Beginning

Three months have passed since the confrontation with the now famous elements of caos, during all of this time Canterlot High was enjoying peace and harmony.

It was early in the exhibition hall of Crystal Prep, where they were about to start the annual event of the delivering recognition to the best teachers, coaches and alumni throughout the whole district. Dozens of alumni and 

teachers from different schools were congregating in the place.

Meanwhile, the mane 6 were in the cafeteria of the Crystal school waiting for the event to start. 

"How exciting!" Yelled Pinkie Pie as she ate a little cake. "Sunset Shimmer is the best student in the district and Rainbow Dash is the best athlete!" 

"This just got 20% percent cooler!" Said Rainbow Dash.

"Thanks guys." Said Sunset Shimmer very nervously.

"Calm down darling." Said Rarity being comprehensible. "All is well."

"As a matter of fact." Said Applejack. "You have a reason to be here, Canterlot High has never received recognition, simply invited to these events for simple formalities."

"Right." Said Rainbow Dash. "We've never won anything, it was always Crystal prep for that very reason we were always the venue for these events."

"Girls." Said Fluttershy. "Let's not forget about Discord, he is going to receive recognition for being the teacher of the year."

"That's right." Said Applejack. "I had forgotten about that, I'm sorry sugarcube."

"No problem." Said Fluttershy smiling. "I'm so happy that Discord is going to be recognized as the best teacher in the district."

"These three months I have seen you so happy with Discord." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Your smile never fades."

Fluttershy smiled more and blushed.

"I have never been happier with Dizzi." Said Fluttershy. "I don't want them to ever end."

In that moment the waitress for the cafeteria walked up to the table of the mane 6.

"Can I take your order, misses?" Asked the waitress.

"I want a dozen pancakes!" Yelled Pinkie Pie. 

The rest of the mane 6 didn't order anything except for Fluttershy.

"Can I have some spaghetti please?" Asked Fluttershy.

"Very well." Said the waitress writing down the order on her notepad. "One plate of spaghetti."

"Better make that two." Said Fluttershy shyly.

"Ok." Said the waitress. 

"Can you please cover it in a lot of sweet sauce and hot sauce?" Asked Fluttershy.

The waitress was a bit surprised by this.

"Ok." Said the waitress. "Anything to drink?"

"Can you bring me two liters of chocolate milk?" Said Fluttershy shyly. "Please."

The waitress was shocked but didn't say anything and she went to go get their orders.

The rest of the group looked at Fluttershy.

"What?" Said Fluttershy a bit defensively. "I'm just a bit hungry."

After a while, the waitress brought Fluttershy and Pinkie's order.

Immediately, Fluttershy began to eat the spaghetti desperately as if she hadn't eaten in days.

"Fluttershy." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Did you eat breakfast?"

"Yes." Said Fluttershy with a mouth full of spaghetti. "But I think it was very little."

"Ewww." Said Rarity looking at Fluttershy with a bit of disgust. "Fluttershy, where are your manners?"

Then Fluttershy stopped eating because for some reason she suddenly felt very tired and she rested her head against the table.

"I'm sorry girls." Said Fluttershy groaning. "I feel exhausted and dizzy."

"I suppose the food made you sick." Said Rainbow Dash.

"I have felt like this for several days now." Said Fluttershy.

"Does Discord know about your condition?" Asked Rarity.

"No." Said Fluttershy. "They are only momentary."

In that moment, Fluttershy felt nauseous, quickly Applejack noticed this and she took a bag from her backpack and handed it to Fluttershy.

Fluttershy took the bag and threw up in it.

"Fluttershy." Said Rainbow Dash. "You don't look so good, we should take you to the hospital."

Fluttershy finished barfing.

"But." Said Fluttershy once again resting her head on the table. "The ceremony and Discord."

"Seriously, you don't look good." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Your health is more important, do not worry. Discord will understand."

"But." Said Fluttershy. "His recognitions.."

"My friends are more important." Said Rainbow Dash. "Quickly, let us go to the hospital."

Immediately the mane 5 helped Fluttershy get up and they quickly went to the nearest hospital. 

In the meantime the event had begun. Discord was among the crowd as he watched the opening ceremony and the acknowledgement of their accomplishments. Discord looked all around but he could not find Fluttershy or 

the rest of the girls, this worried him. Not only the chaotic boy was worried but so was principal Celestia and some of their classmate from Canterlot High.

The event continued, Discord walked onstage to receive his achievement for teacher of the year, as he looked through the crowd he could not find Fluttershy.

They had named Rainbow Dash and Sunset Shimmer and they were not there to accept their respective accomplishments.

Discord began to get worried, he was worried that something had happened to them.

Hours had passed and the event was over. Discord went to look for his friends and his girlfriend at the entrance of the room. He looked through the crowd that was starting to disperse, a few minutes passed by and he 

noticed that Fluttershy who was underneath a tree just a short distance away from the entrance. The shy girl smiled at girl in a sweet manner but then she soon got sad and she looked at the ground with worry.

"Fluttershy." Said Discord walking closer to Fluttershy. "What happened? Are you alright?"

"Eh?" Said Fluttershy more shyly than she normally did. "How did it go?"

"It doesn't matter to me if it went good or bad." Said Discord. "You're the only one that matters to me...Flutty. What's going on?"

Discord noticed that standing a distance from them was the rest of Fluttershy's friends, they all looked at Discord a bit seriously but at the same time with worry.

"Fluttershy, no holding back." Said Discord. "Tell me the truth."

"We weren't at the ceremony." Said Fluttershy without looking Discord in the eyes. "I had to go to the hospital."

"Are you sick?" Asked Discord. "Did something happen to you?"

"As if you didn't know!" Exclaimed Fluttershy a bit annoyed but without being able to look at Discord.

Discord stayed silent as he looked at Fluttershy, having a weird feeling.

"Discord!" Yelled Fluttershy now crying a river of tears from both eyes. Finally, she managed to look at Discord. "I'm pregnant!"

"Pregnant?!" Was the only thing he could say.

"What?" Asked Fluttershy without stopping from crying. "Perhaps are you going to deny it?"

Discord understood the situation about what they had gotten themselves into and he walked up to Fluttershy and hugged her tenderly.

"Oh Fluttershy!" Said Discord. "I would never deny what we have or my responsibilities, I love you."

"But Discord." Said Fluttershy who was trying to calm down. "What are we going to do? What will become of us?"

"I don't know." Said Discord  without letting go of his beloved Fluttershy. "I really don't know, but I would never abandon you."

"We won't abandon you either!" Intervened Sunset Shimmer who walked to their side with the rest of the elements of harmony. "Fluttershy, I speak for all of us  when I say that we will help you in any way we can. We 

promise."

"Thank you girls!" Said Fluttershy who was now crying onto Discord's shoulder.

Later on in Canterlot High. Principal Celestia's office.

"WHAT?!" Yelled Principal Celestia with great fury. "Fluttershy is pregnant?!"

The mane 6 and Discord were in front of her. Discord was obviously hugging Fluttershy in comfort.

"Discord! Fluttershy!" Yelled Celestia, very annoyed. "How is this even possible?!"

"Well, it was Saturday and we were alone...and one thing led to another. "Said Discord trying to have a bit of humor.

"Discord, this is serious." Said Celestia  angrily. "Do you know of the problems that you have gotten yourselves into?"

"I understand." Said Discord. "This could damage the image of the school, if you want I will quit and look for work to maintain Fluttershy and my future child."

"You don't get it Discord, this goes much farther than the reputation of the school." Said Celestia. "You impregnated a minor."

Fluttershy and Discord clung to each other and they held their hands with worry.

"Discord, you are an adult!" Said Celestia. "You had sexual relations with someone who is under-age!........You could end up in jail for violation and pedophilia!"

"What?!" Said Discord. "But.."

"It doesn't matter if it was with consent." Said Celestia. "That's just the law."

"Principal Celestia." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Is there any other solution?"

"Well...." Said Celestia, rubbing her forehead and sighing. "Unless if they are married in a legal way."

"Ok.." Said Discord. "Well then...Fluttershy and I would have to get married?"

"You would need the signature of consent." Said Celestia. "From the parents or legal guardians of Fluttershy for being a minor."

"Wooow." Said Rainbow Dash. "Principal Celestia...How do you know so much about this?"

"I have a lot of bachelor's degrees." Said Celestia. "Among them is the career if a lawyer."

"Wow." Said Pinkie with her irreverence. "You're a good role model to follow."

"Coming back to the topic." Said Celestia. "The both of you will have to talk to Fluttershy's parents."

Fluttershy swallowed and she creased her brow with a feeling of fear. Discord noticed this and he supposed that this would not end well.

The next afternoon, in Fluttershy's house. The shy girl was about to burst into tears; she told her situation of her pregnancy to her parents and both of them, especially her father were furious.

Next to Fluttershy was Discord, and behind the young couple was Sunset and the rest. They decided to get involved and to be present to support their shy friend and to make sure that a situation wouldn't occur where 

Discord would lose control.

Fluttershy's father was the first one to speak.

"You are so stupid!" Yelled her father. "How could you do this to your mother and I?"

"Papa!" Said Fluttershy, in between sobs.  "I'm sorry!"

"Oh Fluttershy!" Said Fluttershy's mother who was sobbing heavily. "Where did we go wrong?"

"Mom! Dad!" Said Fluttershy crying. "To be honest I.."

"And yet you went and got knocked up by that human scum!" Said her father even more furiously, pointing to Discord.
Discord was annoyed, immediately the mane 5 held him back to avoid Discord saying something back to him or doing something he would later regret.

"It's ludicrous that you want to keep the baby!" Said her father. "After having it, you are going to give it up for adoption and then you will be sent to a convent!"

"What?" Said Fluttershy, a bit disturbed.

"And as for you.." He said, signalling to Discord. "You are never going to see my daughter again, if I ever catch you anywhere near her I will call the police and have you arrested for violation!"

"Forget it sir! You will never keep me from her!" Said Discord very furiously. "I love Fluttershy and I will support her and the baby."

"You're a worthless piece of trash!" He yelled getting closer to Discord with the intention of hitting him. "Even after you sexually abused my daughter!"

"Papa!" Yelled Fluttershy, preventing her father from going any further. "I've already talked it over with Discord...and we have decided that we are going to get married and raise the baby."

Her father was now even more furious. He struck Fluttershy hard, causing her to fall to the ground.

Discord began to lose it but he was held back by the girls.


"Discord, please calm down!" Said Sunset Shimmer in Discord's ear. "This won't help Fluttershy....think of her and the baby."

Discord breathed heavily staring at his father in law with hatred; he was trying to remain calm.

"You are just a simple anybody! If that is what you want.." Said Fluttershy's dad. "Then leave! Leave with those people!"

"Papa!" Said Fluttershy very sadly as she got up from the ground.

"You are a disgrace!" He said giving her the cold shoulder. "Leave here! I never want to see you again!"

Fluttershy understood that he was being serious, she walked over to the door without saying anything, only letting a large amount of tears fall from her eyes.

Discord and her friends only watched the scene in silence; meanwhile Fluttershy's mother was still crying like a 'drama queen' like Rarity.

"You are no longer our daughter." She said with a lot of hate. "Don't even think about coming back...I will disown you completely."

Fluttershy opened the door and walked out, fleeing. Quicky, Discord and the rest of their friends followed her; leaving Fluttershy's parents alone.

Fluttershy covered her face, as she sobbed bitterly. Her parents had run her from her home.

"Fluttershy!" Said Discord as he walked over to Fluttershy.

"I don't have anything!" Said Fluttershy without stopping her crying. "My parents hate me and I have nowhere to go."

"That's not true." Said Discord hugging Fluttershy tenderly. "You still have me and I swear that I will care for you and the baby."

"But Discord." Said Fluttershy. "Where are we going to live? We don't have anywhere."

Discord kissed Fluttershy's forehead. 

"I know." Said Discord. "But I will help you out, I will not rest until our family is living well and I promise that I will not give up. You have given me a reason to live. I love you Fluttershy!"

Fluttershy calmed down a bit and she stopped crying.

"You're not alone." Said Sunset Shimmer. "I will talk with Celestia so that she can help you out a bit!"

"It would be an honor to make you maternity clothing." Said Rarity. "And little baby clothes."

"I will give you desserts for when you have cravings." Said Pinkie Pie with her classic personality. "And for the baby, I will give it toys so that they will never get bored."

"I will help you out in school so that you will not fall behind." Said Rainbow Dash. "And I will help you out with your animal friends."

"I have a guest room." Said Applejack. "If you want you can live there for some  time; and if you need work you can work on the farm Discord."

Discord and Fluttershy smiled. They were moved by the support of their friends, they were not alone.

"Fluttershy." Said Discord getting down on one knee. "Will you marry me and start a family with me?"

"Yes." Said Fluttershy once again crying but with tears of happiness.

Both of them hugged and they kissed. Meanwhile their friends watched the scene with happiness.

Days later...

In the gymnasium of the school, all of the students were gathered. They were there for Fluttershy and Discord's wedding.

On one side of the gym, Discord was waiting for the bride to his side were the mane 5 as the maids of honor. 

"Nervous?" Asked Applejack. 

"No." Said Discord. "I'm surprised. I never thought that one day I would get married."

"I just wish Twilight could have been here." Said Rarity.

"She had important matters to attend to." Said Sunset Shimmer. "In her world."

In that moment, Celestia arrived.

"Are you ready Discord?" Asked Celestia.

"You can marrry us?" Asked Discord.

"I am also a matrimonial judge, to marry you legally." Said Celestia. "Besides, I am also a certified Christian priest with a licence for matrimonies."

"Woooow!" Said everyone in the group, surprised by Celestia. 

"Here comes the bride!" Yelled Pinkie Pie with enthusiasm.

Everyone got silent, for the bride.

Then Fluttershy entered the gymnasium. She had on her regular clothes but she had a bride veil on her head and she was holding a bouquet of roses in her hands meanwhile Discord had on his regular clothes with a bowtie.

Fluttershy entered and she walked down the red carpet that they had put down. She walked up the to the stage to be received by Discord who lifted up her bridal veil in order to gaze upon her gorgeous face. 

Then Celestia began the ceremony.

"Ladies and gentlemen." Said Celestia. "We are gathered here today to witness the union of this great couple that despite their adversity. They have been supporting each other mutually. In return it pleases me to unite them in 

holy matrimony."

All of the students watched expectantly, the mane happily watched the tender moment.

"Fluttershy." Continued Celestia. "Do you take Discord as your legitimite husband and take him in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer for better or for worse till death do you part?"

"I do." Said Fluttershy.

"Discord." Continued Celestia. "Do you take Fluttershy to be your legitimite wife and take her in sickness and in health, for richer or for poorer for better or for worse till death do you part?"

"Of course I do!" Said Discord. "I would have to be an idiot to say no."

Everyone in the gym began to laugh.

"By the legal and spiritual power vested in me." Said Celestia, meanwhile Spike the dog gave the rings to the couple. "I declare you husband and wife."

Discord and Fluttershy put on their rings.

"You may kiss the bride." Said Celestia.

Discord and Fluttershy kissed passionately.

Everyone applauded and they celebrated the second wedding that had taken place in Canterlot High. The mane 5 watched the happy couple.

"This is so romantic." Said Rarity.

"The spirit of Caos and the spirit of kindness." Said Rainbow Dash. 

"Possibly the most grandest couple and wedding in the whole world." Said Applejack. "Together in the most humble way."

"That is a sign of good luck." Said Pinkie Pie crying from happiness.

"Twilight would have loved to see Fluttershy's wedding." Said Sunset Shimmer. "I wonder what is going on in the world of equestrian ponies."

The author Conikiblasu does not own the series My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic or the Equestria Girls movies. WARNING: This chapter might be a bit strong, including a bit depressing, please read on with discretion. 

It's obvious that this is an alternate universe that is taking place between seasons 5-6 seeing as it wouldn't really take place in the new episodes or movies. With nothing more to say, thank you for your attention and enjoy.

Chapter 2

The beginning of the End

In the meantime in her house, specifically in her attic, human Twilight was working on a great project with her only friend Sunset Shimmer (human). This great project was an artificial portal. It was a machine with a large 

metal hoop. 

"Sunset! We need more energy to speed up the capacitor." Said Twilight, using her lab coat and moving around a few cables.

"Ok Twilight." Said Sunset. "But really girl, you need to calm down and dispel your mind." 

"There's no time!" Yelled Twilight, out of humor. " This project will help me to make up for the time I lost with my so called friends." 

"I'm really sorry for what they have done to you." Said Sunset, moving around a few screws.

"Having their dumb parties all the time." Said Twilight as she welded a few parts of the portal. "Their stupid rock band....and those dumb events that had no benefit. I honestly regret having transferred over to Canterlot High. 

It was their fault that I missed my grand opportunity and when I lost Principal Cinch's help...my future was ruined." 

"I understand Twilight." Said Sunset sighing. "Canterlot High is totally a piece of trash." 

"You are truly my only friend. You understand me completely." Said Twilight. "And if this project is successful, we will be the most brilliant minds of all time." 

"A portal to another world." Said Sunset, working on some last few details. "Are you sure that this is going to work?" 

"It will work." Said Twilight with blind optimism. "You should have seen what happened at the Friendship Games." 

"Now that, must have been intense." Said Sunset. 

"You have no idea what I have seen on the other side of the portal." 

"Ok Twilight." Said Sunset. "I trust you." 

Twilight moved the machine switch in order to turn it on...the machine began to concentrate energy, then a hole appeared in the center of the large hoop.

Both girls noticed that the hole of energy looked like a window seeing a whole other world through it. Twilight felt nostalgic, remembering when she could open portals at her will.

Without fear, Twilight walked up to the hole and she put her hand through it, then she walked through completely, Sunset quickly followed after and they both crossed through the portal. They both entered the other world.

"Twilight." Said Sunset a bit annoyed. "Be careful....it could be...." 

Sunset stayed quiet as soon as she saw Twilight.

"What's wrong, Sunset?" Asked Twilight, turning around to look at Sunset.

Twilight was left with her mouth open when she saw Sunset's new look.

"You're....a pony." Said Sunset with surprise. 

"You are too." Responded Twilight.

They were both surprised by their new looks and they observed their own bodies.

After examining their own pastel colored equine bodies with great curiosity, they observed their surroundings...it looked like an area with a lot of rocks...without signs of life, plant or animal. 

"Where are we?" Asked Sunset as she tried to walk on four legs.

"I don't know, but it looks to be abandoned...." 

In that moment, Twilight crashed into a small sarcophagus that was made of stone and it had strange hyroglifs.

Twilight felt very curious.

"Why is this thing here in an abandoned place?" She asked as she examined the sarcophagus.

"I don't think you should open it." Said Sunset. "For some reason it was abandoned here in this desolate place." 

"That's nonsense." Said Twilight as she tried to open it with her hoofs. "It's all in the name of science."

With difficulty, because she had hoods instead of hands, Twilight managed to open the sarcophagus made of stone. In that moment a great dark energy was released.

"Finally!" Yelled a thunderous voice that could frighten anyone. "Tartarus shall be a paradise in comparison to what I am about to do to this place." 

Twilight and Sunset were petrified with fear. In the sarcophagus a black smoke was quickly starting to form and a cloaked body that was similar to the grim reaper appeared.

"The true balance shall return." Said the voice, looking towards the two ponies. "And you will help us out." 

Twilight and Sunset were even more frightened when the smoke began to expand all over the place and began to form more creatures, they were grotesque creatures with big claws, horns and big bat-like wings, looking like 

gargoyles or demons. 

They both screamed and tried to run with great difficulty seeing as they were not used to walking on four legs.

They tried to run back to the portal. But much to their misfortune the portal disappeared, perhaps the energy had run out; the ponies began to panic.

The cloaked creature walked over to them, he opened his mouth and absorbed their energy, both ponies fell to the ground. Then the diabolical creature extended his claws and blasted them with dark energy.

Both girls levitated off of the ground, writhing in pain, their bodies began to transform, they both changed color and they grew wings.
"You shall return to your more disharmonic form." Said the creature. "Were you were the saviors of both worlds? Or that is what your essence has led me
to believe...your essence is so strong and pure and so easy to 

corrupt." 

They finished their transformations, they both showed no resistance and stood on their legs in front of the vile creature.

"Please darling." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Call me Sunset Demon." 

"And as for me." Said Twilight. "Call me Midnight Sparkle." 

"Excellent." Said the creature, laughing dryly but in a frightening way. "Two of the most powerful entities shall be the ones who will help us bring back disharmony in the most pure state...but first let's go visit an old friend." 

Meanwhile, in the Crystal Empire....

It was an important celebration...it was Flurry Heart's first birthday. Everypony in the town congregated outside of the castle to await the announcement from the princesses and to start the celebration. As always, the mane 6 

were also invited along with Starlight Glimmer and Discord. Everything was going to perfection. Discord was behaving and he was spending a lot of time with Fluttershy. 

Twilight had the magical book that she used to communicate with Sunset Shimmer with her. 

The alicorn had found out about the wedding of human Fluttershy and Discord. She was happy but she was also sad that she could not help assist them due to her duties as a princess in Equestria and she could not help 

them out because she had to help plan the party for her niece. Giving a great sigh, she put away the book. She watched the draconequus and the timid pegasus; from the looks of it, they also had a special relationship like 

their human counterparts. 

The celebration was a huge success; the entire Crystal empire was full of joy until.....

In that moment the Crystal Heart exploded into a million pieces, taking everyone by surprise. The city's protection dispersed and snow began to invade the city.

The princesses, the mane 6, Discord and Starlight Glimmer, through the commotion immediately ran over to where the crystal heart used to be.

Everyone asked themselves with worry what had happened, they fixed their gaze onto Flurry Heart, but she was asleep in a bubble that was anti-magic which was cast by Cadence as a precaution.

The wind and the snow began to cover the city in a wild way.

"What happened?" Asked Twilight Sparkle very worried.

"Disregard it." Said Discord with his classic charisma. "I will fi it, you will see, with a simple snap of.."

In that moment Discord felt an enormous tremor in his spine, a powerful force was coming closer. Discord began to grit his teeth and clench his fists.

"Discord?" Asked Fluttershy very worried. "What's going on?" 

"No." Whispered Discord.

Through the strong and cold wind a great and dark cloud was getting closer to them. The ponies of the Crystal Empire thought that it was the return of their dark and sinister dictator the king Sombra and many of them fled in 

fear, some of them hid behind the princesses and the mane 6.

The dark cloud stopped in front of them, it immediately took the form of the hooded figure. 

"Hello Discord." Said the chilling voice.

"I thought that you had ceased to exist." Said Discord a bit nervously.

"There cannot be peace without war or life without death." It responded. "So I cannot be destroyed because of that natural law."

Twilight, the princesses and the rest  were surprised at what was going on.

"Discord." Said Twilight. "Do you know this guy?" 

"Eh......." Said Discord. 

Before Discord could say anything he was interrupted by that infernal creature.

"The time has come for this world to return to it's most pure state. You ponies have lived for too long in peace and harmony, the time has come to restore the equilibrium." 

All of the ponies did not understand what he was trying to say. Their faces showed their confusion. Only Twilight and Discord understood and that horrified them.

"Stop this foolishness that does not make sense." Said Discord, adjusting his sleeves. "Only I can do that and I'm quite good at it." 

Before he could snap his fingers, two rays of magic energy ambushed him, causing him to be completely paralyzed. Try as he might, Discord could not get himself to move and he could not teleport or use his magic.

All of the sudden, Midnight Sparkle and Sunset Demon appeared. With the magic they emitted from their claws, they made sure that Discord remained immobilized.

"Discord!" Cried Fluttershy upon seeing her beloved held back by dark magic.

Everyone present was very afraid. Celestia, Luna and Cadance lit up their horns. Meanwhile, Shining Armor took care of the baby because she was starting to cry.

Twilight looked at Sunset Demon, she easily recognized her and this scared her a lot. Although the other creature observed her, but for some reason she seemed very familiar to her even though she failed to recognize her.

Immediately, the three princesses attacked the caped creature with their magic. He simply illuminated his eyes and a magic shield appeared to block their attack. 

"You can't do anything, your pitiful magic is useless." Said the cloaked creature after the princesses were done attacking. "It's impossible to resist, the only one that could do anything was you Discord. So I took care of you 

first so that you do not intervene in this divine intervention." 

Once again his eyes glowed, a dark aura invaded his body and prepared him to attack Discord. Fluttershy quickly saw what was about to happen. She did not want any harm to come to her secret love.

The cloaked figure used his magic to attack Discord.

"NO!" Fluttershy flew in front of him to stop the attack but it was futile. Both of them recieved the fierce blast.

"Ahhhh!" Yelled Fluttershy in pain.

"NO!" Yelled Discord, seeing his beloved Fluttershy suffering hurt worse than the magic attack for the creature.

"NO!" Yelled her friends. "Fluttershy! Discord!" 

In that moment, the lord of chaos and the element of kindness fell to the ground completely turned to stone.

"That power was only held by the elements of harmony." Said Twilight in a trembling voice.

"The elements of disharmony also have those elements." Said the creature. "With that being said, ponies you shall not resist it would be futile." 

In that moment, behind the cloak appeared a great army out of nowhere. The army consisted of black creatures that had the size of demons.

"Remember brothers." Said the cloaked creature. "Leave nothing alive....to start the new world we must first destroy this one completely." 

After those words were said all of the ponies began to run for their lives. In that moment the demon army invaded the city and began to attack all of the ponies without mercy. The pony soldiers and some of the Wonderbolts 

arrived to repel the attacks and the invasion but it was almost futile.

Shining Armor had to flee in order to keep the baby safe.

In the middle of the battle, the princesses fought with great ferocity in order to protect the mane 5.

"Twilight," Said Celestia. "You should go." 

"No princess." Said Twilight. "We'll stay and help." 

"This is more than your powers can take." Said Celestia. "Besides that, you can't do it without Fluttershy." 

Twilight observed in the distance the inert bodies of Fluttershy and Discord, they were being surrounded by demons.

"Leave!" Said Celestia lighting up her horn with great intensity. "We'll take care of this." 

The demons began to appear all over the place.

"But.." Said Twilight on the verge of tears, meanwhile her friends were trying to force her to leave.

"Warn everyone; regroup and organize the troops." Said Luna. "We'll cover you!" 

"Remember Twilight." Said Celestia. "Friendship....will unite you and it will help you save our world.....now go!" 

More and more demons began to arrive. Twilight and the rest tried to run through the streets of the Crystal Empire.

Twilight felt miserable inside, she had to leave but she was not able to help the princesses and above all she could not save Fluttershy due to the large amount of grotesque invaders.

The streets began to raze in ruins, the creatures attacked everyone with no mercy and without measure everything that got in their way. The imperial soldiers did all the could but it was futile from the looks of it the demons 

were immune to their weapons and their magic.

The mane 5 including Starlight Glimmer ran to the outskirts of town until a large group of minions stopped them from going forward.

"Twilight!" Yelled Applejack. "You have to go!" 

"What?!" Yelled Twilight.

"We can't afford to lose one more princess, sugarcube." Said Applejack. "Please, you have to leave." 

"Don't say that." Said Twilight.

In that moment, Pinkie Pie took out her party cannon.

"Don't worry about us." Said Pinkie. "This is something serious and we'll take care of it." 

"It's not a goodbye darling." Said Rarity. "It's just a see you later." 

"Remember." Said Rainbow Dash. "Warn everypony else and regroup all of the towns in Equestria." 

Twilight concentrated on her teleportation and she hid in a garbage can.

In that moment, Pinkie Pie fired her party cannon at some of the minions. Although it didn't really do anything it did attract their attention and immediately the monsters began to attack her.

Starlight and Rarity used their magic to attack them as well.

"Run!" Yelled Starlight Glimmer.

In that moment, the mane 5 fled separated from each other, the monsters chased them down with great fury.

As soon as she didn't hear anymore noises, Twilight got out of the trash can. The battle raged on but at a distance. She looked all around her, everything was in ruins, some homes were on fire and there were no signs of life. 

To make matters worse a great darkness covered the whole city.

Twilight began to walk slowly. She walked up to one house that was about to collapse, a brick was about to fall on top of Twilight. She noticed this and she used her magic to stop it but it that instant she heard noises. She 

immediately used her magic to hide in the ruins.

The monsters deperately searched for the presence of the magic that they had felt. Twilight immediately escaped from the place into another zone  of the city. Her curiosity was great so she lit up her horn to throw a small 

rock. She immediately hid herself again. Some minions quickly arrived. Twilight noticed that these monsters detected magic.

Immediately she fled from the place and she walked to the edge of the city where she was free from a ferocious battle. The soldiers resisted meanwhile a salvation army with carriages tried to help pony survivors flee the city.

Twilight arrived and some of the soldiers took her by force.

"Princess!" Said one soldier. "Over here." 

"Listen." Said Twilight putting up a bit of resistance. "I need help, my friends are still in the city and..." 

"There's no time princess." Said one soldier. "We must quickly get you to a carriage." 

"Not without my friends." Said Twilight a bit annoyed. "My brother and my niece are still...."

In that moment there were some explosions close to them. Twilight fell to the ground in pain from them. The monsters immediately appeared. They had finished with the army and were breaking through their defenses.

"Retreat!" Said one soldier who was walking with a limp.

Some of the soldiers took Twilight by force and threw her into a carriage. Then the carriage flew away, dozens of carriages were in the air headed to Canterlot.

In that moment the monsters arrived. The small army tried to resist to give the carriages more time to escape but it was futile.

The damn minions finished off the small army and they quickly extended their wings and flew to attack some of the salvation carriages.

Twilight was weak but she watched in horror. Some of the monsters managed to get to her carriage. But in that moment a lot of pegasi, most of them being civilians began to fight against the vile creatures with the intention to 

get them to leave Twilight alone.

Twilight watched with great sorrow and tears how those pegasi sacrificed their lives for her. She took one last look at the Crystal Empire it was completely in ruins, up in flames and smoke she could still hear the cries of 

ponies suffering and the scream of ponies that were being killed by those vile creatures.

With no more energy, Twilight lost consciousness and she fainted, a few seconds later she shed a single tear.

Her carriage headed towards Canterlot.

Day zero. The Crystal Empire had fallen.

Chapter 3
Goodbye World Of Equestria

(Fragments from Twilight's diary after day zero)

*It has been a day since the terrible invasion. I had awoken in the palace of Canterlot. My generals had informed me that there were few survivors that occurred at the Crystal Empire and that those creatures were rapidly 

expanding, sweeping away everything in their path. They told me that Canterlot was under extreme protection and many ponies had seeked refuge in the city.

They told me that they had not discovered the whereabouts of my friends, my brother or my niece. I am very worried, but I have faith that I will see them again. In the past, we have come across difficult situations and have 

come out triumphant, I will keep hope.

*Second day. I got the idea to use magic in order to go back in time and to somehow stop this horrible situation from ever happening. In order to do that I had to hide out in my castle in Ponyville. 

I slipped away in order to leave Canterlot and I flew until I got to the small Ponyville. I wasn't guarded like I was at Canterlot. The same local ponies had taken precautions. Fortunately, the minions of evil had not come to 

Ponyville, at least that is what I thought. 

I entered my castle and for a moment I contemplated the mirror portal that lead to the other universe. Fortunately, it was turned off due to the fact that I had the book. It was for the best but I didn't want to involve that 

world without magic. I searched for the formula to go back in time and stop this horrible future from happening; in reality I messed up.

As soon as I focused and concentrated my alicorn magic, it was a sign of alarm for them. It didn't take long for them to arrive at my castle. Those diabolical creatures began to destroy everything. In desperation I teleported 

to Ponyville, causing them to follow me. I was so stupid. Those creatures began destroying the city, the ponies fled in terror as they came out of their hiding places in order to escape. It caused the evil minions to attack 

innocent ponies. 

I couldn't do anything. With a heavy heart I knew I had to escape. I opened my wings and I escaped to Canterlot. Ponyville was the target of those demons.

I had noticed that those creatures were attracted by magic and Alicorn magic even more, that was why they had attacked me. 

As soon as I got back to the city a lot of the inhabitants of Canterlot had found out what had happened. It was my fault that Ponyville was destroyed. 

They looked at me with hatred; my reputation was down the drain. 

*It has been two weeks since the invasion, until now I still can't sleep at night. Those horrible creatures started invading different cities of the diverse species of Equestria. Every day I think of my friends. A few times I had 

sent tracker ponies to help me look for them but unfortunately they have not been successful in finding them. On occasion my trackers have been in danger of death.

I don't know what I should do. The princesses, my friends and family...they were all assassinated by those demonic creatures. I have tried to calm down my city but all of those ponies and the guards don't trust in me.

*It has been one month since the invasion. I have tried to talk to my generals, explain to them some of my plans that involved staying in contact with all of the remaining villages and species of Equestria, study the weaknesses 

and qualities of the invaders and if it were possible to be diplomatic towards these creatures.

From the looks of it they did not agree with me, I am starting to lose credibility. I don't know what else to do.

*Three months since the horror was unleashed; The ponies were discontented, the provisions began to be scarce and Canterlot was not self-sufficient; Many were against sending salvation squads to different towns of 

Equestria. My generals do not like my community ideas. More ponies means more resources that were becoming scarce.

Without warning, they made a coup, telling me that I was no longer their princess and that because of me this situation was getting worse, they kept me locked up in my room. I did not resist because maybe they were right.

*Five months have. I stayed in my room the whole time, I had lost all hope, I was often informed of the events that were happening outside.

From the looks of it the majority of the clans had been annihilated, the minotaurs, griffons and diamond dogs among them.

They explained that the only ones that could resist them were the changelings, those mysterious creatures I had once faced alongside my friends.

I tried to convince the soldiers that we needed to form an alliance with the changelings and help to support them. Because they couldn't wait any longer they didn't listen to me. They told me that I no longer had a vote in 

what they did and besides it was more preferable that they annihilate the changelings first. In their own words they said : better those 'despicable insects' than us.

*Six months have passed. It had been nothing but agony. They have informed me that Canterlot is the only capitol that is still standing, all of those other towns have fallen.

After the death of their queen Chrysalis the changelings could not resist and they were destroyed. 

The dragons were next, they were easy prey due to their individualistic behaviors.

The city was besieged permanently by these creatures. From my room I listened to the cries and the prayers of the ponies. For some reason I do not worry so much and it was not because I stopped caring for the ponies, it 

was because I had already lost hope. 

My friends, my family, all of the ponies of Equestria....I failed them, now there is nothing left. Nothing to do but wait for our cruel demise.

Mom, dad, brother, niece, girls and beloved princesses. We'll meet again soon.

Twilight finished writing in her diary. She lat back on her bed. Even after all of these moths she still could not sleep. The screams of the ponies were louder than usual. 

Suddenly, her door burst open. A blue unicorn pony entered with a pale purple mane and dark tufts of hair.

"Princess." Said the unicorn. "We must flee, those things have taken the city." 

Twilight hopelessly ignored the unicorn. With her magic, the unicorn levitated Twilight and they immediately fled the castle. 

"Please princess." Said the unicorn as they desperately tried to flee. "We need you." 

Upon hearing those words, Twilight freed herself from the unicorn's magic.

"Don't use your magic." Said Twilight trying to recuperate. "Quickly.....we need to search for survivors and escape from here." 

Immediately, both ponies looked for the surviving ponies and they fled the city. 

Canterlot had fallen.

Seventh month of the invasion. Twilight and the small group of survivors had taken refuge with Zecora in the everfree forest. The strange this was that the everfree forest had not been attacked by the monsters except the 

castle of the two sister and the tree of harmony.

Zecora explained that perhaps it was because the everfree forest was in a natural balance since it had not been invaded by any of the Equestrian tribes in a long time. Now it was the safest and most natural place to be. 

The small group of ponies, including the cutie mark crusaders (Who were rescued by Zecora) remained in constant vigilance. Everfree was sometimes inspected by these henchmen.

In a large underground room below the house of Zecora, was where the surviving ponies were hiding, there were twenty ponies in all. 

"I can't stand it anymore!" Twilight said furiously. 

"Calm down Alicorn princess." Said Zecora while she prepared a formula in a vessel. "Control your inner demon."

"The memories of my friends and all of the destruction......does not leave me alone." Said Twilight. "I can't stop thinking about  that hooded monster that ended Discord and the princesses." 

Twilight headed for the exit.

"Where are you going Twilight?" Asked Applebloom who looked very worried.

"If we do not defeat them, there will be no future." Said Twilight. "I will go face them. I have to fight them!" 

"Don't do it Twilight!" Screamed Sweetiebelle. "It's too dangerous." 

"She's right. Celestia couldn't defeat him." Said Scootaloo. "Neither could Luna, not even Discord could defeat him." 

Twilight hit the ground with her front hooves with fury.

"I have failed everyone." Said Twilight crying. "What can we do"? 

"If only there was a better place." Said Zecora. "Where we could all be safe." 

Twilight thought for a moment, she thought of something that hadn't occurred to her earlier. 

"There is." Said Twilight. "I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner, but we have to be quick." 

"Are you sure about where you want us to go hide?" Zecora asked as she finished the potion. "Because if we leave then vulnerable we will be." 

"She's right." Said Applebloom. "Thanks to the few unicorns that are left, they haven't been using any of their magic and because of that we are safe." 

"Yes." Said Twilight. "But we should go carefully." 

The Cutie Mark Crusaders, Zecora and three other ponies decided to accompany Twilight. The rest decided to stay hidden in Zecora's hut. 

They carefully walked back to Ponyville. They took in their surroundings, everything was destroyed. Some houses were charred and others were just ashes. What surprised them was that even though it was a post 

apocalyptic scene everything was calm. There was no sign of any of those creatures. The sky remained half day and half night, everything was too calm.

They arrived to the small city of Ponyville that was completely destroyed. They slipped away to the castle that lay in ruins, they entered carefully. 

"Follow me." Said Twilight, walking towards one of the rooms.

"What is the plan Twilight?" Asked Applebloom.

"Sincerely, I did not want to involve the world that does not possess any magic. They would be vulnerable to a magic attack." Said Twilight, as she opened the door to the room with her horn, but she really had no other 

option.

They entered and they observed the mirror portal that was on the ground. Twilight checked that the mirror was still in working condition. 

"Perfect. Now I just have to lift it." Said Twilight. "But I will need magic and when I activate my magic the minions will detect it. We will only have a second before..." 

"Careful Twilight." Said Zecora. "We will cover you." 

Zecora and the Crusaders stood guard, Twilight lifted up the mirro and connected it to her device then she connected the magic book that she used to communicate with Sunset Shimmer. 

But something was not right, the portal wasn't opening and everything was connected.

"No!" Yelled Twilight in desperation. "Why isn't it working?"

Twilight began to check the portal with desperation.

"Quickly Twilight." Said Applebloom. "Or else..." 

At that moment they began to hear noises and very threatening grunts.

"Let's get out of here." Said Sweetiebelle who was crying an ocean of tears. 

"Just a little bit more." Said Twilight. 

Twilight connected some cables and the machine was able to open up the portal. 

In that moment a great quantity of monsters that began to attack Sweetiebelle, Scootaloo and Applebloom. Twilight was in a state of shock to see the little ponies being hurt.

Zecora immediately began attacking the monsters in order to help out the little ponies. 

"Twilight...leave....you have to go..." Said Zecora. "Only you can save yourself." 

"No." Said Twilight beginning to ignite her horn upon seeing the tragic scene. "I won't go without you guys." 

Twilight began attacking the monsters with her alicorn magic but the monsters were stronger and they began to put all their focus on Twilight. 

"Twilight." Said Zecora, trying to resist the monsters. "Stop wasting your time....leave and remember the last words from Celestia." 

The monsters began to walk over to the mirror portal. Twilight with tears in her eyes decided to enter through the portal knowing that once she did she would no longer be able to see her teacher Zecora or her little students 

anymore.

THE OTHER SIDE.

At the entrance of Canterlot High, a small party was being held. A 'pre-graduation' organized by Pinkie, although classes would be completed in a week. 

It had been decided to do the small party at the entrance of the school because due to how the students were feeling at the moment, the school entrance brought back good memories.

The party was pretty simple with balloons, lights, music and food tables. All of the students including the main 6 were enjoying this event.

In all of those months it looked like nothing had changed except for a few things: 

Fluttershy had a round belly seeing as she was 7 months pregnant and she was wearing a simple outfit for a pregnant woman. She remained seated because it was difficult to move. 

In the meantime Discord piled a big plate with a lot of food for his beautiful wife.

All of these months were not easy for the both of them. They only stayed in the Apple family guest room for a month because they did not want to be a nuisance to them. With the money they had, Discord and Fluttershy 

rented a small apartment on the outskirts of Canterlot. 

Fluttershy continued going to school and Discord in addition to being a teacher had other jobs.

The couple had a lot of narrow circumstances and conflicts which led to many arguments. But despite all of their problems they still managed to keep moving forward and not stop loving one another. They were very happy 

waiting for the arrival of their first born.

Discord brought the food to Fluttershy. Fluttershy devoured them quickly, leaving the chaotic boy a little surprised. 

A little distance away, the rest of the main 6 watched them, they were happy for the couple.

"I'm so happy that it's going well for them." Said Sunset Shimmer. 

"I never thought I would see Fluttershy pregnant or married." Said Rainbow Dash.

"In all honesty I envy her." Said Rarity. 

"Really?" Asked the rest of the girls.

"Of course not." Said Rarity. "I was only joking." 

"Wow." Said Applejack. "Pretty soon we're going to be graduating. We've made so many memories here." 

"The end is coming soon." Said Pinkie Pie as she began to cry an ocean of tears.

"Not to worry." Said Applejack. "The fact that we're graduating doesn't mean that we'll stop hanging out or being friends." 

"Group hug!" Said Pinkie.

They all shared one big hug.

"I just wish that our friend Twilight." Said Sunset Shimmer. "Was here with us." 

In that moment the portal began to glow, the party stopped and all of the students stared at the portal in curiosity and fear due to the strange magical circumstances that it brought years prior at Canterlot High.

Twilight Sparkle appeared through the portal. The students were surprised as they had not seen the Equestrian in much time.

"Twilight?" Asked Fluttershy who was a bit surprised at Twilight's appearance. Her clothes were torn, her face was dirty and her eyes were full of tears.

Twilight looked at Fluttershy and was surprised to her pregnant, then she looked over at the counterparts of her friends.

She immediately reacted, she picked up the nearest chair.

"Twilight.." Said Sunset. "Are you alright"? 

Twilight raised the chair in her arms to destroy the portal. Sunset began to panic when she saw Twilight doing this. 

"Discord." Said Sunset. "Stop her." 

Being the closest one to Twilight Discord immediately took the chair from her. 

"Egg head." Said Discord. "What's wrong with you?" 

"Idiot." Said Twilight angry and still crying. "We have to destroy the portal before it's too late." 

"Late?" Asked Discord. "Late for what?" 

In that moment the ground began to shake, the portal began to glow and the demonic creatures began to come out through the portal.

"Oh no!" Said Twilight with fear and worry.

The demons began to roar, the students began to flee the main 6 didn't move and they stood their guard.

From fear, Fluttershy began to scream. One of  the monsters took one look at Fluttershy and wanted to attack her. Discord immediately stopped it from attacking his wife. He used himself as a human shield and he was hit 

by the monster but he began to lose control.

A purple aura surrounded Discord and he began to grow wings and horns, the lord of Chaos had returned. 

The main 6 saved Fluttershy and made sure she stayed safe.

As soon as they detected magic the demons began to go against Discord. Discord began to attack them and he was out of control. He began to attack with his right hand in a sinister way in all directions. His power was 

immense and with it he managed to destroy most of the monsters, turning them into ashes and destroying some parts of the school. 

One of the demons tried to go back through the portal but was intercepted by one of the rays of the lord of chaos.

The creature breathed it's last breath. 

"Despicable creatures." Said the demon. "You will soon feel the fury of our lord...."

In that instant, Discord launched another ray that completely destroyed the demon. The creatures were defeated but Discord was still uncontrollable.

"It's time to unleash chaos!" Yelled Discord from his maniacal form and with an evil grin.

He snapped his fingers and began his chaos. Big gusts of wind and lightning bolts fell from the sky.

As soon as she saw this Fluttershy began to approach Discord. Her friends tried to stop her but it was futile once Fluttershy got close enough to Discord.

"Discord!" Yelled Fluttershy with tears in her eyes. "Please stop." 

Discord looked at Fluttershy with rage and he walked over to her. The main 6 were terrified and they feared for their friend.

Discord was now face to face with Fluttershy. Discord lifted up his arm to snap his fingers. 

In that moment Fluttershy grabbed Discord's hand in a sweet and caring way. Discord stayed silent and was confused. Fluttershy brought Discord's hand to her stomach and Discord could feel the baby kicking and it's 

heartbeat. Discord remained still. 

"Fluttershy." Said Discord as he regained reason.

Discord's head began to hurt, his wings and horns disappeared. Discord returned to normal and he fell to his knees.

Fluttershy went to help her husband. 

"Discord." Said Fluttershy, sounding worried. "Are you alright?" 

Discord looked all around, seeing the destruction he had caused. 

"What happened?" Asked Discord.

In that moment they heard a loud bang, they all looked around to see where the sound might have came from. It was Twilight who had just destroyed the portal with a large piece of wood she found. 

"I have something to tell you." Said Twilight with tears in her eyes.

> Chapter 4: Nightmares

Twilight had to be taken to the nurse's office to treat her injuries. Due to the circumstances, the nurse let their group visit Twilight altogether because she had something to tell them. Discord and the rest of their group gathered around Twilight as she kept on shaking and crying softly as she sat on the bed.

The tears cascaded down her face as Fluttershy helped her focus on her breathing.

They were sitting around the bed in the nurse's office of the school where everyone was worried for Twilight.

"Are you feeling well enough to tell us what happened to you?" Fluttershy asked her friend softly as she rubbed her shaking shoulders to try and call her down.

"Y-yes I think I'm ready to tell you." Said Twilight as she began to control her shaky breathing.

Twilight started telling her tale of how it went down and how she believed it was her fault that her pony friends were no longer alive.

Some other students who overheard what was going on took out their phones and recorded what Twilight was saying. Their group had forgotten to close the door.

Twilight was happy that she had human friends who cared for her so much but they reminded her so much of her pony friends back home and she began crying again.

Celestia walked down the hallway to get to the nurse's office when she noticed the other students filming Twilight. Celestia crossed her arms and cleared her throat loudly until they all stopped what they were doing to look at her. As soon as they saw their beloved principal standing there with her arms crossed and an eyebrow raised they immediately dashed off to wherever they were going in the first place.

Celestia knocked on the door before entering.

"Twilight Sparkle.." She began calmly. "After everything that has happened to you it would not be wise to go back so soon. I suggest you stay here with us until we can come up with a plan to save your world. I would let you stay with me but I live in a small apartment that I used to share with Luna before she went on tour with the elements of caos. Perhaps one of your other friends would be kind enough to let you stay with them."

"I apologize darling but my house is already as full as it is. I do have a guest room but I use it as my storage room for my clothes." Said Rarity, who spoke first. "But I can give you some new clothes to replace those torn tags you're wearing." Everyone gave her a look. "What? I'm just trying to help."

"Sorry Twilight but it's real busy with the cakes and they gave the only extra room to the Pumpkin and Pound Cake." Said Pinkie Pie, looking a little sad.

"You're more than welcome to stay on Sweet Apple Acres." Began Applejack. "But you would sure be mighty lonely there because I have so many chores to do around the farm."

"Sorry Twilight but I am busy training to be a wonderbolt and I am always busy with the team. We turned our only guest room into a home gym." Said Rainbow Dash confidently.

Fluttershy spoke up. "You're more than welcome to stay with me and Discord while you recover." Offered Fluttershy.

"But.." Discord wanted to protest but he knew that would only anger his wife. It was a 2 bedroom apartment but they could just move the crib into their room and put an air mattress in the guest room.

"Really? Thank you so much Fluttershy. I really appreciate it." Said Twilight as she threw her arms around Fluttershy for a hug while being careful of her baby bump.

After saying goodbye to their friends and exchanging hugs the trio left.

Later...

After taking an Uber to get home, Twilight Sparkle, Fluttershy and Discord arrived at Fluttershy and Discord's apartment.

As Fluttershy and Twilight sat on the couch in the livingroom Discord was left to set up the air mattress in the guest room. He complained to himself the whole time.

"The things I do for my wife just to keep her happy. Why couldn't I have impregnated her when we were older and better off financially? This is a strange and unusual form of torture."

He finished inflating it and went to seal it but he fumbled with the clasp for too long and it un-inflated again.

Discord face palmed himself. This was going to be a long night.

At night...

Just as Discord climbed into bed beside his wife...he wanted to fool around a little.

"Fluttershy...do you want to maybe....make love?" He asked her provocatively.

Fluttershy groaned. "Not tonight Discord. I'm really tired and we have a guest over. I don't want to scare her with the sounds of us...." She blushed. "Making love."

Discord growled in frustration but he didn't want to make her do anything she didn't want to. Even though it had been a while since they....made love.

"Alright then. Goodnight my love." He said as he turned over in bed with his back to her.

"Goodnight dear." Said Fluttershy as she turned on her side and used an extra pillow to support her growing belly.

During the night Fluttershy slept alright. Discord however had a nightmare.

Discord dreamed that he was in the darkness and he couldn't see anything at all. He kept hearing Fluttershy crying out for help. But Before he could get to her he heard his baby crying out too. He kept hearing them both cry out for him but he didn't know who to go to. They were both in pain from the sound of it.

Discord awoke in a cold sweat and he turned to find his wife was not in bed with him. He walked into the kitchen to find his wife making breakfast.

When she saw her husband walk in the first thing she noticed was the dark circles under his eyes. This was the fourth night in a row he had the nightmare. She was worried about him.

While the couple conversed, Twilight was having a nightmare of her own. She dreamed that her friend's and family's lifeless bodies were zombies and they kept on blaming her for their deaths. Their black eyes glared at her and blood trickled from their eyes.

Twilight Sparkle awoke with a sob and ran into the living room/ kitchen area where Fluttershy and Discord stopped what they were doing to state at her.

Twilight had gone to bed completely naked and forgot that she wasn't a pony anymore. Discord blushed and looked away while Fluttershy led Twilight back into her room to help her get dressed.

Discord immediately went to finish what Fluttershy was cooking for breakfast so it wouldn't burn. For some reason he could not get Twilight's body out of his mind. He shook his head to try and rid his mind of these impure thoughts. He was a married man now and he had a child on the way. But these thoughts still invaded his mind.

Fluttershy and Discord had left Twilight with Rarity while they went to their doctor's appointment. It's not that they didn't trust her, it's just that her PTSD was getting pretty bad and they didn't want her to be left alone with her thoughts. 

They wanted to get her the help she needed like therapy but with such a small budget and a baby on the way they couldn't afford to help her. It was bad enough that Fluttershy had to stop supporting the animals in the local shelters. She just couldn't afford to. 

Sure, Discord was doing all the extra jobs he could take on to support his wife and unborn child but they were hardly getting by as it is. 

They took a taxi since they did not own a vehicle of any kind yet. As they were on their way there the taxi driver kept making lewd comments towards Fluttershy. 

"Hey cutie, how about you dump that creep and go out with a real man." He winked at her through the rearview mirror. 

Fluttershy shuddered in horror until Discord saw her becoming upset and got mad. 

"Stop hitting on my wife you creep!" He seethed at the driver through his teeth. 

The driver turned around to look at them when he stopped at a red light. He looked disgusted when he saw that she was pregnant. 

"Ugh! Never mind then. You've already been used up by that piece of human garbage." He said with disgust as he moved the car forward when the light turned green.

Discord had had it with this guy. First be tried to hit on his wife in front of him and now he was disgusted by her being pregnant. He didn't care if people insulted him but no one can ever insult his wife.

"Alright, that's it!" He moved forward to lunge at the driver when Fluttershy pulled him back by his collar. 

"Discord, no!" She then pointed to their left. "The hospital entrance is just up ahead. You can drop us off here." 

"And let you leave without a kiss goodbye?" The driver answered back snobbily as he made kissing sounds at her.

This time Fluttershy didn't hold him back and the driver drove away with what they paid him for the ride and a black eye. She did however feel a sharp pain in her stomach.

Later....

Fluttershy and Discord were waiting for the doctor in the doctor's office. Fluttershy took this time to talk with her husband. 

"Discord, I appreciate you defending me I really do. It's just does every encounter with a guy who tries to hit on me in front of you have to end in violence?"

"What was I supposed to do? Let him treat you that way just because you're hot? Darling even with a large belly you look as beautiful as the day I met you. In all seriousness, I just wanted to impress you."

Fluttershy kissed his cheek. "You don't have to impress me. I already love you."

WARNING: THIS IS WHERE IT STARTS TO GET DARK!

Just then the doctor came in holding a clipboard that had papers clipped to it. 

"Tell us doctor, is it a boy or a girl?" Asked Discord. 

"It's not going to be easy to tell you this but Ms. Fluttershy you have a high risk pregnancy." He said as he pushed his glasses up with a grim expression on his face.

"What does that mean?" Fluttershy asked as she squeezed her husband's hand.

"Having this baby could possibly kill you. It's affecting your overall health.  According to your blood tests you are becoming anemic from this pregnancy. Being a teenager you are at a greater chance of becoming anemic. This pregnancy is causing you to produce a lot of blood to support the growing fetus inside of you. But it's using up too much of your blood. The organs in your body are not receiving the oxygen they normally would get from the blood you produce. If you go through with this You could die from organ failure. You have two options here: either keep the baby knowing that it is slowly killing you or you can abort it and save your life. You can make your decision for your next appointment. I know this is a lot to take in so I will send you home with some pamphlets on abortion." He handed them some pamphlets and not wanting another creepy taxi driver they called up Applejack to give them a lift home. 

It was a somber ride home. Nobody spoke a word.

Ever since Discord brought them together as a band the elements of Chaos couldn't be happier. 
They had gone on a couple of tours since they debuted but they still hadn't quite recorded any major albums yet. 

The only album they had out was a bootleg CD with songs that were recorded live from their last few concerts and it was a bit hard to hear the actual songs over all the cheering from their adoring fans.

They were currently on their tour bus just talking as they drove to their next destination. Ever since becoming more famous they could afford to upgrade it. They now had air conditioning and bunk beds. It now was more like an RV. It even had a working bathroom!

Everyone except for Sombra (it was his turn to drive)was gathered around the only table in the bus as they were each doing different things.

"You guys, we need to record this album before Business man and his record label kick us out!" Said Chrysalis as she tried braiding her girlfriends hair after learning how to do it from Mane-iac while looking frustrated.

Mane-iac was frustrated at the fact that she had explained to Chrysalis how to do it at least 5 times already.

Aria chimed in. "But we can't record these songs without Discord. It's written here in the contract that we all need to be a part of this first album. It says so right here in the contract we signed." She said as she examined the only copy they had of the contract they had signed when they got their record deal. 

"D-discord?" Asked Sonata, looking sad as she remembered her lost love as she looked up from her phone. She had been lurking on Discords social media pages for the past few minutes.

"Let me see that!" Exclaimed Adagio as she snatched the paper from her sisters hands, almost ripping it in the process. 

After skimming through the last few lines she realized that Aria was right. She groaned in frustration as she ran a hand down her face. It's not that she didn't want to record with Discord, it was the fact that she didn't want the man who broke her little sisters heart to come back into her life. 

"Calm down my dearest sister." Said Aria who side eyed Sonata, almost knowing exactly what her sister was thinking. "But we need to get in contact with him as soon as possible. Does anyone have his number?" She asked to the group.

"I-I do." Said Sonata timidly.

"What are you waiting for?! Call him!" Adagio noticed the nervous look on her sisters face and calmed down. "Please." She added in a calmer tone. 

Sonata went through her contacts and was about to press the call button next to Discords face but she stopped. 

"I'm sorry but I can't do it. I can't face him again." Sonata almost sobbed as tears ran down her face.

"I'll do it." Said Mane-iac as she took the phone from Sonatas hands and jabbed the call button.

She placed the phone on the table and put it on speaker as they waited for him to pick up. 

After a few rings it only went to voicemail.

"Hi it's Discord." The voicemail began. "If I haven't answered your call it's because I either don't want to talk to you or because I'm working to care for my wife and child. Please leave a message after the beep and I will get back to you as soon as possible." 

"Discord, it's the elements of Chaos we need to talk to you regarding the contract we signed a few months back. It's really important." Said Ahuizotl before anyone else could speak. He hung up the phone and handed it back to Sonata who only stared at the floor and muttered something.

"In all his recent posts he never mentioned having gotten married or having a child. I wonder if it was with Fluttershy." Said Sonata in what she thought was a quiet tone but everyone heard her loud and clear. 

Everyone else first looked at each other in shock and then to her with concern.

"Excuse me." Said Sonata as she picked up her phone and ran to the bathroom so her sisters and band mates wouldn't see her crying. 

"This is worse than I thought." Said Adagio as she rubbed her arms. 

"She's hung up on a boy that will never love her back because he chose to marry someone else." Said Chrysalis as she hugged her girlfriend from behind. She knew what that kind of rejection felt like.

"She's not over someone who will never be hers because he chose the other side." Said Ahuizotl as he held Arias hand in his and gave it a squeeze. 

Aria stood up from the table but fell back down again when the bus went over a few pot holes. Ahuizotl caught her before she fell to the ground.

"I hate seeing my little sister like this." Said Aria. "We need to help her but I don't know how." 

"Hmmmm." Said everyone else in unison. Everyone in their group had been rejected one way or another but the way that they had dealt with this wasn't exactly healthy to them or to the people who rejected them in the first place. 

Aria decided to search the internet for an answer on how to get over someone you never really dated.  

After reading several articles about how to handle the subject Aria came to a decision. "We need to get Sonata in the room. Guys, we need to help her get over him and move on. All of this sulking isn't exactly healthy for her. I just want to fix her and help her feel ok again." She said while looking sad as she thought of her little sister.

"How do you plan on doing that?" Asked Chrysalis as she raised an eyebrow at Aria. 

"After purging her phone we need to have a girls night." Said Aria as she held Ahuizotl.

After much arguing and pleading, the girls went out to a local night club to see if maybe dancing would lift Sonatas spirits.

They all got dressed up in club attire like mini skirts and crop tops but even that did nothing to lift the girls mood.

Their boyfriends were a bit jealous that they would be spending time away from them but they understood that this was all for Sonata. 

Flufflepuff, Chrysalis, Mane-iac and the dazzlings had no trouble getting into the club seeing as they were pretty well known from their band.

The bouncer even asked them for their autographs and a group photo.

They were all old enough to purchase alcohol legally seeing as they were all well over 21.

Everyone but Sonata quickly walked over to the dance floor and began dancing. Sonata just stood there, staring at the floor.

"Come on Sonata, I'll buy you a drink." Said Mane-iac as she dragged a moping Sonata to the bar after seeing how she wasn't dancing.

They quickly got to the bar and the bartender walked over to them.

"What'll it be?" He asked both women. He had on sunglasses even though it was pretty dark in the club.

"A scotch on the rocks for me. And something to help with her broken heart." She gestured to a sad faced Sonata. 

He quickly got Mane-iac her drink and turned to talk to Sonata. He gave her a long look before speaking again.

"Hey, I remember you. You came in with that gray skinned guy and your friends and all bought an instrument when I still worked and lived in Manehattan. And now you're famous and here. What a small world we live in. Why is a beautiful woman like you so heart broken?" He asked Sonata, his facial expression hard to read under his glasses. 

"Well...." Before Sonata could give a proper response without revealing too much, Mane-iac cut her off.

"She fell in love with the aforementioned gray skinned guy who is named Discord by the way and he didn't return her feelings. Now he's married with a kid and she has yet to move on." She said quickly and gulped half her drink in one sip.

The bartender put his hands on top of hers. "Look, I don't know much about you but I do know that you look like you could use some advice. Not long ago I was partners with this amazing girl. She didn't talk much but we were an amazing DJ duo. Vinyl Scratch and Neon Lights. We weren't as famous as the elements of Chaos but we didn't care about came. We only cared about having fun. It all came to a halt when she got a girlfriend, her name is Octavia. At first it didn't bother me but when I realized I had feelings for her I knew I had to end the small gigs. We broke up as a duo and I never saw her again. I admit that I occasionally view her social media to see how she is doing and it kills me to know how happy she is with someone else but at the same time I'm happy she's happy. I know what you had with Discord must have been special but it clearly wasn't what he wanted so you need to let him go." Said Neon Lights as he clasped her hands in his. 

Sonata was taken aback at first but she calmed down and they got to talking. By the end of the night she got his number and felt for the first time in forever that she was going to be ok. 

The next day Around 3 PM

Fluttershy and Discord were in their living room with Twilight discussing their problem. 

"According to my research on the human body." Began Twilight as she used Discord's old laptop to bring up a power point. "Fluttershy has an 80% chance of dying if she goes through with this pregnancy." She looked grim.

"Is it too late to get an abortion?" Asked Discord with a sad look in his eyes.

"Discord!" Snapped Fluttershy looking horrified by his choice of words. "How dare you consider getting an abortion! This is our baby!" She held her stomach defensively as if he had hurt her.

Twilight spoke up. "I'm sorry Fluttershy but I'm going to have to agree with Discord on this one." She looked upset. "If you go through with the pregnancy and die your baby will die too. It could also die because your body is becoming weak from not producing enough blood. It doesn't help that you don't eat meat. You're not getting enough iron." She kept listing why it was a bad idea. 

Fluttershy got upset with her friend and husband. 

"Why are you so against this Twilight? I thought you would be happy for me?" Her bottom lip was quivering and her eyes watered. "Why do you want this baby dead?" 

Twilight groaned in frustration. "I already told you. This baby is more than likely going to cost you your life."

Fluttershy was now starting to feel the warm tears slide down her face. "I would rather die for this baby than not have it live at all." She cried.

Discord put a hand on her shoulder. "But my dear we can make another one when we're actually ready to be parents." He tried to tell her but she wasn't having it. 

"You're both against me!" She wailed as the neighbor banged on the wall and told them to keep it down. Fluttershy got up, grabbed a jacket from the coat rack by the door and walked out the door. She slammed the door behind her. 

"Wait, Fluttershy back!" Twilight Sparkle yelled after her upset friend as she got up to go after her.

Discord held her back. "Let her go. She's probably going to the park to talk to her animal friends." He tried to convince her. 

"She's crying and heavily pregnant. Someone could take advantage of her!" Twilight yelled. 

Discord looked at his phone time and saw his notifications. He decided to check those later. "I have to get to work in 20 minutes." he tossed a set of keys to Twilight. "These are the house keys. We only have one set. You can go after her and I will only lock the bottom lock when I go out." He told Twilight as he went into the shared bedroom to change into his work clothes. 

Twilight nodded and set out to find her upset friend.

Twilight Sparkle arrived a little after Fluttershy did in the park. She was quick to hide behind a tree so Fluttershy wouldn't see her.

She was about to walk a little closer when she bumped into someone. They both groaned and fell to the floor. Twilight immediately remembered everything that happened back in Equestria and she began crying to this other person.

"P-please don't hurt me." She cried as she covered her head with her hands to try and protect herself.

"We have got to stop meeting like this." Those words sounded all too familiar. She wiped her tears and glanced up to see Flash Sentry who was holding out his hand to her. 

Meanwhile... 

In what was formerly the pony world Sunset Demon and Midnight Sparkle watched Twilight interact with Flash Sentry through a crystal ball they had stolen from Zecora's hut. 

"How exactly did you find out where she went?" Sunset Demon asked Midnight Sparkle as they kept looking into the ball.

"Using my limited magic at her last known location, I was able to determine that she went through the portal to the human world and sent more evil minions after her. Unfortunately for us she somehow managed to destroy them and the portal before they could damage that world. I have also detected that they have their own Discord in that world. We need to figure out a way to open another portal to that world and destroy him before he can aid the pony princess in destroying us." Said Midnight Sparkle as she glared at Twilight through the Crystal ball. 

Sunset Demon scoffed at this. "We should get on that as soon as possible. With our increasing knowledge on magic this should be a breeze. We should take a trip to the library and learn as much magic as we can!" 

Suddenly, the hooded figure appeared. "You two should learn as much about magic as you can. Your limited knowledge of magic is embarrassing me and yourselves. This shouldn't take long." He chuckled darkly. "As soon as we have that purple pony princess in our grasp we will finally control this world and if we're lucky we can control the human world. If you both learn powerful magic you can make my already powerful army even more powerful. Now....GET TO IT!" He roared at them. 

"Right away sir!" Answered the girls nervously as they sprinted from his sight and into the library.

Still meanwhile... In the pony world still. (If you haven't seen the My Little Pony Movie this part will not make sense)

The scavenger the queen of the hippogriffs had sent out had just come back from his mission.

He was standing...or rather floating in front of the queen not meeting her gaze. 

"What have you heard from the other species of Equestria?" The Queen asked in a regal manner as she looked down at the scavenger from her throne.

"My queen, the ponies and practically every other species has been wiped out by those creatures. I could not get very far without attracting their attention and there is no way to tell if Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are even still alive." 

"Thank you. You may stay here at the palace so that you can heal your wounds and get some rest." She smiled at him with kindness.

"Oh thank you your majesty." He left the room with a bow. He was relieved to still be alive after catching a glimpse of all the corpses he saw. 

"Oh, one more thing." The Queen asked him before he left the room. "Can they swim?" She asked in concern.

"No. They cannot swim for if they go into water they drown. Which is good for us." He looked grim when he said this. 

"We must be protected at all costs." Said the queen to her royal guards. "Please keep my daughter safe."

Back to the human world...

While Flash Sentry and Twilight talked on a nearby park bench, Fluttershy spoke with her animal friends on a different bench. It was getting a bit too hard for her to be sitting on the ground with her pregnancy being as advanced as it was. 

Fluttershy told them of her troubles and they listened to her and cuddled with her to make her feel a bit less sad. 

Sunset Shimmer had just finished her shift at the sushi place at the mall and just happened to be walking in that direction. (I honestly forgot she was even in the human world still. Btw this is Sunset Shimmer the pony who was once evil but is now reformed. Sunset Demon is the human Sunset turned evil pony) 

Sunset saw how upset her good friend Fluttershy was and decided to go talk to her. "Hey Fluttershy, what's wrong?" She asked in concern. And so she listened to Fluttershy tell her what was wrong. She did not know how to feel about it. She also handed Fluttershy the days homework. 

Ever since she started showing Fluttershy had chosen to be homeschooled because there were far too many rumors going around about her because of her big belly. It didn't help that she was constantly being slut shamed for it and Rainbow Dash and Applejack could only threaten so many people before getting detention. She also would receive lewd remarks from boys who would hit on her. It was better this way in the end. With Sunset Shimmer's help and support from Principal Celestia, Fluttershy became the first student at Canterlot High to be learning from home. If she passed all her classes she would be allowed to graduate with the rest of her class.

Sunset Demon and Midnight Sparkle were busy cram studying in the library. They had been studying for the past 12 hours. 

"Why exactly happened back at Canterlot High that made you hate it so much?" Sunset Demon asked Midnight Sparkle as they took a break from studying. 

Backstory time....

(flashback)

Sci-Twi was standing in the back of yet another school party thrown by the main 5... What they were celebrating she had completely forgotten.( Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie.) This was a time before pony Sunset or pony Twilight were at Canterlot High.

But Sci-Twi did attend the school but she was never popular or friends with the main 5. She liked to be on her own doing her own experiments and not having to deal with people. Principal Celestia suggested she attend this party and try to make some friends. Celestia saw that Twilight had great potential but without friendship she wouldn't get very far in life. Sci-Twi found this philosophy of hers to be rather stupid. She didn't need friends to go far in life she needed to leave this ridiculous party and go home where she could study.  She was just about to leave when... Pinkie Pie tripped over her own fog machine and spilled punch all over Sci-Twi's white dress causing everyone to see her underwear and she fell onto her butt in shock.

Everyone immediately began pointing and laughing at her, even Pinkie Pie who thought they were laughing with her. Sci-Twi began crying and before anyone could say anything a jacket was thrown around her shoulders. She wiped her eyes and looked up to her savior. It was Sunset Shimmer (the human Sunset turned evil pony) who had thrown her jacket over her to protect what was left of her dignity. 

Sunset helped her up and lead her away from people pointing and laughing. She shot any onlookers a menacing glare and they immediately shut up.

"Are you ok?" Asked Sunset Shimmer as she handed Sci-Twi a make-up remover tissue to wipe her face.

"No." Sniffled Sci-Twi.

It hadn't been the first time she was told to socialize either. No matter how much she tried she was always laughed at for something so stupid. She did manage to make one friend, the human Sunset Shimmer who had decided to crash this party because she went to Crystal Prep. She wanted to check out her competition for the battle of the schools or whatever it was called. She was shocked to see a group of students laughing at someone for almost seemingly no reason at all. After helping her out, Sunset Shimmer helped Sci-Twi transfer to Crystal Prep and the two became inseparable. Principal Cinch didn't care about making friends just as long as they won the school battle thingy. Together they worked on countless experiments. That was how they ended up in this other world together.

(back to the present)

"Wow. I didn't know I was that cool to you." Said Sunset Demon grinning at her friend. 

"Yeah. I've always thought you were really cool." Said Midnight Sparkle.

Meanwhile in the human world....
( I was gonna end it here but I figured I should write more to make the chapter longer. I owe you guys a long chapter after waiting for so long.)

After hearing out Fluttershy talk about her troubles Sunset Shimmer..(the evil pony who got reformed and turned good) told Fluttershy what she thought she should do. 

"Even if getting rid of this baby could save your life in the end it's up to you whether or not you should keep it. You're already this late into your pregnancy to terminate it now would seem like murder.... But ultimately it's your choice of you want to have it or not. I will support you with whatever choice you feel is right for you." She pulled Fluttershy in for a hug and hugged her as best she could with such a huge belly in the way. 

"Thank you for listening to me." Said Fluttershy with an ocean full of tears in her eyes. "But I'm scared that if I have this baby and it kills me...what will happen with the elements of harmony? Would it even be possible to replace me? Is my element even worth replacing?" 

"We won't know for sure. The future isn't set in stone." Said Sunset Shimmer. She looked at her watch. "Are you hungry? I was just about to go home and change then start on dinner. Would you like to join me?" 

"I would like that very much." Fluttershy grinned as Sunset Shimmer helped her stand up and walk to her apartment. 

Still in the human world...

After calming Twilight down in the park without causing a scene, Flash brought her back to his house and they shared a cup of tea and a few pastries. They talked for a bit and caught up on each other's lives. For Flash it was refreshing seeing her again even if it was just as friends. He missed having a love interest but he could see she was going through some heavy stuff so he decided to just be there for her as a friend.

Flash didn't really know how to handle someone with PTSD. He was worried that he would say the wrong thing and upset her. They talked and talked until they noticed what time it was. Flash decided to walk her back to the apartment she shared with Fluttershy and Discord. 

He then received a text from Discord after texting him first to let him know he was walking Twilight back. (they just have each other's numbers for plot convenience not because they're friends)

From Discord: If it's alright with you, can you let Twilight stay the night I am going to be spending some quality time with Fluttershy if you catch my drift. ;)

From Flash: Sure....have fun.

(I know they didn't want to do that in a different chapter but that was because Twilight was there. Before you ask I am not writing a sex scene. I'm just going to vaguely mention it)

Flash turned to Twilight. "It seems that your friends need some alone time so you are welcome to spend the night here." He flashed a smile at her.

Twilight blushed. "That's nic of you Flash but I'm not sure if that's a good idea...." She stopped her sentence because she wasn't sure how to word this story. 

"Why not? Is it because I'm a guy you used to have a crush on?" He asked with an eyebrow raised in confusion. 

Her blush deepened. "Kind of....it's because well....you're a guy and I'm a girl....it would be weird..." 

Flash caught on and he blushed too.

"Twilight...think of this as a sleepover. Just with a guy friend. Don't worry I won't hit on you. I know how fragile you are right now and I don't want to ruin our friendship by being a pervert. I care about you enough to respect you. Don't you trust me?" He held out his hand for her to take.

Twilight thought it over for a moment..before deciding.

"I do." She took his hand and he led her upstairs.

"Unfortunately I don't have any girl pajamas but you can wear one of my shirts and a pair of my shorts." He said as he handed her the clothing. 

After leading her to the bathroom and giving her an extra toothbrush. Flash waited for her to get changed.

10 minutes later she walked out wearing his clothes. Flash had to admit she looked good wearing his clothes. He wished she could wear them all the time. 

"You look great." He rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "Twilight I'm sorry but there are no guest rooms in this house but you can sleep in my bed and I will take the couch." 

"But Flash..maybe I should be the one on the couch and you..." He cut her off by holding a finger to her lips. 

"You're the guest so you can have the bed. It's probably a good thing my parents are away on a business trip." 

Twilight narrowed her eyes at him. "They trust you to be home alone?" She asked him skeptically.

Flash shrugged. "As long as I don't burn the house down or throw wild parties I'm good." 

They both soon retired to their respective sleeping areas.

Later that night....

Flash awoke to the sound of crying...it was none other than Twilight. She was having a nightmare about the invasion. 

He shook her gently. "Twilight?" She continued crying and tossing around the bed sheets.

"Twilight?" He tried again, this time a little louder and shaking her a bit harder.

Still nothing...

"Twilight Sparkle wake up this instant or you will be late for school!" Twilight immediately woke up in shock and began breathing heavily. When she saw where she was she began sobbing uncontrollably.
She latched onto Flash seeing as how he was the only other person in the room and she cried herself to sleep while he held her. 

The next morning...

He must have fallen asleep too because he found that they had fallen asleep in the same bed. Nothing dirty happened of course but he couldn't help but feel she might need more than just a hug to help her feel better.

Back at Discord and Fluttershy's apartment...

The night before Discord had to pick the lock to get back into his own apartment because he had forgotten that he had given Twilight the only set of keys. 

When Fluttershy came back she found Discord waiting in the bathroom for her. He had set up a relaxing bath for his pregnant wife. It was relaxing and intimate for both of them. That night they fell asleep in each other's arms. It was great. 

In the morning Discord finally got around to listening to his voicemail. He was surprised to hear from his old band but was shocked when he remembered about the contract. He knew Fluttershy was not going to like the thought of him spending time with his ex...if you could even call her that. They never actually dated. 

Several minutes of arguing later....

(I was too lazy to come up with an argument between them and not have it be lengthy and boring to read)

Fluttershy reluctantly agreed to let Discord record songs with his old band. She knew that they could use the extra money. 

And that was the story of how Discord and the elements of chaos saved Christmas from the old man who would have gotten away with it if it weren't for those meddling kids.

> Chapter 11: Back to basics

After agreeing to meet up in the town where Discord now lived, the elements of chaos were now ready to record their debut album. 

(I honestly don't know the name of the town where they live just the names of their schools. If you know the name of the town please mention it in the comments.)

They agreed to meet up at a designated recording studio where they began the recording process. Only Discord showed up seeing as how it would be weird to have Fluttershy in the studio with them. She wasn't exactly on good terms with any of the elements of chaos and neither were the other elements of harmony.

"Discord, mi chavo!" Exclaimed Ahuozotl as he walked up to Discord to pat him on the shoulder and give him a bro hug. "Long time, no see mi amigo." 

"It'a good to see you too, mi amigo." Discord returned the greeting.

"Hey...Discord." Said Aria Blaze as she went to shake his hand after he was done doing the bro hug with Ahuozotl. They both sat down on the nearby couch as they waited for the rest of the group to greet him.

"Greetings Discord." Said Nightmare Moon as she walked over to greet him as well. Discord did a double take. No longer did the former vice principal look so formal. She now wore a dark off the shoulder t-shirt with a crescent moon on it and ripped black jeans. She had a lip ring and a few studs in her ears. Her hair was the same color but it looked more punk rock. 

"Do you like my new look?" She asked him. "Mane-iac thought it would be a good idea to change my look to fit in with the whole rebel look out group is known for."

Discord wolf whistled making her blush. "I almost didn't recognize you. It looks good on you. Is that lip ring real?" 

She quickly pulled it off revealing it to be a fake. "No. I don't know if I could ever get my lip pierced for real." Nightmare Moon joined Ahuozotl and Aria on the couch.

Then Chrysalis walked over to him and she was with her girlfriend.

"I don't remember if I properly introduced you but Discord, this is my girlfriend Flufflepuff. She's the best thing that ever happened to me." 

Discord went to shake her hand but when he did she shook it once and stuck her tongue out at him.

"Ok...." 

Chrysalis and Flufflepuff walked over to where Mane-iac was sitting.

He then walked over to Sombra who had his arm around Adagio Dazzle. 

"Sombra and Adagio? Together?" He quickly shook his head at his own confusion and smiled. "You guys make a cute couple."

"How is your wife?" Asked Adagio. "By the way, we're all a bit mad that you never invited us to the wedding." She said pretending to sound mad.

"You see, you guys seemed so busy being on tour and...." Said Discord as he tugged on the collar of his shirt in a nervous manner. 

"Just kidding. We probably would have been bored anyway but at least let us throw your very pregnant wife and you a baby shower." 

He thought about it. "I feel like I should ask her about it..." He really wasn't sure if she would want a baby shower from people she barely knew and helped put some in jail. But he really didn't want to discuss their problems with his friends because he still didn't completely trust them after they did him dirty that one time. "How do you know about any of that?" He asked them in all seriousness.

"I meant a surprise baby shower." Said Adagio who was starting to get annoyed with Discord's reluctance about them being near Fluttershy. "Also, we follow you on social media and saw you post a picture of your wedding and of your baby." 

"Come on man. It's the least we can do for your unborn child after what happened last time we were in the same room together." Said Sombra as he rubbed circles on his girlfriends back to calm her down from her sudden outburst.

Discord knew this was an offer he could not refuse. It would be rude If he refused. 

"Let's do it after we record this album. As a form of celebration for a job well done." Said Businessman as he walked into the studio.

"Ah, Discord. So glad you could join us. Look, I talked it over with my legal team and because you basically founded the band and co-wrote most of the songs you have to sing on every track if you want to see your share of the profits. We're hoping this album goes platinum. Think of all the things you could spoil your future child with. Now, Dazzlings I hope you all have your pendants. We don't want a repeat of what happened last time...Aria."

Aria groaned in frustration. "It happens one time and you hear about it for the rest of your career." 

"Pendants?" Asked Discord in curiosity. 

Sonata explained as she walked into the room. "Basically, we fixed the shards from the last pendant we shared and fused them to new gems. But because they are so low in power all they do now is help us sound good when we sing. If we want to eat we have to eat food like normal humans." Said Sonata like it was no big deal. "And yes we all know about your wife and unborn baby."

"What she said." Said Neon Lights walking in behind her. 

He took out his hand for Discord to shake which he did.
"Hi, my name is Neon Lights and I have been helping out the band while you were away." He said as he placed his other arm around Sonata protectively. 

Discord returned the handshake and noticed that he looked familiar. 

"Hey, aren't you the guy who sold us our instruments in the first place?" 

"Yes,yes I am." He said matter of fact. "I'm so glad to be working with all of you. Let's make this a great album and there will be many more to come hopefully."

After exchanging pleasantries the band got situated in a recording booth with just their voices because they had recorded  instruments separately. Neon Lights filled in for Discord on the instruments. All they had recorded so far was one song instrumentally. They just needed to record vocals. Almost everyone in the group sang. Sombra and Ahuozotl took turns singing Discord's vocals on tour. But they really did need him for this album.

The recording session began and they sang in time to the music.

About halfway through the song they had to stop because someone was off key.

"Alright who is throwing off the vocal talents of our group?" Said Adagio as she looked around. 

Discord awkwardly raised his hand and shrunk at her glare. "Sorry. It's been a while since I last performed. I'm a bit rusty." 

They started again and this time Discord made sure to sing on key. He knew that the more time they spent in the studio the more it would cost the studio. Besides, he really needed that money. 

After recording a couple of songs they decided that was enough for the day. 

"Hey Discord?" Asked Sonata timidly as everyone was getting ready to leave.

"Yeah?" He asked her.

"I know you're probably busy but do you want to maybe hang out with us since we haven't seen each other in forever."

Discord sighed. "Sorry Sonata but I have a wife to go back home to and she might get mad if I'm out late. I know it sounds boring but that's married life for you."

Sonata didn't show it but she was a bit bummed out by this. 

"Oh. Have fun with that. See you at the next recording session." 

Discord left soon after and Adagio and Aria pulled their little sister into the women's bathroom to talk.

"What was that about?" Said Adagio in an angry tone. "Why did you ask him to hang out with us when he broke your heart when he chose Fluttershy over you?" Sonata winced at her sister's harsh words but stood her ground. 

"Because we really haven't seen each other in forever and to be honest I'm over him..a bit.....ok no I'm not. I thought...I thought that if we hung out with him I would stop seeing him in that way..." She groaned. "I'm hopeless, aren't I?"

Aria spoke up. "You're not hopeless. You're just..misunderstood. Do you want to go out and get tacos? I could go for a taco." 

Adagio normally didn't like eating human food but she was feeling hungry. 

"Should we invite the rest of the group?" Asked Sonata.

Aria was about to protest until she remembered what happened the last time they tried to go anywhere by themselves without the group.

"Yes."

Meanwhile in the pony world....

Tirek had waited 3 days and his new minions still weren't done studying all there was to learn about dark magic. 

He wondered if it would have been easier to just swap them out with their pony counterparts and just hypnotized them instead. Then maybe he could have truly ruled over all of Equestria by now. 

In the meantime he was just hanging out in the old castle of the sisters and was bouncing a ball against the wall.

Normally he liked to cause havoc but ever since he had taken over Equestria and  'killed' the princesses he was bored. He was also getting impatient. He then wondered what he would do after he did get that pony princess. He wondered if all this chaos was worth it. Of course it was he was the villain of the story. So why did this victory feel so hollow?

He must have bounced the ball a little too far because he hit the wall and opened up a secret hallway. Normally he found these kind of things to be  pointless but he decided to go exploring since there really wasn't much else to do. 

The secret hallway led him to a room with a large map on the wall. This map was a map of Equestria.

Tirek studied the map on the wall. It showed all of Equestria. He wondered just how old it was. He noticed it had the Hippogriff kingdom on it. 

"How? I thought the Hippogriffs died off long ago. He said aloud to himself.

"They just changed their species they are far from dead." A voice said from the dark shadows of the room. It was pretty dark in this room seeing as there were no candles lit to illuminate the room. 

Tirek raised his hand as a dark energy flowed from it. "Who dares trespass on my property?" He said in an angry tone. He wouldn't dare admit that he was scared or even a little bit startled by this. "Reveal yourself or get out!"

A small Pegasus flew into the room and he was shocked and surprised that she had survived the attacks. 

"Who are you? And how did you get here?" He asked her with anger in his tone. He glanced at his notes. "You're not even a part of this fan fiction universe. How are you even here?"

"Easy. I stole Starlight Glimmer's scroll for time travel and used it to make be 
Sci-twi's time at Canterlot High a bad one. Then I just conveniently gave her the idea to make the portal that would lead her directly to you. Everything else sort of fell into place as the story went on."

"Ok...but seriously, who are you?" Tirek was getting frustrated that this small filly wasn't answering his question. 

"I'm Cozy Glow and I was or am... Your protege from another timeline. We almost stole magic in that other timeline but failed. This is going to make up for that. I escaped from Tartarus to help you."

"While that is all very well and done I just have to ask...which prisoners shall we torture first to get information out of?" He grinned wickedly as he rubbed his hands together. 

"I thought you left no survivors?" Cozy Glow asked in confusion.

"You don't know everything about me." Said Tirek as he led her to where he kept his prisoners. 

( If you haven't seen season 8 then you won't know who Cozy Glow is. Sorry about that)

Meanwhile...

The elements of harmony decided to ask Celestia what to do about Twilight's condition. She agreed to make at least one hour of spare time to be her own psychiatrist. She held many degrees and P.H.D.s. 

So...Twilight lay down on the couch in Celestia's office at the school. After school of course. 

She told Celestia all about what had happened and how she wasn't sure if her friends and family back home were even alive. Celestia listened and asked her to come back for another session the next day. It went on like this for about two weeks. 

Two weeks later... (I got lazy and wanted to speed the story along. These past few chapters have been nothing but filler)

Twilight Sparkle was still shook by what happened to her but she was no longer so afraid of everything. Fluttershy's do date was coming closer and closer. Discord at least managed to show Twilight how to drive a car if she ever needed to for whatever reason. They borrowed Applejack's truck for this since They were still high school aged girls and everyone was too poor to own a car of their own.

Discord really wanted to put off finishing this debut album with his band but they really needed that money for the baby. With her high risk pregnancy Discord was worried that it would kill her and leave him a single dad. Or it would kill both of them and leave him all alone and the elements of harmony one member smaller. 

When she wasn't with Celestia, Twilight did all she could to help Fluttershy. Like helping her get dressed and helping her put on her shoes. Even with the maternity clothes Rarity designed for her all Fluttershy wanted to wear was big dresses because pants were complicated. 

"I miss being able to see my feet when I'm standing up." Fluttershy sighed as she had lunch with the girls one weekend afternoon. 

"Don't worry Fluttershy. As soon as your doctor says you can excercise again I'm going to help you shed that baby weight." Said Rainbow Dash as she stabbed her salad with a fork.

They were all currently eating at the best vegetarian restaurant in town. Most of them didn't eat meat anyway.

"Maybe lifting the baby like a set of weights could help tone your arms." Rainbow Dash said jokingly. 

Applejack raised an eyebrow at her friend. "I don't think endangering the baby is a good idea." She sipped her drink. "It was hard having to help raise Applebloom. I think Granny would have had a heart attack if she saw me using my baby sister to work out."

Rainbow Dash waved her hands around. "I was just kidding. You're gonna be a great mom Fluttershy. It just sucks that your parents don't want to get to know their first grand kid." 

Fluttershy began crying. 

"Honestly, can we have one lunch where you don't upset someone?" Asked Rarity now a bit annoyed that Rainbow Dash had made Fluttershy upset. 

"Sorry guys. It's the hormones. But you're right Dashie. I do wish they would have wanted to get to know their first grand child." Suddenly Fluttershy's chair and the floor were wet. 

"Did you wet yourself that much when you were crying?" Asked Pinkie Pie who are her cake in one bite.

"I think her water broke!" Said Sunset Shimmer who rushed over to help her stand. 

"I'll get a waiter and the check!" Said Pinkie as she zoomed over to the nearest waiter. She quickly dragged him over, explained what had happened and as a group they paid the bill after they apologized for the wet floor.

> Chapter 13: Bad news baby

Applejack was kind enough to take Fluttershy to the hospital in her truck. It was a pick up truck so she had Rarity ride in the front with her because she didn't want to get her new dress dirty. Everyone else sucked it up and got in the back. 

"Isn't it illegal to be riding back here?" Twilight questioned Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash as they sat in the truck bed. It was a bumpy ride and they could feel every bump and pothole in the road. 

"Ow!"Exclaimed Rainbow Dash as she felt her butt getting bruised. "You would think that this city would have enough money to fix these holes. My butt is getting sore."

"Twilight, it's only illegal if we get caught. Dashie, it's not all bad. Look how high I can bounce on the next bump! Whee!" Pinky started bouncing around. 

Applejack stuck her head out the window. "Pinkie!" She scolded her. "I don't want to get a ticket for this before we even get to the hospital."

"She's right Pinkie.' Said Sunset Shimmer. "We're doing this for Fluttershy, so let's try to stay out of trouble."

"Ok." Said Pinkie as her mood deflated a little. 

Meanwhile...

Sombra had taken Cozy Glow back to the castle in the last place he was in and revealed that the princesses and the other 5 of the mane 6 were very much alive. He also had Pony Twilight's entire family there too. Her parents, her brother, her sister in law Cadence and Flurry Heart. Celestia and Luna were there as well but very weak from the loss of magic. Discord the Draconequus was there too for some reason. 

"Hey! I'll have you know I am the readers favorite part of this fanfic." He said as he made time stop around him just so we as an audience can focus on him. Not you specifically, just your human counterpart.

"Let me see those last few chapters." He said as he snatched my phone from my hands. "Bla bla bla romance." He made a cup of coffee appear in his hands and he took a sip just to spit it out then made the cup dissapear. "Our human counterparts are having a baby?" He looked to pony Fluttershy who was chained up next to him. "Well that's farther than I have gone with my Fluttershy. We barely made it out of the friend zone." He handed my phone back. "Alright. Let's keep going. Action!" With that time went back to normal. 

Flurry Heart was placed in a cage seeing as she was too small to be chained up like everyone else. Like the last time Tirek took over he made sure to strip everyone of their magic. 

"Surprise! They're not really dead. As if it would be that dark. But a lot of ponies did die." Said Discord once again doing the time stop thing despite not having any magic powers. Discord! Can you not?

"Haha. Sorry. But this isn't stopping time this is a soliloquy. Look it up! I know you're reading this on your phone or smart device. Well.. Let's keep the story going." The plot moved forward again. 

"I know what a soliloquy is. If you would stop doing that we could continue with the torturing." Said Tirek as he began to grow impatient with Discord's antics. 

"Awwww! I don't wanna!" Discord pouted.

Tirek groaned and snapped his fingers, making a muzzle appear over Discord's face. It shut him up. 

Discord shares a few hand gestures while Tirek focused his attention on the princesses. 

"Why are you doing this Tirek?" Asked Princess Celestia as she struggled against the collar around her neck. 

"I plan to keep you alive long enough so you can watch the world you once knew become mine and know that there was nothing you could do to stop me from doing it. While killing is enjoyable, it doesn't compare to keeping you alive and making you suffer. Now you will know how I felt when you made me suffer." 

"I thought it was your own brother who sent you to Tartarus?" Asked Pinkie Pie. 

"Silence! You will not speak unless you are spoken to." He took out a whip and lashed at the wall next to them. "Anyone else who speaks out of turn will get whipped. Do I make myself clear?" The mane 5 gulped. "Crystal." They all spoke at almost the same time. They were all badly bruised from fighting. 

"Good. Now, tell me where Princess Twilight is and no one gets hurt."
