> EquestriaZ: Twilight:Daughter of Bardock > by NightmareTRXY32 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > Prison Break > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Home for Eternal Losers AKA earth's hell He could of blown that miserable planet to a million tiny pieces. He could have finally achieved the revenge he had so desired for all those years. Being stuck in Earth's hell was more than he could bare at the moment. More then anything he wished he could of killed those Saiyan monkeys Frieza had been so close to exacting his revenge on the Saiyans, so close. He was stuck in thought over it now. He should of just blown up that damned planet, not giving Goku the time to collect himself. But he made that same fatal decision like he realized he had done so many other times, he grew over confident. It played in his mind like a record he wanted to forget," FRIEZA!", as Goku descended from the air and unleashed a massive Kamehameha upon the revived Tyrant. He hated Goku so much for it, his last words screamed at the Saiyan as he died echoed through his mind as well, "Damn, Damn You Goku!!!", as Frieza was sent back to Hell. His companion lay silent as the tyrant sat on a rock pondering where he went wrong. The endless amount of insults and curses he wanted to throw at Goku were swelling in his mind. And yet it was still ceaseless. The Fallen tyrant Frieza would not shut up. Of all the beings to get stuck with as a conversation partner while in hell, Frieza was the worst. He'd go on and on about his hatred for the Saiyans, mostly Goku. Every word that came pouring out of his mouth was nothing but a stream of curses towards that ' Saiyan Monkey'. The one sitting on the rock beside him longed for a day when he'd stop talking like an idiot. That day would come sooner than he thought. "I swear if i ever get out of here again, I'll cut both the legs off of that no GOOD SAIYAN MONKEY!," Frieza shouted at the top of his lungs, though no one really listened seeing that he was stuck in hell after his latest failure again. His two henchmen Sorbet and Tagoma had used the earth's dragonballs to resurrect him, and then watch him die once again at the hands of Goku. Frieza's companion simply sat there, listening to the former tyrant go on and on before turning to him. "Oh shut up, At least when i was alive i actually killed that damn Saiyan you whine about," Frieza's companion in hell boasted. Due to a combination of the cells of the worlds greatest fighters, including cells from Frieza himself, along with those of Nappa, Vegeta, and Goku to round out the balance of Saiyan powers coursing through his system, the android Cell also gained the Saiyan mannerisms for being cocky and arrogant at times. Cell also had the cells of Piccolo, allowing for the regeneration of lost limbs. There were times that Cell wanted to turn around and taunt Frieza to no end. The former Emperor did nothing but complain day in day out. There were moments where Cell could picture in his head. Like a inner rehearsal. "And Which one was that killed you Frieza?" Cell said during an inner monologue. To hell with it he thought. Frieza deserved this for his whining. "So, Frieza, which Saiyan was it that killed you the first time?" The way he said that got Frieza's attention. The vein over his left eye looked like it was going to burst at any moment. It kind of drew a chuckle out of the biodroid. He was going to enjoy this so much. "If you must know It was that damned Super Saiyan. And I'm not talking about that monkey i fought on Namek."the dead emperor paused," it was the one that claimed to be from the future." there was so much rage in his voice. So much that he chose not to hide it at all. "Poor Frieza," Cell mocked him," killed by a teenager", he was reveling in this right now. He decided to bury the knife even further. The next thing he was going to tell Frieza was sure to make him blow his top if nothing else. Frieza had thought that the Super Saiyan that killed him was related to that little kid that somehow knew the fusion technique. "Alright," Frieza chaffed," tell me Mr. Perfection, what's so special about his identity?", Cell had his attention now. He just had to drive it in further now. "That brat that killed you, his name was Trunks,"Cell paused for a little while. After seeing Frieza's eye start to twitch he went on with the show. "He's Vegeta's son." Cell smiled devilishly as he said that to the Emperor. Frieza's face went paler then expected. That kid was Vegeta's spawn. Cell felt something knock him off his seat and onto the ground. Frieza slammed his tail into the back of the androids back, knocking him off. "When i get out of here I'll make them regret the day they were born!!" He yelled. It was infuriating. Not only had he been beaten by Goku, he had been killed outright by that spawn of the Saiyan prince. Little did Frieza know at the moment, there was another that wanted him dead several times over. He was unaware that some of his soldiers had plans to revive him again after this latest disaster. He had always dreamed of fighting the mighty Saiyan that had felled the galactic tyrant now sitting next to him. But he seemed sorely disappointed when it wasn't Goku who beat him, but a mere child. It still burned in him that he could of been defeated by nothing more than a Saiyan child, a child named Gohan. He had witnessed the boy's true power, and he admitted to himself after being sent here that it did scare him. Him, the ultimate weapon, created by the brilliant Dr. Gero, to be outdone like that was nearly repulsive. But Cell would soon gain a chance at freedom, and all through the hands of a Wizard. One that had his own grudge against the Saiyans as well. But what irked this small creature more was that he was done in by his father's creation, Majin Buu. Trying to control a being like that proved to much and the pink pudgy monster turned on his master after having his own fight with The Saiyan named Goku. His name was Babidi, and he had a plan to escape. Little did King Yema know was that the wizard had magically constructed a body for someone. He'd help someone here gain Freedom in exchange for exacting their revenge, what he didn't realize was the spell would transport said being to another dimension altogether. "Ah, I couldn't help but overhear your conversation," The small wizard rambled on, " I must say that one of your nature would surely want to get revenge, wouldn't you?", His query piqued Cell's interest. He was getting tired of Frieza's pedantic droning after all, this would be a welcome respite for him. "What exactly piqued your interest?", Cell mused as a sly grin crept across his face. He longed for the days of nothing but wanton destruction and the near extinction he had brought to those insects he called humans. And seeing that he had the cell's of Frieza, he could survive in space for brief periods. He also had Goku's instant transmission ability, though he was negated by the barrier surrounding hell from fully using it. He had gotten most of his power from absorbing them while in his imperfect form. He gave them a purpose as he had once told Piccolo while he and Android 17 had been fighting him in his imperfect form. "I believe I can be of assistance if you're seeking a means of escaping this hell you're in," Could what Cell was hearing be true? Could this being named Babidi really be the means to escaping and exacting his revenge on Goku and his friends? There was only one way to find out. "I believe you can be of some help," He put it coyly. There was no way he was going to spend the rest of his life in this place, and certainly not as long as he had to listen to Frieza bitch about everything. Cell swore if they were both still alive, he'd of killed Frieza just for sport, the way Vegeta used to enjoy killing anything in the same way before becoming reformed. Soon Cell would get his revenge on the lot of them. And Goku would finally be forced to fight him at full power. What Cell didn't know was that 15 years had passed on earth since his fight with Gohan. And Babidi didn't account for the fact that his resurrection spell would be miscast and land the Android in another world altogether and not back on earth. Within moments though Cell would betray the wizard after having his body restored. Babidi's goals didn't matter to the android, he only went along with the wizard until his end was fulfilled. Cell was not one to be controlled by another, least of all this puny thing standing in front of him. "Ready?", the small wizard asked him. "Get it over with," was his blunt and honest reply. Soon he would be back to his full power and all would tremble at his feet before he destroyed the opposition. Cell actually could care less about fighting Goku, he just wanted to escape this place before it bored him anymore. And with that, the spell was cast. And the Android awoke to an unfamiliar surrounding. He was standing in a field with the greenest grass he had ever seen. Cell could feel his full power restored after waking up, and soared high up into the sky. He looked around to take notice of his surroundings and realized he was not on earth, but some other world, not that it mattered to him, he would wipe this place off the grid as sure as he would when and if he ever found a way back to earth. Cell was free, and his evil would once again doom an entire world to the brink of oblivion. The Biodroid staggered to his feet in order to collect his bearings. This place looked nothing like it except for the plant life. Cell masked his Ki in the off chance there were creatures on this world that could track him. He looked around until he spotted a small cottage near the forest entrance. He watched as a yellow pegasus busied herself with some gardening work. As he stared at her from his hiding spot in the treeline, he felt a wave of anger. Just looking at her was reminding him of Gohan and how much effort it had taken him to draw out the brat's power. As if drawing a parallel between the two beings, Cell made a mental note to toy with her later. Who knows he thought, maybe she's got the same power and potential that Gohan had. Cell flew off before she could notice that something had been watching her. Fluttershy thought she had indeed felt something and looked back towards the treeline before heading inside. "Must of just been the wind,", Fluttershy softly told herself. > Rainbows and Explosions > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rainbow Dash was the fastest pegasus in all of Ponyville, if not including Equestria. And she was going to be late for the most important event in her life. Her five-year anniversary with Twilight. As much as she hated it, she loved Twilight with every fiber of her being, and would do nearly anything to protect her. They'd been through so much together that it was only natural that their friendship would evolve into something more intimate. A few of the others didn't seem to notice at first how their attitudes towards each other changed drastically. It wasn't until one of Pinkie's parties that Rarity and AJ were the first to catch the two of them making out in the corner. Of course, there was also the thing going on between Lyra and Bon Bon. Now that, that became more and more of a public spectacle than what was happening between Dash and Twilight. And those two were more out in the open about their relationship. Applejack pulled her hat down over her face to cover the look she was giving them. AJ felt that kind of behavior was reserved for the bedroom. And Rarity couldn't keep her jaw from hitting the floor. It was so uncouth in her eyes to see them doing that in a public place. Apparently nopony else cared, especially Lyra and Bon Bon. Those two had been caught in the bathroom of Sugar Cube Corner on more than one occasion making out. "Wow," Dash thought to herself, "Get a room you two,". Of course, the two lovebirds couldn't hear her thoughts. At least she hoped not. When she was a filly she always wondered what it would be like to read minds. She had told this to Twilight once when the mare was still a unicorn, so Twilight thought it would be funny for a day to see how Dash reacted to what others really thought of her. The spell was a novice Dream Thief spell that Twilight had learned while studying under Celestia. It wasn't all that cracked up that Dash thought it would be. She was lucky it only lasted 24 hours. Half the town at the time still held a grudge because of her reckless nature during the Mare do Well incident. That was also around the time that Rainbow Dash started to realize that she held intimate feelings for Twilight. Rainbow snapped herself back to the present and rushed out of her cloud home as fast as she could. She needed to make a stop at the Bookstore that had just opened in town before heading to meet with Twilight. She was halfway there when she looked up to see a fireball rock a nearby hillside. The same hill that she was going to meet Twilight at! Dash flexed her wings mid-air and rushed towards the scene to what was going on. That was when she saw a strange bipedal creature locked in combat with Twilight. Twilight unleashed a knockback spell that slammed the creature into the ground. As Rainbow Dash got closer, she thought it ironic that the unicorn Lyra wasn't here to watch this fight, seeing that for some strange reason she had an obsession with hands, which this thing Twilight was fighting actually possessed. Rainbow could just picture Lyra jumping on it, screaming " HANDS!!" at the top of her lungs. She felt like a spectator as she watched Twilight hit this thing with another magic blast. Cell had finally made a critical mistake for twice in his life by underestimating the power of this winged creature. A flaw he thought he'd never make again since his fight with Gohan. When there was a lull in the fighting, she made her way over to Twilight to check that she was ok. Twilight looked at her with a relieved glance in her eyes. It would take everything the two of them could muster to fight this monster in front of them. Little did they knew that for Cell this was just a warm-up exercise. The real fight was to come much later. Twilight decided to let Rainbow take over while she recovered from the battle she was just in. Cell thought he was fast, but he had never fought against a pegasus before, much less one like Rainbow Dash. He was created to be the perfect warrior, the ultimate weapon. In his cells were the DNA of the most powerful warriors in existence, Vegeta, Goku, and Frieza among several others. These creatures were just play things to someone like him. pawns to be abused over and over until they tired and asked for a quick death. Little did he know though, that this 'princess Twilight' had an ace up her hoof. While he was in self-reflection, Rainbow Dash slammed into him at full speed. The force was enough to send Cell hurtling into the nearest mountainside. This pegasus was really starting to piss him off. She almost reminded him of Vegeta when it really came to it. She was just head strong and arrogant as the Prince was and Cell would play into it to undermine her like he did to Vegeta all those years ago. "Guess the apple doesnt fall from the tree if you shake it a bit," he said grinning,"wonder just how far you can get when your not so arrogant", Cell boasted as he slammed into Rainbow Dash and knocked her into the Ground. Also unknown to Cell was that she just started using a new type of music to train for situations just like this. Apparently Twilight had been talking to her friends in the human world and gotten 3 or more of her pony friends to start using music devices called iPods. AJ and Rarity found them very useful for aerobics and working on the farm. While Rainbow Dash got herself addicted to heavy metal music -__-. Her iPod contained music by human bands like Korn, Amon Amarth, As i Lay Dying, and most of all Disturbed. Before coming to meet Twilight she had the song Down with Sickness stuck in her head. And as she started fighting Cell, she found it a very useful motivation in trying to take him out. Rainbow Dash could feel the pain in her side where he had landed that punch. Twilight had to cast a mend wounds spell on her friend to prevent any possible internal bleeding. It wasn't just the punch that got to her. It was the feeling she had deep inside that there was an untapped power waiting to explode, she could feel the faint traces of it beginning to surge during the fight with Cell. It was the kind of power that required a specific catalyst, but Dash couldn't place a hoof on how to draw it out. She turned to see Cell holding Twilight by the neck, slowly choking the life from her. That look on his face showed her that he could sense that raw power as well. That was when he spoke up. "I've sensed a power like that before,", he said as continued to hold Twilight by the throat,", It took a bit of proper motivation... LIKE THIS!" He boasted as he blasted Twilight into the nearest hill with a powerful Ki blast. Rainbow rushed to Twi's side, but she wasn't breathing. Her eyes had rolled into her skull and her heart wasn't beating. What no pony realized was that Twilight wasn't dead, not yet. Luna had intervened while Cell wasn't paying attention and made sure she'd be safe. What none of them knew was that Cell had just unknowingly unlocked Twiligiht's true power, and not that of an ALicorn or a pony, but of that of hybrid of Pony and another alien race. A race that a certain Emperor had disposed of years ago. "No..no..NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!", Rainbow screamed as if a thousand storms had thundered all at once. her Coat turned completely white and her wings were gone, retracted into her new body. Her mane had become like that of her human counterpart in the other dimension that Twilight visited. That was when Dash realized.. that she was human!! The power in her had surged to the point where it granted her a new form. She had arms and legs like Cell, but moreover, she had.. become a Super Saiyan. "You see Cell, You're not dealing with the average pegasus anymore! I am SUPER RAINBOW DASH!!", she roared as she slammed into him at full speed. God damn it he thought to himself as they fought, "I had to come across the pony version of Vegeta!?!". His words were cut short as Dash bolted high into the air... and started saying words that were all too familiar to him. "Cell, this is the last time you cross a warrior Equestrian like me!", oh god he thought not this again, but what she yelled next really got his attention. Seriously!?! Cell thought to himself. "FINAL FLAASHHHH!!!" Rainbow Dash screamed as she unleashed a massive energy blast that she didn't realize she was capable of till right now. "OH SHIT!!!" Cell screamed as it hit him. He tried to move until he realized he was being restrained by magic. That of Princess Celestia. The Energy beam hit him dead on, seemingly erasing him from their world. If it were strong enough. Cell faked his "death" in order to give that other pony a chance to recover. She reminded him so much of Goku that he thought he saw a mirage of him powering up. Cell suppressed his power level so they couldn't detect him as he slipped away. That blast did damage him significantly. "I'll be coming back for you Princess," he told himself, " you'll see in time just how much stronger Ive become." As Cell made his way towards what was known as the badlands, he felt a faint energy source and decided to see what type of fun he could have with it. What Cell found as a ponylike creature struggling to lift herself off the ground. She had made a significant impact crater. She finally got to her hooves in time to see Cell standing there with his arms crossed. There was something oddly familiar about him. She couldn't place it right away. "Arent you quite the sight," Cell smirked when looking at her," What's your name by chance?" His demeanor was completely nonhostile, something that even noticed. She really did look quite ravishing. Almost regal to be precise. "If you must know, my name is Chrysalis," she said. That's when it struck him. He had met her before in his own timeline. Right before stealing Trunks time machine, he had met a version of her that been displaced through a interdimensional portal. She had been almost crazed the first time he had met and was unable to be reasoned with. This time Cell thought, would be much different. "Here," he said," let me give you a boost," as he said this he unpacked his tail and jammed it into her flank, passing some of his ki to her. Chrysalis could only stare at him perplexed before doing something that was a first for her. She walked over, reared up, and placed her fore hooves around his neck and kissed him on the mouth. She wasn't sure why but she just felt compelled to do that. > Make Room > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rainbow met up with the others to make sure Twilight was ok, that she wasn't dead like Dash initially thought after battling that creature. Celestia had sent word to her that they had taken Twilight to the Royal Canterlot Hospital for recovery. So she was ok, Rainbow said to herself, breathing a sigh of relief. The pegasus fly there as fast as she could. When she got to the reception desk, the nurse said they were already waiting for her. Twilight's room number was 502 on the next floor. The Rainbow Maned pegasus trotted to the elevator and was about to hit the button when she felt felt a pulse of energy move through her body. She hit the button anyway and decided to figure it out later. When she got to Twilight's room she could tell something was up with the worried look on Celestia's face. She trotted into the room to see Twilight moving restlessly in bed, the mare clutching her head while muttering under her breath. It looked she was having a bad dream. Whatever it was, was enough to force Celestia to use a restraining field around the rest of their friends. in Twilight's dream " Put her down Chrysalis!!" The Alicorn screamed at the Changeling Queen before her friend Pinkie was thrown into the air. The former Queen of the Changelings grew a sadistic grin. "This time, you wont come back!" She screamed as dispatched the mare with a powerful magic blast. Twilight stared in horror as the smoke cleared. There was nothing left of her friend to recover. "Chrysalis,", Twilight said between bursts of anger,"you remorseless, heartless, Bitch!", She screamed as she was engulfed in a golden aura. Overcome with the anger of her friend being killed, Twilight had turned into a Super Saiyan. There was more to this though. She realized that it was just a dream, a coping mechanism for her altercation with Cell earlier. If she had this kind of power though, why did no pony else tell her. That was when Luna appeared from the moon's radiance like a Star falling to the surface. She approached Twilight and told her that all her friends were in her hospital room waiting for her to wake up. "Why haven't i yet?" she asked the princess of the Dream Realm. "Tis because i have something to show you Twilight Sparkle.", The alicorn followed after Luna on what appeared to be a pathway made out of pure starlight. They approached a strange door on the outside. It looked like a trident, yet seemed oddly familiar to the purple Alicorn. "What's behind this door Luna,", Twilight asked her, somewhat perplexed as to why they stopped here. When they opened it, Twilight was shocked at what she was seeing. They had entered what seemed like the void of space. there was something more though, a lone ship was hovering above a planet. a single warrior was fighting through waves of enemies to get closer to it. Luna explained that this was in all purposes a repressed memory of Twilights. The mare seemed confused at this, so Luna pointed for her to watch. "Frieza!!" the warrior screamed," come out and fight!" Twilight felt something was she heard this, something familiar like she knew who this fighter was, more so, that she felt.. close to him. She watched as this Frieza person exited his ship, his face would be seared into her memory after what she witnessed. Tears began to well up inside her as she bolted forward, screaming for Frieza to stop this madness. Luna grabbed her and pulled her into a hug, telling the mare that this was in the past, and being a memory, there was nothing that they could do. "Why, why do i feel so.. overwhelmed Luna?", she spoke,"why do i feel like i know that lone fighter?" Luna looked at her sorrowfully before explaining. "some time ago, a warrior and his team were sent to Equestria to eradicated it in the name of Lord Frieza.", Twilight only stared at her as the Princess continued," an order he ultimately ignored, as he deemed us not a threat to the likes of his master, before leaving stated that upon Saiyan Customs, he had the right to a mate." Luna could see that Twilight's curiosity was now getting the better of her. "So.. what happened next Luna,", Twilight sat there like a filly in a bookstore. even though was the Dream Realm, seeing this was starting to fascinate her to no end. It was going to pain Luna to say what came next though," His name was Bardock, and this pains me to say, took a mare named Twilight Velvet as his 'conquest' as he crudely described it." The color left Twilight's face. The mare looked back at where that planet had been and saw there was nothing left from it but rocks in space. She turned back to Luna. "Your.. your saying that I'm the offspring of an alien and my mother?" the look in Twilight's eyes could have broken most ponies, but not Luna. it was a pain that she herself had dealt with and overcome. "Yes, Twilight, you are half pony and Half Saiyan,", Luna out her hoof on Twilight's shoulder to comfort her. Twilight welcomed the embrace and then asked her if she could get a closer look at what had happened. The Princess of the Night replayed the events, this time letting Twilight get close to Bardock to study him and everything about the Memory. Something peculiar occurred, he looked at Twilight and told her to get back before Frieza's Death Ball consumed the both of them. "How, this is a dream isn't it," She said confused. "Then it worked," he said, looking at Luna and then back at Twilight. "What worked?" Twilight asked him. "I'm like an imprint that fades away. The real me died that day, but a part of me also managed to reach out to you Telepathically and stayed until now." She reached out to him as he started to fade from existence. "Make me proud kid, i know you have more great feats to accomplish,", because i have a feeling that a reunion is coming soon., do me a favor and make it count" Those were the last words that she heard him say as he finally disappeared. Twilight started to reach out to Bardock as he faded away. Luna could tell that something in her friend broke. There were tears streaming down Twilight's cheeks as she whispered to herself that she'd do her father proud. She'd make this Frieza person pay for they'd done to her real family. Unfortunately, she didn't know that her half-brother Goku had already taken care of the tyrant. And with that Twilight finally woke up and into the embrace of her friends. She decided not to tell them about her dream, or least the full extent of it. As soon as she was able to leave she went back to the castle and decided to make a few changes to the decor. The first of which was to add a training area designed to test her Saiyan side. She made sure that Starlight kept up with her studies, but there was a part of her now that wanted to get away from her friends and train alone. AT the same time she kept thinking to herself that there must be a way to revive Bardock so they could be a proper family. She decided to put that thought aside while she sat there in her library and meditated. She focused her thoughts and tried to center herself. She could feel the energy crackling inside of her. She had to find a way to fully tap into it. There had to be some kind of emotional component to it. She knew it deep down that there had to be more to her Saiyan side. There were times it felt like there was a storm brewing inside of her. A violent storm that need to be released before it consumed her. She started to wonder if anger might have something to do with it. But there were rarely any times in her life where she got truly mad or full of unrelenting rage. There was that one time that Pinkie got her ire up to the point she was nearly engulfed in flames. That was about the only time she felt like she could have erupted into a storm of rage, and then it left her body as soon as she had just decided to not question Pinkie Pie's motives in anything from there on out. She looked back at that memory and chuckled to herself. She really wished she could have met Bardock when he was alive. there was so much she wanted to ask him. She remembered what he had said about her having more family out there. Twilight was told it was ok to leave the hospital. They wanted to make sure she wasn't going to over-exert herself. She told them that she had some research to do and that she'd be ok. She messaged Princess Luna and had her meet her back at the castle. As soon as the Princess had arrived Twilight spoke to her openly. " I was wondering if you could help with something Luna, Bardock had mentioned that i might have other Saiyan family members out there. I was wondering if you could help me locate them. It only feels right doing this." Upon hearing Twilight's request Luna tapped her muzzle with a hoof before agreeing to help the mare. "If it helps you in the research of your Saiyan side, Im more than willing to help you Twilight Sparkle." Luna could tell that this made the mare much happier when she heard her say that. They were able to use the magic mirror to attain the location of where Twilight's remaining family was located. They also tapped into a world that was on the verge of death. Twilight couldnt just sit there and watch as their planet was destroyed like that. .She jumped through and got as many as she could through the portal. The people that she was able to save hugged her and Luna, thanking them both for sparing them a horrible death if they had stayed there. There was one among them thought that caught both Luna and Twilight's attention. A grey and black maned pegasus. It was her eyes that struck Luna. They were vibrant, but also full of pain. Twilight had another sense about this one though that Luna didnt seem to notice. It was the armor this one was wearing when she stepped through the portal and out onto their side. Dark blue and Obsidian chest plate with a faded emblem carved into the center of it. The Symbol of a Crescent Moon. "Where did you get that armor," Twilight asked her politely. Luna took notice and felt something in her heart crack. She knew this mare... from when she had been Nightmare Moon. Celestia had told her that most of her former army had either disbanded or were sent into exile. "Its mine," the mare said," My name is Dead Loyalty, first company Third Battalion in service to her queen Nightmare Moon." As soon as she had said those words Luna approached her. Dead Loyalty's eyes contorted into a look of disbelief and sadness. "Luna.. Nightmare.. Is it really you?" she asked the Princess, to which the following answer clarified things for her much better then tears and words along could have done. "Yes, it is I," Luna wrapped a hoof around her and pulled her into her chest," I don't know how but you are finally home my faithful" As she said this Twilight escorted the others out of the room. She'd make sure they found new homes here in Equestria and that their lives would be much more fulfilled here. > Unwelcome Arrival > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Luna was still unerved at what she had witnessed in Twilight's dreams. She was worried about her. This whole revelation of her Saiyan blood was affecting the mare in ways that no pony could have foreseen. She was becoming more and more like the Saiyans and less like the student that Celestia had tutored for all those years. While her and Celestia were walking down the hallway, Twilight was asleep in her old room at the Canterlot tower. She could see the battlefield before her in the dream she was in. She saw several bodies scattered through the rubble. All Saiyans, and all but one were dead. She walked over and cradled the dying saiyan in her hooves. She could feel an uncontrollable rage building inside her. "They really did a number on you, i hope i wasn't too late to the party," she could tell it wasn't her voice at first. It was a bit gruff. And yet it was. She realized that Bardock had passed on his memories to her. She was in the past, seeing it through his eyes. But it was her body experiencing what he had been through. "It was an ambush," the saiyan said, coughing up blood in the process," Their scared of you Bardock. Their scared of what you might become. Your getting too strong." he spoke one last time before slipping away," I'm... sorry.." and with that the Saiyan was gone from this world. "Frieza's taken our loyalty and paid us back in our own blood,", Twilight could hear Bardock's reflection of what he had just witnessed. She could feel the pain of losing Tora and the others, the anger, and the disdain for Frieza. That pain was turning into a burning rage that needed to be released. She could hear chuckling coming from nearby and turned to see 4 aliens in Frieza Force armor. That anger was coming back as she stared at them. They disgusted her. Twilight was having a hard time dealing with these emotions. She looked up and glared at one of them. "I thought i smelled a foul stench in the air, " she muttered under her breath. She started to raise her hands into an attack posture. She moved her arms to her sides as she prepared herself for battle. "You missed it Bardock, we just had a really good time with your crew, You should have been there to see it,"The soldier directed at Bardock before laughing a bit. " Luna and Celestia were about to head to bed when the two sisters heard some commotion outside. Several creatures in strange armor were pouring out of several circular ships and took up station around the Capitol. Luna was also extremely worried about Twilight. Ever since she had learned of her true heritage she had become consumed with learning more about her Saiyan side and with avenging their fall. She was set on proving that she was worthy of carrying Bardock's blood. "Sister," Luna said as she turned to Celestia," These creatures bear a resemblance to the ones that i told i saw in Twilight's dream." It was clear that these beings were serving the one named Lord Frieza. It became more evident when one of them started to speak in the direction of the Capitol. "To the beings of this planet, if you value your lives you will surrender immediately to the Frieza force. Celestia and Luna were about to confront these creatures when they turned to hear noises coming from the throne room. They thew the doors open just in time to Twilight and her friends being surrounded by Frieza's soldiers. " Why have you come here,", Celestia asked them. One of the soldiers turned towards her and ordered her to shut her mouth. " This planet and its inhabitants are now the property of Lord Frieza, he doesn't need to explain himself to a backwater population like yours, only be glad he's allowing your species to live."Celestia was about to say something back to him in a manner not befitting a Princess when her attention was drawn towards her star student. The rest of her friends looked at her as well. Rarity could barely look at Twilight right now. Instead of seeing the mare that had been her friend for the past few years she now saw a complete stranger. Twilight was seething with rage. Her dream flashed before her eyes again. She knew this was not her alicorn blood that was boiling over. It was her Saiyan side. "You.. were the ones that Destroyed Planet Vegeta!!" Twilight exploded with power, taking up a battle stance similar to Bardock's. "What the hell?!?", one of the soldiers screamed before she launched him into the nearest pillar. Another turned to a fellow solider and asked them to get a scouter reading on her power level. "That cant be... its over 190,000!!!", he screamed as Twilight now teleported in front him, getting him in the gut with a clenched hoof. She teleported in between the others effortlessly picking them apart like they were nothing. Twilight grabbed one of them by the throat with her magic and pulled him closer. Before she could speak, he cut her off," What the hell are you? There's no way a puny quadruped like you really has that kind of power." She punched him in the gut before speaking. "This quadruped has Saiyan Blood coursing through her veins. Maybe at some point in the past i would have tried to reform you and show you the error of your ways, but not now. You destroyed my Saiyan homeworld, you've slaughtered millions of innocents in the name of your Lord Frieza. That. Ends. Now!" She yelled as she used her magic to crush the remaining like from him. Her Battle power was also rising to unfathomable levels, even Celestia could see this. She teleported outside to confront the rest of Frieza's forces that had encircled Canterlot. She could feel the power inside building like an uncontrollable rage. Twilight rushed at the nearest soldier and landed several punches, slamming him into the ground beneath. She kept at it , letting herself fall into a blind rage , attacking every nearby soldier until she finally met resistance. The one in front of her was named Tagoma, and from the logo on his armor, it seemed he was one of the Elites. He shrugged her attacks off like they were nothing. He stopped to congratulate her for getting this far, but her little rebellion would now come to an end. " This rebellion of yours is over,", he said with a smile," Frieza's been aware that Bardock failed to destroy this planet for years now, he just wanted to toy with your pathetic race." Tagoma felt that he was humoring Twilight by telling her that. Too bad he didn't know that entire truth behind that statement, he had just made an error and was about to witness it first hand. "Your not dealing with just another pony," she said as a smirk started to cross her face. Tagoma looked a bit confused when she said that. He was sure he could overtake her, doubt started to creep in though. "Then humor me and tell me who and what you actually are, since you think you can take me in a fight,", even after saying that his confidence really was starting to break. He got a read on her power level before she came at him. 1.5 Million!!?! "My name is Twilight Sparkle." she said, before Tagoma could respond she added on to that," The proud daughter of a low Class Saiyan Warrior named Bardock!!" She roared as she began to charge at him. There's no way he thought!! That was the name of the Saiyan that had challenged Lord Frieza over Twenty years ago and died for it. This had to be a bad joke Tagoma muttered before realizing it wasn't. She was starting to pulse a golden aura as she readied herself to fight him. Twilight slammed into him at full speed as the rest of the surviving Frieza Force just floated there and watched. They exchanged blows multiple times before she hit him in the gut. Tagoma started realizing that if she punched him three more times, he'd be dead from the impact. And they still needed to find the Dragonballs to revive Lord Frieza. He had to get out of here before she killed him. He managed to connect with a hit to her face, almost taking out her left eye, blinding her momentarily. With that, he made his way back to the ship before ordering it to leave the planet. "What about the other soldiers,", a subordinate asked. "I have a special mission to embark on , they can hold their own until we succeed. That and i realized if i stayed, she'd outclass me and most likely kill me right then and there." He ordered the ship to depart immediately. Tagoma took the time to visit the infirmary before heading to the bridge. He clutched his side before almost toppling over. That last hit she gave him had nearly thrown off his equilibrium. His balance was thrown off. She's going to pay for that once we bring Lord Frieza back to life.
