> Equestrian Demigod: Revisited > by KillerShadow 15 > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > I Get Sent to a New World of Ponies with my Brother. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- I looked around me. All I saw was rolling green hills with cabins off to the left, a house in front of me, with the beach, strawberry fields and game courts to the right. This was home. This is Camp Half Blood. A home for Demigods like me. Kids whose parent is a god and the other is a mortal. I began to walk down the hill I stood atop of. My name is Logan, and I just came home for the first time in 15 long years with my half brother, and a few friends. “Logan! It’s good to see you again. Where’s Percy and the others? Are they ok?” I looked at the creature talking. “Hey! Chiron! How’s it going? How’s the tail?” Chiron swayed his tail before giving me a smile. “It’s doing fine, but how’d you know?” “Argus told me. Oh, here comes the Cavalry!” I turned around to see my half brother, Percy, and our friends Leo, Piper and Frank walking over the hill I had walked down moments before. “Percy! How are things with you guys?” I chuckled to myself as I walked away to my cabin. The walk was very refreshing as it gave me time to look around and admire the new additions to the camp. There were new cabins, new campers, and some new challenges to the obstacle course. When I finally made it inside my cabin, I took a look around. It was the same as Percy and I left it. The beds made, the keys to our cars on the key rack, the fountain in the corner gargling with warm water, and the white walls still held the ornamentary seashells. I set my bags down and held out my hand towards the fountain. Water began to flow away from it and towards my outstretched hand. When it hit my hand, it took the form of a sword hilt, but made of ice. It continued outward, forming the blade. The sword was four feet long, icy blue. The blade was double edged, and had a carving down one side. It was a scripture written in Greek; it translates to Storm Breaker, the blade’s name. The hilt of the blade was of the same color, but had what looked like pearls on the base. I swung the blade around a bit. “Logan? You in here bro?” I turned to see Percy walking into our cabin. “What’s up Percy?” “Chiron says that we need to head to Olympus to debrief Dad, Zeus and Artemis. You wanna drive?” I looked at my brother and gave a half hearted laugh. “Very funny. You’re driving. I ain’t driving another car after the last time.” Percy just laughed at that. “Good, I don’t want you behind the wheel of my Corvette again. That cost me 300 dollars to fix.” I nervously chuckled. “Ok, Ok. Lets get a move on. We don’t want to piss off Zeus any more than he already is.” "You got that right. Lets go." The drive was uneventful until we were driving near Central Park. "Logan, do you see that?!" Percy pulled over and pointed at a strange creature that I have never seen. A green, insect looking horse with wings and a horn and large, solid blue eyes. "What's going on? Did Dad create a new type of equine?" Percy looked at me. "We should go check it out." We hopped out and ran over to the park. "Logan, where'd it go?" We looked around and saw it dart into a tunnel. We ran after it, but it was gone. "Percy, what's that?" I pointed at a rip in a tree. A literal rip. The tree had a multi colored tear in the trunk. "I don't know Logan, but it can't be good. Come on, let's see if we can fix this." As we drew closer, it started emitting a strong pull. Moments later, I blacked out. I woke up after what seemed like minutes after I blacked out. I looked around to see a bright blue sky, a vibrant yellow sun, and the greenest, yet darkest, forest I've ever seen. "Percy!? Percy, where are ya?" I looked around and saw creepy looking faces carved into some trees. "Yeesh, I thought Hades' throne room was creepy, but this takes the cake." I continued to walk, but I was getting no where fast. "Sun is setting. Best make camp. I hope Percy is ok. The last thing that kid needs is to be left alone." I climbed up a tree and opened my bag. 'Rope. I need rope. Ah, here we go.' I fastened myself into the tree I was currently in before glancing up at the moon. "That's weird. Why is there a Unicorn silhouette in the moon? Where am I? Dad, Zeus, not even Ares will answer my prayers." Before I could dwell more on what was going on, I was asleep again. "Yeah, woo! This is Awesome!" I jumped out of the tree, slashing at my bindings as my sword formed in my hand instantaneously. I looked around in a defensive posture, waiting for what ever woke me up. I heard a whooshing sound above me, so I looked up. Flying high above me was a cyan blue pegasus with a rainbow colored mane. Snap I looked behind me to see a large bear walk into the clearing I was in, and it was not happy with me. It reared up to it's hind legs and roared and snapped it's jaws at me. I quickly looked around for a body of water that I could hide in. No such luck. But I did notice a 36oz bottle of water in the side pouch of my bag. Keeping my sword in between my and the beast, I made my way to the bag slowly. I only managed to get four steps away before it roared again and charged me. "Hey, over here!" I looked to my right to see the blue pegasus yelling at the bear. The bear turned and went after the equine. The winged creature was able to tick the bear off enough to make it leave, but there was a bone chilling growl. I raised my sword and made a mad dash for the bottle of water. Once I reached it, I unscrewed the top and poured it over myself, forming my Ice Armor. Not very effective, but strong enough to stop a swipe from a Nemean Lion. When The armor was fully formed, my worst nightmare walked out of the surrounding wood. A Hydra. > Demigod vs. Equstrian Hydra. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- A Hydra. The most feared creature on the planet just walks into a clearing. The very same clearing where I had just scared off a bear. Now I have to fight off a 30 ft tall monster that spits acid from 4 different heads and I have to do it while defending a blue pegasus who is frozen in fear. So I did the most natural thing I could do. I ran to grab the equine and I bolted in the other direction. "What are you doing! Put me down! I can fly on my own!" I looked down at the little pony in my arms. Then frowned. "Not with that beast on our heals! You know the area. Where is the nearest river or lake!?" The pony looked at me funny. "Never mind. I'll find it on my own." I held out my hand and concentrated on the flow of a river or the steady waves of a lake. "Hurry up! It's getting closer!" I risked a look back and saw the beast gnashing its teeth at my heals. "Crap! Things were so much easier back in Greece!" I ran faster, making my way to the lake I had sensed earlier. "Where are you going?! The town is that way!" The blue pegasus tried harder to get out of my grip. "You really think it's a smart idea to lead a 30 foot tall monster into a town full of countless lives that the beast will claim!?" "Well..." "Well, Nothing! Stay with me if you wish to live, is that clear!" The pegasus stopped her struggle in my arms. After a few more minutes of running I managed to get into the clearing with a large, crystal clear lake. "Listen, I am going to throw you into the air and you are going to hide in the clouds. Got it?" The pony was about to argue, but didn't get the chance as the beast marched into the clearing. "Crap. Go!" I tossed her away and drew my sword. "How's it going Jackass? You ready to take me on?" The Hydra seemed to understand me as it cocked its heads to the side as if trying to figuring out what I am. "Well, here's your chance. BRING IT!" As I shouted, the lake behind me exploded. The surge of water surrounded me as it started to glow blue. The glowing water formed around me in a type of whirl pool shape. My full Battle Armour started forming on my body as I closed my eyes, letting the power sink into my bones. I held out my hands and Storm Breaker and my Trident form in them. Instead of my normal last resort armour I was wearing my full suit of ice. The strongest armour that not even Typhon, the father of all monsters, could not break. Once I was encased in the paper thin armour, I opened my eyes and the whirl pool stopped, froze and exploded, causing the ice fragments to form a large bubble around the clearing. Rainbow Dash POV After I saved the weird creature and scared off the bear, A huge Hydra came up behind us. The hairless thing ran to a saddle bag thing and grabbed a weird clear thing and poured water like stuff over its self, creating like a second coat before running over and picking me up and going the opposite direction. Once I regained my senses I tried to get out of its grip. "What are you doing! Put me down! I can fly on my own!" The creature looked down at me and started yelling in a panicked voice. After a short while longer, we made it to a clearing with a large lake in the center. 'Is that the Mirror Pool? Can't be. That's just a myth. Isn't it?' After a few seconds, the creature told me to hide behind some clouds. I tried to argue, but he didn't let me. Once I was behind cover, the lake exploded. Literally exploded and started covering the creature as it started glowing blue. A few seconds later, and the huge swirl of water exploded again, but this time it formed a bubble around the clearing, blocking me out. Logan POV After the whole water power up, I glared at the beast. It glared back at me, hissing and rumbling. I stood tall and sheathed my sword while lifting my silver green trident for battle. The Hydra charged at me. I let out a primal shout of rage that rang throughout the forest as I charged at the Hydra. It lunged and I sliced, cutting off a fin from one of its heads. 'Something's not right about this.' I thought to my self as I blocked a slice from its clawed hand. 'The Hydra I know is usually more aggressive and more powerful.' The next ten or so minutes were very confusing. Last time I fought the Hydra, I almost died. Now, I have to try to stand still for it to even almost hit me with a head slam. 'This is sad. I have to put it out of its misery.' With blinding speed, I charged, catching the beast off guard long enough for me to take out its legs, knocking it down. I held out my hand, pulling water out of the air. Using the water, I locked down the Hydra's heads. I then drew my sword and walked the first head. It tried snapping at me, but couldn't reach. When I got closer, it looked at me in confusion as I raised my blade and whispered an ancient Greek prayer for safety. "May Hades be merciful in his judgement of your soul." I raised my sword and begin to drop it towards its skull. Moments before Storm Breaker made contact, a golden beam struck it, knocking it out of my hand and sent it clattering 20 ft away. "You shall not harm the creature again, beast. Now, get out of here before I fire again. I will not ask twice." I turned in surprise to see a large white equine with both wings and a horn along with a flowing rainbow colored mane and tail that blew in nonexistent wind. The mare must have considered my frozen state as a disobedience, considering that she shot a bolt of gold light at me, making contact with my chest. The blast sent me through a few trees before I came to a stop against one. Gasping for breath, I stood up. Much to the surprise of the large mare. I wiped the dust and dirt off of my armor as I walked back to the mare, who was standing in shock. I formed my sword out of a puddle that had formed due to the melting of the ice bubble that surrounded the area. "Thank the gods I had this armor on. That almost hurt." The mare looked at me in shock and tried to speak. "Who- What are you? That was one of the strongest spells I know!" It was my turn to look confused. "I thought all equines knew of Poseidon and his Children. At any rate, I am Logan, Son of the Sea God and among the first Demigods ever born. May I ask who you are before you try to blast me again?" I tried to smile, but I guess the horse took it the wrong way, seeing as she hit me again. "What the hell? What did I do that time?!" "You were attacking that Hydra for no reason. And you were about to kill it. Need I an other reason to defend the creatures under my rule?" I was about to speak, but the blue equine I saved earlier flew down and tackled me to the ground. "Ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh! Are you ok!? I saw you fight that beast, then Princess Celestia came down and attacked you!" The little thing quickly turned around and yelled at the equine I assumed to the 'Princess Celestia'. "Why did you attack the thing Princess?! He was only protecting us!" Celestia looked at the little mare in surprise. "Is that so My Little Pony? Is this true Logan?" Celestia turned and gazed at me in a way that I am unfamiliar with. "Yeah, it's true. I woke up this morning and almost got attacked by a bear, until the brave mare over there saved my ass by pissing it off to the point where it just up and left. Then the Hydra came and tried to attack us, so I put on my Ice Armor and bolted here. Wait, where's my stuff!?" I looked around and swore in Greek before dashing away to find my provisions. Hopefully someone didn't steal them. I had all my important stuff in there.
