> Chapter 1.Discovery.

A very cold early spring morning in Chicago Illinois.The Intelligence Unit of The Chicago Police Department under the command of Sergeant Henry"Hank"Voight were staking out a suspected drug house.Voight was with Detective Hailey Upton.In another vehicle were Detectives Jay Halstead and Antonio Dawson.An another Officer Kim Burgess was with Officer Adam Ruzak.Watching Detective Kevin Atwater in a long overcoat was walking to the house to buy crack cocaine.In the months since the death of Detective Alvin Olinsky.The team did it's best to put itself back together.So far.So good.

Voight got on his radio and said,"Allright.As soon as Atwater confirms these pricks are dealing.We move in."

Upton asked,"Sarge.Are we sure the intel is good?"

Voight replied,"My CI has never steered me wrong before,and if he knows whats good for him.He wont ever try it."

Just then saw Burgess saw Atwater and said to Ruzak,"Adam.Kevin just gave the high sign."

Ruzak then got on his radio and said,"Heads up,we got dope there."

Voight then replied,OK.Everybody get ready to hit the house.Halstead,Atwater,Burgess and Upton.Stack on the front door with me.Ruzak and Dawson.Cover the back.We go when we get the warrant."

As soon as Atwater made it  back to one of the cars without being seen.He quickly put on his Police Vest and checked his Glock 17 .9mm pistol.And grabbed a Battering Ram.The rest of the team went up to the house in Paramilitary fashion.Halstead,Dawson and Burgess with AR-15 Carbines.Ruzak with a Remington M870 .12ga shotgun.Voight then made a text and recieved one back.It was a search warrant signed by a judge.Then checked his Sig Sauer P-229.Ruzak and Dawson covered the back to prevent escape.

The team led by Voight ran up to the house and nodded to Atwater who yelled,"CHICAGO POLICE WE HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT!!!"

BAM!!!!

With one swing Atwater busted open the door and he,as well as Voight,Halstead,Upton,and Burgess ran into the drug house.Voight yelled in his gravely voice,"POLICE!!!!GET YOU'RE HANDS UP!!!GET ON YOUR KNEES NOW!!!!"

The suspects were to confused and some complied except for two that ran to the back.Ruzak and Dawson were waiting for them.Dawson yelled,"POLICE!!!FREEZE!!GET YOU'RE ASSES ON THE GROUND!!!!!The two bad guys also gave up.

After the suspects were handcuffed and the house was being searched for drugs.The team found a large amount of Crack Cocaine.About $57.000 in cash.And recovered 6 guns.Halsted and Upton were in the kitchen and found a door with a very big lock on it.Halstead said,"Hey Sarge.We got a door here.And It's locked."

Voight walked in and saw the door and said,"Antonio.Bring me one of thoses idiots."

Dawson brought a handcuffed suspect into the kitchen.Voight grabbed him by the jacket and asked,"What's so damn important,that you need a big lock on this door?"

The suspect answered,"Yo man.I don't know anything about that door."

Voight said,You sell dope here,and you don't know nuthin??Voight leaned closer into the suspects face and said,"I'll ask you one more time.Whats behind the door??"

The suspect answered again,"I don't know man."

Voight then sarcasticly said,"Yeah you don't know.Keep telling yourself that on the way to Stateville."

Voight looked at Atwater and said,"Kevin.Go get you boltcutters and open the door."

Atwater replied,"On it sarge.:And ran back to one of the vehicles.When he returned.Atwater used the cutting tool and popped the huge padlock and opened the door it was a dark basement.

Atwater then heard moaning sounds.He as well as Burgess and Dawson and Voight drew their guns and flashlights and decended into the basement and yelled,"CHICAGO POLICE!!!ANYBODY DOWN HERE???"And were nearly overpowered by a horrible sickly smell.

A weak voice replied,"Down here...Help us...Please..."

Voight and Burgess and Atwater shined their flashlights at the bottom of the basement.They saw six young pony mares.Four were already dead.The other two were chained to the floor.

Voight then said,"Halstead.Get AMBOS over here.Now.Atwater,cut the survivors loose."Upton and Burgess also walked up to the young mares.

Upton said,"It's gonna be allright.Were police.We're here to help."One of the ponies.An Earth pony mare about nineteen began crying and hugged Burgess saying,"Thank you.Thank you."

A few minutes later as two ambulances were being loaded with the two surviving ponies.

Voight looked at Upton and Burgess and said,"Hailey.Kim.Each of you ride with one of these ponies over to Med.Find out everything you can.

Atwater then asked,"Hey Sarge.What's so special about these ponies that they're going to Med and not a vet??"

Voight answered,"Those marks on their flanks.They were all different.That means they came from one place.They came from Equestria."

Dawson then asked,"So who brought them here to Chicago??Locked them in a basement??And why??"

Voight looked at his team and replied,"That's what we need to find out.And that's what we're gonna find out."
> Chapter 2.Meet the Mane 7

A few days later back at Chicago Police Department 21st District Police Station.Desk Sergeant Trudy Platt was working on some paperwork when Voight walked into the lobby.

She said,"Hank.The Commander wants to see you in her office.Chief Lugo is also here and he came with some bigshot pony from The Equestrian Embassy in Washington."

Voight replied,Allright.Thanks Trudy."Voight then walked up to the office of Commander Emma Crowley.Where he saw Commander Crowley.Chief Lugo and a Unicorn in a suit seated in front of Crowley's desk.

Voight knocked and walked in and said,"Commander.Chief.You wanted to see me?"

Chief Lugo said,"Hank.This is Ambassador Fancy Pants,from The Royal Equestrian Embassy in D.C.Ambassador.This is Sergeant Voight.It was his unit who found your citizens."

Fancy Pants extened his hoof and shook hands with Voight and said,"Sergeant.I understand it was you who had the two survivors recieve proper medical care and not sent to some animal hospital."

Voight replied.Once I realized that those ponies were from Equestria.I had them sent to Chicago Medical Center.And I felt it was the right thing to do."

Fancy Pants then said,"On behalf of Princess Celestia.I want to thank you for the care of her majesty's subjects.Now what about the four ponies who were found deceased?When can I take them home to their families?"

Voight replied,"As soon as the autopsies are done.This investigation is just beginning."

Fancy Pants then said,"Which brings me to the second reason I am here.Princess Celestia is very upset that her subjects were treated so horroribly by other humans,and has requested that this should be a joint investigation between The Chicago Police Department and Equestria."

Chief Lugo then said,"Hank.The Mayor and Superintendant all agree.This will be a joint investigation."

Voight replied,Thats fine.I don't know much about Equestria.So Any help we can get will be appriciated."

Fancy Pants then said,"We are all in agreement then.Chief Lugo.Commander Crowley.I will leave it to you.Sergeant Voight.I wish you best of luck on the investigation.And find the criminals.And bring them to justice.Once more Sergeant.Thank you for all you did."

After Fancy Pants left.Voight looked at Chief Lugo and asked,"So this is not going to Major Crimes??"

Commander Crowley answered,"We though about that earlier,but Ambassador Fancy Pants insisted that your unit handle this."

Chief Lugo then said,"I have to go back downtown.Hank walk me out."As Voight and Chief Lugo were walking to his car Lugo said,"Hank.All eyes are on this one.Both here and Equestria.So.By the book.Understand??"

Voight answered,Understood Chief.I want these pricks as bad as you.And as bad as Princess Celestia does."Chief Lugo nodded,then got into his car and left.Voight went back into the station to get an update on the case.

About a couple of hours later Sergeant Platt was working at her desk.When she heard a voice say."Ummm.Excuse me."Platt looked up and saw no one.Then Platt heard the voice again,Ummm.Excuse me.Platt then went to the counter and looked over and saw a violet alicorn along with six other ponies.Platt then asked,"Can I help you??"

The alicorn answerd,"Yes.I am Princess Twilight Sparkle of Equestria.My friends and I are here to see Sergeant Hank Voight.He's expecting us."

Platt then picked up the desk phone and replied,"OK.I'm Sergeant Platt.I'll take you right up.Just let me make a quick call.

Upstairs in the office of The Intelligence Division.Voight came out of his office and said,"Allright let's get ready.The Equestrians are here.

Platt then came upstairs with the six ponies,pointed to Voight and said,"That's him right there.Twilight thanked Platt and walked up to Voight.

Who said,"You must be The Equestrian investigators that were sent?"

Twilight replied,"Yes.I am Princess Twilight Sparkle.This is Applejack,Pointing to the orange earth pony.This is Rarity,pointing ti the white unicorn.This is Rainbow Dash,pointing to the cyan pegasus.This Pinkie-Pie,pointing to the pink earth pony.And this is Fluttershy,pointing to the yellow pegasus.And this is Starlight Glimmer,pointing to the light purple unicorn."

Voight said,And they sent a princess no less."

Twilight replied,Yes,but please.Just call me Twilight.

Voight then shook hands and hooves,pointed to his team and said,"Call me Hank.This Jay Halstead,Hailey Upton,Antonio Dawson,Kim Burgess,Adam Ruzak and Kevin Atwater.Welcome to Chicago.We're glad you're all here,"

Twilight said,"Thank You.So can you brief us on the case so far??"Voight looked at Burgess and said,:Kim.Start us off."
> Chapter 3.Briefing and Assignment

Burgess began the briefing and said,"The two mares Hailey and I interviewed,Lemon Chiffon and Rose Petal were brought into the U.S. along with the four other ponies who were found dead.Along with five others who were most likely sent to another location."

Applejack then asked,"Did the two survivors know where??"

Upton replied,"No.They were seperated and put in the basement."

Rarity then asked,How did they even come to Chicago in the first place??"

Burgess replied,They actually don't know.All they remember is they were at a party in Equestria.I think it was a city called Manehattan.The next thing they were in a cargo container.And transfered to a truck and brought here."

Dawson then said,"A cargo container means they were brought The U.S. via cargo ship."

Halstead then said,"And then brought to Chicago via Semi Truck."

Twilight then said,"It sounds like a plausable theroy."

Voight then said,OK.Lets start proving this theroy.And for the purpose of this case.We'll all partner up.One human and one pony.

With that both Voight and Twilight made up the roster.

Sgt.Hank Voight and Twilight Sparkle.
Det.Jay Halstead and Rainbow Dash.
Det.Antonio Dawson and Applejack.
Det.Kevin Atwater and Fluttershy.
Det.Hailey Upton and Pinkie Pie.
Ofcr.Kim Burgess and Rarity.
Ofcr.Adam Ruzak and Starlight Glimmer.

After the order was made up.Fluttershy asked,"Umm Excuse me Sergeant Voight.Do we know if the two surviving ponies were ummm,were they.....Ummm were they messed with??"

Voight asked,"You mean sexually assaulted??"Fluttershy nodded.

Voight then looked at Upton and Burgess.Burgess said,"It looks like they might have,but they are still afraid to really talk with us.Considering how they were already treated by other humans."

Fluttershy then asked,I would like to go to the hospital and talk to them.I am also a victims counsoler.So I think I can help them open up and tell us what happened.If that's ok with you??"

Voight looked at Atwater and said,Kevin.Take Ms.Fluttershy over to Med She's your partner now."

Atwater replied,"On it Sarge.Come on Miss.Let's go."Fluttershy and Atwater left to Chicago Med.

Voight then looked at the rest of the team and said,"Allright.Halstead.You and Rainbow Dash.Hit the streets and tap your C.I.s Get any intel on anything pony related."Halstead and Rainbow Dash Brohoofed each other and left.Burgess.You and Rarity,check with Vice.Find out any buzz about ponies possibly being used as prostitutes.Upton.You and Pinkie-Pie check out the truck stops.See if any truckers are flashing some extra cash around.Ruzak .You and Starlight Glimmer Hit the docks.Find out inf any ships came in with undeclared cargo."

Twilight asked."And what do the rest of us do Hank?"

Voight replied,"Antonio and I are gonna interrorgate one of the jokers we busted atv the crack house we found the ponies the other day.He's being brought over from The Cook County Jail.I want you and your friend Applejack to observe.Being she's The Element of Honesty.She will be able to tell if he's lying or not.."

Twilight was suprised and asked,"Hank.How do you know about The Element's of Harmony???"

Voight replied."I did my homework on you and your friends,just before you arrived in Chicago.Every crisis Equestria has been through in the last eight years has been solved by you and your friends.So I know you and your friends are gonna be a great help to us."

Voight,Dawson,Walked into the interrigation room and Twilight and Applejack watched from a two-way mirror in the other room.
> Chapter 4.The Investigation begins

Halstead and Rainbow Dash were on their way to see one of Halsteads informants.While they were driving.Rainbow Dash asked,"So.Jay.What did you do before you were a cop?"

Halstead answered,"I was an Army Ranger.I served in Afghanistan."

Rainbow Dash replied,"You were A U.S.Army Ranger?Wow.That is so awesome.I read about you guys before I first came here.I'm in the Equestrian Military myself.Well reserves actually."

Halstead then asked.What branch are you in?"

Rainbow Dash answered,"I'm with "The Wonderbolts"It's our flight demonstration team.

Halstead replied,"That sounds cool.I'd like to see you guys perform sometime."Halstead then saw his informant and said,"There's Ignacio.Let's see what he knows

Halstead then parked The GMC pick-up truck and he and the cyan pegasus exited the vehicle and walked up to the man.Halstead then said,"Ignacio."

Ignacio replied,"Ahhh.Detective Halstead.My good friend.And how are you today?"Halstead replied,"Ignacio.This is Rainbow Dash.She is an investigator from Equestria.And we need some information,but first.A hot dog with everything and a coke for me.And a veggie dog and whatever drink for my friend here.Then we need to pick your brain about anything relating to ponies from Equestria."

As they ate Ignacio spoke,"I heard some buzz about some guys saying that they did some ponies,not too long ago."

Rainbow Dash asked,"What kind of guys were they?"Ignacio answered,"Just some college kids.Frat boys.One of then had their frats t-shirt on.After Ignacio gave a discreption to Halstead and Rainbow Dash Both thank him and left to the frat house near a local college campus,

Meanwhile Ruzak and Starlight Glimmer were at the local dockyard and Ruzak came out of The Dockmasters Office.While Starlight waited outside.As soon as she saw him She asked,"Was The Dockmaster of any help?"

Ruzak replied,"No.He said no ships coming from Equestria docked here in town"In the last month.There was a cargo ship that came in from Vanhoover about 3 months ago,but it was just stuff The Equestrian community needs.I guess to make themselves comfortable."

Starlight rubbed her chin and said,"So I guess were batting a thousand.Where is this Equestrian community here in town anyway?"

Ruzak replied,"I think it's in Inglewood.Although it's a very small community."

Starlight then said,"And the ponies who live here are mostly here to study.We should check out the local community center.Maybe they might know something.And after that.I'll buy us lunch.I hear Chicago is famous for it's food.And I wanna try some of it."

Ruzak chuckled and said,"Deal.And let's hope the others are having some luck."

Back at the 21st.Voight and Dawson were in the interrigation room with the main suspect form the house.Twilight and Applejack were observing from another room.

Voight asked,"Allright.So who put those ponies in the house?"

The suspect,Clevon Johnson looked around saying nothing.Dawson then said,"Come on Clevon.You mean someone put a bunch of ponies in a house.That you and your pals sell crack out of,and you don't know anything.That's a pretty sorry answer."

Clevon replied,"Like I said man.I don't know nuthin about nuthin.especially about no damn horsies"

Voight then grabbed Clevon by the collar and shoved him against the wall and said,"They are called ponies.And four were found dead.And two more were chained to the wall in the basement."

Dawson then said,"And someone has to swing for it.It can be you,or it can be the guy who brought them,You take a little time to think about it."And both left the room.

Voight and Dawson met with Twilight and Applejack in the hallway.Voight looked at the orange Earth Pony and asked,"So.What do you think?"

Applejack replied,I think he's aholdin somethin back.Mind if I have a crack at em sarge?Voight looked at Twilight and said,Go ahead.He's all yours.Dawson returned to the interrigation room along with Applejack.

Applejack and Dawson sat down oppisite from Cleavon and Applejack said,Howdy pardner.Names Applejack.Ahh'm an investigator from Equestria.And If ya'all think yer goin ta Stateville.Well.Think again.Ya see.My leader.Princess Celestia,is very upset as ta how her subjects were treated and all.And she wants blood,pony or human blood."

Clevon asked,"What's you sayin yo?"

Applejack replied,"Our ambassador makes a request to ya'alls State Department for yer extradition to Equestria.Where ya'all be tried and convicted.And sentenced to death.Now let me tell ya how that's gonna work.First.Ya'all get dragged to the execution site.and then yer hanged by the neck till yer almost dead.And then stretched till yer joints almost pop.Then yer put on a table.And that's when the real fun begins.First they cut ya open and rip out yer inards and cut off yer privates and throw it all in the fire.And then ya git yer hands and arms and feet and legs cut off.And they save yer head fer last.So ya'all don't miss a thing."

Dawson then winced and said,"Man.That doesn't sound like a good way to go,but,if you don't wanna talk,and keep playing your little game.Remember just as the ax comes down.I tried to help you."

Voight looked at Twilight and asked,"Does Equestria really execute that way??"

Twilight replied,"Yes,but it's hardly ever used.The last time was about thirty years before I was born.Some goat named Grogar was trying to raise an army of the dead.And we always hire a Griffon to conduct the execution.They know how cut flesh."

Voight said,"I guess thats why there's so little crime in Equestria."Just as Twilight was about to respond there was a noise from the interrigation room.

Clevon yelled,"YO!!I DON'T WANNA GET MY STUFF CUT OFF!!!"

Dawson then said "Then you had better start talkin.Or next stop for you is an Equeastrian courtoom.And your execution.Soon as scared as he was Cleavon gave up the man who stored the ponies in the crackhouse.
> Chapter 5 Med

Meanwhile over at Chicago Med.Fluttershy and her new human partner Detective Kevin Atwater were talking to the two surviving mares.Rose Petal and Lemon Chffon,who were still very scared.

As Fluttershy was gently stroking Rose Petals hoof she said,"I know you and Lemon are very afraid of humans right now,but these humans who work here just want to help you.And what happened to you was not your fault.The man I came with is a police officer.So you can trust him.And I'm here to help you."

While Fluttershy was still talking to the other ponies.Atwater was talking to Jays brother Dr.Will Halstead,who was with another doctor.

Kevin said,"Hey Doc Halstead.What's up man."And both brohugged each other.

Will replied,Kevin."My man.It's another happy day in the world of medicine."So what's up??

Kevin replied,I'm just here with one of those investigators from Equestria.We're workin with them on what may by some kind of pony trafficing.

Fluttershy came out of the room and walked up to Atwater.

Atwater looked over at Fluttershy and said,Fluttershy.This is Dr.Will Halstead.He's Jays brother,

Will extended his hand and said,It's nice to meet you miss.

Fluttershy replied."It's nice to meet you too doctor.Then looked back at Atwater and said,Kevin.The girls will talk to you now.As long as I am in the room with them."

Both human and pony entered the room and talked to the mares.

Kevin asked,Miss Chiffon."Can you tell me where you were hurt at.I mean what kind of place was it?"

Lemon Chiffon replied,"I don't know really.All I remember was it was a room,kinda like a dungeon."

Rose Petal also replied,"And I remember some strange looking letters.About three in a row.

Kevin asked,"Anything else you can tell me.Would help"

Lemon said,"One of the humans tried to put his thing in Blueberry's flankhole,but she buckkicked him."

Rose said,"Yeah.She kicked him in his grion.Pretty hard."Thats when the others beat her senseless."

Kevin,"OK.Thats will help us alot.Thank You so much."

Lemon asked,"When can we go home?"

Fluttershy replied,"Soon.The American State Department and The Equestrian Ministry of Foriegn Affairs are arrainging it.It should be a few more days."

Kevin and Fluttershy exited the room so they could talk in private.

Fluttershy asked,"So.What do you think Kevin???"

Kevin replied,"Well accoroding to the M.E.The blue colored pony died from head injuries sustaind from a concussion.The other three were starved to death."

Just hen Kevin saw Jay and Rainbow Dash enter the E.R.with a patient transported by Ambulance in tow.Will began to exam him.

Kevin ran up and asked,"Jay.Rainbow Dash.What happened?"

Rainbow Dash answered,"Jay and I went to a frathouse on a nearby college campus following up on some info from Jays CI.And the kid we were talking to just doubled over and collapsed."

Jay then said,According to the medics.His left nut is black and blue and the size of a grapefruit.

Right then the gurney with the college kid was pushed quickly with Will right behind.

Jay asked,"Will.Whats going on??"

Will answered,"We need to get this kid into surgery.His left teste is ruptered and infected."

Kevin looked at Jay and asked,"So where is this frat house at?

Jay said,"I can do better."

Jay handed Kevin his phone with a photo of the frats logo.And showed it to fluttershy.Fluttershy then took the phone in her mouth and ran back to Rose and Lemon and showed it to them.And came out a minute later.

Fluttershy said,They just indentified the logo.It's from the place they were at."

Kevin then dailed his own cellphone and said,"Sarge.I'm still over at Med And Jay and Rainbow Dash just got here.We may have a solid lead."
> Chapter 6.The Frat House.

Voight and Twilight arrived at Med ten minutes later.As soon as they walked in.They found Halstead,Atwater and Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash.

Voight asked Halstead,"Any word on the kid in the operating room?"

Jay answered,"Not yet.According to Will.His left nut busted after he was kicked."

Voight then asked,"Are the two mares sure about this frat house??"

Fluttershy answered,Yes Sergeant.They are sure.And I believe them."

Atwater said,"And when I showed them the frats logo to them that Jay took a photo of.They made positive I.D."

Just then Will Halstead came out from the O.R.and he didn't look happy.He saw Voight and said,Hey Hank.

Voight walked up and asked,"Will.How you doin?This is Twilight Sparkle from Equestria.

after introductions Voight then asked,"How is the kid??When can we talk to him?"

Will answered,"Sorry Hank.He didn't make it.He went into Cardiac Arrest.Died on the table."

Hank then asked,"Will.Did his injuries look like they came from a hoof bucking.from a pony?"

Will replied,"Yeah.I would say so."

Voight then got on his cell phone and dailed the office.

Voight said into the phone."Antonio.Call Judge Macina.We need a warrant on a Frat House."

About an hour and a half later.Voight,Twilight.Atwater,Fluttershy.As well as Dawson,Applejack with a search warrant. Ruzak and Starlight,Halstead Rainbow Dash and Rarity and Burgess,as well as some patrol units arrived at the Frat House.And Voight knocked on the door.

Voight yelled,"CHICAGO POLICE!!WE HAVE A SEARCH WARRANT!!!"

Soon the door opened and a young man in his late teens opened the door.

The boy said,"OK.OK man.Take it easy."

Voight replied,"Yeah right whatever.Where is your dungeon??"

The boy replied,"What dungeon man??"

Voight got in the kids face and said,"This is not the time for games.Now where is it??"

The boy seeing that Voight looked like he could kill him relented and pointed to the basement.Soon The other frat boys were being detained and Voight and Twilight walked down to the basement.When Voight drew his Sig 9mm pistol.Twilight charged her horn.

Voight knocked on the basement door and again yelled,"CHICAGO P.D.ANYONE DOWN THERE??"

Voight tried to open the door.Again like the crackhouse it was locked.Then Twilight had an idea.

Twilight said,"Applejack.Get over here."

The orange earth pony trotted over to where Twilight and Voight  were standing.

Twillight  looked at Applejack and said,"You know what to do"Then looked at Voight and asked,"With you permission Hank??"

Voight replied,"Go ahead."

Applejack then used her hind legs and buck kicked the door hard and the door flew open off it hinges.

Voight looked at both ponies and said,Now."I'm impressed."

As Voight and Twilight walked into the basement.They found what looked liked a makeshift sex dungeon.

Voight said,Kim.Call the lab.I want this room gone over with a fine tooth comb.And get all the Frat Boys back to The District.
> Chapter 7.Back at at 21.

Voight and Twilight arrived back at The 21st District.And had just walked into the lobby when Twilight saw a fimiliar face.
sitting behind the front desk with Sergeant Trudy Platt.

Twilight looked at the baby dragon and said,Spike.What are you doing here in Chicago?

Spike looked back and said,Hi Twilight.Princess Celestia had me flown in.She wants an update on the investigation.

Twilight then said,"Uhhh.OK.Oh Spike.This is Sergeant Hank Voight.Hank.This is Spike.My Assistant from back home."

Voight shook hands with the baby dragon and said,"Spike.It's good to finally meet you.Twilight told me all about you."

Spike replied,"It's good to meet you too Hank."

Twilight looked at Trudy and said,"I hope Spike hasn't too much trouble for you Sergeant Platt.

Trudy replied,"Oh no.Not at all.Spike has been helping me down here.

Spike then said,Well I better go upstairs and help Twilight.It was nice meeting you Trudy.

Platt replied,It was nice meeting you too Spike.If you wanna help some more.Come on down.

Soon the three went upstairs to Intelligence and Spike was introduced to the rest of the unit.And were about to begin talking with the frat boys when Upton and Pinkie-Pie came up.

Pinkie-Pie yelled,"SERGEANT VOIGHT!!SERGEANT VOIGHT!!SERGEANT VOIGHT!!OHH HI SPIKE!!WHEN DID YOU GET HERE??SERGEANT VOIGHT!!!! HAILEY  AND I GOT A GOOD LEAD ON A TRUCK DRIVER!!!"

Twilight said,Pinkie calm down.She then looked at Voight and said,"Sorry Hank.Pinkie can be a little enthusiastic sometimes."

Voight replied,"It's OK.It means she's motivated.OK.Pinkie.What did you and Hailey find out.Slowly."

Pinkie then said,"OK.We were checking out truck stops here in Chicago,just like you said to do.And we couldn't find anything out at three stops,finally at the forth place we went to.We hit pay dirt.This truck driver we saw,had a gold watch."

Rainbow Dash then said,OK.So he had a gold watch.So what.Lotsa ponies and humans own gold watches.

Hailey then said,This one was a "ROLEX"Top of the line.About twenty grand.And Pinkie heard a waitress call him Mongo.I couldn't get a good look at him.Pinkie saw him better than I could."

Dawson then said,That's the name of the guy Clevon said dropped the ponies off at the crackhouse.

Twilight then said,Maybe we should see if these fratboy can make it three in a row,but first I need to send a messege to Princess Celestia.Spike messege time.

As soon as the baby dragon brought out a quill and paper.Twilight sent the following messege.

Dear Princess Celestia.

So far the investigation has lead my friends as well as The Intelligence Section of The Chicago Police Department to believe that there is a ring that is trafficking in mares from Equestria to The United States for the sex trade.So far we have some leads that are panning out.And the detectives are very good and have been instremental in the investigation.We are about to interrogate another suspect.I will send messeges as events warrant.

Spike then blew fire and the messege was on it's way to Canterlot to Princess Celestia.

Voight then said,Hailey.Get on the computer and run the name "MONGO"See what comes up.We're gonna have a chat with some fratboys.

Voight and Twilight walked into the interragation room and Voight slamed a file on the table scaring Jason Fordman.One of the frat boys arrested.

Voight said,We just got word from the lab.And I have some some very bad news for you.Actually I'm gonna let my friend Twilight tell you.Twilight.Take it away.

Twilight said,The lab found traces of pony blood and human semen in that little sex doungen of your's.You and your friends took turns raping Blueberry Muffin.Didn't you??!!

Fordham replied,Hey.It was the pledges.She kicked Klye in the nuts.So we taught her a lesson.It was part of initiation.Oh man.Am I gonna get expelled for this??

Voight grabbed the student and slammed him against the wall.

Voight yelled,LISTEN TO ME!!!YOU WORTHLESS PRICK!!!GETTING EXPELLED IS THE LEAST OF YOUR PROBLEMS!!!THAT PONY IS NOW DEAD!!!!!AND YOUR PLEDGE IS ALSO DEAD FROM GETTING KICKED IN THE NUTS AND IT BURST!!!!SO TELL MY FRIEND WHAT YOU KNOW!!!AND MAYBE JUST MAYBE YOU DONT GO TO STATEVILLE AND BECOME SOMEONES SWEETHEART!!!!

Twilight then said,Ohhhhh.I heard about American Prisons.You know it would be worse,If we send you to an Equestrian Prison.The stallions in there,well you'll be the belle of the ball.And when they get a look at your cute little human ass.And stallions are hung.If you know what I mean.

Fordham then said,OK OK man.We meet this dude Mongo in a bar.Said he has ponies for rent,for about 2500 bucks a night.We thought it was a good deal.

Just then there was a knock on the door,and Voight answered it.It was Hailey with some information.Voight and Twilight walked out of the room and spoke with her.

Hailey said,Sarge.Based off the discreiption Pinkie gave me.We found "Mongo"Real name,Frank Whittle.Age 46.Did time for drug trafficking,and ADW.Paroled about a year ago.PO says he hasn't checked in for about six months.

Voight asked,Do we have an address on him?

Hailey replied,Yeah.Lives in a house on Racine.

Voight said,Allright.tell everybody to gear up.We move in five.He then looked at Twilight and asked,I assume you and the others have Body amror?

Twilight replied,Yes.Specially made for ponies.

Voight then said,OK.Lets go get him.

As everyone was leaving Spike was walking to them,Twilight said,Oh no Spike.Your staying here.

Spike asked,Why?

Twilight replied,Because it's too dangerous.You could get hurt.

Spike was looking like he was being left out,when Voight had an idea.

Voight looked at the baby dragon and said,I'll tell ya what Spike.You go back downstairs and help Trudy.And when we arrest this guy.We'll bring him in the front in handcuffs.That sound good??

Spike replied,That sounds awesome.Thanks alot Hank.

Voight looked at the humans and ponies and said,OK.Let's go get Mongo.
> Chapter 9.The Raid

After Voight and Twilight formulated a plan and after Dawson secured the arrest warrant.Voight and Twilight laid out the plan.

Voight said,OK.This is how it's going down.Twilight,Applejack and Antonio with me at the front door.Jay,Kevin,Pinkie-Pie and Hailey,cover the back.Kim.You and Rarity cover the left side.Adam,You and Starlight cover the right side.Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy.You two in the air in orbit around the house.Keep your eyes open,just in case Mongo makes a run for it.And remember.This guy has done time for ADW.So everybody on your toes.Voight then looked at The Mane 7 and said,And hooves.Allright lets gear up and go.

The two teams then got in Ford Exploers and The GMC Pick-up and head to Mongos house on Racine Ave.They arrived about 15 minutes later.As the team went to their assigned locations and Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy took to the air.Voight with Twilight behind him horn charged.Applejack ready to kick the door open.And Antonio ready with an M4 Carbine.Everyone was ready.

Voight with his gun in hand pounded on the door with his left hand and yelled,FRANK WHITTLE!!!!CHICAGO POLICE!!!!WE HAVE A WARRANT FOR YOUR ARREST!!!!COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!!!

Voight then nodded to Applejack,and then the Earth Pony used her powerful hind legs and BAM!!!!kicked the door off it's hinges.Just as she got out of the way,Mongo popped out from the hallway with a VZ58 Assault Rifle,and began firing.

Voight and Antonio both returned fire with their guns and Twlight fired a burst of magic bolts with her horn.Mongo then ran for the back door.Vioght then used his smartphnoe and said,21-50!!!SHOTS FIRED AT THE POLICE!!!2148 RACINE AVE.PLAINCLOTHES OFFICERS BOTH HUMAN AND EQUINE ON SCENE!!!SEND BACK UP!!!!

Fluttershy radioed in and said,Everypony.The suspect is running out the back.

Halstead,Upton,Atwater and Pinkie-Pie were ready.Pinkie brought out a little surprise.She aimed her Party Cannon at Mongo and said,HEY MISTER PARTY POOPER!!!!!

Mongo turned and saw the pink Earth Pony and her cannon.

BOOOOOOOM!!!!!!!

A large ball of confetti fired from the weapon and hit Mongo in the mid section and sent him flying into the fence.The next thing he knew.There were cops pointing guns at him.

Voight looked at Mongo and asked,Pinkie.Pinkie.What would you call this??

Pinkie answered,I call it.A YOUR UNDER ARREST PARTY!!!!Pinkie then blows a party whistle

Voight replied,Thats what I thought.Jay cuff him.Read him his rights and call an ambo.get him checked out.

2 hours later.While Spike and Trudy were working at the desk at the 21st Voight and the others brought Mongo in the front in handcuffs,as Voight promised Spike.

Spike then said,So this is Mongo.Huh.He doesn't look so tough.

Mongo then looked at the baby dragon and growled.Spike then hid behind Sergeant Trudy Platt.Tudy then motioned for 2 uniform officers to restrain him.

Voight then said,Get him down to the cage.We'll be with him in a few minutes.

When Mongo was put in the cage.Voight anf Twilight came down to the basement where the cage was and Voight said,OK Mongo.My friend Princess Twilight and I want to know.Where you got the pony mares??How did they get into Chicago??And how many more??

Mongo replied.Man.I don't know.I was only paid for one load.

Twilight replied,I think your lying.And because of you 4 mares are dead.

Just before Mongo could respond.A man in a suit walked into the cage area and said,I Mr.Whittle's lawyer.This interview is over.

Twilight said,We're not finished with him.

The lawyer replied,Yes you are.I don't how they do it in horseyland,but in this country.A suspect has the right to a lawyer.So butt out.

Twilight looked angry and said,First of all.The name of my country is EQUESTRIA!!!Second.I'm called a PONY!!!!And if you call me a horse again.I'll.....

Voight covered the violet alicorns muzzle with his hand a said,OK.that's enough.We're leavin.....And walked out of the room.

A little while later.Voight and Twilight were in Voights office.The rest of the mane 7 and Spike all were getting to hang out at MOLLY"S with the their human partners.Twilight and Voight were having a scotch in his office.

Twilight drank the liquid and said,This is pretty good.Nothing like Applejacks Cider.That stuff packs a wallop.

Voight replied,I'll stick to scotch.

Twilight then asked,So when can we talk to Mongo again??

Voight replied.Maybe in a couple of days.Right now.He's lookin at Attempted murder of Police Officers.Possesion of an Automatic Weapon.And being a felon in possesion of a firearm.As well as Traffcking in Sentient Species.Once he realizes he's looking at decades behind bars.He'll crack like an egg.

Twilight said,I should have put a truth spell on him.He would have talked.

Voight replied,You can't do that in this country.His lawyer would have had the whole case tossed.

Twilight then said,Oh yeah.Your countries constitution.I'm still learning about you people,and culture.

Just then Voights phone rang.oight answered,Intelligence.Sergeant Voight.What.Dammit.When??Where is he??On our way.

After Voight hung up the phone.Twilight asked,What's up Hank??

Voight answered,Mongo just got set on fire in his cell at Cook County Jail.He was transported the The Burn Unit over at Med.They don't think he's gonna survive the night.Let's go.And bring Fluttershy.

Twilight and Voight got Fluttershy and headed to Chicago Med.When they got there they went to The Burn Unit spoke to the deputy assinged to  Mongo.Voight Identified himself and the two ponies.

Voight then asked,What happened??

The deputy replied,Whittle was in his cell,when two inmates squirted gasoline on him and lit him up.

Dr.Ethan Choi.then enter the ward.

After Voight introduced Dr.Choi to Twilight and Flutershy.He asked,So Doc.How is Whittle??

Choi replied,Very bad Sergeant.Third degree burns over 98% of his body.Most of the soft tissue is gone.We put him on a morphine drip,but he won't make it through the night.

Twiligh asked,Dr.Choi.Does he know he is going to die??

Dr Choi nodded and said,Yes he knows.

Voight then asked,Can we talk to him??He's a suspect in a case we're working.

Choi replied,If you wanna talk to him.I would do it now.The morphine should take effect soon.

Voight looked at Fluttershy and said,Fluttershy.I want you to talk to him.I'm gonna call Antonio and send him to Cook County and find out how this happened and why.

The yellow Pegasus nodded and went into the room where Mongo was being held.

Fluttershy saw Mongo was still alive and went up to him and gently held his bandaged hand in her hoof and said,My name is Fluttershy.And I work for The Equestrian Govornment.I know you did something wrong to other ponies,but I forgive you.And I'm sure Princess Celestia will forgive you,But I know you know you are going to die.And before you go to meet your god.You should clean your soul before facing him.It's the right thing to do.

As Voight and Twilight were watching the scene play out.Voight got in touch with Dawson and sent him and the team to Cook County Jail.

The next 2 days were busy for The Elements of Harmony,as well as The Intelligence Section.They assisted with a major shakedown at Cook County Jail.Now Ambassador Fancy Pants was back from Washington and was with Deputy Chief Lugo for an update.

Chief Lugo said,OK.Hank.So what's been happining until now.

Voight said,After we indentified the ponies in the basement.We learned that this guy Frank Whittle aka "Mongo"was the one who transported them from Boston,to Chicago.Now we also know that 4 other ponies not in the house were sent to L.A. and San Diego.We already notified LAPD and San Diego PD to follow up.

Fancy Pants the asked,And how did you come by this information??

Twilight replied,Because after we arrested Mongo.However.Someone had him burned alive in his cell.Most likely to shut him up.

Fluttershy said,And Mongo told me alot of things before he died.

Antonio then said,And after we and our pony friends conducted a full investigation at County Jail.We found the inmates and a burn phone.

Applejack then said,And them two varmits admitted they were hired and payed with money on their books and money fer their families.They're heading fer the Illinois State Prison doin life sentences fer murder anyway,so it's no sweat off their backs.

Chief Lugo asked,Anything else??

Fluttershy said,Mongo also told me he was supposed to go pick up another shipment of pony mares at the end of the week.In New York.

Voight looked at Twilight and said,It looks like you and your friends are going to New York next.

Fancy Pants then said,As are you and your team Sergeant Voight.

Chief Lugo then said,Thats right Hank.You and your guys are going to New York.This is now offically a Task Force.The Superintendant has already arrainged it with New York's Police Comissioner.You The Elements of Harmony and Your team leave at 9AM tomorrow morning.

Fancy Pants then said,And we have a fleet of Boeing 737-800 Jet Airliners we are leasing from a Charter Service,There will be one at The Charter Terminal at O'Hare in the morning.

Voight then looked at his team and said,Allright you heard him.Go home,pack a bag.Get some rest.Be here in the morning at 7.Hank then made a call on his Smartphone.

The next morning The humans and ponies were on board the 737 that had "KINGDOM OF EQUESTRIA" on the flusilage.piloted by a crew of humans and ponies.Soon after every on was seated and belted.The jet was in the air and on it's way to New York.
