The Tenth Doctor did not regenerate or die as suspected instead he is sent to ponyville as a pony now the Tenth doctor is given another chance at a happy ending. The tardis however is broken, can Twilight and Pinkie help the Tardis or will the Doctor be stuck in the same time and place forever? And where can they go if they fix it? What will Twilight and Pinkies friendships be like? This story is also a litte random because pinkie pie random is the best in my opinion
In the introduction there is a explanation, but it's not who the Doctor is but I do explain it later. A little Doctor Who knowledge goes along way in this fanfic because I do not go over it very well.
The Tardis was positioned far out in the solar system, right smack around the earth rotating like a second moon. Nothing but space and the newly / oldly wise Ood could hear the timelords cries. He had parked her well It was a good place to die and it was time to well head off, but he didn't want to go he had so much to do, so much to be so many friends to meet, so many children to save. But still it was time for a new face a new life a new body.
He breathed in and out, his face radiating colors from the ordeal he had faced earlier his eyebrows and old eyes flashed worry signs the radiation was killing him it was only a little more time before he vanished and a new man took his place.
“I don't wanna go.” He cried.
The regeneration energy flared in its funky yellow form, he could feel it and it was the brightest light in the tardis. It was going to burn him up.
But there was a bigger light in the distance coming from the left the left It shined white. And the beam of light seemed to be heading straight for the Tardis. It was brighter then the doctor's regeneration energy. This was completely unknown to the Doctor still going through regeneration.
The doctors lifted up his hand and regeneration energy fired from it he couldn't fight it this was going to happen.
The tardis moved from a direct hit by the light The doctor didn't feel it surrounded by regeneration energy, the beam of light like “magic”, made the the Tardis become transparent, and then vanish.
A replicated exact Tardis and another Time Lord regenerating called the Doctor then replaced it. While the original Tardis, headed through a new time stream. The “real” Doctor began to sleep tired from his regeneration.
As he slept a voice reverberated. Ood Sigmas still with us, could be heard, in the tardis.
“The story continues, but your “song.” is over and a new one begins different as always then the rest.“ Then he left, and let the doctor sleep.

Twilight Sparkle at first was fast asleep in the top of her crystal treehouse palace, her dragon Spike asleep on the cold floor, but something woke her up. The noise was something she had never heard before. With her magic she grabbed a book on stars and went directly to her telescope that had been taken from her older tree house, because whatever magic it was it was definitely outside.
Tonight was a more beautiful night than ever the stars all seemed in view and the constellations all seemed orderly and stiff. As all whimsical celestial bodies should be, except one.
It was blue and seemed to be falling from the sky presumably a unpredicted meteor it seemed the center of attention in the purple sky that was equestrians night even the moon seemed to let the falling star become center stage.
Twilight felt her obsessiveness taking over, and childhood whimsy that she had never had before, Something in her wanted her to chase the star to see where it was heading. With her magic she opened the door. Getting ready to fly through it.
But a yawn echoed loudly from her.
Time to got to sleep. Her brain persisted, a alarm clock. Princess work was very hard.
The door closed behind her, and she plopped into bed asleep with her book in her hoofs. Completely unaware of what tomorrow would be as everypony should.
Princess Luna stared out at the sky seeing the tardis in the atmosphere. She wasn't walking into any dream yet but she was in ponyville flying around observing the night near the moon which was a crescent in sky very rare for equestria.
Slowly she flew down.
She smiled. "There in for a surprise. Doctor I haven't seen you in years,"
She flew off into someone's dream. Making note to tell Celestia. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Pinkie Pie. Pinkie Pie Pinkie pie. Pinkie pie it's me Luna." Luna appeared from the full moon in Pinkies dream.
"What is it, princess im trying to sleep," She said dreaming of sleeping in the side walk on ponyville. Her head was on was directly drooped on the sidewalk. "The party I threw hasn't ended yet its the longest party ever! I fell asleep in the middle of the party room at the cakes. They won't stop! I need sleep its been going on for 3 days I haven't seen Twilight in days. I just wanna sleep. Its the greatest party ever. But, I kinda wish it would end soon."
"You got the moon wrong, its a crescent tonight." Luna whispered.
"Really! Ill change it then." Pinkie jumped up, with a poof and a hoof clap the moon was turned into a crescent moon " I read a Book Twilight gave me on the Moon and I heard a crescent moon Is really rare I just never really noticed it is it true Princess Luna?"
" Yes, Its a good omen that I can't control, I can only raise and lower the moon though I have seen this before in my long life this natural magic is actually beyond me."
"This isn't why your here is it?" Pinkie said.
Luna nodded.
"Im here because someponys news coming to ponyville and I want you welcome him with open hoofs and not alienate him. Hes, scared even though he will not show it and he needs friends, many of them. He is new but he is also old. He is cute but hes also cold."
" Oooh oooh! Is this a rhyme I have to solve can you give me the answer, so I don't have to solve it and who is he?" A detective hat appeared out of the sky and fell on top of her head.
"I think you will solve that question what you said is one in the same. "She paused. " I think the real question is what is this pony to you? I think all those questions should be answered soon. Take care Pinkie Pie, have a good night sleep I will try to make sure that nopony will disturb your dreams.
"Thank you, Princess Luna I will remember what you said!"
Princess luna flew away over the crescent moon into a new dream.
It was morning. The crystal castle lit up with light. It was brighter than Twilight had ever seen. It was almost as if Celestia had added more to the sun, if she could do that. Twilight could almost feel the extra touch.
“Spike wake up! Last night I heard a strange noise and spotted a blue meteorite falling from the sky. Get up and lets go find it!” Spike stayed in bed.
“Twilight, what do you want me to do about it?” Spike mumbled squirming around on the floor.
“I’m sorry, Spike I’m just worried, want to check Ponyville with me?”
“I’m too tired. Not sure if you knew this, but you woke me up with your ‘tip toeing’ last night. Dragons are sensitive to noise.” Spike hid under a pillow he had found under Twilight’s bed.
“Ok, I guess I will go alone. I haven’t seen any of my friends in a while, hopefully I will run into them. Time to find the unknown!” She opened the door with magic and let herself out.
“Good luck with that, Twilight.” Spike said.
Twilight felt the same thing she had felt last night, an urge to find the object that fell from the sky.

Twilight observed Ponyville while walking towards the Cake’s house to check on Pinkie. What was the party pony doing? The Cutie Mark Crusaders were playing catch, Sweetie Belle was losing badly.
Applejack was selling apples and threw Twilight a free one, on the house. Twilight caught it with her magic and walked on, taking a bite. She was at the Cake’s a bit faster than she had thought possible, but something was wrong.
A mattress glided onto the sidewalk of Ponyville coming from Pinkie's room, Twilight just missed being hit, and with that came Pinkie from the frosted doorway.
“Help! Twilight!” Said Pinkie from the doorway.
“What seem to be to be the trouble?” Said Twilight, in her action mode.
“My party won't end, and it's been going on for three days! It's the longest party I have ever thrown! I need to sleep, the Cake’s are coming home soon, and they wouldn’t like a four day party to disturb Pumpkin and Pound cake!” Pinkie couldn’t help but think that it was kinda fun though, and at least no pony had gotten hurt.
“Ok, Pinkie I want to help, but how? And why do you seem so well rested?”
“Ooh, Princess Luna came in my sleep and guarded my dreams. She was like ‘whoop’, with her alicorn magic! She's so cool she told me something else too, but I think its supposed to be a secret I'm not supposed to share. You know, hush hush. Anyways you're a Princess, Twilight how about you go all ‘official’ and tell them what's what,”
Twilight blushed.
“I guess I can Pinkie... I guess... Show me where they are.” ............................................................................................................................................................Everypony in the the room was jamming to music, courtesy of Vinyl Scratch. Everything was a mess and Twilight wondered what she had gotten herself into. She spotted a few familiar faces: Bon Bon, Miss Cheerilee, and Octavia.
Twilight blushed a second time.
“Ok, everypony get out!” Twilight was pretty new at using her status, she was almost choking, “By the order of me, Princess Twilight Sparkle.”
No one got up.
“Get out of here party’s over.” Pinkie said.
No one got up.
Twilight yelled. “Get out now!”
No one got up.
The room shook slightly. A blue object fell from the sky and into the bakery, making a crack in the ceiling.
The blue object almost landed on Pinkie in the center of the room. Twilight tugged her out of the way with her magic, saving her.
“Get out, everypony!” Twilight screamed and everypony listened. (Besides Pinkie and Twilight.) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The TARDIS shook and the Doctor walked out, ready to face whatever obstacles awaited him. somehow, a long multicolored scarf from his closet had ended up wrapped around him. He didn't mind, it was a warm blanket to him that reminded him of his past.
He looked at his hooves.
“I’m a pony?” He couldn't control his limbs his body shook madly.
”I am a New Doctor, new person-er,new pony? My end, a new beginning?” He gestured wildly getting the hang of his new arms-er legs and hooves.
“He’s a mad pony.” Twilight muttered her eyes wide. “Pinkie Pie back away from him, he might be dangerous.”
The Doctor continued.
What a twist to a song! A pony--no, an equine. A cartoon equine,” He fell down, blowing yellow regeneration energy from his mouth. “I'm a cartoon equine!”
Then he closed his tired eyes.
Pinkie didn’t listen to Twilight and stood watching the Doctor, a universe in his eyes. Pinkie Pie only thought of being friends with the pony, Could he be the one who Princess Luna was talking about in her dream?
“Twilight. He can't even stand.” Pinkie ran over to next to him and the blue thing known as the TARDIS.
Twilight listened to Pinkie thinking she was right, it was true we should make friends with him and maybe and if the box was what she had seen out from her telescope, she could study the boxes magic for the good of Equestria However she couldn’t help but be a little practical, this pony had just placed a hole in the ceiling with his blue box.
“What the hay is this stuff? Is it magic?” Twilight said pointing to the regeneration energy radiating outward.
“It kinda looks like confetti to me, maybe he’s celebrating something?” Pinkie spoke up.
His eyes opened.
"I crashed a party? I crashed a party! In the 1,000- or so years I have been alive I don't believe me and the TARDIS have ever crashed a party. Lets grab some bananas. No no. Too sad of a memory. Must be the regeneration energy. Gives me lots of vigor and more ways to use ‘well’ in a sentence. For instance, well now I am half pony half time lord before my species were similar to human , so I didn't have any trouble there but now.”
“I’m actually a mixture of Time Lord and pony. Also, I seem to only half way regenerated that makes me half dead and half alive. Old time lord meets new body.”
"Hello you! Whats your name?" He said pointing to Pinkie Pie.
"My names Pinkie Pie what's your name? Also what's your favorite cake flavor, favorite color favorite animal, favorite type of party favorite treat, etc?” (The list went on for a very long time.)
“Someone that speaks my language? And what a name! That fits! I have never met anyone named Pinkie Pie before, but it will probably grow on me. “The Doctor. Banana, yellow, cherry, etc. (The list went on for a very long time.)
“Whats your name?” The Doctor asked.
“Twilight Sparkle,” Twilight said.
“Brilliant, like the name but a bit long and wordy. Perhaps it will grown on me too.” The doctor said using his mouth and his hooves. No, I forgot about the TARDIS,”He ran to his blue lovely, and tripped.
“You look like you need somepony's help, if you’re going in that small box then were going with you.”
Twilight said. What the hay was in there? Twilight couldn’t help but think.
“Alright,” The Doctor agreed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The TARDIS was flooded with water; the Doctor knew it was coming from the swimming pool.The water was up to the pony’s legs in the hallway. Twilight and The Doctor were wading through, But with Pinkie, shenanigans always brewed. Against all logic and all odds, Pinkie had found/ smuggled in a vintage scuba suit.
“What do you think?” Said the Doctor a smile on his face, traveling around in this box was his life and he liked showing it to everyone. He was was waiting for the usual response.
“Its bigger on the inside!” Twilight replied her eyes were dancing around the TARDIS. “You're not a unicorn or alicorn. How is this magic possible?’” She couldn’t stop her eyes from wandering.
The Doctor made a small noise that sounded like a laugh.
“Its not magic Twilight Sparkle, this is called a TARDIS and it's ‘magic’ is based on pure Time Lord science.”
“So you are a time pony?” Twilight said. “I have never read anything about Time lords or time ponies. I really want to find out more about you.” Twilight almost bounced.
Each being was silent.
The Doctor didn’t feel like bringing up his Time Lord life ever again.
“What about you? What do you think?” He asked Pinkie in her vintage scuba suit.
He tapped her helmet.
“It's smaller on the outside!” She said once she was out of the helmet. She ran back outside to check again in a pink blur. “Yep, still smaller on the outside.”
“Thats new,” The Doctor remarked.
“Sounds old,” Pinkie said putting her scuba helmet back on.
“I’ll show you the control room,” The Doctor said.
“There's more!” Twilight seemed to sing.
The Doctor knew something was seriously wrong with the TARDIS, the front door should open to the control room, but now it opened to a grey hallway. The crash and the trip to this strange pony universe must have seriously done something his to TARDIS.
Luckily, the next door headed to control room. It was a lifeless grey.
“Something wrong,” The Time Lord pony muttered looking at his blue console where the energy went up and down.
“She should have changed her theme by now but she's still set on the coral theme, there isn’t any color except in the very center. “What's wrong ? Not used to this universe like me?”
The TARDIS purred weakly.
“She dieing and I can’t do a thing about it.”
“Perhaps we can can help? There's got to be something we can do--” Twilight stopped, feeling the Doctors pain.
“How could I live and she die?” The doctor mourned.
“Unless you have a serious amount of energy and I mean more then whatever energy is radiating from your horn and your wings.” The Doctor took his screwdriver from the console and scanned her magic. ”I doubt that you can save her.”
The Doctor put his head on the console, a fleck of his spiky hairdo directly touching the side of the console.
“I could try giving her a 1,000 years worth of my life energy, but I wouldn’t have much left, and it still might not be enough to save her.” The Doctor grimaced.
“Wait, what's she doing?!” The Doctor shouted.
Several screens popped up. Most of them showed the Tenth Doctor's life and one in the right showed his transformation into a pony. One stood out from the rest showing the time vortex moving. The ponies could hear each one.
it's just a nightmare. Everyone has nightmares; even big scary monsters from under the bed have nightmares, don't you, monster?”
“Is this how you looked before--two legged?” Twilight waded around the console room looking at the moving pictures.”
“Why is she doing this? There has to be something to it, shes using the last of her energy to show us these images.”
“Maybe she just wanted to show them to us?” Twilight said. “We have never seen you before maybe she's just filling us in.
“She's never done this before, and if so, why the picture of the vortex? I'm too weak to understand this.” The Doctor said ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- While they were chatting, Pinkie was exploring the depths of the water in the TARDIS. She had found the swimming pool and the library and concluded that both were a lot of fun. She had just returned to the console room when she first spotted the picture of the time vortex. She stared at it, unable to look away.
“Something's wrong,” Pinkie repeated what the Doctor said a few minutes ago.
“Yes, she's damaged.” the doctor sighed.
“She?” Pinkie said.
Something was calling to Pinkie. A small voice in her mind, much like Luna’s, but lighter and more whimsical. “Touch the console” it said. Twilight could hear it too, but felt like it was meant for Pinkie. Twilight however, did not know where it was coming from, but Twilight felt that whatever it was was not going to hurt the ponies.
Pinkie walked slowly towards the console, staring at the time vortex screen. She was enchanted by it; the way it moved, the very color, and something else she couldn’t name. A type of liveliness.
“What are you doing?” The Doctor yelled.
She touched the TARDIS. The telepathic circuit activated and blue electricity ran through her body , the force sweeping her off her hooves.
“What are you doing!?” The Doctor yelled again.
“Hi, I’m your new friend, and you will meet many many more!” Pinkie whispered.
The rainbow came from the castle and it adorned the Tardis the console room, showing a symbol for each element of harmony on the round walls. Each symbol was grey except Pinkie’s symbol of laughter, that shone pink.
Each friend of Twilight’s at that moment felt something strong in their hearts but couldn’t put a hoof on what it was. For a moment each of their manes became rainbow colored but it quickly faded. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Doctor was in the Cake’s house. Twilight was fixing the ceiling in the other room, and Pinkie and he were in the kitchen near the cupcakes.
“You just made friends with my TARDIS?” The Doctor said biting a cupcake.
“Yep! I realized that I hadn’t made friends with every being in ponyville yet, so I made friends with the TARDIS,” Pinkie said with a smile.
“I guess that makes some sense, it’s just not how we would do it in my universe.” The Doctor pondered it for a while.
Twilight came back from fixing the ceiling.
“Two very powerful things came together: Pinkie’s friendship, along with that of all our other friends, and the remaining energy of the TARDIS. They combined with her, making friends with the TARDIS.” Twilight looked around. “My friends used to be powerful users of this magic called the Elements Of Harmony, but now we use Rainbow magic coming directly from them. I think the Rainbow magic is getting stronger, so that we don’t all need to be together anymore as long as we're are all still friends, it should work.
“Do you know the TARDIS travels in time and space?” It seems to need to meet each of your friends to completely recharge. Starting with you Twilight, would you and Pinkie want to go on a little trip?”
“Of course, you have a swimming pool! Pinkie said first.
The small box that was giant inside was huge inside but Twilight noticed that when she was traveling in space it was pretty small and if anything felt smaller then the box she saw outside as if she had forgotten the swimming pool, library, bedrooms control room and whatever else lied in it undiscovered.
The tardis shook jittering. Pinkie had hit the wall 4 times. Twilight hit once.
Twilight realized Pinkie thought of Tardis wall as a trampoline. She hoped the next "tardis theme" was a trampoline.
"Bouncey, " She said happily seduced."Yes let's do again Tardris" clapping her hoofs like a small filly.( Her new pet name for the Tardis she kept shouting in Twilight ear)
Using her purple magic, a purple bubble came to guard Twilight.
Twilight hoped she could still talk to the doctor inside it. But she knew a spell just in case.
Twilight might have played the game but was not used to being a alicorn yet and did not know how much damage a alicorn horn or even a unicorn could take before it was broken.
"Were going to have to plan this travel each errr pony has to have a tardis visit and travel at least once" Said the Doctor." Each pony has to have there own individual trip."
" I understand Doctor is it, Pinkie or mines trip first." said Twilight.
"Pinkies as her element is still loading. Sorry, Twilight you can still come but not pick right now."
The Tardis noise rumbled and slowed down.
Twilight remembered something that she had forgotten 2 nights ago or was it 2 years ago she could not remember it was very hazy and reminded her of plums.
"No now that I think of it I have to do some paperwork," Said Twilight gloomy.
"This is a time machine Twilight it can go anywhere in time, you can go to that trip then be back by the time you were in."
"It was due then better get it done now." Said Twilight sheepishly. "I have had a lot of adventures I don't have do them this second". She knew the Doctor had met her only for about a 30 minutes to a hour and could see her lies so could Pinkie though she would try to lure her."
"But now can be then. Then can be now" Said Pinkie Pie. Giggling. "Come one Twilight we can go as a group your the Princess of friendship remember. Said Pinkie ecstatically jumping around.
"Nope just pick me up after your trip after I finish papers that mean you can also do that. These are friendship papers remember? Anyway Theres not a friendship problem here you just need to get him to make friends and right now you need to become his friend." Some part of her felt nervous and sweaty. She realized she was perspiring hard enough to see. She did not know if she considered this a good thing or not and rated it a 5 or 4 on the helpfulness scale.
"Twilight are you okay?" said Pinkie a rare but concerning worried expression on her face.
"I am fine, don't you worry about me," Then she realized this could definitely work out.
"It's just the tardis is really hot and I should just leave to cool down then come back , later. She said tapping her hoofs.
"I have never heard anyone say that before but the explosion + elemental energy could have brought the temperature higher not to mention the regeneration energy." Said the Doctor. "But it very unlikely and I don't feel hot myself."
"It's probably a err alicorn thing." said Twilight "I am just going to go now pardon me."
"Bye Twilight," said Pinkie.
"Twilight you're going to have to wait into..." Said the Doctor paused.
"Oh no." she said. A inch away from space about to dive in head and back first. Tasting the cold air.
"I can't actually use these wings!" Said Twilight exhaling hard. The Doctor walking quickly got to the theme but not to the door.
Twilight used her magic and it enveloped in purple and she teleported near the Doctor.
Too near the Doctor for Twilight.
"Twilight that's not what I met," Said Pinkie giggling now that all was well.
"Twilight," called the Doctor," His hoofs were meeting toward her stomach. His hair was tossed and in a mess but lovely to Twilight. She knew his hug would be warm but she rejected it.
"Are you afraid of me?" he said
"No," thatss was true maybe she should be he was a stranger(though so was Zecora at first) but she wasn't it wasn't that."It's not that I can't be here, right now I stayed way longer then I should have at this moment."
" In this Tardis," he said quickly.
She nodded.
The Doctor silently used to control room. The control room shook. Twilight put the force field and watched the lights dim a little then it slowed.
"Whatever It is I guess I will find out later, though though I have know you only a little I am curious."
Twilight hated acting shrewd but said nothing. She wondered what he thought it was though. Her pony legs buckled and shook. "
Regaining her princess composure she said. "Don't worry Doctor I will travel with you soon,"
Then to Pinkie she went up to her. As if she was giving Pinkie her blessing for something.
"Be safe, lookout things might get dangerous, be on guard and please take care of him he can barely walk. Said Twilight.
"Then she retrieved a silver flute from her saddle bag here you might need this." Said Twilight.
"Oh thanks Twilight you helped add to my collection." Said Pinkie. Hitting the Tardis wall a tuba and may other instruments fell out."
"You installed hiding places in less then a hour." Said Twilight gasping.
"Theres also some in my hair! " Said Pinkie. A kazoo, harmonica and streamers popped out as Pinkie jiggled." I only travel with a tuba present,"
"Why am I surprised?" said Twilight shes said smiling. "Pinkie I know you may not be ready but it's okay,' She said.
"For what i'm definitely ready for this?" I even got cake from fluttershy. "Said Pinkie jiggling some more."
Twilight laughed. "You didn't make you own cake?"
"She made it for me I didn't ask her just kept it safe," she said innocently.
"I don't know why she keeps giving me more stuff lately this is the 11 thing and there all very random?" Pinkies eyes glossy.
"Your very random," said Twilight solemnly.
"That's not what I mean." she said her expression faraway. This was another unusual expression for Pinkie.
Twilight didn't know what to feel or think. "Yeah shes been giving me more stuff too," it's kinda strange.
Then Twilight's smile warmed and her eyes softened. "Not this Pinkie something later, another thing you have not done that I have not done either," Twilight exited out the door. Slowly.
"Goodbye," the two said.
The friendship castle was in reach. She waved her hoof goodbye.
She cleared tried to clear head of every conversation in the night. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The night did wonders to provide oxygen and clear a canvas for new feeling and thoughts and the old to fade and it helped that Twilight focused on everything silent dark and glowing.
But then there was someone beneath the foliage. Steathy. A confusion of hard to see but once from hard to miss.
"Shining Armor," said Twilight laughing.
"Twily, You always spot me." Said Shining Armor
"That's Alicorn Twily to you!" Twilight laughed.
Shining Armor joined in with the laughing.
But then embracing his sister in a hug said are "Are you ready?
"I won't ever be," said Twilight crying.Everything wrong together coming out.
"That's okay too," he said. "Is she ready."
"As ready as she can be she doesn't know." said Twilight
"It's the kind of thing you start to know a bit soon enough then a little more each day if it stays then it settles," He said.
"Like growing crystals?" said Twilight.
"Yes," He said.
"I felt it once I feel it again and again." said Twilight. "And I know you have,"
"Boy have I," said Shining Armor. "For me it will always stay it has to. It has to be permanent. But for me it has gotten sweeter so sweet." "But for you it's going to drop."
"I think I will grow actual crystals for Rarity clothes instead." Said Twilight. "She might need some."
Shining Armor said " It Might help you not stress over this and the friendship paperwork." He said.
"Oh don't worry," she said. "Its really light this time around also I made a little list. And because of this Spikes allowed to do it by order of Luna if it has to be done by a certain time and I am not there."
"I am not going to be in the mission anymore I am sorry," He said courtly.
