It was a calm morning in Ponyville as the sun rose.  Everything seemed to be completely normal that morning as the Apple Family was having breakfast, the various shops in town began to open and in the bedroom of Colgate's castle, the sun shone in on her and her wife, Amethyst Star.  Amethyst was the first to be woken by the light.  She nudged Colgate and said, "Colgate sweetie, it's time to get up."

Colgate, who over time had come to find mornings unpleasant replied, "Ugh....can't I rest just a bit longer."

Like she does every other morning when Colgate is like this, Amethyst began to kiss her and tickle her.  She said, "No sweetie, it's our anniversary today!  We need to spend as much time together awake as possible."

Colgate shot out of bed and shouted, "Oh shit, you're right!  We need to get up to Canterlot at once!  We don't want to keep Queen Luna waiting!"

Not only was it the first wedding anniversary of Colgate and Amethyst, it was also the three year anniversary of Luna ascending to being Queen of Equestria.

Amethyst asked, "Colgate, why do we have to go to Canterlot today?  Can't we just spend the whole day in bed cuddling, kissing and making love?"

Colgate replied, "No, we can't.  We are high up in Luna's government and besides, we are partly responsible for her becoming queen to start with.  Do you know what might happen if we are not there to celebrate with her?"

Amethyst asked, "What?"

Colgate replied, "She may think that we are not taking our jobs seriously, she may think that we don't care about her and she may think we are ungrateful for everything she has done for us."  She became more panicky as she continued, "She might even fire us and kick us out of this castle.  I don't know about you but I don't want that."

Amethyst protested, "But wouldn't she understand?  It is our anniversary after all."

Colgate replied, "Look, you are the one who wanted her to marry us last year on the anniversary of her becoming queen.  Luna and I both tried to tell you that we wouldn't be able to spend our anniversary alone, that we would have to be in Canterlot with her but you wouldn't listen to either one of us and the only reason I finally agreed to us getting married on the anniversary of Luna's coronation is because I didn't want you to be upset."

Amethyst began to cry, "But when will we be able to just lay in bed and make love all day?"

Colgate kissed her and replied, "We can do that after we get home from our celebration with Luna."  She wiped the tears from her wife's cheeks and continued, "How does that sound?"

Amethyst replied, "It sounds good."  She calmed down and continued, "Well we better get some food in our stomachs and get going.  Like you said, We don't want to keep Luna waiting."

While Colgate and Amethyst sat down to breakfast Luna was having breakfast with her royal guard.  The head of her royal guard, Gray Wings could tell that she was not tired that morning and he was curious as to why.  He asked, "Queen Luna, why are you not tired this morning?  Aren't you going to go to bed here quickly?"

Luna cheerfully replied, "No, thy Queen hast no plans on going to bed.  Today is the third anniversary of her coronation and she hast a huge celebration planned!"

Gray Wings asked, "So who all will be here and what will we be doing to celebrate your anniversary?"

Luna replied, "Well everypony in thy queen's guard shall be present as shall Colgate and Amethyst.  After all, they are in charge of the Equestrian Dental Association and aided us in becoming queen to start with."

Gray Wings asked, "But your Majesty, it is their wedding anniversary.  Shouldn't they just be staying at home doing whatever it is married couples do on their anniversaries?"

Luna replied, "We know that Amethyst may protest coming but we know how Colgate's mind works.  She will drag her kicking and screaming if she has to.  Besides, it was Amethyst's idea that we marry them last year on our anniversary anyway."

Gray Wings sighed as he felt that Luna was being a bit uncaring in how she expects them to be in Canterlot on their anniversary but knew better than to challenge her.  He asked, "So where will we be holding your ceremony?"

Luna replied, "Down in the main courtyard in town so we may mingle with our subjects.  After all, they should get to spend time with their queen on the anniversary of her coronation."

An hour and a half passed and after eating breakfast and taking off for Canterlot, Colgate and Amethyst flew into Canterlot.  They immediately flew to the throne room and were greeted by an ecstatic Luna.  They rushed up to Luna where she hugged them.  She said, "Colgate, Amethyst!  We are most happy that thou could make it!"

Colgate replied, "You know we wouldn't miss this for the world your Majesty!"

While Colgate and Luna were happily chatting away Amethyst had a sad look on her face and Luna saw this.  She rushed over to Amethyst and hugged her.  She asked, "Amethyst, thou seems so sad.  Why are thou so sad?"

Amethyst replied, "Oh, I'm ok.  It's nothing to worry about."

Luna knew that she was hiding something but did not want to create a scene in front of Colgate.  Luna motioned her wing towards the throne room and said, "Come on, let us enjoy more great conversation while we wait for our guard to have everything set up."  Once they arrived in the throne room Luna asked, "So Colgate, how hast the past year been?  Hast thou had many ponies with bad teeth to punish?"

Colgate replied, "Surprisingly no.  It seems like the only times we have an increase in bad oral health brought to us is a couple weeks after national baking competitions."

Luna sighed, "Well it seems like the ponies that attend those are the ones who don't brush very often.  At least you are able to punish those who don't."

While Colgate had an idea, she was unable to suggest it as Gray Wings entered and let Luna know it was time for her Celebration.  Luna and her company headed out to the main courtyard of Canterlot.  As the four flew down from their balcony into the huge crowd that had gathered, they all shouted, "ALL HAIL QUEEN LUNA!"

Luna stood on an elevated platform in the center of the crowd and began her address.  "Thank you everypony for showing up to our celebration today as it was three years ago today that we became queen.  Thy queen wishes to let thee know that she loves thee a lot."

One of the ponies in the crowd said, "Your Majesty, I am very happy that you are our monarch now.  Things in Equestria seem to run so much better than they used to and I do not feel any disharmony."

Another citizen added, "And we haven't had any villains return with you in charge, which is a nice change from how they would always show up when your sister was in charge."

Luna smiled and replied, "Perhaps it is because they know that thy queen dost not have to rely on other ponies to defeat them.  They know that thy queen is perfectly capable of handling them on her own."

The crowd began to cheer as they knew they had a leader who evildoers actually feared.  After about an hour of Luna taking more questions and mingling with the crowd, her, Gray Wings, Colgate and Amethyst flew back up to the balcony and headed into the dining hall, where they were met by the rest of the guard along with a massive feast.  Colgate saw this and said, "Wow Luna, when you go big you really go big."

Luna could see Colgate scanning the whole meal for anything sugary.  Luna replied, "Yes Colgate we do and do not worry, we know not to have anything sugary around thee as we know it would make thee most unhappy!"

Colgate smiled and replied, "Thank you Luna.  It is quite obvious that you do not want either yourself or anypony in your guard to have to come pay me a visit!"

After a pleasant meal and plenty of great conversation, evening had arrived and it was time for Colgate and Amethyst to head on home.  As they were getting ready to leave, Luna approached them and said, "We hope that coming up here did not inconvenience thee."

Colgate replied, "No problem Luna, it didn't inconvenience us one bit!"  She put her wing around Amethyst and continued, "Come on sweetie, lets get home while there is still some time left in the day."

Amethyst smiled weakly but was not happy that most of their anniversary was spent up in Canterlot rather than at home.  Once they got home Amethyst asked, "Colgate, do you think that maybe next year we could ask Luna if we could be exempted from the anniversary of her coronation.  I just want it to be us and nopony else."

This question did not amuse Colgate but she decided to placate her wife anyway.  She replied, "Well I'll see what I can do.  You know how Luna is when it comes to things like this."

Amethyst could tell that Colgate probably would not approach her over it but decided to just let it go so they could enjoy the little time left of their anniversary that they did have.  While they were pleasing each other in the bedroom Amethyst still couldn't help but wonder if sometimes Colgate puts her job and position ahead of her. 
> An Interesting Conversation

After staying up very late the night before, the morning sun would shine in the window far too soon for Amethyst and Colgate.  This time Colgate was the first to rise.  This morning she hissed and growled at the sun but another force would prevent her from going back to sleep, hunger.   Her stomach was growling so loudly that it woke Amethyst.   Amethyst asked, "Colgate, is it time for breakfast already?  It seems so early."

Colgate growled, "Yes, it is.  Well considering we stayed up until 0300 last night, morning is going to come sooner than we would like."

Amethyst smiled and asked, "Well it was well worth it now wasn't it sweetie?"

Colgate was still dead tired but was not about to wait any longer than she needed to for breakfast.  She replied, "It was, now let's go get some breakfast."

They headed to the dining hall where they were greeted by the general of her special army, Pearly Whites.  He asked, "Colgate, Amethyst, how are you two feeling this morning."

In a cheerful voice Amethyst replied, "Oh we're feeling wonderful, absolutely wonderful aren't we sweetie?"

Colgate grunted, "I guess.  It would have been better had we got more than four hours of sleep."  She shrugged her shoulders to loosen them up and continued, "While it would be nice, I can't go back to bed after breakfast, we have far too much to talk about today."

Pearly Whites asked, "What do we have to talk about.  We haven't had any bad patients across Equestria in quite some time."

Colgate replied, "We haven't but we do still have some every now and then and I have decided the time has come to nip the problem in the bud.  If we can take out the troublemakers, I can finally create the cavity-free utopia I have dreamed of since graduating from the Dental Academy."

Pearly Whites had an ominous feeling within him as he wondered who Colgate considered troublemakers.  He had concerns that Colgate was going to overstep her bounds and do things that Luna had not given her permission to do.  He gasped, "You're not going to do what I think you're going to do are you?"

As soon as he finished asking this their breakfast was brought into them.  Colgate was happy to see her meal coming.  She replied, "Not now general, not during breakfast!"

While Amethyst and Pearly Whites were calmly eating their meal Colgate was devouring her's.  By the time Amethyst had eaten one plate, Colgate had finished four.  Upon finishing her fourth plate of food and downing a whole pitcher of cider on her own she shouted, "Now that's what I call a good meal!"   She burped and continued, "I'll be back guys.  I need to brush."

While Colgate was gone brushing and rinsing her mouth out, which takes at least ten minutes after each meal, Pearly Whites was curious as to what was going on and thought Amethyst might know something.   He asked, "Amethyst, do you know what is running through her mind?  Whatever it is I have a feeling that it may be outside of what Luna has given us permission to do."

Amethyst replied, "She hasn't said a word to me but sometimes I feel like she puts her work ahead of me.   She didn't even seem to care yesterday was our anniversary, all she cared about was going up to Luna's ceremony so that she can keep us in the queen's good graces."

Pearly Whites knew well enough what Luna would have done had they not shown up.  He replied, "Amethyst, she is not putting her work ahead of you.  I know how Luna is.  She would have fired both of you, thought of you being ungrateful for what she has done for you and maybe even banished the two of you to the sun."

Amethyst sighed, "Ok, I understand that but still, when we have patients it seems like she focuses a bit more on torturing them than she does on our marriage."

Pearly Whites knew that Amethyst often times gets overly emotional but he tried to comfort her.  He replied, "I know it seems like that but trust me, she does love you, she loves you a lot more than you could ever imagine."

Amethyst knew that Colgate shared some things with him that she shared with nopony else but she was unsure about what he was going to say.  She asked, "Oh and how do you know this?"

Pearly Whites asked in return, "You know how sometimes you two will take two or three day holidays together?"

Amethyst replied, "Yeah, I do."

Pearly Whites replied, "Well she has gotten word many times that there are bad patients out there that need punishing but tells us not to go abduct them so she can focus on you, on your marriage, on making you happy.   She did what she did yesterday so you two can continue to live your happy, comfortable lives."

Amethyst could tell the general was speaking the truth.  She began to tear up and cry, "I never knew that.   I know she loves me but I never knew she let some bad patients go unpunished so she can focus on me.  I feel so awful now."

Pearly Whites continued, "And when she is just around me, she constantly goes on and on about what a sweet wife you are, about how her life was empty before you came along, about how she developed a crush on you the first day you started working for her and how relieved she was when you two took care of Sea Swirl."

Amethyst replied, "I know, that was a very liberating moment for the two of us."

Pearly Whites wondered why they ever had Sea Swirl with them when Colgate would tell him about the past.  He asked, "Amethyst, can I ask you a question?   Why did you two have Sea Swirl involved in your relationship anyway?"

Amethyst blushed as she was kind of embarrassed over the question but felt like she could trust the general.  She replied, "Well it is a complicated story.  Sea Swirl and I went to the academy up in Canterlot together and while we never admitted it, we did have a crush on one another.  Colgate hired Sea Swirl and I at the same time.  Thing is, all three of us found one another sexy and that caused us all to love each other.  It wasn't too long after the two of us started working for her that Sea Swirl and I moved in with Colgate, and of course with that it wasn't long until we began to have threesomes.   From that point we shared the same bed every night and truly loved one another until Sea Swirl developed an immediate crush on Twilight out at the bunker.  When that happened Colgate killed her, which allowed her and I to grow closer and eventually get married."  She began to laugh a bit and continued, "I'm sure she has told you how she stabbed Sea Swirl to death with Twilight's horn, right?"

Pearly Whites said, "Yeah she has mentioned to me about how she killed Sea Swirl but she certainly never mentioned the three of you having a sexual relationship.  I know she enjoys torturing other ponies who don't care for their teeth but I never thought she was the type to brutally kill a pony the way she did."

Amethyst was unable to reply as Colgate headed back into the dining hall.   She smiled and said, "Nothing like a great meal followed by a good teeth brushing!"  She looked over at her wife and general and asked like she does after every meal, "So are you two going to brush?"

Both nodded yes and headed off towards their bathrooms.  Before they got out of earshot Colgate yelled, "Meet me in the throne room once you're done.  We have important issues that must be discussed!"

While they headed off to brush their teeth Colgate had a sadistic smile on her face and was rubbing her hooves together.   She began to laugh, "Oh those bakers are going to be in for a huge surprise.  This is going to make my times of torturing bad patients look sweet and innocent. Since we have Luna's blessings, I don't even have to worry about hiding corpses or destroying my own property!"
> Colgate's Plans

After finishing brushing and rinsing Amethyst and Pearly Whites met Colgate in the throne room.  Joining them were some of Colgate's regular soldiers.   Once everyone got sat around the huge table Colgate uses for meetings and asked, "I'm sure you guys are wondering why I called this meeting."

Amethyst replied, "Yes, I am."

One of the regular soldiers added, "Whatever it is, I can tell it is extremely important."

Colgate replied, "It is."  She cleared her throat and started, "This involves something very important to me.  As you all know, it has been a goal of mine to eradicate poor oral hygiene from Equestria.  Over the years the number of ponies with bad teeth have declined but I do know that we can not force all of them to brush so I have decided the time to nip the problem in the bud has come."

Pearly* asked, "What do you mean by 'nip the problem in the bud' anyway?"

Colgate got a sadistic grin on her face and continued, "It is time we take out the nation's top bakers.  Yes I know it won't wipe out the creation of sugary treats entirely, but the best ones in the country must be punished severely for their crimes."

Amethyst believed that perhaps Colgate was going too far.  She asked, "Sweetie, isn't that going beyond what Luna has given us her blessing on?  She gave us permission to torture ponies with bad teeth, not kill the bakers."

Colgate sighed, "That is true."  She then started to smile and rub her hooves together.  She began to laugh, "Well we can always falsify their dental records!  That way it will appear as though they have bad teeth which will make this perfectly legal!   Remember honey, all my life I have always thought three or four steps ahead of everypony else!"

Pearly asked, "Oh and do you have any plans on who you want to take out.   With you mentioning the nation's top bakers, I'm sure you probably have a list."

Colgate replied, "I have already compiled a list of who I want to take care of.   Despite them always having good teeth, I believe it is imperative that Applejack and Apple Bloom be taken care of.  After all, they cater many events and all those treats they serve are loaded with sugar."

Everypony knew how much Colgate liked those two and were shocked.  Amethyst gasped, "Seriously Colgate, you are going to kill your absolute two favorite patients?"

Colgate sternly replied, "Yes dear, I am.   They are great patients but still, they are the cause of many, many bad patients and I simply can no longer allow that."

Pearly asked, "And who else do you plan on taking out?"

Colgate replied, "Well I have also decided to take care of that narcissistic griffin Gustave le Grand.  After all those eclairs are horrible for everypony's teeth.  Then we have Mulia Mild and her chocolatey creations.  If she would use the darkest form of dark chocolate that can be used she would be fine but she doesn't.  She uses milk chocolate, which is very high in sugar.  Then we have Twist!  Those candy canes she makes rot teeth quicker than anything else because she uses high fructose corn syrup.  That is much worse than sugar on the teeth."

Amethyst gasped, "Twist?  But she is so innocent and young!"

Colgate replied, "Amethyst, she is in her mid twenties.  She may still be innocent but she must be punished for her crimes!"  She sighed and continued, "Next up we have Donut Joe.   He has been ruining teeth for decades."

Pearly asked, "Wait a minute.  Isn't he really close with the royal family?"

Colgate replied, "Not nearly as much as he was when Celestia was alive.  After all, Luna doesn't have much of a sweet tooth.  She gets along better with the butcher up there than she does Donut Joe."  Just as it looked like she was about to finish her list she continued, "Oh and there is one more.   We must acquire and eradicate THE ENTIRE Cake family.  They have been like a cancerous tumor upon oral hygiene in Ponyville for ages."

Amethyst asked, "All of them?  Even the Cake twins who are still under age?"

Colgate snapped, "Amethyst, they are nineteen years old and they are attending a baking academy in Fillydelphia so they will be threats and besides, they did help their parents before they left for the academy anyway, so they are just as guilty as their parents."

Everypony else in the room had unsure looks on their faces after Colgate gave them her list, especially after she mentioned the entire Cake family.  One of her soldiers asked, "Colgate, I'm not concerned so much when it comes to who you are going to have us abduct so you can take them out, but how are we going to pull this off without being suspected?"

Colgate replied, "Well, I think it would be best if we capture them while they are out of town.  Now this will take months to complete because I do not want to capture them all at once.  If we were to try to do that, ponies would think that something was up.   There is no guarantee that we would even be suspected but I still think this will be the best way to do it.  Besides, having only one or two in here will make things a bit more fun."

Amethyst was starting to wonder about the pony she loved so much.  While she knew Colgate enjoys torturing ponies, she had a bad feeling that Colgate was going to take things to a whole new level.  She asked, "So regarding the Cake family, are you going to only have one of them in here at a time or will you have the whole family together."

Colgate replied, "Well I plan on having them abducted the next time the Cakes go visit their kids in Fillydelphia.  Having all four of them in here at once will be better and I plan on making this hilarious."

Pearly asked, "So who is going to be first on your list?"

Colgate replied, "Well I know that there is a huge event going on in Dodge Junction on the seventh, which is three days from now.  Last time I saw Applejack she was talking about how they were going to cater the event there."

Pearly asked, "So I take it you are going to want us to make sure they never make it there?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, that is my plan."  Time had passed by quickly during their meeting and before they knew it, it was lunch time.  They were all pleased to finally end that meeting.  While they had been doing this for years, Colgate's sudden desire to target specific ponies bothered them, especially Pearly who had been used to just going after ponies with poor teeth.  






> Apple Abductions

The morning of the sixth had arrived and everything in Ponyville was calm.  Over at Sweet Apple Acres Applejack and Apple Bloom were getting ready to head off to the Dodge Junction Fruit Festival, which would feature fruity treats made by the best bakers all over Equestria.  Applejack and Apple Bloom were going to take some of their best pies, fritters, candy apples and of course, Applejack's famous apple brown betties.   Just as they were getting ready to go they realized one thing, they had three carts of stuff but only two ponies to pull them as Big Mac was very sick. 

Applejack saw the three carts and sighed, "Apple Bloom, how could we have forgot that we would need three carts to hold all these treats?"

Apple Bloom asked, "Why can't we have Big Mac pull one?  He is awfully strong."

Applejack replied, "Apple Bloom, with as sick as he is right now, y'all should know he is in no shape to make that journey."   She rolled her eyes and then realized that maybe Fluttershy would be able to help.  She continued, "Apple Bloom, you stay here while Ah go see if Fluttershy could help."

Apple Bloom had a feeling that Fluttershy wouldn't help them since she helped Zecora and Discord gather herbs on Thursdays.  She said, "But Applejack........"

It did no good as Applejack galloped towards Fluttershy's cottage as fast as she could.   She got over to Fluttershy's right as she was walking out the door.  Applejack was breathing hard as she approached her friend, which concerned Fluttershy.  She asked, "Applejack, are you ok?  I've never seen you breathe this hard before."

Applejack replied, "Ah'm doing ok.  Ah just needed to ask you of a favor."

Fluttershy asked, "What is that?"

Applejack replied, "Well Apple Bloom and I have agreed to provide some of our famous treats for the Dodge Junction Fruit Festival.  Thing is, we made so much stuff that we have three carts full of stuff but only two ponies to pull them.  Ah was wondering if you could pull one of those for me?"

Fluttershy asked, "What about Big Mac, can't he pull one?"

Applejack replied, "Well he is staying home because he is sick."  She gave Fluttershy puppy dog eyes that she just couldn't say no to.  She continued, "Please Fluttershy, it would mean a lot to me."

Fluttershy had planned on spending a peaceful day with Zecora and Discord but knew her friend needed her.  She sighed, "Ok Applejack, I'll help you."  

Applejack replied, "That's wonderful Fluttershy!  Let's get going!"

While the two headed back over towards Sweet Apple Acres they had no clue that they were being watched.   Colgate remembered about how Applejack mentioned her catering an event on the seventh.   She also knew that rather than going by train, that they deliver their goods using carts that they pulled themselves.   While they were sneaking from bush to bush, Amethyst asked, "Honey, do you know what route they are taking?"

Colgate whispered "Shhh.....we can't have them hearing us and yes I know which way they are going.  It will make acquiring them much easier."

Applejack thought she heard something.  She asked, "Fluttershy, did y'all hear that?"

Fluttershy asked, "Hear what?"

Applejack assumed that she must have been hearing things.  She said, "Oh nothing.  Ah thought Ah heard something."

Once they got over to Sweet Apple Acres, despite not feeling well Big Mac got them all fastened into their harnesses.  Applejack said, "Now y'all get better Big Mac.  We should be gone for just a couple of days."

With a raspy voice Big Mac replied, "Eeyep!"

They then headed off south on a path that would lead them directly through the badlands as it was the shortest route to Dodge Junction.  Fluttershy seemed a bit nervous and said, "Applejack, I don't know why but I just have a really bad feeling about us going this way, a really bad feeling!"

In a calming voice Applejack replied, "Don't y'all worry Fluttershy.  Ah've taken this route plenty of times and nothing has ever happened."

Colgate, Amethyst and Pearly followed them to just where they kept the three in their sights.   As they continued their journey, Colgate's smile got bigger and bigger as she knew that their path would take them very close to the bunker she had used to kill Twilight in.  With it being late spring temperatures out in the desert had become hot and this was taking quite a toll on both the ponies pulling the carts and their stalkers but they all persevered.  Finally late afternoon had arrived and the Apples and Fluttershy were pulling their carts right in front of the entrance to the old bunker when they decided to stop and rest.

Apple Bloom who was exhausted asked, "Applejack, how much further is it to Dodge Junction?"

Applejack replied, "Well it will be another two or three hours, that is why Ah'm having us rest here."  She looked off to her left and saw an area where there was some shade.   She continued, "Come on everypony, let's get over in the shade and rest for a bit."

The three loosened themselves from the harnesses and got in the shade.   Colgate and her company saw this and knew this was their chance.  Before charging off to abduct them Amethyst asked, "Colgate, it is an awful long way back to Ponyville.  How are we going to get them back home?"

She was looking in her saddlebag making sure that she had enough sedatives to knock the three out.  She replied, "Amethyst, they are right by the entrance to the bunker we used a few years back.  We will just take them in there and wipe them out."

Amethyst asked, "Do you have the spell with you?"

Colgate pointed to her head and replied, "I still remember it sweetie.  Some things you simply don't forget!"

Pearly and Amethyst nodded acknowledging Colgate's knowledge of the spell.  Colgate pointed her wing towards the three and whispered, "Let's go get them!"

The three stormed towards the Apples and caught them off guard.  Before they knew it they were surrounded by Colgate and her company and were being stomped on.   Finally Applejack, Apple Bloom and Fluttershy were stunned.   Colgate yelled, "Let's sedate them so we can get them inside!"

Immediately the three captors injected their victims with powerful sedatives.  They levitated them over to the entrance to the bunker.  Colgate placed her horn in the hole and recited, 

"The bunker is locked, from thy enemies it is blocked,
Crimes of the enemy must be paid for, to do this thou must unlock the door,
In we take the enemy, of which there are many
Inside we kill the bright ones, and the days of light shall be done."


The door slid open and the three levitated their prisoners inside.  Colgate fired out a powerful bolt of energy lighting every torch in the complex.   As they headed in Colgate said, "Now follow us Pearly.  Amethyst and I don't want to see you either getting trapped in a secret chamber or cut in half."

Amethyst asked, "So where are we taking them?"

Colgate replied, "We gave them enough sedatives we can take them to the center of the complex without them waking.  Now let's get going!"

The journey to the center took them roughly an hour as they had to be careful.  It is one thing to simply walk to the center avoiding activating the traps but doing so while levitating ponies is much tougher.  Once they got there and Colgate opened the door, everything came rushing back to Colgate and Amethyst.  They saw the device they used to torture Twilight, they saw other devices in the room but what really brought back memories was the long rotted corpse of Sea Swirl.  After they got their captives secured in the proper devices they walked over to the bony corpse.

Colgate kicked it and asked, "What's that Sea Swirl?  Did you miss us?"  She began to laugh sadistically and continued, "Well little girl, we haven't missed you!"

While Amethyst was happy when Colgate killed Sea Swirl, she found it rather disturbing that Colgate would disrespect the dead in such a manner.  She asked, "Colgate, do you have no respect for the dead?"

Colgate laughed, "Oh come on now Amethyst, you were happy when I murdered that wretch so what's so bad about kicking a skeleton?"

Amethyst rolled her eyes in disgust.  While she was happy back when Colgate killed Sea Swirl, she did still remember the good times she had with her dating back to their time at the academy and seeing Colgate kick her remains, for Amethyst, it felt almost like she had been kicked in the gut herself.  

A few hours later Applejack was coming to.  She was groggy and the first things she noticed were the cool temperature in the room and the dim green lighting.  Once she became more aware of her surroundings she discovered they were trapped.  Applejack shouted, "What the hay?"

Applejack awoke to discover that she was in something that resembled a dentist's chair with numerous metallic instruments attached to it.  She also discovered that her hind legs were locked in place with hoof cuffs and her front legs were also immobilized and held in place with hoof cuffs but these were attached to chains hanging down from the ceiling.  She looks around and saw Fluttershy chained to a gurney on her stomach and sees Apple Bloom held in place with hoof cuffs against the wall.   Applejack shouted, "Hello, is anypony there?"

General Pearly Whites walked out from the shadows and said, "Yes, there is somepony here."

Applejack shouted, "If y'all did this Ah'm going to the cops once Ah get out of here!"

Another voice echoed from the shadows, "Well then, we'll just have to make sure you don't get out."

Applejack recognized the second voice, it was somepony who she liked quite a bit and trusted completely.    She asked, "Amethyst, is that you?  Are y'all ok?"

A third voice echoed from the shadows, "Yes Applejack, Amethyst is fine."

Applejack knew this voice even better.  She shouted, "Colgate, how did we all get in here?  Did this stallion do something to us?"

Colgate and Amethyst walked out into the dim light.  Colgate replied, "Well, sorta, but it was mostly Amethyst and myself."

Applejack's eyes grew as wide as they possibly could.  She shouted, "WHAT?  Y'ALL ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS?"

Colgate walked over and smacked Applejack.   She shouted, "Well no shit Sherlock, you really think one pony could levitate all three of you in here?"

Applejack began to tear up.  She cried, "Why Colgate?  Why are y'all doing this to us?  We have perfect teeth!"

Colgate smacked her harder and yelled, "That you do but it is what you do to make other ponies not take care of their teeth.  I know how much sugar is in your treats."

Applejack shouted, "What does that......."

Colgate interrupted, "It has everything to do with it.   You and your little sister are a cancerous tumor to the world of proper oral hygiene that must be removed.   You have done nothing but make MY job much harder.  You have made the life of EVERY DENTIST in Equestria harder.  We don't feel like having to fill cavities in 90% of the nation's population."

Applejack looked around and saw that her sister and Fluttershy still had yet to wake up.   She asked, "What'd you do to mah friends?  Why aren't they awake?  You killed them, didn't you?"

Colgate smacked Applejack so hard it knocked one of her teeth out.   She shouted, "No, I did not kill them.  They are just more sensitive to my sedatives than you are."

Just as she said this Apple Bloom and Fluttershy began to come to.   Colgate laughed, "Finally, you two rats are coming to.  I thought you'd never wake up."

Fluttershy was terrified by the situation they were in.  She was not quite awake enough to know who was in there with her other than the Apples.   She asked, "Applejack, where are we?"

Colgate laughed, "Oh my dear sweet Fluttershy, you are in what shall become your final resting place."

Fluttershy shrieked, "WHAT?"

She began to try to struggle out of the chains and was flapping her wings with great force hoping she could break free.   Colgate raced over to Fluttershy and smacked her.   She shouted, "Oh so this is how it's going to be huh?  You're going to be one of those kinds of rats? Well we'll have to fix this."  She looked over at her company and shouted, "Amethyst, Pearly, get me my hammer and nails, she needs to be restrained better."

They did as told and held her down as Colgate began to nail her to the large gurney she had been chained to.   Fluttershy continued to struggle, scream, plead and beg but to no avail.  Within twenty minutes Colgate had her nailed down.  She stared into Fluttershy's eyes and laughed, "Well now, that ought to keep you from going anywhere!"

Colgate was looking around and said, "Hmmm.....now where shall we start?"   She headed over to Applejack and said, "I think we shall start with you!"

Applejack started to yell, "Oh no you won't!  Just wait, when Ah get outta here, Ah'll go to the authorities!"

Colgate laughed, "My my Applejack, did Discord get to you again?  You normally don't lie."

While Applejack continued to scream and yell Colgate decided that she needed to be silenced.   She held Applejack's mouth open with her magic to make what her plans were easier.   She pulled a butcher knife out of her saddlebag and lowered it into her mouth.  She cut her tongue in half and pulled the severed part out triumphantly.  She laughed, "Well this should keep you from telling any more lies."

Applejack screamed, "Clgate, y'll nver gt ayay ith is."

Colgate laughed, bit part of her tongue off and ate it.   She gagged a bit and said, "Damn Applejack, your tongue tastes horrible.  I sure hope the rest of you doesn't taste this bad."

Apple Bloom saw this and started crying.  She cried, "Colgate, why are y'all doing this?  Mah sister never did nothing to you!"

Colgate smacked Apple Bloom and yelled, "Well you silly little filly, had you woke up earlier, you would have heard what she has done, the same thing you have done.  You would have heard about what you two have done to cause so many dentists in this nation grief."

Fluttershy interrupted, "But I don't make any sweets, why are you doing this to me?"

Colgate replied, "Because you were aiding in the delivery of these treats.  That makes you just as much to blame as them!"

Amethyst asked, "I'm really hungry Colgate.  Do you think we could hurry up with this and go home?"

Colgate glared at her wife and replied, "We have food here."  She pointed her wing at Fluttershy and said, "Pegasus wings sound good, let's have some!"

Applejack tried screaming for them to stop but with the state that what was left of her tongue was in, what she said was not understandable.   Fluttershy knew what was going to happen.  She was struggling, trying to kick herself loose and was screaming.  Despite flapping her wings, Colgate and Amethyst pounced on her and began biting at the base of her wings.   At first it was tough for them because her wings were hitting them in the face but as time went on, her wings got weaker and weaker.  Finally they had ripped her skin off and devoured all the meat covering the bases.  At this time Fluttershy was no longer able to flap them which made it easy for the two to just rip them out.

Fluttershy's back was covered in as much blood as Colgate and Amethyst's faces were.  Colgate had eaten enough meat from Fluttershy's back that she was full for now.   She tossed the wing to Pearly and said, "Here you go General, I don't want you to miss out!"

Applejack was screaming but it wasn't making any sense but Apple Bloom started screaming obscenities at the three.   Colgate was getting tired of her screaming.   She laughed, "You know what Apple Bloom, a pony of your age should not be saying such things.  Filthy mouthed babies like you must be punished!"

Apple Bloom screamed, "Ah'm not a baby!"

Amethyst asked, "What are you going to do?"

Colgate pulled a knife out of her saddlebag and laughed, "Oh you'll see.  I think you will find it quite funny."

Colgate approached Apple Bloom who was still screaming and trying to kick herself free but it was all for naught.  When Colgate got over to her she smacked her and yelled, "Would you shut the buck up?"

Apple Bloom would not listen which only angered Colgate further.   She just decided to let her scream and yell as she got to work.   She began to laugh sadistically as she inserted the knife on the sides of her flanks and began to cut her cutie marks, which were of zap apples, off of her.   Apple Bloom stopped screaming in rage and began to cry in agony.   She cried, "No, please no!  Ah'll be good.  Ah don't want to be a blank flank again!"

Colgate laughed, "So your special talent was making zap apple jam huh?  Well it is too bad you won't make any more.  Oh well, the honey you put in it made it bad for your teeth."

Twenty minutes later she had both cutie marks cut off.  Amethyst came over to where Colgate was holding Apple Bloom's cutie marks.  The two looked at their flanks and then looked at Apple Bloom.  Colgate asked, "Hey Amethyst, you know what this makes her don't you?" 

The two started pointing at Apple Bloom and began shouting "BLANK FLANK, BLANK FLANK!"  Amethyst began to laugh sadistically and said, "Well I guess you'll have to start crusading again won't you?"

Colgate added, "She could but she won't have time to do it!"

Colgate decided that Apple Bloom needed to be punished more and watching her cutie marks disappear for good would be the best way to do it so she took one and stuffed it in Applejack's mouth and took the other to Fluttershy.   Colgate held it up to Fluttershy and ordered, "Eat it or die."

Fluttershy cried, "What does it matter, you're going to kill me anyway!"

Colgate calmed her voice down to where it was almost motherly like in nature.  She replied, "Fluttershy, I have decided I will let you go since you didn't actually make the desserts.  Just eat it and we will let you live."

Fluttershy was unsure as to whether she could believe her captor or not but ate it.  Colgate patted her on the back and said, "Good girl."

Applejack was not so cooperative when it came to eating her sister's cutie mark.   Amethyst was holding it down in her mouth as Applejack was trying to scream but could only make muffled noises.   Eventually Amethyst pulled out a knife and held it to Applejack's throat.   She ordered, "Eat it and we might just let you live!"

Reluctantly Applejack chewed the hide to where it was a mush and was able to swallow it.  Amethyst smacked her and laughed, "Now that's more like it!"

Apple Bloom was devastated enough having her cutie marks cut off but it was even more devastating to see them disappear entirely.  She was crying even more loudly now and yelled, "Fine, you win.  Just kill me, please just kill me.  Ah don't want to live anymore."

Colgate laughed, "Just a minute kid, you need to see this."

This was one of those moments where Colgate wished she had her drill with her but knew she would have to make due with what she had.  She grabbed her hammer and a nail and began to pound a nail into one of Applejack's teeth up into her gums.  Once she got the nail pounded all the way through she ripped it out.   She looked into her mouth, shook her head and said, "I am very disappointed in you Applejack.  All your life you have come to me without any cavities and now all of a sudden you show up with one of the worst cavities I have ever seen."   She smacked Applejack and yelled, "AND NOW YOU MUST PAY THE PENALTY!"

Colgate was starting to want to end this.  She ordered, "Amethyst dear, you see that ax over there?  Bring it to me."

Amethyst replied, "Yes sweetie."

She took the ax to Colgate and she was getting ready to lower it.  Apple Bloom yelled, "What are y'all going to do to mah sister?"

Colgate yelled, "Just a minute kid.  Don't bother me right now."

She slammed the ax into the middle of Applejack's head, cutting the upper half of it off.   Out with it came her brain.   Colgate held it up triumphantly and said, "So this is what the brain looks like."   She had heard how nasty brains taste so she decided that it would be a good meal for the younger Apple.   She grabbed it and asked, "Hey Apple Bloom, would you say your sister was a smart pony?"

Apple Bloom was crying even harder.  She cried, "Mah sister was the smartest pony Ah ever knew."

Colgate laughed, "Well then, perhaps you could use some of those smarts you little rat!"

Colgate marched over and rammed the brain into Apple Bloom's mouth.  She held a knife to Apple Bloom's throat and ordered, "Eat it or else!"

Apple Bloom spit the brain out and shouted, "Or what?  Y'all are gonna kill me anyway!"

Colgate wanted to make this a whole lot more fun.   She laughed, "Just a minute Apple Bloom, I have other things that must be done."

She marched over to where Fluttershy was laying levitating her ax.   Fluttershy saw her coming and began to cry, "I thought you were going to let me live.  Please just let me go."

Colgate began to laugh sadistically, "Now Fluttershy, I will let you go but there is one more thing I must do."   She picked up her ax and slammed it down on Fluttershy's hind left leg.  This caused her to start screaming and crying in agony.   Blood was flooding out of where the leg had been severed.   Colgate put her mouth over the wound and began to suck the blood out of it, which only caused Fluttershy more pain.  After satisfying her thirst Colgate grabbed the leg and walked back over to Apple Bloom.   

Apple Bloom was horrified by what she saw.   She asked, "Colgate, how could y'all just do that to Fluttershy?  She never did nothing to you."

Colgate laughed, "I had to do this because I needed her leg."   She stared down at the leg and continued, "Hey Apple Bloom, what would you think about playing a little game?"

Apple Bloom did not like the sounds of this but figured that perhaps she could win her freedom.   She asked, "And what game is that?"

Colgate replied, "It is a game called survivor.   I played it with the Princess of Steroids and unfortunately for her she lost.   Who knows though, you might win it and win your freedom."

Apple Bloom was mortified when she heard this.   She asked, "Wait a minute, are y'all telling me y'all killed Twilight?"

Colgate smacked her and sneered, "Yes little rat, we killed Twilight."  She began to laugh and continued, "Ok, where shall we start?  First question, where are we?"

Unlike Twilight, Apple Bloom had not been sedated until right before she was taken inside.   She replied, "We are in the badlands between Appaloosa and Dodge Junction."

Colgate smiled and replied, "That is correct.  One down, nine to go."   She smiled and continued, "Ok, do you know what used to happen down here?"

Apple Bloom replied, "Ponies would be brought down here and tortured to death like what y'all are doing to us?"

Colgate smiled and said, "Wow, you're smart Apple Bloom.  2 down, 8 to go.  What a shame Twily wasn't as smart as you!"

Apple Bloom asked, "What do y'all mean too bad Twily wasn't as smart as me?"

Colgate replied, "By this point Twilight was already howling in excruciating pain."   She sighed and continued, "Well so far you are no fun so now I will ask you something a bit more difficult.   How did I learn of this place's existence?"

Apple Bloom had no clue so she decided she would just take a wild guess.   She replied, "Uh, did y'all go exploring as a filly and discovered this place?"

Colgate began to savagely club her with Fluttershy's leg.  She screamed, "You idiot!  That was the same pathetic response the steroid queen gave me!" 

Apple Bloom began to cry, "But how was Ah supposed to know?  Y'all are probably the only pony that knows."

Colgate smacked her and continued, "Next question little rat.  When did I discover of this place's existence?"

Apple Bloom thought for a minute but quickly saw a glare in Colgate's eyes and replied, "Uh, ten years ago?"

Colgate shouted, "Wrong, incorrect little ratl!"  She decided that simply clubbing the mare was not enough.   She took her knife and began to dissect Apple Bloom the way you would a frog causing her to scream and cry in agony.   She pulled the skin back and saw the meat covered ribcage.   She began to wonder, "Hmmm.....I wonder what it looks like underneath."

Despite her desire to just start eating the meat and expose the organs underneath, she knew that she had to continue the game with her captive.   She asked, "Alright little rat, this place isn't the only one like it to exist in Equestria.   How many of these places exist?"

Apple Bloom had a look of pure fear in her eyes as she had no clue about this.   She replied, "Uh, six?"

This was also the same answer that Twilight gave.  Colgate went into a blind fury and began to repeatedly stab Apple Bloom over and over again, even after she had passed.  Finally Amethyst grabbed her and shouted, "Stop it!  She's dead."

Colgate finally got back to reality and was breathing heavily.   She stomped her front hooves into the ground and screamed, "Damn it!  I wanted to see her organs at work."

While Amethyst loved Colgate, she began to wonder if perhaps Colgate had always been like this but it wasn't until just now that she showed it.   While she knew that Apple Bloom was a full grown mare, she still couldn't help but remember the adorable filly who would go crusading with her friends trying to earn her cutie mark.   She screamed, "Colgate, how could you do this?   How could you just kill her so brutally?"

Colgate was not the type of pony who believed in spousal abuse but angry yelling she had no problem with.   She got in her face and shouted, "Listen Amethyst, she died a quick death.  She probably only knew her death was coming for a second, so get over it!"

The three then headed over to Fluttershy, who had been weakened by her remaining legs being nailed to the gurney and because of blood loss from losing her wings.   Colgate ripped the nails out of her legs and threw her to the ground.  Fluttershy was barely even able to walk on her remaining three legs and she asked, "Colgate, you're really letting me go?"

Colgate replied, "Yep I am.  You can even go visit one of your friends!"

Colgate pointed at a special stone on the floor and ordered, "Pearly, go step on this stone.  Our sweet pegasus needs to go see her friend."

He walked over and stepped on the stone, revealing the pool of sulfuric acid that they had lowered Twilight into three years ago.  The stench of the acid was much worse than it was in past.  Colgate started trying to push Fluttershy towards the pool but she was resisting much more than expected.   Colgate sneered, "So Fluttershy, I guess Twilight wasn't that good of a friend to you after all."

Fluttershy began to cry, "You monsters!  You drowned her in there didn't you?"

Colgate smacked her and continued, "Wow, you're a smart one Fluttershy!  Of course we did.  What do you think caused her to disappear?  You think she just vanished out of existence?"

Fluttershy was screaming and begging for them to stop while she continued to struggle so Colgate decided that throwing her into the acid alive was not going to be an option.  She knew of how tender hearted Fluttershy had always been and then an idea crossed her mind.  She looked up and asked, "Hey, have you two ever wondered how tender her heart really is?"

Amethyst also knew of Fluttershy's true nature and asked, "How are you going to figure that out given the situation she is in?"

Colgate laughed, "Oh I think you'll find this hilarious dear."

Fluttershy saw a sadistic look in Colgate's eyes and knew exactly what was about to happen so all she could do was hope that her passing would be immediate.   That however was not what Colgate had in store for her.   She pounced on the yellow pegasus and began to rip into her chest, ripping the skin off and devouring the meat underneath.   Soon she had reached the ribcage and knew that for her to get to what she wanted, it needed to be broken.   Fluttershy was screaming so loudly that Amethyst and Pearly had their hooves over their ears.  Once Colgate had the front of the ribcage ripped off she saw the interior of her captive working.

She smiled and said, "Now this is truly a great piece of art.   I never imagined I would get to see the organs of a pony at work."

Fluttershy wanted to kick Colgate off of her but barely had enough energy to speak.   She asked, "Y-you monster.  How could you?"

Colgate laughed, "Had you just willingly went to visit the steroid queen I wouldn't have had to do this but you left me no choice."  Colgate licked her chops and continued, "Now it is time to see how truly tender your heart is!"

Before Fluttershy could even do anything Colgate lowered her head into her and grabbed her heart with her teeth.  She began to laugh sadistically as she bit down and ripped it out of her body, causing one final scream from Fluttershy.   Blood was gushing everywhere as Colgate began to devour the heart.  Once she was done she licked the blood off of her face and said, "Wow, she really was tender hearted!"

Pearly looked down at the remains and asked, "So are we going to let the rest of the body go to waste or can we eat some too?"

Colgate pointed her wing down at the body and replied, "Help yourself, there is plenty left."  She began to cackle manically and continued, "But avoid the stomach.  Pinkamena made the mistake of eating Rarity's and it killed her."

Amethyst was stunned when she heard this.  She asked "What?  Pinkamena ate Rarity's stomach?"

Colgate quickly realized her mistake.  She had been wanting to keep her past just that, the past.   She replied, "Oh, that just happened in a dream but I would advise avoiding it."

This brought out a lot of suspicions about her wife's past but decided to believe her that it was just a dream.  The other two decided to eat the deceased pegasus's lungs to satisfy their appetites.   Once everypony had satisfied their appetites Colgate kicked Fluttershy's remains into the acid, into which she quickly sank.   She laughed, "Well now Fluttershy, you and your friend can hang out again."

Colgate was getting ready to step on the stone to close the floor over the acid when she suddenly realized something, she realized that she forgot to kick Sea Swirl's remains into the pool.   She walked over to the remains and laughed, "What's that dear?  You want to go join your beloved princess of steroids too?"

She continued to laugh and said, "Well alright, it's whatever you want to do!"   She started kicking the skeleton over towards the acid pool.  Once she kicked it in her laughter only intensified.   She continued, "Well now, Sea Swirl and the Princess of Steroids can be together for all eternity!"

Amethyst screamed, "Colgate, you are truly sadistic!  Killing Sea Swirl was one thing but carrying on a conversation with a skeleton and kicking it is something else!  This is not the Colgate I know and love!"

Colgate glared at her and replied, "Give it a rest.  Let's get going, it is a long hike home."

Pearly asked, "Colgate, do you think we could hike to a nearby town, such as Appaloosa and take the train home from there.  I'm worried about what the hike back in the heat could do to us."

Colgate smiled and replied, "Good suggestion General.  There is a lake and orchard just a few miles away from here on that route, we can quench our thirst and eat some tasty apples.  Let's get going everypony!"

Getting to the exit was much quicker than getting to the entrance was as they did not have to levitate any ponies.   Once they reached the exit Colgate cast the spell to exit the bunker,

"The enemies have paid the price, for in their torture they squealed like mice,
Now the hunt goes on, for more must disappear and be gone,
The princes of light are dying, which is most satisfying
Soon darkness will forever shroud the land and attacking us will not be in the outsiders' plan." 

Once they exited the bunker they saw the apple carts that the Apples had abandoned.  Pearly asked, "Uh Colgate, shouldn't we do something with those?  I don't think having them right here by the bunker would be a good idea."

Despite nopony other than Luna even knowing of its existence Colgate figured it would be best to destroy the carts.   She replied, "Good point General.  Alright, let's take care of them."

The three fired powerful bolts of energy at the carts and incinerated them.   Within fifteen minutes they reached the oasis and were guzzling water.  Colgate said, "The blood from Fluttershy was tasty but nothing beats cool, crisp water!"

Pearly asked, "Uh Colgate, how are we going to wash this blood off of ourselves.  We can't go in public like this!  We'll get arrested."

Colgate replied, "Let's take a bath in this lake.  It will remove all the blood from our manes and coats."

After what seemed to be an eternity of drinking water and washing the blood off of themselves, the three continued their hike to Appaloosa where they caught the train home.   They remained silent on the journey home as they knew that they could not discuss anything that they did.  While Colgate and Pearly had smiles, Amethyst had a somber look on her face.  While she did enjoy killing their victims she just couldn't shake how Colgate treated the remains of the long deceased Sea Swirl.

A couple of weeks had passed since Colgate wiped out the first batch of those who she considered a cancerous tumor when it came to the well being of healthy teeth.   Colgate was sitting at her computer accessing the dental records of every dentist for the past week.   Amethyst was looking over her shoulder and saw that there were several bad patients.   She asked, "Sweetie, when are you going to send the army out to get these patients?"

Colgate replied, "I'm not."   She began to laugh and sarcastically continued, "I have plans to acquire thomepony much closer to home!"

Amethyst quickly realized what Colgate's plan was.  She asked, "Colgate darling, must you take out Twist?   I know she is grown up but I still can't help but remember what an adorable filly she was."

Colgate growled, "Yes dear, I must.   Her treats are made with high fructose corn syrup, which is worse for your teeth than real sugar."

Amethyst rolled her eyes and asked, "So Colgate, when are we going to go and capture her?   You know we can't do this during the day and I don't feel like losing any sleep just so you can go capture a new victim."

Colgate snapped, "Fine.  I'll go take care of it on my own tonight."

This did not please Amethyst one bit because during the nights the two always wrap themselves together when they sleep.   They had been doing that for so long that Amethyst couldn't stand the thoughts of being alone in their bed.   She gave Colgate puppy dog eyes and asked, "Honey, can't you just have Pearly Whites go and do this?"

Colgate replied, "Sweetie, he doesn't know where she lives, I do.  I've been in her house before so I know how to get to her bedroom without making any noises."  Colgate then remembered how she teleported to the library a few years back up in Canterlot.   She looked up and continued, "Sweetie, tell you what.   I'll just go out by her house, teleport myself into her bedroom, sedate her, teleport us back out, bring her here and get her secured in the basement to where she can't escape.   That way I should only be gone for around fifteen minutes, max."

Amethyst realized that Colgate was hell bent on acquiring Twist and nothing short of death was going to stop her.  Colgate called a meeting with Amethyst and Pearly that afternoon to discuss their plans.  Once they arrived she began, "Amethyst, Pearly, tonight I will be going out to acquire the next cancerous tumor against healthy teeth."

Pearly was surprised by this as last time all three of them went after their targets.   He asked, "I?  Why are you going out alone?  Won't you need any help?"

Colgate replied, "Well since I am going after just one pony and given that she lives here in town, this will be a cakewalk."

Pearly asked, "I take it you are going after Twist tonight?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I am."  She stared at her general and continued, "General, can you be waiting for me down in the dungeon?  Yes she will be sedated but I figure you may as well be down there to join in on the fun of getting her fastened into her seat."

Pearly asked, "What about Amethyst?"

Amethyst interrupted, "I don't feel like losing any sleep over Colgate simply strapping her newest victim into her chair."

Colgate replied, "Well alright, it is whatever you want."  Colgate's stomach began to growl loudly.  She continued, "Well I don't know about you two but I am very hungry.  Let's get some supper."

Supper that night wasn't quite the same as normal.  While Colgate and Pearly ate the same amount as normal, Amethyst wasn't really touching her food.  Pearly noticed this and asked, "Amethyst, aren't you going to eat your meal?  You don't want to go to bed on an empty stomach I would assume."

Amethyst replied, "Well I just can't eat knowing who Colgate is going after tonight."

Colgate interrupted, "Amethyst dear, she is all grown up.  She isn't the little filly that she used to be."

Eventually Amethyst did eat a little bit of her supper but what she left was split between Colgate and Pearly.   Soon the time had come for everypony to go to bed but Colgate was not the least bit tired.   As Amethyst headed upstairs to their bedroom she asked, "Colgate honey, aren't you going to come to bed?"

Normally when Amethyst uses terms of endearment like that right before they go to bed, it gets Colgate in the mood and she races her up to the bedroom but this night was different.   Colgate was in no mood for intimacy as she had only one thing on her mind, acquiring Twist so that she could begin to punish her for the candy she makes.   Colgate replied, "Amethyst, I'm not tired.  I'll be up there once I'm good and ready."

Amethyst rolled her eyes and growled, "Fine.  Go ahead and put your bloodthirsty desires ahead of me.  GOOD NIGHT."

While this did irritate Colgate somewhat, she didn't let it stop her from remaining focused on the task at hand.  She continued to pace back and forth in the throne room waiting for all the lights in Ponyville to go off.   With every passing minute she continued to grunt and snort louder and louder.   Pearly heard this and said, "Colgate, you are going to give yourself a heart attack doing this.   Calm down, everypony will turn in for the night soon enough."

Colgate realized that he was right so she calmed down, a little.  She still couldn't help but peak out the window and glare at the clock.  Finally around 2330 everypony in town had shut off their lights but Colgate knew that she would need to wait a bit so everypony would actually be asleep.   When the clock read 0000 she headed towards the door.  Pearly said, "Be careful Colgate, don't get caught."

Colgate replied, "Don't worry about me general.  Just get down to the dungeon and wait for me to return."

Colgate grabbed some powerful sedatives, headed out and quietly closed the door behind her.  Rather than galloping straight over to Twist's house, she quietly sneaked between the buildings and bushes.   Once she reached Twist's house she noticed that the living room light was on, which irritated her greatly.  She growled quietly, "Damn it!  The rat would have to be up now wouldn't she?"

Colgate saw her walking towards the kitchen with her back to the windows and knew this was her chance.   Her horn began to shine brightly and she teleported into Twist's house.    The place she teleported to was not exactly where she wanted to.  Rather than teleporting right behind her, she appeared right in front of the candy making mare.   She was horrified when she saw Colgate in front of her.  She screamed, "Colgate, how did you get in here?  Get out or I'm calling the copth!"

Colgate fired a bolt of energy from her horn causing everything to go dark.   She had fried not just the phone lines in Twist's house but also the wiring.   She began to laugh, "Now what was that Twist?   Are you going to lie to me like Applejack did?"

Twist began to struggle and scream, "Help!  Pleathe help!  Thomepony help me!"

Colgate smacked her and said, "Don't worry Twist, nopony can hear you and even if they could, nopony would want to help you anyway!"  She lit up her horn and took her sedatives out of her saddlebag.   Twist continued to scream and yell until Colgate rammed her syringe into Twist's neck and injected the sedatives into her.   Within ten seconds Twist fell silent.  Colgate put her ear down to her face and could hear her breathing so she knew things were fine.   She laughed, "Come now you rat, we have a full schedule ahead of us!"

Colgate's horn began to glow brightly and she teleported the two of them outside.   While normally Colgate would just levitate things as heavy as another pony long distances she remembered something.   She remembered how her horn was glowing so brightly when she stole the butcher's meat grinder that it woke Pinkie up.  She realized that this would not be an easy task.   She grabbed Twist's tail with her mouth and slowly began to drag her home.   Colgate was not happy about this because it took her over an hour to get her home and even worse it left a trail from Twist's house straight to her castle so something needed to be done.

When she got Twist to the castle she immediately took her to the dungeon and much to the dentist's dismay, she was beginning to come to.  She quickly sedated her again so that she could go take care of the trail.   She said to her general, "Keep an eye on her.  I had to drag her here and now there is a long, brown gash in the grass from me dragging her here."

Pearly replied, "Well you be careful.  I don't want to see you get caught."

Colgate nodded in agreement and headed back out the door.   Colgate's horn began to glow as she began to remove the brown gash, returning it back to green erasing it's existence.   It took her a good thirty minutes before she got back to Twist's house.   Just as she finished repairing the last of it at the doorstep, a light came on next door.  Colgate thought to herself, "Oh buck, I have woke somepony up."

She was starting to gallop home when she heard somepony shout, "You there, what were you doing by Twist's house?"

The voice was eerily familiar, it was the voice of Golden Harvest, Amethyst's mom.   Colgate turned around and for the first time in years, she had a bit of a stunned look on her face.   She knew that she would have to lie to get home soon.  She replied, "Well I woke up and I thought I saw somepony sneaking around this neighborhood so I decided to come check on things."

Golden Harvest wasn't stupid as she knew that Colgate would not be needing to use magic to check something out, especially given that there was a full moon that night.   She asked, "Oh really?  Why would you be using your horn AND have your head down.  You act like you are up to something."

Golden's glare deepened as she had a pretty good idea that Colgate was up to no good.   She never did like Colgate and only gave her blessings to Colgate and Amethyst's marriage because Colgate made Amethyst happy.  Colgate nervously replied, "I'm not up to anything bad.   Like I said, I saw something over this way and decided to check it out."

Golden replied, "Yeah, sure.   I bet you were going to break into Twist's house for some..........."

While she was saying this Colgate began to panic.   She realized that her mother in law might go to the authorities and tell them what she saw.  Colgate simply could not allow that to happen.   Before Golden could finish her sentence Colgate fired a powerful beam of energy at her, knocking her out cold.  She then realized that Golden could not just wake up out on her doorstep as she would know something bad happened.   She figured that if she could get her back up to bed and she woke up there, that she may think this was all just a dream.

Colgate realized that she had to be very quiet taking her back up to her room.   Lifting her back inside and up the stairs was using a lot of energy, causing every room she went through to be illuminated by a bright whitish-blue light.   When she got her up to the bedroom she heard Written Script snoring loudly.  This initially made her more nervous but soon she saw that he wears a blindfold at night to keep any outside light from waking him up.   She slowly got Golden back into bed, covered her up and got her tucked in.   She smiled and whispered, "Sleep tight, don't let the parasprites bite."

She quietly sneaked back downstairs, turned the light off, headed out the door and locked it.   She quickly galloped back home before anypony else woke up.   Once she got home it was 0330.  Colgate saw this and realized that this took her far longer than she had initially anticipated.   While she was getting tired and wanted to go to bed, she had to get Twist secured.   She headed down to the dungeon to see a nervous Pearly.   Colgate asked, "General, why are you so nervous?"

Pearly replied, "I'm nervous because she is starting to come to again."

Colgate yawned, "I'm on it."   She once again injected their newest captive with more sedatives.   She decided that rather than putting her in a chair that she would secure her front hooves in hoof cuffs that were hanging down from the ceiling.   She had changed her plans for Twist from something that would be very bad to something downright brutal.   After getting her secured Colgate yawned even louder and seemed to be a bit wobbly on her legs.   Pearly asked, "Colgate, it is almost four, are you going to go up to bed now?"

While Colgate wanted to, she figured that it would be a waste of time to spend so little time up there.   She replied, "No, it is so late I'm just going to sleep on the floor down here and keep an eye on our little rat."

Pearly decided to stay down there as well in the event they needed to sedate Twist further as they had no plans to torture her until after breakfast.   Dawn arrived too soon for the two but it was not the sun that alerted them to it's arrival, it was Amethyst.   Amethyst headed down to the dungeon and saw Colgate sleeping by where Twist was hanging.   She screamed, "COLGATE, WAKE UP!"

This startled Colgate causing her to fly into the ceiling and come crashing down to the floor.   She continued, "Colgate, why the hay didn't you come to bed last night?   You said it would only take fifteen minutes!"

Colgate snapped back, "Look, I ran into some problems.  I had to drag her sorry flank back here because my horn gives off too much light when I levitate things.   Then once I got her here I had to go erase the existence of the trail her body left when I dragged it here.  While I was fixing it, somepony woke up and questioned me about it!   Ugh, why can't ponies just mind their own business!"

Amethyst yelled, "I know my parents live next to Twist, did you wake my mom or dad up?"

Just like with Golden Harvest, Colgate would have to lie but lying to her wife would be much easier.   She replied, "No, it was that dumb donkey Malenda or whatever the buck her name is and that cranky husband of her's."

Amethyst was still upset over Colgate not going to bed after getting back, so upset she was crying.  She cried, "Colgate, why didn't you come back to bed once you got back?   Do you know how awful it is to be in bed alone?  How awful it is to not have the love of your life holding you close, how cold I was, how empty I felt?"

Colgate replied, "Sweetie, I'm sorry.   I was so tired once I got Twist secured that I just passed out down here."  Colgate really wanted to get out of this situation so she changed the subject, "Well honey, well Pearly, shall we get some breakfast?"

Pearly nodded his head enthusiastically while Amethyst just growled and led the way out of the dungeon.   Breakfast that morning was really tense as Amethyst was in a very bad mood.   She just sat there with a scowl on her face while Colgate and Pearly ate their meals and chuckled over their plans for Twist.   Amethyst finally had enough and yelled, "Can we PLEASE not discuss this during breakfast?"

Colgate rolled her eyes and replied, "Yeah, we can keep this type of discussion out of meals."

While Amethyst was able to eat better after they changed subjects her anger and emotional pain over the night before still made it hard to eat.  Around nine they had finished breakfast and headed down to the dungeon to discover Twist struggling and screaming.  She had been awake and struggling for an hour.  She had been struggling so hard trying to free herself that she had knocked her glasses off her head.  She heard voices and saw a blue blob approaching her.   Colgate smacked her and laughed, "Damn little rat, how long have you been struggling?   You knocked your glasses off your head!"

Twist yelled, "I've been thruggling for a long time."

Colgate looked back at Amethyst and asked, "So Amethyst, should I give her glasses back to her or shall I let all the pain be a surprise for her?"

Twist interrupted, "Amethyth?  You mean Amethyth Thar?"

Amethyst replied, "Yes, it is me Twist."

Without anypony's input Colgate slid Twist's glasses back onto her head and what was mostly featureless came into clear focus for her.   There before her stood a white unicorn stallion, a light purple Alicorn and a blue Alicorn with blue and white mane and sadistic blue eyes.   She saw Amethyst there and began to cry, "Amethyth, how could you?  I thought you liked me."

Amethyst began to reply when Colgate smacked Twist and interrupted, "Look rat, I'm the one in charge here, not her."   She got up in the mare's face and asked, "So Twist, what caused you to want to destroy other ponies' teeth?"

Twist cried, "It-th my spethial talent!   I dithovered it when I wath a filly!"

Colgate replied, "Hmmm...I see.  Well not everypony makes a living off of their special talent."   She pointed her wing at her cutie mark and continued, "You see this Twist?   My special talent involves manipulating time but I became interested in dentistry so I decided to become a dentist.  In my case my cutie mark did not determine my career path.  That is the case with many ponies, their special talent often times does not wind up being what makes them a living.  You could have chose a different path BUT YOU DIDN'T!"   She smacked her again and yelled, "YOU JUST HAD TO MAKE CANDY DIDN'T YOU?"

Twist began to scream and struggle and given that her bottom legs were not secured, she kicked Colgate in the face, giving her a bloody nose.   When Colgate felt her own blood running down her face she went into a furious rage.   She smacked Twist so hard she knocked half of her teeth out and screamed, "Oh, so you're one of those types of rats huh?  Well, we'll fix that in a hurry!"

Colgate pointed her wing towards a crank on the wall and ordered Pearly to turn it counterclockwise.   As he did this Twist was lowered to where she was no longer hanging in the air but was instead laying on the floor.   She then ordered, "Amethyst, hold her down.   She must be punished for kicking me in the face."

Amethyst began to cry, "Look Colgate, I normally don't get like this but to do this to the pony who was my neighbor when she was young, I just can't do it."

Amethyst went running out of the dungeon sobbing so loud that it could be heard in the dungeon once she got upstairs.   She glared at Pearly and ordered, "Help me hold her down.   I don't want her kicking anypony in the face again."

Pearly held her down as Colgate took her drill and began to drill holes into the struggling mare's legs.   As the bit went through the bone and Twist screamed louder, Colgate's laugh only got more sadistic.   Finally the drill went all the way through the leg and began to bore through the floor.   Once Colgate had drilled far enough down she raised the drill out of her leg, took a huge nail and began to nail Twist's legs to the floor.  Twist's body began to convulse as Colgate did this to the other leg but eventually stopped once she had spent most of her energy.   Colgate looked down at her victim and laughed, "Well now, you won't be kicking anypony in the face now!"

Twist knew things would probably get worse but believed that maybe if she pleaded with her captor that she would stop the torture and let her go.   She began to cry, "Pleathe let me go!  I'll be good, I promithe!  I'll thop making the thugary treath."

Colgate was staring into her eyes and sneered, "Oh Twist, you're such a bad liar.  You're even worse than Applejack!"  She smacked her and continued, "I know you're not going to give up what gives you an income.   I wasn't born yesterday."

Twist's facial expression became more desperate and she gave Colgate puppy dog eyes begging her to let her go.   Colgate simply laughed at her cries and grabbed a knife.    She said, "Hmmm.......I am wondering Twist, are you a true sweetheart?"

Twist shivered in fear as she knew that whatever Colgate was mentioning would not be a good thing.   She asked, "What do you mean?  You know I'm a thweetheart!  You know I'm nithe to everypony!"

Colgate laughed, "Oh no Twist, that is not what I meant.   I am wondering if your heart is sweet?"

Pearly added, "You know Colgate, you could always just cut her and taste her blood.   If it is sweet I'm sure her heart is too."

Colgate laughed, "It might be."  She then began to eyeball the mare's flanks and laughed, "You know, I haven't had any sweets since I was three years old.  Perhaps I should have some candy canes."

Pearly asked, "Seriously Colgate, you haven't had any sweets for that long?"

Colgate replied, "Nope, I haven't.   My parents tried giving me candy when I was three years old but I found it disgusting.  Hell, I find all sweets nasty which is why I have PERFECT teeth!"

Twist realized what Colgate was thinking when she wanted to have some candy canes.   She started struggling and yelled, "No!  You can't have my cutie markth!"

Colgate smacked her and replied, "You know Twist, you should feel honored that the first treats I am going to eat in many decades will be yours!"  She started laughing and continued,  "Ithint it tho ekthiting?"

Twist began screaming obscenities at Colgate as she was mocking the way she speaks.  Colgate simply bent down and began to rip the hide off of the mare's right flank.  Blood was squirting everywhere as Colgate ripped away the hide where Twist's cutie mark was and it wasn't long until she had it ripped off and ate it.   Colgate laughed, "Wow, those candy canes are a whole lot better than the ones my parents tried to make me eat so long ago!"

Twist was screaming, "Pleathe thop!  I'm begging you!  I'll be good!  I'll thop making them!"

Colgate smacked her and in a motherly tone of voice replied, "Now Twist, you already said that and you know I don't believe you.   What would you do for a living if you give that up?"

Twist replied, "I don't know.  I'll figure thomething out."

Pearly asked, "Colgate, I don't think you should overdo it on the sweets, can I have the other cutie mark?"

Colgate laughed, "Of course, go for it!"

Pearly descended upon Twist like a hungry wolf does a newborn ewe and began to rip into the other flank.  As he ripped the hide off, blood began to spew everywhere, turning his normally white face red.  Once he had the cutie mark ripped off he devoured it.   He stood up and the two looked at their flanks and then looked at Twist.  They pointed at her and shouted, "BLANK FLANK, BLANK FLANK!"

Despite being in pain, this brought out an agonizing emotional cry from Twist as well.   She remembered how Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon would mock her and call her a blank flank before she earned her cutie mark.  She began to cry, "No, no, pleathe not my cutie mark.  I don't want to get made fun of again."

Colgate couldn't help but cackle when she did this.   She replied, "Well Twist, I'm afraid it is a bit too late for your cutie marks.  Pearly and I ripped them off and ate them.   I guess if you want your cutie marks back you'll have to learn a new talent."   She paused for a minute and continued, "Oh wait, you won't be around long enough to worry about that so why bother!"

At this point Twist knew it was too late for her cutie marks but her desire to survive endured.   She cried, "Pleathe Colgate, don't kill me!  I won't tell anypony what happened."

Colgate replied, "You know something Twist, I might just let you live but there is something I think you must see!"   Colgate grabbed special eye drops that would numb her eye to where she could not close it.   Twist saw this and began to shake her head back and forth so Colgate could not numb her eye.   She ordered, "Pearly, restrain her head, this must be done."

Rather than using his hooves to restrain her head, Pearly used his magic.   Colgate removed the mare's glasses and dropped a numbing agent into Twist's eye.   Once again all Twist could see was a great blue blob which took up most of her vision.   Colgate laughed, "Well now, this is more like it!"

Twist felt a shiver run up and down her spine as she knew that whatever Colgate's plans were, that they would not be good.   What scared her even more, is that she would not be able to see what was going on.   While Colgate initially planned on cutting Twist open first she realized that since she numbed the red maned mare's eye first that she would need to remove it first.   She grabbed an instrument much like one that Rarity used to curl her eyelashes with back when she was alive, she began to move the instrument closer to Twist's face.  

She opened the device to where it pried her eye open further and actually grabbed Twist's eye.  Colgate began to work it back further and further despite Twist's body shaking and her painful screams until finally it reached the back side of the eye.   She then closed the device and began to pull the instrument out and out with it came the eye, darkening half of Twist's world forever.   Colgate began to laugh and held the eye so that it was facing Twist.   She laughed, "So Twist, can you see yourself?"

This finally broke Twist's will to survive.   She was crying tears out of one eye socket and blood out of the other.   She cried, "You win Colgate, pleathe just kill me.   I don't want to thurvive anymore."

Colgate smacked her and replied, "Oh come on now Twist!  You can't seriously mean that!  Besides, I still have so many more fun activities planned for us!"

Pearly asked, "What are those Colgate?   Will I be able to take part in them?"

Colgate replied, "Of course you can!"

Like she did with Fluttershy, Colgate pounced on Twist and began to rip the hide off of her and devoured the meat.   Also like with Fluttershy, she ripped the front part of the ribcage open and saw Twist's internal organs at work.  With Twist though, she wanted to see how the esophagus worked.   She grabbed Twist's eye and a glass of water.   She pried Twist's mouth open and placed the eye in it.   She poured some water into her mouth and ordered "Swallow it."

Because she was laying down, Twist quickly became choked and was coughing.  Colgate was so excited seeing how her lungs were working harder.  She said, "Wow and here I thought Fluttershy was fun to watch.  Now this is entertainment."

Twist couldn't stand the water trying to flow into her lungs anymore so she swallowed it along with the eyeball.  Colgate watched the bulge move down her esophagus and was beginning to cry tears of joy she was so taken by this.   She laughed, "Now this has to be by far the most beautiful thing I have ever seen!"

Pearly stood over Twist and watched her organs at work.   He added, "It is quite the sight."

Colgate saw that what was in Twist's esophagus drop down into her stomach.   She asked, "So Twist, what does the inside of your stomach look like?"

While Twist had surrendered earlier she still had a bit of defiance  within her.   Her painful cries went to a screaming rage.   She shouted, "You're bucking crazy Colgate!  Luna will punith you for thith.  Luna will ethecute you for thith."

Colgate's smile got bigger and bigger as she watched the diaphragm expand and contract and expand along with her heart beginning to race faster and faster as she became more angry.   She laughed, "You know Twist, I have killed MANY ponies and Luna never came to save them!   She even helped me kill Twilight.  It was quite funny to see Luna doing my dirty work for me.  I highly doubt she will do anything to me!"

Twist yelled, "I don't believe you!   Luna would never kill anypony!"

Colgate began to blow cold air into Twist's body cavity, causing her whole body to shake and her organs to work harder.  She was eventually shaking so hard that she shattered her hind legs that were nailed into the floor.  She screamed louder than she ever had in her life, "Amethyth, help me.  Pleathe, thomepony help me!"

Her screams would do no good though as nopony could hear her.   Seeing this caused Colgate to fall over and laugh hysterically.  One of her hooves was pounding inside of Twist's body cavity causing her great discomfort in her stomach.   Twist's breathing first became harder as the air from her stomach was being forced out of her until eventually extreme shock began to take it's toll on her.   Colgate got up as Twist's body functions began to shut down one by one.   Finally, much to Colgate's dismay, her heart stopped.   Colgate sat up and looked over the now deceased Twist.  She closed her eyes and started laughing as she was giving her last rites.   She laughed, "Oh little rat, I'm thure you're in a better plathe now!" 

Colgate stood up and just for good measure, she kicked Twist's remains to make sure she was really dead.   When she got no response she sighed, "Well general, now we are going to have to figure out what to do with the body.   We just can't haul it out and dump it somewhere and I don't have anything to grind it up with."

Pearly replied, "Well I really don't know what to do.   I guess this is one thing we didn't plan for."

Colgate ranted, "I know and normally I plan in advance so well."   She eyed some cinder blocks in the corner and continued, "Pearly, we will sew her up, tie those cinder blocks to her and go dump her in the middle of the lake tonight....."   She glared and continued, "Or should I say YOU will go dump her in the lake tonight."

While Pearly was not thrilled about him being the one to have to do this he knew better than to question his boss.   He replied, "Alright, I will do that tonight around midnight."

Colgate's paranoia began to get the best of her.   She wanted to make sure that Pearly did dispose of the body properly so she decided that she would go along, "Pearly, I've changed my mind.   I will go with you to make sure her body will never be discovered."

This caused Pearly to breathe a sigh of relief.   He replied, "Sounds good to me but won't Amethyst be mad?"

Colgate threw her hooves up in the air and sighed, "Damn it, you're right.   Well she'll just have to deal with it."

Once suppertime arrived things were once again tense.   Amethyst knew what the two had been up to but didn't want to know anything about it.  Colgate could see the displeasure in her wife's eyes but knew she had to tell her about her plans.   Colgate said, "Amethyst honey, Pearly and I have to go dispose of the body tonight so I will be late coming to bed."

Amethyst snapped, "Oh and where are you going to dispose of it?"  She banged her hoof on the table and continued, "Let me guess, when you say you will be late to bed you really mean you won't be coming back to bed at all, right?"

Colgate wanted to calm Amethyst down.   She replied, "No honey, I'll be back as soon as we get the body dumped in the lake."   She smiled and continued, "Tell you what sweetie, tomorrow we will spend all day in bed and focus solely on one another.  How does that sound?"

Amethyst did not believe her.  She sighed, "Yeah, sure we will.  Don't lie to me, I know what you're true plans for tomorrow are.  You'll probably start making plans for who you want to kill next.

Colgate kissed Amethyst and said, "I do know who I want to acquire next but after tonight, I want to take a couple weeks off from hunting ponies down and capturing them.   I want to focus solely on you."

Given everything that had been going on for the past couple days Amethyst did not believe her but hoped that it would be true.  She replied, "I hope you aren't lying but I'm not going to count on you being honest when you say that."

Late that night Pearly and Colgate headed down to the dungeon, sewed Twist back up and tied the cinder blocks to her hooves.   Given that his horn gives off much less light, Pearly levitated the remains to a canoe that was docked at the edge of the lake.   They climbed into the canoe and Colgate laid the remains in her lap while Pearly paddled them out to the center of the lake.   Once they reached the middle of the lake Colgate looked at the remains one last time before she threw them overboard.   She snickered, "Sweet dreams little rat."

When she threw the remains overboard they were expecting her to simply sink right away, but she would have one final surprise for the two.   When her body hit the water her remaining eye flew open and was staring right at them.   While this did not bother Colgate, it caused Pearly to scream.   "Aaah!   She's watching us, she's gonna curse us!"

As the corpse sank out of sight Colgate sighed, "Pearly, her eye flew open because the motion of her body hitting the water caused her eyelid to fly open and you know there is no such thing as a curse."

Pearly replied, "Well just seeing that lifeless eye staring at me kind of freaked me out.  I'm sorry."

Colgate grunted, "Come on, let's get home.  I don't want to be out here any longer than I need to be and besides, I'm tired and I promised Amethyst I would be home before too long."

Around 0100 they got back to the castle and Colgate headed up to bed.   There she found Amethyst sleeping but had no plans on letting her continue to sleep.   She quietly crawled into bed but then wrapped herself around her wife.   She began to kiss her ear which quickly woke Amethyst up.   At first Amethyst was a bit tired and growled, "I take it you got the body disposed of?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I did."

Colgate continued to kiss her ear and then proceeded to suck on Amethyst's horn.  Normally this would really get Amethyst in the mood but tonight was different.  She smacked Colgate and yelled, "Get off of me!  I'm in no mood for that crap tonight."

Colgate put her leg around Amethyst and replied, "Can't we at least hold each other close?"

Amethyst threw her off and shouted, "Stay on your side of the bed.  Just give me my space.  I don't want your bloody hooves all over me tonight."  She slammed her hoof against the wall and continued, "Good night."

Colgate laid there on the edge of her side of the bed.  She realized that perhaps she should stop with the torturing but her true nature would not allow that.  She was bound and determined to take out all the bakers and was not about to allow a cranky wife stop her from doing it.

The following morning arrived and neither one of the two were in a good mood.  When the sun woke her up, Colgate screamed, "Damn it Luna, can't you just let me rest?"

This caused Amethyst to wake up.  She was in just as a bad mood as Colgate was and she yelled, "Oh, so it's all about you now huh?  She woke everypony up, not just you."

Colgate rolled her eyes and snapped, "Well let's get downstairs and get some breakfast.  Perhaps if I get some food in my stomach I'll be in a better mood."

The two headed downstairs with scowls on their faces.  Both of them had scowls on their faces and this made Pearly nervous.  He stuttered, "Wh-what is wrong?  You two se-seem so upset."

Amethyst yelled, "Does it matter why we are in bad moods?  She raised her voice and yelled, "NO IT DOES NOT SO QUIT ASKING!"

Colgate knew that Amethyst's foul mood was because of the torture and murder of Twist.  While she wanted her wife to get in a more loving mood, she had plans that she wanted to act on as soon as possible, regardless of how it would affect her mood.   Colgate said, "Alright everypony, after breakfast we need to have a meeting.   There is something very important that we must discuss."

Amethyst's eyes, which were already filled with anger became even darker with rage.  She was staring at Colgate and began to wonder if it was even worth it anymore.  She began to wonder if the comfortable life she had was worth putting up with a pony who seemed to put her thirst for blood ahead of her.  She growled, "Oh, and what is this meeting going to be over?  Killing another innocent pony?" 

Colgate replied, "We shall discuss this after breakfast."

Once breakfast was finished they headed into the throne room.  Colgate had that sadistic look in her eyes, Pearly had an unsure look on his face and Amethyst had a look of pure resentment in her eyes.   Colgate started, "Alright, I'm sure you two know why I am having us meet like this."

Pearly asked, "Let me guess, you are already planning on punishing the next baker?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I am.   This one will require a trip to Canterlot and might be the most difficult abduction we have yet to do and may be the hardest one we will ever do."

When Colgate mentioned taking a trip to Canterlot the look on Amethyst's face and the look in her eyes changed somewhat.   It changed from being one of anger and resentment to one that more closely resembled Colgate's.  She had a look of pure malice in them."  She asked, "Colgate, are you thinking of going after who I think you are?"

Colgate knew who her wife was thinking of.   She replied, "Yes honey, I am thinking it is time to go after Donut Joe."

Pearly began to speak but Amethyst interrupted him.   She interrupted, "Colgate, can I talk to you about this alone.   I think things need to be done a very specific way and I want to tell you why."

Colgate pointed her wing towards the door and said, "Pearly, we need you to step out of the room for a bit.   Amethyst and I have some things that we need to discuss alone."

Pearly nodded and left the room.   Colgate asked, "Alright, why do we need to discuss this alone?"

Amethyst replied, "I think you and I should do this one alone.   I think it may not be in our best interests if any male is present while we do to him what I want us to do to him."

Colgate was very curious as to what she had in mind but knew that it would be something she would enjoy.  Colgate gave Amethyst a kiss on the cheek and said, "I have a feeling that what you have planned is going to be extremely brutal."   She grabbed her flank with her wing and continued, "I have a feeling I am going to like it."

Amethyst giggled and was beginning to act like her sweet self again.  She swatted Colgate's flank and laughed, "Oh I know you will."   Her face became more grim as she suggested, "I think we need to do this as soon as possible.  He has committed crimes far worse than making sweets."

Colgate asked, "What crimes did he commit?"

Amethyst's blood began to boil as the memories of the past came flooding back to her.  A new fury began to erupt within her and she screamed, "He must be punished because of what he did to not just me, but to MANY mares up in Canterlot."

As soon as Colgate heard this, the same fury erupted within her, especially because she knew that he did something to the love of her life, to the mare that brought her pure happiness.   She grabbed Amethyst and in a crying rage she asked, "What the buck did he do to you?"

Amethyst knew she had to calm down to tell Colgate what happened.  Once she calmed down she started, "Well this happened while I was still at the academy.   Sea Swirl and I had went to his donut shop to grab a donut and some coffee.  We were there for a while enjoying our snack when suddenly he comes out and in a seductive voice he asks us if we wanted anything else.  Well, Sea Swirl, being the naive pony she was said yes right away but I had a bad feeling about it.  Eventually I caved in to Sea Swirl and we both had more."

Colgate asked, "Did he do something to the extra food?"

Amethyst replied, "Yes, he did.  It wasn't long after we ate the extra donuts that both of us were very tired.  We both passed out and the next thing we knew we were tied down to a bed in his bedroom and he was standing over us.   He began to lean over me first.  Despite me still being a bit woozy I had enough strength I was able to knock him backwards with my magic.   Sea Swirl didn't have the same amount of energy within her so she was unable to fight him off.   It wasn't too long until I was fully alert and my magic had returned to full strength.   I was able to throw him off of Sea Swirl right before he penetrated her and I shattered the chains that bound us.   Before we left I fired a powerful bolt of energy at him, knocking him unconscious.   It was after that when we bolted out of there and went straight to Princess Celestia."

By this point Colgate was in a fury.   She screamed, "And what happened?"

Amethyst was crying in agony as she continued, "She did nothing.   She believed that we made it up.  She yelled at us and told us that we were like every other mare that had approached her about him, that we were nothing more than troublemakers."

Colgate asked, "So did that bastard have his way with any of the other mares?"

Amethyst screamed, "He did.  He has fathered many foals up there and got away with it.  I bucking hate him!   I want to make sure he never does this to any mare ever again!" 

Colgate was in an even greater fury at this point.   She screamed, "This son of a bitch will suffer far worse than anypony would for simply destroying teeth.   We need to think of a punishment so brutal it will make everything else look like foal's play.  We will drag his sorry ass here, humiliate him and then kill him."

This was something that Amethyst was extremely opposed to.   She did not want the pony who nearly raped her to be in the castle that her and Colgate shared.   She screamed, "No, I do not want that bastard anywhere near our home.   There has to be somewhere else we can punish him for his crimes." 

Colgate replied, "Hmmm......I have heard many legends about that old castle of Luna and Celestia's having dark secrets.  I have heard that in the bottom most bowels of that place that a torture chamber exists, one in which Celestia's dark side was revealed.   It was the place that after Nightmare Moon was banished, that Celestia and her guards tortured Luna's 'sons of darkness' to death."

Amethyst started rubbing her hooves together and with a sadistic smile said, "Well then, let's take him there and make him suffer."   She began to laugh and continued, "Karma's a bitch you know that dear.   In the distant past it was Luna's guards that were killed there, now it shall be Celestia's beloved baker that we shall torture to death there."

The two made a pact not to discuss their plans to anypony else, especially Pearly Whites.   After their emotional discussion, a hatred towards stallions began to develop in them and with that, an extreme distrust of not just their general, but their whole army developed.   They did realize though that they could not just wipe them out or get rid of them because they needed stallions to go out and abduct bad patients.   They also knew that with them being Alicorns, that they could easily kill them if they needed to.

During supper that night a strange energy seemed to radiate from the two mares, an energy that made Pearly feel very uncomfortable.   He could feel negative energy radiating from them and saw nothing but pure hatred and contempt in their eyes.  He wanted to know what this was about but he wanted to be a bit subtle about it.   He asked, "You two seem really stressed out tonight.   Are you ok?"

Colgate replied, "We are doing just fine.   We are ready for our mission tonight."

Pearly asked, "I take it we are headed out to acquire Donut Joe tonight?"

Amethyst snapped, "No.  You will not be joining us.   This is something that Colgate and I will be doing alone."

Pearly asked, "Why?  With this being an out of town trip, I thought this would require three of us."

Colgate replied, "No Pearly.  This one Amethyst and I need to handle alone.   You stay home and hold down the fort, alright?"

Pearly sighed, "Ok."

Once supper was finished Colgate and Amethyst headed to their room to have one final discussion before they left.   Amethyst asked, "So what all will we be needing to make his suffering be as bad as it can possibly be."

Colgate replied, "Well we will need my drill, we will need some extremely sharp scissors for the most humiliating part of his punishment, we will need some thread and a needle to sew him back up so he won't die after cutting a certain part of him off, we will need that thing I used on Twist to remove her eye, we will need that thing that is used to clean out debris from between teeth, we will need several different drill bits for what I want to do to him with my drill, we will need my strongest sedatives, we will need a body bag and most importantly, we will need our composure.   I know seeing him will be rough on you, but to do this successfully we need to remain calm and collected."  Colgate's eyes grew wide as she realized she had forgot one thing.   She continued, "Oh and since he is a unicorn, we will need a horn cap to disable his magic, well until one of us permanently disables it."

Amethyst asked, "Honey, it will be very hard on me seeing him.   Would you get upset if I was to hide behind you when we first see him?"

Colgate replied, "Sweetie, I know this will be tough on you and if you bolt behind me, I will understand completely.  I would probably do the same thing you would."

Amethyst was a bit surprised by the fact that Colgate has never experienced what she did and yet tends to be aggressive when it comes to dealing with ponies like him.   Colgate pointed her wing towards the train station and continued, "Well we should get going.   I think that if we get up there early we will have more composure than if we get up there right before we act on our plan."

Amethyst gave Colgate a nervous smile and asked, "Honey, why spend money on taking the train when we can just fly up there?"

Colgate replied, "You make a good point and besides, it might not be in our best interests to be carrying everything we need in our saddlebags on the train."

Amethyst and Colgate took flight and headed towards Canterlot.   When they arrived they landed in the main courtyard near the castle.   Much to their dismay they saw that a party was taking place.   Fancy Pants was throwing a lavish party for Fleur de Lis as it was her birthday.  They were standing behind other ponies in the crowd when Amethyst saw that Donut Joe was providing the desserts.  She hid behind Colgate and shrieked, "It's him.  We have to get out of there."

He looked up in the direction of the shriek but all he saw was a bright bluish white ball as Colgate teleported Amethyst and herself to another part of the city, away from the party.   She pulled her wife close and said, "Honey, I know seeing him is hard on you but you nearly gave us away."

Amethyst was crying, "I know.  Just seeing him from afar is tough."

Colgate was stroking her wing through Amethyst's mane and replied, "I know honey.   Let's go to a secluded part of the city so we can relax and get our composure."

They headed to the most secluded part of the city where nopony was around.   As they continued to talk Colgate had an idea cross her mind.  She knew she needed to get a different emotion running through her wife's mind, she wanted to change the emotion associated with those bad memories from ones of fear to ones of rage.   She asked, "Honey, I know this is hard on you but you need to harness the feelings from those bad memories and turn them into something that will help us succeed in this.   What would you like to do to him for what he has done?"

Her eyes began to shine white and she screamed, "I want to kill him!  I want to make him suffer!  I want to make him fear me, I want him to be begging and pleading for me to spare his pathetic life and I want to see the life leave his eyes as I am killing him!"

Colgate pulled her close and replied, "That is what I want to see too but I think we might want to keep it down.   We don't want to get caught talking about this."

She realized Colgate was right and was able to calm herself down.   They knew they had a long wait ahead of them before they could act on their plan.   Finally midnight arrived and they wanted to check and see if the party was over.   They flew up to and landed on top of the tallest tower of the castle and saw the party dispersing.   Colgate said, "Good news, this party is getting over.   Bad news, we may have to wait a couple more hours for everypony in town to be asleep.  Once they are all asleep, we can do what we came to do."

Amethyst sighed, "Damn it, why did Fancy Pants have to have the party go this far into the night."  She stomped her hoof down and continued, "Well in the end this will all be worth it."

Two hours pass and all is quiet and dark in the city, with the exception of one building that still had a light on in it.   Amethyst could tell from the direction it was coming from that it was the donut shop.   She ordered, "Follow me honey, let's wipe this bastard out."

While Colgate did not know the layout of Canterlot all that well, Amethyst had it memorized since she lived there for a couple of years.   They landed in front of the building and saw the stallion in his shop with his back to the window.   Colgate knew that this would be hard on Amethyst so she suggested, "Honey, how about I charge in there, sedate him, put him in the body bag and then we haul him off to Luna's old castle."

Amethyst was thrilled when she suggested this.   She replied, "I think that would be a great idea.  I don't know if I could handle going into that donut shop or not."

Colgate nodded and took flight.  She crashed through the door and shouted, "Freeze donut boy!"

Before Joe could even react he found a blue Alicorn with blue and white mane standing in front of him.    While he was shocked, he was not scared.   He puffed his chest out and asked, "Who are you and what are you doing in MY donut shop?"

Colgate walked over to him and calmly replied, "We have some business to take care of, you and me."   She pulled out a syringe and continued, "Let's get started, shall we?"

Joe had a feeling the syringe had sedatives in it yet he showed no fear and replied, "Wow, normally I have to sedate hotties like you but you want to sedate me?   That is a real turn on!"   He took a closer look at Colgate and continued, "Wow, and you're an Alicorn!  I know this is going to be a fun night!"

Colgate rammed the syringe into his neck and replied, "Oh I don't know about that.   This will be fun for me but you might not find it so pleasant!"

Before Joe could reply, Colgate injected a large amount of powerful sedatives into him.   He was out like a light so quick that it even shocked Colgate.   She got him into the body bag and levitated it outside.   She said, "Follow me honey!  I know exactly how to get to the castle from here!"

The two Alicorns took flight off to the north.   While Amethyst was a bit nervous as to how she would react when he came to, she knew that she and Colgate both were far more powerful than him and that if they needed to stop him, that they could easily do so.  An hour after leaving Canterlot they arrived at the castle of the royal pony sisters.   Colgate knew of the shape it was in but Amethyst knew little about it's history.   She looked up and saw the bad shape the roof was in.   She asked, "Honey, are you sure this place is safe?   The roof is half destroyed and it looks like the part that isn't could cave in at any moment."

Colgate replied, "I assure you, this place is safe.  Besides, the deepest parts of this palace where we are taking this scum were completely unaffected by Nightmare Moon and Celestia's battle so long ago.  Let's get going."

Amethyst asked, "Colgate, how do you know where we are going?"

Colgate replied, "I have done research on this place and I memorized the diagram of the layout of this place and luckily for us, unlike the bunker, no special spell is needed to access the bottom levels."

Amethyst followed Colgate down deeper and deeper into the palace.  Like in the bunker though, Colgate had to be careful about how she levitated Joe as the lower levels of the castle were protected with traps.   Finally forty minutes later the maze that led them downwards finally opened up into a large room illuminated by a dim yellow aura, the same color of Celestia's aura before she was killed.   While it was dim, it was still bright enough that the two Alicorns could see pretty well.   Colgate was looking around and saw plenty of torture devices.   She set Joe down, put her wing around Amethyst and said, "Jackpot!"

In the room they saw many torture devices, many ways to bind ponies to the wall or the floor.   Colgate started rubbing her hooves together and laughed, "Hmmm.....where shall we start?"

Colgate levitated the still sedated Donut Joe out of the bag and carried him over to something similar to the chair she used out at the bunker.  This chair was not like the chair at the bunker.  It was much more like the chairs she had in her dental hospital as it had spikes in it.   She set him down into the chair and the pain from the spikes plowing into his hide caused him to begin to come to.  He wearily asked, "Ugh......where am I?"

Colgate heard this and shouted, "Honey, get me the horn cap.  He's coming to."

Amethyst got the horn cap and handed it to Colgate.   She put the horn cap on him to make sure that he did not discharge any energy.   Despite him being a regular unicorn who only uses his magic for a very limited amount of things, she wasn't taking any chances.

While seeing him come to and speak caused many bad memories to come back to her, Amethyst knew that if she was going to do what she wanted to do, she needed to face the stallion she had tried to avoid for so many years.   She walked over by Colgate and looked down at their victim.   She sneered, "Well, well, well, what do we have here?"

Joe looked up to see, standing beside Colgate, was a pony from his past.   He smiled and replied, "Oh I see it is the sexy Amethyst Star, the one little hottie that I wanted most but got away."

Amethyst smacked Joe and shouted, "I see you are just as much of a sexist pig as you ever were."

He looked at Colgate and asked, "Who the hell are you and what are you doing with MY Amethyst?"  He glared at Amethyst and continued, "You know little girl, you should have been MINE.   When I break free you will be mine, FOREVER!"

Amethyst slugged him so hard she knocked a few of his teeth out.   She pointed her wing at Colgate and replied, "You know what asshole?   This is Colgate, head of the Equestrian Dental Association.   I am her wife and hygienist."  She smacked him again and continued, "Oh and just so you know you sick bastard, I have always been into mares."

He growled, "Oh, and let me guess.  Your wife here and Sea Swirl have always been that way too."

Colgate smacked him and replied, "That is true donut boy.   Enough of this small talk, we need to get down to business!"

Amethyst asked, "Where shall we start?"

Colgate looked over at their captive and noticed he was trying to remove the horn cap.   Before she said anything, she rushed over to the top of the chair and braced herself against it, like she did with Celestia.   She clamped her teeth down on his horn and began to yank on it.  Joe was screaming in agony as a horn being bit on causes a great amount of pain.   It only took a couple of minutes for Colgate to rip his horn out because unlike Alicorns, regular unicorns' horns are easier to rip out.  As soon as the horn was ripped out, a burst of energy shot out from Joe but it would be his last and it was relatively weak.  It only illuminated the room a bit more for a second.   Colgate began to suck the blood pouring out of his head.   Despite her having done this before, it never got old for her.   She stood in front of their captive, pinched his cheeks and laughed, "Oh poor widdle Joey, hims doesn't have a horn anymore!"

Joe tried shooting energy, but without his horn, all he could do was grit his teeth and shake his head.   Amethyst stood there laughing, "You know something moron, you can't use magic without a horn."

Joe began to scream obscenities at the two while Amethyst got a smile on her face.   She asked, "Honey, do you remember how you labeled Twilight out at the bunker?"

Colgate replied, "Yes dear, I do."

Amethyst grabbed Joe's horn from Colgate and said, "Well I think we should label this one and I have the perfect word to put on him."

Colgate nodded and Amethyst quickly got to work.   Joe was struggling, screaming and yelling for the mare he found so attractive to spare him.  He began to plead with her to stop, but Amethyst was going to do this no matter what.  He did actually succeed in raping some of the mares in Canterlot, which made her all the more determined to act on her plan.  Amethyst took his horn, plowed it into his abdomen and carved the word RAPIST, in all caps, in his abdomen.   Despite his struggling, her penmanship was excellent.  She smacked him and yelled, "Well now asshole, you are clearly labeled for what you are!"

Colgate added, "Wow sweetie, you did a great job, especially given that his horn is shorter than Twily's was."

Joe screamed, "I am not a rapist!  Those mares consented to me, they wanted me.   You know Luna will banish you to the sun for doing this to me!"

Colgate smacked him and replied, "You bucking moron.   I know Luna doesn't have much of a sweet tooth so I doubt she will even give a shit about your disappearance.  It's not like the butcher is going missing.   He is the pony she would be upset about going missing."

Amethyst whispered in Colgate's ear, "Honey, can I do what I think will be so funny now?"

Colgate replied, "Let me grab my scissors, a needle and some surgical thread.   He will struggle a lot with this so it won't be easy but it will be hilarious in the end!"

Joe saw Amethyst standing over him levitating a pair of scissors.   He asked, "So hot stuff, what are you going to do with those?"

Amethyst laughed, "Oh you'll see!"   She looked at Colgate and continued, "Get ready to sew the wound together."

Joe saw where Amethyst was taking the scissors to and began to struggle harder than he ever had in his life.   He shouted, "NO!  Not that, anything but that!"   He began to cry and continued, "I'll be good, I'll leave the mares alone if you'll just please stop!"

Amethyst slapped him and hissed, "It is too late you piece of shit.   You have raped many mares and caused undue stress on many more."

Colgate added, "And you have been a cancer to the world of proper oral hygiene for decades.   For EVERYTHING you have done, you must pay the penalty!"

He continued to scream and cry but Amethyst paid no attention to this.   She got a sadistic look in her eyes as she took the scissors, opened them and levitated them to the base of his penis.   Joe's eyes grew wide in horror as Amethyst began to laugh sadistically, "Never again shall you harm a single mare mother bucker!"

She slammed the blades together severing the penis from the rest of his body.  Joe was screaming in agony and began to go into convulsions.   Amethyst shouted, "Colgate, hurry up and sew the wound together!   I don't want him bleeding to death!"

Colgate used a spell to stop the bleeding and quickly got to work on sewing the wound back together.   While she was doing this Amethyst was levitating Joe's penis right in front of his face and was laughing manically, "So asshole, how does it feel to see your stallionhood right in front of your face?"

Joe was still in so much pain that he was screaming.  His body was still convulsing so hard that he couldn't even pay attention to what Amethyst said.   Amethyst laughed, "Well it must not matter much to you if you're not going to say anything."

The two mares stood in front of their victim laughing at the pain he was in.   Colgate glared at him and said, "You know Joey, had all you done was make donuts, your punishment would have been much different.   It would not have been this humiliating."

Amethyst began to laugh, "Oh and I have something even more humiliating planned for this pig!"

Joe shouted, "What?   Are you going to eat my cock in front of me?"

Amethyst gagged, "Ewww.....that would be gross!"

She whispered into Colgate's ear, "I want to sew that cock of his to where it is hanging out of his mouth.   You hold him at knife point while I work my magic to get it sewn in the way I want it."

Colgate nodded and pulled her knife out of her saddlebag.   She held the knife to Joe's throat and ordered, "Stay still and we might let you live!"

He shouted, "What does it matter now!  I'm not a real stallion so why should I want to live?"

Amethyst smacked him and replied, "Listen, if you do what we say we will even reattach your stallionhood and let you go so just stay still."

Joe held his head still while Colgate had him at knifepoint.   Amethyst ordered, "Open your mouth, but just a little bit."

Joe did as requested and Amethyst placed the penis to where part of it was in his mouth, but not far enough back to where he could bite it.   She began to sew it into his lips and sewed the left side of his mouth shut entirely.   They took a look at their victim with his stallionhood hanging out of his mouth and broke into so much laughter that they fell to the floor.    They laid there on their stomachs laughing and banging their hooves on the floor.   Amethyst asked, "Isn't the funniest thing you have ever seen sweetie!"

Colgate laughed, "It is priceless, absolutely priceless!"

Joe yelled, "Hw culv you?  I nvr did avythn to dsv this."

Amethyst smacked him and shouted, "Oh really?   So you think raping and impregnating numerous mares should go unpunished?"   He tried to reply but it was unintelligible.   Colgate smacked him and added, "Why don't you just shut up donut boy.   We can't understand you anyway."

The lifelong macho baker began to cry again, except this time in much more agony.   Colgate saw that the right side of his mouth was still open so she decided it was her turn to punish him.   She grabbed her drill and laughed, "Well honey, now it is my turn to punish him for destroying everypony's teeth."

She took the drill and pointed it downwards into Joe's mouth to where it would go through his moalers.   He was shaking in fear wondering how much punishment the blue Alicorn was going to unleash upon him.   She turned the drill on and began to drill into his teeth.  At first the pain wasn't horribly bad so all he was doing was grunting.   He began to scream once she began to drill into the jaw which caused blood to squirt up into his mouth and drain into his throat.   He began to cough but this wasn't going to stop Colgate from finishing her goal.    She continued to drill it further and further.   Soon Joe was going into convulsions again and his head was shaking.  Colgate smacked him and screamed, "Stop moving damn it!  Unless you want this to be much worse you will stop moving."

His shaking only became more violent.  This caused Colgate's drilling downwards to become less even tearing away even more and more jaw.   Before too long though the tip of the bit came out of his cheek which caused Colgate to start laughing hysterically.   She laughed, "Leave it to a baker to have cavities this bad!"

Amethyst began to snicker, "He does look awfully funny with that bit poking out of his cheek."   She then began to laugh hysterically, "But I just can't help but laugh at seeing his stallionhood hanging out of his mouth!"

Colgate laughed, "I know but there is still so much more I want to do."   She released Joe from the chair and threw him on the floor.   He tried to get up but he was severely weakened by his ordeal and could do nothing more than lie on his stomach and hope that his captors would not inflict any more pain.  Amethyst saw a spiked rod laying over in a corner, which was probably used in unimaginably horrible ways.  This gave Amethyst an idea.   She began to laugh, "I think it's time donut boy gets a dose of his own medicine."

Colgate asked, "What to you mean?"

Amethyst pointed one wing at the rod and the other at Joe's exposed anus.   She snickered, "Oh I think you'll like what I have planned for him.   You might want to prepare for some loud screaming though."

Joe was trying to crawl away from the two mares but didn't get very far.   Amethyst picked up the rod and began to ram it into the donut maker's behind.   He began to scream violently, "No, no!  It hurts so bad, please stop!"

Amethyst screamed, "No!   How does it feel asshole.   How does being violated feel?"

Colgate kicked him in the head and added, "You reap what you sew asshole.  Now you can experience the same horrors that all those mares faced."

Joe was screaming and yelling so loud that his cries were vibrating off the walls.   Thirty minutes later Amethyst finally removed the rod and Colgate kicked him onto his back.   He looked up and saw the two mares standing above him laughing.   What scared him the most though was not the sadistic look in Colgate's eyes, but the mad fury in Amethyst's eyes.   After decades he finally realized that what he did was wrong.  He realized that he deserved what had happened to him.   He began to cry, "Mm sv svy Amvst.  I know wht I did ver the dcads was vong.  Pls spre me.   I don't wnt to die."

Amethyst shouted, "Well you should have thought about that before  you started doing everything you did!"   She grabbed Colgate's knife out of her saddlebag and began to cut his chest open.  Eventually she had him cut open and tore away the meat exposing his rib cage and what lie underneath.   He was screaming in agony as she bent down and using her teeth, ripped the rib cage open.   She saw his internal organs at work and laughed, "Holy shit honey, he actually has a heart!  I wouldn't think the likes of him would have one!"

Colgate was watching his lungs expand and contract and had an idea.   She gave Amethyst the instrument that is used to dig food out from between teeth and handed it to Amethyst.   She asked, "You want this bastard to die a slow, painful death or do you want to finish him off quickly?"

Amethyst replied, "I want his death to be slow and painful.  He has brought it upon himself."

Colgate whispered, "Take the sharp end of this and puncture one of his lungs.  It will take a bit but soon that will cause it to collapse.   

Joe began to scream in agony as Amethyst began to dig at his lung with the pointed instrument.  She continued to dig at it until she had punctured it.   She began to laugh as his lung began to collapse.  It took forty-five minutes for the lung to collapse.  Soon Joe was having trouble breathing as he had use of only one lung.  Amethyst had her hook with her and asked, "So donut boy, any last words?"

Joe shouted, "I hate vu two!  I hate ALL MAREV!   You're all vucking bichev who only think avout vurvelves."

Amethyst sighed, "Alright then, your time has come.   May Cerberus torment your pathetic soul in Tartarus for all eternity!"

Amethyst took the instrument and rather than merely puncturing his other lung, she tore a larger hole in it, causing his breathing to cease entirely quite quickly.  Quickly after his breathing stopped his heart stopped beating as well.   Amethyst was staring right into his eyes as the life left them.  She felt liberated when this happened.   She said, "You know Colgate, seeing the life leave his eyes makes me feel liberated.  I feel like I have avenged every mare he ever violated and tried to violate."

Colgate walked up to her and replied, "I know sweetheart.   I can sense it in your voice, I can see it in your eyes."   She looked up and continued, "Let's get going honey.   I'm hungry."

The two headed out of the room and back into the maze that lead them upstairs.   When they got back to the main level the sun was rising the following morning.   Amethyst said, "Wow, when you're having fun time flies!"

Colgate replied, "That it does my dear!  We need to find a lake to bathe in though, we can't let anypony see us covered in blood."

After bathing and having some fun in the lake, they headed home.  When they returned to their castle they were greeted by General Pearly Whites.   He was a tad bit concerned that they arrived after dawn.  He asked, "Are you two ok?"

Colgate replied, "Of course we are ok!  Why wouldn't we be?"

Although Pearly had eaten breakfast a couple hours ago he was still tired, so he headed up to his sleeping quarters while Colgate and Amethyst sat down for a large meal.  They were starving and scarfed their meal down quickly.   They headed up to their master's suite and jumped into their bed, where they began to celebrate their murder of Donut Joe.  Colgate said, "You know sweetie, seeing you torture that bastard to death got me so hot and bothered!"

Amethyst began to rub Colgate's marehood with her wing and asked, "Is that so?  Prove it sexy girl!  Make me forget everything else and only focus on you!"

Colgate licked Amethyst's horn and replied, "You're on!"

That day and going well into the night, Amethyst and Colgate made the hottest, kinkiest, most passionate love they had ever made.   They wanted to celebrate their killing of Donut Joe in style.   Their moans and squeals could be heard throughout the palace they were so loud.   They were making so much noise that it could be heard all over the palace.  Pearly was trying to take a nap but that would prove to be impossible.   He was laying there growling to himself, "Can't they just shut the buck up?  I can't even rest."   While deep down he wanted to go and tell them to keep it down, he knew that doing so would likely result in him suffering the same fate as the bakers so he just put his pillows over his ears and tried to get to sleep.

Normally when Colgate and Amethyst stay up late having fun the morning comes way too soon.  This morning was different though.  After having the most erotic night of their lives, the two seemed to be rejuvenated when the sun woke them.  Colgate was the first to wake up.  She stretched her front legs and yawned, "Wow, what a night!  We've had fun nights before but never anything like that!"

Amethyst replied, "I know!  You made me feel like a goddess last night!"  The two looked at each other and realized that they were covered in the other's fluids.  Amethyst blushed and continued, "Well we better shower before heading down for breakfast.  We certainly don't want Pearly or anypony else to see us like this!"

Colgate replied, "Agreed, let's go wash up." 

While the two were showering Pearly was waiting downstairs patiently in the dining hall.  The chef walked in and asked, "General, since those two still haven't arrived, do you want me to start fixing breakfast now?"

Pearly replied, "You better not, Colgate would probably kill both of us if breakfast is started before she gets down here."

The chef sighed, "Well ok, I would love to know what is keeping them."

Just as he finished saying this Colgate and Amethyst walked into the dining hall.  Colgate heard the last part of what their chef said and replied, "What kept us is our own business."  Before the chef could ask what she wanted him to fix for breakfast she continued, "Oh and fix us eggs, bacon, toast, oatmeal and bring in a couple pitchers of cider."  She paused and then remembered she needed to request one more thing.  She asked, "Oh and could you do me a favor and cook my eggs in the bacon grease?"

The chef replied, "Seriously?  Do you know how unhealthy that is?"

Colgate sneered, "And do you know how unhealthy defying orders is?"

The chef nodded and headed back to the kitchen.  Neither Amethyst nor Pearly had ever heard Colgate act that way towards the castle staff.  Pearly asked, "What was up with that Colgate?  You've never acted like that before."

Colgate slammed her hoof on the table and replied, "Well he had never questioned me either.  Perhaps this will be a lesson to everypony that you do not question me.  I rule the roost around here and they better remember that!"

Amethyst was stunned by what her wife said.  She asked, "Honey, is something wrong?  You went from being in a perfectly happy mood when we woke up to suddenly being mean and nasty."

Had it not been Amethyst who asked her this, she most likely would have smacked them but with Amethyst she calmly replied, "I'm sorry you had to see me like that dear.  I just blew up without thinking about it."

While their food was cooking Pearly was curious as to what the day's plans were.  He asked, "Colgate, so what are your plans for today?"  He smiled at the two and continued, "With the way things were last night, are you going to continue your raunchy activities?"

Amethyst excitedly replied, "I hope......"

Colgate interrupted, "No.  I need to do some research regarding food festivals.  I think there is a chocolate treat convention of some sort in Marentreal on the tenth, which is just a few days from now.  If so, we need to get ready to acquire our next target."

Amethyst sighed in disgust, "Honey, can't we just take a break?  Can't we celebrate our accomplishment in killing the donut boy?"

Colgate replied, "Well I really want to get Mulia Mild taken care of.  This contest up in Marentreal is a small, regional one which will determine who gets to take their chocolatey creation to the big contest in Canterlot next month.  I think taking her out at a small, regional contest will be easier."

Pearly asked, "Wait a minute, you want us to kill Mulia Mild?"

Colgate replied, "Yes.  She is notorious for making chocolate treats with the highest sugar content.  It seems like wherever that mule goes, she leaves a ton of cavities in her wake."

Hearing the name Mulia Mild caused Amethyst to remember something from last year.  She remembered how she lied to her mom, claiming that her treats were sugar free.  She remembered how her mom ate some of her chocolate and had to be rushed to the hospital for high blood sugar.  This make her blood boil.  She slammed her hoof on the table and shouted, "I have an ax to grind with that bitch.  She nearly killed my mom with her treats."

Colgate asked, "How did she do that?"

Amethyst replied, "Well my mom is diabetic and she had a stand set up in Canterlot when my parents were visiting me.  She labeled her treats as sugar free.  Well naturally mom was ecstatic.  She loves chocolate but being diabetic she is rarely able to eat it because sugar free candy is hard to come by.  She bought some and ate it.  She got really sick and had to be hauled to the hospital because her blood sugar went up to 850.*  She got ketoacidosis and went into a coma for a week.  My mom could have died because of her."  Amethyst slammed her hoof on the table and continued, "Alright Colgate, I am as ready as you are to kill that bitch."

Rather than eat their breakfast in at the table Colgate and Amethyst headed into the office where the computer was so they could look up the exact date for the chocolate convention.  It was indeed on the tenth, just as Colgate had said.  Amethyst asked, "So sweetie, when shall we leave to go and get her?"

Colgate replied, "Well I think that we should leave tomorrow.  I want to get to know that city fairly well and I want to see if there is anywhere we can take her to wipe her out.  It would make things much easier than having to risk getting caught bringing her back here."

Amethyst added, "And we won't even have to worry about taking a horn cap with us!"

Colgate replied, "That is right but I do want us to take some instruments of torture.  I want to make sure that she suffers dearly, especially given what she did to your mom."

Amethyst cleared her throat, "Ahem, dear.  She is your mother-in-law so she is technically OUR mom."

Colgate nodded and replied, "Alright, our mom."

Pearly asked, "So will you two be going alone or will I be coming with you?"

Colgate replied, "You will be coming with us.  Now let's relax for the rest of the day, I want us to be well rested to catch the 0800 train to Marentreal tomorrow."

The rest of the day and the night flew by for the three as they knew their train ride was not going to be a short one.  Despite going to bed much earlier than normal, morning still came much too early.  Normally it was the sun that woke everypony up but this morning it was their alarm clocks.  When it went off Colgate screamed like she always does and slammed her hoof down on it, breaking it.  Amethyst was woken up not so much by the alarm but by the sound of Colgate's hoof breaking it.  She asked, "Colgate, must you break the alarm clock every single time we set an alarm?  I know it isn't often that we do but still, it seems rather wasteful."

Just like she is every other time she is woken up by an alarm, she was in a foul mood.  She snapped, "Let's make sure Pearly is up.  We need to eat breakfast early and get over to the station."

When they got downstairs Pearly was already there waiting.  Rather than having a breakfast that takes a while to fix and eat, they each grabbed an egg, cheese and sausage croissant and rushed out the door.  When they got on board, the car was mostly full which would make for a very unpleasant ride, especially if more ponies boarded at other stops along the way.  Surprisingly though more ponies got off the train than boarded it since Marentreal isn't exactly a tourist destination, even with the chocolate convention going on.

Around 1600 the three arrived in Marentreal and were greeted by wind driven snow.  Colgate said, "Wow, I sure didn't expect this."

Amethyst added, "Well I guess they won't have to worry about the chocolate melting."

Colgate pointed her wing towards the hotel across the street and said, "Let's get checked in.  Hopefully there will be enough rooms for us to stay through the convention."

The three headed over to the hotel and were greeted with pleasant news.  They discovered that there were two rooms available from the point they checked in through the duration of the convention.  Pearly headed to his room and Colgate and Amethyst headed to their room.  They plopped down on their bed and were amazed by how comfortable it was.  Amethyst breathed a sigh of relief, "Wow, I didn't know hotel beds this comfy even existed."  She winked at Colgate and continued, "This comfy bed along with the fact that it is colder here will make things all the better for lots of fun!"

Colgate snickered, "I know sweetie!  For now though I think we should grab a bite to eat, I'm so hungry!"  She kissed Amethyst's ear and continued, "And I know what I want for dessert!"

Amethyst laughed, "Alright sweetie, but I'm not going to be an easy meal for you!"  She pointed her wing towards the door and continued, "Well let's go get Pearly and head down to supper.  I'm getting hungry."

They headed to Pearly's room and told him it was time for supper.  They headed down and arrived right as all the chefs were arriving for the convention.  Amethyst looked over and saw their target, Mulia Mild, at the front desk.  A scowl formed on Amethyst's face as she saw her.  She growled, "There she is.  Ugh what I wouldn't do to kill her right now."

Colgate interrupted, "Honey, calm down.  We can't have anypony noticing us talking like this right now.  We will get her taken care of, I promise.  For now let's just eat."

Despite Mulia setting down at a table not too far away from the three, they were able to eat their meal without bringing any unwanted attention to themselves.  Amethyst asked, "Colgate honey, how long does this convention last?"

Colgate replied, "It lasts four days.  That will give us time to go to the library tomorrow, learn everything we need to know about the area and then act on our plan."

After supper they headed back to their rooms and while Pearly got a good night's rest, Amethyst and Colgate stayed up until midnight having fun which is normally the case unless they have other business for the night.  The following morning arrived and the two woke up at 0700.  Despite getting very little sleep, they were ready to go.  They headed down to Pearly's room to get him for breakfast.  Colgate knocked on his door and yelled, "Pearly, it's time for breakfast.  We have a long day ahead of us."

Pearly answered the door and was still a bit tired.  He replied, "Ugh...it is still a bit early don't you think?"

Amethyst snapped, "Pearly, we need to eat breakfast early so we can get to the library, the sooner the better."

Colgate added, "Let's go.  I'm hungry anyway."

The three headed down to the restaurant and sat down for breakfast.  After the waiter took their order Pearly asked, "So what all do you want us to do at the library?"

Colgate replied, "I'll let you know once we get there.  All I will say here is that we need to get to know the history and geography of this area better."  Colgate saw their meal coming and continued, "We better be quiet, our meal is coming."

Colgate and Amethyst devoured their breakfast while Pearly was casually eating his.  Colgate saw this and rolled her eyes.  She glared at her general and sighed, "Pearly, could you pick up the pace?  We need to get to the library, the sooner the better."

Pearly replied, "Ok, no need to be such a grump."

After finishing their breakfast they headed to the library.  Once they got there they were greeted by the librarian as she had just unlocked the doors.  She asked, "Good morning!  Is there anything I can help you with?"

Colgate replied, "Yeah, I am wondering if you could point us in the direction of the atlases, geography books and history books."

The librarian replied, "The atlases are off in the far right corner on the first floor, the geography books are on the third floor and the history books are on the fourth floor."

Colgate thanked the librarian and told her company that they need to split up and go get what they need and then all meet up on the top floor because it is probably the least used part of the library.

Colgate headed back to the atlases and was amazed by the immense number of them.  She gasped, "Wow, I have never seen so many atlases in my life.  They have more here than the library in Manehattan did!"

Amethyst headed to the third floor and grabbed several geography books regarding regional geography and one about Equestrian geography as a whole while Pearly headed to the fourth floor and grabbed a few history books.  He had a feeling that he needed to grab history books regarding ancient history and history of the Everfree Forest.  Once everypony grabbed what they felt they would need they headed to the sixth floor where the study rooms were.

Colgate was standing by the elevator tapping her hoof waiting on the other two.  They arrived at the same time to find Colgate waiting impatiently.  Colgate asked, "What took you two so long?"

Amethyst replied, "Honey, I was going through the books to make sure I grabbed the right ones."  Pearly added, "Same here.  I know how upset you would be if I grabbed the wrong books."

Colgate motioned for them to follow her towards the back wall.  There was a row of study rooms and at the absolute back was a larger one with a couple of windows.  Colgate pointed her wing towards it and said, "Ok, that one is the biggest.  Since there are three of us, I want us using that one."

They headed into the study room and began to go through the books.  In the history book they learned of an ancient fortress that lies roughly twenty miles away from the city in the forest.  Colgate saw this and said, "Hmmm....perhaps that would be a good place to take her."

Amethyst interrupted, "But honey, you don't know anything about the layout of it.  It isn't like the bunker or Luna's old castle."

Colgate replied, "Well we have several history books here, maybe there will be a diagram of the interior in one of them."  She was digging through the history books that Pearly grabbed and found one that might help.  She continued, "Here we go, 'History of Ancient Fortresses.'"

She began to read through the book and in it she found diagrams of many bunkers, most of which had been destroyed.  She then found information regarding the fortress not too far away from Marentreal.  She began to laugh, "Oh my, we will be able to have all sorts of fun in this one!"

Amethyst asked, "What do you mean?  Are there a lot of torture rooms in it?"

Colgate replied, "Oh you'll see!"  She continued reading and came across a map that gave directions as to what the easiest and shortest route to the fortress was.  Colgate smiled and continued, "Jackpot!  Finding this information was far easier than I imagined!  Let's get back to the hotel.  This is going to be a wonderful night, well unless you're Mulia Mild!"

Amethyst asked, "How are we going to acquire her?  We don't even know what room she is staying in."

Pearly added, "And even if we did, how would we lure her into our trap?"

Colgate replied, "Leave all that to me.  I know what I'm doing."

When they returned to the hotel they decided to head into the convention hall to check out the treats.  Colgate believed that perhaps they would be able to track Mulia and eventually find a way to follow her up to her room.  They saw a chocolate moose in the back of the room and standing right by it was Mulia.  Oddly enough, next to her with a huge pile of cream filled eggs was another individual on Colgate's hit list, Gustave le Grand.  Colgate began to laugh, "Hmmm...Perhaps I can kill two birds with one stone here!"

Amethyst asked, "What, are you going to try to take Gustave out here as well?"

Colgate replied, "I'm not sure if we should or not.  We'll see what happens.  Let's go over and check out some of the desserts over there.  Maybe they will be talking about where they are staying."

They headed over to where Mulia and Gustave were and heard them talking.  Gustave said, "So Mulia, we meet again."

Mulia replied, "Yes and this time there won't be anypony to destroy our desserts."

Gustave puffed his chest out and boasted, "You are right and after this, I will be known as the greatest candy maker in all of Equestria!"

Mulia in turn boasted, "No, my moose mousse will moosacre your lousy eggs and all these other treats!"

The two glared at each other and then began to laugh as they remembered the last year's competition in Canterlot.  Gustave, despite being a griffon, wanted to get to know Mulia a bit better. He asked, "So Mulia, where are you staying for this competition?  I was thinking we could get to know one another better, in private."

Mulia, without even thinking, replied, "Oh, I'm staying here in room 3325.  Why do you ask?"

Gustave rushed off once she gave him this information.    Mulia had no clue why Gustave would run off like that but was elated that someone wanted to get to know her more.  She was in such a daze that she wasn't paying attention where she was walking and bumped into Colgate.  She knew that she was a dentist and wondered what she was doing there.  She asked, "Wait a minute, aren't you that dentist from Ponyville who hates sweets?  What are you doing here?"

Colgate replied, "Oh I was passing through and I just thought I would see if there are any treats here that are low in sugar."

Mulia nodded and asked, "What, so you can recommend it to your patients?"

Colgate replied, "Perhaps.  I am looking at your moose over here and it appears that it is very high in sugar."  She glared at the mule and continued, "You used milk chocolate to make this, didn't you?"

Mulia did not like being questioned like this.  She snapped, "It does not matter what I made it with.  As long as the judges like it, that is all that matters."

Colgate replied, "That is right.  Well you have a good one."  She pointed her wing towards the door and continued, "Come on you two.  We have things to do."

They followed her back up to their room and closed the door.  Colgate whispered, "Talk about a stroke of luck!  Why Gustave wanted to know what room she is staying in I don't know but I am glad he asked."

Amethyst asked, "You don't think he has plans to do something to her do you?"

Colgate laughed, "Maybe!  Maybe they're going to have some inter-species fun tonight!"

Pearly gagged, "Ewww....Mule and Griffon fun?  That is gross!"

Colgate sat there deep in thought with a smirk on her face.  Amethyst was watching her and she could tell that the wheels were turning in her head.  She asked, "Colgate honey, what are you thinking about?  With that look on your face, I can tell you are up to no good."

Colgate laughed, "Oh I'm just thinking.  Perhaps we need to monitor the area around Mulia's door.  If we see Gustave go in there, we can then take care of both of them after all."

Amethyst asked, "Oh and what about the timing.  I doubt they will stay the night together and we can't take them out too soon."  She sighed and asked, "And how are we even going to get them out of the hotel?"

Colgate replied, "We are Alicorns dear.  We can open the windows and levitate them out, all the way to the edge of the Everfree Forest."  She began to laugh to where she was snorting, "And we can leave a few feathers behind and when the cops show up, they will think it was Gustave who did something to her!"

Pearly knew they could fly but was wondering what his role was.  He asked, "Colgate, you two can fly, I can't.  What am I supposed to do?"

Colgate replied, "Go over and wait just inside the forest where that path is.  We will meet you there with our prisoners."  She sighed and continued, "I would suggest you go now."

Pearly headed out the door and towards the west edge of town where the path that headed into the forest began.  Colgate and Amethyst filled their saddlebags with what they would need, several syringes full of sedatives, surgical scissors and other sharp instruments.  Around 1930 they headed to the third floor and began to monitor the area around Mulia's room.  This was easier than they thought as it was a quiet area with a nearby stairwell.  

Finally around 2015 Gustave headed to visit Mulia.  He knocked on her door and she opened it.  He said, "Mulia, it is good to see you!"

Mulia asked, "Why did you want to see me in my room?"

Gustave replied, "What?, is it a crime for a fellow baker to meet with one of his own?"

Mulia let him in and replied, "Well no." 

Colgate looked at Amethyst and said, "Ok, we need to wait a few minutes and we need to check our saddlebags.  We need to be sure we have everything."

The two checked and made sure they had everything.  They then looked back and forth several times before Colgate unlocked the door.  In the room Mulia and Gustave heard the door click.  Gustave shot up and asked, "Mulia, did you hear that?"

Before Mulia could say anything Colgate and Amethyst charged into the room.  They fired bolts of energy at the two to knock them out before they could even shout.  Colgate closed the door and said, "Come on, we need to get them properly sedated."

They got the two sedated and sat by the window waiting until the city went mostly quiet.  They had to sedate them one more time around 2330 before Colgate opened the window.  Amethyst asked, "Honey, aren't we going to rip some of his feathers out?"

Colgate replied, "Oh shit.  Thanks for reminding me."  To make it look like there was a struggle they also ripped some of Mulia's fur out as well and scattered it throughout the room.  Before leaving they inspected the room to make sure that they didn't leave any of their own fur or hair behind.  Once they finished this they shut off the light and levitated their captives off to the west.

A half an hour later they landed at the edge of the forest and were greeted by Pearly.  He asked, "Damn, what took you two so long?  I thought you had got caught or decided not to do this."

Colgate replied, "Pearly, we had to wait for most of the activity in the city to die down so we wouldn't get spotted."

Colgate pointed her wing towards the forest and they headed in.  Once they were a half a mile in they lit up their horns so they could more easily see where they were going and detect any threats, such as timberwolves.   A little over an hour later they finally saw the fortress.  It looked like it was in very bad shape, much worse shape than what the old castle of the pony sisters was in.  Amethyst asked, "Colgate, are you sure this place is going to be safe?  It looks like it is in horrible shape."

Colgate replied, "It will be fine.  Just follow me and we will get down to where I want us to go just fine."

They followed Colgate down the old staircase into the lower levels of the building.  Despite them being completely inside, the ponies could still see their breath.  Amethyst sighed, "Ugh I wish there was some place in this building that was at least somewhat warm."

Colgate replied, "Well unless the innermost room of this place is enchanted somehow, don't count on it."

At the bottom of the staircase they ran into a door.  Colgate tried opening it but it would not budge.  Colgate grunted, "Oh great, this damn thing would just have to be enchanted now wouldn't it.  Chances are there is some sort of spell that must be recited to open it."

Pearly asked, "I don't know if this would work or not, but what if we all fired energy at it all at once.  Maybe we could just blow it open."

Colgate let her general know that it would be worth a try.  The three fired a powerful bolt of energy and while it did not blow the door off, it did open the door.  They took their captives in and much to their surprise, the temperature was very comfortable.  Amethyst said, "Well this is more like it!  I don't know how much more of that icy cold I could have taken."

They set their captives down and lit up the room with their horns.  They saw plenty of devices that they could use to torture their victims.  Colgate saw a chair in the center of the room that resembled others she had used and said, "Amethyst, could you get Mulia strapped into that chair while Pearly and I secure our griffon friend to the wall?"

Amethyst nodded and they got to work.  Just like she did with Rainbow Dash so long ago, Colgate secured Gustave's wings with hooks hanging from the ceiling.  Because of the way a griffon's legs are, she was unable to secure his legs in the hoof cuffs but that did not keep her from securing him.  She did have methods she could use, similar to what they did to the Apple Family.  She found a hammer and some nails in the room, ones designed to nail legs to the wall.   She grabbed them and began to hammer the nails through his legs and into the wall which caused him to come to."

"AAAAAGH!" screamed the griffon as he was being secured to the wall.  Gustave looked down to see what was happening to him.  He shouted, "What the hell are you doing?"

Colgate smacked him and shouted, "Punishing you for your crimes!"  She calmed down and continued, "Gustave, you have committed many crimes throughout your life.  You have been a cavity creating cancer upon this land and now you must pay the penalty!"

Gustave began to struggle flapping his wings and shouted, "You can't do this!  Luna will EXECUTE you for this!"

Colgate couldn't help but laugh hysterically, "You know Gustave, I have been getting away with killing problematic ponies for nearly two decades!  I even killed Celestia and Twilight!  Well in the case of Twilight, Luna helped me kill her but that is beside the point.  She won't miss a baker like you, she won't even care."

Gustave's yelling and Colgate's laughter were loud enough that it eventually caused Mulia to wake up.  She looked up from the chair and saw Amethyst standing over her with a scowl on her face.  She asked, "What happened?  Where am I?  Why am I in this chair?"

Amethyst smashed her hoof into her face and yelled, "You should know why you bitch.  Do you not know who I am?  Do you not know how you mislabeling your chocolate put my mom in the hospital?  That it nearly caused her to die?"

Mulia began to think and it hit her, that the pony who had her imprisoned was Amethyst Star, the daughter of Golden Harvest.  She asked, "How could my treats have put her in the hospital?  They have never harmed anypony."

Amethyst smashed her hoof so hard on Mulia's face that she broke her nose.  She screamed, "My mom is diabetic you bitch!  You labeled your product as sugar free.  She was so happy to see that somepony had chocolate that she could eat and YOUR lie caused her to go into a diabetic coma.  She almost died and now it is your turn to suffer!"

Amethyst turned her chair around to where she was facing Gustave.  Amethyst continued, "And part of that suffering will be you watching your buck buddy suffer!"

Gustave shouted, "We are not buck buddies!  We just wanted to talk."

Pearly who had been standing in the background decided to enter the conversation.  He laughed, "Well then, if that is the case why did you go to her room?  Unless you were planning a murder I don't see why you would have to go to a private room to talk."

Colgate added, "You know you two, he does make a good point."  She began laughing and continued, "How the hell a mule and a griffon are going to have sex is beyond me, especially given the dramatically different anatomy."

Amethyst began to laugh, "You know you two?  I am thinking maybe we should unchain you and let you go BUT first you must show us how you two get it on.  It would be quite the educational experience!"

The two shouted in unison, "NO!  We are not sex partners!  We will not do that!"

Amethyst replied, "Well it is whatever you want."

Colgate decided that she was going to try something that would make Gustave look hilarious.  She took a pair of pliers and ripped the bottom half of his beak off.  She was laughing at what she had done.  "Gustave, you only have half a beak!  That is so hilarious!"

Mulia shouted, "You monster!  How could you do that to him?"

Having half of his beak removed, Gustave was not able to speak quite as well.  He shouted "Wy did vu cut my beak off?"

Colgate laughed, "To shut you up, that's why!  Now I have some advice, shut up or your little girlfriend here will face a worse torture than we already have planned for her."  She smacked Gustave and shouted, "Got it?"

Gustave nodded and decided to be quiet.  Colgate walked over to Mulia and smiled, "Hmmm....where shall we start?"

Mulia begged, "Please don't hurt me Colgate, please.  I'm begging you."

Colgate smiled and replied, "Alright Mulia, I won't harm you."

Amethyst interrupted, "But I will!  You nearly killed my mom so now you must suffer dearly."

Amethyst had seen how Colgate had killed some of her prisoners but she wanted to take this to a whole new level.  She had a look of pure evil as she began to shatter Mulia's legs with the hammer.  She was shouting, "You'll wish you were never born you bitch!  I'll drag this out and enjoy every minute of it!"

Mulia's cries were making Amethyst laugh.  Colgate stood there watching Amethyst unleash her fury upon the mule with a smile on her face.  Once Amethyst had turned the bones in Mulia's legs into a shattered mess, she pounced on her and began to rip her torso open with her teeth.  Blood was splashing all over both of them and once she exposed the rib cage, she bit down on it and tore it open, leaving the internal organs exposed.

Amethyst grabbed the sharp object used to remove food particles between teeth and laughed, "Well now, where shall I get started."  She looked down and saw the kidneys and wondered how long destroying them would take for her to die.  She looked back at Colgate and asked, "Colgate dear, how long would it take for her to die if I were to rupture her kidneys?"

Colgate replied, "If you want her to suffer a long, drawn out death, puncturing the kidneys would not be the way to go.  A punctured kidney can cause unconsciousness in a second and death in less than a minute.  If you want something that will take a bit longer, ram that thing all the way through BOTH lungs.  She should suffer for 45 minutes to an hour."

Mulia screamed, "No, please no!  I'm so sorry for what happened to your mom!  I promise I'll never false advertise again if you'll just let me live!"

Amethyst smacked her and replied, "No Mulia, that is not an option.  You nearly killed my mom and you must be punished!"

Amethyst took the instrument and tore holes in the bottom of both lungs.  Almost immediately Mulia began to gasp for breath but the process of lung collapse took much longer.  The world began to swim around to Mulia as time passed but she still maintained consciousness.  Colgate asked, "So Mulia, you want to see something funny?"

Mulia gasped, "No.  Just let me die in peace."

Colgate laughed, "I'll take that as a yes."

Colgate took an ax she found in the room and slammed it into one of Gustave's legs, cutting it off and causing him to scream in pain.  She took the severed leg and began to beat Mulia in the face with it.  Both Alicorn mares and the unicorn stallion began to laugh hysterically hearing Gustave's cries and Mulia's weakening gasps.   Amethyst grabbed the severed leg and using the claws, she carved the word "bitch" into Mulia's forehead.  She laughed, "Well now Mulia, your corpse will describe you perfectly!"  She clubbed her with the leg once again and continued, "Oh well, what does it matter?  Nopony will ever find your corpse."

Mulia fell unconscious after fifty minutes and soon after she passed away.  Gustave saw this and began to cry and yell, "Curse you, curse you!  May you two rot in Tartarus for all eternity!"

Colgate smacked him and replied, "Hey dipshit, Amethyst and I are Alicorns, so we can't die!"  She grabbed the ax and shouted, "I'm sick of you Gustave, good riddance."  

Before he could scream, Colgate picked up the ax and slammed the edge of it into Gustave's neck, severing the head.  She sighed, "Well now we have four more to go and then I will be satisfied.   Then we can relax and our lives can return to normal." 

Amethyst knew exactly what Colgate was talking about and she just thought that her plans were wrong.  She asked, "Honey, must we take out the Cake family?  Can't you just be satisfied with what we have already done?"

Colgate snapped, "No, I can not.  They must be taken out.  They have left more cavities in their wake than any of these other bakers we have wiped out.  Do you not want to see all the problematic ponies taken care of?"

Pearly saw that this could turn into a nasty spousal argument if he did not intervene.  He interrupted, "Uh Colgate, Amethyst, don't you two think we should be getting back to Marentreal so we can catch the train home?"

The two mares were covered in blood and Colgate knew this was not a viable option.  She replied, "No Pearly.  I know it is cold but we must return home a different way."  She scratched her face with her wing and continued, "I think it would be best if we return home through the Everfree Forest.  Besides, there are lakes along the way home that we can wash this blood off of ourselves in."

Amethyst shouted, "What?  Are you kidding me?  It is bad enough that you want us to walk through the forest when it is cold but to bathe in the lakes when it is cold is ridiculous!"

Colgate asked, "Well if you want to be suspected, be my guest.  I will return home through the forest, with or without you two."

Pearly sighed, "Well alright, I'll return home with you but if I get sick and die, my death will be on your hooves."

Colgate had an idea.  She said, "Pearly, how about you return to Marentreal and catch the train home while Amethyst and I fly home.  That way you won't get sick and the two of us will be able to return to the castle without being spotted.  How does that sound?"

Pearly and Amethyst both agreed that this idea would be much better than the original plan.  Pearly began to walk back to the east while the two Alicorns began to fly off to the west.  In the early evening Amethyst and Colgate returned home to the castle and washed themselves off while it was late in the evening when Pearly arrived home.  Amethyst was glad that this mission was complete and she did hope that it would be the last one but like what Colgate said at the fortress, there was one more mission that had to be completed, and it would be much more stressful for not just Colgate, but everypony. 
















> Trouble in Paradise

Things had pretty much returned to normal as Colgate had not had anypony go out after any bad patients in quite some time nor have they went after the Cake family, which Amethyst thought for sure that they would have by now.  Colgate was in her office on the computer when Pearly came in and looked over her shoulder.  He noticed that Colgate was checking out the history of Fillydelphia.  He asked, "Colgate, why are you looking at a page regarding the history of the Fillydelphia region?"

Colgate rolled her eyes and replied, "Remember how I said that we were going to abduct the Cake Family when Carrot Cake and Cup Cake go there to visit their kids?  Well, from what I understand they will be going there during the school's spring break, which is two weeks from now."

Pearly asked, "And how do you know this?"

Colgate replied, "I know this because I saw a sign in their window when I was passing by there one day.   The sign mentioned that they were going to be going out of town to see their kids during their spring break, so we need to get ready, we need to see if there is anywhere in the area we can take them."

Pearly had an unsure look on his face and a nervous tone in his voice.  He liked the stability and calmness that existed in the castle recently but knew this would change things.  He asked, "Does Amethyst know about this?"

Colgate replied, "Uh, no she does not."  She had a lump in her throat and continued, "This is going to really piss her off but I have to let her know sooner or later."  She sighed and finished, "I am thinking I will let her know a lot closer to the time we will depart."

Pearly asked, "Colgate, aren't you afraid of her leaving you over this?"

Colgate replied, "I know she will be upset but she had no problems with helping us wipe out the Apple Family along with Fluttershy, she seemed eager to take out Mulia and was beyond ecstatic when it came to wiping out Donut Joe so I wouldn't think she would leave me over this."

Pearly replied, "Well ok, but don't get too mad if she decides not to go."

Thirteen days pass and the day before the Cakes leave town has arrived.  They aren't the only ones preparing for an out of town trip though.  Colgate is also preparing things for a trip when Amethyst walks into Colgate's office and sees her packing several syringes of sedatives along with several torture devices into her saddle bags.  She asked, "Colgate, why are you packing stuff like you are going to torture somepony?"

Colgate replied, "Well honey, I am packing because we need to be ready to leave tomorrow morning.  It is a long ride to Fillydelphia."

Amethyst, who did have a smile on her face went into a furious rage.  She shouted, "WHAT?  YOU WAIT UNTIL NOW TO TELL US WE'RE LEAVING TO GO ABDUCT SOMEPONY?"  She calmed down a bit and asked, "So who are we going after?"

Colgate replied, "Oh, you forgot?  Remember how out at the fortress I said our next target was going to be the Cake family?  That is who we are going after, the Cakes."

Amethyst's eyes filled with an angry fury.  She screamed, "THE CAKES?  WELL COUNT ME OUT!  I'M NOT GOING WITH YOU!  I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS."

Colgate asked, "Well what are you going to do once we get them here?"

Amethyst screamed, "That's it!  I have to leave this place for a while."  She smacked Colgate and continued, "I'm giving you an ultimatum, it is either ME or your bloodthirsty nature!  You can't have both!"

Colgate sneered, "Oh, so what are you going to do?  Give up your comfortable life just because you don't like what I do?"  She sighed and continued,  "You sure the hell didn't have any problems helping me torture ANYPONY except for Twist so what the hell makes this any different?" 

Amethyst screamed, "I had no issues with them because they were mostly strangers I didn't know.  I only did the Apple Family and Fluttershy because I felt forced.  You know I wanted to punish Joe and Mulia and Gustave didn't mean shit to me."  She slammed her hoof into the wall and shouted, "You have no idea how much it hurt when you killed Twist and now you want to take out an entire loving and caring family?  I want nothing to do with this.  I'm going to go visit mom and dad for a month."

Colgate gasped, "A month?"

Amethyst screamed, "Yes, a month.  Maybe by then you will have decided which is more important, our marriage or your bloodthirsty desires!"

As Amethyst was storming out of the castle Colgate yelled, "Fine, just go!  See if I care!"

Amethyst slammed the door behind her.  Pearly could see the anger in Colgate's eyes and heard her breathing hard.  This caused him to be concerned about her.  He asked, "Colgate, are you ok?"

Colgate replied, "I'll have to be."  She calmed down and continued, "Well this should make acquiring the Cakes a whole lot easier, she would have just caused us problems anyway."

Pearly asked, "Is that how you really see it Colgate?  Do you truly consider doing all this more important than your marriage?"

Colgate snapped, "Don't question me Pearly, just do as you're told and everything will be fine.  Now let's get ready to go punish the Cakes for their crimes."

Pearly asked, "Colgate, there are four of them, there will only be two of us now.  How are we going to pull this off especially given that we will be in a huge city?"

Colgate replied, "That is a good point which we will figure out once we get there.  I do think we should take a couple of regular soldiers with us as well."  Colgate's began to smile as she realized something.  She continued, "That's it!"

Pearly asked, "What's it?"

Colgate replied, "We can ask Luna if we can charter a private train to Fillydelphia!  If we can then we can abduct the Cakes, get them loaded on the train and either bring them here or take them elsewhere and wipe them out!"

Pearly asked, "Don't we need to go up to Canterlot to ask Luna about this?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, we do.  We need to leave as soon as possible so we can talk to her and get that train chartered.  After all, I want to get to Fillydelphia as soon as we can."  She pointed her wing towards the soldiers' quarters and continued, "Go get two soldiers, there needs to be four of us since we have four targets."

Pearly nodded and went to get a couple soldiers while Colgate continued to pack her saddlebags with everything she figured she would need.  She decided that while it would be nice to bring them home to torture, she realized that with Amethyst being mad at her and still being here in town, that it would probably be best if they took them elsewhere.   Very soon she decided that the best place to take them would be one of her favorites, which lies relatively close to a train station.  




> Parental Discussions

Amethyst was extremely angry when she stormed out of the palace, so angry that she was crying.  Very rarely did she ever go out of the palace on her own so when everypony saw her out and about, they were wondering what was going on.  When they heard her angry cries they knew better than to approach her, especially given that she is a powerful Alicorn and is the wife of Colgate, who is even more powerful.  

A few minutes later she arrived at her parents' house and knocked on the door.  Golden Harvest opened the door and a sobbing Amethyst ran into her mom's hooves.  She cried, "Mom, it is so good to see you."

Golden Harvest asked, "Amethyst honey, what is wrong?  Why are you crying?"

Amethyst replied, "It's Colgate mom.  She seems like all she cares about anymore is going out, abducting ponies and torturing them to death.  I feel like she doesn't even care about me or our marriage."

Golden* said, "Come on in honey and we can talk."

Golden never has liked Colgate and was hoping that perhaps this would cause her daughter to leave Colgate.  She hugged her daughter and asked, "Amethyst, how long has she been into this torturing ponies to death thing?  Has it just been a recent thing or has she been doing this for years?"

Amethyst realized that she finally had to tell her mom what she had been hiding since rising to becoming an Alicorn.  She sighed, "Mom, there is something that I have to tell you.  This has been going on for years and both Colgate and I have been involved in it, it was a job that Luna issued to both of us.  It is part of what we have to do in our role as heads of the Equestrian Dental Association."

Golden interrupted, "What is part of your job?"

Amethyst replied, "Well back when Colgate and I were transformed into Alicorns by Queen Luna, she made Colgate the head of the EDA (Equestrian Dental Association) and since we had been in a relationship for well over a decade, she made me her assistant.  Part of our job was to hunt down problem ponies, ones who don't take care of their teeth and torture them to death."

Golden gasped, "Seriously?  You've been doing this with her for well over a decade and it is just now that you are upset with this?"

Amethyst replied, "I'll tell you why I am upset now.  Yes, for a very long time Colgate and I would hunt down these ponies and torture them to death but all of a sudden Colgate decides that rather than kill ponies who refuse to take care of their teeth that she wants to kill the bakers and candy makers."

Golden shrieked, "What?  Candy makers?"

Amethyst replied, "Yes mom, candy makers."

Golden ranted, "Now I know she was up to no good when she was sneaking around Twist's house a while back."

Amethyst remembered how Colgate said that she woke somepony up when she was erasing the trail from the castle to Twist's house.  She remembered how she had said that it was Matilda and Cranky that she woke up but what her mom said proved to her that Colgate had lied.  She asked, "Wait a minute, Colgate woke you up?"

Golden replied, "Yes, she did.  She seemed kind of nervous when I asked her what she was up to.  She was claiming that she thought she saw someone sneaking around when in reality I'm betting she did something to Twist, especially since Twist went missing right after I caught her sneaking around."

Amethyst shouted, "THAT LYING BITCH!"  She slammed her hoof on the ground and continued, "She lied to me.  She said that it was Matilda and Cranky who she woke up when she told me she woke somepony up after abducting Twist.  I should have listened to my gut when it said she woke you up."

Golden shouted, "She abducted Twist?  Did she kill her?"

Amethyst replied, "Yes she did.  I refused to take part in it because I thought so highly of her.  It was her general that assisted her in that murder."

Golden had become very upset.  She was not upset about what Colgate had been doing at this point, she was upset that her daughter would not go to the authorities over this.  She asked, "Amethyst, why didn't you go to the authorities?  Why didn't you make sure Colgate was punished for it?"

Amethyst began to cry, "Mom, since I am Colgate's assistant, I would have been blamed as well and besides, it wouldn't even do any good.  Luna would clear her of all charges and say that she was just doing her job."  Her sobbing only intensified as she continued, "Luna loves Colgate to pieces anyway.  She thinks of Colgate as almost like a daughter so I would be the one who could lose everything if I did that."

Golden sighed, "Ok, I can understand that but that still doesn't change the fact that she was lying to you.  I wonder if she has lied to you about anything else?  I wonder if she has ever cheated on you?"

Amethyst replied, "Oh I doubt she ever cheated on me.  I can see her lying about the number of ponies she's killed in her lifetime but engaging in extra-marital affairs is something she wouldn't do.  Her thirst for blood seems endless, but she is a very loyal pony."

Golden shrugged her shoulders and realized that Amethyst would likely never believe that Colgate cheated on her, but then again she still questioned that thought herself.  She just wanted to plant doubt in her daughter's mind.  Just as she was getting ready to say something the door opened and in came Written Script, Amethyst's father.

He saw Amethyst, ran to her and hugged her.  He said, "Amethyst my daughter!  It is so good to see you!"

She embraced him and replied, "Dad!  I am so happy to see you too!"

Written Script noticed that Colgate was not with her and wanted to know why.  He asked, "Amethyst, where is Colgate?"  His voice became more worried as he continued, "You two didn't have a fight did you?"

Amethyst replied, "Well, sort of.  It seems like she is putting her job ahead of me."

While Golden was upset with what Colgate had been doing to her daughter, she still wondered why Amethyst would engage in such activities with Colgate to start with.  When Written Script, a pony who tends to be more analytical than emotional, would not be quite as angry with Colgate.

Golden interrupted, "Amethyst, I think you and I need to tell your father what you told me so that he will know this whole situation better."

The three sat down and Written Script listened to everything that Golden and Amethyst told him.  Once he heard all of this, he asked, "Amethyst, you are complaining about this yet you have been torturing ponies with her for eighteen years?"

Amethyst replied, "Well yeah, it is just because she has changed who she targets."

Written Script asked, "What is the difference?  You're still torturing ponies to death.  It is just that she is having you two go after different ponies now?"

Amethyst broke down sobbing.  She cried, "What has me so mad is that she is going after the Cakes while they are visiting their children in Fillydelphia!  She is going to KILL an entire, loving family solely because they make sugary treats."

Written Script replied, "Well that doesn't really surprise me.  How she will pull it off, I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure she'll succeed.  I've never known that pony to fail at anything she does."

Amethyst asked, "Mom, dad, can I ask you a question?  Could I stay here for a while?  I just need to get away from Colgate, her lies and her blood lust for a while."

The two were thrilled when she asked this.  Golden replied, "Of course you can!  You can stay as long as you like!"

Amethyst said, "Thanks.  I gave Colgate an ultimatum.  I told her that when I returned it was either me or her bloodthirsty desires so I don't know if I will be returning to her or not."

The two comforted her after hearing this.  While she showed concern and sadness on the surface, on the inside Golden was hoping that Colgate would choose her bloodthirsty desires.  She was thinking that perhaps this marriage she has opposed for so long may finally come to an end.  Written Script however, hoped that they could work things out because unlike his wife, he did not hate Colgate.  



> Cutting the Cake

Late that afternoon Colgate, Pearly and two soldiers boarded a train set for Canterlot.  While there were a few ponies on the train, they did not draw any attention to themselves despite Colgate and Pearly having their saddle bags filled with everything they needed.  On the way up there they remained quiet as they knew that if they discussed anything, even mundane, ordinary things that they could bring unwanted attention to themselves.  Once they arrived in Canterlot they headed straight to the castle.  

When they arrived at the entrance they were confronted by two guards.  One of the guards asked, "Who comes here and what is thy reason for coming?"

Colgate replied, "I am Colgate, head of the Equestrian Dental Association.  She pointed her wing to her left and continued, "To my left are General Pearly Whites and two of our soldiers.  We need to speak to Queen Luna."

The attitude of the guard changed entirely when she told him this.  He smiled and said, "Follow me, I shall lead you to the throne room."

They followed the guard to the throne room where they are met by Luna.  "Colgate, Pearly!  We are most happy to see thee!"  Her facial expression then changed to one of concern and asked, "Colgate, where is Amethyst?  Why didn't she come with thee?"

Colgate replied, "Well she isn't feeling overly well so she is staying with her parents right now."

Luna frowned, "And why are thou coming here when Amethyst needs thou by her side?, when she needs the one she loves the most by her side?"

Colgate had a feeling that eventually Luna would find out the truth but knew that she could not tell her the truth as to what is really going on because it may cause Luna to not grant her permission to charter a private train so she needed to lie, "Well you see, we have discovered that there are a few very bad patients that need to be punished."

Pearly added, "We asked Amethyst if she wanted us to wait until she felt better but she said that she would just stay with her folks while we went and did this.  She insisted that this was extremely important and didn't want to be the reason it was delayed."

Luna replied, "Alright."  She sighed and asked, "We take it that thou wishes to charter a private, royal train to go and abduct these bad patients?"

Colgate replied, "Yes your Majesty, that is what we are hoping you would let us do.   It would make things much easier if we can round them up, get them on a train and then get them back home so we can take care of them."

Luna asked, "Colgate, where dost thou wish to take this private train to?"

Colgate replied, "Well we need to go to Fillydelphia, that is where the bad patients are.  I would then need to take it to Dodge Junction so we can take them into the badlands and make use of that bunker.  Then I was thinking we could return to Ponyville while the train would be returned to Canterlot."

Luna said, "Hmmm.....that will take quite some time and will be a great distance but we shall grant you use of a royal train."  She got up from her throne, headed towards the door and continued, "Follow us, we shall lead thee to the train station."

The four followed Luna to the train station and led them to the royal train, which was parked on a separate set of tracks.  She headed to the pony operating the switch for the tracks and ordered, "We need thou to switch the tracks so the royal train can get on the main tracks."  She saw the engineer who operates the private train relaxing in the back and shouted, "We need thee to take the royal train to Fillydelphia."

The engineer headed to the train without questioning the queen.  She pointed her wing at Colgate and continued, "Thou shalt take orders from Colgate.  She shall tell thee where to go, where to stop and when to do so."

Colgate hugged Luna and said, "Thank you your Majesty.  I really appreciate it."

Luna replied, "Don't mention it.  Thou should know that being part of our inner circle, that thou would be allowed use of our train."

Colgate waved goodbye to the queen and the four climbed aboard the train.  The switch operator activated the switch and the train took off.   Colgate and her companions sat back and relaxed as they knew this was going to be a very long trip.

Eight hours later Colgate was woken by the train pulling into the station.  The engineer yelled back, "We have arrived in Fillydelphia.  We're pulling off the main tracks so we can stay as long as we need."

Colgate yelled, "Thanks."  She looked at her general and soldiers and said, "Alright troops, let's make sure we have everything we need and go acquire our targets."

They got off the train and headed into the city.  While Pearly and the two soldiers had no clue about the layout of the city, since Colgate lived there for a few years she knew the city very well.  Pearly asked, "Colgate, do you know where we are going?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I do.  The baking academy is on the far south end of town.  I am certain that the Cakes will be headed there to the dorms if they have not arrived already.  Just follow me over there and we should eventually see them."

Her soldiers followed her but Pearly had his doubts as to whether they would actually be so lucky to run into them there as he believed that they would need to search the city for them.  He asked, "Colgate, are you sure that is going to be the best way to do this?  With it being their spring break, what if they stay with their folks in a hotel room?"

Colgate rolled her eyes but knew that he could be right.  She replied, "That is true."  Her stomach began to rumble and she continued, "I'm hungry, let's go find a place to eat."

Given that it was 0100 there were not a lot of places to eat, except for a diner that was open 24 hours a day.  They went in and were promptly seated as nopony else was in the diner at that time.  Naturally Colgate ordered a double cheeseburger plain with pretzels and a diet pop, like she always does when she eats out.  Her soldiers have heard about what she expects out of those who eat out with her and ordered the same thing.

While they were enjoying their meal four other ponies entered the diner.  Colgate looks over and is ecstatic.  It is the Cake Family, all four of them, coming in to grab a bite to eat.  Colgate mumbled to her company, "There they are!  Now we can hang around and wait until they leave."

Pearly asked, "Don't you think the cashier will wonder why we are waiting so long after we finish our meal to leave?"

Colgate replied, "We can keep on getting refills on our pop and they won't say anything.  Once they get up to leave to pay, then we will do the same thing.  We will follow them out, take them to a dark alley, sedate them just a bit, lead them to the train station, get them on board and then knock them out!"

Pearly asked, "You have this planned out very well, don't you?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I do.  Remember, my whole life I have always thought three or four steps ahead of everypony else."

They wouldn't have to wait too long to go after the Cakes as they only ordered a small snack.  Once they finished eating they headed up to the register to pay, and were immediately followed by Colgate and her troops.  They see one another at the register and Carrot Cake greets them.  He asks, "Hi Colgate, how's it going?  What brings you to town?"

Colgate replied, "Oh I'm doing alright.  I along with a few of my friends had to come and check on a patient at the dental hospital.  We thought we would check out the night life here and I'm kind of disappointed, there isn't much of any night life here."

Pound Cake interrupted, "And that is why dad was so happy we came here.  He wanted us to go to a place where we can focus on our studies and not be lured by clubs like we would have been in Manehattan or Las Pegasus."

Colgate smiled and replied, "Well hopefully all goes well for you and your studies.  You have a good one."

They left the cafe and Colgate quickly paid for their meal and they left.  As they left the cafe they saw that the Cakes had headed down the street towards the academy's dorms.  The city was very quiet that night so they would be able to get them sedated rather easily.  Colgate said, "Come on guys, let's go get them!"

They stampeded towards the Cakes and quickly caught up to them.  Colgate's horn was glowing a bright bluish white when she yelled, "Freeze!"

This scared the Cakes and they froze in their tracks.  Colgate levitated the syringes with light sedatives out of her saddle bags and quickly injected her new prisoners with them.  Very quickly the four were a bit disoriented.  They were able to walk but mentally had almost no clue as to what was going on around them.  Colgate ordered, "Alright guys, grab one and let's lead them to the station.  I'll grab the patriarch.  Let's get going!"

The Cake Family was staggering a bit as Colgate and her troops led them to the station.  To the few ponies who were out and about, it appeared as though the Cakes were simply drunks that were being led home.  An hour later they arrived back at the station.  They climbed on board and fully sedated the Cakes.  Colgate asked the engineer, "Could you notify the pony operating the switches that we need to go?"

The engineer followed orders and then got the train going.   He shouted back, "Colgate, where are we going?"

Colgate replied, "We're going to Dodge Junction."

Colgate returned to where her soldiers were holding their new captives.  She looked down and saw that they were not moving but were breathing, which made her very happy.  Her happiness would be short lived though as she realized that it would be light once they arrived at their next stop.  Her eyes became filled with disgust as she sighed, "Damn it, how could I have forgot it would be light when we get to Dodge Junction?  How the hell are we going to get them off the train?"

Pearly replied, "Colgate, we have a body bag for each one of them so there shouldn't be anything to worry about."

Colgate snapped, "I know that but still, if anypony sees us levitating four body bags into the hills they are going to wonder what is going on.  We will be suspected."

One of the soldiers asked, "But Luna knows we are making a stop here and she knows that we are taking prisoners up to the bunker so wouldn't she just clear us anyway?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, that is true."  She breathed a sigh of relief and continued, "Sorry for snapping at you guys but you know how paranoid I get."

A few hours later the train pulls into the station and the engineer notifies them that they had reached their destination.  Colgate injects a powerful dose of sedatives into their captives and puts them in body bags.   She said, "Alright guys, let's get them off the train and head out into the badlands.  It is a long hike."

While she expected the ponies in town to look at them oddly as they headed through town levitating body bags, nopony even noticed them.  It was a cooler than normal day in the desert so the hike would not be as uncomfortable as Colgate thought it would be.  Pearly's stomach was growling.  He asked, "Colgate, will we be going anywhere near that oasis?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, we will be.   We can't stay there forever but I do have enough sedatives with me that we can stay there for a while."

An hour later they arrived at the oasis.  The four began to guzzle water and devour apples as they knew that this was not going to be a short torture session.  Fifteen minutes later Colgate shouted, "Come on guys, I don't want to have to sedate them again.  I don't have an infinite supply of it."

They continued their hike towards the bunker and soon arrived at the entrance.  Colgate headed towards where a hole in the side of the cliff was located.  She lowered her horn and placed it in the hole.   It began to glow as she recited, 

"The bunker is locked, from thy enemies it is blocked,
Crimes of the enemy must be paid for, to do this thou must unlock the door,
In we take the enemy, of which there are many
Inside we kill the bright ones, and the days of light shall be done."

The door slid open and the four began to head in.  Colgate fired a powerful bolt of energy into the bunker to light all the torches as she had done before.  Pearly knew the way to the innermost torture chamber but he did not know the way to any other torture chamber.  He asked, "Colgate, are we going to be taking them all the way to the back like we did the Apples?"

Colgate replied, "No.  I have a different place in mind to take them.  Trust me though.  There are plenty of fun things that we can do to them in there!"

They navigated their way through the maze for thirty minutes until they reached what appeared to be a dead end.  One of the soldiers asked, "Colgate, why did you lead us here?  This is a dead end."

Colgate sighed, "This isn't a dead end.  Don't question me, ok?"

Colgate placed her horn in the hole and fired some energy.  The door slid open and the four took their captives inside.   The first thing they noticed was the stench of rotted corpses.  Pearly actually began to throw up it smelled so bad.  One of the soldiers asked, "Eww....what in the hay is that smell?"

Colgate walked over to the long rotted corpses of Doctor Whooves and Twinkleshine.  She laughed, "It is so good to see you two again!"  She kicked Twinkleshine's remains and continued, "What's that dear?  You're not glad to see me?"

One of the soldiers asked, "Colgate, are you talking to a skeleton?"

Colgate laughed, "Yeah I am but she wasn't very happy to see me."  The soldier was about to say something when Colgate ordered, "Alright everypony, we need to really knock these four out.  I don't want them coming to while we are securing them."

Colgate grabbed the syringes with the strongest sedatives and injected it into their necks.  Within two minutes Colgate could tell that they would not come to, regardless of how they decided to secure them.   Colgate pointed her hoof towards a chair with metallic instruments on it and ordered, "Pearly, secure Carrot Cake in there.  We should have plenty of fun with him."   She pointed her wing towards the wall behind the chair that Carrot Cake was going to be secured in and continued, "I want the rats secured in those hoof cuffs on the wall while I hang Cup Cake from those cuffs hanging from the ceiling."

After Colgate got Cup Cake secured in the hoof cuffs, she stepped on a stone that caused the floor to open up underneath the matriarch of the Cake Family.  The smell of sulfur suddenly filled the room.   One of the soldiers starts coughing and asked, "Ugh, the smell of those bodies was bad enough, what the hay is that smell?"

Colgate, unlike her soldiers, was completely unaffected by either odor.  She pointed her wing down at the underground pool and replied, "This is a pool of sulfuric acid.  It shall be part of the fun we will be having."

A couple hours later the Cakes were finally starting to come to.  Carrot Cake was the first to come to.  He looked up and had no clue where he was.  He asked, "Ugh, where am I?"

Colgate walked up to him and replied, "Oh good, you're awake.  I thought you would never wake up."

He looked up to see Colgate looking down at him with those malicious blue eyes.   He looked around the room and discovered that not only was he being held captive, but so was the rest of his family.  He saw his kids secured to the wall with hoof cuffs and saw his wife suspended in mid-air with hoof cuffs.  He began to cry, "Why Colgate?  What did we do to deserve this?"

Colgate smacked him and shouted, "What did you do, what did you do?  I'll tell you exactly what you did, what all of you have done!  You have done nothing but leave a wave of cavities in your wake everywhere you have gone!  You have made the life of every dentist in Equestria a nightmare!"  She smacked him harder and shouted louder, "Well no more, that ends today!"

He screamed, "You're killing us because other ponies won't take care of their teeth?"

Again Colgate smacked him and replied, "No Carrot Cake, we are not killing you because of that.  We are killing you because your treats give other ponies cavities.  I've had ponies who do brush and your crap still gives them cavities!"

His wife had finally gained full consciousness and discovered that she was suspended in mid-air by a couple of hoof cuffs.  She shouted, "Help!  What's going on?  Somepony help me!"

Colgate bent down and bit one of the ribs off of Twinkleshine's skeleton and threw it at Cup Cake.  She replied, "Oh, I see mama Cake is awake now too."  She started to laugh, "I was worried you would miss out on the fun I have planned for us!"

She looked around to discover that not only was she being held captive, but so was the rest of her family.  She shouted, "Colgate, you monster!  Did you do this?"

Colgate replied, "Well not exactly.  Yes I am the one who put you up there but it was these three who got the rest of your family secured."

Cup Cake noticed that her children still had not woke up yet.  This infuriated her further and she screamed, "What did you do to my kids?  Why aren't they awake?"

Colgate replied, "Oh geez, I probably gave them a bit more in the way of sedatives than I did you two.  You know, with them being younger, I realized they could have become problematic in their transport."

As Cup Cake was getting ready to say something Pearly interrupted, "Colgate, the two rats are waking up."

Colgate replied, "Good."  She walked over to where the Pound and Pumpkin cake were secured and continued, "So, I see the little rats are awake."

Pumpkin yelled, "You bitch, what are you doing to us?"

Colgate saw a brick laying on the floor beneath where the Cake kids were secured.  She remembered how Pumpkin Cake would always suck on anything when she was a foal so she picked it up and rammed it into her mouth.  She shouted, "Here Pumpkin, suck on this before you say something you might regret."

Pound shouted, "What does it matter what we say, you're going to kill us anyway."

She smacked him and yelled, "You don't know that little rat, I might have a change of heart and let you go IF you shut up and don't piss me off!"

Colgate was getting bored by simply yelling at their victims so she decided the time to start the torture had come.  She walked over to Carrot Cake and activated a saw that was attached to the chair.  She threw a switch and it began to lower it towards his left hind leg.  Carrot Cake shouted, "Please no, not my leg!"

Colgate replied, "Alright, I'll stop lowering the saw but your wife might not like it."

He asked, "How could she not like it?  I know she wouldn't want me to lose a leg."

Colgate pointed her wing towards the pool underneath where his wife was hanging.  She asked, "You see that pool down there?  There is a mechanism attached to the saw that if you have me stop lowering the saw, it will start to lower her towards that liquid."  The stench of the sulfur had subsided by this point so he had no clue what kind of liquid it was.  

Carrot Cake asked, "What kind of liquid is that?  Is it water or something else?"

Colgate replied, "It might be water, it might be something else."

Carrot Cake asked Colgate to stop lowering the saw so she threw the switch to where the saw would stop lowering.  Once it stopped lowering his wife began to be lowered towards the acid.  He, just like how Doctor Hooves felt about Twinkleshine, decided that a little bath would not hurt her.  She continued to be lowered lower and lower and eventually her hooves hit the acid.  She began to scream in agony and also just like Doctor Hooves did, he screamed for Colgate to stop lowering her.

Colgate asked, "So do you want me to continue lowering the saw towards your leg?"

Carrot screamed, "Yes, please.  Just stop hurting my wife!"

Colgate laughed, "Ok!  Don't go complaining when you only have three legs!"

She activated the switch that would continue to lower the saw and stop lowering Cup Cake.  As the saw continued to lower towards Carrot's leg Pound screamed, "Stop it!  Don't hurt my dad!"

Pearly smacked him and shouted, "Shut up rat.  He asked for it!"

Once the saw began to penetrate the family patriarch's leg he began to scream in pain, "Please, stop!  It hurts so bad!"

Colgate laughed, "Well alright, but your precious wife won't like it!"

She activated the switch that stopped lowering the saw and lowered Cup Cake further into the acid.  Her screams and cries began to get louder and louder, "Please, stop!  Make it stop!"

Carrot Cake shouted, "Stop it.  I don't care what you do to me, just stop lowering her!"

Colgate smacked him and laughed, "Well alright, but don't go whining anymore!"

She threw the switch and his wife's descent stopped while the saw continued to plow through his leg.  As it cut through his bone his screams were so loud that Pearly and her soldiers covered their ears.  Once the leg was cut off the saw stopped.  Pumpkin spit the brick out of her mouth and shouted, "How dare you!  How dare you do that to my dad!"

Colgate picked up her father's leg and began to savagely beat her with it.  She shouted, "Shut up little rat!  Unless you want to be forced to take part in your parents' death, you'll be quiet."

She began to sob quietly after the beating.  Colgate patted her on the shoulder and asked, "Pumpkin, did your dad abuse you a lot as a foal?"

She screamed, "No, he did not abuse either one of us, ever!"

Colgate laughed, "Well until now!"  She walked over to Carrot, gave him a stern look and asked, "Carrot Cake, do you not know how severe of a crime foal abuse is here in Equestria?  Do you know you could be locked up for the rest of your life?  Do you know you could be beat everyday for the rest of your life?"

He shouted, "I did not beat her.  You took my leg and beat her with it."

Colgate smacked him and replied, "It doesn't matter.  It was your leg that made contact with her so according to Equestrian law, you are a foal abuser and now you must pay the penalty!"

Carrot sneered, "Oh and what is that?  Are you going to kill me?, cut another leg off?"

Colgate replied, "Well that isn't what they would have done up in Canterlot but taking another leg sounds like a good idea."  She moved the saw to where it was over his front right leg.  She continued, "Remember, you can have me stop it's descent but just like before, your wife won't like it!"

Cup Cake shouted, "Sugar Plum, don't let her take another leg, I'm not worth it!"

Colgate sighed, "Well Carrot, are you going to take her advice or do you wish to spare her any further pain?"

He replied, "Just take my leg."

Colgate laughed, "Excellent!"  She threw the switch and the saw began it's descent towards his leg.  Once it hit his leg he screamed out in pain begging her to stop.  Colgate continued, "Alright, but your wife won't like it!"

She threw the switch again.  The saw stopped and Cup Cake continued to be lowered into the acid.  Her screams were much more agonizing than before and finally Carrot screamed, "Please stop lowering her!  Do what you want to do to me but please stop hurting her!"

Colgate smacked him and shouted, "Would you make up your bucking mind?"

She threw the switch again and as the saw plowed through his front right leg he screamed louder than before.  Finally the saw stopped on its own once it went all the way through his leg.  Colgate was finished sawing his legs off and decided Cup Cake had taken enough of an acid bath so she threw a switch which raised her out of the acid.  Her family looked over in horror to see that her hind legs had been stripped entirely of their hide, leaving bare bones.

Her family began to cry in agony.  "Why Colgate, why must you be so brutal?"  cried Pound Cake

Colgate grabbed his father's leg and beat him with it.  She screamed, "Because ALL OF YOU are a cancer upon this world!  You have done nothing but get ponies to eat your cavity causing treats for many decades and I can no longer allow that to happen!"

Colgate looked at Pearly and her soldiers and ordered, "Release the matriarch of the family from her bounds, just don't drop her in the acid.  I still have plans for her."

They lowered her and stood her up on the floor not too far away from the acid pool.  As soon as they let go of her so she could stand on her own, her back legs snapped in half because they could not support the weight of the rest of her body.  When Pound and Pumpkin saw this, both of them began to struggle trying to free themselves from the hoof cuffs but to no avail.  Colgate saw this and laughed, "So you two want out to save your mom?  I'll let you out but there is one thing I must do first."

She levitated a brick and began to slam it into their hind legs, shattering their bones.  Their cries were so loud that it was hurting everypony's ears, even Colgate's.  Once she was finished she released them from their bounds.  She kicked them and laughed, "Well little rats, now you can go over and save your mom."

Unable to walk, Pumpkin and Pound Cake had to pull their bodies forward using their front hooves.  Once they got over to their mom Pound asked, "Colgate, so when are you going to release dad?"

Colgate walked and kicked him.  She shouted, "When I'm damn good and ready little rat!"  She began to stomp on Cup Cake and shouted, "Would you keep your damn rats quiet?  They're driving me up the wall!"

Cup Cake asked, "Pound, Pumpkin, could you please be quiet so maybe Colgate won't be so mean to us?"

The two nodded as their captors stood above them.  Colgate was staring at Pumpkin Cake and was licking her chops.  She began to laugh, "You know Pearly, I had candy canes a while back so I am wondering, should I eat some pumpkin cake now?"

Cup Cake dragged herself to where she was laying in front of her daughter and angrily shouted, "No!  You have hurt my daughter enough but you will NOT eat her!"

Colgate levitated the angry mother out of the way and pounced on Pumpkin.  She began to rip the hide off of her flanks where her cutie marks were.  Her victim was screaming in agony and thrashing about but it did no good.  The blue Alicorn was far stronger than her and would not be denied.  A few minutes later all that remained on the young mare's flanks were bitten off skin as Colgate had eaten her cutie marks.  Colgate began to laugh, "Oh look at the blank flank guys!  Isn't she just so pwecious!"

Pumpkin shouted, "Buck you Colgate!"

Colgate began to stomp on her face and shouted, "You shut up you filthy mouthed little rat!   It is not wise to speak to me like that so now you must pay the penalty!"

In a furious rage she pounced on top of her and began ripping the hide off of her torso and devoured it.  Soon the ribcage was visible.  Colgate, like she has been with other victims recently, bit down and clamped on the ribcage and broke it open.  Pumpkin was screaming and crying so loud that it was echoing off all the walls.  Colgate smacked her and yelled, "Would you shut up!  I'm sick and tired of hearing your shit."

Pound Cake lunged at Colgate and managed to bite her leg, sending Colgate into a furious rage.  She picked him up and threw him on top of his sister.  She glared at him and said, "You know Pound Cake, your sister is in really bad shape.  You could let her lay there and suffer or you could do the humane thing and put her out of her misery."

Pound shouted, "You want me to do your dirty work for you?  No, I will not do that!  I will not kill my sister!"

Colgate laughed, "Well it is your choice.  If you kill her I'll heal you and your parents.  I will even let you go, no questions asked."  She gave him a sadistic grin and continued, "Well, what's it going to be?  Are you going to sacrifice one for the good of the rest of you or will you do nothing and ensure the end of all of you?"

Pound nervously replied, "I'll sacrifice one for the good of the rest of us."

Colgate pointed her wing down at Pumpkin's heart and ordered, "Eat it."

He began to bend down as Pumpkin shouted, "No, don't kill me brother!  Please don't kill me.  She's lying, she will still kill all of us anyway."

Colgate gave him a warm smile and said, "Eat it and the rest of you will live."

He bent down and clamped his sister's heart in his mouth.  She let out one final scream as he ripped it out.  Before he had a chance to spit the heart out, Colgate lunged on him and put her hoof over his mouth.   She shouted, "You're gonna want to chew boy!  Hearts can't be swallowed whole."

Pound Cake was choking and gagging but eventually he chewed the heart up and swallowed it.  She patted him on the side and laughed, "Good boy!  Keep obeying me and you will be rewarded with your freedom."

His parents were repulsed by what they just witnessed and began to vomit uncontrollably.  She laughed, "Wow, you two have weak stomachs.  I for one enjoyed watching that show."  She headed over towards the chair that Carrot Cake was secured in and continued, "Hmmm.....what to do next?"

She unlocked the hoof cuffs and threw him out of the chair.  She picked up one of his legs and began to beat him with it.  She shouted, "Get over to the rest of your family so I can heal all of you."

Carrot Cake asked, "You're really going to heal all of us?  Seriously?

Colgate gave him a warm smile and replied, "Of course!  I did say that if your son ate his sister's heart that I would heal the rest of you and release you.  I'm not going to go back on my word!"

While Carrot and Pound Cake truly believed that she would release them, Cup Cake has a sixth sense and could see a look of pure evil in Colgate's eyes.  She knew that they would not be released.  She said, "Honey Bun, she's not going to free us.  She just wants us closer together so it will be easier to kill us."

Carrot was moving along slowly, which was really frustrating Colgate and her soldiers.  Pearly walked up to him and kicked him.  He said, "You know, you're moving along quite slowly.  I'm sure you will be punished more severely if you don't pick up the pace."

He picked up the pace and eventually reached where his wife and son laid.  He saw the horrible physical shape his wife was in and the distraught shape his son was in but what bothered him most was the lifeless corpse of his daughter.  He cried, "Colgate, I know you're mad at us for making sugary treats, but did you really have to kill her?"

Colgate replied, "I didn't kill her, your son did.  If you want to yell at anypony, yell at him."

Pound yelled, "How dare you pin this on me!  Had I not done what you told me to, you would have made this worse on all of us."

Colgate looked at Pearly and asked, "So Pearly, think I should mark the remaining Cakes."

Pearly nodded and replied, "Well you're the pony in charge so that is your decision."

Colgate said, "Well I think I'm going to."   She walked over to Pumpkin's corpse and grabbed her head.  She bit down on the horn and began to yank on it.  It didn't take her long to rip her horn out and head back to the rest of the Cake family.  She asked herself, "Hmmm....who should I mark first?"

She decided that she would mark Pound first since he was the one who killed his sister.  She ordered, "Pearly, help me hold this one down.  I'm sure he will struggle."

Pearly held Pound Cake down as Colgate took the horn and carved the word RAT into his abdomen.  She laughed, "Well now little rat, you are marked for what you are."

Despite wanting to scream, yell and cuss Colgate, Pound knew that all it would do is cause her to be even meaner than she already had been.  Colgate picked up Pumpkin's horn and asked herself, "Hmmm.....who do I mark next?"

She walked over to Carrot and kneeled over him.  She continued, "Now what label do I give him?"  She sighed and continued, "Damn it Colgate, normally you have things like this planned out well in advance."

Carrot was stunned.  He asked, "Wait a minute, you've done this before?  How many ponies have you killed?"

While Colgate knew the exact number she decided she would lie to give her answer more shock value.  She replied, "You know, I'm not sure exactly.  I lost count over a decade ago."

All three of her victims cringed in horror.  They also knew that Colgate was appointed the head of the EDA by Luna shortly after she was crowned queen.  Cup Cake asked, "Does Luna know about this?  Does she know you've been killing ponies for years?"

Colgate laughed, "Of course she does!  After all, she's the one who ordered me to have anypony with bad teeth hunted down and tortured to death!"

Carrot shouted, "But we don't have bad teeth!  Does she know about you doing this to us?"

Colgate replied, "No, she doesn't know about me doing this.  She doesn't know I'm the one who killed Apple Bloom, Applejack, Fluttershy, Gustave, Mulia Mild, Twist and Donut Joe either and I plan on keeping it that way."

She bent down over Carrot and began to rip the hide off of his abdomen and once she reached the ribcage, she broke it open to expose the internal organs.  She laughed, "And since I have revealed this information to you three, I have no choice but to make sure you'll never reveal it to anypony.  That would not be in the best interests of my ultimate mission."

Carrot was screaming in agony, "And what is your ultimate mission?"

Colgate replied, "To wipe out all dental problems in Equestria, that's what.  I believe it is my duty, my moral obligation to wipe out those who have bad teeth and those who produce foods that cause cavities.  The world will be a far better place without those problem ponies."

She began to eye Carrot's lungs and decided a slower, more painful death should be in store for him.  She grabbed a sharp pointed instrument and poked a hole in the bottom of both of his lungs.  He was screaming in pain but also it began to become a bit harder for him to breathe.  She was leaning over him watching his heart began to race faster and faster as his breathing became more troublesome.  She began to cry tears of joy, "I have never seen anything so beautiful in my life!   Collapsing lungs are truly an amazing sight!"  

Colgate decided that part of the punishment for Pound and Cup Cake would be watching the patriarch of the family die.  She levitated them over to where they could watch his internal organs at work.  She laughed, "Isn't the inner workings of a pony's body beautiful?  Aren't those collapsing lungs a truly wonderful sight?"

Cup Cake began to cry in agony as Pound began to cry in fury, "Buck you Colgate!  I hope Luna banishes you to the sun when she finds out you did this!"

Colgate smacked him and replied, "She won't because she will never find out.  If I am questioned about your disappearances all I have to do is falsify your dental records and I will get away with this scot-free."

He began to scream every obscenity in the book at her, which pissed her off but she decided that screaming and yelling at him was not the route to take this time.  She snickered, "My my Pound Cake, aren't we the little potty mouth."

Before he could say anything Colgate picked his mother up and threw her into the acid face first.  She began to scream in agony and despite having his back legs broken, Pound flapped his wings and pulled himself towards his mother with his legs.  He did get her pulled out before it was too late but her face had suffered considerable damage.  When he got her on her back he saw a truly horrid sight.  A majority of her face had been burned off, her eyes had been completely disintegrated and her tongue had been mostly eaten away.  With most of her tongue missing all she could do was moan.  Pound realized that neither one of his parents were going to make it.  He sobbed, "Mom, dad, please don't leave me!  I don't want to be all alone."

Colgate levitated Cup Cake to where she was laying right next to Carrot Cake.  She threw a dagger down at Pound and laughed, "Well little rat, I think we all know what needs to be done here.  Your dad's breathing is becoming weaker and this is no way for your mom to live.  You can either extend their suffering or you can end it."

Pound's crying intensified, "I thought you said you were going to heal us and let us go if I killed my sister."

Colgate smacked him and replied, "I lied little rat.  Now do what you've gotta do."

As much as he hated it, he knew that his parents were beyond saving.  Crying harder than he had ever cried before, he began to ram the dagger into his mother's chest.  She was screaming in agony as he just couldn't hit her heart.  After ten stabs he finally hit the heart and his mother's body went limp.  Colgate smiled and said, "Well rat, your mom's suffering is over, now go take care of daddy."

Carrot Cake's breathing was very erratic and he was already close to death.  He saw his son kneeling over him with the dagger but with the shape his lungs were in, all he could do was grunt and shake his head.  He had tears in his eyes realizing that his own son was going to kill him.  With tears in his eyes Pound said, "I'm sorry dad, but I can't stand to see you like this anymore."

He plunged the dagger into his heart, making his passing immediate.  He crumpled over his parents' remains and sobbed louder and louder.  Colgate walked up and kicked him.  She laughed, "My my little rat!  You must have really despised your family for you to kill all of them."  She levitated him to where he was eye to eye with her and asked, "So little rat, did you like killing your family?"

He screamed, "You bucking bitch!  You made me kill them!  I bucking hate you!  I hope Luna executes you for this!"

Colgate screamed, "Look rat, like I said before, I'll falsify your dental records and this will be completely legit."  She began to slam him into the wall with full force over and over, causing most of the bones in his body to break.  When she dropped him she walked over to him and could still hear him breathing.  She continued, "Wow rat, for you to survive that, you have to be tough."

Despite his body being broken he could still speak.  Rather than call her every name in the book he decided to show some sympathy.  He replied, "I'm sorry we did this Colgate.  I forgive you for everything you have done to us, I'm sorry for calling you names."

This did not sit well with Colgate.  She screamed, "Oh, so now you're going to be a little goody horse shoes?  You think that will cause me to heal you and let you go?"  She began to cackle, "Well you thought wrong little rat!  May your final moments, however brief they may be, be the worst moments of your life!"

She levitated him and dropped him into the acid pool.  His final screams were deafening but were very short as he quickly sank to the bottom of the pool.  Colgate stepped on the special stone and closed the floor over the pool.  She looked at her soldiers and said, "Mission complete guys.  I have killed everypony I wanted to, let's head home."

Pearly asked, "What about Amethyst?  What are you going to do when she returns and asks you about your decision?"

One of her soldiers added, "You know she's not going to be thrilled when she discovers you went through with this."

Colgate replied, "Yeah and I am going to have to tell her about my past, what I did before I met her.  I have a lot more blood on my hooves than she thinks."

Pearly asked, "When she does come back, do you want all of us to be around or do you want us to be gone?"

Colgate replied, "I think it would be best if you guys were all gone when she gets back.  I have a feeling that things are going to get rather heated and I don't want her to maybe fire energy at any of you.  I know she might do that since you helped me with this."  She pointed her wing towards the exit and continued, "Come on guys, let's get going."

Given that they did not have any ponies to levitate they quickly reached the exit.  Once they got there Colgate placed her horn in the hole and recited, 

"The enemies have paid the price, for in their torture they squealed like mice,
Now the hunt goes on, for more must disappear and be gone,
The princes of light are dying, which is most satisfying
Soon darkness will forever shroud the land and attacking us will not be in the outsiders' plan."

It was well after dusk once they left the bunker, which caused Pearly and the two soldiers to be disoriented.  Pearly asked, "Uh Colgate, which way do we go to get back to Dodge Junction?"

Colgate replied, "Look, create some light with your horn as I am and follow me.  We will stop at the oasis, refuel and wash this blood off of ourselves.  After all, we don't want to go into Dodge Junction covered in blood, even if we are the only ponies out and about, it would be risky."

When they arrived at the oasis a thunderstorm had moved into the area, which made it unsafe to even drink out of the lake, much less bathe in it.  Colgate sighed, "Great, just great.  Unless this rain gets heavy enough that it will wash the blood off of us, we will probably be questioned by somepony when we get to Dodge Junction."

One of her soldiers asked, "Why can't we bathe in the lake while there is a thunderstorm?  I think it would be quite refreshing."

This was one of those facehoof moments for Colgate.  She wondered how in the world anypony could be so stupid.  She replied, "Look, water is a conductor for lightning.  If you want to get killed by lightning be my guest but I'm not putting my life on the line like that."

As they continued towards Dodge Junction the rain picked up in intensity and much to their surprise, it washed all the blood off of their fur and out of their manes.  When they arrived in town the rain had become so heavy that the muddy streets were flooding.  They headed over to their train and got on board.  Colgate said to the conductor, "Let the pony operating the switches know we're leaving so we can get back to Ponyville."

The conductor did as ordered and they began to head home.  On the way home they didn't say much but once they got home they would celebrate.  Once they got home they headed to the castle and went straight to the dining hall where they had a massive feast.  After this feast they had a meeting in the throne room.  

Once the meeting started Colgate addressed them, "Well I want to thank all of you for helping me finish this mission.  Now hopefully the remaining big time bakers will know that continuing to make sugary treats will result in them disappearing without a trace."

Pearly had a solemn look on his face and asked, "Colgate, I don't mean to break the cheerful mood in here but what are you going to do when Amethyst returns?  I know she wasn't real thrilled about you wanting to do this."

Colgate replied, "Well I will have to tell her the truth"  She sighed and continued, "Pearly I'm sure you know this but as for you two soldiers, I am going to let you know something that may change your future.  Before she stormed out of the castle, she gave me an ultimatum."

One of the soldiers asked, "What kind of ultimatum?"

Colgate replied, "Well she was mad as hell when I made these plans to go after the Cake family.  She decided that she could no longer stand to be part of these abductions and torturing ponies to death.  She told me that I had to pick either my bloodthirsty ways or her, so when she returns I will have to make that decision."

The soldier asked, "How would that affect our future?"

Colgate replied, "Well the thing is Luna sent all you soldiers here to assist me in hunting down and abducting ponies who fail to take care of their teeth.  If I choose Amethyst over what she calls my bloodthirsty nature, you guys would probably have to return to Canterlot because I would no longer need a special army.  A few of you might get to stay around to guard the castle, well if Luna even lets me remain as head of the EDA and continue to live in this castle."

Pearly asked, "What do you plan on doing?  Are you going to choose continuing to torture ponies or Amethyst?"

Colgate replied, "While my inner, dark nature is saying to choose torture but my heart and the rest of me is saying to retire from doing this and pick Amethyst, so I will most likely choose Amethyst."

While Colgate had decided that she would choose Amethyst, what she didn't know was that once Amethyst discovers that not only did she brutally torture the Cakes to death but also her past before she met her, that she may not be quite so willing to stay with her. 












> A Royal Visit

While Colgate and her soldiers were headed to the train station, Amethyst and her family were sitting down for supper.  The route Colgate would be taking to get to the train station took her right by Amethyst's parents' house to where she could be seen from the dining room window.  Amethyst had her back to the window but Golden, sitting right across from her, saw Colgate and her soldiers walking by.  She suddenly had a distracted look on her face.  She got up to head towards the door when Dinky, Amethyst's younger sister asked, "Mom, are you ok?  You seem a little distracted."

Golden replied, "Oh, I'm ok sweetie.  I just thought I heard something outside so I'm checking it out."

Golden walked outside and looked off to the right where she saw Colgate heading to the train station.  She was thinking that she and her soldiers were probably heading off to capture the Cake family.  She wanted to tell her daughter about this but knew that supper was not the time to do so.  When she got back in Written Script asked, "Golden, is everything ok?"

She replied, "Yeah, everything is ok."  She looked at Amethyst and continued, "Amethyst, we need to have a talk after supper, just you and me."

Amethyst nodded as they began to eat.  She wasn't eating as much as she normally would because she was wondering what her mom wanted to talk to her about.  Finally after supper Amethyst and Golden headed up to her room.  Amethyst asked, "Mom, what is this about?  Does it involve Colgate?"

Golden replied, "Yes, it does.  I saw her and three of her soldiers headed off to the train station.  I know you said that she wanted to go and abduct the Cakes.  Well I think that is where they are headed, to abduct them and likely kill them."

Amethyst hugged her mom and began to cry.  She cried, "I guess she has made her choice.  I guess she chose her blood lust over me."

Golden held her daughter close and asked, "I'm sorry sweetie.  What are you going to do?  Are you going to file for a divorce?"

Amethyst replied, "I plan on it but the bad thing is that since Queen Luna married us, I would have to talk to her directly about this and she would probably have a meeting between her, Colgate and myself."  She sighed and continued, "And I know when Colgate tells her that I have smacked her a few times during our marriage that Luna will hold that against me.  She might even take my wings away."

Golden broke their embrace and asked, "Seriously?  You smacked her?  Has she ever hit you?"

Amethyst replied, "No, she hasn't.  She doesn't believe in spousal abuse."  Her crying only intensified as she knew that she could be in a world of trouble.  She continued, "Yes we have had bitter arguments, but rather than hitting me, she simply storms off to her office to cool down."

Golden shook her head and said, "Oh geez Amethyst, if you do ask Luna for a divorce, I know Colgate will tell her about you hitting her.  I know you will be punished for that because spousal abuse is a felony here in Equestria.  She might not just take your wings away, but she would likely lock you up."

Amethyst realized that Colgate had also committed crimes.  Her eyes lit up a bit and she replied, "Well I'm not the only one who has committed crimes.  When she learns of Colgate murdering ponies that did not have bad teeth, she will not be happy.  So I have my own things that I can hold over her head."

Golden knew that Amethyst would need to go to Canterlot soon as Colgate may not be gone for a long time.  She asked, "Amethyst, when do you plan on going to Canterlot to talk to the queen?  I  think you should go soon because Colgate may not be gone but for a couple of days."

Amethyst replied, "I think I should go tomorrow.  I know I need to hurry."  She hugged her mom and asked, "Do you think you could come with me?  I don't want to ask Luna about this alone."

Golden knew that she would be nervous so she decided that she would go up with her.  The following morning after breakfast they headed over to the train station.  Golden asked, "Amethyst, are you sure this is what you want?  I just want to know before we buy our tickets."

Amethyst replied, "I'm sure mom.  I just can't take Colgate putting torture ahead of me anymore."

Golden nodded and the two bought their tickets right before the train to Canterlot left.  The trip there took forty minutes and by the time they got there Amethyst was a nervous wreck.  Golden held her close and said, "Honey, it is going to be ok.  I know Luna will want to hear both sides of this before she decides what should happen with both of you in this divorce."

Amethyst asked, "Mom, she loves Colgate like a daughter.  What if she won't grant it?  What if she decides I should stay married to her?"

Golden replied, "Well I have a feeling that you may not have to worry about this.  I know how Colgate is.  She might consider you doing this as a form of betrayal and demand a divorce, which I am sure Luna will grant."

They stopped their conversation when the train pulled into Canterlot.  The two headed to the castle immediately where they were met by two guards.  One of the guards said, "Stop!  Who goes there?"

Amethyst replied, "Well my name is Amethyst Star, I am Colgate's assistant and this is my mom, Golden Harvest.  We need to speak to Queen Luna."

The guard was unsure as to whether they should be trusted so he headed to the throne room while the other remained behind to prevent the two from entering the castle.  The guard rushed into the throne room and said, "Your Majesty, there are two ponies of questionable nature who wish to see you."

Luna asked, "And who are these ponies?"

The guard replied, "One of them goes by the name of Amethyst Star and the other goes by the name of Golden Harvest."

Luna knew who they were but wondered why Colgate would not be with them.  She said, "Bring them in.  They may speak with us."

The guard returned to the entrance and said, "Follow me to the throne room."

They followed the guard into the throne room where they were greeted by Luna.  She walked out to them and asked, "Amethyst, Golden Harvest, what are thou doing here."  She smiled and continued, "We take it thy physical condition hast improved?"

Amethyst asked, "What do you mean?  I was never sick."

Luna replied, "When Colgate came to charter a private train to go and abduct some bad patients she said that thou wast ill and that thou wanted her to go without thee to abduct these bad patients."  She stomped on the floor and continued, "Art thou telling us that Colgate lied about thy condition?"

Amethyst growled, "She said that I was sick?  She told you that just so she could go through with her evil, sadistic plans?"

Luna replied, "Apparently she did lie to us but her plans were not sadistic.  She said that she was going after some bad patients, which is part of her job AND thy job.  Art thou saying that thou decided to not do thy job?"

Amethyst yelled, "She did not go after bad patients, she went after the Cake family just because they make sugary treats."  Again she stomped her hoof into the floor and asked, "Did you give her permission to kill the bakers?"

Luna gasped, "She did what?"

Amethyst repeated, "She killed the bakers, and it wasn't just the Cakes that she has gone after.  She has went after others as well."

Luna replied, "No, we did not give her permission to kill the bakers.  We only gave her permission to kill those with bad teeth."  She glared at Amethyst and asked, "Why did she go after Equestria's bakers?"

Amethyst replied, "Because they cause ponies to develop cavities.  She decided that if she were to turn Equestria into the cavity free utopia she has dreamed of for decades that she would have to wipe them out."  

Luna's eyes began to shine white which is a sign of pure anger on her part.  The room began to darken as she screamed, "She is doing what?  She has went beyond what we gave her permission to do."  She headed towards the door and continued, "Follow us Amethyst, follow us Golden, we shall go to Ponyville and wait in the castle for Colgate to return.  There she shall answer our questions."

Golden, who had been quite the whole time nudged her daughter and said, "Amethyst, ask her what we initially came here for."

Amethyst gulped and said, "Queen Luna, I have an important question for you.  I am sick and tired of Colgate's bloodthirsty mentality.  It seems like all she cares about is torturing ponies.  I feel as though she cares nothing about me or our marriage."

Luna asked, "What art thou wanting to ask us?"

Amethyst replied, "Queen Luna, I want a divorce from Colgate.  Everything I just mentioned has brought me too much heartache."

Luna said, "Well we will have to meet with Colgate over this and see what her view on this is.  We will happily grant thee a divorce but to know what should be done afterwards, we need to speak with her."  Luna pointed her wing towards the door and continued, "Follow us, we shall go to Ponyville."

The three headed to the train station and headed towards Ponyville.  The other ponies on the train looked kind of shocked that the queen would be riding on a regular train but knew better than to say anything.  Once they arrived in Ponyville Golden asked, "Your Majesty, how long do you think Colgate will be gone?"

Luna replied, "Probably a few days."

Golden said, "Well I will return to my home.  I do not feel like being away from home for that long and besides, if I leave Written Script there alone for that long, the house will be a disaster area when I get back."

Luna asked, "What about thee Amethyst?  What dost thou wish to do?"

Amethyst replied, "Well I think I will return to the castle with you.  After all, I do want to be there when Colgate returns so we can get answers out of her right away."  She got a smile on her face and continued, "And besides, I think if we catch her right as she walks in the door, we will make her nervous and she will tell the truth."

Amethyst and Golden hugged before parting ways.  Amethyst followed Luna to the castle where they would wait for Colgate's return.  While they were alone, Amethyst was hoping that she could turn the queen against Colgate but that would prove to be unsuccessful, as Luna was the type of pony who does not play favorites.  




> Exposing the Truth

The following day Colgate and her soldiers arrived in Ponyville.  As she exited the train the engineer asked, "Colgate, do you want me to stay here or do you want me to return to Canterlot?"

Colgate replied, "We are home so you may return the train to Canterlot.  Be sure and tell Luna that we thank her for allowing us to use the train."

The engineer nodded as the three headed towards the castle.  Colgate said, "Well it will be nice to have a good meal tonight.  While the food we ate while we were gone was alright, nothing beats the food the chefs fix."

When they arrive at the castle Colgate opens the door to find something she did not expect.  In front of her was Luna and Amethyst, both scowling at her.  Colgate asked, "Queen Luna, Amethyst sweetie, what is wrong?"

Amethyst screamed, "YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT IS WRONG!  I KNOW WHAT YOU DID WHILE I WAS GONE!"

Colgate replied, "Well I did what I had to do.  I finished my mission......."

Amethyst began to cry, "You finished your mission and made your choice huh?  I should have known you would pick your bloodthirsty ways over me!"  She kicked the wall and continued, "I WANT A DIVORCE!"

Colgate went silent.  Tears began to run down her face as she replied, "You don't mean that do you?  You know I love you."

Amethyst began to cry in anger, "You say you love me?  Why didn't you stop me from leaving to go be with my mom when I gave you that ultimatum?  Why didn't you just say I choose you right then and there?"

Colgate replied, "Well I......"

Amethyst interrupted, "I know exactly why.  It is because you just had to go kill the Cakes isn't it?  You knew that if you chose me right then and there that you couldn't go and kill them.  I know spilling blood and taking lives is your true love, not me."

Luna glared at Colgate and asked, "So Colgate, is this true.  Dost thou care more for torture and killing than thy wife?"

Colgate replied, "No, I love Amethyst more than anything."

Luna yelled, "Then why did thou LIE to us when thou requested that train to go abduct those 'bad patients?'  Why did thou claim Amethyst was ill when thou knew that she was perfectly fine.  We do not much care for lies, especially when somepony lies to us!  We find that as most disrespectful.  Perhaps we should remove thy wings and banish thee to the sun!"

Colgate could tell that things were going downhill for her in a hurry.  She began to wrack her brain trying to figure out how to turn the tables and expose Amethyst and her lies.  She glared at Amethyst and asked, "So Amethyst, have you told Luna about how much fun you had killing Donut Joe?  Have you told her about how you took part in the deaths of Apple Bloom, Applejack, Fluttershy, Mulia Mild and Gustave le Grand?"

Amethyst went from thinking she had won Luna's favor to being very nervous.  She replied, "Well I, you see, uh, no, I haven't."

Luna glared at her and asked, "So Amethyst, thou claims to be sick and tired of Colgate's bloodthirsty nature when thou actively takes part in it?  Hast thou taken part in any other tortures?"

Amethyst replied, "Well the only ones I didn't take part in were the cases involving Twist and the Cake Family."

Luna asked, "So it is a matter of who she tortured to death, not a matter of that she was doing it.  Are we right?"

Amethyst replied, "Well....." she sighed knowing that she had to tell Luna the truth.  She continued, "Yes, it is a matter of who she went after, not why she went after them."

Luna glared at both of them and said, "Well, we think that all three of us need to have a meeting.  We know thou hast probably done many things that we do not know about."

The two looked down in defeat as they realized that Luna had caught onto their lies.  They followed Luna into the throne room where she would begin to question them.  She decided she would start from the first moment she met Colgate.  She asked, "Colgate, we remember when thou went up to Canterlot and hired Amethyst and Sea Swirl.  Thou said that Pinkamena and Lyra simply went to Manehattan and never returned.  We want to know, what REALLY happened."

Colgate realized that she finally had to reveal the truth, which she had spent nearly two decades hiding.  She stood tall and replied, "I will tell you what really happened your Majesty.  Regarding Lyra, she had become defiant and threatened to expose a secret I was holding at the time and I could not allow that to happen.  So I took her into the basement of my practice I had at the time and killed her."

Amethyst gasped, "You did what?"  She realized that the pony she loved so much had been hiding a dark past, that she hid her darkness from her from the moment she hired her.

Luna ordered, "Please continue."

Colgate continued, "Well regarding Pinkamena, when she was still in her Pinkie Pie state she caught me stealing a large meat grinder from the butcher and I could not allow her to reveal that information so I had to do what a pony has to do."

Luna asked, "Colgate, we remember seeing Pinkie in her Pinkamena state.  How long was it after thou were caught stealing the meat grinder and the time of Pinkamena's execution?"

Colgate replied, "Several weeks your Majesty.  It was after her witnessing me cut Moondancer open to retrieve a tooth I forced her to swallow that she turned into Pinkamena."

Luna was stunned by this.  She asked, "Thou killed other ponies in thy past?  How many were killed before thy old practice was destroyed?"

Colgate puffed her chest out and almost in a proud tone of voice she replied, "Well let's see, there was Moondancer, Rarity, Lyra, Pinkamena, Bon Bon, Filthy Rich, Thunderlane, your sister and Dr. White Tooth."

Luna screamed, "What?  You LIED about Dr. White Tooth killing those ponies too?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, I did.  I had to lie so that I would not get locked up."

Luna stood there in shock.  While she knew that Colgate was telling her the truth, she couldn't help but wonder if she was hiding anything else.  She asked, "Colgate, what else was thou involved in before the explosion that destroyed thy old house and practice?"

Colgate replied, "Well, about that explosion.  I am the one who was responsible for that explosion."

Luna asked, "How wast thou responsible for the explosion?  It is believed that it originated in the basement of the hardware store."

Colgate replied, "Well, I'll tell you how.  That day I headed to the hardware store to purchase a ten gallon propane tank even though I didn't need one.  I discovered that they keep the tanks in the basement so that night after everypony went to sleep I broke into the hardware store.  I headed down into the basement, released the valves on all the tanks, cranked the heat as high as it would go and got out of there.  I knew I had to be at home when the explosion took place so that nopony would suspect me."

Luna asked, "Colgate, how didst thou know the explosion would wipe out thy house?"

Colgate replied, "I knew it because I knew that gas line that served the hardware store served that whole row of buildings on that side of town.  I knew the blast would direct downwards and rupture the line, which would then cause every building it ran under to explode and burn."  She paused to catch her breath for a minute and continued, "And there is something else I must admit.  The whole time from when I hired Lyra until the explosion I was running a secret dental hospital where I would torture ponies with bad teeth to death.  I needed a way to destroy the evidence of it and a natural gas fire was the only way to do it, and obviously it worked."

Luna's jaw dropped open when she heard this.  She had not expected Colgate to not only be so honest with her, but to go into so much detail about what happened.  Luna asked, "Colgate, how didst thou know a natural gas fire would work?"

Colgate replied, "Well natural gas burns very hot and I knew it would melt away those spiked chairs, the meat grinder, the chainsaw and it would definitely incinerate the bodies into dust.  Yes the explosion almost claimed my life but in the end it was worth it."

Luna smiled and said, "We thank thee for being so honest about thy distant past.  Amethyst has told us about thy recent past involving the bakers.  Is this true?"

Colgate replied, "Yep, every bit of it.  I am responsible for the deaths of Apple Bloom, Applejack, Fluttershy, Twist, Donut Joe, Mulia Mild, Gustave le Grand and the entire Cake family."

Luna shouted, "THOU KILLED APPLEJACK?  THOU KILLED THE ONE PONY I THOUGHT OF AS A TRUE FRIEND?"

Colgate replied, "I guess I did."

Luna had always been good friends with not just Applejack, but the entire Apple family.  She broke down crying, "I don't get it Colgate, how could thou kill her?  She never had a single cavity and yet thou executes her like a common pony with bad teeth."

Colgate replied, "Luna, I'm sorry I killed her but she was involved in making sugary treats that have caused many, many cavities and gum diseases.  I simply couldn't allow that to happen anymore.  It was the same with the rest of them, I just couldn't allow it anymore."

While Luna was angry that Colgate had killed Applejack, she was satisfied that she had got all the answers out of her.  Deep down she wanted to kill Colgate but honesty is one quality she values in ponies and given Colgate's honesty, she just couldn't do anything to her.

She looked at Amethyst and asked, "So Amethyst, what art thou hiding from us?  We know thou had problems with Colgate's bloodthirsty nature but from what we understand, thou hast taken part in many, many tortures with Colgate.  What caused thee to suddenly be against it?"

Amethyst replied, "Well, it is just a matter that I grew tired of it several months ago."

Colgate interrupted, "Come on Amethyst, don't lie to our queen.  You got more pleasure and was more sadistic in the torture and murder of Donut Joe than I was."

Luna asked, "How long ago was this?"

Amethyst replied, "It was a few months ago."  She began to cry and finally admitted the truth, "Alright, I admit.  It was only the murder of Twist and the Cakes that bothered me.  With the rest of them, I was perfectly fine with them and enjoyed doing it."

Luna asked the two, "Is there anything else thy queen should know about?"

Amethyst replied, "Your Majesty, I have committed other crimes.  When Colgate and I argued over what was done to Twist and the Cake Family, I smacked her."

Luna's eyes began to glow white and she yelled, "What?  Thou smacked Colgate?  Dost thou know of how serious of a crime that is?"  She looked at Colgate and asked, "Did thou smack her at any time?"

Before she could say anything Amethyst interrupted, "No your Majesty.  Colgate never once hit me.  When she would get mad she would simply go to her office and shut the door until she cooled off."

Luna sighed, "Good grief, we don't really know what to think of all this.  We know something must be done but we don't know what.  We shall stay with thee for a couple of days and think about it.  Once we have made a decision we shall let thee know."  She yawned and continued, "Were are thy VIP sleeping quarters?  We need to take a nap."

Colgate replied, "It is up the stairs, third door to your left."

Luna nodded and headed up to her room.  In the throne room Colgate and Amethyst glared at one another.  For the first time since they had known one another, there was a sense of hate radiating from the two.  Colgate was extremely angry that Amethyst would ask for a divorce and bring Luna here so her past would be exposed while Amethyst was angry over Colgate hiding her past.  That night Colgate would sleep on a couch in her office while Amethyst slept in their room.

Luna was laying there that night trying to get to sleep but just couldn't come to terms with everything she had heard that day.  It also bothered her that two ponies who once loved one another more than life itself would hardly talk to one another and wouldn't sleep in the same room.   She hoped that rather than there being a divorce, that she could bring the two to some sort of reconciliation and most of all, she hoped she could restore the love that once existed between the two. 





> Luna's Decision

Three long, stressful days had passed in the castle.  Luna spent most of her time in her sleeping quarters trying to figure out what to do given everything that she had learned, General Pearly Whites spent most of his time with the regular soldiers to avoid the stress while Colgate and Amethyst continued to barely speak to one another and sleep in separate rooms.   This really bothered Luna and made her feel rushed in making her decision.

Finally on the fourth day Luna made her decision.  During breakfast, which had been like the other days which had been tense, Luna said, "Alright, we have come to a decision.  We need to speak to thee in thy throne room after breakfast."

After breakfast the two nervously followed Luna into the throne room.  Luna sat at the front of the room and said, "Colgate, Amethyst, thy queen hast come to a decision."

Colgate replied, "Whatever your decision is your Majesty, I will accept it."

Amethyst added, "As will I."

Luna kind of wanted to scare them before reading the verdict.  She sighed in disgust, "Colgate, thou hast committed many, many crimes.  Thou hast taken the lives of more ponies than most soldiers have, and for that thou must be punished!"  Her frown deepened as she continued, "Colgate, we forbid thee from ever practicing dentistry again as thou can not be trusted.  We know how thou is when it comes to bad patients, thy belief that they must be punished and because of that we can no longer trust thee."

Colgate's head dropped when she heard this, dentistry had been her passion ever since she was a foal and now that had been taken away from her.  Tears were running down her face and she buried her face in her hooves.  She began to cry, "I'm so sorry your Majesty.  Please don't take the thing that I have been so passionate about my whole life away.  I'm begging you, please let me remain a dentist."

Luna snapped, "Colgate, thou hast proven to us that thou can not be trusted.  We know that if one of thy patients has cavities, gum diseases or any other problem that thou will torture them to death."

Colgate asked, "Your Majesty, Ponyville can not go without a dentist and the ponies here trust me.  I am not sure if they would even see the dentist if I was to no longer be able to practice."

Luna replied, "Oh we are sure they would.  Thou are not the only dentist in this country."

Colgate said, "You know something your Majesty?  I have had many, many patients tell me that if I were not the dentist here in Ponyville that they would not even go to the dentist."

Luna glared at Amethyst and asked, "Amethyst, is what she says true?"

Despite the fact that they were angry with one another, Amethyst replied, "It is true your Majesty.  It seems like every patient that comes in says the same thing during every single appointment."

Luna sighed, "Well maybe we will change our mind, if thou can convince us thou are trustworthy."  She then turned her gaze to Amethyst.  She asked, "Amethyst, while Colgate has committed many crimes, thou hast committed thy own crimes that we have made our decision on."

Amethyst asked, "What is that?"

Luna replied, "Given that thou did take part in some of the tortures of those who we did not give thee permission to torture, we are stripping thee of thy license to be a hygienist.  We are sorry but thou hast proven thyself untrustworthy as well."   Her frown deepened as she continued, "And the fact that thou hast smacked Colgate is most serious.  Normally such an action would result in thee being banished to the sun but we shall let Colgate decide thy fate."   She looked over at Colgate and asked, "Colgate, what dost thou wish to happen?  Dost thou want us to banish thy abuser to the sun or for her to suffer some other fate?"

Despite the fact that she was extremely angry with Amethyst, deep in her heart she did still love her and that came to the surface.  She began to cry, "Please don't do anything to her your Majesty.  Please don't punish her."

Amethyst looked over and saw the look in Colgate's eyes and the tears running down her face.  She could see that Colgate did still love her.  This caused her eyes to light up and she asked, "Really Colgate, you don't want her to punish me?"

Colgate hugged her and replied, "Yes Amethyst, I don't want her to punish you.  I am so sorry for how I have been here lately.  I am so sorry I put going after the Cakes ahead of you."

Luna couldn't help but smile when she saw them interacting this way.  She said, "Alright Colgate, we will not punish her."  She stood there and put her wing up to her face as she went into deep thought.  

Colgate saw this and knew she was thinking about something important.  She asked, "Your Majesty, is everything ok?"

Luna replied, "Yes, everything is ok.  We have decided that we shall allow thou to continue practicing dentistry and we shall not revoke Amethyst's hygienist license."

Both ponies rushed up to Luna and said in unison, "Thank you your Majesty, thank you!"

Luna replied, "We know thou are happy but thou must adhere to one agreement for us to allow thee to continue to do what you do.  Thou must promise to never torture anypony again.  If thou does so, not only will we strip thee of thy licenses, we will execute thee as well.  Do we have a deal?"

Colgate and Amethyst replied in unison, "We have a deal your Majesty."  

Luna replied, "Good but be warned, we will have ponies watching you and we will drop in unexpected every now in then so don't even think of trying to get away with any torture."

The two nodded knowing that their queen meant business.  Colgate also wondered if she would still be head of the EDA.  She asked, "Your Majesty, will I still be the head of the EDA?  Will I still be in charge of approving new dental licenses and renewing existing ones?"

Luna replied, "Of course.  Thou hast done an excellent job on that so we shall allow thee to continue to do so.  She saw Amethyst looking like she was going to ask something so she continued, "And before thou asks Amethyst, thou shall continue to be Colgate's assistant, just as thou are Colgate's hygienist."

Before they knew it lunch time had arrived.   Tensions were running high that morning but by midday those tensions had mostly eased.  While Luna had a feeling that things had eased between Colgate and Amethyst, she still wondered if their love would be rekindled or if they would simply be co-workers with a romantic past.





> A Return to Normal

The three headed to the dining hall for lunch where they were joined by General Pearly Whites.  He saw that they looked much less stressed and wondered if everything was ok but he wanted to know for sure.  He asked, "Your Majesty, Colgate, Amethyst, is everything ok?"

Luna replied, "Yes General, everything is alright.  We have ironed things out and things will remain the same, for the most part."

Pearly asked, "What do you mean 'for the most part?'"

Luna replied, "Well Colgate and Amethyst will continue to live here in the castle, they will continue to run their practice and they will remain heads of the EDA.  The primary difference is that from this point forward they are forbidden from torturing anypony for any reason."

Pearly knew that this would cause some major changes, changes that would affect the lives of all the soldiers.  He asked, "Your Majesty, does this mean that I along with the soldiers will be returning to Canterlot?"

Luna replied, "No, it does not.  Most of you will but you along with a few regular soldiers will remain here to protect the castle along with Colgate and Amethyst."

Colgate was surprised that Luna would give them any kind of protection given that they are not royalty.  Amethyst gasped, "Seriously?  You're going to allow Colgate and I to have protection even though we are not royalty?"

Luna replied, "Of course thou shall still receive protection.  Thou are part of our government and besides, thou lives in a castle, which makes thou a target for jealous ponies who may be envious of thee."

This brought out nervous looks on the two's faces but Luna reassured them and let them know that they had no need to worry, that she would also keep an eye out for them and punish anypony who may try to breach the castle or harm them.  Their lunch was the most stress free meal that had been eaten in the castle for quite some time.  After lunch Luna ordered Pearly to gather all of the soldiers together.

Luna headed out to the housing area for the soldiers and addressed them, "Alright troops, we want to let thee know that Colgate and Amethyst will no longer be torturing ponies."

One of the soldiers asked, "Your Majesty, does this mean that all of us will be returning to Canterlot with you?"

Luna replied, "No, not all of thee.  Most of thee will return with us but five soldiers shall remain here with Pearly.  Which of thee wishes to stay here?"

This was a question that Luna would not get the desired answer with.  Every single soldier raised his hoof screaming that he desired to remain with Pearly.  This irritated Luna quite a bit, not just because it made it harder to decide who to leave behind, but it also made her feel like they do not like her.  She looked over at Pearly and ordered, "Pearly, pick the five thee desires to stay here."

Pearly headed into the crowd of soldiers and hoof picked the five that he desired to remain with him.  The rest of the soldiers sighed in disappointment.  Luna pointed to an area outside of the castle grounds and ordered, "Soldiers, gather there while we say our goodbyes to Colgate and Amethyst."

While the soldiers headed outside the castle grounds Luna headed back up to the throne room and caught Colgate and Amethyst in a loving embrace.  She smiled and asked, "We take it thou hast made up and thy love hast returned."

Colgate replied, "Yes your Majesty.  While you were out addressing your troops we talked and discovered that our love still exists."

Amethyst gave Colgate a kiss and added, "And our love is as strong as ever.  Thank you your Majesty.  Thank you for everything you have ever done for us."

Luna replied, "It is our pleasure."  She looked towards the door and continued, "Well we must be going.  We shall see thee again soon."

The two rushed up to Luna and hugged her thanking her again for what she had done for them, especially for helping them realize that their anger and hate was irrational.  Luna smiled and told them that she must get going.  When Luna got back outside she looked at Pearly and said, "Well General, we shall see thee later."  She then yelled at her troops, "Let's go troops, let's get back to Canterlot."  

Pearly and his soldiers waved goodbye to Luna and the other soldiers.  They headed into the castle and were greeted by Colgate and Amethyst, who had their wings wrapped around one another.  Pearly smiled and said, "Well it is good to see you two back to normal."

Amethyst replied, "Well it feels wonderful for things to be back to normal.  I just hope that things will stay this way."

Colgate had decided that since there were only a few soldiers remaining that they should move into the castle.  She addressed her troops and said, "Well troops, I have a question.  What would you think about moving from the barracks into the castle?"

One of the soldiers asked, "Really?  You want us to move in here with you?  Are there enough bedrooms?"

Colgate replied, "Yes, there are enough spare bedrooms for each of you to have your own bedroom.  Each bedroom has it's own bath so you won't have to worry about sharing bathrooms."

The five remaining soldiers cheered loudly and rushed to Colgate, hugging her and thanking her.  Colgate smiled, "No need to thank me.  If you want to thank anypony, thank Luna.  She is the one who decided that five of you may remain here."

Pearly asked, "Will all the soldiers be staying on the same side of the castle with me or will some be on your side as well?"

Colgate replied, "They will all be on your side of the castle as there are no spare bedrooms on the side that Amethyst and I sleep on.  After all, we can't have anypony too close to our quarters."

Pearly said, "I know, you two are loud enough most nights anyway."

The two blushed and Amethyst said, "Come on now general, we're not that loud!"

Pearly replied, "Not that loud?  You two make so much noise that I can barely sleep on most nights!"

Colgate said, "Shhhhh......General, I do not want the soldiers to know this stuff."

One of the soldiers suggested, "Well general, we could always wear ear plugs.  That way they can make all the noise they want and we can still sleep."

Colgate noticed it was time for supper and cleared her throat, "Ahem......it is time for supper."  She smiled at the soldiers and continued, "And for those of you soldiers who stayed here, have I got a surprise for you!"

One of the soldiers asked what it was but Colgate simply told them to follow her.  When they arrived in the dining hall they discovered that there were five more chairs around the table than normal.  One of the soldiers asked, "Wait a minute, we get to eat in here with you now, don't we?"

Colgate replied, "Yep.  You live in here now so you will eat in here as well."

They all began to have a friendly conversation until their meals were brought to them.  The soldiers were amazed by the high quality of the meal.  When they lived out in the barracks, their meals were generally your normal mess hall food but what they would be eating now was food of a very high quality, something they had never had before in their lives.  Colgate could see the happiness in their eyes.  She said, "Well troops, you can expect meals like this all the time now.  No more mess hall food for you!"

The troops again began to cheer.  After a delightful evening of conversation and relaxation, Amethyst began to head up the stairs.  She smiled and asked, "Colgate sweetie, are you coming to bed."

Colgate rushed towards the stairs and replied, "Of course sweetie!"

The two rushed up to their bedroom and locked the door once they got inside.  The soldiers could hear their giggling, moaning and squealing all the way down in the throne room.  One of the soldiers asked, "What is that noise?  What are they doing up there?"

Pearly replied, "That noise is the sound of normalcy.  While it was rather annoying for years, I no longer find it as such.  As long as I hear that noise every night, I know things will be normal and stress free."

From that point on, things quickly returned to normal in the castle.  Colgate and Amethyst would spend four days a week working in their practice, on some Fridays they would go through new license requests and reviewing renewal requests and they would spend their weekends in joyful, close knit bliss.  Most importantly though, they stayed true to their promise to Queen Luna and never again harmed a single pony.  The two realized that life had not only returned to normal, but that it had become better than before.  They both realized that it truly was a great time to be alive.
