> Old Style Apple Bucking > by Michael Hudson > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- > The most awkward story, ever. > -------------------------------------------------------------------------- “Apple Bloom, are you okay?” Apple Bloom looked back at her marefriend. She didn’t quite know what could possibly be telling her something was wrong. All she was doing was trying to stand on her head while counting backward in Swahili— a normal ritual she performed when she wanted to talk to Granny Smith about something that horrified her. She simply continued to count until Babs bumped her with her booty which pushed her to the ground. “What did you do that for?” “I don’t know, so my lover can stop acting like her grandmother and give me some of the attention I deserve?” Babs put one hand next to Apple Bloom’s head as she lowered herself to kiss her. She soon found herself falling while Apple Bloom rolled out from under her and through Babs’ arm. “Ow!” “Sorry honey, but you deserve it. How am I supposed to talk to Granny now?” Babs glanced at the frantic mare and raised an eyebrow. “‘Honey’? Look, ‘lover’ is okay seeing as our sex is possibly the best thing I’ve ever had in my life. However, you are not allowed to act like a housewife after only a week. Besides, why are you so scared about talking to our grandma? You're eighteen, aren't you?” Apple Bloom looked over at the idiot she apparently had decided to fall for. “Yes, but you know how old my granny is, right? Fillyfooling isn’t exactly a traditional idea.” Babs paled and began to open her mouth slightly. She then slammed it shut and jumped to her hooves. “Fuck her then. I’m coming back with you, so we’ll tell her together. We're both eighteen and should have nothing to fear. Besides, I made a pledge to myself not to leave you alone again, and I ain’t letting some stuck up prick stop us.” Apple Bloom raised an eyebrow. “I don’t normally take kindly to ponies talking about my grandma like that.” Her arms slipped around Babs and she nuzzled against her chest. “I think I can forgive you though, especially when you managed to be kind of sweet while doing it.” Babs gripped Apple Bloom’s flank tight as she gave her a deep kiss, just like the many they had shared in the past week. She still couldn’t believe what had become of their reunion, though she was in no way complaining. “I’m going to make you regret calling me cute.” Apple Bloom broke out of Babs’ grip and stuck her tongue out. “Only if you can catch me.” “Get back here!” Babs ran after her with a huge grin. ======+++++====== Babs took a moment to breathe in the sweet smell of the Sweet Apple Acres. She had been gone for so long and loved the scent. She mainly blamed that to the fact that it reminded her of Apple Bloom, who was currently running about as she desperately tried to calm down. “I told you to relax. Granny Smith loves you too much to do anything too mean.” “Are you kidding me?” Apple Bloom’s heavy chest heaved as she tried to grasp what Babs had just said. “She still makes a lot of the decisions on the farm, could beat me in an arm wrestling, and can even stare down a swarm of parasprites and just laugh at them! If I get on her bad side, she could even disown me!” Babs thought, That might actually help me, as she joined her cousin. “We’ll be fine, I promise.” “I would darn hope so. Now, what was this talk I heard about dismemberment?” Both mares very slowly turned their heads to the ancient mare who looked up at them. Apple Bloom gave her the biggest smile she could muster. “Hi, Gr-Granny.” “Well, you young’uns? You didn’t get in trouble in Manehatten, did you?” “N-no, Granny, we were–” Babs stepped forward. “We got into the exact opposite of trouble; we got into a relationship.” She paused as Granny raised an eyebrow and forced Babs to continue. “Well, we got into a good kind of trouble, at least.” Apple Bloom thought she might have a heart attack as hours passed in the clearing. Hours of agonizing torture passed as her lungs burned and she sue that her heart would burst at any moment. Granny Smith boppeed her anxious granddaughter on the head. “It has been five seconds, dearie, and it is fine.” “How?” Both mares stared at each other as their jaws went slack and their eyes tried to escape their skulls. “Babs?” “What? I was expecting her to hate this too!” Granny let out a soft chuckle as she gestured for them to follow her. “Nah. It isn’t like you two are the only Apples to ever decide that another of your kin was good enough for a tastin’. In fact, I believe I was the first one and my situation was just like yours. It was a hot summer’s day if I recall correctly...” Babs’ eyes steadily grew wider as she realized just where this might lead. “She isn’t going to–” She cut herself off when she realized that Apple Bloom was already blood-red and nodding. “Nothing can stop her when she starts a story.” Granny walked into the house and gestured for them to sit on the rug while she stepped on the the couch and settled herself. “Not only was it summer, but the farm was even hotter with the family reunion going on, and it wasn’t just the sun. When ponies use the term ‘homegrown bodies’ as a compliment, almost any Apple is what first comes to mind. In fact,” she said as she turned to Babs, “I believe yours are the smallest pair of apples I’ve ever seen on an Apple member.” Babs grit her teeth. “Thank you for the information, Granny.” “Ah, now don’t feel bad. It has opened up the family to plenty of accusations of being called the Melons instead.” Apple Bloom groaned. “Can you please just get back to the story so it can be over sooner? I really don’t need to hear my granny talking about boobs for a moment longer then I absolutely need to.” “Oh, alright, little filly, I’ll get back on track. So, as I was saying, it was during the family reunion, and if you pay attention to any of my stories about those, you’d know I had a favorite cousin too who had turned 18 recently, just like me.” Babs’ lifted her head and started listening closer. Granny noted it and smiled to herself as she saw through the young mare’s earlier bravado. “Oh, how your great-aunt Apple Rose was a thing of beauty. We hadn’t seen each other in a couple of years and were both flabbergasted by how the other looked. Now, I take a good bit of pride in Apple Bloom following me in the breast department, but Apple Rose definitely had me beat. Her large bosom was even too large for bras, or so she told me. I still think it was just a clever lie to let them swing free and distract others.” Apple Bloom glanced down at her own chest and then tried to imagine them on her grandmother. She immediately killed the image with fire as her future started forming in her mind. Nope! “In fact, the only way we still won the three-legged race was by me only staring straight ahead, and even then it was a hard-fought victory. I think the other competitors were also thrown off by the two beautiful rumps in lead.” Granny took this as a chance to swing her hips and almost make Babs throw up. “Unfortunately, my strategy failed the moment we crossed the finish line. I turned to her like I had all those times before as we continued to run along the path. However, it wasn’t like all those other times. This time I saw a strong, beautiful, and enchanting mare looking back. I had expected my jealousy of her bosom to destroy me, but in the end it proved to be those wondrous purple eyes.” Babs and Apple Bloom glanced at each other for a moment and caught each other’s gaze. They sighed as they shared in the romantic sentiment. “So our hooves soon got tangled up and we found ourselves crashing through the brush of the west fields. When somepony asked if we were okay, I was the one to respond. Boy am I happy they took my word for us being okay, otherwise this story would simply end with my hands on your great-aunt’s breasts. Apple Bloom leaned forward. “Can it? Please?” “Don’t be silly, Apple Bloom. I’d be lying then. Now, back to me and your great-aunt, who was currently beneath me. Now, I don’t think you can blame a mare for indulging a little as her breasts were softer and fluffier than mine, albeit a little hard to hold when they’re that big. She definitely didn’t mind, though.” Both mares were hard at work repressing everything that came to mind, except maybe the moral of this story. That was the only way they thought they might survive this traumatic evening. “I remember chuckling as I continued to press into her bosom. I think I had realized just how embarrassing the whole situation was and couldn’t figure out a good way to remedy it. Your great-aunt proved that I didn’t know awkward when she kissed me though. That was a kiss my heart still hasn’t ever forgotten. It was brief, it was tender, but the amount of care put behind it was more than I think any stallion has done for me before, even your grandfather.” Apple Bloom gasped. “But you and grandpa always seemed so happy.” Granny smiled at the young mare. “Now, hold your horses. I never said I didn’t love your grandfather and think he gave me some of the best years of my life. He never was my true special somepony though, but he was a close second and I will miss him.” After a brief pause Granny cleared her throat. “Back to the story then.” “The tragedy of the kiss was that it was terribly brief, as I immediately balked at a kiss from somepony who had only ever been a cousin of mine. Her being a mare didn’t help all that much. I failed to remember that we were tied together and she landed on top of me.” Babs gave Apple Bloom a smug grin. “We were a little smarter than that, weren’t we?” Apple Bloom could only become beet red as she nodded. The last thing she wanted to do was have to explain her and Babs meeting and hoped Granny wouldn’t ask for an explanation. Luckily for her, Granny Smith had already decided to simply continue the tale. “If that kiss was the single most passionate moment of my youth, the tears in her eyes were by far one of my most painful. All she could do was mutter, ‘I’m sorry,’ as she tried to get away from me too. She was in too much of a panic to get herself free, and I couldn’t leave a family member in so much pain like that.” “We talked for almost an hour about how we felt for each other. It soon became apparent that our friendship was stronger than we had thought and that our feelings were of love, not lust. With that decided, we tried to be responsible young mares. That lasted a brief five seconds before I pounced on that wagging tail of hers. “Her shorts were off faster than Big Mac when he hears dinner’s ready. I can almost feel the same shudder that moistened my lower lips back then, now.” Both mares held back the urge to vomit this time. “Her soft, peach fur felt amazing against my face and I wanted to simply lie down in it. Or, I would have if the temptation to give it a nip wasn’t stronger. You should have seen Apple Rose fuming at me, but immediately switched to loving it as I nibbled and licked her plump rump.” At this point, Apple Bloom couldn’t take it anymore. She ran into the bathroom to try to rid herself of the idea of her Granny talking about a ‘plump rump’. Babs, on the other hand, could only wonder how Apple Bloom’s rear would taste. “I never was the patient type though and quickly was at your aunt’s folds, giving them some hearty licks. I slightly regret it to this day as apples just haven’t tasted the same since. Still, the sound of her moans only made me want more. My time back there had to take a detour because of dinner.” Apple Bloom popped back into the room and furiously nodded her head. “Yes, dinner, which you should be making, like, right now!” Granny glared at her. “You can be patient, or you won’t be having no surprise casserole tonight, Missy!” Babs was quite surprised as Apple Bloom sat back down in defeat. Then again, her curiosity about the ‘surprise casserole’ would have possibly killed her. “Your aunty Apple Rose was always a smart one though and came up with a fast idea to get the action going. As much as I hated her for leaving my reach, I loved her coming back and pushing me down. The feeling of her fingers on my thighs as she pulled down my jeans was amazing. What was better was the scent of her wet pussy as it hovered over my face.” “The best part was when we dipped our heads. Our tongues mixed in union with the other’s folds and went to town teasing each other. We got so loud in our moans that I thought the whole family must have heard, but we probably wouldn’t have cared. For a few brief minutes I had found ecstasy like I never had before.” Granny Smith suddenly paused and got much quieter. “But it was only for a few moments.” Apple Bloom looked up as she bit her lip. “As horrifying as this tale was, I need to ask... Why aren’t you two still together? It sounds like you had what Babs and I have now.” “It was rather simple. We couldn’t see each other. No matter how much we enjoyed each other’s company, no relationship can withstand years between visits.” Both mares sitting on the floor glanced at each other. Apple Bloom attempted a smile as Babs looked at the floor. Granny paused as she noticed the two and smiled at them. “Now girls, you really don’t think that this will be you, do you?” Babs glanced up, but couldn’t keep her eyes there. “She was your favorite cousin.” “And she lived so far away.” Apple Bloom glanced at Babs and gripped one of her hands as a tear stung the edges of her eyes. “And you two barely saw each other.” Granny let out a hearty laugh and looked back at the two of them. “You whippersnappers are forgetting one very important detail. Back then we only had our farms. In fact, we were only starting our farms and had no one to help them if we ever a family member ran off. Now though…” Granny paused for a moment as she considered her next words. “Now it only takes commitment and sacrifice to join two ponies together. But all relationships take sacrifice, and I can see it with you two. Your love far outweighs anything that might keep you apart.” Apple Bloom almost cried as she stood up. “But what about all of you?” “I never said I was gonna let you go now. You two might be close, but I’m not losing my favorite grandpony to somepony else after they’ve only been going out for a week.” Babs laughed and snuggled against her love’s barrel. “Besides, I think I need to make sure I can sacrifice a bit myself before asking anything of you. Even if that sacrifice is some of the time I wish we could spend together.” Apple Bloom finally lost control and burst into tears. “Darn it. I’m gonna get back at you for this, you know that right?” “I wouldn’t have it any other way.” Granny let out a shrill call from the kitchen. “Now, if you two are quite done being sappy, I have a surprise casserole to make and now I need to show you two the surprise. That is, unless you don’t want to know.” Apple Bloom was beside Granny in an instant and Babs soon followed. They listened and followed every instruction, but they couldn’t help but get a little playful in the process. Granny sighed internally as Apple Bloom tried getting flour off her muzzle. Good job, Apple Bloom. You found a pony that cares as much about you as I do. Maybe… maybe just a bit more. She pulled out the cinnamon and handed it to Babs. “Here, it is the secret ingredient.” Babs became fuzzy in her gaze as she focused on Apple Bloom, who was still shaking her head. “Take care of it well.” Babs glanced down at the spice. “Um, will do. Thank you, Granny Smith.” Granny smiled and whispered to herself, “No, thank you.”
