Story one: Fluttershy

Today Scootaloo was walking home from school, looking behind her every few minutes to get sure nopony was following her. She wore a black hoodie and black leggings that she only wore when walking to her mother's house.

She reached Fluttershy's cottage and hid in a bush. While in the bush, she changed into a white chicken costume and snuck inside of the chicken coop. Before she knew it she felt her mother's wings wrap around her in a warm, feathery hug.

"How was school today Scoot Scoot?" her mom, Elizabeak asked Scootaloo after their fifteen-minute long hug. The orange pegasus cringed. Her mom knew right then what was bothering her offspring. "Are you still sad about your wings?"

"I got my cutie mark, and chickens don't get cutie marks." the pegasus cried "So why can't I fly?" Tears dripping on the floor of the henhouse were the only noises Scootaloo's ears could pick up as silence filled the area like mashed potatoes in a bowl.

"There is a chance that your just a late bloomer," Elizabeak whispered to her daughter after a minute of silence "Fluttershy's your sister after all." Scootaloo stopped her crying when she heard that, her sadness replaced with shock. "You have different mothers but the same father." her mom told the pegasus.

A few minutes later...

After talking to her mom Scootaloo the pegasus-chicken hybrid knocked on the door to Fluttershy's cottage, hoping to talk to her half-sister. When Fluttershy opened the door the yellow pegasus let out a quiet greeting. Afterward, Scootaloo decided to let the news loose.

"Did u know that you were my half-sister?" the orange chicken asked the pegasus.

Story two: Allergies set in Stone

On one lovely day in Spring Scootaloo was hangin out in the chicken coop with her mother, Elizabeak. They both sat on the floor while all of the other chickens were pooping outside to give them some privacy.

"I hate allergies," Scootaloo complained, folding her front hooved angrily. You can tell she had been folding her arms that way for a few minutes because the snot rolling down her face had created a gigantic puddle on top of them.

"Remember that time you and your friends were in the Everfree Forest and I got turned into stone?" Elizabeak asked her daughter. The pegasus looked up at her mom and unfolded her arms, sending a waterfall of snot down her chest and onto the floor of the henhouse.

"Yeah." She replied, "What about it?" Elizabeak looked around her to get sure none of the other hens were listening very closely.

"When I got turned into stone I had a sneeze coming and I was forced to hold that sneeze in until I was freed." The chicken told the orange pegasus "Afterward I couldn't let it out for another three hours, it was horrifying." Elizabeak felt her daughter pat her back with her snot soaked hoof.

"That's sounds rough," Scootaloo said, hoping something that horrifying wouldn't happen to her. The chicken looked back at her snot soaked daughter and all of the snot that had gotten on the floor and the both of them.

"We are going to take a bath," Elizabeak told her child sternly.

"Why?" asked the snot coated pegasus. The chicken replied with a glare.

Story three, part one: Momma's lack ó eggs

One day after school Elizabeak and her daughter sat together in front of the hen house and under the hot summer sun talking to each other about their days. That day Scootaloo got some bad news from her momma.

"Did you just say that you're not laying any eggs?!" Scootaloo yelped in confusion as she stared at her chicken mother with wide eyes. Elizabeak sighed.

"Sadly, yes." the chicken told the pegasus "Fluttershy is getting very worried because our eggs are one of her only sources of income an-"

"Wait wait wait!" Scootaloo interrupted "I thought Fluttershy was an animal doctor?"

"All of the money she gets from her duties as a veterinarian goes to the care of her animals, or if she gets some extra money a charity for animals," Elizabeak explained to her daughter "So, at the end of that, she doesn't have much money to spend on stuff for her."

"That sounds rough," Scootaloo said to her momma, feeling sorry for the poor pegasus who had also been feeding her some of her chicken food, even though she didn't know if she could even lay eggs.

After the chicken and her daughter snuggled some more under the warm sunlight Scootaloo ran off to Twilight's castle to ask her if she had any books that could help Elizabeak lay more eggs. Once she got to the gigantic crystal building she knocked on the door three times, those knocks being as fast as her little hoof could handle.

She knew telling Twilight about Elizabeak's lack of eggs would eventually uncover that she was Scootaloo's mother so she decided to just tell the purple alicorn straight away.

Spike answered the door and Scootaloo started shaking him with her two front hooves, a worried look covering her face.

"I really need Twilight's help cuz I think my mother might be dying!" the scooter-riding chicken-pony hybrid cried out. The dragon quickly ran to get the princess once he heard the news, not wasting a minute to choke up a reply.

Twilight quickly flew to Scootaloo faster than Rainbow Dash had ever flown before.

"What's wrong with your mother?!" The purple pony said, worried out of her mind.

"Shes not laying any eggs!" Scootaloo told the pony, preparing to go run towards her mom's chicken coop with the smart purple princess on her tail. Instead, the princess relaxed and glared at the filly.

"That was not a good prank!" Twilight said sternly "For a second I really thought your mom was dying." The purple princess observed the filly's reaction to her statement. The pegasus's ears were folded against her head, she still looked like she was really worried about her mother's safety.

"She really is!" Scootaloo yelled, "You gotta see her for you to truly believe it!" The filly dragged the mare along the path going towards Fluttershy's cottage and Twily was getting more curious as time went on.

When the orange hybrid got to her destination she saw her mom waiting for her in front of her chicken coop and the Loo ran towards her, Twilight trailing behind.

"Momma Momma!" Scootaloo yelled to the chicken "I got the local princess here to look at you!"

Princess Twilight Sparkle looked at both the chicken and the pegasus in confusion.

"Your mother is a... chicken?" Twilight asked Scootaloo, eyebrow raised.

"Yup!" the cheerful pegasus replied. Twilight heard the chicken squawk a few times but unknownst to her the chicken was actually saying words!

"I don't think she can help me if Fluttershy can't." the chicken told the pegasus "So don't get your hopes up..."

"Of course she can, she's the smartest pony in Ponyville mom!" Scootaloo replied to her momma. After a moment of thinking Twili finally figured out the problem.

"What temperature is it in the coop?" the best princess in Equestria asked the orange pony.

"Around 80 degrees, why?"

"I heard one time that chicken coops normally need to stay in between 65 and 75 degrees finite." Twilight told her "Maybe that's the problem?"

So then they adjusted the temperature of the chicken coop and everybody was okay in the end!

Story four, part one: Relationship revealed
Written by Yumyums23

One day Scootaloo visited her mother bringing very bad news. It was the worst news she had ever brought anypony ever before...

Applebloom and Sweetiebelle were in a relationship.

The mother and daughter sat behind the chicken coop for as much privacy as chickenly possible.

"And this is bad news, why?" the chicken asked her daughter, confused as to why she was upset. Scootaloo groaned.

"Because!" she cried "I love them!" Elizabeth paused for a moment.

"Do you have feelings for Applebloom or Sweetiebelle?" she asked.

"Both of them!" the Scootaloo replied as if it were obvious. Now Elizabeak was really confused. How could a pony, chicken, or a pony-chicken hybrid be in a relationship with two ponies at once? It made absolutely no sense to this hen.

"So, what are you gonna do?" the feathered mother asked her daughter.

"Uhhhh," Scootaloo mumbled, she was not prepared for this answer "Cry?"

"You could always just admit your feelings." the chicken told the pegasus "Who knows, maybe you all can form a herd." Scootaloo gasped and hugged her mother, satisfied with the advice she had been given.

And after that Scootaloo ran off to Sweet Apple Acres to talk to her two friends (hopefully soon-to-be marefriends) and tell them how she felt.

She knew that nothing could go wrong now.

Scootaloo stood stiller than she had ever stood before. She was in the CMC's clubhouse with her friends Applebloom and Sweetiebelle who had just recently announced that they had been in a relationship. The words Sweetiebelle had just said played on a loop in her mind.

"I'm sorry Scootaloo, but I just don't think of you that way." the unicorn had told her. Scootaloo just stood there and stared at the floor.

"Are you okay Scootaloo?" Applebloom asked the heartbroken pegasus "We didn't mean to hurt yah."
