> Chapter 1: The Lonely Pony, The goal "appears" (Re-edit)

It was a quiet night in Equestria. While most ponys are asleep, there was one moving through the night. In search. . .

While this lonely pony traveled through the land, coming upon a small town. Where this town's sign was shrouded in darkness and was in disrepair. Making it difficult for the lonely pony to know what town it was. Moving through the town aimlessly, until hearing a cry for help coming out from a dark alleyway. The lonely pony decided to go and help whoever was in trouble.

Arriving in the dark alley the wandering pony saw about eight stallions, surrounding a single poor young mare. These stallions had a lustful look in their eyes, as they eyed up the mare. The stallions looked about to rape the mare. "Please let me go home, I don't want any of this!" says the surrounded mare that was clearly in distress.

"Oh, but why? We just want to have. . . a very good time with you~. It would even be so good, that you wouldn’t even want to go home. . .” The boss of the gang of stallions said stepping closer to her with a confident smile. “. . . forever." His lips curling up into a sadistic smile "Take her boys!"

But before anypony could make a move; the wandering pony spoke up. "Stop right there! Get away from the Mare or I will be your Enemy!" shouted the lone wandering pony.

The boss of the gang, was the only one with balls to say a thing "Who is it this time?" He spoke with a hint of annoyance turning around towards the sudden shout. Only to be surprised to see a large mass of a shadowy black silhouette of an alicorn-mare. Stepping out of the shadows showing the alicorn mare in all her glory. She had a blue and black mane and tail, and was also adorned with a black armored piece and a black cape. On her left side, she held a Black Katana and on the right side a dark blue Katana. Her wings also had blue and black armor over them, including her legs as well. On each leg, there are two bracelets, one right over the hoofs, and the other one right above the knee. Each bracelet on the front legs had each a red diamond, right in the middle; and on the hind legs. They each sport a blue diamond in the middle instead of red.

While looking over the alicorn-mare he noticed a death-like stare. The mare was glaring with a deep filled hate. The boss observed that the alicorn-mare had a blue "Pony" eye on the right, and a red "Dragon" eye on the left, and on her flank, he saw an emblem on the cape; It showed off a winged shield with a sword in the center behind the shield and on the shield, it was adorned by the moon.

"You want to stop us? Who do you think you are, and who do you think you are talking to?" The boss stallion asked with a raised brow. Seeing her has nothing more than a bug under his hoof ready to be squashed.

The wandering alicorn spoke again with disapproval. "I don't know who you are, but trying to take advantage of a poor mare here with a group of 8 Stallions no less! Is something where I think: All of you. . . should be. . ." Her red dragon eye on her left glowed dangerously. "BURNING IN HELL." It was almost laughable how the alicorn talked, prompting them to not take her serious.

"Guys. . . go and get her, but don't kill her, I want some fun with her too," The boss said to his lackeys with a perverted smile on his face, turning back to the other mare. "While you guys take care of the black one. I’m going to have some fun with this cutie here,” He chuckled darkly walking closer towards the mare in distress, who started to cry huddling at the dead end of the dark alley.

Without saying a word. the lonely dark alicorn that could have misinterpreted for “Nightmare Moon” unsheathes the dark blue Katana from her right side using her magic. Getting ready to fight, while the group of seven stallions charged straight for her.

The lonely mare looked with her red “Dragon” eye. Eying the group waiting for them to get within range. While holding her katana with her magic. Her horn illuminating the once dark alleyway, with a bathing shower of light. The group of stallions quickly surround her; in the tight alleyway. Her size and how the buildings are so small made it crowded. The seven thugs lunged towards her at the same time, trying to pin her down. But at that moment, in a blink of an eye; she lifted the sword swiftly spinning and slashing with her sword. This only lasted for about less than a second. She casually slid her Katana back to it’s sheath. Starting to walk towards the boss of the now “dead” group of stallions.

The boss stallion turned around to face her. When he didn't hear the sound's of a mare begging. Everything was too quiet and the only thing that could be heard were her echoing hoof steps. That were heading towards him and all of his stallions stood around in place; where the alicorn was once standing. All of their heads were sliding off their slashed neck's. Then all at once, the stallions dropped to their knees. Getting into a kneeling position. Then their heads dropped onto the dirty cobblestone floor.

The Boss stallion was in shock seeing his whole gang had gotten taken out in a span of a second. "What. Have. You. DONE?! You killed all of my stallions, are you crazy?!" He shook his head in disbelief, he couldn’t believe his eyes.

The alicorn looked down at the stallion towering over him. "No, I am not crazy, but you are, you messed with the wrong mare at the wrong time and you even tried to RAPE a mare in front of my eyes. The only way you will get out of here alive is if you have information on me, but I don't trust you, sooooo. . . tell the devil I sent you and say Hi for me," The alicorn told him with a playful smirk while she continued her confident stride towards him. Pulling out her black katana, ready to take his head.

"No-no-no, please! No! Anything but death! please let me-" The alicorn interrupted him, taking his head clean off with the black Katana.

The damsel in distress that was now saved walked over to her savior, wiping tears out of her eyes with her left fetlock. Shaken up by the traumatic even that had recently happened. She felt it... justified... to see the ones' that tried to hurt her... hurt. As ironic as that was she was grateful that she had been saved. Not many mares could say the same. "Thank you, for helping me. . . but who are you?" Asked the poor mare that was assaulted by the stallions. She looked up at the dark alicorn in wonder as the darkness once again swallowed the alleyway.

"I don't know who I am or where I'm from. The only thing I know is, that I am cursed and that I am a... guardian, but don't know who or where I’m from." The dark alicorn explained.

"Oh, I’m so sorry her that. . ." The small mare trailed off, "You know what, I want to invite you over to my house. So you can sleep, and have something to eat. I could try and help you where ever I can," The grateful mare stated a small smile starting to slowly form on her face.

"Alright, I accept this offer of yours, but I can only sleep in the day time and awake during the night,” The alicorn explained with a small nod of her head. “So where do you live?" She asked starting to walk out of the dark alleyway with the small mare in tow.

"This way, just follow me, oh by the way, you can call me Rose," Rose said with a bright smile that reflected in the moonlight. She got in front of the alicorn, leading her home.
After a few minutes, both mares arrived at Rose’s place. "Come on in, hmm. . . what should I call you?" Rose asked pressing a hoof to her chin in thought.

"Call me. . . what you think best fits for now." The alicorn shrugs unsure. "Until I can truly recall my real name," The dark alicorn said closing her eyes relaxing her posture.

"Ok then, would it be ok if I call you. . . Night? Because. . . you’re dark and. . . blue. . . and. . . you know Night time. . . " Rose laughed nervously rubbing the back of her neck, with a hoof intimidated by the large dark alicorn not wanting to be vaporized by laser beam eyes or something it that nature. Could alicorns do that? *shiver*

"Yeah sounds good, why not, for now. . . you can call me Night," said Night with a small smile gracing her muzzle.

"Ok, you can rest here in the living room, while I make you something to eat," Rose said leading the alicorn inside closing the door behind her. Night had to crouch in order to fit through, Nearly impaling the ceiling with her horn.

"Ok," Night said quietly laying down on the sofa. Then right after she started cleaning her Katanas. Washing out the splotches of blood stains, here and there, with her magic. It was too much blood. Because she had struck so fast that nearly almost to none had got on her weapon of choice.

Minutes later Rose came back with a plate balanced on her back. "Here, some apple pie and fruit salad."

"Thank you," Night said politely taking the plate in her magic, hungrily she started to eat.

Rose began to relax seeing the alicorn happily eating."So, do you know where you want to start searching for answers?" She asked curiously wanting to know, sitting down on the floor, in front of the couch.

"No, I don't even know which town I am in or where I should start," Night explained.

"Well for starters we are in Somnambula, and. . . for starters-” Rose repeated with a coy smile. “-I would have to say that you should start your search in Ponyville, where the Princess of Friendship resides, she is one of the most well-known pony for knowing-” Rose laughed at her own joke. “-pony in all of Equestria!”

"That sounds like a good idea, so how would I get there?" Night asked leaning in closer eager to know what Rose has to say.

Rose smiled at how cute Night’s eagerness was, it was almost childish. It was like she was talking to a young foal. "It would be, if you go from here through the desert to the north, til’ you get to another town called “Las Pegasus”. Well, it's more of a city than a town, but never mind that. There is a train station. Go there so that it can take you to Ponyville, it's said she resides in the Majestic Giant Tree Library," Rose finished softly.

"Ok then I have for now a goal," Night looked at a clock mounted upon the wall nearby. To see that the time was around 05:30. "But, for now, I should get some shut eye, have to go to sleep at 06:00 in the morning, so where can I sleep for the day?" Night asked Rose with a slight tilt of her head.

"You can sleep in my bed for the day, while I stay here during the day so you can sleep peacefully," Rose said with a kind smile.

"Thanks for everything, you've helped me a lot. Helping me find a new goal, and a place to sleep, and a meal, thank you. I've rarely seen any kindness like this before... it warms my heart to know that their are ponys around like you. Sorry for my rambling," Night smiled sheepishly. "I should really be going to sleep now."

"Sleep well~” Rose cooed seeing Night leave, exploring Rose's house in search of her room to sleep through the day.
> Chapter 2: Night, Travel towards Ponyville (Edited)

The next evening, Night woke up in Rose’s bed. Getting up out of bed Night walked out of the bedroom into the living room, seeing Rose laying on the sofa reading a book. Noticing Night she puts the book down on the table next to the sofa and stands up, "Good Evening Night, had a good sleep?" Rose asked her guest with a curious look on her face. She really wanted to make sure that she was being an excellent host.

"Good Evening Rose, yeah it was so good sleeping in an bed and not on an haystack, and how was your day?" Night spoke with her kindergarten vocabulary. Rose giggled finding it quite adorable.

"Ah, it was mostly boring.” Rose waved a hoof around with a smirk rolling her eyes. “But for now eat something. It’s here on the table.” She pointed to the table in question. “Some Apples and Fruit Sandwiches, Enjoy your meal," Rose said continuing to smile with a polite smile.

"Thank you for the meal." Night sits down and starts to eat her meal. Grateful to have something to eat at all.

"So while you were sleeping, I got something for you. Here's a little bag of bits for your travel,” Rose hooved over a small bag that jangled. “And I got you a backpack as well and something to eat and drink for your Journey, and a compass for your travel through the desert." Rose chirped while she was giving Night her gifts as she named them.

Night held her new backpack examining it. The colors matched her color scheme, being black and blue. "Tank you, I will pay you pay back, if I found out all my answers and I will pay you back even if you say that I don't need to," Night explained smiling at Rose. Her kindness was immeasurable.

"Well, you do that," Rose said nodding her head understanding the sentiment.

"Well I think I should go now, so I can go find answers fast about me, so Thank you for everything you've done, I will see you the next time." Night said with her childish vocabulary making Rose smile even more.

"Ok, I hope we will see each other again,” Rose yawned covering her open mouth with a hoof. “So good luck on your journey and I hope you find your answers~” Rose almost sang. “Well I should be going to sleep, so see you next time,” she said tiredly rubbing her eyes with her hooves.

After finishing her meal and packing her things and putting her Katanas at her sides: black on her left and dark blue her right. After putting her new black and blue backpack on her back right under her cape; she started moving towards the front door. Exiting Rose’s house, closing the door behind herself with a soft click.

Looking at her new compass she turned herself until the compass facing Las Pegasus. She spread open her wings quickly taking flight. The Flight was calm since nothing was happening. After arriving in Las Pegasus she stopped flying and went a little bit through the town.

After 15 minutes of wandering through the Town, she asked a pair of Ponys "Excuse me, can you tell me the way to the Train Station?" Night asked lost in the “big town” Though it was actually a city.

The two ponys stared up at Night in fear the alicorn towering over both of them. One of them nervously spoke up stuttering. "Y-y-yes-s we can!” The pony pointed, “Just g-g-go down t-t-this street along t-t-ill the next cros-s-ssing and t-t-then t-turn le-eft and just go straight forward!” The pony exclaimed scared of Night. “At the end of the street, you can see the train station!" The pony laughed nervously with his friend nodding her head just as nervous.

"Thank you." Night said simply heading off.

"You’re welcome!" After leaving the pair she overheard one of the ponys: "Who was that? She looks scary, especially with that red eye of hers." One said in a hushed whisper.

After hearing that, Night thinks:"I Should put my mane over the red-eye to prevent complications."shortly after thinking about it, she covered her red dragon eye.

After 30 more minutes of walking Night arrives at the Train Station. Walking to the ticket booth that was selling train tickets. "Hello, how can I help you?" asked the pony in the booth who was currently using a hoof filer. Holding it in her mouth, while she used it on her forehooves.

"Hello, I want to take the next train to Ponyville." Night said with a glimmer of hope in her exposed blue eye.

"The nechkt train to Ponyfille arries in 10 minites and dep’artures in 15 minites and a ticket for that train costs around 15 bits." The mare said with the hoof filer clenched in her teeth.

"Here are the 15 bits." Night said with a blank expression, her lips were in a thin neutral line.

"An hare is yur ticket, have a nic~e trip and a good nigt." The ticket booth mare said hoofing over the ticket to Night who took the ticket in her magic. Then the mare went back to what she was doing with her hooves.

"Thank you and good night for you to." Night said getting a weird look from the booth mare. Walking back to the tracks sitting at a bench nearby waiting for her train.

The train soon arrives and Night boards it. After doing a quick confirmation checking the ticket over, that it was indeed the train to Ponyville. On the train, Night sits down on a cushioned bench and relaxes looking out the window nearby seeing the moon. A feeling a calm and relaxing warmth wash over her.

The Conductor comes into the train wagon, causing Night who was currently the only one in the wagon to be snapped out of her trance. The Conductor walks over next to her bench and says: "Excuse me miss, your ticket please," He asked politely with a calm smile.

"Oh, good evening sir, here is my ticket," Night said levitating her ticket towards him.

"Good evening, okay your ticket is good." The Conductor said with a smile pulling out a hole puncher. Puncturing the ticket with a hole.

"ähm Sir, how much longer till we arrive in Ponyville?" Night asked him curiously not wanting to waste any time.

"Only about 30 minutes till we arrive in Ponyville, any other questions?" asked the Conductor with a smile on his face.

"No, no other question anymore, thank you and have a good night."

"Ok, have a nice safe trip and a good night to you," The Conductor finished his farewell and left the wagon. Leaving Night all alone.

After 30 minutes the Conductor came back in the wagon and told Night: "We will arrive shortly. In Ponyville," and went off to the next wagon.

"So it's about time to see Ponyville, I hope this Twilight Sparkle can really help me."Thinks Night, as the Train stopped. Getting out of the Train she looked at a clock that was hung on a billboard with all the times for the train. On a clock, she saw that it was already 04:30. So Night asks the pony at the ticket booth on “how to get to Princess Twilight’s home”.

"Oh, Princess Twilight’s home? it's right on the other end of Ponyville, just follow this street till the end and you will see it," The stallion explained casually like if he was asked that question a lot. Night thanked the information-pony for the information and started to make her way flying to Twilight's castle as fast as she could.

When Night finally arrived at the Crystal Tree Castle she looked over at a pink Clock that was conveniently placed on a wooden stump. Seeing that it was now 05:00. It confused her on why it would have been there in the first place."Well I don't have much time left for this night so, just knock,"Night thought knocking on the twin crystal doors.

A few minutes later, Starlight Glimmer opens the door and looks up towards Night and asks: "Good morning, how can I help you?" She asked with a puzzled expression seeing a huge pony in front of her, that was decked out with weapons and armor. That obviously screamed warrior and maybe a hardcore cosplayer.

"Good morning I need to talk to Twilight Sparkle, and please I don't have much time for this night," Night said with a serious-looking face.

"Okay. . . I’ll get her fast. . . ? Come on in and wait in the entrance hall," Starlight Glimmer said before running off to get Twilight.

It's 05:30 when Twilight and Starlight both arrive in the Entrance hall. "Good morning, what is the Problem?" Twilight asks with a curious expression eyeing Night up and down.

"I have a few problems and I have not much time to explain right now, for now, I can say that I am cursed so that I fall asleep every morning at 06:00 and can only wake up at 20:00. Another problem for me is that I don't know who I am, where I am from, and what my job is. So can you help me?" Night asked with a hard look in her blue eye.

Twilight nodded her head dumbly "I can try but because of the curse you have, I think we should take you to our guest bedroom, follow me." They all walked fast to the guest bedroom while they walked Twilight spoke: "While you’re asleep I will try to look into finding out as much as possible about this curse of yours. I will also ask my friends to help out too." Twilight said with a prideful smile.

"Thank you so much, Twilight Sparkle." Arriving at the guest bedroom now that it was already 05:50. So Night moved quickly putting her backpack, her armor, cape, and her two katanas beside the bed. Then climbing underneath the soft covers.

"Could I check your body and your cutie mark to look for it? It might be helpful when finding it somewhere in one of my books?" Twilight asked explaining her reasoning.

"Do what you have to do, to find out who I really am and while you don't know my name you can call me Night, it's a name a friend I met and who suggested me to get to you for help, but for now I am sleeping good day." And it's 06:00 and Night falls asleep right on time. Just as the sun rose in the sky.
> Chapter 2.5: The Day After Night Falls Asleep (Edited)

After Twilight left the Bedroom with Spike and Starlight in tow, leaving Night to sleep in peace. "So where do we start with this search?" Spike asked Twilight curiously.

"I would have to ask my friends first. If they could do something about Night," Twilight explained heading towards the entrance hall. "But who should I get first to help me with this? Besides you two.” Twilight tapped a hoof to her chin in thought. “Ah, ha! I have an idea!” Twilight exclaimed enthusiastically. “Spike go and get Rarity, and Starlight go and get Applejack and Pinkie pie, While I get Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash."

"Ok, I’m on it," Starlight and Spike spoke at the same time, rushing out of the castle in a hurry.

After a few minutes, Twilight arrived at Fluttershy’s house knocking on the door. A few seconds later a bunny named “Angel” opened the door looking up at Twilight. "Hi Angel, is Fluttershy home?" Angel looks back, closing the door on Twilight. Confused Twilight considered knocking again.

As Twilight went to knock again, Fluttershy opened the door and said simply: "Oh, hi Twilight, how are you doing? do you need something?" She asked softly with her signature kind smile.

"Hi Fluttershy, I’m fine, and yes I need something. Could you come by over to the castle, while I get Rainbow Dash? And before you ask. I’ll tell you once everypony is at the castle." Twilight said flying up into the sky in her search for Rainbow. Taking a wild guess on where she might have been at.

A couple of minutes later, Twilight arrives at the Training place where Rainbow Dash almost always trains at. Where she tries a new trick and. . . crashes into a haystack "OUCH!" Rainbow cried out landing in a haystack.

"Rainbow are you ok? do you need help?!" Twilight said aloud rushing to Rainbow.

"Ouch, no I’m fine, did you need something?" Rainbow says while getting out of the haystack she crashed in. Shaking hay out of her mane and tailandfur.

"Yeah, I could use your help, at the castle. So can you come to the castle? I think the others should be there by now," Twilight tells Rainbow while helping her get some hay out of her mane.

"Sure if you called the others it must be abigproblem, so what is it?" Rainbow asked interested, getting ready to fly.

"I’ll tell you what I know when we are together with the others," Twilight explained to Rainbow as both started to fly to the castle.

Finally arriving at the castle, Twilight and Rainbow Dash both notice how their friends are all standing in front of the castle talking to each other. Twilight and Rainbow land next to their friends. Twilight starts up talking to them: "Thank you all for coming and on such short notice. I called you all here because I really need your help. There is this black mare with a blue and black mane and tail. She came in this morning asking me for help in a few matters, one matter is a curse and the second matter is that she doesn't know who she is. Or where she is from, and what her job is. She also had asked me for help and now I’m asking you all to help me with this request." Twilight said her eyes sweeping over her group of friends, with a serious expression.

"Sure we’ll help yall as much as we can Twilight, but where’ do we start?" Applejack asked while they entered the castle.

"First I ’ll show you the mare, for now, we can call her “Night” till we find out her real name. So if you see her and think you heard or read anything similar or about some pony looking like her. If you can remember something in your memories that would be most helpful. I would like to read some books trying to find something about the curse she has." While opening the door to Night’s temporary bedroom where she is sleeping peacefully. "So girls, this is Night. Before you ask she can't wake up, because of a curse. She can't be awake in the daytime only at night time, between 20:00 PM and 06:00 AM. And these are her things, 2 Katanas, black armor, this Backpack and this cape." Twilight pointed out to everypony. Everypony starts inspecting Night’s things as Twilight carefully removes the blanket letting all the others see the alicorn mare with the blue and black mane including her tail. They all even see her cutie mark. That was a blue-winged shield with a moon in the center of the shield and a Sword behind the shield.

"She looks dangerous and gorgeous at the same time, sorry but I would remember such a pony immediately," Rarity stated admiring Night’s mane and tail realizing something: "Twilight darling, did you notice the kind of mane she has? it looks like the mane of Princess Celestia and Princess Luna have but only in black and blue." Rarity stated in a matter of fact tone.

"Now that you say that, yeah it looks like Celestia’s. I can’t believe I didn’t notice it before!" Twilight said with an excited thoughtful expression on her face. "Maybe she has ties to Celestia and Luna?"

"I don't think she has ties only to Celestia and Luna," Rainbow Dash interrupts "Look at the sword sheath, the dark blue one has the mark of Princess Luna and your mark Twilight. And on the Black one, there is a mark of Celestia and Cadance.” Rainbow tried to pick up the Katana, "What in Celestia's name? Why is this thing so heavy? I can barely lift it!” Rainbow Dash said struggling to lift the katana.

"Have you gotten weak Rainbow?" Applejack drawled while going over to the Katanas "let me pick that thang up." but Applejack failed too. "What are these Katanas? They each weigh like a huge boulder, how can she even walk with these thangs at her sides? Let alone fight with these. She must be really strong if she can carry these." Applejack said leaving the katanas alone.

"I’m going to the library to try and find something out," Twilight stated leaving the bedroom heading to her library.

Time passed now being 13:30. Spike came out of the Library and tells Twilight: "Hey Twilight, you have a few visitors and you’ll never guess who it is."

"Who is it? Sunset Shimmer or any of the Girls from the other world?" Twilight asked in curiosity.

"No its Cadance, Shining Armor, and Flurry Heart, They are at the Entra-" Spike was interrupted by Twilight, who stormed out of the library rushing to the entrance hall.

"Cadance, Shining Armor, what are you all doing here? How are you all?" Twilight asked while having some fun with her niece Flurry Heart.

"Oh nothing special, we’re only on our way to Canterlot to meet with Celestia and Luna and we thought we’d visit to ask you; if you wanted to come along with us." That made Twilight look up.

"I would love to!” Twilight blurted out excitedly before frowning. “But. . . I have to help a certain mare with her problem. . . but wait, could you help me with the problem?" Twilight asked almost pleadingly to Cadance and Shining Armor.

"Then tell us what the problem is," Cadence said with a roll of her eyes placing a gentle hoof on Twilight’s shoulder.

"Well. . . it would be easier if I showed you than to describe, follow me." Twilight turned around going to the guest bedroom where Night was sleeping and said on the way: "The problem is that the mare is sleeping right now. We don't know what her real name is or where she is from, or what her cutie mark even means and she is cursed so that she must sleep all the day from 06:00 to 20:00. We call her “Night” for now. She is sleeping in here in this room." Twilight opened the door to the bedroom where Night was sleeping in.

"This is Night the cursed mare, and don't eventryto pick up the Katanas there. They are far too heavy to pick up. Even Applejack and Rainbow Dash, two of the strongest I know, well till now, because they couldn’t pick up the swords. However what concerns me, is that on each sword, there are both symbols of the two princesses," Twilight pointed at the swords with her hoof, while slowly using her magic to carefully pull the blanket down to reveal Night the black alicorn mare.

"Oh my, a pony who has even darker fur than Luna, and that cutie mark. . .” Cadence said in amazement.

Shining Armor then spoke up beside his wife. “Well I don't know who she is, but I would have to say because of her cutie mark. That she must be someone who guards something or someone, but that is just an educated guess," Shining Armor stated turning to the katanas, even trying to lift one of the katanas but only to fail without lifting it up at least to a millimeter. "So where do you need help Twily? With all this."

"I need your help by finding out as much as possible about this mare, and because you are going to the castle I thought you could take a letter with you. Giving it to Celestia and Luna, in which explains the problem we have here. If you could do that While I stay here and focus more on searching through books to find something out about her." Twilight said turning to the table getting a sheet of paper and a quill and starts to write a letter for Princess Celestia and Princess Luna.

"Of course, we’ll take this letter with us, and I’ll talk to my aunts about everything You told me and Shiny," Cadence said with a small nod of her head, her daughter Flurry Heart giggling tiredly on her mother’s back. Taking the letter that Twilight wrote for the Princesses in her magic.

"Twilight I have a suggestion for you; if she wakes up to ask her; if she would like to have guard duty in your castle. At night, maybe she might recall something of her past or she finds out what her job really is," Shining suggested while putting the blanket back on over Night, leaving the room with the others to give Night some privacy.

Back in the entrance hall "Well, we must be going now, we need to catch the next train to Canterlot and it's already 14:30, so see you another day Twilight." Cadence said softly putting Flurry Heart back to sleep carrying her on her back. Getting ready walk to the Train Station. "See you later Twilight and good luck with this problem."

Twilight at smiled at Cadence nodding her head "Yeah see you later Cadance, Shining, and Flurry Heart. Greet Celestia and Luna from me, and have a safe trip. I need to get back to my books, if I want to find out more about Night," Twilight waved goodbye until they were out of view. She went back inside her castle.

Back in the Library Twilight saw all her friends with their noses in books. "Did anyone find something?" Twilight asks only to get a “No” from everypony and Dragon in the Library. "Well I think we should have something to eat, Pinkie would you like to make something?" Twilight asked the hyperactive pony.

"Already ahead of you here have some cupcakes!" Pinkie exclaimed loudly pulling a bag of cupcakes from behind her back, putting them on the table at the center of the Library. Everypony takes some cupcakes and starts to eat.

"Here Spike I have some gems for you" Rarity says giving Spike some gems to eat.

"So did Cadance and Shining Armor say something about Night?" Rainbow asked blowing her mane out of her face.

"Not much only a suggestion from my brother, which is that she could be a mare who protects something or someone so he suggested. Asking me. . . to ask her if she would want to protect the castle at night, and see what she thought of it and if she could recall something." Twilight explained to her friends.

"Well that’s a start and it's better than having nothing for her." Applejack stated pressing her Stetson hat down on her head with her eyes closed.

"Well it's now 16:00 I think we should start to get back to reading these books. To find out something about Night. Oh and Pinkie, could you prepare something to eat for Night?" Twilight asked her pink pony friend.

"Yeah, of course, I will, she’ll have enough food for the whole night!" Pinkie gushed enthusiastically rushing off to the kitchen.

“It's 19:45 okay girls, let's get ready. She should be awake in 15 minutes." everypony start closing there books and Rainbow wakes up and every pony starts cleaning the Library up.
> Chapter 3: Guarding Duty (Edited)

It exactly 20:00 Night woke up, only to face a strange pink pony; right in front of her face. "Good evening?” Night replied politely raising a confused brow. “Why is there a pink pony right in front of me?" Night asked aloud, getting out of the bed and begins stretching.

The pink earth pony began to speak "Hi, my name is Pinkie Pie, and I'm, as well. A friend of Twilight and I’m helping during the daytime. Trying to find something about you. Then I made something to eat for you for breakfast! But well it's not really breakfast. Because it's already evening. . . so, it's technically dinner but because you just woke up. It’s technically breakfast for you. Your, breakfast is at the dining hall where everyone else is waiting for you~! So, come on this way." Pinkie Pie explained before rushing to the dining hall. Night walked after her.

When she reached the dining hall, she was greeted by Twilight. "Good evening Night, how are you?"

"Good evening Twilight and good evening to your friends," Night replied sitting down on an empty chair.

"Oh, right I should probably introduce my friends to you, so this here is Applejack." Twilight points towards the orange earth pony next to her.

"Howdy Night." Applejack answered tipping her hat down politely.

Twilight continued the introductions "This is Rarity," she said pointing to the white unicorn sitting beside the orange pony Applejack.

"Good Evening, Night darling," Rarity said with a reserved smile.

"Next to Rarity, you should have met her a few moments ago, is Pinkie Pie," Twilight pointed to the pink earth pony with a poofy mane.

"Hi, Night" Pinkie Pie greeted bouncing in her seat.

"Next we have our animal caretaker friend, Fluttershy." Twilight then pointed at the yellow butter pegasus. Which whom had a small white bunny sitting beside her

"H-Hi Night." Fluttershy stuttered shyly.

"And next to her is Rainbow Dash, who is reading a Daring Do book," Twilight said with a flat expression. Pointing to the aquamarine pegasus, who was focused deeply on the Daring Do book. Rainbow didn’t respond, too far into the book, to hear her name being called. "And this is Starlight Glimmer, you met her yesterday, she is my student and the dragon is my assistant, Spike." Twilight finished her introductions.

"Hello," Spike and Starlight said at the same time, getting shocked looks from each other.

"Good Evening and nice to meet you all, I am Night. For now, till I know my real name," Night stated while Pinkie placed a plate of food in front of her. "It tastes good. So if I may ask, have you already found something about me?" Night asked curiously eagerly wanting to know. Because Rose did say Twilight was the key to her past, even if she didn’t say it in those exact words.

"Not exactly, the only thing we have is an idea that was proposed by my brother. Because of your cutie mark, he thought that you could be a guard or something closely related to one. My brother came up with the idea, that you could do night guard duty. Until the next morning, to see if something pops back in your memory, or maybe that you feel familiar during guard duty. So, what do you say to this idea?" Twilight asked curiously stuffing her face with dinner.

Gulping down her food Night responded positively "Sounds like a good idea, it's better than nothing after all. So when should I start and where should I patrol?" Night asked eating the last bit of her meal, "Thank you for the food." She finished dabbing her lips with a napkin.

"Well for starters, I think you should start patrolling between the entrance hall and bedrooms,  Spike’s, Starlight’s, and even my bedroom, and the map room. But in which order you do it. I’ll leave that up to you. Girls and Spike, I would say that we should let it be for today. Let’s try to find out more tomorrow if you have time tomorrow that is. . ." Twilight stood up taking all the dirty plates brings them all to the kitchen, "Oh, and Night. When you are ready, could you come over to the library later?" The other ponys except for Starlight, Spike and Night left the dining room.

"Sure, I will be there." Night went back to her room and getting ready for her nighttime guard duty.

"Good Night." everypony said in unison going home or to there room. Except for Twilight who went to the castle’s library.

In Night's bedroom,"So what do I need for Guarding duty? My swords and my armor, yeah that should be all. Oh before I forget I should probably get my mane out of the way of my dragon eye."Night said aloud mentally putting her armor on, placing both katanas at her sides, setting her mane back to normal. Exiting her room she now headed for the library.

"Twilight? I am here, what is it you wanted to talk to me?" Night asked entering the library going to the center to see Princess Twilight.

"Oh, already here? Well, I wanted to say a few things. First of all, I had a visit from my brother and his wife. They left and are now in Canterlot, where Princess Celestia and Princess Luna live. I think, that in a few days they could come visit, so if theydocome. . . I want you to meet them, maybe they could help you too, and another thing. I wanted if you could come and tell me when it was midnight? I'll stay here and look for more clues. Until then." Twilight pulls out a book about the legendary ponys in Equestria.

"Ok, sounds good, then I will come and tell you at midnight. Then I will start my patrol, see you at midnight, Twilight." Night left, leaving Twilight, going to patrol the hallways of the Castle.

"Yeah see you at midnight," Twilight said not noticing that the door was already closed, having her muzzle buried deep into a book.

After a few hours, the clock had officially struck midnight. Just as promised, Night enters the library on time going over to Twilight. "Excuse me, its midnight you wanted that I tell you that it is midnight." Night said with her odd vocabulary that made Twilight scrunch up her nose, right before nodding her head.

"Oh, it's midnight already? Oh, okay then.” Twilight finished with a yawn. “I should probably start going to bed now. Well, first let me ask you something. Did you ever hear anything about Nightmare Moon, or does it ring any bells?" Twilight asked with a worried look on her face.

"Well not really, it's just the name. . . feels familiar. . . but nothing more." Night stated calmly walking up beside Twilight. "Why do you ask? did you find some hints?" Night asked with hope in her voice, only for it to be immediately crushed right after.

"No, it was just a hunch. But, if you don’t remember anything, then it’s probably for the best.” Twilight sighed putting the books back into the shelves yawning, "So, let's get you something to eat, and then you can tell me how the first half of your guarding duty went." Twilight spoke softly with a tired smile on her small muzzle as they both walked towards the kitchen.

When they finally got to the kitchen, "Here have some fruits and some water, so how was your first half of the night?" Twilight asked curiously as she placed the fruits and water in front of Night. Who was sitting down at the big crystal feast table, that felt empty since almost nopony was there. Except for Night and Twilight.

"It was good, it felt good and familiar like I did it a long time ago. But unfortunately, it doesn't ring any bell." Night explained starting to munch down her food casually.

"Well, then. . .ifit feels familiar then it must be the right step in the right direction. So, did anything happen while on duty?"

"No, nothing happened, it was all quiet." Night said finishing her last bit of fruit gulping down all of her water.

"Okay then, I should go to sleep now, could you please wake me at 05:45" Twilight asked Night walking out of the kitchen yawning.

"I will wake you at 05:45, have a good sleep, Twilight." Night cleaned up, going back to patrolling the castle. Once again.

After a while of patrolling, Night walked in front of Spike’s bedroom door. Which was opening nearly striking Night in the face, who quickly sidestepped to the side barely missing the opening door by inches saying: "Good night Spike need to go to the toilet?"

"Huh? Yeah actually. . . just need to go to the toilet," Spike spoke half sleep wobbling over to the restroom. Night continues her route leaving Spike to his toilet time, or whatever.

The night went on silently everything was quiet. Not a sound to be heard. Till 05:40 Night walked towards Twilight's bedroom going in, after knocking, to wake Twilight. "Good morning Twilight it's 05:45 you wanted to wake up." Night said in a neutral tone.

"Good morning Night, and how was the rest of the night?" Twilight asked drowsily only getting five hours of sleep. Getting up from bed going over to her window to pull the curtains open, so the sun’s rays could filter in.

"It was quiet and nearly nothing happens, only that when Spike needed to go to the toilet and nearly hit the door in my face, but I could react fast enough to dodge the door." Night says and smiles. "but I would like to go to bed now, so have a good day." Night sad with her almost childish vocabulary.

"Ok have a good rest, and watch out for theopening doors’." Twilight smiled winking at Night who nods going to bed. Arriving in her room, she puts her armor and her katanas down on the floor hopped into bed falling to sleep instantly. . . right on time. . .
> Chapter 4: The Everfree Forest (Edited)

A week has passed and Night settled down as a guard in Princess Twilight’s castle, and tonight she has a special task. Now it's 20:30 and Night is completely equipped, standing beside Twilight at the entrance hall. "You have a special task for me?" Night asked Twilight who nodded her head.

"Yeah, well. . . its part-task and part maybe. . . we have someone who could help. The task is to protect me on our way to Zecora’s hut, in the Everfree Forest. The purpose being, that Zecora might know something about you. I also need to get some supplies from her." Twilight finished her explanation. Night followed Twilight out the castle, heading to the Everfree Forest.

A few minutes after entering the forest, Twilight and Night started to chat. "So Night, how was your night at Rarity's place? And how was it trying to sew clothes?" Twilight asked curiously cocking her head to the side.

"Well let's just say it was a nice night, and Rarity will not come to me asking for help sewing clothes. But, everything else where good, well Sweetie Belle was scared of my appearance at first but after a while she opened up and we even played half the night. It was very funny," Night looked partly ashamed looking away, but she smiled a bit in embarrassment. "I am very good in the art of protecting and fighting, but I am not so good at creating things." Night explained rubbing her face with her fetlock.

"Well if that is the case, then we shouldn't really be thinking of making any medicine or food. The only thing you could try is Magic of course, and maybe helping animals. Possibly even helping out at the Sweet Apple Acres" Twilight suggested.

Night disagreed shaking her head, she wanted to try everything, "No I think I should still try everything out, maybe I get some memories back." Night said pulling one of her katanas pointing it towards a bush, "Who is there?" Night demanded only to see a timberwolf jumping out of the bush towards Twilight, but Night reacted quickly cutting it down with one strike. "Well that was, easy," Night said with a stoic mask.

Twilight looked amazed her mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water. Shaking her head she was finally able to clear her head asking: "Hey Night, how do you even swing those swords around? Don’t they weigh more than a couple of boulders?" Twilight was startled by the sudden Timberwolf attack.

"What? They weigh more than a boulder? no way, they are as light as a feather, I can't even lift a boulder.” Night chuckled losing her serious expression. “I can just barely move a boulder, but what are these TimberWolfs?” She asked with her bad vocabulary, but before Twilight could answer Night cut her off. “Oh well I don't really care, I have to say it feels so liberating to fight." Night smiled down at the smaller mare. Twilight notices the red Dragon eye of Night’s glowing in the darkness.

"Hey Night, do you know that your Dragon eye is glowing? How does it feel, is anything different with your view?" Twilight asked observing the dragon eye.

"I know that my Dragon eye is glowing, but only when I pull one of my katanas or if I get really angry. It feels like a fire burning in my eye but it's not painful, it’s warm and it feels like I can fight against everything that tries to fight me. My view is different, I see enemies that try to attack me or a friend of mine with a red aura and friends with a blue aura and everything and everyone between friend and enemy has a yellow aura around them. I should tell you that I really shouldn't fight against a whole army of enemies, before you ask I don't want to tell you why, well for now." Night explained with her bad vocabulary. Taking Twilight time to process her words, putting her Katana back into her sword-sheath and her Dragon eye stops glowing gradually.

"That sounds interesting. . .” Twilight mused. “Well, I won’t ask if you don't want to talk about it." Twilight and Night continued walking again, but this time. . . in silence.

After a while of a few Timberwolve attacks later, Night and Twilight arrive at Zecora's place. "We’re here, this is Zecora's home." Twilight explained knocking on the door.

The door opens: "Ah, Twilight Sparkle, I have been expecting you, how was your trip and who have you brought with you?" A Zebra stood in the door. Night first looks surprised that there was a Zebra living alone within the Everfree Forest.

Twilight walked into Zecora’s hut, along with Night who had to crouch to fit inside the tight space. "Hi Zecora, well we had some timberwolf attacks but Night here dealt with them easily, and this is Night by the way,” Twilight said pointing to Night the dark alicorn. “This is the mare I told you about with the curse. . ." Zecora closed the door behind them.

Night introduced herself to the zebra: "Hello Zecora, I am Night temporary guardian for Twilight Sparkle and her castle, and I don't know my real name nor do I know where I am from." Night said with her bad vocabulary, giving a slight bow when she finished talking.

"Welcome Night, I am Zecora the zebra herbalist. Who just might shine some light on your past." Zecora introduces herself to Night. "And I was told that I could maybe help you with your memory problem."

"Really, but how?" Night asked excitedly which looked odd, seeing a dark alicorn like herself smiling, she looked intimidating.

"Oh, that is only a possibility. . . I am not entirely sure if it will work. There is only a little chance, but come first and have a cup of tea." Zecora said giving them both tea.

Inside the house, they all sat down around a small table, on the table was a teapot and 3 teacups "So what is this method you talked about, Zecora?" Night asked with her odd vocabulary making Zecora even more curious about the alicorn.

"I have a mixture which helps against amnesia, but it will only help for memories which are not repressed, or to say it shortly if you don't want to recall something. Doesn't matter if it’s consciously or unconsciously. Some even try a spell or something close enough. Drink it or you don't recall." Zecora explained while putting a phial onto the table, "If you want to try the drink, drink it. If you don't want to remember then don't drink it."

"Well I want to know so I will drink it, Will there be any side effect that I should know about?" Night asked cautiously taking the phial in her magic, bringing it close to her face to examine it closely.

"Not really, only a little headache. . . maybe. . ." Zecora mentions pointing to a couch, "but the only thing that is sure, while you recall your memories it could be that you will be asleep, so go lie on this couch."

"Ok, then I will go to the couch," Night said childish ishly making Twilight giggle at how cute she sounded. Getting on the couch laying down on the couch, drinking the mixture falling asleep.

In the dream, Night awoke in a castle that felt familiar, it was night time, Night got up and walking a bit inside the room, seeing her equipment putting it on. After equipping her armor on and her Katanas to her sides, walking to the door exiting the room. Now walking into a corridor where 2 stallions were wearing dark blue armor. Both of them salute her and say: "Good evening Colonel Midnight Shield, we have an emergency, we have trouble with some rebels again. This time we need to be fast, we heard that they plan to attack tomorrow during the daytime. We’ve located their base at the border of our known kingdom, so we don't have much time." One of the stallions explained to his superior.

"Roger that, get the other 2 and be fast, I will wait at our magical launch pad." Midnight Shield commands heading to the launch pad in question.
> Chapter 5: The Contract (edited)

At the launch pad, Colonel Midnight Shield waits for her squad to assemble, so that they could exterminate the existing Rebels. The remaining squad members arrive at the launch pad a few minutes later. "Ma'am everyone is here, ready to move out."

Midday Sword was ready standing on a small platform, where all of his four legs were locked in. After everyone else got on their platform, Midnight Shield got on her own platform locking her legs into the platform. Looking in ahead, seeing a long narrow tunnel, which goes slightly upward. The tunnel has five rails in total, one for every platform. Essentially for each alicorn. Before proceeding Midnight Shield asks: "Are you all ready to begin?" she asked looking to her left to Midday Sword and Midday Shield gave a nod. She looks on over to her right getting nods from Midnight Sword and Midnight Bandage as well. "Ok then let's fly." Midnight Shield says activating the mechanism with a spell. After the spell had activated all five platforms accelerate rushing forward at very high speeds heading down the narrow tunnel. Once they reached the end of the tunnel, the locks on their legs opened up releasing them. Everypony spreads their wings as they get launched out at high speeds. Flying like an arrow at the speed near a Sonic Rainboom itself, soaring through the sky together in a tight formation.

"Good Job, Major Midday Shield!" Midnight Shield shouted to the alicorn to her left that was a white and blue alicorn, "Report, what is our intel, where is the base and how many rebels are it this time." Midnight Shield looked towards a black alicorn to her right, who began to speak.

"Their base is at the foot of Mount Ever Hoof, a bit north of the location, where the Crystal Empire had vanished. Our Intel says we have a total of 25 Rebels, possibly more." Captain Midnight Sword reported briefly.

"Good Job, Captain Midnight Sword, so let's go. I will make a plan on our way there, everyone get ready and remember to activate your cloaking spell; so no one except our queen knows that we exist as a unit." Midnight Shield commands activated her cloaking spell shortly after. Making her appear to be a Unicorn, while 2 of the others looked like earth ponies and the other 2 look like pegasi all following after Midnight Shield.

After a few minutes in the sky, Midnight Shield yells: "Ready for landing we are going down!"

"Yes Ma'am", everyone yells following after her going down to the ground landing. After everyone landed: "No one hurt? Is everyone fine?" Midnight Shield asks looking around the area.

"No one is hurt, everyone is fine," The black and red alicorn confirmed.

Midday Sword began to speak next: "So nothing for you to do Lieutenant Colonel Midnight Bandage." He spoke with a wide smile on his face.

"Stop it Midday Sword, and get ready. We’re starting our standard procedure, Midday Shield and I are going in the front. Midday Sword and Midnight Sword are going behind us, to be our back up. Possibly even flanking the rebels. Midnight Bandage, you will watch our back and if one of us gets hurt to get him or her out of here. Our Target is the leader of this rebel group. I want him Alive, do with the rest what you want I don't care. Just as long that they’re unconscious or dead, oh and take only one prisoner per each of us, so it will be a maximum of 6 Rebels leaving this base. . ."

"Yes, Ma'am." Everyone pulls out their weapons. Midnight Shield took out her dark blue katana, Midday Shield a claymore and a shield, Midnight Sword pulled out his Nodachi, while Midday Sword pulls a Long Sword and Midnight Bandage took out a Longbow of her back.

"Oh, not the black katana ma'am?" Midday Sword asked confused.

Midnight shook her head, "No not for something like these scum rebels, I only pull it out when I kill the boss of a group. But that aside, get ready we are breaching now." Midnight Shield stated placing breaches on the main door.

"Oh look, ma'am, we have found all the guards, there is only but a few. May I take care of them?" Midday Sword asks getting ready to charge on to a patrol, that consisted about around 3 ponys.

"You may take out 2 of them, we still need to know who their leader is," Midnight Shield explained.

Midday Sword smiled cockily "Okay I’ll try to hold back, but I won't promise anything. If they aren't good enough then it's not my fault."

"Yeah, Yeah, I kno-" Midnight Shield was interrupted by one of the rebels.

"Hey Don't move and drop your weapons or we will kill you," the rebels all got into battle position.

While Midnight Shield's squad looked terrified towards Midnight Shield, then turning back towards the rebels. "Midday Sword be a dear and leave me the one who interrupted me." Midnight Shield said with a nasty smile closing her eyes on Midday Sword.

"Y-Y-Y-Yes Ma'am!" Midday Sword stuttered out charging in. Quickly cutting the head of the two who were on the left and right of the one rebel who interrupted. Kicking him towards Midnight Shield.

"So you are the one who interrupted me just a few seconds ago?" Midnight Shield said facing down to the rebel that interrupted her. "How do you want to die, the painful way or the painless way? Well to answer me. . .  just tell me where your leader is." Midnight Shield opens her glowing red Dragon Eye. "So what is it?" She asked darkly sending a shiver down the rebel’s spine.

The rebel stared back at her "I-I-I Don't know what you mean, and I will never tell you where our leader is," he stuttered out shaking. "Oh look, Midday Shield, the rebel is scared." Midnight Shield laughs scaring the rebel further.

"Yeah Sister, he is scared like a little frog against an elephant, so its the long way right? Do you want help or do you want to be alone with him?" Midday Shield asked looking at the rebel.

Midnight Shield smirked down at the rebel, "I think I want to be alone, but first Squad secure the room and all exits of this room." Midnight Shield commands.

"Yes, Ma'am." Everypony splits up securing every doorway and every window so that nothing can get in or out. "Everything secure ma'am." Midday Shield stated proudly standing beside a closed door.

"Thank you all, now to you rebel, it's your last chance tell me what I want and it will be quick and painless." Midnight Shield said again with her signature nasty smile towards the captured rebel.

"I will never tell you what you want, even if my life is at stake!" The rebel retorted spitting on her face.

Midnight Shield only laughed lightly in response, wiping the spit off, "Oh now you have done it. Where should I start? Well for starters. . . construct a cross where I can bind him to. I want to start at something very evil by crucifying him. Midday Sword please bind him onto it while I get my tools, oh and no gag I want to enjoy this." She explained activating a spell which created a portal between dimensions. Going into the portal, quickly getting a bag with some tools in it. Coming back to rejoin her squad which built the cross, tying the rebel to the cross.

"He still won't talk about his leader." Midnight Bandage said shaking her head.

Midnight uncaringly smiled, "Oh well if he doesn't want to talk, then we have no use for him. . . only some play time." She pulled out a few different kinds of knives out from the bag looking over to the rebel, "Do you have kids?" She asked brandishing the blades in front of him threateningly.

"No not yet, but after our mission, I will make some with my wife." The rebel said giving Midnight Shield a harsh glare, "Oh no, I said something I didn't want to say." He sighed regretfully.

"So you have a wife, well to bad for her, don't you know that the families of rebels get the same punishment as the one rebel in that family? But you shouldn't care about it now because you will die the most painful way I can do right now. Unless you want to talk and don't forget the same will happen to your wife." Midnight Shield says with a sinister smile on her face, with the intensive dark red glow coming from her dragon eye. "Do you even know who you are talking to, or do you even want to know?" She asked licking her lips.

"Why should I know you? You’re just a black unicorn pony with a blue and black mane and a red... Drago-," the rebel was hit with a look of realization more shocked and terrified than ever, "Oh no, don't tell me, you are the elite squad of the queen?! No-no-no-no-no, why are you here?! How fast are you, and why are you he-, wait I will talk! Just let my family live they don't know that I’m a rebel." The rebel said like a whimpering puppy.

"Oh, you want to talk now? Well, I told you it doesn't matter really but ok, I promise you that I will not kill your family. So start talking." Midnight Shield pulls her dark blue katana holding the blade next to his neck."

"Yes, our boss is a light blue unicorn with a white mane and tail, he hates the queen and we don't know his name we call him Arctic because he uses ice magic. He is behind a mirror in the main office. To pull it out you need to pull the ice magic book out of his bookshelf then the mirror should open up. Behind the mirror, you will find a hallway and a door, behind it is a bedroom. He should be there sleeping right now, I’m sorry for interrupting you and now please let my wife live." The rebel said accepting his fate to Midnight Shield.

"Huh, does anypony want a new pet?" Midnight Shield asked looking at everyone else in her Squad and no one responds, "It looks like I have a new “pet”, you may live but as my servant. If you have a problem with that, I can kill you right now, and your wife will get the same fate, so if you are my servant she will be too. If you die, well you should get it by now." Midnight Shield opens a portal. "Choose now, go in the portal and live or stay here and die."

The rebel got untied looking around, bows his head towards Midnight Shield and goes into the portal. Without a single word. The portal closes and everyone in the squad gets ready to move out again. "Everypony move out and clear the rest of the building and remember you may take one prisoner back home, you have 20 Minutes to clear the building. I’ll await you in the main Office."

"Yes Ma'am!", the whole squad says moving out in every direction away from the room. On the way to the main office, Midnight Shield thinks about what she will do with the rebel and his wife.

"Well, for now, I should think about how to capture the boss." She thought to herself entering the main office. After about 15 more minutes the rest of the squad enters the room and reports: "Building secured, we have killed every other Rebel we found, there was no one worth keeping."

Midnight Shield nodded her head, "Good Job everypony, get ready we will go in there now, Midnight Bandage pull the book out of the Bookshelf, and then get in there and capture him alive." she commands sternly. Midnight Bandage did as she was told; pulling the book. The mirror opens to reveal a corridor "Everypony after me and get ready we don't know what will await us," Everypony got behind Midnight Shield.

Getting to the door to the bedroom, Midnight Shield gives the signal to get ready and breaches the door; just a spell activates blowing a cold wind through the corridor.

"What was that?" Midday Shield asks confused by the sudden spell.

"I don't know, but I don't care it was just a small wind blow," Midnight Shield commented sneaking next to the bed seeing a stallion sleeping there. Midnight Shield signals the squad to secure the exit, completely surrounding the bed. After surrounding the bed Midnight Shield takes her black katana out from inside the sword sheath. Hitting the sleeping stallion on the neck so hard with the flat side of the sword, so that he was still living but unconscious. Tying him up and gags him. "Ok he was the last one here, so let's get going, get together I will use my teleportation spell, to take us home.” The Spell activates as the squad vanishes.

A few seconds later the squad arrives back at the launch pad, "ok guys cloaking spells off we’re finished here. Sister, could you please report that our Mission is cleared, I need to get ready for my new pets," Midday Shield nods leaving to inform the Queen. "Midnight Bandage please bring this rebel scum to the Dungeon, and check if he is still alive." Midnight Bandage salutes taking the rebel leader to the dungeon, "You two are dismissed." Midday Sword and Midnight Sword bows towards Midnight Shield.

Back in her Room, Midnight Shield opens the Portal again, to get the rebel out and tells him: "Your first duty is to go to the head guard giving this," Midnight Shield gives him a letter and an emblem which looks like the cutie mark on her flank. "He will show you your new room, he is just across the hallway and before you go," pulling out a collar placing it on to the rebel, "this will prevent you from doing communication, attack, defense, and transportation magic, picking up weapons, or even trying to attack any one of the guards and trying to leave the Castle. Now go, about your wife. . . that will come later." The rebel bows then shortly leaves.

Midnight Shield goes leaves her room heading towards the cafeteria as Midnight Bandage runs to her: "Ma'am we have a problem, the wind that was there opened the door, I remember the spell, its an ice magic spell, which will freeze the intruder and teleports them to a random position and they will be frozen for at least 1000 years, We have to hurry to undo the Sp-" Midnight Bandage was interrupted by the spell, and was frozen and teleported away. Only a few seconds later the same happened to Midnight Shield. 2000 years Later the ice melts, Midnight Shield awakens in the desert near Somnambula.

Night wakes up from her Dream: "I think I now know who I am, and I don't like it," she said shaking her head.

Twilight walks up and asks: "Why shouldn't you like it?"

Night sighed, "My real name is Midnight Shield, I was a Colonel in an army of an empire which ruled over Equestria with an iron hoof. And my job was being in a special unit, that took care of rebels. But this was a long time ago. . . to be exact it was 2000 Years ago," Midnight Shield says slumping forward falling back to sleep.

Twilight says to Zecora "Oh no it's 06:00 in the morning her curse is acting up again. Can you take care of her for the day?" Twilight was vibrating on her hooves.

"Of course, leave her here, I’ll take care of her," Zecora says and Twilight leaves Zecora's home.
> Chapter 6: The Meeting (Edited)

Midnight Shield wakes up within Zecora's humble home, to see Zecora putting two saucers, two teacups, and a teapot with a plate of sandwiches. "Good evening Midnight, how was your sleep? And if you like you can eat the sandwiches." Zecora sits down on an empty chair next to the table.

Midnight Shield sat on the sofa: "I am fine and it was a relaxing sleep. I like to eat some sandwiches. Thank you for the Meal" Midnight starts eating some sandwiches spewing out her odd vocabulary.

Zecora looks to Midnight and asks. "Do you want to tell me what you saw in your dream?"

"Maybe I should but I think I should tell it at least you and Twilight, but I want to tell you both at the same time." Midnight explained with a bit of shame on her face.

"Ok, then I will accompany you after we finished eating, and then we can leave for Twilight's Castle, so eat in peace and take your time." Zecora smiled reassuringly continuing to eat a sandwich.


***Later***


As everything was calm in the house, but suddenly a loud knock on the castle doors. Then followed by a swinging door and then a bang. The door hitting a wall, Twilight charges in completely exhausted trying to say something: "Midnight. . . we have. . . something big. . ." She huffed and puffed gasping for air.

Midnight interrupts: "First of all catch some air and drink some water and then tell us what is going on." She said floating a glass of water to Twilight in her magic.

After a few deep breaths then chugging the water down Twilight explains: "We have some big visitors coming right now to the castle, and they want to talk to you!" Twilight explained frantically.

Midnight cocked her head to the side raising a brow: "Who wants to talk to me?" She asked curiously picking up her equipment, "Well who would ever want to talk to me? We shouldn't let the ponys wait. And well if we go, I can tell you about the memory that I recalled last night on the way to the castle." Zecora and Twilight nod as all three of them heading to Twilight's castle, back in Ponyville.

This time everything was calm, and Midnight could finally explain her memory to them. Telling them everything about her last mission on how she got into this time. Explaining that she was from a Kingdom that had existed 2000 years ago. Though she still wants to know what happened to her sister and the rest of her squad.

After some time all three of them reach Twilight's Castle entering it: "They are in the map room, let's join them." Twilight says as she goes to the center of the castle and Zecora and Midnight follow after her.

Midnight entered the map room and sees her friends Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash. Observing more of her surroundings she was able to see two alicorn-mares. One has a stark white coat, a light blue, turquoise, blue and purple mane and tail, wearing a golden necklace. That had a purple diamond in the center and she also had a golden tiara, which has also had a purple diamond in the middle. Then seeing that the cutie mark resembles the sun.

Then Midnight looked towards the smaller alicorn. Feeling something but couldn’t explain to herself what it was. The alicorn had a dark blue coat, a blue mane, and tail; with some light purple surrounding the blue. This smaller alicorn mare also wore a black necklace which has a crescent moon in the middle. She was even wearing a black tiara, and on the flank of the blue mare, there was a black spot with a crescent moon on it which seems to be the cutie mark.

"ähm, Twilight who are they?" Midnight asks wondering who were the beautiful looking mares.

"Oh right! I should probably introduce you to them. . . Midnight these are both  Princess Luna," the blue alicorn-mare waves with one of her wings. "And Princess Celestia," the white alicorn-mare stretches out both of her wings. "Princess Celestia and Princess Luna, this is Midnight Shield, she is the one I wrote about in the letter; Cadence gave to you. She claims to have recalled some of her memories."

Celestia and Luna listened to Twilight intentionally before making their way towards Midnight Shield. Luna was the first one to speak: "So it's true. Another Alicorn, so what do you recall?" she asked eyeing Midnight up and down.

"I don't really know where it is, or where I come from. But I remember that I belonged to a special unit, whose task was to guard the peace in our kingdom. Operating in secret under the direct order of our Queen. The last task that we had was to capture a stallion, who wanted to overthrow our queen which was a success. Unknowingly we activated a trap. A trap that froze us and teleported us away in a random location. I was in ice for 2000 Years. I can just hope that the rest of my squad is still alive and trying to find me, I hope to find my sister again especially.” Midnight Shield explains, "And I still need to recall more and need to find out more about this curse. I can only awake at night time between 20:00 in the evening till 06:00 in the morning."

Luna takes a step forward "Sister may I make a suggestion? Why don't we take Midnight Shield for now back to Canterlot and let her stay? Maybe we can find something in the restricted section of the library." Luna looks to the side to see Twilight hyperventilating when she heard about the “restricted section and library”. "Oh and I think we should take your student with us Sister." Luna gave Celestia a smile.

"Yeah, I think it's a good idea to take them with us." Celestia laughs nodding her head. "So Midnight Shield, do you want to come with us?" She asked the new arrival.

Midnight Shield looks around, thinks and says: "Sure, anything to find out as much as possible. But first I have a question, should I hide my identity that I'm an alicorn?"

"No, I don't think that you need to do that for now. . ." Luna says, "Because if you are only awake at Night Time, that is the time where nearly every “normal” pony is asleep. So no normal pony will see you really. . ." Luna finished.

"Ok, then I will go and pack my things to go with you to Canterlot, but what shall I do in the meantime there? Shall I do guard duty like here?" Midnight with her bad speech.

"We’ll discuss that in Canterlot, but for now get ready we will leave at midnight." Celestia said then turning to Twilight, "Twilight could we have some apples, please? Some for now, and some for the road please." Celestia asked with a beaming smile.

"Of course, Applejack could you get some apples?" Twilight asked Applejack the apple farmer who nods,  running out to get some apples. "Do you need anything else, Princess?" Twilight looks back at Celestia

While the others have a nice talk in the Map room, Midnight Shield goes to her Bedroom and packs her things. When she was finished she puts on her Backpack; the gift from Rose. Over the backpack, she put her cape over, and the rest of her things. Armor, both katanas that she already had from her night in the Everfree Forest. After packing her things Midnight heads back to the Map room.

Back in the Map room, everypony is talking with each other. Looking around Midnight sees Applejack carrying a bunch of Apples into the room, "The Apples are here everyone who wants some? Go ahead and take some," Applejack says and putts the basket with apples beside the table. "I got the other basket for your journey back to Canterlot Princess." Applejack turned around and runs out again to retrieve the basket.

Everypony starts eating some apples while Spike eats Gemstones. Later Applejack returns with another basket full of apples, "This is for your trip back to Canterlot, Princess."

"Ah, Thank you Applejack." Princess Celestia looks at the Basket, "Well there area fewApples, I think that should be enough for the trip back to Canterlot."

While everypony where talking socializing Midnight took out her katanas and starts to polish them. Till midnight, as the clock rang aloud. Prompting Luna to stand up saying: "Sister we should get ready to go, it's already time." Luna looks at both Midnight and Twilight, "Are you ready to go?"

Twilight looked at Midnight Shield: "Ready when you are."

Midnight Shield looked at everypony "Thank you so much for everything you have done for me, I will keep this moment forever in my Heart. I will come visit you all again, it has just been so much fun being here." She finished turning to Luna. "And I am now ready to go to Canterlot."

After everypony said their farewells Princess Celestia, Princess Luna, Twilight and Midnight Shield, walked to the Chariot that was waiting outside Twilight castle. "Twilight you go with my sister on her Chariot. Midnight Shield and I shall take my Chariot together." Luna suggests as everypony nods in agreement, Celestia, and Twilight get on one of the two chariots. While Luna and Midnight Shield get on the other Chariot "Guards let's go back to Canterlot Castle." Luna orders on command the chariots are lifting up into the sky, by the pegasi guards pulling the chariot.

While flying Midnight lies down in the Chariot "Are you tired or do you just want to relax on the way?" Luna asks curiously.

"I just want to relax and it's such a good ride, it's calm and peaceful up here on the chariot in the sky. The moon gives me just a soothing feeling." Midnight Shield explains looking up to Luna.

"That's good to hear. Then take your time and relax. I will tell you when we reach the castle." Luna says with a small smile with pride on her face as Midnight Shield smiles back.

After half an hour later "You can see the Castle from here now." Luna said points with one wing towards the castle.

Midnight Shield looks at the Castle and says: "it's a nice castle, I only wish I could recall what the castle where I lived 2000 Years ago was. It was lovely, but I can't recall much about it, Only that we lived under the castle in a secret section that only the highest under the queen knew about. But I think I should talk about that another time."

"Sure until we are all together. Then you can tell us." Luna spoke softly with her same small smile.

After the chariots landed, all four mares got out the Chariots and entered the Castle, "Twilight you can go to your old room, we will show Midnight Shield around." Celestia proposed, "Or maybe Luna could show her around I need to get some rest for the day, and you too Twilight." Twilight yawns and nods in agreement.

After Celestia and Twilight said their good nights to Luna and Midnight, both, Celestia and Twilight, walked to their bedrooms and Luna and Midnight walked through the castle. After a tour through the castle Midnight and Luna arrive at the throne room "And this is the throne room where my sister and I address our subjects. So how do you like it?"

"It's a beautiful castle and very clean." Midnight looks around to sees a clock on the wall, "it's already 05:00, where can I sleep for the day, Princess Luna?"

Luna looks at Midnight, "Follow me, you can sleep in the room next to my mine." Getting to the door to her guest bedroom next to Luna's room, "Here is your room, you can go to sleep now. Have a good day and a good rest next night I will give you a task." Luna states continuing to smile and entering her own bedroom.

"Good day to you too, Princess Luna." Midnight Shield enters her new room. It's a big room, with a dark blue wallpaper with moons on it. There were dark blue silk curtains, a blue carpet in the middle of the room in shape of a circle, on one wall there was a closet.

Next to the closet was a katana stand, and beside it was an armor stand. Also, there was a big bed with a silk curtain around it hanging together over the center of the bed. It was a big window is on the south side of the room with a desk in front of it and a letter on it.

On the Letter stands: To Night From Luna. Midnight Shield opens the letter and starts to read the short letter.

"Hello Night, I hope you like your new room, I Designed it myself. Should you ever need something don't hesitate to ask me, But for now you should get to bed, it's Probably already morning time. With best regards Luna." Midnight Shield smiles and shortly goes to bed after putting the katanas on the stand and the armor and the cape on the armor stand. Midnight falls asleep.
> Chapter 7: Memorys in the dark (Edited)

Midnight wakes up and looks around, "Hello? Is there anypony there?" Finding herself in a cell she looks around seeing on the other side of her cell, behind bars was a very young pony. She had a blue and black mane and tail, but it didn't have a cutie mark. Continuing to look closer she realizes that it was a little small unicorn foal. The foal lies in a haystack and looks like to be sleeping. Now just noticing the guard walking down the hallway. Midnight goes near the iron bars and shouts: "Hey guard, you there walking down the hallway, tell me where I am." To her displeasure, the guard doesn't respond at all.

The guard walks to the cell of the black unicorn and hammers at the iron bars. "Hey, you little stupid cunt. Get up and get moving, your "training" starts again, SO WAKE UP!" The guard shouts at the little foal opening the cell door, then grabbing to the little foal. "I said WAKE UP YOU STUPID BITCH!" The guard shouted hitting the little foal against her flank, but the foal doesn't even flinch.

"Hey, you stupid guard don't you see that she is unconscious!" Midnight stormed towards the iron bars and tries to punch through the bars, only to realize that she phases through, but fell on the floor"What the hell? What is happening here?"Midnight thought as she got up after she fell on the ground, well she didn't expect to phase through the iron bars. Getting up she continued to think,"So let's see what we have for now"Watching how the guard punched the foal and then pulls her by the mane out of the cell."So this is either a recall of my memory, or maybe a dream, or maybe both. Next, we have the Unicorn, which does resemble me, but that can't be. I am an Alicorn, after all."Midnight walks after the guard and the foal, following them.

After a while, the guard reached a door where a red cross placed right above it"So it seems like he is bringing her to the medical room."Midnight thinks to herself following after him into the room. Inside the room were a few beds and right next to every bed was a curtain which you can pull around the beds to block the view, to get privacy. With enough distant between curtain and bed that one "normal" sized pony could stand right next to the bed."How I hate these rooms with all the white walls and beds and everything. The only thing in white I like is my sister."Midnight thinks and sees that the guard is going through the medical room heading towards a door, still the foal in his mouth pulling her by the mane."Wait a sec, where is he taking her?"Curiously she followed.

Entering the next room Midnight saw a doctor and two nurses, all three of them being unicorns. The guard got to the middle where a platform with binds, which would hold a pony in a standing position, on all four legs. "Hey Doc, get over here and stop playing strip poker with your nurses. This little slave is still unconscious, and her next training unit starts in a few seconds. Go and wake her up."

The Doc stands up "Ladies lets get to work, and remember we want her to wake up and not to die." The guard tossed the foal by the mane onto the platform, then leaves the room. "So, ladies, get everything ready, first the magical heartbeat sensor, then get to a distance while I, "wake her up"." the doctor explained getting the binds ready on the legs of the foal. On the platform, he pulled two leather straps down from the ceiling using his magic. Then placing them around the foal so that she was to standing. Next, he put a gag in her mouth and a blindfold over her eyes. Taking a step back, he looks over at both nurses and asks: "Is everything ready?" both nurses nod and get behind a glass wall.

The Doc grows a very nasty smile on his face and says: "All for our queen." and starts first hitting on her cheek, no response, "Hmm. . . maybe harder?" The Doc says hitting the foal so hard that, if the leather straps and the binding on her leg weren't there, she would fly across the room. This time he got a small twitch in response. "Hey don't wake up just yet, that wouldn't be fun. So what next?" The Doc asks back over to the nurses, "Hmm, breaking bones is not in, I have an idea, but that will be for later, Nurse get some paper and a quill ready I need to write to the queen for a very good idea." The Doc says turning back to the foal. "Thanks to you, I have a new idea what I want to do to you. I hope the queen allows it. And as a thank you, I will wake you up right now, NURSE GET THAT GUARD BACK HERE IN A FEW SECOUNDS." right after demanding the Doc then points his horn towards the foal. "Now to have some twitching fun little one." and he starts to shoots some lightning at her. The foal twitched waking up only to scream in pain, nothing loud came from her because of the gag.

The Doc stops the lightning, "So are you finally awake, it's about time. . . You see you were unconscious for a day and now its time for your training again, so your personal guard brought you to me to wake you up. So you will go to your training with him and don't you dare come back here unconscious. Next time I will not be so. . .harmless." The Doc glares at the foal, who is just standing there shaking in fear after being affected by the lightning "therapy". The Doc smacks her flank making the foal flinch, "DID YOU HEAR ME YOU STUPID GUINEA PIG?" the Doc shouted at the foal, who nods fast in fear.

Midnight Shield who was just standing there trembling with hate and rage at this "medical"ponys. Her red eye glowing like hellfire,"Whatever this is, these ponys are lucky that I am not able to do anything to them. They would die right this moment if I could.Midnight thought only to realize, she didn't have her armor and katanas on herself."Oh, right not real."While waiting for a few moments the nurses, who left came back into the room with the guard.

As the guard looked around he says: "Doc how comes it that she is already awake? Normally it takes at least half an hour." The guard asked puzzled heading towards the foal, "And you, its time for your training again, so get ready."

The Doc looks at the guard: "Please try not to have her fall unconscious, I need her conscious if the queen approves myplan. But if I am and that NURSE would bring me the paper, the quill, and ink! I need to write the letter to the queen, could you take it to her?"

The guard looks at him: "I can bring the letter to the queen, but I will not promise that this little cunt will be conscious after I'm done with her for this night." the guard says taking the foal out of her binds and also taking off the blindfold and the gag. "You little cunt I hope you are ready," the guard puts a collar with a chain on it around the neck of the foal, "let's go." The guard, the foal and Midnight go out of the room and into a long corridor.

At a giant door where a few guards stand next to, the guard with the chain on the foal goes to one of the guards and says: "Hold this chain and don't let her go. I need to give the queen a letter from our doctor." The trainer guard gives the chain to one of the guards and enters the throne room.

Midnight wanted to enter only to realizes that she couldn't enter the door."Wait a sec, why can't I enter it? Can that be? No, impossible I am an alicorn and not a unicorn also I have my red dragon eye and she hasn't one."Midnight thought looking down at the foal who was now kneeling next beside the guard.

The guard looks down at the foal and ten looks at the other guards, "Why do we have to watch over this foal? I don't get it, this foal is so foul." The group of guards breaks out in laughter.

Another guard says: "Maybe she will become our new "Pun-ching bag"." and all guards break out into laughter. The black and blue foal now lies on the ground with closed eyes.

After a few minutes later the training guard comes back out and the foal opens her eyes sees the training guard she stands back up. "Did they do something to you?" the training guard asks the foal. The foal shakes her head. "Good if they would have hurt you in any physical way I would have to kill them." and the training guard looked with a dark black glare towards the other guards, who stood still starting to sweat. "You there give me the chain, I need to get going."

"Yes, of course, sir." The guard salutes and hands over the chain that was connected to the foal. The training guard looks at the foal and the foal looks at the guard with the head lowered and following the guard to the training area.

In the training area, the training guard looks at the foal "You know what comes next, and don't worry this time it's a little bit easier. . . as the other time, you will get a present from our queen if you are successful." the foal looks up, with a glance of hope in her eyes. "You just have to defeat one other creature and then you are done with your training for today. And remember if you fail, the creature may kill you or even do worse things to you, so do yourself a favour and defeat it as fast as possible." the training guard takes off the chain but leaves the collar around her neck, pushes her back and pulls down an iron bar gate and walks away.

The foal turns around and sees a few weapons. There are a few short swords, some broadswords, and long swords, there are shields, maces, Knives, Kunais, Nodachis, Shurikens, Katanas, and Daggers. The foal goes over and takes a Katana. Next, she goes into a room where there are armors standing with the help of an armor stand. A few leather armors, a gold armor, an Iron and a black leather armor. And the foal goes and takes the black leather armor and puts it on, and over the leather, she then puts Iron armor over it. And enters the training ground.

On the training ground, there were a few wooden and iron barricades, which can be used as cover and on one side is; an obstacle course and on the right side there are a few training dummies. At the end where the foal stood was a gate, and behind it was another gate. The foal enters a room looking around and sees the training guard behind a glass wall, who shouts out: "Bring down the Cage we have something special today!" A cage connected to four chains came down onto the training ground making it impossible to get out of the way. "And now. . . MS you have to fight till youoryour enemy is unconscious. If you get unconscious your enemy has an hour to do whatever they want withyou. And now, OPEN THE GATE!" The training guard calls out, on command the gate on the opposite side of the foal opens up. Revealing a pegasus pony who enters the arena. "AND NOW FIGHT TO ENTERTAIN OUR QUEEN!" The training guard shouts loudly for all to hear.

Both, the foal and the pegasus, face each other. The pegasus takes flight above the foal, flying in circles above like a hungry hawk. While the foal that was grounded took out a katana with her magic, staring straight up towards the pegasus in the air. Moving into the center of the field she closes her eyes and stands still, listens. . . and waits. . . The pegasus glides down heading straight for the foal planning to take her opponent by surprise. Getting a good close distance the pegasus tried to hit the foal in the face to knock the foal out as fast as possible. The foal stood still slowly opens her eyes, seeing the pegasus throw a punch. The foal sliced wide trying to score a hit but was to slow when the pegasus spreads her wings, propelling herself up. The foal didn't give up just yet, however, still trying to hit unleashing strike after strike towards the pegasus who was still within range. To slow however when the pegasus was dodging every slash from the unicorn foal's katana, but just barely moreover, the pegasus couldn't go on the offensive. After a few slashes later the pegasus sees an opening to get out of range again.

With confident in both their eyes, they lock their sight into each other's eyes. Hovering in the air the pegasus begins to fly in circles again. The unicorn foal continued to watch the pegasus always facing her, after a full rotation the pegasus starts flying downwards toward the foal again. The unicorn did the same again, but this time the pegasus dodges just barely over the blade ramming into the unicorn, trying to punch the foal as hard as possible. The unicorn could bearly keep up her dodges with the tilt of her head. She threw the pegasus of over. When the pegasus landed she quickly scrambled up to her hooves glaring at the unicorn. Both faced each other storming towards each other, a slash with the Katana from the left to the right, from the right to the up, from up to down, and then doing the slashes backward, and between every slash dodging the hoves of the pegasus who dodges every slash. Now it was a battle of endurance, who could hold out longer.

Midnight Shield still stood nearby watching the whole fight. Examing how both ponys fought excellently, they don't even focus on anything around them, they are completely in the fight. Midnight doesn't even realize that her red dragon eye glows, she wants to be there able to fight both of them and have a great time too.

The fight goes on for a few hours and both ponys still fought. Midnight still wanting to fight but slowly the battling ponys were running on fumes, their stamina just wasn't enough, the foal uses that slowing down for one last counter offensive. She jumps back holding the katana to here right side turning it so the back flat part of the katana could hit the pegasus pony. The pegasus pony charges into the sword that abruptly strikes her on the forehead completely surprised the pegasus fell to the ground unconscious. Tired and exhausted the foal lays the katana on the ground and lies down beside the pegasus.

A few seconds later the training guard and a few guards with a stretcher come. Putting the pegasus on it, but the foal got her chain back to her collar. All exiting out the training ground, "Good work." The training guard says, "now we will get you ready to get your prize." He continues to say, the foal looks at the pegasus and sees a black, pegasus with black wings, and a white mane and tail. After a while they come back to the medical room. "Doc, we're are here!" The training guard calls out. "Come and do your work, you have approval from the queen." Just then the Doc enters the room. "Oh, and when you are finished, you know what you have to do, and here. . . a letter from the queen, if you don't know what you have to do, read it." the Doc nods and the training guard leaves the room.

"so little guinea pig, lets practices some medicine." the Doc says taking the chain of the foal and leads her to another room, there are two tables, one with bindings and another one completely empty, "Guards lock the foal into the bindings and stay here, and don't forget the gag. after you're done, put the pegasus on the other table." the Doc says leaving the room.

After the foal is locked onto the table, and the pegasus is put on the other table, the Doc comes back into the room with some medical tools and the two nurses from earlier with blood-bags and a few hoses. "So let's get started first we start with the pegasus, you two get the empty blood bags ready." both nurses go to the pegasus putting the empty blood bags on an iron table on wheels which is lower than the table where the pegasus is currently laying on. Connecting the hoses to the bags and putting the other end into a hole with a valve on it, to close the hole or open it. "So is everything ready?" the Doc asks and gets a nod from the nurses. "Good, so one of you stay on that side and change the bags, while the other one gets ready to help me here and get ready to cast a time stop spell, so we can do what we want." both nurses nod again and one gets another iron wheeled table.

After the Doc confirmed that everything is ready he takes a syringe with a fluid in it injecting it into the pegasus, after a few seconds later he picked up a scalpel and started to cut around the wings of the black pegasus. Blood started to flow out of the cut filling up the table and into the drainage hole going through the hoses into the blood bags. When one of the bags were full, the nurse would switch the full bag with an empty bag. Seeing all the blood the unicorn foal was frozen, her eyes filling only with terror. She wanted to scream, but because of the gag, nothing really was to heard. The foal needed to watch the whole operation in horror.

After the Doc, cut the skin around the wings, he put the scalpel to the side. And takes some kind of hooks and places them around the wings holding the cuts open revealing the muscle, while holding the hooks with his magic the Doc takes back the scalpel and start cutting the muscles, after separating everything inside, from the wings of the pegasus, The Doc takes the first wing and lays it on the iron table "Start the spell on the wing, so that is even fresh and alive while I take the other wing." The nurse started the spell and the Doc starts to operate on the other wing. First, cutting around the wings, blood starts flowing out of the new wound, then placing the hooks to hold the wound open, cutting the muscle and nerves. pulling out the wing laying it on the iron table. And at the end, the Doc cuts open the neck of the pegasus. "We don't need you any more pegasus, now you will give us your last drop of blood and perish, you stupid traitor."

After the pegasus died the blood stopped flowing, the nurses got ready for a transplantation. The Doc takes a syringe and injects a fluid into the foal. after a few seconds, the unicorn foal falls asleep. Midnight Shield still watching now sees only black.

After a moment of black, she sees light again with everything else coming back into view."Where am I, and what happened to the foal?"Midnight looks around and sees that she is back in the cell, and on the other side now lies a blue and black alicorn, with some blood around her wings and stitches and a thread around it.
> Chapter 8: The rage of a Dragon (Edited)

Midnight Shield watched the black and blue alicorn-foal in the other cell"Wait a sec, what is this one doing here? Where is the unicorn? Don't tell me that this is what they were doing in the dungeon before I was working there."Midnight Shield uneasily walks over to the young foal."And what is this? a wound around of the wings? Like if something was done to the wings? Or were they transplanted on, and what did happen to the pegasus afterward?"Midnight Shield wonders her gaze shifting around the foal. Just as the foal starts to wake up.

The foal stood up moving over to the back of the cell and pushes a button on a small flat opening where a bit of hay, apples, and some water comes in through the cell. Dropping down on the floor for the foal to eat. She began eating off the floor while Midnight Shield watched.

After the foal finished her meal she pushes another button whilst storing away the tray off to the side, where the rest of her food and water was. Moving to the mirror in the cell, she looks in the mirror and sees herself. Jumps backward with terror-filled eyes, realizing that she now has wings at her sides. The foal shakes her head in disbelief and starts to cry with disdain: "Why do I have wings!? Why did the pegasus need to die? WHY IS ALL OF THIS HAPPENING TO ME!?" the foal shouted.

"It was either you or your sister who would go through this hell, don't you remember?" a female voice comes from outside the cell and Midnight Shield and the foal turn around to face a mare which has a blue coat, a white mane, and tail, also wears a lab coat. "Oh and don't forget, the queen wants everything that doesn't "work" anymore out of her way, like a pegasus pony without wings, so they eliminate everything that doesn't "work" and if you stop "working" they will eliminate you too and then your sister will have to go through this again." the mare said "And before you ask me I'm here to check on the result of the experiment of our "good" doc. So let's see, can you move the wings a bit?"

The foal still with a bit of terror in her eyes. "yeah I remember Aunt Makro Phage." the foal says, and moves the wings a bit up down, spreading them a bit and back. "I can move them but it still hurts like hell." the foal says

"First remember here you call me Ms. Phage, second, good job my strong and brave niece Midnight Shield," Ms. Phage says, after hearing that the older Midnight Shield looks down towards the foal.

"What in Tartarus is going on here, and why is that me but with not my own wings and without my dragon eye? As long as I can remember, I was a loyal soldier of our queen with my sister and had always both wings and my dragon eye."Older Midnight Shield thinks with a bit of wondering hate in her eyes.

While she watches Ms. Phage goes inside the cell and puts her horn, near the wings on foal Midnight Shield and casts a spell, which looks like a regenerate spell and the wound around the wings started disappearing. "Try to move them now."

Young Midnight Shield moves the wings around now easier and without any pain, "It doesn't hurt anymore, thank you, aunt."

"Than try to fly a bit up." Ms. Phage says as Young Midnight spreads her new wings and starts to flap them. Lifting herself up from the groundonlya little bit. "Hmm. . . see you are flying now, only a bit but still your first try. Then you will have no Problem today. Hope that it is not to rough." Ms. Phage says and young Midnight lands back on her hooves.

"What do you mean, with"Not too rough"aunt?" Young Midnight asks with a worried glance towards Ms. Phage. "Do they want to test my new wings today or is there "special training" time again."

"Its both today, they want to get going on your training, and if you are awake after this training they want to give you a present." Ms. Phage started to walk away, "So get ready and "survive" everything today." She finished now completely out of sight.

"I hope that I don't need to see another pony getting killed in front of me again. But it's better that I see all this than my sister seeing it." Young Midnight says as she looks around sits down on the hay and waits.

After half an hour the training guard comes into view in the hallway walking towards and to the cell of young Midnight Shield. "Hey you get up and stand still, I come to put this chain and collar around your neck and then we go, its time for your training." Young Midnight nods stands up and takes a few steps backward away from the iron bars, the training guard goes into young Midnight puts the collar with the chain around the neck of the young Midnight. Leaving the cell with young Midnight in tow.

After a while, they get to the training area from last time. "So get in there and wait for my orders." the training guard says taking off the chain from young Midnight, Midnight goes into the training area and the gate closes behind her. A few seconds later the cage above lowers on the training arena to make it impossible for a pony to fly out. "So your task, for now, is to go and fly around in this arena this time. No combat or anything. Just try to fly for now."

"Ok, I will try." and Midnight Shield starts to spread her new wings, starts flapping her wings and starts to fly a little bit. And after the flying basics, Midnight started to try to fly as fast as possible, to brake as fast as possible, and other possibilities. "I think I know how to fly now." She said smiling with pride.

"Good, Now get your weapon and armor, and get ready to train for aerial combat." the training guard says then pulls a lever and some training dummies come out behind cover. "Your task is to fly only and to hit the targets with your weapon of choice."

Young Midnight Shield gets back into the arena, now carrying her katana and her armor like last time and starts flying, after looking around the arena, seeing in the center a tower, around 3 meters high, with a round target on top of it, in the north is a wall which has various kinds of hights and targets on top, one is 2 meters high another one 1 meter, another is 2,5 meters and a 0,5 meter high. In the west is a single wall around 1,2 meters high with 5 targets in a row. in the east is a wall which is 2,75 meters high, where are a few rails on which were 3 targets moving up and down in different speed and in the south is the gate where she got in.

After seeing and confirming all the targets, Midnight starts flying towards the west wall and flys to one end of the wall, pulls out her katana flys along the wall and makes one slash and cuts all of the targets in half, but she forgot to brake. When she looked at what was in front of her she only got to see the metal wall in front of her and. . .

*BONG*

Young Midnight hits her muzzle on the metal, then promptly falls to the ground, stands up and stumbles a bit around shakes her head and goes back in the air, "That's your first Strike!" the training guard shouts.

Midnight back in the air looks around and flys to the walls to the north of the arena, and hovers in front of the different targets and stabs every target right in the center. after successfully, destroying the last target in the north, Midnight flys to the eastern wall and looks how the targets move, "You have to slice through all 3 with one Slash!" The training guard shouts, Midnight hovers in front of the middle target and waits for the right moment, she slashes and. . . missed all 3 by a millimeter "That's your second strike!" The training guard shouts again. And Midnight still hovering waiting, this time hitting all 3 targets with one slash.

Midnight now flying towards the Tower in the Center and pulling out the katana to do an overhead slash down on the target, only to get in that moment a shield charged towards her and. . .

*BONG*

Hitting her muzzle again, but hitting the target at the same time, falling disoriented on the ground, shaking her head she stood up, "Get on top of the tower and stand still." Following his orders she started flying up, landing on top of the tower and. . .

*Click*

Her legs got locked into a binding which was mounted on top of the tower "I hope you're ready, you know the drill, no shouting, and everything could be fine. We start with electric shocks" The guard said with a sadistic smile on his face. Pulling down a lever only a quarter down, prompting electricity to start flowing through the young Midnight. Twitch slightly, her mane and tail stuck up making her look like a hedgehog. But she didn't cry, no tears, or shouts, she endures it.

After a few seconds of watching the young Midnight, the guard pulls the lever down to half forcing more electricity flows through young Midnight. She continued to twitch more now and some tears coming out of her eyes, a pained expression now on her face. After another few seconds, the guard pulls the lever another quarter down, so that even more electricity flows through young Midnight. Tears now began to flow down on her face, and has a really painful look on her face and twitching even uncontrollably. "Have you had enough, or can you endure it for now?"

"I-I-I can en-en-endure it!" young Midnight growled out with a pained voice clenching her teeth tightly. Smirking the guard pulls down the lever completely. Now energy flows so much and so intense through young Midnight that old Midnight thought that she saw the bones of young Midnight for a second. Now young Midnight twitches as much as possible near collapsing it needs only a bit more electricity to let young Midnight collapse. "IT HURTS!" Young Midnight cried out, "I CAN'T ENDURE IT! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!"

And the guard starts to laugh "Finally, it took you long enough. and no I won't stop now, it's your training and you need to be able to resist this so we will let you stay here for a while and let you endure it, oh and don't collapse."

Young Midnight started crying, twitching and yelling. This would last on for about an hour. Until the guard says: "Ok that should be enough for electro shocks today. Now you get a ten-minute rest after that we go to the next step. . ." He then pushes the lever back up and the electricity stops flowing instantly moving onto another lever pulling it down, which lets the tower and the walls get back down into the ground. Now Midnight stands on the ground still some twitching from the electricity and still tears flowing down her face.

Ten minutes later, the doc from last time and the training guard goes to young Midnight, "So let's get a move on, this time its time to test your mental resistance. Let's see how much your mind can hold out till it breaks." the training guard says, "and doc you know what to do after I"trained"this exercise." He chuckled looking towards the doc.

"But of course, I will get ready after you entered her mind." The doc says walking towards the young Midnight. "Are you ready my friend?" Doc asks the guard.

"Yes I am," the guard says as the doc casts a spell and fires it on the guard and then on young Midnight. Around older Midnight everything goes to black.

After a few seconds all three, the guard, young and old Midnight were standing in a cell. "So little plaything, let's get started, your task of this training is to endure as much as possible, should it be to less, what you endured, we will take your sister instead, so endure as much as possible. and you need to decline everything I want you to say or do." the training guard says with a dark, sadistic smile. A cross appears and binds young midnight on it, "Wellcome to your mind, or let me tell it like this, Wellcome to your Hell." And a table with different tools appears.

The guard grabs the young Midnight by the mane roughly then punches her with his hoof in the stomach "I want you to call me "Master", so call me like that."

"Never." young Midnight replies only to get a few more hits from the guard.

After the tenth hit, "And now?" the guard asks only to get a shaking head from young Midnight. The guard smiles moving over to the table. Takes a whip with his magic heading back and starts whipping young Midnight, who starts to flinch everytime the whip struck her. "So how about now?" The guard stops for a second for a response which, he only gets the shaking from Midnight. So the guard starts to whip her even harder now leaving scars behind which even start to bleed and a few tears start flowing from her eyes. The pain was unbearable.

After a few minutes later, the guard changes from a whip to a knife and stabbing young midnight and cutting her legs open, flaying her legs, and making it as painful and as slowly as possible. "Now. . . ? Do you surrender now?" Even under this much pain, yelling and crying young Midnight still shakes her head. She couldn't come to open her mouth. "Well then. . ." Switching to the knife with a sword, "Let's see how you like this."

Swinging the sword the guard creates one slash cutting off one of the skinned hind legs. Young Midnight starts to shout in pain. "Still not calling me master?" and still, young midnight shakes her head.

"Never I will hold out even Hell if that keeps my sister out of your hooves!" young midnight shouts.

"That's it, I know how I can break you." A dark, sadistic, sinister smile forms onto his lips. "But first its time for yourreward." As he says it everything goes back to black and a few seconds later they are back in the arena. "Doc is everything ready?"

"Yes everything is ready for thereward." the doc says and the guard makes a gesture that could mean"then get started."and the doc shouts out "SISTERS get ready. For the transplantation."

Young Midnight still in bounds "WHAT?! Another transplantation?" Trying desperately to escape the bindings.

"Don't even think about getting out of there but to make it safe, sister make it impossible to move for our guinea pig." The doc chuckled as both nurses come, binding her completely to the ground and putting a gag into her mouth. Not even letting her an inch of room to move stopping any noise from coming out of her. "Now let's get started. First open her eyelids of the right eye, oh and guard only the right eye."

The nurses started putting tapes over the eyelids which held the right eye open. "Yeah, the queen wants only that we replace one eye."

"Ok." the doc says pulling out a special forcep. Going over to young Midnight putting the forceps on the eye and. . .

After your imagination, the eye of young Midnight is out and she cries blood. "Ok, nurse put this eye away." One nurse got a jar with a strange liquid in it, placing the eye in the jar carrying it away. While the other nurse left the other nurse brought a jar which had a red dragon eye it. "And here is the new eye." the doc takes the eye out and goes towards young Midnight.(i leave you with your imagination for this)

After the eye transplantation was a success and young Midnight could now see with the dragon eye too. "Ok doc let me go back in her mind and train her more, she didn't break yet."

"Well it's your decision I give you another 15 minutes with her." and the doc casts the same spell as before on the guard and then on young Midnight and everything went back to black, and after a few seconds, they are all back in the cell. but something was different, now there is another aura in this cell, which old Midnight sees.

"It's time for moretraining" the guard says and the cross and the table with the tools appears again, the guard stalked over back to the table. Taking the sword in his magic. He walks towards the bounded young Midnight and cuts down all of her legs. whereupon young Midnight instantly starts to scream and tears flowing down her eyes all over again.


***Point of view young Midnight***


"Again with this cutting my limbs off. Doesn't he know how much it Hurts."I thought, and I shout "I will never surrender myself to you!" And my limb grew back and the old ones disappear."Hey there, do you want some help?"an unfamiliar voice is in my head.

"Who is there? And what are you doing in my head?"I asked in my head, while I asked that in my mind the guard was stepping a few steps back.

"Ok let's stop this, I know that this was supposed to break you so let's break you on another way," the guard says to me now the smile from before the transplantation reappears. And a few meters in front of me appears another cross "You know how am I going to break you?" I have a really bad feeling about this, what could he try to do to break me. "Let's see who is hanging behind." he turns the cross around and I am already furious.

"What are you doing here? Why is she here on the cross?" I ask with a very angry look on my face.

"Oh is there someone angry? But wait you should know something, she may not be going through the same hell as you but we still did an experiment on her. . . take a look at her sides. . ." The guard says going to the white and blue unicorn mare and pulls something from her side.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, NO! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?! I am going to KILL YOU!" I shouted,

Then the voice in my head comes back"Yes get angry let your wrath go wild, hurt him like he did to you, let's kill him for everything that he has done to you and your sister."And I think the voice is right, maybe I should go wild, maybe I should kill them, yes. . . let them burn in hell like nothing else. While I say this my new eye feels warm,"By the way, my name is Cosmic Eclipse but you may call me Cos."

"Ok, Cos I am Midnight Shield, so are you maybe the dragon eye that I have now?"I say in my Head to the Voice.

"Yes, I am the dragon eye, but let's save further introductions for later. First, we should get him back out of your mind and then kill him and the doc for everything that happened to us all, to the pony you got the wings of, me who is only the eye now, to you and. . . to your sister."That was the one thing I never wanted to hear. My Sister, if they did something to her I will kill them for breaking there promise with me.

"Wait a second they did something to my sister?!"I ask Cosmic with anger in my voice.

"Yes that what is in front of you right now is an image of how he last saw your sister."Cos says to me."And I would like to kill him, and before you ask how, It's your mind do whatever you want."After I hear everything my blood started to boil for anger.

"Yeah let's do that, together."I say to Cos just as the whole cell starts to tremble.

"What is going on here?" The guard says scared looking around. Not realizing that the cross I was bound to already disappeared and that my sister and the cross disappeared as well. "Hey what are you doing, you know what happens when you resist." The guard says with terror in his eyes towards me.

I am angry, I hate him and the doc, "You have broken our promise never to do anything to my sister but now you have done it. I went through this hell just so you can have your fun and don't do it to my sister but now its time to pay." I say and let a black Katana appear,

"Yes let him pay here as much as we want, he can't outrun you, he can't flee, so let's have some fun with him. And after that, we should kill them both."I think it's a great idea so I pulled out the katana and start to cut his legs off one by one first his hooves, then his knees and then at the body. After cutting down his legs, I cut down his horn so he couldn't use any magic. And the only thing he could do is to cry out in pain.

"You did this all to me, and now it's time for you to feel the same pain." All the anger I build up over the three years I've been here, and from being "trained" here. And the only reason why I endured it was to keep my sister safe from this hell but now they broke this promise, they need to pay for this. While I skinned and then filleting him.

Ten minutes later something stopped everything in my mind for a second and everything was black for a second and we are back in the Arena and I was still bound,"oh the doc interrupted us, he brought the guard back out of our mind. I give you a little power boost so we can do what we want to do."Cos told me to in my head.

"Fine let's get to it."I reply to Cos. The eye of Cosmic Eclipse started to glow, it was getting warmer, and now I started to see auras around the other ponys, and I felt stronger and I feel how my wrath overwhelm me and it feels. . .GOOD.

"How does my power feel?"Cos says in my head.

"It feels good, it feels awesome and powerful."I reply, destroying the gag in my mouth "It's time for you to say goodbye to me and hello to the chef of Tartarus." Breaking the bindings, pulling out the katana and walking towards the doc and the guard who is shaking for fear.

"If we die now your sister is going to d-" the guard was interrupted by me as I cut him right through the mouth cutting of his upper head and his blood sprays all over the place,

"Now to you doc. I bet you was it who transplanted the wings on my sister too" I say putting my katana blade right next to his horn, "So tell me, who gave you the order to do that to my sister." I'm so angry right now that I can barely restrain myself to not kill him this second, ask him only to kill the one that was behind this.

"The one who ordered us to transplant wings to your sister was the daughter of our queen, who was jealous that the queen gave more of her time to you and this project then to her. She is probably torturing your sister right now right above this arena. So please spa-" I interrupted him and cut off his whole head this time only to spray blood everywhere even on me so that my mane was now red.

"So how is it to let your wrath free?"I heard Cosmic again.

"It feels good to just let your anger build up but now I go and get this damn stupid cow of a pony. No one breaks a deal with me." I say going to the gate and cutting it down and leaving the Arena behind me.

While I am walking out of the training area, I pass a few guards who are shouting towards me "Stop don't move-" and I cut him in half.

"Don't even think about trying to stop me, if you want to live," I say with a voice sounding like a pony and a dragon were talking at the same time. And the other guard just puts his sword to the side and walks off as nothing happened and I continued my way to my target.

On the way, there were a few guards who wanted to stop me, but now there is a new wall, flour, and ceiling color. Now right above the arena, there is really a special room. As I entered the room I hear a whining sound as I found out who this sound made I was furious I saw my sister hanging from the ceiling in chains which were bound to her forelegs. I ran up to her, she is bound, gagged and has scars all over her body and indeed she has wings on her side. I removed the gag and say "Sister are you fine? How long have you been here?"

"Midnight, I am glad that you're fine, you should get out of here this which is coming back any second now." My sister Midday Shield says and then I had a great idea.

"Wait I have a plan try to stay calm when she is back I will get you out of here after she is back and punished," I say my dragon eye still glowing."Hey Cos, can I use a clocking spell to hide us even with your eye glowing like this."

"Yes you can you just need to close my eye."Cos says to me in my head and I put the gag back on my sister a signal her that I am here but that she doesn't do anything that could reveal that someone is here. She nodded and I closes the door, go in a corner and cast an optical camouflage spell, which I learned by observing other guards training in the arena.

A few moments later, the daughter of the queen enters the room and walks up to my Sister. "So my little plaything I hope you are ready for being cut this time." The Wench pulls a knife out with her magic, she is a red unicorn with an orange mane and tail, and a cutie mark which looks like a whip. As she walks near my sister I slammed, still invisible, the door to the room and the which scared turns around looking towards the door and I took that moment to get next to her. The bitch turns back around facing my sister again and says "Must have been the wind, now let's get back to business and start making you my plaything official by carving the word "Toy" on your place where the cutie mark would be."

"I wouldn't do that if I were you." I say "And now you did something you should never have done." I am very. . . and I meanveryfurious right now and my blood is boiling so much that I feel very hot.

"W-W-Who ist there?" The scum asks looking around standing still for a second, I pull out the Katana undo the cloaking spell and cut down her horn and she started to scream.

"You broke our promise and now you have to pay for your wrong doings, no place for negotiations." I cut down her head without another second to think about it. I Walk towards my sister free her and we started to talk about why we were here and how we escape this castle and the new body parts they got and about Cosmic Eclipse. But we were interrupted by the queen herself.


***Older Midnight Shield Point of View.***


Just as the queen enters the room everything was back to black but who was this Cosmic Eclipse my young self-was talking about? "Should I try it? well, what have I to lose." I say and start to talk in my head."Hello is there someone in my mind? Or is there a Cosmic Eclipse?"I waited for a few seconds.

"So how does it come that you ask for me after two millennia, and I thought you forgot me completely. But it seems that you forgot that you can call me Cos."The voice in my head said to me not really surprised but still a bit surprised.

"So everything I saw was true, Cos?"I ask the voice.

"Well what did you see?"Cos asks, and I told him everything that happened in this dreamlike realm."Oh that, yeah that all happened a very long time ago."Cos says leaving me in Shock."but it seems like it is time to wake up it is 20:00. And don't try to freak out after you wake up."Cos says and I decided to wake up.

It's 20:00 in the evening, while I slept the whole day I seemed to had an enlightening dream about how I became what I am today, and I remembered that I have a somehow different personality with me, that reminds me. . ."Cos what have you been doing all the time?

"Oh, you want to know? To be honest, I lie around, looking through your memories at daytime, sleeping if I am bored, and at night time I watch what you do and eat diamonds, and drinking some cider."Cos says causaly to me.

"Just two more question for now? Can you talk with the others over me and would you like to talk to the others?"I ask Cos out of curiosity.

To my surprise my muzzle moves and my voice with a light dragon-like voice says: "If you want to and let me talk then, of course, I can, I could even force you to talk myself, but that's not what I want, and just so you know, if you lose consciousness I can take over, buuut if you fight and lose consciousness remember I won't hesitate to kill someone, oh and you could give mecontrollevery time."

"Ok, that was creepy, but good to know then I will introduce you to Princess Luna and the rest."I say to Cos in my mind, walking to the armor stand, and putting my armor and my cape on, then next to my Katana stand and putting these on my sides. When done I start to walk to the door."So let's go and get something to eat."I say to Cos in my head with a slight smile on my face. Opening the door, entering the corridor and see four guards, two at my door and two at the door of Luna's bedroom.

"Good evening Guards, can you tell me where I can get something to eat?" I ask the first guard beside my door.

"Good evening Ms.Midnight Shield, we two will accompany you till one of the princesses is with you, so you want something to eat? then please follow us." One of the two guards next to the door to my room says and starts to walk down the corridor.

After we walked a few minutes through the castle we get to a door. "Ms.Midnight Shield, this is the dining hall, you can enter and sit down, a butler will bring you something to eat shortly and the Princesses Celestia and Twilight are eating there dinner right now so you can join them." The guard same guard explained.

"Thank you," I say with a slight bow of my head, opening the door quietly. In the dining room is a big table surrounded by many chairs and I see how Twilight and Celestia are sitting in front of each other, eating some pancakes and talking to each other. I close quietly the door behind myself making my way towards the end of the table. Stand beside a chair waiting till they both realize that I am there or they stop talking for a second."Well, I don't like to be interrupted so I don't interrupt, if it isn't really important"mI say for some reason in my head.

"Shall I interrupt them for you?"Cos says in my head, oh I nearly forgot that he could talk over me with others.

"No, I want to introduce you first, so we don't scare them half to death if they hear your voice, then I will let you talk with them."I say to Cos in my head.

"So Twilight we should stop our discussion, for now, I think we have someone waiting for us to take a break," Celestia says with a smile towards Twilight.

"And who is waiting for us, Princess?" Twilight looks towards Celestian then towards the clock a bit to the side of Celestia realizing that it is already 20:15 "Oh Midnight Shield should be up by now, right?" Twilight looks at Celestia.

"Yeah, she should be up by now," Celestia says then moving a hoof under the table so I only can see it. It seems like she wants that I sneak behind Twilight. Well, it seems like fun, so I sneak behind Twilight. "I would even say that she already has left her room. I would even think that she is hungry right about now." Celestia says and I make a gesture to ask if I should scare her or just stand here, and Celestia makes a gesture, somehow without Twilight realizing, that I just should stay here and wait.

"But how does it come that she isn't here then." Twilight starts to look towards the door, and around her but not behind her. Then she started to turn around and I slowly started to walk staying out of view. While I turn with Twilight, I see a smile on Celestia who is trying to not break out in laughter. "Hmm. . . where is she? Should I look for her?" Twilight looks back at Celestia, who can't hold back anymore and breaks out in laughter. "Oh. . . I get it, she is already here, and let me suggest, she is right behind me, right now." Twilight says.

"Should I stop now?"I ask Cos in my head.

"No don't stop, I have an idea hover over her."Cos suggests. I start to fly and hover over Twilight who turns around, only to be met by nothing.

As she turns around "Wait, she isn't there?" Twilight fully confused looks around till she sees a mirror and sees in the Mirror herself and me right over her, and she breaks out into laughter too. "Ok Midnight, I found you."

I land in front of Twilight "Good evening Twilight and Celestia." I say to both of them sitting down on the chair next to Twilight. "So how was your day?"

"Good evening to you too, Midnight." Celestia stops laughing but still smiles. "We had a good day, how was your sleep?"

"Well about that, it was enlightening, and for more information, I want to wait till all three of you are together, so let's wait for Luna, and while we wait. Can I have something to eat, I have such a hunger, I could eat as much as a Dragon?" I say, then after a few seconds, I start to laugh at what I said."Sorry it wasn't intentionally"I say to Cos in my head and the only reaction I get is laughter, so I don't bother anymore.

"Sure, how about some pancakes?" Celestia asks me with a kind look in her eyes.

"Sounds good. I take some." I say back to Celestia, who starts to walk into the kitchen for some reason.

A few Minutes later, I started to polish my Katanas. And Princess Luna walks in the room. "Good Evening everyone, how was your day?" Luna asks sitting in a chair directly in front of me "And let me guess, my sister is in the kitchen?"

"Good evening Princess Luna, our day was fine," Twilight says. "And yeah, your sister is in the kitchen."

"Good evening Luna, my day was very interesting, more like the dream I had," I say looking towards Luna. "I will tell you all about it after Celestia gets back."

"Ok, then let's wait for my Sister," Luna says just as Celestia walks out of the Kitchen with two plates full of pancakes.

Celestia walks to the table and places one plate in front of me and one plate in front of Luna. "Enjoy the meal, you two," Celestia says and sits in the chair next to Luna and in front of Twilight.

"Thank you for the meal," I say and start eating the Pancakes. "Ok first of all I want to introduce you to, let's call him an old friend, His name is Cosmic Eclipse and he was a dragon and now, how shall I say it?"

"I say how to call it." I was interrupted by Cos, who is talking over my Voice. "I was a Dragon, and now everything that is left of me is my Eye, that is now a part of this little fellow, Midnight Shield and I work with her, mainly giving her more power and a better vision. And also, I can see all her memories, and also if I want I could take over the control when she is unconscious or she can give me the control." After Cos finished his explanation, I look at three faces who are surprised by this.

"Well it's just as Cos says, he is now a part of me. and that since I was a little foal." and I started to tell them everything about my dream that I had over the day and all three look, after my story, at me with a sad face with a bit of terror in their eyes.

"That's horrible, why did all this happen to you two and your sister," Twilight asks with tears in her eyes after hearing about mytransformation, the end of lives and what happened to Cos and my Sister.

"I don't really know," I say.

"But I could say what I think why that happened." Cos suddenly says through my voice. "If you want to hear it of course."

"Sure, everyone here has the right to say what they think. And I think we all want to hear what you have to say." Luna says to Cosmic Eclipse.

"Ok, then let me give you something to think about. First of all your guards, you have earth ponys who are good at CQC or Close Quarters Combat if you want the long version, then you have the pegasi ponys, who are good at aerial combat and last but not least the unicorn ponys who are good at using weapons and distance combat. But what would be the best for a squad which is adaptable to nearly every kind of combat and every distance what kind of pony would be the best choice for this kind of job?" Cos gives us his small speech.

"Whoever this queen was, tactical seen it is a good choice for such a squad, but tomakean Alicorn like this is just messed up and all this so calledtrainingis just as bad as everything else," Celestia says

"So that's all I can say, more I don't know," I say to them finishing my meal.

"And what about Cos, will he tell us more about it?" Twilight asked curiously.

"Nope I go sleeping, don't try to wake me in the next five hours."Cos says in my head to me.

"ähhh. . . he will not tell anything, he is going to sleep for now." I say to them and say to Cos"then have a nice sleep.""And thank you for the meal. Now, yesterday you told me that you would have a task for me if I remember correctly" I say towards Celestia and Luna.

"Yeah we have and I will take care of that, Sister and Twilight you can go to sleep now I will take care of the rest," Luna says, stands up and goes towards the door to the corridor. "Have a good night you two and you Midnight come with me. I want to give you your first task." Without question, I follow Luna out of the dining room where the four guards which guarded the rooms of me and Luna. "Ok you four come with us, we are going to the guard training area when we arrive there you can go to sleep. Then your shift is over."

Luna says to all four guards that saluted her saying in unison "Yes Ma'am" then we all start to walk down the hallway to the guard training area.

As we arrive in the guard training area the four guards say in unison "Good night Princess, and Goodnight Ms. Midnight Shield," leaving us. After they got a bit of distance between us I heard a voice from their direction saying "Why do we have to guard such a dark and creepy mare again?"

Another voice saying "Shush you idiot, what if she hears you, do you want to explain to the Princess of the Night why her honored guest is angry at us? Whatever there is, if you want to lose your job then say no more about anyone's appearance, if you can't deal with a guest who lookscreepyin your eyes then you shouldn't work here. And the reason is, racism is not to be seen in a royal guard."

"And again something like this," I say silently with my head hanging down, looking back towards the voices, and seeing the guards entering a room.

"Anything the matter?" Luna asks me.

"No no, I just remembered something from before my time at the castle," I say to not cause a scene.

"Are you sure you want this? If they don't behave they need punishment."Cos suddenly says abruptly.

"No I don't want them to be punished because I scare them. And didn't you want to sleep?"I answer.

"Yeah, but I'm still looking out for you, oh but still don't try to talk to me the next few hours so have fun, I will say something if I like to, soooo Good Night."Cos says while I now start to hear him sleeping.

"So what did you remember from before your time at the castle?" Luna asks with a sad smile.

"Oh, nothing good, it was at my time at school, the short version is, no one liked to be with me, always they feard me for being a black pony, something that they never really seen before, and always heard of scary stories from their parents, soooo I never really had friends." I tell Luna and ask "So what will be my first task, if I may ask?" Changing the subject.

"First of all, I hope you see us as friends already, and that you will find more friends," Luna says with a small smile on her face. "And the first task that I have for you is, I want you to test our troops and train them. And please use training swords."

"Sure can do, should I test them in their element, like the earth ponys CQC, the unicorns magic use, and the pegasi air combat, or should I train them all in what is possible?" I ask.

"Do what you think is right but don't hurt them too much," Luna says with a big smile on her face with a serious look in her eyes.

"Ok, I will not hurt them, but I can't speak for Cos." I respond "Where should I go to get ready and where should I train them and do I need to wear one of the royal guards armors or may I wear my own armor?" I ask.

"About that, I will bring you to one of the best guards we have here, he will show you around. And you may wear your own armor. And now come on let's get going."

After going into a room where two mare guardians where standing in front on guard Luna tells me: "Get ready and go out of the room to the two guards I will send the one I mean to you." I nod and get ready seeing a armor stand with a dark blue to purple armor looking similar to the golden Guard armor the only differences were that the purple armor has instead of a blue star a gem which looks like it a blue dragon eye and has armor over the wings which looks like dragon wings and next to the armor is a helmet"I don't like helmets."So I didn't look closely at the helmet.

"Luna, may I ask, do you have this armor that stands there in black and thicker?" I look with big eyes at Luna.

"No, not now, but I ask the blacksmith to make you one custom. Do you want with or without a helmet, and how thick?" Luna looks at me smirking.

"Uhh, custom made, no helmet, I don't like to have something blocking my view and I don't like to put something on my mane. And about the thickness, I would if the thickness is the double of normal armor." I say to Luna with even bigger eyes, a custom-made armor in black from the princess herself.

"Ok I will go now and tell the guard and the blacksmith, see you at breakfast till then don't be too hard," Luna says and leaves the room and I started to put my Katanas on a Sword holder and put on wooden katanas and I drink some water.

After a few minutes of relaxing and getting mentally ready, I walk out of the room and outside of the room I see the two mare guards and a royal guard in the golden armor who has a blue mane, tail and blue eyes, and an orange coat waiting for something. "Are you the guard waiting for me?" I ask the orange Stallion whos cutie mark is covered by the armor.

"Yes, Princess Luna told me that I show you where we train and help you with everything here." the orange stallion says with a smile on his face.

"Ok that's nice, thank you and by the way, I am Midnight Shield the leader of a very old Alicorn Special force in a Kingdom which is, as far as I know, doesn't exist anymore. And this red-eye belongs to my friend, now a part of me, and I don't know if he wants to talk right now."

I tell that to the orange stallion and..."Hi little stallion, I am Cosmic Eclipse, now only the Dragon eye of this little mare, Shieldie." Cos says to the orange Stallion again to my total surprise, ... again.

"Wait, what in TARTARUS NAME did you called me just? Shieldie?."I ask Cos totally surprised about the nickname.

"What if you don't like it then I will find another name for you."Cos says to me, I feel the dark smile from him.

"Ok Shieldie is better than probably anything else."I say and surrender to the new Nickname from Cos"But only you will call me like that no one else."I say to Cos.

"Well if you talk about the Devil, he will come around the next corner," I say with an annoyed look on my face. "And for the record, this Shieldie name is only allowed by Cosmic Eclipse." And all three of the guards start to laugh.

"ok ok," the orange coated Stallion says. "Hi Midnight Shield, I am Flash Sentry, temporary I am a Guard here, normally stationed at the Castle in the crystal empire and I am one of the personal guards of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor and I wouldn't dare to call Shieldie" Flash looks at me with a very big smile.

"Ok, I see what is you are doing here. Just a hint, don't try to go too far." I respond to Flash with a dark smile.

"I understand Ms. Shield, so shall we start?" Flash asks while I nod and we started to walk towards the end of the hallway.

At the end of the hallway, I and Flash enter a big door which leads into a big room where around forty Guards are training. "Please Follow me, Ms. Shield," Flash says and I follow him till we get to the other end of the room. "GOOD EVENING GUARDS." Flash shouts through the room. " everyone stop training for now," and the guards stop training and turn to the front "we have a new personal friend of Princess Luna who is here and now wants to look at the state of our training and on behalf of Luna she will train us or train with us."

I go next to Flash "Good Evening Guards, I am Midnight Shield, I was asked by Luna to train you and I want to first test the strongest of every unit, or as I mean the strongest Earth Pony, Unicron Pony, and Pegasus Pony. So if I may ask for these three to step in the Middle and the rest of you make a Circle around the center of the room, so that enough space is for a bit sparring." I say and one Earth pony and one Unicorn Pony step forward. "Let me guess, you, Flash, are the best Pegasus Pony here?"

"Yeah, after all, I am one of the personal guards of the Princess Cadence and of Shining Armor," Flash says and steps forward. After the other guards made a circle with a space big enough for some sparring matches I step to the Center and... "Who wants to test me first of you three and what kind of fight CQC, Magic and training weapon or aerial combat?"

The earth pony steps forward, "Iron Hoof, strongest Earth Pony here, kind of fight CQC."

"So you are the first one, the rules of CQC, first three fast times claps on the other one while grappled to surrender, second no fake surrender, third no breaking bones, fourth getting out of this sparring ring loses, and last no flying, magic, and weapons. Everything understood?"

"Yes, every understood ma'am." The earth Pony says.

"Flash you are the referee." I look towards Flash and he gives a nod in response.

"Good then let's start." I say putting the training katanas to one of the guards, "Hold these please." And both, the earth Pony and me getting into a combat position.

"Ok, everyone ready?" both of us nod, "Then, have a clean fight." Flash looks between us both, "And... FIGHT!"

I and Iron look each in the eyes and charge at each other trying to wrestle each other on the ground but no one falls. A few more attempts later we both jump a bit back, Now charging trying to punch each other, from me an uppercut from the left, blocked by him, a punch with the right from him, blocked by me, and punches from the sides and each again blocked after a few punches later I start to deflect the punches, after more punches from Iron I realized that he got slower and that the punches became weaker, I took that chance deflect his next punch upwards pulling his second punch throwing him on the ground throwing myself on him putting my right front-leg around his neck and my other front-leg under his right leg and behind his neck locking him in my grip and pulling my legs together it only took a few seconds till I feel the other hoof of iron hoof on my side, a three time fast clap. "THAT'S ENOUGH, Winner of this is Sparring Match is Midnight Shield" Flash shouts and I open the grip, stand up, walk a few steps and bow my head.

"That was a good fight." I say to Iron Hoof and help him up, "But~ too many punches to fast after each other. You should do lesser Punches and more counters and if possible try to make a counter into a grapple and bring him to surrender. If you attack to long you get weaker and slower which is the best time to attack."

"Good Fight and thanks for the advice." Iron Hoof responds and bows, too.

"I would like to ask for the next challenger, Unicorn or Pegasus?" I look around and...

"I go next," find Flash stepping into the center of the ring "Flash Sentry, Strongest Pegasus here. Kind of fight Aerial Combat."

We both stand in front of each other in the center of the ring "So to the rules. First touching the ground, the one loses. Second No breaking bones no breaking Wings, Third no weapons or magic, fourth No killing. Everything understood?" I explained the rules.

"Yes, everything understood," Flash responds.

"Next I want Iron Hoof to be the referee and at least four Unicorns to get ready to interrupt if one of us falls from a high point which could do permanent damage," I say loud and clear and get from Iron Hoof a nod and from four Unicorn guards a nod too.

"Ok, everyone ready?" Iron hoof says now standing in the center next to us and both, Flash and I, nod "Then please get airborne and ready for aerial combat sparring." And both of us start to hover around a meter over the ground "Everyone seems ready, I want to have a clean fight. Ready AND... FIGHT!"

After the start signal, I flutter with my Wings and try to get a bit higher as Flash. After I got a bit higher then Flash I make a half salto a bit forward so that I am above and I fly with my back downwards stretch my right hind leg out and let myself fall trying to hit Flash with my leg, but he lets himself fall a bit, I realize the distance that I fell already and I spread my Wings to catch myself turning my Back, back upwards seeing that I am only a few centimeters over the head of the guards and That moment was a good Chance for Flash who tries to give me an uppercut which I can baerly dodge by flying upwards, he even scratches me. I take that opportunity and Kick him with both my Hind legs in the Stomach and doing a full hit, through that he nearly touches the ground but can catch himself, but to make it a fast I drop myself on him pushing him on the ground and... "ENOUGH, FLASH SENTRY TOUCHES THE GROUND, after the rules are Midnight Shield the winner." I stop pushing, land step a few back and bow towards Flash who lands in front of me and bows too.

"That was a really good fight, and you did a very good job, but~ you did a mistake, you were so sure that this uppercut would knock me out that you didn't wait this kick in the stomach so that you got a bit weaker, lost some hight and I could push you down on the ground," I explain to Flash.

"Yeah I know, I try to get it out." Flash explains "But you are good, And your reaction time is awesome, no one in training could dodge this or let alone could kick me like this, I was totally surprised by this."

"Well, I could just barely able to dodge the uppercut," I tell him that. "But for now I would like to test the strongest Unicorn here." and turn to the Unicorn Who pulls a Sword and a Shield, both out of wood "Uhhh Weapons use, I like that," I say with a Smile seeing that the Unicorn holds both completely covered in her magic. "But I see the first mistake, I will not tell you now, I hope to see it for yourself."

"Ok, maybe we will see anything." The Unicron says with a smile on its face. "Flame Wand, Strongest Unicorn here, Kind of fight Magic and weapon Combat."

"Flame Wand, Rules for Magic and weapon Combat. First No dealy magic, Second No permanent Damage, third the first who is for more than 5 seconds lies on the ground loses. Fourth, only physical magic, no psychic magic. Everything understood?" I explained to Flame Wand.

"Everything understood." Flame responded

"OK, I want that both, Iron Hoof and Flash Sentry, to be the referees, Also I want that at least a squad of the unicorns make a Shield around us so that no one gets hurt by stray shoot magic," I Say to get from everyone a nod and a shield bubble surrounding us.

"Ok, Everything else is ready for the sparring match," Flash says

"Are you two ready for Combat?" Iron Hoof asks us and we both nod. "Ok. then get ready, I want to see a clean fight..."Iron Hoof says

"AND FIGHT!" Flash and Iron shout at the same time.

I pull out my wooden Katana but my Dark blue with black stars glowing magic only surrounds the handle of the katana and with a black with bluestarsglowing magic surrounding the blade of the Katana. Flame puts her wood sield infront and her sword right on the edge of the shield ready to thrust it forward, after both of us got in to our stance, I put the Katana back to my side, still holding it with my magic and close my eyes, hearing every breath, every step and every little noise, this Chance saw Flame and start to charge at me, I realize that, open my eyes and make a very quick slash forward hitting the shield with my Katana upwards to prevent a thrust from her sword, after that Flame jumps backwards and I charg a bit forward doing the second slash from the right to the left, but Flame could put the shield infront of my Katana and blocks it completely, after a few strikes and blocks and slashes later, no one buges even a bit. It takes a lot of time till we both got exhausted, we both got weaker and slower, and after a few slashes from Flame later, I see my chance, an opening to slash between the shield. I charge forward, giving Flame a little shock, I slash with my sword towards her throat and Stop right next to it. "THAT'S ENOUGH, Winner is Midnight Shield." I put the Katana back to my side and step a few steps backward. "Her Katana was next to the throat of Flame Wand, if that was a real fight it could have been a deadly cut," Flash explains. I bow towards Flame wand, who puts her shield and sword back and bows too.

"Good Fight, you really held yourself good against me, there is not really something that I could say as advice only one thing, be more cautious I nearly had you from the beginning as you charged towards me," I Explain to Flame Wand.

"Good Fight to you too, and thank you for the advice." Flame Wand says.

"DING-DONG It's 5:00 in the morning you need to get going, Luna is waiting."Cos interrupts this all

"Wait WHAT, it's 5:00 ALREADY?! thanks for the info."I respond to Cos.

"But I think The Princess is waiting for you, Ms. Shield." I look around and see Flash pointing towards a clock over the door.

"Yeah you are right, If you all would excuse me I need to go," I say and storm out of the room into the room where the two mare guards stand in front put the training Katanas back and my own on me and storm out.

In the Dining Room, "I am here, sry for being la-" And...

"It's too late it's 6:00 have a good sleep." Cos says and I fall asleep.

It is a few days ago after I started to train the Guards and they even got very good, especially Iron Hoof, Flame Wand, and Flash Sentry. I wake up at exactly 20:00 but today was somehow different. As always I get out of my bed and first go to the mirror to check if everything is ok, and see a letter on my desk.

The letter reads: "Good evening Midnight Shield, I hope you have settled in well. And by the way, I have brought you something, first is here a little bag with some bits, something you earned being a guard and a trainer here." I stop reading and see this small bag withsomebits in it after a quick guess its probably about five hundred bits and I start to read again. "Second here is a little present from my sister, I let two guards put it in your room next to your armor, I hope it's good like this." I stop reading again, and look towards my armor, and see next to it a black armor similar to to the purple royal guard armor but with some differences, first the bluedragon eyejewel is now a dark reddragon eyejewel. The winged armor looks like dragon wings which are burning at the end of the wings. Third, the armor is twice as thick as the royal guard. Fourth is the boots looks like it's made of dragon scales. The fifth difference is that this armor has no helmet.

I look at the armor, with big eyes, I like it. I thought and start to read again. "I hope you like it here and we will talk later too. With best regards, Princess Celestia." I put the letter inside the desk with the mirror.

"Nice armor that you have now."Cos says suddenly.

"Yeah I love it."I respond to Cos and walk towards the armor and put the new one on. First I put it on the body armor, then the boots and last the wing armor. It fits perfectly, and its heavy. I try to move around and now I'm a bit slower now. Then I try to fly, it's hard to fly, but everything will become easier after I wear it some time. Then I put the cape from the other armor on my new armor and my katanas at both of my sides and walk out of the room.

As always I get out of my room and I am greeted by the four guards guarding the rooms of Luna and my room. "Good evening to you four." I greet the guards.

"Good evening Ms. Shield." All four guards respond at the same time in unison.

"I take that Luna is still in her room, so I am going to the dining room." I say to the guards.

"Yeah she is still sleeping, and we two will accompany you." One of the guards who is standing at my door says, the other at my door nods and all three of us start to walk down the hallway to the dining room which was for royalty but. . . a friend of Luna. . . so yeah. . .

At the dining room, my escort goes left and right to the door and stands there to guard the room while I enter the dining room. Inside the dining room, I see Twilight and Celestia, as always, sitting there, chatting and eating pancakes. I walk toward the table and. "Good evening Celestia and Twilight. I hope you had a good day again."

"Good evening Midnight and Cosmic. Yeah, we had a good day, I hope you had a good sleep." Celestia says and looks towards me "Oh and I see that you are wearing our new armor, how is it.?"

"I had a good sleep and I love the armor, it's heavy and hard to fly for now, just need some time to get used to it and it fits perfectly," I tell Celestia and. . .

"Good evening Celestia and Twilight," Cos says in my voice, I don't like it if he does it this suddenly but he was called by Celestia. "I had a pretty boring day." and Cos stops talking.

Celestia puts a plate with some pancakes on the table next to Twilight, "Come and sit down Midnight and eat some pancakes. And it should be time for-" Celestia puts another plate with pancakes on the table next to her, the door opens and Luna enters the room, "For my sister to get here, Good evening Sister. Here have some pancakes."

"Good evening Sister, Twilight, Midnight and Cosmic. Thanks for the pancakes." Luna says, still a bit sleepy and sits down next to Celestia and we all start to eat.

After the meal, Celestia starts to tell us "So Twilight, it seems that it is time for you to return home, I think your friends start to miss you." And looks towards Twilight.

"Yeah, it seems like it is time, Thank you all for what you did," Twilight says.

"Oh, you are going back?" I ask her. "Then I have a question, could I go with you to Ponyville, I want to visit a friend in Somnambula, if I am allowed to that is?" I continue to tell them my grammar getting better. I was trying to copy the way they spoke.

"But of course you can go, I even got the message today that the rail network is built so that you can sit in the train from here over Ponyville to Somnambula, and that only in half a night, so take your time," Celestia says with a big smile on her face.

"Oh Thank you, Celestia," I say very happy wanting to jump around and flying in circles, but~ the armor is still too heavy for that.

"Now go and get your things and get ready, you both," Luna says with a smile and both Twilight and me walk out of the dining room.

Inside my room, I take off my cape, pack the bag with bits inside my bag, put it on me and the cape back on it and I leave the room and saw Twilight standing in front of my room waiting for me. "Oh, hey Twilight did you waited long?"

"No, I just got here myself, so do you want to go now?" Twilight says, I nod and we start to walk to the train station.

On the way to the train station we talked about everything that happened in the last few days and as we are close to the train station, Twilight makes a suggestion: "Hey Night, what do you think about the idea that I accompany you to your friend Rose?"

"I would love to and I think she would like to meet you too," I say with a big toothy smile on my face. "I got to buy the tickets for the train." And I storm to the Information booth.

At the train station information there was a stallion in Uniform: "Good evening sir, I want to buy two tickets to Somnambula."

"Good evening Miss, two tickets to Sumnambula, that would be 25 Bits." says the stallion with a nervous smile.

"Ok, here the 25 Bits," I say with a friendly smile and cover my red-eye again so that other ponys don't get scared by the eye."Sry Cos, I just don't want to make it complicated."I only get a snoring back from him.

"Here are your tickets Miss." I take the tickets

and say to him "Have a good night." and I walk towards Twilight who got here by now. "Here is your ticket Twilight, let's get going," I say and we both walk towards the rails. On the train, we go into a wagon where nopony else is. While the train drive Twilight takes a little nap and I relax enjoying the moonlight until the conductor gets in our wagon and asks us for the tickets, and everything went smoothly. We got out of the train in Somnambula and I lead Twilight to the house of Rose. "This is the house Twilight."

I knock at the door and. . . no, respond I wait a few seconds and knock a bit harder and I hear a loud *Bong* and hear a pony walking towards the door, opening the door while saying: "Ok who is knocking at my door at this late hour." until she sees me. "Oh, Night hi! What a surprise, what brings you here and how have you been!?" Rose says with a smile on her face "Oh how rude of me, come in I make you some tea, and who did you bring with you?" Rose asks and leads us into the living room.

"Oh, I was with Twilight and her friends than with Celestia, Luna and the Royal Guards. and the one I am accompanied by is Twilight Sparkle." I say and point with one wing to Twilight who is sitting next to me.

"Hi Rose, I am Twilight Sparkle, I heard you helped our friend here a bit and I wanted to meet you," Twilight says.

"Hi Twilight, I am Rose. . ." I swear that I could see the machines in her brain working and processing. "Wait a sec. Twilight Sparkle as inthePrincess Twilight Sparkle, the personal student of Princess Celestia and the princess of friendship?!" Rose asks totally surprised.

"Yeah, that's me," Twilight says with a bit embarrassment on her face.

"Oh, it's my honor to meet you my princess Twilight." Rose bows towards Twilight.

"Oh please don't bow here, every friend of Midnight Shield is my friend too," Twilight says and Rose stops to bow.

After everyone calmed down, I told rose everything that happened till now and even introduced Rose to Cos who panicked a bit as Cos suddenly said something, again. We talked all night long until I needed to go to sleep, and this time we all three got to bed and slept the whole day.

It's 20:00 in the evening as I wake up, on a carpet with a blanket all over me, while I lie rolled together like a donut and a pillow under my head, under the blanket. I get up look around and see Twilight and Rose sitting together chatting. I walk to them: "Good evening, you two. How was your day?"

"Good evening Night, the day was fine, and how was your sleep?" Twilight responds.

"I had a good day sleep," I say to Twilight and Rose. "What is there for dinner?" I add.

"Here sit down, I bring you some apples and bread," Rose says, I sit down next to Twilight and Rose goes towards the kitchen and comes back with a tray, on it are apples, bread, and some water. Rose puts the tray on the table right in front of me "Here your meal."

"Thank you for the meal," I say and start to eat.

While I eat and we chat a little Rose brings up something Interesting: "While I was at the market today I heard a rumor that sounds interesting."

"Ok, come tell us," I say wanting to know.

"Well the rumor is about a pegasus pony which is wandering around the crystal empire and if you may believe the rumor, this pegasus pony shall be able to use magic, without a horn," Rose tells us both and my eyes goes wide.

"Wait a sec a pegasus pony uses magic? Do you have more details to this pegasus pony?" I ask Rose.

"No, I don't have more details for you, sorry," Rose says with a little sad look on her face.

"Well, then I know what I need to do next. Seems like I need to go to the crystal empire." I say determined with a new goal in my head.

"Then I have an idea Night." Twilight says "I will write a letter to Celestia and Luna that you will be in the Crystal Empire and I write a letter to Cadence and Shining armor and ask them if they can help you. But I myself can't help you this time I need to go back home."

"Ok, thank you Twilight and to thank you I will bring you home when we leave here." I say "And Rose before I forget." I walk to my saddle bag and take some bits. "Here as I promised the payback for the saddle bag and the bits you gave me." And I give Rose the bits.

"Oh Thank you," Rose says with a happy smile

"But it seems like we should move on for, I bring you home and then I make my way on to the Crystal Empire," I say to both of theme. "It was nice to be here and to see you again. Until next time."

"Until next time you two," Rose says and Twilight and I leave Roses home and move to an open area.

"So how will you bring me home?" Twilight asks and walks next to me.

"I will teleport us back with my teleport spell," I say and leave Twilight with open mouth and big eyes.

"Wait a teleportation spell?" Twilight asks.

"Yes come here I will show it to you," I say spreading my wings, Twilight moves closer, I put my Wing around her and start the spell. Only a few seconds later everything went to black. As we were able to see again, we stand in my room in Twilights castle. "So we are back in your castle."

"Ok, you need to teach me that spell" Twilight says. "So I go, write and send the letters to them, you should go now to get there this night," Twilight says and leaves my room and I start to walk out of the castle to the train station, buy a ticket, get on the train and go in the emptiest wagon and relax until I am in the Crystal Empire and I talk to cos all the way.

As I leave the Train and got out in the Crystal Empire I walk to the information: "Good evening, where do I find the palace of the of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor?"

"Oh in Celestia's name, from which part of Tartarus are you crawling out?" The information mare blares out to leave me with an open mouth and a glowing red dragon eye for the anger I get from these kinds of ponys.

"Excuse me but I just want the direction of Princess Cadence and Shining Armor and I don't want to get offended by you so just tell me how I get there," I say really pissed.

"Nope, not going to happen. A Pony like you, I will not help. Now go away." The information mare says. Ok, now I am really pissed.

"I wish I could just kill this mare for being so rude, but that I can't do." I think about, wanting to just see her bleed.

"Let me handle that on and no I'm not going to kill or physically hurt her." Cos says and I let him speak for now.

"So you little pony, what do you think of me now? I am really pissed with your attitude against a guard of Celestia, Twilight, and Luna. And what do you think if they hear that I needed your help and you refused to help me because of my appearance." Cos says with the red dragon eye glowing and the information mare trembling in fear because of the weird voice and the glowing eye "Or what would even say Princess Caden-" A voice from behind me Interrupts Cos.

"Cosmic Eclipse, it's enough." The voice says.

"Ok, who interrupts me," Cos says turning around seeing a White unicorn Pony with different kinds of blue, mane and tail and wearing a violet and golden armor with a purple star in the middle of the chest plate. And I take back the control.

"Sorry Cos I take over for now." I say to Cos who just growls "Do I know you?" I say to the Unicorn and the glowing from my red-eye stops.

"You don't know me but I saw you before, Midnight Shield. I am Shining Armor, I read a lot of you in the letter of my sister." The Unicorn says.

"Oh, I'm sorry sir, that you needed to witness this little... outbreak of me and Cos," I say bowing my head to Shining Armor.

"Ok, so tell me, how did it come to this outbreak?" Shining Armor says making a gesture that I shall rais my head.

"Ok. So I get out of the train. To enter the new city and don't know where the palace is, so I go to the information and asks this mare," I say pointing on the information mare, who is still trembling. "How I get to the palace, and this mare just started to offend me based on my appearance, so I asked her a second time and she refused to help me again and offended me again. So I was really pissed that moment and Cos wanted to talk to her and the rest you should have seen." I explain to Shining Armor.

"I see," Shining Armor looks at the information mare and walks to her. "Is it true what she said? Did you offended her because of the appearance?"

"I did NOT offend her based on the appearance." the information mare said. "she just-"

The information mare is interrupted by Shining Armor "So you admit that you insulted her for what reason ever." Shining Armor looks at the clock behind the mare. "But you are lucky tonight." Shining Armor looks at me. "We need to get to the castle, you only have a short time left for tonight so come."

"As you command my prince," I say and we start to walk towards the center of the crystal empire.

Inside the castle I see a familiar stallion and an unfamiliar pink alicorn, with a purple, pink and white tail and mane, wearing a golden crown and a necklace. "Good Night Flash and if I may guess I would say good Night... Princess Cadence." I say and bow towards the pink alicorn.

"Good guess," Flash Sentry says. "Good Night Midnight and yes that's Princess Cadence."

"Good Night Midnight Shield and welcome in the Crystal Empire. I am the princess and ruler of the Crystal Empire." Cadence says. "Please come with us I will bring you to your room here." And we all started to walk through the castle to a room. "This will be your room for the time you are here. If you need anything don't hesitate to ask." Cadence says.

"Thank you." I bow towards all of them. "I will say something if I need something but for now I would like to go to bed for now."

"Sure, go in and have a nice sleep. Flash will show you around tomorrow night." Shining Armor says "We will leave now." and all of them leave me alone.

Inside the room, I see light blue wallpaper with crystals on it, In the center of the room is a round bed with a veil around it. Then there on the wall is a sword holder and an armor stand. On the other side of the room stands also a desk with a quill, ink and some paper. Over the desk hangs a clock which shows that it is 5:45 in the morning. "Ok time to sleep, have a nice day, Cos." I say to Cos, put my bag next to the armor stand, my katanas on the sword holder and my armor on the armor stand and go to sleep.

In the evening as I get up, put my armor and weapons on me and leave the room to get greeted by Flash Sentry "Good evening Flash."

"Good evening Midnight, I hope you had a good day sleep." Flash says "But we can talk on the way, come I give you a tour through the castle." I nod in agreement and we walk through the castle and Flash shows me the most important rooms.

At the end of the tour, we get to the dining hall where we get in and sit down in front of each other as a mare comes to us with a tray with food and brings us both a meal and places them in front of us. "Here is your meal, I hope it's to your liking." And both of us start to eat the meals.

"Hey, Flash can you tell me more about the rumor, that is told around here about the Pegasus pony which can use magic like a unicorn, who is somewhere around the crystal empire," I say and drink some water.

"Sure, what I know till now is that the pony lives somewhere in the mountains, in the north of the crystal empire. Where this pony is around there is always a sign on which stands "Be quiet, don't run, don't stop just move along or you need to pay" and everyone who doesn't obey by that is robed by that pony. And as the victims and eyewitnesses say, they all get robbed by a pegasus pony in a white armor, is around as big as you are." Flash explains

"And that is about every information we have on that pegasus pony." A voice says, I turn around and see Shining Armor Entering the room, and looks completely tired.

The same mare who brought us food comes in "do you need some milk or diapers for the little one?"

"I need both." Shining Armor says, the mare brings both and leaves the room again while he says "If you want to find that pegasus go north and if you want to take someone with you just ask the pony if it wants to come with you."

"Ok, I will do that then," I say and finish my meal.

"So Flash I will get onto my way. Thank you for the meal and the tour, but I must check something." I stand up and walk towards the door.

"So you want to go alone?" Flash asks.

"Yeah I need to go alone, I will be back in the morning. So if I'm not back by then will you come and search for me, I don't know what ponys will do when I fall asleep in the middle of nowhere and they find me." I ask him with a smile on my face.

"Sure I will move out if you aren't back by 5:30, just be safe. Then see you later and have fun." Flash says and I leave the room go to my room and get ready for a little trip and I leave the castle and walk North.

After a while walking through Snow and over mountains I finally found the sign on which is written "don't stop, don't turn around and don't ask stupid questions. If you do so leave your stuff and run away before I get you." So I want to find the pegasus and I want to find out who that is, well the best way to find that out is to let him come, so I walk a bit forward, stop, turn around and ask out load "am I on a mountain?"

It didn't take long until I heard a voice behind me, "So who is it going to be this time? Who wants to fight me?" I turn around and see a White pegasus stallion holding a long sword with magic.

"Could it be?" I think and say "Hey what are you doing here and who are you?" I hold my blue katana with my magic ready to defend my self.

"Who I am doesn't need to consider you, What I am doing? Well, I am looking how other respond on a sign that has some rules and if they don't obey the sign I let them pay a bit. And now it's your turn." The pegasus says. "So how will you do it, without force or with force?"

"I think I will take option three, beat you and then take you with me," I say with a confident smile on my face, and the white stallion starts laughing.

"You want to defeat me? That is something I don't laugh at, there is only two pony who can defeat me, and only one other who is on the same "level" as me so you will not defeat me." The stallion says with a cocky smile on his face.

I get into fighting position "Then let's find it out if I can beat you." I say and now he is in battle position too.

Not taking to much time we charge towards each other and we started to clash our swords against each other. While we fight slash from the sides and from the up that we block each other and we strike each other again and nearly cutting, each other and the art of battle that this stallion has is for me familiar. We fight a little while until we both lose a bit of endurance, jump on some distance.

"I see," I say. "So this is what you were doing, robbing other ponys?" I ask him with a dark look on my face.

"I do this a little while now, and what do you mean with that saying? It sounds like you know me?" He says with a confused look on his face.

"So you don't remember me?" I ask him "Maybe this helps." and put the blue Katana back to my side and pull the black one out and I still get a confused look from him then I open my wings, and his eyes widen but he still has unknowing look on his face "Oh COME ON! Do you still need more hints, or should I tell you my name right now Midday Sword?"

"Wait a second two katanas, blue and black alicorn, black armor and you know my name." He says and thinks about it very long until I remove my mane from my red dragon eye. "Oh my, I-I-I-I am SO Sorry colonel Midnight Shield, I-I didn't realize that you were alive and around her. Please don't punish me." He says and lies on the ground begging.

"Ok Ok, at least you realized it yourself." I say "And now you will come with me, we will hide that it was you and say that no there will no more problems with this signs and so on." I say destroying the sign completely putting my katana back and say "And from now on its just Midnight or Midnight Shield no more colonel. Oh and no more saluting." I say walking towards the crystal empire.

While we walk towards the palace I talked with Midday Sword about everything that happened till now, what our situation is and saw that he still had his cloaking spell active, "Oh and remove your cloaking spell for now, we don't need to hide that any more." with a nod he removes the cloaking spell and now I see a pure white alicorn with light yellow eyes and a crossed sword cutie mark, also he has a white armor similar to my old armor. We walk through the town and after a short while we arrive at the palace.

As we enter the palace we are greeted by the guard Flash Sentry, "Welcome back Ms. Midnight, I see that you brought someone back with you."

"I am back Flash, and this is an old friend of mine, Flash this is Midday Sword," I say pointing with a wing towards the white alicorn next to me. "And Midday Sword this is Flash Sentry royal guard of the crystal empire and the guard of the royal family which rules the crystal empire." I introduce Midday Sword to Flash.

"Hi, I am Flash Sentry nice to meet you," Flash says and bows slightly towards Midday Sword.

"So you are a royal guard here? Ok, I've decided. Let's have a sparring match." Sword says with an excited look on his face.

"Oh, and before I forget to tell you, he is a crazy pony who loves to fight," I say to Flash

"I see, well maybe we can have a sparring match other time, but for now, come in and have something to eat I will get a room ready for Midday Sword and you two can go ahead to the dining room and get something to eat, I will join you later and then you tell me what is it with this robber," Flash says and leaves while we walk to the dining room.

"So this is the pegasus pony who even fought at a level compared to you?" Sword looks at me.

"Well I didn't use full power and I don't want to kill him, so I couldn't even fight full power without killing him." I explain to Sword, "and now come let's get something to eat." and we walk to the dining room enter it and sit at the table and again the mare comes to us and brings us both our meal. "Thank you for the meal," I say and start to eat.

After a short while Flash enters the room "So Midday your room is ready I will show it to you later, but now I want to know what happened on your little trip."

"Ok ok, I will tell you the short version is I was walking towards the mountains until I found the sign that was talked about after I read the sign I did the exact opposite and then the stallion approached me and challenged me but in the end he lost but didn't want to surrender and fought me to the death, now his body is under the earth in the mountains and on my way back I found my old friend and squad member Midday Sword," I tell him my version of the trip.

"I see, then I will tell Shining Armor about it so he knows that the problem is taken care of. Now I think we should get some rest." Flash says and stands up to walk towards the door.

I look at the clock and see that it is 05:45 "Yeah its already time, so good day to you two." I say walking to the door "Oh and Midday, don't cause any kind of trouble while I sleep, no need to respond I know you will not make any trouble, so have a good day." I say leaving the hallway entering my room. I enter my room put my armor away and katanas away and go to bed.

"Hey Shieldie, I have something for you." Cos suddenly talks to me.

"What is it? I ask him closing my eyes on the bed getting ready to sleep.

"I have a very bad feeling about your little friend, could you do me a favor and put a Katana next to you in the bed?" Cos says.

"Sure I don't know why but if you have a bad feeling then so be it." I say putting the black katana next to my bed "Something else."

"Yeah your approval to defend you if something happens while you sleep." Cos say.

"Ok you have my approval to defend me if some pony or something tries to kill me while I am asleep." I say to Cos.

"So have a good day." I say to Cos.

"Have a good and nice sleep." Cos says and I fall asleep.

"Oh hi Luna, how are you doing?" I ask Luna in my dream and think of a little grassland with a picnic blanket and a basket with sandwiches and some water. "and come sit down with me."

"Hi Midnight, I'm fine and thank you." Luna sits down next to me and eats a Sandwich "and how are you?"

"So what brings you to me, just to have a little chat or is there something new?" I sit down as well and eat a sandwich.

"Just to look how you are doing and at day time there aren't many dreams that I can visit and it's my job to look after the dreams of the ponys." Luna looks towards me with a smile and eats another sandwich and we started to talk about what happened in the last couple of days, Luna talked about what happened in Canterlot, I told Luna about what happened here in the crystal Empire and that I found one of my old squad members, Midday Sword, who is, by the way, a fighting maniac.

"So how is it to find someone of your old squad?" Luna asks me.

"It's nice, if he is here then somewhere in Equestria should be my sister too," I say to Luna with hope in my eyes.

"Oh a picnic, so am I invited too?" I hear a familiar voice behind me from a mountain coming out of a cave.

"Right, we share a body and a mind, so we share dreams too, sure come and join us Cos," I say to Cos, who is in the cave. Now a very big head comes out of the cave and a giant dragon follows. Around 10 meters high and 30-meter long dragon with dark black scales has a blue pony eye on the left and a red dragon eye on the right and a tail which looks like a spear with barb and it looks like it's hard as nothing else. "Is that how you looked before we became one?" Luna and I look very surprised by the appearance of Cos.

"Yeah that was how I looked before I met your old queen, but let that aside," Cos says and lays his neck behind me and the head next to me and we talked awhile.

At a little moment Cos lifts his head and says "Well I go now, I need to look after something." and he goes back into the cave.

Luna and I talked and relaxed a bit more until she says "I need to go to and you have 30mins till 20:00 So have a good night."

"OK have a good night too, See ya," I say and Luna leaves my dream and I relaxed until I wake up.

I wake up only to realize that I am already standing and that I am already fully equipped and in front of me is Midday Sword tied up gagged and his horn has three magic restriction rings around it. "Ähm... COS WHAT IN TARTARUS NAME IS GOING ON HERE!"

"Oh it's already 20:00? Well, he wanted to kill you in your rest and I defended you, captured him and tied him up like that. Just now I wanted to put the armor off and get back into bed, but he was very strong I even needed to do a little trick." Cos explains.

"Wait a sec, you wanted to kill me but we were teammates. WHY DO YOU WANT TO KILL ME?!" I smack Midday Sword with my hoof and take off his gag with my magic.

"I never liked you, you were the reason that I can never hear my sisters voice again, and now you were alone and somehow got this curse on you, it was the perfect timing, but then your little friend here stopped me before I could kill you. I swear if I ever get the chance again to kill you I will do it." Midday Sword explains I put the gag back on Midday Sword and want to leave my room and look for the two guards in front of my room.

As I look for the guards I see them but they are a bit in a bad shape, this Midday Sword had killed them, cut off their legs, their ears, stab their eyes and decapitated them. It is a bloody mess in front of my room. I look around and see how Flash walks in my direction and then as he sees the blood he runs to me "What happened here? Is everything fine with you?"

"I am fine but what happened here should Cos explain to you," I say and give Cos control.

"So what happened here was like this, Shieldie, Luna and I were having a picnic in the dream world, while in the dream world I felt something dangerous coming near the room, so I left the dream world took control of Shieldie's body and magic, put on the armor and did a little trick. After I was finished I walked to the door and at that moment the door opened and our little friend Midday Sword get in and just started to attack me and I defended Shieldie. After a long fight, I could knock him out, ran to the next guard and asked him for bonds to tie him up, gag him and restrict his magic so that Shieldie can ask him a few questions." Cos tells us the story.

"I see, Flash can you do me a favor?" I take back the control.

"Sure, what is it?" Flash says.

"Can you tell Shining armor that I needed to kill Midday Sword in action so that there will be no problems? and before you ask, yes I need to kill him, now I know who he is." I say to flash walking back into the room.

"I will do that but please make it quick." Flash says "I will send some ponys who will clean this up I will be in the dining room after I told Shining Armor." and Flash leaves

Back in the room, I walk towards Midday Sword, "So you are the brother of the princess that I killed as she tortured my sister and operated her wings on and even tried to kill her and if I didn't stop her. My sister would be dead at that very moment. But be happy you will meet your sister again." I hold the grip of my black katana "It was nice to have you as a squad member and as a friend but now you destroyed everything, sayonara." And I slash lightning fast and cut his head off.

"I hope you don't take it too hard to yourself, It-" I interrupt Cos.

"Sorry but I know that it is not my fault, and thanks." I say to Cos.

"Come let us get something to eat and I think we should go back to Canterlot." Cos says to me and I feel like he wraps a wing around me.

"Yeah let's eat something and then I will tell that to Shining Armor if he is awake." And I leave the room and walk to the dining room.

I enter the dining room and see how three ponys are waiting for me. "Oh good evening to you three, Shining Armor, Cadence, Flash."

"Good evening Midnight, We heard what happened before you woke up if you need anyone to talk to just say it," Cadence says

"Thanks, I appreciate that, but I have to tell you, I will go back to Canterlot this night, now I need a bit time to calm down in my home in Canterlot, where I can relax a bit," I explain to the three of them.

"I think we understand, then have a nice meal and a nice trip back home." Shining Armor says and all three are leaving me alone, I sit down a mare comes and brings me something to eat and to drink.

After I finished my meal the mare comes again takes the dishes and leaves me and I go back to my room to pack my things and go home. As I go to my room I see a group of ponys, mares, and stallions who are cleaning the hallway and in my room. "Ähm... excuse me, can I get into my room to get my things?"

"Sure, just go the way that is clean already." a mare says, I go into my room and take my cape off put my things in the bag, the bag on my back and the cape back on and leave the room again.

I walk down the hallway through the castle and go to the main door. "So you will not use your teleport to go home?"

"No I want to take the train home." I say to Cos and want to leave the castle as I hear a voice behind me.

"So have a nice trip and get home safe." I turn around and see Cadence behind me.

"Thanks for everything princess," I say with a slight bow.

"Your welcome, if you ever want to come here again, just come we will keep a room for you available for your, now have a nice trip back home and a good night," Cadence says with a warm smile on her face.

"Good night to you too," I say with a smile on my face and leave the castle and go to the train station.

At the train station, I see a familiar face that I saw the last time I got here to the train station. "Good evening, a ticket for the next train to Canterlot please."

"Oh it's you again, now tell me why should I sell you a ticket?" the information mare says.

"Well reason one: I am a customer, reason two: I want to go home to the castle of Canterlot to my friends Luna and Celestia, reason three: if you will not. I have decided that I would just take the train and explain this to the staff on the train, go back to prince Shining armor, tell it to the princesses in Canterlot or I just could take you out, take a ticket and dump you in the next trash container and go my way. So what may it be?" I ask the mare.

"Well I take the 10 bits for the train ticket." the mare says.

"Here the bits," I say, getting my ticket and leaving the mare alone, boarding the train and driving back home to canterlot.

On the train I relaxed until the train arrived in canterlot where I got of the train and I headed straight towards the castle, while I walk towards the castle I see a clock tower which shows me that it is already 3:00 in the morning and a few minutes later I am home at the castle. I walk up to the door, open it and enter the castle.

Inside the castle, I see a few guards and I walk to them and say "Good evening guards, could one of you go tell Luna that I am back and if you do please tell her that I need a few days my peace, I need to process something."

"Sure can do, one of the guards says, Ms. Shield." One of the guards says.

"Thank you," I say and leave towards my room. Inside the room, I put my armor on the armor stand, and my katanas on the sword holder.

"So Cos may I see this trick that you did?" I ask Cos curious.

"I can show it to you but only if you are totally sure you want to see that." Cos says, which makes me even more curious.

"Yes I want to see it." I say determined

"Ok but don't say I didn't warn you." Cos says and I give him control and closes the eyes. It took a minute before cos opens the eyes again and goes to the mirror.

"This is the trick," Cos says with a dragon Voice with a pony voice tone inside of it. I look into the mirror and see me a pony but my appearance has changed, now I have a magical horn and two dragon horns, my fur became black shiny scale, my mane still there and normal, but my tail became like the tail of Cus in the dream world, a spear-like tail with barbs and very stable, hard and it feels like it can pierce anything and my front hoves are now like claws and my teeth are as sharp as -when not even sharper than- knives.

"Why didn't you show it to me earlier, I like this, this feels like we are even more one and the same being." I say to Cos being happy like never before, "This feeling is just awesome, but we shouldn't show it to any pony, it could open a conflict. But just in case how can I control it so that I can be in this form?"

"I will teach you that in the next night for now lets go sleeping it's already time." Cos say turning me back into my normal form and I walk to the bed lieing down on it and start sleeping as the cock shows 06:00.

Back in the dream world, I think of a lake with a little wooden platform on the middle of a lake with a bridge to it on which is a mat, a table and on the table is a teapot and a teacup, If you sit down and watch over the lake you have a perfect view to the sunset and can relax perfectly.

I walk down the bridge lay down on the mat, drink tea and relax. Until I hear steps from behind me getting closer, I lift my head and turn it around towards the steps and see Luna walking towards me "Sorry if I interrupted your relax time, I just wanted to look if you are fine."

"Good evening Luna, I'm fine, I just need the next few nights a bit time alone, Cos is trying to teach me something if you want we could show you what it is that he wants to teach me," I say to Luna.

"Oh, something new? maybe a new technic?" Luna says.

"Yeah its a new technic, Princess Luna, but I will show it only to you if you really want to see it, I know that not every pony will like or even hate something like that," Cos says over my voice to Luna

"Ok, I will not hate you two, and yes I want to see the technic," Luna says.

"Then Cos let us show Luna our new trick," I say and Cos started the transformation.

After the transformation into our dragon-pony form, Luna just stands there with an open snout.

"This is the new trick we work on so that I can control it and use it myself. I hope that it is not too much for you." I say to Luna with a half dragon, half pony voice fused together.

"Well this is a surprising trick, and I must say it needs time to get accustomed to this form but it's not bad somehow I like it," Luna says with a nice smile.

"Yeah, I understand that," I respond and give Cos the signal to turn us back. "So I am laying back down here and relax, if you want to talk to somebody I think Cos has time." And the mountain with Cosmic's cave appears and Cos signals Luna to go to her and Luna looks with an asking look on her face and walks to Cosmic's cave.

It took a long time, I even fell asleep in the dream world until I slowly awake in the dream world with Luna standing next to me with a blanket, "Oh sorry if I waked you up, you were sleeping so peacefully so I wanted to lay a blanket over you." Luna says wanting to put the blanket away but I stop her with my magic and Luna puts the blanket on me "ok then have a nice relaxing time before your training." Luna says and leaves me alone but for whatever reason, a tear drops down from her face.

I relaxed the rest of the day in the dream world and wake up at 20:00. I stand up and walk to the armor stand "No need for equipment, just go eat something in the dining room, Luna will bring you after your meal to our special training room where we can train without interruption." Cos says and I leave the room without equipment.

Outside of my room, "Good evening you four." I say to the four guards guarding the rooms of Luna and me.

"Good evening Ms. Shield." the four guards say in sync and as always two of the guards and me leave and walk to the dining room.

In the dining room, I see Celestia who just puts two plates with sandwiches on the table "Good evening Midnight Shield, here have some sandwiches."

"Good evening Celestia, thank you for the meal," I say and sit down at one of the plates and start eating and only a few moments later Luna gets into the room.

"Good evening Sister, here a few sandwiches for you," Celestia says and Luna walks to the other plate.

"Good evening Celestia and Midnight," Luna says, sitting down at the other plate and starts eating too.

After a quiet and calm meal, Celestia leaves to go to sleep and Luna started to say: "So Midnight I heard everything that is going on and he asked me to give you two a place to train where no one can interrupt you there, I have a room so come with me I show you that." and Luna walks out of the room and walks a hallway along until we arrived at a door where a few guards stand ready and protecting the door. "Behind this door is a restricted area where only Celestia, these guards, I and now you too are allowed to enter, there are three rooms choose one and do your training, I will leave you two alone," Luna explains and turns around to walk away.

"Thank you, Luna, then we will see us later," I say and walk to the door, as one of the guards signals me to stop and go to him.

"Please stand still so we can identify you as Pony who has the right to go behind this door." the guard says, I stand still and he uses a magic spell on me. "Ok thank you for your cooperation you may now go behind this door." the guard says and another one opens the door.

Behind the door is a hallway with a door on the left, a door on the right and one at the end of the hallway. I walk to the door at the end of the hallway, open the door and enter the room. The room is a big room where is nearly nothing, only a little area and as I entered this little area, it somehow feels like this little area is separated from the rest of the world. "Ok Cos I think we can start now the training"

"Good Shiledie then let's start the training. First I want you to lay down on the ground and then just think of the dragon form that I showed before, just imagine it." Cos says and I do like he says. After a few minutes of imagining the dragon form Cos says "Now try to think about yourself turning into this dragon form." and I think about me turning into the dragon form, but nothing happened. "Concentrate nothing more or less."

It took a very long time even a few hours until even the slightest bit changed and what changed was my teeth only they changed into very sharp and pointy one with them I could tear everything up. "Well, its a good start of the first part. Let's go back and rest for the day again, and get something to eat." Cos say

"Ok, let's take a break for now," I say leaving the room and walk to the dining room eat was, tell Luna about progress and then walk to my room and go to sleep.

From that day on we had the same night circle, wake up go eat something talk with Celestia and Luna, go to the training area to train to transform into the dragon form, eat and go back to sleep, it took a few nights to get any more progress.

It's the fifth night since we started to train the dragon form until now I only could change my teeth. "Oh my, IS THIS HARD," I shout in the training hall.

"Well this is a hard training, just keep calm and try to concentrate on single parts for now," Cos says.

"Ok I try- no I do it," I say and concentrate on teeth and my teeth turn into the dragon forms and as I concentrated onto the horns and a dragon horn appears, which is very much straight, pointy and sharp, and it is left of my pony horn. "Yay I did it another part."

"Yeah you did it but only half of a part, but it is progress," Cos says and I concentrate even more on the Horns. Another few Hours pass by until I get my second dragon horn with my teeth and the other horn. After a few minutes, we decide to stop the training for this night again and work on it the next night.

A few weeks pass by as I nearly get the complete transformation on my own, but this night it gets a bit different.

As always I worked on my dragon form as I needed only to turn my fur into dragon scales, I thought of everything else and everything went well and now I just need to transform my fur into scales.

As I think of the scales of my dragon form I started to feel something creeping around my mind. "Cos what is that creeping around my mind?" I ask Cos.

"What do you mean? there is nothing here, just you, your thoughts and me." Cos says.

I stop thinking of my dragon form, so everything that already transformed stayed transformed. "I just felt something creeping around my mind and I don't know what it is." I say to Cos.

"I don't see anything out of the ordinary just you, your mind and me, shall I take a look into your mind?" Cos asks me

"Yes please take a look." I say to Cos.

"Ok I will take a look." Cos says and I feel how he enters my mind and moves through it. It only took a few moments until Cos says something again "Found something, I found some form of a pony here."

"How does it look like?" I ask Cos.

"How the HELL IS THAT POSSIBLE?" Cos shouts "It looks like the queen, somehow she managed to get her mind into your mind." Cos explains.

"To bad that you found me here, and I thought I could manipulate you so you would kill these princesses but now I need to make sure that you can do nothing more since you know of me being here." A new and familiar voice says in my mind.

"Wait since when were you in my mind?" I ask the voice which I recognize as the voice of my old queen who I wished to never hear again.

"since a moment before my time ran out, but more you don't need to know" the queen says. "and now let's begin the recalibration of your mind in a fast way not only at daytime."the queen moves through my mind and started to use some kind of magic.

It started to hurt like nothing else I felt before, I scream in agony and feel how something in my mind forcefully changed. "COS... GET HELP... I CAN'T... HOLD THAT... FOR LONG" I scream to Cos who nodded and Left my mind and disappeared for a few minutes which felt for me like a decade, trying to resist the changes in my mind that the queen wanted to do.

In the pain, I heard a, for me a calming and nice voice coming from behind the door. "MIDNIGHT WHERE ARE YOU?!"

"MID-" I was interrupted by a sudden pain and I could only scream.

The door slams open and Luna, Celestia and a few guards storm into the room and see me squirming on the ground because of the pain "I am back and I got Luna to help us."Cos says in my mind.

"Midnight what is wrong?" Luna says running over to me.

"The old queen has bound her own mind before she died to Midnight's mind and now that we found her she tries to change her mind so that she will be an obedient servant/slave for the queens plans to take over Equestria and to kill all princesses and Midnight is trying to resist her," Cos explains over my mouth.

"I see, Sister come here we need to help her, fast I don't think that her mind can take that for very long," Luna says.

"Yes fast get me in there you go to the dream world and get Twilight and her friends here," Celestia says, Luna activates a spell and Celestia is in my mind fighting with the queen and not much later Twilight and her friends get into my mind too with Luna.

"We are here to help you Midnight," Twilight says and they started to fight with the queen, while they fight in my mind, they did cause pain to at the end it was too much for me and I lost consciousness.
> Chapter 15: What to do now?

As I wake up slowly I look around to see that I am not in my room, "Where am I, and what happend?" I think, stand up and feel a strong pain in my head "ohhh and what is it with this headache?"

"Oh, you are finally awake." Cos says in my head and I look around and see in the room several beds with a white curtain to give the pony which are in the beds some privacy, white walls, a window where a curtain is stoping the view to the outside and two doors, one with a sign Only for medical staff and the other door without a sign.

"Oh, Hi Cos, what happend?" I ask Cos, and walk towards the door without a sign.

"We can talk later about that but for now you should look for the others they are realy worried about you and maybe you should take a look into the mirror befor you go outside." Cos says and I look for a mirror, see one and walk infront of it to see that I am still in my dragon form.

"Whaaa, good I sould turn it for before I walk aorund the castle" I say surprised that the D-form is still holding up, but well nearly complete the dragon scales I didn't have now. "Oh right I wanted to turn the dragon scales on but something happend." I try to think about what happend after that only to get a wave of pain through my head. "IT HURTS!"

"Everything will be fine, just try not to think about it for now, we will explain it to you later, come lets get moving." Cos says and I stop thinking about that and walk out of the room.

As I left the room I see two guards that I never seen before, "Good evening guards." I say to the guards who look confused.

"Good day miss Shield." one of the Guards say, "we were asked to tell you that you stay here, rest and wait for one of the princesses or a friend of her." the guard says.

"Sorry but I need to take a walk and calm down, I will be back in a few minutes." I respond to the guard.

"Well we will accompany you then but only a few minutes." The guard say and after that we walk through the castle and to the castle garden, where I walked a bit and calm down my soul, while walking around, it's then that I realize "Ähhh Cos, since when is it so bright at night time?"

"Who said that it was night time? It the middle of the day." Cos says in my surprise.

"Wait WHAT? It's day time, but... but... WHY AM I AWAKE THEN?!" I scream in my minde now completly confused. "Ähm guard what time is it?"

"It's 12:49 miss and I think go back, they should finish their lunch by now." the guard says.

"Ok no freaking out now." I think to myself "Ok then lets go back." I say and we walk back to the medical room.

Back at the medical room "I will stay inside the room and lay back on the bed and rest, thanks for the accompaniment have a nice day." and open the door.

"You are welcome miss Shield." the guard says, I enter the room and close the door behind me and walk to the bed and lay down on the bed and relax. But I couldn't relax so I get up and think of the dragon form that I finally want to finish and to contorl it. I walk infront of the mirror and look "teeth check, horns check, claws check, tail check and now only the scales are left." and I think of dragon scales from my dragon form.

"This looks good this time, only a bit more." Cos says I close my eyes and I focus more on the scales.

It took a few minutes, I open my eyes look into the mirror and see that I am in my dragon form. "Yeah I did it" I say to Cos with a very big smile. "Finally I did it, ok now lets go back to bed in my normal form." I say to Cos.

"Nicely done, you reale did it faster then I expected." Cos says and I turn back into my normal form and go back to bed.

"Now I can rest a bit before one of my friends gets here." I say as I lay down on the bed and pull the blanket over me and as allways roll together like a donut, I relax and nearly fall asleep, the only reason I am still awake is that two ponys come into the room and walk to my bed.

"It's the third day now after she collapsed, how long will she be out?" a sweet, nice and comforting voice says Fluttershy? I think.

"I realy don't know how long she will be out cold, she sounded as if she had suffered severe pain, but I think we need to wait till night for her to wake up." a familiar Voice says Starlight?

"Don't you want to get up and calm them down?" Cos says.

"Yes but I don't like to interrupt them and I think that you should know that." I say to Cos and a moment where no one says something and everything was calm I slowly push my head towards the two ponys to look.

As I pushed my head so far out of the blanket to see Starlight and Fluttershy sitting right next to my head lookin at each other Starlight says: "I wish I could know what happend to her that she was in so much pain and what in Celestias name was with her appearance."

"Yeah what was with that horns, tail, claws and teeths." I say trying to get their attention.

"Yeah I know they looked like they were from a dragon." Starlight says.

And Fluttershy says softly " Ähm Starlight I think we don't need to wait for the night." but it seems like Starlight didn't hear her and I look to Fluttershy with a calm smile. " Ähm STARLIGHT I think she is awake." and Starlight hears only her name.

"What did you say Fluttershy?" Starlight turns to Fluttershy.

"Fluttershy sayed that she thinks you don't need to wait for the night and that she thinks that I am awake already." I answer for Fluttershy and now lifting my head.

"Oh okay, and why do you think that Fluttershy, and since when can you talk without using your mouth?" Starlight says and sees that Fluttershy is pointing with a wing towards me and Starlight looks to me. "Oh I see so you are awake now." Starlight says and I raise an eyebrow. An awkward moment passes by. "WAIT You are awake again and that at day time." Starlight says giving me a fast hug. "I go and get the others." Starlight says and storms out of the room leaving Fluttershy and me behind.

"Ok, Hi Fluttershy, I hope you all didn't worry too much." I say to Fluttershy.

"It's alright, as long you are fine." Fluttershy say giving me a hug, too.

Only a few minutes later the door slams open and the rest, Starlight, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, Twilight, Princess Celestia and Princess Luna. "Oh, ähh, Hi everypony." I say nervously fearing a very crowded group hug on the bed and it happens. A very thight group hug. "Ähhh... GIRLS... I... CAN...'T... BREATH..." I somehow get it out.

After a moment the group hug stops and everypony gets a bit on distance leaving me room to breath again. "Please... no more... tight group... hugs." I say gasping for air.

"Sorry but you were out for three days and nights after we came somehow in your mind and fought that crazy pony." Twilight explains, "but what happend to you and who was that pony which was in your mind and did a rampage in there and then your appearance?" Twilight asks.

"Do I have to tell you everything right now? Can't we do that at a better and calmer location?" I ask wanting to explain everything but not in a medical room.

"Oh sure do you have any thing you want where you want go." Twilight says.

"I would love to be in the garden to explain it." I say.

"Then let's go but be carefull you just woke up." Twilight says and I don't tell her that I was in the garden already. So I get up and we all walk to the garden to have a little calm and carefull explanation time.

In the garden we walk to a little river which flows through the garden, "Here is fine." I say sit down on the ground. "So where should I start?" I ask them all.

"Then tell us, who gave you that pain to knock you out." Luna says.

" Well the hardest one first." I say silently "That was the mind of my old queen who tried to take over my mind over the time and then wanted to take over Equestria, but after I and Cos found her she needed to be a bit faster so she started to forcfully change my mind what happend to release a so strong pain that I couldn't hold out longer and got unconscious and right before that you all got into my mind and started to fight her." I explain. "So whats next?"

"Well you told us what happend to you and who that pony was so the only thing left is what was that with you appearance." Applejack says.

"Oh that that was a new training for me, the trick is to turn parts of my body in a dragon form which, you could say, is a fused version of my and Cos body but only as big as my normal body." I explain, "If you want I can show it to you." I say.

"If you realy look like a dragon-pony hybrid I think then you should show it to us at night time and somewhere where not a common pony can watch, It could scare them and that is something we don't want to happen." Twilight says.

After the explanation we talked and relaxed till the sun set, then everypony got to their rooms and goes to bed.

"That was a nice day." I say to Cos.

"Yeah that it was." Cos says and I went to bed, close my eyes and want to sleep.

After a few minutes laying in bed I open my eyes "Ähm Cos, why can't I fall asleep?"

"What do you mean?"

"I can't fall asleep I am not tired." I say now worried "Did something happend in the fight?"

"Well there was one thing right before Twilight and her friends defeated the queen she casted a spell and sayed the following: If I can't take over this body and mind then I will take her beloved place in her live with me. and I think she did cast a spell that removed your need for sleep and even removed your connection to the dream world so that you can't enter the dream world." Cos explains.

"But Why, Thats the only place where I can rest and do at the same time everything I wanted to do, like staying under a waterfall or anything that came into my mind." I shout out, "And what should I do now?" I say walking around my room.

"Let's work on your dragon form then, just try to stay in it and in the next morning you should talk with the others about it." Cos suggests and I do so, untill the next morning.
> Chapter 16: Curse or Friend

After I got the curse and I was awake the whole night, I walk to the dining room, eat something and walk a bit through the castle, looking at the colourful windows seeing everything the friends of Twilight and Twilight did together, what feats they did. "Doesn't this one enemy of equestria look like Luna only more darker and looking more dangerous?" I think in my mind.

"Yeah, It looks like her." Cos says. "And hey doesn't this one recall something in you?" Cos says turning my head to a window.

"Yeah but I don't remember where, when or who it was." I say to Cos, "Lets go find the others."

"Ok, then go" Cos says, and I walk through the Castle untill I reached the Library, in the Library I see Twilight reading some books. "Hey Twilight," I call out. "Can we talk for a moment, I have a problem."

"Oh, hi Midnight," Twilight responds. "Sure just give me a moment." Twilight says and I walk to her, "So what is the problem?"

"Well you fought against the queen in my mind and she casted a spell that did, how it seemed at that moment, nothing, right?" I start.

"Yeah thats right, why do you know what the spell was?" Twilight asks.

"Yeah Cos and I know now what the spell did, the spell was a curse which happens to remove the need of sleep and the ability to go to the dream world. To say it in another way, I can't go to sleep, and I don't have a way to get into the dream world." I explain to Twilight who just sits infront of me with a opend mouth. 

It took a moment untill she snaps out of it and says "What she did cast a curse on you, so fast?" Twilight says looking for books about curses.

After a few hours of book reading the door of the library opens again and Celestia walks in, "Oh good day Celestia." I say "how may I help you?"

"Hello Midnight Shield," Celestia says. "I just came to look for something, but you seem troubled is everything alright?" Celestia asks.

"Well the queen cursed me at the end of the fight, and now I can't and don't need to go to sleep, so I will not be able to get into the dream world again, untill this curse is lifted and Twilight is looking if she can find something about the curse." I explain to Celestia.

"Oh that is bad, I hope she can find something, I will try to look into it too when I can." Celstia say, "But don't worry I have faith in my student." Celestia smiles towards me.

"Ok then see you later, Celestia." I say towards Celestia who takes a book and walks out of the library, and I look towards Twilight. "Hey Twilight, I will take a walk and cool down my head, it feels like my head wants to explode right now." I say and get a "a-huh" from Twilight and I leave the library and walk to the castle garden.

On the way I meet Luna who comes out of the dnining room, "Good day, Luna." I say.

"Hi Midnight, how are you?" Luna looks at me with a soft smile.

"I'm fine, but I have a little probelm." and I tell Luna about the curse.

"Oh that is bad, wasn't the dream realm your favorite place because you could be everywhere even a place that is not realy existant?" Luna says

"Yeah that is true." I say with a sad look on my face.

"Don't worry I will think of something, but in that time take a break and go to the garden." Luna says.

"Ok see you later." I say and Luna leaves towards her room and I walk to the garden.

In the garden I see how Twilight's friends are haveing a picnic. I walk towards them, "Hey girls." I say and walk to them.

"Oh hey Midnigh, how are you doing?" Rainbow Dash asks.

"Well I am fine, I just needed to take a brake to much books." I say sitting down to everyone.

"Did something happend?" Rarity asks.

"Well after you all somehow defeated the queen in my mind, she put a curse on me and now Twilight is trying to find anything to get this curse away." I explain the short version.

"You realy have not the best luck." Pinkie Pie says.

"Yeah, not realy." I say and suddenly I hear a familiar voice and how someone appears behind me and I turn around.

"Hey Fluttershy, just wanted to ask you quickly how it looks with the tea party tomorrow evening?" a completly crazy looking figure is standing right behind him.

I know that figure and I still can't belive it. "DISCORD?!" I shout, jump up, get into battle position and grab my black katana with my magic, "What in Lunas name are you doing here?"

"Oh now look who is here, a little unicorn who got some preaty wings and who lives with a dragon inside, who ever it was they did a good job with that." Discord says moving around me.

Fluttershy gets between us: "Stop it Midnight, Discord is a friend of us."

"Wait, Discord, a firend of you? Thats very had to belief." I say relaxing a bit but not letting my guard down.

"yeah he is our friend so you can calm down." Applejack says and gives me an apple, "Here eat something."

"If you say so, then I will belief it for now, but Discord, I keep my eye on you." I say lookin towards Discord.

"I am flattered the old colonel of the old queen is keeping an eye on me." Discord says.

"So what is it between you, and what happend?" Starlight asks

"Well that is a story too long for now." I say and Discord gets very smal stands onto my head and says something very quiet.

"So my little Midnight Shield, I have two pieces of information for you but you must choose between these two. First one is how to despell that curse, the other one is about a old squad member that you could find. So which one is it, the first one then shake your let ear or the secound one then shake your right ear." Discord says and it doesn't take long for me to decide and I shake my right ear.

"So one of you squad members is in the east from here in the city of manehattan the biggest hospital, in there is a pony which is now a very long time in a coma, and that is one of your old squad members." Discord says into my ear.

I quietly say "good I will go their, but is it a big city, are there many ponys?"

"Yes, there are many ponys. Good Luck" Discord says and disapears

"Hey Girls, I got some information about one of my old squad members, but for that I could need your help Rarity, can you make a full body cloack with a hood that could cover my face?" I say and look towards Rarity.

"Sure, but why do you need that?" Rarity looks towards with a asking look.

"Its to cover my look, so no pony gets realy scared by my appearance and if for any reason I use my new form I don't want to scare anypony to tartarus." I say.

"I think I understand." Applejack says and I get a nod from everyother pony.

"I get to it, it will be finished this evening." Rarity says.

"Thank you, I will go to Luna or Celestia and tell them that." I say staing to walk back into the castle.

After a some time I finaly found Luna walking around the castle, "Luna! Do you have a moment?" I call Luna.

Luna turns around and looks towards me, "Sure Midnight, what can I help you with?" Luna looks a confident smile towards me.

"I just got some information about a old squad member from my squad, who is in Manehatten in the biggest hospital that there is." I say.

"Well that only could be "Luna's Sacred Hearts and Hooves Center" hospital it is in the center of manehatten, do you now why your squad member is in the hospital and who it is?" Luna asks me.

"I only now that my squad member is in a coma for a long time now and I don't know which squad member it is." I say to Luna.

"I see and when will you go to manehatten?" Luna asks and we walk down the hallway.

"This evening a cloack that Rarity makes is finished, so I will go after I got the cloack, if that is possible." I say as we pass by the colorful windows, an I don't ask about the windows.

"Want to know more about this windows?" Luna asks me.

"Not now, maybe another time, but it looks interessting." I say and we walk down the hallway again.

"I see." Luna says and we just walk a bit untill we get the garden entrance.

I say to Luna "See you later" and walk into the garden to relax laying under a tree in the shadow and rest a bit, well I can't sleep anymore.

A bit later the day Rainbow Dash comes to me with a blanket and a pilow, "Oh hey Midnight, what are you doing here?"

"Just some resting, I would sleep right now but I can't and you, what are you doing? wanting to take a nap?" I ask Rainbow who puts the pilow on a branch and lays down.

"Yep I take a nap now, I hope it doesn't bother you." Rainbow puts the blanket over her.

"No worrys." I say and Rainbow sleeps and I lay under the tree and rest more untill I see Rarity storm over to me.

As I see Rarity with a cloack runing towards me, I silently get up and walk towards her. "Hey Rarity, this way Rainbow is naping right now." I say and walk with Rarity a bit away from the tree where Rainbow is taking a nap.

"Here try it on", Rarity says giving me the cloack she just made and it fits perfectly.

The Cloack is a black broud color flwoing downwards into a dark blue, then there are stars on the black and a crescent moon, "It looks beautiful, I love it." I say "Thank you Rarity." I say giving Rarity a hug.

"Oh no problem, darling, your welcome." Rarity say.

"Now I need to get ready to go and look for my squad member." I say walking into the castle to my room.

In my room I take my sadle bag, pack my things, put everything on and walk out of the room looking for Luna. It doesn't take long untill I find Luna who is switching out the old lavender with new lavender. "Hey Luna, I will go now."

"Hi Midnight, then I wish you good luck and have fun, we will look into your curse more." Luna says.

"Thank you Luna, then I will go now." I say but get stoped by Luna.

"Wait take this seal with you, if you get any problems show that then everything should be fine." Luna says giving me a seal which looks like a copy of Lunas cutie mark.

"Thank you Luna, untill I am back home next time." I say and leave Luna and go for Manehatten, to the train station, boarding the train and the train goes to manehatten.
> Chapter 17: The Fight in the Mind

I get of the train in Manehatten and go to the information pony, who is a stalion. "Excuse me sir, but can you tell me how I get to the "Luna's Sacred Hearts and Hooves Center" hospital."

"That is at the center of manehatten the fastest way would be by taking a taxi-chariot and let you take there." The stalion says and points to a few chariots which are standing at the side of the street.

"Thank you. Have a nice day." I say

"You're welcome. And a nice day to you too." The stalion replies and I walk to one of the chariots.

"Excuse me sir, can you take me to the "Luna's Sacred Hearts and Hooves Center" hospital, and how much and how long would it take?" I ask the chariot stalion.

"Well it would cost around 30 bits and It would take at least thirty minutes." he says and it slowly starts to rain.

"Then may I ask, could you to take me there?" I ask the Chariot stalion.

"Sure, get on, I will take you there." The stalion says, I get on the chariot and the stalion starts to move through the streets of manehatten, will we were on our he told a bit about manehatten, on the way we got a bit stuck in the traffic so I though for a moment.

"Could we make a quick stop here? I want to get something realy quick." I say to the stalion.

"Sure, I will be waiting." The stalion says, stops at the side and I jump of run into a shop and buy an Umbrella, run back get on the taxi.

"Ok we can go on now, thanks for the quick stop." I say with a smile, which is hard to see because of my full cover cloack.

"May I ask what the stop was for?" the Stalion says and we get stuck again, on the street, in the rain and I am dry here and he gets soaked wet.

"Well I did it to get this." I say and open the umbrella, holding it over the stalion, "so you don't need to be in the rain for the whole time."

"Thank you" he says and we take our way and time till we get to the hospital. "So we are there, it will be 25 bits." the stalion says.

"Here are 30, keep the rest and the umbrella". I say "Untill next time and have a good time till then."

"Thank you so much, have a nice time too." the stalion says and I enter the hospitall.

I enter the hospital and see a big round reception counter with two mares siting behind it. Then I see a sign with arrows to guid every creature which comes here. Next we have a few creatures which are sick and wait for something to happen. also we have doctors who are walking around from Creature to creature.

I walk to the reception and I talk to the two mares, "Excuse me, I am looking for a patient in this hospital who should be in a long come."

"Do you have a name?" one of the mares say,

"No and I don't think that this pony is known by a name here." I reply

"I see, then please take a seat we will look into it." the other mare says, I walk to a empty bench sit down, and wait, even now I dont take of the cloack.

After a few minuts of nothing happening, I see how one of the information mares walks somewhere, I still wait for something to happen. Well it's a hospital so I try to keep calm. It took a while for the other information mare to get back in the mainhall but she wasn't alone with her came two guards walking up to me and the mare goes back to the reception.

"Excuse me ma'am." of the the guards started. "We need you to come with us."

"And for what reason?" I ask them and stand up.

"You were reported for being a danger to this hospital and they want that you come with us." The other guard says with a more aggressive tone and now I am getting a bit pissed.

"Well Excuse me but I will not go with you two, I am here to see a friend of mine who should be in this hospital and I don't think, that my boss is not going to like it, if you accused me for no good reason, So what is your real reason that you want to take us away?" I respond getting ready for a fight.

"First of all what do you mean with 'us' you are sitting there alone, secound I doesn't need to concern you or your boss what  and why we want to take you with us, now will you follow us or do we need to use force?" the aggressive guard says.

"I take choice number three I go to my friend and after that I report you to my boss." I respond

"If you say so now come with us-" I interupt the guards.

"No you don't get it, a little hint for you two, you should ask ponys who they are and if they something about their boss you should be carfull what happens after that." I say taking down the hood of my cloack to reavel my face which scares the guards a bit. "Also I am not alone, Cos would you like to introduce yourself?" I say with a bit of my dragon voice in it which scars the guards even more and to scare the even more...

Cos starts to talk with our dragon voice "Sure Shildi, hello guards I am Cosmic Eclipse the dragon version of this pony known as Midnight Shield, personal guard and friend of princess Luna and if you don't belive us the seal of princess Luna." And Cos pulls out the seal Luna gave us, with our magic.

Both guards look at the seal and their jaws drop to the ground and are just speachless for a moment. Both guards suddenly fall to the ground "We are sorry mrs. Shield and Eclipse, We ddin't know you were here, in the name of Princess Luna, I hope you can forgive our rudeness we will do everything we can do to help you, so please don't report us." the guards say falling on their knees and bowing the heads.

"Well if you say it like that..." Cos says and a very big and creepy smile is growing on our face, ok I know what he is planing and this could be funy, while the smile grow our red dragon eye started to glow, "I want that you two..." both guards look up completly scared "stand up and give each other..." well he likes to pull this kind of things out and scares others with this. "a hoof to the face." The very first moment as both guards heard that they looked at each other with such a dumb look on theír faces that I am laughing in my mind so much that Cos nearly couldn't hold the scary look on, but a secound later they both gave each other a hoof to the face and in our mind i am rolling on the ground not able to stop laughing.

It took a few minutes untill I was able to get everything back together and calm myself down and I take back over, our dragon eye stoped glowing, the creepy smile fades away and I started to talk to them again, "So, it seems like Cos had enogh fun with you two, now I want to see the Pony for which I came here, the pony which is in a coma and where no one knows where that one came from or who that is." I say with a serious look on my face.

Both guards gets up and the calmer one says "Sure, please follow me, my colleague will explain it to the reception and gets us a doctor." And we started to walk towards a long hallway and I put the hood back on. "May I ask why you walk in this full body cloack?" The guard asks.

"Oh that is only to not scare the other creatures completly when they see a black and blue unicorn and then even see that I have wings, It could be not so pleasing to explain that to every creature, so I try to hide that." I explained which left him speachless and we walk to the end of the hallway where a door is which the guard opens and then walks into the room and I follow him.

Inside the room is a bed with a pony on it under a blanket and I see a dark blue mane looking out of the blanket but before I looked closer the guard speaks "please wait for the doctor to get here, before you look at the pony under the blanket." I stayed next to the bed and waited.

It took a few minutes untill the other guard and the doctor gets into the room, "So Miss Midnight Shield I take it." the stalion in a lab coat starts talking "This is the only pony which we take care of, who we couldn't identify and where we don't know where this mare is from and why she is in this condition." the Doctor says and I turn towards him.

"So you are the doctor who takes care of her? may I see her completly, Doctor...?" I say wanting to hear his name.

"Sure just a secound, also I am Doctor Barn." the doctor introduces himself and takes the blanket of the mare only to reaveal an alicorn who has a red coat and a blue mane and tail, she is wearing a red armor and has a bandage with a moon on it as cutie mark.

"I see and I know who that mare is. Could I get some time alone with her?" I ask the doctor.

"Sure as long as you don't want to hurt her." the doc says and gives the guards the signal to let me and the mare alone and all three are leaving the room.

As all three were out of the room looked closer at the mare, "So you are here, too Midnight Bandage, Cos can you see something?" I ask in my mind.

"Just a secound," Cos repliad and took over only the dragon eye as I took of the hood our dragon eye started to glow again and Cos looked over the whole body of Bandage, and as he looked to the head of her he started to talk again, "I see that she has a problem in her mind, could be just her or something else, but unless that this is not taken care of she will not wake up." Cos explains.

"So we could go into her mind and look if we can help her. So let's go." I say to Cos and kneel on the gorund and put my horn onto the head of Bandage and casted a little spell and shortly after that we are in a big room- well more like a arena and in the center is Midnight Bandage standing with her long bow surrounded by ponys, who look like they are made out of black crystals and on top of a wall is a throne where a ghost form of our old queen is sitting there seeing me.

"So you are here too? and I thought I would never see my personal slave again," the queen says with a creepy smile on her face. "Are you here to submit to me again?"

"Nope I will not, I am here to free Midnight Bandage from you. So what will it be, do I need to fight you or do you let her go just like that." I say to her already angry for what she says to me and Cos.

"I would say, If you all can survive this I will leave but if you lose you all have to submit to me as the loyal slaves you always were." the queen says with a creepy and sinister smile on her face, and thanks to Cosmics memories I know what she is like if she has that look on her face, and that is not good.

"Fine but you have to promise that." I say and she promesis, the crystal ponys disappear and I go to the center too. As I stood there next to Bandage "Long time since we stand together on a batlefield, so let's have fun."

"Yeah let's have fun in this battle, Shield and Eclipse." Midnight Bandage says as suddenly a monster appeared, it looked like a black crystal-monkey but somehow was different, it doesn't has a tail and it weilds a shield and a giant battle axe, as I saw that one I pull out my black katana and take of the cloack and reveal my black night armor. "Uhh nice new armor you have there." Midnight Bandage says.

"Yeah well for now less talking more fighting." I respond and charge towards the monster and while I charge Bandage covers me from behind by shooting arrows at the monster which are blocked by the giant shield but he was unable to attack. As I reached the monster I run around the shield and go for a attack towards the hand where he holds the shield, but its very high so I spread my wings and fly up in a charge towards the wrist and with a nice and fast slash I cut of his hand, and the hand still holding the shield fell down to the ground. Bandage to that opportunity and shot two arrows into the eyes of the monster and one into the heart of the monster and the monster breakes into very little crystalls and the crystalls stop moving.

"So we surrvied this one so think about the promise." I say to the queen.

"Oh no you still need to survive, but I want to have a quick victory so..." the queen sudenly disappears. "Let's have the boss fight right now." and a Giant crystal version of our queen appears right infront of us.

"Oh you've got to be kidding me, now I had enough of you." I shout out put the black katana back and go into my dragon form, "Oh and thanks, now I will get a real fight in this form."

I pull out the black katana with my magic and storm towards the queen getting support by Bandage and her arrows, while I storm towards the queen she shoots magic beams towards me which I am able to dodge as I am near her I spread my wing and fly up to her face trying to get an insta kill but she knows that and let crystals shoot out of her body so that I needed to get back to the gorund and I decided to cut down her legs, so I charge forward on the gorund and cut through her legs making her fall over and Bandage is still shooting arrows on the queen but the arrows brake on contact with the queen. I then turn around and cut open the back of the queen fly up and split the skull of the queen and the queen disappears. "Ok you won this time." the queen says.

"Ok now we can go back out of your mind." I say "Let's talk outside of you mind more." and I left her mind.

Back in reality I stand up and Midnight Bandage wakes up to.

As we both sit there in the room I explained her everything about the situation we got ourselfs into, and I even tell her about the betrayel and the consequenzes and we talk about what is going to happen next.
> Chapter 18: Why did this happend?

After Midnight Bandage, Cosmic Eclipse and me talked about what happend to us, Cos and me, where we are now and what we did untill now. "So you heared what happend to us, do you want to tell us what happend to you?" I ask Bandage.

"I will tell you what happend." Bandage starts. "It all started shortly I reported to you what that spell was as the trap activated. We were all frozen and then send to different Locations, after time the Ice melted and I was able to walk a bit towards a town I saw, shortly after I entered the City I fell unconscious and was in this areana with the ghost fragment of our queen, and she just stood there and sayed nothing first and I looked around and suddenly I was tied up and gaged, the queen walked over to me and just looked me into the eyes before a creepy smile grow on her face and she wanted that I became her slave again, but I refused so she let a whip appear a-and she started to hit me with it." Midnight Bandage told us and took a short break to drink something as doctor stable and a guard gets into the room.

"Well it seems like that you are awake and alive." Doc Stable starts to say, "Do you want to have time or do you want that we do the medical check up now?" The doc asks Badnage.

"I want to have more time to talk with my friend here first, but that alone please." Bandage responds the doc nods and goes back out of the room. As the doc and guard left the room Midnight Bandage continued to tell us what happens. "after what felt like a eternity of whiping, she asked me again and I still refused after that she changed the whip into a bow and hang me on a wheel which rotated very fast and she just shot arrows at me a few where a miss but mostly she did hit me, first only into the leges where the very first two arrows both hit the knees of my hind legs, after that she hitted my other two knees, then a few more into the legs going more and more upwards where she started to shot my stomach area going more upwards shoting my breast, pearcing my Organs, first my liver and my stomach then my lungs and my heart, but I was still alive in my mind but I felt the whole pain, then she shot my throat, what caused blood to flow into my lungs where now I got the feeling of drowning untill she shoot two arrows into my eyes which seemed to kill me in my mind only to reset me there, It felt like another eternity." Bandage explained and the doc comes back in.

"So you had enough time, I need to do the medical chekup now." the Doc says determined and looks towards us, Cos and me, "Could you two please leave the room for a moment, don't worry it will only take a few minutes for the check-up." the doc says with a calm smile on his face. 

"Ok but if I get a wrong feeling, I hear something strange or if something happens here while I wait, we will be the last problem you ever get." I say, with a calm and serious smile on our face, still not realy trusting the doctor and I leave the room.

"You seem to not trust the doctor is there a specific reason why?" Cos asks me as lean at wall next to the room.

"I just can't trust doctors, but I think you should know why." I respond to Cos.

"ah right thats true I nearly forgot what happend to you as filly, don't worry everything will be fine with her." Cos says and we waited.

It only took a few minutes untill the the doctor came back out, "Ok I am finished you can go back in." the doctor says and we go back into the room where Midnight Bandage waited for us.

"So everything is fine here?" I asked.

"Yep everything is fine and we can talk again." Midnight Bandage sayed and she continued to tell us more. "After the arrows she asked me again and I still declined, but now she got realy pissed, she took on a smaller crystal version and punched me so hard that I flew through the wheel into the wall of the arena and got stuck into it. She then came closer grapping me pulling me out of the wall throwing me over her on the ground and then punched me in the throat so I couldn't breath, but it was only in my mind so she took me back up throwing me up and kicked me a few times after I fell back into the air. After a few kicks she catched and pushed me to the gorund and then stabed me with a crystal, into my hind leg, which then slowly became crystal itself, and then over my rear and tail to my other hindleg, over the stomach and over my back to my front legs, so I was totaly immobilized, and the queen asked me again but I refused again even after a eternity of pain, then she took out a bat and sayed that if I don't become hers it will be going on like this. and I still refused and she then shatered one leg after another untill I was laying on the groud with no mor legs and the then shatterd my body and let my head with a bit of crystal on the end of my throat, and then the crystal grew up my throat antill my head where crystall only my eyes and ears weren't crystall, so I could hear and see everything. she then took a knife and cut off my throut and hang my head on the wall only to show me over and over and over again how she would kill me, I could hear how my voice screamed, I could see how my body were hurt and I could feel everything that happend to my body, and it was terrifing." Midnight Bandage sayed and needed a break.

"I go and get you something to drink." I say and leave the room, and see a nurse stands infront of me.

"Oh hello, I am here to bring the patient her meal and something to drink." the nurse explained herself to me,

"Oh hi, I would take that, if it is ok." I respond.

"Yes of course, here take this tray just leave it there one of the nurse will get it out of there later." the nurse says and I go back into the room.

Inside the room I walk to the bed and put the tray on it and Bandage starts to talk again "Thank you."

"No problem, eat and drink you can tell us more after your meal." I say and sit down next to the bed.

After she finished the meal Midnight Bandage talked more about that. "well after a long time of watching me die over and over and over again, she suddenly stoped with that I turned back and was back in the center with my complet body, armor and weapon surrounded by these black crystal ponies with shields, and the queen saied that if I destroy all of them before something happen, she would let me be, but if not I needed to do something else, and that was shortly before you get here." Midnight Bandage explains and looks towards us. "I am so glad that you came." she says with tears in her eyes and I give her a hug and tell her:

"Everything is fine from now on, come lets go to our new home." I say comforting her "after all you are like a sister to me."

"Thank you so much, may I-" Midnight Bandage hesitatet.

"You may ask what ever you want, I will never be angry with you." I tell her.

"ok, may I call you big sis and could you call me little sis" she asked me with hope in her eyes.

"you don't need to ask, sure why not." Cos suddenly says in my mind.

"Sure, little sis." I tell her giving her another big hug.

"I am so happy big sis" Midnight Bandage says

"and don't forget about me, little sis" Cos says.

"but of course big brother." my little sis says.

After a few minutes later I get out of the hug and talked to her, "now get ready, after all we want to go home."

"yes big sis." little sis says, getting her bow and I put my hood from my cloack back on and little sis asks me "is there any specific reason why you wear a full body cloack with a hood?"

"Well I only want to avoid that anyone get scared by my appearence, its after all not common that a black and blue alicorn, with a red dragon eye walks around." I say with a smile.

"äh hehe, well I see what you are getiing on." little sis says, with a blushing smile on her face.

"no need to blush now come let's go." I respond.

"Ok now, where do we go to?" my little sister asks.

"First we go out of the hospital, then we go to the train staion and from there we take the train to Canterlot, where I and the two sister rulering over equestria are living." I explain and we walk out of the room.

Outside of the room a nurse is staning just wanting to enter the room. "Oh hello, I just wanted to get the tray out of the room, but it seems like you want to leave?" the nurse says.

"Yeah is there a problem with that?" I respond.

"Only the costs for the room and the treatment." the nurse says, "just go the reception with this letter." and the nurse gives us a letter. Which I took and we walked to the reception.

At the reception I walked to the two mares still working there, seems like their shift isn't over yet "Excuse me, I was told to give this letter to you." I say and give the letter to the two mares.

"Just a moment please." one of them says as the one is looking for something. "ah here it would cost normaly 1000 bits but because of you are in the name of the princess of the night here, the hospital will take care of the bill." the mare says.

"Ok, thank you for everything you did." I respond and turn around walk out of the hospital with my little sister following me.

Outside of the hospital it still was raining and at there on the street right outside the hospital under a roof was standing a taxi with a familiar stalion infront of it. "Come we take a taxi to get to the station." I say, get a nod and go to the taxi. "Hi there, seems like we get to see us again." I say to the taxi-chariot stalion.

"Hi, yeah seams like it." the Stalion says "need a ride for two?" he asks.

"Yes please to the trainstaition, we are going home." I tell him.

"Then get on I will bring you to the station then." He respons and I and my little sis are getting on the cariot.

"To the Train staion then." my little sis says.

On the way to the station, we talked about Manehatten, Canterlot and Equestria, about some gossip and other stuff untill we arrive at the station.

"Ok ladies, this is the station, it's 25 bits again." the stalion says.

"Here your money." I say and give the stalion the bits, and we get off the chariot. "See you next time and untill that have a nice time." I say and we walk towards the information station.

"You too have a nice time." the stalion says.

At the information a mare sits there looking for something to do. "Hello, I want to buy two tickets to Canterlot."

"Hello, that would be 15 bits." the mare says very enthusiastic.

"Here, the money." I say giving her the bits.

"Here the ticket, is there anything else I can do for you?" the mare asks giving me the tickets.

"No not realy, just when comes the train?" I respond

"Your train comes in five minutes." the mare says

"Ok then we need to go, like right now." I respond looking towards my little sister. "Come, let's go to the train."

"I am rightt  behind you big sis." she responds and we walk to the tracks where the train is coming in. Where the train comes shortly after and we go into the train and look for a empty cab to sit in.
> Chapter 19: The "new" Home

On the train I and my little sister Midnight Bandage are sitting on a bank next to each other and my little sis leans against my shoulder. "hey big sis, what shall I do when we are back home?" my little sis asks me suddenly.

"First when we arrive in Canterlot we are going to the castle and then you will meet the two princesses Celestia, princess of the sund and day and Luna princess of the moon and night, after that they will prepare a room for you. And after that we will look what happens then." I explained her our next steps for now.

While explaining that to her the door opens to the cabin and the conducter comes in and walks through the nealry empty cabin, untill he sees me and my little sis. "Oh hello Ms, taking the train back home?" the conducter says.

"Oh hello Mr. conducter yeah, heading back home." I say taking out the two tickets. "Here the tickets."

"I see," and the conducter looks at the tickets "all good and I see you have a companion with you."

"Yeah this is my little sister." I respond.

"Hi, Mr. conducter." Bandage says as she lifted her head.

"Ahh, I see, well then have a nice trip back home." the conducter says.

"You have a nice time too." we both say at the same time, and the conducter leaves the wagon.

"Thank you, big sis, thank you for everything." my little sis says and leans the head back onto my shoulder.

"Don't thank me, after all you are my little sister now." I say with a big nice smile on my face and leaning my head against the my littl sister's one, and we relaxed untill we arrive in Canterlot. "Come this is our station, let's go." I say as I want to get up and my little sis wakes up and gets up.

"Already big sis? but I was just resting." she responds childish and follows me out of the train.

"Yeah already little sis, it's time for you to see our new home." I respond with a big smile on my face.

Outside the train we walk through the city towards the Castle while my little sister looks around and looks through the windows of the shops at the street, look at the ponies walking through town, It took a while untill we arrive at the castle.

At the castle I still wear my full body cloack and walk to the door where two guards are staniding stoping me. "Just a moment pleas, Ms. could you please take off the hood so we can see your face."

"Sure." I respond taking off my hood revealing my face. "Is everything alright here or did something happend?"

"Oh Ms Midnight Shield, yeah well we had a little incident and we needed to detain someone." One of the guards say,

"Oh ok, well this is Midnight Bandage, my new little sister." I say pointing with a wing towards her.

"Hi, I am Midnight Bandage, nice to meet you." my little sister responds saluting towards the guards,

which respond "Welcome to the castle of Canterlot Ms Bandage." and the guards are saluting too. "You may enter."

"Thank you and good work." I say and we walk into the castle.

Inside the castle my little sis looks around. "It's beautifull, and we are alowed to live here?" she looks with very big eyes at me.

"Yeah we are allowed to live here, and we have someone to serve and protect, well if you want to." I say looking at my little sis.

"Of course I want to work with you." she responds with determination in her eyes.

"Then come we will first go to my room so I can get the cloack off." I say walking through the castle to the hallway where the rooms of Luna and mine are. "So this is the hallway where my room and the room of Princess Luna is." I walk to the first door on the right side where two guards are standing infront, who look at me. "Good evening I say to the guards."

"Good evening Ms. Shield and welcome back." one of the guards says, "while your absent someone tried to get into your room, we have deteined him for now and Luna and Celestia wanted to talk to you about the intruder first, I don't have more informations." he says.

"well I will go there in a few minutes but first let me get my stuff inside my room." I say and the guards nod. "Oh and she is alowed in here, she is my new little sister, Midnight Bandage." I add.

"Of course Ms. Shield and welcome to the Canterlot Castle, Ms Bandage." the guards say in synch.

"Thank you, and hello." my little sis says and we walk into my room. "WOW, this is so huge and it fits to you totally," my little sis says while looking around and her eyes stop at my old armor, "Wait a secound, why is your armor standing there don't you wear it right now?" she looks at me with a confused look on her face,

"Wel that one is my old armor what I am wearing right now is a present from princess Luna." I say taking off the cloak and revealing my new armor and put the cloack over the old armor. As I look back to my little sis I realize that she just lookst at me completly speachless. "Is everything alright?" I ask walking to her and waving a hoof infront of her.

Bandage shakes her head and starts to talk again. "Oh yeah it's just such a good looking and fitting armor for you that I didn't know what to say."

"Well thats all fine." I say putting down my saddle-bag next to my desk. "So come let's go to the pincesses, so I can see what happend here and so you can meet them." I say getting a nod from her and we leave the room. "So where are the princesses right now?" I ask the guards.

"They are in the throne room." one of the guards says. "We will guard your room for now."

"Ok then see you later." I say and we walk down the hallway and to the throne room.

As we arrived at the throne room I hear something which sounds like arguing so I quietly open the door to look inside the room and see who Celestia and Luna sitting next to each other on the thrones and below stood a stalion, a white unicorn stalion with black mane and tail, which are flat and combed back wearing a dark purple, I would say, cloak with a a golden lane around the neck and what apears to be a seal on the front which I could only see for a secound as he truned around for a secound when I heard the stalions Voice, "This can't and will not be tollerated by us." he says and then I decide to knock a bit hard at the door,

And I open the door and enter the room. "Good evening Celestia and Luna, you cald f-" and I was intrrupted by the stalion.

"Silence there I am talking right now." the Stalion says.

I closed my eyes for a secound and asked "Ok, who thinks interrupting a armed mare, with dragon powers, who is one of the strongest guards and personal guard of the princesses, is a very great Idea?" and I open my eyes to see my little sis standing right infront of me spreading the wings and blocking my view. "Ähm little sis, what are you doing?"

"I am protecting you from doing something very stupid right now you are still infront of the princesses and a rude stalion." my little sis says and I calmed down a bit.

"I am so sorry for this little outbreak princess Ceslestia and princess Luna." I say bowing my head towards the two princesses.

"Oh as long as you are calming down then it's allright, and now for you Chancellor Neighsay." Luna says.

And Celestia continues. "I will not stop Twilight from her planes of opening a friendship school and it is not against the school rules because it is and now you should leave." Celestia says with a serious look on her face.

"I will not leave untill you decide to close the school, It's a risk to have other creatures in our equestria especialy these Griffons and mostly these dragons, these nasty, filthy, greedy Bas-" chancellor Neighsay sayed and was interrupted by my ne little sis.

"Stop you don't know what you are doing right now!" my little sis shouts out. I am trembeling in anger right now, and Luna and Celestia look at me right now and I slowly turn into my dragon form.

"chancellor Neighsay, you should go. NOW!" Luna says stomping a with a hoof on the ground.

"Why should I?" the chancellor started, "It's not like a dragon is right behind me or some pony who defends dragons."

"You REALY got some problems and you shoudl go away before something bad happens to you." my little sis says and storm at the chancellor to kick him away from my sight "NOW GO or I will kick you even further away." my little sis says.

"No I will N-" the chancellor gets interrupted again, this time by an enraged cry.

"RRRROOOOOAAAAARRRRR" it comes from me and Cos, first he interrupted me, then he is rude against Luna and Celestia, also he sayed something about Twilight, is he going to stand in the way of Twilight? and then he is a offending others races and then he even goes against Luna and defies her order. It's to much for me, I am angry and he will pay for it.

"You still don't want to go?" Luna asks the chancellor.

"Well it seems you have a monster as guard, and this monster is out of control so I am not going to stay here." the chancellor says and he opens a magical portal and escapses my wrath.

"Ok now we may have a little problem to deal with." Celestia says

"Yeah the last question is how are we going to deal with her in that state?" Luna asks.

"Maybe I can help you with that." my little sister says.

"And what do you think of doing?" Celestia ask.

"Well I have a special arrow for her if she ever get's and anger outbreak, well this is new, the dragon form of her but that should still help her." my little sister says

"Ok try it." Luna says and Midnight Bandage takes her long bow and the special arrow, pulls the arrow back and lets it sorrow through the air giving me a smal cat at my cheek, I then storm towards her who just stood there and right as I tryed to punch her with my claw I suddenly couldn't move.

"There it's still working, she is now immobilized, and with that I can give her a special spell, just a moment longer." She says and puts her Horn on my chest and activats a spell and it took only a few secounds for the spell to take effect. It calmed my heart down, took my anger and wrath away and I turned back into my Pony-Form. After Retruning into my Pony Form Bandage scratched me with another arrow and I could move again. "So thats it, she is back to normal."

"Ok now Midnight Shield do you have something to say?" Luna asks walking down from her throne.

"I-I-I-I-I I don't know how I should explain this, p-p-p-p-please don't banish me." I said completly in tears, laying on the ground.

"What? how did you get on that thought." Luna asks.

"Maybe I should explain," Cos takes over. "This has something to do with a spell and the poisen that just happend to be used on her,  both of these together are a very hard combination. First of the poison stops any movment for the poisoned one. And the Spell takes away anger, wrath. But together there is a chance that it forces to recall some memories that are better left forgoten. So I would suggest you let me take her, alone to the garden, where I hope she can relax and process these memories again, and please DON'T ask about the memories. This would cut very deap into her soul."

"How deep would cut that wound if I may ask?" Luna asks.

"It would cut deeper then it would cut you if every creature would hate you because of your other past." Cos explains.

"I-I see I totally understand." Luna says, "Do what you need to do." Luna says as she walks to Midnight Bandage. "Do you think it was the best option?"

"I don't know but there is one thing I am sure, it's the best way I thought and even if there would be a better way, I wouldn't regret it, because thats one of the few things we learned, What ever happens we will make choices so that we will never regret anything." Midnight Bandage explains while I walk outside of the throne room and into the garden to relax.
> Chapter 20: one is missing

It is now three days ago since my outbreake because of this chancellor Neighsay and its now three days and two nights that I were and still am outside of the Canterlot in a smale cave, ashamed of my outbreak in the presence of Luna and Celestia. "I am just stupid, how could I let my wrath and anger take over my mind?" I ask myself as I looked towards the cave entrance, in the hope no creature finds me. "Now no one wants to see me." and tears flow down my face, "Even Cos has left me and is always in the dreamworld." sitting in a corner of the cave "why did I needed to get such an outbreak? I wish that I could just run away, but where to?" I sayed as I suddenly hear movement coming towards the cave and as I hear the moves I ran over into a corner which is the darkest inside this cave, I closed my left dragon eye and watched towards the cave entracne.

The hoove sounds getting closer until they reached the cave entrance as I saw Raibow Dash and Applejack at the entrance, I only keep quiet and hope that they don't see me. I just can't immagin what will happen if they find me. They entered the cave and Rainbow Dash started to say something. "Hey Applejack, do you think this is the right cave?"

"I don't know, but we should look through that one too." Applejack replied "We need to find her."

"Yeah, I know but do you know why we need to search for her in the first place, or what even happend that she disappeared?" Rainbow asks.

"I don't know but if we have any kind of refferance to where she is we shall report to Twilight, princess Celestia and princess Luna." Applejack replies and they walked through the cave and they were in here a few minutes as they looked around. "Did you find anything?" Applejack asks Rainbow.

"No, let's go to the next cave." Rainbow responds and they both walk outside of the cave, I waited a few minutes and decided to look outside the cave if they both realy went to the next cave.

So I slowly walk to the cave entrance and look into every direction, left, right, up and down, and didn't see any creauter around the cave or nearby, so I go back into the cave and my weak state continued. "Oh no, they are even searching me, I need to stay hidden." I say walking back into the cave to the corner where I hid from Rainbow and Applejack. After a few more hours of self-pitty and crying, Thats when I heard something and I looked towards the entrance, and see how the sun is setting. As I heard something for a secound but then nothing I didn't thought of anything by that, so I turned back and try to calm my mind down, that is when I heard something again but this time it came from the cave entrance and as I looked I saw eight Ponies standing there completly blocking off the entrance. "What but how did they knew I was here?" I thought staying as calm as my state could let it happen and try to hide in the same corner as before,

As I didn't move Luna walks a few steps into the cave, "Midnight Shield, If you are here say something, we don't want to punish you we just want to talk with you. So please say something." I didn't respond in anyway.

"We now what is going on and we want to apologize to you for not talking to you before, we should have known that you needed our help." Celestia adds to it.

"What did you think we would do? Banish you? Never would we do that, to any creature." Twilight says, as all three princesses slowly walked further into the cave, until they stood in the center of the cave. "Would you please come out, we are your friends here, we realy want to help you." Twilight continued trying to reach me. "Please come out... We miss you... we all do." Twilight says as a tear drops down from her face.

I slowly started to talk, but stil try to hide my position. "do-" only came out and all of the ponys looked a bit more happier, but Luna gave a sign to keep calm. "do you promise it?" I got out.

And Luna asks, "What exactly, that we will not banish you, that is a promise. That we are friends, another promise, or what do you want else that we promise?"

"Do you realy miss me? even thought I had my ugly side shown to you?" I ask now looking up and looking with both eyes to the group.

"What do you mean, there wasn't an ugly side of you, it was just you there angry, nothing more. And Yes we all miss you. and if you want to you can take that as promissed too." Celestia responds, thats when I slowly stood up and walk out of the corner, walking slowly and quietly around the three princesses and then from the side slowly walking to Luna with my head hanging down in regret of my behaivior.

As I reached Luna I put my head next to her, inside the dark cave, and sayed, "I am sorry, I am so sorry." while breaking out into tears.

And Luna goes in to lift my head up and giving me a hug. "Everything will be fine, now come let's go home." I nod silently and follow Luna, Celestia and Twilight out of the cave to everypony else and Luna made a sign to stay calm and not try to do anything hectic espacily towards Pinkie Pie, who puts the party tools back into her mane and just nods and we all walk to the canterlot castle, I still sobbing and tears flowing down my face and all the way Luna has wrapped a wing around me.

It took a while until we arrived in Canterlot, it was night already and nearly everypony is home and nearly no one was on the streets so we can walk to the castle without being seen by anypony. We arrive at the castle and everyone went to their rooms except Celestia, Twilight and Luna, well I don't leave Luna's side and we walked towards, the hallway where Lunas and my room are. On the way we see a few guards and servents who are just watching us walking by until we reached the hallway where our rooms are. Thats when we stoped and Luna turns around "Can you two get our visitor here, please, I want to stay with Midnight Shield."

"But of course Sister. We will get him here." Celestia says and leaves with Twilight and then Luna turned back towards me.

"Come let's get into your room." Luna says with a soft and calming smile and we enter. Inside my room Luna took of my armor and my swords with her magic, carefully and puts the armor on the armor stand and the katana's on the katana holder. "Go lay down on the bed, relaxe and calm down, I will stay here and nothing will happen to you." And I do as Luna says and lay down on the bed and Luna stands infront of my bed.

"May I ask you to-" I start but stop myself.

"What do you want to ask? just ask." Luna says with a calming smile.

"Would you hold me?" I ask her.

"Sure." Luna responds and takes of her shoes and comes to me laying down next to me and I lean on Luna's shoulder with my head which calms me even more down.

It took a few minutes where I relaxed that it knocks at my rooms door and Luna just says "Come in." The door opens and Celestia, Twilight and another pony enters the room. "So you brought the visiter, Sister." Luna says.

The other Pony looks towards the bed and sees me leaning onto Luna's shoulder. "I see, you had an outbrake." the stalion says thats when I looked towards the stalion and saw a complet black alicorn standing there.

"Midnight Sword?" I ask, "How did you get here?" I ask somehow getting slowly back to my older self.

"I looked for you but it seems like you need some hlep to return to your older self." Sword says, and looks towards Celestia and then to Luna. "May I help her back to regain her senses?"

"So you are a member of her old squad? then I think it is a good decision for now." Celestia responds.

"Good then, it will only take a few secounds," he says "Hey commander, how are you feeling?" he looks towards me.

"I-I feel go-" I was interrupted by him.

"What was that sorry but because of your stuterring I couldn't hear anything." He says.

"I sayed I feel goo-" and again I was interrupted which makes me slowly angry.

"What I can't hear you." He says.

"IN TARTARUS NAME DON'T INTERRUPT ME!" I yeal now gettin up and walking towards him, slowly turning into my dragon form.

"Oh that's new, but I think I am done now. Welcome back to the living and sane ones." he says giving me a hug.

And I am now totaly confussed, "Ähm What in Tartarus name is going on here, wasn't I just in the throne room, and wasn't there this rude stalion?" I ask.

While I get a hug I look around to look into three confussed faces. "Don't you remeber anything?" Celestia asks.

"No why? oh Ohhh OHHHHH No please don't tell me I had an outbreak." I say now with a stressed look on my face "How long was I broken?"

The stalion stops giving me a hug and takes a few steps backwards. "As far as I know only three days, Thats when they found you and brought you back here." I am speachless right now, they found and brought me back in only three days. Normaly it would take at least two weeks, but they did it in only three days.

I look around and Twilight asks. "Would now some pony mind telling me what happend three days ago?"

Luna stood up and walks to the door, "Surely but to safe time, get the other back together and bring them here." Luna says, and Twilight runs out of the room and Luna turns back and walks towards me, "Is everything fine now?" she asks me.

"Yeah everything fine now, would you mind to tell me now what I did in my broken state?" I ask Luna.

"Sure, well to say it in the short version, you hade a outbreak because of the chancellor Neighsay what was completly understandable, after your sister stoped you, you had a mental break down and first walked to the garden and as we wanted to look for you you were gone, Cos then appeared in the night in the dream world and came to me because your mind was so broken that you couldn't communicate with him anymore, and he told us that you were in a cave but couldn't tell in which one. We searched for every cave near canterlot until Rainbow and Applejack found in a cave a wet ground but there was nothing else wet, so they thought you were in that cave and as they left the cave rainbow used a cloud as cover to look if you would come out of the cave to look, she then saw you reported that to us and we then had the Idea to go to that cave to try and get you back here, what we did, then here I took of your armor and katanas, after that you layed down in the bed and asked me to keep you company what I did and after that he was brought here by Twilight and my sister who then helped you to get out of the broken state." Luna explained to me

"I-I see, I am so ashamed, right now." I say, blushing at that, well dark skin, it's hard to see but it burns in my cheeks.

"You don't need to be ashamed, it happens to the best of us, and if you ever need a shoulder to lean on, just ask." Luna says still having a nice and a calming smile on her face.

"I will, thank you." I say, "But there is still something missing."

"And what is missing?" Luna asks.

"Well a very big, black, guardian, with a blue and a red eye, also he has horns and a big tail." I say as then suddenly he said something.

"Yeah I am back too, and I hope you don't get such an outbrake again because if you could get one I take over and make you go to sleep, I don't like being Ignored." Cos says, "but at least you are back to normal now" Cos wraps me into one of his wings in our mind world.

"Cos I think she got it now." Celestia says and Cos gives me back the controll.

"Thank you all so much for not leaving me alone, for helping me and finding me." I say and walk back into the bed,

"ähm Luna may I ask you to... could you leand me your shoulder again, please?." I say still not completly back to my old self just need some more time.

"Sure." Luna says and walk into the bed too, lays next to me and lets my head rest on her shoulder, until twilight and her firends get into my room and Celestia explained to them what happend, while Luna and I are on the bed resting behind the big veil.

"Well now we need only one more to find then we found your squad." Cos says.

"I know and I need to have a bit of time before we search for my Sister." I respond and rest.
> Chapter 21: The curse

While I leaned onto Lunas shoulder, until around midnight, Celestia and Midnight Sword where already gone, suddenly Discord appeared, "Good Morning, Lulu and Shieldie." Discord says wearing a crazy looking suit.

"Discord you know you should not call me like that." I and Luna say at the same time then look at each other with a big smile on our faces and we both started to giggle a bit.

After a short moment Luna and I look towards Discord "So Discord, what can we do for you this time?" I say with a warm smile on my face.

"Oh, nothing you can do now, it's more like what I can do for you, Midnight." Discord says with a dark smile.

I raise an eyebrow and look at Discord "So what can you do for me?" and Discords dark smile turns into a blank face.

"Nothing, not even the smallest pice of fear in your eyes... hmm seems like you realy are back to your old self." Discord say as he disappears for a secound only to re-appear being smaller and laying on Lunas and my head, "Well you have this little curse on you, which prevents you from entering the dream world in the night and I might be able to tell you how you can lift the curse if you want me to tell you then I could of course." Discord says with a smile on his face.

I then raised an eyebrow and looked at him "So, what do you want me to do for that information?" I say with a slightly cold look towards him.

Discord looks at me with a realy blank look on his face, "You realy are back to your normal self, huh" Discord looks a bit disappointed "Well, now that you know that I want something in return, let's give you a choice," Discord says with a dark and I look at him with a serious look "I give you two options the. first one is that we will lift your curse, the second option I would give you is a secret and it would give you a complete immunity against such curses, but that I would only tell you that option if you realy want it." Discord gives me a serious look and I look towards Luna who just has a questioning look, she seems to not know what Discord is talking about.

I think for a moment untill Cosmic Eclipse talked to me in my mind, "I would suggest the second option, Shieldie, never being able to be cursed like that, it would be a very good advantage."

"Yeah, ture, ok let's do that" I responded to Cos and looked at Discord weith a determaned look on my face, "Ok Discord, tell me about the secound option, so what do I have to do for that and what am I going to pay for that." I ask Discord who looks a bit surprised.

"You really are no fun, even knowing that you will to pay something for that, that's realy borring, but ok there is a small price you will need to pay." Discord says and I raise an eyebrow towards Discord.

"So do you want to tell me what I am going to pay?" I say towards Discord knowing that it's not something small.

"Hmm, well ok, you will pay by losing most of your taste, you will not be able to taste most of the things, but you will be immune to curses and other things." Discrod tells me, leaving me a bit surprised.

I still suspect that there is more, "Discord, I don't belive that that is all." I say and he looks at me.

"Oh my, you really are the sharpest sword here, but no I won't tell you more, that would ruin the complete fun" Discord says with a playfull dark smile on his face. "Here is a map of Equestria, I marked you the position where you will need to go if you want this, and also because I told you this secret, I will not tell you about the first option, and no going back here." Discord says, puting a map infront of me and Luna and then vanishes.

I take the map and the moment I hold it with my magic I feel something strange, I feel a presence watching from a distance and something dark from that presence, I open the map and see the map of equestria and then I see a black "X" on the map it's in the east of the town, Klugetown in the desert south of Ponyville. I then look at Luna "Well it seems like I have a new goal for now" I say with a smile on my face, "But for now let's rest and prepeare for the trip"

Then suddenly Discord says something from somewhere, "Oh before I forget it, you need to make that trip alone, and no Cheating."

I sigh, "Fine then I need to prepare for the trip there" and so I stayed in bed with Luna until the next morning.


In the next morning Luna and I get out of bed and walk together through the castle while we looked for things I would need to do the trip to get the curse off of me. While walking and preparing we meet Midnight Sword "Oh Princess and Colonel, Good morning, how are you two?" He started and Luna responded first.

"Luna is just fine, good morning to you too and I am fine, thank you for asking." Luna gave Midnight Sword a kind smile.

"Didn't I already told you stop calling me 'Colonel' we aren't that special force anymore, also good morning and all fine, just need to prepare for a trip." I say towards Midnight Sword with a playful anoyed look on my face.

"As you wish, my ladys." Midnight Sword says with a happy look on his face and Luna and I are giving him a warm smile. "Soo, what are you going to do for now?" Midnight Sword asks us.

"Oh we are preparing for a trip I need to do, and I need to do it alone." I say giving him a serious look.

"I see, do you need help by preparing?" Midnight Sword asks with a complet relaxed look on his face.

I think for a moment before responding, "Nothing against the blacksmiths here, but I think I need you to do it. Could you get my Katanas, sharpen them like we always did, clean them and then bring them to me?" I say with a trustful look on my face, and Luna giggles a bit.

"But of course, it is even my honor to take care of these mighty katanas." Midnight Sword says, "I will do it now, soo see you later, my Ladys" and Midnight Swords walks towards my bedroom, where my armor and weapons are and Luna and I continued our way, collecting some stuff for the trip, talking with the others, explaining them what happened and what I need to do now, it's afternoon as we finished every thing and Midnight Sword comes with my armor and my weapons to me. "Midnight Shield, I am done with you katanas, and I cleaned you're armor while I am at it." He says with a bright smile on his face.

"Thanks Midnight Sword" I say, taking my Armor and putting it on, and then taking the blue katana, pulling it out, inspecting it, seen how good he did this job, the same with the black one, "Oh my, you did it even better than I remebered it." I say with a very calm and warm smile on my face. I then put the Katanas on my sides, then the saddlebag on my back with food, water and some bits for the trip. "Thank you, Midnight Sword, and I am sorry, that I can't talk to you much more, but I need to move out now, the longer I wait, the longer it will take." I say to him, giving him a small hug before I walk to the others, giving everyone a hug and saying "I will be back, soon" and after I talked with everyone, I started to walk out of the castle, through Canterlot and to the train station with my goal in my mind, Klugtown, and then going east.
> Chapter 22: Is it going to work?

It's been a few hours since I left the castle, I am now already on the train which stops at the border of the desert, I am sitting alone in a waggon and relax while the train drives on the tracks towards desert, until someone appears, Discord, right infront of me "soo, Discord what brings me the honor for you visiting me?" I say calm and with a neutral look on my face.

"Oh nothing much just another rule for you for this trip." Discord says with a calm look on the face.

"I see, and what is that rule?" I respond looking out of the window now, seen that we slowly get to the desert.

"The new rule is, you are not allowed to go to the town klugtown, but you may get to the goal by how ever you want, flying, teleporting, walking, or what every you have to get there." Discord says with a serious look on his face

"I see, then I will not go to Klugtown, well that makes it a bit shorter" I say and pull out a map, "And this is still the place where I need to go?" I hold the map towards Discord and point on the 'X' on the map, east of Klugtown, in the desert.

"Yes it is, there will be a pony wearing a cloak waiting for you." Discord says "Well I am going now, have fun." And Discord disappears again, leaving me with Cos all alone in the train-waggon.

"Well we only can play by his role for now" Cos says to me in my mind and I can only agree with him,

"Yeah, well no town exploring then, anyway, I think we will fly there very fast and get that over with us." I add to me, agreeing to Cos.

I talk a bit with Cos untill the train stops at the last station, at the border of the desert where I get off the train, and take a look around and see a very smal station, not much here at the station is a ticket and information counter, a water cooler, maybe to make it bearable to wait here. After looking around at the station I orientate and start flying towards the place which is marked with an 'X' on the map.

It takes a while to get to the place, on the way I see some birds, some strange looking creatures wandering in the hot sun and far in the distance is a town, maybe it is 'Klugtown'. As I got close the the place on the map I see something that looks like an invisible, magic-wall with a creature wearing a cloak infront of it, so I landed infront of that creature and I carfully greated that creature, "Hello, I was told to come here by a friend of mine."

"Ah, I see you must be the lunatic Guardian, the one sent by Discord, please follow me" says the cloak wearing pony as it walks through the magical wall and I follow him.
As I walked through the wall I suddenly am in a guilding, which is cool, compared to the desert, I am a bit surprissed first but then I just follow him to get this curse from me, while looking around, there aren't many other creatures to be seen, mostly a few creatures that look like guards while we walk through the hallway. There are a few doors but all are closed, no windows, so not much to look at. We walked through the white hallway till we arrive at a big and heavy looking steel door and then the pony I followed stopped infront of that door. "We are here, you will need to get behind this door, in there please take you're armor off and place it the left when you get in and both of you're katanas to the right, after that just go to the center of the room and stand still, also while you are in there, what ever happens don't ask any questions, just do as you say, if you ask questions we will break up and just let you stay like you are at the moment. If you understand and accept it, then just do it without saying anything and we will get that curse off of you."

I nod, the door opens and I walk into the the room, a big dark room, with three spot lights, one spotlight on the left with an empty armor stand, one spotlight on the right with two empty katana stands, and in the middle of is the last spotlight, I then move to the katana stands and put my katanas on them, then I move to the armor stand and do the same with my armor before I go to the center of the center of the room and stay right in the center of the sportlight as then a voice comes from the celling, an unfamiliar voice: "Lunatic Guardian, first of all welcome to our labratory, but to not waste much of time I will cut the small talk and get straight to the point, we will restrain you're legs now for the process, to get the curse from you, it will become a bit uncomfortable, so please bear with it."
Right after he finished talking a few restrains come out of the ground and atach themself to my legs, it's a bit uncomfortable but I had worse.

After a few moments the voice started to talk again: "Now before we continue I want to tell you something, this is for us just an experiment, wich has the side effect that it cures every kind of curse, but what do we get out of that, you may ask, well to answer that very quickly, it's knowledge-" suddenly in the restrains something stings all of my legs and injects something, "and a new guinea pig."

Ok now I am pissed, there is no way in tartarus that I will become a guinea pig for anyone, so I start to tear on the restrains, which are a ring on each of my legs and a few chains on them which go into the ground, at first I start to tear with my pure strength and tear a few chains of the rings, but appearently these were a bit older and while these chains breake I suddenly feel how the feeling in my legs start to fade, like they are going numb. so to speed up the 'breaking the chain process I trun into my dragon form in which I instantly breake the rest of the chains with pure strength, but the rings are sill on my legs, still injecting something into my legs.
I then start to to use my magic trying to breake the rings, as suddenly something attatches a ring ro my horn, which prevents me from using magic, Now I think of getting to the voice and use my dragon eye to see what is around me thats when I realize it, my armor and my katanas are locked in cages and are slowly geting pulled into the ground so I tryed to fly over to my katanas but then while flying I suddenly fall to the ground, not being able to fly again, I get up and walk to the katanas, but now I feel how my legs slowly are giving in too, that when they give in and I fall to the ground, unable to move anymore, now my armor and katanas are locked into the ground.

After a few moments just laying there on the ground, I turn back into my normal form, as then the spot lights get truned off and light wich enlightens the whole room get turned on and a door in the wall opens and a few guards heavily armed get into the room and surround me and one that looks like the commander of the unit looks at me and I look back at him with an Ice cold and blood thirsty look in my eyes and he yells towards the door: "Subject unable to move but is still awake, seems like the curse is even active, even after the quadruple of the normal doasis, even worse, the subject is still able to think completely normal, but the subject is unable to move at the moment, What shall we do now?"

Thats when another Pony comes out, wearing a labcoat and a mask, so I can't see who that is with somethin that looks like a red glowing blade, "I think we don't have much time to lose, we need to get a big enough wound to push it in there, make her stand and hold her." a few guards then make me stand in the center of the room, restraining me so that I can't fall and then two guards go to my side and grab and pull on my wing so that it is spread out, and I already know what they are going to do, I try to stop them slowly regaining feeling in my legs, and now with some adrenelin pumping through my veins I regain the feeiling in my body completely.

"OH Shit, the poisen is loosing it's effect already, quick do it now and the rest hold her down I inject another dosis in that time." Everyone of the guards starts to panick. and they do everything they can to keep me in place, and I even strugle more and more until something stings my neck and some fluids get injected there too, and at the same moment the spread my wings and in two fluidlike moves the labcoat pony cuts off both of my wings and then the labcoat pony pulls out a pice of dark red mettal and pushes it in one of my wounds where the wings was.

It hurts, it burns.... I open my mouth and try to say something but the onlything that comes out is a pain filled scream, it feels like I am dying on the spott there, I don't think I ever felt that much pain at once, I can't bear it.
After a long scream, I force the guards off of me and lose consciousness, I am just standing there, like a statue, not moving, the guards are terrified, even the group leader looks terrified and then at the pony with the labcoat, "Are you sure it was a good Idea to use this Pony?"

The labcoat pony looks at the group leader and responds, "It may have been a miscalculation, but this is the only test subject that ist so strong and so dangerouse, and mybe it is able to survive this, but for now, put her into the special cell, ever she is going to be out for a while after that pain, I just hope she survives this, it would be a waste if she dies, afterall you don't get you're hooves on such a prime example everyday." the Labcoat pony walks out of the room laughing, and the guards take my unconscious body and bring me away.
