What might happen if Disney Princesses were to end up in Equestria? Done for the Lemur Needs Princess Fics Badly contest.
This is a very random and comedic view of what might happen if several of the Disney Princesses were to end up in Equestria. It was done for the Lemur Needs Princess Fics Badly contest in the Austraeoh Noble Jury. It is not to be taken the least bit seriously.
Fluttershy rolled over as she felt Celestia's sun beating down on her face. She yawned and stretched, then got out of bed. The sound of her hooves on the wooden floor creaked ominously throughout the cottage.
She perked up her ears, but couldn't hear a single one of her birds. She glanced about but saw not a single one of her animal friends in her bedroom. Afraid for her animals she swooped down the stairs and started a frantic search of her cottage.
The door flung open as she galloped toward the chicken coop. It was empty as well. Fluttershy started to cry.
Discord appeared before her, and stifled a bit of anger before saying, "What's wrong my dear?"
"My animals," sniffed Fluttershy. "They're all gone."
Discord scouted about, and picked up a few tracks quite literally from off the ground. "Don't worry," said Discord, "I'll find your brood before you know it." With that he headed off into the Everfree Forest.
It wasn't long before he started to hear distant singing. He emerged into a clearing to see a bipedal creature in a blue and white dress completely surrounded by animals. They were giving her the same kind of far away, happy looks that they would give Fluttershy, as they listened to her song.
Discord pushed up his chest and strode up to the girl.
"What manner of creature are you," asked the girl.
"The better question is what are you doing with my friend's animals?" asked Discord. "If you haven't noticed this forest is quite dangerous for them."
"Oh, I was just feeling down, and a little bit scared, so I started to sing," said the girl. "And all of these lovely animals came by to help cheer me up." She fondled a nearby deer.
"Well, they aren't your animals," said Discord, snapping his claw which caused the deer to teleport behind him.
"I dare say that they don't seem to be your animals either," said the girl, as the deer ran back to her for protection.
Discord glared at the girl, then seemed to look through her. He clapped his claw and paw together and grinned before adopting a more stern visage. "I suppose Fluttershy would get mad at me.." mumbled Discord before ripping a hole in reality. He flicked one of his claws up and in the direction of the portal and the girl fell backwards through it. "Arrivederci," he said as she vanished from view.
Rarity awoke to an ominous thump which came from deep within her store. She pulled off her night mask with her magic, and caused a faint blue light to emit from her horn.
She quietly walked down the hall to check on Sweetie Belle, and noting that she was still asleep, closed her door and placed a quick ward on it for safekeeping.
She crept down the staircase into the main part of her store. The outside door was wide open, letting in the night air. She closed the door, and proceeded to her workroom.
On the floor, in front of her sewing wheel, was a young woman in a white and grey dress with a brown hooded cloak. She seemed to be fast asleep. Rarity sighed and tapped her with a hoof. She stayed asleep. After shaking her fairly vigorously in her magic without effect, she laid the woman on her fainting couch.
She locked the door from outside, and walked at a fast pace to Twilight's castle. She entered, and worked her way through the hallways to Twilight's bedroom. The noise of her hooves beating against the stone floors woke Twilight up.
"I had an intruder last night," said Rarity. "She seems like one of those creatures you described from the other side of the mirror, but she is fast asleep and I was unable to awaken her."
Twilight teleported the pair to just outside of Carousel Boutique, and Rarity opened the door. She led Twilight to the sleeping figure.
Twilight cast a few spells on her, then, with a shocked look on her face said, "She is suffering from a curse."
"I thought you were through with curses after that whole zebra incident?" said Rarity.
"No," said Twilight. "It actually led me to a pretty thorough study of them. If my diagnostic spells are correct, the only way to wake her is by a kiss from a prince."
"But the only unmarried prince in all of Equestria is," said Rarity.
"Blueblood," said both ponies with a hint of disgust in their voices.
Belle awoke to see a fuzzy figure snoring away next to her. She removed herself from the bed and stared. "Adam, Adam, wake up," said Belle. "Something terrible has happened. The curse is back."
Iron will grunted and pushed off the covers. "Iron Will is not under any sort of curse."
Belle screamed.
"Iron will would prefer if you stopped hurting Iron Will's ears," said Iron Will.
"Where am I, and what have you done with my husband?" said Belle.
"Iron Will hasn't done anything with anyone," said Iron Will. "You are in the city of Minos, more specifically in Iron Will's home in Iron Will's bedroom."
"Minos, as in minotaur?" asked Belle. "A city full of minotaurs?"
"Iron Will agrees with your statement," said Iron Will.
Belle grinned then started to back out of Iron Will's house.
Once outside, she embarked on the adventure of a lifetime.
