A lonely 10 year old girl gets sent to Equestria as Lumen after buying a camera. She's never been more happy.
A 10 year old girl who had no family, no friends, and nothing to live for goes to comic-con dressed as Lumen from the game Lumen, but didn't have the camera, so when someone has one, she buys it and got sent to Equestria. She wanted family, and she got one.
"Lumen! Lumen, wake up sweetie! Daddy's broken out!" Discord said.
In the town of Ponyville stood the Princess, four Royal Guards, six mares with weird necklaces, one wearing a tiara, a Baby Dragon, and a mismatched Spirit of Chaos.
The Spirit of Chaos known as Discord stepped forward, "Yes Princess, I'm ready to use my magic for good," He bowed, "Instead of evil."
He mumbled under his breath, "Most of the time..."
Celestia ignored this however, and chose to address her ponies, "Congratulation on your succeed ponies, I differently sense a big change in Discord." She leaned in to whisper to her student, "I'll leave the Elements of Harmony with you, Twilight. Just in case." Twilight nodded, and Discord's ears perked up. 'What? But Fluttershy said she wouldn't use it on me... Get with the program!'
"You where right when you said that Fluttershy would be the one to find the way to reform Discord," Twilight explained as she walked around her friend and arrived next to Fluttershy, "By treating Discord as a friend, she got him to realize that friendship, was actually important to him," The butter yellow Pegasus blushed at that, "And something that once he had, he didn't want to lose!"
"Go on~ Say it~" Fluttershy nuged Discord.
Discord groaned, "Uh.. Alright. Friendship-is-magic!" He said, embarrassed.
Fluttershy placed her hoof of his lion paw, "See? He can be a real sweetheart once you get to know him." At that, everypony looked awkward.
Discord smiled. But then, something in him clicked, 'Lumen...'
His eye widened, he had forgotten about her! His own daughter!
He had to hurry.
"Um... Could I get back to you?" He asked, a bit of urgency in his voice.
Celestia gave him a questioning gaze, "What for?"
Discord chuckled nervously, "Oh~ You know, family matters!"
Fluttershy gasped, "Oh, of course! I didn't know you had family!"
Discord sighed in relief, he turned around, "Yes, and I'll introduce you two later, but right now, I need to wake her." He was about to leave, when a certain rainbow colored Pegasus shouted.
"Wait! How do we know you aren't gonna do something evil!" Rainbow snarled, glaring at the Dracaniquuis in anger.
Discord didn't have time for this, but luckily Fluttershy backed him up.
"Rainbow! I trust him. So if he says he has family to go too, then I believe him!" She declared.
Discord was touched, "Why thank you dear Fluttershy. If you do need me, just yell my name."
Before they could say anything, Discord vanished without a trace. Celestia gave a nervous look to the girls.
"I hope you girls can handle him."
{Lumen's POV}
"NNNNOOOO!!!!" I screamed as the Merchant tore into my flesh with his sharp teeth. The area changed to a chaotic world as I cried. "Daddy! Daddy!"
"You are pathetic. I can't even look at you. You aren't chaotic, you aren't harmonic, you are nothing." My father Discord said, his face monotone, showing no emotion but disgust.
"N- No! I am chaotic, I swear! I promise I'll cause as much chaos as possible!" I cried, holding back my sobs as I knelt in front of the Spirit of Chaos.
He leaned his head next to my ear, whispering venom into my mind, "You are nothing. Chaos is mine, Harmony is the ponies. You are an abomination." My heart broke.
The one who showed my happiness, who cared for me, who took me under my wing had called me the one thing I feared. My body collapsed as I curled up into a ball.
I felt a talon strike me in the back, I screamed as I felt blood drip from my back. The pain was unbearable, and it only intensified when I felt it play with my heart. I shrieked as the talon took a hold of the vital organ and pull slowly. I wanted to get away, pass out, DO SOMETHING! But it was all in vain. My heart was ripped out, and I was turned over. He held it in his lion paw, and bit into it. I screamed again, and the image changed.
This time, a large demon stood on a platform, chains bonding its hand as its orange glowing eyes stared into my soul. It spoke in a deep and dark voice that scared me, "Hello Lumen, it's good to see you again."
I stayed silent and the demon chuckled, "He never cared for you. I do, and you know it. Free me, and I'll get you out of here."
I began shaking, holding back my wails.
The demon sighed, "Once you free me, we shall take our revenge on Discord, so hurry up!"
A camera appeared in my hands. I aimed it at the demon, but stopped. I heard a voice.
The voice began to clear, and the echo started getting closer, "...en! Lumen! Wake up sweetie, wake up!"
"No! Help me before he gets you!" The demon shouted desperately.
"Come on baby! I'm here! Wake up!" A light shone above me as the demon yelled in anger. I felt the lights power flow through my body, and I passed out... Or did I wake up?
{Discord's POV}
Lumen's eyes opened drowsily. Good thing I arrived, of that dream monster would have gotten her.
"D- daddy?" She asked, tears threatening to surface.
I smiled down on her small form, "Yes, daddy's here."
She smiled faintly, and fell back to sleep. I snapped my fingers to make sure her dreams were safe from her dream spirit.
I sighed, picking up my daughter. I teleported to my newly made castle and set her down in a bed. She had been throw a lot. Things I couldn't even begin to understand.
But the good thing was, she was safe.
Now, time to decorate. Fluttershy would love to meet Lumen!
I felt myself slip back into consciousness, warmth filled my body and I moved a bit. My last memories flooded me as I tried waking up completely.
Daddy and I were standing/sitting on a hill that was almost curved enough to make me roll down. I was scared he would push me off to amuse himself. It wouldn't be the first time he’d hurt me to get a laugh.
Celestia and Luna stood below us, Elements of Harmony in their magical aura. The white one -Which I assumed was Celestia- stepped forward to address dad.
“Discord! You have one more chance to surrender! Give up now!”
Discord looked at her, then to me, “Would you tell me what Sun-Bitch wants?” I cringed at his language. I nodded.
“She wants you to wave the white flag!” Dad always likes it when I explain in wacky details about what another being said. He began laughing, holding his stomach.
“Oh~ Now THAT was funny!”
Celestia narrowed her eyes, “What is that thing!?”
I back off, hiding behind my father's throne. He didn't seem angry, just annoyed.
“That THING is Lumen. My daughter.” He said that with distaste. I sniffed.
“You have a child!?” Luna yelled in surprise. She turned to look at me, confusion clear as day.Night would be a better description if it was clear, but I don’t think a sky is clear.
“Oh… She’s adopted…” He rolled his eyes. My heart broke, and my eyes turned misty. He never said that…
Celestia shook her head, “Discord! Answer us!”
Discord rolled his eyes, “Tell them my answer Lumen…”
I didn't want to. Not after what he said, but he knew what was right for me. I slid down the hill like a slide and arrived in front of Celestia and Luna. I took out my old camera and took a picture. The flash blinded them, and the photo popped out of the bottom, and I ripped it off. The black image cleared to reveal the two ponies.
I smiled insanely at them, “Answer: You two are going down!”
Before they could respond, I tilted the photo, and the Alicorn’s in both real life, and the picture, fell out of the field and into a portal daddy made.
Daddy clapped his talon and paw, “That was a marvelous show my darling! The way you use that camera of yours is amazing!” All the abuse, name calling, and evil deeds he did, paled when he approved me or showed me affection. I knew he was just using me, yet he was the only one who ever “cared” about me. Like I said, I knew he didn't actually care, but I enjoyed every moment of his hugs… which didn't last long…
He wrapped me in one such hug. I felt happy, alive. He was my only family. He, was the only home I had.
The hug ended in little over five seconds, a new record! The longest until now was 4.5 seconds… What? Something funny?
Anyway, he patted me on the head. “I’ll see you in five hours. I've got some chaos to spread!” He snapped his fingers and disappeared.
I removed the blanket and opened my eyes. I was in my room. Blue painted walls/ceiling with glow in the dark stars. A fish tank with pepper & salt shakers swimming in it. An old teddy bear sat next to me.
“Hello Teddy! Good morning!”
He smiled at me, “Good morning Lumen. Its a wonderful day outside.” The bear had a strange voice that seemed very intelligent. He was created by daddy to guide me. Teddy was based off of Teddy from the horror game Among the Sleep. He was my only friend.
“Okay, I’ll go get breakfast.” He held his paws out, and I picked him up, placing him on my back, and he slung his arms around my neck.
I turned around and walked to the exit. A rainbow checkered slide.
Celestia and Luna returned with six stones levitated in their magic aura. I raised an eyebrow.
“Cease this at once Discord!” Celestia warned.
“Or what?”
Celestia wiped a tear that threatened to fall.
“OR THIS!!!” Luna shouted. The gems levitated on their own and began to spin. Discord seemed unimpressed. The sisters aimed at him, but…

Pain wrapped my body. I screamed, and daddy tried to reach me, a panicked look on his face.
I felt sleepy. My eyes drifting, and daddy held me in his arms, eyes moist.
“D-d-d-d-d-daddy?”
He shook at how my voice cracked. “Yes sweetheart?” He had never used that nickname before.
I felt fear, I couldn't feel my leg, and my head hurt. “A-a-a-a-a-a… a-a-am I-I-I d-d-d-d-dying?”
Daddy seemed as if he was holding back a sob.
“N-no sweetie. You're just… Resting…” He said, trying to reassure me.
I was about to say something else, but darkness filled my vision.
Lumen patted Teddy’s head and began walking. She found the bathroom(Which was master sized), and looked in the mirror. She had long blond hair that reached just over her shoulders. Her torso was clad in dark blue pajama top with glowing stars around different areas. Her legs were pretty much the same design as the top and had a single pocket on the right side, and her feet were bare.
Her camera was in hammer space(That's what Discord called her pocket ever since he enchanted it) so it wouldn’t be hard to carry. The thing was almost as big as her head.
Lumen sighed in relief, “This isn’t a dream…”
Lumen wasn’t sure why she said that, but all she could do was take comfort in it. This wasn’t a dream, so she didn’t have to go back to the orphanage. She had a home.
“Of course it wasn’t. Now, we should go downstairs so you can get breakfast.” Teddy said.
Lumen then felt the urge to do as he said. It wasn’t strong or anything. It was just there.
She hurryed up and took her shower(Teddy took her PJ’s to clean them), and Lumen enjoy’d the warm water. It never burned her no matter how hot she went, and it never froze her no matter how cold she went. And it always changed depending on what she wanted.
‘I guess that's another upside to living with a dad that could do anything he wanted...’ Lumen thought giggling. She didn’t need any other reason to be with her daddy other than she loved him.
She finished cleaning the gunk off her little body. She didn’t even know that she was so filthy. And what was all that green cobweb doing under her arms? She shivered at the thought. She cleaned her body once more, just to be safe. After that, she shut the water off, and stepped out while grabbing a towel to cover herself. Memories flooded her mind of dark things that happened to her, and her covered herself even more.
Teddy came back moments later with her clothes. He left, and she put them on.
After getting dressed, she walked out of the bathroom and picked up Teddy.
The two left the room and walked down the hall.
“Where’s daddy?” Lumen asked.
“He went to talk to Princess Celestia and Luna.” Was Teddy’s reply.
Lumen made a face, “That old hag? I’m surprised he hasn’t turned her into a wig!” The girl laughed insanely. After she calmed down, she sighed.
“Actually, he made a deal with her.” Lumen froze. He what?
“He what?” Her head was spinning. She turned her head and gave her Teddy a disbelieving look. “Why!? She tried to destroy daddy glorenus chaos!”
“Its glorious Lumen.” Teddy corrected.
She gave him a dirty look, “Know-it-all…”
Teddy chuckled creepily, “That was funny”
Lumen rolled her eyes. She walked up the stairs to the first floor. ‘Wait, what?’
As soon as she reached the bottom(Or was in top?) of the castle. She was greeted by a floating chair. She smiled, and sat in it. It moved and she arrived at the dining room. Chaos. That was the best description. It never stayed the same color for a mineute.
A silver platter danced across the extremely long table, and arrived at Lumen’s end. Waffles, eggs, sausage, hashbrowns, and a glass of chocolate milk. Lumen dared not touch the milk drink, but she did eat the breakfast.
She dug in, not caring for table manners. She hadn’t been taught them, so they were a foreign concept to her.
Why was she so hungry though? She ate everything.
Discord popped back into the field. They were all there, and Princess Sun-Butt looked nervous. She must have remembered Lumen. The Spirit of Chaos smiled.
“She’ll be fine! Needed to wake her.” He said. “I’ll introduce her in a bit. She needs to get up-to-date! Cause being trapped in an eternal dream can make a girl lose track of time.”
Twilight looked as if she was about to ask something, but Rainbow beet her to it. “How can YOU have a daughter!?”
Discord smirked. He tapped his index claw and paw, “Well, I could tell you, but where's the fun in that!? Ask her yourself.”
Rainbow glared at the Spirit, “You're lying! You don’t have a daughter! ha-” She was cut off by Celestia.
“No. He isn’t lying. I met her years ago.” Twilight seemed surprised.
“Why didn’t you tell us he has a kid!?”
Discord cut in, “Because you didn’t ask!” He laughed.
Celestia sighed, “I believed you wouldn’t have the will to face him.”
Fluttershy walked up to Discord, “Does that mean you're married? You know… if you don’t mind me asking…”
“Nah! It’s an adoptive relationship! You can ask her more later. I’ve got some things to talk with Cake-Face about.” He disappeared, and so did Celestia.
The girls sat in silence…
Pinkie broke it, “What do you girls think she's like?”
This sparked a conversation, “Oh, I hope she’s elegant.” Rarity said.
Applejack smirked, “She’s Discord’s daughter. I don’ think she is.” Rarity deflated.
“I bet she’s as evil as Discord!” Dash said. To which Applejack nodded.
“Just because a reformed Discord has a daughter, doesn't mean she’s a pure evil spawn from under our beds!” Pinkie said. All eyes turned to her, and she smiled obliviously.
“I agree with Pinkie. And he isn’t evil anymore!” Fluttershy whispered sternly.
Twilight nodded, “We can’t judge. Like with Zecora, we shouldn’t jump to any conclusions. She could be unaware of the things Discord has done.”
Pinkie hopped in place, “And besides! Three against two against one! Majority wins!”
Rainbow raised an eyebrow, “What are you talking about?”
“Me Twilight and Fluttershy say give her a chance, you and AJ don’t wanna do that, and Rarity isn’t voting either way because it isn’t ladylike!”
Rarity’s mouth hung open, “H-h-h-how d-did y-you know that! I hadn’t even said that!”
“I read the original and edited this part!” Pinkie grinned.
The others gave her a look that said, ‘WTF!?’. Most of them rolled their eye thinking she was crazy, but fit Pinkie’s personality.
“Twitchy tail!” She yelled, jumping out of the way as a potted plant nearly hit her. “I think the Author’s trying to kill me!”
Lumen sighed, belly full. Teddy drank the milk, and Lumen was right not to drink it. Teddy turned into a gummy bear. But maybe Discord knew Teddy would do that, so he enchanted it so if Teddy did drank it, then he’d be turned into a gummy bear…
Lumen giggled. Gummy bear!
After waiting a bit, she stood up and shuffled her way to the window and sat half-in, half-out. She watched the sun go down, and smiled slightly. Teddy walked over to her.
“Is something wrong?” He asked.
“Nah… I just have a weird feeling… That I’m not alone anymore…”
She closed her eyes, and drifted into a half-sleep.
All she saw was glowing orange eyes, and all she heard was a dark chuckling.
An hour had past, and Lumen was forced awake. ‘The nightmare again...’ She thought. She looked outside to see it was morning again. ‘I slept through the day!?’
She shook her head and took a shaky breath. She readjusted herself so she could get back inside. Once she was in, she saw Teddy sleeping on the floor. Lumen tip-toed out of the kitchen. She went into the living room which had a TV and several couches, none of which was the same and one even disappear every five seconds.
Lumen sat on the floor like she always did and turned on the TV. “Jerk.” She said simply.
“Brat.” The TV spat back in a female and demanding voice.
“Just give me the latest news about what's going on.” Lumen grumbled. Their TV was once a living Pegasi named General Hurricane. The two hated each other, and Discord thought it would be funny if Hurricane gave Lumen news about Equestria and humanity.
“Sorry star-butt. I can’t tell you about Equestria. Discord wanted to tell you about that himself.” The TV’s pony face smirked.
Lumen sighed. “I meant about humanity dummy!” The TV’s smirk faltered.
“I-I knew that!” The TV grumbled, “I checked the void-”
“The what?”
“SHUT IT BLONDIE!!!” The TV shouted, causing Lumen to back away. “As I was saying. I checked the void when I woke up to see if there was anything interesting, and I found this!” A metal ball came out of the screen at a fast speed. So fast, Lumen didn’t have any time to dodge, which meant she got hit on the head.
Lumen rubbed her forehead, and picked up the thrown object.
It appeared to be a metal ball with lines glowing around it. It suddenly spoke to her.
I am Ultron. If you need help, I will come and assist. Be warned I fight for the side of harmony, heroes and what is right. If you think you can use me know this. I got no strings attached to me.
The ball started to glow for a moment as a vortex opened up in the room.
(Unknown Universe)
“Well I managed to avoid explaining Multiverse theory to…” A vortex took a metal being on the planet and far up in orbit a satellite disappeared as well.
“Ultron.” A voice said as something rushed in to him.
(Lumen Universe)
The vortex soon was gone and something was standing over Lumen. It was metal and appeared like a man. However it was tall easily taller than Celestia and Discord. It looked down at her and the sphere and raised a metal eyebrow. “Aren’t you a bit young?” He asked.
Lumen started shaking, and Hurricane started laughing, “You are so screwed!”
Lumen glared at the Ex-General, “Q-quit it!” The Pajama wearing girl looked back at the metal man, “Aren’t you j- judging?” Lumen whimpered. Hurricane laughed even more, and Lumen pressed button on the remote, which seemed to mute the TV. ‘Not helping!’
Lumen turned back to the robot. “Are you going to hurt me?”
Ultron looked confused at this. “Why would I hurt you?” Ultron asked, he pointed to the metal ball. “Unless you are evil, which I doubt that I’m here to help.”
Behind him a moan was heard. Standing up behind him was an anthro pony that Lumen knew. “Luna what the hell.” Ultron asked.
Lumen jumped, “M-M-Moon?” Her eyes filled with fear, she backed away slowly, looking frantically around for a panic button but couldn’t find one. ‘Fudge...’
“Sorry but you just disappeared in the vortex I thought.” ultron put a hand on her shoulder.
“Hey you know I can take care of myself.” He said with a metal grin. Ultron turned to Lumen. “So I think you have questions?” Ultron asked.
Lumen started shaking. She turned and ran up the zigzag hallway yelling for help. The pony on the TV face hoofed.
Ultron saw the kid running. “Hey wait there’s nothing to be afraid of.” Ultron said. Luna with him also noticed the fear.
“Wait why are you afraid little one?” Luna asked. Ultron so wished he had learned a teleportation spell in his databanks. A file appeared in front of his eyes reading. Note to Self: Ask Celestia for Teleportation spell matrix designs. With that they both took of for the little girl.
Lumen ran up, down, left, right, back, forward, and a way that didn’t even exist in the laws of physics. She knew this place like she knew the flavors of the alphabet… Wait…
Lumen slowed down, ‘The alphabet doesn't have flavors! Its a bunch of numbers made into fish that created the universe!’ Lumen scolded herself for her lack of Chaos education. She slipped onto the floor. ‘How did the floor sneak up on me!?’ As she got up, the strange duo caught up to her.
Ultron held his hand out as she was covered in a silver aura and moved up by magic. “Listen we’re not going to hurt you.” Ultron said. Luna was the one who walked up to her.
“You mind telling me why you are afraid of? Is it me?” Luna asked.
Lumen trembled, and didn’t speak. But another did.
“Who are you!? You are breaking an entering and attacking the master's daughter!” A little Teddy bear said, eating gummy bears with his mouth that didn’t move. He seemed to glare.
Ultron gave a raised eyebrow. “Master who is the master.” Ultron then used his computer mind to put the house and came to one conclusion.
‘Veronica you there?’ Ultron said though his systems in orbit the A.I. satellit holding project divine hammer floated. “Yes Ultron what do you need?”
“I may need a drop off we may just get to test the Discord burster.” Ultron responded.
Discord came out of nowhere and sneezed. “Somepony say my name?” He asked, then saw Lumen floating. She waved sheepishly, and Discord raised an eyebrow, What are you doing!?” She teleported into his grasp where he hugged her, “You need your beauty sleep sweetie!” He rocked Lumen back and forth for a bit. Then stopped, noticing the other two in the room. His face read ‘WTF’.
“Veronica drop divine hammer now.” Ultron commanded. In orbit the front half of the satellite fell off and entered the atmosphere. The event went unnoticed until it was seen flying over equestria coming off was pieces of the armor had they went for the signature of Ultron. Ultron raised his hands up. “Luna you mind teleporting us outside?” Ultron asked.
“What are you doing?” Discord tilted his head. Lumen gripped at his fur, and stuffed her head in his chest. He held her like an infant, “Wait, I have a weird feeling I’m about to be attacked…”
The group were Teleported outside. Luna however was off with Ultron as she shook her head. However they saw a floating object in the air with weird metal things floated to a point. A stomp was seen as Ultron was being covered piece by piece with divine hammer. He held his arm up as the final pieces were in place a headpiece covered it giving a glow of red. With a system lock the armor magnetically locked.

With that Ultron was ready with project divine armor, a suit designed to fight the most powerful being in Equestria, or as Ultron jokingly named it. Discord buster armor.
Discord had an unamused look. “Is that supposed to scare me? Lumen-” Lumen looked up, “-get your camera ready.”
Lumen smile, kissed Discord on the cheek, and pulled an old camera out of her pocket.
“You messed with the wrong family!” She took a picture that flashed a blinding light. After a second, a photo came out, and as soon as the black turned normal, she shook it with one hand. The parts of the suit began shaking.
“Sir I detected magic had been used on us I’m running a magic matrix to to develop a counter spell, I would advice you different power the anti-magic shields to minimise the effect until then.” Ultron coursed using the anti-magic shields would weaken another part of the suit. “Divert power from the magnetic lock.”
A warning flashed. “Sir The magic is unknown to us, the estimated time has increased.” Ultron cursed just, what he need.
“Figure it out!” Ultron screamed. However Ultron didn’t just stand there he charged right into Discord. Discord attempted to stop him… only for his magic to fail on contact. Ultron smashed his fist into Discord. Normally physical pain was impossible because of chaos magic but Discord felt pain a lot of it as he was punched in the jaw.
Discord spun as he fell. Lumen screamed, “Daddy!” She dropped the photo and ran to his side.
The Chaos spirit groaned. He got back up and cracked his fingers, “Now you dun’ goofed.”
A baseball bat and ball appeared in his grasp. They grew until they were bigger than the four of them combined.
A toon started playing, and Discord sang, “Hey batta-batta hey batta-batta swing!” He threw the ball into the air and swung the bat. When the two made contact, the ball slammed into Ultron sending him sprawling on the ground. “I got to just do my thing~” The sound of a baseball stadium’s applause rang out, and Discord ran around the robot three times before falling on the ground laughing.
Of course his showboating was interrupted by an energy blast hitting him then another and another. Ultron stood up with his palms outstretched as he fired a magic pulse beam. The small mix of harmonic magic made sure it could pierce through Discord’s natural defenses causing him to feel the pain. “Fire missiles.” He commanded the suit as it opened on the shoulders firing mini missiles at him. The blasts mostly dealt a splash effect but like every weapon in the suit the harmonic infusion made sure Discord could feel it. “I’m guessing you don’t know this suit was designed with you in mind, well more in mind too defeat.”
Discord sighed, “Why is it that no matter what side I’m on I get beat!”
Ultron was suddenly blinded by another flash, and more shaking. “Leave my daddy alone!”
Ultron felt a sudden shift in his weight. He started falling left, but nothing else but him went that way.
His A.I. problematizing warned of a magical force on him. “Veronica any head way on this?” Ultron asked. The lesser A.I. appeared. “I managed to get more of a scan on it, estimated time has decreased but I do not think we could purge the effect I recommend altering the gravity in the other side of the armor too composite.” Ultron didn't like this, he was going to have to divert power once again. “Divert power from the thrusters and missile guidance systems.” The mech made the adjustments.
Discord smirked, and Lumen stopped tilting the photo. She then started to shake it lightly. The suit started to shake, and the gravity went back to normal. Discord used this to send a stream of chatter teeth at Ultron.
Ultron brought his arms up to swat most of the away but a few got on. “Sir they seem to be eating the metal.” Ultron cursed. His new body could in theory stop metal eaters but this suit wasn’t made of nanoarch tech. “Disengage the right arm!” With that the arm fell off. As the others came at Ultron they were blasted away by Luna. “Thanks.” Ultron said.
The floating thing in the air researched a signal. Out popped replacement parts for the suit arm raised the fit right over the old. He took off, getting a running start before flying up. Luna made sure to cover him from the girl While Ultron grabbed Discord. “Ever play whack a mole?” Ultron asked. A metal band came out and grabbed Discord’s neck while his fist kept punching him like jack hammer. With his hands raised he slammed him into the ground.
Discord teleported, and replied, “Yes. I invented it!” A large hammer appeared over Ultron, and started hammering the harmony robot into the ground. After Ultron was pinned, Discord asked, “Now, you have ten seconds to tell me who are you, and why in Equestria you were chasing my daughter, before I send you so far into tartarus that even that metal ball in space wouldn’t be able to reach you.” To emphasize this, a door opened next to Ultron, and opened, revealing tartarus and all the ugly monsters inside. Meanwhile, Lumen backed away from Luna with one of the most scared look she’d ever given.
Ultron looked over what he could do. Actually there was that but he didn’t think the suit could handle it. This was a prototype after all. ‘Screw it divert all available power too the Ono-beam!’ Discord Got his answer by being grabbed on his arms. Before he could react he had a feeling he was going to hate this. He wasn’t right. The chest plate gave way to reveal a it was glowing.
“What…” Discord didn’t get much more as the beam fired right into him. Unlike before however, he felt something. Something that caused him great fear. He felt his body turning to stone again. Ultron however was getting a warning.
“Warning warning warning.” The suit was seen going red. Discord screamed as the stoning effect kept spreading over him. Just as it got to his neck, the suit Ultron was in broke apart.
Ultron came out of the thing with Discord stone from the neck down, which didn’t last long. It exploded, causing Ultron to stumble back. After he stopped his heart from beating so fast, Discord glared.
“I get reformed, and the next day get attacked and nearly turned to stone! If I wasn’t friends with Fluttershy, I’d kill you.” Discord’s face seemed red.
Ultron was confused. “Wait… what?” Ultron asked. “Aren’t you supposed to be unable to have friends? You know.” He formed a hologram of him Celestia and Luna with Ultron trying to get his Discord to stop. Of course it failed and one blast of harmony later he laughing at the very idea of friendship.
Discord rolled his eyes, “I’ve never met you, and that isn’t how it happened.”
Lumen seemed to be happy, “You got a friend?”
Discord sighed, “Yes…” Lumen raised an eyebrow, and Discord grumbled, “Fine, I’ll get a normal pool.” He snapped his tallon.
Luna raised her hands up. “Wait, that did happen… wait Ultron didn’t someone else come from another world?” She asked. Ultron took a few moments then face palmed.
“I fucking hate the multiverse, it seems we got called into a dimension where Discord is good… I can’t believe I just said that.” Ultron said to himself as his logic base went down for a moment.
“Me either.” Luna said.
Discord pulled a taser out of nowhere. He tased Ultron, which hurt more than he thought. “No cussing in front of a ten year old!”
Lumen tilted her head, “What does fu-” Before she said anything, Discord shoved a bar of soap into her mouth. Her eyes widened, and she ran around trying to get it out. When it deserved, she seemed confused and sat down.
Ultron gave a sigh. “Great I made a mistake.” His lesser A.I. gave a laugh.
“Well at least you got to test divine hammer…” Veronica said.
“Yes and it failed I guess I should make an upgrade to it and hope it can handle my Discord.” Ultron said.
“So can someone tell me what is different about this universe?” Luna asked.
Ultron gave a look around. “Well we could be in a future or past version of equestria time runs differently in each universe, or Discord could just be good.”
Discord rubbed his temples, “Universe? Different? Luna? What is going on!?”
Lumen shrugged, “Hurricane threw a metal ball at me that brought them here.”
“Hurricane!” Discord growled.
Lumen walked up to Ultron, “Who are you?”
Ultron got down on his knees. “Well what I am is A automaton A.I. tasked with protecting the peace, but what I was I believe is the reason you used that metal ball, a human who been I guess misplaced.”
“You see there is another world different universes some vastly different other so similar you could spend an immortal life time just trying to find something different, a Multiverse and that thing is able to cross the well, void between them.” Ultron said using his magic to from a light show with bubbles that has stars. They saw things zipping between. “These things allow you to summon others and even be summoned yourself.”
“Like that ball!” Lumen said, “So can I make one?” She smiled wish her eyes closed.
Ultron thought for a moment. “I believe so but it has to be something that represents who you are, and must have a phrase letting them know who you are and where you stand on good or evil.” Ultron answered.
Lumen thought for a moment, then smiled. She took out the camera and pointed it at herself. There was a clicking sound, and a picture came out. The photo had her smiling with her arms stretching on either side.
Lumen giggled. And said, “Hello! I’m Lumen, the daughter of Discord! If you… Wait, what side are we on?”
“I guess good...” Discord shrugged.
“Okay! If you’re a good guy, then I’ll help!” Lumen was about to end it, when Discord whispered.
“And no cursing!”
“Oh! And you can’t curse while I’m around, daddy doesn't like that.”
She ended it, and replayed it, “Hello! I’m Lumen, the daughter of Discord! If you… Wait, what side are we on…? Okay! If you’re a good guy then I’ll help you… Oh! And you can’t cuss while I’m around, daddy doesn’t like that.”
Lumen smiled, “Will that do?”
“I think so, now I think it's going into the void by dropping or tossing it.” Ultron said, he was kinda confused on the whole thing. However his inner scientist wanted to see how it was done again.
Lumen spun around a couple time, then tossed it. A swirling blue vortex with plastic stars appeared and the photo disappeared inside of it and the vortex vanished.
Lumen jumped up and down squealing in excitement. “That was so cool!” She stopped when she saw Luna and backed away.
“Luna you mind?” Ultron said. She realized that something happened in this reality between them. Ultron turned to this realities Discord.
“Look I want to apologize for attacking you, kinda a knee jerk reaction to what I remember and programed into myself.” He said with a hand behind his head.
Discord crossed his arms and gave a disappointed sigh, “I guess I can forgive you. And I did need to practice.”
Lumen coughed. She pointed at Ponyville and asked, “What’s that?”
“I’ll tell you later.” Discord turned to Ultron, “Do you think that some of these other worlds are dangerous?”
Ultron thought for a moment. “Possibly there could be worlds with no hope, like if both Luna and Celestia became evil, however I believe they maybe a minority.”
Discord looked nervous, “Then I’ll need to get somethings for Lumen.”
Lumen started jumping and waving her hands, “I’m right here!”
Ultron turned to her. “Well I could make her something just incase.” Ultron offered. To which Discord smiled.
“That would be great! I might give you something to help with that suit if you did.”
Lumen sighed and walked away, looking around the area. She saw a pebble, and picked it up and looked at it as if it was the most interesting thing on the planet.
Ultron was seen picking up some of the rubble of his suit pulling some wreckage of it and seemed to be doing something. However Luna looked at the little girl. “Something happened? Between you and my alternate self?” Luna asked.
Lumen flinched, but nodded. She puffed out her chest, and shook her head. “Y- yeah…” Was all she could say.
Luna sighed. “Whatever it is you can tell me.” she said. She wonder what had happened to her. Ultron seemed to have been looking over his work for a moment before continuing it.
“You- She… I was with dad, and her and Celestia… They… They used the Elements on m-me… I- I...” She held back her sobs as she finished, “I-i-i-it h-h-hurt s-so m- m-much…” Discord walked over and used his magic to put her to sleep.
“I think I shouldn’t have asked.” Luna said looking down.
Ultron turned to Discord holding two bracelets. “This should allow you to bring her back in case the world is dangerous.” Ultron said.
Discord smiled, “It’s okay, she probably needed to say that. And thank you. Here.” He snapped his lion paw, and a weird scroll appeared. “That should give you some knowledge of chaos magic. It’ll come in handy for that thing you used and more. It might change up, so check it daily. And you Lulu.” He turned to Luna, and gave her a little glow-in-the-dark star, “The way I see it, you didn’t do anything to us, so take that and remember Lumen. She always loved the stars.”
“Thank you.” Luna said. The vortex reopened to Ultron’s forge. With a final wave they both passed through the portal and back home. In the sky Veronica disappeared as well.
Discord grumbled, “If this happens again, I wont be responsible for what happens.” He picked up Lumen and teleported back to the castle. Little did they know of the CMC standing there with mouths agape.
Ultron appeared back at the forge he looked over his new designs for his new suit. It would be ready. In the canterlot garden a statue gained a creak. A laugh could be heard.
I sat up and looked around to see my room… again… I broke down in front of Moo- Luna. How pitiful I must have looked. I needed to be strong so I could spread chaos and mayhem. Or have things changed…
I shook my head. Slinging my legs over the bed, I put my weight so I can stand easily. Pushing, I get up with a wobble and stumble towards the door. Teddy opened it and jumped onto my back, moving his arms around my neck.
Continuing to nearly fall my way towards the living room. When I arrived, Daddy was sat in a chair, monocle over his eye, reading a painting backwards. He noticed me and set it down.
“Mourning Lumen. How’d you sleep?”
I coughed, “Good… I guess…” I looked around the room, noting all the random stuff stacked on the ceiling.
Daddy placed a watermelon on his head. “I know things are a bit crazy(er), but I’ll explain. But first, what do you remember from Blehday?”
Blehday was my idea. Thought the days should have different names. Monday was always the Blehday to me so it just… happened…
Anyway, I struggled to remember what happened. “I remember Sun-Butt and Bad-Moon trying to attack and using the Elements of Harmony on me… And I fell asleep… And-d th-the n-n-nightm-mare-res…” I started hyperventilating. I fell to my knees and started coughing, hacking, and wheezing.
Daddy rushed over to me and used his magic to calm me down. I breathed slowly, trying to get some blood flowing… Wait a second… Blood flowing? My blood was flowing…
I shook it off. What was I thinking? Silly Lumen…
Daddy put his lion paw on my shoulder and looked nervous.
He spoke softly and quietly. “Lumen, I’ve made a deal with Celestia and Luna that if I don’t do evil stuff, we won’t be bothered by them.” He picked me up and walked me to my play room.
He set me down and Teddy walked over and jumped on me. He was hugging.
Daddy smiled sadly for some reason, and left.
I played with Teddy for the rest of the day.
{Third PoV}
Discord sat in his room, Ex-General Hurricane’s face glared at him from inside the portable TV.
“I knew you were evil, but that’s just sick!” She spat. Obviously disgusted by whatever the mismatched Spirit of Chaos had done.
“I know… I just couldn’t live without her…” Discord replied, tears welling in his eyes.
“You seemed fine when you broke out last time!” The Pegasus countered.
“That was just excitement. It would have worn out…” He defended weakly. “I wasn’t thinking about her…”
Hurricane rolled her digital eyes, “Yeah right. It wasn’t until after you reformed you remembered her. And this is still sick.”
Discord stood up. “It wasn’t fair! Celestia and Luna ripped her away from me! She…” He roared in anger. The pony sighed in annoyance.
“So when are you going to tell her about this?”
Discord paused. He thought for a moment, then looked Hurricane dead in the eye.
“Never. And you won’t either.” An idea hit Discord(literally, and don’t ask), and he smirked. “I think she need a guardian/friend/mentor. And a TV isn’t going to do it.”
Hurricane raised an eyebrow, but before she could ask, a burst of light hit her in the screen.
When her opened her eyes, she suddenly coughed. ‘What? Wait! I couldn’t think in the static void!!!’
Confusion turned to happiness. She looked down and saw hooves… real hooves! She looked around to see an empty TV. She smiled joyfully.
“All you have to do is help her, and not tell her what I’ve done… She’s been through enough...” Hurricane sighed.
“Fine… I’ll do it, but she’ll figure it out.” Hurricane tested her hooves by trotting around the room a bit, stumbling. Her coat was cyan, and her mane was black.
“Wait, why do I have a cyan coat?”
Discord giggled. “I think it suits you… Well, better than that dark red you used to be!”
The pony sighed. “Fine… Hey, how about you make Lumen a pony?” The Ex-General smirked. “I’d hate for ponies to freak out, what with her being human.”
Discord lightened up. “Yes! And I know just the form!”
Discord disappeared, and Hurricane’s smile faded. “He is right… She has been through to much…”
She turned to the door. “I guess a second chance wouldn’t hurt…”
For the next week, Discord, Hurricane, Lumen and Teddy got settled in. After everything that had happened, they needed a vacation… Sadly, Celestia called a meeting of herself, Luna, the Mane Six, and thirty-seven Royal Guards… Yeah, nice welcoming party, I know. Luckily(for Lumen), Discord was able to postpone it so as to give Lumen a few days to recuperate. In that time, Hurricane spent a lot of time with the girl. They were getting along better than Discord had seen since… Ever…
Discord told Celestia that in a week, Lumen would be fine. They’d meet the girls, and Discord hoped that they didn’t react violently. Heaven knows what that Rainbow would do.
So, he made a plan. He created a fake pony during the Ponyville capital thing, and he quite frankly liked how it looked. When the day finally came, he put his plan into action.
“Lumen! Hurricane! Get down here!” As Discord shouted this, a human girl holding a Teddy Bear between her arms came running down the stairs. And a cyan pegasus came through the wall.
Hurricane saluted. “Ready for duty!”
Lumen stifled a giggle, and so did Teddy. Discord was less than amused.
“Don’t do that. It’s no fun. I’m not your commander, but I am no lesser. I am the lord of Chaos, and you’ll address me with: sup.”
Hurricane was speechless, and Lumen couldn’t hold it in. She fell on the ground, cackling like a mad child. After a few seconds, Discord joined in. Hurricane rolled her eyes.
“Yeah, ha ha, very funny… Don’t we have a schedule to keep?” At that, Discord got up and looked at his watch.
His hair went up, and turned white as a white hazmat suit appeared on him mismatched body. “Great Scott! We were supposed to be at Canterlot three hours ago!” A grin spread over his face. “I guess we’ll have to take a shortcut then…”
Lumen cheered as she turned into a purple Earth Pony with swirling purple eyes, curly hair that were purple and white, and a jirohat. Hurricane’s eyes grew wide.
“N-not the…” She trailed off as Discord laughed.
“Oh yes!” He picked the two ponies(leaving Teddy alone) and opened his mouth. The two looked down into his mouth, which grew bigger and bigger, until it was bigger than them.
“Uh-oh~” Lumen said before Discord dropped them. They fell into his stomach, and the Spirit of Chaos closed the “porthole”.
A red cape appeared on his back, and he pulled an umbrella out of nowhere. He closed it, and flew under the ground, as the ‘Can Can’ played.
Celestia sat in the Throne room in Canterlot. In front of her were the Element’s of Harmony, Spike, and four Royal Guards. Celestia didn’t care how “reformed” Discord was. She wouldn’t take that chance.
Rainbow yawned. She asked, “Where is he!? Shouldn’t he be here by now?”
Fluttershy cut in, “Maybe something happened… Oh, I hpe he’s ok-”
Before Fluttershy could finish, the throne room doors burst open with a large belch, and two ponies flew out of Discord’s mouth.
Hurricane spit, “Eww! Why do you even do that! It’s disgusting!”
Lumen looked sick to her stomach. Discord ignored the two, and walked in, talon and paw behind his back.
“Hello Fluttershy my dear! And Pinkie Pie.” He turned from his friend and favorite Element of Harmony and saw the guards and rest, “Oh, and you guys too…”
Celestia gave him a suspicious look, and the girls backed up(excluding the two he barfed and two he greeted).
Luna stepped forward. “We would like to meet this daughter of thous.”
Lumen started backing up a bit, and Celestia’s stare narrowed. Luna didn’t seem alarmed, frightened, or angry. Because she wasn’t. On the outside, she wished to meet the filly, while on the inside, the princess pitied her.
Discord smiled, “Of course!” He pushed Lumen forward, “Go on! Say hi!”
Lumen fought to keep composure. It wasn’t as hard as when she met the weird version of Luna, it was harder!
Lumen remembered what her father told her. “I-I’m Screw Ball! Daughter of Chaos!” Lumen emphasized this by pulling out a bundle of joy buzzers. She giggled nervously, “Wrong pocket…”
Fluttershy let out a squee, “Aww, she’s so cute… Hello Screw Ball, my name is Fluttershy. I’m friends with your father.”
Lumen- er, Screw Ball smiled, almost forgetting the Princesses. Pinkie bounced forward, and locked the filly in a bone crushing hug… That didn’t seem to faze Screw Ball much, only to settle in and… Enjoy it?
The other girls seemed to be less trusting. Twilight stepped forward, and asked.
“So… If your Discord’s daughter, then how’d you live so long. Discord was turned to stone, but you weren’t.”
Screw Ball wasn’t fazed by that either. “I was sent into an eternal dream state. Some kind of protection magic daddy used on me.”
Twilight didn’t seem to buy it, but Applejack did. The farmer mare stepped forward and whistled. “Oh! That musta been some dream! Ah’d ask, but that’d be a bit much ‘ta, seein’ as it was fer a thousand years.”
That seemed to snap everypony else out of their mistrust.
{Lumen/Screw Ball’s PoV}
Why were they doing this? Why was Sun-Butt looking at me with disgust? It was unnerving to say the least.
The mare’s in the room seemed to snap to Hurricane as she cleared her throat.
“Why did we need to come here anyway?”
As soon as the words left her lips, Celestia’s stare intensified. “Luna convinced me that it would be good for Discord and Screw Ball to settle down in Ponyville.”
Luna cut in. “I thought having the Element bearers, and Spirit of Chaos together in the same town -which has a history for attacks- so as to increase efficiency. It’d be more easier to call for you or Discord’s aid if all of you are in the same place.”
Some of the Element’s seemed uneasy. The rainbow haired, stetson wearing, posh, and purple one’s the most. The pink and shy one’s seemed excited.
The pink one hugged me and spun around with me in her hooves. I was grinning like crazy.
“Oooohhh! Ooohhh!!! I could throw you a ‘Welcome to Ponyville’ party! It’d have cake, ice cream, balloons, streamers, pin-the-tail-on-the-ponyabunchof-” Before she could continue, she froze. “TWITCHY TAIL!!!”
She jumped(with me still in her vicegrip) to the side, and a Pegasus Guard came flying through a stainglass window…
Awesome.
The guard skidded to a halt, and didn’t move. Two guards grabbed the fallen pony and flead…
Uh…
Pinkie whispered under her breath, “So, you wanna do this the hard way. Huh?” She looked down at me, and dropped her grip. “Sorry, gotta run!”
She dashed out, leaving a speechless… Well, everypony behind.
I decide to break the silence. “Who was that?” Everypony looked at me, but none answered. They seemed like they were going to, but I continued, “She seems AWESOME!!!”
Pinkie was panting in Sugarcube Corner with Fluttershy looking worriedly at her.
“Pinkie, what happened?” Asked the shy mare with concern.
The hyper mare took a few more moments to collect herself, before, “I was running around and ended up in front of the train to Ponyville… As it was pulling out. I don’t know why, but I couldn’t get off the tracks until I was back here…”
Fluttershy gasped, “You ran all the way to Ponyville while outrunning a train and no breaks the entire time!?”
Pinkie was in the middle of gulping down her fifth glass of water in the past two seconds, so she only nodded.
“Oh you poor thing! You should go to bed. Screwball's party can wait.” Fluttershy said with a stern, yet caring tone.
Pinkie was in no mood to argue, so she trotted up the stairs to her room. The yellow pegasus sighed.
Before she left, Twilight appeared for a second, screaming “Library! Emergency! Now!” And vanished.
Fluttershy stood in silence until she muttered, “I better see what’s got Twilight in such a rush… Oh, I’m going to have to pull Pinkie out of bed…”
Lumen was back in her human form and her house. The meeting with the Princesses could have gone better - and longer, for that matter - but it wasn’t as bad as thought. Luna didn’t seem fazed for some reason, Celestia seemed cold, the Elements of Harmony kept their distance, and her father seemed nervous for the first time in forever.
“Hey,” Hurricane said, hovering next to the the human’s doorway, “Sorry for always being mean to you. I never really liked taking orders. I hope I can make it up.”
Lumen giggled, “All is forgiven!”
Hurricane stared for a moment, “What? Just like that?”
Lumen rolled her eyes playfully and walked over to the pegasus mare. She spoke slowly, as if to a child or to someone in another language. “I. Forgive you. For being a meanie mick meanerson.” She made whacky hand gestures that most likely didn’t have anything to do with what she’d just said. Hurricane couldn’t help but laugh.
The two enjoyed their moment of goofing off, and Hurricane spoke. “Guess it’s time for breakfast…” She really meant dinner, but Discord and Lumen called it breakfast, and she didn’t want to ruin the moment with logic that the Displaced child hated.
Lumen screamed in excitement and ran upstairs in a bubble of water…
“I’ll never get used to living here…” Hurricane mumbled.
Teddy was sat on the bed, replacing the stitches in his arm, “You and me both Mrs. Typhoon.”
Hurricane glared at the stuffed animal. “Don’t bring that up stuffing!”
The bear raised his paws in the air in a surrender motion. “I just called you Mrs-”
Hurricane slapped the bear, who just shrugged it off.
“Anyway, I think master Discord’s going to remodel and make it more survivable.” Teddy said.
The ex-general nearly fell to the floor crying in joy, but kept her emotion in check. She nodded, and opened the floorboard so as to leave.
When she was out of earshot, she squealed in delight.
Discord felt uncertain. He was nowhere, a plain beyond Equestria, but not beyond the Void. An almost vastless space, containing little to nothing.
“Nemul is returning… You know what this means… She must be ready…” A bodiless voice said. Discord rolled his eyes.
“Don’t you think I know that!? I need a time here!”
“After the magic eater is defeated… You shall have thirty days…” The voice stated, “This is something she must face alone… Any others shall only interfere… If she fails… Equestria shall fall into an eternal nightmare… From which none shall wake…”
“Okay then, if you know so much,” Discord glared, “Tell me how to prepare her?”
“That… Is up to you…”
Discord humphed, “Nice talking to ya,” Sarcasm dripped from his voice as he faded away.
“Good luck… My…” The voice stopped.
{???’s PoV}
I walked my way towards this ‘Ponyville’ I’d heard about. Blood stained my coat, though it barely showed, and a giggle escaped my mouth. I couldn’t wait until I meet these so called ‘Elements of Harmony’. I was looking forward to killing them.
‘Well, this’ll be interesting…’
As I arrived, I took notice of a few Unicorn Guards. I trotted up to them, only for them to pull out their spears and point them at me.
"Halt! Who are-" The guard to the left started, but died down as he saw my face, "N-no... It can't be!"
Before he could react, I rushed towards him, horn glowing red. A small beam of magic shot out, and cut right through his neck, decapitating him in an instant. I looked to the remaining guard, my ruby-like eyes gleaming in sadistic glee.
"G-g-g-g-" I cut him off too, but this time a bolt of red pierced his heart.
