It was dark out and most ponies were asleep. Discord was flying through the air ready to carry out his plan. If he wanted to take over equestria he would have to get the king, queen and their daughters out of the way. They didn't know it but the princesses were potential holders of items that could defeat him.

He snuck around peeking in almost every window until he found the right one he saw the king and queen with their 5 little princesses. He looked at them with a smirk. Oh look at that. Their precious family all together I almost feel sorry for what I'm going to do… almost. He thought to himself.
 
He kept watching as the fillies gathered around their mother. She was a white alicorn with a mane that looks like the aura borealis. Her cutie mark was a sun. Her name was Celestia

Her daughters were named Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Rarity and Pinkie Pie. (FYI that was their birth order) the five sat in a circle as their mother began to read to them. Their father watched from the sidelines. He was a light grey unicorn with a black mane named Sombra.

Discord watched for a few minutes before he snapped his fingers and teleported inside. Just as he was about to attack there was a flash of lightning accompanied by some thunder and the five fillies ran to their parents for safety.

He was a little jealous that they were one big happy family but that made him want to carry out his plan even more.

Celestia looked at the scared fillies "Don't worry we will protect you." She assured them nuzzling her eldest daughter.

"Nothing will ever hurt you as long as we are here." Sombra added hugging his daughters.

"I'm not so sure about that." A voice echoed through the room. The king and queen recognized that voice. Then a figure appeared in front of them. They all stared at the creature in shock.

"Discord." Tia scowled, getting in front of her children to protect them.

"Did you miss me?" he teased "It has been a while."

"What's going on?" Twilight asked. "Who is that?"

Sombra looked at his daughters and so did Tia. "Sombra go." Tia called

He looked at her with confusion. "What?"

"Take them to safety. Don't stop until you are all safe." She said desperately.

He hesitated but then quickly moved his daughters out of the room while Celly held Discord off.

"I know what you are doing Tia and it won't work. He stated

She continued to attack him, shooting magic at him. He dodged it with ease and Celestia began to get tired. He quickly encased her in a golden aura and she couldn't move.

"I will be right back." He smirked while flying out of the room after her family. she struggled to move but failed.

Meanwhile Sombra and his children were exiting a room and began running down a hall. He was carrying something small wrapped in pink blankets on his back. He was galloping fast with his daughters right behind him when discord materialized in front of him

"Other way!" he told them.

Discord pounced on Sombra, making him fall to the ground. "Twilight" he called "Take your sisters and get to safety." She nodded and levitated the bundle from in front of him. And they all began running again. Discord did the same thing to him that he did to Tia. Then he began to pursue the princesses again.

They had made it out of the castle into the pouring rain and were almost to the gates when Discord materialized in front of them. They stopped immediately and turned around and went in a different direction. They didn't really watch where they were going and ran into a wall and Discord cornered them.

Twilight put her hooves around her sisters to protect them in a way. "Why are you here?" they yelled.

"Isn't it obvious? I'm taking over your kingdom." He explained "But to do that I have to get rid of you first."

"Please don't kill us." Pinkie pleaded.

"Kill you? Oh I wouldn't dream of it." He told them

"But you said…" Twi began but was interrupted

"I said I would get rid of you. As in send you to a new land far away from here. Not kill you." He explained, "I'm not that cruel princess."

"What exactly are you going to do?" Rare asked

"Well I am going to separate you all and send you into different lands with no way back. And no memory of your lives as princesses."

"Don't you dare." Twilight scowled.

"Let's start with the pink one shall we." He said levitating pinkie

"Put me down! Put me down!" she demanded.

"Where should I send you?" He asked mostly himself. "How about Fillydelphia." He opened a portal to throw her in.

"No please don't!" Twi pleaded.

He didn't listen and threw the little filly in. He closed it and turned to the rest of them "Who's next my little ponies?" he asked then levitated rarity

"You are going to Manehattan." He opened another portal and threw her in. she was screaming and crying as she flew in. Then the portal closed.

Tears were streaming down her face as Twilight held the sisters she had left tight in her hooves. She couldn't let that monster separate any more of them.

As tight as she held them it still wasn't tight enough he was able to rip AJ and Rainbow out of her hooves. "You are going to Ponyville." He told the earth pony. Then he turned to the Pegasus “And you are going to Cloudsdale." He opened two more portals and threw them in.

Twilight was sobbing so much with that and the rain it was impossible for her to get more wet than she was.

Discord looked at her and noticed the bundle of blankets she had been holding the entire time.

"What are these?" he asked levitating the blanket out of her hooves

"NO!" she screamed "Give it back. Please." She was crying even more

He set it down near him and levitated the broken mare. "You are going to the crystal empire." He told her

"Please give me that back." She pleaded

"Why is it so important to you?" he asked

"It just is. So give it back." She demanded

"No. goodbye." He then threw her into a portal and it closed behind her.

He was satisfied with his work and then picked up the pink blankets "What is this." He mumbled to himself. He started to unwrap it and was surprised to see a foal. She was a yellow pegasus with a pink mane and she was asleep. She's kind of adorable, he thought to himself. He began to run his fingers through her mane. It felt like the softest silk in the world.

He stared at her for a little but soon she began to wake up. When she opened her eyes they were teal. She looked at him and smiled slightly. For a minute he smiled back. Then shook his head bringing himself to reality.

He opened a new portal and turned her towards it. As soon as she saw it she began to cry. She knew it was bad.

Something made Discord close the portal. He couldn't get rid of her like that. He took her to the castle and put her in a room for a minute then teleported to where the king and queen were.

"Hello your highnesses." He mocked

"You have gone too far, Discord." Sombra yelled "Release us!"

Discord smirked, "Nah, I think I'll just throw you into the dungeon and take your kingdom as my own."

With that he snapped his fingers and they disappeared.

He gathered all the servants in the castle.

"I am your king now!" he told them "You will obey and be loyal to me. If not, you can spend the rest of your life in a prison."

They nodded in fear

"Good now go back to work!" he commanded.

They nodded again and began to walk away.

He stopped one of the servants. She was a yellow earth pony with a pink and blue mane. "I have a job for you." He told her "I want you to take care of the youngest princess and raise her as a servant."

She nodded "Okay."

"Good here you go." He snapped his fingers and the baby appeared on her back "She is never to learn of her origins. You will be her mother and she shall never know she was a princess. Is that clear?" he asked

She nodded again "Yes sir." Then she walked away to raise her 'child'.

Twilight's head was throbbing with pain. She slowly opened her eyes and gasped at what she saw.

She saw a beautiful land with homes that appeared to be made of crystals. She looked around and saw crystalized ponies walking in the streets and in the middle of the land was a huge castle that gleamed in the sun. Her eyes widened in shock.

"What is this place?" She mumbled to herself while standing up.

"You are in the Crystal Empire." Somepony behind her said.

She turned around to see two ponies standing behind her. One was a pink alicorn mare who’s mane was purple, yellow, and pink. Her eyes were also purple and her cutie mark was a crystal heart. She wore a little golden crown with three little purple beads on the top and a purple gem in the middle of it.

Next to her was a white unicorn stallion with a mane that was multiple shades of blue. His eyes were also blue and his cutie mark was a blue shield with a pink star in the middle of it.

"Wait where?" Twilight asked

"The Crystal Empire." The pink mare said again. With a sweet smile.

"Oh ok" Twilight said a bit nervously "who are you?" She asked the ponies.

"Oh, right." The mare began "I am Princess Cadence." She said, shaking the teenage mare's hoof.

"And I am her husband, Shining Armor." The stallion said putting his hoof around his wife.

"Okay." Twilight said. Wow these ponies are so nice. She thought to herself.

"So now we would like to ask 'who are you?'" Shining said.

"Oh me? I'm Twilight." She said

"Where did you come from?" Cadence asked.

"Oh uh..." Twi thought for a moment before looking down "I don't exactly know." She said sadly

"Why not? Shining asked with concern.

"I don't know why I can't remember. I just can't." She sighed and looked at the ground.

"Can you remember anything besides your name?" Cadence asked hoping to be able to help the young mare

"Well I know my special talent is magic." She told them pointing to her cutie mark. "Oh and I am 18. But that's it."

Cadence gasped "Oh that is horrible." She said putting a hood on the young ponie's shoulder "If you want to, you can stay with us till you can remember."

"Really?" Twilight asked excitedly. Cadence nodded. "Oh thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" She cried out while jumping up and giving the princess a hug.

It was then that Cadence noticed something in the young mare's back.

"Oh my goodness" she gasped "you are an alicorn."

Shining armor saw that cadence was right and his jaw dropped. And when Twilight noticed her wings she stared in disbelief.

"How is that even possible?" Twi muttered.

The royal couple shrugged

"I don't know." Shining stared.

"Neither do I," Cadence said before she noticed the time. "Oh Shining we have that meeting we need to get to." She gasped.

"Oh yah." He thought for a moment before calling out "Flash!"

In an instant a yellow pegasus guard with a blue mane and eyes, and golden armor on came and stood ready for his orders.

"Please escort Twilight to the castle and help her to a guest room." Shining ordered.

"Yes sir." The guard saluted then walked to Twilight.

"Please follow me." He said as he began to walk away. Twilight quickly followed him to the castle while the royal couple went the opposite direction.

After a few minutes of silence Twilight felt the urge to break it.

"Uh I'm Twilight Sparkle. What's your name?" She asked curiously.

"Flash Sentry" was all he said

She liked that name and it seemed like a good name for a royal guard, especially one that is kind of cute... Wait what?

"Okay. Uh, how long have you been a royal guard?"

"Well I was a guard in Canterlot for a while, a few years actually. But not really a guard who worked in the castle. I mostly made sure that ponies followed rules and stayed safe. I never got to meet the royal family. But oh well. Anyway, I came to the Crystal Empire just a few months ago."

"Okay." Twilight nodded "Do you enjoy being a guard?"

"Yah. I always dreamed of being a guard when I was a young colt. And now I get to and I have never regretted it." He answered truthfully.

"Well good for you." Twilight said with a smile

"Okay now I'd like to know about you." Flash told her as they continued to walk.

"Well what do you want to know?" Twi asked a bit nervously.

"Where are you from?" He questioned

"I have no idea." She mumbled

"So you're an orphan?" He wondered

"Again no idea, I know almost nothing about myself." She frowned and looked at the ground in sadness

"How is that even possible? To know almost nothing about yourself despite being like eighteen or something?" He asked in disbelief

"I just don't know. I think I had a family and a home and a life. But I can't remember anything about it." She looked like she was going to cry soon and that might be bad.

"Okay, well do you have any hobbies?" He wondered

"Well... I guess I like reading, and trying new spells and stuff."

"Oh cool."

And by now they were at one of the guest rooms in the castle

"So, this is where you will be staying while you are in the crystal empire" He said as they entered the room

Twilight gasped at their surroundings. The room was pretty big and was obviously made of crystal. There was a queen sized bed and next to it was a night stand. On the other side of the room there was a vanity and next to it were some book shelves with a few books on them then on another wall there were doors to a little balcony that looked over the empire. And in the middle of the ceiling there was a small crystal chandelier.

"Wow this room is amazing" she marveled.

"Yah, lots of the rooms in this castle are amazing. You should see the throne room." Flash commented

"Do you think maybe you could give me a tour of the castle later?" Twi asked

"Sure." He said "It might be fun."

"Okay, I'll see you later then." She smiled.

he nodded and left the room leaving twilight alone.

She squealed "Oh my goodness! I get to have a tour from the cutest guard ever!" She squealed again, jumping up and down. then she paused for a moment and blushed at her behavior

"Where did that come from?" She asked herself "It's not like it's a date or anything... Is it?" She began pacing "I mean its only a quick tour. It's not like he wants to be your colt friend or something like that" she paused and thought for a moment "But it could happen." she smiled a little

"Oh whatever. I shouldn't worry about this, at least not yet. I only just met him so I don't think that it will happen any time soon. Unless... he likes me." she shook her head "A handsome guard stallion like him would probably have a mare friend by now."

"No! I need to stop worrying about this. But I can't!" she let out a cry of frustration and flopped onto the bed and continued her self augment for a long time.





Far away in a different part of equestrian there was a city of clouds and some were in that city there was a young cyan Pegasus mare with a rainbow mane, unconscious on the ground.

She laid still for a little before she began to slowly wake up.

She rubbed her head because it hurt so much.

"Where in the world am I" Rainbow mumbled to herself while taking in her surroundings. A huge city on the clouds, pegasi were flying around doing things.

She watched the ponies for a little while before standing up and flying around a little looking around the city. It was pretty big but she had never seen a place like it before. She continued to fly, taking in every detail in the city while making sure she didn't run into anything.

"Look out!" Three voices cried out from her left. She turned and saw Three pegasi flying really fast and instantly zoomed out of the first two's way but failed to dodge the third. It crashed into her and they both went tumbling towards a cloud.

"Ow" Rainbow groaned while trying to stand up

"Oops. Sorry." The Pegasus who had crashed into her apologized while helping her stand up.

She looked at him and saw he was a light blue Pegasus with a wild dark blue mane and green eyes and his cutie mark was a yellow lightning bolt with wings.

"It's okay, besides I think it was mostly my fault." Rainbow replied

Then the other two pegasi landed on the cloud. One was a yellow pegasus with an orange and yellow mane and orange eyes and a flame cutie mark. The other was a light blue Pegasus with a white mane and crystal blue eyes.

"Soarin are you okay?" The yellow mare asked the colt, Soarin.

"Yah I'm okay." He told his friend

"How about you?" The light blue mare asked the cyan Pegasus

"Yah it takes a lot more to get this mare down." Rainbow said, pridefully.

"Good to know." The yellow Pegasus nodded before turning back to soarin "Come on lets finish our race."

Rainbow's ears perked up upon hearing the word 'race'. She loved racing, a lot. And she was so good at it she got a cutie mark from it.

"Can I Join you?" She asked hopefully

The three exchanged glances and looked at the cyan Pegasus.

"Sure why not." The yellow Pegasus shrugged "If you can keep up." She said as all three took off at the same time

Rainbow smirked then followed flying extremely fast. So fast she caught up in an instant and was already waaaaaay ahead of them in a matter of seconds. She then landed on another cloud and waited for them.

It took about 30 seconds before they got there but they did get there. And when they did they stared at her in disbelief

"How were you able to do that?" The light blue mare questioned

"We are the fastest fliers in cloudsdale. How are you faster than us?" Soarin asked

"I don't know. Flying fast just comes naturally for me." Rainbow answered

"What's your name?" The yellow mare asked

"Name's Rainbow Dash." Rainbow said with a smile

"Cool, I'm Spit Fire." The yellow mare, Spit Fire, said before pointing to the light blue Pegasus mare "This is Fleet Foot."

"Sup" Fleet Foot said coolly.

"And Soarin." Fire finished

"Hi" He said a bit shyly with a small wave

"Nice to meet you." Rainbow said mentally noting their names

"Same" Spit Fire said

"So just wondering, Do you live in Cloudsdale? Or are you visiting?" Fleet foot asked

"Uh... I actually don't know." Rainbow chuckled nervously

"Really?" Fleet foot asked

"Yah, I might live here but I don't think I do. I probably hit my head extremely hard." Rainbow muttered

"'Well you're welcome to stay at our place for now." Spit fire offered

"Thanks." Rainbow smiled and they flew off

After flying for a little they arrived at a house made out of clouds. It looked pretty big.

They went through the front door and there was a big open area that had hallways leading to other rooms

"Okay, so that way" Fire pointed to a door on the left "Is the kitchen, over there" She pointed to a door on their left "Is our practice room/ gym. and this way" She began leading Rainbow to a flight of stairs "Is the way to our rooms." she led Rainbow through a hall and to a door at the end of the hall.

"This will be your room while you are here." Spitfire informed her as she opened the door.

The room was average size and made of clouds and had a cloud bed in the middle and a window on one side. There was a dresser and shelves and a few other things here and there.

"Okay." Rainbow nodded as she continued to look around.

"My room is next to yours" Spit Fire continued "Soarin's is across from yours and fleet foot's is next to his."

"Okay." Rainbow said again "And thanks for letting me stay here for a little.

"No problem" Fleet foot waved it off

"That's what we do." Soarin added

Rainbow smiled. These ponies were so nice the four of them would probably be great friends soon.

"Well we'll let you get settled while we make some lunch." Spitfire announced.

Rainbow nodded as the three pegasi left and closed the door.

"Man these ponies are nice." She smiled " wish I could remember who I was though. I mean seriously the most important things I can remember are I am Rainbow dash I am 17 I love to fly and stuff like that." She sighed sadly "I guess I will remember eventually... or not" She sat down on the ground and started playing with a little tuft of cloud.





Somewhere else in Equestria, not far from Cloudsdale, there was a little village full of all kinds of ponies living together in harmony. And on the outskirts of the village there was a little orange earth pony lying in the grass.

Apple Jack Slowly woke up to a throbbing pain in her head.

''Oh my head." AJ winced from the pain. After a moment she looked at her surroundings "Where in the wide world of Equestria am I?" The mare wondered out loud

"You're in Ponyville!" A little filly's voice answered her question

"Eyup." A deep masculine voice said

AJ turned to see a little filly a few years younger than she was. The filly was a yellow color with a red mane with a big pink bow in her mane and orange eyes. Next to the filly was a strong looking stallion who had a red coat. orange mane green eyes and an apple cutie mark.

"Ponyville?" AJ muttered. the filly nodded

"You are in Ponyville, a place where all types of ponies live together in harmony." The filly smiled and helped the older mare up.

"Okay." AJ nodded even though she was confused. Was she supposed to be there or somewhere else?

"I'm Applebloom. What's your name?" The filly asked getting into AJ's face

"Oh what a coincidence I'm Applejack." AJ smiled at the filly who gasped

"Oh my goodness! That means you must be related to us! Come on, you need to meet granny smith!" The filly began to drag a confused AJ towards a farm.

"Wait where are we going and who is Granny Smith?" AJ said as the surprisingly strong filly continued to drag her.

"We are going to Sweet Apple Acres! That's Big Mac and I's Home. And Granny Smith is our granny, she has taken care of us since our parents died." The filly turned sad after saying that.

"Oh I am so sorry about that." AJ said, putting her arms round the little filly.

"Oh it's okay I guess. I was only a baby then. I don't really remember them and even if I did, like Big Mac here, I would've learned to accept it by now." AB said. AJ nodded as they continued walking

"So I'm just going out on a limb here but I'm guessing your Big Mac." AJ said looking at the red stallion

"Eyup" was his reply

"Okay." AJ nodded and the trio continued to walk towards the farm

When they got to the barn in the middle of S.A.A. AB and Big Mac led AJ into the living room where an elderly green mare with a grey mane, She was probably Granny Smith, sat on a rocking chair.

"Hey Granny!" AB called as she entered

"Oh hello little filly." The elderly mare said while giving AB a hug

"Granny! We met Applejack here near the orchard and I was wondering' if we could let her stay." AB explained to her granny who looked over at the mare who was standing in the entryway

"Uh s to then I guess she can, if she doesn't already have a home." Granny said unsurely.

"Oh wait, do you have a home AJ!" AB asked

"Well no actually, I don't have a home or family that I know of." AJ said with sadness in her voice

"Oh well what happened." AB asked

AJ shrugged "I honestly don't know. I can't remember much about what happened before I woke up this mornin'" AJ explained

"Well what do you remember?" Granny asked with a bit of concern in her voice

"Well I'm Applejack, which yall know already, uh I'm sixteen I got my cutie mark from something apple related. And that's about it." AJ explained

"Aww that's sad. You can stay with us till' you remember, if you'd like to" Granny offered

"Really? That would be great! Thank you so much" AJ said happily

"But if you want to stay you have to work." AB said

"Okay. I am a pretty hard worker I can handle lots of chores, or working' in the orchards or whatever you want me to do." AJ told them

"Well then I guess ya can stay." Granny smiled

"Eyup" Big Mac nodded

"Come on, I'll show you the guest room!" AB said as she dragged AJ up some stairs and to an empty room

It had a nice bed with a night stand next to it and there was also a small vanity with a couple of brushes and combs on top and then on one wall there were a couple of windows looking over the apple orchards. There was also a purple rug in the middle of the floor and some other things in the room.

"Ya can get comfortable and I'll come get ya for lunch later." AB said as she left

AJ chuckled to herself "What an adorable little filly," she mumbled as she began to look around the room.

Somewhere in Manehattan there was a little white unicorn mare wandering the streets. She had woken up in an alley a few hours ago and had remembered nothing from the night before or how she had gotten there, she must have had some memory loss or something... at least that's what she thought.

She had no idea where she was and had tried to ask the ponies where she was but they couldn't spare two seconds to answer her simple little question. She tried to talk to every pony she passed but they all glared at her, yelled at her, or just plain ignored her. She tried to make a few more attempts.

"Oh excuse me sir," Rarity called as she walked up to a stallion. "Could you be so kind as to..." she began before she was cut off.

"Get Lost!" He yelled at her before turning away to stare at... something.

Rarity really hated all of the ponies who were mean in this town. All the ponies she tried to talk to. She attempted a few more but they all ended similarly.

Eventually she gave up and sat on a curb staring off into space as it began to rain. Most ponies ran for cover but she, even though she really hates getting dirty and wet, stayed and sat in the rain. She began to cry a little as well because she was very young but none was kind to her. It was pretty loud with her sobs and the pouring rain and she didn't hear the sound of approaching hoof-steps.

"Uh excuse me miss?" A somewhat shy feminine voice said from behind her.

Rarity turned around and looked at the pony who was behind her and she saw a light yellow earth pony, who looked about age as Rarity, with a short teal mane, teal eyes, with a red white and purple flower in her mane a purple and white collar with a red sash around her neck and a purple hat with a red feather as her cutie mark.

"Yes?" Rarity asked

"Well um, I see you sitting in the rain and I was wondering if maybe you would like to come to my apartment for a little till' the rain stops?" The young mare offered

"Uh, sure." Rarity said with a smile. This pony was being nice to her! That's a first, at least today it was.

"Great come on we don't want to catch colds." The yellow earth pony said as she helped Rarity up. "I'm Coco Pommel by the way."

"Nice to meet you Coco, I'm Rarity." The white unicorn introduced herself.

Coco smiled sweetly "Nice to meet you too Rarity." She said as they began walking.

"Hey Coco?" Rarity said

"Yah Rarity?" She looked at the white unicorn ready to answer the question Rarity might ask.

"I was just wondering, where are we?" Rarity asked a bit nervously

"What do you mean?" Coco asked with confusion

"I mean what is the name of this city?" Rarity clarified

"Oh, well we are in Manehattan." The yellow earth pony informed her.

"Oh okay." Rarity nodded "Hey just wondering, why are most ponies here so mean?" Rarity asked

"Well I don't really know. They just are, most of them say 'Its every pony for themselves in this town' but I don't think it really is that way." Coco sighed

Rarity nodded in understanding. "So just wondering, what kind of things do you like to do?" Rarity asked

"Well I make clothes a lot. I used to work for this pony named Suri Polomare but she was really mean and harsh so I quit, and I've been looking for a new job lately. One were I can make clothes without a horrible boss." Cocc answered with a little giggle at the end. "What do you like to do?"

"Well I also design clothes and I guess I need to look for a job here if I am going to stay." Rarity answered

"Well I guess we can look for jobs together." Coco smiled.

By then they were in front of some apartment buildings and they were soaking wet from the rain.

"Well we are almost to my apartment so let's hurry and get warmed up." Coco said as she began to walk up some stairs, Rarity following closely behind.

When they got to the top they turned left. As Rarity turned the corner she bumped into someone or something.

"Oh I am so sorry about that." A male voice apologized. Somepony held out a hoof and helped Rarity up.

Then Rarity saw who she had bumped into, he was a white unicorn stallion with blue eyes and a smooth blue mane, and his cutie mark was three little crowns.

"Oh it's my fault. I should have been looking where I was going" She chuckled nervously.

"No it's my fault really. And I am very sorry for knocking you over." He apologised again while taking her hoof.

"Eh, we are both to blame." Rarity waved it off. "I'm Rarity just so you know." She introduced herself

"Well it's a pleasure to meet you, Miss Rarity." He said as he kissed her hoof causing Rarity to giggle a little. "I am Fancy Pants." He introduced himself with a bow.

"Nice to meet you too." Rarity agreed.

"Hate to break up your conversation." Coco interrupted, "But I am kind of on a tight schedule, I have a job interview in about half an hour." Coco explained

"What kind of job are you looking for?" Fancy pants asked

"Well anything with sewing or designing clothes." Coco answered.

"Me too." Rarity added

"Oh really? Because I own a company and we need more designers and seamstresses, and maybe you mares would like to come work there." Fancy pants explained

"Really!" Both girls squeaked at the same time Coco for the excitement of finally getting a job and Rarity from excitement of working for such a kind handsome stallion.

"Of course. I would love to have such lovely young mares work at my company." Fancy Pants smiled genuinely.

Rarity and Coco giggled from being called 'lovely'.

"Well I know I'd love to work at your company" Rarity smiled happily

"I thinkI'd enjoy it as well." Coco stated.

"Fabulous!" Fancy Pants smiled "We can meet up tomorrow, and I will take you there, and show you around."

"Okay" Both Mares said simultaneously with big smiles on their faces.

"Great. I'll see you both tomorrow." Fancy Pants smiled as he walked away

Both mares waited till the charming stallion was out of ear shot before they both let out exited squeals.

"Oh my goodness he was so charming." Rarity swooned.

"Well that doesn't happen often" Coco observed.

"What doesn't happen often?" Rarity asked in confusion

"Meeting a gentle colt in Manehattan" Coco explained.

Rarity nodded in understanding. "That makes sense."

"Yah, well we should get to my apartment." Coco said as she began to walk, Rarity quickly followed behind her.

After walking for a minute Coco stopped at a door and unlocked it. Both of them went in.

The front room was pretty small. It had a small couch in the middle of the room with a small table in front of it and a fireplace in front of it. On the left side of the room there was a small writing desk and a doorway leading to the kitchen. On the right there were some doorways leading separate smaller rooms.

"Go ahead and make yourself comfortable." Coco smiled as she walked into the kitchen.

Rarity sat on the couch and watched the fire for a little while until Coco came back in after about fifteen minutes.

"I made some cocoa for us." Coco smiled as she set a tray with two glass mugs full of hot chocolate.

"Oh this looks divine. Thank you darling." Rarity said as she levitated one of the cups.

"I just thought we could have something warm since we got wet and cold in the rain." Coco smiled and they both drank their hot chocolate.





And not too far from Manehattan, in the city of Fillydelphia, there was an orange colt with a poofy brown mane and green eyes, leaving the city.

He had been traveling from city to city trying to find a place where he would be able to fit in, but so far he was unsuccessful.

He walked down the road leading out of the city when he saw an unconscious pink mare with a poofy darker pink mane and balloons as her cutie mark. Something about this filly interested him in a way so he sat near her and waited to see if she would wake up.


Pinkie was hurting all over, she had a severe headache and she felt like she had fallen from the sky. She groaned as she slowly stood up with her eyes half open.

As she struggled to stand she felt a hoof grab hers and helped her stand up. She fully opened her eyes and saw the colt in front of her. He slowly let go of her hoof and looked down at the ground.

"H-hi" He said shyly

"Hi!" Pinkie replied with a bright smile "I'm Pinkie Pie! What's your name?"

"I-I'm C-cheese Sandwich." He said while still looking at the ground

"Oh, I like that name!" Pinkie beamed

"T-thanks." He said quietly.

"You don't say much do you?" She asked.

"I'm just a little shy." He answered

"You don't need to be shy around me! We can be friends!" Pinkie beamed happily.

"Really?" He asked as he finally looked looked up from the ground

Pinkie nodded "Yah! And we can throw parties and have fun together!" Pinkie exclaimed as she jumped up and down

"Parties?" Cheese questioned. He had heard of 'parties' before but he had never actually been to one; he was so shy that nopony, except Pinkie, even knew his name.

"You've never been to a party before?" Pinkie asked with a slightly sad expression on her face

"No." He said sadly

"Well then we need to change that!" Pinkie said as she grabbed his hoof "By the way, where are we?" She asked as she pulled him towards the city.

"Fillydelphia" Was his answer

"Oh, okay!" She said

"What are you doing?" He asked as Pinkie continued to pull him through the city.

"I am going to show you what a party is like!" She smiled, her enthusiasm very clear.

"Oh, okay." He said as he followed her.

A few hours later there was a party happening just outside of the city. Pinkie had managed to set one up really fast and some of the ponies who lived in filly had come to see what it was like.

Cheese watched all the ponies playing and dancing and having a good time.

"Are you having fun?" Pinkie asked excitedly

"The most fun I've ever had!" Cheese grinned happily then gave his new friend a hug. "Thank you Pinkie."

"No problem. I just love, love, love to throw parties!" She replied, still smiling.

"You know I was thinking?" Cheese said a bit nervously

"Yes?" Pinkie listened, wanting to hear what he wanted to say.

"Well, I bet there are a lot of ponies in equestrian who have never experienced the joy of a party. So maybe we could travel equestrian together throwing parties and spreading happiness."

Pinkie gasped "Oh my gosh! That is an amazing idea!"

"Really?" He asked excitedly.

"Heck yeah! We should totally do that!" Pinkie continued to smile which made cheese smile as well.

"Great!" We should start tomorrow! We will be the premier party planners of all Equestria!" Cheese said happily. He felt like in the short time he had known pinkie she had helped him overcome his shyness and helped him have fun and he wanted to be able to spend more time with this amazing filly.

"Deal!" Pinkie said as they hoof bumped.

Then the two of them went and partied hard for the rest of the day.





In the great city of Canterlot, inside the castle Bon Bon was taking care of the filly she had been given to take care of.

Fluttershy had been surprisingly easy to take care of so far. The Pegasus hardly fussed or cried, she was very quiet and basically no trouble at all.

Hiding the truth from her wouldn't be too hard, she could easily pretend that she was Fluttershy's mother. After all they both had similar yellow coats and Fluttershy's mane was pink like Bon Bon's and their eyes were somewhat similar. Hers were blue while Fluttershy's were teal, it wouldn't be that hard but she would definitely feel guilty for it for the rest of her life.

Such an innocent creature should have a better life than as a servant, and who knows what Discord would make the filly do when she grew up. He would most likely make her do the hardest things and work her to death. She could only hope Discord wouldn't do that to the princess.

Bon Bon's attention was drawn to the filly as she whimpered softly as if to say she was hungry.

Bon Bon quickly got the little princess a warm bottle of milk which she ate happily.

"Raising you won't be too much of a challenge." Bon Bon quietly said to the filly.

Fluttershy giggled as she finished her bottle.

Then Bon Bon picked up the filly and burped her then laid her back down in her cradle where she fell asleep with a small smile on her face

It was a sunny spring day and there was a six year old Pegasus filly exploring the castle. She wandered around for a while before she found herself in a garden.

She gasped in awe at the beautiful flowers that had begun to bloom, and all the animals in the garden.

"Oh pretty!" She said as a pink and blur butterfly flew in front of her. She playfully chased it through the garden laughing happily as she followed it.

After chasing it for a while she stopped to catch her breath and while she did the butterfly landed on her nose.

"Hello little butterfly." Fluttershy whispered softly to it as she admired it's delicate pink wings. It stayed on her muzzle for a moment before it flew away.

She wandered through the garden for a while occasionally stopping to look at an animal, or listen to the chirping birds sing. And once or twice she sang with them.

Soon it began to get hot outside so Fluttershy sat in the shade if a tree. She laid in the grass and stared up at the bright blue endless sky.

She sighed as she felt the spring breeze caress her face and blow her mane around slowly. She felt happy in these gardens, like she belonged there.

"Oh how I wish I could stay here forever." Fluttershy said to herself.

"Me too." A voice next to her said causing Fluttershy to squeak and dart up in to the tree she had been laying under.

"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to scare you." A filly's voice could be heard. Fluttershy looked down from her branch and saw a dark pink Pegasus who seemed to be about the same age as her. The filly had a long turquoise mane and tail with light teal colored streaks. Her bands were swept to the side and there was a little white bow by her ear. Her eyes were a light blue and she had a sweet smile on her face. "Can you please come down?"

Fluttershy nodded and slowly descended from her branch.

"I didn't mean to scare you." The filly said

"Its okay." Fluttershy said quietly as she hid behind her mane.

"I'm glad 'cuz I was wondering if you would like to play, or at least talk?" The pink Pegasus said.

"Okay" Fluttershy squeaked.

"Great! I'm Creative Cloud. Whats your name?" Creative asked the shy Pegasus.

"I'm..." The rest was inaudible

"What was that?" CC asked

"I'm..." She said it even quieter.

"Didn't quite catch that." CC stated.

Fluttershy whimpered and tried to make herself smaller and disappear, but it didn't work.

"Could you please speak up?" CC asked

"Fluttershy." She aid barely loud enough for creative to hear.

"Oh, okay." CC said satisfied. She then sat next to Fluttershy and then there was an uncomfortable silence.

"So..." CC said in attempt to start a conversation "Do you come to the gardens very often?"

"I've never been here before today." Fluttershy saod quietly "but I plan on coming often."

"I've been coming here since I came to the castle." Creative told her freind.

"How long have you lived at the castle?l Fluttershy asked.

"About a day." Marina answered nonchalantly

Fluttershy looked at her freind in confusion, which Creative noticed imidately.

"If I've only lived here for a day and I came here to the garden today, then I'be come here every day since I came here." CC explained

"Oh, that makes sense." Fluttershy said with a smile.

"So, how long have you lived here?" CC asked.

"I have lived here my entire life." Fluttershy said "Born in the castle raised in the castle for the past 6 years."

"Cool!" Creative smiled. "I was wondering, would you like to be P. ?"

Fluttershy nodded "Sure"

CC gave her new freind a short hug "I have a feeling this is the start of an amazing frindship." CC said

"Me too." Fluttershy agreed.

So the two talked in the garden and played together as freinds. Tjey plaued for hours doing things like tag, l I-spy and hide and seek. They plaued enjoying their freedom as fillies.

After what seemed like hours the fillies' fun was ended.

"Fluttershy! I have been looking everywhere for you." A light yellow earth pony with a pink and blue mane.

"Sorry mommy." Fluttershy apologised to her 'mother' "I was having alot of fun with my new friend" Fluttershy explained

"It's good to see that after six yeard you've finaly made a freind." Bon Bon said happily. "Mabey she would like to join us and the other servants for dinner."

"I would love to!" CC said hapily as the two flew out of the gardens and into the castle.

"Soon those two are going to be inseparable." Bon Bon said to herself whith a small chuckle.

And she was completely corect as time went on the two became great freinds and would hardly ever leave eachother. Like two peas in a pod they did everything together.




Somewhere deep in the ever free forest there was an old castle. It was mostly in ruimd but there were some places where it was less destroyed but it was still barely standing.

A dark blue alicorn, with a mane that resembled the night sky, walked through one of the halls. She had once been the princess of the night, bit while she jad been off on royal dutied the turant Discord had attacked her elder sister and claimed the the throne for himself. She would have tried to help her sister, but she wasnt strong enough.

She had to wait. A time would come where the way to stop Discord would be shown, but only when the time was right.

Luna didnt know how long it would take or what it would be but what she did know was, she had to help her nieces remember. It would be hard but her ability to enter dreams would help.

She also knew that if Discord found her, she wouldnt be able to help the ponies.

"We are truly sorry dear sister but we must hide till the time is right." Luna said as she thought of her older sister. As long as Celestia and Sombra were together they would be able to survive.

Luna went into one of the less destroued rooms. It had a bet in it and some other things that werent important. She lay on the bed as she watched tje sun set. Now was the time she could help.

Today wasn't as sunny as it had been for the past week so Fluttershy and Creative had to think of something to do, preferably indoors.

"What do you want to do today?" Fluttershy asked as both fillies looked outside.

"Oh why don't we go play in the chocolate milk rain" CC said excitedly.

Yah that's right Chocolate milk rain! You cant expect the master of chaos to rule Equestria with out causing even the slightest bit of chaos. Every once in a while there would be normal rain because the ponies needed water for plants and animals and bla bla bla. Discord may be evil but he isn't heartless. Plus giving them what they want every once and a while made it less likely for them to try and overthrow him.

"Wont we get sticky?" Fluttershy asked.

"Yah, but its a small price to pay to have fun. Plus we can always take baths afterwards." CC answered optimistically.

"I guess you're right" Fluttershy smiled. "Come on lets go!"

Both girls ran through the hall to the gardens and began to play in the yummy chocolate rain. One time while they played CC brought down a cotton candy cloud

Fluttershy couldn't do it 'cuz she was a very weak flier. CC was a few months older than her, more experienced, stronger, and from Cloudsdale requiring her to be able to fly.

They played as long as they could before going inside and getting cleaned up.

After getting all the chocolate rain and cotton candy out of their manes and coats they braided others manes and tails.

"Oh, that was so much fun!" Fluttershy smiled as she braided CC's mane while CC braided Fluttershy's.

"Totally!" CC agreed. "We should do that more often"

"Yah we should" Fluttershy agreed quietly.

When they were done braiding each others manes and tail that sat and talked together for a little while    until it was time for them to have dinner.



In the Crystal Empire the purple alicorn who had come there five years ago sat on a balcony over-looking the Empire.

Twilight had tried as hard as she could to ember anything from her past. She had been completely unsuccessful.

After the first three years she gave up. She would never remember so she might as well get used to her new life. Over the years Cadence and Shining Armor had be come like he older brother and sister.

They took care of her, even if she wasn't a filly, they helped her in any way they could, and they were just do loving towards her.

They weren't the only ones though. Not long after she appeared she began to fall in lobe with the guard Flash Sentry. After a while she had eventually confessed to him and discovered h felt the se way. They then began going on dates and he eventually proposed. They had gotten married about a year ago and are always by each others sides, well almost always.

He had a lot of work to do as a guard and she had royal duties as a princess. Cadence and Shining Armor had let her do some things so that they weren't as busy as before. Twilight had offered to take up some of the responsibilities

As she had told Cadence and Shining Armor many times 'might as well do something while I am here'

Right now she had a break and Flash was working so she was left to think to herself.

Every now in then she would wonder if she had a family before. She probably did but did they lover and care for her? Did she love them? Had she erased her memory, or had somepony else done it? She knew none of the answers, she knew nothing.

Twilight had searched every book in the whole crystal empire but she had found nothing that could help her remember. No spell to bring her memory back.

What if there were other ponies who had loved her and missed her dearly for the past five years but didn't know where she was, or how to find her.

So many thoughts ran through her head. The possibilities were endless. Who knows what happened to her.

A single tear ran down her cheek as she continued to think about who she really was.

Somepony put a hoof on her shoulder bringing her out of her thoughts. She looked at the orange Pegasus behind her.

"You okay Twily?" He asked with a look of concern

"Yah I'm fine." Twilight half whispered

"You sure about that?" He pressed on

"Yah, I was just thinking." She said as she stood up and began to go back into the castle

"Were you thinking about..." He didn't need to continue. She knew what he was going to say

"Yah, I was." Twilight answered

"I know you want to know, but maybe you should let it go. Stop worrying about the past and live in the present." Flash said as he put an arm over her shoulder.

"I know I should" Twilight sighed as she leaned into him "But I cant help but think about it."

"I know, and I promise that I will do whatever I can to help you remember" Flash comforted her.

"Thanks." Twilight said as she kissed his cheek. Flash turned to her and kissed her full on the lips.

"Come on, we should get some dinner." Flash said after they finished their kiss.

"Its already dinner time?" Twilight asked in surprise. Flash nodded, the past few days had been going by so fast for Twilight.

The two of them made their way to the dining room and got their dinner.



That night as they were sleeping, in the room Cadence and Shining armor had given them a year ago, a dark alicorn flew just outside the window.

"I hope this works." She whispered to herself as her horn began to glow.




Twilight was in a colorful garden that was somewhat familiar. She saw a younger version of herself running and chasing a filly that somehow seemed familiar. She was a pink earth pony with a fluffy pink mane

"Who in the wide world of Equestria is that?" Twilight asked herself

"Cant catch me!" The filly taunted as she ran into a bush. The younger Twilight dove in after her but the filly wasn't there.

The older Twilight slowly followed "This is strange" She a said to herself

"Where'd you go?" Younger Twilight muttered as she looked around.

"She isn't here" A voice over head said. Both Twilights looked up and saw another pony. This one also seemed familiar. She was a cyan Pegasus with a rainbow mane.

"She isn't here? Oh well I guess I'll just have to..." The younger Twilight began but stopped as the flew up as fast as she could. The rainbow maned Pegasus zoomed away in an instant and ducked out of sight. The younger twilight groaned slightly before she looked down.

She saw orange earth pony with a straw colored mane. To the real Twilight she also seemed familiar.

"Who are these ponies? Did I know them?" She asked herself again as she continued to watch

"I've got you now" The younger Twilight said as she chased the other earth pony who was really fast.

That pony also ducked out of sight. The younger twilight almost followed her but before she did she saw a bush near her move slightly. She teleported behind it and caught a white unicorn filly with a curly purple mane.

"Got cha'" She exclaimed causing the little filly to squeal "Your it!" Young Twilight said before teleporting away.

Instantly the scene changed and Twilight saw the same four ponies and a slightly older younger version of herself, huddled together in the rain, a mysterious figure standing in front of them.

There was a flash of lightning and the pink one was gone another flash and the white unicorn was gone. Another flash an the Pegasus and earth pony were gone leaving twilight alone a final flash and the younger version of herself was gone.




Twilight then woke up with a start.

"What in the wide world of Equestria was that?" She asked herself

"What was what?" A tire flash asked her

"Nothing it was just a dream" Twilight awnsered.

"You sure?" He asked.

Twiligh nodded "Yah. We should go back to sleep"

"Okay" He said as he laid down. Flash had a feeling it wasn't just a dream but he didn't want to force her to tell him. So they should just get back to sleep. Twilight would tell him when she was ready.

Twilight then laid down and wrapped her hooves around Flash and soon both were asleep.

It was still raining chocolate milk outside it had gone non stop since yesterday and Fluttershy and Creative had to do something.

"Do you want to go play in the chocolate rain again?" CC asked her best friend

Fluttershy shook her head "No, mommy got a little mad at me for playing in the chocolate rain."

"Oh, okay." CC understood completely, in the little time she had been here she had seen that Fluttershy's mom, Bon bon, was a bit over protective at times and she just wanted what's best for her daughter. "What should we do then?"

"We could draw or play hide-and-seek or... draw" Fluttershy said quietly unable to think of anything else to do.

"Good idea Fluttershy! We can play hide-and-seek around this castle!" CC said excitedly

"Okay" Fluttershy nodded "Who hides first?" She asked

CC pondered for a moment about that "You can hide first if you want to."

"Okay" Fluttershy said quietly "Count to 60"

CC nodded then closed her eyes and begun to count out loud "1... 2... 3... 4..."

Fluttershy quietly snuck away so CC wouldn't hear which direction she went in. Fluttershy snuck around the castle but stayed near where CC was so it wouldn't take forever to find her.

Fluttershy looked around and saw a plant big enough to hide her small body. She quickly went over to it and hid in its leaves. She got in to a position as comfortable as she could so she wouldn't have to move and give herself away.

And from her position there was a small space she could see through so she could tell it CC was close.

"58... 59... 60!" CC finally finished counting, she didn't really want to count to 60 because 1. She was six and it was hard to get there, luckily she was somewhat advanced for her age.

"Ready or not here I come!" CC called out as she began run down the hall that she had heard Futtershy sneak down. No matter how quiet Fluttershy was, or how loud she counted, she was able to pick up even the faintest sound.

CC began to search the hallway. She looked in every possible place a small little filly like Fluttershy could fit into. While searching she found some places that she would be able to hide in when her turn came. Bit she could worry about that later. Right now she had to focus on finding her freind.

As she walked down one of the vast halls she saw a potted plant big enough for a pony to hide in. She passed it pretending to not notice it and walked a little distance before ying back.

Fluttershy had seen her freind walk past her hiding place and she giggled a tiny bit after she was shure her freind was out of hearing.

She sat for a little, staying hidden. After a moment something jumped on her from above causing her to squeal and dart out from the leaves of the plant.

She heard laughter behinde her and she turned around to see her friend laughing a little bit.

"You're it!" CC said trying not to laugh anymore.

"CC don't scare me!" Fluttershy pouted "It's not funny."

"Sorry Flutters." CC said apologeticly "I just wanted to have a little fun"

"Its okay." Fluttershy replied "just please dont do it again"

"I promise I wont." CC said.

"Good" Fluttershy smiled

"Now, its you turn!" CC said as she began to fly away "You can count to 30 if you want" she called out.

Fluttershy nodded and began to count. And the game continued.

Elsewhere in Equestria in the city of Cloudsdale, four pegasi were flying around professionally doing an obstacle course.

Rainbow Dash was in the lead as always because of her awesomeness. Soarin was right behind her. And Spit Foot and Fleet Fire were close behind them.

They did a couple laps of rhe obstacle course before Rainbow crossed the finish line.

"I win!" Rainbow exclaimed "Oh yah I'm awesome!" Rainbow said doing a small victory dance.

Soarin landed next to her then Spit Fire and Fleet Foot followed.

"You sure are good at out shining the rest of us." Spit Fire commented.

"Thats true" Fleet Foot agreed

"I know" Rainbow said with a smirk "I am as awesome as I want to be"

The three nodded in agreement with the cyan pegasus.

"Thats why I like you so much" Soarin commented while putting his hoof around Rainbow's shoulder.

In the past 6 years alot had happened Rainbow had been such a great flyer that she had been abpe to join the Wonderbolts! They had all travled equestria together and performed whenever they could.

But her becoming a Wonderbolt wasnt the only thing that happened, her and Soarin had (believe it or not) fallen in love, this jad made Spit Fire a bit jealous. She had known and liked Soarin longer than rainbow had but they were happy together so she eventually have them her full support. There were plenty of other stallions out there and she might like them more who knows? Anyways, eventually Rainbow and Soarin tied the knot (yet another unexpected thing) and were very happy together.

"Lets fo some more laps" Fleet Foot said before flying off at her full speed.

"I'm in" Spit Fire called as she too took off full speed.

Rainbow and Soarin stood for a good 10 seconds before excjanging glances and taking off together full speed. They pased the other two pegasi and left them in the dust.

The four wonderbolts trained and flew for hours. After hours of training and flying they went back to their cloud home to hang out and just relax.

Discord floated down the halls of the castle he had resided in for the past 6 years. Every once in a while he would change things up a bit like making the floor checker patterend of turning plants into carnivorous plants or switching the gravity or anything chaotic really.

"Chaos is such a wonderfull thing." Discord said as he admired some of his glorious chaos.

Just then a purple and green dragon came running p o the draconiquues "You highness!" he called out

"What spike?" Discord asked boardly while mostly paying attention to his chaos.

You know, spike had been a baby dragon when Discord had taken over all those tears ago. het was probably a pet to the oldest princess he had gotten rid of all those years ago. Discord decided not to get rid of him because, well it never hurts to have a few more servants aron the castle.

"I finished assigning all the work for the servants for the rest of the month." Spike told the chaotic king. Discord ad put spike in charge of assigning jobs to the servants. he normally did it surprisingly quickly considering how many servants there were.

"Well I obviously need to give you a tougher job" Discord grumbled under his breath.

Spike had heard that and pretended not to "Anyway, since I am done for the month I am going to take my week off."

Spike did that a lot, he was allowed to leave and do stuff after his job was finished. most of the time he would travel to places around Equestria.

"Whatever, just remember to come back at the beginning of the month." Discord said as he went back to his chaos.

"Great, see ya." Spike said as he ran out of the room.

Spike made his way out of the castle and through the streets of Canterlot all the way to the train station. When he got there he looked at the schedule to see when the next train would arrive and where it would be heading to.

The next train would arrive in about 5 to 10 minutes and it was heading to Ponyville.

"Well, I've never been there before." Spike happily said to himself. He pulled out some bits he had and took them to a ticket booth and gave them to the pony running it.

"One ticket to Ponyville please." He said. The pony took the bits and gave the young dragon the ticket.

"Thanks" he said as he walked to a bench to sit at till the train arrived.

In the little town of Ponyville at Sweet Apple Acers Apple Jack, Apple Bloom and Big Mac were working hard on the farm harvesting the apples in one section of the orchard.

In the past few years Apple Bloom, Big Mac and Granny Smith had become like family to the young earth pony. AJ had always helped with the harvests and chores.

Over the past few years she had helped Big Mac with the special Zap Apple harvests. One year Apple Jack had Received a had from Apple Bloom and AJ never took it off. every pony agreed that she looked better with it on.

The three ponies worked hard on their harvest and every now and then she stoped to wipe the sweat off her fore head.

"Man it is hot outside" AJ remarked

"Eyup" Big Mac said. In the time she had known him she had learned he never said much

After working a good portion of the day AJ, AB and Big Mac grabbed some of the barrels of apples to take into Ponyville to sell.

They walked al while under the blazing hot sun all the way to the market, where they set up a stand to sell some apples. They had a couple customers now and then but not many.

Spike was sitting on the train to Ponyville starting out the window. He could see part of the small town from the window. He could tell that the ride wouldn't be much longer from there probably only a few minutes or so.

Spike wondered what the small town would be like, If the ponies were nice, and stuff like that.

After a few minutes of starting out the window the train pulled into the station and every pony, and dragon, got off.

Spike got off and began to look around the small town. it looked like a nice place, there was a couple cotton candy clouds and upside don trees but those were everywhere in equestria and some places had loads more chaos than this place did..

Spike wandered a bit trying to find a hotel or inn or some place like that. He also needed to find some lunch.

The little dragon's stomach began to growl. He really needed something to eat. He looked around and caught sight of an apple cart! Most apples in Equestria had been changed by magic and tasted like all kinds of sweets. It was very rare to find normal apples.

When spike reached the cart he was greeted by a friendly voice with a slight country accent.

"Howdy there, what can ah do ya for?" A tan earth pony, with green eyes and a blonde mane tied into two pony tails and a stenson hat, asked the young dragon

"Oh, I just needed some apples" Spike told the mare. he looked at her and noticed they both had emerald green eyes. To him she was kind of... pretty.

"Sure how many apples would yall like?" She questioned bringing the dragon out of his thoughts.

"Oh, well 5 should be good for now." Spike said.

"Well then, that'll be 2 bits." The pony told him.

Spike pulled out a small pouch of bits and pulled two out placing them into the pony's hoof.

"Thanks sugar cube." The mare said as a young yellow filly with a red mane and pink bow tied in it, brought a sack of apples to the dragon. Man that filly was so adorable he could die!

"Thanks." Spike said as he began to leave.

"Wait," The mare said stopping him from leaving "I've never seen ya around here before, ah recon' yall are new"

"no, I'm just visiting this place." Spike replied

"Well then you are gonna need a place to stay aren't ya?" She asked

"Yah are there any hotels or inns or anything?" He asked

"No, not here" The filly with the red mane butted into the conversation.

"Why not?" Spike asked

"Well, there hasn't been need" The earth mare answered. "Not many ponies come here, but when they do they don't stay long."

"Oh, well, then I guess I wont have a place to stay" The Dragon said.

"Not nececarily" The mare replied "yah could always stay at our place in sweet apple acers" She said.

"Eyup." The red stallion with an orange mane nodded.

"Really?" Spike asked happily

"Why, of course you can" the little filly answered.

"Thanks!" he said excitedly. "I'm Spike by the way."

"Well spike, I am Apple Jack and my adoptive siblings are Apple bloom," She pointed to the filly "And Big Mac." She said pointing to the stallion.

"Well, its nice meeting all of you" He said

"Pleasure is all ours" AJ said. In truth she thought the little dragon was sort of adorable too bad he was only visiting not permanently staying

"After we are done selling most of these, we will show you sweet apple acers, and if you want to you can help us." AJ said.

Spike nodded and they began to work

READ THIS PLEASE: Later in this chapter there will be some Riddles some are from a book of 'Mensa Mind challenges' and for those of you who dont know Mensa is a school for geniouss' but you dont have to be a genious to awnser them so try your best (If you want to) To awnser them

Luna sat in the library in the castle of the two sisters, half absorbed in a book. Normaly she didnt read that much but you know a good book now and again is fine.

As she read she heard the door to the library open and she turned to see her 'student' Sunset Shimmer soaking wet.

"Quite a storm out there isnt it?" Luna asked as she set the book down.

"Yah, luckily its not chocolate milk" Sunset smiled

"Yah, thats a bright side" Luna said. One reason they were in the everfree forest was because discords magic couldnt influince it, no magic could effect it. Luna had trained sunset in magic in a library abpve ponyvil but they moved to her childhood castle after Discord took over.

Why? Well if Discord had taken over he had overthrown her sister somehow and Luna was determined to help Celestia and her daughters be reunited and take back their kingdom. Thats one reason she was giving Twilight those dreams. To help her regain her memory, though it may take a while.

"So Luna?" Sunset spoke

"Yes Sunset?" Luna asked

"What are we going to learn today?" Sunset questioned her mentor

"Nothing." Luna replied

"What, why?" Sunset asked

"It's Saturday, I want to relax a bit" Luna awnsered

Sunset nodded and walked to a pillow on the floor and levitated a book to read.

While sunset read Luna thought about her sister, what exactly had happened? Hopefully she, and mabey sunset, could help fix what Discord had done and Celestia's family could be reunited.

Speaking of that family...

Luna glanced at her student, Sunset never knew her real family and Celestia's daughters had never known her, their oldest sister. Luna sill wondered why Celestia had put her in charge of teaching Sunset and helping her she first began teaching her Sunset had few magical cababilities. Bur through the years Sunset had become great and learned lots of spells by Star Swirl the Bearded. She would study long and hard and, though Luna encoraged her to make freinds Sunset never did.

It may have been better for her to grow up with her sisters but Sunset was verry helpfull in finding out where the other princesses were, even if she didn't know that they were her sisters or why Luna needed to find them.

None of the princesses were hurt and they all seemed somewhat happy with their new lives. Thay all have freinds and loved ones to help them. Mabey this whole incident was a good thing.

It could bee good but the sooner Discord is defeated the better. So she needed to do everything she could to help.



Pinkie and Cheese were walking out in the middle of nowhere waiting to know where a party was needed. They did this alot and some times they waited a long time for a party to be needed. At the moment they were telling jokes and riddles.

"Okay so what time is it when your clock strikes 13 times?" Pinkie asked

Cheese thought for a moment trying to come up with an awsnser "Uh, time to get a new clock?" He said unsurely

"Yes!" Pinkie giggled a littel and cheese joined.

"Okay my turn" Cheese said before thinking of something "What two numberes have the same awnser when multiplied as when added?"

"Cheese you know I'm not that great at math" Pinkie wined a little

"Its easy." Cheese said "I could tell you the awnser." He offered

"No, give me a second" Pinkie held up her hoof and stopped walking trying to think as hard as possible

"I could just..." Chesse looked at the pink mare

"No dont tell me I can figure this out" She said still thinking "Oh I know 0 and 0"

"No but close" Cheese said

Pinkie then began to go through every number she could think of before finding the awnser "Oh it's 2 and 2 isnt it?"

"Yes" Cheese smiled

Pinkie was releived that she had gotten the awnser right and could stop thinking

"My turn." Pinkie smiled "why do white sheep eat less grass than black sheep?"

"I dont know. Why?" Cheese asked

"Because there are fewer black sheep than white sheep" Pinkied awnsered "I get to go again"

After many unusual little brain teasers they continued down their path.

Cheese just continued to walk while staring at the crazy mare "After all these years I still dont understand you Pinkie" He whispered to himself before chuckling a little.

Rarity sat at a desk designing some beautifull dresses. Though she was still pretty young and didnt really need a job she worked with Fancy Pants and his family and Coco did as well.

Rarity smiled at her dress designs and levitated them over behind a curtain. After gathering some supplies she went behind the curtains and began to work on her dresses.

After half an hour Rarity emerged from the curtain

"Coco, come here!" Rarity called exitedly

Coco looked up from a dress the was currently working on. "Why?" She asked

"I just want to show you something." Rarity smiled

"Okay" the earth pony said setting down the dress and walking over to her freind.

"So what is it that you want to show me?" The pony asked before she was pulled behing the curtain by Rarity

When Coco saw the dresses rarity hed made she gasped. "Oh Rarity these are the most beautifull dresses I have ever seen!"

"Thanks darling." Rarity smiled "Do you think Fancy Pants will like them?" She asked unsurely

"Like them? He'd be stupid to not like these amazing dresses." Coco awnsered

"Thanks." Rarity smiled gving Coco, who was like a sister to her, a hug. "Now all I have to do is put the finishing toutches on them then show them to him."

Coco smiled and walked back to where she had been working on her dress.

Not long after, Fancy Pants came in to check on them.

Fancy looked at Coco's dresses.

"Oh, exelent work Coco Pomel, I'm still surprised at how you can do all these so quickly yet perfectly despite having no magic." Fancy Pants complimented

"Thanks." Coco smiled "Altough I think you'll like Rarity's dresses better."

"Speaking of Rarity where is she?" Fancy asked the earth pony

"I'm right here" Rarity said from behind the other unicorn.

"I'm exited to see what you've been working on." He smiled at Rarity

"Trust me you'll love it" Coco told the stallion

"Well then, show me what you've made." Fancy said as he turned to the curtain that the unicorn was about to move.

"Prepare to be amazed" Coco said to the colt.

Rarity then moved the curtain over to reveal the dresses she had been working on.

"Oh my, Rarity! These are so beautifull!" Fancy pants exclaimed in awe "Where did you ger that fabric?"

"Oh this, its a new fabric I've been developing for months" the unicorn said pridefully "Its stretchy, but not clingy. Shimmery yet not showy! And it works for everything from shoes to skirts to tops!"

"You never cease to amaze me." Fancy aplauded her. "I would even wear one of these."

"Yes, I have made lots of extra fabric so we can make suits and ties as well." Rarity added "And I can make different colors if needed."

"Bravo miss Rarity!" Fancy Pants praised the talented mare "Now, Its lunch time, so how would you two like to acompany me for lunch?" He asked both mares

"Oh well that would be great but I have plans" Coco explained "But rarity can go with you."

Truth be told Coco didnt have plans for lunch she jus knew Rarity liked fancy pants, even if she was a little too young to start dating, and wanted to let them hang out alone.

"Well then, miss Rarity" he said holding out his hoof for her "shall we?"

Rarity nodded and took his hoof "Yes we shall."

And with that they left.

Sunset sat out in the everfree castle of the two sisters. She was in the garden, by a pond, about to attempt a new spell.

Her horn ignited and glowed it's usual green color. Soon a bit of a blue-ish color mixed in as it spiraled around he horn. Sunset, almost done wwith the spell, concentrated harder as not to fail. Sparks began to shoot out of her horn falling into the pond.

Sunset shot a magical beam at the waters surface causimg it to glow green for a moment. Her horn stopped glowing as she opened her eyes and looked into the pong as the green faded away.

'Time to see if it worked...' The unicorn thought to herself.

"Show me Princess Twilight Sparkle." She requested. At first nothing happened causing Sunset to think she had messed up on the spell, but all of a sudden a bright flash of light occurred and the edges of the pond looked as if green lightning was surging around it.

After the glow dissipated an image of the purple alicorn appeared.




Twilight was walking through the crystal empire. Walking alongside her was Her husband Flash and a small little filly. She was about Five years old, she was an alicorn like twilight and had the same coat color as flash. Her mane was blue, like Flash's, bit she had pink and purple highlights in it and her eyes were the same color as the purple princess.

(Sunset assumed this filly to be Twilight and Flash's daughter) 

"So Morning Glory," Twilight asked her daughter "What would you like to do first?"

(From what sunset could see this was the Crystal Empire's annual crystal fair. The ponies looked happy and were all crystallized in their usual way. It looked like a fun event to Sunset Shimmer)

The little alicorn shrugged "I dont know, ebewy thing wooks so fun!" (Trying to mimick how a 5-year-old talks. Not verry good at it) 

"Well, how about a roller coaster?" Her father suggested.

"Oh, I downt know daddy. It looks scawy." She replied nervously

"Well if you don't want to you don't have to" Twilight smiled sweetly before booping her daughters nose causing the young alicorn to giggle a bit.

"How about we play some games?" The orange pegasus suggested instead

Morning Glory smiled and nodded excitedly. "Yes games pwease!"

And the three went to do the carnival games together as a family.

(After watching the princess and her family for a while sunset began to get tired since it was getting late. She would have gone to her bed had she not heard Twilight talking about a specail performance that would be happening for the first night of the fair. Sunset was interested so she continued to watch the princess) 


Twilight walked on the stage along with Cadence and Shining Aurmour.

"Hello everypony!" Cadende spoke for all the ponies in attendence, including the ones who had come from orher places to whitness the powering of the crystal heart. "Have you all beeen having a good day?"

The ponies cheered loudly full of enthusiasm.

"Good" Shining Armor continued for her "There's more to come in the next few days"

"Including a special show tonight!" Twilight added "Along with fire works afterwards"

This resulted in another loud cheer.

"First, all the way from Canterlot," Cadence spake again

"Some specail guests!" Shining Added

"Here to perform for you, Mondancer, Lyra Heartstrings, Twikleshine, Lemon Hearts and Minuette!" Twilight announced before all three quicly moved off stage.

A moment later a curtain lifted revealing only one mare, a creme colored unicorn with a red mane similar to Twilight's. She wore her mane up in a fancy style and had some light make-up on.

Twilight had become freinds with them over the years. They had come to the Crystal Empire many years ago not long after she had arrived. They had come to be free of Discord's tyranny.

A sudden spotlight shone on the unicorn in the middle as music began to play.

'Welcome each and everyone

to our festival of fun'

Moondancer sang solo

'Something noteable and new' 
Moondancer sang with Lyra and Minuette who appeared, one on each side of the stage then both dissappeared back into the wings as moondancer continued.

'We bring glamor from afar,

Plus a touch of the bizarre'

Then all four of Moondancer's freinds appeared two on each side and all sang.

'And It's only for you!'

Then the four disappeared again as Moondancer continued.

'Let us tell you of this place

while assembled on our stage'

Then the four came back out and sang in chourus

'To fantastic to be true'

Though the others were still on stage she sang solo again

'listen to us as we speak 

This place is really quite unique'

'And It's only for you'  

The five sang in unicine as the also did a sort of dance routine

If it's marvel and adventure

that your soul and body crave

You'll be leaving here content

without a doubt

Are you ready?

Are you willing?

Are you are you ready for the day?

There's an oh so simple way of finding out!

Though her friends remained on stage Moondancer sand solo again

'Is your life a little humdrum? 'She did an obviously fake yawn of boredom while singing that line

'Is your life a little glum?' 

All her friends joined in after that

We've a remedy for all who wear a frown 

We wont bite you we'll delight you

We invite you to have fun,

At this specail celebration

Which is held to help power up

our special crystal heart!

Then four stallions ran onto stage as Moon dancer moved to the side and the other four sat in a row looking upstage at the stallions.

We've got jugglers from the east

We've got food to have a feast

Then all the mares, except Moon Dancer, joined in

We're a pretty heady brew

Moon shrugged in agreement as she walked back to the center stage as the colts went back to singing solo,

We've fiddler from the west

who is said to be possessed

And then all mares stood and joined with the colts

And It' only for you!

All the mares began to sing again, without the colts, as Moon was lifted by the stallions

We bring magic

And all the Mares' horns lit with sparks of magic

Me bring mirth,

we've been halfway round the earth

From Canterlot to Timbucktoo

All mares joined hooves for balance as the stood on their hind legs to show what they could do

To present to you today

this wonderful display

And then all sang in unison again

Which is only for you!

Moon dancer moved in front of he friends and smiled brightly

Then all continued singing and the mares went back onto the ground standing normal

 Such a show you've never seen

such a show there's never been

And today's our grand debut

Prince and pauper come on in

let the spectacle begin

And the mares, except MD, did something that surprised the monies. All lined up they all slid down into a split

'cuz its only for you!

The mares moved out of splits while staying sitting as the stallions lifted moon dancer up once again and all sang more loudly with extra enthusiasm

Let the banners be unfurled

Raise the curtain on our world

without anymore ado

then moon dancer was allowed to free fall for a moment and was caught right before hitting the ground giving the audience of ponies a small scare. Then the mares sang alone.

The Crystal Empire has all you need

satisfaction guaranteed

By now Moon was back on the ground and made her way to the front before all mares sang again

and it's only for you!

At the same time the stallions began to sing their own part

Welcome each and everyone

To our festival of fun

And all joined in for the finale as moon dancer was lifted onece again but higher then before

 For you!

And the music stopped and the curtain closed as fireworks went off the audience broke out into cheers and shouts for the amazing show and the current fireworks.




MEANWHILE backstage, The group of mares were talking to Twilight and her daughter

"Girls that was amazing!" Twilight beamed

"Thanks" Moon Dancer smiled sheepishly

"I just don't know where those fireworks came from, were those even supposed to happen?" Twinkle Shine asked

"Mommy said I could." The little alicorn replied

"Really you did those?" Lyra asked in surprise

"She is very talented" Twilight smiled "Aren't you Morning Glory?"

The filly smiled and nodded "I guess I am,."

"Wait did she create those with her magic?" Sugar Hearts Was still shocked

"Yes I did!" Morning Beamed pridefully for her talents

"Well, she will be great at magic someday" Moon Dancer smiled

"Yes she will." Swilight said before nuzzling her filly.




As much as Sunset wanted to continue watching it was getting late, She wanted to tell her mentor all she knew about how Twilight was doing in her new life, And that her spell had been successful. So sunset decided to go back into the castle, she would continue her observations on the other princesses tomorrow.



> Specail Day

Fluttershy sat with CC in the castle gardens both playing together as they has done the past 6 years of their life.

They had become like sisters in those years. No pony could come between them.

"So Fluttershy, anything happening this week?" CC asked her best freind

"Nothing I know of." Fluttershy replied

"You sure? No specail events happening in the next few days?" CC pressed on

"Nothing comes to mind" Fluttershy said obviously oblivious to what CC was reffering to

"Nothing on Saturday?" CC continued hoping Fluttershy would catch on

"Oh! Yah" Fluttershy gasped in realization "Mother is taking me to voulenteer at the Canterlot animal shelter! Shenks for reminding me!" Fluttershy smiled brightly

"Wait, WHAT!?" CC exclaimed "Your voulenteering on Saturday? Of all days you chose Saturday?!" CC exclaimed clearly hurt Fluttershy wouldnt be hanging oit with her that day, that verry specail day.

"I know, but it's the only time mother has some free time. We've been planing on this for so long. I cant beleive I almost forgot!" Fluttershy said apologetically

"Wait months?You two have been plannong this little borulenteer trip for months!?" CC still shocked at Fluttershy not remembering what Saturday was!

"Yah! It would have been so horrible if I had forgotten!" Fluttershy frowned "I need to go remind mother just in case she forgot. I hope she hasn't!"

"Wait but-" CC began 't finnish as Flutters was already flying away."How can you forget such a special day?" CC whispered on the verge of tears.

"So mother?" Fluttershy asked flying up to her unknowingly adopted mother "How are preparations going?"

"So far they are going great" Bon Bon hugged her filly "Creative doesn't suspect a thing right?"

"Nope. We cant ler her ruin the suprise. Hopefully I can prevent her from spoiling the surprise" Fluttershy frowned not wanting to hid rhings from her freind but, it was for CC's own good. All Fluttershy needed to do was keep things a secret, no matter what.

A few days later the two ponies were playing in the gardens again as usual.

"Fluttershy, are you sure you dont know what happens on Saturday." CC asked out of the blue while they created flower crowns out of daisies.

"Like I said my mom and I are going to the shelter." Fluttershy repeated for what felt like the thousandth time

"NO!" Creative cried out inftustration "Fluttershy we have been freinds since we were 6 years old! Hpw would you not know what happens then! Saturday is a Verry important day for me!"

"Me too!" Flutters replied with fake frustration, she was only pretending as you may know.

"But you cant go to the shelter!" CC exclaimed

"I can and I am!" Fluttershy replied

"But not Saturday!" CC argued

"And why not?" Fluttershy asked

"Because!" CC responded irritated at the other pegasuss. "You know what, forget it go ahead and go do what you want! I really don't care!" she said even though she did care that her best friend didn't realize how special the upcoming weekend was to her

"I'll see you later Flutters" she frowned before taking off into the sky and flying towards one of the castle windows.

Fluttershy shook her head with a light chuckle "Creative, you'll understand in time... I'm sorry but I'm doing this because we are such good friends and I have to do something for you." Fluttershy smiled and walked off to find her mother.

Fluttershy and BonBon walked through the castle as silently as possible. It was earlier than they normally woke up and BonBon had hoped to sleep a little more that day as it was Saturday, but alas with Fluttershy wanting to do something special for Creative Cloud she had to make sure it was perfect.

Soon the two made it out of the castle and into the streets of Canterlot towards a building that was old and commonly unoccupied, sort of like most of the buildings there since Discord had come into power.

When Fluttershy and BonBon got inside the building there were party decorations everywhere. There were tables set up and it looked like it would be an epical party

"Oh, this is so pretty" Fluttershy said in awe "CC is going to live it!"

"I'm sure she will" Fluttershy's adopted mother responded

"Thank you, mother"

"Oh, don't thank me." The yellow earth pony smiled "All the credit goes to a couple of party ponies who I hired for this."

"Well, they are really good at parties." Fluttershy responded still in awe

"Well we are professionals!" A bubbly pink mare exclaimed popping out of nowhere and startling the yellow pegasus

"Oops sorry!" The mare apologized "I didn't mean to startle you."

"Oh, um... It's okay" The shy pegasuss forgave her

"I'm Pinkie Pie by the way! What's you're name?"

"Oh, I'm Fluttershy." She said hiding behind her mane

"Hmm, that name sounds really familiar." Pinkie said pondering on where she may have heard it before

"Where's Cheese?" BonBon asked changing the subject. She knew this was dangerous and could really upset the king if he found out. If Pinkie remembered she'd tell Fluttershy and then they'd seek out the others and as much as Equestria needed that it couldn't happen, at least not yet.

"Oh," Pinkie said snapping out of her thoughts "He's..."

"Right here." The orange earth colt said coming down some stairs that led to a second floor.

"Oh, thank you so much!" Fluttershy smiled brightly "Thank you! CC is going to love it!"

Pinkie walked to give the filly a hug "Any thing for a freind!" Pinkie beamed

It was about 11 AM. CC sat sadly on a cotten candy cloud. This was supposed to be the best day ever for her... but it just wasnt the same. Her best freind had forgotten such a specail day, she just couldnt enjoy it without Fluttershy.

"Hey CC" Fluttershy's soft voice sounded behind the pink pegasus.

"hey flutters." CC mumbled sadly

"So, I was wondering if you want to come wirh me to the shelter?"

"Why?"

"Well, I just think we would have fun together." Fluttershy smiled at her friend

CC was still upset ay fluttershy nut she didnt want to hold a grudge so she nodded.

Fluttershy got realy exited and grabbed her best freind's hoof "Come on my mom is already there waiting!"

Fluttershy and CC flew quickly though CC still frowned. A few minutes later the two sister-like freinds arrived at an opd building rhat seemed abandoned but wasn't apparently.

Before Creative could notice fluttershy put a blindfold over CC's eyes.

"Fluttershy what..." CC rried to aske

"Trust me." Was all Fluttershy said as she led her pink pegasus freind into the building

When they got inside Fluttershy removed CC's blindfold but the room was pitch black... that is until Cheese Sandwich switched on the lights.

CC looked around and saw... party decorations pink and teal streamers, baloons and a banner that said 'Happy 12th Birthday Creative Cloud' There were a couple of presents on a table. CC's frown instantly turned into a smile.

"You remembered!"

"Of course I did." Fluttershy replied "You think I would forget you're birthday?"

"I thought you did..." CC replied honestly but her eyes dilled with happy tears. She hugfed her freind "Oh, thank you so much!"

"I also got you a couple of presents but the one I'd like to give to you first is this." Fluttershy smiled holding a little box wrapped in majenta wrapping paper.

Creative opened it and inside were a pair of earings, (her ears were peirced when she was 8) they wre both made from lego's most was blue bit there was a stripe of white netween the top lego and rhe middle one, there was also a little white peice on top. Along with the earings was a miniature blue box also made out of legos. It actually had lines on it for design and on the top it said 'Poleice Public Call Box'

"Oh, my gosh where did you find these?" CC asked in awe.

"I bought them at a lego store not too far put of canterlot. I saw them and instantly got them for you." Fluttershy explained

"Oh thank you."

And so the two freinds went about talking and celebrateing CC's birthday.

After the party Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich walked out of Canterlot side by side

"I know what tou did Marina." Pinkie pie said to.. somebody and since ot was the first time Cheese had seen he do it, it confused him.

'Yah and?'

Cheese was suprised by the voice coming from nowhere

"Why did you do that? I thought you wanted..."

'No Pinkie! NO spoilers!'

"I know But..."

'No! It's my birthday! Please dont spoil anything for the readers!"

"The who?" Cheese asked

"Readers." Pinkie responded before turning back ro me "Fine, I'll pretend to not remember anything... I'll wait till the time comes."

'Ugh       good enough.'

I know, I know, you haven't read a word of this story in years and now you get… an Authors note.I promise you it is nothing bad, so bear with me. Please.

I started this story in mid 2015. That's almost six years ago! SIX YEARS! I wrote twelve chapters (even if some of them were short) from May to October. Wow!

And then I stopped.

I'm going to be honest here, I was really young when I started these, I began writing on a whim and didn't take time to edit and revise, I just wrote and posted and was happy with it. But, as I kept writing and eventually began revising, I was realising that what I wanted to create and where my writing was at at the time were two entirely different levels. It was just notwhere I wanted it to be.

I stoped.

I tried to take time to read and improve my writing. I fell out of the habit of posting… But I never stopped creating. I have notebooks upon notebooks of tidbits and scenes that I've written for this and other stories. Ever since I stopped posting I've wanted to redo my stories, to get to a point where I could create them and be happy with their quality. My writing isn't perfect but it has improved.

I'm ready to start writing again-or more accurately, to start posting again. All my stories, this one in particular, have evolved and changed so much, but at heart they are the same as what they started with-what I wanted them to be. The stakes are... a bit higher, the characters (hopefully) are more real as I've come to better know and understand them in the context of this world.

I'm am rebooting New Fairy Tail. And I'm excited!

It's time to expect the Unexpected

It's time for higher stakes! It's not just Discord being a jerk and taking over. He had some real reasons in the original but I never quite got there… whoops! This time, the reasons won't just be jealousy and revenge, as good as those motives are. But you'll see what I mean.

I just want to say, I went back and re-read this story, I do still love it so much, rough as it was. I also re-read the comments and... my heart! 3 Everyone was so sweet and supportive of this little child with a keyboard who loved to write and didn't care if it was top tier or not. So thank you to everypony on fanfiction and fimfiction who took the time to review because you are what has kept me going on this story and what made me want to make it better. Please, please, please, If you read this the first time around and loved it despite the errors and the waits, please give me a second chance, come see what I desperately wanted this story to be.

One that begins this terribly stormy night...

Thunder cracked through the air, violently interrupting the stillness of the night. Faster than the storm clouds had appeared, ponies had abandoned the streets for shelter within homes and open shops. The sun had only recently set, but the night life was already suppressed by the unplanned storm.

Deep within the shadows of the city crept a long serpentine like creature, paw and claw glinting dangerously if ever the light caught them. His destination? The castle. The Crown Jewel of Canterlot. A grand palace of marble which glimmered and shone, even in the dark night. It's purple and gold spires were as radiant in the night as in the day.

It had been a long time since he'd stepped lizard leg or cloven hoof within these walls. But his return was a long time coming.

This is going to be fun…

The monumental structure exuded regality and commanded respect from all who passed by. It was a fortress at one time, one he'd readily and easily infiltrate.

Tonight was the night he'd waited a millenia for.
