Welcome to Silent Hill… I mean Sunny Town.


Star was rushing through the corridors of Canterlot Castle. As far as he could tell it was empty. When he awoke he couldn’t find Luna. He thought she went out for a stroll in the early morning before she joined him for bed but there was something wrong. The darkness outside was not hers and there was a heavy fog as well. When he noticed this his eyes grew in fear. He only knew one thing like this and it was not good for him. He left his and Luna’s room and ran as fast as he could towards the throne room. When he hit outside it was difficult for him to see. The fog was so thick he could barely see a few feet in front of him.
Fuck Fuck fuck fuck FUCK he cussed in his head. That’s when he knew things were getting bad. He never cussed in Equestria even in his own mind. 
This better not be what I think it is.
Finally he reached the throne room and entered. It was completely empty. Neither Luna nor Celestia was there but there was something in there. At first Star could not make it out but it began to get closer. Its movement was slow and eradicate and it made a horrible noise. Finally Star saw the creature. It was shaped like a pony but it didn’t have a mouth or snout but a black emptiness instead. The same went for the eyes. Star stood in shock as the thing got closer to him
How is this possible? Why am I here?
Star didn’t realize that the creature finally got close enough before it was too late. The creature took its head and hit Star with it. It latched on to his throat and began sucking.
“GAH” screamed Star in pain as he pushed the monster of him.
The monster fell to the floor a few feet away but got back up and advanced towards Star again. Star turned around and bolted out of the throne room. As soon as he reach outside though he stopped in his tracks. All around him monsters shambled out of nowhere. The streets he was just in were now getting filled with these monsters and they were making their way towards him. Star looked around for an exit and only saw one. He extended his wings and took off into the foggy sky. He started heading east as fast as he can towards Fillydelphia. He had no reason why there but it was still a place to go. He knew Ponyville was not the best place to go. 
After a while he passed over the Foal Mountains but that’s where thing went wrong. Star didn’t hear the giant monster approach but he sure felt it. A monster as big as a dragon flew out of nowhere and smacked Star out of the sky. He went tumbling towards the earth. At what seemed like forever he finally hit the ground. He landed near a sign. Star looked up to the sign and read it


Welcome to
Sunny
Town

Oh Fuck Me he thought before he lost conscious.

Star bolted up right as he opened his eyes. He looked around at his surroundings. The last thing he remembered was the sign that he passed out at. 
He was now in a diner. He scanned every inch of the room but saw nopony there. He got up from the bench and checked the newspaper next to him. He read the first few lines and his fears were confirmed. He was in Sunny Town but he knew better. This place is basically Silent Hill.
After he finally recovered he noticed his wing was clipped and he couldn’t fly out of there.
Of course he thought I just need to find a way out of here.
He decided that he couldn’t continue as a pony. He knew what lay in store for him. He changed back to human form. He looked at the rest of the diner and saw what he knew was going to be there. He found a portable radio, a shoulder flashlight, and a kitchen knife. The knife was dull but it was better than nothing. He grabbed the map of the town out of the stand next to the door.
Here we go
Dan left the diner and walked out to the fogged streets. It was really weird seeing some human things here. Celestia told him and Luna this town’s history a while ago. Apparently sixty years ago a town of ponies splinted away from Celestia’s rule. Normally she would just try and discuss what went wrong but that proved a problem as when anypony tried to get close to the town a heavy fog would prevent them from getting any closer. As far as Dan knew he was the first thing ever to see the inside of Smiley Town.
Whatever the ponies did they came close to human civilization. There was some pony stuff there too. It was a mixture of both things. Dan continued down Main Street.
As Dan looked down at the map something caught his eye. He looked up at the street he was coming up on. There was a smile pony there He couldn’t be no more than three but that’s what not caught his attention. It was a dark sapphire alicorn. His eye grew in fear as the realization of who it was
No he thought as he began to run toward the small colt.

The small colt looked up at him and began to run away
“NO” shouted Dan “MIDNIGHT COME TO DADDY”
But it was useless. The small alicorn sprinted down the street away from Dan. Dan tried to keep up but Midnight began using his wings. Soon Midnight headed into an empty building and disappeared from view. Dan climbed the step and stopped at the front doors to catch his breath. When he finally caught his breath he looked up at the name of the building


SMILEY TOWN ORPHANAGE

Great it just had to be an orphanage he complained

Dan opened the doors to the orphanage and walked into the room. A faint glow of light was in the place. The smell of rioting wood and decay hung in the air. Dan moved on to the help desk and searched for the map. He found one but it was really old and some of the writing had faded. While he tried to read the map he heard the sound of hooves on the floor. Dan looked down the hallway and saw the small figure go up the stairs at the end of the hallway.
Without thinking twice he took after his child. When he reached the top floor he saw Midnight go into a room. When he went to the room its number was two-oh-three. He stared at the number as he remembered that was his old apartment’s number. After shaking this off he entered the room. It was small all that was in there was a bed, a desk, and a trunk. Dan looked all over the room but could not find Midnight. He was about to leave the room when something caught his eye. Everything in the room looked like it hadn’t been touched in forever except the trunk. It looked it had been used recently. Dan went down to the trunk and opened it. What he found inside made his heart stop in its track. It was a picture of his old family and friends. Underneath were papers. He picked them up and read them. All the papers were about him going missing on Earth. That the search lasted a few months until everybody gave up. The article said that his family and friends were worried and just wanted him to come home. After he read the last line his radio went off. Knowing that it meant trouble Dan shut the trunk and went to go leave but when he opened the door a monster attacked him.
The monster pinned him against the bed and tried to bite him. The monster had long arms that held him in place as he struggled to get free. It had no legs to pin Dan’s legs to the bed so he used them to hold off the monster at its chest. When Dan finally shoved the monster off him he got up and got a good look at the rest of it. Its mouth took up most of the face. It had rows of sharp teeth but of all things that disturbed Dan the most was its chest. Right were the heart should be was a gaping hole.
It lunged at Dan again but he side stepped and ran out the room. He sprinted down the hallway to the stairs. Before he could reach the door the monster jumped on his back. He shoved it of yet again and took the knife and drove it into the monster head. It twitched for a second and went limp. Dan got up and left the orphanage. Midnight was never really there. The town was fucking with him he should have known better. He took out his map and saw that he was on Hoofsteen Street. He scanned the map for the closest way out of the city. The next street should take him out. He put his map away and started heading down the street towards the way out. 
Yet when he got to the street that lead out of the city there was a problem. Once again he should have seen this coming. There was a drop-off. Like something just took the entire street and made it fall off the ground.
Damn he thought now what do I do
The only other way out was the train station but he knew that it was a bad idea to go there. Seeing as it was a fast way to get out of there he thought there was some impossible task to do to get the train moving or even getting there. Before he could make the decision on going he noticed something. Somepony was staring at him through a window out of the house near to him. He shrugged it off as the town messing with him but he quickly changed his mind as he saw ten or more ponies wearing gas mask pop up out of nowhere. They moved slowly towards him. He began to back away but ran into something. When he turned around there was another pony with a gas mask on behind him. Before he could react though he got hit upside the head by something and fell to the ground. The last thing he saw was the gas masked ponies gathering around him.
God damn I hate this town
