Mothball was holding an ice cube with his magic while he was walking to Sugar Cube Corner. The whole family were sitting at tables. Screwball saw him and went up to him. "Uh, Mothy, why do you have an ice cube with you?", she asked.
"Since you and your dad do pranks, I'm thinking I should prank somepony.", Mothball said.
"Oh boy, prank time.", Discord said cheerfully. "So, what are you going to do?"
"I going to put this ice cube in somepony's mane.", Mothball answered.
"That's nice?", Discord said curiously. "Me and Screwy put squirting straws at Gem Stone and Rarity and we put a whoopee cushion on Pinkie Pie's seat."
"I've been thinking that I should put this in Twilight's mane.", Mothball said.
"OK, nopony pranked Twilight before.", Screwball said. "C'mon, give it a try."
Mothball levitated his ice cube over Twilight and sunk it into her mane. Twilight felt it and started panicking. "UHHHHHH MY MANE WHAT'S IN MY MANE?!", she screamed.
Mothball, Screwball, and Discord started laughing. "When Twilight has an ice cube in her mane, she freaks out and it's hilarious."
"SOMETHING'S IN MY MANE! GET IT OUT!", Twilight screamed.
"Twilight, hold still, let me look.", Spike said. He searched around Twilight's mane and found the ice cube. "It was an ice cube all along."
"Who put a ice cube in my mane?!", Twilight asked shocked.
"I did.", Mothball laughed cheekily. Twilight grabbed the ice cube and threw it in Mothball's face. "Hey."
"That wasn't funny.", Twilight chuffed.
"Hey, it was only a prank, he wasn't trying to hurt anypony.", Discord said defending the changeling boy.
"He put something cold in my mane.", Twilight scowled.
"I'm afraid she's right, Discord.", Spike said. Mothball snuck a whoopee cushion from behind him and placed it on Spike's seat. Spike walked to his seat. "I know a prank could be funny, but, it won't be if--." And then the farting began as he sat down.
Mothball and Screwball started laughing again. "Classic.", Screwball remarked.
"Actually, no it wasn't.", Spike said.
"Look, Sugar cube, I know it could be funny to prank somepony.", Applejack said. "But, nopony will think it's funny, unless the pranked pony is laughing."
Mothball rolled his eyes. "Whatever, but, I'll still be around to prank you guys.", he said. He flew away into sky.
"He hasn't learned his lesson, has he?", Cherry asked.
"I want to be honest, Cherry, that boy should've put that ice cube in your mother's mane, because she loves being pranked.", Red said.
"Guys, I know pranking could be a little fun, but who knows how many pranks that boy can cause.", Fluttershy said.
Rainbow Dash and Soarin were going on a walk in Ponyville, then they found a tin can. "What do you think is in it?", Soarin asked.
"I don't know.", Rainbow Dash said.
The lip snapped off and snakes flew into Rainbow Dash and Soarin's faces. They screamed as they fell on the ground. Mothball hovered over them and laughed. "Got you two.", he said.
Spike was designing a hat for Applejack, he was adding sunflowers to it. He found a spot on the bottom of the hat, he left to grab a towel. Mothball snuck out of a cabinet, he grabbed a jar of jelly, opened it and put jam inside of the hat. Spike went back to the hat and wiped the spot off. The hat was finished. He picked it up and brought it to Applejack. "Honey, I have a gift for you.", he said as he showed the hat to his wife.
"You made this hat... for me?", Applejack asked.
"Yep.", Spike said.
"Aw, Spike, how sweet of you.", Applejack said as she puts on the hat causing the jelly to splat out and into her mane.
Spike scooped some of the jelly with his claws. "What the?", he said.
They both saw Mothball in the air snickering. "Got you two.", he laughed as he flew away.
Spike and Applejack glared at the changeling boy.
Rarity was in her boutique about to make another dress, she walked over to her sewing machine. She turned it on and it fell apart which it wasn't her sewing machine. It was a cake shaped like a sewing machine. She looked out the window and saw Mothball snickering.
"Got you.", Mothball laughed.
Rarity glared at the changeling boy.
Lightning Dash was waiting at a table for Aqua Fresh at Sugar Cube Corner. She saw her friend running to her. The younger white unicorn sat down on her seat, then she heard a farting noise. She looked at her seat and found a whoopee cushion, she grabbed it with her magic. They both saw Mothball snickering above them. "Got you two.", he laughed.
"Nope, he hasn't learned his lesson.", Lightning said.
Screwball was feeding a squirrel a nut. She turned and gasped, the squirrel ran away, her whole family were standing in front of her. "What's going on?", she asked.
"Are you part of the whole pranking thing, Screwy?", Thunder asked.
"Kind of.", the pink pony answered. "Why?"
"Because, it needs to stop.", Apple Blossom said.
"What, why?", Screwball asked. "Anypony should deserve a good prank, besides Mothy got me."
Screwball was in her room walking over to her closet. She opens it and sees a pony with a no-face mask jumping on her scaring her. The pony removes his mask and reveals his face, it was Mothball. She giggled as she looked at his face.
"He got me good."
"I vote we prank him back.", Cinnamon Roll suggested.
"Prank him back?", Screwball said. "I don't know about that. Daddy, why didn't you stop them?"
"I tried, they won't listen.", Discord said.
"Screwy, trust us, this prank will make him learn his lesson.", Cinnamon Stick said.
Screwball sighed. "Alright.", she said. "But, I don't have a good feeling about this."
"What should we do?", Thunder asked. Mothball snuck out of the bushes and levitated an ice cube over his head. "Let's try to make it cold as a..." Then, the ice cube fell in his mane. "...ice cube!" He started jumping around as the ice cube melted in his mane.
The changeling boy ran into Sugar Cube Corner.
He tilted his head and the ice cube fell out. He scowled. "This is the last darn straw.", he said.
"I saw him go into Sugar Cube Corner, I saw the hang a bucket of water near the door, and when he opens it, the bucket will tip over and pours on him.", Soarin said.
"I down for that.", Pinkie Pie said. She grabbed a bucket out of her tail and filled it with water.
Rarity used her magic to hang it by the door. "How are we going to get him out?", Rarity asked.
"I'll tell him, but, through the window.", Screwball said. She went over to the window and opened it, she leaned in. "Hey, Mothy, we have a surprise for you outside."
"That's nice.", Mothball said. "But, why are peeking in the window but not the door?"
"I didn't want you to peek behind me.", Screwball said.
"That's a good point.", Mothball said as he opened the door a little bit. He opened the door all the way, the bucket tipped over and water poured on him. He got wet and screamed.
The whole family started laughing. "We got you good.", Cherry laughed.
"Oh, it's so cold.", Mothball said as the water dripped off his body. "What was that for?"
"That's what you get for pranking us so much.", Blueberry laughed.
"Is this a prank, is this all your idea?", Mothball asked.
"It sure is.", Raspberry laughed. "Just to teach you a lesson."
"So, this was a prank to teach me a lesson?", Mothball asked. "About what?"
"What happened today.", Gem Stone said.
"What do you mean what-- Oh, I see what's going on.", Mothball said. "So, you guys did this because I pranked you all too much?"
"Yes, it's okay to prank somepony if they liked being pranked and thinks it's funny, but, it isn't if it's mean.", Twilight said explaining the lesson.
"I guess I didn't listen if you wanted me to stop pranking.", Mothball said feeling guilty. "I'm sorry, everypony. Can you all forgive me?"
"Of we do, Darling.", Rarity said.
"I guess you finally learned your lesson.", Aqua Fresh said.
"And you all pulled a very good prank.", Mothball remarked.
"We sure did.", Pinkie said.
"Well, everypony, clear the street.", Fluttershy said.
Mothball snuck to a huge ice cube covered by a towel. The cinnamon siblings, the wonderbolt twins, the tripies, and Screwball went over to him. "Mothy, what are you doing?", Screwy asked. "We thought you learned your lesson."
"I know, but, I'm going to pull my last prank on Discord.", Mothball whispered. "I want to get him back after the electrocution on me. So, I'm making him sit on this giant ice cube."
"Hmm, I'm sure he'll love it.", Thunder whispered.
"I'm sure he will.", Mothball said. "Hey, Discord, come over here and have a seat."
Discord went over to his seat. "Why thank you, I really needed it.", he said.
Mothball removed the towel before Discord sits on it. "Uh... Mothball, is it just me or this seat cold as an ICE CUBE!" He jumped off, started screaming, and ran around the street like a chicken.
Mothball started cracking up. The others started laughing as well as the draconequus runs around with a cold butt.
