What he doesn't know is that she is not the same. Now He and Twilight must help each other for surviving high school and getting Twilight's crown back and send her back home.
It’s been almost a year since Wolf-Spider’s death. Twilight took the role as Equestria’s new hero, and Equestria was in peace. Twilight faced many foes since she became Equestria’s hero. She fought against a bunch of everfree vines, and Lord Tirek, himself. Being a hero was not easy. You have your ups and you have your downs. But in the end, Twilight would always find a way to win. But all of that was about to change. One night in Canterlot, a few guards were guarding the entrance to the Canterlot Castle, just standing there and talking.
“Hey”.
“Yeah”?
“You ever wonder why we’re here”?
“It’s one of life’s great mysteries, isn’t it? Why ARE we here?...Are we the product of..some cosmic coincidence or...is there really a god..watching everything, you know, with a plan for us and stuff?….I don’t know man, but it keeps me up at night”.
“...............What? I mean why are we out here at the main entrance”?
“Oh...uuhh…...yeah”.
“And what was that stuff about god”?
“Umm..n-nothing”.
“Do you wanna talk about it”?
“No”.
“You sure”?
“Yeah”.
“Seriously, though. Why are we out here? As far as I can tell, it’s a high level security castle. No way in or out”.
“Mmhmm”.
“The only reason why we got assigned to this job was because Celestia told us to. And the only reason why Celestia assigned us out here is because this castle needs more security”.
“Yeah. That’s because we’re guarding the entrance from any bandits and stuff like that”.
“Nono. What I mean is….if we lost and they were to take over this castle and take over Equestria, they would have basically nothing to conquer. What are they gonna do, then”?
“What’s up with that, anyway? I mean, I signed up to fight some monsters. Next thing I know, Wolf-Spider sacrificed himself to save Equestria from the forces of evil and I’m stuck here at the entrance of a big castle, guarding from a bunch of bandits”. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile from a long distance, a mysterious figure with binoculars with evil eyes. She twists some kind of device and throws it at the guards. The device goes off and a bunch of gas bursts out. It appeared to be a smoke bomb. The mysterious mare walks in the front entrance and heads inside the castle. She appears to be after something. She reaches to one of the bedrooms and spots Twilight sleeping. She wants Twilight’s crown! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Five hours ago…..in another world. A group of thugs with their boss with them. They walk inside what appears to be a magic shop. When they walk inside the store, the a mysterious boy in a green hoodie is shown at the other side of the shop, with headphones and reading a few magic comic books.
The crime boss walks up to the cashier and says “Do you how hard it is to find a magic shop opened this late”? As he pulls a gun on the cashier.
“Please. Just take my cash and leave” the cashier said in fear while holding his hands up.
“Shshsh. Calm down. We’re not here for your money. Grab the spell books”.
The crime boss’s men start grabbing spell books left and right. Every single one off of every bookshelf. Until one of the thugs spot the boy with the green hood. The thug pulls out his gun and says “Alright, kid. Put you hands where I can see them”.
But the kid didn’t answer. The thug gets annoyed and walks towards the boy and says “Hey, I said hand in the air. Are you deaf or something?’. The thug grabs the boy by his shoulder to get his attention to see that the boy has a mask had headphones on. The boy takes them off and asks “Yes”?.
“I said put your hands in the air, now” the thug said.
“Are you..robbing me”?
“YES”!.
“Ooooh”.
The boy smiles as he kicks the thug literally out of the shop. Another thug tries to stop the thug, but the boy used his crowbar to give the thug a smack across the jaw and sending him through the window. The kid jumps through the window and the crime boss look at the boy to see that he looks like a vigilante. The boy throws his crowbar around like they were nun-chucks just to show the thugs his menacing pose.
“Okay then…...BOOOYS”! The crime boss said as his henchmen went after the vigilante boy.
The thugs opened fire on the boy but he blocked him by spinning his crowbar so fast, that it deflected the bullets. When the thugs ran out of ammo, the boy threw his crowbar at one of them, and ran up to the thug so fast that he broke the sound barrier, literally sending the thug to the ground. The thug tried to get up but the boy grabbed his crowbar, put it in a golf-club position and shouted “FOUR” and sends the thug flying towards the rest of the other thugs, making a strike.
“You were very useless, truly you were. Well, boy, I think we can all say that it’s been an eventful evening. As as much as I love to stick around, I’m afraid THIS is where we part ways” the crime boss said as he threw a smoke bomb and starts running off, heading towards the roofs.
The boy clears the smoke and starts chasing after the crime boss. When he caught up to him on the roof, cornering him, he says “Hey! First of all: The name’s Wolf-Spider! And secondly: Stop right there! You’re going to jail”.
The crime boss just sighs and says “You’re so persistent” as he jumps off the roof. Wolf-Spider looks down the roof to see that the crime boss jumped on a jet. Wolf-Spider uses his impact webbing to stop the jet and apparently, it’s working.
“That little brat just won’t quit! Hey, boss. A little help here”? The crime boss asked his boss as a mysterious figure lets go of the wheel and lets the crime boss take control as she opens a front door and starts throwing fireballs.
Wolf-Spider dodges them but lets go of the jet in the process. He shoots a big strand of webbing to grab the jet and tries to use all of his strength to pull it back. But he’s stuck. Just when the mysterious figure threw another fireball at Wolf-Spider, another mysterious figure grabs the fireball and throws it back. But when the fireball with the mysterious figure in the jet, it hit the jet as well. That causing Wolf-Spider to let go because he couldn’t hold on to the plane much longer. The jet flies away and the crime boss and the mysterious figure got away. The other mysterious figure turns to Wolf-Spider
“You’re….Master Strike!...Can I have your autograph”?! Wolf-Spider said out of excitement.
Back in the present, in Equestria, Twilight wakes up from a loud noise, she looks at the door to see a mysterious figure in a dark cloak with her crown and running off.
“HEY! SHE’S GOT MY CROWN! STOP, THIEF”! Twilight shouted as she gives chase to the thief.
Twilight teleports in front of the thief but the thief just teleported through her, leaving her dark cloak behind. Twilight starts chasing her again until she tackles her inside the treasure room. The crown falls out the the thief’s bag and starts bouncing around until it hits and goes through a mysterious mirror.
“What did you do with my crown”?! Twilight asked the thief.
“Sorry it had to be this way, princess” the thief replied as she teleported in front of the mirror and goes through it.
“W-what just happened”? Twilight asked herself. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Back on earth, three hours ago, Wolf-Spider sits in a room with this “Master Strike” person.
“I hope you realize that your actions, tonight, will not be taken lightly, young man. You put yourself and others in grave danger”. Master Strike said.
“They started it”! Wolf-Spider replied.
“If it were up to me, you’d be sent home, with a pat on the back,......and a slap on the wrist”.
“Okay...gotcha” Wolf-Spider said as he started to shake in his boots.
“But, there is someone here who would like to meet you” Master Strike replied.
Master Strike moves out of the way to reveal that the mystery person that wanted to meet Wolf-Spider was…..Spider-Man, himself!
“Wolf-Spider, isn’t it”? Spidey asked.
“You’re the Spider-Man….from Youtube...I-I mean...yes. It is. Sorry”. Wolf-Spider said as he starts acting like a typical fanboy.
“I’m flattered. But, where did you learn to do what you did, tonight”?
“Um….I...I was always able to do that...ever since I got my powers”.
“You have spider powers”?
“Yeah….a month ago...I was caught in some sort of explosion (not from gamma radiation. I can tell you that)”.
“So, why did you do the things you do”?
“Well...a wise woman once told me that “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”....now that I have these powers, I have the power to help others. Or at least try my best, anyway”.
“I see….but you’re much younger than I am. Should you being doing...I don’t know...kid things? Plus, isn’t your mother worried about you or something”?
“Please don’t call me that...and….I’m an orphan”.
“Oh…..Sorry, But..there’s something about you...feels familiar. I don’t what but something feels familiar about you”.
“Maybe because I have almost the same powers as you. Minus the whole changing skin color and paralyzing touch thing”.
“Maybe that. But anyway, it’s okay if you go out crime fighting. But it’s not a typical walk in the park. It will be difficult-”.
“Plus a little work on that costume of yours” Master Strike told Wolf-Spider as he cut offed Spider-Man.
“HEY! It’s a prototype”! Wolf-Spider complained.
“I’m only kidding...but you really need a new costume, though”.
“Yeah...maybe you’re right”. I’ve only used the stuff I’ve found in my closet and stitched them together”.
“What’s your real name? Curious” Spider asked Wolf-Spider.
“Well...I guess I can trust you...my name is Midnight Wolf. And I know, it’s a weird name for a guy like me. But I really want to help”.
“Which is why I’m sending you to a town, tomorrow morning. I’ve never been there, myself. But I’ve heard it’s pretty filled with danger. You think you’re up for the task”?
“Okay. I’m up for it. Anything to help those people” Wolf-Spider replied. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Present time...on Earth.
“You’ve gotta be kidding me. I’m going to a High School?!” Midnight complained.
Midnight looks at his location to see “Canterlot High”. Midnight gets annoyed that he has to go through high school again. He starts walking around, to see what kind of annoyance he’s gonna go through. But so far, no bullies and everything's good so far. But he heard a huge “GONK” from around the corner. He looks to see that a girl just got hit in the head with...a crown? Midnight walks up to the girl to see what was going on.
“Hey, ms. You okay”? Midnight asked the girl.
“Um….yeah...just got hit in the head with a crown. Don’t know where it came from”.
“Ouch….hmm...I’ll take it to the principle's office. Oh, I forgot to mention. I’m new here. Name’s Midnight Wolf. What’s your name”?
“Um...I’m….Fluttershy”.
“Huh”?
“I’m….Fluttershy”
“Can you speak up, please? I can hardly hear you. It sounds like your name is...Fluttershy”?
Fluttershy nods her head, yes. Giving Midnight the answer he needed.
“That’s a nice name. You need some help with those papers”?
“Um...that’s very kind of you, Midnight. By the way, where are you transferring from?”
“Let’s just say that….I’m from somewhere else. Come on, I’ll help you out. You seem to be having trouble with these…”Animal Shelter” papers. Wait….do they have puppies”?
“Um...yes”.
“PUPPIIEEEEEES! YAHOOOO”!
“Oh my. You like puppies”?
“Of course I do. Especially pugs and corgis. Those pups are too adorable that they can give me a heart attack out of adorableness”.
Fluttershy giggles a little bit. Maybe things won’t be so bad for Midnight, after all. Midnight helps her with her papers and they both bring the crown to the principal's office, with Fluttershy’s guidance on where it was, that is. After that, Fluttershy and Midnight decided to part ways because Fluttershy had to get to class and Midnight still needs to look around. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Meanwhile back at the statue, Twilight opens her eyes, to see just a ladybug. Spike’s voice gets her attention when he said “Uh..Twilight”?
“Huh? Spike. You’re not supposed to….Spike...are you a...dog”? Twilight asked, looking surprised of what she sees.
“I think so. But I have no idea what you are” Spike replied.
Twilight raises her...hands to her faces and she’s speechless. She screams for a second and then covers her mouth. She looks at her hands like the first time she saw hands and she starts swinging them around while panicking like some kind of maniac. She even looks at her legs. In her head, you can tell that she has no idea what she’s become.
“Twilight, you have to get it, together” Spike said while trying to calm Twilight down.
“What does the rest of me look like”? Twilight asked Spike, with worry in her voice.
“Um...like you. Only not you... your muzzle is really small”.
“My muzzle”?!
Spike rushes up to her, covering her mouth and asks “Are you gonna scream, again”? Twilight nods her head, no, and Spike lets go of her mouth. Both of them look around to see that they have no idea where they are.
“Where are we”? Spike questioned.
“I don’t know. But that...statute must serve as the gateway back to Equestria. We need to find my crown as soon as possible and get back there. I suggest that we start searching the castle, first” Twilight replied.
“Works for me-” Spike said as he saw a familiar face at the distance.
Spike runs towards the person. Twilight turns her head to the person’s face and she stand there in shock of who she finds. It was Midnight! And...he was so young the last time she saw him. Midnight looks at Twilight in shock as well. Midnight hasn’t seen her old friend in almost forever. The last time he saw her when back then when they were just children. Both have tears in their eyes. Both haven’t seen each other in so long. But they don’t know it but….they are not the same people they know each other by. Twilight is from Equestria and Midnight is from Earth. So..Midnight welcomes her with open arms. Just from looking at him, Twilight knows that walking is different from Equestria. So, she stands up and tries to walk towards Midnight. But when she got close enough, she tipped over. But Midnight was able to catch her in time. Midnight was confused about how Twilight walked towards him. It was like she didn’t knew how to walk. But he didn’t care. Twilight looks up to Midnight’s face just to look at his young and handsome face she never got to see in so long. Both of them hugged each other with passion. Their love was so strong that nothing could tear them apart. That is until they opened their eyes to see that everybody else were looking at them, funny. Both of them separate from each other and both of them started to blush.
“Um…..hi” Twilight said while blushing.
“It’s uh….been a while, Twilight” Midnight replied, blushing uncontrollably as well.
After that...reunion, Midnight and Twilight head inside the school. While searching the school, Midnight hears a familiar voice and another different voice. They checked around the corner to see that it was Midnight’s friend, Fluttershy in fear of a bacon hair girl.
“Oh...I’m really sorry. I just found it..and I thought I should give it to her. I didn’t know you’ve dropped it” Fluttershy said in fear.
“Well, I did. And I was about to get it before you swooped in and ruined everything. You shouldn’t pick up things that don’t belong to you” the bacon hair girl said.
“It...it doesn’t belong to you either-”
“EXCUSE ME”?!
“N-n-nothing”.
“That’s what I thought. It’s as good as mine and you know it. You really are pathetic. It’s no wonder that your best friends are all stray animals”.
Midnight gets super triggered and steps forward. And so does Twilight.
“What was that about being a stay animal”?! Midnight said in anger.
“How dare you speak to her that way”! Twilight said as well.
The bacon hair girl turns around and asks “What did you say”?
“I said what was that about being a stray animal” Midnight replied at the same time as Twilight said “I said how dare you speak to her that way”.
Both Midnight and Twilight give the bacon hair girl that menacing glare until Midnight’s eyes turned purple for one second and back. The girl just smirks and says “Psssh. You must be new, here” as she starts walking away.
“I can speak to anyone, anyway I want” the bacon hair girl said as she intimidated everyone around her.
“I can’t believe you did that, you two” Fluttershy said
“Well, we couldn’t just stand there” Twilight replied
“Yeah. You alright, Fluttershy? Did she hurt you”? Midnight asked Fluttershy
“I’m fine...it’s just that..nobody stand up to Sunset Shimmer”
“Sunset Shimmer”?! Both Midnight and Twilight said but Midnight with a more confused voice.
“You’ve heard of her”?
“Well, I haven’t. You both do”? Midnight asked both of them they both nodded their heads, yes. “Okay...can any of you tell me what is she like or something”?
“On the day she arrived, everyone looked around, and they gazed in wide wonder, at the news they had found. She said she’ll break their bodies if they don’t leave her alone. People could tell right away that she was Bad To The Bone!”
“Baaaaad to the Bone”? Both Midnight and Twilight questioned.
“Baaaad to the Bone” Fluttershy said while still singing.
“B-B-B-Bad”? Midnight questioned in fear.
“B-B-B-Bad” Fluttershy replied.
“B-B-B-Bad”? Twilight also questioned in fear.
“Baaaaaad to the Bone” Fluttershy replied as she continued to sing.
“She broke a thousand bones before she met you. She’ll break a thousand more, before you are through. She’s onto you pretties, you and you alone. I’m here to tell you two that she is Bad to the Bone”!

“B-B-B-Bad”?

Midnight and Twilight got frightened of how Fluttershy described Sunset Shimmer. Was she really that bad news? If that is true, then this could be a problem for Twilight to get her crown back. Fluttershy continued to sing.
“She can make a jock-boy beg, she’ll make a good woman steal. She can make the boys blush, and then she’ll make them squeal. She’s onto you pretties, you and you alone. I’m here to tell you two that she is Bad to the Bone”!
“B-B-B-Bad”?
“B-B-B-Bad”!
“B-B-B-Bad”?
“Bad to the Bone”!
The way that Fluttershy described Sunset Shimmer was so intimidating. Even Midnight was getting chills down his spine. He started shaking in his boots and was starting to hold Twilight in fear. Twilight was only a little bit scared. She tried so hard to deny it but deep down, she knew that she was scared, too. Fluttershy continues the song.
“And when she walk the halls, boys and girls step aside. Everyone she met, they all stay terrified. I wanna tell you, pretty guys, well you see she makes her own. And I’m here to tell you two that she is Bad to the Bone”!
“Baaaad to the bone”?
“B-B-B-Bad”!
“B-B-B-Bad”?
“B-B-B-Bad! Bad to the Bone”!
When Fluttershy was finished singing, Fluttershy finds that Twilight is holding Midnight because Midnight was scared. Fluttershy understood why he was scared. She would be, too if she saw Sunset Shimmer. Fluttershy spotted something behind the two and she gasps in excitement of what she saw.
“Oh my goodness! Who’s this sweet little guy”? Fluttershy asked the two while her eyes were glazed away at the little purple puppy.
“That’s Spike. My…uh…..dog” Twilight replied, while putting Midnight down.
“Oh, he so CUTE! Go on. Eat up, little pup” Fluttershy said as she grabbed a dog treat out of her bag and giving it to Spike.
Spike took a bite out of the treat and he absolutely loved it. So much so that he started to gobble up the whole thing. Fluttershy still lost in the sight of Spike asks “Oh, would you just give anything to know what they’re really thinking”? Before Twilight replied “He usually just tells me” and that makes Fluttershy snap out of it out of confusion. Even Midnight was confused of what Twilight said, as well.
“Oh...um...I mean...nothing. Hehe. Nevermind” Twilight shrugged off. “Sunset Shimmer said you’ve picked something up. Something that belonged to her. It wasn’t a crown, was it”?
“How did you know”? Fluttershy asked the purple girl.
“Uh, lucky guess. Hehe. Do you still have it”?
“Enope.”.
“But you know what happened to it”?
“Eyup. This morning, I was passing out flyers for the animal shelter like I do every Wednesday. I have no idea how it got there. But I didn’t want anything to happen to it. So I decided give it to Principal Celestia”.
“Principal Celestia”? Both Midnight and Twilight said in confusion.
“She’s the ruler, here”? Twilight asked the shy girl.
“You, could say that. Technically, I guess she and Vice Principal Luna do make the rules”
“Where is she, now”?
“Probably in her office”.
Twilight and Spike started to run the opposite direction from each other. It was pretty clear that they don’t know where her office is. Midnight didn’t even move a muscle. He brought his hand out and said “Three. Two. One” before Twilight and Spike come back. It was obvious that Midnight called it.
“Third door on your left” Fluttershy pointed out.
“Thank you, Fluttershy. Hope to see you around” Midnight said before running along with Twilight and Spike.
“Oh, wait!” Fluttershy managed to say before they completely left. “You’re not really supposed to have pets on school grounds. Might wanna tuck them into your backpack. That’s what I do”.
“Oh. Okay. Thank you” Twilight said before the bell rang and Midnight, herself, and Spike were off to the Principal’s office.
During the trip, Midnight felt concerned about Twilight and decided to chat with her along the way.
“Um...Twilight, we need to talk” Midnight said, getting Twilight’s attention.
“What is it, Midnight”? Twilight asked.
“You’ve been acting weird, lately. When I first saw you, outside, you were walking funny as if you didn’t know how to walk, you said some strange things while talking to Fluttershy like calling the Principal the “leader” of the place, and saying that your dog just tells you. What’s going on? Is everything alright”?
“Oh..um….it’s nothing really. Just trying to get used to the fact that I’m new here”.
Midnight raises his eyebrow and Twilight was getting sweaty. Twilight was about to spill the beans. But before Twilight was about to tell Midnight the truth, Midnight hits the door with his face. (This is why you should always watch where you’re going, kids)
“Ouch! Nevermind. We’ll talk about it, later” Midnight said in an annoyed voice while opening the door.
Twilight knocked on the door and Celestia said “Come in” before Midnight opened the door and Twilight started bowing like she was her prized pupule. But Principal Celestia didn’t even notice her doing that and Midnight just facepalms.
“How may I help you”? The principal of the school asked.
“Um...uh...my name’s Twilight Sparkle. I’m...uh...new here and..well I understand that Fluttershy found a crown, this morning, and gave it to you” Twilight said.
“Yes. I’ve had Vice Principal Luna put it somewhere for safekeeping. No idea how it ended up on the front lawn. Were you interested in running for princess at the Fall Formal, this year”?
“Uh..no. Not exactly. This truth is..well the truth is I...you see...the crown is actually-princess of the Fall Formal”?
“What’s the Fall Formal” Midnight asked.
“It’s Canterlot High’s big fall dance” Celestia answered.
“Like the Grand Galloping Gala” Twilight said.
“The Grand Galloping Gala”? Both Celestia and Midnight said in confusion.
“Oh..uh..it was a big deal at my old school” Twilight lied
“And was there a princess”?
“Yes. But she wasn’t exactly a student”.
“Here in Canterlot High, the students select one of their peers to represent them. She receives her crown at the Fall Formal”.
Midnight and Twilight look at one of the walls to see that there are multiple pictures of Sunset Shimmer and each one is more terrifying than the last. Midnight can see that something’s up. Sunset Shimmer seems to want something. From the looks of it, she seems to want power. So Midnight starts to think to himself, he needs to find out more about Sunset Shimmer. When both of them went out the door, Twilight asks “You asked me if I was interested in running for princess. Can anyone run”?
“Yes. You just need to let the head of the Fall Formal planning committee know you would like to be on the ballot. Was there anything else”?
“Um..nope. That was it”.
“Well if you do need anything else, my door is always open”.
Principal Celestia closes her door. Clearly that was just an expression. Midnight had some time to think about it and decides to tell Twilight something.
“Hey, Twilight. I’m gonna go….get something….in my logbook…” Midnight tried to lie.
“Ok. see ya around” Twilight replied as both of them went their separate ways. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Midnight finds the nearest empty hallway and he uses his will-power to turn his skin invisible. He grabs a tape-player and hits the play button as it starts playing Redbone’s “Come and Get Your Love” and puts on his headphones. When he was fully invisible, he says to himself “Ok, Midnight. Time to learn about what’s going on in this school” as he starts crawling on the ceiling until he was able to find Sunset Shimmer.
“There you are” Midnight said in his head. “Slow down, Midnight. Take your time. Don’t wanna get caught here”.
“What were you, two?! I’ve been looking all over for you, two”?! Sunset Shimmer shouted at two guys.
“Well...you see..uh...we” one of the boys said as Sunset Shimmer pulled on both of their ears.
Midnight felt bad for those two but he really can’t do anything. He was literally on top of them. He started to shake until he realized that he was sweating and a dropping of his sweat dropped on the floor and somehow Sunset Shimmer heard it. She tells the guys to shush as she looks around.
“But..Sunset Shimmer! We have something to say! It’s the crown! Someone reported a sighting of it coming through the statue”! One of the two guys said
“WILL YOU BE QUIET! Don’t you think I’m aware of the situation? I was up all night, trying to find and snatch it” Sunset shouted quietly
“Me and Snails did some calculations. If anyone finds about the parallel world inside the statue, they’ll tell the police, the school will be shut down and we’ll be kept in captivity and probably EXPERIMENTED ON”!
“Yeah, well until we knew for sure, we’ll act like nothing. Understand? You just keep an eye on those two new students and I’ll take care of the crown. And when I find whoever tried to rat it out, they’re DEAD”! Sunset said as she hit one of the lockers and drags Snips and Snails out of the hallway and out of sight. Midnight knows something’s up. And all of the answers lie in two things. The person who reported that sighting and the crown. He needs to help Twilight win that crown since that’s the only possible solution in finding the answers. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sunset Shimmer and her cronies made it to where the Fall Formal will take place and instantly starts complaining like a spoiled brat.
“This. Looks. TERRIBLE! There should be more streamers near the stage and fewer balloons” She said as she popped two balloons with her fingers and looks at one of those apple drinks that Applejack put down, earlier. “Fizzy apple cider?! Ugh! This is my coronation, not a hoedown”!
“Well now, it ain’t necessarily gonna be YOUR coronation, this time around” Applejack said
“Oh, is that so? You country folk really aren’t that bright. Must be why the others didn’t say such awful things about you. Obviously, it’s gonna be MY coronation. I’m running unopposed”.
“Not this time. The new girl just signed up” Pinkie explained.
“WHAT”?! Sunset Shimmer said in shock.
“I know. She has really bad hand-writing”.
“Where is this Twilight Sparkle!.....I mean, I’m looking forward to meeting the competition”.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Midnight just hangs on the ceiling in shock. Sunset is gonna go after Twilight. He has to do something. He tries his best to sneak out of there and succeeds to go find his friend. When he found her, he tries to explain to her in a blind panic but was too late. Sunset Shimmer was already behind them.
“Can’t believe that I didn’t recognize you, earlier. Should have known Princess Celestia would send her prized pupil, here after my crown..and her little dog, too” Sunset said in a menacing voice.
“Okay...One: Nobody makes Wizard of Oz references but me. And Two: You leave her out of this, Sunset” Midnight stepped up.
“Okay, I respect your decision….oh wait...you didn’t tell him, Twilight? HA! I thought you did when you met him”.
“Wait, what? Tell me what? Twilight, what is she talking about”?
“Oh, nothing...nothing for the princess’s DEAD boyfriend needs to worry about. Too bad you’re both separate worlds apart”.
“Dead?.....Worlds?.....Twilight”.
“You leave him alone, Sunset! He’s done nothing”! Twilight shouted.
“Oh, I’m not doing anything. You’re the one that’s been lying to him over the past few hours. Both of you don’t know the first thing about this place and I already rule it” Sunset explained.
“If that’s so, do you even need my crown? You went to an awful a lot of trouble to switch it with the one that belongs here”.
“Pop quiz: What happens when you bring an element of harmony into an alternate world? You don’t know? Seriously?! HA! And you’re supposed to be Princess Celestia’s star student? Then again, what were the chances she finds somepony as bright as me to take under her wing after I decided to leave Equestria? It’s embarrassing that you were the best she could do”
Midnight shoots a strand of webbing across the wall to intimidate Sunset but failed and Midnight got sooo ticked off and says “You shut your dirty mouth” before his eyes turned purple and monstrous for a quick second and back.
“Oh, and I better get those eyes checked out. Hate for you to be..experimented on” Sunset said.
“Is that a threat”?
“Oh, of course not. But I would cut down the mutant side if I were you. Don’t want anyone to find out that both of you don’t belong here. Now would you? You want to be a princess, here? Please. You don’t know the first thing about fitting in….And Twilight, I would tell him if I were you” Sunset said before leaving them.
“Twilight, I could never hate you. Just tell me what’s going on. I can take it. I promise you that I won’t hate you...Just tell me what’s going on”
“Okay…...I’m not the Twilight that you know...I’m not from around here. I’m from another world called Equestria. I’m a princess there and the reason why I’m here is that Sunset stole my crown and I’m trying to get it back….there was a Midnight from my world...but…..he…...he sacrificed himself to save me”.
“Oh….I’m really sorry...It’s okay. I’m still here. Is that what all of this is about? Well why didn’t you just say so? I promise you that I’ll help you get your crown back. Also, Earlier, I was spying in Sunset and she said that someone reported a sighting of the crown coming through the statue and she said to act like nothing happened. The only question is that who tried to report it”?
“I don’t know...but...there is more to the story than you think….After the Midnight from my world died….I promised to become a princess and a hero to honor my friend..plus...he planned to marry me before he died….and…..I was the one who killed him...I was under control of an evil mare named Lightning Dust and she ordered me to kill him…..but...his love freed me and I regret it for the rest of my life”.
“Hey, you can’t think like that. You still have me. And coming from me, that me from your world wouldn’t have you beating yourself up over what happened. He laid down his life for you. That shows how much he loves you”
Twilight starts shedding happy tears and hugs Midnight. Midnight accepts the hug and closes his eyes and just smiles and says “You know, I’m starting to think why that Midnight loved you. Now, let’s go win ourselves a crown”.
After some talking over it, they decided to head over to the library to do some research of the school. But what they don’t know is that Snips and Snails are spying on them with cell-phones. Midnight’s buzzing noise goes off and he manages to find them both hiding.
“Well, well, well. What do we have here? Snips and Snails, eh? Just as I suspected. Sunset sent you two to spy on us. Well, buzz off. And when I let both of you go, I better not find you two spying on us again….or else” Midnight said as he grabs both of them by the collars, turned his eyes purple and back with a sinister smile to scare both of them and gives them the shush, easier telling them both not to tell their little secret.
Snips and Snails start running off in fear as Midnight just laughs and says quietly because they were in the library “And stay out”! As he runs back to Twilight to continue on their research. Midnight catches Twilight not properly using the computer like normal person and he instantly knew that he’s gonna have to teach her how to blend in. So, he tells her to use her fingers and starts teaching her how to use the computer.
A few hours later, school ended and Midnight told Twilight that he’ll be back tomorrow morning. When he makes it outside, he puts his costume on and starts swinging around. He figures if he’s gonna find that person who reported the crown going through the statue, he might as well take a look at the security cameras. He made sure that they’re no guards and head for the cameras. Wolf-Spider saw Twilight sleeping in the library and blushed in adorableness. He soon snaps out of it and plays back the video from yesterday of when the crown went through the statue. He starts looking around until he discovers a mysterious figure with her cell phone out and recording the whole thing. He tries to zoom in to see who that was behind that hood but he gets caught by a security guard and runs off. When he escaped, Wolf-Spider asked himself “Who was that under that hood”? ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The following morning, Midnight finds Twilight exiting the library. He walks up to her and asks “So, did you find anything useful”?
“Well, we found a yearbook and-....why is everybody looking at us like that”? Twilight asked when she looked around to see everyone silently giggling.
Both of them got dragged by the arms by…..Rarity?! Midnight has no clue who Rarity is but Twilight shocked that it’s her. Rarity runs up to both of them and starts measuring them both. Rarity walks up to her backpack and pulls out a type of dress for Twilight and a type of disguise for Midnight and says “Perfect” as she puts the disguises on both of them instantly.
“Oh, yes. This is good. No one will recognize you” Rarity said.
“Why wouldn’t we wanna be-” Twilight said but was interrupted.
“And, We’ll need a disguise for your dog. Which is too bad. He really is so adorable. You know, with a little work, I think I can make him look like a rabbit, instead”.
“A rabbit”? Midnight questioned.
“Thair ya ahr, twilaahyt” Applejack said, coming through the door.
“So much for the disguise” Rarity said in an annoyed tone.
“Ah've bee-yn lookin' all ovher for ya”.
“Me, too” Fluttershy said, coming through the door as well.
“Me, three” Pinkie also said. “I like your new looks”.
“I do have an eye for these sort of things. Not that you seemed to care” Rarity explained.
“What”?!
“Why do you think she doesn’t care”? Twilight asked
“Yeah, and someone please tell me what’s going on”? Midnight also asked.
“Yeah, exactly. Why are you all looking for us? What’s going on”?
“Oh. They haven’t seen it, yet” Fluttershy said in a worried voice.
“Seen what”? Both Midnight and Twilight asked at the same time before Pinkie Pie brings out her laptop and shows them what they wanted to know.
“Oh, it’s really not that bad. Hehe” Pinkie Pie said.
The screen on her laptop loaded some kind of video and it appeared to have Midnight and Twilight in it. But...things were about to get worse. The first scene was Twilight banging around the keyboard back at the library like some idiot. The other scene was Midnight in front of the camera with that menacing look and when his eyes turned purple and monster like. The third scene was Twilight holding a book with her mouth. The fourth scene was Midnight’s worse nightmare. It was him getting his costume on and swinging around the school. Midnight’s identity was exposed! The fifth scene was Twilight looking at the copy machine and when it flashed, it made Twilight freak out and fall backwards. And during the video, Sunset was talking and saying “Twilight Sparkle and Midnight Wolf want to be YOUR Fall Formal princess and superhero. But what does it say about OUR school if we give someone like THIS such an important honor? How can we be protected if someone like HIM causing fear around our school and with him sneaking out at night and watching over us like a weirdo”? This video ends.
“I take that back. It’s pretty bad” Pinkie said.
“You’ve got to be kidding me! Those guys ratted me out?! They are SO dead! What am I gonna do?! My career is over”! Midnight said in shame.
“But this all happened yesterday..at the library. Has everyone at the school seen this”? Twilight asked in fear. “Is that why they were looking at me, that way? What are we gonna do? No one is gonna vote for me or trust Midnight after seeing this”.
“Not that it’ll make any difference, but I’ll still vote for you” Fluttershy said before Twilight slams her head on the desk and Midnight facepalms himself. “You two were so nice to stand up for me when Sunset Shimmer was picking on me, yesterday”.
“If you still wanna run, maybe there’s something I can do to help” Pinkie suggested.
“Word of advice: Don’t accept HER help. She doesn’t take anything seriously”.
“Ugh! Why do you have to be so awful to me”?
“Oh pffft. Don’t play innocent, Pinkie Pie. You are no better than SHE is” Rarity said and pointing at Fluttershy.
“And WHAT is THAT supposed to mean”?
“I am happy to offer my assistance as well. To someone who will appreciate what I have to offer”.
All of a sudden, everything breaks loose and Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy start arguing. Then AppleJacj stops the argument and says “Listen t' ya all carryin' awn. Git ovher it eend move awn”.
But Rarity stops AppleJack right there and says “You mean like how YOU’VE gotten over what happened with Rainbow Dash”?
“She done said she'd git thuh softbahwl team t' cut a figure maah bay-uk sale. Ah tell everybody thay're coming, an thay're not one awf 'em shows uhp. She done made a four-flusher out awf me. That's different”.
“IS NOT” Rarity, Fluttershy, and Pinkie Pie said at the same time.
“Is too”.
Now literally everything broke loose now. Now everyone was arguing except for Midnight, Twilight. Midnight was losing it and was about to web their mouths shut to get some peace and quiet, but Twilight said “STOOOP! All of you! I wanna show you all something” before Spike gives her the yearbook and shows them the old picture of them back at the Freshman Fair.
“You were friends, once” Twilight said.
AppleJack just sighs and asks everyone “Thuh freshman above-board. Ya'll 'member”? Before everyone nodded their heads, yes.
“But something happened. I think that something was Sunset Shimmer”.
“Well it’s a nice theory, darling. But Sunset Shimmer had nothing to do with it” Rarity explained.
“She’s right. Sunset Shimmer isn’t the one who ruined my silent auction for the animal shelter by bringing fireworks and noisemakers. Ugh. It was supposed to be a serious event and Pinkie Pie ruined it”. Fluttershy said.
“What are you talking about?! I got a text from you saying that you didn’t want a silent auction. You wanted a big party” Pinkie Pie explained and showing her phone.
“Uh...I never sent you a text”.
“You didn’t”?
“You don’t think she’s the one who’s been sending me those emails, do you? Every time I volunteer to help with the decorations at the school function. I get an email from Pinkie Pie saying that she has plenty of volunteers. And then I find out she’s done everything, herself” Rarity explained.
“I never sent you any emails” Pinkie Pie said.
“Maybe she's thuh reason rainbow dash didn't show uhp for maah bay-uk sale” AppleJack theorized.
“Didn’t you ever ask Rainbow Dash why she didn’t show up”? Midnight asked AppleJack.
“Ah….guess ah kinda stopped jawing ta her 'tall after that”.
“Then now it’s time to make things right. To Rainbow Dash we go”!
When everyone left to go find Rainbow Dash, Midnight asked Rarity one quick question and asks “Um...Rarity. You think you could….um…..make me a better costume?..hehe”? Before Rarity nodded yes and hands her the costume. Midnight really needs a new costume.
The group finds Rainbow Dash practicing her soccer kicks out at the field. The group sits on the stairs except for AppleJack, herself. She needs to have a talk with Rainbow Dash. They watch them both of them from all the way back at the stairs.
“They’re actually talking. That’s a good sign” Rarity said while working on Midnight’s new costume.
“HUGS! Oooh. Hugs are always good” Pinkie said when she saw AppleJack and Rainbow Dash hugging.
AppleJack and Rainbow Dash walk up to the group and AppleJack explains “Sumbody, eend ah thihnk we kay-yun all guess who, told rainbow dash that maah bay-uk sale 'ave bee-yn moved t' a different day. Dash showed uhp with all awf thuh softbahwl team an thought ah cancelled awn her”.
“So, you’re looking to dethrone Sunset Shimmer and become princess of the Fall Formal, huh”? Rainbow Dash asked Twilight before Twilight nodded her head yes. “Gotta say. I’d really love to see that happen. I’ll totally help you out. All you gotta do….is beat me in a game of one on one”.
“Wait, what”? Twilight questioned in fear.
“First to five goals wins. You think you’re up for the challenge”?
“Um….ye-”.
“Wait! I’ll do it” Midnight said and standing up. “I’ll compete against you”.
“But Midnight-” Twilight tried to say before getting cut off.
“Listen, Twilight. I appreciate the determination for trying to win back your crown, but this is not the way for you to do it. You can barely walk on your two feet without falling down a few seconds later. I’ll do it. For me and you. I’ll win it for both of us or lose while trying. And if that means I have to compete in a soccer game in order to get your crown back, then so be it. Okay”?
“....Okay. And...thanks for sticking up for me, Midnight”. Twilight said while blushing.
“No problem. Anything for a friend. Alright, Rainbow Dash. It’s go time”!
“Okay then. Taking your friend’s place for support. I like that. Buuuut..I doubt that you’ll beat me”.
Rainbow Dash kicks the ball into the goal and shouts “One-None”. Midnight walks up to the middle of the field and starts running for the goal. He was right there then all of a sudden, everything freezes and the buzzing noise in Midnight’s head goes off and he looks to see that Rainbow Dash is right next to her. Midnight thinks to himself. Well, Sunset Shimmer and her cronies already exposed his superhero identity so he might as well uses his powers to win. Twilight’s crown depends on it. Everything unfreezes and Midnight jukes Rainbow Dash so hard that Midnight went circles around her, kicking the ball to the goal and earning one point. Rainbow Dash’s jaw drops in shock. No-one was able to juke her like that. She now knows that this is not gonna be easy so she better take Midnight seriously. Later on, it was a penalty kick. Midnight was the goalie and he was waiting for Rainbow Dash to kick the ball. Then out of nowhere, Rainbow Dash kicked the soccer ball so hard and so fast, it caught in flames. But that didn’t stop Midnight from catching it. When he caught it, Midnight got pulled in the goal by the ball and I think he injured a rib. Midnight falls to the ground and it looks like he’s unconscious. The group back at the stairs gasp in shock. But before anyone could say anything, Midnight gives everyone a thumbs up to show that he’s okay. But he also shouts “MEDIC” before getting up with the ball. That just proves that Midnight is just getting started. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While Midnight and Rainbow Dash were playing soccer, back at the stairs, the group was cheering both of them on. While they were cheering them both, Twilight talks to herself in her head and thinks “I can’t believe that Midnight was able to do that for me. He was willing to take my place to help me win my crown back...he really is something special. ….I….” before she looks at her friends to see that they’re giving her that funny look and she blushes.
“Um….what is it, girls”? Twilight tried to shrug off like nothing happened but failed.
“You know, he seems like a pretty cool guy, Twilight” Pinkie Pie said.
“W-what”?!
“Aaw...that was adorable. You should ask him out, sometime” Rarity suggested.
“What?! Nononono. It’s not like that...um...I was just...uh...staring into space. Yeah, that’s it” Twilight lied pitifully while blushing.
“Sure, you were” Pinkie said while raising an eyebrow and with a smirky face.
“Can we talk about the game, now”? Twilight asked, trying her best to change the subject and succeeded. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A few minutes later, it was a close game. It was four for Midnight and four for Rainbow Dash. Whoever scores this, wins the whole game. Midnight was really determined to win this game for Twilight. He was getting exhausted, but he was not gonna let that stop him from winning the game. Midnight rushes towards the goal, ready to score the final point. He kicks the ball….only for himself to slip out of exhaustion and passes out. He hardly kicked the ball very hard at all. The ball just rolls towards Rainbow Dash, stopping at her feet. She kicks it so hard that it caught in flames, once more. Apparently Rainbow Dash’s kick was so fast that it made it to the other goal in style. It was over! Rainbow Dash won the game! It was five to four. Rainbow Dash starts jumping out of joy while Midnight just lays there in defeat.
“That’s game” Rainbow Dash said.
The rest of the group walks up to Midnight and Rarity says “To be honest, I really thought you were gonna pull it off there, in the end..hehe”.
Midnight just keeps on taking heavy deep breaths and says “At...least…..I…..went down trying….It’s better to fail than….to…...not try at all”.
“So, what’s the plan? How can I help your friend, Twilight, be princess instead of Sunset Shimmer”? Rainbow Dash asked Midnight while giving him a helping hand up.
“But….I…...lost”.
“Of course, you lost. I’m awesome. Although you were really good than I expected, I’m not gonna help just anybody try and beat Sunset Shimmer. The Fall Formal Princess should be someone with heart and determination. You’ve proven that you and showed me that your friend, Twilight’s got them both. You’ve showed me that you would do anything to help her win, even if you’re life depended on it. Now that’s what I call being a real hero. They should make it so that people like you can become a Fall Formal PRINCE”.
“Heh...thanks. This means a lot to Twilight. Also, GG”.
“GG, my friend. Now what are we waiting for? Let’s go win your friend a crown”!
It was a beautiful night outside the school. Midnight wanted to show Twilight something. They make it to the roof of the school and Twilight’s eyes were closed. Midnight was planning a surprise for her.
“Okay. Aaaaand open them” Midnight said.
Twilight opens her eyes and what she saw was so beautiful. There was a web that had fireflies all over it and inside the web was a message that said “M&T” with a heart in the middle of the two letters. Twilight is shocked. She was so happy.
“Well, what do ya think”? Midnight asked Twilight.
“Th-this….is the sweetest thing that anyone’s ever done for me….I...I love it” Twilight said with happy tears in her eyes.
But then...Twilight realizes something. She can’t stay here, forever. Equestria still needs her...and the problem is…..Midnight can’t leave here. That realization started to break her heart.
“Midnight….it’s beautiful...and I’ll be honest with you. Over the past few days that I’ve spent with you were amazing. Everything you’ve done was amazing. You’ve taken my place to compete against Rainbow Dash in a soccer game, you’ve saved me from being framed, cleaned the entire gym all on your own, stood by my side to help get my crown back, and now..this...I don’t know how I can repay you. I don't think I CAN repay you, to be honest. After everything you’ve done for me.…..but…...I can’t…...we can’t….Equestria needs me and-” Twilight said with tears in her eyes, before getting interrupted by Midnight’s hug.
Midnight uses his hand to wipe the tears off of Twilight’s face and tells her “Sshhhh….it’s okay. I understand” before he started to sing.
“Just stop your crying. It will be alright. Just take my hand. Hold it tight. I will protect you from all around you. I will be here. Don’t you cry. For one so small, you seem so strong. My arms will hold you, keep you safe and warm. This bond between us can’t be broken. I will be here. Don’t you cry.

When the song ended, Midnight bowed like an honorable knight to Twilight. Twilight runs up to him and gives him one last giant hug. After that, Twilight said she needed to get back to the girls. She needs to get ready for tonight. So, Midnight brings her down to the ground, with him upside down. I think we all know what’s going to happen. Twilight turns around to Midnight and says “See you there, Midnight”.
“You too, princess” Midnight replied before Twilight leaned in a little closer to Midnight.
Midnight was still upside down and it started to rain. Twilight puts her hands on Midnights face and…...she presses her lips onto his. Then she closes her eyes. Twilight couldn’t hold back her feelings, anymore. Midnight was shocked a little bit. He should have expected that. Why wasn’t he surprised? At this point, his heart was beating faster than ever. Midnight starts to have a feeling he never had before. Well, he did but this feeling right now felt stronger. It comes from a warm feeling that completely overpowers him. It feels good. As good as though he wanted this for a long time. Then it hits him.-All of those desires to help out his friend. He can’t really explain it, and maybe there IS nothing to explain. He never thought he could feel this way but...he…...he loves her. He learns to accept these feelings. He truly loves her. And from what he can tell, she loves him too. So, he accepts the kiss. It felt like they were there for a few hours. Just the two of them, lost in the moment. He really never felt this way about anyone before, and he enjoyed that feeling. It felt like it was the best thing that ever happened to him. Finally, they separate. Both of them smile and Midnight swings back up to the roof. Twilight could see him swinging around the school in joy and him shouting “WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO! YEAH”! She smiles and she leaves to go get ready for tonight.
“You’re a real, awesome guy, Midnight” Twilight said to herself as she was leaving.
Midnight really never felt this much joy in his life. He wished it could never end. He was swinging around the place. He is SO going to that Fall Formal, tonight and that IS a promise. When he finds a place to lay down, he stays there and talks to himself and says “For the first time in my life, things are starting to go right” as he lays in his net-bed made out of webbing, laying into the night with an umbrella.
Midnight hangs in his resting area made of webbing and with an umbrella, not with a care in the world. He got his first kiss, he made sure that Twilight becomes princess of the Fall Formal, what could possibly go wrong? Well, when that buzzing noise in his head goes off but he didn’t react in time and he gets a bag put over his head and gets knocked out. When he wakes up, the bag is off of his head and he doesn’t know where he’s at. He looks to his left and right to see Snips and Snails. He struggles to get out of the chair he was in at the moment but couldn’t.
“What is this about?! If you’re planning on killing me, it won’t work just by kidnapping me, you know” Midnight said.
A mysterious person shows up from the shadows to reveal...Sunset Shimmer!
“Does she know”? Sunset asked Midnight.
“Know what”? Midnight questioned.
“Good. She does know, and did she tell you”?
“Yeah, that she’s not the Twilight that I know. She’s another Twilight from a different world. So what”?
“Good. Close to the best. I like that. I got a few secrets of my own. Of all the reason I didn’t want her to get my crown. Midnight, nothing is more important than power. You saved my Fall Formal dance all on your own. And I could never forget something like that. So I’m gonna give you one chance. Are you ready? Snips and Snails will let you go, bring you back to the school, you walk through those doors and you forget that any of this ever happened. And don’t you ever….EVER…..interfere with my plans, again. Because if you do, I’ll kill you...and everybody you love. I’ll kill you, dead. That’s what I’ll do to protect my crown, Midnight. You understand”?
“.................yes”.
“Hey, I just saved your life. Now what do you say”?
“.....Th-thank you”.
“You’re welcome. Now, you go in there and you show Twilight a good time. Okay? Just not too good. Snips! Snails! Bring him back”. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Midnight wakes up back on the roof of the school with him in a really nice suit. He felt a huge bruise on his head. He had time to think about what just happened. What was he gonna do? If he interfered with Sunset’s plans one more time, she’ll kill him and everyone he loved. He needs to make a choice. Will he stop Sunset Shimmer and bring her to justice, or will he leave her alone and move on with his life?
Midnight sighs and says asks himself “What do I do”? before looking down to see that the girls have arrived.
Midnight jumps down in front of them with himself trying to forge a confident smile on his face while he opens the door for them. Twilight and Midnight blush when they laid eyes on each other as they went inside.
“You know, you’re a little wet from the rain, right” Rainbow Dash pointed out.
“Yeah...uh….long story. Let’s go inside, dry off and have some fun” Midnight replied.
The group went inside and began to have fun in the Fall Formal...well, except for Midnight. Twilight looked at Midnight with that depressed look on his face and she can tell right away that something was up.
“Hey, Midnight, what’s up? Is something wrong”? Twilight asked Midnight.
“I-it’s nothing, Twilight. Just had a big night” Midnight tried to shrug off.
“Was it because of that kiss”?
“NO! No. It’s fine. I...it’s nothing”.
“Okay….if you say so”.
“Hey, you go on ahead, girls. I’ll catch up with you in a minute”.
Midnight heads to a corner of the stage, on a net-bed made of webbing with a depressed look on his face, still. Rainbow Dash finds him on the ceiling and shouts at him “Hey Midnight, come down here. You should be having some fun” before Midnight told her no.
“What’s wrong, Midnight? Afraid that I might be a better dancer than you”? Rainbow Dash said.
“Say what?! Y-you-wh-oooooh you’re on”! Midnight said, getting down and with a triggered look on his face.
Midnight grabs something from his backpack and spins around to shine and appear in different clothes (just like the classic Wonder Woman). More like Michael Jackson clothes. He even had the glove, the hat and everything. First song plays and it was Michael Jackson’s “Billie Jean” and Rainbow Dash starts this dance off. But...problem is that….Midnight can’t dance. Midnight watches as Rainbow Dash was doing that epic lean from what MJ did in Smooth Criminal. Midnight started to shake in his boots. All of a sudden, he felt a sudden groove in his body. With every single body, it felt like he knew what to do and and every move to perform. So he starts to dance along to the rhythm, along with the buzzing noise in his head helping him out by being careful and not bumping into people. At the end, Midnight finished it by doing the famous moonwalk and saying “HE-HEEE” before ending in a pose that even Michael Jackson would be proud of.
Music ends and Midnight spins, shines, and appears in rap clothes and Vanilla Ice’s “Ice Ice Baby” starts playing. Midnight had sunglasses, cap turned backwards and everything. He started to beatbox and then he began to break-dance, finishing his break-dance with him on his head and him pointing at Rainbow Dash. Rainbow Dash puts a cap on her head and turns it around, backwards and she starts to break-dance as well. She end the break-dance with her standing on her right hand and pointing at Midnight.
Music ends and Midnight spins, shines, and appears in cowboy clothes and Rednex “Cotton Eye Joe” starts playing. Rainbow Dash is slack-jawed of what she saw. Midnight had a cowboy hat, boots, leather jacket and everything. Midnight places his hands on his hips and starts tip-tapping in his boots. AppleBloom saw what Midnight was decided to join him in country dancing. Rainbow Dash was getting a little worried. But AppleJack was there and decided to join her and helped her out onto how to dance like a cowgirl.
Music end and Midnight spins, shines and appears in party clothes and Vengaboys “We Like To Party” starts playing. Midnight had a little top-hat, white glasses and everything. He starts grooving really hard. He raises his hand up and then down. His feet went back and forward. Scootaloo saw what Midnight was doing and decided to join him. But it didn’t take long for Pinkie Pie to come along and join Rainbow Dash and AppleJack’s side and dances along with them and we ALL know how Pinkie likes to party. This should end well.
Next song was Usher’s “DJ Got us Falling in Love” and Midnight was in fashionable clothes. Sweetie Belle was dancing along with him, Scootaloo, and AppleBloom while Rarity was dancing along with Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, and AppleJack. Midnight and his group were following Sweetie Belle’s lead since her and Rarity knew how to dance this type of style while Rainbow Dash and her group were following Rarity’s lead. Now it was becoming a group dance off. Twilight and Fluttershy were just standing there with grins on their faces. They didn’t felt like joining them. They seem to be having fun.
The song ends and it was the last one. Both Midnight and Rainbow Dash were exhausted. Both were sweating like pigs. Both of them walked towards each other and decided to call it a draw and shake hands.
“You’ve danced pretty well, Midnight” Rainbow Dash said
“Yeah, you too. I didn’t think I could dance for that long” Midnight replied.
The songs were over and it was time to announce the Fall Formal Princess. The lights shine on Principal Celestia who was on the stage with a microphone. Principal Celestia said “First off, I want to say how wonderful, everything looks, tonight. You all manage to pull through after the “unfortunate” events of earlier. But there is also someone here I want to congratulate, here tonight. This person was able to fix all of this despite all of the odds against him. This person did this for the one person to be Princess. This person never asked for anything in return. But now I feel like he deserves this. Midnight Wolf, you have officially become the first ever Fall Formal PRINCE. That’s right. The rules have changed. Now you can volunteer for Fall Formal Prince and you, Midnight Wolf, will be the first one. Come on up, Midnight. You’ve earned it”.
Midnight and his friends were shocked by this kind of news. Midnight was even more shocked out of the rest of the group. Midnight forges a smile on his face and he runs up the stage.
“Gee...I don’t know what to say…..thanks” Midnight said to Principal Celestia.
Principal Celestia nods her head in approval to Midnight as she continues her speech.
“And now without further adieu, I’d like to announce the winner of this year’s Fall Formal Crown. The princess of this years’ Fall Formal is…….Twilight Sparkle”!
Midnight crosses his arms and smiles of this news. Twilight walks up the stage to collect her crown and she goes to her knees. Principal Celestia presents Twilight with her crown and says “Congratulations, Twilight” before placing the crown on her head. Twilight stands up and Midnight gives Twilight another kiss and the crowd goes wild. When they departed, Midnight’s buzzing noise in his head goes off and he see’s that Sunset Shimmer is waving at him at the doors.
“Hey...um..excuse me..but...I have to go somewhere. I’ll be right back” Midnight said as he left the stage.
When Midnight got outside the gym, he started running after Sunset Shimmer. She clearly is trying to lead him to somewhere...but where? When Midnight got Sunset Shimmer cornered in that old alley of lockers, he knew that she lead him there on purpose.
“HEY! Surprised”? Midnight asked Sunset Shimmer.
“Oh. Hi, Midnight. I didn’t see you following me” Sunset Shimmer replied.
“It’s over. You’ve lost and Twilight has her crown, back”.
“You know, I gotta tell you, Midnight. I really, really admire your kindness. I see why Twilight likes you. Really, I do. When you first showed up at the school, I wasn’t sure. I thought “really”? But I get it, now”.
“How could you do this to her”?
“TO her? I’m not doing anything TO her, I’m doing this FOR her”.
“Huh. Yeah, right. Tell that to Celestia and that other world”.
“Midnight. Look…..you’re young. You don’t understand how the world works”.
“Yeah, but I understand that stealing a princess’s crown from another world is WRONG”.
“How do you think that Princess Celestia became what she is, today? Huh? Or even her little sister? Did Twilight ever tell you how? Those people, Midnight. Those people up there, the rich and the powerful, they do whatever they want. But people like us? Like you and me? HA! They don’t care about us. We’ve built their roads, and we fight all of their wars and everything, but they don’t care about us. We have to pick up after them. We have to eat their table scraps. That’s how it is. I know you know what I’m talking about, Midnight”.
“Why are you telling me, this”?
“Because I want you to understand. And….I needed a little time for the boys to get the crown”.
Just when Sunset Shimmer said that, Twilight’s voice shouted “HEY! THEY GOT SPIKE”! Before he saw Snips and Snails run past him with Spike in their hands. Just when Midnight was going to stop them, Sunset Shimmers stops him and says “Remember our little conversation from earlier, Midnight. It’s either let the crown go, or everyone you love dies. It’s your choice” before Midnight turns around at her to see that she’s gone.
“.....What do I do”? Midnight asked himself. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Twilight and her friends make it outside the school where it was still raining and started to bring out thunder and lightning. Yet, they’re still chasing after Snips and Snails. They stop to find Sunset Shimmer right next to the statue where the portal is with a sledgehammer in her hands as she said "That’s close enough”! At that moment, it was a stand-still. No one moved a muscle. Spike was still struggling to get out of the grasp of Snips and Snails but failing.
“You better not hurt him”! Twilight said.
“Oh, I wouldn’t dream of it. I’m not a monster, Twilight. Let him go” Sunset Shimmer ordered Snips and Snails and they do so. “You don’t belong, here. Give me the crown and you can go back to Equestria, tonight. Or keep it and never go home! Tick tock, Twilight. We haven’t got all night. The portal will be closing on its own in less than an hour. So, what’s your answer”?
Twilight had to think about it few a few seconds. It was either her crown or Equestria. What will she take? She thought about it and says it Sunset Shimmer “NO” before standing up on her legs.
“WHAT”?! Sunset Shimmer said in shock. “Equestria, your friends, lost you forever! Don’t you see what I’m about to do to the portal”?!
“Yes! But I’ve also seen what you were able to do, here, without magic! Equestria will find a way to survive without my element of harmony. This place might not if I allow it to fall into your hands. So go ahead! Destroy the portal! You are NOT getting this crown”! Twilight explained, placing the crown on her head.
“FINE!..You win” Sunset Shimmer said as she drops the sledgehammer.
Twilight sighs in relief as Rainbow Dash and the others walk up to her and started complimenting her on what she was gonna do. Sunset Shimmer can hear all of those compliments and she starts gritting her teeth. She was starting to get ticked off until she finally snapped.
“OH! YEAH! SHE’S SO VERY SPECIAL” Sunset shouted as she charged at Twilight, knocking off the crown off her head.
Both Twilight and Sunset Shimmer started struggling, trying to get the crown. Sunset was so close to grabbing it until Spike jumped in and took it and started running. Snips and Snails started chasing after Spike but Sunset Shimmer shoved both of them out of the way so she could get it. Spike got cornered because he couldn’t open the front doors to the school. Spike saw Rainbow Dash and he tosses the crown to her. Rainbow Dash catches it. Snips tries to yank it out of her hands but failed. Snails tried so as well but failed also. Rainbow Dash throws the crown to Fluttershy and she catches it as well. She got scared because she saw Sunset Shimmer, Snips and Snails running towards her. She couldn’t move. But Applejack was able to use her rope to grab Fluttershy out of the way, but Snips caught the crown. Pinkie Pie yanked it out of his hands and passes it to AppleJack. Then, Applejack throws the crown to Rarity and she passes it to Twilight. Twilight tried to pass it to someone else but Sunset caught the crown.
“I’ll take that” Sunset Shimmer said as she caught the crown. “At last! More power than I could ever imagine”!
She places the crown upon her head and the crown starts freaking out. Dark magic started shooting out of it. Then all of a sudden, the dark magic went “BOOM” as it started to cover up Sunset Shimmer’s body. She was becoming a monster! He eyes started to glow. The crown was taking over her body. Her hands turned into red claws. Her boots turned into fire boots. She grew a fire tail. Her face was becoming more demonic. When the transformation was complete, she completely transformed into a demonic monster. Sunset Shimmer opens her demonic eyes and she just laughs. Then, she uses her new powers to turn Snips and Snails into demons like her.
“This is going to be so cool” Snips said.
Both demon Snips and Snails start walking towards Twilight’s friends. While that was happening, the people inside the school saw the demon that Sunset Shimmer has become and they start panicking and blocking the main doors. But Sunset Shimmer just laughs.
“I had to jump through so many hoops, tonight, just to get my hands on this crown. And it really should have been mine, all along. But let’s let bigons be bigons. I am your princess, now. And you will be loyal to ME”! Sunset Shimmer said as she uses her magic to crush the main entrance to let herself in.
Everyone starts panicking until someone points at something from outside. Sunset Shimmer turns around to see a man in a yellow and green costume on a strand of webbing, kicking her in the face and sending her through a wall. Then, he webs up Snips and Snails feet, tieing them up and throwing them across the school. This mysterious hero had red, spider-like eyes, He had a yellow triangle-like symbol on his chest. His chest was normal green while his arms were dark green and his legs were light green. He had light yellow arm spikes and dark yellow gloves and boots.
“Midnight”? Twilight asked this mysterious hero.
“Get back! I may have knocked her out, but she’s not done yet. And...the name’s Wolf-Spider, Twilight” Wolf-Spider answered. “Also, thanks for the suit, Rarity”.
Sunset Shimmer gets up from the rubble and boooy is she mad. She starts flying and charges at Wolf-Spider. But he manages to dodge the attack and web her up with his webbing and throw her outside.
“I thought we had an agreement, Midnight”! Sunset said.
“Sorry, but I don’t take orders from psychotic, power-hungry maniacs. And I don’t care if you threaten my loved ones. ‘Cause I will always be there to protect them” Wolf-Spider said.
“You will regret the day you’ve messed with me then, hero”! Sunset replied as she breaks through the webbing.
“Aw snap”!
Sunset tackles him to the ground and starts choking on him. But thanks to some tech guys, Rarity managed to ask for some help with the suit and added a few gadgets to it. His arm spikes can expand and can shot out of just like a canon and Sunset doesn’t even know it, yet. But Wolf-Spider does.
“You can’t rely on anyone, these days. You’ve gotta do everything yourself. Speaking of which, you wanna know why I got this way”? Sunset asked Wolf-Spider with a sinister grin on her face.
“No. But I know how you got THESE” Wolf-Spider replied, shooting his spikes at her, blinding her with confusion. (HA! I see what he did there. Dark Knight reference)
Wolf-Spider manages to get up, grabs the symbol off of his chest and throws it at Sunset like a boomerang with a rope attached to it. Wolf-Spider’s symbol manages to tie up Sunset Shimmer’s legs thanks to that rope. But she manages to burst out of that trap as well and keeps on chasing him. Sunset gets ticked and she says “So, you like using your toys. Well, say hello to my toys” as she unleashes a bunch of lightning bolts at Wolf-Spider. Wolf-Spider’s mind goes everywhere. Time slows down and Wolf-Spider tries his best to dodge the lightning strikes as best as he could. But when Wolf-Spider looks up, Sunset Shimmer manages to get a few punches. The third punch, Wolf-Spider counters and delivers Sweet Chin Music (a big superkick) across her lower jaw which sends her flying and spinning through another wall. Sunset Shimmer bursts out of the rubble quickly and tackles Wolf-Spider to the ground.
“You ready to give up”? Wolf-Spider humorously asked as Sunset Shimmer just roars at him. “Guess I’ll take that as a no”.
Wolf-Spider pushes Sunset Shimmer off of him and lands a few punches on her. His instincts started to kick in. He starts running as the speed of sound, trying to avoid as many punches from Sunset Shimmer as he can and giving her a few punches of his own as he says to himself “I can do this….for her”! But Sunset was too fast as she manages to give Wolf-Spider a close-line, making his slip and have him hit a wall but not hard enough for the wall to turn into rubble. Wolf-Spider struggles on getting up but Sunset’s boots steps on one of his hands and starts crushing it.
“Look at the famous superhero, now. You stupid, pathetic waste. If you and Twilight wouldn’t have interfered with my plans, your deaths would have been quick and painless. But now, you’ve really ticked me off. After I’m done with you and Equestria, I’m gonna make sure Twilight suffers for what she has failed to do and then I’m gonna finish her, nice and slow”.
Wolf-Spider tries to struggle but her boot was giving him too much pain. He couldn’t get up. He was stuck. But...just when Sunset Shimmer was about to finish Wolf-Spider off, someone kicks her in the face, sending her flying….again.
Sunset Shimmer gets up to see a person in a pink costume with webbing covering it, a white spider symbol on her chest, big white eyes, and familiar pink and purple hair on the back of her head. She soon realizes that it was Twilight Sparkle! Sunset Shimmer charges at her but Twilight just instantly gives Sunset a demon size, falcon punch. Twilight runs up to Wolf-Spider, trying to get him back up.
“Midnight, you okay”? Twilight asks Wolf-Spider.
“Twilight? What are you doing here? This is my fight” Wolf-Spider said.
“Not just yours, anymore it’s not. I’m here to help. Look, you’ve done a lot for me, Midnight. And I’m not gonna stand by and watch you die, trying to save me and the rest of the world. You can’t always have the fate of the world carried on your shoulders. We always do it with help from our friends. So please, let me fight with you. Not for you”.
Wolf-Spider gets up and………...accepts Twilight’s help and shakes her hand. Twilight replies “Also, call me Spider-Twi” before Wolf-Spider nods his head in approval.
Then suddenly, Wolf-Spider’s eye changed. They were no longer purple and monster-like. They were turning back to normal. Then...his suit starts to change. All of that green and red start to turn into gold. It was Wolf-Spider’s Super Form!
Wolf-Spider starts floating until he looks back at Twilight and gives her, his hand. Twilight grabs his hand and then SHE starts to change as well. Her pink suit was turning blue, Her eyes were covered in a blue like substance that looked like glasses but more awesome-like. Her hair turned into a red, pink, and light blue striped. Wings that resembled crystals forged behind Twilight’s back. Twilight’s transformation was complete. Now Twilight has a Super Form of her own!
“Let’s finish this fight, Super Spider Style”! Wolf-Spider shouted as both of them flew towards Sunset Shimmer.
Sunset Shimmer throws 2 fireballs at both of them but they dodged the fireballs. Both spiders give the demon a huge double-uppercut to the jaw, sending her flying. Sunset Shimmer gets up but not on time. Wolf-Spider web shoots her feet, causing her to trip and fall down. Then, Spider-Twi uses her magic to confuse Sunset. It’s super effective! (HA! See what I did there?) Wolf-Spider jumps in the air and delivers a giant powerbomb. Spider-Twi flies up to Sunset Shimmer and when she got up, Spider-Twi gave Sunset Shimmer a headbutt so hard, that it showed an x-ray of Sunset’s skull cracking. Sunset falls to the ground, screaming in pain. She was beaten. Wolf-spider and Spider-Twi return to their normal forms, believing that the fight was over. But...they were wrong. Wolf-Spider runs up to Sunset, ready to remove the crown from Sunset’s head, but..she tricked him. Without looking, Sunset delivers a low-blow! (OOOOH! That’s gonna hurt in the morning).
“OOOOOOOOH! My tenders” Wolf-Spider said with a crack in his voice, falling to the ground.
Sunset just laughs as she gets up and says “Is that your best? HA! That didn’t even make me flinch”.
Twilight’s friends rush over to pick up Wolf-Spider. Rarity asks “Darling, are you okay”?
Wolf-Spider just replies “What can I say except you’re welcome” before passing out.
“This really brings a smile on my face” Sunset said as she flies at the entrance of the school and uses her magic to mind control the students.
“NO”! Wolf-Spider shouted, wounded and struggling to get up.
“Oh, spoiler alert: I was bluffing when I said I wanted to destroy the portal. I don’t want to rule this pathetic little high school. I want Equestria! And with my own teenage army behind me, I’m going to get it”.
“N-NO! You’re not”! Wolf-Spider said as he gets up.
“Oh please. What exactly do you think you’re going do to stop me? I have magic, and you. Have. NOTHING”!
“Maybe not. But I have something you don’t have. Something that can rival the Elements of Harmony, themselves. I’ve vowed to never use it unless as a last resort. Guess it’s that time to use it, now”.
Wolf-Spider brings out something from his pocket. It looked like a purple gem with a note on it that said “From your friends, Ishimaru, Twilight, and Sayori.. ”. It was the Power Stone! One of the six Infinity Stones!
“It was a nice gift from those guys, But it's a really big price to pay. Ishi and Sayori, if you’re hearing this somehow, thanks a lot” Wolf-Spider explained. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wolf-Spider blasts Sunset Shimmer with the power stone, using every ounce of the power it had. Sunset flies into another wall. (okay, what’s with these walls, really)
“GAAAAAH! IT BURNS”! Wolf-Spider shouted, dropping the power stone and puts it back into his pocket. “So that’s what being a Marty Stu feels like. No wonder the Avengers are trying to keep this stuff safe. They really can’t handle that kind of power. Not even me. I think I just made the fandom very angry from doing that”.
As soon as Wolf-Spider said that, Sunset rises from the ground with a twisted look on her face. Wolf-Spider shouts “OH COME ON! Now you’re being a Marty stu” as he jumps on her and beating her to a bloody pulp.
“You just want nothing more than a world full of horses and magic. You think you’ve been through a lot in Equestria? I’ve seen my hose-self beat up tons of villains that were close to the name of “gods”. But he went through it all. All of this “Conquering Equestria” bulloni is pointless. If there was another me in another world, then there will always be a Wolf-Spider in the multiverse to stop people like you. And that’s the bottom line, ‘cause Wolf-Spider said so”! Wolf-Spider shouted.
Wait a minute, you can’t do that, Midnight! The 4th wall will be shattered, again! The rules for having this type of story/fanfiction apply that-
Forget the rules, director! For once in your life, would you forget about following GOD DAMN ORDERS!!! I don’t care if the readers hate me for being a Mary Sue! This is personal, now. I’m not doing this for Twilight. I’m not doing this for the story/fanfiction….I’m doing this for me!

Wolf-Spider just kept pounding on Sunset Shimmer with the power of the power stone. He didn’t care if he was a Marty Stu or not. It was personal, now. He was furious! Until Sunset finally gives up. Wolf-Spider gets up and walks away. A few seconds later, he stops walking and….falls to the ground unconscious and drops the infinity stone. As for Sunset Shimmer, she just got up but struggled a little bit. She was covered in bruises and cuts all over her body. She really took one heck of a beating. Sunset Shimmer just laughs.
“Where’s your superhero, now, Twilight? Oh, that’s right. DONE! One down, one to go. Who will save you now”? Sunset Shimmer asked as she starts flying again.
“She has us”! Rainbow Dash said as the rest of her friends join Twilight.
“HAHAHAHAHA! Gee! The gang really is all back together, again. HAHAHAHA! Now, step aside! Twilight has tried interfere with my plans, one too many times already! She needs to be dealt with”! Sunset replied as she throws a giant fireball at the Mane 6.
“TWILIGHT! NOOOO”! Wolf-Spider shouted.
Sunset Shimmer just laughs. But as the smoke clears…..the Mane 6 were fine. They were covered in purple magic of some kind. Sunset Shimmer and Wolf-Spider are in shock. They survived the blast. Twilight realizes why she and her friends survived.
“The magic contained in my element was able to unite with those that helped create it! Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Loyalty, Magic! Together with the crown, they create a power beyond anything you could imagine. That IS a power that you don’t have the ability to control! The crown maybe upon you head, Sunset Shimmer! But you cannot wield it! Because you do not possess the most powerful magic of all: The Magic of Friendship”! Twilight explained as she and her friends grew wings and ponytails and made a sonic-boom around Sunset Shimmer just like that one firestorm the Fantastic Four did back in 2005. Same thing happened to the wrapped up Snips and Snails. The magic was also capable of freeing the students from Sunset Shimmer’s mind control. Sunset Shimmer screams in pain as the magic overwhelms her. Wolf-Spider gets up and says “Flame on, kid” with a smile behind his mask.
Wolf-Spider wakes up from the ground. When his eyesight returned to him, he saw a huge hole in the ground right next to the school and the mane 6 right beside that hole, laying on the ground. Wolf-Spider runs up to Twilight and holds her in his hands, hoping that she’s alright. Wolf-Spider takes off his mask. Twilight opens her eyes to see Midnight’s face. She smiles.
“Twilight, you son of a bitch” Midnight said with a smile on his face.
“Midnight, you kiss your mother with that mouth”? Twilight joked.
“Oh, you” Midnight replied with happy tears in his eyes as he presses his lips against hers.
After the kiss, Twilight and Midnight heard a moan coming from inside the hole. Twilight walks up to the hole to see Sunset Shimmer back to her human form, defeated.
“You will never rule Equestria. Any power you may have had in this world is gone. Tonight, you’ve shown everyone who you really are. You’ve shown them what is in your heart” Twilight said.
“I….I’m sorry. I’m so sorry. I didn’t know there was another way” Sunset Shimmer said with tears in her eyes.
“The Magic of Friendship doesn’t just exist in Equestria. It’s everywhere. You can seek it out or you can forever be alone. The choice is yours”.
“B-but all I’ve ever done since being here is drive everyone apart. I don’t know the first thing about friendship”.
Twilight offers Sunset Shimmer a helping hand up and says “I bet they can teach you”. Midnight walks up to Sunset and puts him hand up to her eyes and clears up her tears.
“Y-you forgive me? After all I did”? Sunset asked Midnight.
“Listen. We all make mistakes in our lives, Sunset. Even me….I’ve done terrible things, too. But that doesn’t mean that we can’t make up for them. Like my mother once said “With Great Power Comes Great Responsibility”. You still have a chance to make up for your mistakes. And if you do, I know that you’ll go far” Midnight explained.
“Th-thank you” Sunset said as she hugs Midnight.
Midnight hugs back and Twilight and the mane 6 join in the hug. Midnight looks at his watch that Twilight still has…...15 minutes. Midnight asks Twilight “Hey Twily, we still got time for one last dance. Wanna make it worth it”? Twilight smiles and grabs Midnight’s hand. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On the stage, Twilight grabs a microphone and starts to sing with her crown upon her head.
“I know, you see. Somehow, the world will change for me and be so wonderful”.
Midnight gives Sunset another microphone and tells Sunset “trust me” before Sunset goes on stage with Twilight and sings with her.
“Here I am, once again. Feeling lost, but now and then”.
“Live life. Breath air. I know somehow, we’re gonna get there and feel so wonderful”.
“When you figure out how the lost in the moment you disappear”.
“It’s all for reeeeeeeeal”.
Midnight comes out with his own microphone and sings “I’m telling you just how I feel” and the mane 5 join him, Twilight and Sunset. The group was divided into two groups of 4. The first group was Midnight, Twilight, Sunset and Fluttershy. The second group was Applejack, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, and Rainbow Dash. They went singing back to back.
“You don’t have to be afraid to put your dream in action. You’re never gonna fade, you’ll be the main attraction-”.
“Wake up the members of my nation. It’s your time to be-”.

Everyone comes together into one group.

Midnight and Twilight finish the song.

When the song ended, Midnight gives Twilight a french kiss and the mane 6 and Sunset join in for a group photo. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After the end of the dance, The mane 6 and Midnight are outside in a group hug. Everyone was sad that Twilight has to see. Twilight was sad of the fact that Midnight can’t come along. But Midnight did say something that made Twilight happy.
“Hey babe, I don’t care if I can’t come along. But there’s something that we want but we can’t have. But there is an exception. You may have not saved the Midnight from your world, but you saved this one, and that’s all that matters. So, I’m gonna make a promise to you. I promise that if there a slight chance that there’s a version of you in this world, I will protect her with my life. I will protect her like she was my own flesh and blood. But, I did learn something from you. You’re right. I can’t always carry the weight of world around my shoulders. Which is what friends are for. That’s what a true friend is. Anyway, I have to stay because there’s stuff that I need to do. There’s still that mystery person that almost ratted out the portal. The only research I’ve found of that person was that he or she lives in the city, somewhere. I will find that person and destroy all of the evidence of there was a portal, here in the first place. So….I guess...this is goodbye...for now” Midnight said.
“Yeah...I guess so” Twilight replied.
Midnight hugs Twilight for the last time. Twilight walks up to the portal with Spike but was interrupted by Midnight’s voice.
“Wait! Before you go, I wanna give you this” Midnight said as he grabs something out of his pocket.
Twilight was shocked of what she saw. It was a beautiful necklace with a spider in the middle with a purple gem in the center of the spider. She knew it was the same gem that Midnight used to fight Sunet, earlier that night. The chain resembled webbing. But when she opened up the spider, it was a small picture of herself with Midnight. Twilight starts shedding happy tears as Midnight puts the necklace around her neck.
“It’s something to remember me, by. Plus, I know you’ll take real good care of the power stone. No one in this world can control that much power. Even me. But in your world, your magic can contain the power inside that infinity stone. So..I’m passing on the role of guardian of the stone to you, Twilight” Midnight said.
“Oh, Midnight…..I love you so much” Twilight said as she kisses Midnight for one last time.
As they depart from the kiss, Midnight watches as Twilight and Spike leave. Midnight wipes out the tears he was shedding and looks behind him to see the mane 6. They all had smiles on their faces for Midnight.
“Thank you all, so much” Midnight said to the girls as he leaves the school. Not to Equestria, but to Canterlot City. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Wolf-Spider was swinging around the rooftops of Canterlot City until he comes across Master Strike and Spider-Man.
“Way to go, kid. I knew you had it in ya” Master Strike said to Wolf-Spider.
“Yeah...aaaand...I think I now know why you sent me there. Did you sent me to that school so I can be more mature and take this hero thing more seriously”? Wolf-Spider asked the both of them.
“Yeah, pretty much” Spider-Man replied.
“By the way, what happened to that other guy, back in the beginning? You know, that crime boss guy”
“Oh, him? Let’s just say that he has nice home”.
Meanwhile back in Ryker’s Island, the crime boss is sitting in a cell, behind bars.
Back to Wolf-Spider, Master Strike, and Spider-Man. They hang on the rooftop. Wolf-Spider asks “So, Am I gonna see you guys, again”? Before Master Strikes replied and says “Sure, you’re one of us” as both Spider-Man and Master Strike swing away. Wolf-Spider smiles behind his mask and pulls out his mixtape, puts on his headphones and plays Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock And Roll”. But before he starts singing, he looks at the camera and says to the audience “Th-th-th-th-that’s all, folks. See you in “Spiders and Magic Equestria girls”. And that’s the bottom line, cause Wolf-Spider said so”. Wolf-Spider starts dancing across the rooftops as the credits show on the left.
There was a secret room in somewhere in the vacuum of space and time. A giant spear pops up from the ground with a blue gem inside this some kind of ice shard at the tip of the spear. A mysterious creature grabs the spear and says “Fine….I’ll do it, myself” as the creature comes out of the shadows to reveal…………………………………..The Storm King!
It was a rainy in a dark alley where a white figure in a dark city. This man carried a white cloak but with a black spider symbol on his chest. He was walking in the alley of the unkown city when suddenly, a bunch of black monsters start appearing around him. When that happens, he summons what appears to be a sword.
The monsters jump in the air and so does the mysterious figure. In the air, he slashes at a monster and it disapears. One monster gets a slash on one of his arms and grunts in pain. He falls to the ground and covers his wound. He looks up and sees the monsters getting ready to pounce. He gets up and runs at them. The monsters do the same thing. The man begins to slash at every single monster he saw. The monsters try their best to get him. But in the end, they couldn't lay a finger on him. The man starts to pant and watches as more monsters appear in front of him.
Suddenly, he feels a presence right above him. He looks up to see a man in a black and red spider suit. He had a black hoodie with a red spider symbol, he had a black mask with red eyes, two web shooters, black blacks, red socks, and black and red top and pants, along with red shorts.
The man jumps onto the roof and chases after this black spiderman. He starts running so fast that he was literally running on the building. The monsters follow behind him and he still slashes at them with his sword. All of the monsters disappear and all that's left is the man in the white cloak and the black spiderman.
The black spiderman jumps off the roof and starts shooting webbing at the white cloaked man. But he deflects the webbing with his sword. The man in the white cloak jumps off the building and lands on the ground, with the black spiderman right in front of him.
"For her" the man in the white cloak says. "For Snowdrop".
The black spiderman tilts his head in confusion and then both men clash.
She screams for a second and then covers her mouth. She looks at her hands like the first time she saw hands and she starts swinging them around while panicking like some kind of maniac. She even looks at her legs. In her head, you can tell that she has no idea what she’s become.
He learns to accept these feelings. He truly loves her. And from what he can tell, she loves him too. So, he accepts the kiss. It felt like they were there for a few hours. Just the two of them, lost in the moment. He really never felt this way about anyone before, and he enjoyed that feeling. It felt like it was the best thing that ever happened to him. Finally, they separate. Both of them smile and Midnight swings back up to the roof. Twilight could see him swinging around the school in joy and him shouting “WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO! YEAH”! She smiles and she leaves to go get ready for tonight.
