Zecora tells the Mane 6 of founding A black trail in the Forest. Where does it lead to?
Zecora comes to Ponyville to tell the Mane 6 that she found a trail of some black liquid In the Everfree Forest. She asks them to join her incase it's a monster. What they found was truly something different.

It was another day in Ponyville. Today Twilight Sparkle and her best friends was spending the day in her castle, suggesting some things they could do afterwards. They were currently in the libRary. Twilight was sitting on the floor with a pile of books beside her. Rarity was also sitting on the floor, with a pillow underneath her, she kept suggesting either go to the spa, go shopping or go to her shop to try on some new outfits. Of course some pony didn't quite agree with that. Pinkie Pie Kept bouncing around the room, she didn't care what they were gonna do, Because she knew it would be fun and make her friends smile. The rest didn't do anything other then sitting and suggesting stuff. Suddenly Pinkie's 'Light Bulb' Lit up. She had an idea.
"I know! I know what we should do! Go to Sugercube Corner!" She yelled out, Her bouncing stoped. The ponies looked at their friend unsure, since they always go to Sugercube corner when they have nothing else to do. "We have a sale on Cinnamon Rolls! Trust me, They're Delicious!" She said, her mouth drooling when thinking about the Cinnamon Rolls. The ponies started to giggle. "I'm sure that would be fun, Pinkie" Twilight said, standing up. "Maybe a visit to Sugarcube Corner isn't a bad idea, I don't know about you but i'm hungry" She said, smiling.
A blue sky trail quickly went by as Rainbow Dash Quickly got up into the air. "Yeah, I would love to taste some of those Cinammon Rolls!" She said. Without listening if anypony else wanted to go, Rainbow had already flewn out the door while yelling "COME ON, GIRLS!!" Down the hall. Everypony rolled their eyes playfully. The rest got up and started their way out of the castle. However they quickly came to a halt when Rainbow suddenly came back, with a serious face. The others were curious.
"Dash, Something wrong?" Twilight asked. She could tell from the sudden Change in Rainbow Dash that they probably wern't going to Sugercube Corner Today. "Zecora is outside. And she seemed Concerned" The Blue Pegasus said. That got the others to share worried glances, but turned into more Neutral as they started their way to the Castle doors. On their Way Twilight kept thinking about what is wrong, Zecora isn't usually Concerned, She lives in the Everfree Forest for crying out loud, she deals with strange stuff everyday. Maybe there is something worng with the Forest? They had finally reached the doors and Twilight opened them Revealing Really a Concerned Zecora.
The Zebra quickly came in. "Oh Princess Twilight, I'm so relifed, what i'm about to tell you have to belive" She said. Was Zecora worried that Twilight wouldn't belive her? "What is wrong, Zecora?" Twilight asked, Hoping the answer won't be so bad. She didn't know why she was worried though, she has faced much worse in her Opinion. However she wouldn't know. Zecora look at Everypony. "Just this Morning i went outside of my house, then i heard a noise quite strange and loud. I went to check that way, then i came across a strange black trail" Zecora explained. Everypony was curious yet concerned. "Do you know where, what or who it came from?" Rainbow asked, floating above her friends.
"I am not aware of its origin, so i don't know where to Begin!" Zecora said. All the other ponies were more concerned now. A strange Black trail of unkown Origin. Twilight thought about a question. "Do you know what type of element it is? Like what version of Substance" She asked. Zecora didn't even need thinking for that one. "It is Liquid, for when i thouched it, it felt wet yet Thickend" She said. Twilight started to ponder. 'Then that Trail must have been there for a while' She thought. "So why did you come here?" She asked. Zecora was silent for a moment and started to tell.
"For i didn't want to go in there without assistance at least, in case the trail came from an Everfree beast" She said. That caused Fluttershy to panic and started shivering. "A-a-an Ev-E-Everfree beast?!" She stuttered, scared out of her mind. Twilight nodded to Zecora in understanding. She looked over at her friends who understood what to do. "Ok, Zecora, Lead the way" Twilight said. The zebra nodded, then began to head her way out with the 6 ponies, although Fluttershy was a bit hesitent.
The 7 kept walking deeper into the forest until they came across the black trail Zecora spoke of. Twilight Lit up her horn to get a clearer look. She touched the trail, it did indeed feel thickend, but she could still feel some remaining liquid. She lowered her head and then sniffed the substance, wich kind of suprised and confused her friends. However they would be suprised that Twilight reconized this smell. "This is...Ink" She said. Everypony's eyes widden
"What does a ink trail doing here in the Everfree forest? I'm certain here can't be an animal or beast that Leaks ink?" Applejack said. Fluttershy nervously added her own Opinion. "I don't know most of the Everfree's creatures, but from my animal knowledge there are no Animals in Equestria that leaks, drools or produce Ink, at least not on land" She said. Everyone was starting to get more curious and concerned, but they kept on following the trail carefully.
Everypony was starting to think what creature can be out there that would cause this. Then they noticed that trail went through a patch of bushes. When they walked through the bushes, they let out a gasp. The trail had stopped and in its place was a black and white looking creature. It looked to be uncouncious. The mane 6 went closer to the creature while Zecora stood behind.
Twilight looked more closley at the creature. She noticed it has two black horns on the top of its head and a tail. She carefully put her hoof on the creature, it was difficult, but she could tell the creature was still alive. Even though she doesn't know if it's dangerous, she would feel bad if it died. She then noticed that it's skin felt alot more....Squishy then other creatures.
She then started to put small pieces together and her face turned from thoughtful to frighten. Evrypony looked at her confused. "I have a concerning feeling that this trail..The ink...Is this creature's blood" She said. Her friends gasped realizing it. Fluttershy suddenly spread her wings and flew towards Twilight. "We need to bring it back to Ponyville, it might be dying as we speak!" She said, really concerned. The others nodded. Twilight looked over at the creature. "I agree that we need to bring it back, but probably not directly back to Ponyville. All the ponies might start to panic seeeing a strange creature like this so suddenly. Perhaps we should bring it to your Cottage, Fluttershy" She said.
Fluttershy understood what her friend meant and nodded. Twilight used her magic to carefully pick up the creature and everypony was then on their way to Fluttershy's Cottage. While on their way Twilight kept staring at the creature in her magical grasp.
Twilight and her friends arrived at Fluttershy's cottage, the Black and white creature still in Her magical grasp. Zecora had returned to her home to see if there was anything she could use to heal the creature. Twilight levitated it in while her friends closed the door and pulled the curtains over the windows. The alicorn looked around for place to lay down the creature. She looked over at Fluttershy. "Fluttershy, the table in kitchen, i think it's only thing long enough for this creature to lay on" The princess said. Fluttershy knew what her friend was gonna ask and knew the kitchen wasn't the best nursing place. The pegasus nodded in agreement.
"Ok, Twilight, just promise you'll put it back" She said. Twilight reasured her friend with a nod, then used her magic to pull the kitchen table to the main room. She put it in place and layed the creaure on it. Her friends surrounded the Table with concerned faces. Rarity was first to speak up. "I do have to give it credit, even if it is a strange creature, it has a nice sense of Fashion, even if it does lack color" She said. Everypony sighed from the fashonista's comment. Rarity look slightly hurt. "I was only trying to make this situation a little more...Normal" She said. Twilight came into the main room with a med-kit. "And we do apriciate it, Rarity, But please take this a bit more seriously" She said, putting the med-kit on the edge of the table. Rarity sighed.
"Anyways, can you girls help me find any injuries on it?" Twilight asked, staring to remove the creatures bow tie. Rainbow Dash quickly intorupted her. "You aren't suggesting that we're gonna disrobe it, are you?" She asked. Twilight looked confused at the pegasus, leaving the bowtie. "Is there a problem with it?" She asked. Flutteshy went over to Twilight, a bit suprised at the question. "Twilight, what if it's not comfortable with the fact that strangers just suddenly started disrobing it without its consent? That would be REALLY inpolite" She explained. Applejack, across the table was a bit confused at that. "But isn't it ok for us? I mean we don't normally wear clothes" She said. Everypony heard Rarity gasp in her dramatic way, looking suprised at Applejack.
"Darling, We may be ok with no clothes, but we don't know if its ok with it! We don't know anything about it!" The Fashionista said. Applejack blushed slightly in emberressment realizing it. "Ok, yeah that would be really Inpolite" She said. Twilight sighed and lifted the creature slightly up. There were no stains on the Table.
"It doesn't look like it's bleeding" She said, laying the creature back down. Everypony was confused. "But by the trail it looked like it was bleeding its butt off. How come the bleeding would suddenly stop?" Rainbow Dash asked. Twilight thought about it carefully. Then remembered the ink was mostly thickend, indicating that it had been there for a while. "Well, there is a chance that the bleeding stopped when we arrived. Remember the Ink was mostly thickend, meaning it was there for quite a while" Twilight explained. That raised a bit more questions.
"But, It looked like the injuries must have been big. Big injuries doesn't stop bleedin' just like that. Not to darken' the mood, but if it was in the forest for that long and still kept on bleedin' before we arrived, i think it would have been dead by now" Applejack said. Twilight began thinking again. This creature was indeed strange. However since they do not know anything of this creature, then they should avoid thinking about this in 'Equestria logic'...Twilight got an idea wich made things click.
"What if the creature managed to heal itself?" She said. The ponies began thinking about that. "Wait you're saying that it has magic like unicorns?" Pinkie pie asked. Twilight nodded. "Well not exactly like unicorn magic, maybe it's something else. It's just a temporary theory that make things more clearer for me. We'll probably find out more when it wakes up" She said, Sighing. "Or IF it wakes up" She finnished the statement in her head. She started to head towards the stairs.
"Twilight, where are you going?" Fluttershy asked. Twilight looked over at her friends, one hoof already on the first step. "I'm a bit tired, that stress of finding and bringing a strange creature here has gotten to me. Let's take a break" She said, walking up the stairs. The girls looked at eachother, then shrugged and followed their friend. Fluttershy stopped. "Angel!" She called for her bunny. Angel came bouncing over to his owner and she lowered her head to the Bunny's leves.
"Can you keep an eye on our guest here, please? I'll make you your favorite salad tonight if you'll do it" She said, smiling. As soon as she mentioned Angel's favorite salad he instantly agreed. He quickly jumped onto the table, keeping an eye on the creature. Fluttershy walked up the stairs.
Angel was still on the Table watching over this creature that is in his owner's house. The bunny could occasionly hear the ponies voices from upstairs. He doesn't really understand what's going on, and he wouldn't want to be part of it but atleast he's getting something good out of it. Suddenly Angel could've sworn he saw movement in his peripheral vision. He looked over at the creature, but saw nothing different. That is until its eyes snapped open and gave him a wink, wich gave the bunny a near heart attack. Angel, scared out of his mind jumped off the table and headed upstairs towards the ponies.
The ponies noticed Angel bouncing the final step in a panic and came over to Fluttershy, freaking out. Everypony could see the terror in his eyes. "Angel, what happen?" Fluttershy asked, concerned. All the ponies could hear were squeaks that Only Fluttershy was able to understand and her eyes widden. "You saw it do what?! You mean it's awake?!" She asked. Angel nodded furiously and gestured the ponies to follow him. The girls looked at eachother before quickly heading down the stairs. Only to find the creature in the same state as before. Everypony looked confused as they circled it to check for anything. Fluttershy looked at her Bunny. "Are you sure of what you saw? You're not pranking us, are you?" She asked in serious tone. The bunny, still frightened quickly shook his head.
Fluttershy looked over at the creature and walked closer. She didn't see anything strange, neither did her friends. But then thay saw it slightly twitch and startled the group. Then it evolved to hearing a voice...laughing. The creature was laughing. The mane 6 backed away in unison, they were starting to freak out. They hadn't prepared themselves on what to do when it woke up. The creature's laugh, what started as a low chuckle slowly became an almost maniacle laugh as it slowly started to sit up.
When it sat up at the table, its laughter started to calm down. It drew it's.....paw? Hand? through its black hair. "Oh dear, that was so hilarious. That was incredibly worth it, i haven't pulled a good prank in ages" It said. Its voice was that of a male, so the ponies assumed it's a Guy. Although, there was something about it--His voice that seemed.....Enchanting. He opened his eyes, reavling the irises to be pitch black. But for some reason, the same with his voice, his eyes also seemed enchanting.
Rainbow was the first to snap out of her state and quickly flew up the guy's face. "How long were you awake?" She asked. The creature smirked. He looked over at Twilight. "Ever since this Purple Pony lifted me up with her Magic" He said. Twilight was shocked to hear that. He was awake this whole time?! In fact everypony was shocked at that. The creature chuckled at the ponies reaction, and he could tell they were about to ask him why he didn't show it sooner. "I would have given a sign that i was awake sooner, but i was curious to see how long you little ponies could take it. I got to say i was pretty impressed with how you dealt with the situation....and entertained by a certain 'near misscomunication'" He said, snickering.
It took the Mane 6 a while to understand what he meant, but once they did all their faces turned burning red. He was awake when Twilight suggested to disrobe him. Said pony shoved her face into her hooves while internally screaming, emberressed out of her mind. This creature didn't want to make it any better, either. "I'll admit, i wasn't expecting to hear a young lady suggest to disrobe me. Although i wouldn't say it was the first time" The creature said, with a Seductive smirk making the ponies turn even more red if that was even possible. He was clearly toying with them. Fluttershy and Rarity instantly went over to him.
"We are so sorry! It wasn't what it sounded like, we swear! Twilight just wanted to check if you had any injuries!" Fluttershy, who's face was practicly on fire from the amount of blushing, Apolagized to the creature. "And we didn't want you to feel Offended. Of course, being disrobed by a bunch of strangers would impolite without asking for permisson" Rarity suddenly realizing a different way to take those words and facehoofed herself. "Not like we'd want to now, we know you don't have any injuries so there is no need to!" She quickly said.
The creature just sat at the table, almost about to laugh hysterically at the panicking ponies. Deciding that this was enough, he lifted his arm in the air and snapped his fingers. Causing everypony to go quiet. The girls were suprised at that, it was like they lost control over themselves for a second. "Relax, Ladies. I was only messing with you" The creature said. They looked a him dumbfounded. "I am quite Thankful that you girls were concerned about me, even when you didn't know what i was" He said, getting off the Table. The ponies could now see how tall this guy is, He was nearly twice their height.
"And that gives you the rights to Mess with us and play tricks on Us? Who are you anyway?" Rainbow Dash asekd, Flying next to the creature. He closed his eyes and went over to the other side of the room and turned towards the Ponies. "The name is Bendy" He made a Cane apear out of thin air. "Bendy the Dancing Demon" He made a spin and then Bowed. "At your service, My ladies" He finnished. The Ponies just stood there quietly, until Applejack whispered to her friends.
The girls were quite shocked, confused and a little frigthened by the whole situation. Here standing infront of them was an actual Demon. Twilight thought that Demons were just fiction, but a live one was standing right inf front of her. That does explain the horns on his head, actually Twilight forgot those for a moment. The demon, who introduced himself as Bendy looked around the cottage, he seemed to admire it.
Fluttershy seemed to be the first to want to ask questions, So she stepped closer to Bendy. He looked at the Pegasus. "Is it you who live in this cottage?" He asked. A little suprised by that sudden question, Fluttershy nodded. Bendy bowed down to her level. "I had a feeling, this decor is perfect for an adorable little beauty like you" He said with a smile. That comment made Fluttershy blush and a small smile formed on her face. Rarity leaned to whisper to her friends.
"He might be a Demon, but he's quite the charmer" She noted. Twilight looked over at the unicorn. Though she wouldn't expect Rarity saying anything else, the alicorn had to agree. There was something off about Bendy, not about him being a charmer, but the fact Flutterhy blushed at his compliment. Bendy straighten himself and continued looking around the cottage.
Fluttershy, still blushing a little from the compliment spoke up. "I wanted to ask if you wouldn't mind, what was with that Ink trail in the forest that lead us to you?" She asked. Bendy stopped, his back facing the ponies. Everypony became tense. After a moment of silence he spoke. "Are you sure you want to know what that Ink is?" He asked, casually. Everypony nodded, even if he didn't see them he could sense them nodding. 'Why should that even be a question?' Twilight wanted to say, but didn't. He turned to them with a wicked smirk.
"Your theory was right, ladies, that ink was my blood" He said. The ponies eyes widden, not over their theory was right but that the thought of them following a trail of someone's blood is disturbing. That also meant he must have lost a lot of blood. "How did you make the bleeding stop?" Twilight ask. Bendy's smirk grew wider, enjoying the reaction he gets out of them. "You were right that i managed to heal myself. However i don't have 'Magic'. You see, Ink is not only my blood, but my body is made of more thickend ink" He explained. Now everything started to become crazy.
"So you're basicly Living ink?" Rainbow asked. Bendy gave a small glare at the pegasus wich made shiver run down her spine for some reason. "Well, technically yes you're right, but when you put it so litteral it makes me seem like an abamoation. So i'd aprriciate it if you don't use that term again. I can control ink, that also means the ink of my body, that is how i healed myself in the first place" He explained.
Twilight started to think about and It made sense the way Bendy explained it, that his body is made out of ink and he controls ink, wich makes healing himself easier. That explain how his bleeding stopped. As she thought more about it, Twilight started to become more curious of his abillities and his story, so She aproached Bendy.
"Um, Bendy, i don't know if i speak for all of us when i say, I'm really interested in your abillities and want to learn more, so can i ask you a few questions?" She asked. Everypony looked at her. They didn't want to admit it at first, but they were also curious on what Bendy could do and who he was.
Bendy began to ponder on that request. It was a bit difficult for him to decide an answer until he noticed Fluttershy walk up Beside Twilight. "I am also curious on your abillities, Mr. Bendy, i've never met anything like you!" She said with a smile. Rarity stepped up.
"I too am curious of what you can do, plus i want to know how you dress so faboulusly!" She said. Applejack stayed put, but she scratched the back of her head. "I'll be honest, i kinda wonder where you come from, it might be intresting" She said. Rainbow Dash floated close to floor.
"You might actually be the first thing in Equestria i want to learn more about other than the Wonderbolts. It might be pretty cool" The pegasus said, wich her friends were rather surprised to hear her say. Pinkie then Bounced over to her friends. "I think it will be fun to learn about our newcommer!" She said, loudly.
Bendy looked over at the girls suprised, but got over it as his smirk returned to his features. "If that's the case then, Ladies," He bowed. "I'm here to answer your questions" He said. The ponies would be lying if they said they wern't a bit flustered by that action. Twilight cleared her throat then pulled out a pen and paper. Where she got it from? No pony knows. "So, Your body and blood is ink and you can control it, Then can you shapeshift?" She asked. Bendy straightend himself up before answering. "I have another form, but i don't like it very much, i only use it when nessacary" He said. He saw Twilight writing it down.
"Would you mind showing us?" Fluttershy asked nicley. Bendy thought about it. "I apolagize, but no, it's not really worth to waste the energy" He answered. Fluttershy respected his descision. "Wait, you waste energy controling ink?" Rarity asked, but Bendy shook his head. "Only when i use my powers on my self. Wich is the reason why i passed out in the forest after healing myself, i didn't have aalot of energy when i suddenly arrived here, but i luckily managed to stop the bleeding" He explained.
Twilight noted down the demon's words. This explains why he was knocked out in the forest, and that the feeling of her magic levitating him likley did awake him as he said. Twilight realized the more Bendy explained it, Things started to make more sense here. Pinkie then bounced up and down givin a sign to everyone she has a question.
"Do you have any friends?" She asked. The party pony's question caught Bendy so off guard he froze, a sad look started to form on his face. That reaction caused Pinkie to slowly frown too. It took a while, but the demon finnally spoke up. "I....I did have friends...But then they were suddenly gone" He said. The girls could pacticly sense the sad aura radiating from him, then they noticed ink started to run down Bendy's forhead.
"Bendy, are you melting?" Twilight asked, concerned. Her voice had snapped Bendy out of it and he quickly wiped his forhead. "I apolagize for that, it happens when i get emotinal" He explained. The demon figured he had to elaborate a bit more so he kept a strong look. "I had two friends, very close firends. Boris The Wolf and Alice Angel" He said. Twilight wrote that down as an important note. Dash then decided to lift the mood by changing the subject. "Um, When Angel came up the stairs he looked like he saw a ghost, What did you do?" She asked. Everypony, even Bendy was slightly suprised by that Question. However Bendy's expression did change back into a grin. "Well, i did hear that the little bunny was getting his 'Farvorite Salad' if he watched over me, i wanted to see how much he could handle if he REALLY loved that salad so much he'd be willing to watch over a Demon" He said.
Angel then jumped up at the couch and started yelling something at the demon, though the other ponies and said demon couldn't understand him, Fluttershy could and she let out a gasp.
The Girls have started getting comfortable with the demon's presence. Twilight has been observing him, NOT because she likes him!! But Because she wants to research him, because no pony has seen a species like Bendy. Currently Bendy is having a conversation with Rarity about his taste in fashion. The girls had also introduced themselves to him, since they realized they hadn't done that yet and it was kind of inpolite. Spike had also arrived after a while when Twilight hadn't returned to the castle for hours, after getting an apolagy from Twilight he was quickly briefed on the situation and, while it was strange he decided to roll with it.
Twilight Continued with noting down the information she received from the demon, proscessing it, while also observing him to research his behaviour. However, It didn't go by unnoticed. Bendy knew she had been staring for a while and started getting a bit annoyed by it, so he decided to do something about it. He started chuckling to catch everyone's attention. "Twilight, Are you checking me out? Goodness, Why don't ask me out already?" He said, jokingly. Twilight blushed furiously, nearly dropping the pen and paper and started freaking out. "NO! NO! NO! IT WAS NOTHING LIKE THAT!! I WAS JUST--!!" She stopped mid sentence, knowing he's teasing and growled. "Can you stop doing that?!" She aksed, frustrated. "Do what?" Bendy asked with a smirk, turning to Twilight.
"Messing with us! Joking around! Teasing us! THAT!!" The alicorn said. Bendy chuckled. "Maybe i just find you all cute when you blush" He said. That caused everypony to slightly blush, aswell as earning a glare from the baby dargon, but causing Twilight's blush to becom worse. She glared at the Demon who just kept on smirking. "Twilight, Darling, Have you already forgotten that i'm a demon? I can't help being mischevious" Bendy said. Twilight huffed and moved her gaze towards her pen and paper, and was on her way up the stairs. Fluttershy followed her to see if she was okey.
Twilight sat on the floor, Thinking. She then noticed the Yellow pegasus sitting down next to her. "Twilight, are you alright?" She asked. Twilight sighed, earning a frown form her Friend. "I'm fine. A little flustered, but fine. However, I've been thinking, and i'm not sure if it's a good idea but," The alicorn paused for a moment. "I've been thinking of Reporting Bendy to the Princesses" She said. Fluttershy gasped. "Not to banish him, or arrest him or anything like that. But to tell the Princesses about him and see if they have any answers on what he is or more specifically, where he comes from, cause we technically know what he is. He's an Ink Demon. Though i just want answers" Twilight said. Fluttershy smiled a little, reasured about what Twilight meant. "If you want answers, why not just ask him?" She asked.
Twilight looked over at Fluttershy. "You saw what happened when Pinkie asked about his friends, We don't know what questions might offend him or hurt him" She said. Fluttershy frowned looking down. She knew her friend was right. "So i want to see if the Princesses might have any ideas, But i'm concerned, What if when i tell them about Bendy, They'll banish him to the moon or worse THE SUN!" Twilight said, starting to freak out. Fluttershy hugged her friend. "I'm sure the Pirncesses won't do that, as long as they give you time to explain i'm sure things will be fine" She said. Twilight calmed down and hugged Fluttershy back.
"You're right, Fluttershy, you really are a great friend" She said. Fluttershy let go of The princess and smiled at her. Twilight then had made her desciscion. She picked up her Paper and Quill, and started writing. When she was finnished she called out to her Dragon friend. "Spike! Can you come up here for a second!" She said. "Comming, Twilight" She heard the dragon say. He had arrived up the stairs and noticed the letter in Twilight's magical grip. "You know what to do" She said, giving the Dragon the rolled up letter. He took it and nodded. He took a deep breath in and blowed out, breathing out green fire that burned the letter and sent it out the window.
"What did you write on that Letter, Twilight?" He asked. Twilight was silent for a moment. "It's about Bendy. It will tell the Princesses about Bendy. I am a bit...Scared of the outcome, but i hope that everything will be alright" She said. "You wrote to the Princesses about the Ink Demon. Shouldn't you have asked him for Permission? What if he's not ready to meet them? Wich i'm pretty sure will happen" Spike said. The Realisation hit Twilight like a brick. "Oh No.." She said. She didn't think about that. It didn't cross her mind that when the Princesses reads the letter they will instantly be on their way to Ponyville, and she didn't think about Bendy's feelings about it. "Oh I hope Bendy won't be too upset about this" She said, standing up to go down the stairs. Spike and Fluttershy following her. They reached the bottom of the stairs catching Everypony's, and Demon's attention. It was legit written all over Twilight's face that she was worried. She let out a nervous laugh as she made Eye contact with Bendy. "So..I have something to tell you, Bendy..You see-" She was intorupted when Spike suddenly Burped and a letter started to form on the ground.
'That was way too quick!!' Twilight Panicked. She hesitantly picked up the letter and opened it, then started nervously reading it aloud. "Dear, Princess Twilight. I'm glad you braught this to my attention Imidiatley. Me and Luna will be currently on our way to Ponyville to meet This....Ink Demon. In the mean time make sure he doesn't go anywhere. Princess Celestia" She finnshed. She was too scared to look up from the letter, she could feel the Demons glare burning into her skull. "Twilight, My dear. What did you DO?! " Bendy asked, His voice suddenly becoming demonic wich the ponies flinched at. Twilight carfully looked up to see Bendy incredibly Angry, Ink starts to run down his face. He gritted his teeth, wich have become much sharper. Twilight gulped, her heart beating. "I may have Reported you to the Princesses, But i did have reason to--" She tried to quickly add in her reason, but she was cut off by the angry demon. "WHAT?!!" Bendy yelled, His demonic voice scaring everypony. The room suddenly began to darken, Shades of black starts dancing around the room, and they become more intense when they're close to Bendy.
For a few moments it felt like everypony could hear eahcother's heart beats. The ink running down Bendy's face almost covered his eyes, it was truly a scary sight. But then He suddenly gripped his head like he was in pain, he started to take slow, deep breaths. He was trying to clam down. Everypony's hearbeats Slowly started to dim, and the darkness around the room started to slowly disapear. Noticing things started to go back to normal, the mane 6 started to relax a little, but still held up their guard incase Bendy was still upset. When everything was back to normal, Bendy straighten himslef up, fixing his hair and wiped the ink away from his face. He glared at Twilight. "You should've asked me. You're so lucky i find you nice, if you were one of my enemies, Twilight Sparkle. You'd regret it" He said.
Everyponies eyes were wide. Did he just threaten her? Bendy suddenly hit himself, realizing what he said. "UGH! I need some time to myself" He said and went up the stairs. When there was no sign of the Demon, everypony relaxed. Though Twilight's legs suddenly lost strenght and she fell to the ground. "I messed up. I really messed up" She said. Applejack cleared her throat. "Alright, Not to self, Everypony" She paused.
Everypony was extremly tense after the whole event with Bendy loosing his cool. He has stayed upstairs for a while. Of course nopony dared to go up, in fear of facing the wrath of the demon again. In fact they think it's best to wait until the princesses arrive to actually try to talk to him. Twilifht was the one who stayed as far away from the stairs as possible. She really messed up. She sighed catching her friends attention.
"I really should've asked him first, shouldn't i have?" She asked. Her friends looked at eachother for a moment, then nodded. Twilight groaned. "I can't belive i didn't think through this, maybe i was still frustrated after he teased me before i went upstairs" She tired finding a good explanation about this. Pinkie bounced over to her bestie. "Don't worry, Twilight, i'm sure he'll forgive you" She said. "Pinkie, he Threatend me!" Twilight said. Rarity walked up. "I'm sure he didn't mean it, Darling, He probably went a bit overboard" She explained. Twilight sighed.
For the past Hour everypony has been quiet. There was also no sound from the demon, other then they would hear his footsteps now and again. Everypony was doing their own thing. Rainbow Dash was taking a nap on one of the plank supporting the roof. Applejack was also taking a nap, though on the sofa with her hat over her face. Fluttershy was grooming some of her animal friends. Rarity was doing some skteching in her sketch book she braught with her, she knew they would stay at Fluttershy's for a while. Spike was with Rarity complimenting Rarity's desgins, wich she apriciates. Pinkie Pie wasn't all bouncy now, it took her while but she starts to understand the tension around everypony, even though she wants to see her friends smile, she knows there are some times that are not perfect for humor. Twilight Sparkle was pacing back and forth, she was just waiting for the princesses to arrive so she could finally try to apolagize to Bendy.
As if her prayers had been answered. There was a knock on the door. Fluttershy stood up and stepped carefully towards the door. She opened it to reveal two guard ponies. They didn't make eye contact with the girls as the first one said. "We have come here with the princesses, will you allow them to enter, Elements Of Harmony?" The girls looked at eachother, they almost forgot that's how the royal guards adresses them now. Fluttershy, being the one who opened the door nodded. "Yes of course" She said. The others nodded aswell, just for clearifictation.
The guards nodded and stepped out of the way to reveal the alicorn sisters. The girls were suprised, and a little weary that the Princesses had braught bags of perhaps suplies, but for what? The siters entered the cottage and Celestia turned towards the guards and told them to wait outside. They nodded and left, closing the door behind them.
The girls noticed the princesses were looking around, as if they were looking for something, No Someone. They know of course why the royal sisters are here. Bendy. There was silence for a while, in fact for the girls it felt like an hour. Luna was the first to speak up. "So Where is this Ink demon you wrote about in the letter, Princess Twilight?" She asked. Twilight gulped. She so regreted sending the letter, she regreted it with every fiber in her body. "W-well, You see...He is here, it's jsut..." She barley couldn't speak.
Everypony heard movement from the top floor leading towards the stairs. 'Oh shoot, he's comming' Twilight slightly panicked. She was worried that everything could go worng after Bendy lost his cool and everything else that happend. Twilight was just a nervous wreck at this point. Bendy has stepped down the stairs, his eyes closed. He looked calm atleast, it was probably a good idea to leave him be for that time. The Mane 6 noticed something different about Bendy, his hair is slightly messy, his bowtie is gone, and his aura was slightly darker, though he still had his cane. But It's like he intensionly changed himself to look more intimidating or more serious.
The girls could also see that Princesses had put their guard up noticing the demon. Bendy opened his eyes to see the two alicorn princesses. Few moments had gone by the 'intense' staring competition the three apearently had. Then Bendy bowed. "It's nice to meet you, Your hignesses" He said. The princessed returned a small nod. "You have manners and respect, not to mention your dress code is quite nice, slightly unexpected" Celestia said. "Though looks can be decieving" Luna commented. Then realazation hit the mane 6 like a brick to the head. After hanging around Bendy for the day, they slightly understand him more. Now they know that Bendy actually has a stradegy.
He looks like this to be seen as a intimidating Demon, but to be revealed as a demon who won'tmean any harm. As the Saying goes "Looks can be decivieng". 'That sneaky little-' Twilight cut her own thoughts off as she looked at Bendy. He could tell that the girls have realized his plan and gave them a small smirk. They didn't want to reveal anything, so they all mentally hoofpalmed themselves.
The Alicorn sisters didn't notice it. They looked over at everypony and then back at Bendy. "So, Shall we start discussing things?" Celestia asked. "Yes, we shall" Bendy replied. The Princesses didn't want to admit it, but they found Bendy's voice to be enchanting (Are you guys noticing any hints here?!) , Bendy sat down on the couch and the mane 6 sat one the floor in front of the couch, as if defending The demon. The Princesses stood where they stood. There was silence yet again.
'This is gonna take all night isn't it?' Twilight asked herself.
For the past 4 hours the princesses has been asking questions, and Bendy has answered them, too simply might i add. The girls actually thought he's going around the questions but at the same time it doesn't. He is a Demon, but he is too clever. The princesses have asked about his 'Motives' wich he found a little offensive. It didn't seems like The princesses will trust him. 'There's got to be a way for us to reveal he's not what he seems, but how, he better has a plan for Equestria sake!' Twilight was panicking.
Then all of a sudden they were intorupted by the gurads bursting in, scaring the mane 6 in the proscess. "Your Highness, there's a filly in touble" The first guard said. Everypony gasped and ran outside into the night, Bendy following them. "Who's in trouble do you know their name?" Princess Celestia asked. "The fillies who reported us said her name is Sweetie Belle" The guard said. Rarity gasped dramaticly. "What's happening? Is there something wrong with her?" She asked.
"The fillies explained that she wanted to try out a cloud walking spell, and tested it out on a cloud, but she failed and now she's falling!" The guard explained. Twilight quickly looked over to Rainbow. "Rainbow, can you fly up and save her?" She asked. The pegasus frowned. "I can't see her, and with my speed, i might harm her!" She said. Rarity was now crying. "Will somepony please save my little sister?!" She asked. When Bendy heard that, his eyes widden. He looked up into the sky, they may not be able to see the falling filly, but he did. He saw the filly, Sweetie Belle falling, flaling her hooves around.
He tighten his grip on his cane and then sprinted past everypony. "Bendy!" Twilight called out. He didn't hear her, he was focused on the target in the sky. Evrypony observed Bendy when he reached his point and stabbed his cane into the ground. All of a sudden a mountain of Ink just sprout up from the ground boosting The demon up into the sky. And then suddenly The Filly was in his arms, though the inmacpt of catching her causes Bendy to start falling to the earth. He closed his eyes in concentraition and reached his hand out in the direction of the ink mountain. It then formed a platform that just suddenly burst up to the sky and stops as Bendy lands on it. He contoled the platform to move towards the group of ponies. When he reached the ground all the ink began to liquify and then form into Bendy's cane.
He looked over at the filly in his arms. She had her eyes closed and was shaking. "You can open your eyes now, Little One" He said. Sweetie Belle slowly opened her eyes to see the ponies around her, she looked up to see her savior. She didn't care of how strange he looked when she hugged him. Bendy was taken off guard by that. He then smiled and then kneeled to the ground to set the filly down. That was when Rarity came over to embrace her little sister.
"Oh, Sweetie Belle, i'm so glad you're Ok, Don't ever do that again, you hear me?!" She asked, letting Sweetie Belle go. The filly looked down at the ground. "I'm so sorry, Rarity, i guess i'm not old enough to perform such a spell. I guess i have to wait a little longer" She said. Rarity sighed. "Atleast you're safe" The fashionista said. She looked up at Bendy. "Thank you, Bendy, for saving her, how can i ever repay you?" She said, suddenly hugging Bendy too. "Whoah, Now i wasn't expecting Two hugs in one Day" The Demon said. "Seriously though, You don't need to thank me, I didn't want to see you in such despair if you lost your Sister" He added. He then saw the shocked looks of the Princesses and stood up.
"Now i know what you're thinking, Why did i save her?" He said. He didn't wait for a response and continued. "Look, i may be a Demon, but that doesn't instantly mean i am Bad. When you asked me about my 'Motives' or 'what a foul creature like me was doing here' I will not lie i was offended. When you say i'm bad just because i'm a demon, then i say that's basic Racism right there" He said. Everypony gasped. The alicorns were speechless. But Bendy continued. "I think these girls right here were the first people to not judge me because of what i am, they took the day to get to know me, and concluded that i wasn't evil. Twilight, Why don't you tell the princesses of your little research" The demon said. Twilight nodded and looked over at the princesses.
"Yes, Princess Celestia, He's not evil, he's not bad. A little mischevious here and there, but no harm done. In fact i had second thoughts about sending you the letter, because i was worried that you would judge him and banish him" She explained. Celestia just stared at Twilight, still suprised. "Now for the reason why i saved Sweetie Belle, well when i heard Rarity say that she was her Little sister. I found the situation to be even more grave, so i had to do something. I didn't want to see Rarity to go through such a loss like i did!" Bendy said. Now everypony was suprised at that.
"I had Friends, but i saw them more as family. They were the only ones who loved me for who i was. When Rarity said that Sweetie Belle was her little sister, it made me think about.." He paused, strugling to say the name. "..Her" Was all he could say. The Princesses was confused at that. It took some thought, but Tiwlight then realized who he was talking about.
"Alice Angel" She said.
Bendy stiffened at the mentionof the name. Twilight walked over to the Demon. "It Made you think about Alice Angel. She was like a sister to you, wasn't she?" She asked. Bendy relaxed a bit and nodded. "And yes i know what all of you are thinking, the name says it all. She was an Angel. I know, That Demons and Angels aren't known to get along with eachother, but i think that's the reason we existed. To prove that some Angels and Demons can get along with eachother. I cared so much for her, wich is why it hurted so much when she..." He stopped for a moment, holding back a tear. "When she disapeared" He finnished.
He then felt a small hoof was placed on his leg, he looked down to see Sweetie Belle looking up at him, frowning. The demon gave her a small smile knelt down to her and stroked her mane. "I don't want anyone else to expirence such pain that i went through after loosing my family" He said, not making eye contact with the princesses.
The Alicorn sisters looked at eachother. Then Luna cleared her throat, catching everyone's attention. "Well, Then, i guess since we have misjudged you, Mr. Bendy, We Apolagize" She said. Celestia nodded in agreement. "How about we go back inside to proparly get to know you?" She asked. Bendy smiled as he stood up and gave a bow. "I would apriciate that very much, Your Highnesses" He said. The mane 6 suddenly sighed in relief. "I though for sure that things was gonna go bad" Pinkie said. "I actually held my breath at one point" Fluttershy said. "I'll be honest, one of the most tense moment i've expirenced in my life" Applejack said.
The alicorn sisters giggles slightly at that, and was on their way inside the cottage. Then everypony else went in except the guards, Rarity and Sweetie Belle. The Fashionista looked down at her sister. "Sweetie, how about you go home?" She asked. The unicorn filly shook her head. "No, I want to stay here" She said. Rarity was suprised by that. "Why?" She asked. Sweetie Belle slightly blushed. "I want to get to know my hero" She said. Rarity's eyes slightly widden, but then smiled. "Allright, but don't make him uncomterfble" She said on her inside. The filly quickly walked after her.
It was now morning, however there were no activity in the castle yet. Twilight and her friends had a long day so she was super tired. Luckily the Mane 6 were allowed to go home earlier that night since the Princesses wanted to Talk to Bendy in private. He was thensent to live with Twilight, since her castle has alot of spare rooms.
Currently Twilight is sleeping soundly, With pleasent dreams. Sadly that wouldn't last long as a certain Demon floated above her with a mischevious look on his face. He chuckled quietly and then took a deep breath. "OH TWILIGHT!!" He yelled. That certinanly caused Twilight to Jump out of bed, shrieking. She fell to the floor. Once she had calmed out she growled. "Bendy! Why did you do that?!" She asked, glaring a the floating demon. Yeah, that's right, He can do that. He revealed it to the ponies last night, said that he wanted to keep it as a suprise.
Bendy just grinned, staring at Twilight in amusment. "What? You woul've been sleeping all day if i didn't do anything" He said. Twilight stood up, grumpily as she used her magic to fix the bed. "No i wouldn't have" She said, not looking at the Demon. Bendy chuckled. "Twilight, Sweetcheeks, It's 1:00 PM" He said, simply. Twilight turned to Bendy with wide eyes. "What?!" She yelled and dashed out of her room. Bendy was still floating in Twilight's room with that grin onhis face. "Ha, and i thought i was told that Rainbow was the fastest Pony alive. Oh well" He said, flying out of the room to catch up to the alicorn.
Twilight and her friends were in the dining room eating their together breakfeast, or in this case together lunch. They were eating pancakes today. Bendy was leaning against the wall, he was offered pancakes, but he turned the offer down. He doesn't need to eat really. "I'm so lucky that Starlight decided to go along with Trixie on her magician tour. I would not want to explain this situation to her, it would be difficult" Twilight said. Her friends nodded in agreement.
"How long is that tour going to last though?" Rarity asked, as she stopped eating. Twilight looked over at the unicorn. "Well, Trixie said that she managed to have the tour around all of Equestria, so it might be a while" She said. Eveyrpony was now finished eating. "Those were some delecious Pancakes, Pinkie Pie" Applejacked said. The party pony beamed. "Thank you!" She said, then her smile dimmed. "Though, Bendy, How come you didn't want to eat my pancakes?" She asked, but then gasped instantly. "Don't you like Pancakes? I can make something else next itme" She told the demon. She didn't want their new friend to be left out.
Bendy chcukled and hovered towards the party pony. "Calm down, Sweet Pinkie. It's not like i don't like pancakes. It's just that i don't really need to eat. My body is made of Ink after all, I don't need food to survive" He explained. There was silence for a moment. "But you can eat though, Right?" Rainbow Dash asked. Bendy floated above the table, as if like he's the center of attention or something. "I can eat, Though it's not nescassery. I have eaten some times in the past. Espescially with Boris, he was a really good cook" He said. Bendy has become more confterble with talking about his lost friends to the ponies. Cause he felt like they understood him.
The mane 6 smiled when Bendy mentioned Boris. They are somewhat proud to see that he doesn't have an emotinal breakdown when talking about his friends, that did happen a few times last night. Twilight stepped away from the chair. "Alight, i'll be heading to the libary, i'm expecting a letter from Princess Celestia today. She will tell me what She, Luna and Bendy was talking about. Well atleast a bit of it" She said, then was on her way out of the dining room. "Twilight, can we come along?" Fluttershy asked, softly. Twilight was at the door before she stopped and looked at her friends. Then nodded.
The group wasn now on their way to the libary. However Bendy went to his room, he decided he wante to rest up a bit. Respecting his choice, Twilight and the others kept on going till they reached the libary.
The girls were all sitting in a circle, telling funny stories. Small giggles and laughs here and there. Then all of a sudden, the door burst open, reaviling the baby dragon Spike. He was holding a scroll in one of his claws. "Twilight, the letter has arrived" He said, running over to the alicorn. Twilight grabbed the scroll with her magic, she opened it and started reading it out loud.
Dear Princess Twilight. You'd be suprised about how curious Bendy is. He told me and Luna that he is actually a cartoon, a drawing braught to life. He also said that he used to work as a children's entertainer. He mentioned more about his friends, wich we feel sad for. The fact he lost them all is just, Depressing. Anyways he also told us of his abillities. One you might find interesting is the 'Bonding Ritual' Maybe he'll tell you about it if you ask him

"Bonding Ritual?" Twilight asked. Everypony was now curious. Why did the Princess Mention this? "Well, He is a demon, so he should've probably known about one ritual, right?" Pinkie asked. Twilight shook her head. "Pinkie, it means that Bendy can preform a 'Bonding Ritual' What ever that is" She said.
"Oh so that sneaky Princess Mentioned the Bonding Ritual? Should've guessed" Bendy said, apearing out of nowhere. Scaring the living heck out of the ponies. Bendy tried his best to keep in the laughter. Once the ponies calmed down, Twilight had to ask. "What is this 'Bonding Ritual'?" The Demon shrugged. "It's just a Ritual i can perform to bond a living being to me. Being bonded to me can have some benfits. In fact sometimes performing the ritual can even be my sign for a tight friendship. The reason why Celstia mentioned this to you, is to give you that as a consideration. Being bonded to me can have some importan benefits that i sadly can't talk about. It's not a requirement, it's an optinal choice" He explained.
"I'm saying you have the choice. You can think about it if you want, if you want to declare your desiscion, you know where to find me" He said and then left, leaving the ponies to their thoughts.
The girls were back in the circle, this time thinking carfully about this Optinal choice that they've been given. "I know he said it's not a requrment, but the more i think about it, it starts to sound more like it" Rainbow Dash said. "I agree, can't we just go through with it and get it over with?" Applejack asked. "What if something bad might happen?" Fluttershy asked, shaking a little. "He said that there are tons of benefits if we are to be bound to him. What if those Benefits can help in a dire situation, maybe even if the Fate of the Equesrtia hangs in the balance" Rarity said. "I think that being bonded to him can prove that we trust him and that we want to have a tight friendship with him" Pinkie pie said.
Twilight sighed. "Yes that's true, and i don't see anything bad about this. He may say it's optianl, but i think in the Princesse's Point of View, it's a requirment. Perhaps we should go through with it" She said. "Ok, We should vote for it. All ponies refuse to go through the ritual?" Applejack asked. No pony raised their hooves. "Ponies in favor?" She asked. Everypony, including the country pony raised their hooves. Twilight closed her eyes. "It's settled then" She said.
The group was all on their way to the ink Demon's room. Once they reached his door Twilight knocked three times. The door opened, letting the ponies in. "So?" Bendy asked. Twilight took a breath in. "We want you to perform the ritual" She said. Bendy hovered over to them, suprised. "All of you?" He asked. They nodded. "Whoah, i was not expecting that. Anyways, if tha's the case i will need time for preparations, however that will take a while" The demon said. "How long?" Twilight asked.
"Well, for a one pony it would take....At least a day. So 6 days" Bendy said. The mane 6 eyes widden. "Yeah, you'll just have to wait, but trust me, it will be worth it. Now i have to find a perfect room for the ritual" He said. Then he left. There was a few moments of dead silence. "Oh boy" Twilight spoke up.
It was now morning in Sweet Apple Acers, though it wouldn't be a nice day for Applejack. Since she and her friends agreed to go through with the ritual they have to wait a whole week. Applejack had woken up early this morning, how? She has no idea. She paced back and forth in her room. "It's only the first day. You can do this, Applejack" She said to herself. She looked up at her calender. She has set up the day of the ritual on it. She bit her lip. "I know, i'll do some early Apple Bucking. That can get my mind off that darn Ritual" She said and started her way down stairs to the orchard.
She found a tree full of apples and placed a couple of buckets around it then went to position. She lifted up her back legs and then kicked the trunk of the tree and all of the apples fell down. Though some of them landed on the ground. What she found a bit odd is what they formed when landing. It almost looked like the shape of a circle, but was bitten off at the top [*Cough* Bendy's head *Cough*]
She rubbed her eyes, but when she opened them again. The apples were scattered, not forming that shape. Applejack stood there, blinking, but then shook her head as she startded gathering them. She has moved the buckets back to the barn and started thinking. 'Should i keep going or should i do something else?' She asked. She looked back at the orchard with a slight nervous look on her face. "I guess i can start making Breakfeast" She said, going back inside.
She prepared some bread and braught some apple jam. She also started making some apple cider for drinks. She sighed. She was so lost in thought, she didn't hear the hoofsteps of a filly running down the stairs. "Good morning, Applejack!" The voice of Applebloom said, scaring Applejack. The country pony was so startled that she fell to the floor. "Goodness, Applebloom, you almost scared me to death" She said, now sitting up. The filly frowned. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, but do you wanna see what Sweetie Belle Gave me yesterday?!" She asked, her smile returning.
Applejack sighed and stood up. "What is it?" She asked, returning to her chores. She had grabbed a plate in her mouth when she looked over at her little sister, who had pulled out a jar filled with some black luquid. Applejack's jaw dropped, causing her to drop the plate to the floor, shattering it. She didn't bother as she hurried over to her sister and grabbed the jar. "Hey!" Applebloom said, trying to take the jar back.
"Applebloom, you said Sweetie Belle gave this to you, did she say what this is?" Applejack asked. Her little sister began to think about that. "She said it was a gift from the one who saved her from that failed cloud walking experiment. I asked her what liquid it was and she said it was ink" She said.
Applejack's eyes widden and started to slightly twitch. 'That Demon gave a little filly, a jar of his own ink. Of his own flesh and blood. As a gift' She looked at the Jar and was almost disgusted. 'That is Disturbing in so many ways! What went Through that guy's thick head?! I better have a conversation with him when we perform the Ritual' She thought and sighed. "Look Applebloom, i don't think it's safe to have this" She said. The filly glared. "And why not?" She asked.
Applejack had to be carfeful, don't wanna say too much. "I mean, don't you think it's a little weird that a guy that saved her, that she's never met before, gave her a jar of ink out of all things?" She asked. Applebloom began thinking. "Well, when you put it like that. It is pretty strange. But can't i keep it? I promise not to open it!" She said. Applejack paused. "All right, but don't break it and don't open it" She said, giving her sister the jar. Applebloom smiled and went back up stairs to put the jar back.
Applejack sighed. "I hope i'm not starting to go nuts here" She said and went back to clean up the shattered pieces of the plate she dropped.
The Entire family was now outside, working. Though Applejack was so lost in her thoughts that she sometimes missed hitting a tree and landed on the ground or ending up kicking the bucket instead. It was like that time when she said that she was gonna buck every singe tree in the orchard and didn't get a single night's sleep. But this time she is fully awake, but it seems that by thinking about the ritual the entire day, she has began growing anxious, and it takes most of her energy.
'Come on, Applejack. You can't just chicken out so early, in fact you can't chicken out at all. You agreed to do it, so you will go though it' She kept telling herself things like that. She noticed a growing feeling in her that doesn't want to go through with the ritual when she keeps thinking about things that can happen. She even thought that what if there's that small chance that she can Die if something goes wrong! All those thoughts keeps filling her head, and so fast too.
She ended up going inside the barn and up in her room. She looked over at the calander and that is how she realized it.
Pinkie Pie was now home in Sugarcube corner, wrtiting down things on a piece of paper. She was planning on making Themed Pastries for after the ritual, she thought that if she saw the ritual as some form of event before a party then she wouldn't feel so anxious about it. But calling it a "After Ritual" Party, isn't really helpfull. She sighed. "Maybe words such as 'Party' can't really make things like Rituals sound fun" She said. She left her party desk and went over to her bed. She jumped on it, laying htere hugging a pillow. She looked over at her 'Party Plans' Calander.
2nd Day. 5 days until the ritual.
Pinkie groaned. "This is like, when you're waiting for the day of a Nightmare Night party, but it's a party you didn't plan yourself, so you have no idea what might happen!" She said to herself. She didn't understand why she was so worried though, she agreed to go through with it along with her friends. Being bonded to Bendy can represent their tight Friendship, and she want to be close friends with the demon. Also she Pinkie Promised she will go through with the ritual and she never breaks a Pinkie Promise.
She bit her lip. "I probably shouldn't have Pimkie Promised it" She said. However she instantly slapped herself. "Snap out of it, Pinkie Pie! Don't be scared" She told her self, sitting up. She took a deep breath and went back to think about pastry ideas. She noted down Cupcakes and cinnamon rolls, since they didn't get to eat those the day they found Bendy in the Everfree Forest.
Pinkie Pie was now on her bed taking a nap. All that thinking about Pastries and the Ritual took it out on her. Her Mane and tail had become Even more poofier than usual. Other than that and that she had spme bags under her eyes, she slept quite peacfully. Though that was disturbed by Mrs. Cake, Her Foster mom. "Pinkie!" She called out. The party pony waas starteld awake, she looked franticly around until she noticed Mrs. Cake. She calmed down. "Oh, I'm sorry, i fell asleep. What is it, Mrs. Cake?" Pinkie asked.
Mrs. Cake sighed. "I've been calling on you the past 5 minutes, i was worried about you. Anyways, Me and Carrot Cake are going out with some delevaries. Can you take over while we're gone?" She asked. Pinkie Nodded. "Of course, i'll be down there in a minute" She informed Mrs. Cake. The baker pony smiled and then left Pinkie's room. The Party pony yawned and stretched out as she left her bed and went to her bathroom to wash up.
She used a brush to fix her Poofy mane a little andstarted to splash some water on her face. She took a towel to dry off, but when she looked in the mirror her heart skipped a beat. Her reflection showed that she was crying, not tears, It was black. She was crying something black. Though she couldn't feel it running down her face. She touched her face where the tears were shown to run. But when she looked down on her hoof, there was nothing. Though it was clear in the mirror she was crying somethig. Unless.
She rubbed her eyes. When she looked back in the mirror. It was her own reflection. No black tears. Now she was quite scared. Was she hallucinating? She shook her head. Once she was done in the bathroom she headed down the stairs.
Working today certainly distracted Pinkie Pie from the whole thing. She has fun when making pastries and sweets to everypony in Ponyville. She had visits from somany ponies. Cheerilie, The CMC, Even from Her sister Maud. Then things then went back to worrisome when Spike came in. "Hey, Pinkie" He said. Pinkie nervously smiled. "Oh Hi, Spike, What are you doing here?" She asked. Spike wasn't bothered by Pinkie's nervousness.
"Well, Twilight sent me here to pick up some pastries. Because she's starting to" Spike sighed. "Stress Eat" He finnished. "Oh" Was Pinkie's response. The baby dragon cleared his throat. "So, She told me she couldn't pick it up herself, because Bendy said something about you not seeing eachother to be sure you won't convince the other to back down from that ritual" He said. Pinkie sighed. It felt wrong to be blocked from her friends, forcefully, But nessascery. Bendy didn't want to go through any risks.
"So, how have you been doing, Pinkie?" Spike asked, catching Pinkie's attention. She looked down. "Not so good, i'm putting all of my strenght into keeping that Bright Behaviour that everypony knows. If i put my guard down and ponies see how i feel, they'll start asking questions and i don't want them to know about the ritual. So in short, I'm exhausted" She said. Spike looked concerned. "Then why don't you take a break?" He asked. Pinkie shook her head. "No, Mr. and Mrs. Cake are out and put me in charge of the bakery, i couldn't say no or else they would start asking questions" She said.
Spike felt sorry for Pinkie. Now he started to wonder how everypony else had it. "Pinkie, This Anxious waiting you're going through, Doesn't seem Healthy. I'm not saying you should back down from the ritual, but maybe you shouldn't have decided to go through with it in the first place" He said. Pinkie started to play with a rolling pin. "It's not healthy, i'm fully aware of that. It's painful too, a little. But i pinkie promised to go through with it, not only that, but i want to go through with it, no matter how scary it may sound" She said.
"I don't understand, why are you willing to suffer just to be bonded to a demon?" Spike asked. Pinkie looked at the baby dragon. "It's difficult to explain, but trust me, Spike, If you figure out how being bonded to Bendy can be importan to you;" She smiled.
"I bet you'll decide to go through with the ritual too"
Waiting is not Rainbow's Fortè. She has spent the past days flying laps around Wonderbolt HQ or doing wing sit ups. The wonderbolts of course has noticed Rainbow's sudden behaviour, pushing herself that much. The pegasus finnished her 700th lap today and stopped to take a break. The rainbow maned mare was panting like crazy. 700 laps are much, but you're stepping over the line if you fly at full speed wich she did. Though Rainbow didn't care, it's the only thing distracting her from the Ritual. 3 days, it has felt like a month for her.
She was about to start a new round of training until she heard the voice of her captain, Spitfire. "Rainbow dash! I don't understand what has gotten into you, but i will tell you this isn't healthy" She said, landing infront of Rainbow. "You're pushing yourself too much, you might end up knocking yourself out. And we don't want to lose one of our most impressive flyers" She said. Rainbow dash slightly growled. "I'm fine, Spitfire" She said. "You are not fine, you've been training your flank off for three days. You got to stop, How about you take the day off?" Spitfire asked her.
Rainbow started to get anxious, wich is unusual for her. She closed her eyes trying to calm down. 'Chill, Dash, Chill.' She told herself. Rainbow sighed. "I can't, Spitfire. I just can't. You wouldn't understand" She said then took flight. Rainbow flew through the skies above Ponyville. Her heart starting to fill with anxiety. She took deep breaths. 'I can wait, i can wait, i can wait' She repeated in her mind. She felt bad for giving her captain the cold shoulder. Great, another bad feeling starts eating at her.
'Can i really wait?' She asked herself. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath, but when she opened them she began to panic. Her vision became black and white, she couldn't see any other colors. She looked down on her hooves to see black stains, but why? What is happening?! She shook her head violently but it didn'y help she became stressed, confused to the point where she passed out.....In the sky!!
--Time Skip--
Rainbow slowly woke up to a beeping sound. She opened her magenta eyes and instantly noticed she could see colors again, but she also noticed she was at the hospital. She was quite confused. Then she remembered she passed out while flying. She looked over herself and didn't see any injuries, meaning she musn't have hit the ground, meaning that Somepony must've saved her, but who?
Then the door opened and a nurse pony walked in. "Oh you're awake, good to see" She said. It took a moment before Dash could find her voice. "Um, who braught me in here?" She asked. The nurse Pony looked at her. "It was a wonderbolt, Ms. Spitfire. She told me that you've been pushing yourself so we're letting you stay here till you have relaxed" She said. Rainbow bit her lip and thought to herself. "Um, can i make a rquest?" She asked.
The nurse pony nodded. "Can i be released in 4 days?" Rainbow asked. The nurse pony thought for a moment. "Ok, but why?" She asked. Rainbow bit her lip again 'How should i say it?' she asked herself. "There is a special event i'll be attending with my friends then, it's the reason why i've been pushing myself. I really Don't want to miss it" She explained. The nurse nodded. "I understand, we'll release you in 4 days, Ms. Dash" She said and left. Rainbow sighed.
There are different signs of stress. There’s stress eating, stress reading, and in this case Even stress training! Though for Rarity, her sign is stress sewing. Wich she has been doing for the past 4 days! Ironicly, she has been sewing Black and White oufits. When she finnished her 12th stress dress, the thought hit her. "I can probably give these to girls on the day of the ritual. We're gonna be bonded to Bendy then so, Why not look fashionable to comemorate the moment?" She said. She decided to take a small break and headed towards her room.
Once she entered she looked in the mirror and gasped over how she looked. Bags under her eyes, her mascara was running as well as her sweat. Her mane was also a total mess. Her instinct told her to fix it, but she shook her head. "No, If you fix it, it will only get ruined again once you start sewing. Besides i don't have time for this, i have to keep myself occupied, for 3 more days" She said to herself, looking at the calander.
3 MORE DAYS.....
The fashionista stuffed her face in her hooves. She decided that maybe a nap would help. She went over to her bed and layed down, almost falling asleep instantly.
--Dreamworld (Without Luna, Srry)--
Rarity opened her eyes and found herself in her Boutique, but It apread like everything was skteched, it was just black and Yellow. She stepped away from her bed and headed towards the door. She knew she was dreaming so she wanted to explore this new Boutique her mind has projected. She opened it and was greeted by a long stair case. She started to step down them. While she proceeded she noticed writings on the walls, probably written with Ink. They said, "Dreams come true", "Who's laughing now?" and "He will set us free". Rarity didn't lie, the writings did scare her. When she reached the bottom of the stairs she saw another writing.
"The Creators Lied to us"
That made her a little concerned, but proceeded to the hallway to her left. It was a pretty long hallway with lots of doors, but they seemed to fake so she didn't bother to try and open them. She also saw a lot of cutouts of a...Demon? 'Are these all Bendy?' She thought. She then heard Bendy's voice echo through the hall, saying: "I have another form" Rarity remember him saying that. So this was his other form, she could tell he didn't like it.
She reached the end of the hallway and saw a door, but this one didn't seem fake so she opened it. She entered and just saw a dark room, but the floor is what caught her attention. It was a Pentagram surrounded by candles. It unsettled her quite much, she looked up and jumped to see someone was there.
It apeared to be a woman. Black and White like Bendy, but she looked more like an...Angel. Rarity's eyes widden as she carefully stepped forward. "Are You Alice Angel?" She asked. The Angel stood there, looking at Rarity. It took a while, but the Angel eventually nodded, confirming she Was Alice. Rarity was suprised, not just by Alice apearing in her dream, but over how she looked. She didn't just Look like an angel, but she ahd some features of a demon. Though Rarity did not judge her for that, the Unicorn found her to be Beautiful.
"Ms. Alice, Bendy has told me about you. He is so broken that you just disapeared, where did you go? Why did you leave him?" She asked, hoping that if she could get some answers from the angel, she could help Bendy feel better. Alice closed her eyes and lifted her hand, pointing it at the wall. Something was being written.
"Now he's telling lies?"
Rarity was suprised by that. She looked at Alice. "What do you mean 'He's telling lies', I'm pretty sure he wouldn't lie about his friends" Rarity said. Alice shook her head and wrote something new.
"What did he tell you?"
Rarity looked back. "He told us that you, him and Boris were really close, but one day you two up and disapeared. He was left so broken" She explained. Alice closed her eyes, looking sad. She started to write something new.
"That isn't true. We didn't leave him. He lied to you. He's just too scared to confess what he's done"
Rarity's eyes widden at that. "Confess what he's done? Did he..? No he couldn't have" She didn't want to belive her own theory. The unicorn shook her head. She then felt something stroking her mane. She looked up to see Alice, Her expression Apolagetic. She started to write again.
"I can't be the one to tell You. He must. Can you promise me something?" Rarity nodded in response.
"Take care of Him, Please" Rarity smiled. "Of course, Alice" She answered. Alice smiled aswell, she kneeled down to the Unicorns level and hugged her. Rarity was taken aback by the action, but hugged her back.
Then everything went blank
--Waking World--
Rarity woke up with a start and looked around. She was back. Though she could still feel the Angel hugging her. She left her bed and went down stairs. She rubbed her eyes and looked at her desk. There was a sktech there. One she didn't draw herself. She looked at it and found a note saying.
"I could tell you were one for fashion, so here is a new design you can try out. No need to thank me -Alice"
Rarity was suprised, but picked up the design wiht her magic. Now she wasn't making a dress through stress, but as a symbolism and maybe a way to calm The demon's nerves. So Rarity is going to design this dress with care. Her Dress.
Stress Working Stress Planning Stress Training Stress Sewing!!
Now it's the 5th day and only 2 Days left to the Ritual. How is The shy and Always-anxious pegasus doing? She has bericated herself in her cottage and she's pacing back and forth. Her animal friends tries to help her out by giving her something to drink, cuddling her, letting her rest. Though the stress increases everyday. Her pink mane messy, her wings occasionally twitching. She was just thinking of all the worst possible things that could happened. "What if something goes wrong during the ritual? Maybe it can cause Damage to our brain?! What if it causes Amnesia and we forget who we are? Or.. or What if the Ritual can cause a failure in our system?! We can die!" She was freaking out. The animals listened and just watched her. They were all concerened for her.
Then all of a sudden Angel Bunny hit her in the head to knock her out.... The animals glared at him and he just shrugged. They laied their caretaker on the couch.
--Dreamworld (Again)--
Fluttershy opened her eyes to find herself in her cottage, but it looks much different. Her cottage looked as if it was a Sketch, with a few ink stains. Ink Stains? She stepped away from her couch and started walking towards her door. When she opened it she did not find the outside, but rather a hallway. She figured that she had to be dreaming so she stepped in further.
As she walked down the hallway, she noticed some strange things. Work desks, musical instruments, schedules. Was this a work place? She then arrived in a room that looked like a Orchestra setting. Chairs placed in a half circle, a note stand in the middle and Instruments leaning agains the seats and walls. She stepped up to the note stand and saw a pice of paper. Notes, they were musical notes. And the title was, "Sheep, Sheep, Time for sleep". 'Aw, That sounds cute' Though the minute she thought that, she looked up and gasped.
Texts. Texts on the walls, and seems to be written in ink. It seems they were forming a...Verse?
"Sheep, Sheep Sheep It's time for sleep" "Rest your head, It's Time for bed" "In The morning, You may wake" "Or in the morning, You'll be DEAD"
Even though she didn't want to admit it, she figured that was a verse from the Musical notes. 'Ok, Not so cute anymore' She thought. She stepped away and headed to a table, above it was another text that said 'Can i get an Amen?' On the table apeared to be a...What was it? It was a squeared object, with a small window. There was a name written on it 'Sammy Lawrance'. It also had buttons, One of them said 'Play'. She pressed the play button, and something was comming from the object. A voice of a Male.
"He apears from the shadows, To rain his sweet blessing upon m--" It was cut off by some loud noises.
"-or I know you are comming to save--" Cut off again.
"But, love requires sacrifice, Can i get an Amen?" It stopped. There was that Question again. She didn't understand what or who this guy was talking about, but she felt it was none of her buisness, so she was going to leave. She turned around and let out a shriek. A dark, tall figure apeared before her, and it was wearing a mask witha Smiling demon. The figure loomed over her as she heard it speak. "I said, can i get an Amen?" It asked. She reconized the voice from the recording, Who was he? She squeesed her eyes shut. She didn't know what to do. But She didn't feel it's presence anymore
Suddenly something was stroking her mane. She opened her eyes to see. A wolf? She felt relived, she relaxed at this sight. Though thinking over it, she realized something. "Are you Boris the Wolf?" She asked. The wolf nodded. She smiled at this. "Bendy has told me much about you" She said. The wolf gave a smal smile as he lifted his hand towards the wall. He was writing something.
"It's nice to see he still cares"
Fluttershy was rather confused by that. "What do you mean by that?" She asked. Boris didn't make eye contact with the pony as he removed the text and started to write something else.
"Has he told you anything else of hist past?"
"He told us that you and Alice Just disapeared. Just left him Shattered" She said. Boris eyes widden, but later narrowed. He was angry at that? He removed the text and started to write again.
"He has lied to you. It's been years now, and he still can't forgive his own actions?"
Fluttershy was concerened at that. "What did he do?" She asked. Boris let his arm drop, his eyes closed. Though that just made Fluttershy's eyes widden. "No he....He couldn't have" She said. Boris kneeled down to Fluttershy's level and embraced her. She instantly hugged him back. Now she was even more scared of the ritual. As if Boris could read her mind, he wrote on the wall.
"Don't be scared of the Bonding ritual. You'll be fine. I know from expirence"
That made the pegasus feel better. She closed her eyes, now calm and relaxed in the wolf's embrace.
--Waking World--
Fluttershy still hasn't woken up. But the animals around her had noticed extreme changes to her. Her body has relaxed, her wings aren't twitching, and she's not shaking eiether. But the most notable difference that in her sleep...
Twilight woke up in her bedroom and it was a mess. Pillows, books and plates everywhere. She has been Stress eating, Stress reading and Stress pillow fort building!! It's ridiculous, but what can you do? She has been stuck in the castle for an entire week. Well not all the time, she did go to the balcony to get some fresh air every now and again. She feels extra stressed knowing that the ritual is being prepared in this very place. She has to fight the urge to check it out herself. Of course if she tried Bendy would tell and just take her back upstairs.
Speak of the Devil Har Har, Knocks were heard from the door and Twilight could tell it was Bendy. On que Bendy entered and saw the state she was in. "Oooohh, Heh. Yeah should've warned you it can put some stress to your mental system" He said. Twilight didn't respond as she tried to stand up. "I know what you're think, 'Have you finnished?' No not yet. I am here to give you seem details about tomorow. You see after the ritual i suggest you and your friends don't try to get out since your bodies will become extremly weak. I suggest that you prepare a room where you can recover" He explained. Twilight just stared, taking in everything she heard to form an answer.
"Understood. The Library is a nice choice, I'll start preparing" She said, walking out of her room. Bendy left for the Ritual room. "Spike! Can you take all the pillows from my room to the library? Also, can you help me with carrying some mattresses?" She called out. The Baby dragon came to her. "Sure, What do you need them for now?" He asked. "Bendy said that i had to prepare a recovery room for us since our bodies will become extremly weak after the Ritual" She explained. Spike nodded. "Alright then. I'll go get the pillows." He said, running to Twilight's room.
It took a few hours, but Twilight managed to complete the Library, now A recovery room. Pillows were scattered, but in a nice neet way, 6 Matresses layed around along with Blankets matching the Ponies's fur color, some blankets were hanging from the ceiling to create some atmosphere and along with some lanterns. The Alicorn admired her work, ended up collapsing on her mattress.
She didn't want to fall asleep, but she couldn't stop it. She passed out.
Twilight woke up in her library. She had forgotten that she had fallen asleep there. She looked over at her calander and realized. Today is the day. She slightly gasped. Sh equickly got one her hooves and hurried to the bathroom to wash up. Her friends will be comming any minute. She looked in the mirror and saw the mess that she was. Though she was relived that the stress will be over today. She fixed her mane and washed her face. She then hurried over to the Throne room and sat on her trone. She also wondered if Bendy was going to show up, since he must have finnished preparing. All of a sudden the doors burst opened, and Rainbow dash apeared, panting. Twilight noticed her wings were bound. "Rainbow dash, What happened to you?" She asked.
Rainbow walked over to her throne and sat down. "Stress Training. The hospital forbid me to fly for a week" She explained. Twilight frowned, but didn't say anything. Then Pinke arrived. She was carrying Boxes of, Probably Patries. She put them on the table and sat down on her throne. "I spent this week preparing what we were gonna do after the ritual" She said. "Bendy actually gave me a warning. That you will porpbably have to stay the night over to recover. So i've decorated the library" Twilight explained. Pinkie Pie blinked. "Oh well, I braught some pastries just in case" She said. "We're staying here for the night?" Came the voice of Rarity. The three ponies looked to the door to see the Fashion pony, She was wearing a, Rather pretty outfit. It was a sleeveless, Black dress decorated with a white bowtie. It was simple, yet pretty. A Bag was also in her magic grasp.
"Good thing these Oufits can be night gowns aswell" She said, stepping in. "I spent the whole week sewing. It wasn't healthy, but atleast i can put them to use" She explained, putting the bag on the table as she sat down on her throne. Twilight sighed. "I guess we all did something that was Unhealthy, but luckily after today, Our Anxiety will end" She said. The others smiled at that. "I really hope so" Came the voice of Applejack. The ponies saw her enter. However she was a bit different. She wasn't wearing her signature Hat, and her mane and tail wasn't in her ribbons. "I was sto stressed to get here, i didn't fix my mane!" She exclaimed, sitting down on her throne. Rarity sighed. "Well, Just leave that to me" She said, pulling out a brush from her bag. She stepped towards Applejack who gave the Unicorn a smile.
As Rarity fixed her friend's mane, Fluttershy stepped in. "Oh? Am i the last one? Sorry if i'm late" She apolagized, sitting down on her throne. "You aren't late fluttershy. Actually i'm unsure when we're going to start" Twilight said. Rainbow groaned. "I hope it's soon" She said. Then there was awkwards silence. Rarity, who was still fixing AJ's Mane decided to break the silence. "Um, Girls. There is something i'd like to talk to you about" She said. The 5 Five looked over to her, curious. "3 days ago, i passed out from stress sewing, and i had a....I think a vision of sorts" She said. The girls were suprised, but let her continue. "I found myself in my boutique, but it almost like it was...Sketched" Fluttershy blinked in suprise, but didn't want to asume anything. Rarity decided to skip the minor details. "I'll just get straight to the point, I saw Alice Angel" She said quietly, affraid the ink demon would hear it. The girls gasped. "Whoah, You mean THE Alice Angel. One of Bendy's Old friends. The one who disapeared" Rainbow said, also quiet. "Actually, She gave me a message. Or rather a Message i would share with you. She said That What Bendy told us, About them disapearing all of a sudden Is not true" Rarity said, concerened. The girls eyes widden.
"Wait, Ya sayin' Bendy Lied to us?" AJ asked. Rarity nodded. "She told me that. He must be too scared to confess what he's done" She said. Fluttershy let out a small gasp. "Boris told me the same thing" She said. "Boris?!" The rest said in unison. "Oh. I too had a vision, but Boris showed up. He told me the same thing. Or more rahter he said, He still can't forgive his own actions" She explained. The rest began to get the idea. "Whatcha Girls talking about?" Bendy apeared out of nowhere, scaring the ponies in the porscess. "O-Oh, Nothing Nothing. Just talking about how we've been the past week" Twilight explained, getting over her shock. "Oh. I assume you've all been pretty anxious" He said looking around all of them, Though when he laid his eyes on Rarity, He froze. "Rarity. Where did you get that dress?" He asked, quietly. Rarity looked at her dress, she knew he would react to it. "Oh the idea just came to me when i woke up from a dream" She said. There was silence.
Then Bendy cleared his throat. "Oh Ok. So girls, shall we get this over with?" He asked. The girls nodded, standing up from their thrones and followed Bendy to the Room where they'll be performing the ritual.
Bendy opened the door to let everypony in. They gasped at the sight. 6 black, Pedastal looking tables in a circle, A candle between each Table. They looke down to see a big black Pentagram, with so many details that it was difficult to describe it [I wrote that cause i'm lazy]. Bendy stood in the middle. "Ok, I've marked the tables with Your cutie mark. Find your cutie mark and lay on the table. And i recomend that you lay like this" He said, demonstrating. The girls nodded and went around to look for their mark. Once they had all found their place, and layed down as Bendy instructed, Bendy rolled up his sleeves. "All right, to be sure that you don't fall off the table during this ritual, I'm afraid i'll have to tie you all up" He explained. The ponies eyes widden. He waved his hands, gesturing them to calm down. "It's nothing to be worried over, It's just for safety measures" He said, floating above Twilight. He reached his hand above Twilight's front hoof, Then a black thing came from the table and bound onto The hoof. The alicorn blinked in suprise.
Bendy proceeded with the dame methodt on Twilight's other hooves. Then he went over to Rainbow Dash. "What are these Tables made from anyway?" She asked. "I thought you would've already guess based on the color" Bendy said, finishing up the Pegasus Bindings. It took a moment for her To proscess it. "Ew" Was all she responded with. The others had now guessed it and felt uncomfortable. Bendy rolled his eyes. "Oh come on, it's just Ink" He said, moving towards Rarity. "Yes, but it's YOUR Ink, Your blood. It's just sick when you see it in that perspective" She said. Bendy didn't respond as he finnished Rarity's bindings and moved over to Pinkie. "Doesn't it hurt when you do that?" The party pony asked. "Yes. But i've been through far worse" The demon said rather darkly. He moved over to Fluttershy. "Um, Isn't it exhausting to use so much of your Ink at Once?" She nervously asked. "Of course it is. That's why i needed to have that extra day so i could rest up" Bendy explained and lastly moved to Applejack. "Doesn't seem very Healthy if you ask me" She commented.
"Well, you wouldn't really know. I'm much more different from you after all. And by the way, I don't seem to be the only one who apearently does something Unhealthy" Bendy said, smirking and moving away. The ponies kept quiet, he got them there. Bendy picked up a sharp piece of metal. "Besides These sacrifices i make are nessascery" He cut his finger tip. "So i don't mind" He finnished. Twilight raised an eyebrow. "What are you doing now?" She asked. He moved back over to AJ. "I now have to draw a mark on your chests. You girls don't mind do you?" He asked, looking back at the others. They shook their heads. He proceeded with drawing the marks and he did it fairly quickly. He went back to the middle. "All right. Everything is prepared. Are you girls ready for this?" He asked. The ponies quickly nodded. "I do apolagize, this Proscess can be.." He paused, forming something with his hands. "..Painfull" He finnished.
Before the ponies could proscess it, Bendy started. "Fuhdwxuhv ri wkh Ghhs gdun, Khdu pb yrlfh, Erqg wkhvh vrxov wr ph, Dqg hqmrb wkhlu vfuhdpv dv l gudj wkhp wr pb Khoo zlwk ph"

They didn't understand a thing he was saying. Things faded for the ponies, Their sense of feeling, sight and hearing faded, but they could feel their mouth opening...
They were screaming....

Twilight was the first to wake up, but wished she remained asleep cause everything was aching. She groaned catching the attention of the demon. He looked over. "You're awake, Twilight. How are you feeling?" He asked. "Dead" The alicorn simply said. Bendy chuckled. "Yeah, that's normal" He said, proceeding with realeasing Twilight from her bindings. "I have to say that was quick Ritual" She said. Bendy froze. "You don't remember?" He asked. The alicorn raised an eyebrow. Then they heard the groans of the rainbow maned pegasus. "Ow, it feels like i can't breathe, What happened? Is the ritual over?" She asked. "Yes it is" Bendy said walking over to Rainbow to release her. He proceeded with realising everypony while he's at it. "Alright, I'm going to the library. Once everyone has woken up come see me" He said. Twilight and Rainbow nodded and The demon left. He closed the door behind him and went to Library, He rolled up his sleeve to look at the 6 marks carved on his arm.
"Ritual Finnished, now i just have to wait for them to figure out their new feature"
Everypony has woken up and is trying to bring their sore body up to the Library. Applejack groaned. "This is worse then a Hangover after Ciderfest" She said. "I can confirm it, i can't even feel my wings" Rainbow said, trying to clear her throat. The ponies had noticed that all their throats are really sore, and Poor Pinkie had it worse. She tried to utter a word but ended up coughing. Rarity placed a hoof on her shoulder. "Don't force yourself darling," She paues to cough. "Just let your vocal chords rest for now please" She finnished. Pinkie Nodded in agreement and continued trotting slowly.
Fluttershy, already not being the strongest pony was the slowest of the group as she had to be extra careful. Her legs wobbled and she fell to the floor. "Ouch. I don't understand this. The ritual was so quick, but it's like we've been through...What's the right term?" She asked herself. "Tartarus" Rainbow answered. The other ponies made an sound of agreement. Twilight used her magic to lift up Fluttershy. "Applejack, can you..?" She didn't have to say anymore. "Of course, Sugercube" The farm pony said, trotting over. Twilight put the pegasus on AJ's back then the group continued trotting onward.
The Ponies had finally reached the Library, they even managed to put on the Dresses Rarity made. Pinkie placed out her pastries for her friends to take. Rainbow Dash was nearly knocked out laying in the comfy pillows and blankets. Everypony was finally relaxing.
However..
"Oi, Ponies. I hope you're not Dead yet!" Came the sudden voice Of Bendy, Nearly scaring the Living hell out of them all. Bendy then appeared before them, he was already prepared for the burning Death glares. "I'm so sorry about that, but i was afraid something had gone wrong in here" He said, sitting down across from them. "Now i want to mention that. You have gotten a rare side effect frome the ritual. Now don't panic, It's nothing life threatening. It's just there is this rare occasion that the Ritual might affect your Memory base, Causing you to forget the entire experince" He explained. The Ponies blinked.
"But now that i think about it, It's starting to sound more like a miracle then a 'Side effect'" He added. "So then what happened to us down there? How long did the ritual last?" Twilight asked. Bendy ran a hand through his hair. "The Ritual itself lasted around 10 minutes, but you were knocked out for like an hour" He admited. The mane 6's eyes widden. "What?!" The all exclaimed. The demon stood up. "Yeah, but now it's finnished so i'll give you girls some space. We're now Bonded" He said, disapearing.
"Wait he didn't tell us what happened" Twilight pointed out. "He Probably didn't want us to remember" Rarity said. The alicorn sighed. She suddenly remembered something. "Oh hey, did we finnish that discussion with Fluttershy and Rarity's visions?" She asked quietly. The ponies blinked remembering that. "I don't know, Last i remember was Flutters saying something about 'He can't forgive his actions'. Oh..." AJ understood where this was going now. Rainbow shook her head. "No way. He couldn't have.....Could he?" Rainbow ask, starting to doubt. "Well, We have seen what his Ink can do. So who's to say he's not capable of--"
"NO!!"
Rarity was cut off by the Pink party pony. Who suddenly started to regain her voice. The group looked at Pinkie and noticed she was starting to quiver. "Bendy would never do that. He told us, He loved them! You can tell he cared deeply for them! So how dare you asume that he would....." She trailed off trying to utter the words. "That...he would" She didn't want to say it, but she was starting to have doubts. "We don't know for sure....Unless he tells us himself. Maybe...Maybe the truth is too unbearable for him to tell" Twilight said. The group went silent.
The ponies were all sleeping Soundly in their comfy nightgowns. However something was lurking in the shadows and sadly it isn't the same Dancing demon.
"What in the world is this?!"
The voice startled everypony awake. The one before them was the mixmatched lord of chaos himself. "D-Discord? What are you doing here?" Twilight asked. "Well it started some time ago when i noticed that Fluttershy hadn't responded to my recent letter" Discord Said. Everypony looked at Fluttershy who laughed awkwardly.
"And then i come to Her cottage today to find her gone! In fact i went to all of your houses and None of you were there! I of course saved Twilight's castle for last, but when i headed over i had a feeling something was up. And now i find you all in Bookworm's library on a sleepover! I require an explaination!" He Said. The ponies were all left speechless. Fluttershy fluttered over to The draconaquis. "You see, Discord it's a long story. We were preoccupied with welcoming a New visitor to Equestria" She explain.
Discord narrowed his eyes. "When you say it like that i belive this 'Visitor' isn't a Pony" He Said. Mane 6 looked away, He took it as a yes. "Well do i get to meet this creature?" He asked. The girls looked at eachother, unsure. Unfortunaly to them, It was inevetible. "Oi, Ponies. I heard someone in here. What's all the-?" The demon cut himself off, noticing the Mixmatched creature. Bendy blinked. "Well, i can now say i've seen everything" He commented. "I could say the same" Discord said back. He turned to the ponies. "Is this the visitor?" He asked. The 6 nodded in unison.
The chaos creature look over at Bendy. "Well. It's Nice to meet you, I'm Discord. Reformed Lord of Chaos" He introduced himself. Bendy tapped his chin in thought. "I belive the sisters have mentioned you. Delighted to make your aquiantance, Discord. I am Bendy, Bendy the Dancing demon" He Said, bowing. Discord blinked. "A demon, huh?" He said, eyeing the ink creature. Bendy straighten himself, taking his leave. Discord stroked his beard in thought.
'Something seems off about him'
The girls have now fully rested and are now just chatting. Discord has stayed with them, mostly because something about Bendy bugs him. Of course the girls have already filled him in on everything that bad happened, Even the ritual. "I still don't get what went through your minds when you agreed to that rirual" He Said. "No offense, Discord but we don't really expect you to get it. Besides we've spent enough time with Bendy to know he doesn't mean harm" Rainbow Said. Discord didn't fully belive that. He snapped his eagle claw and teleported out of the room.
He apeared in the hallway to try and find that ink demon. However, the demon found him first. "You know, i get the impression you aren't fond of me" He said, smirking. The draconaquis narrowed his eyes. "Well i get the impression that something is up with you" He said. Bendy chuckled, leaning on his cane. "What? You think i'm planning something?" He asked. Discord crossed his arms. "Well i didn't think that at first, but then i thougj what Else can you expect from one who's lost his mind " He Said seriously.
Silence filled the large crystal hallways, but then comes laughter. Quiet psychothic laughter. From Bendy. When he stopped he looked at Discord, a crazed look shown on his feature. "My, My. Looks like that secret's out" He Said, giggling. He floated over to Discord. "So what if i have a few screws loose. You're one to talk really" The demon commented Discord gritted his teeth. He was about to say something, but Bendy gut him off. "Now i don't think you should go on and tell those girls the 'Truth'. I mean they're quite close to me. They would think You're Jealous" He Said and started to leave.
"Hang on. What did that ritual do to them?" The lord of chaos asked, not turning to look at the demon. There was silence. "It bonded their's and my spirits together. Although it did something else" The inn demon's voice was back being calm, yet serious.
"Sadly, Their inner system is working differently. It does pain me to say that they'll never be the same again"
Day 2 of recovery and the ponies has gained most of their strength back, still a bit sore so they decided to stay one more night before deciding on what to do next. Pinkie left for the kitchen to make some food for the group, Fluttershy let Rarity style her mane, Twilight was reading books, and since Rainbow and AJ didn't have anything to do they just sat with Twilight trying to read with her. "Hey, Girls, i've been wondering. Should we feel any different after the ritual? Other then the burning feeling like we were in a marathon" Fluttershy broke the silence. The girls looked at eachother. Other then the soreness, they haven't really felt any different. "Hey, maybe it isn't that noticible difference, wich i'm totally cool with. I'm just glad it's over" Dash said. "I wonder if we're able to do anythin' now that we're bonded with Bendy. Like do ya'll think we're able to sense his presence or somethin'?" AJ asked. Pinkie finally returned from the kitchen with food.
"I'm not sure, but wouldn't that be wonderfull. Then he can't sneak up on us and scare us out of our coats" Twilight said, giggeling. The others laughed with her. "Well, sorry to burst your bubbles" Came Bendy's voice, scaring the mares once again. The demon revealed himself, floating and with a mischevious smirk. "That ain't happening, my ladies" He chuckled. "How long were you there?" Rainbow asked, calming down. Bendy tapped his chin. "A while" He said. The mane 6 all sighed. "You know, It's not polite to eavesdrop, Bendy" Rarity said, untangling Fluttershy's mane to try out a different braid. Bendy landed next to the pair. "Oh Come on, how many times do i have to remind you? I'm a Demon, it's in my blood" He said. "You mean your ink?" Rainbow said. Bendy didn't bother to look at the blue pegasus. "You're never gonna stop 'correcting' me on that one, are you?" He asked. "Nope!" She said.
Twilight rolled her eyes at RD. "So, Bendy. You've been apearing and disapearing quite a bit, what have you been up to?" She asked. The ink demon blinked and looked at Twilight. He crossed his arms. "I cleaned up the room downstairs, so you won't see the setup anymore. Then i've been taking naps cause that ritual took alot out of me. Although my rest was intorupted by that Discord guy" He said. "We do apolagize for his sudden apearence and behaviour. He was just worried about us that's all" Fluttershy spoke up. Bendy looked at her. "Are you sure? To me it doesn't look like he cares" He said. Fluttershy shook her head. "Oh no, He does care, he's just having trouble showing his feelings" She said. Bendy just hummed. "Well, I'll see you later" He said, and leaves.
"And there he goes again" Twilight mumbled. Rainbow groans. "I don't get it, why does he show up, scare us, gives us a few lines and then just leaves? What's the point with him showing up then?" She asks. "Well, He is checking up on us, dear. We may have gone through something very painfull and he's just worried" Rarity said. Rainbow stood up. "Well, if he's so worried, Why don't he just stay with us to watch over us?" She asks. "Maybe he doesn't want to listen to girl talks" Pinkie pointed out. "Eh, I don' think that's the case. I mean, he did admit about eavesdroppin' on us" Applejack said. "Oh right!" The party pony said, smiling a little. "If that was the case though, he could just sleep through it" AJ added.
"Maybe he isn't comfortable with the thought of sleeping in the same room as 6 mares" Fluttershy suggested. "Considering all his teasing when we first met him, I doubt it" Rainbow said. "Well, I won't lie, i do feel a little sad that he only shows up for small visits. Would be nice for him to stick around and talk. We know some of his past, but we don't know HIM. Like what he used to do and stuff" Rarity said. "Exactly my point. I'm so frustrated that he doesn't think about maybe hanging around a bit longer" Rainbow said. After saying that she blinked. "Ok, That was a little weird" She said.
"I tried giving him a hint by bringing up his apearences and disapearences, but i guess that didn't go as i expected" Twilight pointed out. Pinkie sighed and stood up. "Fine, If he wants to act like that. I guess we're gonna have to do this the difficult way" She said. Everypony raised a brow. "Who wants to capture a demon?" The pink pony said, smirking at her friends. Eventually they got the idea and smiled mischeviously. They got together in a circle.
Bendy was taking a stroll around the castle. "I wonder how Twilight navigates this place" He mumbled. He suddenly sensed something in the library's direction. "Now that's strange. Are they alright in there?" He started heading towards the library. He opened the door and stepped inside, the lights were dimmed and it seemed the ponies were sleeping. The demon shrugged and was about to leave, but the door slammed shut and he was suddenly tackled. "Demon has been caught! We repeat the demon has been caught!" Came the raspy voice of RD.
The lights came back on and The ponies were all around the demon. Twilight, Rarity and Fluttershy were surounding him. While RD, Pinkie and AJ were holding him down with a blanket. They all had bright smiles. "Ok, What in the world are you girls doing? I mean not that i'm complaining or anything" He said, smirking. However that didn't work out, he was smacked in the head with a book. "Shut it" Twilight said. "Au, Seriously though what the hell are you doing?" Bendy asked. "You apearently didn't get the hint when i said you've been comming in and out of this library. Just making quick visits. It makes us think you're ignoring us" The alicorn said.
Bendy blinked. "I'm not ignoring you. I was just giving you all space for recovery" He said. "Well, we don't want it! What we want is you hanging out with us so we can get to know you more" Pinkie said. "We know how you lived, but we don't know You as a being" Rarity said. "So Stay with us, Bendy! Or else Pinkie, AJ and i won't get off you!" Rainbow said. Bendy was silent looking at the ponies, then he chuckled. "Alright, Alright You win. I'll stay" He said. "Mission Acomplished!" Shouted Pinkie, getting off the demon. So did the other 2. Bendy sat up. "So what exactly do you want to know about me now?" He asked.
"We want to know what you liked to do in your world" Twilight said.
"You want to know what i liked to do back in my world? Well, as you may have heard, I was a entertainer for the Young, sadly our company fell into ruins and my show was cancelled" Bendy said. The ponies frowned. "How sad. But what were you doing after that?" Fluttershy asked. Bendy leaned his head against his hand. "I didn't have anywhere else to go, my friends were gone and my creators left to find different jobs. So i spent my life in the very place i was created, until the day i came here" He said. The ponies didn't expect hearing that. 'He was left behind. How did he handle it?' Twilight wondered.
"The only company i had were other ink creatures in the same place, so i wasn't lonley all the time. I spent my time just remembering all the performances i had. It was so much fun" Bendy smiled a little. That gave the ponies an idea. "Hey, Bendy. Do you mind performing for us?" Pinkie asked. The demon blinked, looking at the faces of anticipation. "You want me to perform?" He asked. The mane 6 nodded in unison. Bendy did not expect that. "I would love to, but i'm not exactly comfortable with the songs contexts. I always questioned Sammy Lawrance's mindset" He said. The ponies were confused at the sudden name mentioned, except Fluttershy she was a little surprised. "Sammy Lawrance? Isn't that the name i saw on that object in my dream?" She thought.
Bendy noticed their confusion. "Sammy Lawrance was our music director. He made all the songs for my performances. However there is one song he ended up making me hate cause he would hum to it all the time. It's lyrics is stuck in my head. Sheep, Sheep, Sheep-"
"It's time for sleep?" Fluttershy butted in. Everypony looked at her, including Bendy. "How did you know that?" He asked, squinting his eyes a little. The pegasus was internally screaming. "A lucky guess, i suppose" She said. Bendy hummed. "Yeah, i suppose. It is a very simple child lullaby, so the lyrics could be easy to guess" He said. Remembering the verse she saw in her dream, and hearing the words 'Child lullaby' gave Fluttershy a good image on who this 'Sammy' was like. Bendy stared off into the distance, probably deep in thought. But suddenly, his hand curled into a fist. "Uh, Bendy are you ok?" AJ asked. The demon snapped out of it. "Oh yeah, sorry. I was just thinking of something" He said.
He looked at all of them. "So is that all you wish to know about me or?" He asked. The mares were silent for a moment. "Uh. This might be a rather depressing question, and i do apolagize but.." Rarity started, gulping. "How did you feel when you found out your friends were gone?" Everypony was shocked at that question. They were worried that the pony just triggered a break down from the demon, wether of rage or sorrow is unpredictable. However when they looked over, Bendy was suprisingly calm. He chuckled. "Wow, i certanly didn't expect that question. How do you think i felt? I was devastaded of course. The only people who really understood me, just up and disapeared. And the staff...." Uttering those words, the demon gritted his teeth. "They didn't even care.." He mumbled.
The ponies heard that, and all their eyes widden. "To them they thought i was the only one they needed and look what happened to them after that...Heh, What fools" He said, slightly smirking. This creeped the mares out a little. "Uh, Bendy?" Twilight called out. Bendy blinked and freaked out a little. "Oh so sorry, i got carried away there. I hope i didn't freak you girls out, i'm sorry if i did. Just thinking about it gets me a little agrivated" He said. "Oh no it's quite alright, darling" Rarity said. "Yeah, don't worry about it" Rainbow said.
"Uh, Maybe this is enough questions for now" Applejack said. "Yeah i think we're happy with the amount of time you spent with us here, Bendy" Pinkie asuered. Bendy stood up. "If you say so, i'll see you later" He said leaving.
After Bendy had left, The mane 6 let out a big sigh of relief. "That was bit more then i bargained for" Rarity said. Rainbow looked at Fluttershy. "Yo, Flutters. When you guessed the lyrics to that song that always bugs Bendy. It wasn't a lucky guess was it?" She asked. The yellow pegasus sighed. "You can see right through me, Rainbow. No it wasn't. I saw that very verse in my dream" She said. The ponies eyes widden. "Do you remember what it said?" Twilight asked, bringing out a notebook and a quill. "Of course i do. Sheep, Sheep, Sheep it's time for sleep. Rest your head, it's time fore bed. In the Morning you may wake, or in the morning you'll be dead" That last line left them dumbfounded.
"Uh, Didn' Bendy say that was a 'Lullaby'?" AJ asked. "That is NOT a pleasent Lullaby. I will not be singing that to Pound and Pumpkin in the future" Pinkie said. "It wasn't only that verse i saw. I saw this weird object on a table, and the name 'Sammy Lawrance' was on it" Fluttershy said. "Bendy's music director?" Rarity asked. "Actually, hearing 'Music director', the room i was in makes alot of sense. It was music room, with a orchestra and musical notes" Flutters added. Twilight put together pieces.
"Could it be possible, that the room you were in, is a part of where Bendy was created? His workplace?" She wondered. The others put that together now. "Oh my gosh, that does make sense" Rainbow said. "We all agree that it was a vision Rarity and Fluttershy had, not a dream. So the envoirment wasn't actually your minds projection, rather it was something planted into you. Maybe because of Alice and Boris. They clearly wanted to give us a message, but couldn't really Tell it straight to you. Whatever is going on we have to get to the bottom of it" The alicorn said. "Hol' up now, Twi. Are we staring to have Doubts about Bendy?" Applejack wondered.
"No no....I mean, maybe. No i mean, It's not for ill intent. It's just Bendy is clearly keeping something from us, mostly probably because he doesn't want to be reminded of it. But keeping it in is not healthy, if we just know the truth. We can help him more" Twilight explained. While the ponies were still unsure, her friends agreed.
It is now the day after the mane 6 were released from recovery and could return to their daily lives. They no longer feel sore, tired and overall just feels like themselves again. The library is now cleaned up after their 'Recovery slumber party' as Pinkie Pie called it. While it is strange it is all over, it's not like they're sad about it cause no way did they like going through all that. Today Twilight was in the throne room doing some paper work she didn't manage to do during that week of stress. She managed to do the work peacfully, a bit too peacefully she felt. She put down her work and looked around wondering about the whereabouts of a certain demon. "He's probably in his room. He never leaves the castle anyways" Speaking those words lit a lightbulb in Twilight's head. "He never leaves the castle. I didn't realize that. It's Not a good idea to keep him isolated here, maybe i can ask him to go outside with me later" She said to herself.
All of a sudden she heard a crash in the library, and she sprung up on her hooves, bursting through the doors of her throne room. Running as fast as her hooves could take her, Twilight reached the library and pushed the doors open. She saw a mess of books on the floor, aswell as the culprit behind the mess floating near a bookshelf. Bendy seemed just as surprised the alicorn. Twilight released the breath she didn't know she was holding. "Bendy, what are you doing?" She asked. Picking up the books from the floor. Having calmed down, Bendy landed infront of Twilight. "I'm so sorry if i startled you, Dear. I was just bored so i decided to read in your library. I was very curious on what books and knowledge this world contains" He said.
Twilight didn't see that coming. Despite his apearent knowledge, Bendy didn't really struck to her as a book type. She keeps on forgetting about the 'Don't judge a book by its cover' lesson. "Have you been in here long?" She asked. Bendy thought about it. "I don't know i didn't keep track of the time, but long enough for me to have almost read through half of the library" He said. The princess's eyes widden, she definantly didn't see that coming. She placed the books she had in her magic grasp down before speaking. "My, that's impressive. I didn't think you were the book type, no offense" She said. (Belive me guys, i would've cringed too at that 'repeated joke' hadn't it been for me being sick and brain dead)
"None taken, Twilight. Reading is the most effective way to pass the time in my openion, wich i had alot of back home" The demon said. Twilight flapped her wings so she could float up to Bendy's eye level. "Maybe so, but it's also nicer with company. Would you mind if i keep you company?" She asked. Bendy was a little taken back by that, but quickly came over it. "Not at all, My dear. I would love to have your company" He said, smiling. Twilight returned the smile as she grabbed a couple of books from the other bookshelf and gave some to Bendy. He accepted them and layed down on the floor with a pillow supporting his back. Twilight layed beside him on her tummy and opened a book.
It's been a good hour, and the two was still reading. They weren't reading in silence of course, they did spark a conversation here and there, mostly sharing openions on the books they read. Though at the moment, they're both very invested in the books their reading. However after while Bendy sighed wich caught Twilight's attention, causing her to look up from her book. "I know this is a random topic of discussion, but i feel it's something worth talking about. 'Manipulation', in the books i've read that deals with the topic they treat it like the plauge. How come?" The demon asked. Twilight raised a brow. "That was a pretty random question" She thought, but decides to engage in this new conversation.
"Well, i mean. Manipulation is bad. Being forced into doing something you don't want to" She said. Bendy chuckled. "That is what your instincts tells you to see it. Here is a Thought experiment for you, My dear. What makes Manipulation bad?" He asked. Now this certainly sudden for Twilight, but she doesn't mind a thought experiment. "Well, in some ways manipulation can be caused through a pony figuretivly entering somepony's mind and slowly changes their views to their benefit" She explained. Bendy hummed at that. "But here is the thing, my dear. I may have just been here for a few weeks, but i can already tell you've been unkowingly Manipulated AND Manipulative a couple of times in your life" He said, smirking.
The princess blinked and stood up defensifly. "What in the hay makes you say that?!" She asks. Bendy raises his hands. "Calm down, Twilight. Don't let your pride take deffence now, i was about to explain" He said. Twilight did calm down from that sudden outburst and layed back down. "First, the part about you being unkowingly manipulated. Has somepony, for exampel Pinkie Pie asked you out on something you weren't too keen on at first, but when she tells you it'll be really fun you end up going anyway?" The demon asked. Twilight was a bit creeped out by that, cause that has happened a few times with her and Pinke. She nodded anyways. "There you have a scenario of 'manipulation'. You didn't want to go with Pinkie at first, but then her words persvuades you other wise and you end up going" He finnished explaining.
That hit Twilight like a book to the head. However when she takes a step back and think about it, he's absoloutly right. She was manipulated by Pinkie those times, but there was no hidden agenda to them. "So that means.." However she stops herself. "What about the part where i have unkowingly manipulated?" She asked. "Well, i'm not 100% confident that you have done this. But there does exist a common scenario that involves manipulation. Say you're throwing your friend a surprise party, everything goes smoothly until the friend is dangerously close to discover the party and you're not ready yet. What do you do?" Bendy asks, leaning his head on his hand. After that previous scenario, Twilight already knew where this was headed. "I pursvuade them to go somewhere else..... I.E manipulate" She said.
Bendy nodded. "So tell me, Twilight dear. Is manipulation 'an evil trick'?" He asked. "Not really it seems. Ponies manipulate eachother without even realizing it, i guess it mostly depends on the pony's motive" Twilight answered. The demon hummed. "Well, yes. But then again the pony can twist their words and say that their motive were noble. Manipulation is a method of speech there's not much black and white to it, but that makes it more complicated to understand. Wich is why ponies such as yourself find it easier to view it as a bad thing so that you don't have to think much about it" He explains.
Twilight was amazed, not only has she learned something new about Bendy, but a new door of knowledge has opened up to her, it's not much but it's there. "Wow, Bendy. I get more and more impressed with your abillities. I don't think i would ever consider thinking about that topic, normally i would deem it 'unescessary for the moment'" She said. Bendy chuckled. "I belive all knowledge is good knowledge. Of course, the information given to us might not be all that fun or pleasent, but at least it helps us build our intelligence and understand the world around us better then anyone else could teach. Sometimes you got to teach yourself" He said. "My, That was phyllosophical. Well if you're one for learning, maybe you would like to go outside with me. We can check on the others and you'll learn what they do in their daily life" Twilight suggests.
Now Bendy was surprised. "I can leave the castle? I had the feeling you wanted me to remain here" He said. "Why would i want to isolate you? And if you're worried about the citizens of Ponyville, they have seen worse so i doubt they'll worry about you" The princess assured him. Bendy thought about it.
Is what Twilight thought as she was out in Ponyville, with the ink demon behind her. She isn't entirely sure why she is such a nervous wreck at the moment, the town ponies does pay them glances, but they don't cower in fear or are just uncomfortable. So there shouldn't be anything to worry about, right? Bendy didn't even mind the glances, he was just busy being fascinated by his surroundings wich Twilight can't blame him for, he had been isolated in his studio for who knows how long so it's understandable he'd be interested in this. "So Twilight, darling. Where are we going?" Said demon asked, breaking the silence.
Actually, Twilight hadn't fully thought out of where to go first, but it wasn't dificult for her to figure something out on the spot. "Well, i was thinking we could go to the girls places. You get to see where they live and what they do, you can also check on them to see how they're doing after the ritual" She said. Bendy hummed at her plan. "Very well, that would be nice. So wich of the girls are we going to first?" He asked. Twilight could see Sugercube corner in the distance, giving her the answer. "Sugercube corner is over there, that's where Pinkie lives. We can go there first" She said. Bendy hummed again in response, and continued to follow the princess.
They eventually reached Sugercube corner and entered. Inside the pair was greeted by the pink party pony, who was pleasently surprised by Bendy being there aswell. "Hi, Twilight! And Bendy, i didn't expect you'd be coming over. You've never left the castle have you?" She asked, stepping out from the counter. Bendy smirked a bit. "No i haven't, i thought i had to stay inside to avoid causing panic, but Twilight told me that wasn't the case. So how are you doing, Pinkie? You seem to be back to your sweet old self" He said, winking. Pinkie giggled as her cheeks flushed slightly. "Don't make me blush, Bendy. But yeah i feel much better now, it was great to finally be over with that ritual. Actually i had realized i never threw a welcome party for you, i do it for all newcomers to Ponyville. So that is what i'm going to do! I will be planning a 'Dalayed-Welcome Party' for you, i won't take no for an answer!" She exclaimed, already getting hyped. Bendy chuckled at the pony's enthusiasm. "That would be very sweet, my dear Pinkie. I'll be looking forward to it" He said.
The Alicorn stepped up to Pinkie. "Hey Pinkie, i'd like to buy 2 blueberry cupcakes please" She said. The party pony blinked, but quickly put 2-and-2 together and quickly went into the kitchen to pick up the cupcakes and placed them on the counter. "That'll 4 bits" She said. Twilight paid up and levitated one of the cupcakes over to Bendy. He was caught off guard by this sudden gesture, he takes the cupcake and looks at Twilight with a confused gaze. She lifted the other cupcake and took a bite out of it, before looking over at the demon. "I know you don't need to eat, but what's that to stop you from enjoying a cupcake with a friend" She said, smiling a little. Bendy didn't expect that, but he eventually smiled back and took a bite out of the cupcake aswell. "So, where to now?" He asked. Twilight started to head out of the bakery, waving bye to Pinkie before answering the demon. "We'll be heading Rarity now" She said. Bendy followed after her as they started heading towards Carousal Botique.
They had finally arrived at Rarity's shop and they see said pony waving a customer goodbye before noticing the pair. "Ah Twilight, Bendy! Nice to see you, come in come in" She said, gesturing them to come in wich they did. Twilight noticed that the black and white gowns Rarity made was on display. "Rarity, are you selling the gowns you made during that week?" She asked. Bendy looked over at the dresses aswell. Rarity scratched the back of her head a little. "I hadn't originally planned on selling them since they aren't exactly what i usually make. But somepony saw one of them and thought it was pretty, and so i realized while they are nice i wouldn't like to have them here to remind me of that agonizing week. So, say hello to my new fashion line that i call 'From dreams to life'" She said.
Twilight noticed that the demon had been staring at one gown for quite some time before turning to Rarity. "They are quite beautiful, darling. They would've looked better on you, though" He said. The fashion pony was caught off guard by that, her face flushed and she giggled. "Hahaha! Oh, Bendy you're quite the charmer indeed, are you certain most of your fans back home were just children?" She questioned, still blushing. Bendy gave it some thought. "I do recall there existed some fans who were adult women aswell. I remember one time seeing one in one of my shows, she was swooning over me though the funny part was that she attented the show with her partner, and throughout the entire performance i could see him giving me the stink-eye since i was supposedly 'stealing his lady'" He told them, laughing at the memory.
Twilight rolled her eyes. "So you've always been a 'flirter'?" She said. Bendy smirked. "You call it simply 'flirting', i call it 'giving women the compliments they deserve'. Back home, most women weren't treated very fairly and i hated seeing that. So i decided to take matters into my own hands" He explained. That confused Twilight a bit. "That doesn't explain the times you were teasing us" She said. Bendy's smirk didn't leave his face. "Some were compliments, your mind must've warped the words into sounding teasing. I do belive you and your friends are quite the beauties, and that i am happy that you consider me a friend" He said. Now things were just getting confusing again. Suddenly small hoofsteps could be heard running down the stairs, and into the shop apeared Rarity's little sister Sweetie Belle.
The filly wore a big smile. "I knew i recognize that voice, Mr. Bendy!" She exclaimed, running towards the demon who then scooped her up in his arms. "Well, if it isn't my dear little Sweetie Belle! How are you doing, darling?" He asked. Sweetie giggled. "I'm doing great, but i'm doing way better now seeing you! It feels like it's been forever!" She said. Bendy chuckled. "I hope you aren't planning to try out any dangerous spells again just to make me save you. It hurts me seeing angels such as you fall from the sky" He said, nuzzling the filly who let out another giggle. "Don't worry, i won't" She said. The demon set Sweetie Belle down. "Good to hear, now i sadly have to take my leave but i will come back for another visit. So can you wait for me?" He asked. Sweetie's eyes lit up at that and she nodded. "See you later then, Mr. Bendy!" She said, running back up the stairs.
The two adult ponies had just been quietly observing, with a warm smile on their faces. Bendy looked over at them. "What?" He asked, slightly emberressed. Rarity and Twilight giggled. "We just have never seen you deal with kids, and now that we have it's just adorable" The fashion pony said. Bendy slightly laughed as he rolled his eyes. "Well then, where to now Twilight?" He asked. Said pony snapped back to reality and cleared her throat. "Right, uh next stop is Applejack's. See you later, Rarity" She said, leaving the shop followed by the ink demon. "Bye Twilight, Bye Bendy! Have a great day!" Rarity called out, before closing the door.
The pair was now stepping towards Sweet Apple acers, where they could see the Apple Family working. Applejack stepped up to the barn with a carrige on her with some crates of apples. She then notices the two. "Oh hey Twilight! Howdy, Bendy! Nice to see you out n' about" She said, detatching herself from the carrige. The farm pony them perked up thinking of something. "Oh wait a sec, this is perfect! You can meet my family now!" She said, placing a hoof next to her mouth. "Everypony! Come here there is someone i'd like you to meet!" She called out.
After a minute came 3 other ponies. A red stallion, a yellow filly and a green elder. They were a bit surprised at the demon that was in front of them. Applejack looked at the group before turning towards Bendy. "Bendy, this here is my family! That's Big Macintosh, my older brother! Then this is Applebloom, my little sister! And then Granny Smith, my granny!" She introduced the ponies in order. She then looked over at her family. "Everypony, this here is Bendy! He's a new friend of mine" She said. While the apearence of the demon was a bit unsetteling, the family did warm up eventualy. "Well, Bendy it's mighty nice to meet ya! Any friend of Applejack's is ok in my book!" Granny Smith said. Bendy gave a polite smile. "I'm relived to hear that, Granny Smith" He said.
Then Applebloom stepped up to him. "Hey aren't you the one who saved Sweetie Belle a few days ago?" She asked. Bendy crouched down to the filly's level. "Yes i was, are you a friend of Sweetie Belle's?" He asked. Applebloom nodded. Bendy smirked. "Sweetie told me she had friends but didn't speak much about you. Wich is such a shame, how could she not tell me about such a cute little flower?" He wondered. The filly blushed in emberressment. "I'm not that cute" She said trying to calm down. Bendy lifted her up. "Nonsense! You should be happy about how cute you are, don't talk down on yourself like that it will just make me sad. I'm sure i'm not the only one who thinks you're cute, ain't that right, Applejack?" He asked, looking at the farm pony.
Applejack giggled a bit. "You're right. I think Applebloom is the cutest little sister one could ever ask for" She said. Bendy placed the blushing filly down and smiled. "Come on, there's no need to be emberressed!" The demon said, before swirling his finger around forming a ring of ink. Granny Smith and Big Mac were fascinated by that, then suddenly the ring started to form edges poking out and then it changed color, like the color of old paper. The ink was formed as a flower crown and was placed on Applebloom's head. She was surprised at that, but accepted the gift anyway. Twilight and Applejack had never seen Bendy do that. Twilight stepped over to Bendy. "Won't that just melt?" She whispered to him. The ink demon shook his head. "Not in that form it won't, it's a more solid form" He whispered back.
Suddenly everyone heard a raspy voice coming from the barn. "Hey, A.J, you need help with the apple bucking? I'm done rest-" Out came Rainbow Dash, her wings still bound. She cut herself off seeing Twilight and Bendy. "Woah, Bendy, Twilight. Didn't expect you here" She said, stepping over to the group. "We could say the same thing, Rainbow. What are you doing here?" Bendy asked. Applejack answered for the pegasus. "Since the hospital has forbid Rainbow of flying for the next few days, she can't really go home so she'll be staying here" She said. Rainbow stretched. "Atleast here i can still do some physichal activity. It was my own fault getting wound up like this" She said. "Well we hope you'll feel better soon, Dashie. Bendy and i are gonna head over to Fluttershy's place now" Twilight said, turning to leave. The group waved bye to the two who returned the gesture and left the farm.
They were on their way to Fluttershy's place however Twilight noticed Bendy was getting a bit exhausted. "Hey Bendy, are you alright? We don't have to head to Flutterhy's if you aren't feeling well, i don't want to push you" She said, a bit worried. Bendy took a deep breath and exhaled. "Yeah, well it's not really surprising. I can't remember the last time i was outside, i'm surprised i managed to hold out this long. But i just feel bad about not paying Fluttershy a visit when we've visited everypony else" He said. The princess placed a hoof on his hand. "Let's head back to the castle, i can invite Fluttershy over for tea tomorow" She suggested. Bendy looked down at Twilight and smiled. "Thanks, Twilight" He said. So the pair turned around and started heading back to the castle, ending Bendy's first day out in Ponyville.
