After committed suicide, Sunset Shimmer revives as an Artificial Intelligent Doll
After Sunset Shimmer committed suicide after a failed attempt to reason with her friends, her soul has transferred into an Artificial Intelligent doll by the DESTINY corporation. She has become friends with a sixteen year old named Lorcan Darcy who's buying a birthday present for her younger sister.
On the cold winter afternoon, Sunset Shimmer is laying in her room, crying. She was falsely accused by her friends, well former friends for being Anon-a-Miss.
It was all started one week ago, She and Applejack arrived to school. Sunset wasn't excited because she hasn't been home for the holidays for some time and has never been close to anyone, not even her own family. She assures Applejack she's okay because she has her and the other girls now, and she departs for class. Applejack takes out her cell phone and texts the rest of her friends to meet her in the library after school.
Later that day, Cheerilee catches Pinkie Pie using a school computer to go on the social networking website MyStable. The other girls join her, and Applejack shares her plan to help with Sunset's holiday loneliness: consecutive slumber parties at each of their houses. The others agree to the plan and Pinkie goes to tell Sunset.
The first slumber party is held at Pinkie Pie's house. During the merriment, Applejack gets a call from Apple Bloom, who wants to make sure her big sister is doing okay. Applejack tells her she's fine, and Apple Bloom closes the call by calling Applejack "Piggly Wiggly." An embarrassed Applejack explains that, when she was a baby, she played with the pigs in the pigpen and earned the nickname from Granny Smith.
That night, after everyone else has gone to sleep, Sunset Shimmer writes to Twilight Sparkle in her magic journal.
The next morning at school, Applejack hears someone call out the name Piggly Wiggly. As she wonders who it was, Apple Bloom runs up and tells Applejack that someone with the username "Anon-a-Miss" posted Applejack's story to MyStable. Applejack overhears several students gossiping about her, but she doesn't let a little teasing bother her. As she and her friends wonder about the identity of "Anon-a-Miss", the school bell rings and they head to class.
Realizing that no one outside Applejack's circle of friends know about her nickname, Apple Bloom suggests that "Anon-a-Miss" is Sunset Shimmer, but Applejack refuses to believe such a notion.
After school, Rarity picks up Applejack on the way to the second slumber party at Rarity's house. They meet up with their friends there, and Rarity dismisses Sweetie Belle from the party, much to Sweetie Belle's dismay. As the slumber party gets underway, Sunset Shimmer takes photos and video with her cell phone. During an ill-planned stage dive, Pinkie Pie discovers Rarity's "closet of shame", where Rarity keeps her awful outfits. The six friends use the outfits to play dress-up, and Sunset takes more pictures.
That night, Sunset writes to Twilight again, expressing how loved and accepted she now feels, before going to bed.
Later that week, Sunset meets her friends in the school hall, and they confront her; all the pictures Sunset took at the slumber party have been posted on "Anon-a-Miss"'s MyStable page. Thus, the five friends conclude that she is "Anon-a-Miss". Sunset pleads innocence, but due to the evidence against her, the other five don't believe her. They denounce Sunset as their friend and walk away, and Sunset breaks down in tears.
Days pass, and as "Anon-a-Miss" posts more and more of the girls' humiliating secrets to MyStable (like Rainbow Dash's poorly graded research paper), they become laughing stocks at Canterlot High. Sunset Shimmer confronts Trixie in the hallway, and although Trixie denies being "Anon-a-Miss", she praises her for her actions. In the cafeteria, an angry Rainbow Dash sits next to Fluttershy. They notice that "Anon-a-Miss" has started posting about everyone at the school, turning everyone against each other. They don't want to believe that Sunset Shimmer is "Anon-a-Miss", but there are no other possible suspects.
Sunset was crying in her apartment, she saw Applejack and Rarity walking by her house and beaten her up. Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash watches as they unfriended her on other social media and take back the gifts they got for her, leaving Sunset in tears.
And that was it, Sunset arrived to the store the next day and buy a rope. When she bought it, she ties it the end to the ceiling. She's about to hang herself and...
She's gone.
The CMC arrived to tell Sunset that they're Anon-a-Miss, but it was too late. Sunset hung herself. Scootaloo call the ambulance as Sweetie Belle and Apple Bloom tells their sisters that they are Anon-a-Miss, but they never believed them and plans to get revenge on Sunset.
In the next day of school, the Main 5 and all the classmates are preparing to teach Sunset a lesson by throwing rotten apples at her, the police announces that Sunset Shimmer has died last night. Apple Bloom, Scootaloo and Sweetie-Belle revealed to the entire school that they are Anon-a-Miss and feels responsible for Sunset's suicide.
At Sunset's funeral, Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy are feeling guilty for what they've done to her.
"It's all our fault, we should've believe her that she wasn't her." Fluttershy said in tears.
"I can't believe it. What kind of friends are we?" Rarity asked.
"Rest in peace, Sunset Shimmer. Rest in peace. "Applejack said in tears. "Come on, y'all, let's go home."
As everyone are headed back home, two mysterious men appeared beyond the tree, one of them holds up a plastic bag with Sunset Shimmer's hair in it. The other men holds up his phone and start calling.
"Mission accomplished, boss. We got her hair." One of the men said.
Just then a TV Commercial started with the DESTINY corporation's founder, Howard Destiny.
Hi, I'm Howard Destiny, founder of the DESTINY corporation. We wanted to say thank you for giving us so many support for the past couple of years with our new tech. But unfortunately, we believe that happiness is about more than entertainment. It's about being known, understood, loved. Introducing our new product, Friendship Dolls." Howard said while announcing the new Friendship Dolls.
The Friendship Dolls are the doll versions of the Main 7, they are life size dolls with Artificial Intelligent.
"The Friendship Dolls can connect to and control all your product and smart home devices. They can be your personal DJ, help tidy up the house. Control your entire smart hub system. The Friendship Dolls uses advanced self-learning technology to constantly find new ways to entertain you. They adapts to your daily routine, and finds ways to make life simpler by connecting to a host. When A Friendship Doll imprints on you, she can be your best friend for life." Howard said while explaining what the Friendship Dolls can do.
One of the dolls sings Shake your Tails for fun.
"And The Friendship Doll state-of-the-art AI safeguards ensure that your children will always be safe." Howard said while finishing up the commercial. "The Friendship Dolls, your very best friend til the end."
Lorcan Darcy, a sixteen year old girl with blue hair and a sad smile, was walking downtown. She is struggling the loss of her older twin sister Laura-Belle Darcy before her twelfth birthday. Her parents are divorced afterward. Her mother's a lawyer in Chicago and her father's a cartoonist whose animation studio is in Los Angeles. She stayed in Brooklyn with her younger brother Max and younger sister Dawn.
She's walking down to the toy store to buy a birthday present for Dawn. She was convinced by her to purchase the new AI doll called Friendship Doll, created by the DESTINY Corporation. Lorcan decided to buy her doll for her seventh birthday. She and Dawn have a best sister relationship. When Lorcan check the aisles where the dolls are, she saw the Friendship Dolls, the dolls shows the identical image of the Mane 7, especially Sunset Shimmer. She decided to buy Sunset Shimmer, because she's Dawn's favorite.
At night, Lorcan's sleeping on the couch after finishing wrapping the doll up. Someone walked inside of the living room and about to wake her up. When Lorcan wakes up, she screamed along with her. The thing removed her mask and it happens to be Dawn Darcy, a seven year old girl.
"Dawn, what are you doing? Why did you scream?" Lorcan asked her little sister after she screamed.
"Because you scared me." Dawn answers, Lorcan smiles and let her lay beside her.
"It's the middle of the night, why are you awake?" Lorcan asked her sister as she sits on her legs.
"I'm too excited, Lorcan." Dawn answers as Lorcan smiles.
"Well it is your birthday, but we're not celebrating it yet." Lorcan said to her sister while smiling and hold her hand. "Come on. Let's get you back to bed."
In Dawn's bedroom, Lorcan put her to bed. She watches her sleeping before giving her a kiss. She loves her younger siblings and looks after them. She walks out of Dawn's bedroom. She walks over to her Max's bedroom to check on him. Max Darcy is a fourteen year old boy. He wakes up and sees her.
"Lorcan." Max said after waking up. "Um, uh, what time is it?"
Lorcan removed his duvet, revealing he's not asleep, he just went out till his curfew. "It's past your curfew. That's what time it is."
"Lorcan, I'm-I'm fourteen. Why do I have to be home by midnight?" Max asked his older sister.
"Because I wanna know that you're safe, Max. I'm worried about you. Plus, you're starting high school in six months." Lorcan answers about her worrying about him.
"Just, please don't tell Mom and Dad, okay? I just can't handle another one of his lectures." Max said to Lorcan about not telling their parents.
Lorcan smiles and chuckles. "Okay. Don't mess with Mom tomorrow. I just want your sister's birthday to be perfect." She said.
"Yeah, so do I. Me too." Max said. He and Dawn have a good brother-sister relationship. Lorcan give him a big kiss.
"Okay, goodnight." Lorcan said before walking out of his bedroom.
"Goodnight." Max said before she walked out closed the door.
The next day, Lorcan walked over to the door as the doorbell ring. It's her parents, Bill and Lisa. She guide them to the living room. She got her birthday present for Dawn ready. When Dawn blow out the candles of her birthday cake. The others cheered.
"Happy birthday, sweetheart." Bill said to Dawn.
"Happy birthday, baby." Lisa said to Dawn.
Max give Dawn his birthday present. "Happy birthday, Dawn." He said as Dawn opening her birthday. It's a PlayStation store card.
"Really, Max?" Dawn asked him while smiling.
"Yeah, I know I bought you PS4 and helped you set up the account for PlayStation Network, so I thought you need to buy some games online." Max said to Dawn.
"I love it, Max." Dawn said as she give him a hug. Lorcan holds up her birthday present.
"You have one more, I thought you'll love it." Lorcan said as Dawn opens her present. Dawn was shocked and smiled that she got her a Friendship Doll.
"Thank you so much, Lorcan." Dawn said as she give Lorcan a hug.
"You watched the commercial of it last week, so I went over to the store yesterday and bought it." Lorcan said as Dawn smile.
Dawn looks at her present from Lorcan and shocks that it's Sunset Shimmer. "It's Sunset Shimmer. Can I play with it?" She asked Lorcan.
"Oh, sure you can sweetheart." Lorcan answers politely and Dawn opens the box to bring the doll out.
Lorcan reads the instructions to find out how the doll works. "Okay,It says here you gotta sync her knowledge base to the cloud before he can connect to any other DESTINY products they made with Sony," She said as Dawn sync the doll's knowledge to the cloud.
Just then, Sunset wakes up and sees them. "Hi, I'm Sunset Shimmer. What's your name?" She asked Dawn.
"I'm Dawn." Dawn answers.
Sunset responds to Dawn' name. "It's go great to meet you, Dawn." She smiles before talking. "Let's get to know each other, how old are you?"
"Uh, I'm seven today." Dawn answers before Sunset responding to her age.
"Happy birthday, what a great age." Sunset said smiling before asking another question. "So, tell me, have you got any brothers or sisters?"
"That's my older sister Lorcan Darcy, and that's my big brother Max." Dawn answers to Sunset by introducing Lorcan and Max to her. Sunset turns to them and respond.
"Hi, you two." Sunset greets them.
"Hi, Shimmer-bot." Max greets back.
"Don't mind him, Sunset." Lorcan said while smiling.
"I'll make no to that." Sunset said to Lorcan. "Tell me about you, Lorcan."
"Well um, I have an older twin sister. Her name was Laura-Belle, everyone called her L.B. She died five years ago." Lorcan said to Sunset about herself, even the death of her twin sister.
Sunset respond to that and reveals her sad face. "I'm so sorry to hear that. If at any time you three wanna talk about it, I'll be here for you." She said while giving her a sad smile.
"Whoa, that's very kind of you." Max said while smiling.
"So how about your mom and dad? What are their names?" Sunset asked after changing the subject.
"Well, our dad's Bill, he's an cartoonist and a very nice man. He always work in L.A on his cartoons. And our mom's Lisa, she's a lawyer and a very gentle woman. They're divorced after Laura-Belle died." Dawn answers the question.
Sunset responds to that. "Wow, I guess it's pretty tough for you three, huh?" She said.
"Yeah, Lorcan's been taking care of us. She's acts like that she's our mom." Dawn said to Sunset.
"Aw, that's incredibly sweet thing you did for them, Lorcan." Sunset said to Lorcan, except she wasn't around. "Where is Lorcan, anyway?"
Lorcan was in the bathroom, she pulls the pregnancy test from the back of her jeans. She unzip her zipper before sitting on the toilet. Peeing on the stick and then waiting, she bursts in to devastated tears when she sees the plus sign, now knowing for sure that she is pregnant to her boyfriend's baby.
"Oh no..." Lorcan said in worried and in tears. "Jake..."
