Prologue: The arival of a Warrior.
The unlikely Saiyan hero!
Prelude
6 years have passed since the destruction of planet Vegeta its inhabitants the Saiyan’s are nearly extinct but there are few left remaining.

In a distant planet and system there was a large object flying through space. It was an observatory holding 3 Saiyan’s without home or refuge they drift through space aimlessly.

In the observatory’s main room stood a figure, Saiyan to be exact, he stared into space from the large glass like service. Him being the eldest of all 3 Saiyan’s.
“Father?”
A young voice said behind the older Saiyan, he turns to face the younger Saiyan.
“Yes Karnus?”
The elder Saiyan asked his oldest son.
“Can we go to the…blue planet?” Karnus asked
The father sighed “no Karnus we can’t.” He replied.
But Karnus won’t give easily
“But father we’re stronger than them! we can defeat them and -”
“And risk our lives! They seem like capable fighters we don’t know what could happen!”
Karnus was cut off by his father to which he just bowed his head
The older Saiyan sighed he knew his son was trying to prove his strength to him.
“Karnus we could be the last of our kind that we know of, so we must do our best to survive, you know that.”
Karnus sighed “I know it’s just -”
“Kamehame-HA.”
*BAM*
There was a high pitched voice followed by an explosion echoed throughout the ship.
“Isn’t your brother supposed to be resting?”
Karnus simply answered “I didn’t think he would be awake training.”
The father just grinned “Looks like he’s getting better at that wave technique.” Karnus just scoffed he thought ‘the blue planets’ techniques were very weak.
They both head to the ‘training’ room to find the source of the noise. Once they reach the room they find the youngest of the Saiyan’s with his hands in an outwards cupped position breathing heavily.
The older Saiyan believed that he was putting too much effort to the attack making him tired.
“Terus, what are you doing up?” he asked
“I was asleep for a while and woke up and couldn’t go back to sleep so I decided to train.” Terus responded.
His father didn’t know how long Terus was asleep for, he hadn’t checked on him.
He decided not to ponder on the time, instead he decided to point out something to Terus. “You’re putting too much power into that attack.”
“It’s called ‘Ki’ dad and I only put so much into my attack to see how big and powerful I could make it.”
The older Saiyan was confused at the terms ‘dad’ and ‘Ki’ also the fact that Terus rather learn ‘the blue planets’ techniques than learn the ones he teaches him, but he admires his will to learn and respects it.
Though he would like to know what ‘dad’ meant so he asked
“Dad?”
Terus happily responded “It means the same as father in their language and ours, it’s like father and mother but instead its dad and mom,”
The father flinched at bit at the word mother, he still had feelings for her but before he could say anything Karnus spoke up.
“Why do you like to copy the blue planets techniques and language they’re weak and -” he was cut off by Terus
“It’s called earth and they are not Weak!” Karnus scoffed and retorted “yes they are I could defeat them without breaking a sweat!”
Then the classical yes they are and no their not argument shot back and forth from the two.
Their father shook his head at their antics he knew they would only resolve it in one way.
“Fine! Prove to me that they’re not weak, use their techniques and I’ll use mine!” Karnus dared,
“Fine you’re ON Karnus!” Terus responds
They both spread on each side of the room. Both got into their stances.
Karnus’ right hand in front of him looking like a claw while his left was straight and to his torso. His stance is one of attack and aggressiveness.
Terus got into the turtle stance his left hand, his pinkie and ring finger closed while his middle and index finger were bent with the thumb. His right hand clenched in a fist to his torso. His left side facing his opponent. His stance is one of balance.
Now both of them in their stances they look at each other waiting for one to make a move. Karnus decides to.
Karnus charges at Terus with incredible speeds, he swings at Terus for him to only dodge it by slightly moving his head to the side. Karnus tries again but gets the same result which is starting to frustrate him.
“Is that all that form is good for?” Karnus mocked as he continued to throw punches and now kicks.
“Dodging? ... Looks like I was rig - ‘Gwaack’.”
He was cut short by punch to the gut from Terus, then kicked in the side. Karnus backs up taking a few gasps of air to recover from the sudden attack.
“Ok” he said in a quiet but annoyed tone.
He charged again this time with more speed and effort into his attacks than before. Terus was dodging them until one punch hit home with Terus’ face which sent him back a bit, Karnus smiled.
‘Finally’ Karnus thought.
Terus smiled the thrill of the fight starting to get to him, he took his stance and waited Karnus doing the same.
This time Terus charged throwing a right but Karnus blocked it with his right arm. Terus then tried a left knee but Karnus used his knee to block it.
Karnus tries to throw a punch but blocked, then Terus knees him in the gut as a counter attack.
Karnus does one of his own by kicking Terus in the jaw.
Both back up again staring at each other they’re excitement getting to them.
“Let’s power up!” Karnus said his excitement clear in his voice.
He powered up, his aura a slight red.
Terus nodded powering up, his aura a bluish white.
With both they’re aura’s flaring they both got into they’re stances, aura’s looking like fire.
Both brothers charge each other at incredible speeds, one would have a hard time tracking them if untrained, this wasn’t the case for the older Saiyan.
The brothers clashing blocking, giving, and receiving blows.
Karnus then shoots a Ki blast at point blank, throwing Terus across the room.
Terus gets up breathing a bit. “Hey! No fair!” he yelled.
Karnus just grins “I thought we were fighting, not training?”
Terus growls his aura flaring again, he shoots a Ki blast at Karnus to which he deflected it.
Terus starts shooting more at Karnus who put his arms together in an ‘X’ to block it, the blasts only leaving scrapes and burns.
But Terus wasn’t done yet, as soon Karnus put his arms down Terus was already in front of him kicking him in the face upward, sending him skyward.
Terus after images above him and puts his hands over his head and brings them down like a ‘sledgehammer’ sending him back into the ground.
Karnus got up and flew back at Terus’ level breathing a bit heavy “Now that wasn’t fair.” Terus smiled “I thought we were fighting not training?” he reiterated what Karnus said earlier.
Karnus is getting slightly annoyed again but he is honest. “Not bad.” He replied.
‘That wasn’t bad at all he caught me off guard with that.’ Karnus took a big breath of air to calm himself.
‘It seems he changed his tactics with his new techniques.’
“But not good enough” he charged with even faster speeds. ‘He can’t fly that well… so I’ll use that to my advantage.’
Karnus started attacking again with Terus trying to block them, Karnus after images behind him and knees him in the back following with a kick, sending Terus flying.
He flies after him and starts to punch and kick Terus, making him fly even faster, after images behind Terus kicks then spin kicks, making him fly in a different direction with Karnus hot on his tail. Karnus tried to continue his attack.
But Terus after images beside him and spin kicks (basically clothes lining him.) making him spin and flip out of control several times until he caught himself.
‘OW! Ok that actually hurt quite -’ he felt warmth flowing down his nose, he reaches and what he finds shocks him.
‘Blood? He’s never made me bleed before.’ Even the father was surprised
‘That was one hell of an attack for it to make Karnus bleed.’
Karnus looked at Terus “well I guess you were right at hand to hand combat…”
Terus smiled from ear to ear.
“But let’s see if it can handle THIS!!” Karnus flew higher,
“RAHHHGH!” his aura flares as he stretches out his arms, palms facing up. Red Ki balls form in both hands then cups them together (like the final flash but his hands are at a different angle.)
Terus knew what he was doing. He cups his hands together, his body’s left facing Karnus, and he takes a deep breath.
“Ka-”
He puts them to his stomach
“Me! -” a ball of blue energy starts to form in his cupped hands
“Ha! -” the ball gets bigger
“Me! -” Terus is sweating he knows Karnus isn’t holding back
“This Is All of My Power!” The red Ki got bigger as Karnus yelled his attacks name.
“Destructive Cannon!!” Karnus lets loose his attack a red beam shooting from his hands.
“HAAAA!!” Terus shoots his hands forward letting his Kamehameha wave its blue energy collides with Karnus’ wave
Terus’ Kamehameha is bigger but Karnus’ is more potent.
Both of them fighting for control.
The elder Saiyan was surprised to see their strength ‘They’re strong and Terus has advanced so much.’ That brought a smile to his face.
Karnus roars his wave starting to push Terus’ wave. “Come on Terus! Give it all you GOT!”
Karnus yelled at Terus to which he roars and puts more effort into his attack pushing it back to a stalemate for a bit.
But Terus is getting tired and his wave is slowly getting pushed back… then faltered.
Karnus’ wave heads towards Terus then -.
*BOOM*
The wave collided where Terus was, a big smoke cloud at his spot.
‘…’
After the cloud dissipated, Terus was standing with his arms crossed breathing heavily, he collapsed to his knees sweeting.
Karnus breathed a sigh of relief ‘Thought I over did it.’
He lowered to the ground slowly and walked to his brother his father doing the same.
Karnus helps his brother up. “You ok?” he asked, they may fight but he still cares for his little brother.
“Yea - *pant* just - *pant* - tired” Terus responded with heavy breaths.
“Well guess I was wrong.” Karnus said “they maybe powerful but were stronger than them it’s in our blood and body that makes us stronger and you know that Terus.” Karnus finished.
Terus only nodded, he was right.
“Anyway.” The Father of the two cut in. “I think you should eat both of you might be hungry after -” He was cut off by loud growls.
Karnus and Terus looked at their stomachs.
“Well of you go” he finished
The two went to eat.

Terus and Karnus sat eating a lot of food and talking to each other
“So this ‘Kamehameha’ attack can be manipulated into different sizes and forms?” Karnus asked him.
“Yea and I think I can control it too but it would take more effort to do it.” Terus replied, he takes a big bite of meat.
Karnus eats a fruit but a question pops up in his head.
“Do you think we could live on the bl – I mean Earth?”
Terus pauses his mouth still full of food.
“I donf know.” He swallowed his bite then continued.
“They seem peaceful especially one named Son – Goku.” Terus was inspired by him.
“Son – Goku?” Karnus looked at Terus confused.
“He’s someone powerful and he has a tail like us!”
Karnus was taking a drink when Terus replied and nearly chocked on it.
“WHAT!!??”
Terus was taken back by his outburst. “What? I thought everyone has a tail.” He responded innocently.
Karnus went deep into thought.
‘A Saiyan… living on Earth…How?’
Karnus opened his mouth to say something
*BOOOOOM*
A large explosion rocked the ship and the lights cut out, alarms were going off,
‘Father’ Karnus thought, he got up and ran to the door with Terus following him.
“What’s going on?!” Terus asked his brother.
“I don’t know but we have to find father!” They ran down the narrow hallways.
Terus hears something behind them, it sounded like.
“Someone is behind us!” He yelled. Karnus looked behind them and saw three men in the same type of armor they were wearing.
Karnus looked ahead to find two more in front of them forcing them to stop.
Looking at the men around them they didn’t recognize their species. One spoke up.
“Well looky here, the poor bastard has kids.”
“Let’s kill em” said another.
“Not yet, I bet he wants to see them before they die.” Another enemy appears.
This one was taller than the others, he had lime green skin with a very dark green hair.
“If you come quietly, we may let you live, what do you say?”
Karnus’ response is –
*WHAM! *
A punch to the face.
The figure growls an order. “Get Them.”
Both Karnus and Terus take they’re stances and attack.
Karnus takes one out easily, the other did hit him, but they aren’t that strong enough to cause any pain.
Terus is easily dodging the three from behind; he took them out, but he is still tired without rest, so the toll was getting to him.
With only one opponent left they turn to him, staring at him.
“You may be strong.” A Dark red aura emits around him. “But I’m nothing like them.” He got into a stance, Karnus and Terus following suit, staring at each other until they charge.

/Observatory main room/
The pod was open, a big hole in the room, air being sucked by the vacuum.
Slowly a tall blue figure steps out the pod.
“Burter.” The elder Saiyan addresses him.
“What?” his raspy sarcastic tone bellowed. “Can’t drop in to say hi?” he grins.
“Azulnic.”
The elder Saiyan tensed. “What are you doing here with Zarbon?” he asked
Burter smiled. “To take care of some pests” he charged at incredible speeds and grabbed Azulnic by the throat, lifting him up.
“Lord Freiza want’s all Saiyan’s eliminated.” He tightened his grip around the Saiyan’s neck.
Azulnic knees him in the gut forcing him to let go and grab his stomach.
The Saiyan backed a good distance from Burter.
“You’ll pay for that.” He growls
After he recomposes himself, he raised a brow.
“Do you think you can fight the fastest thing in the universe?” he asked.
Azulnic got into a fighting stance. “I’m not holding back.” He threatens Burter.
Burter takes a stance, both waiting for one to move.
They both charge at each other roaring.

/Hallway 7 feet from main room\
Karnus is thrown into a wall as Terus is trying to attack Zarbon but him being tougher than anticipated.
Zarbon hits Terus in the dead in the face knocking him into the wall.
Both brothers get up and look at each other, nodding they power up and charge at Zarbon.
Zarbon is blocking the attacks
“Gwacch!” until Terus gut punches him with Karnus kicking him in the face sending him back a bit. “Why You Little!” he charges but the brothers dodged the attacks trying to wear him down.
“You Annoying Little Pests!” He roared
He after images behind them charging hitting Karnus in the face sending him back then charging right for Terus, but Terus thought of how he hit Karnus earlier.
He waited for a bit then after images beside Zarbon and spin kicks him in the face making him hit the wall putting a dent in it.
Zarbon got up fury in his eyes.
“THAT’S IT IM GONNA KILL YOU!” he charges directly at Terus. Karnus recovers from the attack and sees Zarbon charge.
“Terus! Get Out of The Way!” he yells but Terus just stood there.
‘What is he Doing!?’ he sees Zarbon getting close.
“Terus MOVE!”
Terus stays still, then cups his hands together.
“Kamehame-Ha!”
He hits Zarbon at point blank range sending him back into the wall, pinning him there for a moment.
Terus stops and draws heavy breaths still tired from his earlier fight.
Zarbon falls off the wall onto the floor unconscious.
Karnus runs over to his brother. “That was idiotic of you.” Terus was about to retort but Karnus cuts him off.
“But it was a smart way to take him down.” He finished then takes off. “Come on we’ve got to help, father needs us.” Terus runs after him.

/Observatory main room\
Azulnic hits Burter in the chin with a punch then kicks him sending him flying.
Burter catches himself and charges at him but the Saiyan after images beside him and kicks him in the side sending him flying again.
Azulnic charges after him and combos him, Burter catches his hand and shoots a Ki blast point blank into his chest sending him across the room and onto the floor.
The Saiyan slowly rises to his feet both him and Burter breathing heavily.
“Not bad for an ape.” Burter mocks.
Azulnic growls to which Burter just grinned he powers up his aura a dark blue, he charges straight for the Saiyan but as soon as he is in striking distance, he is sent flying and hits the ground with a ‘thud’.
A small figure was in front of him, he knew instantly who it was.
“Karnus!”
Karnus looks to him.
“Father!” Terus ran in panting tired.
“Terus! What are you two doing here you two should go into the escape pods!” Azulnic yelled at them to go but they are being stubborn.
“Not with Out you!” Karnus retorted.
Burter gets up with a growl. “You Little Brat, DO Not Interfere!” he threatened the young Saiyan.
“I’ll Fight with you dad!” Terus said with enthusiasm.
“Me too.” Karnus got into a stance with Terus.
Burter grins “Hmm…three against one…hardly fair.” His tone in a sarcastic rhythm.
“You’re not alone.” Said another voice
All four turned to see Zarbon at the door of the room.
“I’m not done with you yet.” He then after images behind Terus and grabs him. “Especially you!”
Karnus tries to hit him but he again after images beside Burter.
“Surrender.” His voice filled with malice.
Karnus growls while Azulnic drops his stance.
“Good, now this is your last chance to come with us quietly and – AHHH!”
Terus bites his arm letting the Saiyan go.
Terus kicks both in opposite directions, Zarbon recovers first.
“Damn You Little Monkey Brat!” he shot a Ki wave with a yell; it hits Terus directly.
Terus being tired he was instantly K.O.
Zarbon tries to finish him but Karnus is already in front of him, Burter was behind him about to strike until Azulnic kicks him and shoots a Ki blast at Zarbon.
“You take Terus to one of their pods and Leave!”
Karnus was about to retort but.
“NOW!” Karnus growls but listens as he picks up his brother and takes him to a pod and puts him in.
“Be safe my Brother.” He said as he closed the hatch and the pod starts to take off. He rejoins his father as he was being punched by Zarbon while Burter held him…until he got elbowed in the kidney and Zarbon gets kicked in the side.
Zarbon gets up and sees something out of the corner of his eye, one of the pods was leaving and he knew instantly who its passenger was.
“Not on My Watch!” he out stretches his hand and shoots a Ki wave blast. “No One escapes!”
Karnus and Azulnic look at Zarbon and see him shoot at the pod with Terus in it.
*BOOM* the pod is not destroyed but badly damaged.
“NOOO!” Azulnic cries.
Karnus charges at Zarbon with rage in his eyes.
“YOU! BASTARD!!!” he hits Zarbon square in the face, Zarbon recovers and kicks him sending him flying.
He is caught by his father and set beside them, both take their stances and wait, Rage still burning inside.
Zarbon and Burter are side by side their auras around them as they powered up.
It’s a showdown Two V.S Two now.

The pod was still going but everything inside was either sparking or smoking.
The pod was traveling fast still, a light in the shape of a star is seen… and the pod is heading straight towards it.
As soon as the pod made contact a *POP* was all it could be seen taking the pod with it, leaving no trace of it.

/The Crystal Empire\
The place was peaceful, there were no signs of trouble for the last 8 years.
It has been calm and quiet, the cool brisk night air covering the land.
But one day two fillies were out in the woods that surround the city.

“We shouldn’t be here…” one said
The other one just scoffed. “Come on it’s just for one hour.” She looked beside a tree to see a squirrel.
“Well my parents won’t like it that I’m out here alone.” The first one said.
“You’re not alone you’re with me!” the second one just replied with a smile.
But the first one just frowned, causing the other one to sigh.
“Flurry heart you’re an alicorn you’ll be fine.”
Flurry heart just sighed. “I know I’m an alicorn Blue Rose but my father may ground me and I’ll never see you again.” Her voice was sad.
Blue rose had an idea to cheer her up. “You’re a princess, so you can do whatever you want when you’re older and your dad can’t do anything about it.”
Flurry heart finally smiled.
“And besides he has no reason to be – out -” Blue trailed off which worried Flurry heart.
“What? What’s wrong?” Blue didn’t answer so she tried again.
“What’s Wrong!?”
Blue just points with a semi-long ‘uh’, Flurry looks to where she is pointing.
A large looking star was in the sky, then it just Popped and vanished.
Not a moment later a comet like object was visible… and is heading in their direction.
…
The object fly’s overhead.
*BOOM*
A large explosion rocked the forest making Blue rose excited to no content.
“Come on! We gotta see what it is!” she grabs Flurry’s hoof and pulls her to the crash site.
/30 seconds before\
A white pony with a dark blue mane with bright blue highlight was pacing back and forth mumbling ‘where is she’ over and over again, he looks out side at the city below.
“Calm down honey” said a voice behind him, he sighs.
“She isn’t back yet and -”
He was cut off by someone hugging him.
“Shining she’s at her friend’s house, she won’t go anywhere without telling us.” His wife Candace a pink alicorn mare with a yellow pink and purple mane and tail which curled to the bottom calmed him down a bit.
“I know it’s just I don’t won’t her to get hurt.” Shining finished.
“You’re cute when you care.” She kissed him.
But at the corner of her eye she saw something, she looks.
“Honey?” Candace asks, her husband looks to her. “What? What is it?”
She points to it. “Look.”
Shining does just that and sees what looks to be a bright star.
“what is - ?” the star vanished leaving a comet like object falling out of the sky
It fell down into the forest.
*BOOM!* An explosion rocked the castle causing the ground to shake even from the castle.
“What in the name of Celestia was that?!” Shining looks to the forest smoke rising from the source.
“I’ll assemble the guard” Shining said as he went out of his room.
‘Please flurry heart don’t be hurt.’

The two fillies reach the crash site.
“Wow.” Blue rose said in shock and excitement.
There was a crater about 12ft in diameter and 2-3ft deep, it left a huge clearing as the trees around it were splintered, knocked down, or just ash, smoke filled the air.
Blue wanted to get closer.
“Let’s go see what is in the middle.” She said with joy.
“I don’t think we should…” Flurry tried to reason, but Blue ignored it.
Blue got closer and Flurry decided to follow her.
When they reach the middle an object is visible after the smoke cleared a bit.
It was spherical and white with a red dot in one spot.
“Huh?” Blue looks at it closely. “I wonder what it is?” she asked no one in particular.
“Maybe it’s a space ship…”
*BANG! *
As soon as the words left Flurry heart the object made a noise.
*BANG! *
Another.
Blue looked to see what it was.
*BANG! * - *BANG! * - *BANG! *
Both start to see a part of the ship open.
*BOOM! *
The door is flung open and sent flying off into the forest, the two fillies followed its path.
Then the heard a noise.
‘UGGHH’
They turn back to see a ‘claw’ like thing grab the edge of the hole.
Both fillies froze terrified that they were looking at a monster form space.
‘UUHHG – *cough*’
Another ‘claw’ came out with another noise, a figure appeared in the silhouette of the smoke from inside.
It pulled itself out and –
*Floop*…fell to the ground.
When smoke cleared from the ship a bit both fillies’ eyes went wide.
Laying on the ground was a creature like they hadn’t seen before.
### Quick Warning this part will change POV’s frequently. ###
/Terus POV\
He wakes up coughing to the smoke.
‘W-what happened? Where am I?’
Terus looks around he guesses he’s in an escape pod of sorts but it seemed different.
Controls were sparking and smoke clouding the air inside, having him guess he was hurt while escaping.
Since he knew nothing of this pod and the controls were damaged he knew that he would have to get the door open…by force.
He coughs again as he pulls his leg back and kicks,
*BANG! *
The sound of metal ringed.
‘Hmm guess I have to kick harder.’
He pulls his other leg back and kicks it again.
*BANG! *
The sound of metal scratching signified progress.
‘Ok’
He kicks the door three more times.
Left, right, left.
Then with one last push with both his legs he busts the door open.
Air rushed in, it cool and brisk.
He tries to get up but his body screams in protest with great pain.
*groan* Terus grabs the door frame with his left, then tries with his right.
*groan – cough*
He manages to grab it and slow pulls himself out…
‘Floop!’ he falls face first into ground.
/Blue rose and Flurry heart POV\
The creature was… odd.
Instead of being green, tall, and with long sharp claws, it was small and pale – ish.
“What is it?” Blue rose asked Flurry.
“I don’t know? It looks weird.”
They got closer to look at it better, details becoming clearer.
One it was small like them, it looked like a hairless ape at first but then they noticed its jet black mane that went in different directions and something around his waist that looked furry.
His ‘claws’ weren’t sharp at all in fact they were short and stubby than anything.
But what was most noticeable was what it was wearing, it was blue and covered most of his body…’Most of it.’
To Flurry it looked like armor like the guards she has seen, but it looked damaged as a part of his back was visible, when they look down they find that his feet were white and pointy.
“Is it dead?” Blue poked it.
*groan* Both fillies froze then backed up as it got up.
‘It stands on two legs?’ Flurry questioned in here mind.
As he stands up to its full height… it looked up.
/Terus POV/
Terus felt a prod on his head, he groaned and started to get up…as he finally rose to his feet he looked up and sees…well he doesn’t know what he sees.
‘Huh.’ He thought to himself, tilting his head.
He saw…two weird creatures.
One was a bright pink with a pinkish purple hair with a sky blue highlight and curls.
The other was mixed red and blue body with just a deep blue hair and scarlet highlight.
Both were staring at him.
He took notice that they were afraid.
/FH & BR POV\
The creature stood to its hind legs and looked at them.
They were afraid it would eat them…but it just tilted its head in curiosity.
“Huh” its voice seemed normal not like the aliens in the movies.
When both got a better look at the creature, they were shocked.
Its armor was severely damaged its entire right side was gone.
Underneath was scrapes, bruises, and…blood.
Blood was also coming from his mouth.
What else was noticeable was his build.
It had muscles that Flurry heart has seen on guards but it seems to have more strength.
Voices were heard behind them and not a minute later two crystal Pegasus guards showed up.
‘Uh-oh’ was all that Flurry could think of at that moment.
One of the guards looks at Flurry Heart.
“Princess what are you doing here?” The other guard looks at the creature in front of them and puts himself between the two.
“Stay behind us.” He ordered.
“Big Shine apprehend him.”
The other guard nodded and went to do his task.
In a quick motion the Pegasi guard charged to tackle him.
/Terus POV/
The reddish brown creature with a grey hair and wings nodded its head as the other one a blue with white and blue hair seemed to give and order, their armor looked strange to Terus.
The red creature charged at him but his movement was slow compared to what he’s used to, as soon as he got close Terus jumped back a few feet at an incredible speed.
/FH & BR POV/
The strange creature jumped back with speed thought impossible.
In a breath the creature takes a weird pose.
/Terus POV/
Terus took the turtle hermit stance and waited for his opponent, he didn’t have wait long since the guard threw a punch trying to gain a hold but Terus had no trouble dogging the attack.
The guard tried again but with the same result, once again he tries to hit him but this time he pulls his fist back and.
*POW!*
He hits the guard dead in the face, not wanting to cause any injury so he didn’t put much force into his attack…
/BR and FH POV/
The strange creature punches the guard and sends him flying a few feet landing on his face in the dirt and slides for a bit, then stops and settles.
The thought of him being hurt or even dead overwhelmed the ponies…then it subsided as the dirt blew away from his face which calms them.
But there is still the fact that he is unconscious and not moving, save for his breathing.
“H-He Knocked him out with one punch.” Blue whispered in awe.
But the other guard stared at the creature in disbelieve, to be able to knock out something bigger than itself and a Crystal guard is nothing short of incredible, the other guard took a stance and waits for the creature to move. But he didn’t, it stayed in place with its stance at the ready.
Minutes Pass which felt like hours, not long before more guards appeared with them a captain.
/Captains POV/
The captain looks around taking in on the situation. He notices the princess, the unknown creature…but most confusingly one his guards were out cold a few hooves (Feet if you’re wondering) away.
“Report” he asked the remaining guard.
The other guard leaned to the side not taking his eyes off the creature.
“This thing knocked Big Shine out cold with only one blow to the face, sir.” The Pegasus guard spoke in a quiet tone.
The unicorn captain’s gaze turn to the creature.
‘How?’ his mind began to ponder.
‘He managed to knock out one of our elite guards with one blow.’
Upon taking a closer look at the build of the creature he sees something he finds an oddity.
‘It’s seems too young for it to be that strong.’
So to avoid any more possible injuries he resorts to his magic to fully grab the threat, with it floating up.
The creature stagers as he trots up to it, stopping about 3 hooves from it and began to address the unknown.
“Now” he began. “For attacking a guard of the Crystal Empire you shall be arrested and brought to justice by prin-”
Suddenly the creature lets out a roar.
“RAAAH!”
The sound of shattering glass was the sound that showed power as the creature seamlessly broke out and fell to the ground.
Rising back up to its…‘hooves’ slowly.
It was at this point the captain noticed the condition of the creature, it seemed to be wounded and tired from what looks as if it was in a fight.
‘Impossible nothing has ever broken out of a telekinetic spell and holding charm let alone something that is tired!’
The captain was shocked for one to be able to break out of that must possess incredible power.
/FH&BR POV/
“Whoa…” Blue’s voice started to amp up.
“That’s so COOL.”
But Flurry had thought differently.
‘I-I Can’t-Believe It-’ Having no words to say she remained silent.
The odd creature again took his stance.
/Terus POV/
The only guard left took a stance to protect the two smaller ones behind it.
‘I don’t want to hurt them…’ he thought to himself.
‘Maybe if I-’ his thoughts were cut off by more guards appearing from the brush 6 to be exact.
In the front was one with a weird pointy thing sticking out of his/its head.
“Report.” He heard it speak to the other guard in a manner that made him remember the green guy from earlier
The one he asked speaks in a quiet tone so he didn’t hear him.
Then the one with the point on his head looked to him with slight shock.
‘They keep staring at me like I’m some kind of a monster.’
A moment later the guards…thing glows and he starts to feel tingly sensation accompanied by a strong hold.
‘Huh what’s-?’
Terus struggles before being lifted into the air.
‘I CAN’T MOVE!’
The guard gets closer to him.
Once he reaches 3ft he speaks.
“Now.” He starts.
“For attacking-”
‘I can break out, I just need to gain strength to do it.’ Terus slowly starts to build up some of his remaining Ki.
“-A guard of the-”
‘Almost there…’
“-Crystal Empire you shall be arrested and brought to justice by Pri-”
‘NOW!’
“RAAAAH!!!!”
He’s free but hits the ground from the effort of his tired body.
But despite that he rises to his feet and takes his stance, waiting for his opponent to make a move…to which he did.
It shoots a bluish ball at him; he dodges it with no issue.
But he does have a slight issue he REALLY doesn’t want to use Ki attacks on any of them, he doesn’t know if they can take it.
Nor does he feel like he can at the moment, this creature is relentless in its attack.
‘I can’t even get a breather.’
Suddenly the guard teleports behind him and lands a hit…with no effect.
Terus does a spin kick to the face sending him back a few feet and lands on his back.
‘HUH? He can afterimage? No that wasn’t it he was still in one place for a moment…must be like a…’ he drew a blank.
‘Never mind.’
The guard gets back up and teleports again…right in front of him, attempting to touch Terus with his pointy limb on its head.
Terus jumped back quickly, it shot at Terus forcing him (And as much he didn’t want to.) To use his energy.
As the orbs with trails flew at him, he raised his hands and deflected all three of them and sent them in all different directions.
Focusing back to the guard he saw his reaction.
The guards face was in full jaw dropped shock.
Terus snorted trying his best not to laugh.
/FH & BR POV/
The creature jumped back as the captain shot his spell at him, it moving at a fast speed…but as they closed in on the creature, they were deflected by it/he.
Everyponies jaw dropped.
“He-He’s amazing!” Blue Shouted in excitement.
Flurry was still in shock but noticed the look on the creature’s face…a goofy smile.
A light snort came from the creature as it tried to-
‘Is he trying not to laugh…It has feelings?’
Her mind shifted to full panic.
‘WAIT! It has feelings then why are we attacking it!?’
She came to a conclusion that it was scared and that they were cornering it.
Her theory instantly shot down from her thoughts as it just smiled and snorted…
‘If it isn’t afraid then what is it feeling?’
More noise came from the forest and from it came more guards…and 2 familiar faces.
‘I’m so dead…’
“Flutter Heart What Are You Doing Here!?” her father; Shining armor; asked.
She was paralyzed but before she or her father could say or do anything her mother spoke up.
“Honey look.” She points to the creature getting Shining’s attention.
The creature in question was staring back at them with a slightly annoyed look, just then the captain rushed at it…but was futile as the creature’s reflexes were faster as it dodged left.
Shining looks around to find an unconscious guard making more worried.
“What happened?” he asks his daughter.
Flutters words were stuck in her throat she didn’t know what to say.
Then…
*BANG! *
All attention was drawn to the explosion.
There was smoke where the creature once stood, it was gone with seemingly no trace…they thought it was over…until
“LOOK!” Blue shouted and pointed to the sky.
The creature was flying…FLYING! (In reality he really isn’t he’s more or less hovering.) About seven or eight hooves in the sky.
Nopony could believe it, this thing has no visible wings, yet it is flying in place.
/Terus POV/
As he was focused on the guard captain, he heard more movement in the bushes.
‘OH COME ON!’ he thought in a childlike annoyance.
‘CAN I GET A BREAK FOR ONCE!?’
He was starting to get slightly agitated.
More guards came into view and…what seemed to like to him… two higher ups.
“Flutter Heart What Are You Doing Here!?” he heard one shout…the one beside it pointed to him getting its attention on him.
Terus stared with an annoyed look; it was really not his day.
But as he was paying attention to the newcomers, he heard something fast approaching him.
Looking he saw the guard charging at him.
Reacting quickly, he dodges the guard and moves back again, which seemed to frustrate the guard even more by the look on his/its face.
It charges its foreign limb with some big attack.
‘It’s like Ki but it seems to work different’
Terus noted that he can barely think as it is…he is exhausted, making it impossible to make complex notifications clearly.
He feels as if he’s gonna pass out soon.
The guard launches his attack it flying fast towards him…it’s too powerful at the moment to deflect it so he does the next best thing.
He shoots up as soon as its close it hitting the ground and exploding.
The weird creatures seem to have thought that did it and it was over…
“Maybe I can get away and-” That was shattered by a shout of ‘LOOK’.
‘Dammit.’ He cursed, this was getting more and more frustrating by the minute.
He sees that they are in awe of him being in the air hovering above their heads.
So he finally decides to take the offensive.
‘It seems to be my only option to get away.’
He looks to the guard that was attacking him and formed a Ki ball in his hand…and throws it right at him.
With a strong impact it exploded causing more dust to rise…
Seconds pass and the guard isn’t harmed, his limb was glowing and there was a bubble-like thing around him.
He wasn’t hurt…but he was tired…sweat lined his fur making it matted, to Terus it seemed like it took a lot of effort to block his Ki blast.
But that didn’t mean he was done.
“THAT’S IT TIME TO END THIS!!” he shouted really pissed off.
His limb glows, but this time it was lighting the ground around him.
“THIS IS MY POWER.”
“CAPTAIN DON’T!” another voice tried to stop him causing Terus to look at the one who ‘tried’ the little pink one.
Hearing the guard roar Terus looks back to see that the guy shot his attack at him.
With it charging right for him and him not having enough time to dodge it he could only do one thing…Block.
Raising both arms in an ‘X’ covering his body and bracing for the impact.
/FH, BR & OTHER POV/
The creature crosses its forehooves across its body and takes the magic head on.
*BOOM*
The smoke covers the area where the creature stood…when it cleared the unthinkable sight was seen.
The creature was still alive and conscious.
Its arms had only scrapes from the blast…but it was breathing slightly.
Now it’s angry…by the look on its face…it was gritting its teeth.
It turned its body its right facing the captain…its claws cupped together in front then brought to its center.
“KA-ME-HA-ME…” as it spoke a blue ball of light forms in its claws…A PURE POWERFUL energy; the glow lighting everything near it.
“HAAAAA!!!” it screams a blue beam shoots from its claws and heads right for the captain…hitting him dead on.
The explosion rocked the area and made everyone struggle to stay up.
“SWEET CELESTIA!!” The Pegasi guard from earlier shouted.
“COOOLLL!” Blue still excited.
“In-Incredible.” Shining was stunned.
“Such Power.” Candace was equally stunned.
Flurry Heart only had one thing left to say.
“I-It’s Amazing…”
Smoke covered the spot of the captain.
The creature was panting hard, and the captain was nowhere to be seen…when the smoke started to clear revealing a small crater…then a hoof reached out and climbed up.
“O-Ow…that stung”
The creature passes out and falls to the ground leaving small series of cracks.
Shining starts to walk up to the creature and draws his sword and raises it.
“SHINING WAIT!” he looks to his wife.
“It’s a threat to us all we must finish it!”
“NO let me take a look at it.” She commanded.
“But-”
She stares at him intensely and he gives.
“F-Fine just be careful this thing is dangerous.”
Candace smiled.
‘Always works.’
She walks over to the unconscious creature while Shining was sheathing his sword still cautious.
Candace looks the creature over and notices its armor seems to be in rough shape…gently she flips it over to examine it further…only for her eyes to widen.
Its armor was BADLY damaged, it had scrapes, bruises, and…dried blood.
“Did any of you do this?” She asked in a somewhat deathly tone to the guards.
“N-No your highness…it was like that when we first arrived.” The Pegasi guard at the start of all this responded.
“So you just attacked it?” She pressed.
“N-No Not at all Big Shine tried to apprehend it but showed resistance…” The guard was sweating bullets.
“Which adds to the reason we should-” Shining tried to argue.
“Shining it was hurt when it arrived and we tried to capture it.”
“But-”
“If you were hurt and end up in a place you don’t know and strange things try to capture you; How would you react?” She asks a valid point.
Shining tried to think of something to say but couldn’t…she was right…always is.
“You see? It was defending itself and look.” She points to the now waking guard who it knocked out cold earlier, Big Shine rubbing his head.
“I don’t mean to speak out of turn Prince Shining but she is right…when I was engaging him I felt like it was restricting itself to do anything harmful…which also worries me.”
Shining feeling defeated sighs.
“Ok, but still…we don’t know what it’s fully capable of…”
Then he asks the million bit question.
“So how did it get here?”
Flurry Heart gains some courage and responds.
“That.” She points to the spherical object and everypony looks.
Shining starts to circle around the pod while the captain searches inside.
The outside was dented, panels open with wires sticking out with sparks here and there; not too bad.
The inside was much worse however.
The captain slowly looks inside, a large spark makes him jump but he continues.
The smell of smoke and some form of electric smell was pungent.
There is a chair inside to fit only one pony or thing inside…the overall advanced technology was awe inspiring…unfortunately most of it was damaged, emitting sparks or smoke, or both.
The captain notices something by the chair and uses his magic to inspect it.
Its white with a purple glass outstretching to the side…like half of glasses…looking to the side of it he notices a headphone like cushion on it like what DJ’s wear.
He cautiously puts it by his ear...*Click*…it clamps onto his ear making him jolt in reaction.
It wasn’t uncomfortable, just barely noticeable.
The captain looks inside one last time before turning around.
Shining completes his trot around the pod, looking to the captain.
“So?”
The one addressed turns to Shining, to which his boss notices the weird thing on his face.
“The inside is completely damaged sir.”
Shining just stares at him.
“Sir?” the captain grew concerned.
“What’s that?” Shining asks.
The captains’ face only showed confusion…before remembering what he is wearing.
“OH…this…I…Don’t know.”
The other guards start to come around the two, who are also curious.
“What’s that there?” one asked.
“What’s what?” The captain was lost.
“There’s something red on the side of it…looks like a button.”
The captain searches with his hoof to find said button.
Giving a press the device comes to life making beeps and displaying some text, and what seems to be numbers on the glass.
“Huh.” He looks to Shining and the device beeps a few times then stops.
“What does it do?” Another guard asks gaining the attention to him.
When the captain looks to him the device beeps again, changing from what it had displayed just before.
Looking back to Shining it does it again and it was the previous display.
“Hmm…I’m taking a wild guess but it looks like an indicator of some sort.”
“Of what?” Shining asked…which he thought was stupid right after.
“I don’t know exactly.”
Shining hums in thought.
“Well, we’ll have some scientists take a look at it.” With that Shining walked to his daughter to check on her.
“Are you ok?”
“Yes” she responded a little quietly.
“What are you doing here in the first place?” his tone showed concern.
Flurry doesn’t know how to respond so Blue speaks up.
“Some bullies at school dared us to they called us chickens.”
‘So that’s why…’ Shining closes his eyes remembering his days at school.
“You know there are better ways to deal with bullies than taking a dare from them.” He told both of them, and the two bowing her heads in shame.
“Let me ask you something.”
Both look up to him
“When you first encountered the creature did it show any sign of aggression to you?” He wants to know this things intentions.
“No.” Flurry responds quickly.
Blue continues in a childlike explanation.
“When it looked at us it turned its head and said ‘Huh.’” She attempted to impersonate the creature.
“It seemed confused about us…like it has never seen anything like us.” Flurry nervously added.
“And when he hit that pony’s spell out of the way; (proceeding to point at the captain who engaged it) it smiled big and tried not to laugh.” The hit the spell part caught Shining’s attention.
“Wait he hit captain Pureheart’s spell ‘out the way?’”
With childish glee Blue responded.
“Yep he just smacked it like an annoying fly.”
This made Shining even more cautious of this being.
“Well I’m off to speak to the captain.” Shining turns and trots to the captain to get his report on the matter but not before.
“And when we get back home Flurry we are going to have a long talk.” He continues getting an “aww” in response from his daughter making him smile.
Shining finding the captain searching the area, decides to ask,
“Captain.” Captain Pureheart turns to Shining.
“Yes Sir.”
“Did the creature, as my daughters friend puts it. ‘Hit your spell out of the way?’”
The captain shrinks a bit from embarrassment.
“Uh…yes?”
“And did it seem to smile and hold back laughter.”
That made the captain think for a second before responding.
“Now that you mention it…yes it did, it even snorted.”
“Any idea as to why?”
“Well…I Did have my mouth wide open.”
“What spell did you use?” Shining asks.
“A Paralysis spell at full charge.”
This made Shining reel back in shock.
‘A Paralysis spell, it deflected a Paralysis spell…A spell that stops anything that touches…and it smacked away…’
He believed it impossible…but remembered the ‘magic’ it used earlier. Shining has never felt anything so potent before…it even rivaled his little sister in terms raw power as far as he knows.
He reliefs the captain and trots back to his wife.
“Anything?” Asking her she responds.
“Yes and no.”
Earning a confused look she continued.
“Well it’s male for one, and very young looking, a child about the same age as our daughter.”
Shining only closed his eyes his thoughts were confused as to how not only a trained guard…but a captain was bested by a child.
“As for memories…can’t tell…he’s so tired his mind is blank and judging by his armor and by him fighting it’s no guess why.”
Shining decided to share what he knows.
“As much as I don’t like saying this, but you were right it h-”
“He.” Candace corrected him.
“Well ‘he’ has feelings.”
Candace smiled at that admittance.
“I-He appeared to show confusion when it-HE…saw our daughter and her friend as they told me…and he smiled from deflecting captain Pureheart’s Paralysis spell.”
Candace’s face show surprise at the young child did such a thing…but she didn’t decide to question it but did question another.
“Why did he smile?” She asked, not sure why it would snort at something like that simply.
“Well it didn’t just smile it snorted from the captain’s reaction to him doing such a thing.”
“That’s good to hear…now let’s get home and get this – boy some medical help.” She got an objection.
“You want to take this thing back to the Crystal Empire?” Shining asked shocked at his wife’s notion.
“Shining he’s hurt and needs help, so I’m taking him back and have our doctors patch him up.”
Shining again tries to argue but his wife’s gaze was unbeatable so just sighs.
“Alright, alright…but if he attacks us, it’s on you.”
Smiling Candace lifts the boy and places him on her back and trots back home.
One of the guards offered but she politely refused.
Flurry was right beside her mother, her friend right next to her.
“Mom?”
“Yes Sweetie?”
“Do you think dad is mad at me?”
“No Sweetie he’s not, he’s just worried that’s all.”
Flurry felt better slightly.
Her friend getting bored decided to ask.
“Ain’t he heavy?” Blue referring to the unconscious child.
“No, Not at all; he may be strong but he is incredibly light too.”

Soon they exit the forest and enter the carriage that they have arrived in.
Candace sets the child on the right side of her, her husband sits next to her and flutter sits across.
“Can my friend come?” Flurry asked her parents.
Both looked at each other before Candace asked.
“Will your parents be ok with it?”
Blue smiles widely.
“Yep my dad works with at the castle, and my mom is a guard.”
Both now remember who her parents are.
“Then yes she can.” Shining said, noting to call for them as soon as they get back.
Blue hops in the carriage and sits beside Flurry.
The carriage takes off to the castle.

Once they arrive the creature was rushed to the medical wing and the two guards were examined, they were fine…just battered.
Shining was speaking to Blue’s parents about the whole thing, the said filly pouting beside them.
“We are terribly sorry for our daughters behavior.” Blue’s Father; A bright blue stallion with blue hair; spoke with an apologetic tone.
“we’ll make sure she’ll be learning from this.” Blue’s mother; a red coated mare with black hair with scarlet highlights here and there.
“I’m quite certain they were influenced.” Only getting confusion he continues.
“Some kids at school dared them to stay in the forest for an hour at night.”
They understood instantly.
“AHH~” Blue’s father started get annoyed.
“Well I should have a talk with those kid’s parents.” The blue stallion huff slightly.
“Yeah, You and me both.” Shining agreed.
Candace came to the three and added her two bits.
“It’s ok Mrs. and Mr. Rose, Our daughters were trying to stick up for themselves; they just did it the wrong way.”
Flurry was looking around before she noticed that her friend was missing from her parents’ side.
“Psst.”
She hears a voice call to her.
Looking in the direction of the call she sees her friend in the entry way to the medical rooms.
“Come on.”
Blue motions with her hoof.
Flurry looking to her parents and seeing that they were busy talking to Blue’s parents she trots over to her friend.
“let’s go see it.” Blue says in a hushed tone.
They slowly creep into the room where the creature was in.
Noticing that the being was still asleep Blue enters.
“What are you doing?” Flurry asked as she followed.
*Groan*
Then icy fear sets in as the creature woke with a groan…gulping they freeze.
/Terus POV/
Terus wakes with a groan.
He’s tired, in pain, and VERY hungry…this is Hell.
Terus slowly opens an eye only to sequence because of the bright light above him.
‘Jeez that’s bright.’
Slowly he sits up to see that he is in a white room and laying in a comfortable bed.
He also notices that he is partially naked save for his pants.
What replaced his armor was bandages across his chest.
Looking up he sees two familiar figures in front of the door.
‘Hey, it’s those weird things from earlier.’
Looking them over he starts to get a better understanding.
‘They look like Earths horses…but smaller…and with strange things coming of them…’
He quickly notices the small pink one open its mouth.
“H-Hello?” it was very timid.
‘They can talk.’ He heard them earlier…he just wasn’t sure at that moment.
Deciding to respond.
“Hi” his tone was cherry, seemingly making them relax a little.
“You can talk?” The little blueish red one asked.
“Uhh…Yea?” Terus didn’t know how to respond to that.
“What are you…a hairless ape.” He took slight offence to that…but didn’t say anything.
The pink one turns and stares at the girl who ask. (As he’s guessing as female.)
“I’m a Saiyan.” He simply responds.
“A Say-in?”
“No Sai-yan.”
He starts to spell it out.
“S-A-I-Y-A-N.” She Oh’s.
Now he asks a question.
“What are you…You look like horses.”
“We’re Ponies.” The blue one sounded offended.
“Huh…but you have wings?”
“I’m a Pegasus.”
Now the pink one speaks up.
“I’m an alicorn, there are three races; Pegasi, Unicorns, and Earth ponies; alicorns are made of all three.”
“What’s a Unicorn.”
She points to her head.
“You see this?”
He nods.
“Its called a ‘Horn’ and all unicorns have a horn and can use magic.”
Terus was interested in this ‘Magic.’ It felt similar yet different to Ki.
“What’s your name?” She asks him.
With a smile. “Terus.”
“Terus?” he nods.
“Yep, what’s yours?”
The bluish one speaks first.
“I’m Blue rose.”
Then the pink one.
“And I’m Princess Flurry Heart.” She bows as a sign of respect.
The two ponies get closer and sit on both sides of the bed.
“So, what is a Saiyan?” Blue asks.
/Pony POV. /
Back at the waiting room the parents of the two children were still talking.
“Well we’ll make sure that she understands right Bl-” Her mother notices that Blue isn’t there anymore.
Shining looks finding the same result.
“Oh come on.” He says to himself taking off to the creature’s room His wife behind him and Blue’s parents close behind.
Once they reach the room they prepared for the ‘worst’…only to see that the three were talking.
“So you have a brother?” Blue asked making the creature give a wide smile.
“Yep he’s older than me.”
“What’s his name?” Flurry asked next.
“Karnus.”
Candace smiled at there interaction with the newcomer.
“Seems like they made a friend.”
Shining remains silent and walks in with her and Blue’s parents in tow.
“So what are these?” Flurry refers to the claw like appendage.
“There called hands and each of these are called a finger.” It holds three of the stubby things on its ‘hand.’
“And the other two?” Blue points to the two that it isn’t holding up.
“Small one is called a pinky, the big one is called a thumb.”
Blue seemed fascinated with the whole hand’s thing…to much it would seem.
The young creature notices Shining stand a few hooves from the door and bed; it jumps in reaction…then grabbing its chest in pain and hissing a curse they never heard.
“Ease yourself were not here to harm you.” Candace speaks in a soft calming tone making the child relax a little.
“What’s your name?” his tone was slightly demanding.
Before the one address could speak Flurry spoke up.
“Terus.”
“Terus?” Candace asked confused on the name.
“Yep.” She seemed to be more chipper when knowing his name.
“And what is he…he looks like a hairless ape.” Shining inadvertently asked.
The child stared at Shining with some anger…and malice making Shining sweat a little.
‘Ohhh Crapbaskets…must have offended him.’
Candace stared at Shining too with similar result.
‘Don’t make them angry…Got it.’
“He’s a Saiyan.” Flurry tells them.
“A Say-in?” Candace tries and butchers the term.
“No Saiyan, S-A-I-Y-A-N.” She corrects her mother much like Terus did to them making him snort again.
“Saiyan?” This time she gets it.
“Yep, A Saiyan; he said he’s from the warrior race called Saiyan’s.”
Blue explained in excitement.
“A warrior race, so that explains your skills in fighting.” Shining notes in a serious tone.
But Terus just smiled widely.
“Yep were a strong race that loves to fight.”
This sparks a question from Shining.
“Where are you from?”
Terus’ once happy face changes to a face of loss making it obvious that Shining stepped on a land mine.
“I don’t know much…but my father told me that we’re from planet called Vegeta but that’s all, I lived on a ship called an ‘Observatory’ for years.”
“How did you get here and why?” Shining presses another question.
Candace stares at him in anger.
“Stop! Can’t you see your upsetting him?” She whispered in his ear.
“I…Don’t know…I know I came here in a pod similar to the ones on the observatory but…with more controls…I don’t know what happened after I was knocked out…”
That raised concern to everyone.
‘He was unconscious before he got here?’ Shining had a hard time to think about it.
A deafening silence took the room before anyone said anything.
“Can you show us what happened before you were unconscious?” Candace asked with care.
That made Terus stare at her in confusion.
“How can I show you?”
“By letting me see your memories.”
Terus was silent for a moment thinking it over, shrugging his shoulders he replied.
“Sure.”
She trots up to him, her horn glowing a bright teal.
Her horn touches his forehead, his mind is projected to the wall behind them.
First, they see him lying in a bed unable to sleep, getting up he moves to unoccupied room and starts some sort of training.
Next, they see him use the attack he used on the captain earlier before fainting.
After the attack blew up two new faces came to see what happened.
One young one looking similar to him but older looking with a dark green armor, everypony chalking it up to being his elder brother, and another older looking one who shared nearly the same look as the two children, him in a white armor with two shoulder guards one of which was cracked.
The two children get into an argument which escalates to a duel between the two.
The duel itself was awe inspiring, they moved so fast that they couldn’t see them and hit so hard that made everypony flinch at just the impact.
The conclusion of the duel was met when the elder brother won with his power, hitting Terus but only making him tired.
Both kids were eating when a sudden explosion shook the ship and the alarm went off, worried the elder goes to help his father with Terus right behind him.
They get into engagement with some mean looking things but were dealt with quickly.
It was the one who lead them that gave the two kids a hard time.
After some smart but risky thinking by Terus the two children progress to see their father was fighting another tough enemy.
The three prepare to engage but the earlier threat came back and grabbed Terus quickly using him as a hostage.
Terus bites his captor and kicks the two guys away.
They caught a brief glimpse of one of the pods that Terus had arrived in.
“Damn You Little Monkey Brat!” His captor yelled in a fury and shoots an attack at him knocking him out instantly.
With that the memories end there and everyone is shocked to disbelieve.
“Whoa…” Blue was speechless…mostly.
“That’s-Unbelievable.” Shining found himself giving sympathy to the I-Terus.
‘He’s much stronger than I thought…’ Shining thought to himself.
“Wow.” Blue’s father could only say and for him to be speechless is rare…
Candace looks Terus in the eyes; concern showed pure in her face.
Terus was a little upset…but him surprising everypony.
“It’s ok I’m fine, My father and brother can take those two.” He gives a smile…which changes to surprise when a little filly hugs him.
“But those two hurt you and your family.” Flurry hugged in attempt to comfort Terus…DOING the exact opposite.
A blush comes to his face…this is the first time he has hugged a girl.
“Umm~” Having no idea how to respond in this situation.
Candace gives a warm smile.
“Aww~” Blue teases.
“Terus and Flurry sitting in a tree, K-I-S-S-I-N-G.”
Flurry quickly let’s go in a blush of her own and retorts.
“IT’S NOT LIKE THAT I JUST FEEL BAD!”
“Sure You do~” Blue gives a sly smile.
Flurry just sits back down and pouts cutely, a blush still on her face.
Candace and Blues parents share a giggle (Chuckle in Mr. Blues’ case.) While Shining frowned at the encounter.
“Any way what else is there…OH! Our names I forgot…I’m Mi Amore Cadenza but call me Candace.”
She outstretched her hoof and he stares in confusion before realizing what she was doing.
Grabbing her hoof, he gently shakes it.
“And that is my husband and Flurry’s father Shining Armor.”
Shining only nods his head.
Terus looks at Flurry and back to Candace seeing a similarity.
“You’re her mother?” He asked.
Candace nodded.
Blue trots to her parents.
“And these are my parents.” They introduce themselves.
“I’m Carlena Rose.” The red mare smiled.
“And I’m Red Rose.” The ‘blue’ stallion nodded.
‘But he’s blue…Wha?’
“And we’re both guards in this castle.”
“And we’re the rulers of this nation you’re in.” Candace points to herself and Shining.
‘Royalty…that…isn’t good…I heard from my father speaking about how King Vegeta quote on quote ‘Damned’ the Saiyan race with the stunt he pulled with King Cold and his son.’
With introductions out of the way Terus had came up with a question, one that made him feel dumb for not asking sooner.
“Where am I?”
“You’re in the medical ward of our castle of the Crystal Empire.” Candace replied when Terus was about to ask Shining spoke up.
“In Equeastria.”
A pair of hoofs started to get closer as a doctor entered the room carrying a clip board.
Looking up he noticed the two royals he quickly bows
“Oh, your highnesses I didn’t expect you to be here.”
“We just wanted to check up on our guest.” She smiled.
The doctor clears his throat and continues.
“Considering that the state that it was in and the extent of its fighting suggest that-”
“Sorry to interrupt doctor, but we already know.” Candace interrupted him and pointed to the awake Saiyan who waves.
“Hi, I’m Terus.” He simply responds with a smile.
Not going off beat he again continues.
“Err well I did a scan of the power this creature used as requested…and its surprising to say the least.”
He read the clip board he was holding.
“And?” Shining asked wanting to know how far he is on the scale.
“Well…it excels above a 5th grade master unicorn mage…plus the fact that it-”
“He.” Candace interjected slowly taking in the reality of scale.
“-R-Right…that ‘he’ was tired.”
There was massive shock made everypony stare at him.
Terus got nervous and smiles slightly.
Blue decides to ask a good question.
“What was that blue thing you made?”
“What?” Terus doesn’t know what she means.
“You know…the big blue ball you made in you cla-Hands and shot it.”
Terus still was confused before a strike of realization when he gets the question.
“Oh, You mean the Kamehameha?”
“YES!” she shouts at him making him flinch.
“I use Ki.”
Everypony just stared…
“Ki?” They all ask in unison.
Terus outstretches his hand and opened his palm facing the ceiling.
A sudden ball of yellow energy formed in his hand about the size of an orange.
“This is Ki.” He gestures to the ball.
“It’s the power of every living thing and can be used to the imagination of the user.”
“So what can you do?” Flurry asked him.
“A lot, I can increase my strength, speed, and power; push my body to its max if I desire and if I have the stamina.”
Candace started to get an idea of how it works.
“So is that how you were flying?” she asked wonder if every living thing has this ‘Ki’ then other ponies can fly too.
Terus shakes his head.
“I was Hovering not flying.”
Candace was confused by his response.
“I don’t Really know how to fly yet.”
Giving a questionable look she presses.
“What do you mean?”
“I can charge forward but flying fast is difficult…and its tough to get used too, Not to mention that I can’t turn quickly without issue.”
Shining gets the gist of it.
“Ah I get it, so what you’re saying is that you ‘can fly’ but you’re not very good at it.”
Terus nods.
“Yeah I could never really fly well in the observatory…keep crashing into the walls.”
The Ki ball fades back into his hand and he rests it back down.
The doctor again clears his throat and spoke once more.
“Well due to the law I cannot take any samples without parent or guardian consent due to his age.”
The doctor looks to Terus remembering a detail that they had a hard time finding out.
“By the way how old are you my boy?”
“six.”
That came to shocker to everypony in the room.
Everypony stared at Terus with mixed expressions.
“What?” he asked wonder why everypony was staring.
“You’re six?” Shining asked having a hard time believing him.
“Yea?”
“You’re only 6 years old and you’re stronger than most unicorns.”
Terus was completely lost.
“Umm…”
“You’re too buff to be six.” Blue exclaimed.
‘And far too smart to be a young child.’ Candace noted in her thoughts.
“Well Saiyans are naturally strong and get stronger every time we fight.”
THAT caused the entire room to be worried.
“So your race gets stronger every time you fight.”
Terus smiles.
“Yes we do, more so if we recover from a near death injury…I believe my father called it a Zenkai boost; it’s in our nature to fight.”
When Candace heard him mention his father it sparked another question.
“What was your brother’s name again?”
“Karnus.”
“And your fathers?”
“Hmm…Oh Azulnic.”
“Azulnic? Wow what a unique name.”
Terus was again lost but before he could question a familiar pony came in…Captain Pureheart.
Terus Again reacted and again flinched this time though he let out a more audible curse.
“Damn it…ow.”
“Oh, so you are awake?”
The unicorn captain trotted close to Terus.
“And you name is Terus?”
Terus just smiled.
“Yep.”
The captain couldn’t help but smile back.
“Well my name is Pureheart and I am a captain of the unicorn guard.”
“As for the reason I am here I came to apologize for me and my men for attacking you.” He bows his head.
“It’s ok…and I’m sorry for punching one of your guards…and attacking you…Especially for hitting you with that Kamehameha.”
“You’re fine…it hurt…but I knew you were restraining yourself.”
“Yea to be honest you guys aren’t that strong.”
The captain was surprised to her that and slightly offended by it.
“What’s that supposed to mean?”
“You guys aren’t fast I could see your movements easily…and your attacks don’t hurt as much as some of the things I had to fight.” Terus shuddered at an unpleasant memory of a fight that ended in NASTY conclusion.
‘Took me WEEKS to get the smell off.’
“You’re calling me and my men weak?” The captain tried to defend him and his men.
“No…it’s just because I’m a Saiyan…and Saiyans get stronger faster and better than other races…so that makes me stronger; it’s in my blood to be…Sorry…BUT maybe if you can train more that may help.” He tried to be nice about it.
The captain mentions something that Terus has heard his brother say a few times.
“You’re quite intelligent for your age.”
“I like to know things.”
“So you like to learn?” Candace asked curiously.
“Yep Sure do!” he said with enthusiasm.
That made Candace smile widely.
The captain took notice to it.
‘He has a weird ability to make everypony smile.’
He looks to Shining who was only staring.
‘…Almost everypony.’
*Growl*
A sudden noise gains everypony’s attention.
Terus grabs his stomach.
“Hungry?” Candace
“Yes…”
“I’ll have the nurses get you something…what exactly do you eat?” the doctor asked curious as his diet.
“Everything!” Terus said without thinking first…then remembering what Earths horses mostly eat.
“Well…mostly.”
“Including meat?”
“…well mostly meat…but I can eat a few fruits and vegetables.”
The doctor takes notes.
“Apologies but we don’t have any at the moment, but we can get you a sandwich.”
“Sure…as long as I can eat it!” he answers with a wide smile.
“How much?”
“A LOT!” he exclaimed.
The doctor chuckled at his antics…not knowing the eating beast was coming.
Candace sees Flurry yawn knowing its time for rest.
“Alright let’s go eat and head to bed.”
“Aww but I wanted to ask him more questions.” Flurry whined.
“No Flurry he needs some rest too.”
“And same goes for you Blue.” Carlena says getting the same reaction.
All the ponies leave save for the doctor and Pure.
“Well its been a long night *YAWN* I’m gonna turn in for the night…nice meeting you Terus.”
“Nice meeting you too Captain Pureheart.” Terus returns the favor.
“Please just call me Pureheart.”
“Ok Pureheart.” The captain smiles as he leaves.
‘I swear his smile, happiness, joy, and naturally good mood is contagious.’

THE NEXT DAY…
Candace paced back and forth reading a message that is troubling.
‘Dear Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, I have read your request and I hate to inform you that our orphanage is full and no adoptees have came up yet, I know this may be upsetting and I wish I could do something but its not easy here, running an orphanage that has over 60 fillies and colts is hard to manage all at once.
I do hope you understand, Sincerely Mr. Light.’
Candace set down the letter and sighed stress got to her as she rubbed her temples.
A knock at the door gets her attention.
“Your highness.”
“Come in.”
A guard came through the door and trots up bowing before hand another letter to her.
Grabbing it and opening it with her magic she reads the contents.
‘Dearest Mi Amore Cadenza. I Received your request and I have good news, a spot just opened and I’m willing to take in this new colt in and get him into proper schooling.
Respectfully, Ms. Green Feather.’
This made Candace smile in relief…though there is one issue.
‘She lives in Manehatten.’
A long way away from the Crystal Empire…but.
‘We could visit once and a while…and I don’t want to upset my little Flurry.’ She smiles.
