The Single Chapter
Stupid, stupid, stupid! Derpy berated herself as she flew hastily back towards the home of Ponyville’s fastest pony, Rainbow Blitz. There was a brief pause as Derpy noticed Rainbow Blitz lying across his couch and staring up at her with a horrified look on his face. “Mo-Mommy?”
“That’s right, sweetie! Such a smart colt you are. Now, you stay right there while Mommy get’s you a clean diaper.
There were many things Rainbow could have done in that moment. He could have broken out into tears, lamenting how his life was now ruined. He could have yelled and screamed, and demanded Derpy get out of his house and never speak of this to any pony. Hearing Derpy invoke Berry Bubble’s unbreakable promise finally caused Rainbow to relax, as he now knew his secret was safer than ever. With one final good bye, Derpy quietly left the room and it wasn’t long before Rainbow heard her exit through the front door, leaving him alone with his thoughts.
Did… did that just happen? He wondered, staring up at the ceiling as the events of just minutes ago continued to run through his head.
