Drip. Drip. I sighed as I turned around in my chair. I turned back around and looked at the rain falling over Canterlot and slowly dripping off of our roof. My hoof extended, and touched the glass in front of me. It felt cold to the touch, so I drew my hoof back. I turned around once again and looked up at the ceiling. Today was just one of 'those days' where you can never cure your boredom, no matter how hard you tried to have fun. I looked at Canterlot once again, the sky grey and pegasai flying in the air, trying to find someplace dry. Ponies eating lunch outside were scrambling with their meals as the raindrops fell onto their coats. The ground was wet, and puddles were forming in some places, attracting some fillies not afraid of the rain. I looked up at the roof of the castle again, the rain still pouring from the dark clouds. Drip. Drip. Drip. I slid off of the chair and walked into the kitchen. Tia said she would be back with some food soon, so I currently had no Tias or big sisters to play with. Looking out the kitchen window, I sighed as I watched the rain still come down. Bored, I walked around the corner and saw the staircase leading to the basement. I couldn't see much down there, but I was guessing that there might be something fun down there. So, I decided to light my horn for a light source and walk down. It was a bit colder than it was upstairs, giving me a brief chill, but I continued to walk down. I could see many unused items, ranging from action figures to toys I used to play with. The walls were covered with pictures of me and Tia, each pony in the frame beaming at me. It was kind of weird seeing me as a small baby pony in some of the pictures, but I trotted along and looked for a fun thing, or at least interesting. Right when I was about to give up my search, I saw it. The fun jackpot. This thing, it was a filly's dream. It helps them do what they want. It follows your commands, no matter how bizarre. This thing was the only thing I needed to cure my boredom. This item was...... A cardboard box. I circled around it, looking at the potential that it held. Like every other cardboard box in Equestria, it was a cube shape, and it was also brown. It had an arrow pointing up telling me to be careful, but I ignored it. Satisfied with my find, I lit my horn and floated the box up the stairs, and into my room where I set it down on the floor, then heard a crash within it. I tipped it over, then threw a vase that was in the box somewhere in my room. After tipping it back up, I studied it closer. It was about two times my height, so this box was perfect for a lot of things like a house, a car, a huge doll house, a bomb shelter, the possibilities were endless. After thinking for a good five minutes, I decided that living in Equestria was getting old and boring. I cut the flaps off of the box, and flipped the box over. I smiled at my work. This was the start of my new kingdom. With a blue crayon, I drew some items on it. three windows, one door, and one moat (which was blue construction paper thrown around my castle). My horn glowed once again, carrying a pair of safety scissors. I stuck the blades through the box, cutting out windows, and the door. I used my crayon once again and wrote 'Luna's Kingdom' on the front of my new castle. Next, I cut off the box flaps and taped them together, making a door-ish thing. I also got some string from Tia's craft room and carefully glued it to the wall and the door I cut out. My castle now had a drawbridge, so I set the scissors down. Then, I realized something. Luna's Kingdom didn't have an army to protect me, so I ran to my bed and grabbed a bunch of my toys and stuffed animals, and used paper cups from the kitchen as their helmets. I set them up everywhere, so Luna's Kingdom was protected. I crawled into my castle and closed the door. I didn't know if anypony's army was going to attack my kingdom, so I looked out the window and saw that I was safe. I walked out of the castle and looked at my army. If there was an invader, they would fight them off and save me from the invaders. I continued to make improvements to the castle, adding some furniture made out of cardboard like a bed and couch so I could live in this castle forever. I was satisfied with my work, so I went into the kitchen for a cookie to eat. After a yummy treat, I crawled into my castle again. I drew a picture of me and Tia on the wall, which got me thinking about something. 'Where is Tia?' As soon as I thought of it, I heard hoofsteps coming towards my room. I ran out to my faithful protectors of the castle and made sure they were ready. I looked out to the hallway, where I saw a white hoof with a golden shoe step into my room, so I pointed at the invader. "Stop! This is Luna's Kingdom, ruled by Luna the Amazing, and if you want my castle, you'll have to fight my army!" The pony flinched, but still stayed in my doorway. "Well I, Tia the Great, shall overcome your army, and your castle is mine!" I giggled as I ran to my drawbridge, helping my soldiers get ready for combat. Tia the Great had plastic spoons in her sun yellow magic grasp, bu not for long. She launched them at my soldiers, hitting Mr. Fluffyhead. I gasped. No pony ever hurts my army! I took my blue crayon from inside the castle and launched it at Tia the Great, watching it land square on her nose. Bullseye! Tia the Great shook the attack off. "A crayon will never defeat me!" I watched as she floated the crayon towards her, then watching her attempt to snap it in half. I was shocked. I bought those crayons! I was the only one who could destroy them! I ran towards Tia the Great, tackling her leg, breaking her focus which made the crayon fall to the ground... ...and snap. I floated the broken crayon towards my eyes, observing it. It was defiantly broken, the only thing holding it together was that annoying piece of paper that gets in your way when the tip runs out. I didn't know how to feel. Blue was my favorite color, and nopony destroys my blue crayon! I broke the crayon in half, then proceeded to throw both halves at Tia the Great. I pointed at Tia. "You destroyed my favorite crayon! Now I will show you the real strength of my kingdom!" I lit my horn once again, grabbing the pillow from my bed. I channeled more magic into my horn, then let the pillow fly, a magical blue trail following the pillowy projectile. The pillow hit Tia the Great, feathers flying everywhere. After the feathers settled, I saw Tia the great holding the now empty pillowcase, waving it in the air. "Tia the Great has surrendered to Luna the Amazing," She laughed. "I guess I should have never fought the greatest kingdom in the universe." Tia said with a smile. I looked at my castle, then smiled. "You really think I am the best kingdom ruler in the universe?" Tia nodded, then looked at my castle. "Wow, this is a very nice castle you have here." She studied my castle a bit more, then looked at me. "Say, there was a box that looked exactly like this in the basement. Had a vase or something like that in it. Did you happen to see that box?" I felt my face heat up and my face go pale. "N-no! Never saw a v-vase!" Tia looked at the box for a while more, then shrugged. "Hmm. I swear there was a box with a vase in it somewhere in this place. How about we get Luna the Amazing a new box of crayons?" I smiled. "You bet, Great the Tia." We both laughed, then embarked on an epic journey to the toy store. After I got my new box of crayons, I could make more improvements to my kingdom... ...But with a great sister like Tia, I don't think I'm ever going to leave Equestria.
