Twilight Sparkle is gone and 3 years later an army of robots have attacked Equestria in an attempt to take it over. An army of merciless machines vs the ponies of Equestria who 's gonna win.
Twilight Sparkle the element of magic and the personal student of Princess Celestia gone. 3 years have passed 3 years since she was hurt and abandon by her friends who have regretted treating her that way everyday since then. Now an army of robots known as Treble wish to concur Equestria and are the ones that have taken her and her friends must get her back. But this is not just a battle of Twilight's friends this will a fight all of Equestria will be involved in.
Equestria the land of harmony where many ponies live in peace, but not after today an army of merciless machines have invaded. Ponyville was able to defeat their invaders but was in shock of the fact that the robots had Twilight. They also wondered about the robots attacking other parts of Equestria. In fact the robots were attacking other parts of Equestria and some parts were doing better than others. Appleloosa had defeated almost all of the robots attacking them but still had a hoofful of robots to fight as well as 1 or 2 fires to put out.
Braeburn and several other ponies were fought as a group against a rather nasty robot known as FireMan.EXE.
"Keep it up everypony we can't let this robot anywhere near the apple trees," Braeburn said to the others.
"What about the others robot still running around?" One of the other ponies asked.
"Sheriff Silverstar is leading some other ponies to deal with them," Braeburn answered, he then charged right at FireMan.EXE and bucked him in the chest but it didn't seem to do much damage. FireMan.EXE tried to counter attack but Braeburn dodged the fire. "Sheesh that didn't even slow him down," Braeburn said catching his breath.
"We need a plan Braeburn," said another pony in the group.
"Well that's good," Braeburn replied noticing that his last attack made a bit of a dent. "Because I got one follow me!" Braeburn then charged at FireMan.EXE and the others followed but he created a fire aura. "Scatter!" The ponies didn't even question it and did as Braeburn said to avoid the fire.
"Now what?"
"Keep running around it but not too close and get together when I say so!" Following Braeburn's command the ponies ran around the machine. FireMan.EXE couldn't keep track of all the ponies running around it and when the fire around it's body finally vanished Braeburn called them all together. "Aim for the dent!" In the confusion FireMan.EXE didn't have time to react as all the ponies bucked him right in the dent and the combined attack almost broke him.
"All right it worked!" Braeburn said as the dent almost became a hole right through his chest "We got him on the ropes!" FireMan.EXE then planted his feet and blasted and a fireball into the air.
"What's it doing?"
"SCATTER!" Braeburn yelled once again and the ponies did just that allowing to dodge the attack and another that followed. "The fire is getting closer to the apple trees we gotta stop it now." As the group was about to charge it again they noticed other robots that came around FireMan.EXE.
"Where did they come from?"
"These robots were some of the ones Sheriff Silverstar was fighting," Braeburn answered.
"Now what? The fire one was bad enough."
"We might need to get some help of our own." Suddenly the ground started to rumble a bit and before the robots knew it they were all smashed as the buffalo stampeded into the Appleloosa. As the buffalo stopped Sheriff Silverstar and other ponies found them and Braeburn's group.
"Braeburn are you okay?" Sheriff Silverstar asked.
"Yeah sheriff, we're fine."
"That's good some robots got away from us and we were worried they'd get to you."
"We're fine the buffalo came here and took care of the robots."
"Actually that was my next question Chief Thunderhooves why are you here not that I'm not ungrateful or anything?"
"We sensed a disturbance," Chief Thunderhooves answered.
"That and we saw the smoke from the fires," Little Strongheart added.
"Well thanks for crushing the fire robot and his friends."
"Perhaps you can help us somehow I'm going to Canterlot to tell the royal pony sisters about this and I'd like you to come with us in case there are more robots out there."
"Should I come too sheriff?"
"No Braeburn, you and my deputies should stay here and help the injured and repair and the damage most of which done by that fire bot."
"We find that to be a good idea we may not see smoke from other places but we sense other disturbances. This may very well be an Equestria wide problem," Chief Thunderhooves replied.
"For ponies sake all over I hope that's not true," the sheriff said as he ran toward Canterlot as the buffalo followed. They passed not only Ponyville but also Dodge Junction that like other places were under attack. Since Dodge Junction was smaller than other towns the number of attacking robots were smaller as well.
"I just don't get why these things are doing this but I won't stand for this kind of behavior. And I especially won't let it go unpunished," said an earth pony that went by the name of Cherry Jubilee. Who was with with several other ponies that lived in Dodge Junction and also helped her with her work as they fought a robot named WoodMan.EXE.
"I think this is the last one the others either got broke or ran off," one of Cherry's workers said. WoodMan.EXE then summoned several logs that were rolled at the ponies and wooded spikes that came out of the ground. Before long the ponies were knocked out or injured and when he saw backup arriving WoodMan.EXE decided to stop fighting for now and picked up the knocked out ponies before running off. After leaving Dodge Junction WoodMan.EXE ran into 3 other powerful robot that attacked other parts of Equestria. From Manehattan SharkMan.EXE
the robots he lead suffered heavy casualties but several handfuls made it out with ponies bound and gagged, from Fillydelphia StoneMan.EXE
half of the robots he lead were defeated but the other half himself included captured a lot of ponies, and from Baltimare SkullMan.EXE
he captured many ponies and left the city in ruin with almost all of the robots he lead.
"Were those the only ponies you were able to capture?" SkullMan.EXE asked.
"And are you the only robot that made it out?" SharkMan.EXE asked.
"Gok Gokgok Gok?" (And weren't you sent to one of the smaller towns?) Asked StoneMan.EXE.
"If all those are the case we should get going before other ponies from there show up we all sort have are hands full," SkullMan.EXE said.
"Yeah you have a point there let's get going," SharkMan.EXE said.
"Gok Gok Gok?" (If a captured pony falls off the top of me can one of you grab it and put it back on?) " StoneMan.EXE asked.
"We all have our hands full," SharkMan.EXE said somewhat mad. "If that happens you'll just have to help yourself."
"Gok Gok," (Fine see if I help you,) StoneMan.EXE said mad himself. The robots then went to their lair together and managed to avoid any other ponies meanwhile on the other side of Equestria the cities of Los Pegasus and Vanhoover were attacked as well. The attack on Los Pegasus was lead by BombMan.EXE
and the attack on Vanhoover was lead by ClockMan.EXE.
Much like SkullMan.EXE they did a lot of damage to the cities they attacked with many captured ponies and few defeated robots. Equestria had taken much damage but quite a few ponies were able to put up a fight.
From Cloudsdale the robots were barely able to do any damage mostly due to the fact the place was made of clouds. While some ponies were hurt none were taken and the Wonderbolts lead the fight against the machines. Only ColorMan.EXE and a handful of robots were able to escape.
Meanwhile both Canterlot and the Crystal Empire where dealing with robots lead by 2 robot masters. At the Crystal Empire the royal couple had their hooves full because each one was fighting the robot masters directly. Princess Cadence was fighting with the robot master known as Pharaoh Man.EXE.
"The Crystal Empire will not fall tonight!" Princess Cadence said to her opponent.
"We'll see about that," Pharaoh Man.EXE said, he then summoned several coffins that each fired lasers at Cadence who created a barrier to protect herself. She then fired magical beams at Pharaoh Man.EXE who dodged them with no problem. "You'll have to do better than that."
"I plan to." Cadence then used her magic to summon crystals around Pharaoh Man.EXE to make it harder for him to dodge then fired a stronger magic beam that hit him dead on and forced him to the ground. Pharaoh Man.EXE got himself back up and floated above the crystals.
"So you can do better but so can I." Pharaoh Man.EXE then summoned a statue of Anubis and suddenly Cadence felt pain and even fell down.
"What did you do?' Cadence asked.
"Poison Anubis," Pharaoh Man.EXE answered. "It's a way to hurt my enemies indirectly." Fighting the poison Cadence got back up and fired another beam that hit Pharaoh Man.EXE and slammed him into the crystal she made earlier. "That one did some damage time to finish this." Pharaoh Man.EXE summoned more coffins that fired lasers Cadence was about to make another shield but the poison weakened her again and she was hit by the lasers.
"Those lasers are powerful," Cadence said as she struggled to get up. "I don't think I can take another hit like that or anymore of that poison I need to stop this fight now." Cadence then flew up and fired several beams from her horn before the poison hurt her again and made her fall down. Sadly none of the spells hit her opponent and instead blasted the crystals she made causing bits and one huge chunk to fall off.
"How ironic the crystals you made earlier to stop me from dodging acting as a shield for me now." Pharaoh Man.EXE then floated near Cadence and noticed her horn light up again as the poison hurt her again. "Want to fire another beam you can't even stand up to do it can you? I guess it's time I take you out of here now."
"I don't think so!" Just then Pharaoh Man.EXE was impaled from behind by the crystal chunk Cadence was moving with her magic.
"Those last few beams missed me on purpose so you could do this." Cadence then removed the chunk and used it to crush the statue of Anubis which removed the poison from her giving her the strength to stand up.
"Ah that feels much better."
"What a shame going through all the trouble of a redesign just to lose my first battle," Pharaoh Man.Exe said and before Cadence could even ask Pharaoh Man.EXE blew up.
"Well that's one less robot to worry about. I better find Shining Armor maybe I can help him use the shield spell he used to defeat the changelings." Cadence then started flying high enough to avoid other robots luckily her guards defeated most of the flying robots. Shining Armor meanwhile was fighting the other robot master MagicMan.EXE
he got the drop on him and damaged his horn. With his horn damaged he couldn't use magic but still had all the fighting abilities he learned as a royal guard and has several guards helping as well.
"Come on stallions we got this robot on the run," Shining Armor said to his guards and for good reason. The Crystal Empire defeated almost all the robots.
"You think you will win you think all will be well but when we return you won't fell so swell," MagicMan.EXE said clearly planning to retreat.
"You're not going anywhere!" Shining Armor told the robot as he prepared to continue the attack. Suddenly Cadence was spotted in the air flying towards her husband. The royal couple were able to determined which 2 robots were leading the attack and decided to each fight one then meet up with the other when they defeated said robot, so that could only mean one thing. "Well it looks like my wife defeated your friend and is here to help me fight you."
"I don't think so my foe." MagicMan.EXE then shot at Cadence with fire which made her fall. Luckily she wasn't that far from the ground and glided down to safety.
"CADENCE!" Shining Armor yelled as his husbandly instincts took over and he ran towards her.
"I'm fine Shining Armor get the robot." As he turned around he saw that MagicMan.EXE was running away. The guards didn't give chase because they were concerned about their princess just as much as their prince was.
"Don't let that coward get away!" Shining Armor ordered and the guards ran after the robot master.
"Keep them at bay so I can get away." Following the robot master's order's a dozen robots attacked half of them dog piling on Shining Armor. By the time those robots were defeated the robot master was gone.
"Next time you won't get away that's a promise." Shining Armor then returned to his wife to make sure she was all right. "Cadence are you sure you're fine?"
"Yes I'm fine. I got hurt a bit from flying that walking talking coffin but I'll live."
"She still looks pretty hurt we should probably get her inside the castle," said a guard that went by the name Flash Century. The fighting didn't last much longer afterwards the robots that didn't run off were destroyed. Finally the capital of Equestria Canterlot had quite a hard time with robots as well. The royal guards not only had to fight robots but also made sure the residents of Canterlot made it to their homes safely. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna stepped in as well to stop the robots from attacking.
"We've taken down about half of them sister," Princess Luna said as she and her sister were in the sky together.
"Good but we still need to stop the other half," Princess Celestia added.
"Yes I've noticed something else those 2 robots down there seem to be the ones leading the attack if we take them out the remaining robots will most likely get confused without their leaders."
"Good idea I'll take that one you take the other." The royal pony sisters then flew down to fight the 2 robots. Princess Luna fired a spell that directly hit NumberMan.Exe.
"So stronger than you look are you one of the leader of these robots?" NumberMan.EXE didn't answer and instead threw 3 balls at Luna and she destroyed all 3 of them before they got near her.
"Pretty good reflexes," the robot said.
"So you can talk."
"Oh I can do much more." NumberMan.EXE then threw 3 more number balls that Princess Luna blasted but as she did that NumberMan.EXE threw a time bomb that she wasn't able to hit ironically in time. The bomb blew up right in front of her and knocked her into a wall and was bounced back and forth between 2 walls before falling to the ground. Upon hitting the ground NumberMan.EXE threw a dice bomb that like the time bomb blew up in her face. NumberMan.EXE then jumped down near Princess Luna as it seemed she was finished.
"2 bombs right in my face unbelievable," Luna said as she picked herself up.
"Still able to stand huh?" NumberMan.EXE then got out a tenbou. "Do you know what this is? It's a tenbou a stick used to record scores in Japanese Mahjong but I normally use as a bat or in this case a sword to cut right through-" NumberMan.EXE was cut off when Princess Luna blasted off the dome part of his head.
"I'm almost out but I figured even in this state I couldn't miss that giant head of yours."
"Should have did instead of said," NumberMan.EXE said barely able to stand or move. "Now can barely do or motion." Luna then charged the magic in her horn for a stronger attack then fired her charged magical blast right at NumberMan.EXE who was blasted to pieces. After defeating the robot the princess of the night flew up so other robots wouldn't find her. "I think I can fight a little more I just hope my sister had an easier fight than I did."
"Keep pressing forward my fellow robots," ElecMan.EXE said.
As he was about to attack several royal guards Princess Celestia landed near him.
"You guards fight the other robots I'll handle this one." The guards moved on to fight the other robots without question.
"Well if it isn't one of the alicorn sisters," ElecMan.EXE said.
"Yes I am Princess Celestia who are you?"
"ElecMan.EXE and we've come to take over Canterlot."
"That is something I will not allow."
"As if you could do something about it. I carry with me the power of lightning itself the power of electricity is the greatest power!"
"I know something stronger." Princess Celestia charged her robot foe who countered the charge with a thunderbolt that hit her dead on and knocked her into the ground. "Is that it? Too easy."
"Not quite!" The princess of the sun fired a magical beam that hit ElecMan.EXE dead on and pushed him back.
"Not bad but I'm just getting started."
"So am I!" Princess Celestia fired several more beams these ones only grazed her opponent. As she kept trying to hit her opponent she got too close and was grabbed by ElecMan.EXE who sent electricity from his hand into Celestia's body. She got free and she fired another beam that nearly took off her opponent's head but ElecMan.EXE was able to dodge and wasn't even grazed.
"Normally I just use a finger to stun but I figured I'd use the whole hand to stun you."
"Well it wasn't enough."
"No matter I have quite a few more tricks up my sleeve." ElecMan.EXE then summoned storm clouds that were about to strike down lightning but Celestia flew up and bucked the clouds away. "What the?"
"I am part pegasus so I can manipulate weather."
"Very resourceful but I have a back up plan." ElecMan.EXE then summoned tesla coils that wrapped around the princess and she was hit by another thunderbolt. After fighting the urge to black out a bit she used several beams to cut the coils then fired a beam that broke one of the chargers on ElecMan.EXE's back. "Again very resourceful." Princess Celestia flew around ElecMan.EXE and fired half a dozen beams that all hit dead on.
"Still standing let's fix that." Celestia then fired another beam that knocked her metallic foe flat on his back.
"I think that time you really did some damage. Now let's see how much damage I can do with this!" ElecMan.EXE threw a ball of electricity that hit her not once but twice and made her fall down as she struggled to get up. "I'm surprised your heart wasn't stopped by now you are tough but perhaps you'd like to surrender." Celestia responded with a beam that blasted one of his hands clean off his arm.
"NO! 3 years ago I failed to protect the capital, it was saved but I lost somepony very precious to me. Ever since then I tried to be stronger ready for any other attacks that would come my way." After that she used numerous spells of different natures to deal damage to ElecMan.EXE. "It's time to end this."
"I couldn't agree more." ElecMan.EXE created a sword made of electricity and charged at the princess who charged in return. The two impaled each other ElecMan.EXE with his sword and Celestia with her horn. "Perhaps you do carry a power greater than mine."
"If only you realized that sooner for your sake." Princess Celestia charged her horn with magic to force ElecMan.EXE to explode after her win she fell down and once again fought the urge to black out. Since the sword was electricity she wasn't bleeding but the voltage from all the attacks she endured did more than a lot of damage. Other robots made their way to the Princess Celestia to try and carry her off but luckily her sister Princess Luna arrived just in time to fight them off, royal guards would arrive soon to help get the royal pony sisters back into the castle. There they would recover while the guards fought off the rest of the attacking robots and afterwards Luna and Celestia would wondered if the worst was behind them, but in fact the worst was yet to come.
The robots that attacked Equestria were on their way to their headquarters after either leaving their target in ruins or were forced to retreat. At the HQ were quite a few other robot masters that were planning on leading the 2nd attack on Equestria. However 3 robot masters were different IceMan.EXE,
GutsMan.EXE,
and NapalmMan.EXE
these 3 robots didn't want to invade the ponies. Together the 3 call themselves the robotic guardians and in fact they wanted to help them and they made a plan to show the ponies that, when the surviving robot masters returned these 3 would each defeat 1 and head to the capital of Equestria. There they would tell the ponies where the headquarters is and they could launch a full scale attack on the robots.
They wanted to defeat other robot masters to convince the ponies they could be trusted as well as convince themselves that there is no turning back from this plan. For when they do this they will become traitors to their kind. "The other robot masters should be returning soon," GutsMan.EXE said to the other 2. "We should decide who will fight and defeat who."
"And when?" IceMan.EXE added.
"I have a plan just wait for my signal and then attack you'll know the signal when you see it," NapalmMan.EXE said, soon the robots made their way back in the headquarters and the robot masters decided to compare notes. "Wait I don't get it ColorMan.EXE you say you couldn't get to cloud country or whatever the ponies call it but the jet pack you were given is clearly in mint condition," SkullMan.EXE asked but before he could get an answer NapalmMan.EXE set off several explosives he planted earlier.
"I guess that's the signal," IceMan.EXE said.
"Yeah," GutsMan.EXE added and the 2 jumped into the middle of the confusion. The robot masters scattered during the explosions making it the perfect time to attack.
"First you then soon the other robots that wish harm on the ponies," NapalmMan.EXE said to his target.
"Gok?" (What?) Was all StoneMan.EXE could say before he was blown to pieces. IceMan.EXE decided to fight WoodMan.EXE When WoodMan.EXE ran away from the explosions he ran into a corner so IceMan.EXE figured that would be a great spot to fight.
"Just you and me," IceMan.EXE told him and then shot a shard of ice that hit WoodMan.EXE dead on but after hitting his opponent IceMan.EXE was grabbed from behind and then thrown down a hallway. "What happened?" IceMan.EXE said as he got himself back up.
"I happened!" SharkMan.EXE answered. "What do you think you're doing?"
"I'm stopping you from hurting the ponies."
"Oh yeah we'll see about that." SharkMan.EXE then tried to hit his opponent with a shockwave that came from his top fin. Luckily though IceMan.EXE was able to dodge it before long their fight fight took them to a room with a pool of water in it.
"What the?"
"You know this place don't you this is my part of the headquarters." SharkMan.EXE then jumped into a pool of water. "Now that I'm in my natural element I can, why did I do this?" SharkMan.EXE asked himself that for he knew what was going to happen. Before he could do anything about it IceMan.EXE froze the water trapping SharkMan.EXE in solid ice with no means to escape.
Elsewhere GutsMan.EXE had selected his opponent BombMan.EXE. The robots were still distracted but GutsMan.EXE didn't want to waste anytime and quickly attacked his opponent with almost every attack he had. Pretty much different but not so different types of punches but BombMan.EXE endured them and tried several explosions that GutsMan.EXE endured. "Is that the best you can do?" GutsMan.EXE then delivered one final punch that shattered BombMan.EXE. "I guess so."
"Nice work," NapalmMan.EXE said as he and IceMan.EXE reunited with GutsMan.EXE.
"We each defeated a robot master it's time to get out of here," IceMan.EXE said.
"Right but the robots are coming together and I heard WoodMan.EXE telling them about IceMan.EXE attacking him," NapalmMan.EXE said. "How does he know that?"
"I attacked him first but then SharkMan.EXE jumped me from behind," IceMan.EXE answered as the robots began to gather around the area.
"Oh no what do we do we can't fight all of them? We need another distraction!" GutsMan.EXE answered.
"NapalmMan.EXE I froze SharkMan.EXE in his own pool," IceMan.EXE told him and he knew exactly why he told him that. NapalmMan.EXE fired at the ceiling causing the ice to fall down and made another hole in the floor. The 3 robots then jumped into the hole and when GutsMan.EXE saw SharkMan.EXE still frozen but in a smaller block of ice he smashed the frozen robot master to make sure he wouldn't be a threat later. During the new confusion the 3 robots made their way out of the headquarters.
"Well no turning back now," NapalmMan.EXE said.
"Right well let's get going we have a long walk to get to Canterlot," GutsMan.EXE said.
After a while the Robotic Guardians made their way to Canterlot where the royal guards quickly surrounded them. They quickly surrendered and upon interrogation told the royal pony sisters where the robot HQ was and that they wanted to do everything in their power to help them fight the robots and bring order back to their land. "It's rather hard to believe that you 3 would like to fight back against your own kind," Princess Luna said.
"We understand, we aren't quite sure about it ourselves but we just don't feel the same as the other robots. We don't want to hurt and destroy," GutsMan.EXE said.
"We even defeated 3 other robot masters to help with your fight we were going to bring you their robotic heads to show our desire to help but our fights got a little out of hand," NapalmMan.EXE added.
"But we did make quite a mess in the process," IceMan.EXE said.
"He's right," GutsMan.EXE added "The damage we made to the HQ will keep the other robots confused for a while this will be your best chance to attack and rescue the ponies."
"What do you mean rescue?" Princess Celestia asked clearly taking interest.
"The robots were given orders by Metallic Devil, that's the name of our leader by the way or for the 3 of us former leader but he's the leader of the other robots-"
"They get it IceMan.EXE," NapalmMan.EXE interrupted.
"Right," IceMan.EXE continued. "He ordered the attacking robots to capture the ponies while invading and take them to HQ-
"What about a unicorn with a lavender coat and purple mane and tail with a red stream?" Princess Celestia interrupted rather loudly.
"Y-Yes actually she was our first prisoner," IceMan.EXE answered. Upon his answer the robots were expecting the sun princess to respond again but she was quiet for a while clearly thinking very seriously. Princess Luna was about to say something to her when.
"Luna I want you to gather all ponies willing to fight against the robots."
"Celestia wait!"
"Luna I know what you're going to say, yes it is risky to trust these robots right out of the blue no offense."
"None taken," The Robotic Guardians said in unison.
"But this is a chance we have to take to stop these robots who have nearly torn this land apart." Luna then took a deep breath and responded.
"All right sister if you feel this is best then I'll trust you it won't be easy leading this attack from here though."
"I'll be going as well Luna I won't stay out of this we all need to pull our weight on this."
"But sister we haven't recovered from our last fight."
"I know but," she paused. "I want to see Twilight again as soon as possible."
"All right sister but be careful and don't push yourself."
All the forces willing to fight were soon gathered together to attack the robot HQ, from Canterlot to the Crystal Empire to parts of Equestria and beyond. The idea was to bring as much as possible so if it was a trap it would be easier to fight back and escape. The robots prepared to counterattack with several Robot Masters leading it, SkullMan.EXE did some damage with his ghost fire but when he launched his own head upward and enlarged it in hopes of dealing a whole lot more damage. However his head was quickly crushed by an earth pony who jumped up and crushed his head and on her way down she also crushed his body into bits and then stared at the rocks nearby. "Hmm sedimentary."
"What?" Asked a royal guard.
"These are sedimentary rocks," The mare responded. The other ponies decided not to question it and simply charged forward the other 2 Robot Masters tried to hold off the attacking ponies but that wasn't working so well. The Robotic Guardians decided to gang up on ClockMan.EXE. while a Robot Master named QuickMan.EXE quickly got into a one on one fight with Rainbow Dash.
"I had no idea any other creature was capable of keeping up with me," QuickMan.EXE said.
"I'll do more than just keep up!" Rainbow Dash responded as she charged straight at the Robot Master. But just before the impact hit a barrier surrounded QuickMan.EXE and protected him. After Rainbow Dash bounced off the barrier QuickMan.EXE threw his boomerang that Rainbow Dash was able to dodge. As an experienced flyer she's an expert at monitoring everything in the sky and on the ground as well as adapting in the air.
"Not bad," QuickMan.EXE said as his boomerang returned. "But let's make it a bit more challenging." QuickMan.EXE then threw 2 boomerang that Rainbow Dash quickly dodged and tried to attacked again but the barrier appeared again and Rainbow Dash backed up before the boomerangs returned. QuickMan.EXE then tried to attack Rainbow Dash with the blades on his arms but she moved so fast he couldn't even scratch her.
"Too slow!"
"That's the first time I've ever heard that, but it seems we are it an impasse neither or us can touch the other."
"Yeah so I guess I'll have to go faster." Before QuickMan.EXE could respond Rainbow Dash flew off so quick she vanished in the time it would take the Robot Master to blink. At first QuickMan.EXE thought she simply ran away but then he saw her charging straight it him so fast that she even made a sonic rainboom and hit her metallic foe so hard his barrier was immediately broken on impact. After hitting QuickMan.EXE Rainbow Dash turned and bucked him as hard as she could and sent QuickMan.EXE flying straight into the robot HQ and broke to pieces on impact.
"You'll have to do better than that!" QuickMan.EXE said and suddenly notice a small storm cloud right above him. "Where did that come from?" Rainbow Dash then stomped on the cloud making it hit QuickMan.EXE with a lighting bolt that nearly short-circuited him. In response QuickMan.EXE lunged at Rainbow Dash and they exchanged a series of hits, In the end Rainbow Dash dealt a mighty karate kick and knocked his head clean off and made the rest of him blow up.
"Piece of cake." Meanwhile the Robotic Guardians were still doing what they can to defeat ClockMan.EXE. GutsMan.EXE hit him with 1 mean punch but he got hit by a laser and from a warp hole. IceMan.EXE was fighting Rouge
while NapalmMan.EXE was fighting a crimson dragon
both were summoned by ClockMan.EXE. "This is what happens when you turn your backs on us. No mercy for traitors."
"No mercy for invaders either!" Said Fluttershy who tackled ClockMan.EXE from behind before he could even turn his head. ClockMan.EXE then found himself on the ground with his legs behind his back because Fluttershy was holding them there. "Give us back Twilight you overgrown watch!" She demanded with pure rage in her tone.
While she was doing that Rarity and Trixie used their magic together to make a spell strong enough to restrain the crimson dragon so NapalmMan.EXE could blast it. Applejack and Pinkie Pie on the other hoof helped IceMan.EXE fight Rouge, Applejack bucked the robot right into Pinkie's party cannon who used it to blast Rough right at IceMan.EXE who hit his opponent with a powerful ice attack. "This won't stop me!" ClockMan.EXE said as he got Fluttershy off him then unleashed a fury of laser attacks that hit everypony and robot in the area. "This ends now!"
"I couldn't agree more!" Said another voice ClockMan.EXE then looked around to see where the voice came from but saw nothing. "Down here." ClockMan.EXE then looked down and saw Spike who breathed so much fire on him half of his body melted.
"This won't, be enough to stop me," ClockMan.EXE said when Rainbow Dash then flew down and landed on him crushing what was left of him causing Rough and the crimson dragon to disappear.
"Hey what did I miss?"
"Rainbow so I guess you took care of that other robot?" Applejack asked.
"You got that right and all the others took out most of the robots out here. So we should go right into their headquarters."
"Yeah we're coming Twilight!" Fluttershy said as she flew towards the robot HQ.
"Fluttershy wait don't fly straight into danger that's my thing," Rainbow Dash said as she chased after her and the others followed. As the ponies and other creatures made it into the robot HQ and even managed to free some of the captured ponies such as Cherry Jubilee and her workers who while helping fight back caught up with WoodMan.EXE and took him out. They each took a turn at bucking him which made him fall several stories causing him to break on impact with the ground.
"Looks like his luck finally ran out. Come on let's help the others and beat these machines." As they ran off another Robot Master. Shining Armor found the robot that hurt his wife MagicMan.EXE and blasted him away before he could even say anything.
"That may have taken a lot of my magic but it was well worth it!" The prince said.
"A lot of your magic huh? Good to know," PharaohMan.EXE said as he approached Shining Armor.
"You? I know you you're one of the robots that lead the attack of the Crystal Empire."
"Not quite I'm the new version."
"What do you mean?"
"Why should I explain it to a prisoner?!" PharaohMan.EXE then fired dozens of lasers at Shining Armor. Some he dodged some he blocked but others hit him a few grazed him but a few more hit him dead on. "Guess you shouldn't have used up so much magic." Suddenly PharaohMan.EXE was impaled from behind with a sword with a powerful bomb connected to it.
"Guess you shouldn't have let your guard down," said ColorMan.EXE.
"ColorMan.EXE what are you doing?"
"The right thing!" ColorMan.EXE then rolled over to Shining Armor and got him out of the way before the sword blew up and destroyed PharaohMan.EXE. "This may come as a shock to you but I'm on your side."
"Works for me," Shining Armor said with relief. "I'll question it later by the way do you know where my sister is she's a lavender unicorn with a purple mane and tail with a red stream?"
"That does sound familiar." ColorMan.EXE then took Shining Armor to the area where the prisoners were kept. However when they almost got there they had a huge problem many other ponies including the royal pony sisters made their way to that area as well and were faced with a huge machine composed of severed robot parts.
"Is he the leader?" Princess Celestia asked.
"Yes," GutsMan.EXE answered. "Metallic Devil once known as Yellow Devil when we came here he somehow obtained the power to absorb other machines and create new ones from the parts he absorbed."
"How right you are," Metallic Devil said as he placed his hands on the ground and his robotic skin began to move and then when Metallic Devil raised his hands slowly 2 robots formed from out of his hands.
"What in Equestria?" Shining Armor asked as he and ColorMan.EXE watched from above.
"It's what he can do now."
"You mean he couldn't always do this?"
"No he couldn't but somehow was able to do it when we were brought to this Equestria," ColorMan.EXE said.
"Wait what do you mean this Equestria?"
"I wasn't exactly there but from what I hear we tried to invade that world but were somehow sucked into this world. An alternate universe to say when Yellow Devil and the robots at the time arrived he came upon this ability. I'm still sketchy on some of the details but I think it went something like he wanted to get stronger so he trained himself to absorb machine and robots and even became able to create robots of his own."
"Wow that's a lot to take in."
"Yeah it is isn't it?"
"Maybe we should talk about this later, come on let's get down there."
"Wait!" ColorMan.EXE said in a somewhat commanding tone. "Let's stay up here for now and see what happens."
"I think I'll name the one on the left Bass.EXE and name the one on the right ProtoMan.EXE." Metallic Devil said as they were near completion.
"Come on we have to attack now," NaplamMan.EXE said. "They're still weak in this state!" Hearing that the royal pony sister charged the 2 robots and impaled them with their horns and charged their magic in them and caused the robots to explode.
"Nice work!" IceMan.EXE but after that 2 other robots appeared next to Metallic Devil.
"Oh boy that's not good," ColorMan.EXE said.
"Who are those 2?" Shining Armor asked.
"Treble and Life Virus some of the strongest robots here."
"I think it's time for us to make our move."
"I think so too. Let's go behind them and then attack."
"I think it's time we stopped these ponies once and for all," Life Virus said as he and Treble got ready to fight them.
"I couldn't agree more," Metallic Devil said and then started to absorb the two robots next to them. They entered his mechanical anatomy before either of them could do anything about it and then Metallic Devil stretched out parts of his body all over that found robots from all around the base and pulled the robots into himself. The Robotic Guardians however were protected with a magic barrier the 2 princesses made and Shining Armor did the same for ColorMan.EXE. When the other robots were pulled into him Metallic Devil's body then started to change from connected parts to complete and smooth metal skin all over.
"Wow Trixie did not see that coming."
"On the plus side it does move the climax of this story forward quite a bit," Pinkie Pie added and as Metallic Devil launched an attack on the ponies and they were barely able to dodge it.
"I've had enough of you robots trying to hurt my friends," Spike said.
"Oh really you think you can do something about it?" Metallic Devil asked.
"Well not me but I did bring a friend." And as Spike said that former Dragon Lord Torch broke through the wall and attacked Metallic Devil with all his fury. "I saw that huge robot and told Torch to wait until I said that for dramatic effect."
"Come on we need to help them now!" Shining Armor almost begged.
"Hold on!" ColorMan.EXE said almost ordering. "There are a few things I need to tell you please. Then we'll fight."
"Okay but please be quick."
"First of all the PharaohMan.EXE you fought and the PharaohMan.EXE your wife fought are 2 different robots that were once one robot. When Pharaoh Man became PharaohMan.EXE he was split into 2 robots because Metallic Devil thought he would be too powerful as a whole."
"Too powerful what do you mean?"
"Metallic Devil didn't want any robot in his army to be stronger than him so he downgraded the more powerful ones."
"And now he's absorbed almost all of his army."
"Yeah so now we're basically fighting a one robot army though I got to say that dragon is doing pretty good." But as ColorMan.EXE said that Metallic Devil released a series of powerful attacks that sent former Dragon Lord Torch to the wall and was nearly knocked out. "Okay I guess I spoke too soon there."
"Though it looks like Metallic Devil took quite some damage," Shining Armor pointed out. "It's time I finally attacked!" Shining Armor then fired a powerful beam at Metallic Devil as his wife Princess Cadence fired beams as well.
"Looks like my husband has the same idea as I," Cadence said as they continue attacking Cadence in the air and Shining Armor by the ledge.
"Try not to push yourself too hard remember you used up a lot of magic destroying MagicMan.EXE."
"Right," Shining Armor replied to ColorMan.EXE. As the married couple continued the royal pony sisters fought as well and the mane 6 plus Trixie did what they could as well as the Robotic Guardians while Spike helped the former Dragon Lord get back up. While they were doing that a royal guard pegasus flew to Princess Celestia.
"Princess we found all the captured ponies."
"You have!"
"Yes we aren't sure how it happened exactly but the robot army was taken away by strange cords so we took this opportunity to find the captured ponies and we freed all the cells."
"Well then it's time we finished this then!" Celestia said as she fired a magical beam that hit Metallic Devil in his eye. "Send everypony else out and I mean everypony."
"Many of them have already left to get the captured ones out I'll see to it the rest get out." And with that the guard flew out.
"This isn't enough to stop me!"
"Why do you even want to rule this pony land anyway?" GutsMan.EXE asked him.
"It's what my programming tells me to do I don't care why!" Metallic Devil answered as he unleashed a series of deadly and powerful counter attacks. After that the guard from before flew in and told his princess that all other ponies and allies outside the room were out of the HQ then flew away.
"Good to know seems we can use them after all," IceMan.EXE said as he froze Metallic Devil's feet.
"Yes I believe you're right," NapalmMan.EXE said as he revealed 3 red devices that resembled metallic backpacks.
"What are those?" Trixie asked.
"Bombs we made," GutsMan.EXE added. "The original plan was to use them if fighting the robots became too hard but when you brought such a huge army we didn't think we'd be able to use them."
"But now since it's just us we can use them after all," IceMan.EXE said.
"Wait those were in the room the entire time?" Rainbow Dash asked.
"The writer must really want to get this story over with," Pinkie Pie said.
"Is she always like that?" NapalmMan.EXE asked.
"Sometimes," Rainbow Dash answered. The Robotic Guardians grabbed the bombs and soon surrounded Metallic Devil and told the ponies and ColorMan.EXE to get out of the HQ so they won't get caught out in the explosion.
"What no what about you 3?" Princess Luna asked.
"Don't worry about us we're stopping all the suffering he's caused," NapalmMan.EXE said.
"Even you won't be able to withstand the blasts," IceMan.EXE told the robot giant.
"Why are you 3 doing this why are you giving your lives to defend these creatures?" Metallic Devil asked with panic in his voice.
"It's what our programming tells us to do we don't care why." GutsMan.EXE then broke the floor with his punches making Metallic Devil and the Robotic Guardians fall then as the bombs went off the alicorns teleported everyone in the room out including ColorMan.EXE and former Dragon Lord Torch out. Outside the ponies could see the few remains of the robots HQ.
"I guess that's it," Rainbow Dash said.
"What happened?" A guard asked.
"We'll explain later for now where are all the freed prisoners of the robots?"
"All here princess." With the robots defeated Princess Celestia looked around where the escaped prisoners were to look for Twilight Sparkle her dear student, but couldn't find her.
"No, no please," Celestia said as a feeling of fear filled her heart. The thought that Twilight was caught in the explosion almost made her heart stop as she went to the guard. "Where are the rest?"
"There is no rest this is all of them."
"Are you sure?"
"Pretty sure we got all of them."
Celestia found herself in tears and flew to the remains of the HQ. "TWILIGHT WHERE ARE YOU ANSWER ME IF YOU'RE HURT I'LL HEAL YOU TAKE CARE OF YOU SO EVERYTHING CAN GO BACK TO HOW IT WAS!" No respond nopony talked as they didn't know what to say. "TWILIGHT PLEASE ANSWER ME I'M SORRY FOR WHAT I DID 3 YEARS AGO I DON'T WANT IT TO END THIS WAY I-I LOVE YOU LIKE A DAUGHTER I'D DO ANYTHING TO TAKE BACK THE PAIN I GAVE YOU!" She then landed and nearly drowned in her own tears until a faint voice caught her attention.
"I don't want it to end like this either." She turn around and looked at the a lavender unicorn with a purple mane and tail with a red stream laying down on the dirt.
"TWILIGHT!" All her loved ones yelled as they all gathered around her with a group hug.
"Twilight don't just lay there give us a hug too," Spike said.
"I can't my legs are numb I've been locked in a small cage for 3 years. I got only escaped recently when that robot on the ball opened my cell door and took off the anti magic collar, he then told me to teleport as in my condition I couldn't really fight. I thought I'd come across somepony when I got out but I guess I teleported to the other side. It took all my strength just to do that but after a while I was able to teleport to the other side." All of Twilights loved ones then turned their heads and stared at ColorMan.EXE.
"Oh did I forget to mention that sorry my bad. The plan was to free them all and attack inside and outside but I only had enough time to free her."
"Speaking of things not mentioned," Spike said. "Why were the robots attacking and taking ponies?"
"I think my former boss wanted to steal your magic, or make you his slaves to make more robots, or both. Whatever it doesn't matter they're gone now.
"Well I guess that means it's time for us to go home," Princess Celestia said as everypony, dragon, griffon, and so on agreed. "ColorMan.EXE-
"ColorMan is fine."
"ColorMan you're more than welcome to come with us."
"No thanks I'll stay here and rebuild make it a house fit for a robot."
"Are you sure you can do that alone?" Shining Armor asked his new friend.
"Oh Shining I'm never alone." ColorMan then created mini versions of himself and got to work. While Shining watched taken quite by surprise.
"Not even going to ask." Shining Armor then hugged his sister again almost squishing her. "I thought I'd never see you again. It's so great to see you again Twilight."
"Thank you Shining Armor." After that all the creatures that fought the robots went home and back to their normal lives. Princess Celestia would be sure to give the Robotic Guardians statues so all would know of their bravery but for now she carried her student to Ponyville where Pinkie Pie threw a huge welcome home at last please forgive us for being a bunch of jerk wads we love you Twilight party extravaganza. From there all those who wronged Twilight told her how much they were sorry and how much they love her. The party covered all of Ponyville and Twilight's family came too along with her old friends from Canterlot and the royal pony sisters. At the end Princess Celestia took Twilight back to Canterlot to watch over her until she was 100% again.
"I'd thought she'd stay here longer," Rainbow Dash said.
"She probably wanted to but the princess insisted on taking her to Canterlot," Rarity pointed out.
"Yeah more than and, you know I'm too tired for countryisms. I'm going to hit the hey. Huh guess I'm not as tired as I thought," Applejack said.
"Well I'm just glad Twilight's back and we don't have to worry about those robots anymore," Fluttershy said.
"Yeah everything's worked out happy holidays to all!" Pinkie Pie said.
"What?" Trixie asked.
"No idea why I said that," Pinkie said meanwhile back at Canterlot Twilight Sparkle was in the bed of her teacher.
"Comfy Twilight?"
"I've been forced to sleep in a cage for 3 years this feels great."
"Has any feeling come back to your legs?"
"Yeah a little?" Celestia then stroked her students mane a little.
"Your friends and family might think it a bit selfish of me but I'm going to keep you to myself for a while. Though I guess not completely since Spike insisted on coming to help your recovery." The princess of the sun then went to the window and lowered the sun and got into bed with Twilight pulling her into a hug. "I may never let you out of my sight again just so you know."
"I kind of figured."
"I'm so happy you're back Twilight you forgive all of us don't you?"
"It still hurts and it might take time for me to forgive you all but I'm sure I will." Twilight then got a little closer to her teacher as she hugged a little tighter.
"That's good to know, bless your heart of gold." The 2 then prepared to go to sleep and as Twilight saw her teacher was already asleep she said to herself.
"It's good to be home." As Twilight went to sleep as well. She still had a few more issues left to work out but in time would forgive her those who hurt her in the past, but that's another story.
