" Mirai said. 

"You don't know when to give up huh? You're a fun guy. Guess I'll kill you first!" The Shika Inves chuckled then started slashing at Mirai. Mirai tried to charge at him, but to no avail since he was at a disadvantage. But nevertheless, Mirai kept trying to keep him away from Sunset.

Sunset was watching all of this and getting scared. Not for her, but for Mirai. 'He's gonna get killed! '

Sunset yelled "Get out of here! He's too strong! Don't worry about me, save yourself!"

Mirai looked at her to say something but he got hit by Shika Inves. Mirai kept charging at him.

"Why are you protecting me?! I don't mean anything to you!" Sunset yelled, hoping the statement would make him run away.

Mirai finally got a hard punch in. The Shika Inves was holding on to his face. Mirai looked at Sunset. "Don't you remember what I said to you. A hero protects people. They make sure they don't have to get hurt." The Shika Inves recovered and was running towards Mirai.

"And since you are my friend, I have to make sure of that more!" Sunset's eyes widened. 

'Friend?'

Shika Inves slashed at Mirai more and more. Mirai collapsed. He could barely get up. 

"Time to die, Rider scum!!!" Shika Inves prepared his antler blades for a final attack. Mirai closed his eyes, utterly accepting his fate. He was silently crying under his helmet.

'I'm sorry Grandpa, I couldn't find them. Woz, take care of Sunset and find the riders.'

Sure Sure Uchi!!!

A bunch of magenta Katakana was fired onto the Shika Inves. He stumbled a bit. Mirai opened his eyes. He saw Sunset who was holding Mirai's Zikan Girade in a gun mode.

Zyu!!!

"L..... Leave him alone!!!!!" Sunset yelled with a scared face.

'Sunset.....' Mirai looked at her.

Shika Inves looked at her and said "Just hold on there girl! Once I'm done with him, I'll kill you next. Huh?" He felt a strange feeling coming from Mirai.

"I won't let you hurt her!" Mirai got up and punched the Shika inves so hard, he dropped his swords.

"How! How are you-!" The Shika Inves was surprised.

"I won't let you do anything to Sunset!!!!!!" Mirai had this fierce aura around him. He then pressed the 2 buttons on his belt and spinned his belt..

Finish Time!!!! 

His hands started glowing magenta. He ran towards the Inves quickly. He then sent a flurry of punches at the Kaijin. 20 from one hand and 20 from the other.

"20 Rider Overdrive!!!!"

When he punched his final punch, the Inves exploded. 

"I did it." Mirai fell on the floor. He started to lose consciousness. Right before he did, he saw Sunset and Woz.



Mirai woke up. He was in a bed in another room. 'I'm in the healing room.' The healing room was one of the rooms in the chamber of riders which is used for when a rider gets injured. This works considering Woz was smarter than most doctors. He looked around and saw Sunset sitting in a chair next to him.

He sat up and Sunset walked up to him. He was shirtless and wrapped around in bandages. 

"Are you okay, Sunset?" Mirai asked.

"Me? I should be asking you that." Sunset asked.

"I'm fine. Not the worst I've. Um, ok maybe the worst I've had, but nothing I can't handle." Mirai chuckled.

Sunset looked sad and said "I'm sorry....."

This got Mirai's attention. "What? What do you mean?"

"This was my fault! I was rude to you because you wanted help me! Then I lured that monster to me, which got you hurt! Even after all that you still consider me a friend?! Why?!" Sunset yelled while crying.

Mirai looked at her. "I consider you my friend because I want to help you." This made Sunset look at him.

"This is not out of pity or anything. I want to help you. You are clearly suffering and the people at our school is not helping at all, so if no one will, I will be the one to. That is what a friend does." 

Sunset started crying. But the tears were becoming ones of joy.

"And I'm still not done helping, because Woz told me about your home life." This got Sunset's attention.

"He told me that you don't have a home. You sleep in a abandoned warehouse, with just a blanket and pillow and a few sets of clothes. It's not a safe environment for someone to live in and that's why....... I want you to live with me and Woz."

After those words, Sunset quickly hugged Mirai while crying. Her head was deep into his chest. He hugged her back.

"Thank you....."

Tuesday, October 1st


"So you're telling me that you come from a world of horses and magic, was the student of a 1000-year-old demigod princess pony who is the counterpart of our principal, where you were power hungry and wanted to rule that world, and you came here through a magic mirror where the other side is conveniently placed on our school statue, and you went back there to steal a crown of friendship from twilight who's a princess also and put it on at our high school dance, and turned into a demon where you tried to rule both worlds?" Mirai asked.

"Yep" Sunset said nonchalantly. 

Mirai looked at her with a weirded out expression.

'And I thought my backstory was weird.'



Mirai: Next time! It's been a few weeks since I entered the school. There haven't been any Kaijin attacks lately. Who are these 3 new girls? Why are most of the school angry at each other? What? ......... No!!! Sunset!!!  Next time, Episode 4: remember that. The new generation begins.

Friday, October 18th


In the training room, Mirai and Sunset were training with each other. Mirai was wearing a black tank top and black gym shorts. Sunset was wearing a gray sports bra and gray shorts. Ever since Sunset moved in, Mirai and Woz have been training her to fight for herself. Thankfully, since then, there have been no kaijin attacks. So Mirai managed to have time for school and training himself and Sunset.

Sunset ran to Mirai, using her right hand to punch at Mirai. As her fist was gonna make contact, Mirai moved to his right, then he turned, and grabbed Sunset's arm. As he grabbed her arm, Sunset then used her right foot to try to trip him. It was about to make contact with Mirai's leg. But Mirai knew what she was trying to do. He let go of her arm and jumped back to avoid her kick. Sunset was half not expecting this, but also half expected this.

Mirai then ran fast and grabbed her 2 arms from behind her. He then used them to push her down to the mat. After that, they both got up. Mirai looked at Sunset and said, "You've gotten better at this."

Sunset smiled scratching her head and said "Thanks. I never really knew how to fight, so thanks for trying to teach me."

Mirai brings in a huge smile. "No problem. Anything for a friend." He says.





Sunset was washing in the shower in the female locker room. Inside the Chamber of Riders, there are 2 locker rooms used for changing clothes, storing them in lockers, and having showers to clean up. All for after-training activities for the chosen riders to become stronger. They are separated by gender. This was because it was unknown at the time if the future chosen riders were gonna be just males, just females, or both males and females.

Sunset was finishing washing her arms. She was thinking to herself. She looked at her right hand. 'I need to train more. I can't always rely on Mirai to help me… But, if I try to fight back, will other people just antagonize me more?' Sunset thought. 'No, I shouldn't think like that. Mirai is helping me. I don't want to let him down.'





Mirai and Sunset dressed in their casual clothes were about to walk out of the house to go to school. But Woz, who is behind the counter, says "Wait, before you go, I need to have a quick discussion with Sunset real quick." Woz says looking directly at Sunset.

Mirai looks at Sunset with concern. "Don't worry. Go, I'll catch up." Sunset says.

Though a bit concerned, Mirai trusted both Sunset and Woz. So he went out on his way.


Episode 4: Remember that


In the school cafeteria, Mirai, Sunset, Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie are eating lunch together. Ever since they witnessed Mirai transforming and since he took Sunset in, they have all been hanging out together. Mirai has been getting along great with them and has been happy to be friends with them. The others have also been getting along well with Mirai, while Rainbow is slightly cautious around him, but he understood why.

Mirai and Sunset were eating from a takoyaki bento box Woz made for them. While the group was conversating, talking about their business and such, Rainbow was particularly the most excited at the table.

"Wow Dashie, you're in a very excited mood today...I LIKE IT!" Pinkie said in her usual excited tone.

After chomping on a piece of steak, she said "Hell freaking yeah! The Musical Showcase is coming up soon and I'm pumped!"

Mirai chuckled at her enthusiasm. Rainbow always seemed competitive but also a good and loyal friend in his eyes. "You're very confident as usual. Do you think you 5 will do well in the competition?

"Heh! Do well? With me as the lead singer, we will definitely win!" Rainbow said with extreme determination. Mirai smiled at this response.

'I applaud Mirai for being able to handle Rainbow's sometimes brash personality at first sight' Rarity thought as she was eating her salad. "I wonder if magic will appear around us when we play our instruments during the showcase?" She said to the others in the group.

"I'm as lost as you, Rarity. It was a lot more up until a week ago. Magic is a strange thing." Applejack said, scratching her head trying to ponder.

Rainbow Dash looked at Mirai with an annoyed expression on her face. "Yeah, a lot more..." Mirai blushed in embarrassment and nervously chuckled a bit.






Sunday, October 13th


Inside the music room, Rainbow Dash and the other girls, except for Sunset, were preparing to practice one of their songs. Rainbow was tuning her blue guitar's strings. "Come on guys, hurry up! I guarantee this song will be awesome!" she said while riffing her guitar.

"Yeah….I wish we were using one of my songs," Fluttershy muttered to herself while picking up her tambourine. Mirai overheard this and walked up to her and touched her shoulder, getting her attention.

"How about later, if you're free, you can come to visit my house, then you can show me those songs of yours. I'm very interested." He told her with a kind smile on his face. Fluttershy had smiled at his offer and nodded. From the short time they knew each other, Mirai admired the way that she had a kindness for her friends and love for any kind of animal, no matter how it looks. She went to the band to prepare for the song, Mirai and Sunset are about to watch.

Sunset looked at Mirai. Ever since she moved in with him and Woz, she began to learn more things about him and about Kamen Riders. She saw that Mirai was a very kind person. He has a pure soul that Sunset didn't see in many other people. He was the kind of person to help out anyone, even if they didn't ask. Another thing she learned about him was that he was determined about his goals. Late at night, she witnessed him practicing with his sword, even when he was tiring. He told her that he was sharpening his skills because he wanted to protect everyone from any upcoming Kaijin.

She also discovered some files that Woz gave her. These were files of certain Kamen Riders and she read through some of them, like around 10 or 20. She was really intrigued by the skillset and powers of these heroes. She sometimes wondered if they used magic, seeing as she grew up learning magic.

As Rainbow is having the others re-read the lyrics to make sure they get the song write, Sunset asks "Hey, Mirai. How come you're not gonna be in the competition?"

Mirai looks at her and says "Well, it's just not my thing, you know? I don't really know much about instruments and I don't really sing much. Plus, I would rather train my body than my voice." Sunset nodded in understanding.

After being finally prepared with their instruments, Rainbow and her band start singing their song. As they were playing the song, pony ears and tails appeared around the 5 of them, wings appeared from Rainbow and Fluttershy. As Mirai and Sunset were listening as a personal audience for them, they both thought the song was catchy. While this isn't Mirai's preferred taste in music, his favorite kind being Japanese music, he thought the song they were playing was pretty good.

Then, suddenly, Mirai felt something inside of him. He started sweating a lot around his body. He wondered what was going on, so he took slow breaths to help his brain think. Then, he hunched his body over in discomfort and clenched his stomach. Sunset ran up to him and asked "Are you okay?" After she asked, his hands started glowing a pink aura.

Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie all felt something inside of them as they were still playing their music, it felt different than their magic. Their pony ears, tails, and wings started to shrink until they disappeared. After the feeling was over, the 5 of them dropped their instruments.

Rainbow, who was confused about what happened, said, "Huh, what the hell happened?! Where are our ears and tails at?!" But the others didn't care about that as they saw Mirai clenching his stomach breathing hard. They ran up to him to see if he was okay.





Mirai chuckled nervously and says "Hehe, sorry about that. I honestly have no idea how that happens."

"I might have a theory," Sunset said, getting the group's attention. "I think since Twilight's magic and the power of Kamen Rider Zi-O are both powers of worlds not like this one, the rider power is trying to dominate the equestrian magic."

"So that's why our magic went down, Mirai's power was toning it down" Applejack realized. Sunset nodded at this.

"That's so cool, Miri!" Pinkie said with her eyes sparkling.

"Thanks, Pinkie," Mirai said in thoughtfulness. "That's a really great theory, Sunset. I never really thought of it like that. It's quite a shame. I've really been interested in this magic."

Mirai looks at Rainbow. "I think it's best that I stay a distance away when you guys play your music."

After he said that, the cafeteria doors burst open. Three female figures walked into the cafeteria while vocalizing some strange song.

The person on the left seemed to be the shortest one of the group. She had light blue skin and light blue hair with dark blue stripes in a ponytail.

The person on the right was taller than the one on the left. She had light purple skin and dark purple hair with blue stripes in 2 pigtails.

The person in the middle was the tallest and looked to be the leader of the group. She had yellow skin and big orange poofy hair with yellow stripes that went down to her back.

As they were singing, other students began to get angry and hostile to each other. Some were boasting that they were gonna win the "battle of the bands", which was confusing Mirai and his group because the showcase is a friendly competition.

"What is all this? What's happening?" Fluttershy asked, getting scared. As Mirai was gonna answer, that feeling from last week happened again. The same symptoms happened. He began to sweat and feel bad, and hunched his body. Sunset ran up to him to help him out.

'What is going on and…..how am I able to help Mirai?' Sunset thought with worry as Mirai's hands started to have that aura.

"Wait, this is a good thing!" Applejack said, confusing the others "His powers will turn off what is happening right now."

"Yeah! And afterward, I can confront those 3 bitches and give them a piece of my mind!" Rainbow shouted.

Mirai, while in a bit of pain, thought 'They're right. Even if I'm hurt, I can still help and figure out what's going on here.' Then, he felt a sharp pain inside his entire body and started coughing hard. The aura in his hands started to spread to his arms.

Sunset was trying to think of a way to help him or at least calm him down during this new pain. But while this is happening, Sunset and the others saw his Ziku Driver appear faintly around his waist out of nowhere. Then, they saw his ridewatch holders on his left arm and the left half of his Zi-O faceplate appear faintly. These parts of his rider suit kept appearing and fading away out of nowhere.

Some students were noticing the commotion going on with Mirai's group. So some looked to check it out. But Rainbow looked at them and said "What are you looking for?! Mind your own goddamn business, you asses!" This insult caused the meddlers to look away, even when under the spell.

While in this pain, Mirai tried fighting it. He focused his body on removing the pain, even trying to heal himself with his powers. 'I need to make it go away! I need to fight this! If this keeps going on, other students, heck even the authority figures can come and see what's going on with me! They'll figure out that I'm the mysterious new hero! Who knows what will happen to Woz and my friends! I need to do this for them and my journey as a rider!'

Mirai clenched his fists hard and then the aura suddenly disappeared. The parts of his rider suit disappeared completely. Mirai collapsed and became unconscious.





After an afternoon of some harsh tension between most of the students, the school day has ended and everyone has either gone home or gone to their extra-curricular activities. Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie Pie are waiting outside the school by the broken statue. They were waiting there because Sunset called them to say that Mirai had finally woken up in the nurse's office. Sunset told them to all meet up outside to talk about these new students.

They heard footsteps and saw Mirai and Sunset walking towards them. When they looked at Mirai, they thought he would look a bit sick from being in the situation that he was in. But he seemed almost perfectly fine.

Mirai and Sunset caught up to the group. After a few seconds of silence, Applejack was the first to speak. "Are you feeling okay, Mirai?" Mirai stood quietly for a dramatic few seconds before answering.

"I sure am! Never felt better than I am now!" He said with a very wide smile surprising everyone except for Sunset.

"Are you certain? Because you looked to be in a lot of pain and was coughing really hard," Rarity asked in concern.

"Yeah, I'm sure. A few hours of rest patched me right up." Mirai said while rubbing the back of his head. "Now then, we need to figure out what's going on with those 3 new girls."

"I'm theorizing that they must be from Equestria like Twilight and I am." Sunset said. "I believe they must be feeding off of negative emotion through those strange necklaces of theirs."

"So their magic somehow brought out the negative emotions that are deep inside of the students to feed off of it. I think tomorrow during the actual competition they'll collect even more." Mirai replied with his own thoughts. "Are the staff aware of this situation? What are the Principal and Vice-Principal doing about this?"

"Nothing. When we explained that those 3 girls were using some kind of spell, they didn't believe us. They decided that a battle of the bands was a better idea. We were confused until we concluded that they must've been affected by the spell too. So that marks about everybody in this school." Rarity said in disappointment.

"Not everybody~!" Pinkie yelled out in enthusiasm.

"Pinkie's right. Thanks to the magic left behind by Twilight, we were able to evade that hypnosis. Although, I do wonder, how come you're not mind controlled, Mirai?" Applejack said.

"Well, I personally believe it was my Rider energy. You see, those 3's magic was obviously too strong for an inexperienced Kamen Rider like me, but my powers as Zi-O was still trying its hardest. Not to overpower but to protect me. That's why it had me go through that so I can try to fight it and then pass out so nothing can happen." Mirai explained. "And I think I have an idea about how we can figure all this out."

This got the group's attention, so Mirai said "Why don't we bring in this Twilight person you all have been talking about. She possibly knows this kind of stuff, so surely she can help us out with our current predicament."

"Yeah! I mean she helped us out with the last problem in this school, so of course, she would help us out with this one! Oh, uh, no offense Sunset." Rainbow said, to Sunset's slightly annoyed expression.

"None taken," Sunset said.

"Wait, isn't there a certain timeframe for when the portal opens…..?" Fluttershy asks.

"Yes, it only opens every 30 moons. So, right now there is no way we can get to Twilight." Sunset said, but then for a little bit she started thinking, and she got an idea. "Wait, maybe there is!"

She ran inside the school, and a minute or 2 later, she came back outside with a mysterious book with a red and yellow sun symbol.

"What is that book you're holding, darling?" Rarity asked.

"Back when I was Princess Celestia's student, I used this book to write messages and the messages would be sent to a book in her library. I think that I can use this to hopefully send Twilight a message."

"That's great! Wait. Does this count as equestrian magic? Because I don't want my powers to screw it up." Mirai asked, concerned.

"Hmm, I'm not sure. Maybe just in case, you should get a far distance to be safe. If that's okay with you, Mirai." Sunset said. Mirai nodded and ran a far distance until he looked tiny because of the distance. He had a thumbs up with his right arm out to show that he was far enough.

Sunset began writing on the book, explaining what is happening right now and that they really need help from Twilight. Then about several minutes later, the book magically wrote back. It was Twilight saying that these 3 new girls must be ancient Sirens that were banished from Equestria long ago for using their singing to cause anger and absorb the negative emotions to make them more powerful. The message also says that she may have found a way to make the portal open. Then, immediately, someone appeared from a portal that was on the statue. It was Twilight, now in casual attire, and her assistant Spike.

Rarity, Rainbow, Fluttershy, Applejack, and Pinkie all ran up to Twilight and Spike, giving them a group hug. Sunset stayed behind, slightly smiling at the moment.

After the hug was over, Twilight was the first to speak. "I know it hasn't even been that long, but I really missed you all. Now, where is this Mirai you talked about, Sunset? I kinda wanna meet him."

Sunset says "Oh well, lemme explain first, because of his pow-"

"Hey! Is that girl Twilight?!" Mirai yelled out.

Twilight was confused and Spike was thinking 'Well, there has to be at least one crazy person in this strange world.'

"Yes! My name is Twilight!" Twilight yelled out, but because of the distance, Mirai couldn't quite hear enough.

"You're in fright?! Why?!" Mirai replied.

"No! Twilight!" Spike yelled out.

"...I'm probably really far because It looked like that purple dog was talking!" Mirai yelled confused.

"I can talk! Because I'm from where Twilight is from!" Spike yelled in slight annoyance.

Mirai ran to the location where the group was at and had a closer look at Twilight. She was between Fluttershy and Sunset's height. He brought out his right hand to greet them. "Hello! My name is Mirai Clock. You must be Twilight, right? The others have talked quite a bit about you. It's nice to finally meet you!" Mirai said while smiling.

Twilight brought out her hand to shake Mirai's hand as well. "Yes, my name is Twilight Sparkle. It's nice to meet you too. Sorry that I didn't get a chance to officially meet you with the others, I had some matters to attend to. But, I would like to thank you for helping out Sunset. Also, if you're wondering, this little guy right here is Spike" Twilight said, gesturing towards the small dog.

"Sup! I was with the ladies while you transformed." Spike said to greet Mirai. Mirai crouched down to look closer at Spike and inspect him closer. "...Uuuuuuh, what?" Spike said, feeling awkward.

"Wow….. I could never think in any universe I could see a dog talking. This is very extraordinary." Mirai said while looking at Spike, lowkey like a creeper.

"Well, dogs don't talk in my world either! Well, I mean some do, but that's only a certain kind of dog that are lowkey kinda obsessive with diamonds. But anyway, I can talk because in my world, I'm a dragon!" Spike said with pride.

"Woah! You mean like with giant claws, fangs, huge wings, and intense fire breath?!" Mirai asked.

"Uuuuuuuh, sure let's go with that…." Spike said with sweat dropping down his face.

"Oh, Mirai! I had a question I wanted to ask you. When she was writing to me about your current situation, she mentioned something about you being a…..Caymen Rider? What is that?" Twilight asked. Mirai was confused about what she said, but realized what she was talking about.

"Huh? Oh! It must've been a mispronunciation. I am actually what is called a Kamen Rider, with a K. A Kamen Rider is a warrior of truth and justice." Mirai then pulled out his Zi-O Ridewatch to show Twilight. "I use this and a special belt. You probably saw me transform before with the other girls. With this power given to me by my late grandfather, I'm able to become Kamen Rider Zi-O, the prince of time!"

After Mirai said that last sentence, Twilight and Spike's eyes both widened. "Wait, you're a prince?! Your grandfather was a King?! What was he King of? What did he rule over?"

Mirai scratched the back of his head while blushing a bit. "Well, he didn't become a King in a political or technical sense. But, his powers gave him the ability to become the King of….well everything. But then he decided to have a normal life. But growing up, he did want to become a King." Mirai said in slight embarrassment, while Twilight and Spike both fell down.

After they both got up, Rainbow looked at Twilight and said "So now that you're here, Twilight, what's your idea to kick those bitches asses?" She said this with determination.

"Oh yeah, I do have an idea to kick their….asses? I don't know what that means. But anyways, us 6 can use a magic of friendship attack to erase their magic and stop them." Twilight said.

"That's a great idea! Everyone who's participating will be at school tonight for a meetup party before the official competition tomorrow. So we can do it tonight!" AJ said.

The magical group were all in agreement of this, while Sunset was looking at them wondering. 'Wait, if their magic can only currently be used throught singing, will it even work? Should I tell them?' She looked at the group who were conversating with each other. 'No, I shouldn't….. I don't believe it's my place. They can probably figure it out eventually.'

But suddenly, Mirai spoke up. "Wait, doesn't your magic only appear or activate when you play magic. I'm not knowledgable about the type of magic you use, but wouldn't that mean your friendship attack wouldn't work?"

"...Horseapples!" Twilight facepalmed, before regaining her composure. "Thanks for the information Mirai. I have a new idea. I can write a counter-spell in the form of a song. Which is good, because of the upcoming competition."

"Great idea Twilight! Also, to make it better, we can make you the new lead singer!" Pinkie said in sheer excitement.

"Wait what?!" Rainbow said in surprise, but she was interrupted.

"Also, no need to worry about where you are going to sleep because let's have a sleepover at my house!" Pinkie said excitedly, to the other girls approval.

As the group was walking towards Pinkie's house direction, Mirai was about to walk to the clock shop, when suddenly Pinkie's hand grabbed his shoulder unexpectedly.

"That means you too! Hehe!" Pinkie said while smirking evilly.

"...Huh?!" Mirai said, his voice squeaking from noise.





It was currently nighttime, and the group, who were in pajamas, were currently in Pinkie's room, either taking selfies, conversating with each other, or playing video games, in AJ and Rainbow's case.

Rainbow then turned the console off, to Applejack's chagrin. "Hey now, you know I was about to beat you." Applejack said in annoyance.

Rainbow smirked and said "Doubt it! So Twilight, how's the spell going?"

Twilight was deep in focus of her writing and said "Huh? Oh yeah, it's going good. Thanks for letting me use your notebook, Fluttershy." Fluttershy quietly nodded.

"Hey, Mirai! You wanna try having a turn? I bet you could beat Rainbow at this!" Applejack called out. She called out because he wasn't actually in the room. He was actually in the guest room next to it.

Mirai heard her and answered "Um, no thanks, I'm good! Plus, I'm currently studying!" He was actually studying on some school stuff, but truthfully, he was staying in the guest room because of the fact he mostly grew up with his grandpa and Woz. So,`his experience of being around girls is low. Also, he thought it would be more respectful to stay in a separate room.

"You're still gonna eat with us, right? Because the Pizza just came!" Pinkie yelled.

"Yeah, I will! Don't worry!" Mirai said, then he went out of the room to eat with the others in the kitchen.





It was now late at night, possibly 1 or 2 in the morning, everyone was quietly asleep. Well, except for one. A finger tapping can be heard from the kitchen. It was Twilight, who was hard at work trying to figure out the counter-spell. "No, that won't work" she muttered to herself.

"Hey, Twilight."

Twilight jumped a bit from startlement, but then she was it was just Sunset who entered the kitchen. She sighed in relief and said "Oh, it's just you Sunset. Sorry I possibly woke you up, I just need to work on this. It has to be perfect. They are all counting on me."

Sunset walked over to look at her progress and said "Must be great having everyone always looking to you for answers for problems…..instead of waiting for you to cause one." Twilight looked at Sunset.

"Just because someone expects something doesn't mean it could happen" Twilight said, to try to comfort her.

"Doesn't stop people from expecting it… and it doesn't help when you're trying to not let a specific person and you are afraid to create a problem and mess things up." Sunset stated. Twilight looked at her and smiled a bit.

"Well, I guess our personal problems are very similar." Twilight said to Sunset. Sunset smiled slightly and nodded. "Yeah, I guess they are."

They continued their conversation, but what they didn't know was Mirai was just outside the kitchen, in the hallway. And he overheard the entire conversation between the two.

'She…..she's afraid of letting me down? But she's my friend! She would never let me down! Why would she think she would mess things up? …...Well, I guess it makes sense considering the stuff she's been through. Goddamnit, I'm such an idiot! For not realizing this! I need to figure out a way to help her out.' Mirai was clenching his right fist while he was thinking this.






Saturday, October 19th


It is currently afternoon, also the Battle of the Bands was about to start soon. The group were walking inside the hallways, they were about to go to the auditorium, but Mirai stopped, getting their attention.

"You guys go, I'll stay back here. When you guys perform your special magic song, my powers will possibly affect it in a negative. With those Siren girls using their magic too, we don't know what could happen. Plus, there's a lot of negative energy going on in these hallways, I can clearly sense it. So, while I'm here, I will be able to stop some students if their fighting goes too overboard." Mirai explained to the rest of the group.

The group went to the auditorium, but Sunset was stopped when Mirai said "Sunset, I need to tell you something real quick." Sunset looked at Mirai in confusion and said "What is it?"

Mirai smiled and said, "...I'm proud of you."

Sunset was surprised when Mirai said this to her. He continued on and said "You have helped out in more ways than I can imagine. You helped me out when I was in pain due to my powers, you figured out why it happens around magic, you stayed with me in the nurse's office while I was resting, you figured out how to contact Twilight to have her come here, and even if you're not a part of their band, you are still going with them to support them! You're an amazing person in my eyes. That is why I'm glad to call you my friend."

After hearing all this, Sunset felt great relief and most of all gratitude coming from inside of her. The fact that she is hearing all of that from Mirai brought almost all of her worries away. She teared up a bit and wiped away her tears. "Thank you, Mirai." She said before running off into the auditorium to follow the group. Mirai smiled as he saw her went in.





It was the time of the finals. Or at least, 20-30 minutes after the finals started, Mirai estimated with the possible singing and magic stuff, it should take that amount of time, so of course, he waited. Then, Mirai went outside to see that the group have defeated the Siren girls, their necklaces seemingly have broken. Also, he saw that Sunset was with the group, without her leather jacket on, in a very excited mood with the rest of the group.

Mirai ran up to them to congratulate them. "You guys did it! You defeated them!" He said with excitement.

"You're darn right! And we would've got our flanks handed to us if Sunset didn't help out hehe! She was a great help in the performance." Applejack said, pointing at Sunset, who was blushing in shyness.

"Really?!" Mirai ran to Sunset "That's great! I knew you were able to help!"

Sunset nodded and said "Thank you, Mirai. Thank you, everyone." Then, suddenly the moment was interrupted by the Purple-haired girl of the Siren group, who was pissed off.

"You…..fucking….bitches! 6 months! 6 months we spent in this fucking world trying to feed our fucking selves with magic that doesn't even exist here! We were this close to being powerful until you fucked it up!" She yelled out from the stage irritated.

The orange-haired girl tried to reel her back "Aria, give it up. We already lost, so let's get out of here until you make it wor-"

"Shut the fuck up, Adagio! I'm not the one who failed! It was you! You failed to make us powerful." Aria then looked at the group and smirked. "Well, I haven't failed yet….because I have something up my sleeve." She grabbed something from her shorts under her skirt and pulled it out, it was some kind of small strange bottle containing a weird yellow gas inside. Mirai gasped because he knew what it was.

Aria then threw the bottle down to the floor hard, and the impact caused the bottle to break open, releasing the gas. The gas covered her entire body up, and when the gas disappeared, it revealed that she transformed into a Kaijin. Her legs and lower body were black and metallic, her arms were blue with huge hands, her upper body was shaped like a yellow rock, and she had 5 blue weird body parts, the middle one being head with 3 eyes.

Aria roared out in anger and punched a random stereo set, which caused it to fly 10 meters into the air. This caused the entire audience to be scared and run away in a frantic fashion. Adagio and the other girl began to hide somewhere else, to not be in the way of Aria's wrath.

"She turned into the Strong Smash, one of Kamen Rider Build's first enemies." He faced the group and said "All of you, help evacuate the other students so they don't get hurt! I will stop her!" The rest nodded, as they went to help evacuate the innocent.

Aria saw that the students and staff were running away with Mirai's group's help, and was about to jump towards them to kill and harm them. But, then…

KAMEN RI~DER~! ZI-O~!

Mirai, in his Kamen Rider Zi-O form, jumped onto the stage to stop her. She was growling animistically at the sight of this. Mirai took his stance. 'When people are in Smash form, they have little to no human consciousness, they act like mindless zombies. So, I might be able to incapacitate her.'

Aria and Mirai ran at each other. When they got to close proximity each other, Aria brought up her right arm to try to punch him. But, then he sidestepped, and pushed himself away from her almost punch. She flailed her arms in anger.

Mirai then used his right arm to punch her rocky head. Because of her great strength, this only caused Aria to stumble back a few inches. But, since it was better than nothing, he decided to punch her at least 5 more times, which caused at least a little bit of damage. Even though he was in his rider suit, his fists were in pain. But he dealt with it.

While Aria was recovering, Mirai decided to use something that's stronger than his rider suit. A purple clock appeared in front of him, and from it, was his Zikan Girade in its sword mode. He grabbed it.

ZIKAN GIRADE! KEN!

Mirai used his sword to repeatedly slash at Aria, causing much more damage to her. Still, it was very challenging on himself to do so. The damage is mostly done not by just the weapon, but by how hard he slashes with it.

Far away, at the school's entrance, the group has finally managed to evacuate everyone and convince to run home. They lied and said they would call the authorities so they could handle it. Most of the group were sitting down because of exhaustion, but Sunset looked worryingly at the direction where Mirai was fighting.

Twilight noticed this and asked "Sunset? What's wrong?" But Sunset didn't reply. She just looked on, then she clenched her fist tightly.

TIME CHARGE! GO...SAN...YON...NI...ICHI...ZERO TIME!

GIRI GIRI GIRI!

Mirai pressed the trigger on his Zikan Girade to use its special move. He slashed at Aria once more, but this time it was very powerful and left a pink slash mark. This caused her to fly up then fall down a long distance from Mirai. She was grunting in pain. Mirai was kneeling down from exhaustion, trying to think of a way to finish this.

'Maybe, I can do a finish time on her. No, it wouldn't revert her back, just knock her out. I can try to reverse that broken fullbottle to absorb her essence after she's unconscious…...She's getting up, I need to heal myself before she attacks me when I'm vulnerable.'

He starts using his time abilities to try to heal himself as she's getting up. It's much shorter when he does it to himself than when he does it to others.

"Leave him alone!"

Mirai looked up and saw that Sunset was in front of him. He was surprised by this, then he saw Aria running towards them. "Sunset, what are you doing here?! Get out of the way! She's gonna kill you!"

"No, you're hurt!" Sunset yelled, which surprised Mirai. "You have protected me almost the entire time since we met. While I was being confronted by the other students and being hurt, you protected me. When I was unsure about my place about being with others as friends, you helped me out! And….I thank you for that. You're still trying to heal yourself, so let me protect you and everyone else I care about!" She yelled this out in determination.

Aria was now close enough to Sunset to bash her head in. She brought out both her giant hands to strike. Mirai's eyes widened and tried to run in time to protect her. Sunset closed her eyes shut to prepare herself for the impending attack.

5 seconds have passed, and Sunset has felt nothing, no pain, no attack, just nothing. She opened her eyes to see she was in some white space. She was wondering where she was at so she turned around. When she turned around, she was surprised to see 18 cloaked mysterious figures in front of her.

"...W-Who are all of you?! Wait, did you take me here?!" She asked them, but none of them answered.

"Why aren't none of you answering? Why am I here?" They still didn't answer, then she remembered. "Mirai…... Hey, take me back! Mirai is still out there probably fighting that Kaijin! Please!"

Even with her pleas, the figures said nothing. She collapsed on her knees and put her head down while crying. "...Please. Whoever you all are, please. H-he's my friend. I- I don't want him to die because I wasn't good enough to help…..I need to help him out! I need to protect him…..and everyone!"

That last word got their attention. "So please, just take me back…..I beg you!" She was crying for 10 seconds until she heard footsteps around. She put her head up to see that the mysterious figures had surrounded her. She was confused, then, the mysterious figures raised their hands up, and they disappeared, and Sunset felt something around her hands.

Something….powerful….

A bright light appeared before her which caused her to close her eyes. She opened her eyes and saw that she was back where she was. When Aria was about to strike, A mysterious object appeared out of nowhere, Aria hit it and the force caused her to bounce back. The mysterious object went onto Sunset's hands.

The object looked like a round-like rectangle shape, it was mostly magenta-colored, it had 2 black handles, had a single red gem in the middle, had 18 strange symbols surrounding the gem and had a slot. She was confused by this, but out of instinct, she knew what to do. She put the mysterious object around her waist, and it formed a belt. On her left hip, a large white book item appeared.

"Huh?...HUH?!" Mirai gasped as he recognized what Sunset was using.

She opened the book-like object and pulled out a card. It showed a strange individual with a magenta helmet. She gripped the black handles on her belt and pulled them, making it open. She flipped the card, showing the back. The back had a strange barcode symbol. She then inserted the card inside the belt.

KAMEN RIDE!

She brought up her hands and clenched them both into fists. She breathed in and out, both times slowly. She closed her eyes while doing it, and when she opened them, she yelled out

"...Henshin!"

She pushed both handles in, closing it.

DECADE!

18 mist-like figures were in a circle in front of her. Each of these figures had a different symbol in front of them. They all converged with her, now in Sunset's place, was a figure in black and white armor and green bug-like eyes. Many magenta energy bars appeared, and they flew onto her helmet, like how the Katakana goes onto Mirai's rider suit. The energy bars turned black with a single yellow gem.

These energy bars gave certain parts of her magenta suit color, these parts being most of her helmet minus the eyes and bars, her shoulders, The left half of her left leg, the right half of her right leg, and her upper body minus for a chunk of the middle.

"D….Decade?!" Mirai was seriously surprised and was questioning a lot of things. He got up and ran up to Sunset in her new form. "Sunset, how...when? You're a Kamen Rider?!"

Sunset looked at Mirai. He couldn't see her face behind her helmet but she had a confused expression because she was, well confused. But then, she looked at her now armored body. She looked all over herself and said "...WHAT THE HELL! How did this happen?! ….I'm a ...rider too?"

Sunset saw Aria. Sunset followed her instinct and ran to punch her in the face. Her right fist glowed briefly during the punch. The punch did as much damage as the Zikan Girade. She punched Aria 2 more times, then she did a swift side kick. This knocked Aria back.

Sunset wanted to try out something different, then she got an idea. She opened up her book object to see if she had any more cards in there. It turned out she does, the number of them being 5. She grabbed one of them and pulled out the handles of her driver. The card that was in her driver leaped out of it and disappeared and reappeared in her book object. She flipped the new card in her hand and inserted it in her driver. She pushed the handles in.

ATTACK RIDE: SLASH!

The book object leaped off from the belt, and the handle landed in Sunset's right hand, and it turned into some sort of blade mode. She admired it for a bit, before running up to Aria and slashing her. As she was slashing at Aria, it left a magenta light.

After a few slashes, Sunset stepped back to regain a bit of energy, and wondered what was happening. "How did I transform? And what is this?"

"That is your Ridebooker in its blade mode."

Sunset jumped at the sudden voice and saw that it was Woz. Woz seemed to be in a great mood and had his book out. Sunset was about to ask him how she gained this power, but he interrupted before she had a chance to.

"IWAE! For she is the one to gain the powers of Heisei! The traveler of worlds who will fight and protect the innocent! Her name is Kamen Rider Decade! This is a great moment in history! For she is the start of the riders who will fight alongside the Prince of time!" Woz exclaimed loudly to everyone in his surroundings.

"A….amazing!" Sunset said to herself, her adrenaline going up. Mirai walked up next to her. She and Mirai looked at each other. Then, Mirai spoke up to her.

"Sunset, I have no idea what's going on and how you became Decade." He said. Then, he smiled beneath his helmet. "But, let's both work together to defeat her and revert her back."

Sunset smiled beneath her helmet as well and nodded. "Alright!" They both saw that Aria was getting agitated and was hitting her fists together. Mirai and Sunset ran up to her and prepared their weapons while running. Mirai had his Zikan Girade in its sword mode while Sunset had her Ridebooker out, but she turned it into its new gun mode.

When they got closer to Aria, Sunset started shooting multiple magenta bullets at Aria, then Mirai slashed at Aria with good precision. After slashing multiple times, he brought his arm up to do another, then Aria punched him causing to fly back. He rolled a bit to decrease damage.

ZYU!

TIME CHARGE! GO...SAN...YON...NI...ICHI...ZERO TIME!

SURE SURE UCHI!

He changed his Zikan Girade into its gun form, Zyu mode and he then pressed the button on top and pulled the trigger. This caused the weapon to shoot out magenta characters for Ji. This blasted at Aria. Mirai then used this chance to try to revert the Fullbottle to its intact state. He started working on it, the pieces floating and trying to put itself together.

Sunset figured out what he was trying to do and decided to stall Aria until Mirai was finished. Sunset brought out a different card from her Ride Booker.

ATTACK RIDE: INVISIBLE!

Aria, in her aggressive zombie-like state, wanted nothing but to kill Mirai. As she was about to ambush him during his healing, she felt something cut her from behind. She looked and saw nothing, then she felt a cut on her front then her left side. As this was happening, she was having a hard time figuring it out, and tried to punch at the air, but to no avail.

ATTACK RIDE: SLASH!

A more powerful cut sliced her on the chest, which caused her to fall back in pain. Sunset appeared out of nowhere 10 feet away from her, revealing that she turned invisible. Mirai finally got finished. The Fullbottle was fully intact and ready for use. He slid it onto the empty left slot of his driver, and ran up to Sunset.

"Now..let's finish this, Sunset!" Mirai said to her, prepared for this. He pushed the top button of his driver and spun it.

FINISH TIME! TIME BREAK!

"Alright," Sunset said and nodded. Sunset brought out a different card, this one had a symbol on both the back and the front. She put it in her driver and activated it.

FINAL ATTACK RIDE: D-D-D-DECADE!

Multiple katakana surrounded Aria and holographic cards appeared between Aria and Sunset. Mirai jumped high in the sky and Sunset had her sword ready to strike. The Katakana merged with each other until it created only one, then the one katakana merged with the bottom of Mirai's right boot as he was ready to perform a Rider Kick.

Sunset ran through each of the holographic cards, as she went through each of them, they disappeared. After going through all of them, she slashed right through Aria. She was now behind Aria, while Aria was completely still and had now electricity surrounding her.

Mirai then performed his kick. His kick hit her body hard, causing her to explode, and Mirai passed right through the explosion.

The explosion disappeared and it showed Aria unconscious in her human state. Mirai pulled out the Fullbottle and saw it was now a different shape and had black markings and some liquid inside. Mirai and Sunset looked at each other and they both gave each other a high five out of sheer relief. Then they both felt tired and were about to fall on the floor. Woz wrapped them around his magic scarf and teleported them to the ceiling of the school.

Once they got there, Mirai and Sunset layed down, both of them exhausted. "Wow….that was very intense," Sunset said.

"I know," Mirai said. "While I'm still confused, I think that was amazing, Sunset! With only a little training, you managed to get through that fight! How do you feel?"

"Tired...but earlier….being a rider feels great. Like I can do almost anything...and I wanna use that power to defend, not to harm." Sunset said, to which Mirai smiled. Then, Sunset remembered something. "Wait! Now I remember how I got this form! When Woz wanted to see me, he gave me the Decade Ridewatch. Which granted me this power. For some reason, I forgot until now!"

Mirai got up as he was surprised by this. "Wait, what?! Woz, is that true?!"

Woz nodded and said "Yes, it is true my Prince. The Decade watch chose her, so I gave it to her. When the riders of this world are chosen, but their powers don't unlock yet, they forget until they gain the power. So, we welcome you, Sunset, as the chosen Kamen Rider Decade!"

Both Mirai and Sunset stood up and looked at each other. Mirai says "If that's what you want. From what I heard, being a Kamen Rider is a big responsibility, so If you don't wa-"

"I'm okay with it." Sunset interrupted. "Ever since I was stopped from being a demon and monster, I always wondered what my purpose was. Then, meeting you and becoming a rider has taught me my purpose is to not harm, but protect. There will be more of these monsters coming and you need people to help you fight them. So I will fight alongside you and possibly other riders if they come soon enough." Sunset finished as she smiled beneath her helmet.

Mirai smiled too and brought out his hand to high-five her. "Well then, I guess this is the beginning of a gathering of a team!"

Sunset high-fived him back in excitement "And the beginning of a new era!"

Woz looked at them and smiled. 'Yes, Even though there are more dangers to come, I'm very grateful this is happening' He looked up at the sky. 'My King…..You must be watching over your grandson in his glory...of finding his first teammate.'

In another part of town, there wasn't anyone in sight. Buildings were off for the night, and people were sleeping. Then, there were multiple men who were especially not awake at all.

They looked to be roughed up and hurt. There were about 15-20 of them on the ground. In front of them were 2 humanoid monsters. They were both breathing heavily and looked to be happy.

The one on the left was mostly white in appearance with some parts of his body having orange and red lines, and he had a black faceplate with orange eyes and snarled teeth.

The one on the right was Stag beetle-like in appearance. His upper body was red except for his hands and a bit of his triceps, which were black. His legs and feet were black and he had gold and red gems on his knees. His feet only had 2 toes each. His head was black with golden horns, red buggy eyes and silver monstrous teeth.

Both of them were obviously scary looking. Their presence was enough to make a grown man fear for his life. Then, unexpectedly, they both started talking.

"...We will be the strongest of all!..."

"...And we will kill anyone to prove that!..."

It was daytime. Down inside the chamber of the rider's training room, Mirai and Sunset were both wearing their respective rider suits as the two faced each other. Both gripped their respective bladed weapons as Woz stood patiently near the edge of the mat.

The room was silent as the two continued to stare at each other before Woz yelled "Hajime" as he chopped his hand down in motion.

Both riders prepared their weapons before running towards each other to clash their swords from one to another. As they continued to clash their weapons, Mirai stepped back before changing his blade into gun mode to aim and shoot Sunset with bullets made of pure energy. From instinct, Sunset evaded the bullets by diving to the side before slashing the blasts away.

Mirai was surprised by her progress with her agility before nodding of approval. Sunset quickly grabbed a card from her ridebook to place it in her belt before sealing it in.

ATTACKRIDE: BLAST!

She quickly switched her ridebooker in gun mode to shoot multiple bullets at Mirai. From damage, Mirai dropped to his left knee before changing his weapon back to its sword mode to run towards her to attack.

Sunset switched her ridebook back to sword mode to clash her blade with Mirai's once again. As the two continued to defend themselves, Mirai dropped his body to perform a sweep kick to knock her off her feet. But to Mirai's surprise, Sunset quickly jumped to dodge the attack before swinging her blade to slash at her opponent. From reflex, Mirai switched his blade's position to have the flat side to clash with her's before managing to push her back.

Before they could continue, they stopped when they heard Woz yell "Yame" signaling them that the match has ended. After the two dropped their guards, both of them changed back to their training uniforms before Sunset helped Mirai stand back up.

"Thanks, that was your best performance so far! Your agility has been improving and your rider form has made you much stronger!" Exclaimed Mirai with a smile. Sunset nodded before scratching the back of her head in slight embarrassment.

"Hehe…thanks! I wouldn't have made it this far without you and Woz helping me out! Even though I'm not strong enough to beat you, I really don't mind as long as I'm a good asset to this uh….team, is it? Or is it a group? Let's call it a team!" She exclaimed as she nodded her head.

After walking towards a nearby table to sit across from each other, the two drank some water for refreshment. After drinking, Sunset looked at Mirai and asked "Hey Mirai, I've been meaning to ask you a question." To which Mirai looked up to her.

"What is it?" Asked Mirai. Sunset then reached in her ridebooker before grabbing a few cards to place them on the table. The cards revealed to be blank with the only text that reads "KamenRide".

"I understand that I have Attack Ride cards and Final Attack Ride cards, but I never understood why I have these cards. What are these cards for? It says "KamenRide" like the card I use to transform, but they're blank and it feels lighter compared to the one that I use. Besides, there's so many of them! Is there a reason why I have these extra cards?" Asked Sunset.

Mirai stared at the cards before responding, "Oh, well those ar-…"

Before Mirai could explain, he was quickly cut off from Woz when he suddenly appeared behind Sunset startling her as a sweat drop appeared from Mirai's head. "Those are KamenRide cards that will allow you to change forms at some point."

"Wait?! I can change forms?!" Exclaimed Sunset in a surprising tone.

Woz nodded. "Yes, you can Sunset! Unlike most riders except for the Prince, these cards have extraordinary power. But like the Prince's blank ridewatches, I'm not certain when they'll unlock. But I believe that when we gather the other riders, your cards and the Prince's watches will be activated."

Sunset's eyes were shining in awe as she looked at the blank cards before nodding. "I see! Let's hope these cards are unlocked soon, so I can use them to fight strong monsters in the future!"

"That's the spirit, but first we need to continue training to outmatch the enemies. But I think with the both of us, we can take on anything that comes our way." Said Mirai with a smile spread across his face.

Sunset nodded before the two exited the table to continue with their training. As Woz continued to observe their training, he began to think to himself.

'Let's hope they will be ready for whatever comes their way.'


Episode 5: Powerful Enemies Approach


It was the afternoon in Canterlot City. Coming from a clothing store with bags of clothes was Rarity with a relaxed and happy expression. She was wearing a black v-neck shirt with diamond symbols all over it, a purple skirt and a black thigh-high socks with purple heels.

"Aah~ what a delightful shopping spree~! It's a relief I managed to afford these new shirts and jeans!" She said to herself in glee. As she continued to walk, she heard a familiar voice call out her name.

"Hey! Rarity! Over here!"

Rarity looked up to see Mirai and Sunset who had bags of groceries in their hands as Mirai was waving at her.

Rarity smiled before she walked towards them to greet them. "Why hello there you two! How have you been?"

"Well, the clock shop hasn't had as many customers as I'd like. But other than that, we've been doing good!" Answered Mirai.

"And I've been training hard in my rider form! It's a bit of a hassle, but I think I've been improving!" Said Sunset with a smile.

"Oh yeah! I heard from Pinkie that you're one of those rider heroes that Mirai turns into! I am happy for you and do not take offense to this, but I wouldn't be caught dead wearing those clunky suits." Said Rarity with the other two chuckling.

Suddenly, glass was heard being shattered causing everyone to turn to see the commotion. A bunch of blue launchers went through a flower store causing everyone to run away as the people evacuated from the building. As everyone continued to run for their lives, an explosion occurred inside the store destroying the building. Rarity's eyes widened from the sight, as she saw a white rocket-themed monster walk towards the destroyed store changing his right leg from blue to white.

There was another monster who looked like a stag beetle in appearance as he punched the ground causing many cracks on the concrete. With many people running, Rarity continued to stare in shock until Mirai spoke up.

"Monsters! We need to go!" Mirai and Sunset ran with Rarity to take her to a nearby alleyway before the two grabbed their drivers from their pockets. After attaching their drivers to their waists, Mirai grabbed his RideWatch while Sunset held her card before the two inserted their items in their drivers.

"Henshin!"

After transforming, the two quickly confronted the two monsters before they could do any more damage. The rocket monster was the first to notice them causing him to chuckle.

"Uche-che-che-che! Looks like we have a couple of people trying to play heroes!" Exclaimed the monster.

"Be quiet, you monsters! You're the ones who are wrecking everything and trying to kill people!" Sunset yelled, causing the beetle monster to growl.

"It's none of ya business what we do! We're just trying to become stronger beings! And we will gain it by any means necessary!" Exclaimed the beetle monster.

Mirai and Sunset quickly stood in a battle stance to prepare themselves. "Not on our watch! Decade, you take the beetle monster and I'll take the rocket monster." Commanded Mirai. Sunset nodded before Mirai and her ran toward their respective opponents.

The beetle monster clenched his fists as he ran to Sunset to throw a punch, but Sunset quickly grabbed her ridebooker to block the attack. She then switched it to sword mode to slash at the monster, but he weaved his body to dodge the attack before trying to punch her again. From his annoyance, he growled as he noticed that he punched her blade instead of her blocking the attack once more. From recoil, Sunset stumbled backwards before catching herself. She then grabbed a card from her ridebooker to insert it in her belt to seal it in.

ATTACKRIDE: SLASH!

The blade began to glow pink before she swiftly slashed the beetle monster. When the sword made contact, Sunset quickly noticed that the blade didn't penetrate through the skin. After the light began to fade away, the monster chuckled confidently before punching her in the helmet causing her to fly backwards. After crashing onto a nearby building, Sunset plopped onto the ground before standing back up to prepare herself.

The rocket monster quickly stretched his arms towards Mirai as the two ran toward each other, but missed when Mirai ducked before getting close enough to punch the rocket monster across the face. But to his surprise, the monster didn't seem bothered by the hit as he began to chuckle in a cocky way. Mirai grunted before grabbing his Zikan Girade in sword mode to slash him, but the monster blocked it with his right arm which transformed into a robotic arm with veins pulsing and a claw attached.

Mirai was shocked until the monster's claw detached from the arm to grab hold of Mirai's leg to throw his body and slam him onto the ground. The monster continued to slam him a few more times until he finally let him go, causing him to fly in the air before crashing onto the concrete. Mirai began to slowly stand back up as he thought to himself. 'What kind of monster is this?! He seems familiar….' Mirai quickly noticed the claw aiming towards him again making him dodge to the side before using his sword to slash it away. After backing away, Mirai clicked a button on the back of his sword before pulling the trigger, engulfing the blade with energy.

GIRI GIRI GIRI!

He then slashed a wave of magenta energy at the monster. After making contact, the attack barely left a scratch causing Mirai to grunt to show his frustration. Before he could do anything else, the monster changed his left leg into a drill with noticeable veins before he kicked Mirai in the chest.

From damage, Mirai rolled on the ground before meeting up with Sunset as she was on the ground as well from damage. The two quickly stood back up to prepare their weapons when they noticed the beetle monster and the rocket monster was walking towards them.

"Ergh! These guys are strong! My attacks barely even fazed that beetle freak!" Exclaimed Sunset before grunting from the pain she feels in her ribs.

"They are, but even so! We can't stop fighting! We need to protect the people! So we need to go all out!" He yelled as he changed the position of his weapon.

ZYU!

"Right!" Sunset nodded as she grabbed a card from her ridebooker before switching it to gun mode. She placed the card in her driver before sealing it in.

FINAL ATTACK RIDE: D-D-D-DECADE!

Mirai removed his Ridewatch from his driver to place it in the slot of his Zikan Girade.

FINISH TIME! ZI-O!

As both of their weapons began to charge up, they aimed at the two monsters as multiple holograms of the Final Attack Ride card appeared to line up towards the beetle monster. After they pulled the trigger, both of their weapons shot a huge blast at their targets.

SURE SURE SHOOTING!

Sunset's blast went through the cards making each disappear as the blast came in contact with the beetle monster. Mirai's blast came in contact with the rocket monster, creating a holographic silver clock before an explosion engulfed both of the monsters.

Mirai and Sunset were breathing heavily as they finally felt relieved after destroying the monsters. But, after the explosion began to die down, the monsters were still standing with only a few scratches causing both Mirai and Sunset's eyes to widen from shock.

"That was our strongest attack…..what are these monsters…." Mirai asked in slight shock. The two monsters were about to attack again, but they suddenly began to hold onto their chest in slight pain. Reluctantly, the rocket monster turned to look at the two riders.

"Tsk! You two are lucky for now! But soon, we will be back to kill more people and hopefully you…." Said the monster. The beetle monster punched the ground causing the concrete to rise up surprising the two heroes. Mirai and Sunset quickly ran around the raised concrete to see that they have disappeared.

"They escaped! Where did those two go?!" Sunset asked as she looked around to find traces of them.

"It might be possible that they were getting weak! They're probably resting somewhere before they could strike again." Mirai said while gripping his fists. These monsters were more powerful than the previous ones he encountered.

"Oh! That makes sense, since they were gripping their hearts from what I saw! Maybe they have a limited time to attack." Sunset said, thinking about any potential weaknesses.

"That is a good theory. But we should go, we need to return to the Chambers and heal up before those two monsters come back." Mirai said.





Inside the main part of the base, Mirai helped heal Sunset's wounds leaving with a few minor bruises. Mirai had some cuts and bruises because of the harsh slamming, but he just put some bandages and an ice pack on to heal.

Rarity, who followed them to the base, spoke to them. "Are you two okay? You both took a nasty beating from those monsters!" She said in a concerning tone.

"Don't worry about us, Rarity! Our suits are very durable, it could protect us from way more harsher injuries. We just need to heal up first to prepare for next time." Mirai told her.

"Wait, Rarity. What about your sister? Is she okay?" Asked Sunset.

"Oh! Sweetie Belle is quite alright! I called her and my parents recently and they told me that she was safe at home. Luckily my home wasn't attacked." Rarity nodded quickly.

"That's good. Hopefully, we will be healed by the time those creeps come back. It will be tricky to pinpoint when they'll appear next, so we'll have to rely on the news or maybe go on patrol later." Mirai said, trying to think of a plan to attack. Rarity's eyes widened from shock, quickly becoming more concerned for her friends.

"Huh?! Dear heavens! You're still going to fight them?!" Exclaimed Rarity. Mirai and Sunset nodded.

"We have no other choice. Even though we could barely land damage on those two, we need to find a way to defeat them." Sunset said.

"But why in the world would you need to do that?! I mean, the injuries you have now are bad enough! But the ones you might get in a second scuffle…..my word I could barely think about it! Maybe let the police handle it!" Rarity said, her voice being slightly higher showing concern.

"The police won't be an option. They have normal weapons and procedures that won't affect these monsters. So as riders, it's our job to handle them." Mirai said reassuringly to Rarity.

"But the destruction these creatures caused, you two could be killed!" Rarity exclaimed, not understanding why they would risk their lives doing this. Sunset walked towards her as she smiled before placing her hand on Rarity's shoulder.

"It's a possibility that we could die from this, but worse things will happen if we don't do anything. You see, when you all helped me out, I realized a lot about myself. How much I hurt other people, including you and our friends. And now, if we just stay back and do nothing, these monsters will hurt or even kill anyone whenever they get the chance. I won't allow that to happen." Sunset said to Rarity, with Mirai nodding. Rarity looked at her with wide eyes, slightly understanding but still wrapping her head around all this.

"Also not just that, I will work hard to find a way to counteract their durability and find a weakness. But, for now, I think it's for the best if you head back home. Your family is probably worried by now." Mirai said.

Rarity nodded before saying her goodbyes to the two before entering the elevator. As it closed behind her, she began to think of what Sunset and Mirai told her.






Monday, October 21st


On the very next day, in the middle of the park; people were running in terror as the two monsters had recently appeared once again. The beetle monster punched the ground creating cracks as the rocket monster spawned a blue veiny appendage on his right leg that shot out strange rockets to shoot at the civilians. Thankfully they all missed, but property on the park such as benches and play equipment were destroyed.

The beetle monster noticed a businessman frozen in place from being frightened. The monster chuckled before walking towards the man to grab hold of his collar.

"Ah, looks like one didn't run! Judging by your suit and tie, you must be a businessman! Oho! You must think you're pretty strong, huh?! Let's see how strong you truly are!" The beetle monster pulled back his fist as it began to glow. Before he could punch him, he suddenly felt a wave of energy slash his arm that held the man. Annoyed, he turned to see who attacked him.

He saw both Mirai and Sunset running towards them before stopping to prepare themselves. The beetle monster noticed Sunset was holding her sword, quickly assuming that she's the one that damaged him. Annoyed, the beetle monster dropped the man allowing him to run away in fright as the rocket monster spoke up.

"Huh?! How the hell did you two appear so soon?!" Exclaimed the rocket monster in a frustrated tone.

"We just so happen to patrol in case you both showed up! Anyway, it's time to end your reign of terror once and for all!" Mirai stated, in a fighting stance gripping his fists. The beetle monster chuckled before speaking.

"Hah! You could barely touch us last time! What makes you two weaklings believe that you'll beat us this time?" He said in confidence, barely even giving them attention.

"Even so, I doubt that you're completely invincible." Mirai said. He had a plan set. Sunset told Mirai about how the beetle monster relied on his fists as the rocket monster relied on his organic weapons. So, Mirai had an idea where he would fight the beetle monster while Sunset would fight the rocket monster.

Mirai and Sunset both charged towards their respective opponents until something expected happened. Just like yesterday, the rocket monster spawned a rocket on his right arm, but this time on his left arm as well. However, the one on his left arm caused his arm to throb. He flew in faster than expected, grabbing both Mirai and Sunset before flying off with them to fight. The beetle monster watched as this was happening.

"That will take the load off! Crushing weaklings is fun, but I'll just leave it to him! Although…." He turned and used his vision to look at a faraway building. It read "Canterlot Middle School". He chuckled and brought his fists together.

"Crushing a cluster of weaklings is even more fun!" He stated, slowly walking in that direction.

Meanwhile, in a different location in the city. Rarity was in panic when she heard that the two monsters returned. Further proven because she saw people running away as they screamed about the monsters. She was running across the sidewalks in fear before stopping to grab her phone from her purse to call a number. The phone answered before Rarity spoke.

"Mother! The two creatures are back! Are you and Father safe at home?!" Rarity asked in panic. Her mother replied that they were, which made her worry less. But she was still frantically worried.

"What about Sweetie Belle? She's still safe in the house, right?!" Rarity asked, especially worried for her little sister. But, her mother replied that she wasn't home. Rarity was in shock. Before she could question her little sister's whereabouts, she stopped in her tracks from what she saw.

She saw the beetle monster walking by. In fear, she hung up her phone and quickly hid in the shadows; hoping that the monster didn't notice her. She was trying to calm herself down as the beetle passed by. She looked on quickly relieved that he didn't see her.

But she looked in the direction to where he was headed. Rarity quickly realized that he was making his way towards the middle school. She gasped in fright as she knew that it's the one place her little sister might be located. Usually on this day, her little sister spends her time in her club at school. Rarity was trembling as she knew what the monster might do.

He was going to break into the school and kill everyone there, including her sister. Rarity's hands were shaking but she quickly thought of an idea.

'The police! I need to call the police!' She thought to herself. She quickly dialed the number, but stopped when she remembered what Mirai told her. Especially after witnessing Sunset barely being able to touch him, what good could the police weapons do to him? She scanned the area to see no sign of Mirai or Sunset. She was breathing heavily from panicking before looking back to see the monster still walking towards the school. Without thinking, she ran in front of the monster trying to push him away to stop him.

"Stop! Please! Don't go in there! I'm begging you!" She pleaded while trying to push him away. The beetle monster barely even looked at her as he pushed her aside. From his strength, she rolled on the ground causing her uniform to be covered in dirt. She trembled as she looked up to see him walking closer to his destination. Her eyes widened before standing back up to try and push him once again. She used her feet to keep her steady as she tried to use her strength, but he refused to budge as he continued to walk causing her to be pushed back.

"Please, no! My little sister is in there! She doesn't deserve this!" She exclaimed in a trembling voice. The monster is beginning to become annoyed. He began to growl at her before pushing her away once again as he continued to walk forward.

After being pushed, Rarity hesitantly tried to stand back up but stopped when she saw that the monster stood in place as he looked back at her with murderous intent in his eyes. Rarity's eyes widened as she began to shiver from fear. 'H-He's serious…! He won't even give me a chance if I stand back up…! He will kill me if I try to stop him…!' She fearfully thought to herself. After the beetle monster saw that she fell onto her knees from defeat, he scoffed before continuing to make his way towards the school. Tears began to appear from her eyes as she had no other choice but to witness this creature murder her sister and other innocent children.

"I-I'm sorry Sweetie Belle…I-I've failed you as your sister…" Rarity says to herself as she sobs. Suddenly, memories began to flood her mind. Her sister being born, how they always bickered as siblings do at times, but most of the time, they had fun together. Rarity was sometimes tired from her antics, but she still loved her sister and sometimes even indulged in her.

'If I don't do anything, Sweetie Belle will die from this monster…..' Rarity thought to herself and remembered what Sunset told her yesterday. It doesn't matter what will happen, if someone doesn't do anything about these monsters, people will get hurt.

Rarity stood back up, still trembling from fear but she had no other choice but to protect her sister. She didn't think as she suddenly ran towards him. She did what she never did before in her life, clenched her fists. As she ran closer to the monster, she prepared for the worst as she closed her eyes before throwing a punch.

She expected the punch to hurt but soon after, she didn't feel a thing and heard a crash. She opened her eyes and was surprised by what she saw. The monster was far away on the ground with a small crater underneath him struggling to stand back up.

"My word…." Rarity was shocked and confused about how this happened. She then noticed that she was wearing black gloves alongside a red and gold gauntlet. Another thing that she noticed was that it looked like she was looking through red lenses.

Mirai managed to run to the area after a little scuffle with the rocket monster. Sunset was dealing with him so Mirai now ran to the area to fight the beetle monster. But he was surprised that he was in a crater on the ground. Something must've somehow hurt him. He then noticed Rarity causing his eyes and mouth to widen underneath his helmet. At the sight of this whole thing, Mirai uttered one word.

"...K…..Kuuga!"
