The corner table next to the jukebox at the Coinky Dink Diner was alive with the sound of laughter as Rainbow Dash finished her story.

“And then, and then, she asked Granny Smith if she had some hay in the back!” Dash said, banging her hand on the table before falling over into the booth seat.

“Okay, okay, that part isn’t true. I didn’t ask Granny Smith for hay.” Sunset said, smiling at her friend.

“No, but you did eat that plant in the library!” Pinkie giggled, putting an insane amount of whipped cream on her ice cream.

“I was trying to tell Rarity she had something stuck in her teeth! Of course someone just so happens to see the former horse munching down on a plastic fern when she’s trying to help her friend!” Sunset groaned, the other girls laughing at her expense.

“Oh! Oh! What about the time where she tried to talk to Missy, Applejack?” Rarity tittered. “Poor dearie was confused out of her mind trying to listen to Sunset's neighing!”

Applejack chuckled. “That one might have been my idea,” she admitted, sending a sympathetic look Sunset's way. “Thought they could understand each other, being the same species and all,”

“Subspecies,” Twilight corrected her, adjusting her glasses. “Ponies and horses are of the same subspecies, not species.” She thought about it.

“Well, not in this case anyway. I don't think magical talking ponies are in the same subspecies as a normal horse. For one thing, ponies in this world don't possess—Hey!” she shouted at Pinkie Pie, who was helping herself to Twilight's fries.

“I'm sorry! Your weird nerdy science babble made me hungry!” Pinkie whined, looking forlornly at the fries in question.

Twilight smacked Pinkie’s inching hand away and glared at her. “These are my fries! I paid for them!”

Pinkie groaned. “Ugh, fine! Hey, Dashie can I have some of your—” Pinkie’s plea was immediately denied with a blue hand to the face.

“Nope, not gonna happen,” Dash told her, popping her last fry in her mouth.

“Hey girls,” A male voice called out to them.

“Oh! It’s Flash! We’re over here, darling!” Rarity called to him as he walked over to the table “Do ever so come join us!”

Fluttershy pushed a strand of hair behind her ear. “I don’t think it’s a good idea to have Sunset’s boyfriend in on this,” she squeaked.

“Nonsense, darling!” Rarity said, waving her off. “If there’s anyone who knows more embarrassing things about Sunset than we do, its her boyfriend!”

“So...you guys are planning on torturing me?” Sunset joked dryly.

“Come on Sunset,” Applejack told her, putting an arm around her. “We’re not laughing at you, we’re laughing with you!”

“You don’t see me laughing,” Sunset responded, folding her arms. “And why is there such a plethora of embarrassing stories about me and not one of you guys?”

“Because we’re not horse turned humans,” Dash replied, putting her feet up on the table. “And this is payback for everything over the past three years. Karma’s a bitch.” she rolled her eyes as Applejack shooed her feet back down.

“Are we telling embarrassing Sunset stories?” Flash asked, sitting down next to his girlfriend with a peck on her cheek. “Because I’ve got a lot of them!”

Rainbow grinned and rubbed her hands together in anticipation. “I knew Flash would deliver! This is going to be good!”

Flash tapped his chin. “Hmm....which one would be the best one to tell....” he snapped his fingers. “I’ve got it! Okay, this story is a little...unfriendly for the kiddies, but I’m sure we’re all mature adults here,” he eyed Pinkie who was coloring a maze on the back of the kids menu and laughed. “Well, most of us anyway.”

He cleared his throat. “Okay...so, this was about a few months ago...Sunset and I just got back together....”

Flash seemed a little perplexed at what had just happened. Not that it was surprising, given what has happened the past two years at Canterlot High, but this, this was new territory for him.

Sunset, who was beet red, couldn't seem to face him, she was wrapped in his sheets.“S-Sorry,” she stammered softly. “That's never happened before.”

“Uh, well,” Flash didn't exactly know what to say. This was a delicate situation. They had just gotten back together, and he didn't want to upset her more. He could tell that she was more than embarrassed.

She was humiliated.

“It's not like it isn't, you know, natural or anything. I mean, you are a pony after all.” he tried, turning to her.

“It totally ruined the moment!” Sunset wailed.

“I wouldn't say it ruined the moment,” Flash replied. “It just...you know, caught me off guard.”

“I neighed! I think that would catch anyone off guard!” Sunset shouted at him.

Rainbow’s loud laughter cut through the story. “You, you neighed during sex?!” she guffawed.

“I-It was an accident!” Sunset insisted. “I-I was just caught up in the moment!”

“Goodness darling, I've said some things while I was caught up in the moment, but I've never made an animal sound.” Rarity replied.

“B-But,” she added when Sunset glared at her. “I'm sure that there's a reason for everything!”

“Nice save,” Rainbow said, then coughed as she was jabbed in the side surprisingly hard by Rarity.

“Was it like, one little neigh, or like, did you let out a long, drawn out neigh?” Pinkie questioned, rubbing her chin.

“Does it matter? It was embarrassing either way!” Sunset snapped.

“Was it like, multiple times too, or was it just like, during climax?” Rainbow asked.

Flash saw the deep glare Sunset was giving him, but felt like it was probably safe to elaborate around her friends. “Well...uh, it was during climax. She was moaning normally and then...she neighed.”

“It was awful!” Sunset declared, banging her head on the table.

Flash shrugged. "I thought it was cute."

“The sex or the neighing?” Applejack asked, biting into her hamburger. She saw the look Sunset gave her. “Er, sorry sugarcube.”

“I told you not to tell anyone that story!” Sunset said, hitting Flash in the chest.

Flash laughed. “Come on Sunset, these are your friends! It's not like they're gonna make fun of you for it!”

“I'm sorry, have you met my friends?!” Sunset asked, pointing to the girls sitting across the table from her. “Specifically Rainbow Dash? She'll never let me live this down!”

Rainbow shrugged. “She's right. I won't.”

“Well then, to make it fair, why doesn't Flash tell us something embarrassing that happened to him while you two were getting erm, intimate.” Rarity suggested.

“I-I don't think that's a good idea,” Flash stammered.

Dash agreed. “Besides, what's gonna top sounding like a horse?!”

“Calling out Princess Twilight's name during sex,” Sunset said confidently.

There was a chorus of “Oooh" and an “Ouch” from Rainbow.

“Details! I need details!” Pinkie bubbled, stuffing her face with Twilight’s long forgotten fries.

Flash looked at Sunset, sweating.

“Not so fun when you're in the hot seat, now is it?” Sunset asked him smugly. She turned back to the girls. “Basically, we were getting hot and heavy, and as Mr. Romeo over here is about to climax, he yells out ‘Oh Princess Twilight!’”

“I know that Princess Twilight isn't exactly me, but I still don't know how to feel about this,” Twilight said, covering her face to hide her blush.

Flash rushed to save face. “I was caught up in the moment!”

“Oh come on Flash,” Sunset responded, smirking. “We’re your friends! We aren't going to make fun of you. Right, girls?”

The other girls at the table with the exception of Rainbow Dash nodded.

Flash looked defeated.

Sunset giggled. “So, what did we learn today?”

“Not to chime in when your friends are telling embarrassing stories about you?” Flash guessed with a hopeful tone in his voice.

Sunset pecked him on the cheek and patted his head as all the girls laughed at his expense. “Good boy."
