"Heeeeeeeyyy!!"

I see an very excited girl running toward me from the distance, waving her arms in the air like she's totally oblivious to any attention she might draw to herself. That girl is Pinkie Pie. My friend and best party girl in the neighborhood and school. We've been friends for a long time ever since I moved here. She's friends with everyone here and we grew pretty close through the years. But she seems very excited today. More than usual. Honestly when she's like this I almost feel better running away. However I just sigh and idle in front of the crosswalk and let Pinkie catch up to me.

"I'm here!! Sorry I'm late again! I accidently bumped some of my party decorations off my desk and it took a long time to clean up." Pinkie Pie explains catching her breath. "But I was still able to catch up with you!"

"Maybe, but only because I decided to stop and wait for you." I say half joking.

"Eeehhhhh, You say that like you were thinking about ignoring me! That's mean!" She lectures me. 

I just roll my eyes. "Well, if people stare at you for acting crazy I don't want them to think we're a couple or something."

Pinkie Pie gets a smile back on her face. "Fine, Fine. But you did wait for me, after all. I guess you don't have it in you to be mean even if you want to~"

"Whatever you say Pinkie..."

"Hehe!" Her giggle brings a smile on my face. 

We cross the street together and make our way to school. As we draw near, The streets become increasingly speckled with other students making their daily commute. 

Pinkie Pie breaks the silence. "By the way, have you decided on a club to join yet?"

"A club? I told you already, I'm really not intrested in joining any clubs. I haven't been looking, either." I remind her.

Pinkie shuck her head. "Eh? That's not true! You told me you would join a club this year!"

"Did I...?" I'm sure it's possible that I did, In one our many conversations where I dismissively go along with whatever she's going on about. Pinkie likes to get me and others in social situations, when I'm perfectly content just going by on the average while spending my free time on games and cartoons.

Pinkie nodded. "Uh-huh! I was talking about how I'm worried you won't have many friends and social skills before college. Your happyness is really important to me, you know! And I know you're happy now, but i'd die at the thought of you becoming a NEET in a few years because you're not used to the real world! You trust me right? Don't make me keep worrying about you."

After hearing her concerns and how serious she is, I sigh and give her a smile. "Alright, alright... I'll look at a few clubs if it makes you happy. No promises, though."

"Will you atleast Pinkie promise me you'll try a little?"

"Yeah, I guess I'll promise you that. Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye." I Pinkie Promised her.

Pinkie gets a smile. "Yaay~!" 

I give her a smile back trying to figure out how she always gets me into these situations, but who knows, I might find a club and meet some nice people. 





The school day is as ordinary as ever, and it's over before I know it. After I pack up my things, I stare blankly at the wall, looking for an ounce of motivation.

"Clubs..." Pinkie wants me to check out some clubs. I quess I have no choice but to start with the cartoon club... 

My thoughts get cut off by a familiar voice. "Hellooo?" 

"Pinkie...?" She must have come into the classroom while I was spacing out. I look around and realize I'm the only one left in the classroom.

"I thought I'd catch you coming out of the classroom, but I saw you just sitting here and spacing out, so I came in. Lucky I was here to get you out of your day dream." She chuckled to herself as she said that.

"You don't need to wait up for me if it's going to make you late to your own club."

"We'll, I thought you might need some encouragement, so I thought, you know..." Pinkie got a small smile.

"Know what?"

Her smile got bigger. "Well, that you could come to my club!"

"Pinkie.."

"Yeaahh??"

"There is no way I'm going to your club." I told her. 

She looked disapointed at me. "Eeeehhhhh!? Partypooper!"

Pinkie Pie is vice president of the Friendship Club. As I said she is friends with everyone and her best friends decided to start a club about it. Of course, being Pinkie Pie, she couldn't wait to join in too. But I'm not intrested in something dull like that.

"Yeah, I'm going to the cartoon club."

"Come on, please?" Pinkie begged me. 

"Why do you care so much, anyway?"

Pinkie got a nervous smile. "Well... I kinda told the club yesterday I would bring a new member... And they prepared everything so... Hehe.."

I facepalmed at her stupidity. "Don't make promises you can't keep!" I can't tell if Pinkie is really that random, or if she's so smart as to have planned this all out. I let out a long sigh. "Fine.. I'll stop by for a few minutes, okay?"

Pinkie got a big smile again and got my hand. "Yes! Let's go~!"





We make our way upstairs and walk through the halls. I look around. This is a section of the school I rarely visit, being generally used for third-year classes and activities. 

Pinkie, full of energy, swings open the classroom door. "Everyone! The new member is here~!"

"I told you, Don't call me a 'new member-" I stop to glance around the room. I see five girls.

"Welcome to the Friendship club. It's a pleasure to meet you. Pinkie always says nice things about you." One of the girls welcomes me. She had purple hair with pink and lavender streaks in them. She had dark purple eyes but still welcoming. 

"Pinkie, You brought a boy?" Another girl coments. She has purple hair with big beautiful curls in them. She had dark blue eyes that shimmer as she looks at me. She also has a charming voice which sounded a bit less charming in the last line.

A girl with rainbow manes and bright magenta eyes gives her a playfull punch. "Quiet Rarity, a boy is a great idea. This is going to be fun!" She gives me a smile that forces me to give a small smile back. Now I also know the name of the other one.

Another girl walks up to me for a handshake. "Nice to meet ya. Ah'm Apple Jack. But you can call me AJ." She has blonde hair that's tied up in a braid at the end. She has bright green eyes and wears an cowboy, or in this case, cowgirl hat above her uniform.

I shake her hand to feel her tight grip. "Nice to meet you too."

I see Pinkie bring a girl to me who is hiding her face behind her hair. "Go on Fluttershy! Introduce yourself! No need to be shy!"

The shy girl had long pink hair hanging over her face and green/blue eyes. "U-Uhm.. H-Hi... I-I'm.. I-m Flutte-..." She didn't continue and just looked away. It was so quiet I could barely hear her but I just gave her a smile. 

I take another look around the room and notice something. This club.. Is filled with incredibly cute girls! 

I lock eyes with Twilight and she notices. "If you want to say something, you can." She tells me with the same nice smile.

"N-No.. I just.. Sorry.."

"No need to apolize. You're starting to sound like Fluttershy." The Rainbow haired one commented. 

"Rainbow Dash." Twilight says to her in a mad tone.

"Oh, I wasn't trying to be mean. Sorry.."

The rainbow haired one who's name is conveniently Rainbow Dash apologized to me. 

I just brush it off. "It's ok."

Twilight got everyones attention. "Since we have a new member today we can start with introductions. You too Fluttershy." She looked over to the quiet girl who quietly nodded.

They all started getting chairs and put them in a circle. I did too and sat next to Pinkie. Twilight put her chair next mine and we were all in a circle now.

"Now, since I'm the president I'll start. " She looks over to me and smiles. "I'm Twilight Sparkle. I started the friendship club, These are my friends."

The girl next to Twilight got my attention now. "I'm Rarity! I'm pretty popular in the fashion club around here. Nice to meet you darling."

I give her a smile and Apple Jack starts her introduction now too. "You already know my name. Ah'm part of the apple family and the Sweet Apple Acers farm. Ah live and work there so if ya need some apple product Ah'm the girl to ask." 

I nod again and Rainbow Dash gets a smile. "And I'm Rainbow Daring Awesome Dash!" Apple Jack gives her a small kick. "But Rainbow Dash is fine too. I'm captain of the sports club and awesome at every single on of them."

"A little boasting isn't it?" Apple Jack told her.

"What, It's true!" Rainbow said a bit louder than necesairy. I just giggle at them. I look at the quiet one who looks very nervous. 

Rainbow notices too and puts an arm around her. "Go on Flutters. No need to be shy."

"Uhm.. H-Hi... I-I'm Fluttershy..." She actually finished this time but quickly looked away. 

I give her a smile. "Nice to meet you Fluttershy." She looks back and gives me a small smile.

"And you already know me!" Pinkie happly adds. 

Twilight looks back at me. "So, do you have any experients with friendship?"

"Uhm.." How am I supposed to answer this?? I have friends so I guess yea. "Yea..?"

"Hmm" Twilight stays quiet for a few second. "Anyways I'm sure you'll be able to learn something here. Friendship is like a 3d cube. It has many sides and debth to it and sometimes has a suprise on the inside." Twilight made her comparison. I quietly nod. 

Rainbow gets to my wispers something to me but loud enough for them to hear too. "You don't HAVE to learn about it tho. She's just trying to sound smart." She gives me a small wink and gets back to her seat with a big grin.

Twilight gets an annoyed face again. "I'm not!" 

"Whatever egghead." She jokes one more time before Twilight starts yelling at her some more. All I can do is giggle as the others try to break up the two girls.

After a bit Twilight comes back to me. "Sorry about that.. That wasn't a very good example of friendship. Rainbow just likes to make small comments like that." She apologizes.

I smile at her. "It's fine, really, I don't mind."

She gets a smile back too. "Good."

We hang out there for a while longer. It got pretty fun talking to all the girls that I forgot the time. I hear a bell ring.

Twilight looks up at the clock. "Oh, it's the end of the meeting already!"

"Aww.. I was just having so much fun.." Pinkie said disapointed.

Apple jack shuck her head "No worries. We can spend more time here tomorrow." 

"And it will be 20% cooler with our new member!" Rainbow Dash said very excited. The rest got a smile too as they were packing their bags to leave.

"Actually.." I look away to ashamed to look them in the eye. "I never said I would join the club.. Pinkie convinced me to stop by, but I never made any decision." I look back and see them looking disapointed at me. 

"B-But.." Pinkie looks down.

"I'm sorry, I thought.." Rainbow didn't finish and just looked away. 

"Oh.." Apple Jack looked away.

Rarity and Fluttershy stayed quiet.

"Y-You all.." I.. I'm defenseless against these girls. Seeying them so disapointed I just sigh. "...Right.. Okay, I've decided, then. I'll join the Friendship Club."

The girls look up again and smiles return on their faces.

"Yesss! I'm so happy~!" Pinkie quickly hugged me tight, jumping up and down.

"H-Hey!" Pinkie let me go.

Rainbow came to stand next to me and gave me a small playfull punch. "You actually scared me a little there. Don't do that again." I just gave her a small smile.

"Ah'm happy you're stayin'." Apple Jack said giving me a smile.

"Although I'll have to get used to a boy being around here I'm happy to have you here." Rarity said giving me a small wink.

Fluttershy walks up to me and actually says something I can hear. "I-I'm happy you're staying too.." 

"Then that makes it official! Welcome to the Friendship Club!" Twilight happly announces. 

"Yea.. Thanks, I guess."

Twilight stands in the middle of the room for the last announcement. "Okay everyone! I think with that, we can end today's meeting on a good note. See you all tomorrow!" She looks over at me. "I look forward to seeing you get along with everyone. We'll make sure you'll have a good time being here." She gives me a nice smile before turning to get her stuff. 

I get my stuff too and see Pinkie walking with me to the door. "Hey, since we're already here, do you want to walk home together?"

That's right, Pinkie and I never walk home together anymore because she always stayed after school for clubs. "Sure!"

Pinkie gets a big smile. "Yaay~!" 

With that the two of us depart the clubroom and make our way home. The whole way, my mind wanders back and fourth between the six girls: Pinkie Pie, Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Rarity and Fluttershy. Will I really be happy spending every day after school in the Friendship club? Perhaps I'll have the chance to grow closer to one of these girls...

After another day of school I walk to the clubroom and immediately get greeted by Twilight.

"Hi again! Glad to see you back here!" She happly smiles at me. 

"Good to see you again too." I reply with a smile.

I look around the room and it looks like I'm the last one to come in since everyone is already hanging out.

I see Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash approach me. "Nice to see ya back in the club." Apple Jack welcomes me.

"Nice to know you didn't run off on us." Rainbow Dash says half joking.

"Nah, don't worry." I reassure them.

"Ah hope this ain't too much of a commitment for you. Divin' head first into a new club." Apple Jack tells me with a small smile.

"Oh, come on! Like he deserves any slack. Pinkie told me you didn't even want to join any club this year. And last year too!" She comments. "I don't know if you plan to just come here to hang out or what, but there's no way you're failing friendship. It's the easiest thing!" She tells me pretty confident. 

"I see you two are already flirting with the new guy~" I see Rarity here now too. Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash turn bright red.

"R-R-R- UGH!!" Rainbow Dash didn't continue what she was going to say and quickly leaves. 

"A-Ah'm not!" Apple Jack tells her trying to hide her blush. 

"I'm just joking~ Anyways, nice to see you here again." Rarity gives me a small wink. 

"Nice to see you too." I smile at both of them. 

Suddenly I feel Pinkie jump up from behind me and hugging me. "You're here!!"

I get wrapped into the tight hug. "H-Hey Pinkie.." She hugs me for a few more seconds and then lets me go.

I notice Fluttershy sitting by the window with some birds. She notices me looking and just quietly waves at me. I do the same and she returns to her birds. 

"I'm happy to see you back here! This is going to be a great day!" Pinkie happy announced.

"What do you all normally do in this club?" I ask them.

"Play games, talk about fun stuff and just hang out." Pinkie explains still a smile on her face.

"That seems easy enough." I say with a smile.

I see Twilight walk up to me. "Hey again~ I thought I would tell you about what we do in the club but you seem to already do it right now."

"We just told him about what we always do!" Pinkie says still smiling.

She nods. "Oh ok then. Good luck then." She turns to leave.

"Where are you going?" I ask her curiously.

"I need to get some things from other classrooms. I'll be back in a few minutes. You can just have fun with someone now ok?" She smiles at me.

"Sure. Good luck."

"Thanks. See you later." She leaves the club room and I take another look at it.

I see Pinkie Pie making a drawing, Rarity reading a magazine, Rainbow Dash on her laptop, Apple Jack writing something on a paper and Fluttershy still by the window with her birds. 

I decide to go see what Pinkie is doing. "Hey Pinkie. What are you making?" 

"Oh hi! You gotta see this!" She gets up and shows me what's on the paper. I see a sketch of a room that looks like a birthday party.

"Wow! That looks pretty good! What's it for?" 

"Someone asked me to create a party room for them and I couldn't wait to make it!" She explains sitting back on her chair and getting a darker pencil.

I get a chair and sit with her at the table. "What now?"

She starts drawing on the lines she wants to keep. "I'm making cleaner lines. I can't colour on a sketch. Haven't you ever drawn before?" 

"I do but I never really sketch. I just draw and see if it looks good or not." I explain her. 

"I have an idea!" She puts the sketch in her bag and gets up from her chair. She hops over to the closet and opens it to look for something inside. I watch her hips happly shaking from side to side as she walks. 

I walk to her to see what she's looking for. "What are you looking for?" 

I see her by the section of the closet that has drawing materials in them. "I thought we could draw together." She got a box of crayons. "Can you get this to the table? I can't get all of this by myself."

I got the box from her. "Alright." I walk back to the table and place the box down. I open it and see a lot of colourfull crayons. They were in a pattern of a perfect rainbow. I felt almost bad using them later. 

I saw Pinkie come back with a pencil case and a lot of papers. "I got everything!" She happly said putting it on the table. 

I looked in the pencil case and saw multiple pencils, pens, erasers and a ruler. 

Pinkie gets two pieces of paper and gives one of them to me. "We can draw whatever we want or if you want to.." She got piece of paper and wrote our names on it with a line between the names to make it look like a score board. "Do a drawing competition!"

"You know I don't like competitions.." I remember her drawing. "Also you're way better than me."

"Come on! It'll be fun! It's just about having fun anyway! No winning is necesary if you don't want to." She says to me giving me a pencil.

After a few seconds I get a paper from the pile and give her a smile. "Alright then. Let's begin!"

She gets a big smile. "Yaay~!" She gets a paper too and gets a pencil. "What do you want to draw?"

"Uhm.." The only thing I can think of are some of my favorite cartoon characters but I'm not very good at them. "You can choose first."

"Oh ok!" She thinks for a few seconds. "We can draw eachother!"

"What!? I can't do that!"

"I know you can. It doesn't have to be realistic. Just try it! Please?" She looked at me with puppy dog eyes.

I just sigh and give her a smile. "Ok, I'll try. But don't expect something spectacular."

She nods with a smile. "Yaay~! I'm already excited to see it! Now, let's begin!" She begins to draw and I do the same.

I decided to draw in a style I'm familiar with. It's from a cartoon and Pinkie will probably know which one. I try my best to draw her big curly hair and always happy tone. Just drawing her made me think of all the things I like about her. I've never thought about it that way before. I finish the colouring and wait for her to finish. 

She finishes hers and looks at me. "I'll count from three and then we'll show it at the same time!" I nod and she starts counting. "3... 2.. 1!" We show eachother the drawings and I'm suprised by her amazed face. "Wow! That looks great! It looks like one of those cartoons you like to watch!"

I feel myself blush a little and just give her a smile. "Thx Pinkie.. But yours is way better than mine." Pinkie has her own art style that looks like a cut out book. But it looks like she put more efford in this drawing since it looks better than her former ones. "Yours is really good!"

She gets a small blush too and a big smile. "Aww thx! But yours is amazing too." 

We make some more drawings and we have lots of fun. Eventually we hear the bell ring and the others packing their stuff.

"Wow! Time really goes fast when you're having fun!" She commented looking at the clock.

"I guess so. This was way more fun than I expected!" 

"We can do it again tomorrow! I'm already excited for it!" She get's the art suplies from the table and walks back to the closet to clean up.

I see she's trying to balance it all and could use some help. "Let me help you with that." I say as I get some of the boxes from her and put them in the closet for her. 

"Thanks!" She puts the rest of her stuff back too and gives me a smile. "Want to walk home together again?"

"Sure!" We get our stuff and walk make our way out the school. In our walk together we talk some more until we eventually split up at my house. I already feel excited for tomorrow.

I see Pinkie Pie making a drawing, Rarity reading a magazine, Rainbow Dash on her laptop, Apple Jack writing something on a paper and Fluttershy still by the window with her birds. 

I decided to go see what Apple Jack was doing. We're got along pretty well so it would be nice to get to know her better.

I walk to her table and give her a smile. "Hey Apple Jack. Mind if I sit here?"

She returns me a smile. "Nah. Do whatever ya want."

"Thanks." I say as I get a seat and sit with her at the table. "What are you making?"

"Just writin' some things down. It's been busy at Sweet Apple Acres and ah need to keep track of everythin'." She explains.

I looked at her paper and back at her. "You do all of that on your own?"

She nods with small hessitation. "Not entirely but pretty close. My brother does most of the heavy work while ah do most of the planning. And my little siter is still too young to do anythin' aside from small chores."

I just stare at her in disbelief before snapping out of it. "Wow. That's really impressive!"

She lets out a small chuckle and gives me a smile. "Thanks but it's really nothin'. I've been doin' it for years."

I start feeling a need to help her out a little. "Is there any chance I could maybe help you with something? I feel just sitting here doing nothing while you work.."

"Ya really don't have to." She answers. 

"No really, I don't mind. Maybe it'll be fun." I insist.

"Alright then.." She thinks for a bit. "Are ya good at math?"

I've never really been a math guy but my calculator can help. "Sorta. But I have a calculator in my bag." I open my bag and pull out a black calculator with some stickers on it from my favorite cartoon.

I could see she was trying to hold in her laughter seeying my calculator. "Good. Here." She gives me one of the papers with what looks like math questions. "Ah already wrote the questions down. You can put the answers of them and I'll continue plannin' the schedule."

I nod and get pen. "Happy to help!" She gives me a smile before going back to her work. While I calculate all the questions I notice we sat really close next to eachother. So close our shoulders almost touched eachother. But I didn't think too much of it.

I was calculating the last few questions when I felt something warm against my shoulder. I looked in suprised and saw Apple Jack's shoulder against mine. I felt my cheeks blushing.

She noticed too and moved away blushing. "Ah'm sorry, ah didn't mean to.."

"No it's fine! I don't mind." I gave her a smile.

She returned me one too. "Thanks." There was a small silence before she spoke again. "How're the questions goin'?"

I quickly finished the last one and handed her the paper. "All done!"

"Thanks!" She got the paper and put it on hers. She put it in her bag and looked at the clock. "We finished right on time."

"Again, happy I could help." The bell rang and we got our bag. "So, I'll see you tomorrow? Maybe we could do this again."

She looked away. "Ah don't know.. Ah feel kinda bad makin' you do my work.."

"I already told you I don't mind."

She thought a few seconds before letting a sigh and giving me a smile. "Alright then. Seeya tomorrow." We spit up at the door giving eachother a small wave. 

I see Pinkie approach me with a smile. "Ready to walk home together?"

"Sure thing!" I say as we leave the classroom. We make our way home and spit up at my house. I was very impressed by Apple Jack's hard work. I'm already excited to see more of it tomorrow.

Suddenly I feel Pinkie jump up from behind me and hugging me. "You're here!!"

I get wrapped into the tight hug. "H-Hey Pinkie.." She hugs me for a few more seconds and then lets me go.

I notice Fluttershy sitting by the window with some birds. She notices me looking and just quietly waves at me. I do the same and she returns to her birds. 

"I'm happy to see you back here! This is going to be a great day!" Pinkie happy announced.

"What do you all normally do in this club?" I ask them.

"Play games, talk about fun stuff and just hang out." Pinkie explains still a smile on her face.

"That seems easy enough." I say with a smile.

I see Twilight walk up to me. "Hey again~ I thought I would tell you about what we do in the club but you seem to already do it right now."

"We just told him about what we always do!" Pinkie says still smiling.

She nods. "Oh ok then. Good luck then." She turns to leave.

"Where are you going?" I ask her curiously.

"I need to get some things from other classrooms. I'll be back in a few minutes. You can just have fun with someone now ok?" She smiles at me.

"Sure. Good luck."

"Thanks. See you later." She leaves the club room and I take another look at it.

I see Pinkie Pie making a drawing, Rarity reading a magazine, Rainbow Dash on her laptop, Apple Jack writing something on a paper and Fluttershy still by the window with her birds. 

I decided to go see what Rarity was doing. She really caught my attention yesterday so I would like to get to know her better. 

I got to her table and gave her a smile. "Hey Rarity. Mind if I sit here?"

"Not at all darling." She said giving me a smile.

"Thanks." I say as I get a seat and sit down at her table. "What are you reading?"

"It's my favorite magazine. I just got it this morning." She explains.

I looked and saw it was probably something with fashion. "Looks like some kind of fashion magazine."

"It is, but it has way more than that! It's also diets, life hacks and most recent news from celebrities!" She said clearly intrested about what was in there. 

"Wow." I didn't know so much could be in one magazine. "But it's not really my cup of tea. I mostly read comics and things like that."

She gives me a soft smile. "That's absolutely fine. I get that you won't be into these girly things." I did see she was a bit disapointed.

"I didn't mean it like that.."

She notices and quicklt responded. "No it's fine. You just like different things."

"Let me get something!" I remembered I brought one of my comics to read in the cafereria and got it from my bag. "This is
one of my favorites! It's about this group of super heroes with super powers who train to fight vilains!"

She listened to me explain while scanning the covor. "That sounds like most of those super hero comics."

"It's way more than that!" I realised I sounded exactly like her and got a small blush. She noticed too and blushed too.

"It seems like we both have two books now." She took a small pauze before continuing. "Maybe we could read something together? I mean you don't have to.. It was just an idea." She looks at me with those eyes and gives me a smile.

I give her a smile. "I like that idea. We could switch books?" I suggested.

"Sounds good to me." She gives me her magazine and I give her my comic. "I'm excited to hear what you think of it."

"Same for me." While the magazine wasn't my thing I didn't want to be rude. She was very excited about it so I should atleast give it a try. 

While reading I found, like she said, that the book was more than just a few pictures of models. The life hacks were really intresting to me. And some of the stories in there were really intresting. It was fun imagining in my head how they would play out. I also noticed Rarity smiling at me a few times while reading it.

I also looked at her a few times to see what she thought of it. She seemed very intrested and turned the pages at a pase that made me think she wanted to turn it to see what would happen next. Just thinking about her enjoying my comic brought a smile to my face. 

The time went by quick and I was still somewhere in the middle of the magazine when I heard the bell ring. 

We both took our eyes of the books and I moved the magazine back to her side of the table. "Here, I really enjoyed it. You were right. It's way better than expected."

"I'm happy you like it. I really enjoyed yours too." To my suprise she pushed it back and gave me a smile. "Is it ok if I take it with me? It was suprisingly intresting and I would like to see the ending. I'll return it tomorrow.  If you don't mind of course.." Her eyes looked at me again.

I took her magazine again and gave her a smile. "That's fine. I don't mind. Is it ok if I take yours too? I still wanted to read a few more of those stories."

"That's fine darling. I'm just happy you like it." She gave me a smile and put it in her bag. "So, I'll see you tomorrow?"

"Sure thing!" I put the magazine in my bag and get off my seat. We walk to the door before waving good bye.

I see Pinkie approach me with a smile. "Ready to walk home together?"

"Sure thing!" I say as we leave the classroom. We make our way home and spit up at my house. I spend the rest of the day reading the rest of the magazine and watching cartoons. I'm excited to see Rarity again tomorrow and hear what she thinks of the rest of the comic.
> Day 1: Rainbow Dash

After another day of school I walk to the clubroom and immediately get greeted by Twilight.

"Hi again! Glad to see you back here!" She happly smiles at me. 

"Good to see you again too." I reply with a smile.

I look around the room and it looks like I'm the last one to come in since everyone is already hanging out.

I see Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash approach me. "Nice to see ya back in the club." Apple Jack welcomes me.

"Nice to know you didn't run off on us." Rainbow Dash says half joking.

"Nah, don't worry." I reassure them.

"Ah hope this ain't too much of a commitment for you. Divin' head first into a new club." Apple Jack tells me with a small smile.

"Oh, come on! Like he deserves any slack. Pinkie told me you didn't even want to join any club this year. And last year too!" She comments. "I don't know if you plan to just come here to hang out or what, but there's no way you're failing friendship. It's the easiest thing!" She tells me pretty confident. 

"I see you two are already flirting with the new guy~" I see Rarity here now too and Apple Jack and Rainbow Dash turning bright red.

"R-R-R- UGH!!" Rainbow Dash didn't continue what she was going to say and quickly leaves. 

"A-Ah'm not!" Apple Jack tells her trying to hide her blush. 

"I'm just joking~ Anyways, nice to see you here again." Rarity gives me a small wink. 

"Nice to see you too." I smile at both of them.

"Thanks. See you later." She leaves the club room and I take another look at it.

I decide to go see what Rainbow Dash was doing. Also, she walked off earlier so I wanted to see if she was ok.

I get to her table and give her a smile. "Hey Rainbow Dash. Mind if I sit here?"

She notices me and gets something from behind her laptop and quickly puts it back in her bag. She then gives me a quick smile. "Sure, you can do whatever."

"Thanks." I say as I get a seat and sit at her table. "So, what were you doing?"

I see her turn something on on her laptop. "Just browsing some things."

I see the normal google screen pop up. "You were looking at the google screen?"

"No. I just wanted to look something up ok??" She said that a bit defensive.

I notice and quickly apologize. "Oh sorry.. I didn't mean to sound like that."

She hears me and gets a quick smile. "No, don't apologize! It didn't mean to come out like that!"

"Right." I get a small smile back. "What were you looking up?"

"Nothing important really. Just the usual things. You tube, music, you know the stuff." She explains.

"Yea." I remember seeing her put something in her bag. "did you put something in your bag earlier?"

She starts blushing a little. "M-Maybe.. But that's none of your business!"

"Alright, alright.. Sorry for asking.."

She facepalms. "No, you're apologizing again! You really gotta stop apologizing to me about these things.."

"Okay.." I just look at her for a bit.

She notices. "You still want to know, don't you?" 

"You don't have to if it's personal or something.."

"Good, cause I wasn't going to anyway." She gives me a playful punch. "It's already fun having you around here." She said with a grin.

"Thanks?" I say uncertain of how she meant that. 

She reels it back again. "Oh, I didn't mean to sound that mean. It's just funny how you're a boy but talks more like, I don't know, Fluttershy."

That made me chuckle a little. "Well, you're a girl but I feel like I'm with one of the jocks right now." I said only half joking.

"I am kinda one. So, you're right." We both laughed at our dumb jokes. 

"You said you're in all the sport clubs right?" I asked her still a smile on my face. 

"Correction, captain on all of them. I'm just that good." She got a grin correcting me.

I give her an impressed smile. "Wow!"

"I know right! Now, no offense but you look like a weeb."

I roll my eyes and just brush it off. "Whatever you say."

Her grin got bigger. "That's the attitute. I'm starting to really like you." I could see a small blush.

I felt my cheeks getting a bit blushie too and smiled. "You're cool too."

She returns the smile and we talk some more. With of course some more jokes mixed in. She did become a bit softer the longer we were joking with eachother. Before we knew it the bell rang.

She looked a bit disapointed. "Bumber, I have so many more awesome stories I wanted to tell you."

I give her a smile. "No need to worry. We can just continue tomorrow."

She put her laptop in her bag and got up. "Oh, I'm not worrying. See you tomorrow dork." She gives me a playfull punch before walking past me to the door. We share a wave before we eventually lose sight of eachother.

I see Pinkie approach me with a smile. "Ready to walk home together?"

"Sure thing!" I say as we leave the classroom. We make our way home and spit up at my house. I found Rainbow Dash a really fun girl to be around. I was already excited to see her again tomorrow.

I decide to go see what Fluttershy was doing. She was really quiet yesterday and I'd like to get to know her better.

I get to her table and give her a smile. "Hey Fluttershy. Mind if I sit here?"

She notices me and looks away clearly shy. "O-Of course not. I-If you want to I mean.." 

"Thanks." I say as I get a seat and sit at her table. "What're you doing?" I ask looking at the birds on the table next to the open window.

"I-I was.." She hid her face under her hair before continuing. "I saw the birds at the window when I came in. I openned up the window for them and I was just giving them some of my leftovers from lunch."

I only now notice some of the pieces of bread scattered on the table for the birds to eat. Fluttershy also had a bigger piece in her hands.

"That's so cool! Can I try?" I see the birds jump a bit from my excitement. "Oh, sorry.."

She let's out a small laugh, petting the birds to calm them down. "It's fine. It happens a lot." The birds almost immidiatly calm down and go back to eating the bread. She gets a small bag from her school bag and pulls out a piece of bread before handing it over to me. "One small piece at a time. And try not to be agressive. Let them take their time." 

I nod getting a small piece of bread and getting them to one of the birds who just finished their last piece. It hops around it for a bit before stopping to eat it.

"That's fast." Fluttershy smiles with a bit of suprise in her voice.

I got a bit curious now. "What do you mean?" 

She gives one of the birds another piece as she explains. "They usually don't trust other people that quickly."

"Oh." I succesfully give them other piece. "That means they like me right?"

"They surely do." Her shyness from before seems to fade a little as our interaction progresses. It's obvious she's more confrontable in the world of animals, rather than people.

"Nice." I give them another piece and find myself enjoying the activity more that I thought I would. "This is actually pretty fun. I've never been this close to animals like this. Atleast from anything that isn't a pet."

A blush crosses her cheeks as she gives me a smile. "That's good to hear.. I was afraid you thought something like this would be silly or dumb."

"Why would I think that?" I felt myself blushing as I continued. "And even if I did, it's something you enjoy so who cares."

She looks away hiding her face behind her hair again. "Most of the other students in school think it's wierd.. I've learned to keep it to myself most of the time."

My smile fades a little as I see her upset face. I move a bit closer to her hopefully comforting her a bit. "You shouldn't listen to them. I think it's great how close you are to these birds. And like I said, the fact you enjoy it is all that matters."

She looks back at me with a smile. "Thanks." We hear a small tweet of a bird before Fluttershy gives them another piece. "Here you go Tweety." 

We continue feeding the birds until there's no bread left to give. We end up chatting for a bit before we hear the bell ring. 

I see Fluttershy getting her bag before standing up. "It was pretty fun with you today." I hear in her voice she wants to say something more. But I don't hear her continue.

I get my bag and stand up as well. "Same for me." I give her a smile. "Maybe we could do something like this again tomorrow?"

She gives me a smile. "I'd like that." She starts blushing a bit and quickly adds something. "I-If you want to of course.."

"Sure thing!" We walk to the door before splitting up. "See you tomorrow!" She returns me a wave before I lose sight of her.

I see Pinkie approach me with a smile. "Ready to walk home together?"

"Sure thing!" I say as we leave the classroom. We make our way home and spit up at my house. I found Fluttershy very intresting. I was already excited to see her again tomorrow.

Another day passes, and it's time for the club meeting already. I've gotten a little more comfortable here over the past couple days. Entering the clubroom, the usual scene meets me.

"You're here!" Pinkie excitedly jumps infront of me, giving me a quick but tight hug before letting me free.

"Hey Pinkie." I give her a smile. "Looks like you're in a good mood."

"I'm always in a good mood silly." She jokes before continuing. "But I guess I'm just really happy I'm seeying you here everyday!"

"I see.." I give her a nod. "Same for me."

She gives me a big smile. "It's not just that! I want to show you something!" She gets my hand and we go over to her table. I see a cupcake tray with 12 cupcakes in them. They are all decorated in different colours that match the girls of the club. She looks back at me. "What do you think?"

I look at the colorful cupcakes once more before looking back at her. "They look amazing Pinkie! When did you have the time to make all of these?"

"I had some free time yesterday and I really felt like making some! I was also able to warm up a bit!" She paused before letting out a chuckle. "Pun intended!"

I laugh at her dumb joke before responding. "Warm up for what?"

"The festival of course!" She happly answered. "It's in a few days and Twilight asked me to make cupcakes!"

Oh, yea. I can't believe I forgot about that. We have a festival every year at the school where clubs can set up a table and show what they have, hoping for more people to want to join.

"Oh, yea. I totally forgot about that." I continue. "What are the others going to be doing?"

"Apple Jack will set up the table, Rarity will decorate everything, Rainbow Dash will get people to see our table, Fluttershy will make some of the more casual food and Twilight will make sure everything goes as planned." 

She's clearly excited about it. I mean, she's always excited about everything, but this was different. Her eyes were basically shining. "You sound really excited about it."

She gave me a quick nod. "Well, I am! It's a whole day to hang out with my best friends while being able to see many other possible friends!"

"That does sound really exciting." I say giving her a smile.

She returned me a nod and looked out into the clubroom. "Who wants a cupcake!" She lifted the tray in the air to quickly get their attention. Once she did, she put it back down and waited with a smile as they walked over.

"You know the festival isn't today right?" Rainbow Dash asked reaching for one and taking a bite before continuing. "Not that I'm complaining of course."

Pinkie let out a quick laugh before responding. "I know but I really felt like making some! You can see it as a quick warm up before the real deal!"

Apple Jack got and took a bite before showing a smile. "Well, they're amazing as always."

"I completely agree darling. They're simply delicious." Rarity complemented as she took a bite as well.

Fluttershy finished her first bite and showed her a smile. "It's great Pinkie."

"Aww, thanks guys!" Pinkie accepted the compliments before getting a cupcake of her own and biting down. "Mmm~! These are so good!" 

Seeying everyone enjoy their cupcake, I get mine as well. I bite down and taste the soft icing and filling inside the cupcake. It doesn't take long for me to finish it as it's taste is near irresistible at the first bite. 

I look back at Pinkie who also finished hers and was already taking another one. "This is amazing Pinkie!"

I notice a small blush across her cheeks before hearing an answer from her. "I know right!" 

I don't waste any time reaching for another one. The others are also getting their second one before Pinkie notices the two cupcakes left. She looks around the classroom for a bit before getting a confussed look. "Wait, where's Twilight?"

The others look around as well before shrugging. "That's weird.. She's usually the first one here." Apple Jack mentioned clearly confussed.

Fluttershy quietly spoke up. "What do you think could hold her back for so long?"

Dash simply shrugged in response. "Who knows. But she's probably distracted by one of her egghead activities. She always talks about how 'important' those are."

"She is pretty popular." I mention also curious myself. "She might just be busy with something."

Suddenly, Rarity's smile grows. "You don't think she.." She pauzed before seeying everyone look at her waiting for her to continue. "Has a boyfriend, do you?"

That question but most of us off guard. Apple Jack let out a chuckly before answering. "It wouldn't suprise me to be honest. She does have quite the fan base around the school."

"Deffinetly more than me.." Fluttershy said quietly before showing a bit of blush. "But it must feel good having someone care so much about you."

Pinkie nodded in agreement. "That would be pretty amazing, huh? But I think everyone expected her to be the first! She's probably more desireable than all of us combined!" She says that in such a happy tone that it almost doesn't hurt.

"Excuse me!?" Both Rainbow Dash and Rarity asked Pinkie in unison, probably about her last words. She just let's out a nervous laugh.

Before we could think of any more theories, we hear the sudden sound of the clubroom door open up. We turn to see Twilight hurry her way into the clubroom, catching her breath as she did so. "Sorry I'm late!" 

Pinkie's confussed face fades away and turns into a smile again. "Twilight's here!"

"I didn't mean to be so late.. I hope I didn't mis anything important." Twilight gets her bag on one of the seats before looking back at us. "I was afraid I would leave you all waiting for me."

"Nah, it's all good." Apple Jack gives her a smile. "You're here now."

"Yea!" Pinkie gets the tray and holds it infront of her. "I made some cupcakes for the club today! You're the only one left to try one!"

"They look great Pinkie!" Twilight gets one of them and takes a bite. "And they taste amazing as well."

"I know! I wanted to do a quick practice round before the festival, to make sure it would turn out perfectly!" She puts the tray back on the table as Twilight enjoys the cupcakes that were left for her. 

As she does so, Dash speaks up. "Why were you late anyway? You've always been one of the first to get here." Feeling curious, the others looked over to her as well.

"I had my last class in the study hall. And I lost track of time.." She started explaining. "Once I noticed the clock and how late it was, I made my way here."

"That doesn't make much sense tho. You would've atleast heard the bell ring." Apple Jack mentioned. 

"I must not've heard it since there were some students from the music club practicing there." Letting the subject go, she continued. "What were you all doing before? Other than the cupcakes of course."

I can't help but let out a chuckle. 

"Not much. But I was just about to think about some of the festival preperations before Pinkie caught our attention with her amazing baking." Rarity answerd looking back at the empty tray.

"Looks like I didn't mis much then." She jokes. "And I think we can all set up some foundations to the plans for the festival. Then, if we need to make any changes we won't have to do it all over again." The others seem to like the idea.

"I already told most of the sport teams about it! I'm also planning to put up some posters that will look totally awesome!" Rainbow Dash mentions clearly excited about it to have already started her plans.

Rarity cuts in. "I have some decorations planned as well. I'm waiting for Apple Jack to inform me about the measurements of her plans so I can work around that."

"Ah'm almost done with that. Ah'm just waitin' to recieve the last of the materials ah need to make a clear plan."

"I've also been working on some things. But most of it still needs some work." Fluttershy quietly adds.

"I'm happy to hear we're right on schedule!" Twilight gets a smile before noticing me.

Their ideas sounded amazing to me, and I would love to help out. But being new to all of this I didn't have a clue to how I could contribute. Everything I could think of was already covored by one of the girls and any of my original ideas wouldn't matter much. I just hope I'll like whatever Twilight is about to say.

"Oh, right.. You need something to do as well." I see her think for a bit before looking back at me. "It's a bit late to asign you to something brand new right now, but you can still help one of us with the plans. I'm sure one of you could use an extra hand."

I glance around the room to the 5 girls. "Yea, I could do that."

Twilight returns me a smile. "That's settled then!" She looks over to the clock. "I still need to get some of the teachers to lend us some of the things we need. I'll be back in a few minutes ok?" We all nod as she leaves the clubroom.

The other girls are also back to their usual activities.

Now that she was gone, I needed to find something to do. I glance around the room again remembering everyone's task before making my choice.
> Day 2: Pinkie Pie

I looked over to Pinkie who was happly swinging from side to side in her chair. On her desk was a paper with colourfull crayons like yesterday and the empty cupcake tray from earlier. 

If she's going to be making cupcakes for the festival, she'll probably have to make more than what fits in that tray. And even if I'm no where near as good in baking as she is, I still feel like I could help out. 

Having made my choice, I walk over to her table. "Hey Pinkie!" I get a chair and sit down next to her.

"Hey again!" She gives me a quick smile before looking back to her paper.

I look at her paper and see her drawing a cupcake. But it's more like a base of it. It doesn't have any colours, decorations or icing. It's just a blank one. Like what you would get if you take it out the oven. There's also an empty space in it that would probably be the place for possible filling.

"You're drawing an undecorated cupcake?" 

"It is now! But once I add what I want it will be more like the cupcakes from before!" She points at the empty cupcake tray next to her. 

I slowely nod. "So it's, correct me if I'm wrong, a way to try different things?" I make a quick guess. 

"Exactly! You're a good guesser!" 

I feel my cheeks warm up as she said it. I let out a small chuckle before looking back at her. "Thanks Pinkie. But you're also a great drawer."

I see her blush before giving me a smile. "Aww.. Thanks.." She looks away for a bit before continuing. "So, I'm going to have to make a lot of these. Twilight personally wants to see them before I'm allowed to make any of them. She's very precise like that."

"I see.." I give her a smile. "I can help you out. If you don't mind of course."

"Of course I don't!" She gives me some paper. "You can just make something like this." She shows me her base of a cupcake. "And after that, you can decorate it in any way you want! As long as it looks good and the taste works well together, you can do whatever you want!"

I get one of the crayons and start the base. "Do you have anything to show what works well together? I'm not a baker, you know that."

"Oh, yea.." She thinks for a bit before speaking again. "You can look at what you like and work from there. You can also search some things up and put a twist on it. But I always like experimenting the most!"

I nod. "I'll see what I do."

She shows me a smile. "Same for me! I just use my creativity and then Twilight can attempt to make logic out of it!"

After knowing Pinkie for so long, hearing things like that from her don't suprise me anymore. So I just ignore it and continue with that I'm doing. But I still couldn't help but crack a smile. She may be random but she's also freaking hilarious thanks to things like that.

Drawing the base was easy enough. But now I had to continue with the design and taste. The design, I believe I could do but finding two or more things that mixed well together was going to be a challange. But I really wanted to help a friend out so I just have to try to make the best of it.

I started thinking about what I liked myself, like Pinkie said, and already came up with a few. I wrote it down on the corner of my paper before adding it onto the cupcake. The design was just your average icing with maybe a cool extra colour on top, but nothing too special.

Before I continued with anything else I looked over to Pinkie and showed her the first few cupcakes I finished. "Hey Pinkie? Is something like this alright?" 

She looked at my paper and returned me a smile. "That's good! But it's very simple."

"I know.." I put my paper back down. "I'm still trying to think of some better things."

"I didn't say it was a bad thing! I just mean that it should get people to notice our table at the festival. And the more people notice," Her smile grew. "The more people get to enjoy them!"

I let out a chuckle before giving her a nod. "Right, I'll try my best."

"I know you will!" We both blush a little before we turn back our drawings. 

This time, I get more creative with my designs. I add more colours and make some patherns on the icing and cupcake liner. I didn't even know if we would have the materials needed to succesfully make them all but I still made them. I also got some suggestions from Pinkie, which I happly added.

I was colouring one in when I heard Pinkie. "What do you think about this?" I looked over and she showed me one of her cupcake designs.

I didn't understand why she would ask ME that. She had WAY more experients than me and I didn't expect her to need any input from me. 

"You're asking me?" She simply nodded. "Oh, ok.."

I looked at her cupcake again. It was, like many of her other designs, full of colour and had more than 2 different flavors added in the small list above it. Again, I struggled to find anything to say about it. I didn't even know what she wanted to know from me.

"What do you want to hear?"

Her answer didn't help much.. "Whatever you have to say about it." 

"Uhm.." I looked over it again. "It looks nice. The colours I mean."

She gave me a smile. "Anything else?"

"I.." I try to think of something again, but words fail. "Not really.. Is there something I should notice?"

"N-Not necessarily.." I noticed her blushing a little. "I just wanted to hear what you thought of it."

I give her a smile. "I already told you it looks amazing." I feel myself blushing too now. "Everything you make does.."

Her blush increases as she goes to hug me. "You're too nice!" 

"Whatever you say Pinks." I hug her back feeling my blush continue too.

After atleast a few seconds we let go of eachother and the blush leaves both of our faces. And it isn't long before we hear the bell ring.

Pinkie looked a bit disapointed. "Aww man.. We were having so much fun.. Again." 

"No worries. With everything we have to do before the festival, we'll have more than enough time to hang out like this." I give her a smile.

"Wait," She's in the middle of putting back the crayons when she suddenly looks back at me. "You don't mean to say that you're helping me with the festival preperations??"

"That's exactly what I meant." I decide to help her by closing the crayon box. "There isn't anything wrong with that, is there?"

"Oh, of course not! I'm just suprised to guess!" She shows me a big smile as we bring the drawing materials back in their place in the closet. "But I'm so happy you want to! It was going to be fun before but now the fun is going to be dubbled!!" She makes a small jump in the air out of excitement.

I react to her excitement with a quick laugh before walking with her back to the table for the drawings. "I'm sure that with you, it will be." We put it on Twilight's desk and start making our way to the door. "You always make everything a fun ride."

"I know! That's why I can't wait to have you join me!" She gives me another hug before we make our way home. 

While we walk, she tells me about all her ideas for the festival and the plans she made. And after hearing her explain all of them with so much excitement I can't wait to do them with her. 

We split once we reach our houses like usual. This has been a great week so far. And it's about to get even better tomorrow.
> Day 2: Apple Jack

I looked over to Apple Jack who sat at her table staring seriously at a paper infront of her. She was tapping her pencil on the table, probably thinking of something. 

Pinkie told me she's going to set up the table. Which means she'll probably need to make a lot of hard decisions. And I'd be happy to help her out with that. And maybe, after I helped her with that, I can assist her in actually making it.

Having made my choice, I walk over to her table. "Hey Apple Jack!" I get a chair and sit next to her.

She looks up from her paper a bit suprised before giving me a smile. "Oh, howdy there." She greets me before turning back to her paper.

Curious to what she was doing, I take a look at her paper. As I do so, I see a lot of quick sketches of different looking tables. Some had wooden structures next to it and others had modifications. It all started with a simple table sketch so I imaged she was upgrading the table in one way or another. 

I also saw some coloured pencils next to her. And I could see she already used some of them to colour the sketch. She also had multiple drawings of the same table to probably colour test.

"Those look pretty cool. I really like the colours on that one." I point at one of the designs with lots of warm colours.

"Thanks." She continues while coloring the next one. "Ah'm still deciding on somethin' tho. Even if the designs are good, if the colours ain't, no one's goin' to see what we got."

"I see.." I look back at her. "That's what the copied designs are for right?"

She responds with a nod. "Yea. If ah like the design, ah'll copy it and only change the colours to see what fits best." She stops drawing and just stares at the paper infront of her. 

"What is it?" I ask her after noticing.

"Ah just.." She pauzes before continuing. "Ah can't decide on anythin'."

I look over to her a bit confussed. "Can't you just choose the one you like best?"

She looks back at me and shook her head. "It's not just what ah like. It's supposed to represent our club as a whole. So ah'll need somethin' everyone can like. And Rarity wanted to know the plan before the bell so she can start her part. Not to mention how picky Twilight can be about it all. Ah get she's tryin' to get things perfect, but we're on a very tight schedule." She quickly explains in one go.

I understand why she finds it so hard now. I could imagine deciding something as big as things would put someone under a lot of presure. Especially if it's for something as big as the festival.

I give her an understanding nod. "That does sound pretty hard.." I show her a smile. "But I'm willing to help you out. If you want my opinion on anything I mean."

She shows a small blush and returns me a smile. "Ah'd like that." She moves the paper a bit to my side. Now that it's inbetween us, we both lean in a bit to see it more clearly.

Thanks to that we also sat a lot closer to eachother. But I decided to ignore it and looked down at the paper like I was going to before. I just needed to keep my head at where it was supposed to be. Her colour choices and helping her pick one.

"We can start crossing out the ones you like the least. It's easy to keep track that way." I got a red pencil and continued. "We can start with the design ones."

She gave me a quick nod before looking over the many designs she created. She eventually stopped at one of pointed her finger on it. "Ah'm not likin' this one. It's way to cluttered."

I gave her a nod and put crossed it out. "Now, the others." She returned me a nod and looked back at the paper.

The few others after that were easy enough. There were a lot more designs to choose from and compare to better ones. But after there were only a few left, the decision kept getting harder. We had three left when both of us shut quiet.

"Uhmm.." Her eyes moved across the designs a few more times before she let out a sigh. "Ah got nothin'. How 'bout you?"

I simply let out a shrug. "No, sorry. They all look good." I remembered something and looked back at her. "Sorry I can't help you further with this.."

"It's fine." She showed me a smile. "You shouldn't think of it like that. Ya still got me further than I would've been able to do myself." She showed a some blush.

I did too before responding. "It's nothing, really. But we still have to choose one." 

She looks back at the paper and gets a smile. "Ah think ah know what to do."

"What is it?" I ask curiously.

Instead of a response, she gets a pencil and starts drawing on the paper. I take a look and got an idea of what she was trying to do.

As I watched her draw, I noticed she took some bits and small details from the other designs and making it into one. I really liked the parts she added and left out and had a smile on my face while she drew the final piece.

After she finished I saw her with a proud look on her face still looking at the design she just created. "Ah think we have a winner."

"I think so too." I agree giving her a smile. "It looks great Apple Jack." I feel myself blushing a bit at the end.

She shows some blush too before returning me a smile. "Thanks, but I couldn't have done it without ya."

I feel our elbows touching. It's only now that I notice how close we sat to eachother. We must've been leaning into eachother more over time for it to get to that point.

Both of our cheeks get redder as we make this realisation. I let out a nervous laugh before giving her some space. "S-Sorry, I didn't notice.. Sorry."

"No need to apologize." She shows me a smile. "Ah don't mind."

I showed her a smile again, both of us still blushing a bit. That was, until we heard the school bell ring and the other club members starting to pack their things.

We do the same and I see her crossing out the other three designs before picking up the paper. "Ah'll get this over to Rarity. Thanks for helpin' me out today."

I get my bag and get off my seat. "It's nothing, really. I'll be happy to do it again." 

I see her stop before looking back at me. "You mean, you'll be helpin' me with the rest too?" She asks curiously.

"Yea, that was the idea. If you don't mind of course."

She quickly shows me a smile. "Of course not. See ya tomorrow."

"Sure thing!" I see her walk over to Rarity as I turn to the door. Pinkie is there already waiting for me. As we walk home together, I'm already thinking of tomorrow and whatever we'll be doing together.
> Day 2: Rarity

I looked over to Rarity who sat at her table reading one of her magazines with the comic I gave her also on the table next to her. She must be done with it if she's busy reading that magazine. I also have her magazine from the day before still in my bag. 

Pinkie told me she's going to be decorating the table for the festival and I'm sure she wouldn't mind if I helped her out a bit. And I still need to return the magazine too. We'll have a good time either way.

Having made my choice, I walk over to her table. "Hey Rarity." I get a chair and sit next to her.

She looks up from her magazine and shows me a smile after noticing me. "Oh, hello there Darling." She greets me before turning back to her magazine.

I remember the magazine still in my bag and open it up to give it back. I slide it to her side. "Here. It was fun reading. More fun than I expected anyway." I give her a smile. "You were right about it being more than just a magazine."

She puts the magazine currently in her hands down and takes mine, putting it in her bag. "No need to say it. Here's yours back as well." She got the strip I gave her yesterday out of her bag, handing it to me. "I must say, it was quite a good read. I never expect too much from comics like that so it was a plesant suprise." 

"Thanks, I'm happy to hear you liked it." I smile, putting it in my bag. I see her getting the magazine again and get curious. "What are you reading?"

She moves it over to my side a little so I can see the page more clearly. It was a page with a lot of different kinds of designs on it. There was also some text next to most of them, explaining the colour and design choices more clearly. I also saw some of the text and imaged were highlighted, probably done by Rarity.

"I'm looking for inspiration for some of the ideas I've come up with recently. And before I can get the necessary information from Apple Jack, I need to know for sure what I want to do." She explains as I glance over the page some more.

"I see.." I look up from the page back to Rarity. "It looks really cool. I really like the colours on this image." I point at one of the images showing off mostly warm colours. That image also seems to be highlighted.

"I like that one too. See here," She points at the text next to it as she starts reading it. "'Warm colours express emotions asociated with close relationships and bonds and can make you feel save and secure in it's presence.'"

I let out a chuckle. "Sound like something perfect for the friendship club to me." 

She turns back to me with a smile. "Exactly! That's what I'm trying to go for what it comes to colour choices." 

"So," I look back at the multiple highlighted images. "Same for the design choices? Any ideas on that yet? The ones you choose look really good."

She blushes a little before looking back at me. "Thanks, and yes. But there's a lot in here I like and it's almost too hard to choose between some of them."

"I can help you with that." I feel my cheeks heating up. "If you don't mind of course.."

She looks at me for a second before giving me a smile. "Of course I don't. I'd love to hear someone else's thoughts on things." 

I return her a smile. "Same here." I change the subject back to the page of the magazine. "So, what do we have to choose from?"

She points at the few highlighted decorations that can be used for the table. "I've highlighted the ones that I feel like work with the theme of friendship."

I look at the images and see multiple different kinds of tablecloth and decorations like candles, some small colourfull plants and curtain looking cloth for under it, attached to the stands. They mostly had simular colours as the warm colours from before with some white sparkled through at some places.

"These look really good!" I smile at her still feeling myself blushing sitting as close to her as I am.

She nods also blushing herself. "I know it does. I guess we could start picking one of them." She looks across the multiple table decorations. "How about the table cloth? That could be a good start."

I nod in agreement. "Yea, let's see it."

We went to the page and looked at the highlighted images together. We were quickly able to choose between most of them and we found out we had a lot of simular likes when it came to things like this.

But we were stuck when it came to the green choices. Rarity was mostly doubting it. "The plants would decorate the table well giving it more of a lively feeling, but what if the green clashes too much with the other things?"

She asked me waiting for a response. "I-I.." I saw the doubth on her face and knew she would probably decide after hearing my opinion. "I think we should do it." I responded as sure of my choice as possible.

She still asked me about it. "Are you sure?"

"Yes." I gave her a determined nod. "Some colour difference between decorations could work in our favor. Also, we only get to do this once so why not make it the best it can be?" I felt myself blushing waiting for her to answer.

Her cheeks turned red as her eyes lit up. "Let's do it then." She wrote down the last choice before looking back at me with a smile.

We spend a few seconds just looking into eachother's eyes before we heard the bell ring. We broke eye contact as we started packing our bags.

"I really apriciated your help today." She smiled at me before looking away a bit. "If you want to, we can do the rest together too." She looked back at me blushing.

My cheeks lit up as I returned a smile. "Of course, I'd like that. I'll see you tomorrow then?"

"Definetly." I saw Apple Jack aproach our table. I waved Rarity good bye before making my way to the door, letting the two talk. When I got to the door, I saw Pinkie Pie already there waiting for me.

As we walk home together, I'm already thinking of tomorrow and as I do so, I feel myself blushing and excited for the next day.
> Day 2: Rainbow Dash

I looked over to Rainbow Dash who sat at her table behind her laptop with a big grin on her face. It looked like she was reading something and seeying her face, it looked like she enjoyed it.

Pinkie told me she would be making the posters and get people to see our table. I'm usually not a big fan of talking to a lot of people but if she was going to have to excite as much people as possible, I could imagine she could use some help. And working on the posters would still be something fun to do. 

Having made my choice, I walk over to her table. "Hey Rainbow Dash!" I get a chair and sit next to her. 

Now that I was next to her I could see she was holding a book in her hands that wasn't visible thanks to the computer infront of her.

She looked back at me with a suprised look on her face. "Oh, it's you!" She put the book down and looked back at me with a quick smile, but I could still spot some embarrassment on her face. "I didn't see you coming.."

"I see.." I looked back at the book of which I could now see the covor of. "Daring Do?" I read the title of the book.

"Y-Yea.." I saw her face turn red before before quickly putting it in her bag. "I-It's not improtant.. You didn't see anything, got it?" She looked back at me clearly serious about it.

"What do you mean? Seeying the book?"

She gave me a quick nod. "You can't tell anyone outside of this clubroom about this! I'm not sure if you're aware, but I have a reputation to uphold and I can't let something like a dumb book ruin all of that.." 

I gave her a slow nod. "Alright, if you don't want me to, I won't tell anyone about it. But it wasn't like I would do that before."

She let out a relieved sigh and gave me a smile. "Thanks. I don't know what I would do if someone knew about it."

"Huh?" I looked at her a bit confussed. "Why wouldn't you want people knowing? It's just a book."

"I thought I explained that already." She looked back at my confussed face and sighed. "It's just that, like I said, I have a reputation of being awesome and I don't think books fit with that image. And the only reason my friends know is because they caught me doing it. And before you came I used to read here all the time." She looked back at the laptop she used to hide it before. 

"So you didn't want me to know?" She gave me a quick nod looking away. I stayed quiet for a second before looking back at her with a smile. "Well, you don't have to hide it. I don't really care if you read books or not." I felt myself blush a little.

She stayed quiet for a bit before looking back at me. "So you don't think it's dumb or anything like that?" 

"Of course not!" I remembered something and got a smile. "Just a second!" I turned to my bag and pulled out a comic I usual read at lunch times. I put it on the table for her to see it. "Here."

She picked it up and looked at the covor. "You read comics?" She asked still glancing at it.

I nodded with a smile. "Yea. It may not be the same as you but it was just to prove to you that I don't think that way. If I did, why would I have a comic in my bag." 

"I guess that makes sense." She finished looking at the comic and gave me a smile. "Thanks. I'm happy to be able to show it to someone who wasn't in the club and have them not make fun of me for it." She blushed a little. "Thanks for that."

I simply returned her a smile. "There's no need to thank me for that." She handed me back my comic and I put it back in my bag before looking back at her. "So, were you doing anything? Outside of the book I mean."

She let out a sigh before openning her laptop. "I guess I should start thinking about the posters." 

The screen lit up and it showed some kind of program on her laptop for making posters. But the page on her laptop was blank with only some notes on the side. There were a few ideas written there and plans to add them. Other than that, the place where the poster was supposed to be was blank.

"I should definetly get started.." She sighed looking at the blank screen. 

"I see that.." I mentioned before she looked back at me slightly annoyed. "I-I didn't mean it like that.. Sorry.."

She gave me a small smile again. "It's fine." She looked at the screen again and back at me. "Hey, mind helping me out here? I could really use it and Twilight would kill me if I didn't get it done in time."

I have her a smile. "Of course. I'll be happy to help out. What are we doing?" I looked at the screen again and some of the notes she wrote next to it.

She did too and went through the list. "I already made the main idea of it. Only small details like fonts, colours and word choices. It needs to be the most awesome poster ever if it's going to have to get people intrested about a friendship club."

"I see." I looked at her with a determined smile. "Let's start then!" I felt myself blushing as I smiled at her.

She showed some blush too before showing the same determination herself. "Right! Let's start the awesome!" We turned our attention back to the poster and started working on it together.

Firstly, we thought about the background and font to go with it. Rainbow Dash was quick to suggest rainbow colours for the background and we ended up choosing pastels for it that didn't hurt to look at. I suggested either going for black or white for the text above it, of which, Rainbow and I agreed on white. 

She also insisted on adding a light blue 3d effect saying "It would look so cool!" to which I agreed after seeying it did look pretty cool on it. 

Lastly, we had to think of what we would even write on it. Acording to her, my ideas were too generic and needed to be 20% cooler. And after she added some more 'awesome' words, replacing mine, she looked satisfied.

"And, done!" She cheered excited sitting back in her seat. I also slowed a smile before we heard the bell ring. "And right on time too! Awesome!" She saved what we made and closed her laptop before putting it in her bag. "Thanks for helping me out. I wouldn't have had it done by now without you." She started blushing as she said it.

I felt myself blushing too as I got my bag too and got off my seat. "No problem Dash. It was fun hanging out like this."

She gave me a smile as some more blushed filled her face. "Same, we should do this more often. Hanging out with you was more fun than I imaged it would be." 

"It's the same for me." I felt myself blushing again before showing her a smile again. "I'll see you tomorrow then."

"Sure thing!" She gave me a playfull punch before walking past me, waving at me as she left the classroom. I made my way to the door too before seeying Pinkie Pie already there waiting for me. 

As we walk home together, I'm already thinking of tomorrow and seeying her again. I already feel worlds closer to her than the first day and feel excited to get to know her even better tomorrow.
> Day 2: Fluttershy
> --------------------------------------------------------------------------

I looked over to Fluttershy who sat at her table next to the window from last time. The birds were there again too and were hopping around on the table around her. She was holding a book and quietly scanning it's pages, giving the birds a pet every once in a while.

Pinkie told me she would be making the more casual foods to put on the table and share with others at the festival. I was a bit confussed at first, since Pinkie told me she was already making cupcakes. But after thinking about it for a bit I realised cupcakes aren't enough for a whole school day. And I'd like to help her out with it. 

Having made my choice, I walk over to her table. "Hey Fluttershy!" I get a chair and sit next to her. I also give the birds a quick smile after they looked my way.

She looks over to me a bit suprised before giving me a smile. "Oh, hey. I'm sorry, I didn't see you coming." 

"It's fine. I don't mind." I look over to the book in her hands. "What were you doing?"

She noticed me looking and got a bit more shy. "I-I was just looking at some things f-for the festival.."

"I see.." I lean in a bit, trying to see what was on the page. She notices and moves it a bit closer to me so I could see it clearly.

I looked at the page and saw something that looked like a page of a recipe book. The pages were for usual foods and drinks like sandwiches, different flavor smoothies and other things that would be the lunch of an average student here. They were all very simple but still looked very good and will probably taste great too. 

After I looked at what was on the page I looked back at her, giving her a smile. "Those look good."

I see her blush a little before repsonding. "T-Thanks.. I'm happy you like it." She gives me a smile but I still see some hessitation in her face.

"No problem but you look like there's still something bothering you." I didn't want to presure her to share what it was and this to be the best to say. 

"I-It's not that important, really.." She looks away back at the book. "I'm just a bit unsure about it.."

I felt like I could get a bit deeper. "What is it? I'm sure I can help you with whatever it is."

"O-Oh.." She looked back at me a bit more shy again. "I-If you want to.. I mean.."

I nod as I give her another smile. "Of course. Now, what's it?"

She stayed quiet for a bit before looking back at the book. "It's just.." She looks across the recipes with hessitation. "These aren't too simple are they?"

I shake my head hearing what she said. "No way. I think it'll be great for the festival." I feel myself blush as I said it to her. 

"R-Really?" She looks back at me. "I don't want it to give off the wrong impression."

"You shouldn't worry about that. You can't go wrong with food, trust me." I ease her worries letting out a quick chuckle after.

She let's out a quick laugh too before giving me a smile. "You're right.. Sorry for bringing it up."

"It's fine, no need to apologize." I look over at the book again. "What were you planning to do?"

"It's pretty simple, really.. Just make some of them, bring them at the day of the festival and hope people enjoy them."

"Oh, okay then." I look back at her, still with a smile on my face. "If you don't mind, I can help you with that."

She looks at me, blushing, before slightly turning her head the other way. "Y-You don't have to if you don't want to.. I can do it myself if you don't.."

"No, it's fine. I really want to help you out. I'm sure I can help you out with some of these things. And even if I'm not the best at cooking it will still be fun."

She gets a small smile. "It would be fun having someone around." She looks back at me with a smile. "If you really don't mind I guess I'd like to have you along for it."

I got more excited now. "We're doing it then!" I look back at the book. "So, which ones are we going to be making?"

"Let's see.. I have some of them highlighted I think." She flips through some of the pages and find the highlighted ones before keeping it open on those pages. "What do you think of it?"

Like the ones from before, they were usual, common, lunch for the average person. But they also had some orginal twists on it like an extra flavor or ingredient. Some changes focused more on the looks of the plate. It all looked good and I was excited about seeying it on the club table in a few days. 

"That looks really good! I'm already excited for it!" I smiled excited.

Her smile grew a little as she smiled at me. "I'm glad you like it. And I can't wait either." She looks away for a second before turning back to me. "I-I'm not really in it for the social part, more for others to enjoy and a day with friends. I hope that's not going to be a problem for you.."

"Of course not!" I give her a warm smile. "It's kind of the same thing for me. And I'm happy to do this with you anyway. All of you." I feel myself blushing a bit at the end of it.

Her eyes light up as some blush spreads across her cheeks. "Oh, alright then." She returns me a smile. "It's the same for me."

We just smile at eachother for a few seconds before we hear the bell ring. After seeying the others starting to pack their bags, we do the same and got up from our seats.

"So, I'll see you tomorrow?" I ask still smiling.

"Sure, see you then." She smiles at me before quietly leaving the classroom. I made my way to the door too before seeying Pinkie Pie already there waiting for me. 

As we walk home together, I'm already thinking of tomorrow and seeying her again. I'm excited to be working with her on the recipes. She also seemed more open than yesterday. Not that I'm complaining about any of that. I actually like it that way.
> Activities, Preperations and more!

At the end of the school day, I arrive once again at the Friendship club. Just a bit after entering the clubroom, I hear the door open and someone walking in behind me.

"I'm here!" Twilight said as the entered the clubroom. She looks around the room before letting out a sigh. "Aw man.. I'm the last one here again.."

I also get the chance to see the room now and I'm able to confirm her statement. Everyone was indeed already present in the clubroom and were already doing their own things. 

I looked back at Twilight who looked disapointed with herself. "Don't worry, I just walked in too." I tell her giving her a smile.

"Oh, alright then." She said before showing a smile.

I noticed Dash's head perk up before looking over at Twilight. "Forgot the time again, huh?" She stood next to a printer and turned back to it hearing some papers come out.

"Yea.." She quietly nodded in response. "But that's not important now." She turned to the desk and looked at the multiple papers of the ideas of the festival that were left there yesterday. "I looked over these yesterday and I'm really impressed by what we were all able to think of yesterday! And now, we'll still have enough time to finalize all of it!"

Everyone looked up at her with a smile looking satisfied with themselves. I also smiled as I happly looking across the room filled with proud faces.

"But before we start with that, it should be important to know everyone's plans for today, what everyone will be doing." Twilight said looking across everyone in the clubroom.

"Oh, oh, me first!" Pinkie jumped up from her desk waving her arm in the air. "The teachers allowed me to use the school kitchen on the third floor to bake the cupcakes! I brought the trays and everything!" She got her bag and put it upside down, letting the contains of it fall out. But after it all fell out, it didn't look like it could actually fit in that one bag.

"Wow, you're prepared!" I mentioned impressed of what I just saw and heard. 

She lets out a quick chuckle before starting to put the stuff back in her back. "I know! I'm just so excited for everything! It's going to be perfect!"

"Sure thing!" Dash said excited before getting one of the papers from the printer and showing it. It was one of the many posters she said she would make to put up around the school. "I started printing them once I got here. What do you guys think? Awesome, right?"

Everyone nodded in agreement, some sharing their thoughts about it too, with all being positive. Dash's pridefull smile grew and put back the poster on the pile. 

Twilight showed her a smile. "That looks amazing Dash! What next?" She looked back at the others.

"I brought some of the essential materials with me so I can start on the festival decorations!" Rarity spoke up. "I just need to get my sewing machine ready and I can start!"

"That sounds great Rarity!" Twilight smiled before looking over at Apple Jack. "How are things with you?"

She returned a smile. "Everythin' is workin' out just fine. Ah'm alowed to use the school's technic room to start workin' on my things. And most of the materials ah need are already there to use. So, yea, everythin's goin' just fine."

Twilight just smiled before looking over to the quiet Fluttershy that sat in the corner next the window again. "Fluttershy?"

"Oh!" She looked away from her birds a bit suprised before smiling. "E-Everything's fine with me too. I'm going to start with the recipes in the school kitchen on floor one."

"Aww.." Pinkie's smile faded a little. "I thought we were going to be in the same kitchen together! It would've been so much fun!"

Fluttershy just looked away. "S-Sorry Pinkie.."

"Now, now. Let's not make eachother upset now!" Twilight cut in catching both of their attention again. "I don't think it matters who works where or with who. We just have to give it out best in the time we have."

"Twilight's right." I smiled right after. They now also had their eyes on me. "We just have to try our best making it the best it can be." I looked back at Twilight who smiled at me. The rest of the club also got a smile and started dicussing more of their plans with eachother.

Meanwhile Twilight stood next to me and got my attention. "So, how has it been in the club? We haven't really had the time to talk when you joined. Sorry about that."

I return her a smile. "It's fine. I've really enjoyed the club. More than I imagined I would."

"I'm happy you feel like that! I always try to know how my club members feel. So I'm happy you're enjoying your time here. It means a lot to me." Eyes light up and some blush fills her cheeks as she said it.

"I'm happy to be here. It's been great hanging out with all you girls too, suprisingly." I blush a bit thinking of my interactions with the before mentioned girls of the club.

"I've seen that.." She looks away a bit before continuing. "You've surely gotten a lot closer to them than I thought. But I guess it is called the friendship club so I could've expected something like that."

"I guess so. But it's also great to finally have a chance to talk to you." I smile at her but see hers fading a little.

"For a little while, yea. But I'll have to leave in a bit to get some of the last things ready for the festival. But when this is all over I won't have to leave to do those things anymore so we can see eachother a lot more. For now, I'm just happy you're getting along so well with the others."

I show her another smile. "Oh, alright. I'll look forward to that then."

"Same for me. It was great talking to you." She smiles at me before leaving the clubroom, waving good bye to me as she went. I also notice Pinkie Pie looking at me after our conversation ended but quickly looking away and turning back to the others when she noticed me looking.

But that's just Pinkie being her random, curious self. I shouldn't question it.

I now stood in the front of the clubroom, looking out at the girls who just finished chatting at their tables. I could see them starting to pack up again and went to see what I would be doing with one of them today.
> Day 3: Pinkie Pie

I looked over to Pinkie Pie who just hopped off her seat and got her bag. She looked over to me and smiled brightly. I walked over to her and got to her table, smiling myself.

"Hey Pinkie!"

She quickly spoke too. "Hey! Are you ready to cook up some amazing cupcakes, 'cause I am!" She may have yelled it a bit louder than necesary, causing some of the other clubmembers to look over at us, but I forgot about it her after seeying how excited she was.

"Sure thing!" We walked away from her desk and made our way to the door to leave the clubroom. "So, you brought everything that's necesary? You showed off a lot earlier."

"Yep, yep~!" She sang still smiling as brightly as ever. "But not just that! I brought some more extras that will make it even more fun!"

I let out a chuckle. "I didn't even know that was possible."

"Everything's possible silly! You just have to make it happen, which is easy!" She smiled as she swung the doors open and hopped through. I follow her and stopped for a second to close the doors, before quickly catching up to her again.

"Well, if you're so excited about it all, I know it's going to be great!"

"Yeah!" She continued hopping across the halls, smiling. "Now, let's go! I can't wait to start it!" She got my hand and sped up. I followed closely next to her trying to keep up. 

Clubs were always active in the last hour of school and were mostly held inside the clubroom unless for special occasions. But because of that, the halls were completely empty and we were able to quickly make our way through. We were also able to get there quickly since we were already on the right floor.

Thanks to Pinkie's speed, we got there in only about two minutes. Once we got there Pinkie trew open the doors and hopped in. I came in shortly after, closing the doors behind her again. 

After closing the door, I turned back to the room to see Pinkie already at one of the tables, Emptying her bag and putting it on the table. I walked over to her and she already had everything laid out when I got there.

"I see you already have everything ready." I smiled at her, going to stand next to her.

"Yea!" She said excited smiling at me before looking back at everything at the table. "Now, we can start! I'm so excited!"

She did a small hop that made me laugh. "Yea, me too."

"Let's not waste any more time then!" She put some of the stuff to the side and got others closer to the middle for us to use. After she got all of the main materials and ingredients together, she hopped over to one of the ovens and started to preheat it up to the right temprature. 

Seeying her turn the switches, I got closer. "How much is it on?"

"Something about 325ºF. Or 162ºC for some others." She replied before showing a smile and getting back to me.

I looked over at her a bit confussed. "162ºC? You know I and many others only know fahrenheit, right?"

She simply smiled again. "Oh, I know! But just in case! You never know who's reading!" 

I was still really confussed but knew it was probably just Pinkie being random like usual. No one ever questions whenever she's like that. If you did, you'll only get more confussing answers.

Hearing nothing more from me, she reached to a packet with cupcake liners and got some of them out before putting them one by one into an empty tray, ready for when they were going to be filled later. 

She put the tray aside for later and reached for one of the big bowls on the table and got the ingredients needed to make the mix. She firstly, got the flower and looked over at me. "Can you get me that cup over there?"

I saw her pointed at one of the openned drawers of the table and looked to see a lot of cups, all in many different sizes. "What size?" She pointed at the second smallest ones, I nodded before I handed it over to her. 

"Thanks!" She took the cup and put the flower in before letting it fall into the bowl. She did this again with a smaller amount and did the same with a different kind of flower she had brought.

Having done that, she looked back at me again. "Can I get two more of those cups?"

"Sure thing!" I got them for her and handed them over like I did before. Feeling my hand touch hers a little while handing it over, she smiled at me and we both blushed a little before she continued her baking work.

She filled the two cups I gave her with sugar and added it to the bowl. She also got a spoon and got some baking powder before adding that in as well. "Now all we gotta do is mixxa-mixxa-mixxa~!" She sang before getting more of a wooden spoon and mixing it all together.

She did this for a minute before sliding it to my side. "Can you continue it? I'll get the rest ready!"

"Sure!" I got the bowl from her and started mixing while she got the next ingredients together. The mix was a bit hard to get, even with that spoon. Pinkie seemed to notice after a minute of my struggle and got closer.

"No, you're doing it all wrong! You have to get it all in one!" She got the bowl from me and continued the mixing herself, with clearly more force and control behind it. It didn't take long for her to finish her mixing work. "Perfect! Now on to the next part!"

"Sorry about my poor work.. That looks way better than I did." I said, looking away a bit.

"Oh, don't worry about it!" She smiled at me. "There's no need to get so upsetty with yourself! I know you're not a cook like me. It's fun either way!" I showed her a smile, feeling better again. She also gave me another smile before moving on to the next part of the baking.

I looked to her side of the table again and saw she already had the butter cut in the amount pieces needed. Having everything from before perfectly mixed together, she was now able to add that in too. And she did so, before mixing it into a slightly sticky but thick mix.

"Now the chicken-poops!" She joked before getting four eggs and handing me two of them. "You can break them in here." She said giving me a cup of my own.

I got the cup, still laughing a little after her silly egg joke. "Sure thing, Pinkie." I did what she said and tried my best to not get any piece of shell in it. This was going to have to be the best cupcakes if they're going to make it to the festival.

Once we both finished cracking the eggs, I gave her my cup and she added both my and her's into the mix, before starting to mix it together again like we did many times before. Only this time, Pinkie got a cupcake mixer to quicken up the job.

Lastly, she added a cup of milk and vanila to it and after mixing it again, it was ready to get poured into the cupcake liners we prepared earlier. Having the correct amount of cupcake batter in all of them, she finished off my putting them in the, already preheated, oven.

Now, we have 18 to 20 minutes of free time while we wait for the cupcakes to be ready for decorating. Firstly, Pinkie decided she wanted to try as much of the batter that was still left in the bowl, before allowing me to have some too. And judging from that, they were going to be some great cupcakes.

We spend the rest of the time chatting and, of course, joking around the kitchen. Pinkie is truly able to make anything, even something as boring as waiting for cupcakes, a fun time. The whole time I was with her in that room, I felt myself blushing and kept feeling a warm feeling inside of me. She also blushed like me but didn't seem to care too much, laughing it off.

Our fun was eventually interupted by a loud "PING" sound coming from the oven, signing that it was done. Pinkie looked very excited as she hopped towards the oven, putting on a pair of baking gloves, before pulling the tray out. As she did so, she smell of cupcakes filled the whole room.

"They're done~!" She sang excited. "Look at how great they turned out!" She showed them to me. 

They did look very good. "They're going to look even greater once we add some decorations." I said, feeling excited for that next part.

She nodded in agreement before we began the decorating. There were so many things we could do with them. While Pinkie was busy with making different types of frosting for on top, I was using small cookie cutters to make shapes out of sugar paste to put on them too.

We were busy with these things for a while before we had many, multicoloured, multiflavoured cupcakes. After seeying them all next to eachother and remembering the taste of the batter from before, I knew they were going to be perfect for the festival. And after cleaning off the table we used, we made our way back to the clubroom.

We made our way back as quick as we left the place before and the second we entered, the room was already filled with the smell of our cupcakes. We saw multiple heads perk up and notice us there in the room.

Twilight was the first to notice and approach us. "You two are back!" She looked down at the cupcake trays were were both holding. "And wow, those look and smell absolutely amazing!"

"Thanks Twilight! We worked very hard of it! They're going to be perfect for the festival!" Pinkie replied happly.

"They sure are!" Twilight smiled as Pinkie walked past her to put the trays she had down. I was about to do the same when I Twilight looked back at me. "I heard you two had quite some fun out there."

"We did. It's always fun with Pinkie Pie around!" I simply replied finding no better answer.

"I see.." She looked away for a second having an expression I couldn't make out before looking back with a smile. "I'm happy you're getting along with so well with the club. I can't wait for you and me to have some time like that too."

I was about to reply when I hear Pinkie. "You coming?" 

"Yea, I'll be right there!" I showed Twilight a smile before going to Pinkie Pie. We put the cupcakes savely where they would stay fresh for the festival. Once we did so, we heard the school bell ring and the others in the room started packing up.

Pinkie wasted no time to grab my hand and we left the classroom, starting to walk back home together. We split up again once we got home and I already feel myself excited for the next day.
> Day 3: Apple Jack

I looked over to Apple Jack who got off her seat, getting her bag, already ready to head out. She then looked over to me and smiled my way. My smile grew slightly too before going to walk over to her, and as I did so, I felt a blush appear across my cheeks.

"Hey AJ!" 

"Howdy partner," She greeted as she smiled at me and continued. "Ya ready to head out? We've got quite some work to and about an hour to get it all done."

I nodded, as we began leaving the clubroom together. "Sure thing! And I'm pretty sure I can help in getting it done on time. It'll be a lot easier than doing things on your own."

"Ah know. Ah'm happy you're willing to do this with me." I smiled at her before letting her continue. "But we're goin' to be workin' with some wood so you might get some splinters. Not to mention some tools we're going to have to use too."

"Of course, but I'm fine with that. I'm aware of what I got myself into." We both let out a laugh and left the clubroom, entering the long halls of the school. 

Clubs were always active in the last hour of school and were mostly held inside the clubroom unless for special occasions. But because of that, the halls were empty and we were able to quickly make our way through. This was a good thing since the technical room was on the first floor, so we had to take a few stairs down.

With no one or nothing much to hold us in place, we made our way there is a good time. Only a few minutes or so. We also didn't rush our way there so it was basically just your normal walk with a friend. 

But it felt really great. I'm sure my slight blush from before became a bit more, especially after Apple Jack took my hand. I didn't complain, of course, but I guess it took me by surprise a bit. Still, I quickly caught up and moved a bit closer, seeing her smile grow, it was the same for me.

Once we made our way down to the technic room, we walked in, entering the room, and put our bags aside. I looked across the room that was filled with many materials and tools for us to be working with. Wood, cardboard, tape, super glue, saws, nails and were only some of those things I was able to make out at first glance.

Other than the tools and materials, there were also multiple desks for students to work on. Some were made for specific uses and others were just for general use. 

"Which desk is for woodwork again?" I asked as I turned back to Apple Jack

"Just follow me." She said and quickly getting a paper from her bag before she made her way to one of the desks. I followed her and we got to one of the larger desks. There was also a small note on it with 'Woodwork' printed on it. "This should be it."

I nod, seeing the note. "Yea, so what first?"

"See here," She said as she pulled out the paper and rolled it out onto the desk. It was the paper we had worked on together for the last couple of days with a few extra notes written on it. It showed the main plan, measurements, and the materials and tools needed to make it.

"I see.." I finished glancing around the paper and looked back at her. "Sounds good to me! Just tell me what you need and I'll get it done!"

She let out a chuckle and looked back at me with a smile. "Ya sure? Ah'd expect the male would like to do the leadin' around here." I could see in her face she was joking around with me.

"Nah, I'm your partner right?" I smiled back. "By the way, you know these things way better than me. Trust me, if I was leading all of this it wouldn't look anything like this." I said pointing back down at the poster.

She smiled at me again and nodded. "Alright then. Let's get this startin' then! We need all the time we can get, partner." She said as we both blushed a little at the word "partner".

After we both agreed to it, she took the lead and moved away from the worktable, going over to the toolboxes, those were in some desks at the other side of the room, to get what we would need for the project ready. 

"Can you get these back to the table?" She asked me, turning to me with one of the metal toolboxes.

I nodded. "Sure thing!" I reached out for her to give it to me and when she did I realized it was a LOT heavier than it looked. 'How did she hold like that just now?' I thought before I heard Apple Jack again.

She chuckled, seeing me struggling, trying my best not to drop it. "Ah can also give ya somethin' lighter, ya know?"

"No, you don't have to! I got this!" I announced before letting out a determined sigh and starting to make my way back to the work table. I felt my body struggling to keep balance and almost fall over at times, but I was always able to pick myself back up and keep going. Once I got back to the table, I let the heavy box drop and let out a sigh, feeling proud of myself.

I turned back to see Apple Jack letting out an amused laugh before going back to what she was doing. From what I could see, she was in the woodcutting area with the measurement paper we made last time. I watched as she carefully gets the large planks into simple, but also more complex shapes. 

I was really impressed by the perfect cuts she made. Seeing her skill level, I remembered something from before when I could barely get a simple, but kind of heavy, toolbox back to the table. I was now slightly confused about why she let someone as inexperienced as me let her out with such a big event. I'm sure she could do it just as well, or maybe even better herself. 

I saw she finished cutting the planks and was getting back to me, having the cut pieces in her hands. I got rid of the negative thoughts that went through my head just a second ago and smiled at her when she got back.

"Those look amazing Apple Jack! How did you get it cut so perfectly?"

She looked back at me, returning the smile. "Ah've done it before at the farm. Ah've learned the ways to do it." She looked at the toolbox I brought and chuckled. "Ah see you got your job done too."

I felt a blush spread across my cheeks and responded, trying my best to hide it. "Sure thing!" I spotted some blush appear on her face too before she turned back to the planks. "What's the plan?" I asked, seeing her take one of them.

She replied as she looked through the heavy toolbox. "Ah cut the wood the right shapes. All we gotta do now is get it all in one and make it look presentable."

"Sounds simple enough. I'm sure there's maybe some superglue in here to use." I spotted a bottle of superglue on another table and quickly went to grab it before bringing it back to the table. 

As I showed it off to the cowgirl next to me, she simply looked at me with confusion for a little before she replied. "Superglue..?" She asked. "You're kiddin' right?"

"Uhm.." I mumbled, slowly putting the glue back down on the table. "What do you mean?"

She chuckled at my response and got out a box of nails. "We ain't using that." She looked down at the nails and then back at me, still grinning.

"Oh." I finally realized before nodding nervously. "O-Of course.. How stupid of me.. Sorry about that." I quickly put the glue back on the other table and got back to her.

"Nah it's fine." She smiled at me again, blushing a little, before looking back at the work in front of us. "Now, let's get to workin'." She gave me a paper with the chosen design. "Ah'm doin' left, you're doin' right. Can ya handle that?"

"Sure thing!" I smiled back at her as she got the toolbox between us, so we could both easily get the tools needed. From that point on we went our own way to create our part of the project.

I took another look at the paper she gave me and got a pencil to make a quick line at the part I had to make. I focussed on the text on it and saw a small list of what I needed. 

"Hammer, nails, sandpaper, paper cups, paint, paintbrush and paper.." I thought before getting a hammer from the toolbox and a couple of nails from the nail box. I put the nails aside and got one of them to start working.

Firstly, I looked at the paper and over at the wood before I recognized two shapes and how they were supposed to be put together. I got both of them in front of me, got them together, and got my hammer before putting the first nail in the right spot.

I wasn't too much of a craftsman so I was a bit nervous at first. I didn't want to accidentally hit the wood, put the nail in the wrong place, or maybe even hurt myself. 

I looked down at the nail and had my hammer hovering above it for a bit before I smashed it in, trying my best not to hurt myself in the process. I succeded and after a few lighter ticks, I had the first nail in. 

I smiled proudly to myself and moved on to the next. After checking if I had it at the right place I did the same as last time and got it in just right. I was more confident in my abilities now and continued the next few at a slightly higher speed until they were all in and done.

I looked at the finished piece with satisfaction before I curiously looked over to Apple Jack. Once I did so I saw she was already painting the main colors on it, making my pride sink in a little. 

She noticed me looking her way, looked up at me and then to my work before looking back at me. "That looks really nice so far. Ah'm actually quite impressed with it." My face turned slightly confused.

"You are- I mean, thanks. That's great hearing from you." Before quickly changing it and putting a smile instead. My eyes eventually shifted back to her work. "You're really fast. I'm not sure if I can keep up with that. I still need to get the paint."

She simply smiled at me. "That's fine. Ah do this more often than you. And ah don't mind that much."

"Still, If I'm going to honest here, I kind of feel bad for being such a newbie to all of this.. I just feel like more of a burden than a helpful partner to you.." I looked away, having voiced the thoughts that were going through my head this entire time.

Apple Jack's smile faded a little and showed a more soft and caring look. I felt her hand on my shoulder before I looked back at her. "Look, ah'm well aware you're the best at these things, but that isn't important. Ah've also never seen it as a bad thing. If ah'm being completely honest, it's actually a lot of fun with you around." 

I stayed quiet for a bit, just staring at her, before slowly showing a smile again. "That, wow.." My smile grew bigger and a bright blush spread across my cheeks. "I actually feel a lot better now. I'm happy it isn't like what I thought."

"Of course it ain't." She said as she smiled grew and blush formed across her face the same as it did with me. "Ah'm glad that's all cleared up now. So, ready to start paintin', Sugercube?" 

My face got redder hearing the nickname. "O-Of course." I stuttered a little before getting back to my work, with the blush slowly fading away from my face again.

Lucky for me the paint I needed was what Apple Jack was painting with so it was already at our table. I made a few small cups from the pieces of paper I had, a quick trick I learned from Pinkie Pie and put the paint in there.

I got a paintbrush and started doing what was on the example on paper. I wasn't an artist but in the end, I was quite impressed with the result. So proud in fact, that once it dried up, I felt it up for Apple Jack to see. 

"What do you think? I think it looks pretty good!" I asked her, having a big smile across my face.

She had a smile too as she nodded in agreement. "Ah think so too. so, how about we get this back over to the clubroom?"

"Sure thing!" She got her part too and we made our way back to the clubroom. We made our way back as quickly as we left the place before and the second we entered, the room was already filled with the smell of fresh paint and wood. We saw multiple heads perk up and notice us there in the room.

Twilight was the first to notice and approach us. "You two are back!" As she greeted us, her eyes moved down to the finished projects that we were both holdings. "And wow, those look and absolutely amazing! Both of them!"

"Thanks, Twi. But ah couldn't have done it without my partner over here." She responded before smiling my way and putting her hand on my shoulder, blushing as she did so.

I felt my face get hotter too as I smiled back. "Yea, but you were in the lead remember." I joked before we both let out a chuckle.

Twilight patiently watched our dumb interaction before speaking up again. "Well, none of that matters much now because it looks absolutely amazing."

Apple Jack smiled over at her before looking back at me. "Let's get these somewhere save now, sugar cube." That nickname again. I couldn't help but smile and show some blush.

She made her way to the safe-keeping racks, a place to keep finished projects, and I was about to follow when Twilight interrupted me between steps. "You didn't mind working with together with her on this, did you? I know she had a lot more experients than you with these things."

"Nah, not at all. I actually really enjoyed the time together." I answered, still blushing.

"I see.." She looked away for a second having an expression I couldn't make out before looking back with a smile. "I'm happy you're getting along with so well with the club. I can't wait for you and me to have some time like that too."

I was about to reply when I heard Apple Jack across the room. "You comin'?" 

"Yea, I'll be right there!" I showed Twilight a smile before going to Apple Jack. We put the project safely where they would stay safe for the festival. Once we did so, we heard the school bell ring and the others in the room started packing up.

Apple Jack and I walked away to the door together before we split paths. Pinkie wasted no time to grab my hand and we left the classroom, starting to walk back home together. We split up again once we got home and I already feel myself excited for the next day.
