Chapter 1: Decision

It was a nice, warm afternoon in Ponyville. The school bell rang and the fillies and colts came out to go to their respective homes to play and rest. Most of them went trotting their way alone, after all, there isn’t much danger in a rather small village like Ponyville, and so did Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo. Sometimes, their big sisters did walk them home, with the exception of Scootaloo, she would hop in her scooter and go to her home, but it was a rare sight since they're pretty busy ponies.

Apparently, today was one of those days.

Applejack and Rarity came walking down together to get their little sisters. They barely could do such a thing, with all the work they had to do. Applejack was always busy doing chores at the farm. Rarity kept getting herself into more and more orders, especially since she opened a boutique in Canterlot.

But there they were, trotting slowly as if they weren’t in a hurry to get home.

“Wow, sis!” Apple Bloom said in a surprised tone. “Ah never thought ah would see Rarity and ya comin’ 'round here to get us!”

“Especially on the same day!” squeaked Sweetie Belle.

“Did somethin' happen?”

Applejack let out a slight chuckle.

“Don't ya worry, sugarcube,” she said while messing up Apple Bloom's mane and giving a wink. “Rarity and ah were just lucky ta be done with our chores before ya got out of school.”

Sweetie gave out a huge smile and turned to her sister.

“Ooh, ooh! Does that mean that Apple Bloom and I can play together at the–”

“Sorry, darling,” Rarity interrupted, “but I'm afraid that while it was nice to finish those orders, I still need to clean the boutique. And I do believe that Applejack also has her own work to do at the barn.

“Yup!” confirmed AJ. “And ah,m pretty sure that you two have homework ta do, right?”

The two fillies sighed.

“Yes..."

“Yeah...”

“Them let’s be movin,’” Applejack said.

The two fillies sighed again, thinking of the great opportunity they just lost to have some fun together. Even if they tried to convince their sisters of letting them do at least their homework together, they would deny it, saying that they had a job to do or something like that.

The fillies looked at each other, as if they thought of the same thing. Then, they had a idea. They nodded at each other and started to talk to their sisters.

“So...” started Sweetie Belle. “Uh, well... You... C-Can I say what Apple Bloom and I thought?”

“SWEETIE BELLE!” Apple Bloom shouted.

“S-Sorry Apple Bloom, I just couldn’t think of what to say!”

“What is it, Sweetie?" Rarity asked, in a rather curious tone.

“Oh, well, you see..." Sweetie spoke as if she was trying to recite a tongue twister.

“We think that the both of ya should take a break from work,” Apple Bloom finished. “There, ah said it!”

Rarity and Applejack looked at the fillies, perplexed by what they said. After a while, they looked at each other.

“Well, ah’ll be!” Applejack said with enthusiasm. “It would be really nice ta take a lil' day off! Cleanin' the barn isn’t really fun, ya know.”

“Truth be told, darling, a day off sounds divine,” said Rarity, interrupting Applejack's fantasies “But we simply can’t run away from all of our problems like that. After all, if it was that simple, I would have taken the day off many times.”

“Aw, come on Rarity," Sweetie whined. "A little time away from your job won’t hurt you. Besides, when was the last time you took a day off? You've been pretty busy since you opened that boutique in Canterlot.

Rarity raised her hoof to the chin to think. "Well, I suppose you're right, but–”

“That goes ta ya too, sis," Apple Bloom interrupted, “Ya have been really busy on the farm doin' all the chores."

“Of course!" Applejack insisted. "If ah don't do it, who will?"

“Big Mac and ah! DUH!"

Applejack stopped to think about this for two minutes.

“Well, ya got me there.”

Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle smiled at their sisters.

“Then it's settled!" Sweetie cheered in a 'diplomatic' tone

“Ya two are going ta take a day off," Apple Bloom continued in her best imitation of Sweetie's voice tonality. "And yer gonna have fun!"

Rarity couldn't resist smiling at her sister. She really cared about her well being! All of that job-related stress was giving her a terrible migraine. She was ready to go pack her things and go, but realized something.

“Uh, Sweetie Belle, dear...” Rarity started, completely worried. "Are you sure you can take care of the boutique on your own?”

“Sure!" Sweetie said, completely proud. "I won't touch your dresses or anything. And I can always call Fluttershy to help me with Opal.”

Applejack glared at her sister.

“And what 'bout ya, Apple Bloom?"

“Just like ah said before!" Apple Bloom said. “Big Mac can help me!"

Applejack and Rarity looked at each other with a rather concerned look.

“Well, it appears that we're going to take a little road trip." Rarity said playfully, but totally forced. “What do you say?”

“It's pretty...” Applejack tried to find words to say. “Nice! Yeah, nice...”

“Then what are you waitin, for? LET'S GO!" Apple Bloom shouted.

“YEAH!” Sweetie Belle literally screamed.

They took it off as quick as a rocket to their respective homes, with AJ and Rarity being dragged by their sisters.

“Rarity?”

Applejack was standing in front of Rarity's door, with her usual green saddlebags, decorated with bright red apples. Each side was filled with a variety of clothes, but only half a dozen in each. She didn't have as many clothes and accessories as Rarity, but they didn't even knew where they were going. She had to prepare for anything.

But apparently Rarity wasn't.

Applejack was becoming impatient. The two friends had agreed to meet at Rarity's house at 3:00 PM to decide where they would go to relax for a day, but it looked like Rarity wasn't home.

“RARITY!" Applejack shouted. No answer came from the building. "Are ya home?”

All of a sudden, the door opened abruptly, making a loud noise that startled Applejack.

“What in the hay was that fer, Rarity?" Applejack said angrily. "Ah almost had a heart attack here!"

“I'm really, really sorry for that, darling," Rarity quickly apologised. "But I couldn't decide what to put in my bags!”

Applejack looked behind her and almost had a heart attack again. Rarity had a wagon full of bags and chests that probably had lots and lots of dresses, shoes and accessories to wear.

“And what in the hay is that fer?" Applejack asked again.

“My baggage, of course!" Rarity answered proudly

“Do ya really need all of that?" Applejack asked in a deadpan tone. "We don't even know where we're goin'!”

Rarity chuckled, ignoring Applejack's question "Well, that's why you came here! Let's see...”

Rarity lit up her horn and picked up a scroll from her wagon. She opened it up and went closer to Applejack for her to see.

“Since when do ya have a map of Equestria?" Applejack asked, surprised.

“Since Twilight gave one to me yesterday," Rarity answered. “Now, where could we stay for a while...”

Applejack raised her hoof the the chin. After a while, the answer came.

“What 'bout Whiny Land?” Applejack asked happily "We had lot'sa fun that day!”

“I can't disagree with you there,” Rarity said. "But I was thinking of a more, uh, you know, refined place."

“Ya don't say...” Applejack said under her breath.

Rarity pointed happily at a place located right next to the Celestial Sea.

“Manehatten!"

“WHAT?” Applejack shouted. “But we've been there three months ago!”

“But we couldn’t see anything!” Rarity whined. "We were busy trying to help Coco Pommel!”

“Sorry ta disappoint ya sugarcube, but ah don't wanna go back there fer a long time."

Rarity ears dropped. She really wanted to go there again and see what more the big city could offer, but she knew she couldn't convince a stubborn pony like Applejack.

But where could they go? They didn't have anything in common. Only if they had a place to go where all kinds of ponies could enjoy...

And then it struck like lightning.

“I KNOW A PLACE!” Rarity shouted.

“Could ya please stop scarin' meh all the time?" Applejack complained. "Which place is it? Canterlot?”

“No, even BETTER!" Rarity said. "Come on Applejack, think! Which could it possibly be the place where everypony can enjoy, even opposites like you and me? Which is the place where all dreams come true? Which–”

“Uh, yer still talking 'bout Canterlot, right?"

“Los Pegasus, Applejack!" Rarity laughed. "We're spending a week in Los Pegasus!"

Applejack blinked a few times. She couldn't believe it.

“Beg yer pardon, Rarity, but are ya serious 'bout this? Do ya know how expensive it is just ta stay fer one night at those fancy hotels? Bits don't grow on trees, ya know?"

”Aaaaaaw come on, Applejack," Rarity whined. "Don't you think we deserve to treat ourselves from time to time? We work very hard to get our daily bits and we still can't go to such a marvelous place like Los Pegasus?”

“Yeah, but..." Applejack stopped. Rarity was right. They did deserve to treat themselves. Maybe staying a week in Los Pegasus wouldn't be so bad. "Ya know what Rarity? Yer right! Let's be movin'!"

Rarity let out a tiny squee of happiness.

“Ooh, thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!! Let's get the tickets!"

And so the two friends walked side by side towards the train station, chatting excitedly and imagining the wonderful time they would spend together, far away from all the stress for work. They were so excited to go that Rarity forgot her wagon full baggage, leaving only with saddlebag exploding from all the clothing inside.

Chapter 3: Arrival

View Online

Rarity got on the train, happy and bouncing, then gently sat down on a seat on the left side, next to the window. Applejack sat down in front of her.

Applejack didn't speak too much during the four hour train ride. They were both excited, but Rarity was extra talkative that day. She couldn't stop talking about all the things they were going to do in Los Pegasus.

“...and then, we could go to the mall! Can you imagine all the amazing things we'll see there? Oh, we could also go to the–”

“Whoa there, Nelly, slow down!" Applejack said. "Let's decide where ta go after we get there, alright?"

“Sure, sure, darling,” Rarity said. "But I can't wait to get there! Aren't you excited?”

“Of course ah am!" Applejack said proudly. "Ah just think it's better ta wait 'til we get there ta see where we're goin'."

Rarity raised a eyebrow. “Have it your way, then."

After another hour, they finally got there.

“Los Pegasus, here we come!" Rarity shouted, while stepping out of the train

Applejack gasped in surprise. "This place is bigger than Manehatten!”

And it was true. The sidewalks were so crowded that it was almost impossible to trot without bumping at somepony. The roadways were full of taxi carriages, running around nonstop, always with somepony inside. Even limousines full of ponies were seen.

But Applejack noticed something. All the ponies she saw were earth ponies or unicorns.

“Uh, Rarity, where are the–”

Rarity raised her hoof to Applejack's chin and raised her head.

The sky was full of pegasi. They hovered ten feet above them with no problem. The majority of them followed the rules of the sideways and roadways, with special pegasi carriages hovering above the ones in the ground, following the same path. The ones who didn't want to take a taxi to go somewhere really fast apparently could just fly there.

They were both speechless.

“Wow,” Applejack finally managed to say.

“I know right?” Rarity said. "Maybe this is the reason why this place is called Los Pegasus. Not even Cloudsdale have this many pegasi living there!"

“Should we get going?" Applejack said.

“Let's go!" a very happy Rarity said.

With Rarity's help, Applejack was able to walk in the middle of the crowd with no problem. Since the last time they went to Manehatten, Rarity noticed that Applejack had difficulties to walk in big, crowded places, not really surprising considering she lived in a farm. But she Pinkie Promised to herself that she would always help her friend at that kind of situation. Always.

She called out a taxi and they headed off to the hotel.

"That's the place we're staying? 'Cloud Palace Hotel'?”

Applejack gave a confused look at her partner. They were standing at the front door of the hotel, admiring the view. At least Rarity was.

“Of course, darling!" she said. "This is a deluxe, five star hotel!”

“Well, if ya say so…”Applejack said.

The girls entered the hotel and went straight to the reception.

“Hello there, darling!” Rarity said to the receptionist. “Good evening!”

The receptionist was a unicorn. She had a pale pink coat and a curly white mane that was wrapped in a bun. She wore bright red glasses on the top of her head and a slight smile in her face.

“Good evening ladies!" she said in a soft voice. "Welcome to the Cloud Palace Hotel, where you feel like you're in the clouds! My name is Pink Pencil. What can I do for you?

“We want a room for two, please,” Rarity said

“Of course," Pink Pencil said, while lighting her horn to levitate a pencil and a board. She started writing on the board “And your names are…”

“My name is Rarity," Rarity said, "and this is Applejack."

Applejack waved her right hoof.

“Howdy there!”

Pink Pencil looked surprised at Applejack.

“Oh my," she started, "I've never seen a pony like you around here! Where are you from?”

“We're from Ponyville," Applejack said. "It's pretty far away from here."

“Ponyville?" Pink Pencil looked confused "Never heard of it…”

“It's a rather small town," Rarity stated. "But we came here to relax and take a week off from work."

“Oh, I see.” Pink Pencil wrote more things in the board and then got some keys. “Room 163, tenth floor. Here's your keys!"

“Thank you so much, darling!" Rarity smiled while taking the keys. “Let's go, Applejack.”

“Nice meeting ya, sugarcube!” Applejack said.

“Have fun you two!” Pink Pencil said, winking at Applejack.

Applejack blushed. What did she meant with that? Did she think that they were...

[Before Applejack could finish her thought, she bumped into Rarity.

“We're here!" Rarity said happily, ignoring the fact that Applejack just bumped into her.

When she opened the door, they couldn't believe their eyes.

The room was enormous, with a double bed in the middle of the room. What they didn't expect was the fact that the double bed as heart-shaped, with heart-shaped red pillows and red rose petals scattered all over the bed and the ground.

[They blushed, but Applejack blushed harder. She was right. The receptionist really thought that they were a couple! But for Applejack, that wasn't a bad idea. She could take advantage of the situation to reveal her secret thoughts for her partner.

“Oh, my…” Rarity said, still perplexed.

“W-What are we waitin' fer, Rarity?” Applejack struggled to say. "Let's get going in."

“Y-You still want to go there?" Rarity asked.

“Sure," Applejack answered. "Y-Ya don't?"

To that, Rarity blushed even harder. She still wanted to go in there. She wanted to reveal something to Applejack that nopony else knew. But she was afraid of doing it.

“I-I'm coming!" she forced out, trying to ignore her rapid heart beat.

They hung their saddlebags in a corner and sat down on the bed. It still was early evening, but they had traveled for hours, they were pretty tired.

“Well, it was a great day, alright…” Applejack said, breaking the ice.

“Yeah, you're right…” Rarity said. "But tomorrow's going to even better, you'll see. But let's just relax for now."

Rarity put on her sleeping mask. Applejack hung her hat on the side of her bed.

“G'night, Rarity."

“Good night, Applejack."

They laid down in the bed, one beside the other. They noticed that the bed wasn't spacious, so they had to get really close to each other. They were back to back, so they couldn't see their faces. But they were both smiling.

The sunlight shone bright through the window of the room where Applejack and Rarity were sleeping. It filled the room with all it's might, waking the two mares.

“Mornin' Rarity…” Applejack yawned.

“Good morning Applejack…” Rarity said.

Applejack got her hat and put it on her head.

“Ah gotta admit, ah've never slept fer that long before,” Applejack pointed out.

“Me either,” Rarity admitted. “The extra hours of sleep were totally worth it. I won't need my beauty sleep today!"

“Yeah, yeah…” Applejack looked around. "Where's breakfast? Ah'm really hungry, ya know.”

Rarity couldn't resist laughing at her. 'She's a silly pony alright'.

“We'll get to that in a minute," she said. "I need to use the restroom first.”

“Sure, sure…” Applejack said, with her freckled cheeks completely red.

“Oh, where could we go today?” Rarity said. They were in the front of the hotel, waiting for a idea to come.

“Ah don't know, Rarity,” Applejack said. "Ah don't even know how to walk 'round here! Ta be honest, ah think we should stay inside and relax more."

“But we are relaxing, my dear Applejack,” Rarity said. Applejack blushed over the idea of Rarity calling her 'my dear'. “Shopping is the best way of relaxing!"

Applejack raised a eyebrow. "Who told ya that?"

“Myself, of course!" Rarity answered.

Applejack just rolled her eyes at that, but with a smile on her face. 'She's a silly pony alright'.

“Let's get movin' then!”

Rarity got a map of the big city out of her pink saddlebag and guided Applejack to the mall.

It was already evening when they came back from the mall. Rarity got really excited when she saw all of those clothe stores selling tons of wonderful dresses that she had to see it closer to get the right amount of details, so that she could create a new line of dresses inspired by Los Pegasus when she got home.

“Don't ya think it's a bit soon fer ya ta think 'bout workin' already?" Applejack asked. "We just arrived here!"

“I know, I know!" Rarity said, levitating tons of shopping bags. "It's just that I can't stop thinking about it! Do you think Sweetie Belle is doing fine on her own?”

“Ah know how ya feel. Ah’m really worried ‘bout AB and Big Mac, too," Applejack said. "Those two can't handle everything on their own!"

Rarity sighed. "I’m sure they’ll be alright, darling. You know Big Mac is quite capable around the farm. We need to stop thinking about working or else we won't enjoy anything!"

Applejack nodded.

“There you are,” a soft voice said from behind them. "I haven't seen you all day!”

They looked inside to see Pink Pencil working behind the balcony. She was wearing her glasses normally, covering her magenta eyes.

“I don't work in the morning shift, but I haven't heard from you since I got here," she said.

“Oh, we were just having some fun at the mall!” Rarity said while showing all her bags.

“Sure you were," Pink Pencil said in a cheerful tone, rolling her eyes. “But I think you'll have more fun at the party tonight!"

“Uh, what party?" Applejack said, confused.

Pink Pencil lightened her horn and showed them a pamphlet.

“The Cloud Palace Party!" she said. "We do it every weekend! It's only for those staying at the hotel, so you're obviously invited! And it's completely free."

Rarity and Applejack looked at each other. Going to a party wouldn't be so bad. Especially parties hosted at Los Pegasus. Those parties were said to be the best of all of Equestria, even better then Pinkie Pie’s and Cheese Sandwich’s combined!

“We're going!" they said in unison.

“Ah said no, Rarity!” Applejack shouted, her face red of embarrassment.

Rarity had just got ready to go. She was wearing a long, plain purple dress, with diamond shaped arrangements, colored silver. Her back hooves were covered by her silver heels. Her earrings, necklace and bracelets were made out of real pearls. Her mane was wrapped in a bun. She wanted to help Applejack, but she wasn't letting her.

“Come on, darling," Rarity whined. "This dress is perfect for you!"

“But ah don't wanna go in a dress!" Applejack complained. "It's just a party! In what kind of party needs ya ta wear a dress?"

Applejack was almost ready as well. Rarity already helped her with her mane, making a simple braid, and tying the end with a simple brown bow with a bright green apple in front. But Applejack didn't want to wear a dress, apparently.

Rarity ignored her commentary and used her magic to teleport the dress onto Applejack's body.

“H-Hey!"

The dress had the same design as Rarity's, but this one was brown and had green apple arrangements.

“The kind of party that needs you to go with a dress," Rarity finally answered Applejack, while forcing her to put on green shoes,“are the ones that are hosted in Los Pegasus, my dear!"

There it was. The 'my dear' thing again. Applejack blushed.

“A-Alright…” she said.

“Now let's get going! I don't want to miss anything!"

The party was happening at the hotel's ballroom. It had lot's of ponies wearing tons of vests as fancy as ever, talking about various subjects. The middle of the room was occupied by a dance stage, where tons of couples were dancing happily. The DJ was on the other side of room, but still facing the stage. There was a bar stand in the left side and a open garden on the right side.

“Uh, what should we do first?" Applejack asked.

Rarity knew where she wanted to go first. She wanted to go to the stage and dance with Applejack all night. But she couldn't drag herself there just yet."

“How about a drink?"

They walked to the stand where a stallion with dark green coat, bright yellow mane and blue eyes was making the drinks. He had a orange drink for a cutie mark.

“What can I do for you tonight, ladies?" he asked in a strange accent.

“Ah want an apple cider,” Applejack said.

“And I want a strawberry and orange drink, please!"

“Comin' right up!" he said while turning away and making the drinks.

Before they could blink, their drinks were right in front of them, decorated with fruit slices, little umbrellas and straws.

“Here they are!" the bartender said, smiling.

“Thank you, darling." Rarity said.

They took a sip of the drink.

“Whoa Nelly!" Applejack said. "This is really great!”

“It sure is!” Rarity agreed.

Just as soon as they finished their drinks, a slow, jazzy music started playing.“This is for all the couples that are present here tonight!" the DJ said. "Come and have fun!"

Rarity was going to ask Applejack if she wanted to dance, but then Applejack turned to her.

“May I have this dance?"

Rarity face became red. She couldn't believe it.

“S-Sure..."

They slowly to the dance stage, where they started dancing to the slow rhythm of the music.

“Where did you learn to dance like that, Applejack?" Rarity asked, surprised by the fact that Applejack was dancing pretty well.

“Ah didn't," she said. "Ah'm just goin' where yer goin'."

Rarity couldn't resist laughing at her partner.

“You're such a silly pony."

Before Applejack could answer, Rarity leaned in and kissed her on the nose.

Applejack's face became completely red.

“R-Rarity…”

Rarity smiled coyly. “Let's continue to dance, shall we?”

Thinking fast, Applejack swirled Rarity and grabbed her with her forelegs. Then she pulled her closer to her body and kissed her forehead.

Rarity smiled at her. They danced all night.

By the time the party was close to an end, it was almost dawn. The new couple was standing in the garden, sipping their drinks and watching the sunrise.

“I don't want this night to end," Rarity said in a serious tone. "It was too perfect. I want to hold your arms and relax forever.”

“And we will,” Applejack answered in the same tonality. Then she opened a smile. "Just you wait 'till ah show ya what ah've planned."

Rarity blinked. "Oh, and what is it?"

“You'll have to wait!" Applejack answered cheerfully."

Rarity chuckled. ,Only you would come up with something like that, my dear.“

Applejack smiled. “That's what I like to hear."

They had learned a valuable lesson that night. It's always better to be honest with a generous heart than to be a liar with a greedy heart.

Chapter 6: Another Happy Ending

The morning lights shone bright into their room, where Rarity was still asleep. Applejack looked at her marefriend, smiling and thinking how beautiful she looked, even when she was sleeping.

Applejack was carrying a little brown box in her hooves. She went closer to Rarity and sat down on the bed. She held the box behind her back.

“Wake up, Rares," she said softly.

Rarity yawned and removed her sleeping mask.

“Good morning, darling," she said.

“Remember the surprise ah planned last night?" Applejack asked.

“How could I forget?" Rarity answered. "All that mystery is killing me!"

Applejack chuckled. "Close yer eyes!"

Rarity raised a eyebrow in concern, but closed her eyes anyway.

“No spying!" Applejack said.

She pulled out the box and held it in front of her.

“Ya can open ‘em now," Applejack said.

In the same instant, Rarity opened her eyes, excited to see the surprise. What she saw instead was a tiny brown box.

“Oh?"

Then, Applejack opened the box, revealing a pair of earrings Rarity gasped.

"S-Special somepony ornaments?"Rarity held a hoof to her mouth, hardly able to believe what she was seeing.

“Yup!" Applejack answered.

The earrings were a delightful view. The one on the left was shaped like three, bright red apples, with green leafs hanging from each of them. The one on the right was shaped like three blue diamonds.

“Remember when Pinkie and Fluttershy came ta tell us that they were datin' wearing their own special somepony ornaments?” Applejack asked. "Ah remember how much ya wanted to have one!"

“But of course!" Rarity answered. "They were beautiful! A exact replica of their cutie marks!“

“Well, now ya have it," Applejack said. "A exact replica of mah cutie mark!”

Rarity began to laugh. "And you too."

She then grabbed the diamond shaped earring with her magic and put it on Applejack's left ear.

Applejack grabbed the apple shaped one and put it on Rarity's right ear.

She gave Applejack a kiss on the cheek. "So, how are we going to tell our friends?"

“Don't ya worry 'bout it," Applejack said, "this was the first part of the plan!”

“Oh, okay then, Twilight," Rarity mocked. "What's the second part?”

"The first part of the plan was ta send a letter ta all of our friends tellin' them the good news,” Applejack said proudly. "The second part was ta give you the special somepony ornaments.“

“Check!" Rarity said happily, pointing at her new accessory.

“But the third part is still unfinished," Applejack said.

“Oh?” Rarity asked. "And this third part is..."

Applejack's ears dropped. She didn't knew if Rarity would agree with her.

“Ah was wonderin' if ya would like ta travel all of Equestria with me?”

Rarity blinked a few times, staring at Applejack, before giving the answer.

“Oh my Celestia, why wouldn't I?" Rarity answered.

“Really?" Applejack said surprised.

“But of course, darling!" Rarity confessed. "I would love to go see other places!"

“Yeah, ah was thinkin' we could go see other places we want before the week ends," Applejack said.

“You know, I was thinking of a place that we can go” Rarity smiled at her marefriend.

“Let me guess," Applejack rolled her eyes "Manehatten?”

“No,” Rarity answered. "Fillydelphia."

“Oh,” Applejack said. "Ya sure?"

Rarity chuckled. "Pretty sure. I heard that there's a small village of dragons called Dragontown! Spike's going to love the gifts I'll buy for him!"

“Speakin' of the little fella," Applejack started. "How do ya think he's goin' to handle the situation?"

“He's not a baby dragon anymore, Applejack," Rarity answered "It's just a silly little foalhood crush. He,ll understand. I think…”

“Well, what are ya waitin' fer?" Applejack asked. "Get yer things and let's get goin'!"

Wait! I need to get ready!" Rarity said.

And with that, the loving mares packed their things and headed to the train station to go at a adventure through Equestria.

THE END
