"Wuhhhhh, my head..."

A lone little Alicorn laid on the grass rubbing her with a hoof. Her coat was a light, pale shade of purple. Her cutie mark, a microphone with golden wings on it as if it were flying. She looked left, then to the right. Then she realized that she was in some sort of.....village?

"Eh? Where did I end up? Wait....WHERE DID I END UP!?" She exclaimed loudly, popping up right to her hooves and looking around at break neck speeds.

"SOPHIE!? MIREI!? Er, saying all their names'll take a while, um! DRESSING PAFE!? GARUMAGGEDON!? TRICOLOR!?" She called but to no avail as she recieved no answer in return. With a long sigh she trudged around in a circle for a little while.

"Where am I? I....yeah, I was definitely in the tour bus and then....Nnn, I can't really remember much other than something making the train rattle and then we went of course...right?" She asked herself, then sighed, plopping down onto her haunches. She pouted looking down at the ground and noticed her own hooves.

“Huh?” She moved what she thought was her hand to touch them but her hoof raised. She stared closely at the single cylindrical appendage and moved it up.

”AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-”

Pu-ri-para~

Princess Twilight Sparkle was enjoying her morning, sitting in bed, a cup of freshly made tea hovering in the air with magic being kept off to the side for the occasional sip while a book was in front of her. The birds chirped as they woke up as well to do whatever it was birds did in the morning for them to be noisy.

Twilight smiled to herself and took a sip of tea, it seemed it was going to be a rather quiet day in pony-

”AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!????”

Twilight’s mind froze and her tea cup fell to the ground with a dramatic crash, however she somehow gently placed her book on the side table. Her mind took about 10 seconds to process that the scream was definitely a pony, a pony definitely scared enough to scream that loudly! She dragged herself out of bed and quickly flew out of the window, forcing herself completely wake up and look around.

“H-hello? Did somepony scream?” Twilight called in a slightly raised voice, but no one was around as it was still morning and the sun had just come up.

Twilight scanned around worriedly, hoping nobody was hurt, possibly too hurt to make anymore sounds! She shivered and flew around to the back of her castle too look around there. It came to both her relief and worry to find a little filly whipping her head about herself in panic.

“Oh my goodness you gave me the biggest scare,” Twilight swooped down to the filly in a hurry, finding that she was just a little taller than say one of the cutie mark crusaders. She trotted over to her, quickly looking around for danger. “Are you hurt? Are you ok?! Do need medic-ALICORN!?”

The filly screamed again at Twilight’s screaming and fell over on her back. She quickly looked back at Twilight and her eyes bulged out of her head. “U-Unicorn!?” She questioned, flipping up onto her legs and slowly picking herself up. “W-whats going on here!? Why am I....One of you!? Why are you purple like me!? Shouldn’t you be taller!? Er, Shouldn’t you be shorter!? Where is everyone!?”

Twilight blanched and backed up slightly from the filly’s rapid fire questioning which only confused Twilight as she went on. Gently she placed a hoof on the girl’s shoulder and sat down in front of her to get closer to eye level.

“Now now lets...caaaalm down?” She said slowly, not really used to calming shouty, panicked children. Luckily it seemed to work, the filly pouted but let Twilight speak. “OK, first off, whats your name?”

The girl instantly perked up and looked up happily at Twilight, “I’m Manaka Lala! And I’m a 7th grader in Middle School! (Middle School!) (Middle School!) (Middle School!)

She then raised her left hoof to her left eye and winked “And not only that but I’m also the God Idol Lala! Nice to meet you, Capisce~!”

Twilight silently stared down at the girl, partly from shock, partly from the fact that this seventh grader was some sort of God? Did she mean princess? Then again Princess Celestia and Luna could be considered gods, princess was simply the title they had. However those two were thousands and thousands of years old, while this girl wasn’t even old enough to live by herself! However Cadence was pretty young herself and had become a princess like the other two, and even Twilight herself simply became an Alicorn, maybe her situation was like one of tho-

“Um, miiiiss? You’re not really saying anything.” Manaka Lala waved her hoof in front of Twilight’s face to get her attention, startling her slightly. Twilight composed herself and sheepishly chuckled.

“Uh, Sorry about that! I was just um, thinking! Anyway, I am Princess Twilight Sparkle! Its a pleasure to meet you Manaka Lala! As you can see, I’m an Alicorn, not a Unicorn anymore. So, are you related to Celestia and Luna?”

“Who and Who? Wait you’re a Princess!? Like, a real one!?” Lala asked excitedly.

Twilight was startled by surprise again but nodded. “Uuuh, yes! I am! Aren’t uh, you one too...?”

Lala shook her head, though her eyes were bright, “Nope! I never met a real life princess, much less a horse princess!”

Twilight squinted at Lala, “Pony....are you from around here Manaka Lala your name isn’t too....common,”

“Not from aroun-Shoot! I got distracted!” Lala cried going right back into panic mode. “Um! Listen I’m human! Er, you know, taller, with skin and stuff like that! I think I got transformed or something and I got separated from my friends! Help me find them please!”

Lala stepped toward Twilight until she was right at her chest looking up at her with a pout. Twilight was stunned to say the least. Frankly this Lala pony sounded crazy, maybe this was some sort of game....? If it was Lala was a pretty good liar and actor for a child her age. Twilight awkwardly put an arm around her to try and comfort her.

“Listen, lets go to my castle and settle you down ok? Then you can tell me all about this...transforming stuff. OK?” She asked, getting a sad nod from Lala.

Pu-ri-para~

After a few minutes of sipping tea Lala finally started to feel better, the fact that she was in a massive castle definitely helped though. They sat at the large golden table next to one another, Twilight had just procured a pencil and note pad using some sort of...glowy thingy coming from her horn? Lala didn’t exactly know how to label that.

“So, Manaka Lala, you say you transformed?” Twilight asked, seeing that Lala was much more calm now.

Lala nodded, “Mhm! I was a human before I turned into a Pony, not that being a Pony is bad but its kind of...weird?”

Twilight jotted down some notes and continued her interrogation, “Riiiight, now, you said there were others with you?”

Lala nodded much more furiously this time and leaned over to Twilight. “Yeah yeah! My friends! We were all riding on the Prism Train-”

“The what now?”

“Errr, oh! Meganee-san explained it like this! Ahem....”Lala’s voice switched to a more mature sounding calm voice ” ’The Prism Train is a train built for touring both through Making Drama’s and Dimensions! Its purely for both educational and entertainment purposes, so please do not mess with any controls! Otherwise the system will designate the next stop to be Mascot Hell!’ ...Um, that last part probably wasn’t as important.” Lala chuckled sheepishly and then rattled off the names of her friends, all of which Twilight jotted down.

“Hmmm.....Manaka Lala?” Twilight started slowly.

“Lala is fine! What is it?” She asked with a small smile.

“Are you lying to me?” Twilight asked bluntly, which she decided to regret when she watched Lala’s face fall instantly.

“You think I’m...lying...?” Lala pouted up at Twilight forcing the Princess to look away lest she face the full force of that child’s face.

“N-no!.....Well maybe a little...I mean, this all seems...odd. You just appeared one day as a complete other species after riding this Prism Train thing?”

“Yeah! It crashed, I remember!....Sorta, but still! You have to believe in me! We have to find my friends before something bad happens to them!” Lala pleaded desperately, Twilight wanted to argue further but her eyes dared glance back at the little Filly to find tears shaping in her eyes. Twilight gasped and shook her head,

“H-hey! I’m sorry, really I am Lala. Come on, lets just...keep going! Um, this God Idol thing, whats that?” Twilight hoped this would steer the conversation in a much more calm position.

Lala seemed to consider Twilight for a moment or two before seeming to register what she had just said. “Wait...you don’t know what a God Idol is!? D-don’t you have Idols here!?”

“Er, do you mean like....people you look up to?” Twilight tried, Lala shook her head furiously then jumped out of the chair and onto her feet. All of the sudden she looked fiercely determined!

“Idols are girls who sing and dance and make people from all over the world smile! Not only that but it gives other girls hope too, to be what they want! To be amazing! To shine and glitter like stars!” Lala said as if giving a speech to a crowd. Her eyes were a light with a passion Twilight just couldn’t ignore.

“And....what does being a God Idol mean?” Twilight asked, slowly writing down the things Lala were saying.

Lala grinned at Twilight, “It means I’m the one who took the original God Idol’s place! Along with my other 2 friends, Sophie and Mirei, we’re sorta like the mascots for all Idols!” Lala looked very proud of herself and Twilight couldn’t help but smile a little.

“I see....so could you maybe demonstrate a God Idol’s power?” Twilight asked, the flinched when Lala’s face dropped. The little filly slowly turned, a sheepish grin on her face.

“Well.....I don’t exactly....know how to do all that stuff....But I can sing!” Lala perked up once more and went right up to Twilight in a heart beat. “You’ll definitely understand why Idols are so amazing if you listen!”

Twilight chuckled at her excitement, not expecting too much she petted Lala a little on the head. “Well I’m not too bad a singer myself so I’ll just have to see for myself.” She teased lightly.

Lala’s eyes only filled with more Passion as she stepped onto the table, looking down at Twilight. “Capisce! Even though I don’t have the proper um, everything! I can still use my voice! Right now, I’m gonna sing you my best song!”

With that Lala closed her eyes and focused for a little while, then slowly opened them, smiling wide. She breathed in and a Lively song that had both surprised and held Twilight’s attention came forth.

Twilight stared at the little filly and wondered how in the heck she sang so well! Her voice seemed to reach deep into her, the song’s message tugging at her heart into a hug. She could feel the emotion Lala wanted to give her tenfold, then suddenly Lala threw her head toward the ceiling and shouted something pretty strange.

“Making drama, switch OOOON!”

Suddenly a sort of vision came into Twilight’s head. It was a vision of Lala, only taller, probably as tall as Twilight herself is. She walked alone with a umbrella held above her. The entire world seemed to be drained, around her was a depressing field of flowers. Lala looked up, then pranced happily. “Rain~!”

She discarded her umbrella and chose to instead gallop through the rain only for the cloud’s to part quickly, revealing a rainbow. Lala looked and spoke, “Look up at the sky....and laugh!”

Suddenly a wave of what Twilight could only guess could be Magic came from Lala’s hooves and pulsed all throughout the field and all color returned to it.

Lala took flight and seemed to smile right at Twilight with a hearty “Hello!” She spun around while balloons flew in the air behind her. She ended her twirl right in front of the rainbow that had formed, smiling at Twilight again. “Blue Sky Smiling Sparkling!”

The vision ended and instead she was greeted by the smaller Lala flashing purple, rings of rainbows raining down on her body. “Cylume Swiiiiiitch!!”

Lala’s body changed into the larger Lala’s and she continued her song, though somehow she seemed more dazzling to Twilight now!

The song ended and with it so did Lala’s sudden transformation. She smiled widely at Twilight who had her jaw dropped in surprise, awe, shock, Lala couldn’t really tell but she smiled anyway.

“So, how was it!?”
