It's another peaceful morning in the city of Canterlot. The sun was shining in the morning sky and birds were chirping. And it was also another typical weekday ritual for the Shimmer family. Topaz Diamond and Elanor Sunrise Shimmer have been happy for their twins since they came into this world, and are still happy for them to this day. Their twins, are Lightsaber and Sunset "Sunny" Shimmer. Topaz works at a well known fitness gym, and Elanor works part-time as a model for a popular magazine photo shoot, and in real-estate. But on this perfect day, the events taking place at Canterlot High were far from perfect. Today was the day that Crystal Prep and Canterlot High would compete against each other in the Friendship Games.

At first, when Lightsaber and Sunset were just little kids, they tend to get in a couple of fights here and there, but things changed for them when they hit middle school. Whenever they were picked on in school, they would sometimes stand up for themselves and each other. Sometimes, their arguments with bullies either ended up with them getting scared away with the tough guy/girl act ,or they'd get the crap beaten out of them. Their mother always told them to never raise their fists to anyone, but their dad would always say he's proud of them showing some backbone.

Since middle school, Lightsaber and Sunset decided to put a few of their differences aside and became closer with each other, bonding like a real brother and sister. Of course, their competitive natural instincts never left them when it came to board games or video games, but they never forgot how much their sibling bond meant to each other.

Lightsaber and Sunset have just stepped out onto the driveway of their 2 story suburban house while their parents are still inside getting ready for work, and are getting into their car to drive to school, not very enthusiastic about what awaits for today.

Lightsaber was rambling to himself about how he would like to rub victory in Crystal Prep's face for all the times they vandalized their school. Sunset then opens the passenger door to their car, tosses her bag into the backseat, sits down, and shuts the door.

"Well, Sunset. Ready for today?", Lightsaber asks as he turns the keys in the ignition and then backs out of the driveway, careful to make sure he doesn't hit anyone. 

"Ready as I'll ever be. But I'm not looking forward to this." Sunset replies, while buckling up her seatbelt.

"Come on, Sunset. It won't be so bad. Let's keep a little optimism. I'm sure we're gonna win this time", Lightsaber says as he gives her a quick pat on the shoulder, puts the gear into drive, and they make their way to Canterlot High.

"Have you forgotten that we're up against Crystal Prep? The most noteable school that's all about their reputation and winning every challenge?" Sunset asked, chuckling a bit.

"I haven't forgotten, sis. You still gotta have optimism in situations like this", Lightsaber replies as they stop at a red light, Canterlot High being a straight shot turning left.

Sunset sighed. "I suppose you're right. Canterlot High has been getting better after that Fall Formal incident, so we should be able to stand a fighting chance. If we're gonna go down, we'll go down in style", she said, right as they turn left at the lights.

3 minutes later, they pull into the CHS parking lot. "I'll be honest with ya, Sunset. That cream colored jacket looks good on you", Lightsaber says as they get out, and he walks over to the right side of the car to wait for Sunset as she gets out.

Sunset blushed a little bit as she got out of the car with her brother. "Aww. Thanks, bro. I was hoping someone would like my jacket," she replies, closing the door. 
After Lightsaber locks it, they begin to walk around to the front of the school, which is only a brief walk.

Lightsaber approaches the front door and holds it open for Sunset to walk in first. Sunset giggled at how much of a gentleman he was being. Lightsaber and Sunset then make their way to the cafeteria to eat breakfast with the girls before the assembly at 8, which was in 12 minutes.

"Hey, nice of you guys to finally join us. I thought you wouldn't show up," Rainbow says, winking at Sunny and Lightsaber as they sit down.

"Well, I guess that makes up special. Hehe", Sunny replies while winking back. Lightsaber gave her the nickname Sunny as soon as the other Sunset showed up from the other world known as Equestria. Usually, he doesn't use her nickname unless the other Sunset is around. Which, she is.

"So, have you girls decided on what events you're going to participate in for the Friendship Games?" Lightsaber asks before taking a bite out of his muffin.

"Well, uh, Lightsaber, that's the thing. We don't even know what the events are yet", Rainbow replied as she takes a sip of her milk.

"But this time, we've all prepared ourselves for the upcoming events. I've even made some of the best outfits to wear! You two should see them, dearies," Rarity said, flicking her hair.

"That can wait until after the assembly," Sunny replied.

"Sunny's right, sugarcube. Plus, ya shouldn't overwork yerself too early, or ya might not have enough energy left for the Friendship Games when it begins," Applejack said with a hint of concern.

Lightsaber looks at his watch, and the time reads 7:54. "We got 6 minutes. I think it's best we get there now or risk showing up to the assembly late", Lightsaber then says after he finishes his orange juice.

"Well then, what are we waiting for? Let's head on over to the assembly and get this party started!" Pinkie said, leaping out of her seat, along with the rest of the girls. Lightsaber and Sunny joined them as they all went to return their food trays, and then headed out of the cafeteria.
> Chapter I: One Weird Day

Well, the time is now 8:03, and students are all gathered on the gymnasium bleachers, wanting to get this assembly over with so they can go back to their classes to try and prepare for the Friendship Games, which begins in 3 hours. While the other students are absorbed in their own side conversations, Lightsaber's phone buzzes, and he takes it out to look at who texted him. It was their dad.

"Hiya, son. Listen, my gym is gonna be closed off some time around noon, so I was thinking that since these "Friendship Games" are taking place today, I thought that maybe I could drive on over and cheer you and your sister on. I want to be there for you two when I see you take home the trophy!" Lightsaber cracks a smile, then puts his phone back in his pocket. A minute passes, and Principal Luna and Vice Principal Celestia walk out onto the stage. 

"Attention students. It is of great honor to have our special guests from Crystal Prep joining us once again for the Friendship Games," Principal Luna said, showing a hint of enthusiasm. However, her attitude didn't exactly match up with the students, since they know already about the outcome of the games. Yet another loss.


5 minutes later, during which Rainbow Dash had gone up on stage and gave a confidence-boosting speech, and a song to go with it, everyone now had high hopes of winning the games this time."Okay, now I'm feel more pumped than ever before," Lightsaber said, clenching his fists. "Sunny, let's show those uptight bozos who the REAL winners are going to be!" he said, giving Sunny a hyped up grin.

As the 8 of them walk to the music room on the upper floor, Sunny gives Lightsaber a playful bump with her hip, causing him to stumble a little bit. "H-Hey, you trying to give me a faceplant or something?" Lightsaber asked, regaining his footing. Sunny giggled and playfully punched him on his shoulder. He chuckled and facepalmed himself. "I swear, Sunny, you just don't know when to stop being funny, do you?"

"Speak for yourself, bro. Are you always this cute when you're clumsy, or do you constantly have a habit of "falling" for me?" Sunny asked, giggling. Lightsaber chuckles as well, and they all begin walking up the staircase leading up to the upper level.

"Sunny, if I'm going to be honest, I'm actually confident that we can run those uptight Crystal Prep jerks down to the ground and I won't stop until victory is ours! Imagine the look on mom and dad's face when we wipe the floor with them this year!" Lightsaber said, still having fire in his eyes.

Moments later, the Crystal Prep Academy buses arrived at Canterlot High and parked on the curb. The doors all opened up and the students all walked out, looking all smug and stuck-up as usual. Principal Luna exchanged "pleasantries" with both Dean Cadence and Principal Cinch and guided them and the students inside the building.

As the students all walked inside the school building, Twilight followed her little magic-tracking pendant, which led her to the music room where the other girls and Lightsaber were hanging out and, of course, her pendant suddenly drained Rarity's magical energy as soon as she "ponied up."

(10 minutes later)

As expected, both the Canterlot Wondercolts and Crystal Prep Shadowbolts didn't see eye to eye. However, that all changed when Pinkie Pie shot out her party cannons and party music began to play throughout the gymnasium.

Once the music began to play, it seemed that the Crystal Prep students weren't so stuck up, as they began dancing to the music, along with the Canterlot High students.

Meanwhile in the music room....

On the 2nd floor, Lightsaber kept ranting on about wanting to take down Crystal Prep, no doubt getting himself a swelled head as he began bragging. It was funny to watch her brother acting like some macho man, thinking he can take on anyone on his own. Sunny couldn't help herself with wanting to cool off his head with one of her "fancy tricks."

"Bro," she said, stopping him temporarily. Sunny closed herself in on Lightsaber and planted a small kiss on his cheek, making him jump and blush in embarrassment "Chill out, will you? If you keep this up, your head's gonna inflate until it's bigger than Rainbow Dash's ego," she said with a giggle.

Lightsaber still had a blush on his face and his hand placed over the cheek Sunny had kissed. But then, a sneaky grin formed on him, "Oh, that's it, Sunny, you asked for it!" he said. Sunny smirked and quirked an eyebrow at Lightsaber, but her smirk quickly disappears when Lightsaber planted a kiss on her cheek.

Sunny placed a hand on her cheek where her brother kissed her. Her smirk turned into a grin, and it was directed towards Lightsaber with every intention of getting back at him. "Oh-ho, so you DO tend to fall for me. I guess I was right all along," Sunny says before she plants another kiss on Lightsaber's cheek again. They lock eyes once again, and then Sunny leans forward, and plants her lips on his for a passionate make-out session.

It lasts for a good 5 minutes before Lightsaber brings it to a halt and ends up having this look of regret after what he was doing with his own sister. Lightsaber backed away, catching his breath while his face still burning red. "I... I-I'm sorry about that, sis, I-I-I didn't know what came over me, I just g-got so caught up in the moment that I just ended up letting my lust take control, I... I'm really sorry!" Lightsaber said, slightly panicking. Sunny put her finger up on his lip, shushing him and staring at him with a caring smile.

"Lightsaber, it's okay, it's not entirely your fault. I shouldn't have pushed you to the point where we'd ending up doing that. I'm really sorry. How about we never speak of this to anyone. Deal?" Sunny asked, opening her arms out for a hug.

"Deal," Lightsaber replied, giving Sunny a hug with a relieved smile on his face. They both decided they'd spent enough time in here for now, and proceedes downstairs to the gym where the party was.

(Another 2 minutes pass)

Lightsaber and Sunny had just walked into the gym to join up with the other students enjoying, only to discover that Pinkie had "ponied up" just as the party was getting good. But then sadly, Pinkie's magical energy was drained out of her in an instant. Sunny and Lightsaber were confused as to why, but their thoughts were interrupted when Principal Cinch killed the music by tapping on the microphone on the stage, causing a loud, irritating ringing sound to echo throughout the gym.

"I would like to thank Principal Luna for her unconventional welcome. 4 years passed since the last friendship games, but it seems like nothing has changed. Crystal Prep Academy continues to field its top 12 students for the games while Canterlot High picks its competitors through a popularity contest. Regardless of the inevitable outcome, I wish you all the best of luck," Principal Cinch said, severely killing the mood of the party.

"Well, who had sex with that woman and didn't appreciate it?" Lightsaber asked, crossing his arms.

"Hmm, must've been a one night stand if she's that uptight," Sunny replied, giving Lightsaber a playful punch on the shoulder.

"Either way, she didn't have to go and freeze ice back up. And who says the winner has been decided? I say the battle's not over 'till it's over!" Lightsaber said, confidentally.

Moments later, the Friendship Games started off with a bang. Both the Wondercolts and the Shadowbolts went at each other's throats in each competition. Each one was more intense than the last one. One minute the Shadowbolts were taking the lead, then next thing that surprised them was the Wondercolts taking the lead. In the final competition of round 1, it was the Shadowbolts who won the round. Though it wasn't a total loss, as Canterlot High still came close.

"Hey, sis! That was awesome!" Lightsaber shouted, bringing Sunny in for a big hug, and a little friendly noogie on the head. Applejack, Rarity, Sunset, and Pinkie Pie then joined them up on stage as they were the 6 competitors for Canterlot High that were moving on to the second round.

In the start of the 2nd round, Lightsaber teamed up with AJ against Sour Sweet and Twilight in the archery tournament. Sour Sweet had no problems with getting to her shooting point, but the same couldn't be said for Twilight. Lightsaber and AJ made it through the obstacle course with ease. After AJ prevailed in hitting her target, Lightsaber got himself ready. He grabs three arrows and pulls them back on the bow string. "Let's see if Robin Hood can beat THIS!" he shouted. He let go of the string and watched all three of his arrows hit the middle of the target, signaling Pinkie and Rarity to start their roller skate race off with a head start.

After seeing the Twilight from this world fail to hit the target, and getting yelled at by her teammates, Applejack yells in frustration. "I can't take it anymore!" She then leaps off their platform and goes to help Twilight.

Lightsaber didn't stop her, but... "Hey, how can you Shadowbolts call yourselves a team if you're constantly bad-mouthing someone from your school, what the hell's wrong with you?! Take a chill pill already!" he called out, having heard enough. Soon enough, Twilight hits the bulls-eye, and the crystal prep girls doing the rollerskating started off. And after Applejack congratulates Twilight for hitting the target, she "ponies up."

But then, her magic is drained by Twilight's pendant unintentionally. Lightsaber gasps and sees what's going on but isn't sure why this is happening. "Hey, WHOA! What's going on?!" he shouts, jumping over to the other platform.

"I... I don't know! I don't know how to stop it!" Twilight said, panicking and backing up. But then, she loses her footing and falls off the platform with her pendant opened up and letting loose some of the magic from inside. As the magic is let loose, portals began to open up and monster plants began attacking the school, causing everyone to panic and make a run for it, except for the racers and Lightsaber.

Without him noticing, a portal opens up behind Lightsaber, and another monster plant latches onto his leg. He reacts too late and is lifted off the platform and tossed to the ground with a thud. "OOF!!!" he grunted. Lightsaber got up, glaring at the monsters. "Okay, if that's how you want to play it, then fine by me! You're not the only one who's got a few tricks up his sleeve!" Lightsaber reached into his jacket and pulled out a strange gun. "Say hello to the Ray Gun Mark II you SLIME!!!" Lightsaber yelled. He aimed his gun at the monster and took the shot, hitting his designated target, making the monster screech in pain.

Lightsaber let out a battle cry and charged into the field, aiming at the plant monsters and blasting them, trying to keep them from harming the racers. But then, one of them got to Sunny, knocking her off her motorbike while it ate up Sugarcoat's bike, kicking her out of the race.

Rainbow Dash gives Sunny a helping hand, thanks to her being ponied up and flew her around the circuit, crossing the finish line and winning the 2nd round. Lightsaber was starting to run low on ammo and didn't know how much longer he could keep up his assault. Twilight ran and grabbed her pendant and closed it back up. The portals and plant monsters soon disappeared everything had settled down a little, but everyone was still shook up from the whole ordeal and regrouped.

The whole group was both shocked and flustered about why this was all happening. Rainbow Dash was still too caught up in the victory she helped her team get in the race. But then, just like the others, Twilight's pendant began sucking out the magic from within Rainbow Dash.

Pinkie Pie helped Rainbow up to her feet after she began to collapse to the ground while her magic was being drained. "I-I'm so sorry! It started absorbing energy all on its own. But i'm not sure how!" Twilight said, trying to close her pendant as it was sucking in Rainbow's magic.

"What do you mean you don't know how?!" Sunset snarled as she confronted Twilight, trying to close the pendant. But then, a tiny portion of the magic slips out of the pendant, and another portal opens up above their heads.

"Oh great, not this again..." Lightsaber said, taking a step back. But this rift though, no monster plant cane through.

"It also started to cause these rifts to appear, but i'm not sure how that works either!" Twilight said while still trying to close the pendant.

"Is there anything you DO know? Like, how to get our magic back? Or how to fix the portal to Equestria?" Sunset asked, getting more and more frustrated.

"Huh? Equestria?" Twilight stammered, still confused about hearing of this other world called Equestria.

"You know, you're supposed to be so smart. But you shouldn't have been messing around with something you don't understand!" Sunset is now furious.

"But I want to understand!" Twilight replied, now more sad than ever.

"Well you don't! And worst of all, you put the lives of everyone here in danger!" Twilight's eyes then began to fill with tears.

"Whoa whoa whoa, slow down there, Sunset. You're being too hostil with her. She didn't know this was going to happen, it's not entirely her fault all of this happened," Sunny replied.

"If we can find a way, we'll fix this somehow," Lightsaber added.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to!" Twilight said before running off, crying.

"Twilight! WAIT!" Spike called out, running after her.

Lightsaber placed a hand on Sunset's shoulders. "You know, you didn't really have to take it that far and make a villain out of her when she had no intentions of letting this happen to us or anyone else," he said, while putting his Mark II back into the pocket on the inside of his jacket.

Sunset then facepalmed herself, now feeling the guilt over what she just said to Twilight, wishing she could take it all back. Soon, Principal Cinch and Principal Luna walk out onto the field and begin arguing about the group taking the victory "unfairly." But then after they finished their arguement... "Sunny, Lightsaber, I'd like the two of you to come and meet me in my office. I have something very urgent I have to discuss about with the two of you," Principal Luna said, motioning with her hand for them to follow her.

Though they were confused of what the principal wanted with them, they followed Luna back into the school, heading towards her office.

Sunny and Lightsaber both sat down and gave Luna their full attention. "W-What's happened? Has anything happen to mom or dad, what's going on?" Sunny asked.

Luna sighed. "I don't know how to break it down to you two, so I'm just gonna say it: I'm afraid your father had gotten into a car accident on his way here. He was taken out of the car too late. I'm sorry, you two, but I'm afraid your father has passed away," she said.

A sudden huge boulder had fallen onto both of their hearts, but Lightsaber's heart felt like it was being weighed down the most from this terrible news. "N-No... i-it can't be! He-he can't be dead!" Lightsaber said, breaking down. Sunny felt tears streaming down her face, and placed her hand over her heart. She then glanced over to her weeping brother who had his fingers gripping large strands of his hair.

Sunny turned to Lightsaber and held him in her arms. He sobbed even louder than before. "Dad! Dad! NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!" he shouted into Sunny's shoulder. His body jerked up and down as he prolonged shouting "NO" all choked up.

"I am very sorry for your loss you two. I'll leave you be and come back to check on you in a bit," Luna said, getting up from her desk chair and walking out of her office, gently closing the door behind her.

"Lightsaber, p-please," Sunny said, feeling choked up herself. "We have to be strong. I'm sad that dad's gone, too, but he wouldn't want us to be wallowing in misery." Lightsaber sits back up to collect himself, and he wipes the tears off his face.

"I-I guess you're right. I just need to get my mind off being sad," Lightsaber says, giving a weak smile. "B-But I still can't believe that dad's dead...," he said, choked up. More tears fell from his eyes. Sunny grabbed his cheeks and made him face her own crying eyes.

"I'm sad, too. But we have to be strong. That's what dad would want us to do. I'm right here for you, so if you want me to do anything for you, just say it," Sunny replied, still choked up a little.

Lightsaber then calms himself down, and again wipes the tears from his face. "Well, uh, this may be a bad time, but maybe we could kiss again, like earlier...," he says, scratching his head.

Sunny giggled, then she guided him over to the couch that Principal Luna has in her office, they both sat down, and she pulled Lightsaber into another long, passionate kiss. Their lips were the only things that were connecting them at first, but as they continued, it got heated to the point where their tongues danced with each other, not for dominance, but out of passion. As the kiss goes on, Lightsaber begins to squeeze Sunny's left breast, causing her to moan into his mouth. As Sunny has natural E-cup breasts, they're pretty squishable.

Sunny and Lightsaber stopped before they went any further as they heard footsteps approaching Luna's office, making them almost panic as they rushed back to their seats. Principal Luna walks in and notices Sunny patting Lightsaber on the back.

A few hours later, everyone is gathered in front of CHS for the final event, which will decide the winning school for the Friendship Games. The final event: Capture The Flag. The finalists are none other than Sunset and Twilight, and every single Shadowbolt student, including Principal Cinch were putting a lot of pressure on Twilight. She has never looked for felt this nervous in her whole entire life. The Wondercolts felt bad that she was going through a living hell so badly. The worst has yet to come when she grabbed her pendant and opened it up, releasing the magic inside. Everyone panicked as the magic swallowed up Twilight, and changed her into a raging magical she-demon.

"SUNNY, LOOK OUT!" Lightsaber said pushing his sister out of the line of fire. The beam almost hit him, but he barely managed to dodge out of the way. But as he dodged, he loses his footing and almost falls into the hole that led to Equestria, but he barely managed to grab onto the ledge. 

Lightsaber tried his best to lift himself up, but he couldn't. He could only hang on for dear life and pray that someone would reach him in time. "Ngh, can someone pull me up?" Lightsaber yelled, feeling his grip beginning to loosen.

"Oh no, LIGHTSABER!!!" Sunny shouted. She ran up to Lightsaber and grabbed his arm, putting all of her strength into pulling him out of the hole. Her brother used his other hand to pull himself up. Thankfully, their efforts weren't in vein, and Lightsaber was saved just in time.

"Phew, that was a close one," he said. Meanwhile, Sunset tried talking to Twilight. After that failed, she grabbed Twilight's pendant and got an idea. 

"Twilight! This isn't the way! I know you feel powerful right now, like you can have everything you want! I've been where you are, I've made the same mistake you're making! I put on a crown and just like you I was overwhelmed by the magic it contained. I thought it could get me everything I wanted," Sunset said, trying to reason with her.

"You are wrong. Unlike you, I CAN HAVE EVERYTHING I WANT!!" Twilight, or rather, Midnight Sparkle yelled back. More and more rifts to Equestria begin to open up.

"No you can't! Even with all that magic and power, you'll still be alone! True magic comes from honesty, loyalty, laughter, generosity, kindness! I understand you, Twilight and I want to show you the most important magic of all," Sunset said, levitating off the ground and gathering magic into the pendant before closing it up and slamming it to the ground. By then, her entire appearance changed, turning herself into Daydream Shimmer. "The magic, of friendship!" she said. With haste, she shot out her own magical beams, and closed up the rifts to Equestria that Midnight Sparkle had opened up. 

"No!" Midnight Sparkle wasn't about to let this magical opportunity slip through her fingers, and shot 2 powerful beams at Daydream Shimmer, who gladly returned the favor with her own beams, causing a heated light show. 

"Twilight!" Spike called out, running up to his corrupted friend. Twilight had gotten distracted when her pet dog gave her the puppy-dog eyes, begging her to come back to him.

"Spike?" Twilight asked, slightly taking back control of her actions. Using this to her advantage, Daydream overpowered Midnight's beams, catching her off guard.

Midnight Sparkle tries to fight back, but it’s to late. The brightness of the beams blinds her, she can feel the warmth of the beams closing in."NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" With that, the beams envelope Midnight, and everyone around watches in awe at the sight before them.

Meanwhile, inside the floating ball of magic.....Midnight Sparkle, now defeated, is confronted by Daydream Shimmer as she gently reaches out a hand. "Take my hand, Twilight. Let me show you there's another way, as someone once did for me." Now seeing the error of her ways, Midnight takes her hand, and they slowly descend to the ground, returning to their original selves.

"I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean for all of this to happen," Twilight says, tears building up in her eyes. Sunset then places a hand on Twilight's shoulder.

"I know, Twilight. And going by my own experiences, they'll forgive you," Sunset replies. Spike leaps into Twilight's arms, and she falls to the ground, giggling.

"Well, I guess... all's well that ends well," Lightsaber said, slightly smiling.

Principal Cinch, still being as stuck-up as before, confronts Principal Luna as she walks down the front steps, along with Vice Principal Celestia and Dean Cadance. "Principal Luna. On behalf of Crystal Prep, I demand that you forfeit the Friendship Games! Clearly CHS has had unfair advantage for quite some time. Your students have been using magic for their own benefit," she snarls.

"I'd like to think that saving the world benefits us all," Principal Luna retorted with a smirk. 

"At least they didn't manipulate Twilight into turning into a power crazed magical creature by releasing stolen magic just to win a game," Sugarcoat says in a rather fast, but understandable tone.

"Wow, that's a lot to take in when you say it all at once," Pinkie said.

"No kidding," Sunny replied.

"That's ridiculous!" Principal Cinch denied.

"Nope, that's basically what happened," Spike says.

"Actually, we're all to blame," Sour Sweet said, feeling guilty, looking down. "But mostly it was her!" she said, glaring at Cinch with a sour expression.

"As you can see, Principal Luna. My students have been infected with your magic, but I plan on taking all of this up with the SCHOOL BOARD!" Principal Cinch snarls.

"Good, I'm sure they will be very interested in hearing all about the magical students with wings," Luna retorted, putting up a confident smirk.

Elanor realizes it and reaches into her purse. She takes out her notebook and a pen and gives it to her revived son, "Here, use this," she says. 

Lightsaber takes the notebook and pen, and begins to write something. "What happened to me?' he wrote in shaky letters. Sunny is caught by surprise at how Lightsaber can still remember how to write, well, from being dead and all. 

"Lightsaber, this hard to say, but..... you're, a zombie," Sunny said, putting a hand on his shoulder. Lightsaber realizes this, and lets out yet another sad moan. Sunny couldn't bare to see her brother look so sad and just went over and gave him a big hug, not even once considering that he might bite her. "Who would do this to you?" Sunny asked. 

Lightsaber, feeling his sister hug him, had no intention of biting her, so he gradually wrapped his shaky arms around her, and rested his head on her shoulder. But then, a random smell catches his attention: the very knife that turned him into this. It's.... calling to him. Lightsaber kneeled down and gave the crystal knife a few good sniffs and then got back up. He started to move to where he had picked up the scent. He emitted a low and hostile moan. He then darts out of the gym so fast no one's eyes could keep up with his insane speed. 

"Lightsaber, where--" Sunny called out. But it was too late, Lightsaber was already far gone. But Sunny refused to let her brother go, not like this, so she gave chase and ran out of the gym. Sunny found it difficult to keep up with his speed, but it was also easy as he left a trail of blood stained footsteps. She followed his bloody footsteps through several turns, traced them to the back of the school, and followed them into the Canterlot High gardens. 

As Sunny slows her pace while she continues to follow the trail of bloody footsteps, she hears a loud animalistic growl, and a slightly muffled scream. Sunny gasped and followed the sound of the scream and her brother's growling. What she soon found nearly made her vomit. Lightsaber was ripping the flesh off the shoulder of someone who had a mask on. Sunny couldn't stand to see Lightsaber doing such a disgusting thing. 

"Lightsaber, STOP!" she screamed. Lightsaber instantly looked up at Sunny, and pushed his victim away as he began to cower in fear and regret by a bush. The mysterious person fell to the ground is searing pain. This mysterious person struggled to sit up, but managed, and took off the mask, revealing a girl with light mint green skin, forest green hair, and brown eyes, whose face was stained with tears. Sunny somehow instantly recognized this girl: Wallflower Blush. The girl who asked him out months ago, but was turned down by Lightsaber. 

"Lightsaber, what have you done?!" Sunny asked, panicking. 

He hastily grabbed the notebook from the right pocket of his vest, along with the pen, and began to write Sunny a message. He gestured for her to take it and read the message. She did, and read the following message, in shaky but readable letters: "I'm so sorry. The scent on that knife drew me to her, and I-I couldn't control myself...." Sunny looked at Lightsaber, then to Wallflower, who had taken off her hoodie and put it over her wound to try and stop the bleeding. 

"Wallflower, what happened?" Sunny asked with a hint of anger and concern. Seeing no  way out of this, Wallflower decided to speak the truth.

"I... I just wanted... him to... love me... but he chose you! ...So... if I can't... have him... then no one can! But... right at the... last minute.... I realized... I didn't want this! I... I'm sorry!" she grunted. "Please. Just... put me out of my misery...… I deserve it.... for what I did to him...." Sunny, as much as she was hating Wallflower for what she did to Lightsaber, was starting to feel bad for her. Elanor got to her kids in time and was horrified at what she saw. 

"No, I won't let you die out here. No one deserves this, even Lightsaber knows you don't deserve this!" Sunny replied, holding Wallflower's hand. "Just stay with us, we'll help you!" 

Lightsaber, now wanting to fix what he did wrong, snatched the notebook and began to write another message. He gave it to Sunny, and read: "I think I know of a way to fix this. Just, trust me on this." He shambled over to Wallflower, got on his knees behind her, and gently put his hands on her shoulder, but not to bite her again. He inhaled, and a blue glow formed around his hands. Wallflower yelped in pain, but in just a few seconds, the bite wound on her shoulder sealed up, and the pain subsided. 

Sunny was astonished by Lightsaber's new abilities. "L-Lightsaber, what was that?" she asked.  

Lightsaber wrote down a response and showed her. "I just, tried something. I can't believe it worked..." The one person there that was the most astonished by this, was Wallflower. 

"But... But why? And how?" Wallflower asked. "I don't deserve to be shown mercy." 

Lightsaber ripped out another used sheet of paper in the notebook, wrote down another response, and showed Wallflower. She read: "Because everyone, if they prove themselves worthy, deserves a second chance. And you've just proved yourself." Wallflower felt her whole body tremble at the kindness and compassion her crush showed her, despite the lengths she went through to attempt to kill him. She brought her hands to her face and started crying, apologizing for who knows how long until Sunny leaned in and hugged Wallflower. 

Lightsaber actually began to smile, and, somehow, spoke. But just one word. "F...Friends.." 

Sunny and Wallflower flinched when they heard him speak. "Lightsaber," Wallflower said. Both her and Sunny hugged him tightly, crying over the transformation that might have possibly changed him forever. Elanor, whom was beginning to cry herself, walked over and made it a group hug. 



Minutes later, they all make their way back inside the school, and head to the gym. Everyone was concerned for what happened to Lightsaber. But when they notice that he was alright, one by one, the graduates all checked out if he was gonna be okay. Wallflower had gotten something she's wanted for a while now, but never did much about it: Friends. After explaining that everything's fine, the slow dance music started to play again. Sunny took Lightsaber by the hand and slowly took him to the middle of the gym and resumed their slow dance.

The whole time, Sunny never took her eyes away from her transformed brother and gave him the most loving smile, not feeling the least bit disgusted about his appearance. Deep down, underneath his zombie exterior, she still saw her handsome boyfriend. Just then, the spotlights over the gym centered onto her and Lightsaber. Her smile brightened as she and him continued their romantic waltz. She leaned into her brother's chest and hugged him before she leaned up and whispered the three words that brought a smile on his face: "I love you." Sunny reached up and connected her lips with Lightsaber and felt him hug her. She felt safe in her brother's warm embrace and rubbed his cheek gently and passionately. The kiss lasted for a solid minute before she broke away and continued to stare into his eyes as they danced the night away. Small droplets of tears flowed from her tears, but instead of happiness, she cried tears of joy. 




In the 4 months following, Lightsaber slowly gained the ability to properly speak. He still stuttered and strayed every now and then, but he's showed improvement. He and Sunny also have gotten jobs to work towards getting their own house. Sunny working at Best Buy as a Help Center associate, and Lightsaber worked there as well, but he watched over the security cameras, making sure nothing is stolen. Ever since they got hired, Lightsaber's keen eyes were a big help as not a single electronic or any other product have ever been stolen. Sunny's kind personality made the customers feel welcome and knew exactly which electronic the customers were looking for. Within the first month of working there, they even received a $5.00 raise and sometimes would be paid in overtime if no one else was available. Sunny would always be tired during overtime, but due to Lightsaber's zombie nature, he never tired. 


On a peaceful Friday evening, Lightsaber and Sunny are just getting off work, and are heading to pick up something for dinner. They go through the drive-thru at Burger King, and they each had gotten a Whopper with a small drink and fries. After picking up their dinner, Sunny and Lightsaber chose to eat it at the Canterlot Park. There, the park was filled with beautiful wide-open spaces with a few healthy trees growing strong. In the middle of the park was a stone a bridge that was built over a small river pond where ducks swam freely and the carp fish were swimming along the pond without a care in the world. Most of the people in the park were either spending time with their children and playing with them while young couples were having a picnic, basking in the warmth of the setting sun over the horizon. For Sunny and Lightsaber, they took shelter under the shade of one of the trees close to the bridge. 

"So, Lightsaber. Why'd you choose to eat here at the park? I mean, not that I'm complaining," Sunny said, reaching into the bag and pulls out her Whopper burger and fries. 

"I... have my reasons, Sunny. Very special.. reasons," he replied, smiling at her, before taking a bite out of his whopper, and then a sip of his soda. They continued to eat in peace for a good 6 minutes, until they only had their sodas left. 

"Ah, that was delicious," Sunny said, patting her full belly. 

"You said it," Lightsaber said. "Sunny, come with me. There's something.. I need to tell you." He stood up and offered to stand his sister up to her feet. She reached up and felt him lift her up to her feet with ease and then followed him over to the bridge. 

"What do you want to talk about, Lightsaber?" she asked. Sunny placed a hand on his shoulder, getting his full attention and then... what he tells her makes her heart skip a beat. 

"Sunny, we've had a lot.. of adventures from our childhood up until now. Ever since that day.. when we became so intimate with each other, in a way not even mom could expect, I feel like I can be myself.. when I'm with you. You've even shown me, that even after my hideous transformation, you still believed that, I was still the man you had fallen in love with. I can't thank you enough for loving me," he confesses. 

Sunny cried happy tears and rubbed his cheek. "Lightsaber, I... I don't know what to say," she said. 

"I only have one question, now that I feel the time is just right," he replied before he got down on one knee and pulled out a small box, where inside, he revealed a beautiful diamond ring. "Sunny, will you.. marry me?" 

Sunny gasped and got down on her knees and pressed her lips against his. She pulled away after 10 seconds. "Of course I'll marry you, Lightsaber. Nothing would make me happier than to be your wife," she said. Lightsaber smiled and took the ring out of the small box, and put it on her left ring finger. To seal it, they hug each other like never before. Sunny began to cry tears of joy, and Lightsaber began to feel warm and fuzzy. The inner hunger for flesh deep down inside him began to disappear. 

"I'm so happy right now," Sunny said through her tears of joy.

"Me too, Sunny. Me too," Lightsaber replied. He spoke this without a hint of stuttering.

Sunny glanced at her brother and was surprised to see how Lightsaber was now human again. There was still a few small zombie features in his eyes, but she knows her brother is back. She thought that it was probably her accepting to marry him. "Are, are you human again?" Sunny asked. 

Lightsaber checked to see if he was. He scanned parts of his body and then... "I think so," he said. 

"What about my eyes? Are they still glowing?" he asked. 

"No, they're not. But your eyes are still blue, and they look demonic," Sunny replied. 

"Oh," Lightsaber said, looking down. 

"Hey, don't feel so down, I think you're eyes look pretty cool. And you're still you," she said, hugging him. Lightsaber again smiled, and pulled Sunny in for another kiss of passion. Sunny dove into the kiss deeper and held onto Lightsaber. 

Lightsaber breaks the kiss, and reaches down to give Sunny's plump ass a good squeeze. "We'll make this more of a celebration after we get home, and also after we give mom the good news." 

"I couldn't agree more... hun," she replied. Lightsaber grabbed her hand, and walked with her back to the car, where he instead hopped into the driver's seat. Sunny gives him the keys, he turns the ignition, and they pull out of the parking lot to head home. 




5 minutes pass, and Lightsaber and Sunny pull into the driveway of their house. Lightsaber turns off the car, and they get out, making their way up to the front door. "Let's do this," Lightsaber said, opening the door. Sunny walks in first, and is greeted by Elanor, who then gives Sunny a warm hug. "How was your dinner, you two?" Elanor asked. Elanor looks at Lightsaber, then walks back in surprise at what she was seeing about her son. "Lightsaber, sweetie. You look, better...…" Elanor said, struggling for words. 

"He changed back mostly after what he did earlier at the park," Sunny replied, looking straight into Lightsaber's eyes and smiled brightly at him. 

"Oh? And what did he do?" Elanor asked. 

"Well... the thing is mom... Sunny and I have some great news: Sunny and I are engaged," he said. "We're actually planning on getting married." Sunny then showed Elanor the ring.

"Is this what you both want?" Elanor asked, holding Sunny's hand. 

"Yes, mom. Lightsaber's the only man I love. He treats me like a woman and he knows how to make me happy, same as how I make him happy," Sunny replied. Elanor smiled, and pulled Sunny in for another warm hug. Lightsaber wraps his arms around Sunny and their mother as he too smiles. 

"I only wish your father was here to see this," Elanor said. 

"Me too," Lightsaber replied. 

They're still wrapped in each other's warm embrace when the front door begins to open. Ahsoka comes in, shuts the door, and takes off her boots. "Ugh, what a day," she said, visibly tired as she rubbed her eyes. Ahsoka had also gotten a job as a mover in a local moving company, so she was gone most of the day at times. 

"Ahsoka, Lightsaber and Sunny have news for you," Elanor said as she turned to walk into the kitchen for something. 

Ahsoka stood in place as both Lightsaber and Sunny approached her. "We're getting married," Sunny said, showing Ahsoka the ring. "Congratulations you both. Have you decided on a date yet?" Ahsoka asked. 

"I was just thinking we could do it on December 4th," Sunny replied. 

"That ok, Lightsaber?" she asked.

"Sounds great," he replied, wrapping his arm around her shoulder.

"Well, I'm gonna get to sleep. Goodnight," Ahsoka said, making her way upstairs to her room. 

Still bent on continuing their celebration, Lightsaber and Sunny take off their shoes, set them by the door, and make their way up to their room as Elanor comes out of the kitchen. " Have fun you two," she said, winking. 

"Oh we will, mom. We will," Lightsaber replied. The young couple quickly approach Lightsaber's room and go inside where they strip themselves until both are completely naked. Sunny presses herself onto her naked fiancé and rubs his bare, manly chest.

> Chapter V: A Warm, Loving Union

3 months later, the special day has arrived: Lightasber and Sunny's wedding.  The snow was falling gracefully upon the city and the neighborhood. For Sunny and Lightsaber, the setting couldn't be more perfect. The wedding is being held at their new big, spacious house that Elanor had helped them make payments for. But just like every newlywed, Lightsaber and Sunny were getting a bad case of wedding jitters, getting nervous about what'll happen if something goes wrong.

Elanor and Ahsoka were with Sunny in the master bedroom, helping Sunny into her beautiful wedding dress she had gotten as another gift from Elanor. Lightsaber was on the other side of the house in one of the guest rooms, getting into his suit. Of course, that very suit he was wearing was also Topaz's. Lightsaber figured his dad would have wanted him to wear it on his wedding day. He can only imagine that big smile on his dad's face.

But while he was trying it on, Sunny was checking out the dress she was wearing and looking kind of sad and a little bit worried as well. "Mom, have you ever been this nervous when you married dad?" she asked. 

"I was, honey. But I went through with it because I knew your father loved me, and I loved him. I still do," Elanor responded.

"But what if Lightsaber laughs at me? Or what if I forget my lines?" Sunny asked, more worried.

"You'll be fine, sweetie. Just take a few deep breaths, and everything will be fine," Elanor replied, assuringly.

"Besides, if I know your brother like I do, he loves you very much and he wouldn't laugh at you or make fun of you, especially on a day such as this. Now tell me, do you think Lightsaber is capable of laughing at you on the most important day of your life?" Elanor asked. 

"No, I guess not," Sunny responded, more relaxed.

"Then there you have it. Lightsaber is just as nervous about this as you are. But in the end, I know you two have the courage to overcome those fears. Now show me that beautiful smile of yours," Elanor said, smiling. Sunny chuckled as she began to smile, thinking of the life she's about to start with Lightsaber. 

"That's my girl," Elanor said before hugging her daughter.

Back in the guest room, Lightsaber had finished getting his father's suit on. And with his new sensitive hearing power, he heard a car door open and shut outside the house. Some of the girls have arrived. 'Alright, keep it together, Lightsaber. You can do this. If dad was able to do it. You can, too!' he thought to himself. Lightsaber got a text, and pulled out his phone to see who it was from. It's Rarity. "Hmm? I wonder what Rarity wants," Lightsaber said to himself, checking the text.

"Would you mind unlocking the door, darling? It IS cold out here." Lightsaber snapped to his senses and ran to the front door. Moments later, he opened it, and in stepped Rarity. "Thank you, darling. Oh and what a fabulous suit you're wearing. Wherever did you get it?" she asked.

"It was my dad's old suit," he replied, taking Rarity's coat and putting it on the hanger by the door. 

"Oh my. I bet your father would be so proud of you right now. So, where's your lovely bride?" she asked. 

"Upstairs in the master bedroom," Lightsaber responded.

"Thank you, deary. I think I'll go up and say hi to the lucky bride," Rarity replied.

"Alright, Rarity. I'm gonna wait here in the living room," Lightsaber replied.

As Lightsaber went to the living room, it's there that he recognized two of his dad's old co-workers having a couple of drinks and talking to each other. Their conversation stopped for a moment when they noticed the star groom coming up to them and so they waved to him. "There he is. The man of the hour. Your dad would be proud of you," one of them said.

"Thanks guys. And I'm really glad you guys decided to come. Anything new at the office?" Lightsaber asked. 

"Same old shit, nothing too exciting. Where do you think you're gonna take your bride to be when you leave for the honeymoon?" Night light responded. 

"That's easy. I've saved up some spare cash for a trip to this hotel that's right by the beach," he whispered. 

"Bet you're gonna wreck that pussy real good," Night light whispered back. 

"Oh, you have no idea how good it feels to rut her brains out without tiring out. But tell me, Night Light, have you and Twilight Velvet been getting it on?" Lightsaber asked, teasingly. 

"Every moment we're alone," he replied, finishing his drink. 

"Good to see your sex life is still healthy. Gotta make it last while you're still kicking," Lightsaber said, playfully jabbing Night Light on the shoulder. The guys all chuckled and laughed. As they were laughing, some more cars pulled up into the parking lot. As expected, it was the rest of the girls, including Wallflower Blush. Lightsaber went to go let them in and thanked them all for coming, as well as show them where Sunny was trying on her wedding dress. 

5 minutes later, the lights in the house dimmed a little, and everyone sat down while Lightsaber stood near the middle window. He stood there as if it was an altar, and waited there for his sexy bride. Lightsaber stood there with his hands in his pockets. He really did wish their father was there. Or, maybe, he could be. "I got an idea," Lightsaber thought to himself. Lightsaber reached into his shirt and pulled out a locket containing a picture of his entire family, but focused more on his dad in the picture. He placed a finger on the picture and closed his eyes. The magic in his finger shined brightly for a while until he heard a voice he never knew he'd hear. 

"I knew you had it in you, son. But I didn't expect you'd be getting married to your own sister," the voice said. Lightsaber turned slightly to the left, and there stood Topaz. 

"D-Dad?" He said, shocked at seeing his father again. 

"In the flesh, buddy boy. I can see that my suit fits you like a glove," Topaz replied. Everyone else had seen this as well, and were also surprised as to how Topaz was alive again. Lightsaber ran to his father out of sheer joy, and hugged him with great force. "I missed you, too, son. I saw everything from my... current place of residence," Topaz said, patting his son on the back, giving him comfort.

"Yeah, I've been there as well. But the proposal is what really brought me back," Lightsaber replied, pulling away from the hug. 

"You don't say. I'm glad to hear that things worked well. So, how's your mom doing?" he asked.

"She's upstairs with Sunny. But the wedding's starting shortly, and maybe she doesn't know you're back just yet. At least until everything is fine and dandy," Lightsaber responded. 

"Well, have I got a surprise for her and everyone else. Tell me, champ. Have you found yourself someone who can officiate the wedding?" Topaz asked. 

"Uh... well, we sort of hired Stellar Flare to help us out with the wedding, but she's kinda backed up on work at the last minute, so no, why do you ask?" Lightsaber asked. 

"I might be. Or you could tell your mom this: "Someone very special has offered to officiate the wedding." This'll keep her guessing until the very end," Topaz whispered. 

"Everyone, let's keep my dad here a secret until Mom and Sunny come down. I want this to be a surprise for them too," Lightsaber said. Everyone nodded and shushed each other. Lightsaber and Topaz gave each other a thumbs up. Their plan was put into motion and the best part was... the crowd was on their side. 

Meanwhile upstairs, the girls were ready. "Ok, sweetie. You ready?" Elanor asked. 

"I'm ready, mom," Sunny replied. 

"Good. Then let's go downstairs. I'm sure your groom is waiting for you," Elanor said. Elanor gave Sunny a big warm hug, and began to walk downstairs. The moment Sunny had gotten downstairs, the traditional wedding music began to play, and everyone turned to see the beautiful bride making her way into the living room. Lightsaber took note of his beautiful, sexy bride while she was being guided to him by their mom and Ahsoka until they reached the window. 

"She's so beautiful. I definitely couldn't have asked for anything else," Lightsaber thought to himself. By the time Sunny, Ahsoka and Elanor arrived at the window, Lightsaber put his plan into motion. "Please be seated," he said, making everyone sit down. "You look absolutely beautiful, Sunny. You also look cute with your hair up in a ponytail," Lightsaber said, taking her hands in his own. 

"Thanks, Lightsaber," Sunny replied, blushing slightly. 

"Now, as Stellar Flare in unable to officiate our wedding as she was caught up with work at the last minute, I have the perfect Plan B." Lightsaber said, and then shouts, "Come on out, Dad!" The girls all quirked an eyebrow. At first they thought he was joking, but when Elanor and Sunny heard a laugh they recognized all too well, they knew that Lightsaber wasn't kidding. Elanor, Ahsoka, Sunny and Lightsaber looked at the door to the game room opening up, revealing Topaz. Elanor gasped when she saw her husband appear before her eyes and make his way to his family. 

Sunny herself was at a complete loss for words, but she soon found the strength to speak. "How, how is Dad alive?" Sunny asked as Topaz reunited with Elanor in a loving hug. 

"Oh, I'm still dead. It was all thanks to your brother here that I was... granted a second chance to come back home, but I never expected to be able to help you out on your big wedding day. I'm glad to see you guys again. My little girl is finally grown up, my sexy wife is looking good and... who might you be, miss?" Topaz asked Ahsoka. 

"My name is Ahsoka Tano. It's nice to meet you," she replied. 

"It's a pleasure. Now, let's get this show on the road. I'm sure we're all excited for this as it is" Topaz said, walking towards Lighsaber and Sunny. 

"O-Of course," Elanor replied, taking a seat next to Ahsoka. Lightsaber and Sunny both take a deep breath as the ceremony begins. 

"Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to unite these two youngsters in holy matrimony. This young couple have finally decided to take the next step into their lives. But marriage is not to be taken lightly as so many have over the years, but I dare say that no matter what, they know the risks and the proof that they love each other so much says it all," Topaz said. 

"Now, before we continue, have you both prepared vows?" Topaz asked. Sunny and Lightsaber looked at their dad and nodded before looking back at each other. 

"Lightsaber, I'm glad to have you be my husband. When I had first developed these feelings for you at the beginning of our senior year in high school, I wanted to keep them to myself because I was honestly scared as to how you would react. But when I had finally confessed my feelings to you, I had never felt so relieved. Our relationship has only made us closer. And now we can be together, forever," Sunny said, gently squeezing Lightsaber's hands.

"And I would gladly have you as my wife. Ever since you confessed to me that day near the end of our senior year in high school, I was a bit hesitant at first, but then I began to open up to you a whole lot more. You listened to how I feel, and in return, I vowed that I would always make you feel happy as well as make you feel like the woman I will always love, no matter what obstacle stands in our way," Lightsaber replied, keeping his grip on her hands and never breaking eye contact.

"Lightsaber. Do you take Sunny to be your lawfully wedded wife? To love, honor and nurture? To always be faithful to her through good and bad times, in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live?"

Lightsaber looked directly into Sunny's eyes and smiled. "I do," he said.

"And do you, Sunny, take Lightsaber to be your lawfully wedded husband? To love, honor and nurture? To always be faithful to him through good times and bad times, in sickness and in health for as long as you both shall live?" Topaz asks.

"Would the ring bearer please step forth?" Topaz asked. Right away, Pipsqueak walked up, carrying two rings on a soft pillow and then kneeled down as he presented the rings. Sunny and Lightsaber accepted the rings and place it on each other's left fingers and kept staring at each other.

"By the power vested in me, I now pronounce this couple... husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride," after he said that, Lightsaber lifted the veil over Sunny and moved in for a big kiss. The crowd applauded while a certain man cried happy tears in the audience. 



After finally becoming husband and wife, Lightsaber and Sunny spent their time feeding each other a slice of wedding cake that Pinkie Pie and the Cakes baked for them. Everyone else was drinking and chatting and just having a good time while they occasionally glanced at the newlyweds.
