Hyrule, a vast medieval fantasy world created by the Golden Goddesses.

Before the creation of Hyrule, when all was chaos, three Goddesses, Din, Nayru, and Farore, descended from a distant nebula and began creation of what would become the world. Din "cultivated the land and created the red earth". Nayru "poured her wisdom onto the earth and gave the spirit of law to the world". Farore "produced all life forms who would uphold the law".

With their work completed, the Golden Goddesses ascended to the heavens, and the mythical Triforce, an object capable of granting any wish, was hidden in the Sacred Realm, waiting for someone to find it and bring complete prosperity or ultimate destruction to the world.

Although, even when the kingdom of Hyrule is in peace and prosperity, things took a turn when the fragments of chaos appeared in multiple area to cease control of the sacred relic for their own evil gain and plans. Thus, began several wars in Hyrule throughout the years.

Many of the soldiers, royalty, and the Sheikah tribe have died to protect the relic. Many of the defectors, fiends, and monsters have fallen to take the relic, but none have ever succeeded.

Years later, the last war has stopped and the land of Hyrule is finally at peace again.

Unbeknownst to everyone, the evil across the lands is far from finished.

Far off away in the Gerudo Mountains, fires have spread out all across a defensive town. The ones who caused the fire are a bunch of mercenaries, looting up everything and any supplies to steal in each buildings. A lot of were screaming and running from the attacks while a group of armed knights are doing their best to protect the innocents. Each knights have fallen into battle by the assassin, archers, swords, spears, and halberds.

Only five knights are remaining, but have already been injured as they're surrounded by the group of mercenaries, ready to take their last stand.

Before they were close to getting killed, something unexpected happen.

A lone rogue figure with a torn black robe jumps high and lands right next to the knights. He pulls out two daggers from his robe and slashes at multiple mercenaries with remarkable speed. He glances toward to the five knight and speaks to them.

"If you knights do have the balls to die battle, then you better live to fight another day. Flee from here, I'll hold them off while you take the refugees out of this fallen town."

"B-But young lad, what ab-"

"I said I'll hold them off! Don't make me ask you a third time!"

Not want to anger the dagger wielder any further, the knights nodded and proceed to evacuate the citizens while carrying two injured knights who are still breathing.

As the fire still spreads across the town, the robe dagger wielder grips his weapons and glares at his enemies. Some of them are shaken, not know of what they are dealing with while others is still confident to take him down.

"Now then, who wants to die foolishly first?"

On the other side of town a few blocks away, the mercenary bodies are blown away by a tall male figure with one sword in one hand and holding a mercenary by the throat on the other hand.

The male's appearance is about 7 feet tall, olive dark skin, amber eyes, and red hair.

He grunts in annoyance of no strong fighters in a mercenary group as he throws his enemy to a glass window, shattering it into pieces.

When all his enemies is gone from his sight, he turns around to walk away until some muffling sounds stops him. He hears some sounds coming from the collapsed building. He sighs and walks over to the building. Lifting and throwing the parts away, he lifts another one and pauses upon looking at something.

He sees a small female Hylian kid curled up in a ball crying, only a different kind of Hylian he hasn't seen before. The Hylian's appearance has light violet skin, long midnight blue with magenta and violet streak hair, deep purple eyes, Magenta six-pointed star, surrounded by five smaller white stars on her hands, a short purple horn on her forehead, and some torn up clothing.

The male thought that her parents might've escaped the attack, got killed, or perhaps abandoned her to die here. Shaking his head, he was making on what to do with the kid. Either leave her here to die or take her with him.

A minute later, he decided to pick up the kid in his hands and walks off, ignoring the kids attempt of protest and telling him to let go of her.

After exiting out of the burned town, he uses his magic to summon his horse nearby waiting for him. Before approaching his ride, a loyal guard of his appears to him with some loot and bows to him.

"The mercenaries have been dealt with, Lord Ganondorf."

"Excellent work, you have done well."

Ganondorf's guard looks up and spots something in his Lord's hands.

"My lord, what is that you are holding?"

"It's a female Hylian, but not like this one I never encounter before. Besides that, I have looked into some useful information earlier. There are several locations that I must go to look for, including the whereabouts of the ancient relic hidden somewhere in Hyrule."

Ganondorf looks up in the sky and sees that a rainstorm is approaching soon.

"For now though, we are going back to the Gerudo Dessert. Take this Hylian kid with us."

He hands the kid to his loyal guard and jumps onto his horse.

"As you wish my lord."

That said, Ganondorf gallops his horse to the dessert. His guard on other other hand draws up a circle on the ground and enchants some words. A moment later, the ground shakes and out comes a rock centipede. The guard then jumps on it wile holding the kid. He whistles to the centipede and it obeys as it proceeds to follow Ganondorf.

The storm arrives and washes over the burned town.

Ganondorf looked up in the sky and tighten his fists, imagining the blue sea up in the sky drowning as the red sky takes over.

"Soon, the relic will be found and the entire world of Hyrule will engulf in flames under my foot as I, the future Gerudo King, shall create a new order in my own hands. Not even Hyrule's best warriors can stop my true dream and destiny."

Inside Princess Luna's dream realm, her eyes open of seeing something is off. Her hooves felt the rumbles on the ground and hearing loud booms in the distance. Feeling this can't be good, she gallops to the location and her eyes widen in shock upon what she sees when a lot of scenes were showing.

A massive thunderstorm of clouds covering the whole entire Equestria land, sea, and air.

Four giant dragons invading the dragon lands with multiple dragons injured and dead.

Manehatten buildings crumbling down and burned by an army of monsters.

The badlands of changelings held as prisoners from the sand monster raiders.

Multiple flying creatures attacking Cloudsdale, leading every pegasi to flee from their home.

Ponies in Ponyville flees or captured by shadowy creatures as they destroy everything.

The Crystal Empire's citizens held hostage as they watch their own homes destroyed by several giant creatures and seeing King Sombra brutally beaten down against two unknown figures.

The Everfree Forest began to burn and crumble away by multiple figures.

Each and every known lands of innocents, heroes, and villains outnumbered & losing ground by the invaders gaining all of the territories and claiming all the useful things.

What Luna saw that breaks her heart and tears is Cantelot falling apart. All the earth, pegasi, and unicorn guards pummeled and thrown out by the undead monsters. Even worse, Canterlot castle walls took lots of damage including the insides as well. She also looks upon seeing herself, Celestia, Princess Cadence, and the remaining element bearers taking a last stand against a giant creature and five figures in front of it.

Although, her eyes notice a figure standing in the middle of four others. Before trying to see on who it is, both sides pull out their weapons and charge at each other as everything begins to vanish to fading darkness.

Princess Luna gasps in her bed awake with sweat on her head and calming herself down from a nightmare.

Things haven't gone well with her and Princess Celestia. A week ago, the wedding in Canterlot has been attacked by Queen Chrysalis and her changelings. Although Princess Cadence and Shining Armor's magic power were able to repel the invaders far away, the aftermath didn't have a happy victory. The news of Twilight Sparkle's whereabouts are unknown after she ditches her brother's wedding.

When Princess Luna arrived some time after the changelings were gone, she and Cadence asked her sister and the bearers on what happened before the attack. When the real truth came out, both Luna and Cadence didn't take it too well as both of them delivered some harsh & cruel words to Princess Celestia, Shining, and the bearers before they decided to leave and be isolated in their rooms as the whole wedding is off.

Since then, both Luna and Cadence ignored every pony around them, even the ones who wanted to apologize for not believing in Twilight's warnings of a Princess impostor. The only thing on their mind is worry and in stress if Twilight is alright and not in any danger. When Luna tries to find Twilight in her dream realm, there's no sign of her or maybe she's not in Equestria at all, just vanished into thin air.

Right now Princess Luna shakes her head and trying to process from what she saw.

"W-What was that in my dream?" Luna murmurs.

A loud knock at her door interrupts her thoughts as she looks at the door.

"Your highness, I wish to speak with you. It's very important." The guard at the door said.

"Come in!"

Luna's door opens up and a bat pony guard walks in with a worry look.

"Is something wrong?"

Her guard pulls out a scroll out of his folded wings and puts it down on her bed.

"We have a problem, the nobles wish to speak with you, your sister, Princess Cadence, Shining Armor, and the element bearers. Most of the citizens in Canterlot however are calling out the Princesses to relieve their duties since the changelings attack in Canterlot. Even Shining Armor and Twilight Sparkle's parents want to know of where their daughter is. Worse still, the Griffon, Zebra, Dragon, and Diamond Dog kings are arriving soon for a meeting."

Kokiri Forest, a meadow safe haven home of the Kokiri tribe and it's guardian spirit, the Great Deku Tree. The Kokiri Forest is known to be the source of life, maintaining the order of the world and deterring outsiders from ever entering the so-called forbidden forest.

Some would say that the forest is guarded by the spirit and protecting the tribe from harm of outsiders.

Others believe the forest is a curse about a once living kingdom got swallowed up by a monster.

Many people have tend to avoid the strange forest's of unknown dangers and baited treasures.

Those who have dared to enter the forest for money or fame would either be lost in the deep woods, transformed into a different race with no memories, or perhaps they wind up dead by the monsters lurking in the woods.

One morning however, a robe figure is seen at the entrance of the Kokiri Forest.

He murmurs to create a spell before slowly walking with his cane stick.

Upon entering the forest, he comes across a Kokiri village full of Kokiri children. Many of whom are waking up form their sleep and either have done to work on choirs, building, crafting, cooking, cleaning, or having conversations with each other. The robe figure smiles on seeing the Kokiri's lively doing well without much of any dangers.

He then proceeds to walk by as none of the Kokiri notice him or even hear his sounds of footsteps.

When a few of the Kokiri run towards him, they just went right though his body like a ghost.

So the robe figure eventually arrives at the destination. From there in the center part of the haven center, the Great Deku Tree. An old living talking tree who's the guardian of the Kokiri children and giving them a fairy to guide them in case they get lost in the deep woods. The Great Deku tree looks down a bit at and smiles at seeing a familiar person coming to visit.

"Rauru, it has been a long time. How are you my old friend?"

The robe sage takes off his hood and smiles at his tree friend.

"I'm doing fine old timer, still watching the Hylian child and no signs of dangers yet."

"Good, it'll be about a year or so before the mother arrives in my domain. Though that's probably not the reason why you're merely here for a good chat. Tell me Rauru, what has been troubling you?"

Rauru sighs deeply and begins to sit down.

"Indeed, I have more to report. It's not the thief that we have to watch out, but something else."

"Something else you say besides the one who's after the three treasures?"

"Yes and I do think the whole Hyrule lands are in terrible danger. I'll start with the three incidents; The first one is while I was in owl form and flying by into Kakariko Village, my eyes were horrified when I saw a deceased skull kid already torn to shreds at the graveyard. The second one is near Lon Lon Ranch, I spotted three deceased Zoras crucified at a small pond. The third one is at inside the Temple of Time, a stone tablet is cross slashed by a weapon and deceased body of a Hylian is dead. Though before his death, he wrote in his own blood, "The inner madness has begun, long live the true wielder of darkness forever.", before he died from blood loss. None of the guards at Kakariko, Zora's Domain, and Hyrule town know who actually did it."

The Great Deku Tree is both shocked and surprised at this sudden news.

"Hmmmm, this is troubling indeed. You think it might be one of the thief's minions who did this?"

"Nope, but I'll keep a close eye out. In the meantime however, I do have a small request."

"A request, is it something good or bad?"

"Little bit of both, but I'm sure you'll hear me out before you decide the answer."

The Great Deku tree thought for a moment.

"Alright, what kind of request are you offering to me?"

Elsewhere. . .

Outside at the Spirit Temple entrance, two Sorceress sisters are seen currently waiting for someone to return. One named Koume who uses magic of fire and her sister Kotake who uses magic of ice.

The two of them soon spotted someone in the distance and recognize on who it is.

"Ho ho ho! Is that who I think it is, dear sister Koume?" Kotake asked her sister.

"Hee hee hee! I believe so dear Kotake."

"Shall we greet our honored guests?"

"Oh indeed sister."

So the two sisters proceed to get on their brooms and levitate forward to go greet the guests. They then stop close to them and bow their heads to the rider on his horse.

"Welcome home dear Gerudo King." The twins said in unison.

Ganondorf nods to them and gets off of his horse.

"Have any of you two found the clues yet to the sacred treasure?"

"Sadly, we haven't find any clues or hidden passages yet my lord." Kotake said.

"It's true, not one shred of evidence is discovered." Koume said.

"However, there has been rumors of mysterious few deaths around all of Hyrule. Kotake thinks it might've been the rogue bandits while I think it could be a tribe clan. Should we go after these culprits before they find out about the sacred treasure?"

Ganondorf hummed and rubs his chin as he gave an answer.

"We'll wait for later if they show themselves. For now, I have something special to reveal."

He snaps his fingers as his loyal guard walks up beside him and presents to reveal a Hylian kid already asleep. Both the twin Sorceresses were surprised that they have gotten hold of a hylian child, but what's more confusing to them is this particular one is somehow different than the other hylians.

"I have found this one when me and my guard went on a scouting trip to a burning town. At first I thought to leave her alone, but what gotten me intrigue is the girl's hair color and a weird gem on her forehead. Whether if she's really royalty or not, I'm guessing the ones who abandoned her won't be coming back for a very long time. Which is why I decided to keep her as my new daughter and to teach her magic when she grows up so that one day, she'll join my quest as we conquer over every entire lands one by one. After all, she could be the key to defeating our enemies and finding the sacred treasure hidden in Hyrule."
