Applejack sat in a car with a doctor and a nurse and two guards, they had her bound up so she couldn't escape. Her armes was bound to her back, her legs was tied together, she was blinded, gagged and was forced to sit down. She sat between the two guards, the doctor sat right infront of her, the nurse was checking and updating some of Applejack's papers.

She knew where she was going. She had known that for a long time, since she first saw some doctors come up to her home and threatening her family. She didn't want to, but she had no choice. she knew she was crazy or insane as many called it. Applejack had been sent to Ponyville mental hospitale, she knew that she one day would end up there. Ever since her parents death, she tried to kill herself, hurt herself and every time she was stopped, she blamed herself for their death and thought that she was the one that should have been dead. Applejack didn't trust anypony, only family and her teddy bear, it was the dearest she had, she and her family had insisted that she could keep the bear. Only to have her under 'control'. The nurse held the teddy bear in her hands, she didn't know if it was right to give it to her, but since the bear was hard to take away from her they let her have it. It took both guards to get the bear away from her. When Granny had said it was the dearest she had from her parents. (Her Pa died with the hat) she loved that thing.

The car stopped, the guards grabbed Applejack by the armes and dragged her inside the hospital. Applejack didn't resist she knew she had no chance against them. She was dragged into a room. There was others there, she could hear them whisper about her. She could feel that they were staring at her. She was dragged into a room and untied, she felt her arms and legs free, her gag was taken out her mouth felt dry, at last her blindfold came off. The bright light made Applejack close her eyes again, she slowly opened them getting used to the bright light.

She was in a white room or an office, it was a table with two chairs in the middle, on one side was a huge mirror. She knew it was no mirror but a window. Seconds later a purple alicorn came into the room, she looked shocked at Applejack as she was still on the floor. She glared at the mirror, then helped Applejack up. Her legs shaked and she almost fell. The alicorn helped Applejack over to one of the chairs. Once Applejack was sat down in the chair she walked to the chair on the other side of the table.

"Hallo, my name is Twilight sparkle, but you can just call me Twilight." Twilight greeted, she took out her hand. Applejack looked at the had for a little bit, than shaked it, she didn't say anything. "Your name is Applejack right?" Applejack nodded. Twilight looked at Applejack for a second and raised an eyebrow. "Can you talk?"

"Yeah... Why ya ask?"

"Just wondering, you weren't saying anything..." Twiligh said, she looked at the window, making a sign to start recording. "Okey, so why are we here today?" She asked trying to nice.

"Like ya don't know..." Applejack growled. She glared at Twilight with a little anger and a little sorrow.

Twilight took notice of Applejack's look. "I can not help you if you don't tell my what's wrong" she said.

"It started when ah was a child, ah was about ten years old...





Applejack, Ma and Pa walked along the elderfree forest, it had been a long day at the marked. Applejack and her mom had been at the marked and her dad just came to help them get what they didn't get home. Along the way Applejack almost fell asleep on her father's back, the warmth was so... Relaxing. Applejack's mother had long blond hair and her skin was rose red. Her father had red hair with an orange skin, a brown hat rested on his head. Just then out of nowhere, a pack of timberwolves attacked from the forest. The pack of wolves jumped onto the road. Applejack's mother's scream woke her from her little slumber. Ma and Pa acted quickly, Ma got Applejack of Pa's back and began to back up. Her Pa quickly attacked the wolves, but the wolf attack first and scratch him over his back and head. He fell to the ground, dead. Ma screamed in horror, her scream sadly made the wolves pay attention to her. They quickly jumped at them, Ma was quick to react and she ran. She ran as fast as she could with Applejack in her arms. She ran, when she came to the river she quickly ran up to the small brige. She got under it she placed Applejack under the brige and told her "stay here, I will come back, I promise." They she ran back toward the forest, she couldn't set the town at risk even if it took her life.





"Ah stayed there for two nights waiting, waiting for her to come back, but she never did..." At this point, Applejack had began to sniff. " ah was taken home when some pony found me... "

"I don't see what brought you to this point." Twilight said, leaning back and crossing her arms.

"Ah was getting to that thank ya..." 

"Sorry"

"Well after ah got home, it was some guys that did... Things to me..." She tried to become as small as possible, she felt herself melt away in sorrow and fear.

"You want to tell?"

"They said that they made me into a woman" Applejack felt tears stream down her face. 

"I'm sorry"

"It ain't your fault, it's mine... That's why I should be dead" Applejack closed her eyes and let everything her darkest parts of her mind told her. 

Twilight looked at the clock, 11:38 "I'm sorry, the time is up" two guards came into the room and grabbed Applejack by the arms. "Be careful." They didn't listen to her, they dragged her out of the room.

They dragged her down the hall, and threw her into a small room. The room was white stone, it was only a bed, a bathroom and a iron bar window. She looked at the bed, her teddy bear was laying there. She laid down on the bed and hugged the bear tight and fell asleep.

It had been two days since Twilight became Applejack's new doctor. It had been going good so far, Applejack listen to Twilight at every "command" she did what she was told.

*beep* 

The cell door opened, Applejack turned her head slightly just to see who it was. Of course, it was Twilight. Once Applejack had seen who it was she turned her head back. 

"Applejack? It's time for your medicine." She said, Twilight used her magic and lifted two pills out of her pocket. 

"The drugs ya mean?" Applejack said her tone was dry and angry. She could feel inside anger come out and up to the surface.

"It's not drugs! But you need them!" Twilight yelled, she walked forward and turned Applejack around, she gasped when she saw the blood dripping from her mouth. "What the hell happened?" She asked.

Applejack didn't say anything she looked down at her hand, Twilight followed her gaze. Then Applejack let go, she let go of a piece of broken glass. Blood dripped from her hand, small cuts full of blood ran down her fingers. The glass hit the ground, the blood began to dripp onto the floor.

Twilight picked up the piece of glass and looked at Applejack angry. "How did you get this?"


Applejack looked her in the eyes, tears began to stream down her cheeks. "T-The cafeteria, ah took when ya didn't look" she said, her voice was like a sceard kid infront of an angry mother. "A-ah ahm sorry!" She cried, she was definitely a sceard kid. "Ah won't do it again... Ah...ah... Ah swear!"

Twilight looked at Applejack a little shocked. "I'm not angry, I'm just disappointed. Now let's get you cleaned up and get you some food, what about that?" She said, lifting Applejack's head up. Applejack nodded painfully.

They went into the bathroom, Twilight picked up some towels and cleaned Applejack's scars, Applejack jerked her hand away when the towel touch the scar directly.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to hurt you" Twilight said, she took a hold of Applejack's hand and began cleaning it.

When Twilight grabbed her hand, a painful memory came to her.





A black figure took a hold of Applejack's hand, the grip was strong and firm. She tried to jerk her hand away, but failed. Another hand crashed into her head and everything went black.





"Aahh!!!!" Applejack screamed and jumped away from Twilight. She grabbed her own hand and looked at the scars with tears in her eyes. Applejack was breathing heavily and short, she looked at Twilight with pain.

Twilight slowly got up and walked toward Applejack "Applejack? Are you okey?" She asked tilting her head to get a better wiew of the mares face. She noticed the pain in her eyes. "Something wrong?"

"N-no... P-please, let me go.... A-ah did-didn't do any-anything to ya!" Applejack said, Twilight knew it was painful memories when she said that.

Twilight took a hold of Applejack's sholders, which made her look up at her. "Applejack, I am not going to hurt you. Now listen to me, you are not in danger, not here with me. You can trust me and I promise you, I will never let anything happen to you." The words dug into Applejack's mind, she manged to calm down.

"Ah-ahm s-sorry..." Applejack cried.

"You have nothing to be worried about, let's just go get breakfast" she said, Applejack nodded.

The two girls walked out of the cell and down the hallway. Other patients and guards looked at them as they walked past them.

"Doctor Twilight, why don't she have the straps on?" A male doctor he was yellow-orange with brown mane, asked as he followed Twilight and Applejack to the cafeteria, he had his own patient, she was a light pink earth pony woth dark pink mane, her cutie mark was three ballon, her light blue eyes looked tired and drugged.

"I trust my patient, even if she has some things on her mind, tha does not mean I treat them like you do" Twilight looked over her shoulder to see his patient. "How is Pinkie doing?" She asked, she definitely noticed how sad and drugged Pinkie looked.

"She doing better, better that the first day." He said proudly.

"Let me guess, she didn't try to kill you today?" Twilight said raising her eyebrow.

"Uhhh.... Maybe..." He scratched his neck. Then he looked at Twilight's patient. "How is yours doing?"

"We had a little accident earlier, but she is doing better. She has gotten her medicine today so she should be fine." Twilight looked over at Applejack, who was watching the pink mare beside her. 

Finally they got to the cafeteria, Twilight nodded to the other doctor and took Applejack over to the food. "So? What do you want for breakfast, I know what you probably gonna say. Applepie with apple juice and an apple" she said smiling to Applejack.

Applejack smiled back. "Yeah, ya know me now" Twilight smiled, and got everything. The sick wasn't allowed to me in line of the food, it was alot of sharp things they could hurt themselves with. Applejack just went over to the end of the line and waited.

When Twilight finally came over with the food she smiled "let's eat" they went over to a empty seat and began to eat. Of course, Applejack as any other patients wasn't allowed to eat by themselves. As Twilight ate herself she used her magic to feed Applejack, of course she cept an eye on her.

"So, what was that memory? if you don't mind me asking." Twilight said, as they had both eaten. 

"Just a memory from the guys who..... Well...." Applejack couldn't bring herself to end her sentence, she just looked away in shame.

"Oh okey, I won't ask again." Twilight noticed Applejack's change in tone. "Let's get you back to your room"

"Ya mean the cell.." Applejack mutterd.

"I'm sorry" 

When they walked back down the hallway the guards was starting at Applejack.

"Miss Sparke, we can take her back if you want to" one of the guards said.

"No thank you" she answered.

Without warning one of the guards jumped at Applejack, she screamed as another memory came to her.





A black figure jumped at her, pushing her to the ground. Her young teenage body hit the dirt with a loud donk she screamed and kicked her legs trying to free herself, but to no avail. She screamed more and more, until something was stuffed into her mouth. It was an apple. Applejack looked up at the figures in horror, they were smiling dark at her.

One of the figures went down to her eye level and said "don't worry, we'll take care of you" with that Applejack felt something touch her between her legs.





"Aahhhh!!!!!" Applejack screamed, the large guard had smashed her to the ground. Tears of pain and fear streamed down her face.

"Stop it!" Twilight yelled trying to get them off, but to no avail. Another guard came and took Twilight off the attacking guard. "Let me go!"

"Sorry, but we  have orders from Dr. Stable, he say that he want to take her over to him for a check.

"Fine, but she shall be unharmed." She yelled at the guards.

"Okey" he said with a small smile. He nodded to the guard, that pulled out a syringe.

"No!"

He stuck the syringe into the helpless mare, she screamed before she faded. Her eyes closed, she was drugged. And for no god damn reson.

"What the hell?! Why drug her? She hadn't done anything?!" Twilight yelled.

"Our orders." the guard answerd.

Twilight sat in her office trying to get an idea of saving Applejack, in one way Twilight knew what he would do. He would pain her to she would talk, he would force her to talk. But how? That was something she didn't know.

Twilight picked up the phone, and called the head of the hospital.





Applejack slowly woke from the drugs that had entered her body not even an hour ago, as she opened her eyes slowly but was met with a bright light. The birght white light was so strong that she had to close her eyes again, slowly getting used to the light. She tried to sit up in the bed and rub her head, it felt like she just had gotten a bag of apples in the head. She was laying down on one of the hospital beds, it was also a dark room.

"Ahh good your awake" Applejack turned her head toward the sound, there in the chair facing her sat doctor Stable.

"W-What do ya want?!" Applejack yelped, she tried to move away from him but something hold her back. She looked down, her legs was chained to the bed. Applejack quickly went for the chain on her legs, but her arms was tied up against each other. It prevented her from moving and free herself.

"Don't bother, I know you. I know how strong they say you are, that's why I made sure that the chain can hold back even Bulk Bicep." he said, rising from his chair he went over to one of the benches and picked something up. It was a round bal with straps at each end. Applejack began to panic as she saw it. She tried moving her head back and forth, she jerked at every limp she had but her legs just wouldn't help her, nither would her arms. They felt numb, she couldn't even feel when he stroke his fingers over them toward her face.

When he finally came to her face, he lifted her head up. Unable to do anything Applejack closed her mouth biting down hard on lower lip. She tried to move her head out of his grip, but as punishment for her movements he took a grip on her hair and janked. The pain shot Applejack like when she once stepped on a shovle laying down on the ground, it hit her right in the face and she was out for an hour. "Ow!" Applejack yelped, unable to hold her mouth shut. Making a quick move he showed the gag ball into her mouth.

"That's better" he closed the lock around her head, making sure it was tight on. When the ball was in her mouth forcing it open, he moved back to the bench reaching for something else. When he turned around again with a box in his hand, Applejack looked at it confused. "This is going to hurt, that's why I had to gag you. If the other doctors finds out what's happening down here, I would be fired and send to jail, but don't worry I won't hurt you that much. You are different, more difficult, I have never seen someone like you." He leaned back on the bench looking at her. "I admire it, I like you, and I want to be your doctor." He moved closer to her. "But thanks to Doctor Hooves, I didn't get to. He gave you to the newest doctor! Just because she is from Canterlot! and are world famous! She gets to have the most beautiful girl in Equestria! It's not fair! But now, I'm going to prove that I am a better doctor. I am taking over your care! And nopony else is going to know!" He said, something told Applejack that she wasn't the one that needed therapy.

"Mmhmnm mhmnh!" Applejack cried through her gag. It didn't came out as much but it was better than nothing. She had to do something, just laying there would be like she gave up.

"Hm? Oh don't worry my dear" he opened the box in his hand and took up a necklace with a yellow gem to it. "Your going to love having this on, it makes you love whoever put it on. And from there Doctor Hooves will have no choice but give you to me. You see, I love everyone of my patients. Pinkamena, Screw Loose and now you." He moved in closer with the necklace. "But I can make it easy, tell me everything so I can report it before Twilight Sparkle" he moved in closer. "Oh wait, you can't talk with the gag." He took off the gag and let her breath for a second. "So what do you say?" His face leaned in close.

Applejack's mouth was open screaming for air. She looked up at him for a second, she glared at him, and just out of nothing she spit him in the face. "No! Ah will never tell ya anything!" She spat at him.

Not pleased with her answer, he layed the necklace on a small table next to the bed, he leaned down over her face. "Oh you don't have a choice" Without her seeing it, he grabbed one of the scalpels. He drew the blade gently on her right arm, it bearly cut her skin but it still hurt. Applejack cried out as she felt her blood dripping down her arm.

Just then another memory hit her.





The dark figures moved their hands all over her body, when she felt something on her arm. If was a knife, it cut down her arm letting blood flow free down her arm. She screamed and tried to move away from the knife. Then her arm became numb, she couldn't feel anything, and the world around her slowly faded.





"AHH!!!!" She screamed in pain, the pain became too much for her she couldn't hold it. "Okay ah'll tell, just please stop!" She cried. Just as asked, Stable moved the scalpel away from her. She had to breath fast to not pass out, but all she wanted now was to die.

"Now tell!" He yelled.

"Ah, ah was just a child when mah paren-" she was cut off when the door shot open. In came a herd of guards, they tackled Stable to the ground.

"Doctor Stable your under arrest for rape, voilence against patiens and only making things worse for everypony!" One of the guards yelled.

"No! It wasn't me! It was that Twilight Sparkle! She forced me to do it!" He yelled trying to defend himself and not going to jail forever.

"Oh yeah, I would never hurt anypony. I believe that each patient shall tell when they feel ready for it." Twilight said as she came in the door. She quickly went over to Applejack who was just about to pass out. "Quick someone help me, she needs help now!" She called, her worries was the last thing Applejack heard before passing out from the blood loss.

Twilight noticed Applejack passing out and began to scream out in fear and worry. "Somepony help me!" She used her magic and broke the chains holding Applejack down, she leaned over Applejack trying to wake her up again. "Please Applejack, wake up! Wake up! Please!" She cried.

"She isn't gone, here" came from the door, there stood the head of the hospital, Doctor Hooves himself. He threw a bandage and a tiny syringe to her. Twilight caught it and looked at it. She quickly went to work, wrapping Applejack's bloody arm. When her arm was patched she put the syringe in Applejack's neck.

"It makes sure she will survive, it also makes sure her wound will heal faster." Doctor Hooves said patting Twilight on the back.

"Will she be okay?" Twilight asked. Looking over Applejack's body for more scars.

"Simple, yes" With that Doctor Hooves moved over to Stable. "I hoped you were bettrr than that, take him away" with that the guards took him away.

Applejack snapped awake, she found herself in her old  bedroom. It was a small smell of blood there, but she couldn't place her finger on what it was. Sitting up in her bed she smiled, it had been so long since she had been sitting there. She missed it, despite the smell of blood she could also smell apples, the good smell of unbucked apples. The smell of the farm was something she would never forget. She looked around, everything looked normal. She didn't have any scars or pain.

"What the?" She asked out loud, at the same moment her room door opened. It was Big Mac. "Mac?" She asked reaching out her hand to see if it was him. As soon as her fingers touched him, she let go. Without thinking she jumped at him, hugging him tight. "Mac, Mac ah missed ya! Ah missed ya so much!" She cried into his chest.

He looked at her shocked "Aj? Ah was only out for a minute, what happened? Ya had a nightmare or something?" He asked, hugging Applejack thigh with confusen, he gently began to drag his fingers through her loose mane.

"Yes! It was th worst nightmare ah ever had! Ah was taken to the mental hospital and.... And.... It was a mean doctor and.... It was horrible!" She cried, her sobs was getting louder and louder.

"It's over now, ah am here and ah will always be here for ya. Ah love ya sis" he said, letting go of her he hold her by the arms and looked her straight in her eyes. "Remember that, ah will never leave ya behind, never. Even if ya take a turn for the worse, ah will be there. Always...." His voice faded as everything in the room did, his voice was the last she heard before everything went black.





Applejack woke to the sound of a IV, her eyes fluttered open. But she quickly closed them as the bright light entered her eyes, after some seconds she managed to open them again. Getting used to the light she tried to sit up, she was stopped when she felt pain in her arm. Looking down at it, she saw the bandage was red from all the blood. She looked around the room, it was a loght blue room with white floor and roof. She was laying in a soft hospital bed.

"What the? Mac?" She asked, looking around. Nopony. She was the only one in the room, she sighed as the memory and dream of her brother faded. "Ah wish ya were here Mac...." She sighed, small tracks of tears began to stream down her face. She began to sniff and sob she couldn't stop it, she couldn't hold it back anymore. In the end she sat there looking down and crying. She missed her family, and she knew she would probably never see them again.

The door opened, and Twilight came inside. As soon as she saw Applejack sitting up and crying she rushed over to her. "Applejack! What's wrong!?" She asked, carefully leaning Applejack back to the bed. She used her magic and lifted some paper, drying off Applejack's tears. "What's wrong?" She asked again.

Applejack looked Twilight deep in the eyes, she could see comfort and care. It made her more relaxed. "Ah had a dream, or a memory..." She said.

Twilight looked Applejack back in the eyes, she could see fear, sorrow and loneliness. "Do you want to tell?" She asked, letting go of her face.

Applejack sniffed "Ah saw mah brother, Big Mac. He told me ah would be fine, and he would be there.... But.... But he ain't!" She began to cry hard, her tears streamed down her face, and sniffs and sobs came out of her mouth ever so often.

"Breath, it will be fine..." Twilight said trying to comfort her friend. "Everything will be fine." Twilight hugged Applejack in comfort, Applejack accepted the hug and hugged back, crying on Twilight's sholder.

After some time with crying and hugging, Applejack let go.

"Ah  feel like a baby, crying over nothing." She admitted, drying off the remaining tears.

"Your not a baby, your one of the bravest pati- ponies I know" Twilight said, she didn't like to call the patients, but they were. But Applejack felt like she was a friend, a longtime friend. Even if they had just known each other for a week.

"Ah have a question Twilight..." Applejack asked, finally coming over her dream. "How did ya know? About Stable an all?" She asked.

"Oh, when the guards took you down. I asked them somethings about what the hell they were doing. They didn't give me much, but I followed them to the elevator and saw what floor they went to. The basement, it was wierd. So I went back to my office, trying to find things out. Like what he wanted with you, what I could do to save you... When I called the head of the hospital, Doctor Hooves. Me and I find the camera to what room you where in, and well we found you. Stable are going to jail, he tried blaming me but.... We showed the judge the tape and now he is in jail." She said, smiling at Applejack.

"What about Pinkamena and.... Screw loose?" She asked. Taking sometime trying to remember the names.

"They are getting a new doctor, Pinkamena is getting a new doctor who comes from Cloudsdale. Her name is Fluttershy, she is really nice. And Screw Loose are getting Doctor Hooves." Twilight reassured, it calmed Applejack hearing the others were fine.

"Soo?" Applejack asked.

"Well, your awake. Do you want take your medicine?" She asked taking out two pills out of her pocket.

"Ah don't have a choice, do ah?" Applejack sighed, taking the pills in her mouth. Getting a cup of water from Twilight she swallowed them fast. Twilight smiled smiled to Applejack as she swallowed the pills.

"Umm.... Applejack do you think you're ready to tell the hole story? I mean, you have told a lot, but there is some small details I don't have." She asked.

"Ah can try answer them." Applejack said as she prepared herself.

"Do you remember the group that raped you?" Twilight asked, taking up a cupboard and a pen.

Applejack looked down at her hands before recalling her memories. "Ah remember two of them, ah think... The one was a red pegasus with green hair. And the other was a brown unicorn with yellow and orange hair. Ah don't remember their cutie marks, but ah think ah remember the last ones. He was a yellowish earth pony with brown hair and the cutie mark of three blue horseshoes." Applejack said, scratching her neck.

"Wait! Brown mane, yellowish body color and the cutie mark of three blue horseshoes? I think I know who...." Twilight said writing down all what Applejack had said. "Get some rest, I will be checking on you later..." Twilight said, as she moves Twilight accidentally touched Applejack's hands. As they touched, they felt a little spark. Both of them moved away after feeling it, non of them had ever felt anything like that. It felt electric, good, magical.

"Um... Okay thanks..." Applejack mutterd still in shock after the touch. Without saying more Twilight walked out of the room, leaving Applejack to her thoughts. 





Twilight sat in her office, her face buried in her hands. What happened back there?! An electric spark! A magical spark! She knew everything about magic, and she knew what kind of magic that was. But how?! How could it be possible, Applejack was under care, it was a reason why she was in the hospital. Twilight had been in love before, but she had never felt that spark. Even more, one of her old lovers was a rapist.

Caramel.

Twilight picked up the phone, first call the police and ask them to come to the hospital. Then call Caramel, and ask him to come to the hospital.

"Hallo?" She asked in the phone. "My name is Twilight sparke, could you send a team to Ponyville Mental hospital. We have found a rapist from one of our patients." Some secons later she answered "yes, thank you miss.... Ops, sorry sir" quickly she placed the phone back down.

Taking a deep breath, she picked it back up and called the number of her old lover. "Hallo? Caramel? Yes, it's me Twilight. Could you do me a favor and come to Ponyville mental hospital.... Yes it's important!" She placed the phone back down fast.

An hour later, Caramel came to the hospital to meet Twilight, but he was meet with iron aroud his hands and forced to say who the others were, soon they as well was arrested.

Things had gotten better since Applejack's rapists were taken to jail, after they caught Caramel they set him into a interview to really find out if it was him.

"So, mister Caramel. Is it true that you were in the gang of raping the young female miss Applejack?" A gray unicorn with brown mane sat in the chair on the other side of the table, right infront of Caramel. The yellowish earth pony sat with his head in his hands, that were strapped together.

"For the last time! It wasn't me!" He yelled, looking the police officer in the eyes in anger.

The officer didn't move an inch. "Bring her in" he commanded. Seconds later the door opened and Twilight Sparkle came inside, with Applejack right behind her.

Applejack's eyes were covered, if she knew where she was she would get panic and struggle with all her might. They placed Applejack in the chair next to Twilight. Twilight carefully took off Applejack's blinding, and as expected Applejack screamed as soon as she saw Caramel in the chair. And the panic quickly find it's way to her legs.

So fast nopony was able to get a grab on her, she kicked the door out of its frame. And ran, she ran and ran trying to get away from that monster of a stallion.

"The description match you Caramel, and if you didn't do it. How come she ran away from you.... If you didn't do it" Twilight said walking around the table glaring at Caramel in anger.

''don't act like you didn't like any second of what we did, she probably liked it too'' he said calm, trying to find his way out of it.

''that doesn't prove anything, you did it. If you tell now, your punishment will be less.'' she lied, his punishment would stay the same anyhow.





Applejack ran, she ran down the hallway as fast as she could. Nothing was going to stop her, her fear for that Stallion was unbearable. She really thought she would die. 

As she ran, she ran past many doctors, guards that tried to catch her but failed. She was finally stopped when one of the patient tripped her. Applejack landed face first on the ground, when she recovered she looked behind her to see who tripped her. A rainbow maned Pegasus stood there laughing at her, Applejack go up to her feet to yell angrily  at the unknown Pegasus.

But before she could open her mouth, the mare's doctor appeared. "Rainbow Dash! That was really rude, apologize, now!" Applejack looked at the doctor, unlike the other doctors, she didn't have one of those jackets, instead she had a knee long white dress and a little hat with a red cross on. The mare itself was a white unicorn with curly purple mane. The mare turned and looked at Applejack when Rainbow didn't apologized. "I am so sorry, she doesn't know manners" She said. "I am nurse Rarity, this is Rainbow Dash and who do you might be?"

"ah'm Applejack, and ah'm kinda in a hurr-" She was cut off when the guard saw her, she didn't run though. She knew it would only be trouble.

"there!" one of the guards yelled, as soon as they reached her, they grabbed her by the arms and held her still forcing her head down toward the ground, it didn't hurt too much but Applejack still said something

"can ya loosen the grip a little, it's starting to hurt a little" she asked, the guard noticed her arm's state and did as told. they didn't let go though.

"what's going on?" Rarity asked, both she and Rainbow Dash stood stock still in shock.

"she ran away" he answered, pulling Applejack up and walked back to her room.





Applejack sat in the room waiting for Twilight to get breakfast, she was unusually late. she should be here now... not even a second later the door opened, but to Applejack's surprise it wasn't Twilight. which for a unknown reason disappointed her. Instead it was it was a yellow unicorn stallion with blue grey mane.

"Good morning miss Applejack, I am Comet Tail operation doctor. But miss Twilight asked me to take you to breakfast. Is that okay with you?" he said calm and nice, he knew what the mare had been trout.

"yeah" she jumped off the bed and followed Comet Tail to the cafeteria. They walked into the hallway meeting and greeting many ponies on the way, patients like Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and doctor's like Dr Hooves and Fluttershy. They bumped into Rarity on the way too.

When they got to the cafeteria Comet Tail asked Applejack what she wanted, Comet Tail had gotten some information about Applejack, so he kind of knew. Still he got something else, something he thought would be more healthy for her, spinach soup. As soon as he had gotten them food, they found a free table in the big cafeteria. They sat there for a while, eating.

"soo, where is Twilight?" Applejack asked, breaking the silence they had for a little time.

Comet looked at her "she is in a meeting, helping to decide what punishment Caramel and the other rapists shall get. Don't worry, she will be back when it's all settled." That made Applejack more peaceful, for some reason she had been worried.

"okay" she said, before Comet's magic lifted a spoon of the soup, as soon as she tasted it she spit it out. "what was that?" she asked as she scratched her tongue.

"Spinach soup, I can't believe you don't like that. I love it" he said lifting his own spoon to his mouth. Applejack stared at the "food" in front of her. Soon another spoon reached her lips, without thinking she opened her mouth and drank down the soup.

"hmm..." she said, tasting it for real. "not so bad"

"right" Comet smiled and lifted another spoon to her mouth.

"FIRE!" a pony behind them yelled on top of his lungs. Both Applejack and Comet looked behind them and gasped in horror as they saw the cafeteria kitchen in full blaze. Comet reacted quickly, he raced over to the patients closet to the fire, helping them get out. In his panic he forgot about Applejack. Every doctor had come to help the patients out, but as soon as all the patients were out Comet and other doctors panicked, calling the fire service, police.

But!

Back in the cafeteria Applejack had passed out by the smoke, the fire had slowly spread itself in the cafeteria, the tables and chairs was blazing. In the rush Applejack had been hit with yet another memory.





Smoke, the smell of smoke spread through wherever she was. It looked like she was in a room, her naked body was laying on dirt. The room was a small wooden shack with dirt floor. She looked around for a few seconds when the door opened. She looked up at whoever it was, she couldn't tell. It was a black figure, it looked he was a earth pony, behind him stood two other male figures.

"good you're awake" the figure said, he got closer and bent over. Applejack looked at him in pure fright, she had never been so scared in her entire life. "don't be scared we won't hurt you so much, the only thing we want is that you don't fight us"

Applejack looked up at him, she looked at the figures. One of them had lit a cigarette, it was what smelled so bad.  The other figure had also a cigarette but it was unlit. Applejack shook her head, whatever they were up to she didn't want any of it.

"okay well then" he said before he smacked his hand over her face.





Twilight had just gotten the message that the hospital was on fire. She panicked, so she teleported to the hospital. As soon as she got there, she was happy that they had gotten out, but then something hit her. Applejack! She quickly went to find Comet tail, it didn't take her long when she found him listing off the patients.

"Comet Tail!" She called out running toward him. Comet looked up at sound of his name.

"Twilight Sparkle!" he called back, as Twilight finally got over to him she asked.

"Applejack? have you seen her?" she asked trying to get her breath back. Comet looked out on the crowd of patients and doctors. He scanned the crowd, no sign of her.  He looked down at his list of all the names. "she isn't here!" he yelled, starting to panic.

"where did you see her last?" she asked, grabbing Comet's shoulders and staring him dead in the eyes. Comet looked at the blazing hospital with sad and wide eyes, Twilight followed his eyes and gasped.

The hospital wasn't in full blaze yet, the left wing first floor had blazing windows. The fire ponies was working their flanks off trying to stop the fire. She watched as the fire ponies ran inside to look for survivors, and take out the fire from the source. Not long after the fire started to go down, they did it.

The fire finally stopped, and they could breath out in relief. The doctors was trying to calm down their death scared patients. Pinkamena was crying into Fluttershy's chest screaming and sobbing. Fluttershy was really good at trying to calm them down. Rainbow Dash sat still trying to recover with her small burned marks, Rairty bandaging scars on different patients.

Twilight looked worried at the hospital, she almost jumped when she saw some of the fire ponies carrying out an orange earth pony on his back.

Twilight ran up to him, taking over Applejack's fainted body. "thank you" she said, the fire pony nodded in response.

She gently laid Applejack down on the ground examine her body. She laid her ear to Applejack's heart, it was still beating and her chest was carefully lifting up and down. She sighed out in relief. "thank you Celestia, she alive." She said, her body was in pretty good shape still after the fire. her skin was burned in big shapes here and there, but she was alive.

"she wasn't that hurt in the fire, her left eye was a little burned and some parts of her will have scars for a while or they will last out her life. Her eye will heal in at least three months or so." Applejack woke to the sound of Twilight's voice. She tried to open her eyes to meet Twilight and whoever she was talking to, as she opened them she was meet with a bright white light it made her close her eyes again, slowly she got used to the bright light. Her left eye was covered with bandages, she looked around with only a right eye. 

"okay, just make sure she is healing well." a male voice was heard from Applejack's right. She turned her head toward the voice, there on the chairs next to her bed sat Twilight and doctor hooves.

"what happened?" Applejack asked, getting their attention.

"Oh Applejack, you're awake." Twilight said, jumping up and running toward her happily. "Applejack, dear god your unharmed." she hugged Applejack tight. "well, not that much." She let go of Applejack from her death grip and let her lay back in the bed. Applejack watched Twilight and Doctor Hooves look over some papers at the end of her bed.

"Applejack, we have some bad news and some good news about the injures you got from the fire. Do you want to hear them now or do you want to rest up before we take the heath check?" Hooves asked, placing the paperclip board back to it's place.

"ah can take them now" she said tiredly.

"well, first thing first. your left eye, if you haven't noticed. Your left eye got a little hurt, surprisingly you won't be blind forever. It will heal during at least three months. Some other parts of your body got burned, like your right arm. Sadly it already had a scar and it didn't help that your arm got burned. Since your unhealed knife scar wasn't rightly healed, you will have a life scar." He said sadly looking at Applejack's arm.

"it's better than losing it." Applejack said looking down at her arm, small stripes of blood all over the bandage.

"that's the spirit!" He said smiling.




Two months later




It was only one more month until she could take the bandages off. But today was a special day for Applejack, she had been dying to this day to come. Today, her family would visit her. She had been jumpy all week when she first found out, non stop she had told Twilight about her family and how she loved it.

"ah remember when one time Apple Bloom came into my room as a toddler and woke me up all because she had gotten an hiccup." Applejack laughed as she and Twilight ate their lunch. Two daisy sandwiches and apple juice on the side.

"that sound wonderful Applejack. I had a big brother who loved to bug me when I was studying. he would lift my books with his magic so I couldn't reach them." she joked. "that's how family is" she said as they both broke out laughing.

After lunch Twilight brought Applejack to a speaking room, the only place visitors was allowed to come. There in the waiting room, there sat Applejack's family waiting Big Mac sitting in the left chair and the longest away, he sat there with his face buried in his hands. Granny sat in the middle reading a knitting magazine. While Apple Bloom sat still with her head resting in her hands and waving her legs back and forth. Applejack's mouth dropped open and her eyes watered up. 

Apple Bloom was the first to turn her head, she jumped up from her seat "Applejack!" she shouted happily, only to be hushed by one of the nurses. "sorry" she whispered, Big Mac and Granny looked up and smiled as they saw Applejack standing there.

Seconds later Applejack found herself trapped in their warm loving family hug.

they realised Applejack from their hug. Granny placed her hand on Applejack's cheek and gently looked into her granddaughters eyes. "we have missed ya hun" Granny said with her warm smile.

"ah missed ya too!" she cried as her eyes finally gave away with the tears.

"Applejack how ya been?" Big Mac asked hitting Applejack on the back with her big hands, making Applejack jump forward by the impact.

"Nice seeing ya too Mac, but ah don't think ah need to break my back today..." she said with a awkward smiled.

"sorry, ah just... just..." he couldn't even finish as he broke out in tears and hugged his sister like it was the last thing he did.

"Applejack, ah got my cutie mark, finally!" Apple Bloom said as Big Mac let go off Applejack.

"that's nice, what is it?" She asked leaning down to Apple Bloom's face.

"It turned put that ah a really good to build and fix things." Apple Bloom said happily, hugging Applejack.

"Ah knew ya could do it"

"Excuse me, but I am Twilight Sparkle, Applejack's doctor. It's nice to meet you, she tell me so much about you." Twilight said coming into the picture. Just seconds later she was captured in the warm hug from the entire family. "oomph"

"Let me come forth" They looked behind them to see who was talking. Granny had spoken. Everyone stepped back as Granny walked close to the alicorn mare. She took Twilight over the shoulder and took her some steps away. "Twilight was it?" Twilight nodded. "ya hear now, there is another reason we sent Applejack here. The other doctors don't know because we didn't tell, we or ah wanted only ya to know. Applejack is unstable, we found something out back home. The police came to us not too long ago and talked to us about Applejack."

While Granny and Twilight spoke, the rest of the family. Applejack, Big Mac and Apple Bloom spoke about what was happening outside the hospital and what was happening on the farm.

"we had to go against you and hire some work hooves on the farm, sorry sis" Mac said slightly blushing with embarrassment.

"ah don't blame ya, do whatever ya need to save and keep the farm." Applejack said with soft eyes and voice. 

"we had to fight off someone named Flim Flam brothers. They wanted the farm, but we managed to scare them off." Apple Bloom said smiling to Applejack, who smiled back.

"good" Applejack said hugging her sister.





"it's the police, open the door or we have to break it down." a male police officer, he was a dark blue unicorn with short brown mane. He yelled through the wooden door to a small hut in the forest. A minute later they finally broke down the wooden door. Looking around they saw the wooden hut was a mess, furniture was laying around on the floor. The police staff walked inside and looked around, on one of the selves one of the police officer found a cabin full with medicine and drugs.

"sir, look at this" He said as he showed his boss the cabin. The officer put on a plastic glove and took one out.

"drugs" He said.

Not long after they heard a soft sob coming from one out the three rooms there. "h-help...." they heard, all of them looked up from what they were doing and listened.

"anyone here?" The officer called out. All he was answered with was a soft sob and a little hiccup.  "find out who this is now!" he ordered.

The police quickly went to action and broke down the doors. The first door, closest to the exit was empty the only thing inside was a rope and a bucked. The next door held a bloody knife, a gag ball and a basket with the same drug as they found in the cabin.

As they finally got through the final door, the door had been locked with chains, they found a crying girl.

She gasped as she saw them, she tried to stand up to run. But fell as she remembered her leg was still chained to the wall. The police looked the girl over. She had a orange golden coat, with a sun gold mane. Her body was covered in blood and dirt. She looked at them with wide emerald eyes, in her eyes they saw fear. The girl panicked and backed herself up against the wall.

"we're not going to hurt you, my name is Quart" The Quart said. He was a white unicorn with brown mane. He carefully walked closer to her. "do you have name?" He asked.

The girl gulped "A-Applejack..." she said shaking violently.

"we need to get you to a hospi...."he trailed off as he looked behind her, two dead bodies. One red Pegasus with short green mane and tail and the cutie mark of a football. The other was a brown unicorn with yellow and orange mane and the cutie mark of a star. Both bodies was covered in blood and the features of them both was ruined. The unicorn's horn was ripped from his head and The pegaus wings was broken with only a little of the base again, the feathers was spread out all the dirt floor.

"what happened here?" the dark blue officers asked coming into the room.

"there dead... Daggara... err I mean sir" Quart said, before he caught himself. He turned back to Applejack "Applejack, do you know what happened?"

As she opened her mouth to speak, Quart stopped her as he saw in her eyes that it pained speaking, her mouth was bleeding.

"you don't need to tell now, we'll get you to the hospital" Quart said, he used his magic to rip off the chain on Applejack's leg.

"we'll just come back here" Daggara said as Quart lifted Applejack up in his arms.

"yeah, wait your name was Applejack! wasn't she the girl that was kidnapped a week ago or so?" Quart asked, as he looked down at Applejack he saw she was crying, this was defiantly her. They took Applejack over to the police car, Quart and Applejack was rushed to the hospital, while Daggara and his staff stayed to look at some things.





Granny finished the story Quart had told her not long ago.

"do you believe that Applejack killed them?" Twilight asked looking back at Applejack and her brother hugging.

"ah don't know, nopony but Applejack knows." Granny finished.

"all visitors sadly have to leave now, come back another day" A female voice was heard over the speakers.

"well, if ya could do me a favour and see if she want to tell." Granny asked Twilight, before Twilight could answer Granny had walked back to Applejack to say her goodbye for now.

"we'll me miss ya sis" Apple Bloom said hugging her sister tight. 

"eeyup" Big Mac said smiling and patting Applejack on the head like they did as children.

"well... it isn't like ya go into her room and cry for a few hours" Granny joked poking Big Mac in the side. Big Mac who blushed and hugged his sister thight.

"we hate to see ya like this sis, please get well soon." He cried into her shoulder, Applejack smiled and patted him on the back.

"ah will Mac, ah will" She said, before hugging Granny for now. "ah will miss ya Granny"

"me too, me too" she said.

After their sad goodbye Granny, Big Mac and Apple Bloom had to leave. They waved back to her as they walked over to their car and left.

Today was a strange day. Twilight, Fluttershy and Rarity had decided to get their patients to socialize. Twilight would get Applejack, Fluttershy would get Pinkameana  and Rarity would get Rainbow Dash. Even if Rarity wasn't a doctor she was allowed to watch other patients. In this case, Rainbow Dash.

"so, we meet in the cafeteria later?" Twilight asked right before she went to get Applejack, Fluttershy would get Pinkameana and Rarity get Rainbow Dash.

"yes, Darling let's get going!" Rarity cheered. Then they went off.





"Pinkie?" Fluttershy asked going into Pinkie's room. After the time Fluttershy had been with Pinkie she learned that Pinkamena was the name Pinkie hated, it was like a kill button. 

"yes Fluttershy?" Pinkie said, jumping out from the roof?

"eek!" Fluttershy yelped at Pinkie's  surprise jumpscare. "oh goodness, I was wondering if you would want to go eat?" she asked calm and kindly.

"well, why not..." Pinkie said jumping own from the roof and out to the hallway waiting for her doctor. 

"how did you get up there?" Fluttershy asked looking up at the roof. There was no way she was able to stand on a one inch doorframe.

"I stood on the doorframe." Pinkie said smiling.

"um okay..." Fluttershy said still confused as she began to walk with pinkie to the cafeteria.



 

Rarity walked to her patient for the day, Rainbow Dash. As she was about to open the door, she heard a huge crash inside. In panic she unlocked the door and ran inside. She saw Rainbow Dash. She was flying into the walls and crashing her head and limps against the walls and floor.

"Rainbow Dash!? what are you doing?" Rarity yelled. "how did you get the wing bounds off?"

"oh that was easy if you are as awesome as me! And the guard tied them to loose." Rainbow answered, stopping smashing her body against the walls. 

"well stop hurting yourself!" Rarity said grabbing Rainbow's arms and dragging her back toward her. Using her magic she bond Rainbow's wings back tight and carful.

"well it was fun as long as it lasted." Rainbow sighed as she let Rarity bind her wings again.

When Rarity all of the sudden tugged at her wing. "OW!" She yelped when a few of Rainbows feathers snapped off.

"Sorry darling, I just got an idea for hair style. Can I try it on you?" Rarity asked starting using her magic to separate the different colours of Rainbows mane.

"hold on Rarity! No! you don't get to do my mane, done" Rainbow yelped jumping out from Rarity's grip. "I don't want my mane done, it isn't supposed to be like this anyway." She pulled on the ponytail holding her hair in a small loop. 

"whatever, maybe next time. But we have a cafeteria date to go to." Rarity sang as she grabbed Rainbow by the arm and dragging her to the cafeteria.





Twilight walked down the hall way, when a group of guards and doctors ran past her yelling.

"hurry up, she is crazy!" one yelled.

"did you bring the drug?" another asked.

"what is going on?" Twilight asked grabbing one of the guards.

"one of the patients are going mad and we need to stop her" he said twisting out of Twilight's grip.

Twilight quickly caught up with the guards and asked "who?" she asked.

"Apple-eh-eh-something!" he stuttered trying to remember her name.

"Applejack!" Twilight realised right before they turned a corner, she saw Applejack having her hands around one of the guards and pressing the guard hard against the wall. 

Pure rage was in her eyes, pure darkness. Her eyes was fully black with only a small dot of glowing emerald green. A trail of black smoke trailing from the corner of her eyes. Her arms had sharp claws with gloves for blackness. Her teethes had sharpened and was showing in anger.

"ah will not be in this prison forever!" Applejack yelled in a demonic voice, the voice sounding like two voices speaking almost at same time, the voice was female but dark and creepy.

"get the drug ready?" One of the guards yelled.

"No! let me talk to her!" Twilight yelled pushing through the crowd.

"No! you stay out of this" He yelled. "get the mare's doctor!"

"I'm here" Twilight said pointing her finger up.

"well get going!" He pointed to Applejack who was only seconds before killing the guard.

"Applejack..." Twilight said calm, walking careful toward her.

As Applejack heard the calm voice from Twilight, she snapped out of whatever she was in. She instantly let go of the guard. "ah ah ah'm sorry..." she said stumbling on her words as she took a few step back crossing her arms in shame. Twilight caught up with her after some time running, and finally meeting a wall.

"Applejack?" Twilight asked carefully, when she noticed Applejack sitting in a corner against two walls 

"go away Twilight! ah am a monster... ah kill... ah almost killed him" Applejack whimpered laying her arms around her legs and looking down in her lap.

"Applejack, your not a monster" Twilight said sitting down next to Applejack and placing her arm around Applejack's shaking body. "want to talk about it?"

"No, no... there is just a monster nothing more, just a demon.... ah'm a monster, it's a monster" she cried not even looking up.

"One! your not a monster! Two, what's a monster?" Twilight asked walking closer to the terrified mare.

"it! The thing, that monster. it made me, ah'm sorry. it made me try to kill him. ah'm so so sorry!" She cried.

"what, who is it?" Twilight asked sitting down next to Applejack and putting her arm around her for comfort.

"ah can't, ah can't control it. Quart told Granny what they found when they found me some years ago. Ah listened to them from top of the stairs." Applejack said finally lifted her head from her and placed it onto her legs looking forward.

"yes, your Granny told me that story." Twilight admitted pulling Applejack into a warm comforting hug.

"ah don't want it to be here, ah want it to go away." she cried, fresh tears streamed down her face.

"well, sadly I don't know much about this demon as you say it." She paused to think for a second when something hit her "but I think I know one who do." She smiled. "I can call her later tonight, let's leave this for now and get something to eat." She suggested, picking up both herself and Applejack.

"okay..."Applejack said wit a sad smile.





When Applejack and Twilight had settled down with the others, they began to talk about stuff. The doctors talked about medicine and the patients talked about things they could remember from their past and what they remembered from the outside.

"I remembered that I used to love parties." Pinkie said tapping her chin, trying to remember.

"That sounds fun" Rainbow replied with a sad sigh.

"I remember the fresh air." Applejack whispered looking down at the table.

"me too" Rainbow and Pinkie sighed sad.

"are you getting along?" Rarity asked as he noticed Rainbow, Pinkie and Applejack starting to talk sad.

"we're getting along well" Applejack said with a small smile.

"so your friends?" Fluttershy asked putting down a cup of tea she had ordered.

"yeah, friends..." they smiled.

Twilight sat in the car, her driver sat quietly in front of her. Twilight looked out the dark window. Rain tapping down on it, drop by drop. She sighed and asked for the tenth time to the driver. "is it long until we reach The Everfree?" 

"No, Miss Sparkle only about ten minutes. " He answered, The stallion driver was a dark blue Pegasus with a two coloured mane, green and red. His mane was short just under his ears.

"Nice, Cosmo? can I ask you something?" She asked looking away from the window and meet Cosmo's eyes in the mirror.

"of course" He answered with a nod.

"Have you ever felt something for somepony you just meet, like it feels like it was meant to be?" Twilight asked playing with her tums and looking down at them.

"Well, yes. I'm married with a son. I met his mom at the market, I bumped into her and we both fell, when I saw I had tripped her helped her up as fast as I could. I apologised and when I left I was so angry at myself. The thing is, when our hands touched we felt a spark. Next week I went back to the market and met her again, we began to talk. It ended with us sitting on a bench talking. We kept seeing each other and after eight months, I asked her to marry me, she said yes." Cosmo finished his story dreamily as the good memories ran by him, he smiled and looked at a photo by the GPS.

"How nice. So you just meet her twice and it ended up with you two dating and now you're married." Twilight said happily with a giggle at his behavior

"yup"





The car stopped by a huge tree in the forest. The dark Everfree forest. Twilight got out of the car and told Cosmo to wait, it wouldn't take long. Twilight walked to the front door and knocked. Not even a minute later the person who lived there came out.

"Hello dear Twilight, what brings you to my home?" Zecora asked waving her hand to signal for Twilight to enter

"Thanks Zecora, I am here because I need help... or my patient needs help, we have come to the theory that a demon have taken control of her." Twilight said sitting down on a chair across the table from Zecora.

"Then you made the right choice to come here, to me, but is this all you really need? " Zecora asked in her strange rhyme’s. "Somethingis on your mind, is it not?"

"Well yes, but it isn't important." Twilight said scratching her neck.

"No, No, Twilight dear. I will not go anywhere before your mind is clear." The zebra said with a smile. 

"Relax, have some tea and let your mind go."

Twilight took the cup and drank down half of it, after setting it back down on the table. Zecora took the cup and looked at it. Twilight raised an eyebrow and looked at the zebra strangely.

"you have many thoughts in you head, but the one that is biggest in this place." She narrowed her eyes, like trying to read something small in a book "You have gotten feelings for a pony, a pony not far away from you." Twilight's jaw dropped.

"How did you-!?" She gasped.

Zecora kept looking at the cup. "The feelings of love for a mare." She smiled at Twilight reaction. "The mare in question, a patient scared of life and death. A mare with the mind of another. A mare of Apple blood, with the name of Applejack..." Zecora finished placing the cup on the table.

Twilight grabbed the cup and looked at it. "How did you know all that!? Just from the cup!?"

"Yes, indeed. Now that your mind is clear, tell me more about your feeling for this mare."

"Well, I meet her some months ago. I just feel light and safe around her, I feel nervous and I can't help but smile at the sight of her." Twilight admitted. "but what if she doesn’t like me?! What if she laughs at me?! What if she becomes angry at me!?" The alicorn said, rambling a off questions until Zecora silenced her.

"hmm... Well, Love indeed is confusing, but the only way to find the truth is to tell the truth." Zecora rose from her seat and began to walk around the room, putting different items in a bag. Some dust, candles, matches, potions and a big book. "Now let's go save this friend of yours, before she is lost to this demonic horror.”





Applejack sat in her room staring at the wall. Why don't you break out, you don't belong here. You belong with your parents in the second life. You should just leave, break free from this prison, join me in the underworld. Applejack didn't say anything, she didn't want to speak with that thing, that demon.

A loud beep was heard from behind her, Applejack turned her head to see a white mare with pink hair tied in a bun.

"Hallo, I am Redheart, nurse Redheart. I'm here to give you your medicine for the day." She said, walking closer to the mare who just turned her back to the white earth pony.

"Ah don't need them, ah want to go home...." She whispered as the demon spoke to her. Yes, you should go home. She is your key out you know. Remember those fighting skills I taught you. Just wrap your foreleg hard around her neck and tell them that you will break it if they walk closer. The voice told her. Applejack closed her eyes, fighting back the urge to do it. "Home" She whispered as her voice turned into a dark demon voice, like two voices talking almost at the same time.

"Did you say something?" Redheart asked walking closer, she placed her hand on Applejack's shoulder. Just as she touched her, Applejack spun around pinning Redheart to the ground.

"Ah want to go home!" The dark voice said. Her eyes were black with the little green dot in the middle. Her teeth had sharpened and were dripping blood as they grew out of her mouth. The hands that held Redheart down grew sharp claws.

Redheart screamed in terror but was cut short when something wrapped around her mouth. She dared to look and saw Applejack's hair moving around her face, her hair was still blond just with black tips that moved as if in water.

"your mah key out of this prison" Applejack said, she lifted Redheart up from the floor and guided her out. Applejack placed her arm around Redheart's neck. As guards tried to stop her they were stopped when Redheart waved at them not to come any closer, fearful tears running down her face. The guards kept an eye on them as they made their way down the hallway.

"please, why are you doing this?" Redheart asked trying to breath with little success, as she used her hands trying to get Applejack's arm away from her neck.

"ah want to go home, ah want to see mah family" She answered, not showing any emotions.

"Applejack!?" Came a voice from their side, Applejack's eyes turned to see who dared to interrupt her.

Rarity was the one that had screamed, Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie stood in a group shocked with the horror of the image in front of them.

"What are you doing?" Rainbow Dash asked as she caught Fluttershy before she hit the ground. Poor Fluttershy had passed out from the nightmare, or at least she hoped it was a nightmare.

"ah'm going home" Applejack answered as she moved forward toward her goal.

Applejack and Redheart walked down to when they came to the front door, Applejack didn't let go she pushed forward.

The door opened and two ponies came inside. One purple alicorn and one zebra.

"Applejack!?" Twilight gasped when she saw the demon squeeze Redhaert’s neck tighter in a threatening gesture.

"NO! ah am not your control anymore! ya'll will not stop me!" The demon voice screamed. "ah want to go home!"

Zecora dug around in her bag when she pushed open a small bag of white powder, she blew the powder toward Applejack.

When the powder touched Applejack's body, she screamed in pain. The pain caused her to lose her grip on Redheart and recoil. "ahhh!!!" Seconds later Zecora threw another light blue powder at her, it made Applejack take a few steps back before falling to the ground unconcious.

"Thank you" Redheart said, trying to get her breath back.

"your welcome.” Twilight looked at the zebra next to her, ”Zecora? what was that stuff you threw at her?"

"The first thing I threw was salt, the second thing I threw was sleep powder, those combined will keep the demon at bay inside her." Zecora said her usual rhymes. "We can get the demon out later, she will need strength."

With that Twilight used her magic and lifted Applejack back to her room. Zecora followed, pulling things out of her bag and preparing them.

Twilight and Zecora lifted a sleeping Applejack up on her bed.

"Are you sure you know what to do?" Twilight asked after she gently pulled the blue blanket over Applejack's body.

"Yes, indeed I do." Zecora said, placing a hand on Twilight shoulder to comfort her. "I have done this before, a friend of mine had the same kind of mind." She said with a small smile.

"Do tell, I don't thinks she will wake up anytime soon." Twilight started, but her voice turned into a slight whimper n the end. A small tear escaped her left eye, Applejack didn't deserve his. All she wanted was to go home, but she can't. Twilight lifted a paper she had been having in her pocket and looked at it. 

It clearly said:

Jackquline Apple. 
Sex: Female,  Taken in: 29. August.

Diagnosed with: Unknown illness and mental health.
Was Found in a shack as a girl, may be cause of her bad mental health.
Called in by worried family. Danger level: 8/10 

It hurt Twilight to know that the hospital knew nothing about what was wrong with her. "Why don't we know. Why didn't we know it was a demon? Why didn't I know?" Twilight kept asking herself these questions, but nobody could answer her.

"Do you want some time?" Zecora asked looking at Twilight, who had her back turned toward her. She was facing Applejack with tears in her eyes. 

"No... we can go to the cafeteria and talk a little." Twilight suggested, she turned around and smiled.

"Okay, let's go" 

As Twilight and Zecora got to the cafeteria, they didn't say anything. They just ordered tea to relax their minds.

"So about that other demon you mention." Twilight started.

"Yes. The story is similar to yours. A doctor with a patient, the patient was taken over by a demon. The doctor's name was Blaze, he was much like you, a unicorn. He cared for his patient, he wanted them to be okay, he was kind, nice, smart, generous and warm hearted. He got this one patient, her name was Blume. She was an innocent Pegasus. She and her family owned a archaeologist business. While they were entering a  temple, Blume touched a gem by accident, the gem made her go insane and her family sent her to the hospital for mental care. Blaze became her doctor, they grew to like each other, a little more than they should have. Blaze and Blume fell in love, Blaze thought he had managed to cure her, but no. One night Blume escaped the hospital, Blaze had gone after her. When he found her, she was in the same state as Applejack was not long ago." She took a breath and a sip of her tea.

"And what happened?" Twilight asked.

"Blaze had made contact with me and we meet, I had never seen this before. But when I put her to sleep, I made everything ready. She became free from the demon, but it did not want to let go. The demon told us about why it didn't want to leave. We fought it, and lost. The demon, took her life. After the lost of his love, Blaze became depressed and started to act different. The other doctors noticed, but too late. A nurse came into Blume's old room and found Blaze hanging from the lamp. The only thing that was left of him was a note." Zecora pulled something out of her pocket. A note.

I'm coming for you my dear love Blume. ~ Blaze was what it stood.

"The demon had used the most dangerous and best weapon in the world. Love." As Zecora finished, Twilight was almost in tears.

"But, how?!" She asked. "Will this cause Applejack's life too?" She asked in worry.

"Hopefully not, it relates to how long and how connected they are. Blume and the demon was close, they had been going around for years and they had communicated often." 

Twilight began to think. How close was Applejack to the demon? What should they do if she is close? "What if Applejack is close to the demon?!" Twilight asked.

"Then I do not know." Zecora replied with a sad frown.





Applejack woke as she heard a door close.

"What the hey happened?" She asked out loud, rubbing her head from a slight headache.

"you lost control." The demon said, strangely it didn't sound like it was in her head. No, it sounded like it was coming from her right. Applejack dared to look, she almost gasped in fear when she saw a black figure with big bat-like wings, the wings was full of holes and scar-like marks. The figure was black with dark red water like mane, it was floating around as if in space. It's eyes were glowing red with white pupil in it. It's hands was five huge black claws. On it's head a red horn was placed. It's moth had sharp bloody teethes, it was also drooling with some purple slime-like stuff.

"who, what are ya?" She asked in fear, she pulled the blanket over her mouth like a six years old little girl.

"For who I am, I am Lazur. A demon from your life, I found you as a little girl. Remember? Scared, just like now. Covering yourself with the only blanket you had, remember the shed?" He asked, his voice filled with darkness. It was thick like he was trying to get something out of his throat.  "weak, scared, little and helpless."

Applejack looked down trying to remember what he was telling, when it hit her. "Ya! ya made me kill them!" She yelled.

"Indeed" He said, looking at his claws like he didn't care. "I am the reason you are safe and the reason two out of three are dead." He said using his fingers to count the deaths.

"but ah didn't want to kill them! ah wanted to go home!" She yelled, now in anger.

"oh yeah? then what is this?" he opened his hand and a bubble appeared, the bubble began to glow and a young female voice came out of it.

It started with hard sobbing, many hiccups and gasps. "Ah wish they were dead Lazur.... Ah want to go home" A young voice said, Applejack remembered that voice as her own. It all came back to her.





A young Applejack was laying on the dirt ground scared, the only thing covering her was a blanket, it was a rough blanket. She was laying near the wall so the chain on her leg wouldn't hurt. She was sobbing hard.

"ah wish they were dead Lazur.... Ah want to go home." She whimpered. 

Lazur stood in the corner where the moonlight didn't touch him. The moonlight came from the small gaps in the wall. "I can make it happened. All I want is for us to be friends." He said, gentle and kind enough to fool anyone.

"Aren't we? ya'll are the only one who hasn't hurt me yet..." She whimpered.

The door was opened to revile the Pegasus. He was the one who actually care of her, in one way. "Who the hell are you talking to" He asked, in his hand was a bowl of soup. Applejack didn't answer, she just shrunk down under the "Blanket". He sighed "anyway, here eat." He put the bowl down at the end of the blanket. He was the one who gave her food in general, the others was just using her body. The door closed and locked as it usually did.

"you want them dead? and they shall be dead" He said. "This might hurt a little, don't end our friendship like that please..." He said. When he vanished. Applejack felt pain, she felt pain all over her body. She almost screamed in pain, but everything went black for her.





"You remember now? we are friends" He said.

"ah wish ah didn't..." She said as she began to softly sob.

Twilight and Zecora sat in the room with Applejack. Twilight were taking small tests on Applejack. Like, taking her temperature, blood pressure and sight. Everything seems normal.

"So, you say he was here?" Twilight asked, as she placed the small flashlight on the desk next to the bed.

"yeah..." Applejack answered, looking down at her hands that were resting in her lap.

"Did he say something to you?" Twilight asked, trying to get Applejack to look at her with no avail. When she realised Applejack wasn't paying attention, she griped Applejack's face "Applejack? Are you paying attention?" 

Applejack snapped back to reality when Twilight lifted her head. "huh?"

"Did he tell you something?" Twilight asked again.

"ah, ah can't remember" Applejack lied, she just didn't want to tell. What if Twilight got mad?

Yeah, like the little liar you are. Applejack turned her head slowly, only to be faced by Lazur. But you are my liar. Applejack screamed in fear and jumped off the bed. Twilight and Zecora finally saw the demon that had been hiding inside Applejack all along. He was scary indeed. Twilight hugged Applejack in protection. Zecora got ready to throw the special dust on the demon.

No need to be like that, me and Applejack are close friends. By the way, my name is Lazur. You must be Twilight Sparkle, and you must be the famous Zecora He said, first pointing to Applejack then to Twilight and finally to Zecora.

"How did you know our names?" Twilight asked screaming, while trying to calm Applejack down from her panic attack.

The little bird your holding He said with an evil grin.

"Applejack?" Twilight asked looking down at the sobbing earth mare.

"ah'm sorry" She sobbed.

Stop blaming yourself Lazur said. Without Warning he teleported Applejack out of Twilight's warm comforting hug, and into his own. Now, let's get going dear He said, his face inches away from Applejack's tear stained face. With that they was gone.

"Where did they go?!" Twilight screamed in terror and worry.





Applejack fell to the ground. She landed with a thump to the dirt ground, wait dirt? She carefully lifted herself up from the dirt, she looked around. It was hard for her to see as her eyes were still filled with tears. But what she could make out was stone walls.

Stone walls brick. some even with wines on them. Strange symbols, of Lazur and a bunch of other ponies. On one of the walls was a picture list. The biggest was Lazurs body standing in the middle on each of him a pony was formed. Each of them was different. One was light brown Pegasus mare with dark brown mane. Another was a Green unicorn mare with red mane. An Blue earth pony with grey mane. And finally an orange earth pony with blond mane.

I see you have noticed my list Lazur said looking at Applejack with crossed arms. Do you even know what I ant with you? He asked.

Applejack remained silence, she had only felt so afraid twice in her life. The Timberwolf attack, and the shed.

Silly girl He chuckled. I never had an interest in killing. Not any of those mare survived because that stupid zebra Zecora was messing with my plans. I lied to them and told them I didn't want go, when I can't. I need a mares drop of blood to move on, to move to the afterlife, to go home. It's just one drop of blood. He didn't look at her as he spoke. My father, Casuru. Told me that I had to kill my murderer before I could move on. Casuru by the way is the demon faher. He sighed I died any years ago. I am so sorry for the chaos that I have caused you. I hope you can forgive me.

Applejack was stunned, in shock, out of words. Lazur wasn't a bad guy. He was just trying to get back home. "I-I'm sorry." She said.

I don't want pity for this. I promise, I will pay you back. But before you decide, think. That one drop of blood will connect my blood with yours. My soul will move on, but my demon powers will be moved to you With that he left her in the shine of the moonlight.

Applejack looked up into a hole in the roof. "Ma? Pa? what do I do?" Two stars on the sky blinked down a her. 





Twilight was panicking. She was sitting in the bed Applejack had vanished from and was curled up in a ball rocking back and forth. She didn't for once in her life, know what to do. She felt useless as she just sat there, when Applejack could be anywhere and maybe be in danger.

Zecora was freaking out, she was looking at all she had brought. Different bottles, pills, drugs, spells and anything she knew that weakened demons.

"we have to do something!" Twilight snapped. She jumped out of the bed and grabbed Zecora by the shoulders. "NOW!"

Somehow Twilight's magic fired and teleported them.





They hit the ground hard, they had landed in the forest.

"What was the meaning of that?" Zecora asked rubbing her head.

"I'm sorry, I think my love magic bursted and teleported me closer to Applejack." Twilight said rubbing her hot horn. "But where do we go from here?"

A loud scream made them look in the direction. They began to run toward the noise. When they found the building the scream had been coming from. A huge stone temple, it was marked with strange symbols.

"I wish Rainbow Dash was here, she would do something Daring Do would have done. But she would most likely failed and hurt herself." Twilight thought out loud. Her comment made Zecora chuckle.

The scream was heard once again, they ran inside. 

Inside they saw Applejack standing in the middle of the room she was holding herself up on a table. From behind it looked like she was panting and had used a lot of her energy. 

"Applejack!" Twilight yelled in joy, she felt so happy that she found Applejack.

Applejack turned around just in time to see Twilight crash into her. Twilight somehow tripped Applejack over, they landed on the ground with Applejack under Twilight their noses touching. Their lips mere inches away. They blushed hard when they opened their eyes to find themselves so close.

"hehe..." Twilight chuckled as she got up "Sorry, I'm just happy to see you unharmed."

Applejack didn't speak. She couldn't, not now. Instead she smiled and nodded happily toward her.

"are you okay?" Zecora said breaking into the frame.

Still Applejack didn't speak.

Twilight walked over to the table Applejack had been leaning against. It was strange symbols, and blood was formed in the middle. 

"Applejack what is this?" She asked, when she noticed Applejack rubbing her lower arm. Twilight bent down to check on her. But Applejack crawled back toward the wall in an try to escape.

Applejack remembered what Lazur had said. Don't speak before your blood glows. It had been some time since she went along with Lazur's plan.

Then it happened The blood on the table began to glow. Applejack snapped up and went over to the table. "he is over" She smiled. "it's over, he is gone, he is home!" She smiled wider. Lazur was gone.

"What?" Twilight and Zecora asked.

"Lazur is gone, I'm free. Everyone is gone. He never had an interest in killing, it was all just accidents he wanted to go home!" Applejack said, happily as she shaking Twilight's arms. 

And that was it. Lazur was gone. He wouldn't come back. But now, the problem was Applejack's new powers.

Just as soon as the joy was over, Applejack fell to the ground in pain. She didn't scream, but it hurt somewhere in her chest. Twilight and Zecora watched as Applejack's mane turned. Her mane was still blond but red stipes found its way down to the tips of her mane and formed a black tip. Her mouth opened and her teeth became sharp like blades. She almost looked like when she was under Lazurs control, but she wasn't. Applejack rised from the ground seconds after the transformation. 

"Applejack?" Twilight asked.

"Yeah?" Applejack answered in her normal voice, that made Twilight breath out. She wasn't in the mood to fight with a demon.

Applejack and Twilight had gone home to the hospital, Zecora had also gone home but to her home. On the hospital Applejack wasn't really wanted. Everyone were turning backs to her, and with her new look. They feared her. Some doctors even gave Twilight an offer. "We'll take her off your hands, take her to our hospital." A Green unicorn male with black mane had told her, the Tall Tale hospital. Twilight had only heard about it, the hospital was known to be hard on their patients. Of course, Twilight had always refused his offer. But in doing so he would send her a glare before walking away.

"I tell you Doctor Whooves, they won't leave me alone. They almost beg me to give her up." Twilight said, she and Doctor Whooves walked down the hallway. Twilight was carrying a writing book, she had bought it to maybe help Applejack with her new problem. Doctor Whooves was walking down the hallway to meet his wife, he was about to go on vacation. With him, his wife and their daughter.

"Don't worry about it miss Sparkle, with our hospitals security you don't have anything to fear. I gave her to you because I know you can do it." He said smiling. "well, here is where I go off."

They were already by the door, Twilight said goodbye and watched Whooves walk though the door to his wife and daughter. Twilight had meet them before. His wife's name was Ditzy, but everyone called her derpy. She was a really nice and caring pony. Their daughter went by the name of Dinky as Far as she could remember. Dinky where a adopted unicorn filly, Twilight also remember her when she broke her arm once. Twilight had taken the x-ray and go to know Dinky a little.

Twilight watched whooves hug his wife and pick up his daughter. Joy spread though Twilight, it was such a warm sight. As Twilight watched the family, Derpy had seem to notice her and waved friendly toward her, Twilight smiled and waved back. Before she went off.

Twilight went back to her office to do some undone paperwork. She had already brought Applejack to breakfast and back, she had gotten her medicine. There wasn't really more to do, so she got Applejack to relax and sleep, she had been really tired after Lazur vanished. 

Her office wasn't much to brag about, it was coloured with light yellow with a door and a window. Had dark wood furniture, the desk was spruce wood, the chairs where made of the same but had green fabric covering it. A shelf was beside the door with medical books and files she had found out about Applejack. A leaf plant was placed in one of the corners to give some light and life to the room.

As Twilight sat down behind her desk she looked at the papers. Everything from work to taxes. She sighed.Well, better get this done with she thought, as she picked up the first paper.





An hour later Twilight was just half way though, when a particular paper stuck out from the others. Twilight took a sip from her coffee she had gotten. The letter read

Dear Twilight Sparkle

We wish to inform you that your patient Applejack is rare, we wish to take some blood tests on her. We know that you are overprotective over your patient, but we wanted to inform you. There will be coming a doctor to take her away to us. Her name is Delight. She is a really kind mare and will be gentle and careful.

The reason we want to have some blood tests is to see if what you have reported is true. We do not doubt you, but in all kindness we really want to help. This offer is a yes or no, you are fully allowed to say no. Just message us, we will send Delight when we have gotten your answer if yes.

Twilight looked at the letter for a while, she had never heard about a doctor named Trica. "who is Trica?" She asked out loud.

"Trica is a really good doctor." Twilight's head shot up as she second voice spoke, to her relief Fluttershy and Rarity were standing there, it seems like Rarity was the one who had spoken.

"I never heard about her." Twilight said.

"Well, she doesn't take credit for her work." Fluttershy said. Both Rarity and Fluttershy took a seat. "But I wouldn't send Pinkie there"

"Why not?" Twilight asked. If this Delight was such a good doctor why wouldn't she take the offer?

"Because she works for Tall Tale hospital. There is a myth that says they have their ways to help patients, one says that they abuse them into believing in what they say, or that they treat them like animals, get punished for being bad and rewarded when good." Rarity said for Fluttershy since all of the sudden she became really quiet and almost became in tears.

"H-how do you know?" Twilight asked.

"My father was taken in there after my mother passed away, she was a nurse and I wanted to be like her. Well, I became a doctor." Fluttershy said, she didn't show sadness or pain, her face held a loving smile.

"What was wrong with him?" Twilight dared to ask.

"He just lost it, they were always good to me. I was about ten when I told him I wanted to be like mom, he supported me. He did his best to help me, but I saw his sadness when he watched me read on medicine. One day I found him on the floor, I called for help. A day later I was allowed to see him. Of course the first thing he did when he saw me was to hug me. Later I found out that when I had fallen he had hit his head and had brain damage, I had read about it. I asked the doctor what would happen, he told me hat they would send him to another hospital. But as he heard the doctor he panicked, he couldn't stand being away from me." Fluttershy sighed. "He almost killed a nurse, I had never seen him like that. But they took him away."

"What happened to you?"

"My aunt took care of me, she wasn't really my aunt. She was a really good friend of my mom, she was just like an aunt, she loved me, she watched me, took car of me when my parents were busy. she was basically family." Shy smiled, she remembered everything. "we visited my dad at the hospital, he was in really bad shape. We rushed up to him, we asked the doctor to leave and he did. After that he told us everything. How they abused him, punished him, the pain, the fright of maybe he wouldn't see me ever again." Fluttershy could barely speak now, she was speaking with sobs for almost each word "When... *sob* we confronted t-the hospital, *sob* we weren't allowed there again. *Sob* I don't k-know if he is dead or alive or in pain." She lost it at pain. Rarity had to take over for her.

"Everyone at that hospital is forced in there. Many of their original doctor refused when they heard this, but they would take everyone they could, even kidnap them." Rarity wrapped her arms around the crying Fluttershy. "So whatever you do, watch Applejack and don't let them take her. That poor girl has been tough a lot. I feel sorry for her." Rarity finished.

"Thanks for the warning." Twilight said with a smile, before something hit her "Wait, you feel sorry for Applejack? Everyone else seem to ignore or slightly bully her after the change."

"No everyone is mostly scared or jealous, I know Dash is. She came to me and was like. why couldn't I have those cool powers" Rarity said, her voice changed to something like Dash's. "I told her that, I don't think Appejack asked for them."

With that Rarity and Fluttershy said goodbye and walked out to do their work, And Twilight went back to her work.





In Applejack's room, she was sleeping. But she felt like something was trying to enter her mind. She heard a drumming. Going rapidly three thumps then two slow ones. Almost like war drums. *thump, thump, thump* then *thump... thump*
