Spike is sitting in the train to the Crystal Empire, it's been five years ago that he helped with freeing it from King Sombra and removed the curse that the mad king had put on it.

Spike has grown up in those five years, he was now taller than Twilight by a head. Spike rolled his eyes at seeing his so not earned official title and put the note in his backpack that he got from Rarity on one of his birthday's.

'We are here to serve you, Master,' Said the pegasus as she took the place next to the unicorn. 'but if you don't want us to call you Master, what would you like us to call you?'

Spike was a little taken aback by what he was told but started to think about it. They would never call him just Spike and even if they did, his "official title" would not be far behind. He thought of letting them say "Sir" to him, but the way they said "Master" made it sound so much better. Spike turned his attention back to the mares in front of him, the three were looking at him with awaiting anticipation for his answer, 'I can't come up with anything good at the moment,' Spike said. 'so you can call me Master as you wish.'

'Thank you, Master!' The mares said in unison with a sign of happiness and relief.

'Well, with that out of the way,' said Spike, ' I would like to know your names.'

'Oh, of course, Master, I am Rose Shine,' Said the earth pony.

'And I am Crystal Sky,' Said the pegasus.

'And I am Artic Bliss,' Said the unicorn.

'At your service Master.' the mares said after their introduction and gave a slight bow.

The mares nodded and followed him off of the platform.

Now on the main road to the palace, Spike sees that the three mares are having some kind of scuffle in front of him as if their fighting over who's going to be walking in front of him. With some poking, prodding, and use of magic, it seems that Artic Bliss came out as the victor of the little bout.

Crystal Sky and Rose Shine hang their heads in defeat and fell back to walk beside spike, Crystal on the left side of him and Rose on the right.

As they moved along, the two mares on spikes sides moved closer to him until there was only an inch between them and the drake. Spike flew back a little to admire his work, he smiled as he looked at the mustache and goatee on the face of his younger self. The muffled giggles from down below told him that his work was appreciated and his smile turned into a wicket grin.

Spike's Grin soon faded as he looked wide-eyed at the accessories that he painted evaporate into thin air with a sizzle.

He slummed down back to the ground and as he landed, a group of four crystal guard ponies headed their way and stopped in front of the group.

'Hold it!' The unicorn guard in front of the group said. 'Which one of you had defiled the statue of our greatest hero?'

Artic rushed to the guard, 'Oh please forgive me!' she said, crouching down and looking up at the guard with big pleading eyes. 'I couldn't help myself, I'm so sorry.' 

No, it was me!' Said crystal, who made her way to the unicorn and shoved her aside, 'She only wanted to help me, but it was all my doing.'

'No, it was my work!' Said Rose, who jumped between the other two mares and bowed her head, 'So please, take me in.'

As the three mares argued over who's to blame, did Spike looked at the clear evidence that it was him still in his claw.

Spike looked at the guards that were watching the mares wrestle in front of them, not noticing him in the slightest.

Though he didn't mind it, he still didn't want anypony else to be blamed for what he did, 'Ladies, stop it!' Spike yelled, the mares stopped instantaneously and looked at him. 'I was the one, here is your proof.' He finished, waving the paintbrush in the air.

The guards started to surround them and lead them to the palace, all the while with the three mares were walking at his sides.

Spike chuckled and said in the same manner, 'Don't worry, I think I can get away with it.'

The group of guards left the throne room, leaving Spike, Cadence and three dumbfounded mares.
