On a particularly nice day, Sour Sweet was walking down the hallway of Canterlot High and was making it to her locker. She's a... complicated girl. She has mood-swings that cause her to flip between two personalities: kind and "sweet" or "sour" and condescending. It's a condition that she personally doesn't like, made evident when people say hello to Sour Sweet as she walk.

"Hi Sour Sweet."

"Hey... whoever you are?"

"What's up Sour? How are ya doin'?"

"Oh I'm fine But Don't Call Me Sour!"

"Hey, would mind signing our petition to get more books for our library?"

"Sure, why not? It isn't like anybody would read any of them."

To the people she just talked to, they were left shocked and a bit appalled. However, they know about Sour Sweet's condition and try not to get too offended over it. But for Sour Sweet, she felt ashamed and upset with herself over it. She try suppress these insecurities for now and work on her issues later.

When Sour Sweet got to her locker, she open it up and began freshen up. She look at the mirror on her locker door, see parts on her face where the make-up is starting to fade and reapply it. Once she was done, she see herself in the mirror and thought she was beautiful. Sour Sweet was so happy with herself, she almost forgot what she was upset.

But once she was done at her locker, Sour Sweet suddenly heard some commotion. She looked at the far end of the hall and she spotted a small kitten running away. It took her a bit for her to see it, but when she does, she realize something.

"Wait a minute... That's My Cat!"

Sour Sweet left her locker and instantly chased after it. When other people saw a cat running down the hall, they were so bewildered that they didn't try to imped or catch it (much to Sour Sweet's annoyance). Sour Sweet give it everything that she got to try catch up and catch it, but the tiny kitten was too fast for her.

And then something happened. As soon as the kitten ran pass her office, Vice Principal Luna step out of it. Sour Sweet saw her but was going too fast to slow down or avoid. As Luna was wondering was what just run pass her office, Sour Sweet collided into her and both women fell down to the floor. Both of them reeled and recover from the sudden collision on the ground as they try to make out what happened.

"Augh... No running in the hall" Luna angrily tells Sour Sweet.

"I know that" Sour Sweet angrily replied. "I just forgot that rule as I was chasing my cat!"

As she was picking herself up, Luna asks "Why is cat here at school?"

"That is what I would like to know."

Once both Luna and Sour Sweet was up and onto their feet, another voice appears behind them.

"Whiskers!"

When they look behind them, they notice a young freshmen girl running towards them. She was slightly shorter then Sour Sweet and yet also look strikingly similar to her. Pinkish and purple hair, same skin tone and same brand of clothing. It took Luna a minute but Sour Sweet instantly recognize her.

"Cherry Sweet!" Sour Sweet yell in surprise.

Cherry Sweet in Sour's younger sister. She goes to Canterlot, the same as her sister, but of course is a few grades behind. It's not hard for people to tell that they are related but there is one key difference that they like to point out. While Sour Sweet is sweet 50% of the time, Cherry Sweet is always pure and sickeningly sweet 100% of the time.

Cherry run into her sister arms and began crying onto her shirt. While others would consider this sweet and heart-warming, Sour didn't like it that she was dampening her favourite shirt.

"Sour" Cherry Sweet cried.

Not wanting her sister to be like this, Sour Sweet got her to break away and tells her "Cherry, calm down." It took her a minute, but Cherry calm herself down enough to speak properly. "Ok. Why did you brought Whiskers with you to school."

After she compose herself, Cherry explains "Well it's show n' tell day at Cheerilee's class today and I thought I could show everyone Whiskers. Everyone loved him, but Spicy Coat says...


"Wow Cherry. Your cat is really cool"

"Thanks, I know."

"Want to know what would be really cool? If you take him out of his cage!"

"What! I... I don't know?"

"Oh Calm On! Just for a little bit?"

"Hmm... Ok, but just for a moment."

"Cool!"

"Come on Whiskers. My friends want to meet you."

"YOWL!!"



"And after Spicy scared him, he ran out of the classroom."

When she heard the story, Sour Sweet built up so much rage that she could barely contain it. She had to face away from her sister just so she can hide her agonizingly angry expression. This cause Cherry to ask her "Are you mad at me?"

"What! No! she replied, trying to hold back her anger. "I'm just... worried about Whiskers safety, that's all. Which I Haven't Have To Do By The Way If You Hadn't Brought Him To School!"

When Sour Sweet realize that she let her anger came loose, she saw Cherry almost starting to cry again. Not wanting that to happen, she put on her friendly persona again and tells her "No-no-no! Don't cry. We'll get him back, I promise." Even though she is still very upset, at least Cherry felt reassured to her older sister's promise.

But when it shown that Cherry wasn't about to cry, Luna got their attention. "Well that is all well and good that you learned you lesson ladies, but we got a problem. We have got an inspector from the school board coming in today to examine us and if he sees that we have a feline running around on our premises, I don't know how he will react."

Seeing her vice principal looking cross, a frighten Sour Sweet tells her "Don't worry Vice Principal Luna. I'll get him back before the inspector arrive."

Luna was understandably hesitant. But after she though about it, she sighed and says "Ok. Since this is your pet, I'm sure you would know how to retrieve him."

"Hehe... Yeah."

"Ok then. I'm giving you permission to exclude yourself from class so you can capture him."

As Luna begin to walk off, Cherry began to feel a bit more happy now that her sister is on the case. However, Sour Sweet had a nervous expression on her face that she does not like to explain.

Several minutes has passed and Sour Sweet was scouring the halls in search for Whiskers. Unfortunately, she was having absolutely no luck. After everyone else have left the hallway, Sour Sweet couldn't find anything else besides dust and absence. But as she was getting frustrated, she suddenly began hearing noises coming from the cafeteria. Hoping that somebody might have found a cat, Sour went over and investigate.

When she arrive at the cafeteria, she saw a large crowd of students surrounding themselves around the serving area. They weren't getting food or anything but instead peering into the kitchen to see something. As Sour Sweet was wondering what they were doing, she suddenly spot Lemon Zest being a part of the crowd.

"Hey Lemon Zest!"

Lemon looked around when she heard her name being called. When she saw Sour Sweet, she became happy to see her. "Oh! Hi Sour Sweet!"

When she got up beside her, Sour Sweet ask her "What's going on here?"

Lemon explain and reveals "A tiny black cat came in her and ran into the kitchen."

Lemon continue to speak but Sour Sweet had heard everything that she needed to hear. She move in and getting towards the front of the crowd and push anybody who got in her way. She then jump over the large serving area that connects the cafeteria to the kitchen. There, she saw a couple of school chef bending over and looking under one of their machines. Despite the insistence of head chef (Donut) Joe, Sour went over and saw that Whiskers was indeed under there.

Sour Sweet was relieved that she found her pet, but soon realize that Whiskers is frighten and wasn't coming out. "Ok Whiskers. Come out" she softly calls to him. However, it didn't work and he wasn't moving an inch. She try again. "Come on and come over her. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come on. Come On! COME ON!" But as she was getting louder and louder, more frighten Whisker became and move further way.

Right when she was about to scream and moan, a voice speaks to her. "Dude. That isn't how you call a cat." When she look, Sour Sweet saw Lemon Zest standing beside her.

Annoyed, she asks "Really!? That What Am I Doing Wrong!?"

"Simple" she replied. "You're speaking to it as a human. Try speaking to it as a cat."

When Sour Sweet became confused and even more annoyed, Lemon pull her to one side and took her place. She bend down and stick her hand under the machine.

"Meow-Meow!" Lemon Zest meowed. "Meow-Meow! Meow-Meow-Meow Meow Meow-Meow!"

Sour Sweet was perplexed and believe Lemon Zest is being her airheaded self. However, before she could say it isn't going to work, Whisker's head popped out from under the machine. As Lemon was petting and stroking it, Sour was amazed that it actually worked.

"How did you...?"

"Like I said. Speak to it like a cat."

Lemon Zest then shifted her body a little bit so Sour Sweet could get at him. But as she as she kneel down and try to grab him, Whisker saw her and instantly ran off. Everyone, including Lemon Zest and Sour Sweet, was left stunned and the kitten managed to escape out of the cafeteria. Enraged, Sour Sweet chased after it again.

Sour Sweet chased after her cat into the hall but it didn't take long to loose sight of it again. She looked around every corner and there was no small kitten in sight. All of this stress was chipping away at Sour Sweet's already fragile nerves.

But as she was scanning the halls again, another familiar voice spoke to her.

"Looking for someone Sour Sweet?"

Sour Sweet jumped and let out a quick "Ah!" to her surprise. When she turn around, she became relieved to see that it was Sunny Flare. "Oh! It just you Sunny Flare." After composing herself, she explains what's going on. "My darling little sister brought our cat into school and then she let it out and I have to find her!"

After hearing that, Sunny began to stop and think. This was a good thing for Sour Sweet because she know that Sunny is one of the smartest girls at Canterlot. But when she reveal her conclusion, she became unexpectedly confused.

"Looks to me that you need nepeta cataria" Sunny Flare says to her.

"Um, ok, but there is one small problem: I don't know what nepeta cataria is or how to get it!"

Sunny Flare smirks and explains to her "It's catnip."

Sour Sweet was stunned. She thought that would be something that she would know for some reason. Regardless, she remain to be angry and ask her: "Ok, but how do we get some?"

But as soon as she ask that, Sunny Flare pull something out of her pocket and reveals that she has some catnip on her. "Lucky for you, I just came from ecology class." Sour Sweet was left stunned again as she was surprised that she has some.

With the catnip by her side, Sunny Flare left Sour and began walking around the hall. As she turn the corner, Sour Sweet was left questioning if it going to work. And then she heard a cat meow. When Sunny Flare came back around, Whiskers was with her and was trying to get at the catnip. Sour Sweet was shocked but soon became overjoyed.

"Yes! It Worked!" she yelled in excitement.

But as soon as Whiskers saw her, it instantly break the catnip's trance and ran away. Sunny Flare was shocked as she thought no cat would run away from catnip. Meanwhile, Sour Sweet became just as angry as before and scream louder.

"AARRGH!"

Later, Sour Sweet frantically search up and down the hall. Thanks to Sunny Flares guidance, she was searching down the hallway that leads down the gym. She was doubtful that Whiskers would be in the gym but she is becoming more and more desperate as time goes on.

And then, as soon as she got near the gym, she heard Indigo Zap's voice yelling out from inside.

"Wow dude! Look at this!"

Not questioning anything, Sour Sweet ran over and check what's what's going on. Inside, she saw what appears to be a gym class. Everyone was in their gym, tennis nets appear all across the room and everyone have tennis rackets. It seem like everybody was playing indoor but it also appears that the lesson was interrupted. Out in the centre of the room, the students was standing around Whiskers as they watch him playing joyfully with a tennis ball. Everyone was enamoured with the cute scene as even Indigo wasn't interfering.

"GRAB IT!!!"

Sour Sweet yelled and her loud voice echoed in the large hall. It was so loud and echoey, it was ringing in everybody's ear and it startled Whiskers. It try to run away but Sour Sweet blocked the exit. She then chased after it and they ran up and around the gym. Sour almost about to grab him... until she run into one of the tennis net. She got tangled up and soon fell over and onto the ground. She try to get up but arms and legs was connived within the tangled up net. The only thing that Sour Sweet could do was wiggle and watch Whiskers escape out of the gym.

Shocked seeing her friend be tangled up, Indigo Zap rushes over and help her. She freed Sour Sweet and help her onto her feet. "Wow Sour Sweet. Are you ok?"

However, after everything that happened today, an infuriated Sour Sweet yell at everybody in the room "WHY CAN'T ANYBODY GRAB THAT BLINKING CAT!

Several moments later, Sugar Coat was strutting down the hall and was rushing towards her friends. She had got word of the cat running about her school as well as Sour Sweet who is pulling her hair out trying to catch it. However, Sugar Coat was more focus on finding her friends and see how she can help.

Eventually, she found all of her friends standing in the main hallway. Everyone was standing around and trying help Sour Sweet as she was having a nervous break down. When they notice Sugar Coat arrival, they all became happy to see her.

"Hey Sugar Coat!" greeted Lemon Coat.

"Hey, I got your text."

"Good" Sunny Flare responded. "Apparently, Cherry brought their cat into school and..."

But before she could finish, Sugar Coat interrupts her and says "That's ok. I already got word that my sister was responsible for all of this. I just want to know how Sour Sweet is doing?"

"Not so good" Sunny explained.

When she finally have a look at Sour, she could see that she was really feeling stressed and angry. Indigo try her best to help and calm her down but it isn't doing much. Sour Sweet was shaking, clenching her head and looking like she is about to explode.

"Sour Sweet?" Sugar asked cautiously.

When she heard her, Sour Sweet instantly shot her gaze at Sugar Coat with a crazy look. Filled with desperation, she run up, grab her sides and begs "Sugar Coat! Please Tell Me How To Catch This Cat!"

After pulling away from the grab, Sugar Coat sternly tells her "Sour Sweet! Calm Down! This is your cat! You must know how to deal with it."

"I CAN'T" Sour cry out.

And then, after all of the stress and pressure have finally gotten to her, Sour Sweet finally breaks down. No longer feeling angry or happy, she fall down into a self-depression and just became filled with sadness. She look away from her friends who all was worried as she finally confesses something.

"I don't know how to deal with Whiskers. She's Cherry's pet, not mine. Even at home, he always try to avoid me. Every time I get near it, he... just detects my dark side. He scared of me and always run away."

"Sour... No..." Sunny Flare softly replied. "You... don't have a dark side."

"But I do" Sour Sweet cried back. "My mood-swings always caused me problems. No matter how hard I try, I always say nasty stuff to people and condensed them. I'm... terrible."

Sour Sweet went towards some nearby stairs and began wallow in depression. Her friends around her empathise and feel sad for her. They may not know what is exactly feel like, but they know it must be painfully hard not being able to control what you say. Not wanting Sour Sweet to be like this, they all went over and try to comfort her.

Once they all sat around her, Indigo Zap tells her "Don't be sad Sour Sweet. We still with you."

Sugar Coat then tries to add "Yeah. Even though you say increasingly hurtful things that make people wonder why they would let you in..." But before she could finish, Lemon Zest flick her at the back of her head and indicate that she isn't helping.

But while Sour Sweet felt even more depress, Indigo try to change things around. "Look! See!? Even we do stuff that was don't want to do."

""Yeah, our impulses are a part of our psyche that none of us can completely control" Sunny Flare explained. "Sugar Coat makes blunt remarks, Lemon Zest constantly play her music loudly, Indigo Zap is really over competitive..."

"And you are a smarty-pants perfectionist" Lemon Zest cheekily pointed. While Sunny Flare takes offense to that, she try to let it slide to help Sour Sweet.

Sunny then asks her "So... do you hate us because of our impulses?"

"......... No?"

"And we don't hate you" Sunny warmly reply to her. "No matter what happens, we will always be there to support you."

Indigo then adds "Yeah, and if there's somebody who doesn't understand you, don't give up trying and they will come around.

Sour Sweet remained silent and her friends didn't know if they gotten through to her. But on the inside, she was severely touched. Hearing her friends confess their problems make her realize that she isn't alone. She thought she was gunna make tears of sadness went she sat on the stairs. But instead, Sour Sweet shed tears of happiness and tell her friends "Thanks you guys. I love all of you."

Overjoyed and touched, Sugar Coat replies "Thanks. We love you too." Everyone then got closer and share a one big group hug.

The moment was touching and was very appreciative. But after a moment or so of hugging, Lemon Zest suddenly heard a faint meow. Lemon looked over and was surprised to see Whisker who was walking towards them. After being surprised, she quickly come up with another way to help Sour Sweet.

Lemon Zest got the attention of Indigo, Sunny and Sugar Coat and show them of the approaching cat. When they soon got the same idea, They all began getting up and moved away from Sour Sweet. Sour Sweet was initially confused by this, but she soon felt something rubbing by her side. She look down and became shocked when she saw that it Whisker. When she look at it's little face, she saw an expression that tells that it came over and wanted to comfort her. Sour Sweet was shocked and didn't know what to do. But Sunny Flare then quickly pass her the catnip and silently indicate to her to play with it.

After a moment of hesitation, Sour Sweet picked it up and put it on her lap. She thought it would be scared and run away, but it didn't. It waited and wanted to be stroke. Sour Sweet then stroke it. She then began scratching on it's side until it started to purr. Sour Sweet became  elated that she got it to purr as she had never got it to do it for her before. As she let Whisker toy and play with the catnip, she became overjoyed that she finally bonding with it.

"Haha! I'm finally playing with it" she thought out loud.

Her friends was so happy for her that they almost cheer out loud. However, Sugar Coat stop and warn them that if they cheer, it might scare Whiskers and make it to run away again. But as they were feeling silly about themselves, another voice yelled out instead.

"YAY! You Finally Found Him!"

They all look down the stairs and they all saw Cherry Sweet looking happy to see Whiskers again. As she rushed over to her sister and pet, Sour Sweet tells her "I made a promise, didn't I?" Everyone then began to burst out into laughter and chuckles.

But then, Luna and another guy with a handlebar mustachio suddenly appear from another hallway.

"As you can see Mr. Magnet..."

"Oh please Luna, call me Steven."

"Ok um... Steven. Canterlot is in tiptop condition and all of our students love it here."

"Um..."

Luna and Steven froze as they saw a group of student right in front of them who was holding a cat. It was at that moment that Sour Sweet remembers something about a school inspector and realizes that he must be it. Embarrassed, Luna was quick to apologize.

"Mr. Magnet, I am so sorry. We had a cat running around our premises and..."

But Steven cheerfully interrupts "What! Don't be! I Love Cats!" As her went over towards them, Luna was left astonished.

"What's it's name?"

After awkwardly chuckling for a bit, Sour Sweet replies "His name is Whiskers."

"Well it's nice to meet you Whiskers."

But as Steven was just about to pet it, Whiskers pull back and began sniffing Steven's hands. It was either his hand moisturizer or his perfume, but there was something about his smell that Whiskers didn't like. And right when nobody didn't expect it, Whisker jump out of Sour Sweet's arms and ran away again.

Everyone was left speechless. They had worked so hard to get to this point. The stress, the different methods that they had to use, the emotional drama. All of that was put to waste as the now have to find the cat again. However, the teen girls and Cherry was more worried about Sour Sweet. She stood there stiff as a statue. Her eye was twitching, hands beginning to shake and her anger was reaching new heights that nobody thought imaginable.

Steven Magnet says to himself "Oh dear. Maybe I shouldn't had..."


"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!"

On a fairly sunny afternoon on the other side of town from Canterlot High, there sit it's rival school: Crystal Prep. It's a prestigious school were it produces top students. And because of that, it was given a larger then average size school grounds. However, despite having a large premises, the students and staff don't use all of it. On the very edge of the school's boundaries, there was a patch of trees that one would consider a small forest that rarely get visited. But right now, two Crystal' students; Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash enter this minuter forest.

As they pass the first set of trees, a small amount of nervousness was beginning to well up inside the girls. Not enough for them to be scared but enough for them to imagine snakes and dangerous bugs. Rainbow Dash kept telling herself that she doesn't get scared while Fluttershy kept her mind focus on the thing she is looking for.

But then all of a sudden, all of the birds above them suddenly began squawking and fly away. It caused both girls to jump as they were left wondering why all of them suddenly left.

"Hey, why are they swarming all of a sudden?" asked a confused Rainbow Dash.

"I don't know?" Fluttershy replies. "Maybe they heard something that we didn't? Some birds have excellent hearing you know."

"Really!? Well it must have been far away since I did hear a thing."

Once they were done being spooked, they pressed on and go deeper into the forest. The area wasn't that scary as it just a bit shadowy thanks to the trees. As they were walking, Rainbow Dash felt like asking another question.

"What are we doing in here anyway? From what I heard, a group of students got stung by a nest of hornets."

Fluttershy replies "Yes but I also hear that they found a grove of flowers and other animals that I just want to see."

Unintentionally letting her nervousness show, Rainbow Dash warns her "Ok, just don't get too carried away and be stung by a bee or something."

"Don't worry Rainbow Dash. I know how to take care of myself around animals."

They carry on walking for a bit without any luck. They zigzag around the tree and look around every corner. They hadn't found any animals or the grove yet but at least they also hadn't found the hornets nest. As they were coming up to the absolute edge, they thought this might have been a waste of time. But then, they have finally found something.

They found the large blue fence that separates the school from the rest of the world. However, they had also found the grove that they have been looking. Surrounded by trees, there was a whole bed full of flowers with a rainbow of colours. There were more flowers with different colours then the colours in Rainbow Dash's hair. And there was also a whole slew of animals animal. Squirrels, birds, butterflies, moles. They even found a bee nest that the other students had found. However, the branch that the bee nest was hanging on was so high, the only way they could mess with it is if they could throw a rock at it.

The girls was taken back. While Rainbow Dash was impressed by the scenery, Fluttershy felt like she was in an animal paradise. She was enamoured by all of the different animals, all of the different plants and all of the beautiful natural scenery. It was like a nature lover's dream. As she take her first soft steps into the place, Fluttershy was greeted by a butterfly that landed on her finger by the wind. As she focus on it, a breeze suddenly passes by and blew through her pink hair. As she was watching the scene, Rainbow Dash felt a small tingling feeling. If she was a guy, she might be developing a crush on Fluttershy.

"What do you think of this Rainbow?" Fluttershy asked. "Isn't this wonderful?"

"Yeah... this place does look kind of nice" Rainbow replied, trying her best to hide and surprise her blushing.

But while Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash was appreciating the scenery, they suddenly heard another feminine voice that was right behind them. "Indeed. Shame that it all have to go away."

Startled, Rainbow and Fluttershy look behind and was surprised to see Principal Abacus Cinch. Cinch is the strict principal of Crystal Prep who cares too much for the school's (and her's) reputation. And right behind them, there was a few burly men in bee suits with chainsaws and the stung student who was sulking at the back.

"Principal Cinch! What are you doing here?" Fluttershy asked her.

Cinch replies "I got a report that a student had got stung within this very area and I'm here to sorted it out."

"Sort it out how?" Rainbow Dash asked cautiously.

After fixing her glasses, she coldly answers "Simple; tear it down and clear the area."

Shocked and horrified, Fluttershy yells back "YOU CAN'T! This Area Is A Home To A Dozen Little Animals!"

However Abacus Cinch retorts "Precisely! These creatures are a hazard to the school and invaders to my private property."

"But these animals aren't hazardous Principal Cinch" Fluttershy argues. "They are just simple creatures that are just living their lives on the very edge of the school boundaries. People rarely ever come this far. How can they be a harm to anybody?" 

"One of your fellow students have been stung Fluttershy!"

"I would have you know that bees and other simular insects don't attack people unless provoked."

When their attention on them, the stung student move even further back and whistle to themselves. Despite trying to look more casual, he only looks more suspicious.

However, Principal Cinch ignore this and says back to her "Regardless, those buzzing beasties had harm one of my students while under my care. Can you imagine how that would speak to people about me and my school? So, to show that I am serious about my students well being, I have to make sure they would never come back again."

"But..."

"There's No Point Arguing With Me Fluttershy! These Bees Are On My Property So It's Within My Right To Get Rid Of Them!"

Fluttershy was angry but there isn't much she could do. She is but a student standing up her principal who was within her right to do this. However, go so far to destroy the whole grove... it's something that she can't sit by and let it happen. However, there isn't much she can do on her own.

But then, as Cinch was about to signal her two chainsaw men, Rainbow Dash suddenly notice something. "Actually Principal Cinch, you might have a problem with that" she call out to them.

Everyone look at Rainbow and see what she means. She was looking up at the bee hive. At first, they thought nothing was wrong. But as they look along the tree branch, they soon realize what Rainbow Dash meant. The tree branch that has the bee hive... was attached to a tree that was on the other side of the fence. The tree wasn't on Crystal Prep's property.

Rainbow Dash remarks "I don't about you but I think you might have to ask their permission to let you mess around with their tree."

Taken aback, Cinch replies "What! B-But it's just a few branches. I'm sure they would mind if..."

"Really? Would you mind if one of Crystal Prep's tree branches extend over their yard and they and they try to mess with it without your permission?"

"Well they wouldn't know."

"But we would... and we might be tempted to tell people."

Principal Cinch froze as Rainbow has just hit her with the double-standard. She knows that they are just buying time, but Rainbow Dash is trying to pull her strings, threat to expose her misconducts however small they may be. However, after considering it, she decides that it isn't too much of a waste of time.

Cinch says "Fine Rainbow Dash, I will get the approval of the neighbours. But when I do, I would expect you and Fluttershy to be gone when I get back."

Neither Rainbow or Fluttershy respond back to her besides giving her cold and angry stares. When Principal Cinch declare to her people that they are going back, they waited until they gone to let out their breaths.

"*sigh* Thanks Rainbow. I wouldn't know what I would have done without you" complemented Fluttershy.

"No biggie" Dash replied. "Still, what are we gunna do? She's the principal and she'd probably won't be in a talking mood when she get back."

After she said that, the girls starting to feel the pressure on their situation. Fluttershy look around and see all the squirrels and the birds. And as she look at their adorable faces, she felt sad about how Principal Cinch couldn't care less about them. "How can she do this to these animals? Tearing down their woods and evict them from their home."

Even though she is on Fluttershy's side, Rainbow felt like she had to play devil's advocate. "True, she maybe overreacting, but she does have that allergy to fur."

However, Fluttershy suddenly became a bit mad and says back to Rainbow "Actually, I don't think has an allergy. One day, I came to school one day with a lot a fur on my uniform and I didn't get so much as ONE SNIFFLE from Principal Cinch!"

"Really!" Rainbow Dash responded. However, as she was thinking about it, she found the fact not hard to believe. "A-Anyway, she's still our principal. What can we do?"

Fluttershy thought long and hard about it. She knows that Cinch can be a very stubborn person and it's very hard to change her mind. She couldn't come up with a solution herself, but she might know somebody who do.

"Hang on, I have a friend who might help."

Perplexed, Dash replies "What makes you think that Rarity, Applejack or Pinkie Pie might know how to solve this?" But as soon as she asked that, Fluttershy was already on her phone.

"Hello! Tree Hugger?"

Later, Dean Cadence (the vice principal of Crystal Prep) was at the front of the school and waiting for Abacus Cinch. When she did return from getting permission from the school's neighbour, Cadence asks her "So how did it go?"

"Well I must say, they were rather... uncivilized. He is one of those type of people who you'd expect to see at a meaningless protest or naturalist convention."

"But you did get his permission, no?"

"Well... as long no other being get harm by it, he gave us his permission to chop off his branch."

"Well... that's good" Cadence said softly. As her and Cinch was walking back to the grove, she says to her "I can understand getting rid off the bee's nest, but do we really have to get rid off all the wild life in the area?"

Appalled, Cinch replies "Of Course! Can you imagine what the parents or the school board might think if we let vermin scamper about on our school grounds?"

"Other schools has simular creatures on their school grounds and the school board didn't have a problem with them."

"Yes, but Crystal Prep isn't like any other school. We Have Prestige! We Have A Reputation! We Have..."

Cadence stop hearing the rest of the explanation. She could see she isn't gunna listen to reason and making up whatever excuse she want. Cadence want to do something to change her mind, but she knows when Cinch is being unreasonable.

But as Cinch and Cadence was heading back to the grove, they caught a glimpse of a student running into the trees. They couldn't tell if they were seeing things or not, but Cinch was having a bid feeling. And as they enter the tiny woods, the principals slowly began hearing banging and tapping. These sound unsettle the principals and caused them to walk faster. And when they finally arrived at the grove, they were quite surprised what they saw.

Fluttershy had amassed a whole group of Crystal Prep students and was having them build a fence around the grove. They were hammering down posts onto the ground, thread wire through them and put up signs. The signs say stuff like "Animal Sanctuary", "Warning! Bee Hive!" and "Don't Letter Or Harm The Animals". It wasn't exactly finished, but they must have worked extra hard and quickly to get the principals to become speechless.

However, the first person they see was Fluttershy who was spearheading the group. With a clipboard in hand, she was ordering students on where to put the posts and how to treat the nearby animals. Her friends was also assisting her but Fluttershy was the one who's giving orders. She was the one in charge and also the focus on Cinch's anger.

"Fluttershy! What Are You Doing!"

Fluttershy turn around with surprise when she heard Principal's Cinch's voice, but she wasn't gunna let her show her scared face.

"We are building a fence that will separate this area from the rest of the school" Fluttershy explains. "This way, nobody will be stung by any bees and nobody have to be worried about anything."

While Cinch felt much distain towards Fluttershy, Dean Cadence was honestly quite impressed. She could see that she has much care for the animals and looked for a solution that would make everybody happy. While it still need a bit more planning to keep people away, she is happy to assist that.

"Wow Fluttershy. This is..."

"Unacceptable!" Cinch cried out. 

With a loud burst, Cinch shook everybody who was around. Animals run away in fear while the students just stood and stare at their principal. She was becoming as scary and intimidating as she known for.

"I Did Not Authorized Any Of This! I Want All Of These Animals Gone, Not To Put Up A Wall! I Want All Of This To Be Put Away Right And All Of You To Leave Before These Woods Gets Torn Down!"

With a loud authority, Cinch had captivate everyone in fear. They were honestly afraid enough to do what she said and pack everything up. However, Fluttershy was not deterred. In fact, she became angry herself. Cinch's lack of care for other animals was boiling her pot of anger and she can not stand for this.

"I Can't Believe This!" Fluttershy yelled. "What It Is With You And Hating Animals So Much!?"

Cinch says back at Fluttershy "I don't hate animals Fluttershy, I just can't stand them being at my school."

"Well These Small Woods Are Their Home And You Have No Right To Tear Them Down!"

"I Have The Right To Do Whatever I Want Within My Property!"

"So Why Can't You... LEAVE THEM ALONE!!!"

Like a bomb, Fluttershy's voice shot out like an explosion and echoed into the woods. It even scared the birds that was frighten before. Fluttershy's friends and everybody else was left surprised. They never imagined that Fluttershy could be so loud. Principal Cinch was shocked as well but she stood her ground against Fluttershy. But as she get into a staring match against her, she found that her willpower being sapped. Just something about Fluttershy's eyes, her "stare", it slowly over power her. 

But as Cinch was slowly losing to Fluttershy...

"Fluttershy!? Is That You!?"

Everyone was startled as an unrecognized voice came out of nowhere. They all look around but couldn't see anybody else on the ground.

"Dudes, like, I'm over here."

Hearing again, they all look towards the fence. And above over the top, they all saw a new girl that most of them haven't saw before. She has light green skin, bright hair that was dreadlocks and the only piece of clothing that they could see was a yellow bandana with flowers on them. Everyone was wondering who she is, but Fluttershy instantly recognized her right away.

"Tree Hugger! You Live Next Door!" yelled Fluttershy in surprised.

"Wow! What a play of cosmic coincidence" Tree Hugger replied. "So is this the mini animal utopia that you told me about?"

Confused and upset, Principal Cinch asks "Fluttershy! Who is she?"

Fluttershy turn to her and proudly explains "She's Tree Hugger and she's a junior member of S.E.Q (State of EQuestria) wild life committee."

"How's it hanging?"

Cinch taken aback. While she know about the committee, she refused to believe that such a girl would be a part of it and assumes that Fluttershy is lying. However, as she was about to call her out on it, Tree Hugger shows off her committee membership card. Cinch could believe it but it was real.

Pretending to be nice, Principal Cinch says to Tree Hugger "Well there's nothing to see here Miss Hugger. I have already gotten permission from you farther to get rid off that bee hive."

"This Bee Hive?" asked Tree Hugger as she place her arm on the branch.

"Yes."

Tree Hugger stopped and paused. She look around the general and asses the situation for her self. She look at the hive, the trees, the flowers, the butterflies and everything else in the area. They could tell that she was thinking but not sure what. Eventually, when she made up her mind, she tell Principal Cinch

"Sorry, no can do. I can't let you get rid off this hive of buzzers n' honey."

Upset, Cinch yells "What! Why Not!"

"See those fluttering flyers of there?" When everyone look down and see the butterflies on the flowers, Tree Hugger reveals that "Those are actually an endangered species."

Everyone became surprised but Cinch was the one to yell out "WHAT!"

Tree Hugger explain "Their wings can't flap properly to allow them to fly. Instead, they have to rely on the gentle breeze to get them where they need to go. Those flowers there are their main and only source of nutrition and natural goodness. If you take away this tree hive, the flowers will eventually die out and it will be a bummer for the butterflies."

"But... I got permission from your father!?"

"Yeah Dad! Did You Give Her Permission To Do This!?"

"Absolutely Not My Little Flower Sprout! I Said As Long No Other Being Get Hurt, I'd Be Ok With It! But Since It Would Harm The Breezie-flies, Then That's A No-No!"

"Sorry."

With that, it felt like Principal Cinch had lost all of her power over the situation. The students look back at her with smug faces and felt confident over their victory. Fluttershy was just happy that the animals would be safe now. Meanwhile, Cinch's anger was rising through the roof in her mind. If she scream in anger, her voice could be heard over at Canterlot High. However, she's a woman with much self control and tries her best to keep her composer.

"Fine, you win Fluttershy" she begrudgingly states. But as she was about to leave, she turn back in anger and says "But know that you or anybody who step foot here won't get off scot-free!"

After she said that and left, everyone knew that Cinch is gunna punish them later. But they don't care. Some were happy that she didn't got what she wanted while others were glad that the animals will be ok. For Fluttershy and her friends, it's the latter.

"YEAH!" everyone shouted cheerfully (much to Cinch's dismay.

An hour or so later, the fence was finally be put in place around the grove. There's enough signs to warn people about the bee hive and it doesn't impede any of the wild life. As Fluttershy and friends look over their handiwork, they felt there's one more thing missing: a name. After pondering it for a bit, they figure out a perfect name for the place.

Fluttershy puts up one last sign that says "Breezie Meadow."

But while everybody was feeling happy about the occasion, Rarity notice that Pinkie was looking perplexed and deep in thought. Concerned, Rarity asks her "What the matter Pinkie?"

"Eh... Nothing much. Just suddenly reminded about an old dream I had."

"Really? Do ya remember what it was about?" Applejack asked curiously.

After thinking hard for a bit, Pinkie Pie told them "Well we all was at Applejack's farm... something about fruit bats and a giant apple... there was one other person I can't put my finger on... OH! And Fluttershy was a vampire!"

"WHAT!" Fluttershy responded.
