A group of five meets at a convention and is sent to Equestria, and it's neighbor...

I had just gone to the convention to be displaced. After bartering with the merchant, I'm sent of to EQG, and the two I had met are sent to the main world. Now, I have to get my other forms and look for some things I know will be here, all while keeping myself me...

I sighed boredly as I walked through the convention. I’d finally managed to go to one, thinking it’d be something that’d stir some emotion in me… but with all other things, nothing. I saw a mirror to my right, and examined myself.

Well, I looked like that except for the pellets and the vines… hadn’t quite had time for the latter and lost the former on the way here. Putting my hands in the pockets of my outfit, I wandered around looking at the various venders and such.

I noticed two people dressed up as what looked like aliens. They appeared to be aliens from the Ben ten television show but I couldn't tell which ones. One looked a little like diamond Head but was light blue with three shards leaving it's forehead. The other looked like some sort of fire snake, they were both holding plumber badges if I remember correctly from the Ben ten show, the stall they were at looking interesting.

Deciding to check it out, I strolled over there and silently looked around at the items in the shop. As I browsed, I heard someone coming up besides me, making me turn to inspect the new arrival.

And then look down, barely seeing the top of a head and some fake ears.

The person was a young kid, a girl, with obviously dyed orange red hair to match the paper fox ears on top of her head. Her hair was long and loose and somewhat unkempt.

Her eyes were a slightly dull brown color, with some weird paint to act like eyeshadow. She wore a fur suit, which was just made of paper with trimmings, fake paws on her hands and a poorly made fox tail.

Other than that, there was nothing of note of besides the Black headphone with red orange cushioning on her real ears. I noticed the other two people were gone. “Hey there,” I greeted the kid emotionlessly before turning back to the vendors wares.

I didn’t hear a response from her, but I did see her come up to the vendor and browse it as well. Eventually, I found some very familiar looking pellets and narrowed my eyes. Picking one up, I turned it over. “Hey, Vendor, where’d you get these?” I asked neutrally.

“My employer has connections to many franchises.” The vendor responded smiling.

“Uh huh, wanna explain the name on the bottom?” I asked as I stared at the vendor, making sure I kept the name in sight the whole time.

“What name?” He asked raising an eyebrow. Still seeing the name, I gestured to it.

“That one,” I replied, idleing noting in the corner of my eye the little girl taking her headphone off.

“What about it?” He asked.

“Why’s my name on the bottom? I lost a couple pellets just like this earlier, and it looks like I’ve found them again,” I said with a bit of an edge in my tone. I did not like people stealing my things.

“I got those today from my employer, mayhaps you lost them and he picked them up. Nonetheless they do belong to me now unless you have your Id.” He said shrugging.

Still with my eye on the name, having an inkling who this was, I pulled my wallet out and showed the Id to the man, the name matching the one of the pellets.

“Very well they are yours.” He said nodding. “However without proof of ownership I cannot just give them away, how do I know these didn't belong to someone with the same name?”

This dude was getting me a little mad now. “How about the birth date below that?” I shot back. I was really paranoid about people stealing my stuff, so I made sure to have both on my things. The odds of someone with the same name and birthday are so slim that if he continued this it’d just be more ridiculous than anything.

“The last two people that were here had the same name and birthday, then again their parents were apparently ass holes and they were twins so… take em.” He said.

Taking a deep breath to calm one of the only emotions I could feel and didn’t like one bit, I sighed. “Thank you. Now this has been a wonderful time waste, how much are those vines I can see? Make this whole idiotic situation worthwhile for both of us,” I said as my mind slowly calmed, scooping my pellets up.

“You're mean…” I heard the little girl mumble a bit before gasping a little.

“Well I’m not the theif, am I?” I responded simply with a shrug. “Neither is this vendor if his boss gave him the pellets, but he was still being a bit mean about the whole thing when I just wanted what I worked on back.”

“I was only having a little fun, it's boring just standing here all day.” He said. “And the vines are 50$ total.”

Putting the pellets in my pocket, I fished two twenties and two fives out of my still present wallet, silently handing the vendor the money. He took it and handed me the vines, smiling.

“Have a nice day.” He waved to me. I simply nodded, but decided to stick around for a bit.

“S-sir?” The little girl said, speaking to the vendor.

“Yes little one?” He said politely to the little girl.

“C-can I have that…?” She said, pointing to an orb. “The… Buji… Buji? Uh…”

“Bijudama?” He said picking it up and handing it to her. “Five dollars.” He smiled.

She smiled before tugging through a tiny cute fox designed purse she had strapped around her shoulder. “Uhm…” She mumbles before producing three dollars and some coins before slowly counting them.

“That's more than enough little one.” He chuckled taking the three dollars. “You keep the rest.”

She blinked, obviously not having expected this. “Really?” She breathed as she broke into a smile.

He nodded and smiled, pulling out some money out of his own pocket when she couldn't see and put it all in the register. With that all done, and seeing nothing else I’d want, I turned to leave.

“Have fun!” The vendor said in a faded and dark laugh, as I looked at the girl.

“Sis!” She yelled out as she ran out and into another girl’s arms . “Look!”

Her orb began emanating a seal similar to the one Naruto had on his stomach, I watched her as she and the other girl became pure chakra and was pulled into the orb. I didn’t even get to take in the other girl’s appearance.

“So… you’re that vendor…” I mumbled before feeling myself be pulled through oblivion.

Groaning, I woke up feeling… green. Opening my eyes, I looked around where I was. I seemed to be in some kind of park, which was thankfully empty at the moment. Turning a bit, I saw other forms on the ground.

The first and the smallest was a red-orange furred fox like animal with black fur around its eyes that stretches to its ears, red irises with black slits for pupils and the upper-body structure of a human, complete with opposable thumbs on its clawed hands.

Much like a kit, it was lean and soft and had a round face. However, it had nine twitching tails.

The other was a girl. She was young, maybe close to her early to mid-teens with a large amount of baby fat still in her round face. Which is why I thought her breasts were fake, way too big for her age…

The girl had short slightly bobbed hair colored white with just barely a hint of peach init. She wore a sort of sleeveless, shoulder less turtle neck thin white sweater with three fluff balls going down it. She also wore a dark red short skirt, almost black with it turning brighter and having flower patterns. It wasn’t mini skirt levels of short, only just barely above her knees. But it did seem to poof a bit.

On her feet, she had slip-on ballet shoe and white stockings.

Finally, she had two little fluffy wolf ears on her head as well as a red Tokin, and a fluffy tail to match her ears.

On the other side of me there were two human people that looked exactly the same, one was a boy with white frosted hair, wearing a light blue jacket and black pants. The other person was a female with short fire like hair, a red t shirt and similar pants. Both had plumber badges from Ben ten on their chests. The girl's chest not that bad I'd say a c cup.

“Well… this is interesting,” I commented. I finished in my pocket, and felt my pellets in there. I felt five in there right now, but only needed four, so I took that many out. I flicked one at each of the sleeping people. I didn’t really feel like hurting them, but it’d be more beneficial if they were awake.

The boy with the frosted hair woke up and yawned right as I did, the pellet getting stuck in his throat. I just deadpanned at this. He punched his chest and spit it out easily, glaring at me.

“Did you do that?” He asked.

“I was trying to wake you all up,” I replied as the other pellets hit, summoning the one he spit out back to me, before it disappeared. One time use, good to know.

“Alright then.” He said as the little fox groan loudly and shifted before stumbling up, looking confused.

"Ow, ow, ow...:” The little fox, sounding feminine whine loudly, in a bit of pain form my ‘friendliness pellet’, while the Wolf girl… snored with a goofy face and a bit of drool running down her cheek.

“Well, close enough,” I mumbled to myself. “Hello there, I believe we all met at the vendor's stand that sent us here?”

The fox glanced up at me before yelping and stumbling back a bit. “W-who are you?!” She yipped. “W-whats going on?!”

“Where are we?” The boy said as the little fox starts to panic a little bit. “Hey hey Don't worry, you'll be fine.” The boy said petting her hair.

“We’re likely in some variation of pony land,” I replied neutrally with a shrug, hands going into my pockets.

“Wh-what?” The little fox said, shaking in the other’s arms, scared for what was going on and confused for the same reason.

“WAIT you mean my little pony?” The boy asked as the busty girl snored loudly and mubmling cutely in her deep sleep.

“T-that show?” The little fox like creature said with an ear twitch I nodded to the two of them.

“The same. Unfortunately for me, I’ll likely be seen as some kind of abomination and sealed soon, if I were to interact with anyone, so I must bid you farewell,” I said as I turned to leave.

“I'm confused.” The boy had said blinking as his sister woke up.

“What's up?” The girl asked, looking at her brother with a sleepy and confused expression clear on her face.

“We were transported to some form of Equestria by the vendor we bought stuff from,” I simplified for him with a irritated roll of my eyes. This seemed to upset the fox kit thing.

“Are you going to be ok?” The boy asked the Fox.

“N-no, I’m scared…” She said with a shudder.

The boy petted her head again trying to calm her down. Seeing I wasn’t needed here, I continued my way out.

“Should you really leave? Unless you want to be turned to stone some friends might be helpful.” The boy told me.

I sighed, acknowledging his point and turning around. “Names?” I suggested to him so that I could learn their names.

“Considering what I am now.” He said looking over himself. “Icicle.”

“And I'm Lava flow.” The girl said giggling.

“Sounds like something from Ben 10,” I commented dryly as I deadpanned at the two of them.

“We're fan made aliens.” Icicle said. “My species is iciclian, my sister's is magmalian.”

“H-hi…” The little fox said with a gulp. “S-sophie… Er, what am I?” She said, looking down at herself.

“You appear to be a chibi Kyuubi,” I replied to her. “And you may call me Flowey for now I suppose. My old name is useless to me now.”

“K-kyuubi?!” She squealed, seeming to panic a bit. “Th-that’s bad! I-I think…” Sophia said with a gulp.

“Luckily for you, you are not extruding any malice. You should be fine,” I reassured with a dismissive wave of my hand.

“Don't get my sister pissed now she'll melt the ground itself.” Icicle chuckled. The busty wolf girl mumble in her sleep again, shifting to her side. Then she yelped as she pricked herself on a sharp rocks.

“Oowowowowo!” She yipped, waving her hand around before sucking her cut finger.

I deadpanned at this. “How did the pellet not wake you… but cutting your finger did?” I questioned to myself.

“Because it hurts a lot!” She yelled shrilly, her ears and tail wilting as she made a little doggie whine.

“Here let me try something.” Icicle said looking at the cut, a little cold air coming off his finger as he pressed it to hers gently. Soothing the pain.

Her tail went straight up and poofed a little bit as she shuddered a little from the cold. “Th-thanks.” She said as she started to relax and she glanced at her finger. “Wait, how did you do that?”

“It isn't all that difficult, like an ice pack on an injury.” Icicle chuckled patting her head.

She smiled before standing up with a bounce. “Yosh~!” The girl said. “Nice costume by the way.” She said.

“Thanks, though I'm not supposed to be humanoid.” Icicle said thinking. “Oh well.”

She tilted her head with a little hum. “Whatta you mean by that?” She said, leaning forward and neatly stumbling. “Woah!” She said as she stopped herself. “...why does my chest feel heavy?”

“Probably because of your breasts.” Icicle said boldly.

She blinked while Sophie sweatdropped. “Say wha?” She said before looking down and yelping. “What the heck?! Since when did I have these?!”

“Probably after coming here.” Icicle said shrugging as I saw his sister giggling.

As Lava Flow giggled, the wolf girl was checking herself out, humming confusion. She then looked at her tail before looking up at her twitching wolf ears. “I’m… Momiji?” She said, noticing Sophie at the same time.

“It appears so,” I commented.

She looked to us. “And, who are you guys?” The wolf girl asked.

“Me and my sister are fan made aliens from Ben ten.” Icicle said.

“Flowey,” I replied simply with a shrug of my shoulders. If they didn’t know who that was it wasn’t my problem.

“Wait from undertale?” Lava asked raising an eyebrow. I nodded to the volcanic being, face neutral.

“Great, we're in the presence of a god.” Icicle said. “Well if you get the necessary souls.”

“And who’s this?” She points to the little fox in Icicle’s arms, ignoring the god comment… rather unusual.

“Sis, it’s me!” She whined in response. “Sophie!” She says, ears wilting a little bit.

The wolf girl gapped for a few seconds before swiping Sophie out of Icicle’s arms. “You’re so cuuutee!” Okay, that hurt my ears a little bit. And I’m sure the squeeze hurt Sophie just a little, if the gag was anything to go by.

“So are you, but I don't think your sister wants to be a pancake.” Icicle chuckled.

“Eh?” She says before giggling sheepishly when she noticed her sister turning blue. “Eheh, sorry Soph…” She said before holding her sister in a more comfortable way. “Well, since I turned into the Wolf Youkai herself, call me Momiji!”

“What about you?” Icicle asked her sister.

Sophie hummed a bit in displeasure, seeming to get a little shy. “K-kyuubi…” She says a little oddly.

“Cute.” Icicle and his sister chuckled.

“Yosh!” Momiji said with a small bounce, making Kyuubi yelp a little. “So, what are we doing?”

“How about we look around for anything fun to do.” Icicle said smiling.

“Fun?” The two sisters repeated. “Like what?” Momiji finished, looking a little giddy with energy.

“How about we go find a playground or something?” Icicle suggested.

“Let's check that school.” Lava said pointing to a large building. I shrugged. It was as good as a place to start as any.

“Kay!” The two little girls said before jogging ahead. Well, Kyuubi didn’t seemed to want to go ahead, but being in her sister's arms made that hard to do.

I followed the group, keeping an eye out for trouble. Momiji giggled as she got ahead, her sister protesting a little bit in worry and shyness. Icicle chuckled and followed them, his sister however had a… strange energy around her almost evil.

The girls didn’t notice it of course. I, however, had my eyes narrowed at her. I was wary of her.

“What are you looking at.” She asked glancing behind her at me.

“Something feels off about you,” I said simply.

“It should.” She said smirking as she turned her head back to the front. I raised an eyebrow at this. Curious. Deciding to dwell on it later, we soon arrived at the school.

“This place is cool.” Icicle said making a pun.

“Boo.” Momiji replied almost instantly and with a deadpan. “That sucked.” She stated, her ears and tail as stone still as her expression. This made her little sister chuckle a little bit sheepishly with a sweatdrop.

“Smiley trashbag has better puns than you,” I added dryly.

“Who? What?” Icicle asked apparently not knowing he punned.

“Ice, cool.” Lava said making Icicle facepalm. I shook my head at this. Idiots… Then we all jumped a bit at Momiji’s surprisingly believable growl. It also freaked her out a bit, which is why she stopped it immediately and held a hand to her mouth.

“You sound hungry,” I commented, trying to get that growl out of my mind.

Then her stomach took a turn to growl. Loudly. Embarrassed, Momiji giggled sheepishly while rubbing the back of her head.

“That was cute.” Icicle said before he chuckled, sneaking another glance at the wolf girl.

“Are you flirting with my sister?” Sophie said with a sweatdrop while Momiji just looked at a butterfly.

“Maybe, maybe not you'll never know.” Icicle said as he smirked, enjoying teasing the fox girl.

He got a sort of blank look from her. “I think I do know…” She says with a bigger sweatdrop before yelping when her sister lunged for the butterfly.

Icicle shrugged smirking wider as he continued to tease them. I just ignored them at this point, looking around for anyone to direct us anywhere. As I looked around, I noticed something strange. There was a very… familiar statue at the front of the school.

Detaching from the group, I wandered up to the statue and examined it. It was a stature of a horse, and a strange energy emanating from the side near the school. Vaguely I heard Sophie whine about something while Momiji was...barking? Almost?

“Wan wan!” That's the closest I can describe it.

“What's going on?” I heard Icicle ask. I turned around to see what was going on, getting a bit irritated.

There, Momiji was chasing the butterfly from before...on all fours and rather agile. Her sister held onto his neck, yelling loudly. “I want off this ride~!” She cried.

Icicle and lava both facepalmed while chuckling. Rolling my eyes, I poked at this mirror to see if anything happened. Nothing did, and I shrugged. Guess we weren’t quite that far in the timeline quite yet.

“So, we’re in the human world… I don’t know whether that’s better or worse,” I commented loud enough for the others to hear.

Momiji skidded to a stop and looked at me. “Whatta you mean?” She asked as her sister groaned while hanging on still with swirls for eyes.

“Well, being in the human world could have… complications. For me? I’ll be fine, you four, however, are strange creatures that are quite obvious, besides if you can think you can pull it off as a cosplay… though I doubt this,” I said as I shrugged.

“Momiji least so, she can hide her ears and tail…” Kyuubi pointed out, seeming to be jealous of that fact.. “Right?” She said somewhat innocently while Momiji glanced up at her ears.

“Hey me and my sister are human, we just have powers… that we can't use” Icicle said shrugging. “And as for the tail and ears, I'm sure we can find some clothes that'll handle that.”

“And the fact that you two make the area seem warmer or colder based on you your next to won’t let off any alarms,” I sarcastically replied. “If you two wish to be next to each other constantly, I suppose it could work… but Sophie either needs to learn to shapeshift or start acting like a mutated fox.”

Seeming to ignore my naming slip up, Kyuubi whined loudly much like a fox at the idea. “But… I don’t wanna…” Right, she’s like six or something.

Icicle rolled his eyes, his sister however growled at me. Her hair becoming more flame like, as she clenched her knuckles. “You do know that we created these aliens, we don't let off any temperature changes.”

I shrugged. “Maybe, you could have just not thought of it when the biology that would be required for you to possess those powers would demand such things,” I told them before turning to the school. “We should get registered in this world to avoid suspicion.”

Momiji groaned with a light growl, crossing her arms childishly. “Ugh, do we have to go to… school?” She said with obvious displeasure while her sister just sweat dropped.

“Considering how accepting the school was to Twilight just randomly appearing and settling herself, this would be the easiest place to acquire both shelter and a legal presence in this world,” I responded neutrally.

She whine childishly. “But it’s schooooool!” She said, waving her arms around. “The most boring place on the freakin planet!”

Deciding to be a bit mean, I turned and smirked at them. “Then it is too bad you all can feel correctly. I will not be getting bored,” I replied before turning and walking towards the
entrance of the school building.

“I like school “ Icicle said. “There's interesting shit going on all the time if you know where to look.”

Lava snorted and glared at him. “I'm not looking forward to guys trying to hit on me like before.”

“Depending on the timeline, just flare a little heat. If we are fun enough we should be able to simply brush it off as magic,” I called back to them, opening the door for them. I was a emotionless bastard, but I had manners… when I wanted.

“Thanks.” Icicle said as he walked passed me, Lava saying the same. Momijij whined again like a brat before she picked Kyuubi back up and sulted after us. Once inside, we wandered the halls until making it to the principles.

Looking over the group, I sighed. “Who would like to be the negotiator?” I asked neutrally to them all.

“Obviously not the kids.” Lava chuckled. I rolled my eyes a little at this, waiting for them to pick. “Not me or Icicle, we suck at talking to people.”

Sighing a bit, I turned. “Guess it’s me then,” I replied as I knocked on the door.

“Yes? Come in.” A voice spoke out from behind the door. Nodding, I opened and walked in. Icicle waited at the door and let his sister and the other two girls go first.

In the chair behind the desk sat a white skinned adult with rainbow-like hair. She looks up and at first, there is a smile, but it is replaced with confusion at the odd looks of those girls. “How can I help you?” She asks.

“Me and my friends need admittance into the school,” I replied simply without bothering to play around with what I wanted.

“What’s your current grade?” She asks as she begins to shuffle through papers.

“Me and my sister are seniors.” Icicle said. I highly doubted that.

“First year!” Kyuubi said, raising a paw.

“Third grade…” Momiji raised a hand dejectedly.

“I had previously been in twelfth as well,” I added at the end after letting everyone else go first.

She shuffles through a few other pages, checking for schedules and where she could place the kids. “By the way, my name is Celestia. Forgive me that I didn’t say so earlier, the paperwork has piled up ever since Sunset turned into that… thing… and was stopped” Celestia said.

“That’s fine,” I said with a nod to her. So second movie then. Sirens will be my target then.

Icicle and Lava chuckled at the fact that Celestia didn't know what we all are. I sent back a glare at the two idiots.

“All I ask, is for you and your friends to behave, I’d hate to have a repeat incident...” Celestia said with a serious look to her eyes.

I nodded with a smile. “Of course,” I replied.

“Y-yes ma’am!” The girls both said, standing up straight.

“So if I may ask ma'am what did Happen?” Icicle asked. “With this Sunset Shimmer?”

“Sunset Shimmer wanted to use the students of this school to take over…Well I doubt you'd believe me.” Celestia said shaking her head. “Anyway she obtained real Magic and turned into… a demon would be the best phrase.”

“What happened to her?” Lava asked. I think that's rather good acting. Surprising.

“She has seen the error if her ways and we've all given her a second chance.” Celestia smiled softly. So definitely second movie or later, then. Interesting...

“Well, I suppose we should head to our first class, or is that tomorrow?” I asked the Celestia neutrally.

“It's been two hours since school has started, you can still attend one of them, or you can wait till tommorow so that you can attend them all.” Celestia said as she pulls out a paper out of her drawer, she hands five copies to us.

“Alright,” I replied as took the copies, “Thank you,” I added before moving to leave, gesturing for the others to follow.

Icicle waved to Celestia politely before leaving with his sister. “Bye miss!” Kyuubi said with a small wave while her sister carried her along while dragging her feet, ear wilted.

We left before the principal could respond. “Alright, now to make sure we have shelter,” I said, thinking. What would be a good place?

“I have some cash left from the convention.” Icicle said. “It should be enough for at least a month worth of rent.”

“I lost my money... and my clothes…” Kyuubi said with a grumble, her tails flicking briefly in agitation.

Momiji shrugged. “I’m broke.” She said simply and without worry. I looked in my pockets and found I had about a couple thousand in there. Yes I expected this and took my money with me.

“We should be fine for a while…” I said neutrally. “Now to find somewhere close enough we don’t need to walk far to get here. Preferably with some space for some things…” I mumbled as we walked towards the exit.

“And with a Tv!” Momiji said with a light hop in her step and getting ahead of us.

Icicle chuckled, nodding. “But before that we'll need to get jobs so we can get food and stuff.”

“Food!” Lava said happily and shortly after joined in by the little wolf girl, her tail wagging. I noticed Icicle had wandered off once we got outside, apparently being the only one. “Hey wait… where'd Icicle go?”

“Ugh, that idiot…” I mumbled, shaking my head. “Whatever, we can tell him where we’ll be sleeping tomorrow. For now let’s go find an apartment,” I said as I continued walking.

“Kay!” Momiji said, bouncing a bit on her heels.

“Knowing him he probably went to take a piss.” Lava chuckled, shaking her head at her brothers idiocy.

The girls paused while still walking before looking at Lava. “Piss?” Both of them said both asked with adorable tilted heads.

“It means pee, don’t use that word. It’s a big kid word,” I replied to the children's inquiry.

“Yeah, don't use it till your at least ten.” She laughed. “But seriously don't copy me!”

“Kay!” They both said with a nod before moving on, Momiji adding a slight kick to her step, ears twitching at every sound. And with that we went to find a place to stay.

“So, ideas on where to go? I don’t really know the layout of the area too much,” I said to the group as we walked.

“We could ask directions.” Lava suggested. Of course.

Looking around at the empty streets, I deadpanned at her. “Because there are so many people to ask,” I replied dryly.

She rolled her eyes and walked up to a house, knocking on the door. A young lady came out and Lava started talking to her the two being outside my hearing range. A few short minutes later Lava came back and pointed to a building down the road.

“That building has apartments available for eight hundred dollars a month.” She said.

“Are they nice apartments?” I questioned even as we started heading there.

“What's it matter, right now all we need is a roof over our heads.” Lava said. “That lady also said a storm is coming so we can't be too picky right now.” I nodded in agreement with a frown. Being in a storm would be... irritating.

This displeased the girls. “A storm?” Momiji said, nearly dropping Kyuubi. “I hate the rain!”

“Then we'd better get going.” Lava giggled. “We'll need at least a four bedroom and two bath.”

Nodding, I decided to jog down the street. “Let’s go!” I called back to them. Momijij yipped and jogged after me, keeping up easily. Lava however chuckled and full on ran easily passing us.

“Whoever get there first has to go find Icicle!” She called. I nodded, and went to a complete stop, letting them get ahead, before leisurely walking. If it rained it didn’t matter to me. I was a little thirsty after all. Lava rolled her eyes, and looked back at me. “Lazy prick!”

“If you want to get put out by the railn, feel free to join me in my stroll!” I shouted back with a grin.

“And unless you want me to burn you you'll catch up.” She grinned back. “Or are you afraid of a little competition?”

“Go ahead. Then I’ll just learn all your attack patterns,” I shouted back neutrally, stretching a little bit just to make it seem I was completely relaxed.

“Your an ass.” She mumbled. “And no fun at all, I mean seriously how can someone be so annoying?”

“It’s hard not to be when you do not feel,” I replied simply as I shrugged at her.

Lava rolled her eyes and whistled. “Here Momiji!”

Only to immediately jumped when the wolf girl was suddenly in front of her with a rush of wind. “Wan wan!” Momiji barked with her tail wagging and her sister looking very disoriented, again swirls for eyes.

“Where do you think our room will be?” Lava asked looking at the apartment building. I shrugged as we walked, not knowing or really caring. “Whatever let's get Inside.” She said as thunder sounded, making Momiji yelp and rush inside.

“Yes, let’s,” I agreed as we entered the apartment building.

Lava stretched and leaned on a wall as I walked up to the desk.

“May I help you?” The man behind the desk asked while Momiji was looking around the room.

“Do you have a four bedroom two bath?” I questioned the man neutrally.

“Yes we do, there is one left it is room 678 and its 800$ a month.” He said as he pulled out some paperwork.

I nodded, looking over the paperwork carefully for any… unpleasant things that may hide inside it. Finding none, I signed the paper and handed the man 800 for this month.

“Thank you and here's the key.” He said handing me the key… as a strange beeping noise started sounding.

Momiji’s ear flicked. “What's that noise...I don’t like it.” She said, rubbing her ears.

“Yes, what is that… rather irritating noise?” I questioned with a raised brow, frowning at him.

“I do not know sir.” The man said, the noise emanating from Lava.

Momiji pointed at Lava. “I think it’s coming from her?” She said innocently. I raised an eyebrow at Lava.

Lava blinked, and started looking through her pockets pulling out the plumber badge I saw her and her brother looking at, at the convention. Not a minute later did Icicle walk in with his badge in hand with a map projected from it.

“Where were you?” I asked, brow still raised. Also, why was he using stranfe technology in the open? Idiot.

“I saw a sign in an ice cream shop looking for help. It just opened and I start tomorrow after school. I'm running the entire night shift my myself… anyone want a job?” Icicle chuckled. “Also sorry about not letting you know where I was going, but I knew I'd be able to find ya.” He said putting his badge in his pocket.

“Whatever… and I don’t know. Flowers don’t really mix well with cold… or fire,” I said with a frown. Flowers are very... picky for normally stationary things.

“And you have us as friends?” Icicle chuckled jokingly. “And you wouldn't really have to deal with cold, you could be on the register. Its separated from the kitchen.”

“Ugh, people,” I responded neutrally. I never liked… people. In general, really.

“Or cleaning.” Icicle suggested before facepalming. “Derp. I just remembered there was a flower shop hiring right across from the ice cream shop.”

“Really? I’ll look into it. The irony will amuse me,” I responded with a little bit of a chuckle. Positive emotion! What a good start.

“So, what room we in?” Icicle asked.

“Room 678.” Lava said as she saw Sophie and Momiji pull out a couple of dog toys, a small chew toy and a rope out of the bag icicle gave them. I raised a eyebrow at this. Where did they get those? It took me a moment to remember the bag, so I shrugged.

“Let’s go see our room,” I suggested and not a second later, the girls rushed ahead, giggling as Momiji took out the chew toy and put it in her mouth and running off.

“I figured they'd like that stuff. I also got us a few days of groceries with non perishables.” Icicle said as we started up to our room.

I nodded at this. “Good… I hate shopping,” I commented as we walked.

“Did you get plates and stuff?” Lava asked her brother as she turned to him.

Icicle nodded. “And some bowls and cups. Tonight… considering the storm and all, how about pizza or something? I have soda.”

“Mmmmm pizza” Lava giggled as her stomach growled from hearing her favorite foods name.

“We could order in,” I suggested idly. “Do not get me a pizza, I will not eat it… I wonder if I can still eat potatoes…”

“So you're vegetarian?” Icicle asked me as we approached our apartment building's elevator, the two kids waiting for us.

“No, I just don’t like pizza,” I responded with a shrug.

“Oh, maybe I'll get you some fertilizer.” Icicle joked.

“I may be a flower now but if you try to literally feed me sh-poop I will fill your SOUL with so many pellets there won’t even be dust of it left,” I responded neutrally, not even appearing angry. Even so, it made the girls whimper a little bit at the threat, despite it not being directed at them.

“Learn to take a joke.” Icicle rolled his eyes. Well, when someone tells you to eat feces you can talk.

“Yeah lighten up.” Lava chuckled. No.

“That was so funny I forgot to laugh. Oh, no, wait, it just wasn’t funny,” I said, voice dryer than a desert as my annoyance grew. Idiots... your making me want to kill you in your sleep.

Icicle rolled his eyes as we got to our apartment, unlocking it sonwe could enter. It was relatively nice all things considered. It having a small television set, a couch, and a new coat of paint. The girls looked around with a sense of awe before rushing off again to explore. I rolled my eyes at this, walking in and just sitting on the couch.

Icicle put the groceries in the kitchen, picking up a phone. A few minutes later he called out asking what Kind of pizza everyone wanted and what sides.

“Meat Lovers and cheese sticks.” Lava said sitting down.

“Still don’t eat pizza!” I called back, “But fries would be nice.”

“Both!” We all heard the girls call as they ran into sight. “We want both!” They repeated.

“That's an extra large meat lovers pizza, cheesesticks with extra marinara sauce, and two orders of fries.” Icicle said before waiting for a moment. “Apartment 678 building…” he paused looking at us with a raised eyebrow.

“Jazers Apartments,” I commented. An idiotic name for a idiotic owner.

“Jazers apartments.” He said before pausing again. “Alright thanks.” He hung up. “It's 34.98$ and it'll be here in half an hour.”

“Or it’s free?” I questioned with a raised brow.

“No it'll be half off.” He shrugged with a shake of his head. “Said they wanted to be original.”

“Better than just having to pay full anyway,” I said as I shrugged to him, simply lounging on the couch. Knowing about the wait, Momiji sighed in a slight growl before plopping herself on the couch, her sister jumping onto her lap. Lava and Icicle sat on the floor, leaning on the couch as a loud thunder sounded.

This made Momiji yelped loudly, almost a scream, before jumping away and latching onto the nearest person that wasn’t her sister.

And it was me, the wolf girl gripping me tightly. Very tightly, ouch. Reaching a hand behind her back, I stiffly patted it. Let me go goddammit.

Icicle smiled and chuckled. “Don't worry, it's only a little thunder. Watch, soon it'll rain and then a rainbow will appear.”

“Yes. Listen to Frosty. Stop squeezing me,” I commented, trying to pet her to relax her.

Eventually, she slowly let go of me then tapped her fingers together repeatedly. “Sorry Flowey…” She apologised with a short embarrassed laugh.

“It is… fine,” I said after a minute. I wouldn’t hold a grudge over this. It wasn't worth it.

Icicle and lava smiled, chuckling as said ice alien got up and turned the TV onto the cartoon Channel. “Here Momiji, Sophie, what do you want to watch?”

They both gasped in excitement before nodding. “Somthing with action!” Momiji said with a rather loud voice.

Sophie hummed a bit. “I’m okay with anything.” She says.

“Let's see… there's Steven universe, power rangers dino charge… not much else.” Icicle said yawning.

“Steven Univerese?” Momiji questioned, the name not familiar to her.

“A show about a hybrid alien/human that lives with his alien mothers alien friends and they fight other aliens.” Icicle said.

“It is… amusing,” I commented. It was good enough for human me at least.

“Kay, let’s watch that!” Momiji said while her sister nodded, looking as eager as her older sister. Icicle nodded and clicked on it, it just happening to be the first episode.

“Lucky you two, it's the first episode.” Icicle chuckled, getting onto the couch.

The girls stayed where they were, on the floor and watching intently. The first episode was with the centipeetle, and another 15 minute episode was on after it as the doorbell rang.

“That must be the pizza, it's literally a minute late.” Icicle chuckled.

“What bad timing,” I commented as I got up. “I’ll get it,” I added as I walked to the front.

“Sorry I'm late, it's my first day.” The pizza guy said handing me the pizza. “Half price.”

Nodding, I gave him the money, plus a ten dollar tip. “Well, have a nice day,” I said as I took the food and carried it inside.

“I'll get the soda, I have root beer, orange, and coke.” Icicle said.

“Not sure how plants react to that,” I commented as I handed the food out, holding a bag of fries for myself.

“I also have Mountain water.” He said tossing me a bottle. I caught it, testing a fry out. When my body didn’t reject it, I ate away, sipping the water occasionally.

Icicle sat on the ground with everyone else, opening the pizza box and eating a piece as he gave the others some cups and soda. Momiji requested some Coke, while her little sister wanted Orange Soda instead.

The older sibling took the more meaty pizza but was perfectly fine with cheese pizzas. Her sister was much the same, besides the former’s scarfing her pizza down, Kyuubi took her time. Except with the soda.

Lava ate some cheese sticks. “Want some?” She asked the two children and me.

“Yes please!” Momiji said, reaching for a couple like a spoiled child.

Kyuubi however declined. “No thanks, I don’t like Cheese Sticks…” She said with a shake of her little head.

“No thank you,” I replied, already almost done my fries.

“I'll take some.” Icicle said taking some.

“This is fun.” Lava said as more thunder sounded.

And once more, it made Momiji yelp and dash away, behind the couch this time. Kyuubi groaned, rubbing her ears. “That is so loud…” she said with displeasure. Icicle smiled softly and looked behind the couch.

“Momiji, its OK, come here and I won't let the thunder hurt you.” He said. He was trying to convince her to come out.

It worked pretty well, Momiji slowly crawling out from behind the couch. Icicle pulled Momiji onto his lap, bouncing her a little as he petted her head. She yipped at that before acting very dog like and nuzzling up to him and into his lap.

Lava giggled and petted Sophie as a third thunder went off, the rain starting to come down as Icicle continued to pet Momiji. The boom again made her yip, but she didn’t move from her spot. Her ear flattered against her skull as she shook like a leaf.

“It will be fine. The weather cannot reach us in here,” I assured. With that we were soon full and sleepy, so everyone went to bed.

School was… boring, frankly. Nothing of importance happened during it and I was now following Icicle to check out that flower shop.

“Right there.” Icicle said pointing to the flower shop, across the street from ice cream paradise, the ice cream shop. And I thought Flowey the Flower was a dumb name.

“Did you check it out or am I going in blind here?” I questioned as I crossed my arms at him.

“Their looking for someone to help take care of the plants.” Icicle said. That didnt help idiot.

“Alright,” I said deciding to just head on in already.

“Good luck.” Icicle said as he went to work. And with that I went inside. The place just looked like what a typical flower shop. I looked around for someone to direct me to the manager or the manager themself.

“May I help you?” A young lady asked. She was wearing a green dress and an apron, with a dd-size breast.

I put on a charming smile. “Hello, I am here about the job application,” I told the young lady calmly.

“Oh alright.” She smiled pulling out some papers. “How much water should a plant get per day?”

“Depends on a couple things. If the plant’s soil is dry it should get thorough water, preferably until it comes out the bottom of the planter,” I replied neutrally. The random things I looked up a while ago may come in handy.

“Good, if a flower is wilting what are some things you can do to bring it back?” She asked.

“You can give it more water, for one,” I replied simply as I tried to think of another way, “Move it out of the sun is another part.”

“Good, now what hours can you work?” She asked. She seemed to almost be sold on hiring me.

I shrugged a bit. “I just got out of school, so for most time after now. I do not require much sleep at all,” I assured. As long as I got decent sun beforehand anyway, perks and downsides to this whole plant thing.

“Very well, when can you start?” She smiled. Sold.

“Do you require my help now?” I questioned with a smirk and a raised brow at her. I didn’t mind starting now, more money for me.

“Not right now, I need to set it up in the system. Come back tomorrow. You start at four and you'll work till eleven.” She said. I nodded and let my face fall back to neutrality before turning and heading to the apartments with a backwards wave to her.

Later that night around 11:95.

Icicle came in looking tired, yawning and stretching. “Long day?” I questioned as I watched TV, not really caring but figuring I’d ask.

“You have no idea but it was a ten hour shift and at ten dollars an hour.” Icicle said as he ate some leftover pizza.

I shrugged a bit. “Oh well, you should get used to it after a bit of time,” I replied rather dismissively.

Icicle rolled his eyes. “I'm headed to bed, see ya tomorrow.” I nodded a little and just kept watching TV. Sleeping was not a thing I had to do anymore, evidently.

About five minutes later, I hear someone’s footsteps approached the living room. Raising a brow, I turned to the source of the noise.

Icicle raised an eyebrow as well, stopping as he was about to head to his room.

There, we saw Momiji in a cute little night dress, peeking from behind a wall. “H-hi.” She said, seeing that she was caught. I waved a little.

“Are you alright?” icicle asked her crouching down to her level.

She shook her head. “N-no...I can’t sleep.” Momiji said with a hint of a doggy whine, her animal side coming out a bit.

Icicle smiled and petted her head. “How about a bedtime story?” He suggested to the little distraught doggy girl. He picked her up and tickled her a little, smiling at her cuteness.

She giggled a little bit before nodding. “Yes please.” Momiji said, squirming a little bit.

Icicle smiled and sat down, cross legged on the floor with her. “Once upon a time there was an adorable little fox girl. She was a beloved princess who went by the name cutias!”

"Cutias?” She repeated with a blinked before giggling. “Thats a funny name.”

Icicle smiled and chuckled. “Cutias was the princess of cuteopolis.” Again the naming made her giggle cutely but she continued to listen intendly. “For years cuteoplis lived in peace and harmony…”

An hour later.

“And they all thrived happily ever after.” Icicle said. I sarcastically clapped to the story. He used the word ‘cute’ so damn much.

Momiji however was fast asleep at the end, softly snoring in his arms.

“Knock it off.” Icicle whispered to me as he slowly stood up with her in his arms still. I shrugged but did so, getting up and going to her room to open the door for him to set her down in bed.

Icicle carefully set her down on the makeshift bed they set up, right next to her sister as they both slowly slept. I turned and went back to the couch, back to watching TV. Icicle however went to the bathroom for about an hour, coming back with wet hair.

“Goodnight.” He called going to his room.

“Night!” I called back boredly.

Then next morning

We all went to school like usual that day, but there were three new students. I frowned a bit at this. I wasn’t prepared for any three little grief causers yet, needed more seeds. And I had no clue how to do so.

“I wonder if we're immune to their powers.” Icicle said. “I've been practicing a little while working so maybe we could help stop them.”

“If you do stop them, give me their necklaces. I wish to experiment with them,” I said to Icicle, trying to make it sound like a request. People responded better to requests, not orders. He nodded, looking to his sister and the girls.

“Let's get to class, and let's keep an eye on the new girls.” Icicle said. I nodded with the others before heading off to class.

During lunch I saw icicle and Momiji sitting with a bunch of other kids. One including a girl with rainbow hair and another that looked like bacon. Shrugging at this I sat alone, with a glass of water and some random meat.

Lava came in and looked at me before looking at her brother. “Why not sit with them?”

“Already sitting here, plus don’t want to sit there… too crowded,” I replied with a simple shrug of my shoulders.

“I think you're just antisocial.” Lava chuckled.

“No, I’m anti stupid,” I replied with a deadpan, referencing a old shirt of mine.

“So your anti yourself?” She smirked walking away.

“No, I’m anti everyone else,” I replied simply while she was still in earshot, turning and starting to eat. Idiots like her who just kept antagonizing me was why I used to never, and still dont, not socialize. I heard the doors open, and looked to see a certain three entering the cafeteria.

The three were singing a song, and as they did it caused green mist to form making everyone but me, my friends, and the people icicle was with angry at each other for no reason.

Well, unfortunately Momiji was affected and was getting aggressive, growling a barking at others from her table with another group of girls, me recognising them as the CMC in the human world. Kyuubi seemed to affected, but more it was making her extremely uncomfortable.

Icicle ran over to the two girls. “Momiji! Down girl!”

She growled in response but listened and sat back down on her chair. I seemed rather unaffected from the song. Did they need me to have a SOUL to affect me? That is quite fortunate, mine is either nonfunctional or gone.

Getting up I waited until they were done their song before silently following the three. “Excuse me?” I called to them neutrally, hands behind my back.

“What do you want?” The yellow haired girl asked.

“Nothing much, but I noticed you seemed to be… weakened, songsters. I have a… alternative, if you will meet me out back after school. I would show you now… but eavesdroppers are plentiful,” I said to the three calmly. I knew power was their motivation, and thus the perfect bait.

The three girls looked at each other before nodding to me. “Fine.” Hook, line and sinker. Nodding to the three, I turned and went back to the cafeteria for the rest of lunch.

I calmly left school, going towards the back. I didn’t have work for another hour at the soonest, so this should wrap up rather quickly. I was soon back there, and waiting for the three songs girls. While I waited, I brought my pellet out and tried planting it in the ground. I got two feelings from this.

One was to make a flower, the other a vine. Curious about the former, I chose that to change the seed to. In a rather astonishing rate, a white tulip sprouted from the ground. Shortly after, it left ten pellets for me.

Curious, I planted those as well with the same mental order as the first. Around the original, ten more flowers grew with ten pellets each. I now had one hundred. Feeling a little tired, I decided to not make anymore pellets for the time being, bringing the ones I had into my pockets.

The three girls came out to where I was. Perfect timing. “So what is it?” The Leader of the sirens asked.

Smiling, I summoned one that was actually five, the hundred having fused into sets of fives to fit in my pocket. “These pellets of mine are filled with magical energy. Think of it like a ‘seed’ for magic to grow in you! Now, you’ll want to catch as many as you can. Are you ready?” I asked, summoning two more and splitting them into fifteen over my head.

“Um OK?” The leader said, looking at the other two in confusion before all three shrugged. With that, I sent the pellets at them, five for each of them. The bullets tore through their arms and legs and hearts. “What was that?” Adagio asked in pain, the three on the floor.

“You Idiots! I can’t believe you fell for that!” I said with a chuckle as I summoned three more pellets. “Normally, this is where someone would monologue… but unlike you, I’m not dumb,” I said before hitting them one more time with the pellets, killing the three. Three SOULs came up, with surprising colors of Red, Purple, and Green.

Before the things could shatter I took them and absorbed them. For good measure, I also took their necklaces and tied two as wristbands under my sleeves, the third a necklace under my clothes.

Using my new energy, I had some more options. Like, for example, I could easily have three vines send the three flying, turning some pellets into bombs above them and erasing the evidence. Whistling a little tune, I turned and headed to work.

After work

Yawning a bit in sheer boredom, I walked out of the flower shop with a wave to the owner, walking towards the hotel room.

I saw Icicle walking home as well as he stopped into a small store. Curious, I walked and checked to see what kinda store it was… it was an electronics store that sold… from what I could see… almost every kind of electronics. I saw icicle talking with the store owner and nodding, they talked for a while before icicle started to leave.

Waiting a bit, I waved to him neutrally when he exited. I was a bit in a good mood… which for me meant not being in a bad mood with zero positive emotions.

“Oh...hi.” Icicle said waving back.

“Don’t you usually get off a hour after me?” I asked curiously as we started walking to the hotel.

“It was slow and they didn't need me.” Icicle said as he yawned. He had taken a couple extra shifts and didn't look so good.

“Alright. You appear to need the rest anyway,” I commented as we walked. Soon we arrived at the complex, going up and into the apartment.

“I think I'd better stay home from school tomorrow to catch up on sleep.” Icicle said before collapsing on the couch.

Shrugging, I decided to go zone out at the window. The sun would snap me outta it when needed.

At School the next day.

I hummed as I sent my decoys into the school. Using about fifty seeds to make vines and some magic, I’d made false bodies of the Sirens to puppet and had them go do as they did in the movie. The day was normal, and surprisingly it was soon time for the prelims to start.

“Hi!” A hyperactive pink person said popping up out of nowhere.

“Hello,” I said dryly, turning to the pink person who I was one hundred percent certain I knew the identity of.

“My names Pinkie Pie! Have you seen icicle!? I've seen you walking together and-” she said in a single breath until I cut her off.

“He’s that way,” I replied neutrally as I pointed where I last saw him. This pink one was… Annoying.

“Thanks!” She said disappearing in a trail of smoke. Shrugging a bit, I continued to my seat. The rest of the day was pretty much like the movie thanks to my puppets, the elements of harmony were talking to me and the others for some reason however Lava was able to slip away. Lucky bitch.

“Why are you bothering me, again?” I questioned with my hands in my pockets.

“Icicle said you and your other friends could help with the sirens.” Rarity said flipping her hair.

I raised an eyebrow at this. “Did he say how he thought we could help?” I questioned neutrally.

They all looked at each other before looking back at me. “He said you were like twilight… from another world with strange powers” Rarity said again.

“I wanna see if I can try to learn some of these powers.” Rainbow chuckled.

Shrugging a bit, I figured I’d fucked with the timeline enough. “Alright, I may be able to teach you something… but after the Sirens are defeated. Now is not the time for the potential drawbacks,” I replied neutrally.

The four of them nodded, and for the rest of the day we tried to come up with a plan of action- well they did- until I had to go to work. Waving goodbye, I walked to the flower shop.

While I was working I noticed Icicle went into that electronics shop again, but this time Pinkie was with him. They carried out a large box, and walked back to the direction of the apartments. Raising an eyebrow, something I did quite a lot, I had a good idea of what was to happen there and just didn’t care.

A few hours later I was finishing up at work and headed home. When I got in there was a new couch, a flat screen TV, a gaming system and a coffee table in the living room. I closed the door and everyone jumped out saying surprise.

“What a surprise,” I said neutrally as I just looked at them all. I didn't care, shockingly.

“You're not surprised at all.” Icicle laughed.

“Did you expect anything else?” I replied dryly as I stretched a little.

“Nope, when I woke up today I spent my paycheck and got us all beds and stuff.” Icicle said smiling. I raised an eyebrow. Why did he tell me that, I didn’t ask him anything besides if he expected me to be surprised.

“Anyway, thanks to my bro we're all set up here.” Lava smirked sitting on the new couch.

“Cool,” I said dryly as I went and sat on the other end of the couch.

“You alright?” Icicle asked raising an eyebrow.

I tilted my head. “What do you mean? I’m acting perfectly normal. I’m Flowey, remember?” I asked, making that last part quiet enough only he and lava heard.

“Right.” They nodded, as they got some pizza and passed it around.

“You know we should try eating healthier.” Icicle said giving me some French fries and potato chips.

“I’ll do that when I need to start worrying about it,” I relied simply, eating the fries first while they were warm.

“I can try cooking.” Lava said, suddenly Icicle had put the two kids behind him and was holding the fire extinguisher. “Catch the house on fire one time…” Lava mumbled.

I raised an eyebrow in faint interest. “You caught your house on fire?” I asked with a tilted head.

“Yes she did” icicle said sweat dropping.

“I was five!” Lava said with a whine. “I wanted to cook my parents breakfast in bed for their anniversary and I didn't know not to put pancake batter on an open flame!”

I gave her the most dead of pans. “Really?” I asked dryly. That was stupid even for a five year old.

“She's a little slow.” Icicle whispered to me. I nodded in understanding to this, simply taking that as a fact whether it was true or not.

“I never claimed to be smart.” Lava said pouting. “And I didn't actually put it on the open flame… it over flowed.”

I facepalmed so hard at this the smack could likely legitimately be heard from a couple blocks away. That is just so dumb.

“Well in her defense she was five and really short… plus our dad left the room to take a crap.” Icicle said chuckling. “But he had told us not to touch anything.”

“What are you guys talking about?” A energetic voice joined in the conversation, Momiji being seen peeking around a corner.

“Lava being dumb when she was five,” I responded without a moment's hesitation.

“Like you never did anything dumb.” Lava glared at me.

I turned, having been distracted by Momiji's appearance, in time to see the two fall into a portal and a note appear. Raising a brow, I picked up the note that laid where Lava and Icicle were.

My name is Azmuth, I am from the 23d dimensional plane. I have summoned your companions because they are two examples of aliens that are endangered, they have agreed to aid me in reviving the species so they shall return’ “Huh… I mumbled, frowning. So he just… took them. No goodbye, huh?

I turned once more, to check on the fox and the wolf, and was met by a similar sight though without a note. I just… Stared.

Well. How was I going to explain this? Maybe have the sirens have drained them? I could have their clothes be dirty and crumbled, their spares anyway. That might work, make it look like they were in a tussle.

I reached through my connection, and found the threes SOULs. I ordered them here, and to disguise themselves. That would make it so I could make it look like a attempted break in, then a kidnapping/murder.

Picking up the note, I tore it to shreds. Then I caught said shreds and flushed them down a toilet. Coldly, I went to the living room and simply watched tv.

The door was broken in, and the disguised sirens knocked over some things on the way to the living room. I sent pellets through them, before handing them the clothes and watching then run.

I lay down, pretending to be injured. I didn't like showing weakness, no matter how false… but this was needed.

I hope they're okay...

Chapter 5V2

View Online

I frowned, staring blankly as a paramedic looked me over. Shockingly, this place had actual emergency personnel. Good thing I used the sirens instead of trashing the place myself.

After dealing with the cops questions, I got up and headed out. Night was drawing… and now that my restraint was gone… it's hunting time.

Moving with quick, quiet strides, I went out into the night. Before really starting, I took my red, purple, and green souls back. Everything covered, I sighed.

Actually… do I even need more SOULs? Honestly, one of mine is determination. That, plus the others… I don't see myself being beaten for a long time.

Though… maybe I could find some somewhere. Somewhere with… acceptable targets. Mayhaps a prison? It would be simple for me to break in, now I just need a costume. Or, well, to change my appearance with magic.

My major question however is whether I should go for six, or seven. I know three I absorbed without mutation, but I don't know what'll happen for the two big ones. Though to be honest, do I even really care? There's not much left for me in my human appearance anyway.

Plus I should take a few hours to really scrub the personalities from the three in me already, only leaving their purest traits. I do so, blankly, wandering. To be honest… I don’t this there’s much to do here. I feel like… like I should just… go to sleep. To be honest, I don't feel like I'm needed here anymore. There's not much to do, no threats to face that can't be handled without me.

I’ll wake if I’m needed… but I don’t feel needed. I don’t feel much of anything. I’m somehow… number. I decide to go off, into the forest. I head through town. Out of town, and into the forest. I head deep, deeper yet deeper. Finally, I reach the center. Here, I plant myself. I shift, body changing, shrinking. Small, smaller yet smaller.

When it stops, there’s nothing in the center of the forest but a field. A field… with a faceless buttercup, gently swaying in the wind.
