" The ones of the background. How does it work?"

" The Harmony Project was our last best hope for peace. A station found deep in space in front of the sun of our world. Drifted closer to our planet. A station made of 1000 ton's spinning metal. It can bring in all kinds of disharmony. Drugs, Sex, Slaves, Hustler's, and wander's, It can be a danger but we must do this for peace in our universe. This is the story of only one of the harmony stations. The place Harmony one. Most don't know that Equestria is not as strong as it used to be alone. We must bring forth peace in the universe to stay at peace and strong. With the guardian of the door to Tartarus destroyed. it is the only way. It is our last best hope for peace."

The station equestrians of all kind's that work together in one. They are you to say the lifeblood of the station. Many workers tend to work through the guts of the very station. They don't expect anything but this line of work. Some clean whatever is left behind. Some try to understand why a pony got murdered. But the true lifeblood of the station. Are the worker unions. The docking union is the union that keeps the docking ring repaired and they make sure every ship that is docked is in ship shape. It doesn’t matter what species or sex they are. There is no male dominance or female demoscene. Twilight and Luna run the station. They feel that after so many long years of it being mare only focused on Equestria that it is time to move on.

But the greatest lifeblood of this station is the workers. Not the docking union no. The very workers of the station. The one's that take things apart and go through the gut's of the very station to make sure the station works correctly. This is not an easy task. It takes great skill some had to go through years of training to do just this. Some even had to learn it by hoof. It's always something that will be a pain for most to learn.

But the workers of the gut's of the station may be what keeps it safe. But many are part of the station to keep it running. The eight new elements of harmony help run things in their own ways. But again the ones of the background is the main hero's. Most never know they are even there talking or speaking to each other. Because if some pony ever did hear them speak they would hear them tell their stories to tell their lives. It's something that will always be.

Again as we said before welcome to Harmony one the station of hope of harmony.

The Babylon station they called it. A station found drifting in space not far from our world. It had been so long since the death of the ponies of old. But even though when life ends... The world moves onward.  Families grow and become larger. The boost of science and magic mixes and makes advancements that help everyday life. It's been a thousand years since the death of old. All the battles of old...  All the stories of old... Now just history. The story of element bearers just a legend now. But it seems Equestria is in the middle of a war...  Between Harmony and Disharmony the creators of Discord and the elements of harmony. Even so...more elements were found on another planet.

Celestia still controls our world. While Twilight and Luna run the very station.  There are many different ponies and creatures that work along with this  station. But the lifeblood is the ponies and creatures that take care of every issue of the station... From the workers union the docking  union to the marketplace.

Welcome in the dark of the night...to the glowing light in the darkness of space... All alone in the night...  Welcome to Harmony One.

"There are all heroes...from all walks and flights of life... The Muffin mare and her doing the mail... So many  see them...but they never learn their stories."

A clock went off as my eyes opened up. I calmly got out of bed, groaning from the rush of pain in my body. I looked at the bite mark I got on my hip and I  chuckled softly. Making my bed and flapping my wings to make my bed, of course, the smell was never going to subside. I looked at my clock and gasped... I was late I didn't want my boss to come in...and suddenly the door opened up and here came to my boss... A diamond dog a good friend of mine we grew up together... But she was still my boss and she sighed.

"Another...one?  Really? Another one?! Damn it to the galaxy and back to Equestria, you can't leave well enough alone... When you know you have to work the next  day!" I looked at her with a smirk and shrugged

"Eh, it's me...."  The Diamond dog facepawed so hard and she groaned. She sighed, shaking  her head. She spoke up. "I got you this damn feathering job!! Since you failed the Academy. You come...here and basically sleep with everything  that moves!" I walked to my boss and gave her a big cheerful charming smile my soft gold eyes shined in the light.

"Hmm, I still got more I could be with Boss... How about you hmm?" I gave a smirk. As she  growled and shook her head and started to cuss in Diamond dog. Then she spoke.

"Listen, Chaser... The past ponies may have gotten away with what you have done... But this is the future... This is a station where many work-" I cut her off.

"A station with brothels a red light district many call mares and all that...a place where one like me could have so much fun," I smirked at my friend and she sighed. "But go on... Tina you poor dog you." I smirked and Tina stared at me...with great contempt and she sighed.

"Meeting starts in an hour go get food. Stay away from the docking union... I know most of the mares you  sleep with are in the docking union so avoid them!"

I smiled sweetly with a charming look on my face. My teeth shining in the light.  As I gave her a nuzzle and winked. "Oh...parish the thought... Tina... I  could get some fun... In but...hmm, work is more important than the  deed of pleasure of the flesh." Tina growled deeply and just walked out  screaming in anger. I laughed and shook my head.

I started my breakfast and turned on the music as I was eating a song came on that I  would sing to. The song played as I started to eat and get ready.

"To everypony out there... I am the star... I am the dream of all the eyes that stare into my soul. I am the number that every pony calls for the dance of pleasure... Ooooh." I started singing to it with a makeshift mic and started singing to the words. "I am the one everypony gets  jealous about."

My door opened up and my best friend showed up who was a Pegasus like me she was dark blue with a long white mane and a  short tail. Of course, she was in her uniform and she was a bit of a  mare that didn't care for my lifestyle but...come on, you have to admit it would be boring without the finer things. She sighed and she stared at me with my white mane dancing with me as my tail did the same. I had an interesting fur color I was a mix you could say, I have Painted a  little purple with green as the main base color.

She sighed and stared at me looking at me with her beautiful disapproving eyes and I  smirked and turned the music off. "Hey, Shadow flight!" I rushed to her and gave her a hug and then kissed her cheek as she turned bright red.

"Chaser, get off me! I am not one of your floozies!" She knocked my hoof away and I just smiled.

"Awwww,  we need to get you a stallion or a mare...to loosen you up!" Her eyes went wide and face hooved as her ears pinned to her head.

"Listen...  I was coming to find you to get to work..." I smirked, finished my food turned off the music and got in my uniform. I had all my tools and I  just smiled, laughing.

"Oh, come on..." Shadow noticed I had a  strange substance on my screwdriver and she made a face of uneasiness.  She gulped and I smirked at her as we walked through the station to get to our area of the meeting. We walked through half the station, our area of work is deep in the brown-grey sector. Of course, I saw the two beautiful mares in the world, of course, I was friends with one of them. I stopped and Shadow blinked at me.

"Come on, we will be late!" I smiled at her.

"Go ahead... I need to say hello." I walked up to two mares and put my wings on their backs.

"Good  morning Princess!" Luna gasped and looked down at me and smiled softly.  Twilight just stared at me... She didn't care for my antics but she did tolerate me. Luna spoke in a soft voice... Oh, that voice...it made my body so warm. Of course, she was just my friend... I didn't wish to ruin that with her.

"Hello, Chaser." I gave Luna a muzzle as Twilight pushed herself away from my wings and just stared at me with disapproving eyes. I know she knew my family... She knew my great,  great, great-grandmother... So many feathering greats grandmothers. I  also give her a friendly kiss as Twilight coughed and stared at me. She spoke with no emotion behind her words.

"Chaser... I knew your  great grandmother...if she saw you now...she wouldn't be happy to see  you skipping work to flirt!" I stared at Twilight.

I smirked at her. "I am sure you slept with her..." I winked at Twilight whose cheeks turned bright red and she started to speak and stutter.

"Th...that  NO!... I didn't sleep with her... I had no pony...till my husband!" I  laughed... I knew the stories of Twilight and many of them justify that she is not such an innocent Princess. I gave her a wink and Twilight groaned and stared at me and said in a loud commanding voice.

"Go..to  work...before I fire you!!!" Luna stared at Twilight and sighed, using her wings to pull Twilight away from me... I laughed and followed the hall to the main room. I saw a group of mares playing cards and some  Diamond dogs drinking and a few changelings that worked with us as well.  It was downtime at the moment.

Then as I walked in they all looked at me and one of them spoke.
"Ah,  she finally made it." One of the Changelings hissed, laughing. "What happened Chaser? Did the mare tire you out this time?" I smirked at the  Changeling, he was known as Click Click.

"Hmm, not at all in fact... I tired her out... Oh, she didn't last too long... Poor, poor  girl..." I gave a laugh and Shadow sighed watching me speak like this.  Then the main boss of our little group of workers came up with the podium and started to speak.

"Everypony..please come and sit please." The main leader was a large earth pony mare. I knew her as well. Another foal hood friend of mine... She was known as Cherry. No pony knew who  she was a decedent of but she looked and even smelled like Cherry half the time... I gave a little chuckle to myself and sat near my friend,  Shadow, who leaned into me. I wrapped a wing around my friend.

"Now...we need ponies to work in Grey sector... I want the Diamond dogs to help the docking union... Let's see... Oh, yes... Chaser... Since you pissed off the Princess... You work in waste disposal. No 'if's' or 'buts', you  will work there and like it." I blinked and smirked. I didn't push my  luck though because I knew if I did I would be told to buck up.

"Shadow, go with her." Shadow blinked.

"B..bu...but I did nothing!!" She called out.

"I know but she is going to need someone to bring her tools and cleaning products so chop, chop." She taps her hoof.

The waste part of the station. How lovely it was. All the waste from food to the bathroom was here... We had to take our hooves shovels or whatever and place it into the mixer to be reused into paper or something else...  Since we got our food and water from transports. But we mostly grew our own. But this was a punishment who pissed off the boss... I may be friends with half the bosses... Since... I went to school with them. But they had their jobs and I had mine and there was Shadow always with me... Like their best friend, she was complaining.

"You just had to  get me caught up in this...in...this UGH!" I looked up from using the broom in my mouth to shove some junk into the recyclers.

"Oh, come on Shadow think of the fun that we could have here... It's oddly very  sexy." Shadow stared at me with great unhappiness. She started to speak very angrily.

"How is this sexy?! How is shoveling this...this!!"  She wanted to cuss but before she could a moo sounded I looked over to see one of the Buffalos that worked down here.

"Oh, hey, Black  hoof." The Buffalo smiled a nodded and went back to his cleaning. Shadow  sighed and her wings drooped, her ears fell, she was defeated. I sighed and wrapped a foreleg around her, of course, she could smell all the gunk on it and she looked up at me and stared at me with great anger.

"Oh,  come on it's almost time for lunch... I think we could take a break and  get a bite to eat and then find some fun..." I smirked softly.

Shadow stared at me with great uncertainty and saying in a deadpanned voice.

"The fun that makes you sweaty and all the screaming?" I opened my eyes wide and smiled.

"There is hope for you yet!" Shadow rolled her eyes.

"I  have known you for...lets see...almost six years now you had...this job longer than I had...this... Now Chaser...please don't make yourself  look like a fool please!" I stared at her as I blinked and shrugged.

As we walked through the gunk and there was a shower and I removed my dirty clothing so did Shadow and. I slapped her rump with my tail and smirked at her as she yelped and stared at me with great anger. She was ready to speak until I saw one of the mothers with her little ones. She  was having issues... I knew this mare very well. She was having trouble with the little one.

So before Shadow could get on my case about anything, I went to the little foal and smiled. Batting at her tail, she was sobbing and she looked up at me and smiled as she nuzzled her.

"Now,  now... Ruby...your mother is a hard-working mare... Please don't give her any more trouble. Please for me?" She giggled and nodded and I  looked up to the mother and she smiled.

"Oh, thank you, Chaser..." I smiled and nodded the mare taking up her filly and trotting off.

I  looked to my friend who just stared at me. "No...flirting, no want of sex? Who are you, where is the real Chaser?!" I blinked, laughing softly and shook my head.

"I need to get something before I go to lunch... I will meet you there." I walked through the station seeing all the ponies and families but I wished to speak to two friends of mine...  I met one of them when she hitchhiked through starships. I went to the med lab and saw the two. I trotted up to them and came up behind Muffin and hugged her tightly.

"Oh...such a beauty that needs a hug!" Muffin looked at me with her yellow eyes and just stared at me with a gentle smile.

"Chaser...again...  I don't swing that way... Second... I am not your hugging doll.  Third...what do you want hmm? You want to take me to your bed and make  me scream?" I smiled and flirted with her, getting close to her face.

"Are  you offering?" Just then Savannah came up I looked up she towered over me for a Zebra she was very tall... I smirked at her as she pushed me out of the way of Muffin. She spoke in a calm exotic voice.

"Miss  Chaser... If Muffin wished...to do the deed with you... She wouldn't have already told you that she is not interested. Now we are busy, it's flu season... What do you want?" I chuckled and gave my friend Muffin a  quick kiss on her face.

"I just came for my order, that's it."  Savannah stared at me again nodding going back to her potions and brews.  I looked at my friend and smiled.

"So how is the best Doo in the station." She stared at me with a smile.

"Chaser,  I am the only Doo you know... My family and I don't get along and we never will...because I refused to follow in the hoof steps of my great,  great, great, great grandmother, Ditzy doo... Or Derpy or whatever they called her... I am not a simple little mail pony. Now Chaser, I have to  get to a meeting with Rainbow cloud."

I blinked. Rainbow Cloud,  the Commander of the station... I forgot I have been flirting with the  commander's friend.. A pony hater who is a pony herself but she was raised by Griffins. She warned me if she caught me flirting or trying to do the deed with one of her friends... She would kill me. But I just smiled softly, giving the charm I always had.

"Ah, I do hope it goes well," I said, keeping the smile and my com went off that attached to my ankle of my hoof. I lifted it up and spoke. "Yes?"

"Chaser,  come...on, I am hungry!" I sighed and Savannah came up with my order. I  smirked at her. "Thank you, the most beautiful Zebra in the station."  Savannah just stared at me with no emotion, she just turned and I looked at her flank and I whistled as she turned back to look at me.

"Try it... Chaser and I will break every bone in your body." The sexy Zebra said with a calm tone. I left holding the bag in my mouth. I heard  Muffin speak to Savannah.

"What did she order?" When I got out of earshot I heard a loud,

"WHAT?!"  I had an amused look on my face and walked down the hall to the mess hall, swinging my hips to the side as I walked. Oh, my life was amazing  nothing wrong with me here. I am in my head the charm of this station. I  had an ego, of course, everyone who has been lucky as I have an ego. It comes with what you have done.

I got into the mess hall and I saw  Shadow sitting with another friend of ours, a unicorn mare that was light red. She had piercings all over her ears. She wasn't one of the workers. She was one of the sellers in the market place. I sat down with them and she looked over to me with a look and looked at my bag. She was mute, so she spoke with strange magic from her horn. It sounded a  bit robotic but she had a soft smile on her face.

"Hello...  Chaser." I smiled at my friend. I refused to sleep with her... Shadow and I met her...when we came to this station. I put my hoof on hers as  Shadow looked into my bag and blinked but... I didn't care... I focused on our friend. When she was around... My want for sexual intercourse  died... I wished her not to think of me as a floozy.

"Hello...  Butter Berry." I said softly, holding her hoof close... I cared so much for this mare... I did so much to help her so she could speak.

Then  I heard Shadow's voice speak. "Chaser, what is this?" I grabbed the bag with my mouth placing it under the table near my seat and looked back to Butter and holding her hoof.

"Shadow can you order us..." She cut me off. "Already done." I smiled and sat near Butter, stroking her leg.

"How  is the store going?" I said softly, trying to make her as happy as I  could. She meant the world to me... Around her, I could remove the wants of sex from my mind. She smiled her blue eyes glittered and she started to speak her horn glowing.

"The season is going well... Selling the needs every pony needs... From Equestria, it is always a good idea...  Bowser...wants to connect my store with the mail... So he can keep an  eye on me." Bowser is another close friend of ours... But he was very protective of Butter Berry. He didn't like it when... I was alone with her... He felt that I would corrupt her. I saw him come over and he  stared at me a diamond dog a dark black one. He used to be blind. He had his eyes replaced with cybernetic eyes. Berry looked up and jumped off the stool and nuzzled into him.

I softly spoke. "I feel I agree  with Bowser...that the knick-knack store should be linked to the mail."  Bowser looked at me and he stroked her mane. He stared into her eyes and spoke softly.

"Did they order food for you already?" She shook her head. "Go get yourself something... I need to talk to Chaser. Can  you please go with her Shadow?" Shadow blinks nodding as she got off the stool and wrapped a foreleg around Butter's and calmly pulled her away. Butter was a special mare. She wasn't treated well growing up.  She had a few issues... She didn't walk well. Her left back hoof was deformed so she limped on it. Then Bowser stared at me.

"Chaser..."  He said with great anger and stared in my eyes. "I don't trust you with her... I know...you care for her..." He growled and stares at me showing his teeth.r. "But I won't let you corrupt her with your want of sex...  She is innocent and I want to keep her that way. " I nodded.

"I  don't wish to do that to her... It's why... I ignore my want of the  pleasures of the flesh when  she is around." Bowser snarled.

"I  have known you....since you came to this station... When I brought her here... To get her away from Equestria... If you...even think of taking her to your bed... I will kill you... But...I do care for you  Chaser...but still... She is the one...that needs protection." He looked up hearing soft sobs and Butter was getting prodded and poked by some stallions and Shadow was held down. His eyes full of anger when he heard the words that are spoken.

"Worthless...retarded...you should  have been aborted." Before Bowser could get up, we saw her... The daughter of the princess who came up to the stallions from behind... She spread her wings like her mother as she spoke in a soft voice.

"You boys...need to leave her alone... Before you have to deal with me." The stallions looked at the element of peace. I looked at the element... I  forgot the friends of Rainbow Cloud...were the new Elements of Harmony.  One of the stallions stared up at Sun Sparkle and he took a hoof  smashing it into Butter's face. I and Bowser stood up and we both charged at the stallions. I punched the one that was holding Shadow down  and I started using my hooves to smash into his face.

Bowser picked up the other and tossed him. Sun Sparkle sighed and trotted to the hurt mare. As she lifted her over her back. "I will take her to  Muffin." Sun Sparkle trotted off as Claw rushed in with other Security  and he pushed me off the stallion I was beating. I spread my wings, a  mess  my fur standing on end. Bowser was busy breaking the other stallion but...he removed himself from the stallion looking back to me... I helped Shadow up and nuzzled her.

"Sorry...we didn't come  sooner..." I said softly as Shadow softly wrapped around me, sobbing  softly and Bowser growled. Then calmed down, looking towards me and  Shadow and gave Shadow a hug.

It was late and I clocked out and Shadow went home early... That Stallion hurt her a bit. I wasn't fully in the mood for sexual intercourse with anypony... I was worried about Butter. I went to the med lab to see how she is doing. Bowser was already there stroking her hoof, holding her close. As Muffin was working, I watched Muffin going into a room alone.  As I was following her, I noticed she was taking stems and I looked for  Savannah and trotted to her.

She stared at me with no emotion. I  whispered in her ear. "Is it normal for Muffin to take Stems?" Savannah looked at me with great concern and Muffin came out of the room her eyes were bloodshot Savannah trotted to her friend and softly spoke and  Muffin turned to look with a soft smile. I could hear them.

"Sorry...  Savannah, it was only one..time... I just need...it so the stress will  go away." Savannah sighed and she nuzzled her friend. The two were close... I heard stories of how they met. Muffin hitchhiked on starships and walked through them. They were lovers from what I was told... But  they didn't show their feelings to each other in public or in private...  It was all business and it was going to stay this way... For all their lives... I felt they deserved to show their love... But it's what Muffin wanted.

I calmly went to Butter and Bowser and he was softly stroking her hoof and she had her sweet soft smile.

"I  will make sure... You get to sell everything." Bowser then looked at me and sighed. "Chaser, can you take Butter to your place please." I  smiled nodded and helped her off the bed and she leaned against me as she was the mare that everyone loved in this station there are only some  that didn't. Savannah stopped and stared at me. She spoke in her exotic voice.

"If I hear that...you did." I covered Butter's innocent ears. "I won't do anything to her Savannah, I am not in the mood tonight  for that type of fun." Savannah nodded and went back to work. I sighed softly and removed my hooves from her ears.

We ended up in my dirty junk of a room at this station. She looked around when she walked in and she used her horn and magic to clean every inch if you had a dark light it would look like a painting. I smirked at that... Oh, the fun I  have had on this station. But she forced me to sit on the couch and I  blinked... She cleaned everything and after a while, she started to make dinner.

I knew never to get in the way of what this mare wanted to do. I heard she was the descendant of Fleur Dee less. She may not have the lanky sexy body of that mare, but she had the beauty. I felt my body heating up... But I slapped myself ignoring my want of pleasure. She brought a plate of food over to me. It was apples, carrots and other things in it. I calmly ate as she did the same... Her horn glowed again.

"I  am sorry for how protective Bowser is...Chaser...thank you for letting  me stay here." I smiled and was about to speak when the doorbell on my door rang and I set the food down. I went to the door and opened it up  and I got a big kiss on my lips and I smirked it was one of the gals I  worked with. She spoke sweetly.

"Hello, Chaser...up for some fun?"  I chuckled and shook my head. "Sorry, Honey bar... I got company..."  Honey giggled who was an earth pony honey-colored.

"Who is it  they can join us." She looked behind me and her ears drooped as she saw  Butter's face. She rushed passed me and wrapped around the unicorn. "Who  hurt you?" She said softly as Butter nuzzled into Honey bar... Her horn glowed.

"Stallions...new ones...from Equestria... They attacked  me and Shadow." Honey bar looked up to me and I nodded. As she grew angry but stayed silent and held the unicorn close. She then gave her a  soft kiss and then walked back out, whispering to me. "Maybe later  Chaser... You need to take care of her." I nodded. She gave me another kiss and I smiled softly. As I went back to Butter and got the bed ready for her.

"I am going to be sleeping on the couch you get the  bed." She nodded and started to clean the plates and gave me a nuzzle.  Then calmly laid on the bed and went right to bed. I smiled and 
Lay on my couch to try to sleep. I never slept well on a couch. But thankfully I don’t think I had work tomorrow I allowed sleep to take me.
> Season one: Chapter two: A ghost: The fall of Twilight Arc

It’s been many months after the new elements had been set in their paths. Shadow and I work on the station with the others that do what they can. I do my best as of late to not get on their bad sides. But not trying to find a romp. I am talking to the workers at the core.

“I think what C&C is trying to get you to find is a wire or two that broke. So if you could connect them back.”

When they do the job I turn off the computer to let them do their work. I hear C&C talk over our coms to them.

“Are you two done in there?’

The workers replied.

“Yes, we are.”

I  lean back in the chair closing my eyes to rest a bit. I didn’t know what happened but I fell asleep. It was either an hour later and I woke up hearing an alarm. Shadow shakes me awake I quickly get out of the chair.

“What is it?!”

Shadow pants sweat covering her body.

“We are under attack by something. We need to fight”

I follow Shadow seeing another Shadow trotting up to me.

“What are you following Chaser?”

I quickly turn back to the other Shadow but she vanished and the alarms turn off. I shook my head unsure what to think. Looking back to see the others working on trying to get a power drain under control. 

“You told me we are under attack.”

Shadow stares at me.

“Are you seeing things that suddenly happened and then soon after they vanish?”

I quickly nod looking back to the others. Who looks more confused than I do. I trot quickly with Shadow to one of the computers to see how we can help and suddenly I get a flash before my eyes.
“Chaser... please hold me and don’t let me go...We know the station is blowing up..please hold me..”

The station around us is blowing up while Twilights forces are destroying the station. I hold Shadow close to me closing my eyes tightly. I felt my life ready to end and when a loud explosion happens Shadow and I watch while the fire from the chain reaction comes after us. 

“I love you Shadow….”

When the fire gets close to us a strange magic bubble goes over the two of us and time froze. The vision ended and I trip and fall onto the ground with Shadow falling as well. I look around quickly. I have to wonder was that the future?

“Chaser...what did you see?’

I took a deep breath unsure how to say it.

“I saw the station blowing up we were under attack by Twilights forces from the sounds of it and...we either died or got saved.”

Shadow smiles weakly.

“I saw us on a new world called New Celestia and you and I became the main builders of a brand new station.”

A new world and the alarm went off again. A voice comes over the PA system.

“We are under attack by an unknown force. Workers get busy and repair what you can and fight them back if they find a way in.”

I quickly nod to Shadow and we go to repair the inside of the station that we need to. Then before I could do anything I saw a strange room flash before my eyes and then creatures we come to call humans coming in to talk to a strange creature.

“Said’s his name is Zathras. We don’t know how he got aboard. Where he came from or what race he is. I have never seen an alien-like him before.”

Zathras stands up staring at the one in the dark blue uniform.

“Ooooh.”

Zathras then sits back down 

“Not the one.”

Shaking his head.

The human looks confused.

“Not the one what?”

Zathras shakes his head waving his hand.

“You’re not the one. Won’t talk can’t talk. Not the one”

He points to the one that I  finally see the name tag of like I am there. Jeffery Sinclare turns his eyes to look at me. He doesn’t say a word going back to what the creature is saying. I stay right near the table so as not to move or get well attacked. 

“They told me they did. Zrathas listens he does. Zrathas listens and does what he told.”

The bald human I never really cared to look at his name tag speaks up.

“He’s been speaking like this since we caught him.”

Another human that looks like a security officer comes up to him.

“Where you find him?”

The bald human takes some time to speak.

“That’s the weird part. One minute were alone in the conference room. There’s a flash and there he is.”

Zathras looks up pointing.

“The one is hurt. Zathras must find Zrathas must find help.”

Sinclair looks back from me to Zathras.

“What are you doing here?’

“Need this place. Need this use to fight. They told Zathras the biggest of all Babylon stations. We need needing we take.”

It finally hit me my eyes go completely wide as I knew in the log that this was once known as Babylon Four before it was changed to Project Harmony they found it adrift in our solar system. 

“Eeeh there is no more to telling.”

“Why do you need Babylon Four?”

It took a second for Zathras to speak he looks back at the humans.

“Zathras tells. You let Zathras go. Finish what Zathras came for.”

The security human walks up to Zathras with death and a will to cause pain in his eyes. 

“Zathras tells maybe we don’t break Zathras scrawny little neck.”

Zrathas clicks his tongue taking a moment to speak.

“Great war..”

“Chaser!!!”

I shook my head and the vision of the past was finally gone I turned to look at Shadow. I had a feeling this is how it happened but if I told the others what I saw they would think I am crazy. I took a deep breath and smiled.

“Hello, beautiful.”

Shadow rolled her eyes. 

“Come on we need to go help the others.”

It took hours to finally figure out what was causing this issue. It was a strange device that was attached to the core. One of the elements grabbed the device and tossed it while it looked like it was going to go back into time.

I took a deep breath and after it was taken care of I went home early for a break waiting for me there was a strange creature in a suit. I wasn’t alone Shadow was there to

“Shadow what is going on?”

Shadow looks back at me with a weak smile.

“You need to listen to him.”

I sat down beside Shadow. 

 “Surprise for the future.”

“You mean what we saw could happen to us?”

The creature takes a moment to speak.

“The future is always written in stone. Take heed a war is coming a war that you may not win at first. You’re nothing like the ones who fought the other war. You’re not at peace with yourselves. You fight among yourselves as they did. But your friends didn’t keep you together. I shall give you one warning. Don’t trust the one known as Twilight Sparkle. Give others around you this warning. She is corrupted.”

The creature vanished like he was never there. I look at Shadow.

“We need to do this to those we trust and they tell the others they trust. If we can’t get the command structure to at least listen to us we can get the lifeblood of the station to do so.”

I just shook my head.

“I don’t know if I will be able to do something like this Shadow. I doubt anyone would listen to me with my reputation. So it has to be all you. You do understand this correct?’

Shadow sighs nodding.

“Yes, I do. Get some rest Chaser you look so more out of it than I do.”

Shadow leaves and I got off the couch unsure what to think of what I just saw. I quickly drank some heavy cider to help me keep my mind off what I just saw earlier. When I feel I have drunk enough I lay in my bed to rest.

I allow my mind to soothe off to sleep as I dream of the image I saw of Shadow and me about to die from a fiery explosion and then time freezing like a bubble.

It’s been about six days since Sugar Sparkle got shot and is still in a coma. It’s been at least six days since Apple core went on a one pony raid to take down the distends that shot Sugar Sparkle in the neck. Shadow and I have been asked to show the ambassador around the station. 

Shadow is not happy that she had to be part of this. Of course, I had no issue with this just Shadow didn’t trust the Seven Fangs after a group of them hurt one of the new elements. I didn’t care we came to their world I expected more to get hurt and to even die.

“What did you do Chaser who did you sleep with to give us this treatment?”

I was hit out of my thoughts when Shadow just suddenly accused me of sleeping with someone. How dare she think that I slept with someone that made us have this job. I quickly had to argue with her.

“Eh, I didn’t sleep with anyone this time I offered the two of us for this.”

Shadow turns to look at me the hate in her dark eyes. I have never seen this mare so angry at me before. I could hear her brain breaking apart from the hate and anger in her eyes. I feel if I don’t say something now she might smack me.

“Come on Shadow it could either be this or we would have had to remove snakes and spiders that some pony brought into the station that somehow got loose.”

Shadow quickly shook her ears pinned to the back of her head. I knew that would work since those two creatures are something she has a great fear of. She shivered I felt that maybe I overdid it.

“Fine fine...just I will let you go this time. Just what do we need to show him or her?”

I shrugged my shoulders.

“The other elements want nothing to do with this race and Twilight is not in her right mind right now. Spike is too busy and we don’t have a very good ambassador honestly though she got drunk again. So I have no idea what we need to do.”

Shadow snorts shifting on her hooves as we watching many souls leave their shuttles. I have seen more aliens than I have ever seen before. Most of them are coming to go to Equestria some are going to just see what the station is like.

“I never thought I would see so many non Equestrians or ponies from other worlds other than Equestria I was born and raised here aren’t you from another planet Chaser?”

I nod quickly.
“Yes, I am I am from one of the smaller worlds that orbit one of the zebra worlds. I was raised in the ways of a zebra and of course, that is why I am so well you know open to sleeping with everypony they’re so active. Heh heh.”

Shadow rolls her eyes.

“Of course my family did come from Equus years ago.”

The two of us go silent when the lizard walks in. I tilt my head looking at them they’re large and they don’t have anything to show what sex they are. I walk to them and bow my head in respect.

“Greetings I am Chaser this is Shadow. We are the ones to show you around um...sir?’

The lizard laughs.

“I am both you could say. I am male and female in a way it’s how our species are if neither sex is enough in the town or area during our breeding times. So I am one of the lucky ones or you could say one of the problem ones.”

She shrugs her shoulders.

“I bet that is amazing conversations when someone asks hey what is that between your legs a log or are you just happy to see me?”

She laughs softly shaking her head.

“You would be amazed but I doubt you wanted to do and just talk about my life this way. So is your friend going to say anything or is she always this silent?”

Shadow cheeks were bright red at our conversation and I just laughed as so did the lizard. 

“I am sorry, not used to this type of talk even being friends with Chaser. Ahem, may we have your name?”

The lizard slowly stops laughing and smiles.

“I am Red Glow. I got that name because of my ability to do this.”

She clicks her claws and fire forms on those claws and she puts it out. The two of us look at each other. We are showing a creature that can create fire around us. I am sure she will not be too much of a problem.

“It’s not normal for our species to do this. But it’s more a rare mutation of some of our breedings. I was the lucky one you could say and beaten for it. So I worked hard to become what I am now. I won’t go into that silliness either because who cares about past life when you’re in the now hmm?”

I quickly nod.

“So tell me what would you like to see?”

Red Glow lifts three tickets and lowers them down to me as I use my wings to look at them. She has three tickets to our world. I felt my heart sank. I don’t want to show her the falling world since the magic of friendship has kind of died from our world.

“I would like to see the world that we are allying with so I can understand you more do you wish to take me?”

Shadow smiles.

“We would love to.”

I sigh I barely know next to anything about the homeworld. I spent most of my time sleeping around and making friends through drinking and every party I could. That’s how I met Shadow and the others I work with parties, and sleeping around it was amazing who you could meet.

“Shadow would have to do that since I don’t know much about our homeworld but I would love to join you just the same.”

The three of us walk to the shuttle that leads us back to the homeworld. It’s been a long time since I have been on our homeworld. I sit by Shadow and Red Glow sits right beside me. I already like her with how respectful she is too little ones. A little one sobs about falling and Red Glow gets out of her chair and leans down to the little filly.

“Everything okay little one?”

The little blue filly looks up with large tears in her eyes.

“I I. I am scared of space flight.”

Red Glow smiles stroking her mane.

“Oh, I understand your problems little one. I am claustrophobic and I had to learn to control it when I am in places like this. Now be a good little filly and go back to your mother and be strong okay?”
The filly stood back up and nods as she trots back to her mother who mouths to Red Glow. ‘Thank you.’

Red Glow nods smiling. She stands up looking at the crowd that gathered and she just goes back to sit down.

“I am sure your kind aren’t used to seeing creatures that aren’t from your world?”

I nod shifting a bit in the chair.

“Yeah even though we have been accepting other races from space for almost 10 years now. Our species still is a bit skittish. I am sure you can’t blame them. It took years just to open up our world to other races from space.”

Red Glow shrugs her shoulders.

“My kind is pretty much the same way. The leadership only allowed your kind on our planet. Because they felt it would do them good. It did more than that one of your elements you call them. Went crazy and took out a threat just without killing anyone.”

I took a deep breath I didn’t want to upset Red Glow with what I am about to say. So I had to make sure I am tack with it.

“Is it true that your race is pretty harsh to those that want freedom and that these rebels wanted to have the freedom that most of the rich had?”

Oh, great Chaser you just pissed her off. I thought to myself and Red laughs softly.

“Oh no, you’re correct. I will be honest the leadership of my world is not all that smart. They felt they had to be harsh and ruthless to get everyone to be under one banner. They didn’t take into account how willing some are to fight. So I have no issue with you see them. We are hoping your race will push for real leadership.”

I sighed shaking my head. After an hour we finally land and we got out at the lovely town of ponyville that hasen’/t changed since the old days. When the three of us get out Red Glow stares at the old town. The old town is run like it used to be way back when.

“You see some cities and towns don’t care for the idea of tech taking over everyday life. So they still follow the old way of life. It’s pretty normal for us and why we work so hard at keeping the station going. I’m from that lovely city you see floating over there.”

Shadow lifted her hoof pointing to Cloudsdale.

“Hmm, beautiful. But the place I want to see is your castle Cantorlot. I would like to meet your Princess Celestia. Then you two can take me where ever you wish to take me. I would love to see what I can of this world before I must return.”

Shadow and I lead Red Glow through town. While many ponies gawk at her for being something they have never seen before. Of course, they have seen aliens before just never in their town. There are many statues of the former heroes of the past. All but the one known as Rainbow Dash. The statue that Rainbow was going to have made was never made before Twilight refused to allow it

“When we come back I will show you around the town if you would like.”

Red smirks patting Shadow’s head.

“I would enjoy that”

Shadow smiles looking over at me and all I can do is smile myself. When we finally get to the station we wait for the train. I shift a bit sitting down on my haunches and we see many walking around that are mixed breeds. A zebra and a dragoness with a stripped dragon. A changeling and a female Minotaur on their 20th marriage. A buffalo and a deer talking to their families.

“Hmm, I read on your history that was given to us. From what I read the fact that there is so much mixing is something that would have never happened from what was in there.”

I nod.

“Yes, the past ponies were pretty racist and didn’t care much about other races. It’s something we aren’t happy with but that happens when you’re a race of easily scared ponies. Just yeah it’s not something I grew up with. Shadow did a few times of course. Since even though we have an alliance there are still some of those issues that get through.”

Shadow nods shifting her wings a bit. She spreads them and flies into the air to relax her hooves I do the same as we both hover next to the large lizard. All three of us watch the old train come down the tracks. We look up at the flying cars that help the earth ponies and unicorns. It’s hard for the weather pegasi to even do their job now.

“Hmm, I can tell you two don’t care for those vessels up there.”

I look up again and I shrug my shoulders. I never had an issue with them since living in a zebra world we never had a choice in the matter. 

“I don’t have an issue with it since I was raised on a flyers world. Being raised on a zebra world you tend to learn it’s best not to fly because they follow many old ways and if you block the sun or the moon they feel it’s a bad omen.”

The train finally comes to a stop and many other ponies and races come out of the train. While the three of us go in and sit and relax. As we see photos of the six mares that were the heroes of the past.

“These six mares that I see we’re pretty well-known ponies hmm? From what I learned the rainbow-haired one was a traitor?”

I shook my head.

“I highly doubt that. The stories about her there is no way she is a traitor of course if I say this with guards around I would get beaten and then locked in jail till Princess Twilight Sparkle has a talk with me.

I snorted at the fact that this is not the first time the guards beat me. It happened a lot when I first came to this planet. Shadow sighs nodding.

“Yes, that started happening with more ponies questioning Twilight her mental ability to lead us has become harsher. Celestia is trying hard to make sure Twilight will stop doing this. I don’t fully understand why she has these problems. But Chaser has been beaten a lot even for flirting with Twilight. So yes she is used to it.”

I glance over to the side seeing a few guards with blaster weapons. I wasn’t very popular on this planet and I have a feeling they’re watching Red Glow see if she will do anything or watching me. I reach over with my wing to Shadow swinging my head to the guards who are watching us.

Spike the dragon comes over to us. He grabs my hoof and starts shaking it.

“Hello, Chaser it’s been so long!!”

I was confused about this. He leans to me whispering in my ear.

“Follow me.”

I stood up nodding to the others we follow Spike as quickly as we can without making us look like we are on the run. Spike pulls us into a private room and puts down the blinds. Spike sits with us on the bench.

“I am sorry ambassador that you have to be in the middle of all this. But many of those guards are anti-alien. I am trying to make sure you don’t get harmed.”

Red Glow smirks.

“I understand I am used to it. I have been to other planets and been attacked by anti-alien groups. Just odd that they’re in positions of power.”

Spike nods looking towards the door to make sure it doesn’t open and looks back to Red Glow.

“When we get off there will be a group of ponies in cloaks and they will take us right to Celestia. We can’t trust anypony that Twilight is close to. Ever since the new elements have been found there are rumors she is getting more and more upset and talking to minions of Disharmony.”

Shadow sighs shaking her head.

“Come on Spike this is the Princess of Friendship why would she be doing stuff like this? She also raised you from birth. How can she be the one that is causing all these problems lately?”

I lift my head looking at Shadow. I can understand why she is acting like this. Just many ponies from the main core world don’t seem to understand. I shift in my chair hearing the door open and a pony’s head comes in and he smiles.

“The guards are no longer looking for you. They gave up and left the train but It might be best if you four stay here. I will come back to help you off the train and to get to Cantorlot.”

Spike gives the ok sign and I relax exhaling. I didn’t even know I was holding my breath. But this is not the first time I had to run from the guards. My reputation of being a mare that will sleep around anger some of the guards for some reason.

I look over to Shadow she stays silent. I have a feeling she knows that something bad is going to happen. The train comes to a sudden stop even before we get to Cantorlot. Spike stood up and opens the window to look outside. 

“Guards are stopping the train.”

The door opens and standing in the doorway is Celestia and she hushes us with her wings she asks us to follow her. We follow her to the back of the train and Celestia turns to us.

“I will transport us to the castle. But I need you not to talk about what happened here today. These ponies aren’t searching for either of you. They’re searching for minions of Disharmony at least they say.”

Celestia wraps her wings around all of us and Red Glow didn’t even seem to be upset by all this. I think this is the most fun she has ever had. We all vanish and I open my eyes in the realm between realms. Then we finally show up in the main throne room.

“Sister?”

We turn to see Luna tilting her head. I have a feeling she was called back to Cantorlot since she is fully in control of the station.

“I found them, sister. I am sorry miss Red Glow that you had to deal with this. I am sure you aren’t happy with having to deal with our problems.”

Red Glow smiles.

“Oh don’t worry about me. This is the most fun I ever had. But if this does come to light my planet is going to want me to return. So could you please make sure this doesn’t make it to my homeworld?”

Luna nods.

“I will talk to the news agency on the station. I will have them talk about how your meeting with this world was peaceful and how I will make Shadow and Chaser your escorts every time you’re on the station.”

I smirk I like Red Glow as a good friend. Shadow chuckles nodding she agrees with me and I bow my head so does Shadow.

“Just Celestia what is going on? I have been hearing stories about Twilight getting stranger”

I look over to Shadow who asked the question. 

“No dear Shadow she is just under a lot of stress. She has to prove this station was the best thing for our world. To me, it’s the best thing that ever happened to us. You also got to remember she has survived without her friends for 2000 years and Spike is the only one she knows that is alive next to me and Luna.”

Spike stays silent.

“Now I will be heading back to the station you three come with me. I am sorry to cut this short Red Glow.”

Red Glow laughs.

“Not at all I came here to talk to you and Celestia.”

Red Glow walks up to Celestia giving her a strange piece of paper and Celestia opens it up to read it and her ears fall to the side of her head.

“So the stories about Harmony and Disharmony are true.. Luna please get these three back to the station and make sure Red Glow is taken back home in a guarded shuttle please.”

Luna nods and without a word, we leave and Spike follows us and I turn to look at Spike he looks up to me with a weak smile.

“So the stories about a war starting are true then Spike?”

Spike looks around while Shadow and Red Glow follow Luna out of the room. He then smiles weakly looking back at the throne room. 

“Listen Chaser protect those you work with. Don’t let any of them out of your sight. Bring this to them all don’t trust Twilight. Don’t trust anypony that she hires for the station. Of course with your reputation, they might not trust you. So I would say tell Shadow about it. She will be the one to tell them.”

I quickly nod and trot off to the others to Luna’s shuttle. They were waiting for me and I get into the shuttle and I sigh stroking my head feeling the stress filling my core. Looking up to Red Glow and she looks down at me smiling.

“I am so sorry about everything Glow.”

Glow laughs softly again.

“Don’t worry about it I had more fun than I ever had. Just Chaser Shadow told me that you’re a very unpopular mare. I will say this you just made a blood sister for life. You and Shadow will be seeing me a lot more shortly. So please you two protect yourselves.”

I nod and we land back at the station and we see Red Glow off. She is surrounded by heavily armored dragons with heavy guns and weapons and we look out to see heavily gunned dragon ships escorting Red shuttle back to her planet.

“Shadow… can we go to my quarters and talk please”

Shadow shrugs her shoulders and we go to my home in the station and I feel my stress finally escaping my body and I turn my tea kettle on. Shadow puts her wings on my back and I tilt my head looking at her.

“Chaser you haven’t been yourself since we got back what is going on.”

I sigh and turn to look at her.

“You need to tell the others we work with not to trust anyone Twilight brings here. We need to keep an eye on each other and not allow Butter or others to get hurt and make sure whatever happens we will be ready.”

Shadow nods.

“I don’t know what is going on Chaser. But I do agree at least for now. I will do this now it looks like you could use some rest. I am going to head home myself. Now please Chaser please don’t overdo it the next few days.”

I quickly nod and watch Shadow leave I look back on the day I had that vision of the future. I was told the future is set in stone. So It means Shadow and I are going to be on the station the day it gets attacked.  I turn off the tea sighing softly. Looking at what is coming in the next few days it’s just a few repair times and working on fixing some of the issues in the grey sector. 

I look to my bed and lay on the bed to close my eyes. What I don’t know while I drift off to sleep I hear a commotion outside my door. I hear that Sugar Sparkle woke up from her coma. A weak tired smile forms on my face. I am happy for her as my mind finally drifts to sleep.

It’s been almost close to a month when Sugar Sparkle came out of the coma. We allied with a group of many aliens. Shadow and I sat in a meeting of the workers union. I had to stay silent since I was already in hot water for sleeping well with the daughter of a commander again. 

“Alright what Rainbow Cloud wants is a new meeting room built and place the quarters of each ambassador of this new alliance around this meeting room. There is an old part of the station that no one has ever gone to since the station has been found. It was sealed by the princess for some reason. They’re allowing us to open up this area.”

I sat there thinking of the wonderful night I had. Of course, this dragon is the leader of the union. It's not wise to get on her bad side. I’m sure I am going to get the hard part of this job. Shadow wrote down notes with her wings. 

“Question though.”

The dragon turns her eyes to Shadow.

“How are we going to connect the air system and life support for each of these rooms? Since I am sure not all their air-breathing the same type of air that we do or the others do. I doubt we even have the tech or the magic to do this.”

The dragon sighs, stroking her head.

“I was waiting for someone to bring that up. The leaders of the union will be handling that. Now a lot of the union is going to be stuck with fixing the docking doors and the docking system. So only two will be able to work on the meeting room and the rooms. Because you and Chaser are normally always working together. You two will be cleaning the room.”

My mind finally returns after hearing my name.

“Uh, the question is, when and how long will it take to get this done?"

The dragon growls deeply. I have no idea why I am being growled at. 

“You think you have a right to ask me that Chaser after what you pulled the last few days? Well for now I will be kind. We have old construction mechs being brought here. You two will be trained to use them. But Chaser Shadow is your boss for the time being. I can’t trust you after what you pulled.”

I shrug my shoulders.

“She came onto me, I didn’t come on to her. I just wanted to go home but she forced herself into my home.”

The dragon rolls her eyes.

“Yeah, what she told us. I am doing this to you to protect you from her father. He always thought she was his innocent little family. Then she did this and he refuses to accept that she did it.”

Finally, I am innocent of all this. Of course, no pony should blame me for having my fun. But I still wanted to enjoy a nice peaceful night. I took a deep breath, closing my eyes trying to relax. I am under a lot of stress right now. I have been hearing stories. From my home. A story about zebra worlds fighting each other again.

“Now I don’t know what you will find in this room. Twilight refuses to tell us what they found there. But the fact they’re allowing us to use it now does concern me. But you let the leadership handle that.”

Shadow shifts in the chair. She and I both have been very stressed out. We have been hearing stories about both our homes. She had some family members vanish and she doesn’t know why. She has been asking the guards to find them. 

“Maybe this will keep our minds off our homes. I don’t know why the zebra worlds are fighting. I don’t even know why family members in Equestria are vanishing. Sadly, I have been hearing a lot of family members vanishing lately.”

The dragon is known as Ruby blossom. From what I remember learning she was raised by a mixed pony dragon family. It’s funny I have been seeing this much more lately. The species are mixing now. Of course, with mine, it’s mostly zebras and ponies. I do have some zebras in me. It’s why my hooves are harder.

“Alright, that is enough talk. We have just a week to get this all done. I know that is not enough time but that is the window”

The other workers along with me and Shadow gasp. A week there is no way we can get everything working in a week. I wish I could argue but it’s better to get started than to get upset. I get off the chair looking at Shadow.

“Come let’s get to this place. I want to learn why this little area of the station was blocked off. I am hoping it’s something exciting since this station went back in time in the other universe for some silly war I guess.”

It took a while but the princess finally told us where this station came from. After they were told, some aliens can shift the universe from time to time. I wonder what the other universe was like. I wonder how bad this war got. to use this very station to fight the war. Maybe someday we will learn.

After the meeting, Shadow and I followed Claw of security since Sun Sparkle is making sure that everything is moving smoothly. It’s strange though ever since we learned about this war. Things on Equestria have been getting strange. Ponies vanishing stories of Star Swirl the bearded being still alive after 2000 years. 

“Claw, how is Sun Sparkle doing?”

Claw turns his head to look at me. 

“I am thinking of asking her to marry me.”

Shadow and I look at each other with a smile forming on our faces. We both have known them for years now. Since we have been part of the crew just as long as them. We all get to the blocked-off area. A wall sealed off this small area. From what I remember looking at the old blueprints. This room is a former storage room and there are rooms around it that were also storage rooms but they’re big enough to live inside them. 

“Do we know why this place was blocked off?”

Claw shrugs his shoulders. Now we had to wait for those construction mechs to finally get here. Shadow and I worked on figuring out the best and safe way to get the wall off before then. I put my hoof on the middle of the wall.

“Hmm, Shadow put your hoof in the middle you might feel what I feel.”

Shadow puts pressure on the middle of the wall and we notice that it dents. Metal normally doesn’t do this but it could be that the metal was never placed correctly. It could also mean it was a rush job. 

“Hmm, we might not need the mechs to do this. I think we brought the right tools for this. Just I doubt it would be safe. Claw, do you think you could get us some masks and suits? We don’t know what could be in here. It could be something that could burn our fur or destroy our lungs.”

Claw nods talking in his com on his claw.

“We need some suits and heavy-duty masks. They need to be for two pegasi. They also need two torch cutters. They have all the other tools they need. But we need to give them the torch cutters that we use. Also, make sure Muffin and Savannah are standing by. We have no idea what could be in this room.”

It took an hour for everything to get set in place. Since the construction mechs are going to take some time to get here. I help Shadow get the suit on. It wasn’t easy to get into this suit for me. Since I have a lot of zebra blood in me. My legs are stockier than normal pony legs so it’s very hard for me to get in this suit. When I try to get my hooves in the suit rips below and I just sigh and Claw makes it so I have to use it that way.

“You and your mix breeding.”

I laugh

“Don’t talk, Claw you’re about to ask a princess to marry you. Even though she refuses to call herself a princess.”

Claw shrugs his shoulders.

“Yeah I know she is a pony so? Anyway, you two better get to work.” 

I put the mask over my snout. Shadow and I lift our foreleg hooves, turning them on and cutting through the old metal. Each cut we do through the metal. Everything for the moment is fine. Muffin and Savannah blocked off the area 

“We are close to getting this metal off.” 

“Chaser watch you move out of the way. We are going to let it fall. There is no way we can keep it from falling.”

Shadow and I quickly move out of the way. The metal drops down hard onto the ground with a heavy thunk. Everyone else with us had a heavy mask on. The air system never went through here either for some reason. Turning a light on my mask. I nod to Shadow going inside first. Since I am stronger than she is.

 Looking around I see now why it was blocked off. There are tons of old weapons here. We have no idea if any of these weapons are safe. Looking closer at them I can’t make out the words on them. 

“We are going to need someone that knows how to disarm weapons.”

Shadow comes in.

“Why do...Oh my.”

We see that every room in this storage room is full of old weapons. Ammo from the looks of its guns. Even those pikes that Rainbow Cloud had to learn. I walk deeper into the storage room finding even more weapons.

“This was a weapons supply room.” 
I put my hoof on my mask to contact Claw.

“Claw, are you on a private communication channel?”

Claw and I go into a private channel to talk.

“Claw, find some you trust. We need to make sure these weapons don’t get into the wrong hooves.”

Claw sighs.

“I will see what I can do but I can’t promise anything. Don’t blame me if someone shouldn't have these weapons.”

I didn’t like what he said but I didn’t have a chance to argue with him. Shadow and I have a job to do. Just we need to find a way to move these weapons. Shadow and I spent many hours moving each weapon. We try to do it in a calm manner trying to make sure none of these blow-ups. 

“I worry about somepony getting a hold of these weapons that might cause big problems with them.”

It took us a day to just get the first room cleared out. Since we only had a week, the workers union brought us a tent and a filter to make sure we don’t breathe in anything that could harm us. They also set up a shower for us. I came back into the tent after being fully clean taking the mask off. Shadow looks up from the book she is reading.

“Feel better?”

I nod, sigh, and shake my head.

“I don’t understand why they just didn’t move all these weapons, to begin with.”

Shadow chuckles.

“I think I know fully why. I am reading an old journal I found here. It looks like it’s a journal that one of the old explores dropped. Listen to this. We found these weapons after finding this room. We had no idea what to do with them. We took a few of them and we wanted to test them. A group of ponies took one to a meadow. The ponies that conducted the test all died from whatever the weapon did. The princess took this as something to fear. So they went to find everyone connected to this. They wanted to erase all the memories. I came here before the wall was built and hid my journal here. To those that find it please don’t trust anyone.”

Now that makes sense why no pony remembers this room. The old ones got their memories taken away from them. I wonder if even the princess removed their memories of this. We spent the rest of the last few days getting all the rooms cleaned out.
The weapons were taken down to the station’s supply rooms. It was locked and after all, was said and done. The weapons would be put on a scow and then sent into the sun to burn them all. It took Shadow and me almost the entire week to get the rooms set up for each. We just had to get the rooms ready. Then we could take a vacation. I was going to take Shadow our new friend Red Glow.

We were finally done and Shadow and I just stood looking out the window. Our work week is over now. So we just watch the scow holding all the weapons get ready to take the weapons to the sun.

“We are ready to go C & C. Just give us the okay and we will start taking all the weapons to the sun.”

A voice came over the PA

“Stay safe.”

The zebra clicks the buttons and they take the scow out of range. The scow makes sure to get out of range of Project Harmony. She looks over to the other zebras with her and sighs shaking her head.

“Do we have to do this?”

The other zebra turns to look at her.

“Yes, he will pay us a lot when we get there.”

The zebra mare clicks buttons to bring up a screen. Two stallions pop up on the screen. A zebra stallion and a unicorn. 

“Hello, Mister Gleamer and Glyph. Like we promised we would steal what is on this garbage scow. Will you pay us when we get there?”

Glyph chuckles

“Hm yes we will and hopefully my grand design won’t need these weapons, my friends. This is just a means to make sure war never breaks out.”

The screen turns off and the zebras look at each other.

“Oh, stars… forgive us.”

They click the buttons of the scow and the hyperspace hole opens up and they go inside. Project Harmony is one non of the wiser that an evil zebra and one known as Gleamer are about to get ahold of weapons for some war brewing.

I sat on a bench waiting for a shuttle. This shuttle will be taking me home for my vacation. I won’t be alone though. Shadow and Red Glow are coming with me. I didn’t have many suitcases since most of my stuff is at home.

The door opens, Shadow coming into the station holding a few cases herself. Red Glow comes behind her holding a giant case. They both sat beside me. A smile formed on my face. I have known Shadow most of my mare life. She never knew I am half zebra and half pony.  Of course, being half zebra we are very protective of our secrets.

“I have never been to a zebra world before.”

I glance up at Red Glow.

“It’s not a zebra world. But it’s a moon that was allowed to have a mix of zebras and ponies. Now that was back in the day. Well back in the day when mixed species like me would be shunned. Now we are all welcomed.”

Shadow sighs.

“So it’s true that it takes forever for zebras to trust other species of their kind. Even if they’re a mix?”

I shrug my shoulders.

“I wasn’t born during those times. It is part of old history. So just in case, we run into zebras like that. It’s rare to run into them though. They try their best these days to be more respectful. But they will sometimes slip up. I don’t get offended by it, I join in.”

Red Glow chuckles.

“That is a good way to handle it. Now tell me though why does it take so long to get a shuttle to these places?’

I shift a bit on the bench. It’s hard to explain to others who don’t understand. But I can at least try to explain.

“Zebra ships run on brews and zebra magic. It’s not easy for some zebra ships to keep flying because of that. It’s hard to get a shuttle here from there. Now they have made shuttles made of pony and zebra magic. Now how they work they freeze us and we allow the shuttle to take us there on its own.”

Red Glow and Shadow stare at me. I just smirk. It's a way of living that I have been used to for so many years. I don’t wish to go on and tell them how active they can be. I am sure they will learn that when they’re hit on by a stallion or a mare. The shuttle finally comes out and a mare comes to me out of the shuttle hugging me tightly.

“Hello, sis.”

The zebra smiles.

“Tell mother I will be home in a few days. She is looking forward to seeing you and your friends here.”

I nod the zebra trots off to vanish into the crowd of ponies, zebras, and other creatures. Shadow and Red Glow watch this like the zebra didn’t even exist and she is a ghost. Red Glow shifts a bit she didn’t know much about zebras like I did. I grew up around them. I even had zebras in my family. 

“I am sorry about that. My family is former special forces. So if they wish to vanish they will do anything to do so. I will tell you why she is here. Come with me.”

We get our luggage and we get into the shuttle. Looking around the shuttle it’s one of the ones that won’t freeze us unless we wish to do so. I took a deep breath in the air of the shuttle. A large smile formed on my face. 

“Chaser, what is wrong?”

I come out of my trance.

“Oh sorry, it’s the smell of my homeworld. I know this is the shuttle that belongs to my family. It has a scent. The scent of my father’s many wives including my mother. They all love me and treat me like their daughter.”

Shadow tilts her head.

“You mean you have more than one mother?”

I nod

“So it’s true the stories I read about your kind then. That the zebras of your world tend to have more than one wife?”

I glance up at Red Glow.

“Yes that is true my father loves all of us even all his wives. I may not be the full zebra-like he wanted. I may be a pegasus like my mother. But he ignored the anger of his tribe. He raised me to be a lot like a zebra and told me. That someday I may have to learn to be a pony. I told him after that. I will learn to live like both. It’s not going to be very easy but I shall do what I can.”

Red Glow sits in a chair made for zebras so she is having an issue sitting on it.

“Sorry Red I asked them to make a chair for you. I doubt they had the time. There have been too many political problems as of late on the zebra worlds. They try to find leadership all the time. Of course, my tribe refuses to take part in that.”

Red smirks just latching the seat-belt on

“Oh, it’s fine.”

Shadow sighs getting in one of the chairs. From what I could tell from the emotions on Shadow’s face she wasn’t very happy about sitting in these chairs. I have a feeling she hasn’t had real good luck with zebra tech.

“Everything okay, Shadow?”

Shadow turns her head to look at me.

“Just I am unsure it’s wise for us to leave when the others have left for that planet.”

I sigh nodding she is correct a lot of the station has left for that one world called the nightmare. I do feel bad that I took my vacation during this time. I do feel that maybe it wasn’t the best of choices. I can’t go back on it now though my family wants to see me.

“I am sorry Shadow. Just my family has been wanting to see me for a while now.”

Shadow nods using her wings to get the seatbelt on.

“Now all I need to do is place the hoof on the console. Since this entire ship only works with my DNA. Now let’s see how they have changed this?”

I look around on the console seeing a spot that will pull out a spike to test my blood. I took a deep breath knowing this wouldn’t be easy. If my family is this worried about their property being stolen. They should put better locks on their stuff.

“Okay, I might scream for what is about to happen. If I do, please don’t worry so much about it. The system just needs to check my blood and my DNA so please forgive the screaming.”

I put my leg over the spike and a strange claw grabs my leg. A claw stabs deep into my leg. I groan deeply looking at the screen as it says testing. It goes through my DNA showing my mother and my father. It saids out loud

“Welcome Cloud Chaser. Please sit back, relax and there will be recordings from your father. So please sit back and listen as we head back the way your sister came through. Are you willing to listen to the message?’

I stroke my leg getting into the chair.

“Yes, I am willing to listen.”

On the screen, a large muscled zebra male is wearing a large skull helmet on his head. He has skull rings all over his neck. He looks into the screen, clicking the screen for a few moments. Like he is checking if it’s on

The ship finally starts up and heads back out the same way as my sister did. It sends all the information to C&C and the way the ship will be going. From what I see my father hasn’t changed.

“Okay, it’s working. Now my dear Cloudy. We are happy to hear that you’re coming home. I want to tell you a few things before you get here. There is a zebra named Glyph gaining power in the main zebra world. There are rumors that he is going to pass harsh laws. I want you to know that I love you if you don’t see me after you leave again.”

Looking back at my friends who are listening.

“But if you have friends coming with you, Cloudy. Please switch to zebra only. I don’t want to worry them.”

I pause the message looking back at Red and Shadow.

“Do you two mind if I listen to the rest of this without you understanding?”

Red Glow smirks laughing.

“Go ahead, Chaser.”

Shadow snorts.

“I understand that you zebras have privacy but you’re a pony as well.”

I laugh

“You’re right I am half and half but when it comes to zebras we like our privacy.”

I click the button to listen to the rest of the message in zebra.

“Unyoko wethukile Lizoguqubala. Ukhathazekile ngokuthi impi ingaqala. Ngakho-ke uhlanza indlu endala. Uyazi ukuthi unjani umama wakho. Kepha ubacasulile nabanye omama bakho. Ngifuna uzame ukumthulisa uma ungakwazi.”

The message ended after that. Closing my eyes, sighing my mother is worried about a war starting? Mom has many things she does get easily stressed and she does get upset. But I have never heard of her cleaning up the bunker. Something must be getting to her if this is true.

“Everything alright Cloud?”

I look back at Shadow smiling.

“Na now this may take us a week to get there so you two are ready for the ship to put you in magic frozen sleep?”

Red nods and the chairs for two lean back and a strange magic forms over them causing them to fall into a deep-frozen sleep. I think it’s time for me to do some things before I even think of waking them again. I turn the message back on to get the rest since some words aren’t translated well on this computer system. My father comes back up to give the last part of the message.

“The reason your sister brought the ship. She is searching for another planet for our tribe. Just please don’t talk to your mother about this like you normally do. If you upset her it may not go over well with the rest of your mothers. You know how they dislike it when one of them is upset.”

He is correct. I turned off the message after it was over. I work the controls to make sure everything is set and ready. I am unsure what to think. Just I don’t like being worried. Looking over to one of the windows to finally see us enter hyperspace.

“Oh, CloudChaser what have you gotten yourself into?”

I pace around worried like my mother would be. I am worried that my family is going to be pulled into a war. They used to be powerful warriors and retired. I believe that sooner or later we will all fight. 

I felt a claw on my shoulder looking to see Red Glow is not frozen looking at the chair noticing that it didn’t work on her.

“Chaser I know that look and I am sorry just your magic doesn’t seem to work on my already cold blood. Just I heard the last part. Don’t worry I won’t tell Shadow now how about you rest and I will watch you two.”

I sigh deeply.

“May I vent to you, Red Glow?”

Red laughs.

“I am normally one that does the venting to get rights for my kind. Go ahead little pony go ahead.”

I grunt groaning pacing around this is upsetting me so much that my wings are tensed so is my entire body.

“My family always gets pulled into zebra wars and zebra problems. I get it a lot of them are former black ops or soldiers or even guards. Heck, how my father met my mother he was coming home from a battle and he claimed her as his last wife. He has almost 15 wives and he loves them all and they take care of each other. Just my mother is the most stressed mare around. If anything goes wrong in the family she gets stressed out and they worry she will have a breakdown.”

Glow nods.

“My mother is the same way. It’s what kept my family alive during the war on my planet. My mother saw the signs through her stress and demanded my father build a bunker that could house our family for an amount of time. When my mother is stressed and feels something is wrong you listen.”

Red puts her claw on my back.

“I am going to say you get in that chair and rest. I will watch you two and don’t worry I will be fine. My kind doesn’t need to release waste too often and we don’t need to eat very much. So you have nothing to worry about me.”

I took a deep breath, closing my eyes. She is correct. I should get into the chair and rest. I get into the chair near the console unsure what to think. Looking at the console it will take us about a week to get us to my home.

“Are you sure Red Glow? I don’t want you to be alone.”

Red Laughs.

“Don’t worry Cloud Chaser. I will be fine on my own. I am happy you’re worried about me.”

I just smile and laugh.

“Well you’re a sister to me and Shadow so of course I am going to worry about you.”

The look on Red Glow’s face after I said that was priceless. The look of sadness and happiness on her face. I could swear she was about to cry but she kept herself from doing so. All she did was give me a very tight hug.

“Now go rest please before I knock you out Chaser.”

I nod getting back into the chair as it folds back and the spell forms over me. I close my eyes feeling the sleep take me and I feel every inch of me going frozen and for once in my life. I finally feel at peace.

One of the zebra moons known as the world of guardians is named for its stripes in the shape of shields. They’re the dominant tribe on this moon known as the guardian's moon. Sometimes the guardians spread their genes out to non-zebras. It’s rare when it happens though the pony or dragon or so on is treated as a protective part of the family. Since some zebra tribes hate the idea of breeding outside the species.

My eyes open from the potion-induced statues. We are like a day away from getting to the moon of the guardians. I notice there is a message for me. I click a few of the buttons and coming up on the screen is my mother with my other mothers.

“Hello, Chaser sweetheart we wanted you to have a good greeting when you wake up. We wanted you to know we all love you and we miss you and we finally get to see you after so many years is something I look forward to.”

A large mare who looks like an alpha-minded mare stares at the computer like she is staring at me.

“I have been asking your boss about your behavior, Chaser.”

I gulp and stare at the alpha wife. 

“Oh, Ebony I am sure whatever she did she won’t cause problems.”

I gulped, staring at the shield-stripped mare. The others have different types of stripes. But I know full well being the mother of a pony mare and a guardian zebra male if the alpha wife is upset then the entire family is upset.

“Whisper she has been hitting on everything with four legs and sleeping around. So forgive me if I think of her future.”

Ebony snorts and whispers, my mother stares at the screen staring at me. I gulp deeply and shake my head knowing they called me for another reason.

“Anyway your father is looking forward to seeing you. He is going to be waiting for you with your older sister Sav. Sav is looking forward to seeing you. Now Ebony wanted to speak to you without the rest of us here.”

I look behind me to see the others are still asleep and Ebony is the last one sitting at the chair and she looks back at the other mares. I have a feeling they know what is going on. She then looks back at the screen.

“Something is going on in Equus Cloudy. A friend of your father told him Twilight is on the move and he thinks something is going to happen to Project Harmony. It’s worse though Glyph has won the leadership power on the main zebra world. There are rumors he is going to pass zebra laws that would destroy families. This may be the only time for a long time when you will be able to talk to us.”

I close my eyes and worry about my family even more now. I hope whatever Twilight is up to or Glyph things won’t get too bad.

“I know you wish to stay and be a hero but when the time is right I am going to demand you take your father's ship which can make it back in a few hours rather than a week. He is getting it ready for you. We also know you have two friends coming, a Seven Fang and some mare named Shadow. We will take the Seven Fang Red Glow back home after your visit. We expect you to return before something bad happens.”

I take a deep breath again and the message ends and I need to get food ready for the others. I get out of the chair heading to the kitchen grabbing a potion and strange powder. I drip the potion on the powder, placing it into a strange machine to make the food show up.

I turn it on and it will take a while going to the toilet in another part of the ship to go to the bathroom to just think for a bit. Closing my eyes as I do my business so many things are going through my brain.

I heard a ding out in the kitchen part of the ship which is not far from the main controls. I get off the toilet and flush the waste it goes through the ship and I watch it go through the pipes and get mixed into a potion to then get injected into the fuel system. I take a deep breath coughing hating how it stinks after all that.

Heading to the kitchen and I see Red Glow already awake and she folds her arms staring at me. 

“I heard everything, Chaser. I am not upset you will keep me on that planet till they’re able to get me home. But you pissed off the alpha.”

She smirks.

“I didn’t know you were that active.”

I laugh softly.

“I try not to go too overboard. It's not easy when most of your life you just worked and tried to prove to your father you’re a strong mare and not make him look at you why you exist. Of course, when I got older he started loving me more.”

Red nods.

“I know the feeling that my father was an ass. He may have loved me but he was still an ass. He did everything he could to me to show I was worthless to him. On his death bed though I put him there.”

I stare at her tilting my head. She laughs.

“It’s normal for my species. Sometimes the father will demand the son or the daughter to lose their temper with them and then try to kill them. I was able to do it because of my rare power. It’s why I trained to make sure I don’t do it again.”

A weak smile comes across my face. Looking at Shadow who is still out cold. I remember her telling me her body doesn’t do well when she is in stasis. Red looks over to her and then back at me.

“Should we wake her?”

I shook my head.

“No, for ones like her it’s best to let them wake up. If we force her to wake up she might vomit and it’s not pleasant to vomit out the brew used to keep you under. I trained with her and someone tried to make a joke on her and it ended badly for them.”

Red looks back at Shadow then back at me.

“It was you wasn’t it?”

I smirk.

“Yeah, it was me. Let’s just say there is a reason why I don’t joke around with her anymore. When I played the trick on her she didn’t only vomit but she took her training weapon and beat me to the point I was black and blue and she broke some ribs.”

Red Glow giggles.

“I can tell you’re in love with her.”

I was about to get the food. I stop right at the word love. I turn to look at Red Glow. Why would she say that to me? I look at Shadow. Do I love her? Is my constant wanting to sleep with others just a way to compensate for her barely being able to stand me?

“Oh come on Chaser you and I know full well she feels the same way about you. If you would stop ignoring how she looks at you and how she pretends to be upset with you at the time. You just need to show her it. Don’t wait to tell her; if you do you might not get another chance to tell her.”

I shake my head. I have no right to tell Shadow how I feel about her. I am sure I will always have a chance to tell her. I do need to warn Red and Shadow zebras will come onto the ship to make sure we have no drugs or weapons on us. I hope they’re both ready for it. I know it’s not going to be easy for Shadow to be checked everywhere.

“We will be there in four hours.”

I didn’t want Red to get on my case. She just shakes her head. I figured she would get a bit upset at me for not even talking about how I feel about Shadow. I do feel strongly about Shadow. Just I doubt she wants to accept my love for everything I put her through.

“Chaser, you can’t keep ignoring it.”

I turn to look at Red.

“Red I doubt she will accept me. I haven’t done very well at representing myself. I also get her in trouble most of the time with our bosses since we became close friends during the academy. I wanted to work the job I work now. She wanted to be an officer but I destroyed her chance for that.”

I look over to Shadow who is finally waking up. It’s taking her a while since her body can’t handle most of the brews. I go over to the machine to put in a new brew. It turns bright red and enters her body. Her eyes slowly open from the heat of the brew. She coughs finally getting off the bed and grunting.

“Chaser what was that?!”

I chuckle

“Zebra version of coffee.”

Shadow coughs cover her mouth with a hoof trotting quickly to the bathroom, the door closing. When the door closes a soundproof shield forms over it to keep Shadow from getting too embarrassed about this.

“Will she be okay?”

I glance at Red nodding.

“It’s a normal reaction for a pony. I may be half and half I can handle it with no issue. I got the body of a pony but my insides are as hard and rock as a zebra. Thankfully for me, I guess.”

I laugh softly.

“I see, is it normal for ponies to have issues with the brews of zebras and having issues living in their ships? Is that why you had us sleep the entire trip?”

I nod

“Zebra ships can’t handle the DNA of a pony very well. Like I said I may look like a pony on the outside. I may have the hooves of a zebra, the mane of a zebra, and a tail. So for me, I have no problem living on a zebra ship the entire time. I am just worried the ship wouldn’t respect Shadow.”

Red looks around at the ship.

“Is it alive?”

I shook my head.

“No it’s not just it only runs on zebra DNA and if a non-zebra tried running it. It wouldn’t end well and the zebras who storm the ship would throw a fit if a non-zebra is using the ship. So they did this to keep non-zebras out of them.”

Red sighs.

“I see why zebras have no respect for my species.”

I frown knowing if my kind didn’t respect the Seven Fangs it’s because they wish to stay to themselves no matter what even if the zebras are part of the alliance they don’t wish to be open to other species or give other species rights on their worlds.

Shadow comes out of the bathroom after a while she looks awful. So much sweat on her coat. I chuckle.

“You okay Shadow?”

Shadow growls snorting.

“You should have warned me!! You should have warned me this ship wouldn’t accept my DNA. It took a while for the toilet to let me flush it.”

I smirk.

“I am sorry Shadow I did warn you before we got on the ship about all this. I hope you understand it’s not going to be a pleasant flight. The moon will respect you more since the guardians are open to other races.”

Shadow snorts, finding a place in the ship to be on her own. I look back at Red with her claws and she tells me to go talk to her. I shrug my shoulders and she growls smacking her fist with one of her claws pointing to me. I gulp deeply, swinging my head over to the food which is cooking she nods. I walk over to Shadow and lay beside her, putting my wing over her.

“Are you going to be okay?”

Shadow snorts

“You care now? Chaser seriously, you and I have known each other for years and you never know how I am feeling.”

A deep sigh leaves my mouth.

“Shadow, I know I don’t treat you very well. It’s how I was raised by my father and my mothers. To a zebra, we have too much pride to treat others who aren’t a zebra-like a friend. I have been working on it, you know full well I have.”

Shadow turns her head to look at me.

“I know you’re trying. Just for me, try harder and treat me better.”

I sigh deeply, nodding and hugging Shadow tightly.

“Hey, you two food is ready.” 

After we are done eating a few hours later we find ourselves at the moon. I get to the console hearing many zebras speaking to each other and a larger battleship comes up to this. The other two stare at the magic flying brew battleship.

“Okay, when they get over here don’t complain or argue with them.”

The battleship docks with the ship. A group of warriors walks into the ship. A large mare walks in behind them looking at me then at the other two.

“Hello, Chaser, I was told you’re returning home.”

A smirk forms on my face.

“Greetings General Water Dance.”

Water Dance takes a look at Red Glow and sighs.

“Warriors don’t mess with this one. Now the pony on the other hoof Chaser do you trust this pony?”

I quickly nod.

“Yes, I do.”

Water Dance tells the guards to leave and looks back at me.

“Your father is waiting for you, don't keep him waiting. Enjoy your landing.”

I sigh watching the large mare leave and they undock. I get onto the chair to get ready to land. I close my eyes sighing knowing sooner or later I am going to need to tell Shadow how I feel. I program in the place to land and it will take about an hour to fully land. I tell the others to get some more sleep while I read up on the one known as Glyph. I need to know about the one who plans to destroy my family's lives. The ship starts to descend as I head back to the bed to fall asleep.

A moon colony founded in the early years of zebra exploration away from pony kind. The moon first was founded by an old warrior tribe. Then a tribe known as the guardians went to war over the planet forcing the warrior tribe to heel. Both tribes later began to connect and fuse their tribes. They were at first called warrior guardians and then just went to Guardians. I am unsure they will follow us into disharmony. I shall scout more for my friend.

A scout for disharmony to one of the leaders.

The shuttle finally lands. I make sure my two friends stay sitting when the shuttle lands. After it lands the potions which have been infused into the system shoot out into a strange bowl next to the landing pad. Lookout to see the potions have turned black which means these potions' magic has been overused.

“Is that normal?”

I look over to Shadow shaking my head.

“No it could mean the system needs to be cleaned out or the shuttle went through a battle before coming here fully.”

The system of the ship stinks so bad I quickly give Shadow and Red Glow masks to block the smell in the mask. I put my mask on and type a message on the computer so they can understand me.

“It will take close to Thirty minutes for them to fully let us out. They have to make sure we have no sickness with us or other types of issues that could cause a spread of sickness here. I am sure we are all fine though.”

I glance out the window at the zebras looking through the fluids from the ship. They use potions and brews to look through everything. I understand why they’re worried. Of course, I didn’t have the heart to tell them the injections they were about to get. I thankfully already had them so I will be fine.

The ship opens up and a few doctors come in and they have many needles with them. One of the mares gives a few injections to Red Glow and she doesn’t complain, she just smiles at the mare. The mare smiles back and they talk privately.

Shadow on the other hoof stares at the needles and the doctor is trying to explain to her she will be fine. It’s just a precaution just in case. 

“Do you fear that ponies might hold something that could destroy your moon?”

The stallion smirks.

“No, it’s just we don’t trust Twilight Sparkle right now. We caught some of her soldiers trying to sneak through a bioweapon to use on us.”

Shadow’s mouth gaps open.

“But-but why? She took over after Celestia died. Why would she do such a thing?”

The stallion sighs, shaking his head.

“Disharmony has been following them everywhere. The war is real. We know full well this planet will be attacked when the war goes into full swing.”

Shadow strokes her face feeling the needles go into her body she groans in pain. She shoves at the feeling of the medical fluids going into her body. She feels the fluids course through her body. I could see her face getting green.

“It will pass. I am sorry I used so much. I am sure you can understand.”

Shadow nods, putting a hoof to her mouth trotting quickly to the bathroom. The shield turns on while we wait for her to come back out. I looked over to Red who gave me an angry stare. I gulp knowing why she is upset with me. I haven’t even told Shadow how I feel about her. I am hoping I have time.

“Oh and Chaser your father is waiting for you. He is wishing to meet your friends and will show them around. He wants you home right away to talk to your mother.”

I nod.

“Is mother bothered about what is coming?”

The doctor chuckles

“To the point, she demanded the leadership to build bunkers for everyone. I don’t blame her, she is not the only one having these bad feelings about what is coming. I have had some nurses showing up with the same signs of the future.”

I take a deep breath, sigh, and shake my head.

“How do you plan on getting Red Glow here back to her world?”

The doctor looks at Red.

“We have a Seven Fangs Embassy here. They worked on becoming allies with us since they were the ones who found the bioweapons. The ambassador of your world is expecting you after you’re done visiting.”

I nod and Shadow comes back out of the bathroom. The color is coming back into her coat. I stood out of the chair and they both followed me. I lead them through the port. It's a low-tech port that mainly runs on magic and brews. Sitting on a bench is a large stallion with shield and sun stripes. 

“Father.”

I softly say. The large stallion stood on his hooves. He is much taller than me looking down at me. I gulp seeing his dark green eyes staring down at me. There is no smile on his face, he has an emotionless stare. I look around I was told one of my sisters would be with him.

"I thought Sav would be with you."

My father nods.

"She was going to be here to welcome you Chaser. But something came up and she is tracking a group of soldiers from the Twilights army while they march onto this town. I have a feeling they're looking for anyone from that station of yours."

He puts his hoof on my shoulder pulling me into a tight hug. Red and Shadow look at each other seeing he has no smile on his face. He just seems like an emotionless stallion. 

“I see you brought two females, are they your consorts?”

Shadow’s face glows bright red.

“Excuse me?!”

Red laughs.

“That is flattering but no I am just a friend of hers.”

The stallion chuckles.

“I mean no harm just I know my daughter is very hungry for mares and sometimes stallions. The ones I have found with her in her bed were impressive. She has the lust of a zebra. Now let's get home and please stay close to us. Outsiders aren’t trusted as much as they used to be thanks to Glyph.”

I chuckle while my two friends stay close to us while we walk through the normal zebra village. It’s a very calm afternoon zebra going through holding bags of food and making brews. We passed a market. It’s very silent as every zebra stares at me and my friends. They know me well, they just don’t trust the others with us.

“Father, I did tell them I would show them around. Is it wise not to do so?”

My father nods.

“I wish you could but with Twilight's army and then Glyph taking power. Many of our kind refuse to allow anyone else to come. I sadly also can’t let you stay too long. There is a rumor Twilight might attack your station soon.”

It took us about twenty minutes for us to get home. It’s a large hut and beside it is a large pony-made structure made for my mother. So she could feel at home. Standing by the house cleaning the floor is Ebony. She looks at me.

“You..”

I gulp while the alpha of the wives comes towards me and she stares down at me. A large smile formed on her face.

“CLOUDY!!”

She yells as the other zebra wives trot out with my mother.

“Surprise!!”

They all yell and I laugh hugging them all. Shadow and Red stay with my father while the mares and my mother hug me. 

“Hello, mother. I want to introduce you to friends of mine.”

My mother came with me to meet Shadow and Red Glow. She smiles up at Red Glow and the large lizard smiles down at my mother.

“Nice to meet you, Red Glow. I hope my daughter hasn’t been hitting on you and expecting you to go to bed with her.”

Red laughs smirking.

“Na I consider her a sister. I consider Shadow a sister of mine too.”

My mother looks at Shadow and she smirks.

“So you’re the one known as Shadow? Hmm, my daughter is correct, you have beautiful eyes. She speaks highly of you and how you can stand her zebra lust.”

Shadow’s cheeks glow a bit. After a second her face goes back to its normal color. She bows her head in respect to my mother and the other mares.

“It’s an honor to meet you. It sounds like we won’t have a lot of time to talk with you.”

Whisper sighs.

“No, you won’t. I wish we could keep you here longer. But Twilight is on the move. I am sorry to say this Chaser but you need to leave now. I wish I could say that your vacation is cut short but anyone from the station is also being hunted. Twilight’s army is searching for anyone connected to the station so please get into the hangar below and we will get your friend Red Glow here home.”

I look at Shadow and I nod. We both follow Ebony to the dock below the house. In the dock is a very powerful ship. It’s an old infiltrator ship that hasn't been used since the zebra civil wars. I glance at Shadow.

“Don’t worry this ship won’t get you sick.”

Eboy kisses my forehead smiling down at me.

“You have become a strong mare little Chaser. I wish you could stay and tell me about how life has been for you. But you should get going.”

An alarm sounds that someone from Twilight's army has been told we are here. I quickly push Shadow onto the ship. I quickly make sure Shadow is strapped into one of the chairs. I sit at the console and a ring comes out of the console stabbing my leg and it keeps it there to test my DNA.

“Welcome Cloud Chaser. I have been expecting you. No need to tell me where you want to go. Now please allow me to strap you in and we take off.”

I nod letting the AI of the ship strap me in and the needle pulls out of my leg. We wait for the ship to fly into the air and it quickly takes off.

“Alert Equestrian fighters.”

I close my eyes as the Ai makes the ship turn and it fires powerful weapons. I am now seeing why every tribe agreed to destroy or hide their old tech and go back to how they used to live before the station showed up in our universe.

The Ai works flawlessly to disable the fighters not to kill anyone. I watch while the disabled ships crash to the ground below. I am sure some of them did die from all that. We go up into space and large Equestrian Battleships are waiting. Before they could do anything though the ship drops a small EMP just strong enough to block their sensors. We open a hole to hyperspace, we head inside and things finally calm down. I look over to Shadow who is vomiting into a bowl.

“We will be at the station in an hour. I wish I could say it’s good to meet you, the daughter of one of the guardians. But my day has come and gone. My master already told me when I get you to the station to return. If I can return I will do what I can to make sure you get to your station.”

Shadow and I haven't spoken to each other for a while. We come out of hyperspace to a large fleet attacking the station. The station is burning. I close my eyes wondering what will happen as the Ai in the ship flies to one of the open docks. I close my eyes hoping everyone I know is alright. Time will tell.

I feel we might be too late. Not everything is lost though I have read while I was on the station not too long ago. There is a failsafe if the core is destroyed. If the magic core of Project Harmony is destroyed there is a chance if it is hit just right. It will cause a magic cascade and engulf the entire station in a magic bubble to freeze whoever is on it in time. Then they will live through an endless dream till their minds are healed from whatever they went through. This is the only chance my friend can get them to the world that was made just for them. Please do what you can to keep them alive Sebastian, please.

Message written from Eight Legs to Sebastion.

Shadow and I get onto the station. The station shakes and metal groans from the firing. The ship takes off flying back outside. I look at Shadow. She looks around a scared look in her eyes. I try to stay strong. I push Shadow off the landing dock. While we walk through the burning station. Many of those we work with are either wounded or dead. 

Our diamond dog boss is barely alive and has a mask over her snout while others are in hiding. Butter Berry quickly trots over to me and Shadow hugging the two of us. I look at the army we have defending the wounded.

“Okay give me a weapon and I will help fight them off.”

One of the soldiers stares at me. I notice she used to be part of the attacking army. She shrugs her shoulders. 

“It’s your death if you wish to. I am sorry for what we have done. I tried to keep the others alive. Now get some armor and a weapon and make sure you’re prepared.”

I trot to get some armor and a weapon. Shadow does the same. I look over to Shadow. I wish she didn’t want to follow me. Before I could say anything there was a big explosion. It causes the entire station to shake.

“Alert alert hall breach in the brown sector. Bulkhead door sealing no lives lost. Please get away from the area as fast as you can please find the nearest escape pod.”

The pa system turns off and the power goes off for a moment then turns back on. The alarm keeps ringing. I doubt I can do anything. I look over to Shadow and we both leave. Leaving those we know behind.

“Shadow you don’t have to do this with me.”

Shadow snorts.

“Shut up Chaser I am not letting you die. Now let's go see if anyone can save anypony else.”

I nod Shadow and I quickly trot through the burning parts of the station. It’s very silent only the sounds of the raging fire and the sounds of the lasers blasting outside. Another part of the station groans. All we find though are bodies of dead or wounded from both sides.

“There is one alive here, Chaser.”

I stop looking down at the mare from Twilight's army staring at the two of us with fear in her eyes. I keep my weapon primed and ready to fire on her just in case she turns on us. Shadow smacks me into the side with her hoof.

“We need to show her we aren’t going to kill her.”

I glare at Shadow.

“Shadow you know full well she might turn on us if we allow her to. Know if she does anything to hurt you I will fire on her.”

Shadow goes through her armor to try to find a medical pack. She finds it in the armor and tries her best to repair the wounds. Before we could do anything a plasma bullet flew past us. We lift our heads staring at the enemy army attacking us.

I lift my gun firing back at the ponies hitting one of them. They fall over dead after the shot. Before I could do anything else I heard one large blast from the ships outside the station and when it hit a larger alarm sounded.

“They just hit the core… It’s going to blow.”

I grab Shadow pulling her away from the wounded mare. The two of us run to try to find an escape pod leaving the pony behind to die. I am upset I had to do this. There is an explosion near us and a piece of metal stabs me onto the floor.

I groaned trying to move. I can’t move, feeling so much pain in my body. Shadow pulls on the metal with her mouth and it doesn’t budge. 

“Shadow go save yourself, leave me behind.”

Shadow snorts.

“No, I will not be leaving you behind!!”

Tears fell down her eyes.

“Please Shadow save yourself!!”

I cough trying to move. I can't even move without a great amount of pain. Shadow shakes her head snorting louder.

“No, I will not be leaving the one I love!!”

I stare at Shadow. 

“I can’t leave you here, watch the one I have fallen in love with over the years, Chaser please don’t make me go.”

I weakly smile.

“I love you too, Shadow.”

Shadow leans down to kiss me. When the kiss breaks the station shakes violently. A strange bubble comes after us. We wrap around each other and when it hits time freezes at least it’s how I saw it in my mind.

Outside the station.

Outside the station, the ships from Equss keep firing on the bubbled station. A ship flies close to the ships. A strange spell is cast and the ships vanish heading back to the planet they came from. A ship controlled by the race called Weavers and the alliance comes out of hyperspace. In the main ship a creature known as Eight legs, one of the warriors of the Weavers watches the alliance, and the small ship transports the entire bubbled station into hyperspace.

“This is the story of the first of the Harmony stations. It was our last and best hope for peace.”

Ships attack each other and the station gets heavily attacked.

“It failed. In the year of the battle between Disharmony and Harmony. It’s our last best hope Victory.”

“This is the last of the Harmony stations, the name of the place Harmony one.”

> Chapter Nine: Strange world of dreams

I open my eyes and look around. I remember the station blowing up. But here I am seeing many ponies and other creatures wandering around. Shadow trots towards me. She was in a rush like something was wrong.

“We are late for the meeting Chaser come on!!”

I chase after Shadow. I swear I said something to her. I am confused though I swear we were a few decks away from the meeting halls for the workers. But suddenly we are down there and I look around seeing everyone. I see my boss, the female diamond dog sitting at her desk. I could tell she is not in a good mood.

“Everyone, it seems Twilight herself will be coming today to see how things are up and running. The station is fully going to be fully going and ready to accept others.”

I sigh softly oh great the princess of friendship herself is about to come and force us to work harder. I look over to Shadow feeling something strange. I wait to see what my task would be and I sigh knowing it will not be a good task.

“Alright everyone I got your task Chaser being herself will be forced to help Twilight off her ship and lead her to her quarters. You got it to miss I must bang a mare on work hours?”

I get so many eyes looking at me, even Shadow. A smirk forms on my face and I just laugh.

“Oh come on it was on break it’s not like we made a mess or anything.”

Shadow rolls her eyes.”

“Uh-huh get going now Chaser and be ready. But before you leave I have something to tell you so you won’t fail your task.”

Everypony leaves. I look back at Shadow while she leaves. I swear I told her something looking back at my boss. She stares at me but her eyes soften. I don't remember her being kind to me at all.

“Chaser, I have a question I have asked others about. But do you feel something is a bit off?”

I stare at my boss, shrugging my shoulders.

“I don’t know. It could have been a dream but I swear the station was blowing up and I told Shadow I loved her.”

I had a sudden rush of pain. I see the station blowing up and I lean into kissing Shadow to tell her I love and a strange bubble engulfs us making the fire dim as I feel my mind drift into a magic world. But I come out of the memory like it wasn’t even real.

“Something strange is going on. I swear I just remembered something but my brain refuses to think of it.”

I walk away from my boss turning around to say something to her and then the entire area changes and I look around seeing my foal hood. I am back on my home planet looking at my group of many mothers cheering for me as I work to become a grown zebra mare with my father watching.

“You always felt like you failed him.”

I turn to look at who is speaking. It’s a Minbari that looks like a human. We read about them and I looked at him, seeing the scar on his face.

“Who are you?”

The Minbari looks at me and a smile forms on his face.

“I am known as Valen or what I used to be called. Jeffery Sinclar”

I stare at him more Valen Jeffery Sinclar? Then it hits me harder than I remember now. We learned about him in the files. A simple commander of the place called Babylon Five went back in time to help during a war the rest of the files were corrupted.

“Why are you here?”

Valen turns to look at me again, smirking.

“The mind is a powerful fragile thing. Everything I have been through please allow me to show you.”

He offers his hand. I put my hoof in his hand and He closes his eyes and I was taken back to what caused everything for him. I watch while Babylon four is going through some wormhole heading to the past. Jeff as a human is building a strange device and it glows as he looks at a cocoon being built for him.

“My whole life has been leading to this.”

He keeps looking at the cocoon as I see the image flash and he is held to the wall with a strange creature holding him in place by the neck.

“Don’t you understand?! They’re using you. They’re using you!!”

It flashes again to another Minbari, a female who looks weak as Jeff looks down at her. I see the eyes of a powerful young woman. I see greatness in those eyes. A power many will follow and die for if they need to.

“I knew you would come.”

Jeff leans down whispering.

“You should rest.”

The female weakly breathes looking up at Jeff.

“We were right about you.”

It flashes again as I see Jeff talking to a male Minbari. He looks like he is wearing a warrior's cloak and looks ready to kill and die in those eyes. We read about Minbari lore in the old files which were still around of course.  He is part of what is known as the warrior cast. 

“You talk like a Minbari commander.”

He goes into the cocoon and over the years changes and I watch while so many years before or after I can’t tell time travel to me is very new and I watch everything unfold and Jeff is standing with Vorlons or whatever they are out of their suits as one last thing is said. 

“I welcome you and present this place to you as a gift. I am called Valen and we have a lot of work ahead of us.”

The flash ends and I shake my head coughing.

“Many years ago after the Shadow war ended. Before my death, I came here to put my mind into the station and I have been dormant for so long. But I have been able to see what is going on and this is the final task I can do for you and the others trapped in this magic shell. When my task is done and the elements fight their counter and then I will be gone.”

I take a deep breath the elements need to fight their counter? How long will this take I wonder? But why am I here at my ceremony to become a mare? I watch while I have to battle another of the family and I fail. I don't remember falling and I am told I will not get another chance for ten or so more years. I watch my father shake his head walking away. I watch myself trot after my father and he looks down at me.

“You’re not a zebra. You’re”

He stares at my mother. He saids with vile but he knows he is to blame for falling in love with her and making her one of his wives.

“A pony.”

It hit me hard. I remember him saying that to me so long ago. I remember him and my mother fighting after that but he told her while I was listening he had to be strong and say those words to make me fight harder for it.

“You never forgave your father for what he said to you or your mother.”

I stare at Valen. How dare he reminds me of my failure. How dare he make me remember this. I still haven’t gone back and worked on becoming an adult to my family. Even though my father at the request of my mother lied and told the planet I am an adult now.

“But my father and I are back to being close. I even went to see him and told him I love him. I wish I could have stayed longer.”

Valen nods.

“I can’t help you get over it but you need to deep down accept you failed. Do you think you will be able to do that?”

I nod

“I will try. I am happy you’re not forcing the issue.”

He chuckles.

“It’s not wise to force the issue. It takes the soul with the issue and wants the help. But I need you to do something for me. There is a mare known as Shadow. She needs a lot of help and maybe you could help her through her problem?”

I sigh deeply, shaking my head.

“I did tell her I loved her didn’t I?”

Valen nods.

“It seems she has issues with being in love and being backstabbed. Do you think you can help her through it?”

I take a deep breath so what I have been seeing is true then? The station blew up and we got engulfed in a strange bubble? 

“I will do what I can. I can't promise anything she will have to make it through by herself.”

I am transported through many dreams. I see the dreams of the others who are here including Twilight but she is locked in a cage and It looks like she placed herself in the cage. I take a deep breath finding myself in the academy for fighters and I watch Shadow as she watches herself being deeply in love with a stallion who seems to be whispering sweet nothings about them flying together in the military.

“Shadow?”

Shadow turns to look at me. Her eyes are bright red from all the crying she has been through. At first, I didn't think she thought I was there. Then I reach out to touch her wing and she wraps her forehooves around me crying on my shoulder.

I just hold the other pegasus mare tightly to me. I look at the stallion he promised her so much from what I see and he used her from what I can tell to become a flier in the military and she was forced to either redo school or come to Project Harmony.

“Shadow I know I may be many things and I have been a pain to you for so long. But you and I both know I care for you as a friend as well. Before the station went up in flames… I said the words I love you. I am here with you to help you through this if you let me.”

Shadow and I kiss again and we start remembering everything that happened. Valen himself sends me and Shadow to an area where those who have beaten their nightmares, their past, and fulfilled their dreams, and below us in a cage is Twilight herself.

“As many of you know. Twilight will not be allowed to leave but I feel a few of you can leave now. I can only choose a few to leave.”

He lifts his finger to me, Shadow, Butter Berry, and my diamond dog boss.

“I want you to understand it’s been many months since you went through this. It could be a year for all I know but you’re now in a new world. Welcome to new Celestia.”

I blink, waking up suddenly on a bed with Shadow and Butter Berry not far from me. Butter Berry is covered in burns and some of her burnt off and my Diamond dog boss wearing a mask but is sitting up looking at me.

“I am sorry for how I treated you, Chaser. It's time for us all to move on and time for me to see if I can find my species and help them build their community.”

I nod to her laying my head down feeling my brain throbbing from what happened. I look up seeing we are in a tent and it’s amazing to me what we have been through and we are in a new world.

I see Luna come into my view.

“Welcome Chaser, welcome to New Celestia.”
> Chapter Ten: New Ponyville

I have been told many of us have been locked in the spell for almost a year. Luna said she went in there and talked to me. I don’t remember any of this at all. I guess many things have happened. We have a new planet and Shadow and I have been told we will be the ones to help build a new Ponyville. I stand beside the other builders as we make a blueprint of how we wish the town to be. We are also adding a castle for Luna herself.

“Do we need a castle though it could bring many bad memories to those who escape here?

I glance at the mare who is running this group of builders. I know nothing about her but I am told she is one of the best shipbuilders in Equus but she had to escape because she worked for Twilight without knowing how she was.

“I am unsure Bolt. Maybe we could ask the others around us what they think.”

The large painted mare looks at me and the others.

“I know most of you have been spacers. I know Chaser and Shadow worked together on the old station but a question for you all. Do you want to forget our past so we can’t remember how far we came?”

I take a deep breath unsure how to say this. Being a half pony half zebra we tend to not look at things this way. But I will give it a try.

“My zebra roots we tend to try to keep to our past and the future. Without the past, we tend to forget who is who. I may be half pony but I was raised in the ways of a zebra. I was told the magic of a zebra and history to a zebra means everything.”

I spread my wings.

“But as a pegasus as well the past can’t always be wise to focus on for most. But as I said I fight two sides of myself. I listen to both and how they feel.”

The others look to Shadow to translate what I mean. Since she has known me for years and is the only one who took the time to get to know me.

“What she means is to build the castle.”

I roll my eyes.

“I could have said that.”

Shadow smirks.

“Then you should have said that Chaser.”

I snort.

“I just did.”

I stare at her and smirk. As the two of us stare at each other and Bolt’s cheeks turn bright red from the look in our eyes.

“Ahem, please get a room for you two if you’re about to kiss and make out I see the lust in your eyes right now.”

I laugh.

“Sorry, just when we admitted our feelings for each other the station was blowing up. So I tend to try to focus on how I feel anyway. What do we plan on building first the food stores and the farms?’

Bolt sighs.

“I am unsure what would be the best way to start. I..”

Before she could finish we look up to see Luna landing. We moved to let the princess land and we all bowed to her.

“My ponies I have come to see your progress.”

I stood up before the others.

“We have nothing.”

Luna turns to look at me and a gentle smile forms on her face.

“Is that so Chaser? Then may I help?”

Bolt stood up nodding.

“It would be an honor princess.”

Luna looks at the blueprints and she takes the quill and ink. She thinks for a moment looking at the area we have for the new Ponyville. She looks at us and she knows it’s not just going to be ponies in this new town, it's going to be everything, even aliens. 

“Alright, here is a marketplace. Then here we place a bunch of houses and I will add one thing to the laws of this town: no technology only in the starbase. We need to go back to our roots and the only way is to go back to our roots and remove all the tech we survived on for so long.”

I take a deep breath living in a world with new tech? It’s like growing up back in my homeworld. I am going to enjoy it but I know many ponies have relied too much on technology. It's all we can do to make it for everypony.

“How will we enforce the law, Princess Luna?”

She turns her head to look at Shadow, a smirk forming on her face.

“I am going to point out the truth and what happened when we found technology. Look at the station, look at what this war between Disharmony and harmony has caused.”

I sigh, nodding.

“I agree with Luna. How I was raised being half and a half you do what you have to. I feel the only ones who should have technology are either the farmers or whoever feels they need it. But having it control our everyday lives is something we never should allow again.”

Luna nods.

“It’s something we all should do.”

We started working on the new Ponyville and while working on it we had many more come from the other worlds who are on the run or Equus itself during this time we see a strange ship witch from what we learned is of the elements and the elements start doing what they do

Then we realize the final one would be forgiveness full forgiveness. We watch Twilight get pulled from the bubble with Spike and Discord. While we watch the others and Discord stands beside me and Shadow.

“It’s time.”

I glance at Discord.

“For what?”

Discord chuckles softly.

“For forgiveness.”

He glances at Twilight being carried into the tent.

“It may take longer than most for Rainbow Cloud to accept what she went through and to forgive. It would mean everypony has to forgive Twilight for everything she did.”

I look at the ship-shaped tree. Each element slowly glows as we watch Savannah and hear the zebras sing for her. But finally, it’s the final element, the element of Forgiveness herself.

> Chapter Eleven: Chaser and Shadow and the crazy time.

Most of the town slowly builds up. We have been hoping we would see the elements return but they slowly turn on. All of them have been turned on but Rainbow Cloud herself. I have a feeling Rainbow cloud has it more challenging than most.

Shadow and I built a house for the two of us. To us, it’s been a couple of months since what happened. Shadows and I feel it’s best to start living together and she is allowing me to make a complete place for my zebra side. 

“Chaser you’re being silent are you okay?”

I glance at Shadow sighing.

“Rainbow Cloud told me Griffins raised her in a new Griffinstone. So she is a lot like me and I understand perfectly how it is to be raised by another species you barely understand. Of course, for me, I was born in the species.”

Shadow sighs, shaking her head.

“Chaser if you feel you need to go see your father you should go.”

I glance at Shadow. I was about to speak but a large alien creature known as Cold Tooth came over with some food for us. I look up at him smirking at the large lizard alien. Butter Berry and he have gotten very close to the point I think she is going to marry him.

“Hello Cold Tooth, what brings you to us?’

Cold Tooth sets down a large table of food for Shadow and me to eat. Butter Berry is not with him this time.

“Where is Butter Berry?”

Cold Tooth chuckles.

“They’re finally opening the market carts so she is at the market cart to get enough money for me to get citizenship in this world.”

Before we could eat anything a strange sound came from the parts of the station and we heard screaming. I look at Shadow trotting with her to see what's up and we finally see everything which is going on.

Outside of the station, the spell started to go in on itself. Thanks to the webs they were able to hold the sides that threaten to fall. The bat creatures of this world lifted them with the webs to carry them outside of the town to lay them down. But no ponies But they found some pods holding the children of the wonderbolts. "OVER HERE!!!" Eight legs yelled and the other Dark Weavers went inside pulling out the four pods.

They set the pods in one of the new buildings, to study them to see if they can open them. Sunset was of course asleep during this she could sleep through anything. But Starlight came rushing to help to see some wounded ponies and other creatures coming out of the spell.

"Quickly!! get them to the tents." Ponies picked up the wounded, some of them were even barely alive but the Dark Weavers could heal those even close to death. She gasped seeing Spike. She trotted to him. "SPIKE?!" Spike looked at her with very wounded eyes. Ember landed beside them looking down at him. Tears filled her eyes.

"Spike..." Ember softly said. Garbel flies over landing beside them.

"We got to help him!!" Garbel leaned down. " I am sorry for being so mean to you, little buddy. I didn't know any better back then...Spike...SPIKE!!!" Spike slowly passed out. Starlight along with the others rushed him to the tents. Bolts of lighting caused ponies to flee from their market stands. They left their ware's behind and they wanted to save their lives. It was the core that was causing all this.

The next to come out was Twilight. Even though they were upset with her, a group of ponies and a Diamond dog helped the mare to a tent. But at the request of Cold Tooth, he stood guard. With Butter Berry standing beside him. A group of very angry ponies holding badly made weapons being blocked from going inside the tent to hurt or kill Twilight.

Shadow and I trot to stand beside Butter Berry and Cold Tooth. I don’t have any idea why the hell I am doing this. Her army has harmed many planets and her connection with the Disharmony army made it hard for my family.

I didn’t say a word Shadow didn't wish to speak either. She couldn't believe she was defending Twilight but she would do it for Butter Berry. Butter Berry did what she could to face a large stallion standing over her.

"Butter Berry move.."

"No.." 

She said using her horn to speak. Since she is mute. 

" I will not allow you to harm her. Cold Tooth please show them what you would do to them if they tried.”

Cold Tooth lifted large weapons like swords. They had a powerful aura around them like they were enchanted by her. Butter Berry and he have gotten so close as of late that even enchanting his weapons is a rare thing for a unicorn to do.

 "She is under My protection until her trial happens."

The ponies gathering started to feel this is the only safe spot away from the spell. I glance at Shadow and she nods to me. We both agree with them. But we know when Butter Berry fights for a cause you join her in that cause.

 "How can you....defend her Butter Berry she destroyed our home... She caused so many to die."

Cold Tooth spoke up. 

"So that gives you the right to give her pain in kind? How are that harmony and friendship? I may have not known you ponies long. But every time I see one. It's always Harmony and Friendship. Have you forgotten those teachings? Or are you so blind with hate? I have been learning all this from Butter Berry here. She has been so kind to all of the aliens that have come to help you." 

Butter blushed deep red looking away from them hiding behind Cold Tooth getting very shy. I chuckle softly watching the others around us. I get ready to fight them like I was trained to do. My hooves are diamond-sharp since they’re zebra hooves. 

"I agree" Luna spoke up, walking over to them looking at the spell shrinking. More creature's from Equestria and aliens are being moved from it. "The castle is already built." Finally, as it seems like nothing Discord forms. Hovering about.

"Normally I would agree with your ponies. Kill her, kill her. But after what she has done and done to me and our world. I feel it's best to do the trial. But there is something more at stake... In that spell, the elements are there. They are risking their lives for you all. You stand here bickering while they risk everything to protect you. So let Luna take her to the new castle and place her in jail."

Then there was a scream. " THE CORE!!! It's the core causing this!!" Luna looked up as well as Discord; it looked like it was about to blow. Shadow and I back up. I take a deep breath. This is too stressful for Shadow and me.

“This is getting insane.”

"Oh no if that goes off it will destroy this world," 

Luna said with a gasp. But just as the core was about to blow. The bubble that held the elements and the bolts of lightning that came from the core shot into the ship of elements. It causes the ship along with the bubble and the core to explode in a flash of light and left behind is the used up core. Now turned into the middle of the town.

"The elements."

 Ponies said, gasping. But they look up seeing the ship landing back down turning into the tree again and the elements glowing brightly showing magic into the middle one of Forgiveness when the spell comes back down. They finally see the eight mares stuck in it. I watch while my friends float there. Muffin, Savannah, Charity, Rainbow Cloud, Pinkie Cake, Apple core, Sugar Sparkle, and Sun Sparkle. The elements who defend us from Disharmony.

We see one more mare though being brought over by Starlight. I know the old stories of a mare known as Scootaloo who vanished so long ago. She is placed by her family, a family she must have lost so long ago, and then placed into the tent.

Discord looked at the spell. But a sudden burst from the elements in the ship hit the spell. He could feel something wrong. "We need to forgive Twilight...." He said softly. All the ponies, aliens, and creatures of this world stared at him. "They’re trying to rescue Rainbow Cloud but she is dying and without the heart's willingness to forgive. She can't be free." He turns to the tent Twilight is closing his eyes "I can't do this myself but for Fluttershy, I will. I forgive her.." A beam of magic shot from him into the spell. He stood there closing his eyes. Not able to move.

Sunset softly spoke. " I agree. Everypony every alien, remove the hate from your heart... Forgive Twilight. I forgive her.....I forgive her.." She gasped a beam of magic that came from her very soul like Discord. Butter Berry walked in front of the group with Cold Tooth right beside her. Along with her friend Shadow Bowser and I

"I forgive her..."

 Said the mute unicorn. A beam of magic filled her like the others going into the spell. The other Aliens that have been helping the ponies all this time say their peace and yell they forgive with beams of magic leaving them. But the two that have the hardest time are Shadow and I. Shadow leans on me to try to convince me to do it.

"Do it...please Chaser."

I sigh, nodding. I wish I didn’t have to do it. I hate this fact. I have to forgive the one who made it so much harder for my family. We both finally say.

“We forgive Twilight.”

Luna and Starlight stood alone watching this. But Luna knew she was forgiven for what she did. "Starlight we don't have a right to judge Twilight we don't at all. Our past shows this.."

Starlight sighs. " I know Luna. I know. Twilight did so much for me...Even when I did so wrong.." She looks back to the tent that holds Twilight looking back to Spike who is still with the dragons. Ember held him while a beam of magic even came from. It seems Spike being awake looks back at Starlight and smiles. Giving a nod. "If Spike can forgive her... I FORGIVE HER!!"

Luna Yells as well. "Equestria forgives you Twilight!!!!" All of the creatures and ponies of the world Forgive the Queen Twilight Sparkle. A Queen that doesn’t even deserve the forgiving hearts of all in this world. But now the elements have a chance to rescue Rainbow Cloud.

So much happened Shadow and I watched in the background like always we didn’t even do a thing but watch.

The entire town watched as the portal closed and the bubble of the elements left. They all look badly wounded from the attack with Twilight Sparkle but the only one who is not is Sugar Sparkle she stands up. "Help!!" She leaned down lifting Apple core and taking the three-legged mare to the tents. Pinkie Cake looks up.

"....I...I am half-blind..." Luna shoots a spell into her head causing her to fall asleep. Lifting her, taking her to the tents to get her wounds repaired. Luna turns to Twilight as the others are helped. Muffin and Savanna are covered in blaster burns. Charity's horn looks badly charred and burned. Twilight Sparkle helps claw with her daughter.

"M...M..." Claw gently stroked her head. "Shhh, it's okay Sun Sparkle your mother and I are here..." Twilight smiles at Claw getting her into a tent to repair her broken wings and the left foreleg. Rainbow Cloud is Lifted by Eight Legs. She weakly opens her eyes

"D...did we win?"

"For now my friend. It's now time for healing." He looks back at the elements that just calmly glow. As he knows the world is fully protected now by the elements. But he knows he will have to speak to them. He set the last mare down. letting the doctor do their work. Sugar Sparkle followed him along with Luna.

The former element's fully form looking at them. " Thank you, My friends. "The forgiveness element speaks. It's time for us to go now. We did what we could for you."

"But must you?" Sugar Sparkle asked. "We could learn so much from you.

"I wish we could stay Sugar but. After what we did to you, would you want us to?" Black Shell asked.

"No No I doubt it would be wise," Luna said. "Where would you go through?"

"Beyond the rim of the galaxy into the darkness between them. We would meet all those that we have lost before." Then before they leave.

"Rainbow Cloud she is dead!!" The elements look up.

"Then there is one thing we must do.." The elements float into the tent that Rainbow Cloud is in. They all placed their hands on her and she started to glow. She starts breathing again. "We gave her 20 years of our lives. That's all we can do." The forgiveness element says.

"So that means...she will die in 20 years?" Jigsaw asked.



After an hour everything is done and taken care of Shadow and I just stand there with Luna standing beside us. I glance up at Luna. I feel my brain is very burnt out from everything. I take a deep breath.

“Was it wise to even forgive her?”

Luna shrugs her shoulders.

“We will know sooner or later. How about you two head to your home and relax yourselves.”

I sigh nodding and heading to our home. Shadow is not far behind me. I glance back at her and she is silent and when she is silent I have a feeling she is unsure of what she is thinking. I do hope she will be happy. 

We go inside our homeland and lay in our bed. We lay there looking up at the ceiling. I just breathe calmly trying to understand and go through everything that happened. We watched our friends, the ones whose lives are so full of pain just because they’re the chosen ones.

“It seems like no matter what when the battle is over. We will lose everything. Twenty years from now will Equus still be alive? What about us what will happen to us?”

I look at Shadow. She is panicking a bit and I hug her tightly.

“We will see when it happens. Would you like to go to the new station when it’s built? It sounds like we will be staying in this solar system and only orbit our new world. So we don’t have to live up there unless we work overtime.”

Shadow sighs nodding.

“I agree. Do you think you would have an issue herding a stallion?”

I shrug my shoulders.

“As long as we find one who has no issue with me being half zebra.”

Shadow chuckles.

“I will make sure we find a stallion who can accept you.”

I nod I hold Shadow closer while she slowly sleeps and all I can think of is the future. What will happen to us in the future? Will this world still accept us after the world is over? Will Equss blow up? I am unsure, maybe in the future, we will know when the time comes
