> Chapter 0: The Day I got Shot (First Person)

	It was a boring day at my job, even though it was Friday and I was going to join my friends for our usual after work drinking session and get hammered for Saturday. Mind you, my friends and I aren't the smartest people but we were a tight group despite our arguments.

Ah but I'm skipping a bit ahead aren't I? Well let me introduce myself a bit, the name is Roland Zhuge Yie Wu. A Chinese American who has a large fascination on myths and legends. However, I also have a basic day job as a accountant in an accounting firm, hey you got to pay the bills somehow. One of my quirks as it were is that I'm also a big Wushu nut, in fact I was saving up to visit the ruins of what is considered the 'Earthly' Wudang-Sha or in English, Wudang Mountian, the 'birthplace' of Chinese martial arts. And don't think I don't see the irony that is my name since it translate to Wild (Yie) Martial Arts (Wu). 

So yeah every Firday, I get together with a group of my friends both fron and out of work. Among our group are two whom I considered my best friends, Arnold and Gale. 

Now Arnold, despite his rather common name as he puts it is the more insane member of our group, despite being a firefighter. Not in the terms of seeking adventures or some sexual problems or anything but more along the lines he was a HUGE Power Rangers and Super Sentai fan. He was one of those people if you got him talking about it, he would never stop. I didn't like the Power Ranger stuff or the Super Sentai lore but once in a blue moon I pop over to Arnold's place during the weekend to watch whatever Sentai he wants to put on. I like watching the wire-fu and the technics deployed by the suit actors, especially the Megazord actors since they have the hardest jobs of all. If you asked me I would say among all the Sentai stuff that Arnold has shown me I like Dairanger and Gekiranger the most among all of them since they are based on Martial Arts, however loosely. 

The other, Gabrielle or Gale as she prefers, was a cook for a hotel and how she got by was, unfortunately for me, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. She was a huge Pegasister and will never forget to watch at least two episodes while hanging with us, claiming it was one of the only times she could relax after work. I'm usually faltered since she was spending time with us but sometimes it can be grating. Since some of the others who I'm not so close with are hardcore Bronies and me and Arnold get left out once in a while. I was never really interested in the pony stuff but I would keep enough attention as to not enure her wrath by miss-naming one of the 'Mane Six' or something. That and to also know what to buy for her birthday present.

Now this time around I wasn't planning on getting drunk with the guys because I had a lunch date with one of my co-workers the next day. Surprisingly both Arnold and Gale were not as well since Arnold said he wanted to go to a convention in town the next day and he had invited Gale to join him. I was rather happy that two of my friends are getting together, or at least I was if it wasn't for the asshole behind me.

"Hey Roland," said the idiot sitting at the table behind me," So big day tomorrow eh?"

"Shut up Steve," I said. That was Steve, a long time rival back in the firm since we both were interns. He and I could not get along even if the world depended on it. Unfortunately, he is also the reason I died. But I'm getting ahead of myself. Let's talk about Steve for a moment, Despite our long standing rivalry and his asshole-ness towards me, he does has one redeeming quality, he never does anything untowardly to women, even if they deserve it. Thinking about it now, he and I never really did have a good reason to dislike each other, expect for promotions that is. He always joined us at least once a month for these outing and always somehow ends up drunk no matter how much he actually drinks. This was one of those times. 

Now this night was pretty fine despite of Steve's jibes at me, and all of us were leaving the bar when Steve noticed this two guys in suits were harassing one of the waitress. Being the gallant idiot he is, and I also assume he was slightly drunk as well, he confronted the two. After a few heated words, one of them pulled out a gun. Before Steve could do anything, the guy pointed the gun at him and was about to pull the trigger. Unfortunately, my last act was to push the idiot out of the way and take the bullet for him. 

Now your probably wondering why did I take a bullet for someone I don't like. I still don't know why I did it. Impulse? Some deep connection with my hated rival? I don't know. What I do know? I collapsed, the police and ambulance was called. And I blacked out before they even loaded me into the gunnery. 

However I 'woke' up and watched myself get loaded in the ambulance and was driven to the hospital. I watch as the paramedics tried to keep me alive but even I knew that I was dead. By the time we arrived at the hospital, I was pronounced Dead on Arrival. 

Now I'm stuck in what I assume is limbo, or something or another... oh hey a light. maybe that's heaven... or Valhalla for all I know. Heck I wouldn't even mind if I get sent to some other place. Who knows what mind need a accountant like myself.

Well you know what they say not to do, go towards that light.
> Chapter 1: A New Land and A Strange Body (First Person)

	The light was blinding but slowly dissipated, although I swore I saw what looked like red hair before it became all dark again, maybe it wasn't my time yet and I was to stay in Limbo and be dicked around by some spirit? Well that can't be right. As the darkness engulfed me once more I heard a voice.

"Rise and join me, My Rinshi!"

'Why does that remind me of something... oh no. oh dear god no. Please don't tell me I've-'

My own thoughts were interrupted as I rose from the ground along with many other creatures. Each of them looked alike and I assumed I was like them as well. Whatever that called us from the grave was too far for me to see properly however it's command was still ringing in my head. I fought the command as best as I could so I could at least think by myself. I could definitely see a few other Rinshi doing the same as well but another command forced us into line and looking at the podium. Standing at the center of the podium was three creatures which was extremely familiar. I couldn't remember who they were but I could remember their title and motive of the monster. The first who was sitting and what looks like a throne, was the Land Fist Demon styled after the bear, flanking on his two sides where the Sea Fist Demon who was styled after a Jelly fish, and the third who I could remember his name was the Sky Fist Demon Kata who was styled after the Hawk.

"Hear me My Rishi!" shouted the Land Fist," We are in a new land and a new world. One without the Fierce Beast-Fist Beast Arts and their pathetic justice! Here OUR power will rule! For this world is ill prepared for our Ringi! So you our warriors will be put to task as we take over this land of Equestria!"

Fuck my after life, I'm a foot soldier from a series where foot soldiers get killed easily in a little girl's world. I'm pretty sure I'm going to die again on my first outing. 

"I leave all of you in the hands of your lord Kata, as he will train you all," shouted the Land Fist, who I remembered was named Maku, as he stood up and walked away with the Sea Fist Demon.

"I thank Lord Maku for this responsibility. Each of you will now receive your responsibility and you will follow the schedule I have place for you. Now go and be useful!"

A pain seared though my head told me that I must go into the prison barracks and feed the captives. Which is weird since I didn't know that there were already subjugated ponies. I tried to walk but I could not. It appears that I was right in my assumption back in Arnold's apartment that the Rinshi are in fact modeled very close to the Jiangshi (Chinese Vampire or zombie depends on your interpretation) all the way down to having to hop everywhere. So I hopped towards the kitchen and picked up a bucket of fruits and then hopped towards the prison barracks. 

On the way there I started to take note of my surroundings. This place, called the Confrontational Beast Hall, seems very similar to the show but also showed other things such as the library and the armory. In fact it looks like this place was rebuilt and expanded quick greatly which makes me wonder how long the Rinshi had been in Equestria. Reaching the prison barracks, I passed some of the fruits the guards before heading down to the prison itself. There I noticed there were only two cells that were occupied, but I had to overcome my own shock first at what I was looking at. These ponies were not looking like the one from the show but the ones from some fan art Gale showed me once, ponies who were 'anthropomorphic' as it were. The first of the two prisoners was a white pony with pink mane and tail. I couldn't name this pony but I knew she was featured in one episode that involved Rarity. She was left to lie on the floor with minimal restrictions other than her cell door. I did my job and loaded up her plate before sliding it into the cell. 

The second prisoner however was very well known to me. Dubbed to me by Gale as Queen Stupid Bug, Chrysalis was the queen of the changeling who attacked Canterlot for food, when the whole thing could have been avoided by negotiating rather than out right attacking.  As I loaded her tray of food, I took notice that she was chained to the wall so I had to open her cell to place the plate of food nearer to her.

"Why," asked Chrysalis as I stood up from placing the food within her reach," You bastards are usually content on leaving it at the door."

I attempted to answer but I couldn't make out words that could be understood by Chrysalis, after several attempts I gave up and bowed my head before leaving and locking the Cell Door. I felt extreme pity for both Chrysalis and the pink pony. 

Waiting for further instruction and receiving none I made my way to the Library. I knew that, at least from what Arnold had shown me, the Rinshi from the show eventually developed their own personality which was derived from their style of fighting but I didn't know where they got the knowledge, so I made a guess that it could be learned at the library.

Well I was right as I saw a few other Rinshi reading what looked like manuals for different styles of the Confrontation Beast Fist-style. I browsed though the selves of the Library and looked though the many different styles such as Mantis, Boar, Gecko and so on. However nearing towards the end of the Library I noticed three books that caught my eye. The first was Confrontation Lion-Fist style, which after a quick flip though was very similar to the previous leader, Rio used save for the black armor thing. The other was an oddity, as it read as Fierce Beast Wolf-Fist. I was rather surprise that a Fierce Beast manual ended up in a Confrontation Beast library. The style was very similar the the powerhouse of Maui Thai like in the show. The last however was what really surprised me. It was a manual for Mythical Beast Chimera-Fist, a style that mixes the different powers from Confrontation, Fierce and Mythical, depending on what the user has learned along side the Chimera-Fist. It took me awhile to read but it seemed to me that the styles themselves were almost the same save for the energy that is drawn to use the ability, which was why Mythical Beast Chimera-Fist interested me as it allowed any of the energy to power any technique.

I knew if I was found out using the last two manuals I would be killed by any of the Fist Demons, I was toast. So I looked around for anything else I could use which I found a rather thick manual following Confrontation Beast Scorpion-Fist, Fierce Beast Cheetah-Fist and a Mythical Beast Pixie-Fist manual. With a bit of editing thanks to some tape I found in the library, and don't ask me how there is tape in here, I made it look like I was checking out Lion-Fist and Scorpion-Fist. 

Heading to my bunk which I had no idea how I knew the way there, I started reading all the styles as best I could. I took as while and I was practicing both day and night with the styles as I found out Rinshi don't sleep, ever but the Fist-Demons and the RinRinshi  (the advanced Rinshi who acted as officers and had gone though some sort of trial, they looks like normal Rinshi expect without the hat/blindfold and wearing red)  do for some reason. The Bunks are there to rest but not actual sleep.

I did both C-Lion-Fist and C-Scorpion-Fist in the day while doing M-Pixie-Fist,M-Chimera-Fist, F-Wolf-Fist and F-Cheetah-Fist in secret which was easy as there were areas that weren't in use yet. My guess is that the three Fist-Demons can only create or summon more Rinshi every once in a while. So there might be a plan to bring in enough for a large army and the empty spaces was to house them. I had to also be very careful as to not deter from my work as well, luckily it was simple things that didn't take up to much time, which included feeding the prisoners. 


** Four Months later**


Keeping my head down and out of the way was easy as I found out, just act like a normal Rinshi and do your work and the Fist Demon or the RinRinshi will leave you alone. During the four months I keep visiting the prisoners, keeping them feed and healthy. Chrysalis was still a bitch but at least she was cooperative with me, ever since I found out English and Equestrian was very similar in writing. I managed to communicate with her saying I will get her and the other pony free once I become strong enough. She agreed and told me of the other pony's name which was Fleur De Lis. I tasked her of keeping Fleur's hope up while I train which she also agreed.

It was after a month that I learn though Chrysalis why Fleur was even here, the Rinshi kidnapped her and brought her here to keep Chrysalis alive and that they were here for a total of five months, six if only counted Chrysalis. Why, however, eluded the three of us. However, the Sea-Fist Demon constantly came to ask her about Equestria and the surrounding nations. Chrysalis did her best to try and feed false info or useless info, but that usually lead me to sneak into her cell at night to give her medical attention when the Sea-Fist Demon found out the lie.

Today was the time for me to take the test, even though I feel that I wasn't ready for it. The reason was because Fleur was getting to weak from being stuck in the cell despite me and Chrysalis try and keep her hope up. Very recently Fleur stopped eating the food I gave her so I knew I had to speed up my plan.

Talking to a RinRinshi by the name of Makirika, a C-Mantis-Fist User to lead me to the test, he agreed although was laughing that he thinks that I would get my undead ass handed to me, which could be the case. I had learned early on that Rinshi can talk to other Rinshi without effort witch made it easier but confusing at the same time, all we are doing after all is grunting.

"Here we are!" exclaimed Makirika waving his hand towards a pagoda like building," Here is the Challenge of Trials, here Rinshi like yourself before stronger and greater! Now prove yourself and become a RinRinshi and I will present you to our masters."

I bowed and hopped into the building which had a ton of Rinshi inside, each and every one wanted to beat me into a pulp. I decided to use only C-Lion-Fist to help divert any attention towards me. Starting with the Lion-style Ringi Resshūken (Violent Kick Fist) I tore though the Rinshi with my 'claws' and threw them all over. It took me about an hour before defeating the 60 Rinshi in the building which was in all purposes difficult since I was trying not to show the other styles which I had already drilled into my head.

Exiting the building, Makirika was laughing joyously," Wonderful! Another brother at arms! Er you will be a brother right? It's hard to tell before you guys become RinRinshi."

I nodded and asked when will the presentation be held which Makirika replied," Oh I will show you to the Masters tomorrow, since it's pretty late already. Don't worry brother, they will be rather happy when you are granted your RinRinshi Form."

That night I made my plans and packed the manuals I've been learning from, so that I can carry them back to wherever Chrysalis and Fleur were bring me.

And tomorrow I will have to run for my life, or rather unlife that is.
> Chapter 2: Escape (First Person)

	That night I slipped into the prison and work Chrysalis up from her sleep.

"Er what Oh its you... it is you right?," asked Chrysalis as she could not tell us apart, I nodded enthusiastically," Oh good so what now?"

I showed her a piece of paper which I had wrote," Tomorrow I will be turned into a RinRinshi, tomorrow I will bust you and Fleur out."

"Really? That is wonderful, so what with the bag?"

"I need to hide this here so when I rescue you, I can grab it as well," I wrote," But my question is where are we running to?"

"We need to go to Canterlot, as far as I can tell those things have started their attack all over Equs. And no one has been able to do anything to stop them. You can probably shed some light about these things. That and it's the capital of Equestria, and it is bound to be able to withstand a siege from what I remember," Chrysalis spat bitterly at the last sentence.

"Ok," I wrote," Will you be able to carry Fleur and the package while I fight?"

"No problem, but you still have not told me your name Rinshi."

"I'll tell you later," I wrote before I hid the manuals and then returned to Chrysalis," Before I go I need you to memories a sentence."

"Why?"

"When a Rinshi becomes a RinRinshi, our body change and we can swap between our current form to a more powerful monstrous form for battle. With what I have planned I may not be able to revert to this form but I will be more powerful than most of the RinRinshi here."

"Right, so you want me to memories a sentence so I know it is you?"

"Yes, when a RinRinshi comes over and starts undoing your chains, you must say, 'What about the two tigers on one mountain?' and I will answer, 'We can kill each other later."

"Such... an odd thing to say. Will you explain to me-"

"Later, right now though get some rest. You will need it,"" I wrote before leaving the cell and start my perpetration for the next morning.


**The Next Morning**


That morning we were ordered to do our jobs, which today I was ordered to clean the dishes in the kitchen, after breakfast. 

After doing my job I was summoned by Makirika to the main hall, there many other RinRinshi were looking at me and two other Rinshi. A Confrontation Pangolin-Fist RinRinshi lead the two other Rinshi into the mall first and Makirika led me behind them.

"Ah so we have three more Rinshi joining the RinRinshi ranks eh?" said Maku as he drank something.

"Indeed," said the Sea-Fist Demon," Tell me Muzankose, are these two worthy?"

"Yes Lady Rageku," said Muzankose," They are of the Crane and Crow style respectively."

"Ah after my own heart, if I had one," commented Lord Kata," And what of the one behind you Makirika?"

"He is of the Lion-style my lord."

"Lion eh? Well don't you get any idea that you can just take over my place like that weakling Rio! Now step forward and receive your forms!"

The three of us walked forward and I saw the first two change when they had removed their hats, their tunics busted into purple flames and changed into the iconic red of the RinRinshi. I however bust in gold flames and assumed monstrous form immediately. Everyone was surprised and backed away from me. My body was now of white and gold, my chest resembled Rio's Rinki Gaisō ( Confrontation Ki Triumphant Armor) and was white with gold edgings, my right leg a golden wolf motif and my left leg, from the knee down, had a golden Scorpion motif as well. On my left shoulder had an golden emblem depicting a young girl dancing with swords and my gantlets had emblems of cheetahs on the back of the hand, my head or rather helm was last to form which resembled Rio's Rinki Gaisō helmet and visor but with the sides of and marking following Geki Violets helmet, which was colored white and golden respectively.

"YOU ARE NOT RINSHI!" shouted Maku.

"Yes I am," I answered," However I am more than just Rinshi, I am Mystic Fist! Gekiwaza Ro Ro Dan (Wolf-Wolf Bullet)!" I unleashed a golden GekiWolf at the crowd which spun and slashed at any Rinshi in range, but it was easily pushed away by Maku, but it gave me enough time to escape the Hall and sprint to the prison. Halfway there a swarm of Rinshi attack me with their spears but I easily pushed them aside using  Gengi Shinken Shōbu (True Sword Soaring Dance) from Pixie-Fist using his arms as blades to parry and slash at the Rinshi in my way.

I reached the holding cells quite quickly with a hoard of Rinshi behind me, kicking down the cell door, I proceeded to break the chains holding Chrysalis. Before she could even ask, I burl out the reply and proceed to grab the manuals and toss them to Chrysalis before breaking into Fleur's cell. Chrysalis immediately went and picked up Fleur and ran with me tailing behind and keeping the Rinshi from attacking them. As we rounded the corner, we came across a large black lion that was the size of one of the halls. The lion then raked though the pursuing Rinshi and we made our escape into the mountains.

"What was that thing?!" asked Chrysalis after we had found a place to rest and hopefully somewhere that was far away from the Rinshi.

"That... if I'm not mistaken , was Rio. He was a great martial artist of the Confrontation Beast-Fist style. What was he doing here however I have absolutely no clue as he should be dead." I replied," We shouldn't stay here too long, The Rinshi would probably still looking for us."

"That is an understatement," said Chrysalis with a snort as she lay Fleur on the ground," So what do we call you?"

I though for a bit as I keep a look out for the Rinshi but in the end i decided to use my own name," My name is Zhuge Yie Wu, but you can call me Roland or Wu, I'm fine with either.

"That,' said Chrysalis, " Is the most absurd sounding name I have ever heard, but whatever. Still we need to get moving as soon as we can Wu."

"Yeah," I said as I moved towards Fleur and rest my hand on her head, it seemed that Fleur has gone into some sort of hopeless state the night before," We need to get to a populated area fast and get her to a doctor. Do you know of any settlement close to here?"

"The closes, at least on the way to Canterlot and away from that horrible place is Ponyville, But that is a good four - five day track from here! We will never make it in time!"

"Oh yes we can, just be prepared for a load of trouble. Gekiwaza Rai Rai Ju (Come-Come Beast)! Geki Wolf! Ringi Shōrai Jū (Bringing Beast)! RinLion!"

Chrysalis watch in surprise and horror as Wu summoned two giant beast from his aura,Teh first which was the Geki Wolf looked exactly like the Geki Wolf I summoned form the Ro Ro Dan but the RinLion was not the black lion we saw eariler but rather a White Lion version of Rio's RinLion," And what in the name of Tartarus are those things?!"

"The Geki machine beast, Geki Wolf and it's Rin counterpart the RinLion. They'll get us to Ponyville faster if we ride them, You go onto the Wolf while I ride the Lion, that way if we are pursued by the RInshi, you can take off and I'll stall them."

"...right, but promise me you'll make it back in one piece you bloody Rinshi! Celestia would not believe me if I went to her empty handed!"

"I'm not Rinshi anymore" I said as I got on the back of the Geki Wolf," I"m Mystic Fist now."

Meanwhile... back at Ponyville, a few days before Wu executed his plan of escape...


Princess Twilight was busy for the first time in a while, despite being named a princess and earning her wings two years ago, she wasn't given much responsibility other than managing her Friendship Court and helping Mayor Mare with a few things to make sure Ponyville prospered. However, despite finally being able to get some important work that is worthy of her station, the situation itself was sour.

All over Equs, strange creatures were hopping and attacking everybody in sight to the point that Celestia was called to an emergency meeting with all the rules of Equs to figure out how to deal with the problem at hand. Although no true answer was found, it was agreed that all these creatures must be up to something as they are rarely killing any of their victims unless they resist. Other than one kidnapping, the strange creatures were content in spreading fear and breaking things, though there have been a few deaths as well. Celestia had returned back to Canterlot and ordered a mass reinforcement of each and every settlement in Equestria against these creatures and all are informed of the creature and their known capabilities.

Other than building Ponyville's defenses with it's residence, Twilight decided it was time to visit the Tree of Harmony once again. She had read that long before Celestia and Luna took the Elements from it's place in the tree, the Tree of Harmony used to grant wishes to the most purest of request and hearts. Seeing that this was a rather dire situation and hoping that her plan would work, Twilight gathered her friends  and ventured into the Everfree forest.

"Are you sure this is a good idea Twi?" asked Rainbow Dash as she hovered behind Twilight," I mean we could ask Princess Celestia's or Princess Luna's opinion on this."

"I know Rainbow, but we have very little time and the situation keeps on escalating. I mean look what happened to Derpy last week..."

She and her friends continued and walked in silent for their recently winged friend. Last week, a pig monster called Tabu alongside his hopping soldiers captured the poor mare's daughter Dinky Doo and was about to eat her. Derpy stuck a deal with the creature, her wings for her daughter and the monster agreed, ripping them out of their sockets after tossing Dinky over to Carrot Top and Time Turner. Derpy was still in the hospital from the injuries and it is said that she may never be able to fly again since there was no stubs to regrow using magic. Tabu also ate the wings in front of everypony and Dinky is going though therapy but it is plain to see that she still blames herself for the incident and has nightmares about it. Once they had reached the Tree of Harmony, they stood in front of it.

"So what do we do now Twilight?" asked Rarity.

"Well from what I read, we pray to the Tree and ask for it's help."

"That's it?" asked Pinkie," Well that is easy! I pray that all the meanie pants that are attacking eveyone go away and we all can be happy again and that mean piggy Tabu becomes sad for what he had done to poor Derpy and DInky!"

"PINKIE!"

"What?"

At that moment the Tree of Harmony glowed bright before dimming. It was then a group of the hopping Bi-pedaled creature came out of the shadows and attack the group.

"What in tarnation?! Come on girls we got to fight back!" yelled Applejack.

The six bucked, punched, spelled and cannoned their way out if of the cave only to come across a bigger group of the hopping creature, but the one leading this group was none other than the pig Tabu himself. 

"Look at what we have here, I think I'll make myself a six course meal out of the six of you! Rinjū Pigguken Ringi Kaenbū (Confrontation Beast Pig-Fist, Flame Breeze)!"


In the realm of the dead...


Aigaron stood watch in the realm of Limbo, watching human souls float by to the everlasting reward. He didn't mind there was no heaven waiting for him since he had killed so many innocents when he was a Deboss general. In fact, there were many dark being that were trying to steal the souls that floated to heaven, some of them he understood while others he did not. Either way, he stood in Limbo with his trusty axe at the ready to fend of any who decide to disturb these souls. He was not the grim ripper but rather the ripper's bodyguard.

However, once in a while a white light would come in and take a few souls for some reason or another. The ripper who looked like a creature made of grey bones always stopped him from interfering. So he found it odd that the a white light is now standing right in front of him.

"This really stings," said Aigaron with his signature twist of his hand to wipe a way a tear," So what do you want this time?"

"You,' said the light," For you have been charged with a new duty."

'Eh and who are you to order me around?!"

"I am known as Faust. A goddess who governs the world of Equs, and my world is in danger."

"Eh.... well its not like I'm the only creature that is guarding these souls. Have you asked the ripper?"

"I have and he is willing to let you live once more. I have brought one that can fight back the darkness but even then my lovely subjects need protectors to prevent the darkness from doing anymore damage."

"Very well, like a brave man I once knew.... even though it stings to say it.... Just try to stop me!"


In another realm altogether...


Candelilla sat on a hill nearby a set of gravestone, having lived though many years she looked to the sky and she complicated the life that she had lead up till now, having fought and then befriended the Kyoryuger, living though a generation of adopted children of her own with the help of her best friend Luckyuro, heck even mentoring a new generation of Kyoryuger as a Wise Goddess. But sadly not everything was hunky dory for the former Deboss General.

She had to live though the heartbreak and death of her beloved friend and almost boyfriend Aigaron, out living her adopted children and being disowned by her grandchildren, and while mentoring the new Kyoryuger, her best friend Luckyuro was hit with a deadly blow and had passed on. Now she sat there on the hill where Aigaron grave was settled, as she too was going to pass on. In the final battle with the New Deboss Army, she had used herself as a shield to block a deadly blow to Kyoryu Pink.

"Ah... Aigaron... Luckyuro... my children... looks like old Candelilla will be joining you..."

"UNLUCKY! Don't you think eh Candelilla-sama?"

"Oh Luckyuro.... EH?! Luckyuro what are you doing here?!"

"Hehe, well I'm dead as you know but I'm here to help cheer you up!" said Luckyuro as she danced around her old boss and long time friend," But you don't get to go just yet, there are a whole world that need your little spice of joy Candelilla-sama!"

"Really?! Ah but who would want an old Deboss monster like myself...."

"Ah it would really stings if you didn't go with him you know Candelilla-sama."

"Him? Stings...? AH Aigaron?! He is going as well?!"

"You bet-cha," said Luckyuro before chaning her tone to a more serious one," The world of Equs really need your help there. Who knows maybe you can get the chance to be with good old Aigaron-sama."

"Hey Luckyuto? Are you coming with me as well? I really miss you know."

"Nope," said Luckyuro as she turned her back to Candelilla," I got to stay here and look after our Kyoryuger. Torin told me something big is going down and he would need my help from the spirit world."

"Ok," said Candelilla as she lay down and closed her eyes," I'll see you next time... Luckyuro. And... Keep Smiling...."

Candelilla's spirit floated away from earthly body and flew to the stars, where it meet with a blue soul that was waiting for her.

"Good luck you two."


Back in Equestria


Twilight just barely brought up her magic barrier in time to block the pig's flaming attack however the heat of the flame was to strong and it would soon break though the barrier until....

"Tomahawk Boomerang!"

"Kyahahalberd Dance of Joy!"

The two attacks stuck the pig-fist user in the back and caused him to stagger, Tabu turned to see what had stuck him.

"Who did that?! Who dare interrupt my dinner?!" yelled Tabu as his soldiers looked around for the source. Twilight and her friends couldn't believe her eyes at the two beings that just attacked Tabu, the first looked like he was a blue suit of minotaur armor that was covered in eyes, the other looked like if you gave joy a body. 

"Ah such a spicy breath, it makes my eyes water and not in a good way," said the blue tinned creature.

"Don't worry Aigaron, and keep smiling! We have a lot of catching up to do after we cook this piggy ok?" said the pink creature.

"Oh most definitely Candelilla-san," said Aigaron," Well it would be rube not to introduce ourselves right?"

"Oh yes, I'll go first Ai-chan! Smile! The wise goddess who who bring joy to those around her, with my joyous song and dance ! I am the Joyful Brave-Knight Candelilla!"

"Beware! Those who brings sorrow to the innocent and trample on the joy of others, for that calls my being into existence, I am their punisher! I am the Sorrowful Brave-Knight Aigaron!"

Both of the knights stood next to each other sand started stretching, both of them sayings the same thing,"It's going to get wild, try and stop us!"

The two self proclaimed knights charged at the Rinshi forces, Candelilla using her halberd to slash at foot soldiers  and carving a path for Aigaron to slash at Tabu who blocked the attack with a solid sausage.

"I haven't heard of such a thing! Th-there shouldn't be anything from this world that can fight back against us!"

"Well you guess wrong stupid pig!" exclaimed Aigaron," For the crime of making a mother sacrifice an importation part of her, for making a little girl cry! You will experience my fury and taste the sorrow of death! Tomahawk Crusher!"

Aigaron slashed at Tabu and sliced right though his weapon and into him. He then proceeded to jump into the air and drive his leg down on his own axe, giving it the extra power to split the pig-fist user into two. At the same time Candelilla finished the last of the Rinshi footmen. 

"The fact that you barely was worth the fight," said Aigaron as he pick up his axe," And bring vengeance for those you have wronged, brings a joyous sting to my eyes!"

"Oh my Ai-chan, when did you get so rugged?"

"Ah when you send a few years guarding the dead and sometimes talking to them, you learn a few things. Oh my darling! I met your adopted children and guided them personally to heaven!"

"Oh thank you Ai-chan! Eh and who are you six?"

Twilight lower her barrier and slowly walked toward the two knights. Candelilla just squeed with delight and went hugged Pinkie Pie who hugged her back with gusto!," She is just too cute!"

"You too! And thank you for saving us!" answered Pinkie before starting to introduce herself and her friends to the two knights.

"Well that's all fine and dandy," said Twilight," But we got to hurry back to Ponyville! Those things could also be attacking there as well!"

"Well then lead the way Twilight for we need to go wild!" said Candelilla with a snap of her fingers.
> Chapter 3: Mystic Fist! Arrival at Ponyville! (Third Person, mostly)

	Princess Twilight was busy for the first time in a long time, despite being named a princess and earning her wings two years ago, she wasn't given much responsibility other than managing her Friendship Court and helping Mayor Mare with a few things to make sure Ponyville prospered. However, despite finally being able to get some important work that is worthy of her station, the situation itself was sour.

All over Equs, strange creatures were hopping and attacking everybody in sight to the point that Celestia was called to an emergency meeting with all the rules of Equs to figure out how to deal with the problem at hand. Although no true answer was found, it was agreed that all these creatures must be up to something as they are rarely killing any of their victims unless they resist. However, that somewhat changed when when the well known model and girlfriend to Fancy Pants, Fleur De Lis, was kidnapped by the strange creatures. After that, the creatures started becoming more aggressive, some of them transforming on the spot and causing all sorts of problems. Despite the power they have from the locked box, they were no match for the transformed beings. In fact during their most recent scuffle with a strange pig monster called Tabu, Applejack almost lost her entire Apple Orchard when the creature used it's flame breath attack. 

Because of that, Celestia and Luna had ordered a mass reinforcement of each and every settlement in Equestria against these creatures and all are informed of the creature and their known capabilities.Currently, Twilight is organizing Ponyville's defenses to withstand another attack and supervising the emergency rations distribution. Applejack and her bother Big Mac have a detachment of Regular Equestrian Forces Solders (or REF Solders) to help guard the farm as it is one of only sources of grown foods within the town limits. Furthermore, they receive a few workers as well to help keep the town feed and will later be reimbursed by the government. Fluttershy has been forced to abandon her home as it was to far for the guards to patrol properly, as some of the creatures had been taking up the habit of setting up ambushes to and from the cottage. Thus she has taken up living in one of the empty houses and converted it into first aid center for both animals and ponies alike. 

Rainbow Dash, unfortunately, had her Wonderbolt Reserves Status activated and was ordered to go to Cloudsdale, and once in a while, she comes back to Ponyville to drop off supplies. Pinkie Pie also has left Ponyville, because of the demand for ores to smith new weapons for the REF and the Royal Guard, she and her sisters were conscripted to find new mines. Rarity herself was also called of to Canterlot by Fancy Pants as he currently need her help keeping everything in check while he used his connection and fortunes to assist in finding Fleur and assisting anyone else who were attacked by the monsters. 

Twilight closed her eyes and rubbed the bridge between her nose with her forefinger, sighing at her own incompetence. Due to her own shortsightedness, the strange creatures attacked the nearby warehouse where they kept their extra food supplies. She should have had more guards patrolling around in that area. She then looked at the day's report of injured and deaths with made the total of 45 deaths and 81 injured solders, 4 deaths and 34 injured civilians. She hated looking at these reports and she felt whoever that was writing them didn't see the poor souls are ponies but rather numbers in his or her head. But then again it could be a cooping mechanism.

Before she could mentally beat her up further, she heard a loud scream which snapped her out and she rushed towards the balcony. What she saw was something she never expect to see.....


**Earlier**


Along the treetops of the Everfree forest a great wolf and a even greater lion ran fast towards the closest settlement. Wu, riding on the Geki Wolf along side Chrysalis and Fleur, having traveled for a day and traverse great distances. Both of the Machine Beast, having run without rest, traverse the vast landscape towards Ponyville and were about to reach when Chrysalis asked one important question that Wu (and the writer) didn't think about when they were running away. 

"How would Ponyville act if two giant animals crashes though?"

"....oh shit."


**Now**


Twilight couldn't believe her eyes nor the information the eyes were feeding into her currently stunned brain. A Ursa Major sized purple Wolf and an even bigger white Lion. On it was one of the transformed monsters and the crasher of weddings, Queen Chrysalis. The transformed creature jumped off the large animals before letting Chrysalis and what looked like a third and unconscious pony, slid off and was caught by the creature. 

Once done the two large Ursa sized creatures vanished, leaving the transformed creature, the changeling and the pony in the middle of the town. The REF that Twilight has been training immediately took the advantage and surrounded the three, allowing some of the higher ranked officers to approach the three. Twilight decided she should address this strange scenario, hopefully it wasn't a trap.

Wu looked around at the solders who had surrounded them, some of them determined to arrest or kill them, the rest seemed scared. 

"Understandable," Wu thought," I would be afraid too if they didn't know what the hell I am."

Some of the higher ranking officers are trying to order Wu and Chrysalis to stand down, however they that all died down when a purple Alicorn walked though the pony barricade and addressed them.

"That was a rather flashy entrance, Mr...?" asked the purple Alicorn.

"The name is Zhuge Yie Wu, or Wu for short. However, before we continue I would like some medical assistance to my two friends here, as until yesterday were held captive by the Rinshi," I answer giving a short bow to the Alicorn.

".... very well, however I will have to ask you would be placed in our makeshift jail, Mr Zhuge."

"So long as Chrysalis and Fleur get IMMEDIATE and PROFESSIONAL medical help." I stressed those two words as I didn't know how much I could trust the purple Alicorn who I assume is Twilight with Chrysalis's life.

"Very well. Now if you would come this way."

"Wu, I can take care of myself-" Chrysalis begins to argue, but I interrupt. 

"Chrysalis, I need you and Fleur at one hundred and fifty percent. Because I intend to teach you what I know."

"Why?"

"Because I cannot do this alone. Especially if our enemies are the three Fist Demons."

"Interesting information Mr Zhuge." interjects the purple Alicorn," Will you be sharing other information later?"

"Of course miss...?" I ask to get confirmation if this is indeed Twilight.

"Ah forgive me Mr Zhuge, I am Princess Twilight Sparkle of the Friendship Council. And I welcome you to Ponyville, despite the circumstances."

Twilight led me to what looks like Sweet Apple Acres, in fact it was and didn't stop until I was lead into the Apple's barn. There, a interrogation table and chairs were set up in the barn. Princess Twilight gestured a seat while a small purple/ green dragon whom I presume is Spike came in and readied several rolls of parchment and quills. 

"Now Mr Zhuge, I would like to ask you a few questions if you don't mind," said Twilight as Spike readies his quill to record as much of the information as possible. Behind him, is another pony who also holds a quill to record as a back up copy.

"None at all, Princess Twilight. As I have introduced before, I am Zhuge Yie Wu. I was Rinshi and now I am Mystic Fist."

"What are these Rinshi you have mentioned and why are you now Mystic Fist?"

"To explain what is Rinshi or Mystic Fist, I will have to delve into ancient history... that is not native to this one." I began," Back in ancient times there was one particular school of martial arts that wasn't like any other. While most martial arts followed the style that mimicked an animal or an insect or something like that, this style or martial arts took the spirit of your style and could manipulate energy into those attacks. Now after founding this new school of martial arts and stopped an ancient evil from destroying the world, the school split into two styles."

"The first group became the Confrontation Beast Fist, who believed that power should rule over all and the uses of fear could increase their power. This power was later named Ringi and any creature created by that power was later called the Rinshi. The second group believe that the power they attain though training should be used to protect and that the believe of justice should increase the power of the user. This power was later called Geki, and that group became known as The Fierce Beast."

"Rinshi mostly consist of undead warriors who died in battle and resurrected by Ringi. I was one of them actually however my qualification at the time were questionable."

"I see, so those hopping creatures are-"

"Yes, they are the dead, brought back to life by Ringi."

"OK.... and what is Mystic Fist?"

"Ah yes, Mystic Fist is a new school I am creating. Which focus on the balance of three energies of Ringi, Geki and a third which is not well known called Gengi. Think of it as the balance of power between the Body, the Mind and the Soul."

"I see... and what are you exactly?"

"Well I'm not to sure at the moment. You see, as a Rinshi, I could not speak the basic language but I could speak to other Rinshi. Once we have trained enough under a particular style, we Rinshi are allowed to undergo a trial where we can rank up into RinRinshi. These are the ones who can transform into a more powerful form and speak basic language. When I ranked up... I kinda got stuck in this armored form...."

"And is this because you had a balance of the three energies?"

"I assume so, since I am the first Rinshi that ever learned the Confrontation Beast Fist, Fierce Beast Fist and the last which relies on Gengi, Mystical Beast Fist."

"How many styles do you know?"

"Six, two of each style. They are respectively, Confrontation Lion Fist, Confrontation Scorpion Fist, Fierce Cheetah Fist, Fierce Wolf Fist, Mystic Pixie Fist, And lastly and the most important of the styles Mystic Chimera Fist "

"Who are the leaders attacking Equs?"

"They are called the Fist Demons. The main leader is called the Land-Fist Demon, Maku who follows the Confrontation Bear Fist style. He is the strongest of the three but also the quickest to anger. The right hand man is called the Sky-Fist Demon, Kata who follows the Confrontation Hawk Fist style. He is the smartest of the three, but is the most prideful. The last is the Sea-Fist Demon, Rageku who uses the Confrontation Jelly Fish Fist style. She is the most cunning of the three, and the most untrusting."

"Why are they here?"

"Cause they have no contest in this world. So it would be easy to take over. Other than that I do not know."

"And Chrysalis and Fleur?"

"They were captives of the Rinshi. They had attacked and destroyed Chrysalis's hive and took her captive for information of this world. After a month, they kidnap Fleur to feed Chrysalis energy since feeding her Ringi was very dangerous. As it gave her the chance to escape."

"What were those giant Ursa sized creatures you rode on?"

"They are called the Beast Machines, made from their Respective energies which was the Geki Wolf and the RinLion. I can also summon the Geki Cheetah, the RinScorpion. the Gengi series do not have a Beast Machines summon."

"Well that answers a lot, now tell me, are you going to fight these... Rinshi?"

"You bet I am. Particularity I want to raid their library for the other styles. That and I don't think the Rinshi will leave me alone after escaping.... and trashing their throne room."

".... I see."

"Well I'll trust you so far but will you be teaching my forces how to fight against the Rinshi?"

"Depends on their alignments and the talent if they had it. However, I will stick only to Chrysalis and if she is willing Fleur."

"I see... Wel llets get you settled in. Who knows maybe you'll be useful. Spike could you make several copies of these notes and send them to Celestia, Luna and Cadence please?"

"You got it Twilight! Come on Quick Quill, we got work to do."

"Of course Sir Spike."
> Chapter 4: Geki, Ringi, Genji! An Attack on Ponyville!

	Wu looked around Sweet Apple Acres, looking for a spot which he could use as a training ground since Princess Twilight has informed him that he could not exit Ponyvile unless it was an emergency as a precaution. Wu understands but at the same time, if he doesn't find a nice cave or something as a hidden base, the Rinshi will be bee-lining for Ponyvile. That is if they have some competent trackers.

Unable to find a nice training spot within Sweet Apple Acres and kinda stuck within Ponyvile, Wu decided to travel into Ponyvile and secure himself some lodging. At first, Wu though he could approach Princess Twilight to help secure a home, but looking at how tired she is and how many of the REF lieutenants keep bugging her, he decided otherwise. Before Wu could walk away, Spike the dragon returned and walked to Wu.

"Hey Mr Zhuge, I got a message for you from the Princesses in Canterlot. Also I'll be your guide here in Ponyvile for the time being."

"Firstly, it's Wu. Mr Zhuge would be my dad," said Wu waving a finger," Secondly, I would appreciate a guide, particularly to talk on my behalf is possible. I'm pretty sure most of the Ponyvilians would be... er tense with my presence."

"Sure, no problem Wu. Let me know when you want to leave and I'll lead you back to Ponyvile for now, here is your letter."

Wu took the scroll and watch Spike hobble to Twilight and started to talk to her. He did notice that some of the REF lieutenants were glaring at him, although one was looking at him with shining eyes. Shrugging, Wu opened the scroll and started reading.




Dear Mr Zhuge Yie Wu, Mystic Fist Master

From what Twilight has relayed the information that you have provided, we, Princess Celestia De Equestria Sol of Canterlot, Princess Luna De Equestria Selene of Canterlot and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza (Cadance) of the Crystal Empire have convinced and have decided to give you Equestria Citizenship and a temporary military commission. Your Rank hence forth, until the emergency is over, is of Captain. And you are tasked with the elimination of these Three Fist Demons and their forces.

You may complete your task with whatever resources at your disposal however, it has been made known to us that you are going to teach Princess Chysalis of the Changeling Hives your 'arts' and become your ally. We would advice caution about trusting the Changeling.

Wu read though the letter again before folding it and pocketing it before returning to where Princess Twilight and Spike were. As he approached them, two of the lieutenants blocked him. 

"Where do you think your going?" said one of the REF Lieutenants while holding out his mace," Princess Twilight is busy, so why don't you take your monstrous ass out of here before me and my friend here have to talk drastic measures eh?"

"If I want to speak to Princess Twilight, I will speak with her. After all I need to inform her that Princess Celestia has given me a military commission, Captain if your wondering. So as your superior officer, I ask you to step aside."

"Or else what mate?" said the other REF Lieutenant," I don't take orders fr-"

"What seems to be the problem?" asked Princess Twilight, butting into the conversation.

"Ah good, makes my life easier," said Wu who took the chance to push the two REF Lieutenants aside," Spike gave me a letter which states that I'm now a military rank of Captain. I'm tasked with fighting the Three Fist Demons and to use whatever resources I can. So you mind if I borrow Spike for a while? I need him to guide me around Ponyvile."

"Of course, Spike said he volunteered earlier. So Captain huh. Well that should be fine I guess. I'll assign a lieutenant to you later ok?"

"That would be wonderful Princess."

Wu followed Spike as he introduced the town to Wu, all the while showing off the town. After a while, WU asked if they could go and visit Fleur and Chrysalis, hat and figure out where the hospital is.

"Sure Wu, but the hospital is actually out of town. Once the order from Princess Celestia, Twilight had as much of the Hospital's gear and medicine moved into town."

"I see. So you have a field hospital set up them?"

"Yup, Fleur and Chrysalis would be in one of the tents. Although I was wondering...."

"What's up?"

"Why do you want to teach Fleur and Chrysalis your martial arts?"

"Well for Chrysalis is an easy answer. Apparently the Rinshi found out that if you feed Ringi into a changeling, they become very, very strong. In all honestly, I want to see what would happen if I taught her how to harness Geki or Ringi and what effect it would have on her. I've been told that she took on 3 RinRinshi and 52 Rinshi before she ran out of energy. So having a warrior of that strength would help turn the tide. For Fleur... well I can understand what it's like being at the mercy of circumstances. The ability to fight back, can help her a lot more than just giving us another competent fighter."

"Basically, all complicated stuff that I don't really understand well expect for teaching Chrysalis part, there are comics out there where the hero is pure streght although Twilight doesn't let me read them yet," said Spike as he rubbed his head," Well we are almost there."

"Don't worry Spike, and I'm pretty sure you will be mature enough for those books soon."

"Hey can I ask another question?"

"Ask away Spike."

"Can anyone learn what you are going to teach Chrysalis and Fleur?"

"....technically I don't know, in the world where this 'arts' come from, only those with a certain alignment and commitment can use these 'arts.' That said I don't know the rules of this world to be able to know if just anyone can learn the 'arts'."

Spike nodded his head as they passed by a number of supply distribution stations where some ponies were lining up for their daily rations.

"So low on supplies eh?"

"Not really, just making sure it lasts you know? Although not everyone is happy with the situation."

At that moment, two REF guardsponies flew though the air after being slugged by a large sausage. 

"Ah so this is where you weak morsels were hiding all your food! This would do well as an appraiser before my main course oink oink oink oink!" laughed a walking bi-peddled pig carrying a chain of sausages that ends with a cage with three foals in it.

"Mommy help me!" shouted a small grey unicorn foal as she banged the cage with her fist. 

"We are so dead.... so dead..." rocked a grey foal with glasses.

"Shut it Silver! Wait until Rainbow Dash get her hands on you stupid pig!" yelled a yellow pegasus.

"Oink oink oink oink! Don't worry my little morsels, you'll be in my belly soon enough. These adults of yours don't even dent the fat on my be-gefuh!"

Wu had rushed towards the gluttonous pig and had rammed him while he was gloating. The Pig RinRinshi stumbled backwards a bit before looking at his assailant. Meanwhile the REF guardsponies had started to rush the ponies away from the fight, with a grey pegasus mare being held back by a REF Lieutenant who was yelling for her muffin.

"Looks like I don't even have time to rest before being set to work," said Wu as he cracked his knuckles," An on a Pig Beast-Fist user too."

"OINK! So its the traitor eh? How dare you betray our masters!" The Pig RinRinshi stood and unhooking the cage from his chain of sausages. 

"I am a master of myself," said Wu as he saluted with his fist across his chest before going into fighting stance.

"And I am a master of eating! And your on the men-gehel!" shouted the Pig RinRInshi and he got a boot the to face.

Wu stepped back from his kick while the REF guardsponies ushered the crowd towards safezones while a few braver soildered attempted to dash and grab the cage. Tabu noticing this while still rubbing his cheeks summoned a few Rinshi warriors to gaurd the cage and attack Wu.

"Let's see if you are strong enough for to be the main course!"

The Rinshi warriors banished their spears at Wu who stepped sided and used his arms to push and strike every trust of the Rinshi. Spike watched as the strange man flowed like water though the attacks before channeling a strange golden energy though his body. Taking the form of the wolf, Wu shouted his technique ," Gekijū Urufuken Gekiwaza - Rin Rin Ken! (Fierce Beast Wolf-Fist Gekiwaza - Whieel Wheel Fist)" which allowed him to channel the Geki energy into a series of uppercuts and finally forming a wheel or energy into a group of Rinshi. As the enemy Rinshi exploded, Tabu was completely shocked.

"YOU ARE RINSHI! H-how are you able to use Geki without being destroyed! Just who are you?!"

"I am Zhuge Yie Wu, Master of the Mystic Fist sect. Rinjū Raionken Ringi - Resshūken! (Confrontation Beast Lion-Fist Ringi - Violent Kick Fist) " 

Wu soared though the air and landed the heavy RIngi filled blow onto Tabu who reeled back in pain. Tabu weaken but not discourage from getting his meal swug his sausage weapon at Wu who stepside the blow. He whoever walked right into the group of Rinshi who were guarding the cage. The Rinshi there started to attack Wu by wilding swing their spears,for it seems these Rinshi were even newer that the ones he fought earlier. However due to the present of the cage, Wu could not let the Rinshi hit the cage and accidentally hurt the young ones. Pushing the cage back with a blow, he had forced all the Rinshi to his front and allowed them to trike at his body. 

"HAHAHAHA looks like your all talk oh Mystic Fist!" laughed Tabu with a mocking tone."

Wu continued to allow the RInshi to stike at him while he inhaled some air before using a unique Genji," Genjū Kimeraken Genji - Kimerafōsufīdobakku! (Mythical Beast Chimera-Fist Genji - Chimera Force Feedback) " This allowed Wu to send all the damaged dealt to him back to his attackers in the form of bright energy. The Rinshi burst with sparks before falling and dissipating.

"Wh-Wh-Wh-WHAT!!! You... you can use Genji! Impressive.... Fine! I'll go and raid the pantry later tonight but for now his little piggy has to go home!" shouted Tabu before running off.

"Come back here you coward!" shouted Wu," Or at the very least have the decency to drop the bloody cage door key before running away!"

The REF forces watched as the RinRinshi ran away from the confrontation. This was their (technically) first victory and immediately started to get to work to free the young Equestrains from the cage. Wu walked away from the confrontation and continued towards the field hospital with Spike in tow. 

"THAT WAS AWESOME!" shouted Spike as he showed Wu the way to the Field Hospital," Could you teach me all that stuff? I mean that is Twilig-"

"Sorry Spike, but I can't teach you. Mostly because dragons have their own strengths after all, some thing that i think Geki, Ringi and Genji can not replicate."

"Oh.... ok then." sighed Spike as they made their way.
> Chapter 5: Where Master and Aprentice meet

	"Are you really sure you can't teach me anything?" asked Spike to for the tenth time.

"Sorry Spike but like I said, no, dragons in their nature and ability already have their own power. Honestly speaking I don't know what would happens if any of the three energies were to infuse into your natural abilities. The worst that could happen would be.... No it's better not to talk about it."

Wu and Spike continued their way to the makeshift hospital, this time around the REF soldiers are giving him wide breath rather than glare at him. He looked around to see a few REF soldiers guarding a tent which he assumed would be housing Chrysalis. As he approached, the guards crossed their spears over the tent entrance. 

"Sorry, but the doctors are still attending to the patient. So you'll have to wait in the meantime," said one of the guards," Although I have to say, your one interesting piece of work."

"Thanks I guess? So when can I see Chrysalis?"

"Once the docs are done examining Fleur. Princess Cadence ordered that while Fleur and Chrysalis are recuperating, that they must not leave each others side. It's something to do with being bonded over a long period of time. I don't really understand it much, but orders are orders."

'"Right then, if that's the case could you give me a sitrep of the current situation. Especially if you know anything about Tabu."

"Who's Tabu?"

"The Pig RinRInshi."

"Oh the Pig monster? Yeah ok here is what's going on right now. We pretty much got Ponyvile fortified in all directions but that doesn't stop the bigger monsters from just jumping over. Usually we can keep the smaller ones out but when the big ones jump over they seem to be able to summon the smaller one's out of the ground," said the guard scratching the back of his head," Well after your encounter with 'Tabu' we have triple fortified the food storage and are patrolling more around too. It's what we usually do when we have a monster attack."

" Ok, how is the situation outside of Ponyvile?"

"Unknown sir, we are more focus on defending the inside to worry about the outside."

Two nurses walked out of the tent and the guard made way for Wu to enter, Spike said his goodbye to run back to Twilight. Inside he saw Fleur sitting up form her bed and Chrysalis sitting nearby. 

"Ah good sir, thank you so much for rescuing me and Chrysalis from those horrible creatures," said Fleur with a small bow," So what can we do for you?"

"Simple. I want you to fight along side me, both of you."

"What?" said Chrysalis," No offense Wu but Fleur need to recover and I never want to see those bastards ever again."

"While I know Fleur need some rest, until the Three Fist Demons are defeated the Rinshi will continue to case problems all over the world," said Wu," But more importantly I need people that has the potential to use Geki, Ringi or Genji. And as far as I know, you two fit the bill."

"I'll do it," said Fleur.

"WHAT?! Fleur, we can run, I can build a new hive somewhere that those bastards can never find us. You don't have to fight."

"Chrysalis, I must fight. What we went though must never be experienced by anyone else. Those monsters have to be stopped."

"Good, I already know the styles which I will teach you. But what about you Chrysalis? Are you staying or are you running away."

"FINE! Fine you bastard! At the very least I will get my revenge on those monsters for killing my Hive!"

"Good, we start tomorrow in the morning. Good-day, Little Cheetah and Little Scorpion."

The two looked confused when Wu called them that as he exited the tent.

Wu continued to walk for a while more, looking though the defenses that surrounded Ponyvile, when he met a man that he definitely didn't recognize. The man was leaning on a nearby house wall while everypony was just walking around him not noticing him. As Wu walked closer to the man, he felt a huge felling of dread. 

"Yo," said the man as the looked at Wu with his black void like eyes," Your probably wondering who am I right?"

"Indeed and whether or not you are friend or foe...."

"Well to be blunt. I'm neither. Faust, damn that woman, brought you here under her own power so that means I can't help or hurt you. I have to follow certain rules after all, even if I'm bending them most of the time."

"Faust? I came here by-"

"You died in your world ya? And then she whisked your soul all the way here to become the savior of this world. Let me tell you now, Faust is the equivalent of a Goddess in this world but even she has mortal desires like all sentient beings which also means she can be impulsive despite how much these ponies will tell you how 'perfect' she is."

"OK so a goddess summoned me, so what? That doesn't mean I am not going to help this ponies."

"You don't seem to get it. SHE broke the rules to help her little ponies. When you want help you ask the god damn Titans to do it, not simply just pluck whoever you think is worthy. When you do this, you screw everything up and the Titan in question cannot help out."

"OK so she made a mistake, you did just mentioned that she is not perfect but what are y-"

"The Three Fist Demons are not your enemy. I brought them here for a reason."

"Wait what?! They have been-"

"Terrorizing the world, yeah yeah I know but do you know what those three are capable of?"	

"....Shen Long is here isn't he."

"Yes. I brought them here to deal with a human like yourself who became Shen Long. Why and how I'm not to sure, there is a chance that the Merchant could be behind that but he is a multitude of dimensions away from here. Either way, thanks to you, the plan need to be scraped."

"What now?"

"Simple. The Three Fist Demons have the technic that is used to seal Shen Long away. With what Faust have done, the CHARACTERS of the Three Fist Demons have overtaken their hosts. Your job right now is to free the hosts so that I can send them back to their world. I made modified them slightly so that when you defeat them, you will learn a third of the sealing technic. I can already see your using the three masters plan to defeat them, continue with that to seal Shen Long you will need three practitioners."

"Wait how did my coming here cause the characters of the three demons overtake their host?"

"When you rip the soul from the journey to heaven, it sends ripples onto nearby worlds. Since usually the angel doing the guiding will be trying to pull back. I had the characters of the Three Fist sealed away letting the people I brought here take the powers, forms and skill while letting them still be themselves. That ripple broke the character seal. Furthermore, doing so made you dormant."

"How so?"

"Faust pulled your soul here a year ago, roughly around the time when my set of heroes had been here for a month and we attempting to warn Celestia of the impending dangers. And lets see... .you been awake for about Four months give or take. Oh and lets not forget since I can't do anything in this world anymore, I have lost track of Shen Long."

"Wait then why did Faust pull me here anyway? It sounded like the three were in danger or something and Faust wanted to help."

"There was no danger, she pulled you here because she wanted to speed things along."

"I see. Well no matter what I'll still help this world. I'll follow your plan right now but at my pace."

"Like I can do anything else now. Just a word of advice, the host are trapped in their bodies right now. You need to make sure when you defeat them, you don't kill them."

"By the way, who are you o so great Titan?"

"The name is Kevin, the Titan of Ether." said the strange man before walking though a black solid wall.
> Chapter 6: The Goddess Faust and the Titan Of Ether (First Person)

	Two days. I've been sitting here for two days thinking on how to teach Fleur and Chrysalis and so far I have come up with nothing. Where exactly? Well for the pass two days I found myself a nice secluded spot underneath Twilight's old home. Apparently after T-wreak or whatever his name was destroyed the iconic library, most of the basement that lay underground was still salvageable. But due to the emotional strain on Twilight, and that most would have needed to dig pretty deep to find the entrance of the basement all over again, most ponies didn't bother and left it to rot. 

Well It would be to much of a waste to let this place rot, plus due to the fact that not everyone knew about it, I decided this would be my new home/hiding spot. Some of the anthropomorphic ponies (and one dragon)  did know though. I needed permission from Twilight in the first place and as well as dig a tunnel leading from her new home all the way to the old basement that I've been calling the Mystic Fury Base MK I. Once I expand a bit more, and as well as reinforce it, MK II will be operational. The other ponies were my two students who are currently trying to read the Fierce Cheetah-Fist Manuscript (Fleur) and the Confrontational Scorpion-Fist Manuscript (Chrysalis) but unfortunately the manuscripts were in Chinese..... something that didn't bother me when I was using them since I knew Chinese (Mandarin and Hokiken specifically) but I would also assume that the Rinshi could automatically read them as well. Lastly, a REF Lieutenant by the name of Gale Force was assigned to me since my Captaincy who is currently writing a report.

That said I didn't get this place for free. The first thing that had to be done was to salvage anything from the place that belonged to Twilight. At that moment, I decided to repeat some of the information provided by the Titan of Ether and sent a letter asking for some confirmation. However, I refrained from telling them that Shen Long was up and about as well. The reason being that Shen Long, a powerful dragon in his own right, is one of the few villains from what my old friend Arnold had told me back on Earth that could never be destroyed, only sealed. I got the confirmation form Celestia immediately, saying that the Three Fist Demons originally did want to help Equestria but almost stuck her in the back. A current Captain Blue Crimson is currently in the hospital in Canterlot for using himself as a meat shield and taking a number of hits for Celestia and Luna. However, when mentioning that my being here was of Faust and the reason why the Three Fist Demons went cay cay, I was met with denies that the Goddess Faust could do such a thing. The Titan was right in this sense as the ponies couldn't see Faust as nothing but perfect.  Even the stary eyed Gale Force who was begging me to teach her didn't think that Faust could have cause this world a lot of problems with one act or any act in fact.

With that said, the current plan is to use the Three master's strategy since the skill that can seal Shen Long needed three Beast-Fist practitioners. I decided that the three practitioners would be myself, Fleur and Chrysalis or the back up team. That's right while I am busying myself as to make my new home, I have tasked Gale to look for three other within Ponyvile to teach. This is to ensure that if Team A which involves me is indisposed or occupied or down a member, Team B can still finish the seal. 

Also a part of my base now as a pure black pillar as a part of it's structure, a gift apparently from the Titan of Ether. From what he said when he pillar shot out of the ground, this pillar will be the antenna to fish the souls of the hosts once any of the Three Fist Demons are defeated.  While convenient, I've asked the Titan to do something for me, in relation to the crisis at hand. The biggest mystery here is Who is Shen Long? 

From what I know from Gekiranger, Shen Long was an immortal dragon who found enjoyment in watching people suffer. However, the Titan did say someone resembling Shen Long with his power came to this world. There could be a chance that the character of Shen Long has taken over the host or the host is deliberating doing this. Either way, finding out who would help in tracking Shen Long or at least predict his thinking. While the Titan agreed, he did tell me it will take a while since the first thing he will have to find is which Earth he came from.

So in the meantime I'm preparing the Base and basically cleaning up. So far Tabu, the Pig-Fist RinRinshi, has not made with his promise to attack again but I instructed the other two REF Captains to keep alert. Although asking a lot from Twilight, I still needed a few things, so I turned to my two students.

"Hey girls. Any luck with the manuscripts?"

"Sorry Wu," replied Fleur," This language is nothing I have come across before. At least as far as my own knowledge goes."

"Eh a bit," replied Chrysalis," I can feed my magic into the manuscript but it takes a lot of power just to read a page. And I don't want to tax Fleur anymore than I already have."

"Right." I said while scratching my chin," Well if that's the case I wonder..."

"Wonder what Wu?" asked Fleur.

"Chrysalis, can you feed your magic into Fleur?"

"Yes although it will drain me.... what are you thinking Zhuge?"

"Well following the theory that Ringi makes you stronger Chrysalis, I would assume you could feed on Geki as well. This will as far as I know supercharge you. Correct?"

"At least for Ringi, yeah it does supercharge any changeling although the.... drones then to pop from overload."

"And you confirm that you can channel magic back into Fleur. So if needed You could supercharge Fleur. But that need testing."

"So long as it doesn't endanger Fleur."

Lieutenant Gale looked at Chrysalis with an odd expression before getting on with her work but it didn't go unnoticed, cause I saw it. I went on over beside here and asked," So what's on your mind Lieutenant?"

"Sir... I... well... I have read Prince Shining Armor's reports on Queen Chrysalis's behavior and it doesn't add up sir. I mean, Chrysalis has been known as a heartless bitch who is driven by hunger and yet, she seems to genuinely care for miss De Lis."

"While I cannot say for sure on what you mean by that, its mostly because they both suffered together."

"Huh?"

"There is a saying back where I come from, Adversary can spawn the strangest of friends. Both Fleur and Chrysalis had sent a long time under the Rinshi as prisoners and when your left alone with mostly no one else who can speak save for your cellmate..."

"I... see. Well then sir if you would excuse me." And Gale went back to work, looking though a few files on the residents of Ponyville and some of the enlisted REF solders.

With that I processed to make my way to Twilight, to see if she could decipher the text for my student's use.

"I'm sorry Wu, but I have to much on my plate to help you transcribe your Manuscripts into Equestrian. I don't even recognize the language it is originally written in," said Twilight as she removed her glasses. She is currently sitting at her desk doing what I considered as a metric ton of paperwork. "I've been trying to request more assistance from Canterlot but with Celestia and Luna preparing for a World Summit to get help from the other nations, most of the work is delegated to the Canterlot Noble Council which is controlled by Prince Blueblood. I've been trying to get pass their red tape for the pass day with no success."

"Maybe I can help with that. While it wouldn't be much it can help tip the balance a bit onto our side."

"At this moment, anything would be better than filling out all these forums."

"Well among the many RinRinshi, one of then are artificially created. Almost all of them are an undead creature who have excelled in their craft. Except for two."

"I'm not sure I like what you are suggesting. So you want to make more RinRinshi but on our side?"

"Not exactly. Like I said, most are undead. There are those of the living who could access that power as well but only once they become a master, and it only reported that the Geki master were the ones who could do it. But on the Rinshi side of things, there are the Butokas and the Wagatakus."

"The Buda what now?"

"These two RinRinshi were not even considered as true Rinshi. But rather as golem like solders as it were. If I can get my hands on their schematics, I could build them as defenses."

"While that could work," said Twilight scratching her chin in though," How strong are these... golems."

"Stronger than the average Rinshi warrior and good enough to stall a RinRinshi. I won't be building many of them, just eight. four of each type and set them as honor guards. They can think, so long as it is about the task they are given. I'll set them up to obey you and Spike but no one else, not even me, just as a safety precaution. You can order then to listen to others though."

"OK you have me sold. I'll probably have them set up around important structures in Ponyville. My only question is where is their schematics?"

"Oh that's an easy one. It's in the Rinshi main base, their library so to speak."

"....are you crazy? No wait. Don't answer that. Of course you are. Well  if your going see if you can grab more that just the golem schematics."

"I was going to do so anyway, I leave tomorrow evening."
> Chapter 7: Reunion and Libraries

* * Wu's Perceptive * *


I got to hand it to Twilight, she was right about me being one hell of a crazy bugger. Even as I backtracked towards the Rinshi Base on foot, I need to figure out how to get the schematics for the Butokas and the Wagatakus, get in there without alerting any guards if possible, find the bloody things and then escape. As I continued to scratch my head on it I found the Rinshi base, not in the same spot was though, the tree like mountain was being moved on the back of thousands of Rinshi warriors. Granted, its not the smartest thing to do but I can see if one of your kind breaks off and rebels to your enemies it would make sense to move your main base.... break off... hmmmm that gives me a crazy idea....


* * Back in Ponyvile, Castle of Harmony and Friendship * *


Chrysalis was thinking about her old hive while she groomed Fleur's hair and how she was helping the ponies of all creatures. While humming no less. She knows that they are just food, creatures that are sentient enough that they can produce the most important of foods, love.

Yet here is she now CARING for a potential food source, something that she had never experienced before but then again she had never had a need to actively feed off a conscience pony or even a non-mind controlled one. That right, until her own imprisonment, she had never needed to activity feed off a pony before. She had heard of this phenomenon from some of her drones years ago where the drone becomes attached to their prey but she had previously always dismissed it as rumors.

But now, thanks to the months of activity feeding from a single pony, she had unconsciously made Fleur her safe/home/food. She truly wondered what changed in her but she had her introspection broken off by a sudden slam of the door. Taking up basic defensive positions between the door and Fleur/safe/home/food, she bared her fangs and was ready fight the intruding pony.

"Fleur my love!" shouted the blue mane stallion," Are you ok-ep! Changeling!"

"Fancy? Dear Fancy?" Oh don't mind Chrysi, she is harmless." said Fleur as she ran to hug the blue mane stallion. 

Grumbling, Chrysalis walked to the side and was leaning on the wall while Fleur and Fancy were jabbering away in Prance. She was not going tot take her eyes off the intruder, even if Fleur was ok with the stallion. Following the intrusion, was Princess Twilight, the purple maned one and the Princess of Food.

"How are you feeling darling," asked the purple maned one as the three walked towards her. All Chrysalis did was hiss back.

"Now now," said the Princess of Food, Cadence," If I'm wiling to tolerate you being here and working to rebuild your life, your going to have to play a bit nicer than that." Chrysalis replied with a softer hiss without showing her teeth. 

"Come on Chrysalis. Lets leave Fancy Pants and Fleur alone for a while to catch us. We need a few things to discuss." said Twilight.

"No. Master Wu's orders. Until he.... it returns I'm not to leave Fleur's side." spat Chrysalis.

"This is my castle Chrysalis," said Twilight," Even the RinRinshi have ever broken in the Castle of Harmony. They are safe. Safe enough for us to go and have some tea?"

Chrysalis grumbled to herself. On one hand, yes Twilight was correct. This was something that was tested recently when a Mantis RinRinshi attempted to gain entrance of the Castle of Harmony before running away as if it was testing its strength. But on the other hand, she was very untrusting anything except herself when it comes to her Fleur/safe/home/food. But the debate came to an end when Fleur asked to talk in private with Fancy Pants for a short while. Even if she wanted to, she knew she couldn't say no to Fleur, especially when she gave her the puppy dog eyes. 

"Fine but when your done, come and find us. "said Chrysalis a little louder than she liked before storming out of the room.


* * Confrontational Beast Mountain * *


It definitely took a while, but eventually I found the "path" created by the moving mountain. As the Mountain moved on the backs of thousands of Rinshi, it was actually quite easy to just... cling onto the side of the mountain and slowly climb it to be under the library. Lucky with the current layout of the Confrontational Beast Hall, the library was situated on a branched off part of the overall hall and was sitting on a part of a mountain that jutted out of the mountain face. All I have to do is to climb slowly up the mountain, avoid detection and break the supports holding the library up. Easy right? 

Well, Easy in theory.


* * Castle of Harmony and Friendship, Guest Room with Tea * *


Chrysalis eyed the murky brown liquid that was in front of her. MILK? with TEA?? What sort of madness do these ponies think of. Granted the last time she had ventured out of her hive was for conquest but that was smashed due to some meddling ponies. And then her own kidnapping.

As she watched Twilight, the purple maned one (who was introduced as Rarity) and Cadance, drink the offending drink with no problem, Chrysalis pretended to drink the tea before setting it down.

"So what do you three want," said Chrysalis who wanted nothing more but to leave and return to Fleur's side.

"Well darling," said Rarity," We wanted to know how you were doing? Since this is the first time we actually get to sit down and talk without...."

"A crusade to annihilation of changeling kind in the way?" finished Cadance.

"Yeah that."

Chrysalis pondered for a short while before saying," Feeling rather stupid. If I had known that getting Love from you stupid ponies was so easy, I would have done so hundreds of years ago. Maybe even tried to seduce Celestia herself."

This caused Twilight to do a spit take while Cadance gave herself a small giggle.

"Well, if you hadn't had conquests on the brain for all those years, maybe you would have realized we ponies are a loving bunch," sing sang Cadance which annoyed Chrysalis," But seriously, how are you. I don't think being held captive for a year would do anything good to one's psyche, at least you have the decency to put most ponies in a deep sleep in pods. Except me and my husband of course."

"Hey, there wasn't enough time to make those pods cause if there was you would have been put into one. And besides, those pods stick out like a sore thumb!" spat Chrysalis.

"Hey easy there love bug," said Cadance defensively," Its just a bit of teasing, you did almost ruin my wedding after all."

Chrysalis huffs as she grabbed a chocolate chip cookie from the tray and started munching loudly. Twilight and Rarity shared a worried look while Cadance just waggled her eyebrows. She clearly is enjoying ribbing Chrysalis.

"Well... changing the subject.... would you become an Ally to Equestria? I mean after all things are said and done." asked Rarity gingerly. What came from that question was uncomfortable silence as Chrysalis continued to munch on the cookie.

"Well," Chrysalis shallowed, "I don't really have much of a choice now do I? I've...... become attached to Fleur. I've heard rumors about this from my drones that sometimes a changeling would become attached to a pony and subconsciously be protective of the pony until the pony passed. I never though it would happen to me in that sense."

"Oh, how does it usually go? Like a forbiddance romance between pony and changeling that ends up in a secret marriage?" Rarity fantasized while Twilight look at her friend with a worried smile. The next thing that was said completely shattered everyone's minds.

"What's romance?" asked Chrysalis.

"WHATTTTTTTTTTT????!!!!!" shouted rarity and Cadance.


 * * In another room * *


"Dear Fleur. You must be joking me," said Fancy as he held her hand while the two sat on the bed," That.... Wu wants you to fight? You haven't fought anything except your parents about being a model! Does this creature except you to lift weights?!"

"Darling Fancy," said Fleur stroking his hand to get him to calm down," I don't believe I have much of a choice. While I do want to help and shake this... uneasiness I constantly have whenever I'm outside, I don't think Wu has anyone else he could try to teach his art."

Fancy sighed as he looked at Fleur," But.... you'll be in danger again. I.... cannot lose you again."

"Oh Fancy," said Fleur," You can and you will."

"What?! But Fleur.."

"Shush darling," said Fleur now stroking Fancy Pants' head," I know there is another in your heart. After all, until I was kidnapped, we never really had much interest in each other except for being seen in public."

"But.... No your right," said Fancy with his ears flattening," Whenever previously we had tried to take the next step.... I always had a slight... hesitation with that."

"So, but are we still good? Still Friends?" asked Fleur.

"Oh the best of friends dear Fleur," replied Fancy," But that would not stop me from worrying about you and this situation."

"Oh course darling Fancy," said Fleur," Now who is this oth-" Before she could say another word two very loud noises broke the silence of the room.


 * * Confrontational Beast Hall, Under a Library * *


Wu was slowly and carefully breaking every one of the supports of the Library. For the time being no one was the wiser about what We is about to do. Once the last of the supports were broken. the only thing left to do was to remove it. 

"Ringi Shōrai Jū (Bringing Beast) RinScorpion," Wu summoned which created a large sized scorpion with a mixed of Green and Gold Exoskeleton. However, once done and the scorpion pulled the Library off was when the Alarm resounded throughout the Confrontational Beast Mountain.

"ALARM! ALARM! WE HAVE A ROUGE RINSHI INTRUDER! RINGI ENERGY DETECTED!"

"Oh shit, time to go."

The RinScorpion pulled the Library close to itself to allow Wu to jump into the building and started pulling books and scrolls into a large rucksack. As spears, arrows and shouts rained onto the Machine Beast as it ran from the scene towards the boarder of Equestria. Part of the plan was to make it seem that the base is somewhere not in Equestria but somewhere in no mans land. After a few hours, it seemed like the plans was working as Wu managed to remove all the books and scrolls into multiple rucksacks and sent the Rinshi on a wide goose chase.

As he absconded with his ill gotten gains," Wu could not help but hum to himself.

"I love it when a plan comes together!"

Little did he know, he just jinxed it.


 * * Ponyvile Outskirts * *


"Are you sure this is a good idea Tabu?" said a RinRinshi in it's powered down form. This RinRinshi had a Corcodile totem on his head. 

"Of course this is a good idea Niwa," said Tabu also in his powered down form," If we pretend in this powered down from to be traitors to the Contractional Beast Hall,  we would have easy access to this place. We can use it as an experiment to see if we can do the same trick at other places as well. We just have to keep.... wait. Where is Gyuuya?"

Both Tabu and Niwa looked around for their friend Gyuuya and spotted him a few moments later. In their utmost horror, they saw Gyuuya in his powered down form approached the gates into Ponyvile.

"Halt! Who goes there?!"

"I AM THE GREAT GYUUYA AND THIS GATE IS NO MATCH FOR MY HORNS! Ringi! Jūjin Jashin Hen (Beast-Man Wicked Body Change" shouted the RinRinshi as he transformed from tis powered down form into his monstrous Beast-man form which resembled a buffalo. The Buffalo-fist user then charged the gates into Ponyvile and shattered it, creating a loud boom that echoed throughout the town.

"Quick lets get out of here Niwa! We can try again with this plan later!" said Tabu as he started to inch away from the new broken gate as the two guards ponies slumped on each side of the gate.

"Yeah... lets, cause Gyuuya has gone mad... again... well at least he is not going to wreak the Hall again." said Niwa following Tabu away from the scene.
