Chapter 1
Alternative Timeline Fixing
It has been a while since Twilight and her friends were able to defeated the alternative villains and locking them up. With things being fixed and calming down, the Council Six, Starlight and their friends worked on another puzzle.
Inside the Friendship Rainbow Kingdom castle, the council is in session on what to do with their defeated captured enemies with some folks there.
"Well Twilight, on a good side, all these alternate villains are sealed tight in them cages." Applejack said to Twilight with a nod.
"Right, so now the question remains, do you have a spell to send them BACK?" Rainbow ask Twilight anxiously. She hopes her friend got a spell that can send those creeps back home.
"Well, the Time Spell of what Starlight Glimmer used by the Council of Friendship's map of Equestria did the trick." Twilight said hopefully, recovering the Time Spell that Starlight Glimmer once used in the time travelling madness a while back.
"But that spell is lost in time, isn't it?" Spike reminded his adopted mother/sister.
"Right, so the question of how these villains came here is involving a use of some dark magic & chaos magic in the formula?"
"Oh my, so then this was done by an enemy that can use the same Chao Magic like Discord?" Fluttershy ask in worry that there's an enemy out there who has Chaos magic like Discord who could be responsible.
"My money's on Twilight Moon & Rainbow Chaos!" Pinkie exclaims, being more random than usual.
"Why do you say that?" Phobos ask Pinkie, arching an eyebrow at that.
"Because they were only seen in the first chapter of our last adventure."
This made the gang a bit more bewildered. How does Pinkie even know these things?
"Okay, so the biggest thought is how to send back these guys?" Ben ask in concern, still thinking on an alternative solution.
Time Turner Appears as he spoke up, "I can assist in that area!"
"Hey doc!" Derpy exclaims, waving to Time Turner happily.
"Greetings friends, I happen to have the perfect device to aid us, allow me to present...the TARDIS!"
Time Turner drops something and press a button on a remote. Suddenly a huge phone booth like object appears, standing and ready to be used.
"Oh....Ah...." Everyone said in awe. They haven't seen anything like this before until now!
"Like Princess Twilight's amazed mind has made a travel bridge contraption to EQG Universe through the magic book given to Pony Sunset Shimmer, I too have something that can help us travel across the realms of time, even to reach alternate timelines across reality of our own Equestria Prime." Time Turner announces proudly to everyone, explaining how his machine works.
"Where did you find this?" Nyx ask Time Turner curiously.
"Oh, don't you recall, I build things, so I also built this."
"YOU BUILT THIS!?" The Baby Dragoons yells out frantically and disbelief.
"We best be moving quickly, if my calculations are not mistaken, the open window of time travel is now." Time Turner insists urgently as he checks his pocket watch, looking at it carefully.
"Why?" Starlight ask Time Turner, arching an eyebrow at that.
"When the villains that brought these alternate villains here, they left a small crack window to allow us to travel to where these six came from. If we hurry to drop them off before the time portals close in which case if we miss it, then it'll take years to locate again."
"Oh my, that does make it sound urgent!" Fluttershy exclaims, yelping a bit in concern. In that case, they gotta get moving and send these creeps back home!
"Just one question, how are you gonna fit all of these villains in that phone booth?" Spike ask Time Turner skeptically while eying the TARDIS. That thing looks a bit small for everyone in fit in, right?
Time Turner just gave a chuckle as he explains, "It only looks the part, both the outside appearance while in reality...it has a vast amounts of space inside."
"No time to lose, come on every pony, we have work to do!" Twilight exclaims with a look of determination on her face.
"Right!" Everyone cheers on wildly as they high-hoof one another. They cannot wait to begin this!

It was a few minutes later as the Royal Guards brought the caged alternative timeline villains and their enemies along. Ben agrees to stay behind to watch the Ponyville kingdom while Twilight and her friends goes with Doctor Whooves to bring the villains back home.
The Royal Guards grunt as they pushes and got the cages into the TARDIS. It took a few minutes more but they are able to get the prisoners in there, ready for transfer.
"All right, ready to go." Doctor Whooves AKA Time Turner said with a nod. "One thing about time travel; no matter how long we stay in any one place, we can still return at the exact moment we left."
"As in, even if we stay in each alternate timeline for two years to help with the natives' equipping and training, we can still be back literally before anybody here even knows we were gone." Rainbow guesses curiously, wondering her guess is right.
Twilight nodded as she adds, "Yeah. That's the general idea. I guess all those science fiction novels you've been reading the last few years have paid off if you caught on that fast."
"You'd better believe it."
"But what about the other villains? How do we know at least a few of them won't escape while we're in one of the other timelines?" Applejack ask in concern, fearing that the enemies will escape somehow and make havoc a new.
"These cryogenic capsules will solve that problem." Doctor Whooves explains as he shows a series of capsules each large enough to hold one of the villains. "With these babies, we can keep the villains frozen until they are ready for delivery in their native timelines."
"Sounds good, but how were you able to make seven cryogenic capsules that large that quickly?" Rarity ask the Doctor in amazement.
"I had some help from Pinkie and our timeline's Discord."
All the Mane Six except Pinkie Pie comments, "Oh. Makes sense now."
"Well, two years per timeline, six alternate timelines, comes out to twelve years. I know we'll be back at the exact moment we left, but wouldn't every pony in our time line notice that all of us, except for maybe Twilight, will come back twelve years visibly older than when we left?" Rarity ask, concerned about that fact.
"Got that covered. I've had Zecora make six batches of an age reversing potion that will restore all of us to the ages we are NOW once we get done helping out in the last alternate timeline." Twilight said as she holds up six batches of the mentioned potion.
"Phew! I hate to look old before my time."
"Of course!" Applejack remarks, shaking her head while smiling. That Rarity.
"Ready to get going?" Doctor Whooves ask as he got inside the TARDIS, ready for departure.
"We will hold down the fort, honey." Ben said as he hugs his fillyfriend while Nyx hugs her mother hopefully. "Get back safely, okay?"
"Pinkie Promise!" Twilight giggles as she gave her love a kiss. "Say hi to your mother for me."
"I will."
Twilight got into TARDIS with her friends. As everyone watch, the machine came to life, bouncing around rapidly. Soon, a flash appears, forcing everyone to cover their eyes. When all is clear, the TARDIS is gone.
"Well, I hope mommy will be all right." Nyx said with a sigh, shaking her head.
"Knowing your mother, she and your aunts will do fine." Ben said as he nuzzles his little foal gently. "They will be back before we know it."

Sombraverse
Things have been quiet in the war torn world of Equestria...in the world where Sombra was causing amuck. But for some reason, he and his forces are gone, apparently disappeared. It's as if something has taken them.
With Sombra's forces seem to have vanished, Celestia's chose that time to take advantage by capturing the Crystal Empire and freeing the slaves there. Soon word of Sombra's disappearance spreads and without the evil Unicorn King, his other forces were forced to surrender.
In Ponyville, the town is fixing up, recovering from the incident from long ago. Surprisingly, the Applejack of that world met up and befriended her world's Rainbow, Pinkie and Fluttershy, and hopes to find her world's Twilight soon.
Suddenly, the ponies are startled as a flash appeared from out of nowhere. When all is clear, some machine arrives, opening its door upon stopping.
"Is it another attack?" A pony gasps in horror as the soldiers prepares for an assault.
But then a familiar Alicorn came out, smiling as she waves, "We come in peace."
"Whoa! Hang on, y'all! Spears down, I know this pony." Sombraverse Applejack said, recognizing the Alicorn from before Sombra's disappearance, as she trotted up. "Hey, there you are. I was wondering where you ran off to when..."
"Ponies! Equestria! Sombra has been defeated. And we got proof here!"
The ponies looks startled as more ponies came out with Sombra and his forces in cryogenic capsules, all frozen up. But what surprised even Applejack is that another pony that looks like her came out of the machine.
"Hey, y'all." Applejack said to Sombraverse Applejack with a smile. She looks herself up and down. "Yeah, no offense, AJ, but you're better off as a farmer than a worker."
"Wha, huh, wha...?" Sombraverse Applejack ask in bewilderment as she turns to Twilight in amazement. "Is that...me from your timeline?"
"Yep." Pinkie said, bouncing up and down, much to the amusement of her Sombraverse self.
"And Sombra...is he really defeated? Are we..."
"Your war is over, my friends." Doctor Whooves said as he came out, looking sternly. "But we didn't come here just to drop Sombra and his men off. We are also going to equip and train you all in this timeline to be better able to handle other villains in the future."
"Or if Sombra and his creeps act up again." Rainbow remarks, sitting on a cloud and pretending to be sleeping.
"So, if you can let us..." Twilight said with a hopeful smile on her face.
The ponies mumbles amongst themselves. Can they trust ponies who has somehow defeated Sombra...and whom are doubles from another world? Seems odd, right?
"Well, shoot, y'all can trust them!" Sombraverse exclaims as she trots up and hugs both herself and Twilight. "We don't want any more like this in the near future. And if these ponies can help, then so be it! We were a strong Equestria once and we will again!"
Hearing those words of encouragement...has encouraged the ponies. They cheers on wildly, accepting the offer to be trained and better.
"Well, then, call Princess Celestia and tell her I wish to speak with her." Twilight said with a smile as she and her friends get some equipment out of TARDIS for this. "It's time to begin, shall we?"

It took two weeks and help from the Sombraverse version of Celestia and anyone still on the good side but the citizens of this world was able to be experienced and trained for future villains.
Once the ponies are gone, they packed up and heads on to the next timeline, which is of the timeline where Chrysalis and her even Changeling Forces ran amuck.
The villagers were fixing up the village from during Chrysalis's last attack and are startled to see TARDIS, which opens up to allow Twilight and her friends out. Fortunately, they are greeted by Zecora who recognized Twilight from when she visited before.
The heroes explains the battle in their world while dropping off the evil Changelings, frozen and ready to be imprisoned. The newcomers even offered to train and equip the citizens, helping them rebuild their world. This is something that the newcomers agreed to, since they will need all the help that they can get.
Twilight smiles as she checks out the list, marking off Chrysalis. Two villains down, only Nightmare Moon, Tirek, Discord, and the Flim-Flam Brothers left to go...
