"Yup, this is definitely the place." Peach Pie said looking at the children's placemat she had been using as a map, she looked over it at the large Crystal castle, it looked weirdly like a Brimstone Tree.
"What tipped you off?" Flurry Heart asked looking at the place "The castle or the sign?" she pointed to a large painted sign that simply read, Castillo de Espiga."
"Wait, what the heck does that mean?" Zestar Apple asked in confusion scratching his head before turning back to his friends with a laugh "Anypony? No? Ok."
"I remember Spike from before." Pumpkin said as she looked at the castle "He was a rather nice guy even after..."
"Don't say it." Jasper said, cutting her off "We all know what my mom and dad did to him, less we talk about it the better." Jasper reached his arm out and pulled Pound to him, who was shaking like no tomorrow. "You ok bud?"
"Oh I'm fine." Pound said with obvious falseness in his tone "So what's the plan? We walk in and ask the Dragon that ate Sombra to just give us the items of power? Or, and I think this time you'll really like this idea, we go get literally anypony else to do this!?"
"Pound this is our chance!" Flurry Heart said trying to mimic her aunt’s knack for speeches, she turned to face her friend, fixing her sword as she did so. The 6 where all wearing white armor, each with a different weapon strapped to their back, an image of the Crystal Heart of their chests and shoulders, Flurry patted her chest piece as she began her speech "We can all step out of the shadows and become Equestrian legends!" As Flurry Heart spoke, Peach and Zestar scoped out the front gates, while Pumpkin looked in confusion at the 'map' Peach had been using. "We've tried countless times to protect Ponyville, but this time our parents and their friends won't shove us to safety and try and push us to the boring path, this time it'll be us who walk around the town and are called the heroes!" Flurry was smiling now as she thought of her plan "Now I'm gonna do something, and if it doesn't work out..."
"You'll die!" Pound shouted "Flurry come on the guy's a maniac! He’s a villain that eats other villains and steals their powers!"
"And that's my family and their friend's fault." Flurry said as she turned to the castle "Sure he's a little...completely crazy, but no ponies seen him in like 12 years! I'm sure he hasn't gotten that bad." the group had gotten quiet, Peach and Zestar looking back at her, Pumpkin was rolling up the 'map', Jasper had turned around and was trying to calm Pound down who was still panicking. Flurry cleared her throat as she realized her speech had ended flatly.
"Alright If I'm not back in an hour...call my parents." Flurry took a Bracelet off her right arm and handed it to Pumpkin who gave an awkward salute.
"You got your sword?" She questioned.
"I always have my sword." Flurry said as she put her hand tentatively on it.
"Alright" Pumpkin held Flurry’s face and looked her dead in the eye "You still owe me 60 bits, die and I'll kill you."
"Noted." Flurry said before heading out.
"Keep watch." Flurry said to Zestar and Peach "If lasers start shooting out of the walls or ceiling or whatever either join the fight or call my parents." the two saluted and Flurry made her way to a long rope bridge, she took a deep breath as she looked at the task before her the Castle was surrounded by a huge cavern which acted as a moat, the winds swirling around it preventing anything from flying in or out that wasn't welcome, the bridge was the only way to cross, but doing so would alert Spike to her presence, she exhaled and took a step on the bridge, the top of the castle came to life with blue fire as she spoke loud and clear "I'm coming uncle" before being the walking across it.
It creaked and groaned with every step she made the castle glowing as the owner watched her threw a crystal ball shaped like a goats eye, he sat in silence for a moment before holding his hands up,
"Guess I have company." he said with a giggle "better clean this place up a little before my niece gets here."



Flurry had no idea how long the walk had taken but it had started getting dark out, rather it was really getting late or if this was just one of Spike's spells she had no idea, she stepped off the bridge and the doors swung open loudly, She stood in silence staring at the dark doorway when blue light flooded the inside and a voice called out to her.
"Come now you didn't come all this way just to stare at my door did you?"
"I did not." Flurry confirmed, trying her best to sound confident as she walked into the halls, the door's swung shut as she entered, the sound making her jump as it echoed through the silent halls of the castle. Flurry took a few breaths as sweat began forming on her brow "No going back now" she thought as she began walking forward, the walls looked rough and unfinished, as though the carver had lost interest in finishing his work, the floors had multiple rugs spawn across the floor, as though to act as a carpet, the more Flurry looked around the castle, the more flaws and lazy cover-ups she saw, she made her way to a large door and pushed it open, she had been expecting a throne room, and it seemed that this was the one thing Spike hadn't half-finished.

The walls where polished and clean, the floor had a single long rug starting at the door and ending at the Throne, lined up along the rug on either side was a long row of Female Diamond Dog's in armor, staring at her in silence as she walked in, all lined up from smallest to largest, the scrawniest runts stood at the door, while two very large Diamond Dogs stood on the steps that lead to Spike's throne, the Throne was probably the strangest one she had ever seen, It looked like a Giant Diamond dog, she quickly found when it met her gaze that this was because it was a Giant Diamond Dog, sitting to the side of the dog was a small table with a Crystal Goat's eye on it, and finally laying on the Dogs lap was Spike, he looked as though he was a living 3-dimensional shadow, he was laying on the Dogs lap like he was waiting for someone to paint him like a French girl, his scales where black and his entire body looked hazy around the edges.
"Flurry Heart!" He cheered jumping to his feet and resting his hands on his hips "So Lovely to see you! Welcome to Castillo de Espiga" as he said the name of his home he did jazz hands and smiled at her, after a moment he sighed and shook his head "Straight to business then?" Flurry Heart took a deep breath before standing her ground.
"Spike, by order of the Princess I demand you surrender any and all fragments of the Elements of Harmony and the Tree of Harmony you possess"

The two stared at each other for a long silent moment, Flurry waiting for him to give her some evil speech or something, instead, he snapped his fingers.

"Friends, can we have a moment?" Without hesitation, all the Diamond dogs save the one who had been acting as his throne marched out of the room Spike waited until the largest one closed the door before smiling at Flurry heart.

"I like them a lot," he said before climbing back into his throne "tho as you've probably noticed I do have a favorite," he gave his throne a pat and she smiled at him before returning to a stone-faced expression, he smiled again weakly for a moment, Flurry stood her ground, keeping a hard expression on her face and Spike turned to Smoke and shot off almost to fast for her eye to follow, as he moved she drew her sword and turned, with a loud clang her sword dug itself into his arm, witch contorted and compressed as the sword pushed into it. "Whoa, Chill kid," Spike said as he took a step back from the sword, Flurry turned to him.

"Listen, Spike, I don't want to fight you..."

"Have a funny way of showing it," he said as he waved his throne off, who had started growling as soon as Flurry had touched the sword. Spike looked down at her before adding "Funny," he repeated.

"Just give me the elements and..." Spike laughed at her.

"Flurry honey,"

"Don't call me..." She tried to say only for Spike to swirl back into gas and shot past her, she turned on the spot and spotted him next to the Goat eyeball. "...that," she finished lamely.

"Flurry honey," Spike said, this time really emphasizing the honey part "This is an adorable display of demanding but is that really why your here?" he taped the crystal ball and images began playing on it and a very familiar voice came from it.

"...probably just off playing with her friends," Twilight said as she looked threw a book doing one thing or another, behind her stood Shining Armor who looked like he was about to have a heart attack,

"Twily I haven't seen her in days, I know she's an adult and can do her own thing now...but I checked around and none of her friends have been seen in days either,"

"They're probably just playing hero again," Twilight responds simply before Spike tapped the ball and it went back to being an eye, he turned to her with a smile.

"Seems your trying to prove something, I wonder tho...are you trying to prove to Twilight you can be the hero...or to yourself?" Flurry gave him a deep frown as he walked down the stairs, stopping in front of her, as he leaned down the shadows that made his body shifted from a solid mass to looking like living fire. She stood her ground and he looked her in the eye and smiled "Or maybe you just miss your uncle?"

"You're not my uncle," Flurry heart said firmly as she gripped the hilt of her sword "You're a mass of hate that consumed him!" Flurry swung down and Spike moved, the sword cracking the floor as she hit it, the dog that acted as Spike's throne whined and put her right paw on the ground, the stairs sunk into the ground and after a moment Flurry was alone in the room, she looked around waiting for Spike to show himself, she quickly pressed an outline in her left arm's armor and a shield in the shape of her fathers Cutie mark formed on it.

"Now, now," his voice said from behind her, she turned on the spot with her sword and shield raised and found nothing, she looked around the empty room, sword ready as he spoke "I'm not gonna fight my niece, tho I must now how you knew about my gathering of the shards of Harmony, Tree, and Elements alike, a black tendril shot from the ground and wrapped around Flurry hearts arm, forcing her to point her sword into the ground, as she attempted to free herself using the shield as a blunt instrument and bashing it against the tendril while pulling on it with her magic Spike appeared holding the Crystal ball.

"Like it?" he asked, tossing it up and down like a toy "use to belong to Grogar, the real one, took a hell of a lot of work to get it but now it's mine," Flurry heart made several noises as she tried to free her arm, taking this as a sign that she didn't care he started pacing the room with the ball, "I also Have Sombra's old Cape, but I didn't really like it, ended up giving it to my Captain of the guards, who you've already met," Spike turned to where the stairs had been as they raised, the Large Diamond Dog who Spike had been using as his throne was now standing with a Large Mace that was almost as Big as Flurries body, the Captain was indeed wearing Sombra's cape, tho a large chunk of the left side was missing, along with a set of Black Armor that the rest of Spike's guards had been wearing, the Diamond dog looked down at Flurry who Spike promptly set free. "Have fun," Spike said with a smile, Flurry looked up and both raised her shield and light her horn as the Large Dog charged.





"I'm not liking the looks of this" Zestar was looking at the castle as Flurry had requested, not too long after she had walked into the building tons of Diamond dogs could be seen running around the castle and the land it was situated around, some seemed to be guarding the doors and windows, most seemed to just be playing or lazing about the castle. "He's got an army guarding his place, we try and rush in and we'll get taken down," Zestar looked back at his friends, Jasper was holding onto Pound, who was shaking so hard he was making Jasper shake. Pumpkin, who had Flurries bracelet on, was trying her hardest to make sense of Peaches map.

"How is this a map?" She demanded, shaking the child's placemat at her friend "no one knew where this place was, how the heck did you use this children's pre-meal entertainment paper to find herringbone castle,"

"Wait," Jasper said, cutting Peach off "That's what the sign says?"

"My Spanish isn't all that good but I'm pretty sure that's what it says yeah,"

"This better not just be another Discord prank," He muttered irritably.

"He probably thought it meant something else," Pound said shakily "Or just found the word fun to say or look at, like those ponies you see with Japonies words tattoed on their arms, only in this case it would be less permanent."

"Look Pumpkin," Peach said, getting back onto the topic as hand "I may not have my mom's Pinkie sense or my Dad's Cheese scene, but I do have a Peach sense!" She patted her chest "I may not be a party pony, but heck if I ain't the best navigational pony in all Equestria!" Pumpkin screamed in frustration.

"You say that every time and it never explains anything!" Zestar looked back at the castle, laughing at how much like her teacher Pumpkin was when it happened, a beam of Magic shot threw the roof of the castle and exploded like a firework. "Ok guys!" He called "Time to decided! Are we going for the hero path or the calling or mommies and their friend's path?" Everypony saves Pound called back to him.

"Heros!"

"I want my mommy," Pound called threw the hero chant.

"Out voted!" Zestar replied as he pulled his nunchucks off his belt, Pupkin pulled Twin Katanas out, Peach held her bow in her hand and began double-checking how many arrows she had left, Jasper left his War Hammer on his back and cradled Pound like a baby, Pound had two Tonfā's on his belt ready to be pulled out for battle. Zestar turned ready to call the charge and watched as all the Diamond dogs filled into the castle. "Ok, that makes getting to the door a little easier!" he returned his chucks to his belt and lead the charge as magic light up the sky like fireworks, as soon as all 5 of them were on the bridge it started shaking and started moving, they watched in silence as the wooden planks moved forward and brought them to the castle at a much quicker pace than they would have,

"I think we're expected," Jasper said as he placed Pound on the ground, the 5 all drew their weapons and approached the door, which was open in wait, it remained pitch black as they walked in, the halls where dark, then with a bang the door slammed shut, Pumpkin light her horn and looked around, in the light she could see Zestar and Peach taking the front, with Jasper behind her, she looked around for a moment,

"Pound?" she asked, the 4 looked around the silent halls receiving no answer from their friend, "Hand," She said at once, Jasper took held his Hammer in his left hand and put his right on Pumpkins shoulder, Peach put her bow on her back and reached for Zestar, only to find empty darkness where he had been a mere moment before.

"I hate everything about this," She Decided as she reached out for Pumpkin, only to find nothing again, both she and Jasper were now gone. "Why am I last!" She demanded as she started shaking.

"Cause they were both looking at you, would have seen me," A Voice responded behind her, Peach turned just in time for Spike's shadowy hand to grab her by the face, she gave a muffled scream before feeling a harsh wind and hitting the ground, she blinked in the sudden light and looked around, her friends all lay in a confused mess around her, their weapons all piled in a corner, she looked over and saw Flurry standing in a glass jar shaped like a giant oil lamp, she had a very irritated expression on her face and was missing the armor from her left arm. Spike waved at them, sitting on his dog throne who was merrily chomping on a bone.

"Welcome Children!" Spike sang out "To the boss battle! I shall be your murder today," he sat in silence before Pound started crying, "I'm just messing with you," He amended "I ain't about that murdering children act, I have a bad enough rep without doing that,"

"Zestar is the only child here!" Pumpkin snapped back irritably as she got up.

"I am 19!" He snapped back.

"And last time I saw you, you where 7," Spike called back to him "To me, all I see are the children I use to babysit before I went all...bleg,"

"That's a mighty fine word to describe yourself with," Jasper said as Spike smiled at him.

"Oh Jasper, so good to see you,"

"And I always feel bad when I see or think of you," Jasper replied as he thought of his mother.

"I do not blame you, I blame your mother," Spike replied before chewing on one of his fingers "So, the kiddies have come to take the Elemental shards of Harmony home and become heroes?" he looked over at them, "And your plan was literally to just throw Flurry heart at me?" he shook his head "Really?"

"I admit," Flurry heart said from the glass jar "I may have been a little....completely full of myself for a moment," Spike shook his head before standing up.

"Alright listen, I don't wanna fight you, and Pound looks like he's gonna pass out, what say you tell the enticing story as to how, in 12 years, you lot are the only ponies to actually track me down, and I'll treat you lot to a nice refreshing dinner before you parents inevitably track you down and beat my face into the floor," he held his arms up, the group stood in silence for a moment so he added, "I'll even throw in the story on how I became a living shadow, how's that?"

"I can not pass up this opportunity," Pumpkin decided "Alright what do you wanna know?" Spike smiled.

"How about we start....at the Beginning?"

It was a quiet morning in Ponyville, the Castle however was another story as the sound of metal clanging against metal rang across the castle yard, over the years the castle had been expanded, now housing an extensive amount of staff ranging from maids to guards, Twilight sighed as she looked over the training yard, Flurry heart was in the middle of kicking one of the guards ass with one arm literally tied behind her back.
"Ma'am if I may?" The Guard said to her as Flurry knocked his sword out of his grasp "I thought you were kidding about tieing your arm behind your back,"
"And I thought you knew how to read," Flurry replied as several of the guards cheered her one, one of them calling out to her opponent,"
"Suck it, lunch thief!"
"I apologized!" the guard managed to scream back before kicked his hooves out from under him, on his back and weaponless Flurry turned her back to him.
"Good fight," She said, leaving the training grounds, as she walked she used her magic to cut the rope and free her left arm, she teleported herself away to her room, where her friends where already waiting,
"3 minutes," Jasper said looking over to her, he was sitting in front of a chessboard, Pound moved a piece and Jasper looked back "Wait did I just lose?" he asked as Flurry walked over to Pumpkin, who was flipping threw a picture book on Flurries bed, "These pictures make your aunt look way cooler than she really is," She said holding up a Picture of Twilight holding a sword.
"That's because that picture was staged," Flurry replied "My Aunt has no idea how to use a sword, she relies fully on magic,"
"I can understand why," Zestar called back, Flurry and Pumpkin looked over to see he and Peach had set up a large map, "I remember when Uncle Mac had me buck the west field," Zestar shivered "Thought it would put some pep in my step, instead I quit the family business," Zestar shook his head and muttered about his life as a blind foaled Peach threw a sticky dart at the map, She stood in silence for a moment before saying.
"It landed on Maris Prance," She called out.
"I swear," Flurry said with a shake of her head "You have to be cheating,"
"You wanna test the blindfold again?" Peach asked, "My Cutie Mark is a map after all,"
"And mine is a Sword crossed shield!" Flurry shot back "I don't have comprehensive knowledge of all things sword and shield related,"
"How is that my fault?" Peach asked lifting the blindfold and giver her friend a confused look.
"Oh dang," Jasper said as Flurry and Peach continued talking about Peaches Peachie scence, "I did just lose didn't I?"
"No," Pound said as he moved his Queen "Now you have, you'll win one of these days,"



"I'm sorry," Spike said, cutting off Jasper as he explained how he had lost the chess game "what am I listening to right now?"
"Seemed a bit rushed to just start at the beginning of when we found you," Flurry said as she leaned against the glass of her lamp like prison "So I figured we'd start at events that lead to us finding you,"
"Alright," Spike said as a Diamond Dog offered him a drink "your story I guess," He took a sip before waving them on "Keep going," Flurry cleared her throat.
"So then my Aunt knocked on the door,"



"It's unlocked," Flurry called in response to the knocking that rang threw the room. Twilight walked into the room looking irritated, Flurry stood her ground, knowing what was coming.
"Flurry," She said sternly "You're supposed to be studying,"
"I've finished for the night," Flurry said with a smile, witch Twilight happily returned.
"Honey you never finish studying, you just take breaks, I know you like fighting and I know your an excellent swords mare, but if you're going to become one of the ruling Princesses of Equestria you must learn to use your magic to its full potential and...."
"...And then flaunt it and tell somepony else to deal with it?" Flurry asked sweetly earning a sigh from Twilight,
"Celestia took every opportunity she saw to help teach me, if Celestia had solved every problem on her own I wouldn't be here today and several times over Equestria would have been lost to several different kinds of evil,"
"Sure," was all Flurry said with a head shake "I'm sure she sounded way more conviving when she said that to you," Twilight rubbed her forehead and looked around at Flurries friends.
"Are none of you going to speak up?"
"Pumpkins the only other one here who has magic," Jasper said dully as he reset the chessboard with pound "and I don't think she wants to side against either of you," Twilight muttered irritably as Zestar and Peach ignored her completely, Pumpkin was doing her best not to move on the bed so as to not draw eyes to here before Twilight shook her head and pointed at Flurry.
"You and I will talk about this later when your friends aren't here," She said before leaving the room, the room was silent for a while until Zestar spoke up.
"That reminds me, Flurry is there a reason you called us all here? You seemed pretty serious before the Guards interrupted us," Flurries eyes went wide.
"Yes of course, sorry," Flurry levitated the map out of the way just as Peach threw the sticky dart and hit the wall.	
"Equestria, Ponyville," She said confidently before taking off the blindfold "hey where'd the map go?"
"Cheater and an Actor," Zestar mumbled "Gotta be it," The group turned to the map and Flurry hit it with a spell, the blank world map was suddenly covered with tons of ink, each and every part of the map from the land to the sea was marked with notes. She smiled as she turned to her friends.
"I think I may have finally found him,"

The Throne Room was quiet as Spike stared at them, none of the 5 talking as Flurry stared at him.
"Ok, what?" Spike asked "You all stopped just as you were about to actually tell me how you found me,"
"I need to go to the bathroom," Pound said, raising his hand as he did so,
"Ok so why did the rest of you stop?"
"It was Pounds turn to talk," Jasper said, Spike squinted and looked at them.
"You have a pre-determined order of who speaks during a story?" he shook his head "Yall are strange, alright," Spike got to his feet and walked over to Pound. "Juniper!" He called out earning a startling jump from Pound in the process. The door to the throne room swung open and a Grey medium-sized Diamond dog walked in "Would you take my..." Spike looked at Pound for a long moment "... hostage to my bathroom please?" Juniper motioned and Pound started walking, "Oh and if he tries to run away or fight you, just try to bring him back as alive as you can," Pound when even whiter than he naturally was as Juniper lead him out of the room.
"You didn't have to do that," Jasper said angrily "Pound would never try and run, especially since you can just pop out of nowhere and pull him back in here!" Spike squinted as Jasper for a moment then smiled.
"Aw, you really care about him don't you?" Spike was about to say something else when Jasper struck out, his fist went threw Spike's eye and threw the back of his head, there was silence for a moment before Jasper started shivering, Spike's smile never leaving his face as he continued talking "Bet that's uncomfortable," He said as Jasper pulled his arm out of Spikes skull, stringing a large amount of White goo with him, the goo went from a liquid to a gas very quickly and Spike patted Jasper's face. "Like putting your hand into a bowl of ice-cold jello ain't it?"
"You could say that," Jasper said as he continued to shiver, Spike's smile stayed on his face for a good moment before it melted into a frown.
"You look a lot like your father," He muttered as he looked Jasper "If I try really hard I can almost see Soarin's face when I look at yours, except your father had Green eyes, Spike booped Jaspers nose "You have Blue eye's just like your mother," the group watched as he walked back to his throne "By the way!" Spike said looking around "We're having Pizza for Dinner, and if none of you try and do the old stabbing in the back routine I'll even give you some dessert." Spike sat on the Large Brown Diamond dog that was his throne and started scratching her stomach, "You know who's a good girl?" The throne's tail began wagging "That's right it's you!" Several of the guards looked over in silence, Flurry could feel their jealousy towards the Throne,
"I'll have to make a note of that," She thought "Might be able to use that to our advantage when we make a break for it" The Room was quiet for a few minutes before Pound came back, shaking like no tomorrow, Spike stopped scratching his Throne and looked at Pound.
"Alright," Pound said clearing his throat "So Flurry had just said...."



"I think I may have finally found him," Pound stared at her in shocked silence, the rest of his friends doing the same,
"When you say him..." Zestar said pointer at her, then to her bedside table "...do you mean that him?" Next to Flurries bed was an old Photo of the 6 when they where all much younger, standing with them was Flurries uncle Spike, who had been their baby sitter for a good few years, longer than Zestar had been alive at least, He had always been with them, until one Day The mothers had brought him with them to help on some mission when they came back he was a shadow of his former self, literally a shadow that Princess Twilight had banished from Equestria using the Crystal heart, and none of them had seen or heard from him since.
"Yeah," Flurry said "That him," Pumpkin looked at the picture then to Flurry.
"For real?" She asked "You actually know, or you think you know?" Flurry pointed to the world map.
"We Marked out Equestria," She said simply "we dunno what he did or why but we do know that my Aunt hates him, the only ponies who where fine with him where Pinkie and my Father,"
"How is your dad doing?" Zestar asked "Heard one of the guards saying he was getting back out there,"
"That's a lie, Even after she left him my Mother's the only mare he loves, he's told me that many times, but back to the matter at hand, we know that every Princess is mad at him so he'd never hid in their homeland and threw my Fathers many searches he'd searched most of the countries around Equestria, but recently I realized something," Flurry pointed at the map "My Father forgot to take one thing into account, one small detail that, once placed into the map, leaves very few options," Flurry turned around with a smile 
"My Father never took into account that Spike would try and avoid any and all contact with not just the Princesses but any and all Equines, any and all Griffins, any and all species that are allied with Equestria and as such would sell him out on sight to their Equestrian friends, witch leaves only three places," Flurry placed her hand on one spot "Thorax, king of the Changelings loved Spike and would hide him from the Princesses on Request, but Thorax isn't...sneaky enough for that task, if Spike was in Changling country a pony or a changeling or something would have seen him by now so that leaves us with two places," She moved her hand and placed it on the second location
"The second one is the Dragon lands, Dragon Lord Ember loved Spike just as much, maybe more, than Thorax but whereas Thorax isn't sneaky, Ember is rather violent, if Spike had run to Ember then there'd have been a Dragon Pony war without question. leaving the one Country on this continent that isn't allied with Equestria in one way or another, the one country that is overlooked by all others, the one place that no pony ever goes," Flurry placed her hand on the map and Peach Screamed out.
"No way!" she said as she ran up "I always forget that's its own Country!" Peach put her hand on the map, Right below the North Luna Ocean was a large forest area that was just marked on the map as Undiscovered forest, in small quotes almost impossible to read, read the words "Diamond Dog Country"
"The one species that has no connection with Equestria," Flurry smiled "Everyone pack your bags, Twilight and our Families won't be stopping us this time," Flurry lit her horn and the map was clear. "If we're fast enough she won't even notice where gone, a day's train ride, some searching and asking around, and bam she won't be able to ignore us this time,"

"So I'm just gonna take a wild guess that most of the next part of the story is you guy's getting ready and buying train tickets," Spike asked as a very small Diamond Dog lay curled up in his lap, his throne now curled up underneath Spike and taking a nap.
"Pretty much yeah," Flurry said when Zestar jumped in.
"The Train ride itself was rather dull but before the ride, we did have a few things happen,"
"well you can tell me those parts after," Spike said simply.
"After what?" Pumpkin asked suspiciously.
"Why after I tell you some of my story," Spike said simply "that was the deal right? Dinner and my story?" Spike pet the Diamond dog on his lap and her tail started wagging, whining sounded threw the hall. "Don't whine," Spike said loudly "You all get your pre-set hour with me so just wait till it's your turn,"
"Don't suppose you can throw the hole...why you have a freaking army of purely female Diamond Dogs into that story?"
"That is explained at the end," Spike replied simply "How about we start at the beginning, unless your into that whole, start at the end and end at the start kind of thing,"
"beginning please," Pumpkin replied.
"Alright, you may remember this but what the heck, who doesn't like talking about the old days!? It was a normal morning, and my last one at that-"



Spike was exhausted as he set off on his job, a few years ago that would have been the task of assisting Twilight at her Princess duties, but now that she had a full staff for that she had given him a more...exhausting job of being the royal babysitter, for the 11-year-old Cake Twins to the 7-year-old Zestar.
"My turn," Zestar cried out as he beat against Spike's leg.
"No Zestar it's Peaches turn," Spike replied, earning himself a block to the face "Compelling argument," He said simply as Zestar threw a tantrum, behind him Peach was playing with one of the hundreds of toys in the room and as always Zestar just has to have what she had, Spike new at this point that as soon as he let Zestar play with it he would lose interest and start screaming about playing with whatever toy Peach picked up next. Spike picked up the wailing child and smiled. "How about nap time?" He suggested that it earned him a kick to the jaw. "Now about time out time?" He amended with a frown. Zestar stopped wailing after a moment and huffed.
"I don't wanna nap," he complained.
"And I don't wanna get kicked in the face every other hour," Spike replied "Now pick, Nap of Time out," Zestar muttered angrily and Spike nodded "I'm taking that as a nap," Spike put Zestar in the bed, making a mental note to tell Applejack her kid was a brat as he did so.



"Hey!" Zestar interrupted "How is this relevant to the story?"
"Believe it or not," Spike replied simply "It's very relevant, and I just thought it seemed a bit rushed to just start at the beginning, now hush up or you don't get any dessert after dinner," Zestar crossed his arm and huffed earning chuckles from Jasper and Peach. "Now where was I, oh yes, so-"



Spike had finally managed to tuck Zestar into the bed after about 8 minutes of struggling and signed as the young colt snoozed peacefully, Spike was about to go and sit down when he heard arguing, he sighed and made his way to the back of the large room that Twilight had set aside as the nursery area, Pound and Jasper where both pulling on a book, Spike took it by the side and took it for examination.
"The story of Humble berry the wise," Spike said as he read the cover "A Classic, Let me guess you both want to read it?" the two both huffed in irritation.
"I'm older," Pound whined maturely.



"Was that description necessary?" Pound asked.
"You know I didn't interrupt you guys while you were telling your side of the story."
"Just saying," Pound muttered as Spike continued.



"I want it!" Jasper replied as he started banging on the floor "I want it,"
"Your parents are gonna end up turning you into a spoiled brat," Spike said as he ruffled Jasper's mane "I'd make a formal complaint but the last time I went to your place your father was very up and in my face about how much more of a man he is than me," Spike's face went sour for a moment before shaking his head "But be that as it may I have the solution, Jasper why don't you ask Pound the share and read the story to you?" Jasper looked like he was about to cry. "It would be very generous of you to share the book with him after all," Jasper was on board as soon as Spike said generously. Spike returned the book and watched as Pound opened it and began reading, making sure Jasper could see the pages as he did so. "Good kid," Spike said as he looked at Jasper "Rarity is gonna ruin him,"



there was silence as Spike stopped for a moment when no interruption came Spike spoke up.
"You see that was where I was expecting the interruption,"
"I'm not gonna disagree with you," Jasper replied "I heard my mom use to actually be a pretty generous pony, personal I think my dad's to blame for how she is today,"
"I agree," Spike replied "Soarin sucks, Extract scoop of Ice cream for you at dessert,"



Spike looked over and was relieved to see that Pumpkin had already tucked herself in for a nap, Spike was making his way to his chair when Peach jumped up and offered him a drawing, Spike took it gingerly and looked at it, it was a very nicely drawn-



"Don't lie just to make me feel better," Peach called out.



-It was a terribly drawn picture of Spike in his chair.
"Oh thank you Peachy," Spike said as she ruffled her mane, getting giggles from her before she went back to drawing. Spike neatly folded the picture and put it in the pocket of his shorts. Spike made his way to his chair and say down. "ah, I finally rest for a-" The door to the area burst open and Spike jumped, Zestar and Pumpkin both jumped awake, Peach tore her paper, and Pound crumpled the page he had been about to turn, tearing it slightly. at once the room exploded with the 5 all wailing for Spike to come and make it better, the only problem was who had opened the door.
"Spike," Twilight said with a serious face "We have a serious problem,"
"You think!?" Spike demanded as he got up, Peach grabbing his leg and shaking her torn page and her ruined drawing, Jasper was clinging to Pound as he tried to show Spike what had happened to the book, Pumpkin had put a pillow over her head and Zestar was screaming like no tomorrow. "I just got things to calm down in here and you blow the door open,"
"Sombreros-



Spike started laughing at his own misspoken line.
"I'm sorry," he said "I'm sorry, his name is just so easy to get wrong"



"Sombra is back and he's invaded the crystal empire,"
"Oh no," Spike said with heavy sarcasm "Again?"
"Spike this is serious!"
"That's what you said last week when you blew the door open, and the week before that, and the-"
"Spike I don't have time for you to be petty,"
"And I don't have time for you to be dragging me across Equestria every week when you're the one who made me the royal babysitter and then threw your friends children and extended families children at me,"
" I need your assistance," Twilight replied simply, "I think I've finally made a suitable weapon to stop equestrian's enemies from returning, Using Tireks magic sucking abilities I may be able to render them powerless," Spike stared at her in silence.
"You want me to carry some giant heavy object around for you so you don't have to lower yourself to carrying your own stuff,"
"Spike I am a princess, and as such I have ponies, or in this case a Dragon, to do menial tasks for me," Twilight turned and began dragging with her via magic, 
"I miss the old you," Spike replied before turning his limited attention to Peach, who was still screaming about her art as he was forced to leave, Spike waved to the little ones as they watched him get dragged out.
"Don't worry, I'll be back real soon OK," Pound got to work trying to solve his Jasper problem while Peach waved her paper feebly after him in goodbye.
"K,K" She called back before he was dragged out of the room.

"I remember that," Peach said quietly "you never did come back,"
"And I'll tell you what, I am happy as all hell I didn't Pinkie promise I was returning," Spike said with a laugh "Pinkie would would have found me in a snap if I'd broken one, especially if I had broken one to her daughter," Spike got a good laugh out of it for a minute before sighing "Oh I miss that ball of energy, how is she now a days?"
"She's had her hooves full since Little Cheese was born but..." 
"What?" Spike demanded jumping up "There's more of you now?" Spike groaned "And I'm probably never even gonna get to met the kid," the 6 looked at Spike for a moment before Zestar spoke up.
"That's a weird thing to be sad about,"  Spike shrugged.
"Hard as it may have been, I loved taking care of you guys, even when I got kicked in the face, I was at least hoping it would prevent Jasper from turning into his parents,"
"OK That's it!" Flurry practically screamed "I've been asking this for years but since we seem to be doing a Q and A what the hell did Rarity do? All Aunt Twilight says is that you overreacted and the best thing I got out of the other mane 6 was Applejack calling her a whore,"
"Not to far from the truth," Spike replied "We where engaged and she always used the, I wanna wait till marriage thing on me....then I left for a month, as she did hundreds of times before for fashion exposes, to visit the Dragon lands and when I came back she was pregnant as shit," there was a long silence and Spike laughed "I know now that none of you knew that story, tell me what your elders told you,"
"Pinkie said she stole a Ring and years of your life from you," Pumpkin said simply.
"Yeah she took the engagement rings I got for her and used them for her and Soarins wedding," Spike shrugged "I tried to get them back but Twilight said I was being a baby about it," Spike shook his head as Zestar recalled when his mother had told him.
"Ma always laughed when she told me you made it a night to remember by burning Rarity' house down," Spike laughed.
"Funny enough that was actually Ember, I told her what happened and she went ballistic," Spike smiled at the memory "I miss her to, I wish I could see her again, I understand I can't see the mane 6 what with them living like one scream away from Twilight and what not but I've been trying to figure out a good way to get to the Dragon lands and say high, but the idea of her seeing me like....well..." Spike motioned to the dark void of his body, "....Needless to say I've never been able to go threw with it, I mean I saw her like 4 years ago and almost did it, but I'd just found the last shard to the element of honesty and Twilight was close..."
"You have one of the elements fully restored?" Pumpkin asked in amazement "Like it's all together?"
"Oh with the exception of the element of Magic I've fully restored all of them," Spike said simply "The biggest one obviously had to break into the tiniest pieces,"
"Why?" Flurry asked in confusion.
"Ah!" Spike replied as he got back on his Diamond Dog throne and waggled his finger at her "I've answered more than enough questions, now how about you start with either getting the Tickets of getting on the train, witch ever you think would be a more interesting start," Flurry grumbled as about a million questioned ran threw her mind, she took a deep breath to calm herself and picked up the story. 
"So we split up into two groups of three, Me and the Girls went to get the tickets while the guys set up a distraction so Twilight couldn't stop me from leaving,"



"Are you sure?" Flurry asked as she and Peach followed Pumpkin threw the castle.
"Positive," Pumpkin replied, "He comes in from 2 to 6 every Friday, we have a good hour before he's suppose to leave so we should be able to get his help if we tell him Twilight would be against it,"
"But he's not exactly what one would call predictable,"
"He'd be a sucky God of Chaos if he was,"
"Indeed I would," Discord agreed from behind them wearing a ninja outfit, Flurry and Pumpkin both jumped and Peach laughed.
"Hi Discord," She cheered happily as the God of Chaos picked her up and gave her a noogied.
"Well if it isn't my third favorite creature," He replied merrily before setting her down and turned to Flurry "So I was just minding my own business when I heard somepony mention needing help with something Twilight would be against," Discord leaned down and looked at them looking like an old man with a cane "So old uncle Discord hobbled on down to show his support for shenanigans," a mini Discord appeared behind Flurries head and whispered into her ear. "So what's the gig?" Flurry looked behind her to make sure there wasn't anypony listening in. "Relax," Discord added "I put us in a pocket dimension, no pony will overhear, now spill the beans,"
"We...think we might have found Spike," Flurry said simply, she expected some reaction for Discord, instead he nodded.
"You mean the Diamond Dog kingdom?" He asked, earning a look of shock from the trio "What? It's not hard to find a Dragon overcharged with magic," Discord smiled "But just between you and me I might be preventing Twilight, or anypony really, from tracking his magical signature." Discord smiled as he looked out the window "Specially since he's pretty busy,"
"Busy?" Flurry asked in confusion.



"That's it!" Spike cheered out suddenly, making the 6 jump.
"What's it?" Pumpkin asked suspiciously.
"That's how you know about the elements, Discord told you," Spike laughed "Oh man, I freaking love that guy, if Twilight didn't have him tethered in magic binding I'd invite him to tea,"
"Magic binding?" the group asked in confusion, with the exception of Pumpkin, who's jaw dropped.
"That explains so much," She whispered "I always found it weird that Discord stuck to such a regular schedule," Flurries ears peaked at that, her friends were to busy in confused discussion to notice her, Spike gave Pumpkin a smile and gave her a hush sign before going back to scratching the Diamond dog in his lap. Pumpkin looked at Spike in silence as she sat back down.
"Pumpkin," Flurry whispered.
"Later," was Pumpkins only reply before Spike cleared his throat.
"Alright now that I know that let's get back to the story, oh and you can skip to after Discord tell's ya about the elements since I totally bombed your reveal,"



The trio where in shock and awe as Discord closed a small picture book that he had been using as a prop when telling them about Spike's several year escapade in hunting down the fragments of the Elements.
"And that's what Spike has been busy with," Discord finished with a smile "Now unless I've missed my guess your here to ask me for travel, tho just be aware once Twilight figures out I gave these to ya she's gonna track my magic to find the traces left on you and will also find the giant bubble of my magic hiding Spike, so if you do this your kind of throwing your old babysitter to the fishes." The three looked at each other, all of them having different looks, Peach seemed hesitant, Pumpkin seemed concerned, and Flurry looked determined. 
"We're sure," She replied, Discord snapped and 6 train tickets appeared in front of them.
"Well have fun, I'm gonna go get fancied up for when Twilight inevitably screams her head off at me," Discord snapped once more and he was gone, the three looked at each other one more time before Pumpkin teleported the tickets to her suitcase and they rushing back down the hall to their room to retrieve the boys,"

They found the boys covered in dust but no worse for wear.
"How'd it go?" Flurry asked as she looked at them.
"Twilight had no idea we set of the dust bombs," Zestar said with a smile "We cleverly set it up so we, a few randoms castles workers and guards, were all in the blast zone," He brushed some dirt off him
"Twilight thinks it's that new bunch of Crusaders," Flurry grinned ear to ear.
"Does that mean what I think it means?"
"Twilight is at Sweetapple Acre's having a chat with the Crusaders about disbanding," Zestar rolled his eyes "Again,"
"Well have to apologize when we get back, but knowing her she's probably doing a long boring speech about responsibility and children needing better guidance and then Scootaloo will get made again and Applejack will get involved, so we got some time, Grab your Armor, Weapons, and some rations and a fair amount of Bits just in case this takes more than one day,"



"I don't need the montage," Spike said with a stretch, "Just skip to either getting on the train or leaving the castle,"
"Let's skip to the train," Jasper said a little to fast for Spike's liking.
"Oh, what's the matter something happen on the walk?" a lack of response and Spike eyed Zestar who straightened up under his gaze. Spike gave a wide smile.
"Zestar Apple," He said, putting extra focus on the Apple in his name "now as I hear Applejack isn't the most...trustworthy pony these days when it comes to honesty, but I sincerely doubt Big Mac, Applebloom, or Granny Smith if she's still around would ever let you get away with lying so I'll ask you, look me in the eye," Zestar watched as the White void that was Spike's eye shifted and turned into a near-perfect copy of his original eyes "and tell me if something happened on the walk to the train," Zestar started sweating as he looked into Spike's eye, he held his breath for a moment before giving in.
"We ran into Mrs.Rarity and Pinkie on the way," Spike froze, his eye shifted back to normal as a large frown came across his face.
"Tell me about it,"
"Listen," Jasper spoke up "My mother-"
"I don't care about your mother," Spike snapped before turning back to Zestar. "Now tell me everything, no cutting or changing things," Zestar looked to his friends for a moment before sighing.
"Well me and Jasper-"
"Jasper and I" Pumpkin corrected getting a smile from Spike.
"Jasper and I decided to grab some sweets for the road since we had 20 minutes to wait for the train, so we went to Sugar Cube Corner,"



Jasper was just about to open the door when he saw her standing at the counter.
"Oh, Sweet Celestia why?" He groaned, Zestar looked at his friend than through the glass and saw  Rarity and Soran standing at the counter, the Jewelry around Rarity's neck was absurd, the Ring on her horn was made entirely our of Jade and sparkled beautifully, she was dressed like a queen, necklace upon necklace rested around her neck, each of her fingers had rings on them, she wore golden hoove covers, Soarin wore his Wonder Bolts outfit, even tho he had long since been dismissed from their ranks. Jasper took a deep breath and opened the door, shouting meet their ears and they looked at Cheese Sandwich, who was being yelled at, he noticed the two and smile before Rarity got his attention.
"Oh, you think this is funny? Do you know who I am? I can buy this place and kick your sorry ass..."
"As you very well know," Cheese said with a smile "The Cakes hate you and will continue to refuse your offer to buy their brand so you can run it through the mud,"
"Hey pal," Soarin added.
"I am Cheese," he said simply "We have known each other for literally over a decade, and the price for your meal," Cheese pointed to the menu above him "Has been the same for even longer than that, so either pay the 34 bits or get out," Rarity gave him a sneer.
"And I'm telling you that last week I only paid 18 bits and refuse to pay anything over that!"
"I'm the one who served you last week," Cheese replied simply "and I can confirm with this here receipt "Cheese pulled out a long bit of paper "That is was exactly 34 bits, no tip, so buy or leave," Rarity rolled her eyes.
"Honestly one day Pinkie will listen to reason and replace you-"
"Oh yes, I'm sure Pinkie loves to hear how you dumped your fiance for a sugar daddy,"
"I'll have you know," Sorin said stepping in "that I was there for her when Spike was off fucking around with other Dragons, we all know he and Ember-"
"Where Friends," Cheese said happily "now if you please you have insulted me greatly as Spike was a great friend of my Wife, now leave, no food for you today," Rarity and Soarin left, failing to notice Jasper and instead shoved both him and Zestar out of their way.
"Jasper," Cheese said happily "How are those things your parents?"
"I think I was stolen," Jasper replied with a laugh as he tossed 47 bits on the counter. "I'll take their order, keep the change," Cheese took the bits and tossed one back.
"And have this back for being nice enough to tip," Cheese said happily before making his way into the Kitchen and calling out. "They're gone," Immediately Pinkie rose out from behind the counter and smiled at Jasper and Zestar, they both smiled at the only member of the Mane 6 who acted just as the stories said she did in the past.
"Oh, it's so good to see you!" Pinkie cheered as she pinched Jasper's cheeks playfully. "Cheese give him an extra Cup-cake for living his childhood with 'them',"
"All ready on it" Pinkie smiled at them before staring at them hard. "Alright what are you all up to?" She asked with a Grin "I saw you all walking down to the train station a few minutes ago," Jasper and Zestar looked at each other.
"Um," Jasper said "We...might found something...interesting,"
"Interesting?" Pinkie scratched her chin before sighing "Sadly I got nothing," Pinkie smiled, a twinkle in her eye, Jasper and Zestar added a box of Donuts to their order and Pinkie ran back to help. After waiting for a while the fairly sized order was Ready, Jasper took most of it and Zestar reached for the last package only to notice what it was, it was a faded green box with a bow on top.
"What's this?" he asked as he picked it up, Pinkie motioned him close and said quietly so Jasper couldn't hear.
"It's a present for who you're telling this story to," She smiled at his confused look "Just hold on to it until that makes sense,"



Spike looked at Zestar slacked jawed, his friends staring at him in shock as he reached into the side pocket of his armor and pulled out the small package, it was exceptionally small and very flat. Spike teleported next to Zestar and took it gingerly before looking back at him.
"I think we're done for now," Spike decided as he looked at the Box "Guards take them to the Dinning room, I'll meet you all there in a minute,"
"Wait," Flurry called out as she looked from the box to Zester and back again "I have so many questions right now,"
"Later," Spike said as she was rolled out, her friends following after her with the guards around them, after a moment the only one left was Spike and his throne, who was looking at the box silently as Spike undid the bow and took the top off, a few small clicked sounded and the box grew in size and popped into a perfect square followed by a tiny Pinkie Pie on a spring shooting out. The Tiny Pinkie had a one pony band on her back and Her voice rang from the box and began singing.

The Song ended and the Pinkie went back into the box for a moment before the clicks sounded and it began playing again, Spike stood in his throne room silently as the song played.

Flurry was removed from her prison and placed at the table next to Pumpkin near the head of the table, Zestar and Peach were down a fair ways from them, Jasper and Pound sat near the end of the table, A Large number of Diamond Dogs sat around them, Flurry counted well over 60 of them, the Heads of each side of the table was empty, Reserved for Spike and his Throne.
"Alright," Flurry said looking to Pumpkin, "It's later, how about explaining why Magic Binding was so much of a shock?"
"Magic Binding is a very powerful and Illegal spell," Pumpkin said with a frown as she stared at the ceiling, "To be used on any living creature, Even on Discord, is horrifying to think about, It's like having your own personal slave, whoever it's cast on is forced to do whatever the caster says, it's the same kind of magic used back in the most ancient of times to trap Genies in their lamps, to think Twilight would use it," Pumpkin looked over at Flurry.
"Look," Flurry said softly "I'm sure it's not that bad, we can't trust Spike, he may be acting nice and...yeah the main 6 aren't the greatest of ponies today, but they banished Spike-"
"Long after they stopped being the hero's the stories are about," Pumpkin replied, a look of irritation on her face. "Maybe we can't trust Spike, but so far I've seen far more reasons not to trust most of our heroes than this supposed villain, and one of the only 2 heroes I still do trust sent said villain a fucking present, so forgive me if I'm having doubts," Flurry didn't give Pumpkin a reply but instead look down at her wrist, Pumpkin followed her gaze and looked at the emergency signal she had been given before Flurry had entered the castle.
"Oh no," Pumpkin said, immediately pulling the arm away from Flurry "You're the one that wanted to Give Spike the benefit of the doubt when we first got here,"
"His Dog throne wife thing beat the shit out of me and he's somehow preventing both of use form using our magic in here, and he locked me up in a giant glass lamp!"
"Too bad," Pumpkin replied as Flurry began pulling on the arm with the bracelet, Flurry was the stronger of the two and easily pulled the arm to her, only to find the bracelet gone, she looked to Pumpkin just in time to watch her chuck the bracelet as hard as she could behind them before Flurry could react the Diamond Dog who had taken Pound to the restroom, Juniper, got up to investigate the scuffle and found the bracelet. She picked it up and looked at it before looking at the duo
"Ponies fighting over Ring?" She asked in confusion as she held it up and smile, "Give to Spike, get tummy rubs for solving problems," They watched as the diamond dog returned to her seat, a few others grumbling around her for having not beaten her to the prize. Flurry looked at Pumpkin with rage, Pumpkin returned her gaze with one of irritation, before the two could continue arguing a succulent smell hit their noses and they looked at the table, it was set with a feast fit for a king, or for a massive hoard of Diamond Dogs. Pumpkin and Flurries plates were filed up for them and the duo looked at the head of the table, where Spike was having a drink. A quick glance confirmed that his Throne was at the other end of the table.
"Now," Spike said, his voice seemed to emanate from every shadow in an odd way that made it so his voice was easily heard around the room without him having to shout. "I think it's time I tell you some more of my story,"



Spike let out a groan as he pulled the cart, Twilight was sitting up front and pulled on the reins around Spike's muzzle forcing him to a stop.
"I don't remember this being apart of my job," He said angrily as he looked back at Twilight.
"Spike how many times must I tell you?" Twilight asked as she got down from the cart "I am a Princess, I can't just walk around town, I am of a higher race and as such must take precautions to make sure I am always at my best, can't have the common folk see me dirtying my hooves," Spike watched as Twilight light her horn and set a spell around her hooves, preventing anything like dirt or mud from sticking to them.
"Why don't you just do that then?" Spike demanded as he tried to unleash himself, only for his hands to be forced to his side by magic.
"Spike, the carriage driver waits outside, I swear I'd replace you if you didn't work for free," Twilight made her way inside Sugar Cube Corner and Spike flares his nostrils.
"I don't work for free, you just stopped paying me," Spike looked back at the cart, what looked to be a Large Glass lamp was resting comfortably in the back."



"Wait, hold up!" Flurry said as she set her food down "a large glass lamp? like the one you had me trapped in?"
"Simular" Spike said with a smile "but the one I have has a much different function than Twilight's, and before you ask, you'll find out what twilights did before the end of the story, now as I was saying-"



Spike stood outside irritable, he was waiting for Twilight to gather the girls and teleport them all the empire when he showed up.
"Well if it isn't old Lizard boy himself," the second he heard the half-assed insult his ears dipped.
"Oh Celestia please no," Spike begged as Soarin walked over to Spike and put his arm on his shoulder.
"Hey Spike," he said with a shit-eating grin "Just saw you standing out here like the good little lap dog you are and just wanted to ask, how's my and Rarity's Kid doing? You know Rarity, My wife, you've met her right?" Spike looked at Soarin in silence.
"Do you even know your child's name?"
"It's some gemstone or another," Soarin said waving the question off "But hey what do I care, after all, you're raising him for me, I ever thank you for that? For raising me and Rarity's Child for us?"
"Every time you see me," Spike replied irritably "And I'm not raising your child, I'm watching him and the others because the other parents are too busy with work and you barely know how to take care of yourself much less a baby," Soarin smiled at the insult.
"Hey say what you want, but who did Rarity come running to when you couldn't commit?" Spike's left eye twitched at the word but before he could say more a cough sounded behind them and the two turned just in time for Soarin to be hit with a face full of Honey, Soarin fell onto his ass And Pinkie smiled at Spike from behind her cannon and winked at him before Rarity went off on her.
"Pinkie," Rarity said angrily as she rushed passed Pinkie and shoved past Spike, knocking him down just in time for Twilight to pull on the reins and force him back to his feet.
"Spike how hard is it to stay at the ready?" Twilight asked with exasperation.
"Rarity shoved me," Spike snapped back and Twilight pinched the bridge of your nose.
"Rarity shoved me," She repeated irritable "Rarity cheated on me, Rarity stole the Rings I gave her-"
"For our Engagement," Spike said angrily "not her and-" Twilight pulled hard on the reins and Spike met the cart face first before falling back into place, he wobbled before standing back into place with a few tears in his eyes.
"How many times," Twilight said angrily "Have I told you, you are to never talk over or interrupt a Princess," Spike didn't reply and Twilight spun her finger and Spike turned back to face forward. In the Cart Pinkie and Applejack were loaded up, Rainbow and Fluttershy had long since abandoned their friends, or at the very least two of them, Rarity waved goodbye to a very angry Soarin before walking past Spike, as she passed him she whispered.
"You'll pay for that," She said simply much to Spike's confusion.
"Wait, what did I-" Spike was cut off as Twilight pulled on the reins again and let Rarity load in before lighting her horn, in a flash they were at the outskirts of the Crystal Empire, in the distance they could see magic blasts going off near the castle and Twilight pulled on the reins once more.
"Alright, lets head out,"

"Yeah," Flurry said once she swallowed the food in her mouth "That sounds like Aunt Twilight," Spike nodded when Jasper spoke up.
"Look," He said getting Spike's attention "I know I've probably said this a few times, but I'm...sorry for what my parents did to you," Spike smiled and waved him off.
"You don't have to keep apologizing, Rarity and Twilight both uses to...much kinder ponies I assure you," Spike's eyes went wide and he suddenly made a go away motion with his hands, Flurry turned just in time to see the door to the dining room be closed.
"Who was that?" Jasper asked from down the table, the look on his face indicating he was the only one of the group who had seen the door opener, "It looked kind of like a-"
"Spoilers,"  Spike snapped at Jasper "Don't tell your friends what you saw till the end of my storytime,"
"Wait you're going again?"  Zestar asked "I thought we were doing a back and forth kind of thing,"
"I was but I still got a lot of my story left to tell and you're at the least halfway done with yours," Spike smiled as he clapped his hands and the Food disappeared, immediately being replaced with deserts across the table. Jasper turned back to the door as a few muffled voices began arguing, from what he could tell there where maybe 4 or 5 of them, one male the rest female.
"Who did you see?" Pound asked in a whisper.
"you are aware that Spike is basically everywhere in this place where a shadow is right?"
"He's not wrong," Spike said with a smile as he appeared behind them, Pound looked at Spike then to the head of the Table where Spike waved at him, then back to the second Spike who winked at him before melting back into shadow.
"So no matter where we are-"
"Oh no," Spike replied to Pound with a laugh "Just in this room right now, you have my full attention, tho I can be all across the kingdom at once it's kind of hard to do so," Peach giggled at that.
"you mean Herringbone castle?"
"I didn't name it," Spike replied with a shrug "and yes this is the Canterlot of the Diamond Dog Kindom, which spreads out far and wide beneath the land," Spike pointed down "The giant canon that surrounds the castle, whole lot of Diamond Dogs living down there, but that's best left for later in the story, for now, how about we get to fun part, the part where I turned evil!" Spike waved his arms at them dramatically and made a few ghost noises before clearing his throat. "Anyway, we had just arrived at the Crystal Empire"



Spike almost collapsed on the spot once they were close to the castle, from their position they could see Princess Cadance and Shining Armor fighting off Sombra. Twilight extended her wings.
"Spike set up the Extractor, the rest of you stand by until I lure him close enough to the ground so you can get at him," Spike let out a breath before unhooking himself from his harness to the cart and throwing his reins to the ground. He made his way to the back of the cart when a familiar face got his attention.
"Starlight!" Spike cheered when he saw her and greeted his old friend with a hug "How are things?"  Starlight let the hug last a second before looking around hopefully, her hopes were met when Pinkie came around the corner. Starlight rushed to the Pink pony before replying to Spike.
"Kind of boring, ever since Twilight shut the school down I've just been hanging around her, I'm the new Court Wizard,"
"quite the promotion," Spike cheered as he started untieing the Glass lamp, after little success, he turned to his friends for help but they were to busy catching up so he instead turned to Applejack, who looked at in and held out her hand, Spike sighed and pulled a few gold coins out of his pocket and gave them to her, she smiled and easily untied the ropes for him.
"Always happy to help Sugar cube," She said as she tossed the coins up "for the right price of course," Spike tried to figure out how he was supposed to move the glass lamp when Starlight set it up for him, Spike thanked her then got on his hands and knees.
"Just gotta light the bottom and it'll-" there was suddenly a shadow over Spike and with a Loud crack a White hoove stomped on the end of Spike's tail, Spike let out a scream and a torrent of fire, lighting the bottom and melting the glass around it a little. Spike started crying as Rarity smiled above him, her hooves still pressing hard into his tail.
"Opps," She said with the most unapologetic of tones "sorry about that Spike," She stepped of his tail and walked back to the cart to watch Twilight battle Sombra, Starlight and Pinkie rushed to Spike's aid and helped him to his feet, his tail was bet a little near the end.
"Are you ok?" Starlight demanded.
"No," Spike confirmed "But It could have been way worse," Pinkie and Starlight let him go as he moved back to the bottom of the Lamp, Rarity's eyes immediately darted to him and Starlight moved between them just in case. After a moment the Lamp levitated off its base and pointed at Sombra, Spike then rushed to the cart and came back with a glass lid for the lamp.
"Shouldn't the fire be inside?" Applejack asked as she looked at the lamp.
"If it was a lamp then yes it should be," Spike agreed "But Twilight just based it off a lamp It actually-"
"Oh yeah, I know what it does," Applejack said waving him off as she turned back to the battle. "Just making sure you're doing it right,"
"Yeah ok," Spike said as he sat down on the ground with a sigh and looked to the castle just in time for Twilight to be sent flying at them, she skidded to a stop next to them and the other's grouped up, Twilight noticed Starlight who waved.
"Hey Twilight, how-"
"Starlight, come to beg for your old job back?" Twilight asked with a smug look.
"You...mean being your pupil?" Starlight asked in confusion "Because last I cheeked you shut down the-"
"Oh no I reopened it, Twilight's school for Gifted Unicorns, the principal job is taken but I could find you a place," Starlight gave no response and Twilight shrugged "Anyway, girls attack!" Twilight ran forward and the remaining member of her old friend group rushed forward.
"Twilight's school for Gifted Unicorns?" Starlight demanded, looking down at Spike.
"Yeah," He replied with a sigh "There all getting worse, except for Pinkie, she's the only one who noticed the change, went to Zecora and so far they've managed to keep her...herself," Starlight rubbed her chin.
"I was afraid of that, Spike you remember that project we talked about undertaking?" Spike looked at her with a sparkle in his eye.
"You mean hunting for the scattered pieces of Harmony?" he asked.
"Yeah, I think it's time we settled our affairs and hunt them down, it will without a doubt take a few years, but I'm positive if we find and repair them we can fix them," Spike looked at the Main 6 as they battle Sombra and smiled.
"Yeah, I think it's time we did,"



"Bullshit," Flurry suddenly spat out making her friends jump a little as she kicked her chair away from her and marched to Spike, none of the Diamond dogs moved as Spike raised a hand to stop them, Spike turned just in time for Flurry to Grab him by the shoulder. "Look me in the eye," She demanded, Spike closed his eyes for a second and when he reopened them they were like his original eyes. "My mother told me what you did to her, so look me in the eye and tell me my mother was lying," Flurry stared at Spike for a moment and he said very simply.
"Your mother is not lying," Flurry blinked as Spike pulled her off him, after placing her back in her chair she looked up at him in confusion as he continued



Spike got to his feet and looked behind them.
"I'll tell Twilight after she's done,"
"What exactly does that lamp do anyway?"
"Twilight said it'll depower the enemy, don't know for how long tho," Starlight frowned as that when Sombra landed in front of the lamp.
"Now!" Twilight screamed out, Spike very simply kicked the golden base and just as Sombra got to his feet he felt a hard suction, he tried to take a step back when the Purple magic around his eyes was sucked into the lamp building around the bottom, he froze in place magic was sucked out of his horn, after a moment he fell to the ground with a groan as he tried but failed to touch a red gem in his cape, his black coat started getting pale and his eyes began losing their color. Starlight took a step back when a crack was heard, she and Spike looked over to the lamp, the small area that Spike had accidentally melted was cracking, Spike had just enough time to look over at Starlight before the Magic inside broke threw the crack and hit Spike like a tidal wave, Starlight covered her eyes as the area Spike had been lit up brightly, when she looked back Spike was standing dumbfounded as he looked at his black as night hands, he blinked and looked over to Starlight when an angry shout was heard the two looked over at Twilight who's face was seething with rage. Her horn was lit and she pointed it directly at Spike.
"Your little rat!" She screamed before blasting him, Spike tried to move but his body felt like it was encased in jello and he failed to do more than take half a step back, Starlight jumped in front of him and threw up a shield that was instantly destroyed by the blast, Starlight was hit right in the stomach by the spell and looked down at confusion, she made to turn to Spike, but couldn't move her legs, she looked down at her legs and watched as they were slowly turned into stone, she looked at Twilight who was made her was past Sombra and looked dead into Starlight's eyes.
"I'm so disappointed in your Starlight," Twilight said with a scowl, "I thought you'd changed," Starlight tried to raise her hands but they had been turned to stone as well.
"Twi-" She managed to say before she lost to the Spell, Twilight walked past the Petrified Starlight and glared down at Spike, who was staring at her in horror as he tried to move his body to little avail, Twilight picked him up with her magic, anger in her eyes.
"I raised you," She said angrily "I gave you a home, I treated you like family, I-"
"It was an accident," Spike managed to say, "The glass was dama-"
"SILENCE," Twilight screamed angrily as she slammed Spike headfirst into the ground. "I am the Princess of Friendship, you were lucky to even exist in my presence!" Spike pulled himself off the ground, one of his eyes melting off his face as he failed to keep himself in one piece.
"Twi," he pleaded "This isn't you, you use to be one of the best ponies around, you where Celestia's best student, that's why she turned you into an Alicorn, you-" Spike was cut off when a blast of magic hit him in the face and sent his melting body across the ground, leaving him a half-melted head and he feebly tried to pull himself back together. Twilight looked behind her and saw Rarity smugly fixing the cuffs of her dress as she made her way to them, taking extra caution to step on the barely breathing Sombra's hand.
"It's so pathetic when they try and beg," Rarity said with a laugh "Honestly Twilight darling you should have just thrown him out after he tried to steal my rings from me," Rarity proudly readjusted the Jade ring on her horn. "Now what say we let the Crystal heart clean these two up and be done with it?"
"Sounds like a plan," Twilight said angrily as she made her way to Cadance and Shinning as they landed.
"Come on Cadance," She called, lets clean this mess up.
"on it," Cadandce called, having been to busy helping Shinning out of a chimney to notice the Spike fiasco," Shining made his way to the girls and saw Starlight's statue.
"What happened?" He demanded when Pinkie rushed past him and the statue and down a long line of black tar that ended in Spike, who was just starting to pull himself together.
"Spike?" Shinning asked before running after him, Rarity scoffed.
"Honestly Princess Cadance could do so much better than him, oh I should start a scandal, find a stallion that looks like Shinning and end their marriage so I can hook her up with a better colt," Applejack meanwhile frowned at the Starlight statue and gave it a quick pat.
"Well this is it," She sighed "We've crossed the line, don't think we're coming back from this," Spike managed to hear all of this from the black goo of his body laying all around the area,"
"Spike!" Pinkie said as she tried to help him only for her to end up tearing his arm off. "Ahh!" She screeched as she dropped it "I'm sorry!" she added.
"What happened!" Shinning demanded as he looked down at Spike.
"Rarity stepped on my tail and I melted the glass," Spike said as his body started falling apart again "Sombra's magic broke threw it and Twilight though Starlight and I were stealing it or something," Spike tried and failed to pull himself back together.
"Don't worry bud," Shinning said as he turned on the spot "I'll go get Cadance and we can-" The bright light of the Crystal Heart suddenly came to life and before anything more could be said they were covered in its magic, it hit Spike like a cannon and sent him into a disorganized flight when he recovered his senses he looked around, he was in a tree, far from the Crystal Empire, laying at the bottom of it was Sombra who was barely breathing.
"Wha' happened?" Spike asked in confusion, he hadn't expected an answer but Sombra gave him one.
"I am evil but no longer a threat," he said with a heavy breath "You are not evil but were considered a threat, so instead of destroying us it threw us into the deepest parts of the uncharted forest. Spike frowned as he looked around the forest before his body dripped threw the tree branch and he splattered next to Sombra.
"Help me not die," Sombra said threw heavy breaths "I'll help you stop being a puddle,"



The Dinning hall was quiet, even the Diamond Dogs had stopped eating to listen to Spike's story. Flurry was in a rage as she tried to stick to a subject before picking one.
"Is that why my parents are divorced?" She demanded as her face started glowing red "Did Rarity actual-?"	
"I haven't the slightest idea," Spike replied with a shrug "I just heard her make a plan to frame your father for adultery, I've only been back to the Crystal empire once since that day and neither of your parents were there," Spike then called out in a very loud voice. "And you can come in now," The Door opened and a Black colt with a red horn walked into the amazement of the group.
"Well it's about dam time," Sombra said irritably "you better have a dam good explanation as to why-" Flurry stood up and he froze. "Shit, now I owe Sonata 50 jewels,"

Sombra stood in silence as the Diamond Dogs around the table began getting up and leaving the room, after a few minutes only a handful of guards and the Throne where left in the room.
"So," Sombra said looking to Spike as he pointed around at the ponies around the table "Is this the new Young six?"
"Seems so," Spike replied as he melted out of his chair and reformed next to Sombra "Don't think that's what they're calling themselves at the moment tho,"
"Hold the phone," Zestar said getting to his hooves and doing a time-out gesture with his hands "What the fuck?" he pointed to Sombra before turning back to Spike, "The stories say you ate this guy, along with like 6 other villains,"
"ah, Twilight and her Anti-Spike propaganda," Sombra said with a chuckle "You heard the story of how he raided the castle?" He asked looking at Zestar who gave Sombra a suspicious look, Pound took the stage and spoke up
"Yeah," he winced at Sombra's gaze "Spike stormed the castle walls and broke a branch of the crystal tree off,"
"Yeah no," Sombra said with a smile "You see what happened was-"
"Hold that thought," Spike said as he patted Sombra on the back "It's their turn to tell part of the story of how they found me, you tell them about that incident afterward," Spike gave Sombra a smile and he sighed before making his way to the door and calling out.
"Everone get in here, Spike has guests and didn't tell anyone," The group got to their hooves as Spike motioned them up and the Large Dinning table turned into a long table low to the ground, tea, cookies, and muffins were set up across the table as the 6 took their seats Spike took a seat at next to the end across from Flurry, Sombra sat across from Peach who was giving him some serious stink eye.
"What kind of guests?" A female voice asked the group turned to the door as a Female Pegasus around their age walked into the room, she was pink with a blue mane.
"Cozy glow?" Jasper demanded in shock as he got to his feet and instantly tried to pull out his Warhammer before remembering it was still in Spike's throne room. Cozy looked at him and scanned the other 'guests' with a keen eye.
"Ah, that kind of guest," She noted as she took a seat across from Jasper, Peach started looking between the two, not sure who to stink eye when two more arguing creatures came into the room.
"-I'm just saying it would be faster and we'd have to pay fewer workers," Tirek said as crouched into the door.
"Oh please," Chrysalis said with an eye roll, her legs no longer had holes in them and her mane was braided "You just wanna fire lasers again,"
"Maybe," Tirek said before noticing the crowd.
"Oh my, is that little Flurry heart?" Chrysalis asked when she saw the Alicorn in front of Spike. "Oh, she's a warrior princess now, that's adorable," Flurry looked to the villains before turning to Spike, who said with a smile.
"What? Did you think Discord was the only reformed villain?" Flurry gave no response as Crysalis took the space between Sombra and Cozy and Tirek took up the space between Sombra and Spike, resulting in him being across from both Pumpkin and Zestar, he towered over the entire table and proceeded to take a comically small teacup and began sipping from it.
"This is the most absurd thing," Zestar said as he looked at the menagerie of villainy before him. "Any other villains hiding out in here?"
"oh hey I found the room," A female voice called from the door, the group once again watched as an odd-looking creature flew into the room.
"OK, what the fuck is that?" Peach demanded, "Just...what?"
"That's Sonata, she's a siren, there where three of them but...the other two wouldn't listen to reason,"
"Oh I know you," Sonata said as she flew to the head of the table and looked over at Flurry, "You must be Flurry's heart, it's so nice to meet you, I've never personally met your mother but I met your aunt once, she kicked me and my friend's asses with music,"
"Why is that whenever I hear about the old day they randomly sound like an acid trip?" Pound asked in confusion before jumping as the doors to the room snapped shut and the final member of the group, she made her way to the table and sat next to Cozy before grabbing a cookie and stating proudly.
"Trixie has arrived,"
"Who?" The entire group asked in confusion earing a hurt look from Trixie.
"Trixie," She repeated pointing to herself, "Showmare extraordinaire, I beat Sparkle once with the alicorn amulet? I was reformed? I helped Starlight, Discord, and Thorax Defeat Chrysalis," Trixie turned to the other side of the table "Sorry about that by the way,"
"Water under the bridge," Chrysalis replied as she drank some odd-looking tea.
"I've never heard of you before," Jasper said with a shrug, "The stories say that Twilight and her friends broke out of her lair and defeated Chrysalis themselves,"
"I fucking hate them all," Trixie said with a sigh "expect for Pinkie, it's illegal to hate Pinkie," Jasper chuckled and Trixie eyed him "that wasn't a joke, It's actually illegal in the Diamond Dog Kingdom to hate Pinkie Pie," the entire Table turned to Spike who gave a guilty smile.
"I meant it as a joke," he said with a chuckle "I just took it a smidge too far,"  Spike cleared his throat before grabbing a muffin. "Anyway, how about you pick up after the train ride?" Flurry looked around at the group of Villian before sighing.
"Well, it was raining when we got to undiscovered west-"



Flurry was soaking wet and using her bag as an umbrella as she marched through the tall grass, She had gone on a quick scouting mission and was heading back to the run-down train station where her friends were waiting for her.
"She's back!" Pumpkin called when she spotted the mud-splattered Flurry returning, "What happened to you?" she added once Flurry was under the dripping roof of the station, Flurry pointed ahead of them to the tree line in the distance, the ground is full of holes, a few of them have caved in but the rain's slowly turning them into mud-filled sinkholes.
"Great," Jasper muttered as Peach finally got the fire to ignite.
"Success!" Peach cheered as lightning lit up the sky. "So we staying here through the night?" Flurry frowned as she looked across the Uncharted west.
"We'll make camp for the night, once it's day or the storm lightens up were heading out, whichever comes first," Zestar reached into his bag and pulled out a bag of crackers.
"Snacks anyone?"



"Maybe skip ahead a little?" Sombra suggested.
"Yeah," Tirek agreed "I'd prefer not to listen to the story of how you did nothing for several hours as you waited for it to stop raining." Flurry looked at them and sighed.
"I was just setting the scene," she grumbled, "So as our luck had it Day came before the Storm left-"



The group gathered up their things and once Peach had put out their campfire they headed out to the forest, Flurry, and Pumpkin wherein the back so they could pull their friends out of any mud pits they fell in. Jasper was the first to fall victim to one, they were walking along when suddenly he sunk right down to his waist and rapidly went down.
"Hey!" He called out quickly "Sinkin!" Pumpkin pulled on him while Flurry used her magic to pull the mud away from him, it took a minute to free him, just in time for Zestar to suddenly drop to.
"What the hell!?" he cried out as the solid ground beneath him turned to mud, as soon as he fell Pound took to the sky with Jasper following as soon as he got most of the mud off his wings, Pound picked up Peach and Jasper waited till he was free then picked up Zestar, Flurry grabbed Pumpkin just as the ground gave way beneath her, they watched for a moment when a trail of broken earth came to life and fled from them.
"Was that an attack?" Pound asked in confusion as he struggled to stay in the air with Peach in his arms.
"Follow that mole thingy!" Flurry called as she Flew after it, Pumpkin swaying in her arms as she did so, it didn't take too long for them to lose the trail, but instead, they found a field full of holes.
"Mole thingy?" Pumpkin asked once she was set on the ground.
"What?" Flurry asked with a shrug.
"Where in Diamond Dog Country remember?" Peach answered "It was clearly a Diamond Dog trying to scare us off, or drag us to its lair,"
"It's lair?" Zestar asked with a laugh "Really?"
"I don't know anything about Diamond Dogs," Peach snapped back, "Your mother spearheaded a giant ass mob and drove the ones close to ponyville away, I can't even check out what their homes were like cause the entire area's become a dam mine,"
"Hey my Great Granny Smith told me that while that was a pretty disappointing act the Apple Family mine has helped apples across the world...tho mainly my mother, it's not exactly an honest living, but it keeps the family afloat,"
"Oh please," Jasper said looking at Zestar "When's the last time you Mother even talked to you,"
"I could ask you the same thing," Zestar snapped back.
"Alright, I walked into that," Jasper said with a nod "You earned that one,"
"Hey," Flurry snapped at them "Let's focus, we need to figure out how to Find Spike's hideout, first things first we need to-"
"Got it!" Peach cheered making them all jump as she held out a piece of paper.
"there's no way in hell you have a map of the Uncharted West," Zestar said instantly "It's literally in the name, Uncharted, there are no maps, especially not ones that would have the location of a supervillain on it"
"Hush, ye of little faith," Peach said as she held up her map "My Peachy sense will guide us," Peachy spun in a circle a few times before pointing straight to a tree, "It's that way exactly, tho we will have to go around a few trees," Peach ran forward and her Friends hurried after to keep her safe from and mud pits and Diamond Dogs.
They barely made it a few feet before the ground erupted with trails of loss dirt making their way towards them. Once they got close enough a Fair number of Diamond Dogs broke through the ground and gave chase, tossing spears at them as they ran, Flurry threw up a shield and turned to face them, sliding a little with her momentum as she drew her sword and shield. She got into a battle stance and the Diamond Dogs immediately dipped back underground and rushed at her, she stood her ground as they got close, two broke the surface on either side of her and thrust their spears at her, she caught one with her shield and moved out of the others way, slashing the Diamond dog across the face with her sword as she did so, the Dog let out a howl and fell to the ground covering her face, the other looked to her companion and made to rush to her aid, only to get bashed in the face by Flurries shield. More Dirt trails erupted and hands shot out of the ground, pulling the downed dogs back under to safety, Flurry turned on the spot and speed after her friends, who were fighting their own battles.
Jasper was the lone pillar of safety, as none of the dogs wanted to get anywhere close to his Bone crushing hammer. Zestar had made one of the Diamond Dogs cry with his Nunchucks, a total of 4 where being dragged away from Pumpkin as she swung her katanas threw their spears, and cut at their arms and legs, avoiding body and head strikes, Pound was cowering behind Jasper, his Tonfā's still on his belt, Peach had her bow drawn and was behind Jasper, she was only firing warning shots when the Dimond dogs got a little to close, by the time Flurry got to her friends the Diamond Dogs had issued a full retreat and were digging away, Peach put her bow back on her back and looked at her map before running forward, as they ran the trees began thinning out until they reach a huge circular area devoid of trees. In front of them, they saw what looked to be a Large Brimstone Tree, it was surrounded by a Huge Cavern, the only way to the island was a Rope bride that was being whipped around by harsh winds. Peach looked at the Children's placemat she was holding for a moment.
"Yup, this is definitely the place,"



"And that," Flurry said as she looked at Spike. "Is how we found you,"
"A Children's placemat?" Trixie asked looking to Peach who smiled at her. "I'm confused, and somewhat impressed,"
"But if they found us, it's only a matter of time before She finds us," Chrysalis said looking to Spike, "I think we should accelerate the plan,"
"Were still missing most of the element of Magic," Spike replied "I mean, I know where it is but I can't really get it at the moment," This got a few eyes looking at Spike.
"Wait you know where it is?" Jasper asked, "Where is it, We can help you get it," Spike smiled at Jasper.
"It's so...correct that you of all the ponies here asked me," Spike said earing a confused look from Jasper "The Remaining Pieces of the Element of Magic, Are around your Mothers Neck,"

The Newly names Young Six sat back in silence as the Villinace 7 argued over what to do, they had split into two teams, Spike, Cozy Glow, and Sonata on one side, Chrysalis, Sombra, Tirek, and Trixie on the other.
"Just use them as hostages," Chrysalis said pointing to the Young six.
"You think that'll work?" Cozy asked, "I mean, it definitely could of have worked on the old Twilight, but this new one, hell no, she'll just put a curse on the necklace, or petrify all of us and unpetrify the young one later, or just petrify us, say the kids were evil Changelings and go about her day cause she's a crazy-ass Princess who turns people who argue with her to stone!"
"I Don't think she'd do that last one," Trixie shot back "I mean Flurry is her niece and all,"
"I'm her brother," Spike replied "didn't stop her from just going insta-kill on my ass,"
"Well technically," Flurry spoke up "You were adopted," All the Villians froze, looked at her then to Spike, who was staring blankly ahead.
"Wow," Tirek said looking over at Flurry holding his hands up in a surrender position "You have to be so blunt with that one?" Spike was staring at the wall while Sonata patted his back.
"Oh don't worry Spike," Sonata said as she rubbed between his shoulder "I'm sure your niece didn't mean to trash on the one bright light left in your life," as she said this she slowly turned her head and glared at Flurry in silence.
"I am so sorry," Flurry said, panicking under all the judgmental gazes the formal villains were giving her "I didn't mean to hurt your feelings, was just trying to help the argument," There was a moment of silence before Sombra spoke up.
"Wait...why are you trying to help us, we are literally holding you all prisoner right now, we're not even being subtle about it, We just referred to you as hostages,"
"Yeah no offense," Chrysalis said as she looked them over "but as much as we'd like to trust you all, which believe me we really fucking do, we can't just let you join in and help us with next to the final phase of a...what 12-year plan?"
"Technically, It's an 11 year and 4-month plan," Spike corrected as he pulled himself together, "Now before we go headlong into my idea, which is amazing might I add, I think it's only fair I finish telling the story of how I became King and how all you ended up joining me.
"I wanna know who this is," Peach demanded as he pointed at Trixie "Why is she here?" 
"Well-" Trixie said proudly before the rest of the young six cut her off.
"No one cares Peach," They said in unison before turning to Spike, Peach and the other villains looked to Trixie who was sitting in silence.
"These guys are assholes," She said before pointing to Peach "I only trust this one now, rest of you little snots can fuck right off," The Villians all looked agape at Trixie.
"Did you just speak in the first person?" Tirek demanded.
"Medic!" Sombra called without a hint of sarcasm in his voice "I think Trixie just had a stroke or something,"
"Trixie is fine, just very insulted," She said angrily as a Tiny Diamond Dog in an Orange Jumpsuit made her way into the room with a box on wheels and began giving Trixie a check-up. Spike turned back to the young six as this was happening and motioned around the room.
"So, you done insulting me and my Friends are you gonna make fun of good old Sombrero next?"
"Oh you better not start that again," Sombra snapped at Spike when a Diamond dog in the Corner asked politely.
"Sombrero?"
"No," Sombra barked at her "No more Sombrero festivals," He whacked Spike over the head who was laughing like mad.
"I was just trying to lighten the mood," he said before turning back to the Young six. "Anyway, Let's get on with the story, you see me and Sombra-"



It had been over a week since they had been launched into the woods and the two were at the very least surviving, Sombra was slowly gaining his natural magic back, but the purple flames around his eyes where gone and his horn now matched his coat.
"At the very least," Sombra said irritably as he stoked the fire "You breaking that lamp stopped the drain before it could steal all my power, that said, you still got nearly every last drop." As he was saying this he tore a large chunk of the left side of his cape from the fabric and wrapped it around a fairly large stick. He looked over to Spike who was mostly a shadow, though his feet were still melting slightly.
"Focus," Sombra added "Untile your body properly adapts to the magic you have to focus on keeping it in the shape of your body our when it does settle your natural form will be warped, and since I'm forced to depend on you I rather you have the ability to walk, not lumber,"
"Sorry," Spike said, having spent 9 days constantly being yelled at by Sombra, he'd kind of gotten over it and was just kind of glad he wasn't sitting in a hostile environment alone and as a puddle, Spike closed his eyes and his feet looked like his old feet, he got up, looking a shadow of his former self, only thinner and noticeable taller.
"Look at the bright side," Sombra said as he finished tying his cape around the stick firmly "You don't ever have to worry about carbs and fats or other such things ever again," Spike gave the old colt a smile and he rolled his eyes. "The Downside is that while I probably still have my immortality as otherwise, I would surely have rapidly aged to dust, I'm willing to bet you probably have it to now, so I'm stuck with you for the rest of forever or until I'm turned into a statue,"
"Well look on the bright side," Spike replied "Now you'll forever have someone to nag and yell at," Sombra looked over to Spike for a moment.
"I can not tell if you are being sarcastic or not," Sombra said as held out the cape, "Now put this in your mouth and get it nice and wet,"
"Oh that sounds so weird," Spike said as he took it "Please never say that again," Spike opened his mouth and stuck it deep down into his throat," After what felt like forever Sombra snapped his fingers and Spike pulled it out of his mouth and handed it back to Sombra with a fair amount of black liquid on it.
"Ok so why did I do that?" Spike asked.
"You are a dragon," Sombra said simply "therefore since your body has changed your throat and stomach should be full of flammable liquid so you can still ignite a fire," Sombra put the cloth into the fire and it ignited into a beautiful blue blaze. "And," Sombra added "Since you are now Magic your fire itself is now your base source of magic, you can make it warm but not burn, make it burn underwater, Make it so it only burns certain things," Sombra smiled. "Very interesting, but at the moment I suggest you focus on making it point us to the nearest civilization that will not kill us on sight." Spike closed his eyes and sure enough, the Fire started letting out smoke rings that floated against the light wind.
"Alright," Sombra cheered "I would say I am proud but I am pretty sure that I am just feeling spite that I myself can no longer cast that spell,"
"You can still levitate things," Spike cheered "And...make your eyes glow green,"
"Oh yes I am quite the powerhouse," Sombra replied "Glowing eyes and levitation, truly I am unstoppable," Sombra and Spike followed the smoke rings, leaving the comfort of their landing spot for the first time since they had landed there. Spike did his best to make bright of the situation while Sombra did his best to crush Spike's every comment, weirdly they were both having fun with it,"



"You can't prove that," Sombra barked at Spike.
"Oh yeah? Why do you have that guilty smile on your face then?" There was a long quiet and Spike and Sombra stared dagger at each other before laughing and patting each other's backs.
"Oh, I miss bickering," Sombra said smiling "We should do it again for old time sake,"
"Maybe before we go after the elements, our next move could mean our end, at the very least if we fail some of us are getting petrified, I just hope it's Soarin,"
"I wanna kick that guy in the dick," Sombra said in agreement "Never met him, but none the less if you should die in the battle Spike, I'll kick him in the dick with a mace for you,"
"Oh you old so and so I knew you liked me," Spike said with a smile before coughing awkwardly at the looked the Young six were giving him and Sombra "Sorry didn't mean to be rude," Spike raised his hand and a mug appeared in it, along with a glass in the hand of every creature in the room, even the throne, and the Diamond Dog Guards. "I love everyone in this room, and I swear, if any of you die or get petrified I'll kick Soarin in the dick in memory of you," Spike raised his glass and every creature cheered out.
"To kicking Soarin in the dick," before sipping drinking from their respective mugs.
"Well, now that that's out of the way, oh yeah me and Sombra were bickering, ah the good old days-"



"Shut up shit for brains I think I see our destination," Sombra said suddenly, cutting Spike off from talking about a particularly nice cloud. before the two stood a large Circular cavern, it was so deep that neither could see the bottom of it,  in the middle of the cavern, was an odd-looking building that looked to be about to size of a typical home, from where they were standing a few shapes were moving about around it.
"What the fuck is this?" Sombra asked in confusion, "How...who built this? Why here?" Sombra got closer to the edge and was hit with a strong wind, Spike grabbed him and the two watched as their torch was blown out like a candle and sent flying down into the cavern and out of sight. Sombra frowned as Spike looked at the large pillar of land in the middle of the cavern and held up his hand, Sombra watched as two wooden poles shot out of the ground and a Rope Bridge formed across the gorge. The two watched as it whipped around violently in the wind.
"Hu," Spike said as he looked at Sombra "I was trying to make a normal, none rope, bridge,"
"Did you specifically think of what it should be made of?" Sombra questioned.
"No," Spike replied "Just a bridge,"
"well next time think before you make it," Spike held up his hands and a protective field went around the bridge protecting it from the wind. 
"I have a question," Spike said as he and Sombra started across the bridge "Why am I...more like Discord than you?"
"Do you not know the story of how Discord came to be?" Sombra asked, earning a shocked look from Spike. "Ah yes, you do not, I suppose the Princesses hide the truth so more like him couldn't be made," Sombra pointed to Spike "Back when I was a young one it was common knowledge, though not something that comes up often, probably why the citizens of the Crystal empire haven't made it know to the general public, A few hundred years ago a might Wizard, who had long since been forgotten by even me, wanted the ability to fly, he got a little carried away with his experiment though, he soon added multiple creatures to his ideal body, Griffin, Dragon, Goat," Sombra rolled his eyes "basically everything that makes up Discords Body, and once they were all close enough together he used an ancient weapon to drain their life forces into him and gained their powers, but ended up becoming one with their very souls, turning into a creature of pure Chaos and went mad as the minds of all the creatures collided and fused into one massive confusing mess. That is how Discord was created," 
Sombra turned and pointed at Spike "Creatures such as you, ones born without the ability to control magic when given even the most basic of magic, can warp reality around you, You are like Discord because you got your powers the same way he did, though without the side effect of becoming back shit crazy simply because I hadn't been fully absorbed yet, that glass lamp would have broken even if you hadn't compromised it, you doing so simply save both of us a less than desirable fate,"
Spike was silent as they crossed the bridge.
"I wonder how Twilight made that lamp," Spike muttered.
"The Older Princesses have retired yes?" Sombra asked, getting a nod.
"Yeah, they moved to a retirement home but after a few too many attacks on it they moved to an island that can't be reached without the proper spell why?"
"Well, I sincerely doubt that even if she didn't want it getting out that Princess Celestia would destroy any part of Equestrian history, Twilight probably read the story and was more than likely planning to drain me and every other villain of our powers and giving them to herself so she could become a God."
"Wouldn't that make her bat shit crazy?" Spike asked and Sombra turned to Spike.
"Friend, that Princess is already bat shit crazy, with how she talked during the fight she probably was going with the logic that as a princess she would be fine since she's a higher race and blah, blah, blah," Sombra continued down the bridge and Spike smiled.
"Where Friends? wow, I'm way better at this than Twilight ever was,"
"It's an expression," Sombra snapped back as he turned to keep going only to find a spear in his face, he froze and backed up, Spike moved and let himself be the target of spears instead of the far more stabable Sombra. The Spear holder was a Male Dimond Dog in black armor, it growled at him and then barked at him, Spike looked at him in confusion before Sombra spoke up. "Will yourself to understand him," Spike tried this and blinked as the barks turned into a single word.
"STAB!" The Diamond Dog yelled at him angrily.
"Um," Spike replied in his native language.
"STAB!" The Diamond Dog repeated.
"Please don't?" Spike tried.
"STAB!" The Diamond Dog screamed back before throwing the spear at Spike's face it went through his eye and flew into the distance, impaling itself on the bridge.
"Oh great," Spike said as he looked at it "Now I have to move that before getting rid of this bridge, I'd feel bad if it fell on someone," Spike turned back to the Diamond Dog and found it curled up into a ball whimpering the word stab. "Hu," Spike said as he looked at the pitiful creature. "He gave up fast,"  he noticed before the sound of running was heard, a large number of Diamond Dogs came rushing around the building to them, some had Spears, some had Bow and Arrows, and one had an Axe, the one holding the ax looked to Spike and used it to point at him.
"WHat thIs THang?" He demanded to Spike with inconsistent shouting.
"I am Spike," Spike replied, the Dimond dog blinked.
"It TalkK!" He spoke and shouted in what Spike figured was confusion.
"Yeah, can I talk to someone who can speak without screaming?" Spike's response was a fair number of bows and spears being pointed at him. "Sombra how do I make a shield?" Spike demanded, Sombra gave no reply and Spike realized he was still speaking dog. "OK," Spike said panicking slightly "How about you take me to your leader?" The Diamond Dogs muttered among themselves, mostly words similar to Stab before the one with the Ax spoke up.
"TAke to kinG!" He screamed out "GET REword!"
"You mean Reward?" Spike asked in confusion before the Dogs advanced, Spike held his hands up and Sombra mimicked his actions.
"What the hell is happening?" He demanded, Spike willed he understood him and spoke.
"Um...there taking us to their leader," Spike replied as he and Sombra began walking onto the land with the army behind them "Also their vocabulary is mostly stab based so how do I do the shield thing,"
"Just think of a shield you idiot," Sombra snapped back "It's not that complex, just think of something and something will happen," Spike pondered that for a moment as they were taken to a door, a line of Diamond Dogs wearing things ranging from tattered clothes to nothing at all were slowly making their way dimly threw the door.
"I don't like this," Sombra muttered.
"Since when do you care about treating things with respect?" Spike asked.
"They're dogs, not ponies," Sombra snapped back "I happen to like dogs, I had a shit tone of 'em when I was king, I committed my first act of violence when one of my old school bullies kicked my dog, I love and respect dogs, don't give two shits about ponies though," Spike looked at Sombra for a moment before looking to the line, due mostly to the fair amount of nude ones Spike figure that most of, if not all, of the Diamond Dogs in the line where Female. 
"I don't like this either," Spike muttered as the line moved out of the way, the one with an ax and a few of the spear ones followed after. It didn't take them long to reach the Diamond Dog King, Spike, and Sombra's jaws dropped when they saw him, he was the fastest dog either had seen in their lives, he was sitting on the back of a Large Female Dog who was chained to the floor in a push-up position, Spike willed himself to understand them and, thinking on the spot, willed Sombra to as well.
"Higher," The King said kicking the Dog that was his throne in the back of the head, the Dog looked like she was about to pass out as she lifted the Fat thing on her back higher.
"kinG!" the one with an ax screamed out making Sombra jump. The king looked down at him before taking a bite out of what looked to be the leg of some kind of bird. "InTruder,"
"Hi," Spike said in a forced polite tone "I'm-"
"Kill," The King said without even looking at Spike "Cook, Want eat,"
"Protect me," Sombra demanded as he curled into a ball, Spike put a shield around Sombra as several spears were thrust at them, Sombra was saved and they just passed threw Spike.
"Kill better," The King demanded before kicking his throne again, making Spike wince "Higher," he commanded, Spike wasn't sure how long the dog had been acting as his throne but judging from what happened next it had been one second too long, the Diamon Dog fell to the floor, breathing hard.
"Punish," The King said as he tossed a bone aside and started on another one, without hesitation the Diamond dogs around him rushed to the Diamond Dog female and began violently kicking, scratching, and biting at her.
"Ok I'm done with this shit," Spike declared as he held up his hand, immediately every one of the King's guards was pinned to the wall, every dog, even the throne, looked at Spike in shocked silence. Spike looked at the Female that was being used as a chair and got an idea. he pointed to the ones he had pined and with a flick of his finger tore the black armor off them, leaving them in their less-than-presentable birthday suits. The Dogs tried desperately to cover their shame as Spike turned the armor into a liquid and ran it over the throne's right hand, as it did so the chain around said hand liquified and joined the metal before hardening into Full armor covering the arm, The Dog moved her hand in awe, whether at being able to move it, the armor, or both Spike didn't know. It was at this point the King started screaming, he was Red in the face and flailing angrily.
"KILL!" He demanded, "KILL, KILL, KILL!!" The one with an ax ran to the throne with his ax raised as the archers raised their bows, with no effort Spike stripped them of their armor and found that all their weapons save the bowstring were made of the same black metal as their armor, the Dogs ran away whimpering as they tried to cover themselves. One ran to a nearby Female in line to give an offering to the king and began tearing at her clothes to cover himself, without hesitation, Spike pointed at her, and in a flash, she was in full body armor, they both blinked before Spike made her raise her a hand and made a Club form in it, with a shine in her eye she instantly smashed the male over the head with glee before turning to Spike who smiled at her before turning back to the throne and freeing her other arm, with both arms free she got to her knees and sent the king tumbling down, the Armor formed around her chest and a helmet formed around her head, it went to her waist and both of her legs, freeing her fully before covering her tail. She wobbly got to her feet and looked at herself before Spike rose the Axe high into the Air and added some of the black metal to it before forging it into a mace and letting it gingerly drop into her hands before letting go of it, Spike turned to the first Female in line and in no time began one at a time armoring them up and giving them weapons, once outside he stripped the rest of the Male Dogs of their armor and sent them running into a mine shaft in the ground that probably lead to their home. Spike frowned when he ran out of metal and shrugged before holding his hand up and snapping, instantly every remaining Diamond Dog in the line was armor and weaponed up.
"Well, what are you waiting for?" Spike asked them as they stared at them, he pointed to the mine shaft "Go kick their asses," A cheer rang out before the line of Heavily armored Female Diamond Dogs rushed into the mine they called home to begin raging a war," Spike smiled and returned to the castle to Find Sombra sitting in the Bubble looking miffed. "Oh sorry," Spike said as he made the shield dissipate "Forgot I left you in there," Sombra tried patting his cape off, it was muddy and was damaged after a week of being used as both a blanket and an umbrella.
"Oh whatever," Sombra groaned as he unclipped it from the red gem on his chest and tossed it aside, Spike, however, smiled at it and made it fly to him, in a blink of an eye it was nice and clean, he kept the rip since it made it seem battle worth and made his way to the Throne, who was VIolently Shaking the King while holding the Ax Dimond Dog under her Feet. She looked at him and Spike smiled at her.
"What you gonna do with that prick?" Spike asked as the King continued shouting the command to kill, "One sec," he added as he snapped and the King went mute "Much better," Spike said with a smile before holding out the cape and making it grow a little before floating it over to the Diamond Dog and having it clip onto her Armor.
"Nice," Spike said as she gave her a once over "You look like you'll make a great Queen," She gave Spike a large smile and tossed the Old King away, and kicked the Ax Dog away.
"Am Queen," She agreed, Spike smiled before she pointed to him "You King," Spike's face would have turned red if he knew how to do so.
"Um...I am?" he asked in shock and turned to Sombra who actually looked proud.
"Not even empowered to a Double-Digit day and you've already overthrown a government, I think I am actually proud," Spike turned to the Diamond Dog smiling fondly at him, and he thought back to Starlight, to all his friends, either turned against him or turned to stone and he gave her a sad smile back.
"Yeah, I guess I am King, King Spike!"

"And that is how I became King," Spike said before taking a sip of his mug "Oh, and also how I met my wife,"
"Wait you're actually married to that thing?" Flurry demanded in shock getting an odd look from Pumpkin.
"Flurry you referred to her as his Dog throne wife before Dinner started,"
"I was just bitching at you," Flurry snapped back "I didn't think they were actually married," Spike shook his head at them and looked over to his Throne, who was watching Trixie get a check-up with the other Diamond Dog Guards,"
"Trixie is fine," She said irritably as the Diamond Dog did the last step on her checkup list, Jasper and Pound had been watching the ordeal in silence, mostly due to the odd things the Dog was doing to check on Trixie's health, Trixie lowered her head and the Diamond Dog started scratching behind her ear, after a few second Trixie started waving her tail and the Diamond Dog Medic let out an adorable yipping sound.
"Alright then," Sombra said with a nod as Trixie was Given a Lollypop made out of Rock-candy, and with a final yip the Diamond Dog medic made her way to the door, the closest guard opened it for her and closed it behind her.
"I'd still like to hear your story later," Peach said to Trixie politely.
"Very well, Trixie will tell it to you, and you alone, later," Trixie smiled at her before turning to Sombra with an irritated glare.
"Just because Trixie stops using the Thrid person, doesn't mean she's having a stroke!"
"The First time I heard you use the first person was when you were having a stroke!" Sombra snapped back
"That was a Heart attack!" Trixie yelled back angrily
"How is that any better?" Sombra demanded.
"It's not I'm just being correct!" Trixie snapped at him before Cozy Glow spoke up.
"Sombra I do believe you called dibs on telling the next story did you not?" She asked.
"Why yes I did," Sombra said proudly as Cozy turned to Trixie.
"And Trixie, chill out before you have another Heart attack,"
"I only had one because of Sparkle," Trixie snapped back before crossing her arms and muttering something that went unheard.
"Alright then," Sombra said as he stood up and lit his horn the room around them seemed to shift untile it looked as tho they were standing in a garden
"So what is this?" Zestar asked "Levitation or glowing eyes?"
"I've regained some of my magical prowess over the last decade," Sombra said as he proudly before adding with a noticeable frown "Tho I mainly deal with Illusions, and a handy spell for finding water underground," Sombra cleared his throat, now-" He placed his hand on Spike's head and lit his horn before pointing behind the Young six, "If you will all face that way I shall begin the show, no talking please, thank you and enjoy,"



The Garden seemed empty, devoid of anything save its plentiful decorations and growth, until something began stirring beneath a Rosebush, after a second the shadow beneath it suddenly darted out to the nearest bush and went still once more, After a moment Spike opened his eyes, they kind of gave his position away but it was pretty hard to look around with them closed.
"Where are you?" Spike muttered as he scanned the area for his quarry "I know you're here somewhere," Spike suddenly heard a pair of voices and he darted into the bush so he could spy on the passing duo. Twilight and Shining Armor soon came into his line of sight and he listened to their conversation.
"...I just don't understand," Shinning said, he looked like he hadn't slept in a week and like he'd been homeless for just as long. "She just threw me out,"
"Well that's what you get for cheating on her," Twilight said, only half-listening to her brother as she looked threw a book.
"But I didn't, I would never," Shinning cried out as he waved a stack of photos around in his hand "I don't even know who this mare is!" Shinning cried out in despair.
"Well Rarity said she and Applejack caught you in the act, she even got pictures and Applejack backed her up,"
"There Fake," Shinning practically cried "Twi, please you've got to-" The rest of their conversation was lost as they moved away from Spike. who poked out of the bush with a look of pity in his eyes.
"I wish I could help, but pretty sure Cadance will blast me into oblivion if she sees me, definitely wouldn't believe me if I backed up Shinning, probably make it worse actually," Spike looked both ways before rushing down the garden path to where to two had come from, he went threw a bush and ended up face to face with the statue of three former villains.
"No, but I'm getting closer," He muttered as he slid around the pavilion the statue was sitting on as he went from path to path he groaned "A Hedge maze, I bet this was Discords idea," Spike turned a corner and found a few benched, he was about to turn around but froze when he felt an odd feeling form in the air, he darted to the nearest bench and hid in its shadow as a light lit up where he had just been and Shinning walked to the benches, defeat etched into his face. He sat on the closest Bench, the same one Spike was cowering under.
"Oh shit, oh shit, I don't wanna test to see if he's on my side or not," Spike thought as he tried to be a shadow. Shining Armor looked at the Pictures in his hands and tossed them to the grass, Spike peaked at one and looked away at the rather graphic image of what looked to Shinning enjoying an intimate moment with some random mare and Declared loud and proud "NOPE, FUCK THIS," Shinning jumped at his voice and Spike Rushed the exit at full speed before giving up on that to and jumped into the hedge wall, Shinning got to his hooves and looked to where the shadowy blob had run to.
"Spike?" He asked before smiling and running down the path and turning out of sight.
"And there he goes," Spike said, peaking out of the hedge "to get Twilight and kick my ass," Spike went from a blob into himself and ran in the opposite direction of Shinning, he turned a corner and froze, it was a Dead end, surrounded in hedges, but at its endpoint was a pavilion, and standing on it, the look of shock still on her face, Was the petrified Statue of Starlight Glimmer. Spike let out a squeal of Glee before running to her and, once next to her, started rubbing his hands together, green electricity came out of his hands.
"Alright, took three months to synthesize this magic, but it should turn you back," Spike stopped rubbing and clapped his hands together, pulling them apart his hands turned Green and he smiled as he turned and put his hand on Starlight, three things happened at once, Alarms suddenly came to life, the Pavilion started shaking, and Something Grabbed Spike by the middle and jumped away from the statue Spike hit the grass and rolled to his side to see Shinning armor laying next to him, with a loud click the Pavilion finished turning into a Box, covered in markings and ruins. Spike looked at it in confusion before Shinning spoke up.
"It was a trap," He said "She knew you'd come back for her, made a fake statue and trapped it," Spike looked at Shinning then heard voices and acted fast.
"Get Ready to bubble yourself and pretend you just got hit in the stomach," Shinning blinked when Spike grabbed the front of his shirt and threw him to the entrance of the dead-end, Shinning bubbled himself just as the Guards rounded the corner and he brought them down with him. Spike turned on the spot and began plowing threw hedges, he slid to a stop when he ran into more guards, who lit their horns and fired at him, Spike spun in place and ran down the path, he turned a corner and once again found the three old Villians, he looked at his hands, still glowing green and sighed.
"I can't use my magic until I get rid of this, and it can't just be thrown away," He sighed and made his way to the Three villains. He got to them just as Twilight landed and her Guards closed in.
"End of the line Spike," She said as she lit her horn, "But hey, at least I don't have to move you," She blasted the spell and Spike jumped out of the way and put his hands on the base of the Statue, The Green magic soaked into the stone and with his hands now Free he put up a shield that reflected Twilight's next blast and sent it flying, Twilight and her guards watched as it flew to her castle and the large star resting on it's top was struck with the spell and slowly began turning to stone.
"My Castle!" Twilight cried out as she instantly lost interest in Spike and flew to it to stop the curse from spreading. Spike left his shield up and was about to dip out when something landed on him, he looked at his shoulder and Cozy Glow looked back. Before either could say anything a loud echoing crash was heard as the entire upper part of Twilight's castle was blasted away with a huge magical blast before it could infect the rest of the building. Spike winced.
"Oh, not exactly what I meant to do," Cozy blinked and looked from the massive destruction to Spike.
"You did that?"
"I mean...I caused that, I didn't wanna get turned to stone so I bounced it back, and it hit her castle so OH SHIT SHES COMING BACK!" Twilight landed in front of her guards cracking the ground as she landed, her face was red, just as she landed Tirek was freed from the statue and looked at the chaos in front of him before looking to Spike and Cozy.
"Tirek this guy can block the stone spell!" Cozy punched Spike's cheeks "With him we are unstoppable,"
"Aren't you the Princesses assistant,"
"I kinda...I guess I did what you did and ate Sombra's magic?" Spike said in confusion "It was a weird day," Spike looked at the quickly unpetrifying Chrysalis and sidestepped as Twilight's spell bounced off again and opened a hole just as Chrysalis unfroze and fired a magical blast that went straight through the hole and hit Twilight in the face, knocking her onto her ass as Spike turned the shield into a dome.
"What the...?" Chrysalis asked in confusion when The Guards started an on slot of Magic blasts, acting fast Spike held up his hand and forced all the blasts into a large ball before bringing it to him and holding it out to Tirek who accepted it happily and Spike turned the dome into a copy of his head and Spoke loudly threw it.
"Later bitch," he sang out before the dome imploded and in a black swirl of confusion the 4 were standing before what looked to be the Trunk of a giant Brimstone Tree.
"This is your base?" Crysalis asked "Kind of small but..."
"It goes all the way to the bottom of the Cavern around is," Spike said as he pointed to the edge "And then my Kingdom spreads out for a few hundred miles in every direction. The Three stared at him in silence.
"Now for the rules," Spike said simply "No leaving without asking me if you do leave, try to keep a low profile, Twilight has gone bat shit crazy and if she petrifies you she might then shatter you so, you know, beware of that," he then pointed to Cozy "Don't try and overthrow me and I'll name a city after you," he turned to Chrysalis "Don't drain the love from any of my dogs, unless you ask them first, you might be surprised how many are into it, and if you do, don't drain all of it," he turned to Tirek "And you, just try not to break any doors with your horns," The Three Villians looked at him in confusion as he opened the door to his castle.
"Now which one of you wanna go tell Sombra how much more successful you were than he was?"
"I DO!" Cozy said immediately.



As Cozy dashed to the door the Illusion faded away and they were once again in the room.
"So you three are here," Pumpkin said looking to the three Villians "Completly on accident,"
"Not Completly," Spike corrected "They were more like the backup plan,"
"You love us," Chrysalis said with a smile "You know you do, if not for me all the trading routes, underground trails and tunnels connecting all your cities, towns, and Mines would still be the safety hazard they were when I first got here,"
"Thanks to my advice," Tirek said proudly "Quite a few of your Citys have successfully started growing crops using the land above them," He gave a nervous laugh "Sadly We just got the report in this morning, Easy bay had been taken over by the Equestrian Government," The Young six watched at the area quickly turned into a Council meeting.
"What!?" Sonata Demadned "That Town was our main exported of Fish!" She Hit the table angrily "How am I supposed to enjoy a Fish taco if every week one of our ocean cities is taken over!"
"We need to set an example," Sombra said angrily, "Take an Equestrian city,"
"Since when are you the General?" Cozy demanded as she pointed at herself "That Idea is stupid, Remember what happened to the Griffins when they Tried to push against Equestria slowly overtaking their border? Twilight Declared war and sent hundreds of troops to tear their cities to the ground!" They even tried to surrender but Twilight just wiped them off the map, Griffin stones not even Griffin Stone anymore, It's Ponystone now, and it's not just Diamond Dogs she's kicking out of their homes, I got word from our Spy that Applelossa is-" Spike suddenly Cracked the table and maybe everyone jump.
"Not to alarm you but we're talking about some serious Government secrets in front of our hostages," Spike got to his feet and the rest of the Villians did so as well.
"I'm Taking Peach," Spike said simply "The rest of you take one of them with you, don't care who you take or why," He turned to Trixie.
"Trixie you and Throne go to the Central Hub and raise the Alarm, Evacuate the Castle and the City" The Villians all had looks of shock on their faces.
"You mean..." Sombra asked a hint of fear in his voice.
"Yes," Spike said with a frown, "We're getting the last piece of the Element of magic...and leading Twilight here for the final battle,"

As the Villians discussed who would be taking who with them and Trixie made her way out of the room with the throne Peach was teleported away by Spike, she blinked and found herself standing before a tree made entirely of cracked crystals, Peach stared at it in awe for a few seconds before the sound of rummaging caught her attention, she turned to the noise and found Spike dragging a Small chest out of a pile that should have fallen the second he removed it.
"Nice removal skills," Peach cheered as the pile kept its balance.
"I finally understand how Pinkie does it," Spike cheered as he held the chest up to his chest "Just had to gain ridiculous powers to do so," Peach watched as Spike absorbed the box into his body and pulled out a chart from the pile, Peach looked around the cluttered mess and noticed that it was all piled to the ceiling, but there was still more than enough room to move around.
"Is this your Bedroom?" Peach asked as she gave the tree another once over.
"Well," Spike flicked his tail and the room ignited with blue light, Peach spotted a Giant Dog Bed, a Hammock hanging overhead, a Bed Built into the wall, another Giant Dog Bed, this one having a large Tedy bear along with it, Two more Hammocks could be seen close to the ceiling, there was a dip in the floor that had a bed hidden inside it,  and finally there was a partially destroyed cart with the most comfortable looking bed she had ever seen squeezed inside of it. "Technically this is all of our rooms," Peach made a judgment call and pointed to the destroyed cart.
"That one yours?" She asked.
"Oh, no that's Trixie's, tho I did sleep in it once," Spike tapped his chin before pointing to one of the two Hammocks hanging from the ceiling.
"The one furthest from the door is mine," Peach looked to the large Dog Bed.
"So I guess one of these is your thrones?" Another Spike appeared out of a shady part of the wall and flopped onto the Dog bed without a Teddy bear.
"This one would be my wife's bed, we use to sleep together but I started giving her nightmares so we only sleep together every now and again, Peach looked at him for a moment before pointing to the 2nd Dog bed.
"That one is Tirek's" Spike declared "And that Teddy bear was a gift from Cozy Glow on the third Night of Sombrero,"
"What exactly-?" Peach tried to ask only to be cut off by to original Spike.
"The 2nd Hammock on the ceiling is Cozy's, The one in the wall is Chrysailes, the one hanging over my wife is Sombra, and Sonata is the one who sleeps in the floor dip," Spike rolled up the scroll he had been reading and tucked it back into the pile before taking out another box and tossing it to the ceiling, a third Spike appeared in his bed and caught it before carefully placing the box in Cozy's hammock.
"What's in the box?" Peach asked curiously.
"A surprise," Spike replied simply "She'll be coming along soon so I suppose I should explain what we're gonna do," The 2nd Spike dissipated and Spike made a Backback appear. "I'll be hiding in this," he said simply "You will be carrying it, we go to ponyville, and then we let my plan play out,"
"What's your plan?" Peach asked curiously.
"It's a secret," Spike replied before sucking himself into the bag and clipping it closed. Peach picked up the bag and put it on just as the doors to the room opened, She just had time to see Cozy Glow and Jasper walking in before She was engulfed in blackness and Spike's voice rang out. "Later bitches," Peach felt the ground beneath turn into nothing and had a split second feeling of free-falling before the ground returned beneath her hooves. Peach stumbled in place for a second before getting her balance.
"That was terrible," She decided as she only just managed to keep her lunch down, A quick look around confirmed to her that she was at the edge of the Everfree forest. "So should we go to Rarity's place or-"
"To Sugar Cube Corner," Spike cheered out with glee "I got a friend to check on and you've got some parents to see," Peach smiled and made her way into town, she made it about 20 feet in before a very familiar Unicorn spotted them.
"Peach," Shining Armor Greeted the young mare happily "Oh thank Cel-" Shining coughed "Thank Twilight I found one of you, Have you seen Flurry...like anywhere?"
"I think she and the others went camping," Peach replied with a smile and a shrug "I just got back from visiting my Aunt Limestone," Shining sighed.
"Of course she did," He said with a laugh "I'd run off for a while to if I had to live with Twilight," he waved as he walked past her "Well I'd hate to keep you waiting, sure you got stuff to do," Peach watched the old station walk away and heard Spike mutter angrily.
"He did not just say, thank Twilight," 
"Twilight is the Princess now," Peach replied as she made her way to Sugar Cube Corner "I've never even seen Princess Celestia,"
"She'd be so disappointed in Twi if she saw this," Spike replied before going silent as the street started getting crowded, It didn't take long to reach Sugar Cube Corner, tho the sight waiting for them brought them both major concern, they could hear yelling inside, but what caught their attention was the elder blue mare holding an ice pack to her husband's eye.
"Does it still hurt?" Mrs.Cake asked as pulled it away and revealed Mr.Cake to have a swollen eye, a fat lip, and had quite a lot of bandages around his muzzle.
"Only, some," Mr.Cake muttered.
"Oh, my stars what happened?" Peach demanded as she ran to the couple.
"Oh Peach darling!" Mrs.Cake said when she saw her, Mrs.Cake turned to her husband, then back to Peach "Soarin and Rarity came in and demanded we sell, when Carrot said he'd never sell it to the likes of them, well, Soarin slammed his Face into the wall...repeatedly," Mrs.Cake looked inside her restaurant and Peach followed her gaze, inside they could see Rarity and Pinkie shouting at each other, while Cheese Sandwich was holding Cheesy in his arms, the young Filly was cowering in her father's arms as Soarin stood tall with a nasty smile of his face as he looked over to Cheese. Before either of the Cakes could stop her Peach ran into the shop just in time for a loud smack to run threw the shop, Peach froze as Pinkie Fell to the ground, a red mark fresh on her face from where Rarity had just backhanded her. Peach ran to help her mother and Rarity smiled at the sight of her and Pulled her away from Pinkie using the Bag Spike was in to do so.
"Oh look who's come to join us," She said with a nasty smile as she gave Peach a once over "Honesty Pinkie, how you gave birth to such an ugly child-" Peach reached out and grabbed at one of the Purple gems around Rarity's neck, the reaction was instant as Peach was tossed away with disgust. "Keep your hand off me you diseased rodent," she barked before turning back to Pinkie. "Soarin honey mind helping me inform Pinkie who owns what?" Whatever Soarin would have done he was stopped when he felt something poke into his back, he turned back to see what it was and a smokey Black fist cracked into his snout. Before Soarin could even fall back Spike's tail wrapped around his waist and stopped the Stallion from tumbling. Soarin turned to the dragon but didn't have much time to react as Spike dissolved into smoke and appeared behind him before slamming his face into the wall, pulling it back and repeating a few times before saying.
"That was for Mr.Cake," he said angrily as he dropped the half-conscious station to the floor. Spike stood in silence as Rarity glared at him and the Pie Family grinned at him with glee.
"Well if it isn't my little Spikey Wikey," Rarity said with a smile.
"Oh if it isn't the mare who stole me Jade Wedding rings, speaking of which," Spike leaned down and easily removed the ring from Soarin's finger, "Gonna have to clean this with fire," He muttered before raising his other hand and catching the magical blast Rarity had fired at him, "I'll keep this for later," He added as she absorbed the energy and placed it into the Jade Ring while turning to the Mare that had once held a special place in his heart. "So," Spike said as he tapped his foot and gave her a really good looking over, having not seen her in over a decade "You got fat,"
"It's rude to talk to a Lady, like that," She snapped as she back up to the door.
"Aw," Spike said with a smile "Did you guys hear that? It thinks it's a lady?"
"Oh go on ahead," Rarity said with a smile "Bitch and moan at me, but let's see who's laughing when your a hunk of Granit in Twilig-" There was a loud crack and Rarity's Eye's rolled into her head as she fell to the floor. Spike expected to see Pinkie, or maybe one of the Cakes, behind the falling mare, instead he found a special surprise in a Blue Mare with a Rainbow Mane.
"You mean to tell me?" The Rainbow Mare said with a smile "That not only do I get to hit Rarity? But I get to see both Pinkie and Spike?" She laughed before turning to the Dragon with a smile "About dam time you showed up, I've been trying to find your ass for years!" Spike's only response was to stand in confusion as Rainbow stepped on Rarity's hand and rushed to him for a hug.
"Your not an asshole," He said after the initial shock.
"Nice to see you two," Rainbow Replied as she released him from the hug. "Pinkie dragged my ass to Zecora not too long after...well," Rainbow motioned to Spike "After this happened," Rainbow shook her head before patting his back "We tried to do the same with the others, but Applejack wouldn't even consider it unless we paid her enough bits to buy a small house, Rarity the Crazy Bitch blasted me threw a wall, Twilight wouldn't even see us, and I have no idea where Fluttershy is," Rainbow shook her head "Just, gone, She's not anywhere, and I checked basically everywhere for her, working theory is she walked into the Everfree forest and just never came out," Rainbow shook her head before moving out of the way. "Anyway, Pinkie your turn," Without hesitation Spike was tacked to the Floor as Pinkie Squeezed him as hard as she could.
"YOUR BACK!" She cried out in glee "Oh I've wanted to come and say hi, but I knew if I got to close Twilight might follow me, and if she found you she'd do what she did to Starlight, or worse she'd do what she did to Trixie!"
"Dammit!" Peach cried out much to the shock of her mother "What happened to Trixie, I want answers!"	
"I have given you so many answers already," Spike shot back "And Trixie said she was gonna tell you that story so-" Spike shut up as Pinkie's grip tightened.
"Trixie's alive?" She asked in shock "how?"
"Me, Sombra, and Cozy were in the right place at the right time," Spike replied "If I survive to tomorrow you can all come and listen to Trixie tell the story,"
"Tomorrow?" Rainbow asked before smiling "You gonna try and take Twilight down? Cause I'm in, even if you don't have a plan,"
"Oh I have a plan," Spike replied with a smile as he reached into his chest and pulled out the tiny chest he had stored earlier.
"Oh a chest, chest," Pinkie said as Cheese made his way to the group.
"So," Cheese said getting his wife's attention "Since things are about to tip I'm gonna take little Cheesy and the Cakes to the 'emergency spot' and send the warning call to your folks and your sisters" Pinkie turned to Cheese and gave him a kiss before kissing Cheesy on the cheek and getting several giggles from the young foal.
"If we're all still alive tomorrow I'll come to get you if I don't then just try and keep everyone safe for me," Cheese gave a salute and rushed to the door, stopping just before he reached Rarity and turned to his other Daughter.
"Peach you with me or your mother?" He asked.
"Mom," She declared.
"Alright, do us proud," He said before stepping on Rarity, doing a quick dance on her back, and exiting the Bakery, they watched as he said something to the cakes, gave Cheesy to Mrs.Cake, and Lifted up Mr.Cake before leading them away to the Emergency spot.
"So what's the plan?" Rainbow asked with a smile, Spike turned his hand to Rarity and teleported the Jade Ring and all the Purple gems to him, the Jade ring joined its partner in his hand before he closed it, they watched as the Purple gems spun for a moment, then about half of them dropped to the floor while the rest started glowing. Rainbow, Pinkie, and Peach watched as Spike opened the lid and a large Purple gem floated to the shards and they began snapping to it.
"The Element of Magic," Pinkie whispered in awe before she and Rainbow looked in the Chest, sitting snugly inside were the other 5 elements.
"My plan is simple," Spike said as the Element of Magic finished fixing itself "I'm gonna try and get these things to work before Twilight kills me,"

Spike and Peach had just left the room as Cozy settled on Picking Jasper as her partner for prep and the two-headed out of the room with the others still picking teams behind them.
"So," Jasper said as he and Cozy made their way through the castle "Why didn't you overthrow Spike if you don't mind me asking?"
"Spike won me over," Cozy replied with a shrug "He was simply too hard to hate, and I tried so hard to find a point to stand on to overthrow him, but then the bastard went and named a city Cozy Town, gave me a statue, and then after all of that Trixie arrived," Jasper noticed a slight change in tone at the mention of Trixie.
"You all seem to rather like Trixie," He noted.
"Trixie..." Cozy paused as she collected her thoughts "Trixie has been through a lot in her life and lost just as much in it, Now I and everyone else here hate's Twilight for a multitude of reasons, but I guarantee that the second one of use actually hurts her well be doing it for Trixie before any other reason," Jasper waited for Cozy to elaborate but after a pause, it was clear she had no intentions to do so.
"What are we doing?" He asked as they made their way down a very long staircase, Cozy was about to answer when a loud clopping noise was heard.
"Get against the wall," She demanded as she did so, Jasper pressed his back into it and a few Seconds later Tirek came rushing down with Zestar screaming on his back, Jasper heard Cozy chuckle before continuing after them. "That kid can scream," she chuckled "And to answer your question you and I are preparing for the final battle, I'm sure some tiny remnant of Spike is watching us and has already put your weapon next to my gear," Jasper pondered on that for a moment as Cozy opened a slightly crocked door and they moved from the stairs to what seemed to be another dining room.
"Your gear?" Jasper asked in confusion as he looked around the room, it was identical to the one they had been in earlier, down to the table, Cozy didn't break her stride as she pointed at her self, she was wearing a Blue Hoodie, a Black undershirt, and Sweatpants.
"You think I'm gonna go into battle against Twilight Sparkle, the Princess of Crazy Black Magic spells, in my Workout clothes?" she demanded looking at him like he was insane "I gotta get war-ready, and as the General, I gotta make sure my troops are ready to,"
"Ok, but why am I-" Jasper tried to ask when Cozy opened the door and Spike's Voice suddenly rang out loudly,
"Later Bitches," Cozy gave little to no reaction to the sudden noise, Jasper jumped at it and only just managed to not fall over, earning a chuckle from Cozy.
"He loves doing that," She smiled at the memory before looking back at Jasper "My troops should already be gathering outside," Cozy had a shine in her eye as she looked at Jasper "Wanna hear a story?" Jasper blinked at the offer before shrugging.
"Hell, I don't see why not," Cozy smiled. "Alright just sit down and face the door, I'll gear up while I tell it to you,"



It had been almost a month since Cozy had been freed from her stone prison and no matter how hard she tried, Spike was always one step ahead of her. She tried telling him she needed more space to be herself, he gave her an entire floor of the castle, she told him she needed some minions and she was given a total of 37 maids, butlers, chefs, and even a masseuse. She told him she wanted more attention he had a city named after her and a statue made in her honor.
"I've never in my life had so much trouble with hatting someone," She said angrily as she rubbed her temple "getting them to like me, sure that's not too hard, but liking someone else," Cozy gagged at the thought "Why is this so hard?" Cozy came to a stop when she noticed movement out of the corner of her eye and found Spike chilling on a Balcony looking like his old Purple and green self, Cozy approached the Dragon and without looking at her he held his hand up in greeting.
"Hey, you feeling Cozy yet?" he asked, turning to her with a grin.
"I hate you," She said angrily, Spike's increased smile indicated he didn't believe her in the slightest.
"Oh, but you were just having a lovely debate with the walls about not hating me," Cozy turned red-faced and looked away from him.
"Just give me enough time, I'll find a way to hate you," Spike leaned down and motioned her close, Cozy moved in slightly and Spike whispered with a grin.
"Not if I can help it," He smiled at her angry look and she turned to leave, Spike turned his attention back to looking out at the Sunset, Cozy was just about to leave when she felt something, something odd, something she hated with every fiber of her being, She was curious about what Spike was doing for no reason other than just wanting to talk to him, She stood in place angrily trying to ignore the feeling before giving in and going back to the dragon to join him in watching the Sunset.
"I see you doing this a lot," She said to get his attention.
"It's nice," Spike said as he watched the sun dip slowly out of sight "Reminds me of Celestia," Cozy looked up at Spike as she sighed "I hope I can fix things before she or Luna goes to Twilight for a visit, the idea of letting Celestia see Twilight like this," Spike frowned and trailed off, Cozy stared at him before looking at the sunset with him.
"Why are you so nice to us?" Cozy asked "You don't even have any charms or spells in place to stop us from leaving, no overall master plan, no demands or roles we have to fill in your plans, you just...give us what we ask for and expect nothing in return,"
"Nonsense," Spike replied happily as the Blue torches that lit the halls began lighting the outer walls "I'm giving you what you want, and you're giving me what I want," Cozy frowned, and the two stood there for a fairly long while as she tried to figure what she had ever given the dragon, After what felt like forever she gave in.
"What did I give you?" Spike looked down at the young pegasus and patted her head.
"give it time," he said with a laugh "I'm confident you'll figure it out on your own, now what say we head down to the Dinning hall, Heard Tirek is going to try his hand at Making Hayburgers and I just have to see it happen,"



Jasper sat with his face to the door, waiting for Cozy to continue only for her to speak up.
"Stories over," She called from behind him, "You can stop staring at the door," Jasper turned and Found Cozy wearing what looked like a lighter version of the Dimond dog armor, it even coated her wings in such a way that aloud them to move freely while keeping them protected. She was looking curiously at a small black box that she had found in her hammock, on the top of it was a label that read 'don't open till the battle begins, Love Spike' Cozy smiled at it and kept it firmly in her hands as Jasper looked at her quizzically.
"What...what did you give Spike?" he asked curiously, earning a Smile from the Pegasus.
"Give it time," She said with a chuckle "I'm confident you'll figure it out on your own, now come on let's go get your War Hammer and introduce you to the troops, Dunno how long we have till Princess Pysco brings her army and starts blasting away at us."

Tirek made his way out of the room slowly before being followed out by Zestar, who looked less than happy about who he'd been teamed up with.
"So," he said nervously as he looked at the huge Centare before him "We gonna help with the evacuation or..." Zestar was interrupted when Tirek picked him up and set him on his back before running full speed to the stairs, Zestar screaming at the full extent of his lungs the entire way, He briefly saw Cozy glow and Jasper pressed against the walls to avoid Tirek's charge but after that, it was nothing for stairs, It didn't take long for them to reach the end of them and arrive at a set of large doors, Zestar stopped screaming and his noise was replaced with the sounds of blaring horns, Tirek opened the door and Zestar got the honor of being the first one to actually see the Diamond Dog City, It was huge, he could see homes and building lining the walls for hundreds of feet up with a lot of foot traffic, for what was essentially a deep trench it was also very well lit, thousands of torches filled with blue flames could be seen around the city, oddly enough though they weren't making blue light.
"Good the evacuation's started," Tirek said as he looked around the city "Alright hold on kid, you and I are in charge of making sure the market distract is properly evacuated, we have three hours before Spike brings Twilight back and the Market Distract is bigger than most towns,"
"How do I help with that?" Zestar asked in confusion.
"Tell any Diamond dogs you see to go pack light and head to the nearest Highway,"
"Highway?" Zestar asked, Tirek gave no verbal response and instead pointed up at the walls, about 200 feet above them was a hole around 3 times the size of Spike's castle. "Oh, a tunnel road, should of put that together," Tirek began walking at a slow pace as hundreds of thousands of Diamond dogs began swarming around the city.
"I didn't know there were so many Diamond dogs in the world," Zestar said, before he could try and start Small talk Tirek suddenly ran forward and Zestar almost fell off, Zestar was about to complain, but then saw Tirek had just caught a tiny Diamond dog that had fallen from the roof of a nearby building, several Diamond dogs were breathing sighs of relief from the roof and Tirek held the small pup back up and handed it back to the group.
"Thank you, Lord T-rex," one of them said before hugging the child and rushing out of sight to presumably join the rest of the family in packing up for the evacuation.
"T-rex?" Zestar asked with a chuckled.
"Don't laugh at them" Tirek said with a serious tone "Most of these Diamond dogs are wild and not all of them can talk, some can't even walk on their hind legs,"
"Ok, but why did he call you T-rex?" Zestar demanded, Tirek sighed at the question.



Tirek looked around the large city, most of the homes had been built on or in the walls of the gorge, but there was a fair amount of construction near the base of the wall.
"Lot of space," He noted as Spike casually walked beside him.
"Yeah, when I first took over as king they all lived in burrows, didn't really have positions or homes, just kind of slept in random holes until another Diamond dog threw them out and took it," Spike shrugged "You would not believe how hard it was to stop them from doing that,"
"Sounds like wild animals," Tirek noted, "So, what did you need my help with down here?"
"Oh yeah, a few weeks back we began work on another settlement, but the tunnels keep collapsing, Chrysalis has been very helpful in ending tunnel collapses but ever since we got the tunnel to work we've had some...problems with another tribe of Diamond dogs that took over the new settlement and refuse to leave until they, and I quote, fight a real beefcake," Tirek looked at his muscular arms and smiled.
"So you called me down here..."
"To beat some respect into them," Spike said happily "I tried but all that did was piss them off, cause I'm so noodly and just had to be cheating,"
"Technically you cheat at everything with magic," Tirek pointed out.
"And your so big and bag without any are you?" Spike asked with a chuckle "Anyway there a different species than my Diamond dogs and the only buff creature here beside you is My Throne, and if they beat a female they claim her on the spot so it's either you beat 'em or I might have to kill them,"
"Sounds fun," Tirek said before hurriedly adding "The beating them part, not the killing them part," Spike smiled at the Centar as they made their way to the hole, it was about twice the size of Tirek. Standing in front of the hole were 4 Diamond dogs, none of them anywhere near as tall as Spike's throne.
"I'm pretty sure your wife could take care of this," Tirek said casually when they came into view.
"I sincerely doubt these guys will fight fair, when I tried fighting them it was a one versus five, and they had nothing to gain during that fight so I don't wanna see what they do if they actually get something out of the fight,"
"Please, like you wouldn't kick all their asses,"
"I would, and I have, but it has solved nothing," Spike gave Tirek a thumbs up before melting into the shadows to watch. Tirek made his way to the Diamond dogs and noticed a difference between them and the ones frequenting the cave, their tales were longer and looked more whip-like than club-like, he also saw them harassing the club tailed Diamond dogs and spotted a few Diamond dog among the whip-tails who had an assortment of tails along with collars and chains on them. Upon noticing him two of them stepped forward, one without the collar and chains and one with them that's tail looked as though it could function as a tree cutter's ax.
"Greeting," Tirek said, his answer was a hearty bark "Spike, translation?" Without hesitation, the Dog's bark turned into words.
"-And am Claiming territory in name of me!"
"I decline your attempt in claiming this territory," Tirek said calmly.
"Then I declare fight," The whip-tail replied as he stepped back, the chained one moving forward, exhaustion evident in its eyes.
"Your friend looks exhausted," Tirek noted, "I don't think he should-"
"No Fight means surrender," The Chainless dog snapped.
"Very well," Tirek said with a sigh as he got ready to fight, the Chained one looked at him for a moment, and proceeded to fall down onto its knees, Tirek was prepared for this to be a dirty trick of some kind, and instead watched as the Chainless one ran forward and began fiercely kicking at the chained one.
"Bad!" It screamed "Fight!" Tirek watched as the whip-tailed who were chainless, a total of 4 males and three females, all rushed forward and began fiercely breathing the dog, Tirek watched the beating, then looked to the others in chains, several males and females, all cowering away from the beating.
"Slaves," Tirek realized out loud before walking forward and forcefully picking up the one who had challenged him, whose tail instantly lashed out and stuck Tirek in the face, It left a small red mark but Tirek stood strong. "Your slave traders, He realized as he got a better look at the Diamond dogs in the collars, they were all beaten and bruised, and there were one male and one female of multiple different tail assortment, he spotted the female ax-tail, two club tails, two white one's with furry tails, a pair with long tails that looked to end in hooks, and even a set of whip-tails.
"So whip-tail," Tirek said as he dropped the one in his hand, "You wanna fight for ownership of this land, then if you lose I get ownership of all your slaves," The whiptail growled, then Tirek smiled and sweetened the pot "Just me in a fight against all the none-slave whiptails," The dog smiled at that and snapped his fingers, his 7 comrades all surrounded Tirek and Tirek added, "Now them, the one rule is that you are allowed to use everything at your disposal and I get to do the same," Tirek was given no reply as all the whiptails curled their tails and all lashed out at once, Tirek ignored the lashes across his body and grabbed the tail of the leader. 
Before it could pull back Tirek began swinging him around and used him as a club against all the other whiptail before letting go and sending the leader flying across the floor of the cavern. the other whiptails attempted to lash out at him from afar but Tirek simply started grabbing their tails in one hand and placing them in his other before grabbing another tail, after a moment he had a lovely bouquet of Whip-tailed Diamond Dogs and very easily swung the entire group into the wall of the cavern a few times before letting go, the dogs all lay on the floor, bruised and probably with a few broken bones as the leader got back to his feet and began screaming.
"Cheating, you cheating, not count!" Tirek was about to turn to him when he heard whines and looked to the whiptails he had just beaten against the walls, they were all on their hands and knees and bowing before him, whining for mercy. The Slaves very quickly following the other's leads and all bowed before Tirek, Tirek turned to the leader and declared loudly.
"I, Lord Tirek, have won, surrender now or be sent to the dungeon," The Diamond dog screamed out in defiance and ran at Tirek, only for Spike to Pop out of the ground and seemingly eat him before swirling into existence in front of Tirek.
"And he is now in the dungeon with the old king," Spike said happily, before Tirek could say anything one of the slaves held up its hand in salute and declared proudly.
"All hail lord T-rex," Tirek blinked and was about to correct him when Spike jumped at the opportunity and made his voice echo from every shadow.
"Yes, Everyone please give all your praise Lord T-REX!" Upon hearing Spike's voice every sing Diamond dog started changing the name Lord T-rex and Tirek looked at Spike in irritation, who was laughing so hard he was crying, making it look like his eyes were melting.
"You son of a bitch,"



Tirek was motioning towards a group of Hook-tailed Diamond dogs while Zestar laughed on his back, A large number of Diamond dogs had crowed around them when Tirek had started telling his story and he had used it to help gather the Diamond dogs in the marketplace for the evacuation.
"That's fantastic," Zestar said as he whipped his eyes "Has Spike done that to anyone else?"
"Well no," Tirek said before smiling "But Cozy and I did to Sombra, and Sonata did it to herself," Tirek picked up Zestar and set him on the ground, "Now let's get things started, we have to make sure this entire area is empty before Spike brings Twilight in, and we've wasted enough time on stories, just tell any Diamond dogs you see to head to the Nearest Highway and to bring only what's needed, oh and don't get swept away in the crowd," Tirek turned away from Zestar and got to work helping as many Diamond dogs as he could in the evacuation, Zestar stood in the center of the street and started directing any Diamond dogs there were running the wrong way to head to the closed Highway, pointing at the large hole as he did so.
