Many years had passed since Nightmare Moon was banished to the moon, Princess Celestia had to do two jobs at once of both raising the sun and the moon and keeping peace and harmony in the land of Equestria, and defending the land from danger when it occurred.

The Princess used the help of Star Swirl the Bearded to call upon ponies true in spirit and heart to help protect the land from certain danger, many ponies came to Canterlot to provide help in any problems the land faced.

Among the ponies was a young teenage Pegasus named Lightning Bolt, he was blue with a brown mane, and his cutie mark was a bolt of lightning.

Lightning special talent was to conjouring lightning controlling it with his wings, he also was good at playing music and it made ponies happy, his family, his friends, and others happy too.

Many ponies thought his talent was dangerous and would be harmful, but he told them that he wanted to use his powers for good, Princess Celestia felt that he would be a great warrior against evil, she left him in the presents of the great Star Swirl The Bearded and told him to teach lightning how to use his talent for good.

Star Swirl gave him immortality so he could live on for many moons to come, the only way he keep his immortality is that every time he makes ponies happy while he plays music they harmlessly give of a power that makes Lightning happy and he consumes it and keeps on living.

Lightning had gone against monsters and dark villains and he would stop them with his lightning.

Most of his fights were not as big as Nightmare Moon, they were ones that would harm single towns but nothing big never happened for him.

Many moons past and Lightning had been a great pony for giving the others hope, he had friends that liked him, he traveled a lot and even play his wooden guitar, sometimes he would not seem himself, he would seem... Depressed, Lightning always thought there was something missing in his life, but he didn't know what it was, Star Swirl couldn't figure out anything wrong with lightning, then one day Lightning just disappeared.





"YOU'LL NEVER STOP ME, MY EVIL WILL FIND YOU!" Screamed a voice that was being flushed through a black hole.

"Star Swirl!" Lightning screamed, "Shut it down!"

The black hole was sucking everything in insight, "I can't!" He screamed "It's too powerful..."

"Sir...sir...excuse me sir." Said a waitress waking a young man up who was sitting in a booth at a roadside diner at 11 o'clock at night, "Would you like more coffee?" she asked.

"Nah no thanks, I'm good." the young man said, this young man who was about the age of 18 and had blue skin and brown hair tuck into a knitted hat, "Could you tell me how far Canterlot city is?"

"About a 60 miles, you traveling there?" She asked.

"Yeah." He replied.

"My brother Joe lives there, he owns a doughnut shop there." She smiled.

"Oh yeah that's cool." He said yawning.

"There's a motel a half a mile up the road if you need a place to sleep." She offered.

"No thanks, I got an Airstream behind my van that I sleep in." He said, "Does your boss mind if I camp out in your parking lot tonight?"

"Well he's not here now he only come's in at 8:00 in the morning..."

"Oh don't worry I'll be gone before that." He said.

"Well as long as you leave before that or your up by then I'm fine with it, so what in Canterlot city?" She asked as he paid his bill.

"Home." He said.

"Oh yeah, what brings you back there?" She asked.

"Oh, just figured after a while on the road can make you home sick." He smiled

"You've been traveling?" She asked

"Yeah, I've been of the road for a long time I have." He said.

"You don't look that old if you've been traveling for a while." She said confused.

"Meh, I've been from place to place in the past... um 2 years." He said.

"Okay, well thanks for stopping in and have a goodnight sir." She smiled.

"Thank you, you too." He said and walked outside, the boy walked towards a Black 1976 Dodge Tradesman 200 van with flames painted on the fenders, he locked his van and walked to his 34 foot 1987 Airstream Excella and went inside.

This trailer had a lot of things inside such as photos, book, movies, video games, a laptop, a large flat screen TV and 2 guitars, one was a Gibson acoustic, and another was a orange Les Paul.

The boy sat on the bed in the back and picked up a journal with news clippings in it and it read.

"STRANGE ACTIVITY AT CANTERLOT HIGH INVOLVING A "DEMON?""

"SCHOOL MUSIC CONTEST TURNS INTO BATTLE WITH "DRAGONS?"

"CANTERLOT HIGH COMPETITION GAMES TURNS INTO NIGHTMARE."

He looked at the clippings knowing that there was something going on in this town and it involved... magic.

"Something is going on there, I know it." He said, "If there's something wrong with the statue... that's bad."

The boy put the journal away and picked up the acoustic and strum a few cords of Led Zeppelin's "Over the Hills and Far Away".

"I love playing this guitar, can't wait to get home and see my other one's." He sighed and set his guitar down and went to sleep.

Back in Equestria...

The Princess of Friendship Twilight Sparkle was at Applejack's helping her out with fixing her fence, her fence was rusted out from long time of rain exposure.

"Thanks Twi," Applejack said with her southern accent, "I would have not gotten done with out your help."

"Any time Applejack." Twilight smiled.

"Would you like somethin' to drink Twi?" Applejack asked.

"Sure!" Twilight replied, Applejack and Twilight went and got a cool drink of her apple cider.

Granny Smith came in from gardening out back, "Boy Twilight, you and my grand daughter and her friends make a great team protectin' and fightin' and keeping Equestria safe, and if it weren't for you youngings Equestria would be in the clutches of evil." 

Twilight was glad to have her friends, with out them they wouldn't have the The Element's of Harmony, the most powerful magic in the land of Equestria, once used by Princess Celestia and now used by Princess Twilight and her Friends, Applejack the element of Honesty, Fluttershy the element of Kindness, Pinkie Pie the element of Laughter, Rarity the element of Generosity, Rainbow Dash the element of Loyalty and Twilight Sparkle the element of Magic.

"Reminds me of that time Mah' daddy met a young stallion that use to do things like what you youngings do." Granny said.

"What!?" Twilight wondered.

"Oh long before my time and a few moons after Nightmare Moon was banished mah' daddy met a stallion named..., what was his name again?, Lightning... Flash? Streak?... something nor what ever, he told me that he was a powerful Pegasus that could use lightning against evil and make them runaway like scaredy cats." Granny laughed.

Twilight was shocked as to what she heard, she had never heard of this pony before, she had read many books and heard many legends but she never heard of this one.

"He also use to play music to when ever he traveled through a town and he was quite good at it too." She added.

"I've never heard of this pony, where is he?" Twilight asked.

"Well the legend goes that he was fighting a evil force and they both vanished off the face of Equestria." She said. 

"I'm sorry to cut this short Applejack, I've got to do some research on this." She said and with a purple flash she disappeared.

Twilight spent the next 3 hours scanning every book she had in her library about this pony and didn't find ANYTHING!

"Hey Twilight." Said Spike coming into the room eating a gemstone, "What are you doing?"

"I'm looking for anything about this pony that Granny Smith told me about, and can't seem to find anything." She said still searching.

"Why don't you check the Equestrian Archives." Spike offered.

"Equestrian Archive!?, is there one?" She asked.

"Well yeah it might be in Canterlot?" Spike said thinking.

"Maybe Princess Celestia would know about it." She said, "Spike! get my quill and ink." and he did, "Take this down..."

Dear Princess Celestia,
Today on Applejack's farm Granny Smith told me about a Pegasus stallion that use to fight against evil, Granny Smith said his name was Lightning something... and that was all, She said he use to use lightning powers and play music, I never heard anything about this, please tell me is there an Equestrian Archive book in Canterlot about him, if not I would like to know about this pony if you have any knowledge of him, I would like to know as much as I can about this pony for my research, Is he alive? does he live in Canterlot? who is he? Please contact me back.

And with a blow of a green flame the scroll was off to the castle in Canterlot.

Twilight spent the next several minutes pacing her castle waiting anxiously for the Princess to write back, then a burp came from spike and a scroll appeared, Twilight quickly levitated the scroll towards herself unrolled it and it read.

Dear Princess Twilight
I know this pony that you speak of and Granny Smith is quite right about him, I do not have a book here in Canterlot about him... but in the old Castle of the Two Sisters, in the library behind a secret shelve opening you shall find a book with a bolt of lightning on its cover and you'll find the answers you are looking for, good luck and I know you'll enjoy what you find.

Twilight hopped with joy, that meant an adventure to seek out a new discovery for her and her friends. an hour later Twilight and her friends gathered together and headed through the Everfree Forest towards the Castle of the Two Sisters, once occupied by Princess Celestia and her sister Princess Luna, the castle had been abandoned and left in shambles after Princess Celestia battled her sister's evil side Nightmare moon and banished her to the moon, Twilight always thought the castle would be a great tourist attraction but Princess Celestia wanted that castle to remain the way it is, cause she didn't want to be reminded of her guilt of what she had to do to her own corrupted sister, the castle is also where they discovered the Elements of Harmony and used them to defeated Nightmare Moon and returned her back into Princess Luna. 

They entered the castle and began their search for the book. "This place gets scarier the more we come here." Fluttershy whimpered.

"Don't worry we won't be here long," Twilight said leading the way, "All we got to do is find that book and leave."

"Man, I remember that one time we were all here we ended up scaring ourselves." Rainbow laughed.

"Yeah," Pinkie laughed "Because none of us knew that we were all here at the same time, Rarity and and Fluttershy came to get those large fabric pieces to restore, and Applejack and Rainbow dash came here to find the Pony of Shadows, and Twilight came here to look for some books for her collection, and you all got separated and started scaring each other and Twilight stopped it and I was the one playing the pipe organ."

"Well we wont be doing that again." said Twilight 

They found the library and started looking for hidden keys and doorways.

"I remember when I found that book for Rarity I pulled a book out and a secret passageway opened." Spike remembered, and he pulled the same book and the doorway opened, but all there was, was an empty abyss, "Hey what happened to the stairs that were here?", Twilight shined her horn to see if there was anything else in there, but there nothing.

The girls continued to search but nothing came up, "Maybe the book has already been found?" Fluttershy said softly.

"Princess Celestia wrote that it was secretly hidden, I doubt anypony would find it." Twilight sighed hoping that.

"Well I'll tell you this," said Spike leaning against the wall, "If the book is here I'm pretty sure it will appear." And then it happened the stone that Spike was leaning on pushed in and a large slab of rock fell out of the wall almost hitting Spike, "WHOA!" Spike gasped, "That almost crushed me!"

"Look." Twilight gasped, there in the wall was a book with a gold plated bolt of lightning on the cover, "That's it!" Twilight cheered as her magic levitated the book out of the wall and looked long at its cover, "I can't wait to open it and read and learn about this pony!"

Twilight went back to her Castle and she sat in her room and began to read this newfound book, Twilight opened the book and found out this was more than a book but a journal, and so she started to read.

About an hour went by and Twilight read a lot about this pony named Lightning Bolt, she read on how he use his talent of conjuring lightning, and meeting Princess Celestia, and most of all Star Swirl the Bearded, Twilight's idol, she read about how he was Star Swirl's apprentice and he trained Lightning, played music and made friend with many ponies and much more, towards the end the journal stop at a last entry that said he and Star Swirl were up in the mountains doing an experiment, and there was nothing else, just blank pages.

Twilight felt let down that the journal was never finished and she wondered why it was put in The Castle of Two Sister's after it was destroyed, cause his story's took place many moons after Princess Celestia banished Nightmare moon, Twilight began to worry if he was killed and nopony knew about it or if he was banished from Equestria?

It was a beautiful day at Canterlot high cause the new school year starts for Sunset Shimmer and her friends they were all going to be seniors, It had been rough for then these past four years after Sunset stole Twilight's crown and she came to the human world to get it back and Sunset became a demon at the Fall Formal and tried to kill Equestria Twilight and her human counterpart friends but the Elements of Harmony was right there to protect them and they defeated evil Sunset and she apologized and became there friend, and later three evil sirens from Equestria came to the school to get there powers back and take over the school with their singing but the girls stopped them with their own music and saved the school again, then the next year came for when Twilight human counterpart known as Sci-Twi went to Chrystal Prep and competed in the Friendship Games against Canterlot and was so obsessed with the magic that was going on at the school, she made a device that not only tracked magic but consumed it, it became to powerful that it stated to rip open portals and made strange things come out, towards the end st the final challenge she unleashed the magic and it consumed human Twilight and changed her into the evil Midnight Sparkle, she opened various portals nearly destroying the human world to get to Equestria, Sunset Shimmer and her Friends used the Elements of Harmony to stop Midnight Sparkle and saved human Twilight, then later that week Sci-Twi transferred to Canterlot High to be with her real friends and meet Equestria Twilight one day while they were having a picnic, then that summer they all took a trip to Camp Everfree to get away from the school and the magic, Twilight was still having nightmare about Midnight Sparkle and she knew that she was still a part of her, but they also notice that they were starting to have magical powers they couldn't control and Twilight thought it was her fault it was happening, and then they fought a strange magic that took over a young camp counselor that change her into Gaia Everfree, and then the Elements of Harmony saved everyone and the camp from danger once again, then the girls found these magic jewels that gave them magical Equestrian powers and used them for good, but there was one thing that Sunset couldn't figure out... where did the magic that hit the cave come from?

Sunset pulled into the parking lot on her dirt bike that she kept after the Friendship Games, Sunset parked her bike and began to walk towards the rear entrance, as she was walking through the parking lot she saw a big old black van hauling and old aluminum camper trailer, Sunset thought it was weird that someone parked a camper in a school parking lot, As she was looking at it Applejack pulled up in her old red late 70's Ford truck.

"Hey Sunset, who would park a camper in a school parking lot?" She said looking at it, the camper was hard to ignore cause it stuck out like a sore thumb.

Then a rainbow zoom appeared in front of them, "Hey guys!" It was Rainbow Dash, she was using her super speed, cause ever since they got their powers she had been using hers the most, like a lot, she didn't have to drive of ride the bus no more, cause it was obvious that she could get to a place a lot quicker and faster if she ran, "Hey, who the heck parked a camper in the school parking lot?" She said looking at it as well.

"I don't know?" Sunset said, "But I'm pretty sure we'll find out soon."

They went into the school and meet up with their friends at the lockers, they started taking about the van and the camper.

"Did you see the awesome van, that thing look badass!" Dash said.

"Who do you think it belongs to?" Fluttershy asked.

"Maybe it's some big shot film guy wanting to do a documentary on the school?" Said Applejack.

"OH MY STARS!" Rarity gasped, "What if it is!?, and he wants me to do wardrobe, this could be my ticket to making dress for all those famous Hollywood actors and actresses, including my idol Emma Stone." She sighed looking at a picture of her on a makeup ad.

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's not a film guy." Sunset said, "Cause if it was he wouldn't be driving an old van with flames and haul an old Airstream like that."

"Ooh! maybe it's another person from Equestria that has come her to take over the school like you and the sirens!" Pinkie blurted out, "No offense." She said looking at Sunset and Sci-Twi.

"None taken." They said in unison for the millionth time getting use to the fact after what had happened.

Just then the bell rang and it was time to go to class, Twilight stepped towards Sunset, "Maybe Pinkies right, what if it is another evil monster from Equestria." She shivered.

"Twilight it wouldn't be a person from Equestria," Sunset asid putting her arm on Twilight, "If it was, why would he be driving a old van and live in a camper like that, I mean it's probably some guy that travels from school to school doing pep rally's." They hoped she was right.

"Excuse me Sunset!" Called a voice from down the hall, it was Vice Principle Luna.

"Hey Vice Principle Luna, whats up?" Sunset asked.

"Principle Celestia wants to talk to you." Luna said.

"Okay?" Sunset said worried.

"Don't worry dear your not in trouble." She said as the headed towards her office.

"Whew." Sunset sighed in relief.

They walked into the office, Luna opened Principle Celestia's door, "Sunsets here Sis'." Luna said.

"Oh good, send her in." Celestia said.

Sunset entered her office and saw new person Sunset never seen before, his skin was blue he was wearing and orange plaid button up shirt with a green t-shirt that said Fender on it, and had brown hair under a gray yarn knitted hat.

"Sunset this Lite Bolton, he's new to town and he's also our new student here." She said 

Sunset looked at him with a smile and he smiled back as well, "Hi, welcome to Canterlot High." She smiled shaking his had.

"Thank you." Lite said, "I really appreciate the welcome."

"Sunset would be so kindest to show Lite around the school, please." Celestia asked.

"Sure!" Sunset said.

"I'm sorry about the birth certificate and the transfer papers form my last school." Lite apologized. "But I'll do my best on figuring out these entry forums for you."

"Don't worry about thing Mr Bolton, your need for education is all that we care about, you enjoy your first day here at Canterlot High." She smiled.

"Thank you again Princess...iple (Grunt) Principle Celestia, excuse me." Lite said shaking her hand.

Sunset thought he said Princess but she wasn't sure.

They both walked out of the office and Lite Pass a green boy with blue hair wearing a tank top going into the Principles office, he had noticed a scar on his eye, and Lite thought, "Poor kid, must be hard having a scar for the rest of your life."

"Ah Rally!" She said, "Here for morning detention again I see." And her door closed.

Lite and Sunset walked down the halls giving him the grand tour.

"So Lite," Sunset said, "Where you from?"

"Oh, here, there a lot of places." He said.

"Are your parents traveling salesmen?" She asked.

"No, I my folks passed on a while back and I grew up in a orphanage and I left at 16 and been on the road for a while so it's just me, I just came into town this morning." He said.

"Wait, is that your camper and van out back?" She asked.

"Pretty cool huh, It's not much to look at but it gets you where you want to go." He laughed.

"Okay." Sunset smiled she now knew who the van and camper belonged to, they walked around the school for about a half hour showing Lite the classes and auditorium, Lite was so kind to her and held the door open for her, she though he was the nicest person alive.

"And here we have the music room." Sunset said as they walked in.

"Oh wow, a Gibson Flying V." Lite said noticing Sunsets turquoise Flying V.

Sunset blushed that he liked her guitar, "You like it, that's my guitar."

"She's beautiful! You play!?" Lite said.

"Yeah, me and my friends are in a band." She said, "Do you play?"

"Yeah, I do play." Lite said picking it up, "Do you mind?" He asked.

"Not at all, go ahead." She said, Lite sat on a chair strumming a few cords, Sunset like the way he strummed her instrument, "You should come to the music audition after school." She said.

"Audition?" Like asked.

"Yeah we are doing music auditions to pick out new players for some of our bands, you should try out." She said.

Lite like to play so he smiled and nodded, "Okay tell em' try out." He said.

"Cool, I'll go and let my friend Flash know." Sunset smiled, Lite put her guitar down and we walked out of the room.

"I'll see you after school then?" He smiled.

"Yeah." She smiled back and blushed, Lite turned around and started to walk away, Sunset thought that he was sweet, "He is actually kinda cute." She thought to herself.

Later that day in the cafeteria Sunset and her friends sat together, Sunset was talking about Lite.

"So he's the one with the camper." Applejack said.

"I had him in my English class." said Fluttershy, "He was so kind to hold the door for me and when I broke my pencil he gave me one of his."

"I met him in the hall earlier and he said he loved my studded belt on my backpack." Said Rarity. 

Just then the cafeteria doors opened... it was Lite, he came in and got a try of food from the lunch line and looked for a place to sit, the lunch room looked like everybody was in groups, he spotted Sunset and her friends but the table was full, Lite decided it was best to sit alone for a while till he was well acquainted with everyone.

Sunset notice his sitting far away from everyone, all by himself, she felt really sorry for him, "Oh, that's sad," Sunset said sadly.

"How come he's sitting by himself?" Fluttershy asked.

"Maybe he feels out casted being the new student." Sunset said looking at him.

"How bout' you go and invite him to sit with us." Applejack asked Sunset.

"Yeah." Said Sci-Twi, "You seem to like him, Sunset." She joked

Sunset blushed and thought it wasn't such a bad idea, after all she didn't have a boyfriend, Sunset got up and walked towards Lite, "Hey Lite."

"Oh, Hi Sunset." Lite smiled.

"Why don't you come and sit with us, my friends would love to meet you." She smiled.

Lite smiled and got up and walked over with her to their table, Applejack got a empty chair for him to sit in, "Thank you." Lite said to Applejack.

"Sure thing." She said back.

Lite sat down and looked at all the sweet faces that smiled at him, "So Lite, where you from?" Sci-Twi asked.

"Well Canterlot city is my hometown, I was living in younger years but I hit the road at the age of 16 and saw America." He said.

"Wow." Said Fluttershy, 

"Wait, your from this town?" Dash said, "I don't think I've ever seen you around before." 

"Well... uh..." Lite started, "I was living in a orphanage for the first 11 years of my life and then I moved to... Chicago for a while then I started working in restaurants and shipping depots till I saved some money to buy that van for a bargain and the camper too, so I traveled around took small jobs at diners or played my guitar in the streets till I saved money to move on."

"Wow," Sunset gasped, "What made you want to come home?"

"Well, I figured, why not get your high schooling done and get a better job to make better money have a house, find a girl, and settle down." He finished. "And hey what place better to do that is your hometown."

"YEAH." Said Dash giving Lite a high five, "Hey so you play guitar too, huh."

"Yeah, I got a Gibson Les Paul with Seymour Duncan humbucker pickups in it." He smiled.

"Dude that's sweet," She smiled.

"What kind of axe you got?" Lite asked.

"I got a Dean Custom 350F Series."

"Damn, those are awesome, a buddy of mine Mike Batio plays those." 

"Who's Mike Batio?" Dash asked.

Lite smiled, "He's in the top 5 of the worlds most fastest guitar players!"

"Really!?" She said surprised.

"He goes by the nick name "Hands without Shadows." Lite said in a sinister voice.

"I'll have to look this guy up sometime." Dash said.

They talked about music and such till the bell rang for their next classes, Lite had a pretty good idea of how to audition for the bands after school, Lite realized the girls he was sitting with were the same ones described as the ones in the news clippings, Lite didn't want to bring up the subject on them till he was sure they were the ones responsible for bringing magic into this world.

It was the end of the school day and every one was starting their after school routines, the school gymnasium was getting set up for the auditions, judges table was set the P.A. speakers were on and people were bringing in their equipment.

Lite was outside in his van trying to get his amplifier out, he was having trouble lifting it out of the side when he saw a guy with an light orange mullet wearing a denim vest with a peace sign patch and wearing red fingerless gloves.

"Hey buddy, can you give me a hand with this real quick!" Lite called, the guy came over grabbed the handle on the other side and lifted it out of the van, "Thanks man." Lite said.

"No problem man." He said, "Hey! is this a Marshall JCM 800 Series!?"

"Yeah." Lite smiled.

"Dude, that the most ballsy amplifier they ever made." He complemented. 

"100 watts of pure heavy metal!" Lite grinned, "Wanna help me bring this in?"

"Yeah sure man!" He accepted.

Lite went into his camper real quick grabbed his guitar case and his pedal  board out and they both carried it into the school. 

"Names Lite by the way." He said.

"Valhallen." He introduced as they rolled the amp through the double doors.

"Cool name bro, let me guess parents were heavy metalers too?" Lite asked.

"My dad was." He laughed as they found a spot to set it before had to go up on stage.

Lite had to wait through 12 people before he could go on, he sat on the floor took his Les Paul out and rubbed it down with polish.

"Wow that is beautiful." Said Sunset and her friends who were approached Lite.

"Hey Sunset!" He said.

"Where did you get this stuff?" Dash asked.

"I... bought some of this stuff at garage sales, swap meets and saved money for some of it." He said.

"Must have gotten good deals." She said checking the amp out.

"Goodness the tolex on your amp is falling off, if you want I could fix that for you darling?" Rarity offered.

"No but thank you, I like it like that, it gives it character." Lite said. 

Lite watched the people who were trying out, some of them were playing different instruments, a big bulky guy with red eyes played a violin, a blonde girl that looked cross eyed played a piece of metal with a bow, and two younger looking kids were trying to rap... but they weren't all that good.

After about an hour rolled by it was Lite turn, him and Valhallen helped lifted his amp and helped his set up, as he took out his Les Paul he heard a voice say, "Knock em Dead Lite!" It was Dash cheering him on from up in the bleachers with the other girls, Lite smiled, that boosted his confidence.

Lite took his lap top and told them to wire a back track to the P.A., a girl with blue hair and head phones and magenta colored glasses came and did it for him.

"Are you ready?" The judge said.

"Hold on I got to tune up first." Lite said as he did.

The amp was warmed up the pedals were plugged in and the guitar was tuned.

"Okay, this ones titled "Tribute to Rock Guitar" Preformed by Mike Batio." Lite snapped his fingers and the girl with the head phones hit play.



As he played Lite was lost in a epic rock montage he wasn't even looking at the crowd as he stomped pedals and changed keys, his hands and fingers flying up and down the neck and strings at speed Dash probably couldn't catch, his eye just stayed on the guitar.





Lite looked up and saw everyone just staring at him.

"Was that okay?" He asked nervously.

Then the room was suddenly filled with applause, cheering, screams, whistles, and whoops, the stage was suddenly crowded by people asking him to join their bands, the girls up in the bleachers their mouths were agape, their eyes wide as plates.

"THAT WAS AWESOME!" Rainbow Dash screamed.

"WHOA!" Pinkie gasped, "That was even better then a Neil Peart drum solo!"

"That was pretty impressive I do say." Said Rarity.

"Man, it was almost like he's some type of guitar God!" Sci-Twi said.

"It was really loud, but it was amazing." Fluttershy smiled.

"He hands were faster then a jack rabbit out running a cheetah." Said Applejack 

Sunset was shock at what she saw, "He was amazing!" She thought. 

Lite was out of breath trying to calm the crown down, "Alright just hold on!" He screamed, and he play the first quick note of Rush's "Tom Sawyer", everybody was quiet "I know that was probably the most amazing thing you've ever seen but we got to let the judges do their work, I'll decided which band I'll join, later." He said as he walked off the stage.

Lite ran out into the hall to catch his breath, Sunset ran down to talk to him, she saw him all by himself in the hallway... glowing blue, Sunset hid behind a locker to not be seen, she looked back at him and the glow died down, Lite splashed water on his face and took a few gulps and walked away.

Sunset was shock as to what she had seen... it was Equestrian magic and she knew it, she thinks he's another evil monster from Equestria wanting to take over the school, she had to tell her friends.

Sunset ran down the halls like a bat out of hell, she found them outside talking about his performance.

"YOU GUYS!" She yelled.

"Whoa Sunset settle down." Said Applejack.

"Whats wrong?" Sci-Twi asked.

"LITE HAS EQUESTRIAN MAGIC, I SAW IT"

"WHAT!?" They all said in unison.

"Are you sure?" Rarity asked.

"Positive," She said, "When I followed him into the hallway he... he... he was glowing blue!" 

"What!?" They all said again.

"This could end up like what happened with the Sirens!" Dash said.

"What do we do!?" Fluttershy asked.

"We must use our power to drain his power and stop him before this get out of hand!" Sunset said to her friends.

"Yeah! lets go kick his evil butt!" Pinkie said, the girls went looking for Lite.

Lite was in his Airstream listening to Ozzy and taking a piss, "Lord, I've never had to tinkle so bad in all my life!" He said, just then there was a loud knock on his door, "Oh dammit, HOLD ON!" He said as he finished and zipped up his pants and flushed, Lite went to his do and opened it, "HellAHHH..." suddenly he was pulled out of his camper and thrown to the ground he looked up and saw Sunset and her friends all pissed off, "SUNSET!?, WHATS GOING ON WHAT DID I DO!?" He said trying to stand up.

"WHO ARE YOU!?" She yelled in demanded.

"WHAT!?" Lite said, suddenly a light blue aurora lifted Lite off the ground, it was right there he realized these were the girls that had Equestrian magic."Where did you get the Equestrian magic!?" he yelled.

"Where did you get yours!?" She yelled.

"I've had it!" Lite responded.

"Oh yeah, then what are you doing here with it, trying to defeat us and take over the school!?" She yelled.

"WHAT!? NO!" Lite yelled.

"Then why are you here!" She screamed.

"Cause I'm here to protect the portal between here and Equestria." He said.

Sunset was surprised at what he said, "What?" She asked calming down.

"I'm here to guard the portal in this world." He said.

"Guard?" Sunset asked. 

"Yeah, Star Swirl the Bearded built that portal to explore a new realm and he chose me to come here and guard it." Lite said.

Sunset set Lite down gently, "You mean your from Equestria too?" She asked, Lite nodded. "I'm sorry about throwing you on the ground like that." She said.

"It's okay, you made a mistake, that quite alright." Lite smiled.

"Your the protector of the portal?" Fluttershy asked.

"Yeah, I've been here protecting it ever since the school was built." He said.

"Wait a minute, the school was built in the 1940's, how could you be so young if you been here for...over 80 years!" Dash said.

"Star Swirl gave me Immortality long ago." He said. 

"Lite, you knew Star Swirl the Bearded?" Sunset asked.

Lite sighed, "My name isn't Lite Bolton, its Lightning Bolt." 

"Wait, THE Lightning Bolt for Canterlot." She said surprised.

"The one and only." He smiled.

"Wow, ponies back in Equestria always talked about how great you were, they all thought you were dead or banished." Sunset said.

"Nope, been here all this time." Lite said.

"Why haven't you gone back to Equestria?" Sci-Twi asked.

"Well, lets go inside and talk about it in private." He said and they all went inside his camper and saw that it was kinda a mess, empty pizza boxes on the counter, clothes on the floor, unwashed dishes in the sink and the bed was not made.

"Whoa, this place is a mess." Dash said, Applejack hit her, "Ow!" 

"Be nice." She whispered.

"It could use a women's touch." Rarity said trying to be nice.

"Yeah sorry, I really wasn't expecting company." He said trying to tidy up real quick, he sat in his chair, "So where do I start?"

"Where ever you like." Sunset said.

"Well," Lite began as they all listened, " it was about a few moon after Princess Celestia banished Nightmare Moon to the moon, I was born a Pegasus, I didn't know my parents other then they left me at a orphanage in Canterlot when I was only a foal, the people at the orphanage named me Rain Drop cause I was left there on a rainy day, I spent my first 11 years of my life there, I didn’t really make any friends there cause they came and went, till a nice baker that was delivering at the orphanage I lived in, I helped him unload his wagon whenever he came, he was so nice to me that he decided adopted me, he took me to live with him at his bakery, He always though of me as his son and I appreciated it cause it was nice to have a father figure, I started working as a delivery pony in his bakery, I was fast at it and it caused me to get my cutie mark of a delivery box, he even paid me about 4 bits a delivery and plus tips I made and saved up, he even had a piano in his shop, I played it really, really good and people would give me bits for me playing, at the age of 13 I started to get the hang of flying, and I was flying home one day and it started raining I stood on a gray rain cloud to catch my breath till out of know where I got electrocuted by the cloud,I passed out and when I awoke I was still on the same cloud but it had gone white, I went home and pretended like it didn't happen, I kept it a secret for a while until one day I was 15 a thunderstorm hit the city and I was outside closing his shop and a bolt of lightning hit me, it didn't hurt though but when I looked at the cloud I pointed up at it and said, "Stop it!" Then a bolt of lightning shot out of my hoof and hit the cloud."

"What!?" Dash gasped.

"Yeah I didn't know how it happened till another shot out of my hoof and another and another till people saw me I ran inside and told the baker what happened, he was shocked at what he saw me do, I nearly destroyed his bakery, I decided to pack up my belongings and my savings and leave cause I thought it was too dangerous for me to be like this.”

“He understood me and knew that my special power could be used for something greater, I never forgot him I always visited him every so often.”

“I went to Canterlot Castle cause I heard the rumors of a powerful wizard who probably could help."

"Star Swirl the Bearded?" Sunset asked,

Lite nodded, "Yep, he saw what I could do he had never seen a Pegasus with powers like that before and wanted to do some test, we did some electromagnetic test to see if I could conduct electricity, I did at a rate where I overpowered light bulbs and broke them, then he had me try and concentrate on how to use it safely, I relaxed myself and lifted my hoof up and concentrated on the power and it slowly formed till I shot a small bolt and it hit the bulb and it shined without breaking, Star Swirl was proud of me, we trained for many days, till one day a terrifying dragon flew through Canterlot and started to destroy the city."

"Good heavens a dragon!?" Rarity gasped.

"Yeah, Star Swirl tried to save the town by trying to put a freeze spell on him but he couldn't get close enough, used a shield spell to block him from fire breaths till a ball of fire broke his spell and knocked him to the ground, I ran to his aid and tried to help him, he screamed "LOOK OUT!" and a the dragon was just about to step on us when I held my hoof out and a big bolt of lightning hit him and it knocked him over toasted and dazed, everybody cheered for me saving Star Swirl and the town they a cheered "LIGHTNING BOLT!" cause they didn't know my real name, and my cutie mark changed to a bolt of lightning and that's how I got the name, Lightning Bolt."

"WOW, You took on a dragon!?" Dash cheered.

Lite nodded, "Yep."

"Please tell us more!" Sunset said anxiously.

"Well," Lite continued, "I was taken to the castle to meet the Princess and she gave me a metal for my bravery on that day, I was really famous in Canterlot afterwords I would go to places shake hooves and play the piano for my friends and when ever there was danger she would sent me out to defend the city, me and Star Swirl travel around a bit for his scientific purposes, and one day he discovered other realms in the universe and he built the portal to this world, when we went through it we were surprised at how the portal changed our bodies and how different this world was."

"So that's how the portal was built?" Applejack asked.

"Not really, when we got here we only came through a worm hole and we did have trouble getting back, when the school was first started being built the statue was the only thing that was complete, Star Swirl work on a spell to open the portal, but he had trouble with it we spend a whole moon in that world in order for it to reopen again."

"I thought the portal opens every 30 moons?" Sunset questioned.

"Wait how long is 30 moons?" Applejack asked.

"Well that's actually about a month, on the first full moon the portal opens and it stays open for about 3 days while the moon is still full, and we did it on the first full moon and we got back home, but the spell stayed cause of what the statue was made from concealed the magic we put on it." 

"Wow, I thought 30 moons is like almost 2 years or something." Pinkie said.

"Nope." Lite said.

"So that why your here?" Fluttershy asked.

"Whats that?" Lite asked.

"The portal won't shut down and you came here to make sure nobody when in or out it?" She asked.

"Well... that's only part of it." Lite sighed.

"Why?" Sci-Twi asked.

"About two years after we built the portal was built and I was being a hero in Canterlot, me and Star Swirl were up in the mountains of Canterlot doing some weather testing, we were working with lightning rods and he had me use my power to see if it could reverse weather, well something went wrong and I accidentally opened a hole in the sky and a black hole came out,"

"A black hole?" Sci-Twi asked nervously.

"Yeah, I use a strong blot of lightning to reverse it and close it up, it worked but something came out of the hole."

"What?" Fluttershy whimpered hiding under a blanket.

"A dark shadow force named Phantom Shadows came out, it chased us down the mountain destroying everything in sight, we couldn't rick leading it to Canterlot cause it probably would harm the ponies so me and Star Swirl tried to sent it back into the hole where it came out of, Star Swirl used a spell to make a black hole to suck him back into it, I used a very strong bolt of lightning to hold him while Star Swirl opened the black hole, He started to feed on my power and he grew strong from it, I started to become weak and I couldn't hold him from much longer, Star Swirl took the lightning rod and held it to the lightning and used it to sent him back into the hole, Phantom Shadow's last words to us were "YOU"LL NEVER STOP ME! MY EVIL WILL FIND YOU!" and he disappeared, the portal wouldn't shut down it had become too powerful for Star Swirl, cause he had been electrocuted from the lightning and it made him so weak, he took my hoof wired his magic through me and with my magic and my power combined we shut the portal down together."

"WOW!" The girls said in unison.

"Keep going!" Dash said anxiously.

"When I brought Star Swirl back home he was so weak that he couldn't make himself better, I on the other had was just weak but I got better in time... but Star Swirl didn't, I became so worried and depressed that he wasn't getting better, then one day he was on his death bed and he told me to "Guard... the... portal." I asked "Why?" and he told me that he sent Phantom Shadows into a purgatory of realms that was connected to the mirror portal."

"Purgatory of realms?" Sunset asked.

"Yeah, it's like evil spells that have been banished way to a dark realm, that portal connects to many of those realms, and that made me worry that he would come after me and Star Swirl, he told me that if I was to protect the portal I would have to be immortal, he told me of a spell that would do that, he gave me a book and I casted the spell and the way it works is whenever I play music it makes me feel good and the spell glows around me and I stayed the same age ever since, its kinda like in that movie The Highlander, "There can be only ONE!" he smiled raising his finger.

"So why did you come here and protect this side?" Sunset asked.

"Well, soon after Star Swirl... passed on, I became worried about Phantom Shadows coming back and finding me, and if he did he would steal a lot of magic in Equestria and become too powerful for anypony or even Princess Celestia, and I decided to hide the mirror in a spot where it wouldn't ever be found, and I came here to protect the portal here and keep Equestria safe."

"And so you been here since then?" Rarity asked.

"Yep." Lite nodded.

"What did you do for the passed 80 years?" Fluttershy asked.

"Had several jobs, played guitar, partied, traveling and been to A LOT of music concerts."

"So that's why your so good on the guitar," Dash said, "You've been playing it for a long time."

Lite smiled and nodded, "I practice every day."

"Wow, your the coolest." Dash complemented.

"Thanks Dash," Lite smiled.

"So how come we never knew about you here?" Sunset asked.

"Well in 1996 I got tired of protecting the portal and nothing ever came through, I went on vacation for 20 years, bought this camper locked up my house and left town, went across the country and saw America, also went to Mexico and Canada, great countries,"

"Why'd you come back?" Applejack asked.

"Well..." He started after he went and got the journal of news clippings, "I think you girls know why." They all looked at the clippings of what's been happening at the school, "Which leave me to my questions to, where did you girls get Equestrian magic?"

"Well that was my fault," Sunset said disappointingly.

"Your fault?" Lite said.

"Well, I'm from Equestria too." 

Lite was shocked at what she said to him, "How did you get here?"

"Well 3 years ago I was a unicorn and a student of Princess Celestia and I became so selfish that I earned for more, I wanted to be a Princess as well but she told me that I was too selfish of myself and so she showed my the mirror and made me come here and one day I heard about Twilight's crown and stole it and brought it here."

"Wait, what do you mean her crown?" Lite said pointing at Sci-Twi.

"No back in Equestria there is others that look like us, Equestrian counterparts."

"That's why the Principle looks like Princess Celestia, its a mirrored world between here and Equestria." Lite smiled as he put two and two together, he was unsure how the immortal Princess Celestia looked the same from 80 years ago "So... continue."

"Well Equestrian Twilight came through and tried to be princess of the fall formal and I was so jealous that she wanted to, I was princess for 3 years straight at this school and did a lot of terrible things to her and her friends that I became so selfish of it that her crown had magic in it and I put it on and I became a... magical demon." Sunset started to cry, the girls comforted her with hugs and forgiveness to her that made her feel better.

"What happened next?" Lite asked.

"Well Twilight got her and her friends together and the used the Elements of Harmony to stop me and save me form myself."

"THE ELEMENTS OF HARMONY!?" Lite said in shock, "I thought Princess Celestia had it?"

"No," Sunset said and continued, "The Elements of Harmony was discovered by Equestrian Twilight and her friends, they all bare the elements within them, Applejack the element of Honesty, Fluttershy the element of Kindness, Pinkie Pie the element of Laughter, Rarity the element of Generosity, Rainbow Dash the element of Loyalty and Twilight Sparkle the element of Magic, and together it created the Magic of Friendship."

"Wow, that's amazing, what about your element Sunset whats yours?" Lite asked.

"I don't really know what my element is, but I know I'll find out soon." She smiled.

"What about these dragons in this clipping here, what came through?" Lite asked.

"Those were the Sirens," Sunset said, Lite lurched his head back, like he never heard about those before, "They where three beautiful but evil singers that used their magic to get people to do what ever they want, and they feed off of negative energy, Star Swirl banished them here long, long time ago and they discovered the magic at the school and they came here and made everyone battle each other in the battle of the bands, and they locked us up in a room and by accident we all argued with each other and that caused their negative Equestrian energy and they got their Equestrian powers back and started to take over, but with the help of Equestrian Twilight and the magical music that we used we drained their powers and broke their pendants and made them powerless."

"YEAH!" Dashed cheered, "We showed them, and when they tried to sing again, they sounded so bad that they were booed off stage and they ran off like whimps"

To Lite that felt like that was kind of rude, "What happened to them after words did they say their sorry or did you forgive them?"

"No, after that we never saw them again." Fluttershy said.

"Why would we forgive them for what they did?" Dash said rudely, "They deserved it."

Lite felt sorry for those poor girls. "Well, maybe the next time any of you see them you should probably at least talk to them, and make friends with them."

"Why?" Dash said.

"You did for Sunset, so why not them." Lite said, Lite was a forgive and forget kind of person, Rainbow Dash just went "PFFT" like she gave a fuck, "So Sunset what happened at the Friendship Games?"

"Well that where Twilight here came into the picture," Sunset continued, "Twilight went to Crystal Prep Academy, and she was investigating the magic that was going on at the school, when she came here of the day of the games she built a device that tracks magic and.."

"It absorbed it," Said Sci-Twi taking the lead, "I only wanted to learn about the magic, the device got out of hand after it started absorbing it, and during one of the events it opened up few holes in mid air and things came out like giant Venus fly traps and it got out of control." Twilight started to cry, the girls comforted her the same way as they did for Sunset.

Sunset took over, "When the final event came Twilight's head teacher Miss Crinch told her to unleash the magic, and... she did and the magic absorbed Twilight and it changed her into Midnight Sparkle, a evil side of Twilight and she used her evil magic to open up portals to Equestria she even blew the stallion off the top of the statue..."

"WHAAAAT!!!" 

Lite jumped up and bursted out of the camper and ran to the front of the school, he ran towards the statue and jump on top of it and saw a small but big crack with a dark abyss at the top of it, "SON. OF. A. BITCH!!!" He gasped, the girls ran to the front where Lite was and saw him freaked out, "Twilight do you have any idea what you've done!?" He yelled.

Twilight was scared and hid behind Sunset, "What wrong!?" Sunset said in worry.

"The statue has a hole in it that's whats wrong!" Lite said as Sunset climbed up and saw it too.

"You know what this means?" Lite said looking at Sunset, she didn't have a clue, "It means now that when ever the moon is full magical energy that is concealed in the statue will escape here and run loose in this world."

Sunset gasped, "That explains the magic that hit the cave at Camp Everfree."

"WHAT!?" Lite gasped.

"Don't worry we took care of it." Said Sunset.

"How long has this been like this?" Lite asked.

"April." Said Sunset.

Lite let out a sigh of relief, "Okay, so it's not too bad, its only been four months, so that means only a little magic has escaped."

"What do we do?" Sunset asked.

"Well, the next full moon is in two weeks so we have to patch this over." Lite said.

"Well lets go to the hardware store and get some concrete." Applejack offered.

"That won't work," Lite said, "It has to be the same stuff the statue is made out of." 

"I know!" Rainbow Dash jumped, "I've got the head of the statue we could ground it up and make it into a concrete to patch it."

It was perfect, "Brilliant Dash!" Lite cheered, "We could work on that this weekend, but right now I've got other affairs to take care of."

"Like what?" Sunset asked.

"Well I got to go to the bank and take care of my savings and get my safety deposit box and move back into my old house." Lite smiled.

Lite helped Sunset off the top of the statue, Lite put his hand on the portal, it felt solid, Lite always thought about going back to see how it was in Equestria, Lite looked at Twilight, she looked hurt, "Hey I'm sorry I yelled at you," He apologized, "It wasn't your fault, it was the magic that took over that did it."

“It’s alright, I’d be mad at myself too if I was more worried like you.” She said.

"Hey Lite," Dash said putting a hand on his shoulder, "Wanna get our axes and have a duel?"

"Maybe, but not now, I'm tired and I got to get something to eat, also my gear is still in the school and the doors are locked." Lite said.

"Well lets take you out to get some thing to eat." Applejack offered.

Lite accepted the offer and they all went a pizza place and ordered 3 pizza, each had different toppings, one was pepperoni, one was plain cheese, and the last one was veggie, Lite was eating the pepperoni and Sunset was surprised the he was eating meat, Lite was unsure of eating meat for about the first 10 years after being in the human world, his taste buds changed for him after eating a hamburger not knowing what it was made out of till he figured out, he read about the protein and vitamins meat had so and he ate meat, he would not eat to much of it to not get carried away, he would always eat a good quantity of vegetables as well to maintain a steady diet.

Lite told the girls about his travels and all the amazing stuff he saw as America grew over the years, and all the famous people he met, the girls like Lite including Sunset, even though she knew that Lite was immortal and from Equestria she probably wouldn't be able to love him like romantically if she grew old and he stayed young forever, she could only be just a close friend to him.

After dinner they took Lite back to his camper, the girls were unsure about his camper being parked in a school parking lot, Lite said it was only going to be one night till he could pick up his safety deposit box tomorrow, which had the keys to his house in it. 

Lite said goodnight to the girls and went inside, he peeked out his window and watched Sunset walk away, Lite thought that she was beautiful, but he knew the same thing that Sunset was thinking of, Lite grabbed a CD of the rack and popped into the player and laid on his bed till he fell asleep.

Lite was woken up at 6:30 with a pound on his outside rear bedroom door, he went to see who it was and saw Vice Principal Luna, Lite was still in his underwear and had to make himself decent, Lite grabbed a pair of sweatpants and a Molly Hatchet t-shirt and went to the door.

"Vice Principal Luna, good morning!" Lite yawned.

"Oh, Mr Bolton, is this your trailer?" Luna asked.

"Yeah, I know it's on private property, but it will be gone by the end of the day." Lite said assured to Luna.

"Well lets hope so cause I was about to call the police if it wasn't someone that went to the school." She said.

"I know, I do have a house, its about a mile out of town, I'm moving back into it today after school."

"Okay as long as you get that done today, I'll be happy." She said, "And you might want to clean your place up a bit." She said looking inside before walking away. 

Luna was right as Lite saw his place was still a mess, he still felt ashamed that 7 girls were in there at once.

"Yeeeeeaaahh, " He said like Bill Lumbergh on Office Space, "I better tidy up." Lite put some tunes on and started to clean up



Lite picked up the dirty clothes on the floor put them in his closet hamper, and picked up the garbage and threw it in a big black bag, and washed the dishes and put them away, he dusted, wiped down the kitchenette counter and dinette table and sprayed air freshener all around the trailer, and made his bed, and organized the CD, movies and video games he had on his shelf.  





After Lite was done cleaning it was 7:25 school didn't start for another hour so he made himself coffee and oatmeal with toast for breakfast, suddenly there was a knock on the front door, Lite wondered who it could be, he peeked out the front window and saw Sunset.

"Hey Sunset good morning!" Lite smiled.

"Good morning to you too." She smiled back.

"What brings you here at this early in the morning?" Lite asked.

"Oh nothing, I got up early and decided to come down and see you." She said, "Ooh, is that coffee?" She sniffed.

"Yeah, would you like a cup?" Lite offered.

"Sure!" She smiled, "Whoa, I see you cleaned up the place."

Lite grabbed a mug and poured her a cup. "Cream, sugar?" Lite offered.

"Please." She accepted, Lite put it in and Sunset mixed it, after the first sip, "Mmm, that's good!" 

"Like it?" Lite said, "Its my special recipe, been using it for decades."

"This is really good!" She smiled.

"So whats up?" Lite asked taking a spoon full of oatmeal.

"Oh nothing." Sunset said taking another sip of coffee.

"There must be a reason your down here this early," Lite said, "I can tell."

Sunset sighed and tried to think of something to say, she knew what she wanted to say but she could think about how to say it, "Well, uh... ever since yesterday after what happened and after we all went out together..." 

"Sunset, I know what your trying to say," Lite said. "You're trying to say you like me, don't yea."

Sunset blushed that he said that he said that, "Maybe?" she said in a teasing way.

"Sunset," Lite began, "You are a really, really beautiful girl, and I'm pretty sure lots of guys say and think the same thing about you, but I want you to know that I've had situations like this with girls, I could never tell them the truth about me, but with you and the girls knowing the truth about me it still wouldn't work with me being immortal, you wouldn't want to be with me if you get older and I stayed the same age forever?"

"I know I thought the same thing last night." She frowned.

Lite reached across the table and took Sunset's hand, "Even though we can't be together like a married couple but we could still be close friends, I'll still love you and I'll be there for you in your moments of need, is that okay?"

Sunset smiled and nodded, she had a small tear in her eye, she took her thumb and stroked Lite's hand, Lite took her hand and kiss it, Sunset felt happy now that she had someone who understood her and knew about her true past and was from Equestria as well, she leaned over the table and gave Lite a small kiss... on his lips.

Lite was a little surprised that Sunset did that, they both blushed in embarrassment, Sunset changed the subject quickly.  

"I really like this camper, it's so vintage." She said complementing his Airstream.

"Yeah, 1987 Airstream Excella 34, I had this factory made for me when I bought it from a dealership, with the rear door entry in the bedroom so I can get out in time in case of an emergency." Lite said, he took a look around it, "It's almost a one of a kind camper it is."

"You must of did a lot of camping in this, well... being out on the road for 20 years, this is your home." Sunset said taking another sip of coffee.

"I do own a house here, it's a little bit out of town." Lite said.

"Does anybody live in it to watch over it?" She asked.

"Nah, it's all locked up and I have a friend that goes out there and checks on it every now and then and she writes me a email telling me whats going on." Lite said.

"Can me and the girls see your house?" Sunset asked.

Lite gave a sheepish grin, "Sure, You girls are going to love it, especially Rarity, before we go there I need to go to the bank and pick up the keys in my safety deposit box cause I was afraid I might loose the house keys or they got stolen."

Sunset laughed a bit, "Sorry about yesterday with misjudging you..."

"It's alright Sunset! it was a simple mistake." Lite said.

"How come you didn't use your lightning powers on us yesterday?" She asked.

Lite's face went down, "I haven't used my powers since the day me and Star Swirl fought Phantom Shadows, I didn't want to jeopardize anyone in this world with my powers, even if I did use them here I would be cast out as a freak or worse sent to area 51 and dissected as an alien or something." Lite laughed, and so did Sunset.

"Would you ever use it again?" She asked.

"I don't remember how to use them." Lite sighed, "But I'm afraid if I even tried I would end up hurting somebody or worse."

"Well if you ever want help of trying to use your powers talk to me." She said in a comforting way, Lite smiled and nodded.      

After they finished their coffee and Lite finished eating they went into the school, Lite went to his classes and payed attention, it wasn't like he needed to go to school but it was something to do and good to learn something everyday, and plus an education helps to get a job as well.

Lite met a strange couple, two girls one had black skin and messy dark blue green hair, and the other was cheery with pink skin with fluffy pink hair, the dark one didn't look too happy, but the other one did, the pink one never talked all she did was make raspberry noises and cute little gasping sounds when ever the dark one did something for her.

They were an odd couple, they obviously loved each other but he couldn't judge them.  

It was getting close to lunch time and Lite was sure that people were going to be asking him about his guitar playing, he walked into the cafeteria and got his lunch and was just about to go and sit with the girls when Valhallen step next to him.

"Hey Lite!" Val said putting his arm around him.  "Awesome performance yesterday man I barely got a chance to talk to you afterwords." 

"Yeah, sorry about that I got a really over heated and needed to cool off." Lite said.

"Hey come sit with us, I want to introduce you to some of my rocker buddies." He said.

Lite kinda wanted to sit with sunset but lite thought Val was a cool dude, he looked at Sunset who was looking at him and she nodded like "Go on, make some friends!" gesture. 

"Okay!" Lite accepted, "You know Val you really got some Rock Hair, it's like Hetfield, back when he was RIDING THE LIGHTNING!"

"YEAH!!!" He cheered as he gave Lite a high five.

Lite sat at the table with Val's rocker friends, "Hey whats up!?" Lite smile.

Val introduced his friends, "Lite this is Flash Sentry,"

"Hey!" Said Flash,

Next one was a guy with a bright red mohawk and a green skull t-shirt siting next to a girl with purple hair and a black shoulderless sleeve shirt, "Crimson Napalm, and his girlfriend Mystery Mint." They both waved.

Next couple was a guy with blue hair and wearing a gray suit jacket with a gold thunderbolt on it, next to him was a girl light green hair and a pink cherry shirt and a black leather vest." This is Thunderbass and his girlfriend Cherry Crash." They both said Hi to lite.

Next guy had turquoise hair and an orange v-neck t-shirt with a drum on it, "That's Brawly Beats."

"S'up man!" He said eating a hot dog.

Next guy had black hair with two white lines like a skunk and wore sunglasses and had a light mustache and wore a white vest, "That's Ringo." He waved.

Next was a girl with a red painters hat and neon green hair and black t-shirt with a red skirt with "&" logo on it "And this is my girlfriend Watermelody."

"Hello." She smiled.

Next was the girl with the magenta sunglasses and headphones, "That there is Vinyl Scratch." She nodded with a wave while listening to her music.

"Its good to meet you all." Lite smiled at his new friends.   

Lite was crowded by a barrage of voices of asking him how he was able to play those songs.

"Hold it!" Lite shouted, "It was years of practicing."

"That was awesome what you did yesterday." Thunder said.

"Yeah," Lite sighed, "Took the wind out of me trying to keep up with the back track." 

"Were you ever in a band?" Cherry asked.

Lite was never in a band cause of his immortality, he chose to stay solo. "No, I never was in a band, I just like playing the guitar."

"Well we should form a band with you, I think you would probably kick ass on stage with us." Flash offered.

"I'll take you up on that but not right now, I got to get settled up at home first and take care of a few things before I can have fun." He said, they continued to talk about music and such till Lite started to hum a Joan Jett song.

"School days, school days"

"I LOVE THAT SONG!" Said Mystery Mint.

"You like Joan Jett?" Lite asked.

"She's my idol!" She sighed.

"You know you do kinda look like here." Lite said, Mint made a muffled squeal with joy that he said that, "Can you sing that song?"

"Totally!" She said.

"Hey Flash can I borrow your Gibson Firebird for a sec?" Lite asked.

"Sure man." He said handing it to Lite, he reached into his back pack and pulled out a mini battery powered amp and plugged it into the guitar and started to play.



Everybody in the cafeteria watched as Lite played and Mystery Mint sang the song, Sunset and the girls watched, "He's really, really good." Dash said.

"Yeah, maybe he should start a band and play in the competition for the next battle of the bands?" Sunset said.

"Um... do you remember the last time that happened, we nearly got enslaved by a trio of brainwashing sirens." Dash said

"We could still have one," Sunset said, "Lite wouldn't do anything evil, he's a really, really nice person full of kindness, caring and he's free spirited." She sighed staring at him with lust.

"OH MY GOD!" Dash laughed, "Your panties are wet for him!"

"Rainbow Dash!" She said nudging her, "Watch your mouth this is a school."

"Oh come on," She laughed still, "You like him don't ya?" 

She didn't know if she wanted to tell the girls she kissed him earlier, she could keep a lot a secrets to herself including her secret lust for other girls, she was confused why she liked both cute boys and sexy girls, she was worried her friends would think differently of her, she would have to say something so that the girls wouldn't know about her little secret.

"Well to tell you the truth... I kissed him earlier."

The table was silent as the girls looked at Sunset Shimmer, "You kissed Lite!?" Gasped Rarity.

Sunset nodded, she felt embarrassed that she had to say that, "This morning I went to his camper to talk to him cause I felt like we connected with each other, but he told me that we could be together like a couple cause of his immortality, he said he had problems like that with other girls, they would get older while he stayed the same age, but he held my hand and said now I know his truth we can be close friends and he'll still love me and be there for me in times of need, he kissed my hand and I reached over the table and kissed him on his lips."

"AWWW!" Sci-Twi sighed.  

"Don't look so sad, Sunset." Fluttershy comforted her, "I'm happy that you did that."

"You are?" Sunset said.

"Of course, I know you went through a rough break up with Flash and what happened at the fall formal, but I'm glad that you found some one that loves you and understands you." She smiled, "You love him, don't you?"

Sunset blushed, "Your right Fluttershy... I do love him." She smiled looking at him.

It was the end of the school day and Lite was out in the parking lot getting ready to move his Airstream, he raised the jack stands up off the ground and took the wheel blocks of the wheels and waited for Sunset and the girls, little bit ago he had made a phone call to a friend while getting his equipment out of the auditorium, he had to meet this friend at the bank.

The girls walked through the parking lot seeing Lite locking up his camper, the girls were excited to see where he lived.

"Hey Lite!" Sunset called.

"Hey Sunset, you girls ready?" He said, they all nodded, "Good let me lower this down on to the trailer hitch and then we can go," he said grabbing the crank and started to lower, "Weigh the anchor!, how much does it weigh?, I don't know I forgot?, You forgot!?" he laughed as it rested on the hitch ready to roll.

They all climbed into Lite's van,the van had a quite a few boxes in it and music equipment cases, it was a bit uncomfortable cause of the lack of back seats, there was a bench with cushions that Rarity, Fluttershy and Twilight sat on, Pinkie, Applejack and Dash sat on the floor and Sunset sat in the front seat, Lite pulled out of the parking lot with ease, as he drove down the street Dash looked in a big box that had a lot of cassette tape in it.

"What's up with all the cassette's?" She asked.

"I like cassette's." Lite said, "They got good sound, like vinyl records."

"Oh man," She smiled, "You got Led Zeppelin, Dio, and whats Creedence Clearwater Revival?"

"You've never heard of CCR!?" Lite gasped, "Hand me that tape!."

Dash handed the tape to him and he took it out of the case and popped it into the player.

 

"This what I listen to back in 72'" Lite said snapping his fingers to the rhythm as he drove.

"They sound like music you listen to in New Orleans." Sunset said.

"Well the band is from California but it does sound like southern music." Lite said.

"Good tune." Dash said as they pulled in front of the bank, Lite parked in front of the bank and put a few quarters into the parking meter.

The bank they parked in front of was an old bank that had been there since the town was first founded in 1894, it looked like it went through several renovations cause of it's vintage look.

Lite went inside his camper and grabbed a large black plastic strongbox and a small green tin strongbox, they walked inside the bank and were greeted by a old women.

"LITE!" She shouted coming out from behind the teller booth and giving him a gentle hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"Hey Penny how you doing." He said hugging her.

"Oh, it's so good now that your home." She smiled as they broke the hug.

"Girls, I want you to meet a long time friend of mine, Penny Banks." He introduced to the girls, they all waved and said hello.

"How do you know Lite?" Sunset asked.

"Oh, her mother took me in when I first came here, I was sleeping on a park bench for a week till her mother came along and took me in, not long after I told her the truth about me and she helped me out with getting a job, setting up a bank account for me and in return help her look after her daughter, Penny."

"Wow," Sunset sighed, "That's so nice of your mother to do that for him."

"At one point as Penny grew up she began think of me as her dad." Lite laughed.

"Well a father figure cause my father was away in the war at the time, and Lite was there at the time" Penny said.

"Well you also looked at me as a brother and a son, and even a grandson as well too, not to also mention the cooking you were always doing for," Lite joked, "I swear this little lady was always trying to fatten me up," Penny smiled and gave Lite a little playful slap on his chest. "She would always make extra food when I came over and make me take a lot of leftovers home."

The girls smiled at the site, it was like a mother and son reunion after long separation.

Lite picked up the strongboxes and took them to a desk that had a computer, "Hey I'm also sorry to here about Nick." Lite said sympathetically.

"Ooh, thank you sweetie, it was rough for me after he passed." She said very sadly.

"I should have been there for his final moments."

"It's alright, I couldn't get a hold of you at the time cause you said you were in the Colorado mountains." She said hugging him, "He wanted to let you know that you were like a brother and a son to him as well."

"Awe," Lite cried, "He was a good man, Vietnam Vet, great mechanic who taught me how to work on cars, and a fisher, and a good partier when it came to beer." The both chuckled. 

Lite took his keys and opened the strongbox reviling a LOT of money, they girls mouths were agape at the sight of all the money he had, it also had a small little cork jar of gold, the green strongbox had more money in it.

"Holy shit!" Dash gasped, "You have a lot of money!"

"Well that's where I keep my traveling money and my money I make from working at different jobs all over the country, I'm not sure how much I've got now? but I'm depositing it here with the rest of my account." Lite gave Penny the money and let her run it through the machine she had in back.

"Did you take care of those packages I shipped here?" Lite asked. 

"Yes, my son Henry and his son Nicholas Jr have taken care of those." She smiled.

"How is your son and little Nicholas?" Lite asked.

"Well Henry and his wife Shelly moved to the big city about 5 years ago, and I've been taking care on Nicholas ever since." She said, "Nicks upstairs want to see him?" She asked.

"Sure!, I haven't seen him since he was a baby."

Penny went to a intercom system and pressed the call button, "Nick!, can you come down please, we have a special visitor." She spoke, the sound of a door could be heard and foot steps coming down a set of old stairs that were in the back room, the door opened up and a young man in his mid twenties came down.

"Uncle Lite!" He smiled, rushing over giving him a hug, "You're home!"

"Man, look at you, you've gotten huge!" Lite smiled giving him a look around.

"Yeah that's what happens when you have a grandmother that fattens you up." They all laughed.

"Did you take care of those shipments I've sent?" Lite asked

"Yes I did they're safe and sound in your garage." He said.

"That's good, How's your Dad doing?" Lite asked.

"Great, him and my mom are living their lives as insurance lawyers and such." He said.

"Well you got your mom to thank for that, before all that he was the one that I took care of as a baby and when he got to his teen years I took him to rock concerts and riding around on motorcycles, partying and gettin' black out drunk, Aah the 70' and the 80's, good times." He sighed.

Penny tallied up the total of money that was now in Lite's account. "Well, from the money you gave me was $273,984.28, and those savings bonds that my mother gave you are now cashed in and with the money that's in your account, that has totaled up to... $84,763,291,896.63."

All the girls jaws dropped, "Oh great." Lite sighed.

"YOU'RE A BILLIONAIRE!?" Applejack shouted.

Lite shrugged with a smirk like it was no big deal.

"HOW DID YOU GET ALL THAT MONEY!?" Dash asked.

"I've worked a LOT of jobs all my life and won the lottery quite a few times, and put some of it into the stock market and saved a lot of money." Lite said, "It's no big deal."

"No big deal!" Rarity shouted, "You have billions of dollars sitting in your bank account like it's nothing."

"Well you see, money isn't everything, I learned that in the 60's every once in a while a donate a few hundred thousand dollars to charity or I buy something that fits a need for me such as a guitar or a car, so basically I'll probably donate to a hospital, a animal shelter or the school if they need it, but I have to remain a ghost for giving the money to people cause of who and what I am."

"Wow." Fluttershy sighed, "You're such a good soul to do that for people and animals." 

"You ain't seen nothing yet." Lite said, "Just wait till you see my house." Rarity shook with excitement to see what his house looked like.

Penny came into the room with a metal safety deposit box, she took a key and opened it, the box had several yellow envelopes with papers containing a deed to his home and fake birth certificates and a real social security card and other papers that he needed, there was a set of keys in there.

"There they are." Lite said pulling out the keys, Penny closed the box and took it back into the vault, that was everything Lite needed, "I'll see you soon Penny." Lite said giving her a hug and a kiss on the cheek.

"You'll have to come by for dinner next time." She said.

"Will you make your famous potpie?" Lite asked.

"You know I will sweetie." she smiled.

Lite walked over and shook Nick's hand, "Hey give your old man a call tell him I'm back in town and we should get together and go out for a beer or something."

"I'll do that, see around uncle Lite." He said giving him a hug.  

They exited the bank and hopped in Lite's van, "Next stop Casa del Lite." Lite said as he started his van.

As they drove through down town Canterlot lite was shocked how much has changed in 20 years, "The bar's gone!" Lite gasped.

"What?" Sunset said.

"There use to be a bar right there called The Thirsty Whale, Oh man, Me and Penny's son Henry use to go there and see a lot of kick ass heavy metal bands, that place was full of great memories." Lite sighed, "Oh my, Oh how the time's have changed.”



So many places Lite used to go to years ago where now gone or turned into a different building or business, the hardware store that Lite worked at in the 60's and 70's was now a phone store, and the music shop that he buys his music equipment was now a lawyers office and a gas station where Lite use to get gas was abandoned, the junkyard that Lite use to get parts from was all gone and now a Wal-Mart, and the restaurant Tri-Village was gone and now had a Guitar Center in it's location.


  

Lite drove out of town into the countryside where there was a forest, Lite stopped at a gate that was surrounded by weeds and vines.

"What are we doing here?" Applejack asked.

"This is my driveway." Lite said. 

"Seriously," Rainbow Dash said, "I went passed this gate and always heard that there was a abandoned mine back there."

"No, the only thing behind here is my house." Lite said getting out of his van.

"Why is your house out in the woods?" Sci-Twi asked.

"I like the privacy, and with no neighbors you can blast loud music at 2 in the morning." Lite chuckled. 

Lite took his keys and unlocked the chain around the gate and the doors swung open, the driveway was full of leaves and sticks and looked like it hadn't been used in a long time, Lite got back in the van and drove forward down the drive way, after about 45 seconds of bumps and breaking of twigs the girls jaws slowly fell open at the first sight of Lite's house, but is wasn't a house... it was a mansion, a two story colonial style mansion with white wooden siding and a bunch of ivy growing on it from years of weather, there was a big aluminum barn on the left of the house with a garage on the right side of it, the house looked a bit like the one from The Money Pit with Tom Hanks.

Lite stopped his van and turned to see the expressions on everyone's face, there where looks of shock, amazed and speechless, even Rarity's face was priceless.

"IT"S A MANSION!!!" She gasped, Lite laughed.

"YOU LIVE HERE!?" Dash shouted.

"Eeyup." Lite nodded, "Home Sweet Home."

"It's beautiful." Whispered Fluttershy.

"5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a big concrete porch with a gazebo a stage and a 30x15 8 foot deep pool with a 8x8 Jacuzzi hot tub, a sun room, a den, and a bar in the basement with a large plasma TV, and a music room for my guitars and stuff, and a study that uses two floors with a lot of books, and a ballroom like foyer with a curved staircase." Lite smiled as he looked at the girls expressions... they were priceless. "Had this house built for me in 1965, after I made my first million in the lottery."

"CAN WE GO IN!? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!" Rarity jumped up and down.

"Hold on I've got to check my barn first to make sure my girl's are okay."

"Your girl's?" Sunset said confused, the girl's followed Lite to the barn.  



Lite took out his keys and grabbed the lock and unlocked the door and rolled the door open, "Hello ladies, daddy's home." Lite smirked, and he touched a light switch and the lights turned on to behold 10 beautiful cars.

:1967 "Nickey" Chevrolet Camaro with a stage 3 396, Granada Gold.
:1970 Chevrolet El Camino SS with a 454, Cranberry Red.
:1967 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 with a 427, Acapulco Blue.
:1970 Ford Torino Cobra 429 SCJ, Bright Yellow.  

Lite got into collecting cars in 1971, before he left he took the batteries out of them to avoid corrosion and electrical problems. 

"OH MY GOD!" Dash jumped with joy and excitement, "Look at these awesome muscle cars!" she screamed running up and down the barn looking at the cars.

"You own all these!?" Applejack asked.

"Damn straight." Lite responded, "These are my girl's."

"What, no sports cars, like Ferrari's or a Porsche, or Lamborghini?" Dash asked.

"Nope, just pure all American muscle." Lite smirked.

"How come you don't have a Corvette?" She asked.

"Eh, I'm not too big on Corvette's, nice cars, but... (Shrug) I just didn't catch any interest into buying one." 

"Okay, I would have though you would own hot and pricey, fancy cars." She added.

"Ooh, I like this pink one." Pinkie awed.

"1971 Plymouth Duster, A friend from the 70's bought one brand new in black, I thought it was a cool car, so I went and bought this pink one off the lot, it seemed like a strange color for a guy to own but... it look nice on the car."

"That it does." She squeed.

"Which one is your favorite?" Sci-Twi asked.

"This one," Lite said putting his hand on the Challenger, "1970 Dodge Challenger, I drove this car a lot back in the day."

"Why." Sunset asked.

"There was this car chase movie from 1971 called Vanishing Point, that stared this car in it and ever since the movie I had buy one." Lite smiled.

"I like the Judge." Said Applejack admiring the GTO.

"Yeah, I bought that at a used car dealership in '84 for $2'300, I bought it cause a buddy of mine bought one when he came back from Vietnam." Lite said.

"Very nice looking car." She said putting her head in the window looking inside.

Sunset saw 3 motorcycles in the back, a 1974 Harley-Davidson Sportster, a 1978 Harley-Davidson 250 Enduro, and a 1939 Harley-Davidson Knucklehead Chopper with a yellow gas tank, Flanders style handlebars, leather upholster seat a sissy bar and chrome fishtail pipes "Wow, nice bike!" She said looking at the '39 Knucklehead.

"You like it," Said Lite, "That bike belonged to Penny's father, he died in the war and her mother gave me the bike to use to get around on, and I've had the bike ever since, I converted it into a chopper in 1973 and rode around on it a lot, this bike is full of great memories." He sighed touching the handlebars.

"Did you but all these cars off the show room floor?" Dash asked.

"The Charger, the Cuda, the GTO and the El Camino I a bought years after and the rest I bought brand new." Lite said.

"This Camaro looks pretty cool." Sunset said.

Lite looked the car, he looked like he was in shock, "That thing... scare's... the shit out of me."

"Why?" Applejack asked.

"That car... has so much torque and horsepower... it like trying to tame a wild stallion, it's super fast." Lite said.

"How much horsepower?" Dash asked.

"Over 600 horses my friend." Lite answered.

"Are you kidding me?" She said surprised.

Lite shook his head, "This car is very rare." Lite said.

"How rare?" She asked.

"Like one of five built," Lite said as he told a story, "I bought from a guy named Paul in Hanover Park, Illinois back in 1971, I was in town seeing Led Zeppelin and I met him while he was drag racing this on guy with a 69 Firebird, and I watched them race, when the light turned green that car was... gone, it took off like a cannon, I meet him the next day at a gas station and asked him about the car, he took me for a ride in it and I couldn't get my head off the headrest cause of how much power this thing had, I told him he would ever sell this thing I would buy it from him, about 2 years later he called me and told me he was selling it and I drove to his house and bought it for $1'500, he told me there was this guy that was a drag racer and was going to pay $800, I knew this guy was going to wreak this car, so I bought it before he did, and if I didn't this car would have been in bad shape in less than 2 years time."  

"How much is it worth now?" Dash asked.

Lite's eyes went wide and let out a breath, "Like... Priceless."

"How priceless is priceless?" She questioned.

"$500,000 original."

"Holy shit, this car is a treasure!" She exclaimed.

"I hardly drove this cause I don't want to race any one, cause it would be a bad habit." Lite said.

"That's good cause you wouldn't want to be a show off."  

The girls continued to look at the cars, "What's through this door?" Fluttershy asked.

"That's to my garage where my shipments and my 2 other cars are." He said.

"Oh there's more!?" Dash smiled.

"Yeah," Lite said walking through the door opening the garage doors showing A 1973 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Limousine, Black, and a 1970 Oldsmobile 442 Vista Cruiser station wagon, Yellow, and a corner workbench with a pegboard full of tools.

"You have a Cadillac!" Gasped Rarity.

"Yeah I use to work for a Chauffeur agency in the city back in the early 80's and I would drive a lot of bands from hotels to their gigs and stuff, and then in 1991 they shut down and they gave me this limo as a bonus for good work." Lite said looking over the boxes stacked in his garage.

"It's beautiful." She said looking it all over, "Something this darling would just be exquisite for me to ride around in."

"You want it?" Lite asked.

Rarity's mouth was suddenly agape, "I COULD HAVE THIS!?" She gasped.

"I got no use for it, so it's yours." Lite offered. 

"Thankyouthankyouthankyou!" Rarity suddenly hugged him and kissed him repeatedly, she hugged Lite so hard it nearly broke his arms.  

"Okay how about we go check out my house." Lite said trying to break out of Rarity's grasp.

"Yeah! I wanna see this pad." Dash said.

They walked out of the barn and up to Lite's front door, he took his keys and put it in the look and turned it, lite opened the door to reveal a ballroom like foyer, it was a little dark since the power was turned off, it was a white tile floor with a curved staircase and a large cannon and a brass iron bell on a marble stand on the left side of the foyer with a Gibson SG in a glass case in front of a large picture of... Angus Young.



"Why do you have a picture of Angus Young, in your foyer?" Rarity asked.

Lite grinned at the girls, "Girls you are in the "Hall of Angus", AC/DC has been my all time favorite ever since their first album from 1973, I heard TNT playing on the and I just thought that was really good guitar playing, I bought every fricking album they ever came out with, they way Angus plays... it's.... just awesome, back when the lead singer Bon Scott died I thought AC/DC was done, but a year later when "Back in Black" came out I was amazed, AC/DC took it to a whole new level of rock, and from then on I was hooked, That guitar up there was one of Angus's guitars he used on the 1985 "Fly on The Wall" Tour, got back stage and hung out with the band and Angus gave me that guitar.



"Wow." Exclaimed Dash.

Llte kneeled in front of the guitar like a warrior kneeling at Excalibur, "Well," He said jumping back up, "Let me give you the grand tour."

Lite took the girls through a door on the left with lead them into a dinning room the room had a large brown 5x15 table, and a 70's style juke box on the other side of the table, and a China cabinet with not China, but collectable plates and drinking glasses with pictures of bands and album covers on them, even collectable beer mugs and shot glasses, he then lead the girls into the next room, a kitchen with a U style gray marble counter with an island and a wooden breakfast nook with a octagon table, there was a small wine rack and rarity pulled a bottle of wine out.

"Chatue d'Yquem 1967," Rarity exclaimed.

"Vous aimez le vin français ?" "You like french wine?" Lite asked in French.

Rarity looked at Lite in surprise that he spoke French, "Oui." She sighed.

"Got that in Paris in 1967, I was there seeing Jimi Hendrix play, amazing guy, always play the guitar trying to find new tunes." He smiled.

The fridge and cabinets were empty for a good reason so nothing would spoil or lead to mice and bugs. 

The next room Lite took the girls into took Sci-Twi's breath away... a study, two floors of book shelves on the walls a large desk in front of a three french doors that lead out to the back patio, a black grand piano, and a large fire place with two Victorian style chairs and a couch, as iron spiral stair case lead to the second floor full of books.

"I'm in heaven!" Sci-Twi sighed, she ran up and down the rows of books looking for anything she wanted to read, "They're so much books here, not as much as the school library but it so amazing, especially when it's in someone's home." 

Next room was the den with plastic plants and several old pictures of Lite's friend Penny's family, with two teal colored couches sitting across from each other and two teal chairs at each end and a wooden coffee table in the middle, and a beautiful bay window that was out looking the front.

They walked down a short hallway where there was a bathroom that had one long counter with two sinks in it and two private bathroom stalls for Lites big house party's he has, and a small walk in closet with a old vacuum and cleaning products. 

Lite house was rather dusty considering it hadn't been occupied in the past twenty years, so a major clean up was needed.

The next room was the living room that had a black leather L-shaped couch with a recliner and a few ottomans, there was also a large black 30inch 90's plasma screen TV, and there were also a empty fish tank in the corner of the room where Lite had pet fish.  

The room behind the living room was the sun porch with dust sheets covering patio furniture and shelves that had old planting pots stack on it, the room was nice, there was a window that was painted in beautiful colors, it reminded Sunset of the halls of the Canterlot Castle, with stained glass window paintings of Princess Celestia, but this one was the album cover to "Dark Side of The Moon" by Pink Floyd with the prism light reflecting a rainbow.

"This glass is beautiful." Whispered Fluttershy.

"I got that painted in 1978, somewhere I've got these prisms and laser light machine and I would come out here and get high and let the music and lights take me away." Lite sighed.

"You did drugs?" Sunset asked.

"I only smoked weed, it only helped me relax and help me when I got stress, but sometime I did it for the joy of it and it made me play the guitar really trippy like." He said looking at the painting.

Dash touch tapped Lite's shoulder, "Do you think you can get something like that for Pinkie, cause she can never seem to relax." She whispered.

"I don't think so, I stopped smoking it in 1992 after Penny's son Henry had his first kid, I didn't want to be a bad influence, and weed ain't what it use to be like now a days and plus I wouldn't now where to get it." He whispered back, "And I also don't want to get in trouble with the Principle for distributing weed to you guy's"

"Okay." Dash understood what he was saying.

Lite then lead the girls out to the patio to reveal the pool and hot tub built in together, a wooden gazebo where the kitchen was with a stonewall style BBQ, a stage for outdoor entertainment, a bonfire pit out in the yard, and a greenhouse, there was also a view of the river in the back through the trees.

"Man, I can't wait to have a pool party here." Dash exclaimed.

"Ooh." Squeed Pinkie, "I can help with that."

They went back inside the house and headed up the curved stairs, where he showed them the upper level of the study and the four guest bedrooms that shared two of the bathrooms, and the master bedroom that had a California King sized waterbed frame with a mirror canape and a walk in closet, and the master bathroom was amazing, private toilet, big oval shaped bathtub and an 8x8 walk in shower. 

Sunset was amazed at the home Lite lived in, they went downstairs to the basement where Lite took out his phone and used the flashlight to find the fuse box in the back room, with the metal click of a switch and a hum of power the basement lit up to reveal... a party room, a room with a giant plasma screen TV, a U-shaped couch with a floor to ceiling 20 foot long bookcase full of movies... VHS to be specific, there were about over 200 movie Lite had on the bookcase, there were also some comic books, Marvel, DC, you name it, vintage ones, and collectable ones too.

There was a Pioneer SX 1980 stereo on a small table, with stacks and stacks of records, tapes and early CD's. 

There was also a long bar that had mirror shelves for liquor and a green pool table.    

At the other side of the room made Rainbow Dash gasp... an arcade with retro arcade game, PAC-MAN, Mrs. PAC-MAN, Galaxian, Galaga, Donkey Kong, Space Invaders and Frogger.

"HOLY SHIT!" Dash exclaimed, "This. Is. Awesome!" She jumped running over at super speed looking at the games that were lighting up, Lite was surprised at how fast she ran.

"HOW DID YOU DO THAT!?" He said with his mouth agape.

"That's one of Dash's powers, she's super fast." Sunset informed.

"You never told me that." He said.

'Well back at camp ever free we each got these crystals," She showed Lite hers so did the rest of the girls. "And they each gave one of us a talent power."

"Yeah, mines super speed, I can get to places 20 times faster than anything." She smirked.

"And mine is super strength." Said Applejack.

"I can talk to animals." Whispered Fluttershy.

"I can project shields." Added Rarity.

"My ability is to levitate and telekinetically move objects." Said Twilight softly.

"I've developed the ability to sense people thoughts, memories, and feelings through physical touch." She said.

Lite was confused he had touched Sunset's hand a couple of times, "Wait, we've touched hands, have you done that on me?" He asked.

"No, at first it was hard to control cause soon after that I saw somethings in peoples head I didn't want to see so I had to learn to control it." She added. 

"That's good." Sighed Lite.

"Yeah and my ability is to make sugary objects explode with my physical touch!" Cheered Pinkie.

"Like how?" Like asked.

"Like this!" And she threw what looked like a Smartie on the floor.

"LOOK OUT!" The girls cowered up against a wall, as soon as it hit the floor it did nothing, "Huh, usually works with candy but I don't understand." She pondered.

Lite looked at the so called Smartie and realized what it looks like, his eyes went wide with fear, "Pinkie, where did you find that?" he shivered.

"They were behind the bar in this drawer, I like Smarties." She squeed and she popped one into her mouth.

"PINKIE NOOO!" He scream, but it was too late.

"What?" She look at Lite confused.

LIte's mouth was agape and he had to approach Pinkie with caution. "Pinkie... just relax... you gonna be feeling really, really funny for the next few hours."

"Why?" She asked.

"Lite, what was that!?" Asked Sunset.

"Pinkie... you just took acid." Lite simply said. 

The girls gasped as to what just happened, "Acid!?" Dash shouted.

"OH MY GOD, am I going to die!?" She shook.

"NO no no no, You're just going to be on a small drug trip that will make you see some funny things." He explained.

"Lite? is she going to be okay?" Applejack asked.

"Well for the next 6 hours she'll be a little goofed up." Lite informed.

"6 HOURS!?" Dash exclaimed.

"Should we get her to a hospital?" Rarity asked.

"Don't worry those tablets are about 40 years old, and she only took one and I think the time we'll be cut back on her trip," He said, Lite took Pinkies hand and guided her to the couch and laid her down, he then went to his record player and took out a record called "Golden Earring" and a set of head phones and gave them to her, "Here if you want to relax and enjoy the drug trip your about to take, listen to this and I'll be back to check on you." Pinkie nodded and put the head phones on and Lite hit the play button.

"While she's relaxing, why don't I show you my studio." Lite suggested.

"Okay, are you sure she'll be fine?" Sunset asked worried.

Lite nodded, "Don't worry, she'll be just fine." He reassured them.

Lite took the girls to a room that made them stand in awe, a room full of guitars, Lite had 40 guitars hanging on the walls, 6 Marshall amps and a shelve of pedals. 

"WOW, I'm in heaven!" Exclaimed Dash.

"Yep," Lite smiled, "These are my pride and joys."

"Oh my Celestia, these are all beautiful." Said Sunset in awe with made her like Lite even more.

"I got into collecting from 1965 till the time I left town, and I still want more, just didn't have a place to put them while I was on the road." 

Rainbow Dash picked up a Les Paul, tuned it and played a couple chords, "This are nice but they sound a little off."

"Probably have to change the strings and tune the neck on them." Lite said looking at them, "Good thing this room is well insulated for these guitars and I'm amazed they survived 20 years in this room."

"Whats through the glass?" Sci-Twi asked.

"That my practice studio, built it in 1989 and used it for my solo recordings." Lite said.

They went through a door that had a large mixing board and recording equipment, and the foam padded room for playing in. 

The girls were impressed with the setup he had going, Dash got the thought of asking Lite if her band could use the studio to practice and record their music. "Hey Lite do you think that we could use your studio to practice our band here?" She asked.

"Of course you can, I'm not using it since I'm not in a band right now." He offered.

Sunset just remembered that she was going to asked Lite to join the Battle of The Bands, "You know Lite, you should join the Battle of The Bands."

"The Battle of The Bands?" He said.

"Yeah, after what happened last year, I think we could have everything go safely since we know who you are, and we don't have to worry about anything." She said.

Lite never had a real band before and preforming on stage was something he always dreamed about, "Okay, but I need members though."

"Why don't you get those guys that you were hanging out with to play with you," Said Twi, "I'm sure they would love to play music with you."

Lite thought about that for a second, those guys were just like him. "Yeah, I could do that, I'll ask them on Monday."

"Great and I'll ask Principle Celestia if that's okay to have another Battle of The Bands." Sunset said.  

After about 20 minutes of looking around the studio, they decide to go check on Pinkie, they came out of the room to find Pinkie gone.

"Um, wheres Pinkie?" Asked Rarity.






After Lite turned the music on and they left the room Pinkie stared at the ceiling and started to wonder whats going to happen to her, she never did drugs she always heard about the dangers it would do to a person's body, Pinkie blinked her eyes and noticed a funny color out of the corner of her eye, it was like a 3D comic and started to see funny shapes and the room around her faded into an abyss of space, she felt like she was floating through space and she saw planets with faces, she began to think that it was fun as she slide around a planets ring and fly off of it and landed on a shooting star that took her on a trip across space, she saw so many things that she couldn't explain and the shooting star landed on a planet of candy where she ran around in circles picking up little candy corn people and chocolate flowers, and see saw something that made her jump with jay her pink pony self... the Equestrian Pinkie.

"WHEE!" The Equestrian Pinkie screamed.

"This is fun!" The human Pinkie said.

"I know right we should do this like all the time." Equestrian Pinkie said.

"Yeah! We're best friends for life!" She cheered.

"PINKIE!" Music End 

Lite and the girls saw Pinkie dancing around in the backyard with a plastic deer, there was also rocks around here and dead weeds that what she thought were candy corn people and chocolate flowers.

"How did she even get outside?" Rarity wondered.

"I'm surprised she didn't break anything on the way out." Said Lite.

"We should get her home." Muttered Fluttershy.

"Yeah, good thing I didn't put on Pink Floyd, or else she would be in a nightmare." Lite chuckled.

"Okay Pinkie darling just put the deer down and lets get you home." Said Rarity comfortingly.

"Aww, can't I bring pony Pinkie with me." She wined.

"I guess." Said Lite.

They walked around the house to the garage where they put Pinkie and the plastic deer in the back seat of Rarity's new Caddy.

"I better get in back with her and make sure she doesn't jump out the window." Said Applejack.

"You should probably stay with her all night too." Said Lite, "Cuz' tomorrow she might be a little woozy." Applejack nodded.

Lite popped the hood on the Caddy and put a battery in the car and got it going, Fluttershy got in as well and Dash said she would run home and she took off in a flash of rainbow, Rarity gently rolled the Caddy out and drove, She was excited that not only did she now had a car but she now had her own limo... a vintage antique limo.

"This thing feel's marvelous darling, thank you so much Lite." She cheered as she drove out of the driveway with Pinkie screaming.

"GOODBYE CANDY PLANET!" she screamed.

The sun was just starting to set on the horizon, "I got to get home and feed Spike." Sci-Twi said.

"Well how about we take one of my classics and take you home?" Lite suggested.

"Okay." She replied.

"How about we let sunset pick the car and let her drive." Lite said.

Sunset drove a couple of times she didn't have a license really but she drove Flash's Camaro a few times while they were dating, "O-okay." She replied, she walked down the aisle of cars trying to pick which one to drive, the one that caught her eye was the red Trans Am, the phoenix on the hood reminded Sunset of Princess Celestia's pet phoenix Philomena. 

She opened the driver side door and adored the red leather seats, Lite took a battery off the shelve and hooked it up to the car, Sunset gave the car a crank the the car roared to life.

"Ooh." She hummed, she like the way it rumbled.

Twi got into the back and sunset drove the car out of the barn and Lite closed the doors and got into the Trans Am and Sunset drove it down the driveway and as soon as she reached the pavement she did a peel out and drove towards town.

Sunset was having a ball driving the Trans Am, she felt like she could drive this thing forever, "This thing is awesome!" She cheered, as for Lite and Sci-Twi they were holding on for dear life, to them... Sunset was not a good driver, she almost ran 2 stop signs, almost rode the car onto the curb, followed too close behind a truck and nearly hit a squirrel. 

"Sunset, are you sure you know how to drive?" Lite asked nervously.

"Of course I ride a dirt bike to school." She replied.

"Yeah well, riding a dirt bike isn't the same as driving a car." He said. "Do you think you could slow down a bit, the speed limit is 35 through here and you're doing about 50." Sunset let up on the gas and the car gently slowed down.

"Sorry." She smirked sadly.

"Maybe, you need to take some driving lessons, before you get into an accident." Lite said.

"Okay." She said feeling a little upset, cause he was right, she didn't really know how to drive.

As soon as they came to the suburbs Sunset relaxed herself and checked her surroundings as she drove through the neighborhood, they reached Twilight's house, Lite helped her out of the back seat.

"So what's going on for tomorrow?" She asked.

"I'm not sure, Lite whats going on?" Sunset asked.

"Well I got to clean my house, do some grocery shopping, update my appliances such as get rid of those old TV's maybe I could sell them from my phone get a few bucks off of them, would you and the girls like to help if they're not doing anything tomorrow?" He asked

"I'm free." Sunset answered.

"Me too." Added Twilight.

"Okay!" Lite smiled, Twilight said goodnight and went into her house, Lite turned to Sunset, "You hungry, Sunset?" Lite asked.

"Sure." She smiled.

"Okay, I saw a Chipotle up the street here and I'm carving a burrito bowl, that sound good?" Sunset nodded, Lite let Sunset drive again but he had to teach her some rules of the road as she drove, "Make sure you shoulder check before you change lanes, and use the turn signal as well." He instructed, Sunset got better as she drove and followed everything he said.

They pulled up in front of the restaurant and Sunset parked perfectly in an empty spot, the both went in and ordered vegetarian burrito bowls, Lite paid for hers, that made Sunset happy that he was doing that like a real boyfriend would, as he paid Sunset saw someone in the back of the kitchen who look familiar, she had a blue hair done up in a ponytail, she couldn't place her cause she couldn't see her face. 

They sat down and ate, and talked for the most part.

"So Sunset, do you remember your parents?" Lite asked.

Sunset frowned a bit, "I was dropped off at an orphanage when I was just a foal, so I never knew them."

Lite felt a pain in his stomach, he knew what it was like to not have a real mom or dad. "That's sad," He frowned, "I wish I could only knew who mine were... but that was such a really long time ago so I doubt there be any records of them."

"Me too, well that's another thing we have in common, no parents." She sadly smirked.

Lite touched Sunset's hand, "Hey, just remember, the friends you make are your family and they'll be there for you."

Sunset smiled back and stroked her thumb against his hand, "Yeah." She sighed, Sunset didn't want to stop this scene, she liked it that he was passionately holding her hand like this.

After she finished her food she began to think about how Pinkie was doing, "I think I should call Applejack and see how Pinkie is doing." She said taking her phone out and called her.

"Hello?"

"Hey Applejack, it's Sunset, how Pinkie?" She asked

"Well she finally fell asleep after I pulled her out of the freezer thinking it was the North pole"

Sunset laughed, "Okay, is she okay from the earlier?"

"Yeah, I think so."

Lite motioned Sunset to hand her phone to him, Sunset handed it over to him. "When she wakes up tomorrow have her drink a lot of water to flush it out of her system, and give her an aspirin." Lite instructed.

"Okay, I'll do that, goodnight." 

And Applejack hung up.

"Hey, why don't you give me you and your friends your numbers?" Lite asked, Sunset raised an eyebrow, "You know to call them or text them since you are my new friends now."

"Okay." Sunset replied as she took his phone and programed in all the numbers.

"So tell me about Princess Twilight." Lite asked, "Is she just like human Twilight, or is he more different?"

"Well, she's pretty much the same as our Twilight, an science egg head that's interested into science and magic and a BIG fan of Star Swirl the Bearded, but a Princess of Friendship no less," She said taking a sip of pop, "I remember she had told me about how her and her friends defeated Discord."

That word made Lite's eyes open, "Discord!?" He exclaimed, "The chaotic monster that Princess Celestia and Luna turned to stone a long time ago!"

"Yeah, and believe it or not her and her friends reformed him to good." She chuckled.

"You're kidding, I never thought that would ever happen." 

"Well it did."

"Tell me more." He asked, Sunset told Lite what Princess Twilight and her friends done in Equestria, how they defeated King Sombra, Tirek and Queen Chrysalis, Lite was surprised, he never knew those monsters would be defeated. 

"Man, I really missed out on those." Lite said with a halfway smirk, "You know I would love to meet Princess Twilight."

"Really?" Sunset said.

"Yeah, Do you have anyway of contacting her?" Lite asked.

"I do, I have a journal that Princess Celestia gave me to write to her when ever I need to, and it when I write in it, it's like sending a text message through a book." She explained, "I have it right here." And she reached into her bag and pulled out the book.

Sunset handed the book to Lite, "Wow, Why don't you write to her and tell her about me, if she can come her through the portal anytime she wants, I would like to meet her."

"Okay, what should I say?" She asked.

"Just tell her... I'm from Equestria too and I knew Star Swirl and fought monsters and would like to meet her and talk to her." Lite said as he stood up, "I'm gonna go to the bathroom real quick."

"Okay." She smiled, Sunset opened the book to a blank page and began writing.

Sonata Dusk, one of the evil Sirens from Equestria was working in the kitchen, Sunset got a nervous shock in her stomach as soon as she recognized her, what was she doing here, working? where are the others Aria and... Adagio, she couldn't stop staring at Sonata, she remembered when she first met her that she wasn't the brightest bulb on the tree and her brain probably works on the same level as Pinkie's, Sunset saw something wrong with her... she looked sad, why was she sad? was it from us after we took their power? she wondered, or did the other two do something to her? Sunset thought of getting up to go talk to her,... but what would she say?

Lite came back from the restroom, "Ready to go?" He asked.

"Um... yeah." She replied getting up out of her seat.

"You okay?" Lite asked.

"Yeah, just thinking about... Twilight." She replied.

"Yeah, there's like 4 extra bedrooms that don't get used, we could go an entire year without seeing each other and you'll have your own car as well," He said pointing to the Trans Am meaning he was giving it to her since she like it. "And you can live there as long as you want, rent free."

"YES!" She exclaimed, Lite put the battery in it and turned the key and the Super Camaro roared to life, "HOLY SHIT! is this thing loud!" She shouted.

"Yeah I know, She has a lot of power when she wakes up from her coma." Lite said puttin' it in gear, the Camaro rolled out of the barn and down the driveway, when they got to the front gate Lite took it really easy as to not make it go to fast.

"Aw, come on Lite kick this sucker in the balls and give it all she's got." Dash pleaded.

"No I just wanna take it easy, besides I need to make sure my cars run great so that there's no problems with them." He said driving at a steady speed of 40 mph.




Meanwhile Sunset decided to pick out her new room in Lite's mansion, she decided to take the room above the dining room that had a arch window with view of the front yard, the room was big, at least a 20x25 room furnished with a dresser, a queen size bed, nightstands on each side, a big empty closet, a desk and an old TV which probably needed to be replaced with a new one, the bathroom was a sharing bathroom for the room next door, it had two sinks on one long counter, a lining closet, a private toilet, a big triangle shaped bathtub with jets and a 5x5 walk in shower.

"Wow!" She awed in excitement, "It's like staying at an expensive hotel suite." She now knew that life was getting even better after Princess Twilight saved her from her evil side and her friends showed her the real meaning of friendship.

Sunset went to the sink and splashed some water on her face then she looked at herself in the mirror, she started to think about last nights dream again, she wanted to do everything she could to make it go away but for some reason she couldn't help it, thinking of Adagio's slim body, her massive double D breast and her snake like tongue inside her pussy, she was beginning to think that she actually liked the dream she had. 

Sunset's phone rang and startled her a bit, she looked at the caller ID, Twilight?

Sunset walked out of the bathroom and looked over the balcony to see Twilight cleaning a window, "Twilight why are you calling me?" She asked.

Twilight gave her a funny look, "...I'm not calling you." She said pulling out her phone which was off.

Sunset suddenly realized who was really calling her... Princess Twilight.

"HEY!" She exclaimed happily answering her phone.

"Sunset where are you!?" She asked frantically.

"I'm at that boy's house I was writing to you about." She replied.

"Oh my gosh, are you serious!?" She asked.

"Yeah, Twilight are you okay?" Sunset asked.

"Yeah! Ever since I got your message I've been excited to meet him!" She replied.

"Okay where are you I'll come get you?" She said walking down the stairs and heading for the door.

"I'm here out in front of the school, Please hurry I want to meet him so badly!" She said like Pinkie after Pixy Stix and soda.

"Okay, I'll be there soon." She replied before hanging up.

"Hey, who was that?" The human Twilight asked.

"That was Princess Twilight." She said.

"Oh... My other self is here?" She smiled in embarrassment remembering the time she met her equestrian counterpart, it was a weird afternoon for her talking to herself, she thought it was kinda cool having a another her, she thought it was like having a twin sister even though she meet her only once, she couldn't wait to see her again.

Sunset grab the keys to the Trans Am and left to go get Twilight, she had to be careful now that she was driving by herself since she nearly almost killed Lite and Twilight last night, "Okay Sunset just relax and do how you watched Lite." She sighed as she pulled out of the driveway and carefully drove towards town.




"Lets hope I can get the satellite company out to my house within a couple of days after those TV's arrive." Lite said to and Dash as they were on their way back from the store, "I think I should but myself a used car."

"Why?" Dash asked, "You got like ten of them."

"Yeah but those are classic cars with value," Lite added, "And also I think the insurance is more expensive for me to be using if I keep driving them, cause right now these cars are not insured, and I know it's against the law to drive em' without it but it's my only mode of transportation at the time."

"So what do you think you'll but for a used car?" Dash asked.

"Maybe a Jeep or a mid-sized sedan, whatever I can find, plus I'll have to find a job to keep myself busy so I'm not just going home and sitting on my ass all day,... It's not that I need money and I know I have a lot of it but, it's always nice to help out and devote yourself to the labor of work." Lite said coming to a stop light, but if I do get insurance on them, I'll have to make sure they are specially taken care of." As they sat at the stop light that black IROC Camaro pulled up along side of them, Lite looked over and gave a disappointing sigh, "Son of a bitch, not these bozos again."

"Well!" Said one of the Diamond Dogs, "Thought you could get away from us, couldn't you?" He hissed, as they revved their engine.

"Come on Lite race em'!" Dash pleaded.

"No, I don't want to that'll just end up being a bad habit and plus I don't want to get pulled over by the cops." He objected. 

"What's that you don't want to race, you must be a sissy scardy pants." He insulted.

"Oh shut! up you saying that cause you have nothing better to do." Lite said back.

"If you don't race that means we'll follow you around till you do and if you still don't, we'll take your car." He snickered.

Lite looked at him with a snarl, "Like fuck you ain't, you are not getting this car."

"Then what's the problem loser? Your car too weak." He snickered.

That last one made Lite mad and the Lite looked at Dash, "Tighten your fuckin' seat belt."

"Alright!" Dash exclaimed doing so, Lite looked over at them and his Camaro let out a terrifying rev that scared the Diamond Dogs,... the race was on. 

Lite gripped the steering wheel and the shifter and revved the engine as the light started to change, Lite's heart began to pound as the light turned green...

(SCREEEEEEEECH)

Like a cannon the car nearly popped a wheelie coming of the line doing a burnout, Lite was about 20 feet in front of the Dog's IROC, Rainbow Dash's head was glued to the headrest she couldn't even move, by the time he came to the next stop light Lite realized he was 4 blocks away from where they were before, it couldn't of been no less then 10 seconds ago they were that far so quickly.

"Damn!" He said trying to catch his breath.

Lite looked over at Dash who had a blank expression of thrill, "Ho...ly.... shit, That... was... AWESOME!" She exclaimed.

Lite looked in the rear view mirror to see the Diamond Dog's IROC fell apart after being blown away, "Oh shit! their car fell apart!" Lite laughed.

Princess Twilight sat out in front of the statue portal waiting anxiously for Sunset, Twilight was thinking about what she was going to say when she meets him, she wasn't even thinking about how her friends have those crystal necklaces that gave them powers, in fact she didn't even think about it at all after reading Sunset's message.

Twilight heard the sound of a horn and looked to her right to see Sunset in a car, Twilight stood up and waved to her, Sunset stop and got out of the car and rushed up to her and gave her a hug.

"Oh it so good to see you Sunset!" She smiled as she hugged her friend.

"You too Twilight." She replied, "How are things back in Equestria?" She asked as they broke the hug.

"Things couldn't be any better." She smiled, "First off I'm now an aunt!"

"(GASP!) Oh my gosh really!?" Sunset exclaimed.

"Yeah my brother and my old foal sitter Princess Cadence have a baby named Flurry Heart and to everypony's surprise... the baby was born an Alicorn." She said with wide eyes.

Sunset's jaw dropped, she had never heard of anything like that happening ever in Equestria history. "OH MY GOSH! how is that possible?"

"I thought the same thing, I always was told that Alicorn wings and horns were earned by great success of an achievement." She said thinking.

"So how's Starlight Glimmer doing?" Sunset asked remembering Twilight's student that came to the human world for a short visit.

"She's doing good," She said. "She's in the Crystal Empire right now helping her friend Sunburst with some ancient spells."

"That's great I was kinda hoping that she would come her and I would get to see her as well." She said little depressed but it was okay, her good friend that showed her the light of friendship was the only thing she cared about right now was here with her. "So you ready to and meet Lite?" She asked.

Twilight's eyes lit up with joy that she was going to soon meet somepony that was here long time ago and knew Star Swirl the Bearded, "Yes!" She jumped.

"Okay lets go." She said as she lead her to the Trans Am.

"Where'd you get the car?" Twilight asked.

"It's one of Lite's cars, he's got couple of cool ones." She said with a sly smirk.

"One of his cars?" She asked.

"Oh yeah, he's loaded with lots of money, a big house, like ten classic cars, twenty guitars and lots of music." She said with a show off tone getting in the driver's seat.

"The more and more I hear about him the more I get excited to meet him!" She smiled.

"Trust me you'll like him, he's like the King of Awesomeness." She said jokingly as she started the car and began drive.




Lite and Rainbow Dash had returned to the house to find everyone had finished cleaning, Lite was impressed at Rarity's talent of making new curtains for the foyer and the den and she even brought an old throw blanket to go over the couches, the house smelled cleaner and fresher from Twilight and Fluttershy cleaning the floors and dusting the library and getting the washing machine running and cleaning the linen and blankets, Applejack even fill Lite's waterbed up, after she filled it her and Pinkie sat on it and went for a sloshing ride, it was really comfortable, something like this was something Applejack had to get for her back after a hard day's work in the orchard.

"Wow!" Lite exclaimed, "You girls did a great job cleaning and helping out here and I really want to thank you girls for this, don't know how I can repay you girls for this."

"It's no problem Lite," Twilight spoke, "It's what we like to do as friends, and you don't have to do anything for us neither cause it's how we are with being friends." She softly smiled.

"Thank you girls, thank you so much... hey where's Sunset?" He asked looking around the room.

"She went to the portal to go and pick up Princess Twilight." Human Twilight said.

"The Princess is here?" Lite asked.

"Yeah you'll like her, she's helped us out a lot ever since Sunset stole her crown and tried to destroy us then saved us and her and showed her the true meaning of friendship and then coming back and defeating the sirens in the battle of the bands and saving the school again." Pinkie added.

"Well from what Sunset has told me, seem that she's done a lot more than what I've done in Equestria." He said.

"Quick question Lite." Rarity asked.

"Yeah?"

"Is this a picture of you and Elvis Presley?" She asked holding a framed picture.

"Yep,"  He sighed with a smile, "July 14 1971, My friend Penny was so into Elvis when he made his first appearance on the Ed Sullivan Show, A LOT of girls wanted him because of his looks, his smooth talking and his moves, she would listen to him and have pictures of him all over her room, at first I didn't like him cause he was just another face girls cooed over but as his career went on I enjoyed his music, he had some  good tunes with blues riffs, we went to Las Vegas for her birthday and I had gotten her front row tickets to the show and she went nuts when he came out on stage, after the show he was taking pictures with some fans and Penny wanted for me to be in the shot."

"Wow, he had such a talent and such a style the way he wore that jumpsuit of his, but he was taken away too soon in his life." Rarity sighed sadly.

"Yeah, a lot of people said it was a heart attack from high cholesterol from too  many double bacon bbq cheddar peanut butter cheeseburgers, but others think that it was combining drugs that actually got to him, a couple of years before he was against drug use and didn't want any part of it, but people said that he was taking drugs for his health and he was  combining them together and they said that's pretty much how he died."

"So sad." Rarity said.

"Come here." Lite said taking her to the living room up to a mantel pulling down a glass case with sunglasses in them. "These... we're Elvis's personal sunglasses."

A gentle gasp came from Rarity as she set her eyes upon the Heartbreak Gold Sunglasses.

"That same night that picture was taken, I was in the casino at 1 in the morning... I bumped into him... and I couldn't even speak, and he said, "You okay there, son?" all I did was nod and he shakes my hand and say's "Sorry about that it's too dark in here for me to be wearing these." He takes these off and puts them in my hand and say's "Here you go, son, Take good of em'." and he walks away, my mind was just blown that Elvis Presley himself gave me his personal sunglasses." Rarity's mouth was just agape, "Yeah."




Sunset and Twilight pulled into the drive way in front of Lite's house, Twilight was amazed that he lived in a house like this. "This is where he lives?" She said in awe.

"Yep, it's a pretty big house ain't it Twi?" Said Sunset.

"He must be quite a stallion having such a big house and cars and money." She said.

"Yeah, but he's a really cool person when it comes to making friends." Sunset added.

Twilight got out of the car and approached the house she was excited to finally meet the stallion who was a personal friend of Star Swirl the Bearded, Sunset opened the front door and Twilight was amazed by the inside of the house how nice it was.

"HELLO!?" Sunset called out.

"TWILIGHT!!!" Exclaimed Pinkie who rushed down the curved stair case and gave Princess Twilight a big breath stopping hug. "We missed you so much!" She said hugging her tightly.

"Pink...ie... too... tight!" She tried to say.

"Oopsie daisy," She said letting go giving her oxygen, "Sorry." She cheekishly smiled.

The rest of the girls came into the foyer to see there Equestrian friend, "Howdy Twi," Applejack greeted, "It's so good to see you again." She said giving her a hug.

"Yeah, it's been a while." She replied.

"Hello again." The human Twilight greeted shyly.

"Hello again to you too." She replied to 'herself' in a mirror way.

"Yeah, was kinda a sudden surprise seeing myself from another world." The human Twilight said in a embarrassed way.

"So Twilight, how's Equestria?" Applejack asked.

"How's Spike?" Fluttershy whispered.

"Any good parties?" Pinkie cheerfully asked.

"Do you need any dresses for any royal balls or galas?" Rarity fashionably asked.

"You still kicking monster but back there?" Dash asked. 

The girls were talking all at once to her and Twilight was having trouble replying to them.

Suddenly came a loud voice, "HEY WHO CAME IN!?" Lite said coming into the room, Twilight got her first look at Lite, the one who knew Star Swirl the Bearded and has been reading about for the past few days and has been impatient to meet, she brush past her human friends and stood toe to toe in front of Lite, "Hi there you must be Princess Twilight Sparkle." He said extending his hand out.

Twilight took his hand and constantly shook it for a long time, truth is she was speechless, she couldn't find any words to say to him, but the only thing she got out was, "Hi,... I'm Princess Twilight Sparkle."

Lite was little unsure if she was alright, "Okay, yeah it's nice to meet you." He replied still having his hand shook, "Um Sunset,... is she alright?" He asked in worry.

Sunset stepped over and snapped her finger in front of her face, "Twilight!" She snapped.

Twilight was brought back to reality realizing she was still shaking his hand, "Oh," She mumbled letting go of his hand, "Sorry." She blushed.

"It's okay," Said Lite, "Didn't really know you were a fan of me, you act as if I was Steven Tyler."

"Who?" She raised her eyebrow.

"Never mind." He smirked.

"Sorry it just that I usually get so nervous or stressed when ever I meet someone famous or royal, kinda like the time I meet A.K. Yearling." She said in her normal excited tone.

"Who's A.K. Yearling?" Lite asked.

There was a sudden gasp from both Twilight's and Rainbow Dash, "Are you kidding, she writes all the Daring Do movies and books." Dash blurted out, Twilight was surprised that there was a Daring Do in this world as well, but what the human girls didn't know was Equestria A.K.Yearling is Daring Do and Princess Twilight has meet her and went on a real adventure with her.

"Oh yeah, I haven't seen those movies yet, but I'll check em' out on TV or Netflix." Lite said.

"You should see the new one!" Said Dash, "Cause... we're in one of the scenes." Dash said in her likely show off voice.

"No shit, really?" Lite asked, Dash and the girls nodded. "Huh, I'll have to check it out."   

Sunset wanted to tell Twilight about there new powers, "Hey Twilight..." But was cut off.

"So tell me what was Star Swirl the Bearded like?" She asked.

"Well..." Before Lite could start.

"Was he normal or always having scientific breaks?"

"Twilight." Sunset said trying to get her attention.

"He..."

"Do you have any of his notes?"

"Um...

"Twilight."

"What where his words of Wisdom to you?"

"TWILIGHT!" Sunset yelled, everybody looked at her, Sunset went a little red from embarrassment, "Twilight, me and the girls have something to show that's more important for you to know right now."

Twilight was a little sad that she realized she had ignored one of her friends and wasn't paying attention to them, "I'm sorry Sunset, it's just that I've been so eye deep in his history wanting to know so much about him that I forgot how important it is to listen to my friends." She said sadly.

"It's okay Twilight, I can understand that you wanted to know so much from him." Sunset replied.

"I guess it's part of my nature right?" She smirked.

"Yeah." She smiled back, "Twilight me and the girls have something very important to show you."

For the next half hour Sunset and the girls had shown and told Princess Twilight what had happened over the summer with their new powers, Twilight was just as shocked as she could be, even more shocked after finding out about Lite.

"Wow," She awed, "And the crystals can do that to you guys." Sunset nodded. "But where did that magic come from thought?" She asked.

"Well, that's the worst part, after Midnight Sparkle here blew the top part of the statue off it made a deep crack in the top of it." Twilight was beginning to think this was bad, "And magic has been escaping the portal and running loose here in the human world, and it's been causing strange things to happen."

Princess Twilight began to worry if her friends were in trouble now that magic was loose in this world she wondered what has come out of the portal since then.

"I looked worried Twilight darling." Rarity said.

"I am, I'm just afraid of what might be on the loose here in this world, what if we can't stop it here." She said in worry.

"What do you mean?" Sunset asked.

"This isn't Equestria, what you guy came across something dangerous and you were to fail and this world would be in danger." She shivered.

"Twilight, do you remember the time we took on the Dazzlings?" Applejack reminded her.

"Yeah?"

"We didn't give up when they knocked us down, Sunset took the mic and with that extra help we used the Element's of Harmony to defeat them." She finished.

"Yeah, your right it was tough but we did it." She smiled.

"What I'm saying is that any enemy big or small, we can handle it even with our new powers." Applejack said.

"YEAH!" Dash cheered giving her a high five.

Twilight felt relived that her friends would protect this world if ever something bad were to happen here.

"So, Princess Twilight I'm really interested of knowing how things are back in Equestria." Lite asked.

Twilight's smile perked up as she was ready to talk to the Legendary Lightning Bolt. "Yes, thing are amazing in Equestrtia, Lightning."

"Lite." He said.

"What?" Twilight asked.

"Everybody calls me Lite now, and I prefer that name better then my Lightning, cause it's much shorter." He said.

"Oh, okay, Lite." Twilight corrected. "I'm pretty sure Sunset has filled you in on most of the major current event such as the return of Princess Luna, the defeat of King Sombra and the reformation of Discord."

"Yeah, you know for what Star Swirl told me about him was that he was so out of control that he nearly destroyed Equestria before he was turned to stone." Lite said.

"Yeah," Twilight said, there was a long pause for her till she said, "Please tell me about Star Swirl the Bearded."

"What would you like to know?" He asked.

"Well... What was he like in person?" She asked.

"He was a very... clutter minded person," Lite said, "always was having ideas about stuff and making notes and equations about his scientific breakthroughs and always was doing something and writing and creating spells and, even at night when he slept he would talk in his sleep and even wake up at 3 in the morning to remember visions of spells he would see in his dreams, not to mention how many time he blew up the house we were living in together."

Twilight just stared in awe as she finally got what she wanted to hear about Star Swirl. "Wow, that is just amazing." She smiled, "Tell me about your adventures with him."

Lite spent about nearly 2 hours telling Twilight about his early childhood, his lightning powers, the battle with the dragon, the many places he saw and seen and the creation of the portal and even Phantom Shadows.

"Wow, that must have been dreadful for you, to having done that to save Star Swirl's life." She said.

"Yeah, I still think about that day, how his... gravely voice... scared us half to death, even when I transferred my power through Star Swirl and we sent him back into the hole... he said "My evil will find you!"... sometime I still think about what his said, I don't know if it's true or not, those words hunted me for years, I would even get nightmare's about it,... and I still wonder... is he still... looking for me?" Lite was shook up from telling her that story.

Twilight was amazed with Lite's story even when he told her what he did for the passed 80 years in the human world.

"Do you have any of his notes?" She asked.

"Sadly no." Lite sighed, "After his death everything he had and written was left in Canterlot in the care of Princess Celestia."

"Why did you leave your notebook in the walls of the Castle of the Two Sisters?" Twilight asked pulling out his notebook and handing it to him.

Lite was surprised, he hadn't seen it in a long time, "After Star Swirl and told me what I had to do I needed to start a new life... here, so I took all of my things and Star Swirl's things and hid them away, I figured the Castle of the Two Sisters would be a perfect place since of how vast and dark it was to hide something, I left this there for a time if I were to ever become mortal again I would return to Equestria and read my old not so forgotten memories and fill in the blank pages with the rest of my mortal life." He said flipping through pages, "I never thought one day someone would find it and would want to know my adventures."

"Now that you know that the Element of Harmony have protection over Equestria and here, have you ever thought of taking off the immortality spell?" Twilight asked.

"I can't." Lite said, "I don't remember how to use the spell, it was such a long time ago that I... didn't really think of memorizing it."

"Would you ever want to become mortal again?" She asked.

"One day I would like to Twilight, but I'm just afraid if something were to happen here in this world... I would need to live to fight it." Twilight knew what he was talking about, if this Phantom Shadows were to find him he would need to have his immortality to save everyone.




It was getting late in the day and the sun was getting ready to go down, "Wow, it's been a long day." Sunset said stretching her arms out, "Kinda looking forward to bed soon."

"Hey!" Pinkie jumped, "You know what would make this night even better... SLUMBER PARTY!" She screamed.

Sunset thought it was a great idea cause Princess Twilight was here and they were in a big enough place to have it, "Great idea Pinkie, What do you think Lite can we have our annual slumber party here tonight?" She asked.

"Um..." Lite pondered the thought when he suddenly saw the girls make puppy dog eyes, Lite sighed it was too cute to say no, "Okay."

"YAY!" They all cheered. 

"Wait!" Said Rarity, "I don't have my evening dress or my sleeping bag for that matter."

"Well how bout' you girls go get your thing for the slumber party and I'll go and pick up a couple pizza's." Lite said, they all agreed to the idea.

Rarity was taking Fluttershy and Pinkie in the Cadillac, while Sunset took human Twilight and Equestria Twilight in the Trans Am, Rainbow Dash was obviously running and Applejack was having a problem with her truck.

"What's the problem?" Lite asked approaching the truck.

"Oh, this old truck ain't what it used to be." Applejack said popping the hood, "Darn thing just doesn't want to run anymore."

"Hmm..." Lite pondered as he took a look, "Try cranking it." He said, Applejack cranked the ignition and Lite figured the problem. "Sounds like your alternator is going bad." 

"Really?" She asked, "Huh, cause they guy's at the repair shop said it needs a new battery."

"Well... that may be true, but... your alternator is a key part that makes the car go, it also recharges the battery, if it's having problems it could make your battery grow weak and cause it to have starting problems." Lite informed.

"So what do I do?" She asked.

"You probably have to buy a new alternator, I can help you install it." Lite offered.

"Nah, I can do it, but thanks for the info, guess I'll just have to sleep in my clothes tonight." She said bit upset. 

Lite raised his eyebrows in idea, "Wanna borrow one my cars?" He offered.

"Really?" Applejack asked, "You'd let me drive one of your old muscle cars?"

"Yeah, come on." He said leading her to the barn, Lite turned the barn light on and Applejack paced the aisle of what to drive till she came upon the 69 GTO.

"Can I take this one?" She asked.

"Sure." He said tossing her the keys, Applejack got into the Judge and got of whiff of the vintage smell the car had, she took the key and started it up, the car let out a steady growl. "You take it easy with this one, it's a Tameless Tiger." Lite said.

Applejack carefully drove out of Lite's driveway and onto the main road and headed towards her farm.

Lite looked up on his phone to see where the nearest pizza place was, one said Rosati's Pizza, "Oh hell yeah, they got a Rosati's here, now that real pizza right there." He said getting in his Challenger and headed towards the location.

Lite drove down the road to the location where the pizza parlor was, he looked at the sky as it got more cloudier, "Man, it looks like it's gonna rain here pretty soon." He said looking up the clouds.

Lite found the pizza parlor it was next to the Chipotle where he and Sunset had dinner together, Lite park the car and walked inside where he was greeted by a waitress, "Hello!" She greeted, "Dine in or pick-up?" She asked.

"Well it's for pick-up but I haven't ordered it yet, cause I'm new in town and needed to know where this restaurant was." He said.

"Okay well I can take your order here and you can have a seat till it's ready." She said.

"Okay, I'll have... two large pizza's, one pepperoni and the other one plain cheese, and um... can I get two orders of mozzarella sticks and two 2 liters of Pepsi please." Lite finished.

"Okay," She said as she read the order back to Lite, "...Should be ready in about 35 minutes sir, would you like anything while your food be prepared?" She asked.

"Um... I'll have a Sprite please." Lite asked.

"Sure thing." She replied as she went and got his drink.

Lite waited at a small table for food and played a game on his phone to kill some time, Lite looked out the window and noticed that it was starting to rain.

"Hope my ballast resistor don't get wet, oh that right I made it waterproof in 83'" Lite remembered.

The rain was something that Lite enjoyed, cause it was something that would cause him to remember his good times with his friends from long ago.





Meanwhile across town in front of "Human" Twilight house, Twilight was inside getting her sleeping bag, they had gone to Sunset's to get her and Princess Twilight's sleeping first.

"So this is where my human twin lives?" Twilight said in awe.

"Yeah, it's nice isn't it." Sunset said.

"Too bad I can't see the inside cause my... our... I mean HER parents would have a real difficult time seeing two Twilight's" She laughed.

"Yeah them and Timber Spruce." Sunset said.

"Who?" Twilight asked.

"Sci Twi's boyfriend." Sunset replied.

"Oh." She said, Twilight just realized she hasn't seen Flash Sentry in a long time and she wondered how he was doing. "Hey Sunset, how's Flash?" She asked.

Sunset sighed, "Well Twilight he kinda went into the shadows after you left after the battle of the bands last year and he's always been asking me about you and always asking me if he could go through the portal just to see you, but I told him he couldn't cause it would be dangerous for him to be in a another world that's different from this one, during the summer while I was at the mall, I seen him toss coins into the fountain there, I kept wondering why he was doing that till one day I realized he was making wishes..., wishes to see you."



"Oh my." She sighed sadly knowing that the boy who loved her has been heartbroken for a while, they had been torn apart by worlds, not being in contact with each other, Twilight began to cry cause she felt terrible that she never realized that she meant so much to him. "I wanna see him... tomorrow." She said.

Sunset looked at Twilight and smiled, "We will do that tomorrow." 





"Bolton!" The girl called carrying two pizzas and a white paper bag and two big 2 liters of pop out of the kitchen.

"Thank you, how much?" Lite asked pulling his wallet out.

"$43.35." She said, Lite took out his debit card and paid for the food and walked out of the restaurant. 

Lite quickly carried the food through the rain and to the car and set it in the front seat, "Well this car might need a shower but I've already had one today." He said, Lite started his car up and was just about pull out of the parking lot when he saw somebody in a dark hoodie sitting on a bus stop bench in the rain, Lite look at this person and felt sorry that they had to sit in the cold rain in the dark and wait for a bus, the person looked up and Lite realized that it was a girl sitting all alone as the rain poured down upon her, she looked sad and Lite who had a big heart wanted to help her.

Lite rolled down his window, "Excuse me, Hey!" He called out to her, the girl looked up at him, she looked scared, "Do you wanna ride?" He asked, the girl shook her head no, "Are you sure?, cause you look cold." He said, the girl was still silent, "Come on get in, I'll give you a ride to where you live, I got a heater in here that'll warm you up too." He said, the girl looked up again and stood up and walked over and open the passenger side door, Lite moved the food into the back seat and the girl got in.

"Thank you." She said softly with a small smile.

"Sure thing." He said putting the heater on full blast, "I'm Lite by the way." He introduced.

The girl pulled her hood down releasing a long light blue ponytail. "Sonata Dusk." She replied.

Lite drove out of the parking lot and asked the girl Sonata where she lived, she said it was a little bit out of town, which was in the direction Lite was going back to his house.

"Did you miss the bus?" Lite asked.

"Yeah," She said softly "I... was suppose to take the 6:45 but I... wasn't paying attention at work and forgot to leave on time and I missed it by 15 minutes." She said.

"Oh jeez, that suck's." Lite said.

"Yeah, they're gonna be upset with me." She said nervously.

"Who?" Lite asked.

"My... other f...friends." She stuttered.

"Why would they be upset with you?" Lite pondered.

"They tell me that I'm... retarded." She whimpered, Lite felt a little upset that she had friends that say that to her, "I'm suppose to make sure I get to work on time and get off on time and take the bus on time, cause they are tired of having to come and pick me up while they have work."

"Man, they must sound like real strict friends." Lite said.

"No, they're just... a little rude, and we use to have a great life together till... something bad happened." She said.

"What?" Lite asked.

"I'm... I'm not suppose to talk about it." She frowned.

"Do your friends take care of though?" Lite asked 

"Yeah, they've been looking out for me a long time and they told me I had to get a job to make money to learn... reasonablebilitys." She tried to say.

"Responsibility." Lite corrected for her.

"Yeah." She said.

"Where do you work?" Lite asked.

"At the Chipotle." She replied.

"Oh, I was there last night I think I saw you in the kitchen." Lite said.

"Yeah, I used to cook till I was caught eating the orders and they put me on washing dishes." She said.

"Sounds like a simple work related problem, have you asked your boss if you could cook again." Lite optioned.

"...No, I haven't really thought about doing that, what if he says no?" She said.

"Hey, all you have to do is tell them how important it was to you to cook and tell them you're sorry and tell them you'll try harder and put more effort into you work and he'll have to give you a chance." Lite said.

"You think?" She asked.

"Of course." Lite said, "Even though we just met and we don't know each other at all, it's a good option to try, I've had a lot of jobs where I've done wrong things and did my best to make up for it and it all works out, and maybe you can too."

"Okay, maybe the next time I go into work I'll ask." She said with a small smile.

Lite felt really sorry for this girl, she was treated badly by her friends and had problems with works and who appeared not to be the sharpest knife in the drawer.

"Why is this car so different form those cars." Sonata said pointing at the new Dodge Challenger's that were sitting on a car dealership lot.

"Well, it's because that this one is from 1970 and it's almost 50 years old and those ones are modern models and are upgraded with more technology." He informed her.

"Oh."

Lite pulled up to the place where she lived, it was a town house that looked a little rundown but was still livable.

"Thanks for the ride." She smiled at him as she began to get out of the car.

"Hope to see you again, Sonata!" Lite said as she looked at him.

"Yeah, I hope so too." She smiled, she closed the door and waved goodbye to him, and just before she got to her door she turned her head and looked back at him and waved again almost bumping into the post to the front patio.

Lite backed out of the driveway and drove a way thinking, "She was a really, really nice person." Lite thought, "Why would she be hated by her friends like that?"

Lite headed back to the house still thinking about that girl... "Does she have any real friends?" He thought, maybe the next time me see's her maybe she would like to meet his friends.

As Lite pulled into the driveway he saw that the girls were back and was guessing they are hungry for food, Lite brought the food into the house, "I'm back!" He called out, and suddenly the house started to shake, and saw a stamped of girls going after the food, there was nothing Lite could do but just let the girls tackle him for the food.

Rainbow Dash and Applejack grabbed the pizza's and Sunset grabbed the bag with the cheese sticks and Pinkie grabbed the bottles of pop.

Lite sat on the floor dazed from getting tackled for food, the girls took the food into the kitchen, "Hey!" Lite said, "How about we take the food downstairs into the man cave and watch a movie down there?" He optioned.

The girls agreed and took the food and headed into the basement and set the food on the big coffee table in the middle of the room and Lite walked over to the book shelve and tried to pick out a movie. "What do you girls want to watch, Comedy, Drama or Horror?" 

"Please let's no watch a horror movie." Fluttershy whimpered.

"Well let's a comedy then." Lite said as he look through the shelves of old VHS tapes, Lite didn't really have any new movies on the shelve but he had some good old ones that were funny, Lite kept looking till he saw one that is his favorite and guessed the girls would like it too.

"Whatcha got?" Sunset asked.

"Cheech and Chong's Up in Smoke." Lite smiled.

"Alright!" Dash cheered.

"Who are... Cheech and Chong?" Twilight asked.

"A comedy duo that people of the 70's and the 80's loved, a couple of pot smokers that get into trouble with a van made out of weed." Lite said, Twilight did not understand what he was saying cause she didn't now what weed or pot was, Lite took the tape out and put into the VHS Player and hit play.



"Huh, this guy's morning is kinda like mine." Sunset chuckled.

"Dear me," Rarity interjected, "Those clothes are just awful, they're all torn." She said talking about Chong's hippie look.

"Ew, gross." Disgusted Fluttershy, "Why would they smoke dog doo?" 

"That's exactly what happened to me when I took acid for the first time!" Pinkie squeed.

"Can Ajax Cleaner do that to you?" Sci Twi asked.

"My cousin from the south said that's what burritos down there would do to you." Applejack mentioned.

"Man the battle of the bands in this movie was nothing like the one we had." Dash said.

"Fun fact," Lite said, "This movie was mostly some of their recorded skits they did and they just used them for this movie."

After about an hour and a half of laughing and Princess Twilight not fully understanding what drugs were, "Wow that stuff looks dangerous!" She said in fear.

"Yeah it is, but only pot now a days has more purpose for good use." Lite said. 

"Really like what?" She asked.

"Well... medicinal uses and helps relieves stress." Lite said, Twilight still was unsure about it, "I could spend hours telling you about it, I'll have to get you a book or something for you to read more about it." He said.

Later that night Lite, Sunset and Dash went into the guitar room while the others watched TV, Lite showed his axes to Dash and she instantly fell in love with a classic Tobacco Sunburst Fender Stratocaster with a gloss maple neck double duel humbucker pickups and a whammy bar and a black pick guard.

"WOW! This one is beautiful." She said in awe as she strummed a few notes.

"Yeah, I bought that one in 77'." Lite said, "Here let me plug it in for you." Lite took a patch cord and plugged it into a small Marshall amp, Dash played some of her music that she wrote and played some other songs from other bands.

Lite grabbed a Black Les Paul Custom with three gold pickups on it, and plugged it into another amp.

"Wow, that's a nice Les Paul." Sunset complemented. 

"This is Black Beauty, I got her in 68'." He said playing some blues tunes.

"Which one of these was your first guitar?" Dash asked.

"That one right there." Lite pointed to a old Gibson acoustic, "I was working as a busboy cleaning tables in a club in 1953 and I'm in the back room washing dishes till I hear this sound of an instrument being played, I walked out of the back room and I see this old African American guy in his 50's on stage playing that guitar right there, and he was playing this music that just got to my soul, later that night when the club was closing he was still on the stage I walked up to him and asked him what he was playing, he told me it was the blues, I asked him he could teach me it, he says to me that it can't be taught... you gotta feel it, so he hands me this guitar and shows me chords and tells me "Let you life's story be your music." so I remembered all those memories and took them and let my feelings play." And Lite played the song he felt inside of him that day.

"Weeeeeeeelll.... I use to have lotsa friends,
But I had to leave 'em,

Hopin' to make somethin' on myself,
Don't know what to do,
But... Soon I'll find out."

"And that's all I had, wasn't too good with lyrics but the guy said I was good with the guitar." Lite said.

"What was the guy's name?" Dash asked.

"Two Tone Blue." Lite said, "During the time he was in town and after he played every night he would let me play that guitar and one day was his last day in town and he gives me the guitar and say's "No matter what boy, music may be something to play, but it's a part of your life and sticks with you till the day you die, never ever let it go." And that was the last time I ever saw Two Tone Blue, never knew what happened to him after that, but from that day forward I play the guitar almost every day till now." Lite sighed remembering that man from a long time ago.

After playing the guitars they all ate some desserts that Pinkie had brought over and watched Caddyshack.



"That Carl guy reminds me of Discord." Princess Twilight said.

"That gopher is a real smart Alec." Whispered Fluttershy.

"I want a hamburger... no a cheeseburger, I want a hotdog, I want a milkshake, I want potato chips..." Dash quoted.

"You'll get nothing and like it!" Pinkie quoted.

"Reminds me of the trouble I go through with gophers in our orchard." Applejack said.

"That swimming pool part always cracks me up." Sci Twi laughed.

"Wow, all that trouble just to kill one gopher?" Sunset raised an eyebrow.

"That guy had an unusual style of golf clothes." Rarity declared looking at Rodney Dangerfield's clothes. 

"God, Rodney Dangerfield... what a comic, when he was doing this movie he thought that his acting wasn't good enough and that's why he was sweating so much, but everybody loved it that they couldn't break character to laugh." Lite added.

After another hour and a half of laughing they decided to get ready for bed, Sunset was a little worried to go to sleep worrying about having another one of those dream, but if it happens it happens, she thought as she shut her eyes, Fluttershy thought it was too dark to sleep in the basement so Lite turned on a couple of neon beer signs and they all fell asleep, except for Lite who was still thinking about poor sweet Sonata.



Meanwhile Sonata laid on the top bunk of the bunk bed in the room where her and Aria Blaze shared, she was still trying to think about how she can make her life better instead of being a klutz all the time, she heard the front door open and got up to see who was home, it was Adagio Dazzle who was wearing a long black wool coat, she had smelled of sweat and her face had smeared makeup all over, Sonata always wondered why she looked and smelled like that when she came home late at night but Adagio said it was none of her business, Sonata was about to tell her about Lite till her brain stopped her cause she knew if she told her she would get the "NO FRIENDS!" lecture from her and be reminded about that night they lost their powers, Aria came home later smelling of cigarettes and alcohol she wondered why to but she would say the same thing that Adagio would say, Sonata would some times wish that things could go back to the way they were... but without the evil singing and the feeding off negative energy, having a nicer place to live and have a fridge full of food and the girls not controlling people which she had to do in order to have a home with the other two, even though she had the brain of a bird and the intelligence of a 6 year old kid, she still tries to be more of a better person than Adagio and Aria.

Sonata laid on her top bunk with Aria asleep on the bottom, she was beginning to think about that boy Lite, maybe if she saw him again maybe she could ask him to be her friend, for the first time in Sonata's life she felt something inside that she had never felt before, it was a warm feeling that told her that this Lite person was going to be a good friend to her.

Sunset awoke to the smell of coffee and cinnamon in the air, she let out a cute yawn and stretched her arms, she sat up and looked at all her friends still sleeping and notice that Lite wasn't present where they all were, she was also relived that she didn't have another one of those dreams last night, she check her nether region just to be sure... it was dry, she let out a sigh of relief knowing that it must've been just a one night thing will happen only once but not again, but at the same time she kinda wanted it to happen again.

Sunset quietly moved around her sleeping friends while watching her footing to make sure she didn't step on or kick or trip over anyone, the neon lights that were still on help out enough for her to make it to the stairs, she walked up the stairs and followed the smell towards the kitchen and found Lite at the oven taking out fresh hot baked cinnamon buns and had made fresh coffee.

"Mornin' Lite." Sunset yawned.

Lite turned and smiled "Oh hey, good morning." He replied getting her a coffee mug and pouring her a cup.

"Thanks." She smiled as Lite put the cup in front of her, Sunset blew a few cool breaths at the rim of the mug to cool it down and she took a first sip and savored the flavor of the sweet tasting brewed coffee.

"Sleep good last night?" Lite asked.

Sunset nodded softly, "Yeah, I sleep great." She replied.

"Man it feels good to be back home and cooking in my kitchen again." Lite said, "I've been away from home so much that I forgot how nice it is to be able to move around and have space instead of a single path in the tin toaster." He said referring to the Airstream.

"Yeah, it feel's really homey here." She said looking around the kitchen admiring it.

"So what do today Sunset?" Lite asked, "You know being it's Sunday and we go back to school tomorrow, I just figure we do something special to end a good weekend."

"Well today Princess Twilight wanted me to go and take her... do you remember Flash Sentry?" She asked.

"Blue hair wears an Easy Rider Captain America leather jacket?" Lite replied, Sunset nodded, "Yeah?"

"Well, him and Princess Twilight kinda have a thing for each other and they have been apart for a long time and we were thinking of getting them back together today." Sunset said.

"That would be great for the two of them," Lite said taking a sip of coffee, "Must be hard to be in love and be separated by worlds you didn't know existed." 

"Yeah." Sunset sighed sadly.

"Did you have someone special back in Equestria?" Lite asked.

Sunset shrugged, "Sort of, ...back in Equestria there was a stallion that I hung out with, and one night we fooled around and I ...lost my virginity and from it being my first time it was an experience for me that I’ve never felt, after that he kinda ignored me not wanting to hangout or have sex again, that’s when I knew that all he wanted was a one night stand with me and I felt upset about that, kinda make me wonder if I was that bad in bed, I didn't really take the time to go out with anyone else after that, but me being Princess Celestia's star student I was too busy with her teaching me magic and trying my best to be just like her, when I was with Flash I really didn't know how to... love anyone again, when we went out he always bought things for me and did stuff for me, but after being Princess of the fall formal 3 years straight I started to become selfish and didn't give him anything in return, and after he broke up with me I didn't think of it as a big deal till when I saw him and Princess Twilight together, I watched them share each other's company and finally understood what it means to have someone, when Twilight was back in Equestria, Flash would always ask me about her, when she's coming back, as months went by he became depressed from not seeing her, I was so worried about him that I cared for his loneliness." She finished. 

"Hey, I know what it’s like to be apart from someone you really care for, my friend Penny and her family is the only closest thing I have to a family here, and like I said before I couldn’t really have a relationship with a girl, but I know one day I’ll have this spell broken and I’ll find the right girl for me.” Lite said with hope and a little doubt, “At least Princess Twilight and Flash they'll get to see each other today and be reunited." Lite said with hope towards her, Sunset returned a smile in approval, "Cinnamon bun?" He squeed.

"Sure." Sunset smiled as Lite put one on a paper plate and served it to her, Sunset took the fork and cut a piece off and took a bite and savored the warm soft, sweet gooeyness of the bun, "MMM." She moaned.

"Good huh?" Lite said to Sunset's reaction, "I learned that recipe from Penny's mom in 1964."

"She must have been a really good cook." Sunset complemented. 

"Oh yeah, she taught me and Penny a lot of family cooking recipes." Lite said with a sigh.

"She must have been like a mother to you." Sunset said comforting.

"Yeah, she took me in when I came to this universe and was very caring to me, she would always say “I was like her own son."” Lite said. "She passed away in 1976 from cancer at the age of 83."

"I'm sorry." Sunset comforted.

"Yeah." Lite replied.

"Do you miss her?" Sunset asked.

"Yeah," Lite sighed, "I do."

After few minutes passed the rest of the girls came into the kitchen attracted by the smell of coffee and cinnamon, "What is that delightful aroma?" Rarity asked.

"Freshly brewed coffee and homemade cinnamon buns." Lite replied.



After the rest of the girls got up and had breakfast with Lite, they all had to get back to there homes to do there chores and work, Lite let Applejack borrow the GTO for a couple of days till Lite can fix her old truck.

Lite walked into his garage and looked at his old 39’ Knucklehead, he reached up and touched the handlebars.

“Man, it’s been years since I’ve rode you sweetie .” He sighed to his bike, “Maybe later I’ll start you up and take you for a spin, would you like that?”

“Are you talking to your bike?” Lite turned to see Sunset looking at him with a funny smirk.

“Yeah,” Lite replied, “I treat my machines and my guitars as if they were people too.” He stated.

Sunset gave a throat laugh, “That’s not unusual for a person like you.”

“Wanna go for a ride on the bike later?” He asked.

“Sure, Twilight wants to go and see Flash today, wanna go?” She asked.

“Sure.” Lite replied.

About a half an hour later Lite, Sunset and Twilight got into his Challenger and drove off towards town.




Meanwhile, Flash Sentry stood staring out the window of his bedroom with a depressed look on his face, he still was thinking about his flame, Princess Twilight.



Flash had been falling into a depression ever since Twilight left, it was getting worse, he sometimes couldn’t eat or sleep without thinking about her, he always remembered those times they danced together at the Fall Formal and after the Battle of the Bands.

Sunset did tell him there are other girls out there he could date but none of them could compare to Twilight, he did try to date human Twilight but it wasn’t the same, he wanted his Twilight back.

Flash sat on his bed and picked up his guitar and tried to play but it didn’t help it even made him think about her even more.

He picked up his phone and went through the old pictures he took of him and her, one picture he stared at for a while was her hugging him and he took a selfie of themselves, Flash started to cry.

He put his phone down turned over and hugged his pillow, more waves of memories of her flooded his mind.

Memories of them dancing at the Fall Formal, the Battle of the Bands and even when they first met. 

Flash walked out of his room and downstairs to his living room and turned on the TV.

Every channel he flipped through were images of couples enjoying their lives together, couples walking on beaches, couples on dates, couples getting married and couples with children.

He tried so hard to find something that wasn’t that but even the commercials had couples kissing and holding each other.

Flash turned off the TV and went into his kitchen and to his fridge and got out a grape soda, which the color made him remind him of Twilight even more.

Flash was beginning to go crazy thinking that he was never gonna see her ever again, he was just about to throw the full soda can across the room but stopped himself from doing it, it would only make it worse for him.

Flash walk outside to his backyard to get some fresh air in his lungs, he knew that he shouldn’t lose faith that she would not forget him cause deep down he knew that he would see her again, but it just a matter of when?

Flash looked up into the sky at the clouds and saw one that looked odd, it looked like a winged unicorn, Flash remembered that Sunset Shimmer told him that they were called Alicorns, and Twilight was one of them, Flash smiled up at it and for a second it looked like the Alicorn shaped cloud waved at him before it disappeared.

Flash finished his soda and with all his might he threw it across the yard at his trash cans but it didn’t quite make it, Flash walked over to the can kicked it closer to the trash can and picked it up and put in the trash can.

Flash let out a sad sigh, “Twilight, where ever you go, I’ll be with you.”

Meanwhile up the street from Flash’s house Lite, Sunset, Sci-Twi and Princess Twilight were yards away from Flash’s house.

“Have you thought about what you’re gonna say to Flash when you see him?” Sunset asked.

“I don’t know?” She replied, “a lot of things are going through my mind right now, but I just want to tell him that I’ve been a bit foolish. And I’ve never forgotten about our love for each other.”

“Here we are.” Sunset pointed to his house, Lite turned the car into the driveway.

Flash heard the sound of an entangled looked down his driveway to see an old muscle car pulling into his driveway.

“Who’s that?” Me mumbled, as the car got closer he noticed it was Lite Bolton and Sunset Shimmer.

The car stopped and the doors opened and Lite got out and then Sunset then Sci-Twi and then someone that made his heart pump hard Princess Twilight.... His Twilight.

They made direct eye contact and she walked to him she stopped in front him.

Flash was hoping that this was not a dream... but it wasn’t, she was actually here.

The only thing they did for that split second was grasp each other in there arms.

Flash began to cry a little, “I thought I was never gonna see you again.” He whispered into her ear.

“No, no, never think that, I’ve always treasured our relationship Flash.” She replied.

Flash loosened the hug and looked into her eyes and said the only thing he wanted, had to and needed to say.

“I love you Twilight Sparkle!” He said softly.

The words struck Twilight like how her friend Cadence said it would, it was so beautiful, there faces slowly closed the gap between them and their lips met.

It lasted for what seemed like forever, their lips parted away from each other and they looked into each other eyes.

Twilight was at a loss for words, but she could only say the same thing that Flash said to her. “I... I... I love you too Flash.” She smiled and hugged Flash again.

The three watched as the two were embraced in each other’s arms, Sunset stepped closer to Lite and she leaned her head on his shoulder, then she felt an arm wrap around her waist, it was Lite’s, she looked up to Lite who had a soft smile, even though Lite said he could never be with a girl, she knew that he knew he loved her, she now felt that feeling that she was loved again.

Flash wanted to spend the whole day with Twilight, and they were.

After they left Princess Twilight with Flash they left his house and took Sci-Twi and Spike back to her house.

“See you in school tomorrow!” She said after getting out of backseat of the Challenger.

Lite still made a promise to Sunset and said that he would give her a ride on his motorcycle so they decided to go back to his house.

“I know how much you like me Sunset, and I promise you that I’ll make this relationship work for us.” Lite smiles as he drove back home.

Sunset smiled “I know Lite, and I understand that you’re immortal and won’t age but we’ll find a way to make it work.” She finished as she reached over and touched his hand.

They got back to the house and they both went into the garage where Lite got his 39 Knucklehead and began to get it ready for a ride, Sunset was asked to get him tools he needed to get the bike going.



Lite rolled the bike into the garage, he set it up on a bike jack and raised it up enough to get at it better, he started to take apart the heads and open up the transmission to check the fluid and values.

“Man this is one beautiful bike!” Sunset complemented.

“I know right.” He replied.

They both checked the plugs, Sunset filled the tires and oiled the drive chain, as Lite changed the oil and put gas into the tank.

Lite took a battery off the work shelf and hooked it up to the bike, it made a little electric spark to give it a little life, Lite turned the key of the bike and saw the headlight turn on and the taillights flash.

Sunset then took a rag and polished up the chrome on the bike.

With gas in the tank Lite placed his foot on the kickstarter.

“Moment of truth, here it goes.” He said as he pushed his leg down with all his might.

Poof, Poof The bike pumped with good compression.

Lite brought the kickstarter back up and pushed it down again.

After about 3 more kicks Poof, Poof, POP! Bike let out a breath of life.

“Gettin’ there!” He said, “Come on baby breath for me.” He said to his bike, Lite put his foot on the kickstarter gave the gas throttle a couple of twist and pushed it down and... Pop, POP, POP BBbbbbrrrruuuummm!! the bike roared to life!

“YEAH!!!” Lite cheered as he twisted the throttle of the bike giving it a couple of revs.

Lite the bike run for a little bit while he went back into his house and got his old black leather jacket, it had been a long time since he worn it, it still looked good on him even after 20 years.

Lite came back out and him and Sunset got on the bike. “You ready?” He turned to Sunset.

“Hell yeah!” She replied.

“Hold on babe!” He said, Sunset wrapped her arms around Lites waist.

Lite put the bike in gear and it rolled down the driveway and onto the road.



Lite’s bike roared down the road, the warm afternoon sun shined down upon them with the cool breeze of the open air feathering through their hair.

They passed by farmland through the countryside waving at farmers on their tractors, other motorcycle riders on the road waved.

Sunset was having fun on the back with the powerful motor humming between her legs... which was making her feel good.

“Having fun?” Lite called back.

“Yeah!” She screamed in joy.

“Ok, hold on I’m gonna open her up now!” He said loudly.

Sunset gripped Lite’s waist tighter, Lite twisted the throttle back and the bike went faster.

They rode for about two hours through the countryside and back through town, and stopped at a little ma and pa greasy spoon place and had lunch and later he dropped Sunset off back at her apartment.

Lite’s bike coasted to a stop in front of her apartment, “I had a really fun time today, Lite.” She said as she dismounted Lite’s Harley.

“I’m glad, Kiddo.” He smiled.

“You wanna come on for a bit?” She asked.

“I’d like too, but I gotta get back home, I still got to do some work on the house.” He said, it was kinda a dumb thing to say to a girl who wants to invite you up to her room. 

“Oh.” She replied, “That’s okay, my apartment’s a complete wreck anyways too, I’d be too embarrassed to bring you up there.” She replied.

“Well let me know when you’re ready to move out so I can help you move in with me.” He replied.

“Okay, I’ll let you know!” She said.

“See ya in school tomorrow, Sunset.” He said, And just as he was about to start his bike again she put a hand on his cheek and tuned his head and she kissed him, the kiss lasted about a few seconds, she felt Lite cup the side of her cheek as he kissed her, it wasn’t a rough kiss it was more passionate, there lips parted away from each other and they both had a look of romance in there eyes.

“Goodnight Lite.” She cooed as she turned around and walked up the steps to her door, she turned around one more time and waved to him as she entered her front door.

“Goodnight Sunset.” He smiled as he kickstarted the bike and took off down the street.
